Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?M

Before continuing with the usual fare, the following is a most poignant example of Uncommon ValorSeatbelts onThe Washington Post reports:

"Violet Allison was just getting settled into her economy seat on an overnight Virgin Atlantic flight from New York to London when another passenger walked up to her row and asked her a question she never, ever thought she’d hear. “Excuse me, would you like to fly first class?” said Jack Littlejohn, to which Allison replied in disbelief, “You’re joking.” The unexpected journey for Allison was chronicled in a now-viral Facebook post by a flight attendant named Leah Amy. “Of the hundreds of flights I’ve operated, I’ve had the pleasure of looking after footballers, supermodels and some Hollywood movie stars but let me tell you about my two favourite passengers EVER!” she wrote. In Allison’s retelling of the flight, after Littlejohn offered the trade, he went on: “Yeah, I’ll give you my seat, and you can fly first class,” and have all the amenities that go with it, including dinner, drinks and a reclining bed. “Do you believe that?” Allison said to the passenger who was sitting next to her. “Do you think I should do that?” she asked, and the woman told her to go for it."

Uncommon Valor:

"Littlejohn helped collect her bags and luggage, then she followed him to the first-class cabin on the double-decker aircraft, where he showed her to her seat for the seven-hour flight. Littlejohn “then sat on the row of seats directly next to the economy toilets and never made a peep or asked for anything the rest of the flight,” Amy wrote. “No fuss, no attention, literally did it out of the kindness of his own heart.”

Stunning, isn't it?  Especially, in today's climate of unbridled greed.

"Littlejohn had been in New York with his mother and sister for a charity event his brother put on in Times Square called the World’s Biggest Sleep Out, dedicated to ending global homelessness. It was when Littlejohn and his family were leaving back home to Scotland that his mom surprised the siblings with business-class seats. He said that even though the surprise was nice, it didn’t sit well with him because of the inequality between business and economy class. On the plane, economy passengers had to walk through business to get to their seats in the lower portion of the plane, a comparison Littlejohn called “unhealthy.” After telling his mom of his intentions to give away his seat, Littlejohn went in search of a worthy passenger. When he saw Allison, he instantly knew. “You couldn’t have found a sweeter lady,” he said of the 88-year-old. That’s when he sat on her armrest and asked, “Excuse me, are you traveling by yourself? I’ve got a seat in business, and I’d like to give it to you."

The flight attendant certainly understood the profound magnitude and significance of the gesture:

"Amy captured the moment for the world to see in photos. “Violet is 88 years old, has been a nurse in both the UK and over in America. She travels to New York to see her daughter, but hasn’t been able to for a while because of a knee replacement. Her dream has always been to sit at the front, and Jack made that come true." Allison says she was well taken care of for the night and credits the crew during the flight with being welcoming and for waving at her throughout. Before the plane landed, Littlejohn went up to check on Allison; that’s when Amy asked if she could take a snapshot with them. When the flight landed, Amy gathered the group together to take a picture of them all. After some chatting, they all said goodbye and went along their way. Virgin has called it a “lovely story.” Littlejohn says he would like to see the airline go further by offering Allison lifetime business-class seats to New York. “You should [have] seen her face, when I tucked her in her bed after supper,” Amy wrote."

... Hey, Sheriff? Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all? If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Tim Chorney, Publisher
Liberty In Peril

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "No justice.  Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court that would adjudicate only these cases.  Total independence.  The only way to rein in these criminals, particularly the murderers in blue.

Sadly, the achingly clueless bastards in law enforcement don't need a legitimate reason to kill.  Enjoy carte blanche to murder on the job.  Nearly always, with impunity.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted motherf--kers, the department, and the city.  Any officer engaged in, or threatening this kind of unnecessary violence needs to be criminally prosecuted.  Not protected and coddled.  Not put on paid leave, -- no more than a paid vacation.  Not sent home without pay to catch up on his beauty sleep.

Firing is egregiously insufficient.  How can the law enforcement community be trusted?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than the criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

These are extremely dangerous times for our formerly great country.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  -- As our legislators and other government officials figuratively 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, only one way for these atrocities to end.  Again, time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases. Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred ninety two weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do? Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  Again, no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff? Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up. Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public? That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Ahrens frequently drives all the way through Berardi's property.  Coup de grace?  When Berardi complained to Llano County Deputy Idle about the trespassing, the officer's response was insane.  Said the Sheriff told him to tell Berardi since Ahrens believes she owns his property she can't be charged with trespassing.  Perfect Catch-22, right, Sheriff?  You're not fit for office, Bill.  Bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?"

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Llano County DA "Sonny Boy" is in the news.  Received an award.  The DailyTrib reports:

"The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission recognized District Attorney Wiley “Sonny” McAfee on August 22 for his efforts in prosecuting natural and cultural resource violations as well as environmental crimes. The commission named the 33rd and 424th district attorney the 2019 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Prosecutor of the Year. McAfee serves Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and San Saba counties. Elected in November 2012 and taking office on January 1, 2013, he has been instrumental in a number of high-profile cases involving Texas game wardens and Texas State Park police officers."

The District Attorney has ignored a complaint filed earlier by this publication regarding special treatment accorded Texas oil man Johnny Greene by the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff vis a vis a property dispute involving a local banker, three other local property owners with homes encroaching on land they don't own, one of which is on an unused Llano County road.  To say nothing of damage to a Pace Arrow motorhome on that property.  All a result of egregious abuse of authority by Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764.  The circumstances of this fiasco can be found above in each and every edition of this publication since this happened two years ago.  The Sheriff, the County Attorney, and the District Attorney have all determinedly, concertedly ignored this ongoing, unresolved fiasco raising one ferociously pointed question.  How much were they bribed?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred ninety two weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred ninety two weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

As always, when law enforcement does something heroic, and/ or of exceptional value to the community, it leads.  Always.  ABC News reports:

"Police in Michigan helped save a man who was threatening to jump off a bridge after he had been "pushed to the brink." Officers with the Livonia Police Department [Livonia, Mich.] were called to an overpass, located directly over Interstate 96 near the city of Inkster, over reports of a man who was standing on the edge, according to police. When they arrived on Dec. 17, they saw the man, who police described as "distraught and threatening to jump." In body-camera footage of the incident, posted by the Livonia Police Department, the man can be heard saying he had been "pushed to the brink." "Do you wanna tell me what's going on in your life?" an officer can be heard saying. "Can we go get a cup of coffee or something?" he adds. The man, who can be heard crying, eventually comes down and police took him to a local hospital for evaluation. "We got you," one officer says."

Outstanding policing.  Law enforcement at its very best.

In follow up to last week's edition, ABC News reports:

"New York City police say it's "all hands on deck" as authorities track a 14-year-old suspected of killing Barnard College first-year Tessa Majors. The 14-year-old -- wanted for allegedly stabbing the college student to death last week -- was on his way to turn himself in Monday night when he bolted from the car while it was stopped at an intersection, according to police sources. NYPD Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison is "confident" the teen will be tracked down, he told ABC News Thursday. Police believe the 14-year-old may have signs of a bite mark from the struggle with Majors. Majors, 18, was stabbed to death on Dec. 11 in upper Manhattan's Morningside Park, just off the campus of Columbia University, which sits next to Barnard. A 13-year-old boy was arrested for the murder. He appeared Tuesday in family court, where the judge found reasonable cause to hold him in custody. Police testified Tuesday that the 13-year-old and two others intended to rob Majors. The suspects allegedly had their sights set on another victim, a male, but backed out and grabbed Majors from behind and removed a plastic bag from her pocket, police said. The 13-year-old told detectives that he saw one of his companions stab the college student with a red-handled knife, according to police testimony. The 13-year-old said he heard Majors call for help and refused to give up any property, according to the testimony."

ABC News reports:

"The New York City Law Department and the Legal Aid lawyers for the 13-year-old boy accused in the murder of Barnard College student Tessa Majors agreed Monday to limit disclosure of the teen's videotaped statement to the NYPD. The two sides, chided by Judge Carol Goldstein for coming to family court unprepared, briefly huddled in a private room before announcing they had reached agreement. It was not announced in court who the protective order is meant to exclude, but it is likely that the law department, which handles the prosecutions of juveniles, does not want the 13-year-old's statement provided to the families of the two other teenage boy implicated in the murder.

"The 13-year-old suspect allegedly told detectives that he saw one of his companions stab the college student with a red-handled knife, according to police testimony. Police are still searching for one of the suspects -- a 14-year-old boy -- believed to be involved in Majors' killing. The 14-year-old was on his way to turn himself in last week when he bolted from the car while it was stopped at an intersection, according to police sources. The third teenage suspect was questioned and released without charges. In court Monday, the New York City Law Department and the Legal Aid lawyers stipulated that any experts called to testify would be subject to a nondisclosure agreement. The defense will attempt to challenge the admissibility of the 13-year-old's purported confession. The case returns to court on Jan. 2."

CBS News reports:

"The New York City Police Department says it has located a teen they were seeking in connection with the stabbing death of Barnard College student Tessa Majors. The department announced the update Thursday morning on Twitter.  The 14-year-old boy is considered a suspect in Majors' murder December 11 in Morningside Park. He bolted from a car in Harlem on the way to meet police last week, a law enforcement source told CBS News' Pat Milton. Police posted photos of the teen and asked for the public's help in finding him. Police say another boy, just 13, has already confessed to being a part of a group who tried to rob Majors in the park near the school's Manhattan campus. CBS New York reported the boy said he watched as his two friends stabbed and choked Majors. The younger boy is in custody, charged as a juvenile. New York City Police Department Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison tweeted that police had located the 14-year-old on Thursday, but didn't provide more information." [12-26-19]

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

When will it end?  Another murder perpetrated by a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue.  ABC News reports:

"A Northern California sheriff announced Friday he is firing a deputy who used a choke hold on a man, who later died, while officers were investigating a suspected carjacking."

Why are choke holds legal?  Certainly, not the first time a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue murdered vis a vis a choke hold.  When will this unnecessary carnage end?

"Sonoma County Sheriff Mark Essick said in a video that he found footage of the deputy's actions “extremely troubling.” The video released by the department includes the body camera footage of the violent encounter between Deputy Charles Blount and David Glen Ward, who had reported his car stolen. “If you watched the body-worn camera video closely, you may be concerned about what you saw. So was I," Essick said. “The way Deputy Blount handles the entire situation is extremely troubling. As a result, I’ve served Deputy Blount a notice of termination.”

When will the carnage end?  When will law enforcement, legislators, and the courts finally smarten up?  ... Hear the rumble?  Too deaf?

"Ward died the morning of Nov. 27 after two sheriff’s deputies and two Sebastopol police officers mistook him for a stolen car suspect. Ward had reported his green Honda Civic stolen three days earlier by a man who he said pistol-whipped him. He was driving the car when officers tried to pull him over and he refused to stop. When they did eventually pull him over, he did not tell officers he was the vehicle's owner and Essick said it remains a mystery why he fled from officers."

No excuse for committing what effectively turned out to be cold-blooded murder.  Where's the professionalism?

"Ward, who has a blackened left eye, can be heard on the video asking officers “why are you (expletive) harassing me all the time?” Moments later Blount can be seen trying to pull Ward out of the car through the window. Ward screams in pain, saying his legs hurt. Blount then tells fellow officers Ward bit him and he can be seen pulling Ward by his hair, then slamming his head repeatedly against the side of the car while another officer deploys a stun gun on him. Blount then puts Ward in a choke hold inside the vehicle for several seconds while other officers break the passenger-side window. When they drag Ward out of the car through, he lies listless on the ground as several officers say he is unconscious. Ward was pronounced dead at a hospital. The coroner is reviewing the case and has not yet determined a cause of death."

From the above, indeed, hard to believe he wasn't suffocated by the choke hold, suffered a brain injury having his head repeatedly slammed up against the side of the car having been violently roughed up during the entire encounter, etc.  No matter what, an egregious lack of professionalism by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Apparently, took great pleasure, got their cookies off violently abusing this victim.

"Essick said in an interview Friday that Blount violated several department policies, including use of force, stopping high-risk vehicles, the hostage and barricade procedure and firearms policy. He said Blount also violated safety rules. “When I watched that video, it was an aberration. It did not meet the expectations of our sheriff's department or my expectations,” he said. Essick said the department will review the conduct of each deputy involved, but its investigation began with Blount because “his actions were the most egregious.” The sheriff said Blount has been on paid administrative leave since the incident. The Sonoma County Deputy Sheriff's Association did not respond to a request to speak on behalf of Blount Friday."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"Ward’s half-sister, Catherine Aguilera, has said her brother used drugs and had health issues that began 20 years ago when a drunken driver hit him while he was riding a motorcycle, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and a heart condition. Aguilera said Ward had to carry an oxygen tank and use a walker or a wheelchair."

Unprofessional, out of control, murderous, jackbooted bastards in blue.

NBC News reports:

"Sonoma County Sheriff Mark Essick released a video Friday in which he shared gruesome bodycam footage from one of his officers in which another deputy, Charles Blount, put David Glen Ward, the victim of a carjacking whom officers thought was a suspect, into a chokehold. Ward, 52, later died at a nearby hospital. "The way Deputy Blount handles the entire situation is extremely troubling," Essick said in the video. "As a result, I have served Deputy Blount with a notice of termination. He has been on administrative leave since this incident occurred and he will remain on leave until the conclusion of this investigation and all potential appeals have taken place."

Clearly, the jackbooted bastard hired an 'attack dog' to defend the indefensible:

"Harry Stern, Blount's attorney, defended the deputy's actions and slammed what he called the sheriff's "hasty" response as a product of "political expediency."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  A man is dead for no legitimate reason at all.

"Stern also emphasized that the deputy was still employed, despite the notice of termination, because the probe had not yet concluded. "Deputy Blount has not been fired yet," the lawyer said. "If and when that happens, we will absolutely appeal."

Charging the living shit out of the jackbooted bastard for your services, Counselor?  ... Or, doing it pro bono because you believe your client was falsely accused?

"The incident occurred on Nov. 27, shortly after Ward reported his car stolen. The Santa Rosa Police Department had seen his vehicle travel past and contacted the sheriff's office to help recover it. Deputies responded and attempted to pull the car's driver over, the sheriff's office said. "What our deputies did not not know at the time was that Mr. Ward was not only the owner of the car, but the victim of the earlier carjacking," Essick said in the video. "The suspect had pistol-whipped him and stolen his car. Mr. Ward had recovered the car, but failed to report it. It remains a mystery as to why he fled from our deputies."

Bottom line remains the same: officers were out of control, failed to act professionally.

"The video shows Ward, who has a black eye, pull over temporarily before suddenly taking off and starting a high-speed chase. Officers then pursue him at speeds as high as 70 miles per hour into the town of Bloomfield, California. The chase eventually comes to a stop when Ward comes to a cul-de-sac and pulls over. Deputies tried to remove Ward from his car, the Sonoma sheriff's office said, but he refused to cooperate and even bit two of the deputies. "Why are you f---ing harassing me all the time?" Ward asks the officers after he struggles to unlock the door and opens the window instead. Deputy Charles Blount then seizes Ward by the arm and attempts to pull him out the window before Ward agrees to comply and get out of the car. The officers then seize him and drag him out, and Ward's leg appears to get pinched under the wheel as he yells, "my legs, my legs" and screams in pain."

You bastards get your cookies off doing so?  Cream your pants?

"That is when Ward bites both of the officers. In response, Blount strikes Ward's head against the side of the car and another officer shoots him with a taser twice. As Ward is being tased, Blount pulls him into a chokehold and Ward can be heard gasping for air and sputtering. After breaking the passenger side window, other officers from the Sebastopol Police Department then drag Ward, who at this point appears to be unconscious, out of the vehicle from the other side and cuff him. Officers try to wake Ward up, but stop when they say he appears to still be breathing. "Keep monitoring his breathing and s---," Blount tells the other officers."

Jesus Christ.  Should have considered the consequences before choking him.  What the f--k could you possibly been thinking?  In an out of control blind rage?

"Another sheriff's deputy later in the video identifies Ward as the owner of the car and says he was with Ward two hours earlier looking for his stolen car. "Oh well," Blount says in the video."

Jesus Christ.  These pieces of shit are unfit to wear the uniform.

"Seconds later an officer notices that Ward is no longer breathing, and Blount tells the others to begin CPR on Ward and reports the man's state to dispatch. "Start it. Just do it. It can't hurt to do it," Blount tells the other officers."

Big of the jackbooted bastard, isn't it?

"Ward was later declared dead at a nearby hospital."

Killed in action by an out of control jackbooted son of a bitch and his fellow thugs.

"Catherine Aguilera, Ward's half-sister, told NBC News affiliate KCRA that Ward had struggled with drugs and other health issues since he had been hit by a drunk driver while riding a motorcycle. Suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and a heart condition, Ward used a walker or a wheelchair and had to carry an oxygen tank."

Considering the above and if indeed true, what legitimate threat could this guy have presented to a gang of jackbooted thugs in blue?  What threat?

"The sheriff said, "We release these videos so the community can get as full a picture as possible about critical incidents in our county, regardless of whether it puts us in a good light or bad."

Transparency is critical to justice.

"Please know that this one person does not reflect the culture of the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office and does not represent the hardworking men and women who work here," the sheriff said."

Hopefully, not.  Yet, certainly reflected by the gang of jackbooted thugs involved in this death.

The following is proof positive a shyster attorney, acting in the best interests of his client and clearly not justice, is certainly quite capable of turning reality into self-serving bullshit:

"Stern, Blount's lawyer, said in his statement, "Deputy Blount didn't cause David Ward's death. Frankly, Mr. Ward caused his own death by inexplicably taking a number of bizarre actions that confirmed in the deputies' minds that he was an armed carjacker." The lawyer suggested that he believes evidence will show that Ward died of other causes. "Most significantly, there were no indications of trauma to his neck," the statement said."

Nothing quite like blaming the murdered victim for the murder.

CNN News reports:

"Believing they had stopped a stolen car after a miles-long pursuit, two California sheriff's deputies tried to arrest a carjacking victim, who died after the encounter in which one deputy appears to slam the man's skull into a car door and put him in a neck hold as the other deputy twice deployed his Taser. Body camera video from last month's incident begins mid-chase, during which authorities say David Ward, 52, twice stopped for deputies only to flee again. Speeds at one point reach 73 mph before a deputy, trailed by two officers from the Sebastopol Police Department, stop Ward at a dead end in Bloomfield, about a 30-minute drive southwest of Santa Rosa. Deputies Charlie Blount and Jason Little, veterans with the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office, try to extract Ward from the car, but they struggle because Ward's legs are apparently pinned beneath the steering wheel. Both deputies exclaim that Ward bites them during the arrest attempt, and the body camera footage shows Blount pull Ward's head out of the car window by his hair. Just as Little deploys his Taser for the first time, Blount appears to smash Ward's head into the top of the car door."

Jackbooted motherf--kers.  Out of control.  Getting their cookies off.

"After deputies and officers remove Ward from the car, Deputy Nick Jax informs his counterparts that Ward had no reason to run because he was a carjacking victim, not a car thief -- to which Blount responds, "Oh well."

Jesus Christ.  Unfit to be in law enforcement.  Disgrace to the badge and uniform.  A callous son of a bitch.

"Seconds later, the body camera video shows police saying "He's not breathing anymore," and Blount orders another law enforcement officer to begin CPR. Sonoma County Sheriff Mark Essick handed Blount a notice of termination, and the deputy will remain on administrative leave until the investigation is complete and all appeals have been exhausted, the sheriff said in a Friday video statement. "What our deputies did not know at the time was that Mr. Ward was not only the owner of the car, but the victim of the earlier carjacking," Essick said. "The suspect had pistol-whipped him and stole his car. Mr. Ward had recovered the car but failed to report it. It remains a mystery as to why he fled from our deputies."

Always stupid to run from the goons in law enforcement.  Can and does get innocent people killed.  Never, ever, never run.

The following is no excuse for outrageously brutal, unprofessional behavior by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue:

"Harry Stern, who is representing Blount, said Ward is responsible for his own death because he took "bizarre actions" that left deputies thinking he was an armed carjacker rather than a carjacking victim. Stern said that it is his understanding that medical evidence will show Ward had a pre-existing medical condition and methamphetamine in his system. There are no indications of trauma to Ward's neck, the lawyer said. (Police have not said whether Ward was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and the Marin County Coroner's Office is investigating the cause of death.)"

There's been no ruling by the Coroner's Office.  Where is this shyster getting his information?  Who is he desperately trying to influence and why?

"I am extremely disappointed in Sheriff Essick's reaction to this unfortunate incident. I view his hasty decision as a product of panic, political expediency and hindsight," Stern said in a statement that called Blount's actions "entirely reasonable."

Where is your professionalism, Counselor?  The department and coroner have not yet ruled.  Why are you talking out your ass?

"Reached for comment, Izaak Schwaiger, an attorney for Ward's mother, said, "David was well-loved in his community. When the time for mourning has passed, justice will be done upon those responsible."

We'll see.

"Early November 27, an off-duty Santa Rosa police officer reported seeing a vehicle, which belonged to Ward and had been reported stolen, in unincorporated Sonoma County, police said. A carjacker had pistol-whipped Ward and stolen the vehicle three days earlier, Essick said. Ward, a Petaluma resident, was driving the car just before 6 a.m. (9 a.m. ET) when Little gave chase, police said. With the two Sebastopol officers in their cars behind him, Little attempted to stop Ward between Sebastopol and Bloomfield. "Deputy Little could not see inside of the vehicle and did not know how many or the identity of the occupants inside," a police statement said. "The suspect in the initial theft had been in possession of a firearm, and the vehicle was still reported as stolen." Ward stopped but then fled, police said, and the pursuit continued. Little tried to perform a special maneuver to stop Ward's car, but Ward stopped only momentarily, and the chase resumed, according to police. The body camera video begins before the second stop. In it, Little -- using his driver's door as cover and pointing his gun at Ward's car -- orders Ward to show his hands four times before Ward takes off again. After a seven-minute chase, the deputy and officers box in Ward on a dead end road in Bloomfield, police said. Again, Little uses his car door as cover and aims his weapon at Ward's car, ordering the driver, "Show me your f***ing hands. Show me your hands. Turn off the f***ing car." The body camera's view is occasionally blocked, and it's not possible to see exactly how Ward responds at all times, but on multiple occasions, he lifts his hands in the air and lowers them, leaving them obscured by the car door. The officers positioned off-camera can also be heard demanding to see Ward's hands. Blount arrives and tells Little, "Let me get up there, if you want." Little responds, "Wait, wait, wait," as Blount approaches the car, tells Ward not to move and attempts to open the driver's door, which appears to be locked. He tells Ward to unlock it. It looks as if Ward moves to unlock the door, but Blount indicates that it remains locked. I can't believe this. I'm the injured party," Ward says after rolling down his window. "Don't move your f***ing hands," Little tells him. "Why you f***ing harass me all the time?" Ward asks. Blount orders Ward to give him his hands and tells his fellow officers, "Get him the f*** out of the car," as he tries to pull Ward out of the window, but officers are heard saying Ward's legs are pinned under the steering wheel. Ward cries in pain, saying, "Hey, hey, hey" and "My legs." Little tells Blount that Ward is stuck, but the tussle carries on. As the deputies continue to try to get Ward out of the car, Blount exclaims that Ward bit him. Moments later, Little says Ward bit him, too. A head slam, Taser and 'carotid restraint' Another policeman tells Blount and Little that Ward is stuck, and Blount grabs Ward by his hair in an attempt to pull Ward out of the car through the driver's window. Blount pulls Ward's head away from car before appearing to slam it into the top of the driver's door, just as Little deploys the Taser. Ward yelps in pain, groans and says something inaudible on the body camera footage. Blount then placed "one of his arms around the neck of Ward and attempted to administer a carotid restraint," police said in a statement. A carotid restraint targets the arteries that carry blood to the brain and neck. "The deputies and officers used personal body weapons and struck Ward several times in an attempt to gain compliance and remove him from his vehicle," the police statement says. One of the Sebastopol officers breaks the passenger window with a baton, and Ward is removed from the car, placed on the ground and handcuffed. After removing the Taser prongs, Little utters an expletive and says, "He broke my skin," referencing the alleged bite. Later, Blount says, "He didn't quite break the skin on my arm, but he bit me f***ing hard." "You've got some blood on your pocket," another deputy tells Blount. "That's his," Blount says, motioning to Ward. After Deputy Nick Jax tells his colleagues that the man in cuffs "is the owner of this car. That's David Ward," Little asks why Ward ran from police. "I don't know why he ran," Jax says. "He had no reason to run, but I was out with him earlier, like two hours ago, at his house. ... Obviously, he somehow made contact with the guy (who allegedly stole the car) and got it. But he was here two hours ago, and this is him. "Oh well," Blount says. "There's no reason for him to have done this," Jax says. A policeman off-camera reports Ward is no longer breathing. Blount tells an officer to start CPR. An ambulance arrives about 6:20 a.m. and transports Ward to Petaluma Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead less than an hour later, police said. The Santa Rosa Police Department is leading the investigation. The carjacking is the subject of a separate investigation. "If you watched the body-worn camera video closely, you may be concerned by what you saw. So was I," Sheriff Essick said in last week's video statement. "The way Deputy Blount handles the entire situation is extremely troubling. As a result, I've served Deputy Blount a notice of termination." A notice of termination is the first step in a termination process governed by civil service rules, sheriff's office spokeswoman Misti Wood told CNN. Essick did not say whether Little -- who has been with the department for 17 years, 12 as a deputy and five as a correctional deputy -- or any other officers will face discipline. Blount has been with the sheriff's office for more than 19 years and previously served less than two years as a Santa Rosa police officer. "Charlie Blount has served the people of Sonoma County for over 20 years and honorably served in the military for 20 years before that," his lawyer said. "His actions during this arrest were entirely reasonable under the circumstances known, keeping in mind that videos of uses of force, even when justified, are often upsetting and graphic."

No excuse.  Excessive force is excessive force.  These unprofessional jackbooted bastards were out of control.  Getting their cookies off abusing their victim.  Unfit to wear the badge and uniform.  Needless to say this case will be closely followed.

No justice.

Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

In follow up to a case covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere, NBC News reports:

"A Texas grand jury on Friday indicted a former Fort Worth police officer for murder after he fatally shot a woman who had been babysitting her nephew at home in a case that drew public outcry for police accountability. The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office confirmed the indictment against the former officer, Aaron Dean, 35, in the shooting death of Atatiana Jefferson, a 28-year-old pre-med graduate student. Lee Merritt, an attorney for Jefferson's family, tweeted that they are relieved with the indictment, but "remain cautious that a conviction and appropriate sentence is still a long way away." In the week after Jefferson's death, Tarrant County prosecutors said they had enough evidence to ask for the grand jury indictment, and said in a statement "we will prosecute this case to the fullest extent of the law." The case led to a rare murder charge against a police officer in the United States, when Dean was initially arrested just days after the incident occurred. He resigned from the Fort Worth Police Department prior to his arrest. "Had the officer not resigned, I would have fired him for violations for several policies, including our use of force policy, our de-escalation policy and unprofessional conduct," Police Chief Ed Kraus told reporters."

Shoot first, ask questions later:

"Dean and another officer were responding to an early-morning house call after a neighbor became concerned when they noticed the front door of a home, which belonged to Jefferson's mother, was left ajar and requested a welfare check. Jefferson had been babysitting her 8-year-old nephew inside and playing video games. According to police and body camera footage, Dean failed to identify himself before firing his weapon, striking Jefferson. The bodycam video released publicly shows the perspective of an officer outside the home, peering into a window using a flashlight and spotting someone inside standing near a window and telling her, "Put your hands up — show me your hands." A single shot is fired seconds later. Jefferson's nephew told authorities that she had taken a handgun from her purse when she heard noises outside and pointed it toward the window, according to an arrest warrant. But police have said she was within her rights to protect herself."

The following is beyond appalling.  KERO - Bakersfield, California reports:

"The Bakersfield Police Department has arrested an off-duty officer for public intoxication. BPD responded to a call just after 11 p.m. Thursday about a sleeping man with a gun on his lap at Studio Movie Grill. Officers made contact with the subject, who was identified as off-duty BPD Officer Douglas Barrier. He was found asleep and in possession of a loaded firearm on his lap."

What could he possibly been thinking?

"Investigating officers determined Barrier was under the influence of alcohol. Officer Barrier was arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail. He was also placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Studio Movie Grill was evacuated for approximately 15 minutes during the incident."

De facto fascist police-state since 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  CBS News reports:

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has set up a new information-sharing initiative with the government agency responsible for taking care of unaccompanied migrant minors, sparking fears it will use biometric data to detain and deport immigrant adults who try to sponsor children family members who are in U.S. custody."

Nazi America.

"In recent weeks, ICE started a new joint effort with the Department of Health of Human Services (HHS) to oversee biometric screenings of adults who try to sponsor children in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), the agency within HHS that oversees shelters for migrant minors. ICE spokesperson Bryan Cox told CBS News the inter-agency cooperation, which was not publicly announced, is designed to prevent migrant children in U.S. custody from being placed with sponsors who could be dangerous. He said that HHS, unlike ICE, does not have a mechanism to detect fraudulent documents or a government-run system to conduct background checks on potential sponsors. "The intent of the ICE detail was to help decrease these vulnerabilities in HHS screening and vetting procedures, thereby increasing the welfare and safety" of migrant children in custody, Cox said."

More disingenuous bullshit.  Believe the ruse?

"The new initiative, which includes increased sharing of fingerprint and criminal history data, was first reported by The Washington Post. Citing HHS officials, The Washington Post reported that the White House recently tried to install a top ICE official at ORR to oversee the increased information-sharing between the two agencies, but the plan was thwarted by HHS leadership. Advocates were quick to denounce the initiative, fearing that ICE could be meddling in the internal affairs of America's refugee agency to continue the Trump administration's crackdown on undocumented immigrants. They noted that ICE has previously tried to use data gathered from undocumented immigrant adults seeking to sponsor children family members with the aim of detaining and deporting them."

Hitler and Mussolini would have been proud.  Must be 'high-fiving' on their fiery perches.

"We must stop these renewed efforts to use HHS data to deport relatives and families of migrant children — it will only result in more trauma and pain for vulnerable children," Democratic Congressman Joaquin Castro of Texas said in a statement to CBS News. In March 2018, HHS signed a memorandum of agreement with ICE and Customs and Border Protection, agreeing to provide sensitive information about children in its custody, as well as from people who request to sponsor the minors. A report by advocacy groups found that fewer sponsors were coming forward as result of the agreement because they feared that any information they provided to HHS could be used by ICE for immigration enforcement actions against them."

To be expected of the jackbooted bastards.

"This February, however, House Democrats worked to restrict this through the Homeland Security appropriations bill that became law. They added language designed to limit ICE's ability to go after potential sponsors of children or members of their household. Castro, who chairs the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, accused White House senior adviser Stephen Miller, one of the architects of the administration's hardline immigration agenda, of being behind the move, which the Texas Democrat said is an attempt to undermine congressional authority."

To be expected from our impeached, narcissistic, insane, nazi fuhrer currently occupying the Oval Office.

"Congress explicitly included a prohibition to prevent ICE from using HHS information to deport sponsors," Castro said. "Nevertheless, Miller is trying to circumvent Congress and create a new crisis at HHS for the sole purpose of inflicting cruelty on immigrants.

"The appropriations law passed this year, he added, does not protect immigrants whose sponsorship requests are rejected by HHS, suggesting they could be targeted for detention and removal. HHS has been sharing information about rejected sponsors with ICE, according to Cox."

Goddamned nazis.  When did we lose ourselves?

Nothing quite like 'honor' in law enforcement, is there?  ABC News reports:

"A former southwest Missouri sheriff's lieutenant has been sentenced to six consecutive life terms for sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl. Greene County Judge David Jones said during sentencing Friday that he hopes 68-year-old David Hastings never leaves prison, the Springfield News-Leader reported. "You should never be released to do this to another child," Jones said. Jurors found Hastings guilty in October of 11 felonies, including statutory rape, statutory sodomy and child molestation. Assistant Greene County Prosecutor Stephanie Wan said Hastings groomed the victim before sexually abusing her for more than a year. Wan said Hastings, who maintains his innocence, has never taken responsibility for his actions."

How did it go on as long as it did?  Who was out to lunch?

"He is a complete and utter danger to the community," Wan said. Hastings plans to appeal, according to his attorney, who asked for a 10-year prison sentence. Greene County Sheriff Jim Arnott told the News-Leader in 2018 that Hastings did not leave the sheriff's office on "good terms," but that he left before Arnott became sheriff in 2009."

Egregious abuse of authority and invasion of privacy by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  NBC News reports:

"State investigators and college police used a controversial tracking technology called "geofencing" to collect personal information from the cellphones of antiracism protestors at the University of North Carolina after being tipped off by the FBI, according to documents obtained by NBC News via a freedom of information request."

Nazi America.  De facto goddamned fascist police-state since 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth ReichWhere's the warrant?

"The documents also show that the university signed a three-year, $73,500 contract for the use of geofencing in 2016, a contract that ran through the end of October 2019. "Geofencing" captures the social media posts of people entering a specific area. The technology locates any cellphones that cross into the area by locking onto their geolocation systems, and then records social media posts and sometimes other data from the phones. Versions of geofencing have been used in politics, including by the Trump reelection campaign and the Texas Democratic Party, and by retailers, who send ads touting sales and products to any nearby cellphones."

Outrageous bullshit.  Perpetrated by an egregiously out of control corporate management suite.   Where's the warrant?

"At UNC, however, internal university emails obtained by NBC News show that officials used the technology at least once to monitor activists who showed up for a protest at a campus Confederate memorial known as "Silent Sam" — a statue of a gun-wielding rebel soldier. On Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017, white supremacists met in Charlottesville, Virginia, for a planned march to protest the proposed removal of a Robert E. Lee statue from a city park. A white supremacist drove his car into a counter-protestor, killing her."

Wake up.  Where's the warrant?  Here's the problem, exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties:

"The incident raised concerns among law enforcement officers in other cities, including Chapel Hill, about potential violence at other protests. At just before 1 p.m. the next day, Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017, an FBI agent sent the chief of the UNC campus police an email that said, "I'm sure you're already tracking, but wanted to make sure," and mentioned that anti-racist protestors were expected to gather at Silent Sam at 7 p.m. for a "Charlottesville Solidarity Action." "We have no information of any planned violence at this time," said the FBI agent. "Any intelligence we develop will be pushed your way."

Jesus Christ.  Where's the warrant?

"The Silent Sam statue was already the site of regular protests. That afternoon at 3:12 p.m., when a small group of people had gathered at the statue, UNC police intelligence chief Jake Kornegay sent an email to the UNC police chief and three other members of the department. "Geo-fence is being monitored and real-time distribution list established with Orange County LE and ISAAC/JTTF," wrote Kornegay, referencing law enforcement from the surrounding county, the State Bureau of Investigation's Information Sharing and Analysis Center and the local Joint Terrorism Task Force, which combines local and federal law enforcement. He also said he was doing "some link analysis on social media" and that only "a few people" were at the statue."

Where's the warrant?  An exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Not from some foreign power or terrorist organization, but from nazi government in our formerly great country.  Traitors.

"That evening, during the Charlottesville Solidarity Action, the crowd at the statue had grown to 175 to 200 people, according to minutes of a meeting held five days later by a university group referred to as the High Interest Events Team. "Aggressive in demeanor and approach," said the minutes. "Event was surveilled."

Jesus Christ.  Where's the warrant?  Perpetrated by traitors in government who egregiously abrogated their falsely sworn oaths of office to uphold the United States Constitution.  Goddamned appalling.  Pitiful.

"There is no evidence in the materials obtained by NBC News to show whether geofencing was used at protests prior to or after Aug. 13. But according to contract information obtained via the freedom of information request, the university had begun began paying a Vermont-based company called Social Sentinel Inc. $73,500 nearly a year earlier to use software that allowed them to pull social media posts from a geographic area. The purchase order from the company says the data Social Sentinel provided to the school was given to them by "one or more social media services or third party data providers. The documents show the contract extended from Nov. 1, 2016 through Oct. 31, 2019."

Clearly, our government cannot be trusted.

"A university spokesperson confirmed that the campus police continue to use geofencing, but would not say for what."

Why not?  The public is entitled to this information.  What are you fascist bastards hiding?  Where's the warrant?

The following remains an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties:

"The spokesperson declined to comment on how the technology has been used, or when it was used, saying that, "The university coordinates with and relies on assistance from state and federal law enforcement agencies when appropriate in order to ensure campus safety." UNC police, Kornegay and Carol Folt, who was university chancellor in 2017, did not respond to requests for comment. A spokesperson for North Carolina's State Bureau of Investigation defended the practice, saying the agency only monitored "publicly available posts … within a certain geographic area" but declined to specify exactly what information was obtained."

Where's the warrant?  Lying nazi motherf--kers:

"This information was monitored in an attempt to prevent any potential acts of violence (such as those that have occurred at other public protests around the country, including Charlottesville) and to ensure the safety of all participants," said Anjanette Grube, the SBI spokesperson, in a statement. "No records of the posts are kept after the event has concluded." Grube said the geofence was "not used to monitor any particular individuals."

Where's the warrant?  A continuing exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties:

"In her statement, Grube said SBI has also used geofencing to assist local law enforcement agents "at other mass gatherings" in North Carolina like sporting events to prevent violence. She did not say whether geofencing had been used again at Silent Sam protests. Gary Margolis, Social Sentinel's chief executive, declined to discuss how UNC used his product -- or to confirm that UNC was a client. He did say, however, that his company has "been very clear on the record that we don't monitor, we don't surveil, we don't follow, nor will we be part of that kind of activity. Our system technologically isn't built to do that." Margolis also said that geofencing is "kind of old technology" and that these days "most of social media ... is not geotagged."

Unadulterated bullshit promulgated by congenital liars.

"Anti-statue activist Maya Little, a Ph.D. student and teaching assistant at UNC, a frequent protestor at the statue site, was "shocked but not surprised" when shown evidence of the use of geofencing. "I feel sorry for students though, because they're paying for this kind of experience -- to be traumatized and to be surveilled," Little said."

Where's the warrant?

"Geofences, or virtual perimeters, are often used by companies to deliver location-based ads for goods and services. But they have also been used by the Department of Homeland Security and the National Security Agency as a form of cell phone monitoring, according to agency and whistleblower reports. Geofences have also been used by local law enforcement agencies in recent years, including in cases against defendants in Virginia, Kentucky, Oregon and Alabama. In those cases, the technology was deployed to capture identities near a crime scene to identify potential suspects, witnesses and victims or collect evidence."

Did the jackbooted bastards, clearly on a fishing expedition, have a warrant?  Where's the warrant?

"NBC News was unable to identify any other colleges that have used geofencing to monitor protestors. Eight legal experts contacted by NBC News said using geofencing on protestors, especially in the absence of a crime, may violate federal statutes and infringe on demonstrators' First and Fourth Amendment rights. Aziz Huq, a professor of criminal procedure at the University of Chicago Law School and a graduate of UNC, said the technology could lead to police abusing their power."

Clearly, already have egregiously abused power, falsely in the name of 'security.'  All across our formerly great country.  Nazi America.

"In several recent court cases, defendants have challenged the law enforcement's warrantless use of geofence technology, though many have been unsuccessful. In 2016, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a lower court ruling which allowed geo-fence evidence to be used in court. UNC police did not answer when asked if they had obtained a warrant to geofence the area. Scott Holmes, a law professor at North Carolina Central University and attorney for many who were later arrested at protests around the statue, said he had seen no such warrants provided to him by the District Attorney and hadn't heard of the geofence until contacted by NBC News. SBI did not respond to follow-up questions about whether the agency obtained a warrant for the use of the technology."

Nazi America.  De facto fascist police-state since 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Where did we lose ourselves?  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.  At a time our formerly great country remains hopelessly divided.  Time to wake upBefore too late.

Not only is law enforcement engaging in the above, so are universities.  The Washington Post reports:

"When Syracuse University freshmen walk into professor Jeff Rubin’s Introduction to Information Technologies class, seven small Bluetooth beacons hidden around the Grant Auditorium lecture hall connect with an app on their smartphones and boost their “attendance points.” And when they skip class? The SpotterEDU app sees that, too, logging their absence into a campus database that tracks them over time and can sink their grade. It also alerts Rubin, who later contacts students to ask where they’ve been. His 340-person lecture has never been so full. “They want those points,” he said. “They know I’m watching and acting on it. So, behaviorally, they change.” Short-range phone sensors and campuswide WiFi networks are empowering colleges across the United States to track hundreds of thousands of students more precisely than ever before. Dozens of schools now use such technology to monitor students’ academic performance, analyze their conduct or assess their mental health."

Brave New World.  Welcome to Nazi America.

"But some professors and education advocates argue that the systems represent a new low in intrusive technology, breaching students’ privacy on a massive scale. The tracking systems, they worry, will infantilize students in the very place where they’re expected to grow into adults, further training them to see surveillance as a normal part of living, whether they like it or not. “We’re adults. Do we really need to be tracked?” said Robby Pfeifer, a sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, which recently began logging the attendance of students connected to the campus’ WiFi network. “Why is this necessary? How does this benefit us? … And is it just going to keep progressing until we’re micromanaged every second of the day?”

In follow up to last week's edition, The Washington Post reports:

"When the Louisville Courier-Journal revealed earlier this month that former Kentucky governor Matt Bevin (R) had pardoned a slew of violent criminals during his final weeks in office, he cited his belief in second chances. But on Thursday, Bevin offered a different explanation for one particularly controversial pardon: He said he didn’t believe that a 9-year-old girl was raped, because her hymen was intact. “There was zero evidence,” Bevin told talk-radio host Terry Meiners of WHAS. Already under fire for handing out pardons to relatives of his supporters, Bevin is now facing an onslaught of criticism from medical and forensic experts. Scientists have debunked the notion that inspecting an alleged victim’s hymen can prove whether they were sexually assaulted, and found that most survivors of child sexual abuse do not have any physical damage. George Nichols, an expert in evaluating child abuse who also served as Kentucky’s chief medical examiner for 20 years, told the Courier-Journal on Thursday that Bevin “clearly doesn’t know medicine and anatomy.” Bevin, who had a reputation for making controversial and unproven claims during his single term as Kentucky’s governor, was narrowly defeated by Democrat Andy Beshear in November. Before leaving office, he issued 428 pardons, a group that includes multiple convicted murderers and sex offenders, the Courier-Journal reported. Asked Thursday by Meiners how he could stomach pardoning a child rapist, Bevin responded, “Which one?”

Trump impeachment.  ABC News reports:

"House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday stood by her position that the House will not send the Senate the just-passed articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump until she sees “the process that is set forth in the Senate” -- how a trial would be structured. When asked at her weekly news conference if there’s risk in Republicans saying she is playing games by holding the articles, Pelosi said, "We don't know the arena that we're in. Frankly, I don’t care what the Republicans say.” “We would hope there would be a fair process just as I hope they would honor the Constitution,” Pelosi said of Republicans, adding that she’s said all she’s going to say on the matter until she knows more about what Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will agree to."

Smart move.  Force Republicans to hold a bona fide impeachment trial in the Senate, not just simply rubber stamp their fuhrer, the Trump nazi.  Longer she holds out, more stressed the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and fellow Republicans become.

"Notably, she has not said what exactly she needs to see from the Senate and it's still not clear if the Democrats’ demand for live witnesses will be a deal-breaker. "In any event, we are ready. When we see what they have, we'll know who, and how many [impeachment managers], we'll send over. And that's all I have to say on this now,” Pelosi said."

Our fuhrer is growing increasingly unhinged:

"As Pelosi spoke, Trump tweeted, "Pelosi feels her phony impeachment HOAX is so pathetic she is afraid to present it to the Senate, which can set a date and put this whole SCAM into default if they refuse to show up! The Do Nothings are so bad for our Country!"

Jesus Christ.  Take a deep breath, Mr. Trump.  She's running circles around you, sir.  ... Not having a panic attack, are you, Mr. 'President?'

"McConnell, speaking on the Senate floor a short time before Pelosi, said that she and her fellow Democrats were getting "cold feet" and were "afraid" to send their "shoddy" articles of impeachment to the Senate."

Wake up, Mitch.  You're behaving like an idiot, sir.  That, the best you have to offer in defense of the indefensible?

"The Constitution's framers suspected that "we might might have rogue president," Pelosi said. "I don't think they suspected that we'd have a rogue president and a rogue leader in the Senate at the same time," Pelosi shot back."

... Hey, Mitch?  She's running circles around you.  Do you, just like your fuhrer the Trump nazi, delusionally believe lies suddenly become truth if you repeat them often enough?

Ol' Mitch "The Bitch" is certainly rattled:

"McConnell later sought out reporters to say, "It's beyond me how the speaker and the Democratic leader in the Senate think withholding the articles of impeachment and not sending them over gives them leverage - is beyond me. Frankly, I'm not anxious to have the trial, if she thinks her case is so weak she doesn't want to send it over, throw me into that briar patch.”

Above is proof positive 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

The Washington Post reports:

"Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) wants to see the documents being concealed by the White House even more than he wants to hear from the list of current and former aides who followed President Trump’s order not to testify during the investigation that led to his impeachment. The House Intelligence Committee chairman recounted the texts and emails provided by Kurt Volker, the former envoy to Ukraine, and Gordon Sondland, the ambassador to the European Union. “The few messages we did get were remarkably incriminating,” Schiff said in an interview on Thursday night. “So you can only imagine, if this is what the small sample of documents that we have shows, just how damning many of the other documents the administration refuses to turn over may be.” The second article of impeachment that passed on Wednesday is for obstruction of Congress. It notes that not a single document was provided in response to subpoenas by the departments of State, Defense and Energy, as well the Office of Management and Budget. Contemporaneous emails don’t perjure themselves. The report Schiff’s committee released on Dec. 3 outlined, from pages 217 to 230, specific records that the administration refused to produce after witnesses testified about their existence. Among them are call logs, briefing materials provided to the president and notes taken by the National Security Council’s top legal adviser when employees expressed alarm about what the president was doing vis-à-vis Ukraine. “If this were a logical and fair trial, it would begin with the production of documents,” said Schiff, a former federal prosecutor. “And those documents tell you what questions you need to ask the witnesses. Sometimes they lead to other witnesses.”

ABC News reports:

"White House officials requested that aid to Ukraine be held around 1 1/2 hours after President Donald Trump's July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, according to newly obtained documents. While the Trump administration has yet to release a single document subpoenaed by Congress during its impeachment inquiry of the president, the administration was forced to hand over a second round of communications between two government offices that helped withhold $400 million in military aid to Ukraine. According to a rough transcript released by the White House, the July 25 call between Trump and Zelenskiy took place between 9:03 and 9:33 a.m. At 11:04 a.m., an official with the White House's budget office, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Mike Duffey, sent an email to Deputy Secretary of Defense David Norquist, the chief of staff to Defense Secretary Mark Esper and the Pentagon's chief financial officer telling them to withhold the aid to Ukraine, the documents showed."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Certainly, puts the lie to the Trump nazi's bullshit vis a vis no quid pro quo:

"Based on guidance I have received and in light of the Administration’s plan to review assistance to Ukraine, including the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, please hold off on any additional DoD obligations of these funds, pending direction from that process," the email from Duffey said, according to the documents. "Given the sensitive nature of the request, I appreciate your keeping that information closely held to those who need to know to execute direction," Duffey's email stated."

"The first announcement that the White House had decided to withhold the aid, which Acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney said was at the direction of the president, came at a July 18 meeting between OMB and other officials. The meeting immediately sparked confusion and concerns from National Security Council officials and diplomats. This prompted a series of NSC-led inter-agency meetings, during which officials came to a unanimous conclusion that the security assistance should be resumed, according to several witnesses' testimony in the House impeachment inquiry."

Anything to obfuscate, turn reality into bullshit to protect our fuhrer, the Trump nazi from himself:

"Rachel Semmel, a spokeswoman for OMB, said in a statement on Sunday that it was “reckless to tie the hold of funds to the phone call." "As has been established and publicly reported, the hold was announced in an interagency meeting on July 18," she continued. "To pull a line out of one email and fail to address the context is misleading and inaccurate.”

That so?  Here's the problem:

"The documents, obtained Friday by the Center for Public Integrity via an order by a federal judge as part of a Freedom of Information Act request to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB), were heavily redacted, but they are the first pertaining to the aid holdup to be released by the Trump administration. The administration has refused to cooperate with Congress's investigation and has prevented documents from being released and blocked administration officials from testifying. The details of the July 18 meeting were only known among officials and were not released to Congress or the public until the Washington Post first reported about it in September. A senior administration official said that the fact that Duffey's email came 91 minutes after the Trump-Zelenskiy phone call concluded was coincidental and that the message was part of a weekslong discussion between OMB and DoD over holding up the aid."

Was it?  If so, why all the stonewalling, lack of transparency?  If the Trump nazi had nothing to hide, time to release all the documents.  That is, offer across the board evidence of your repeated, continued claim of innocence, Mr. 'President.'  That is, you're indeed fit for office.  Not engaged in criminal activity.  That is, Emoluments Clause violations currently litigated in the courts, the Mueller Report's ten examples of obstruction of justice not prosecuted since the 'Justice' Department claims a sitting president cannot be prosecuted, that is indeed above the law, to say nothing of your payoffs of two women prior to the last presidential election to buy their silence vis a vis your allegedly having had sex with them, etc.  List can go on and on.

"OMB had been waiting on information from DoD about how it planned to distribute the aid, and on July 25, the budget office finally had enough information to finish the process to withhold the aid by placing a footnote on it in OMB's system, according to the official. Duffey was notifying DoD officials that the process had reached that point, the official said. The official also said that Duffey request the information be "closely held" because of the sensitive nature of foreign assistance and geopolitics in general, accentuated by the fact that just that day Ukraine had seized a Russian ship in the Black Sea. "This new round of documents isn’t enough," Susan Smith Richardson, CEO of Public Integrity, said in a statement Saturday. "But they do reveal how quickly the White House moved to cut off military aid to Ukraine." The White House declined to comment on these documents on Sunday."

What could they say?  The walls are indeed closing in.  Democrats were stupid, gutless to have rushed impeachment hearings to conclusion for narrow minded partisan self-interest due to the pending presidential election.

"The documents also show that President Trump first started inquiring about the aid as early as June, one month before the call, though the decision wasn't revealed until a July 18 meeting between the OMB and other officials that the White House had decided to withhold the Ukraine aid. Acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney said the move was at the direction of the president. "The president has asked about this funding release," Duffey emailed DoD deputy comptroller Elaine McCusker on June 19, just one day after DoD first publicly announced the funding. Duffey included a link to a news article about the announcement, suggesting it was the source of the president's renewed interest. "I have been tasked to follow-up with someone over there to get more details," Duffey continues. "Do you have insight on this funding?" In another email chain a week later, titled "POTUS follow up," Eric Chewning, a DoD official, continued the search for more specifics on behalf of the president. "What was the funding used for?....who funded it? What do other NATO members spend to support Ukraine," he asked."

This is an exceptionally complicated, highly sophisticated, nuanced fiasco determinedly, concertedly fueled by governmental lack of transparency perpetrated by the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"The emails released Friday also highlight legal concerns among OMB officials right after the July 25 call and reveal an almost immediate effort to involve legal counsel in the process. "Please share with your [Office of General Counsel] and advise of any concerns today," Sandy asked McCusker just hours after the call. There is no McCusker response in the documents released, though it is clear that lawyers from both offices corresponded on the topic. "I understand our respective OGC's connected this afternoon," Sandy wrote. "I need to complete the apportionment this afternoon, so please let me know if you want to discuss before I transmit soon." As the officials involved their lawyers, they also seem to have engaged in an effort to prevent the information from leaking. "Given the sensitive nature of the request, I appreciate your keeping that information closely held to those who need to know to execute the direction," Duffey wrote to several OMB and DoD officials the same day of the call."

Called a cover up.

"This effort could be seen as a violation of the Impoundment Control Act-- a law which states that Congress must be alerted and approve of any shift in funds they have already appropriated-- if the intention was to keep the information "closely held" from Congress, according to Public Integrity. Ultimately, the officials shared a sense of relief once the funds were released on Sept. 11, which they seemed to have thought would have put an end to the situation entirely. Duffey told McCusker he was "glad to have this behind [them]" just before he signed the apportionment on Sept. 11. Edna Falk Curtin, another OMB official, expressed a similar sentiment. "Hope this is good news," she wrote."

NPR reports:

"Party leaders in Congress continued to spar Monday over details of an impending impeachment trial in the Senate, with newly released emails giving more ammunition to Democrats in their requests for new witnesses. The emails, released late Friday to the Center for Public Integrity, are heavily redacted, but Democrats have jumped on one in particular to bolster their argument that there is more to know about the saga of President Trump withholding military aid to Ukraine in exchange for political investigations. The message about the hold was from a senior official in the Office of Management and Budget, Michael Duffey, who sent it less than two hours after Trump got off the phone with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on July 25 — and requested that the matter be kept quiet. Duffey said the halt was "based on guidance I have received and in light of the Administration's plan to review assistance to Ukraine." "Given the sensitive nature of the request, I appreciate your keeping that information closely held to those who need to know to execute the direction," Duffey wrote."

Called a cover up.

"The newly released emails show government officials were grappling with issues raised because of the Trump administration's decision to withhold aid to Ukraine. "There was huge anxiety inside the government that the aid-hold was not only unwise, but that it was illegal," the Center for Public Integrity's R. Jeffrey Smith said on NPR's Morning Edition. A 1974 law compels the president or other government officials to spend money that has been appropriated by Congress. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., called the Duffey email "explosive" and held up a copy of it at a press conference on Sunday. He is trying to ratchet up pressure on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., to agree to call new witnesses when the trial begins in the Senate."

About time gutless Democrats were finally willing to rattle the cage of out of control Republican national socialists, fascists:

"What is a trial with no witnesses and no documents? It's a sham trial," Schumer said — a sign that Democrats are already laying the groundwork to question the legitimacy of the Senate trial. "Until we hear from the witnesses, until we get the documents, the American people will correctly assume that those blocking their testimony were aiding and abetting a cover-up," Schumer said. "Plain and simple." The Senate trial can't begin until the House has transferred the articles of impeachment and named impeachment managers, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., says she is putting that off until she has more details about what a Senate trial will look like. The Republican-controlled Senate is expected to have sufficient votes to acquit the president, leaving Democrats using their ability to stall the transfer as leverage."

Exactly, why Democrats were incredibly stupid to have rushed the process to completion.  Should have laid out all the criminal activity in brutal detail.  That is, the ten examples of obstruction of justice in the Mueller report that went unprosecuted due to a 'Justice' Department ruling a sitting president cannot be prosecuted, that is, remains above the law, the ongoing Emoluments Clause fiasco currently adjudicated in the courts where Trump illegally allegedly lined his pockets from foreigners attempting to buy influence at Trump-owned properties, Trump's effort prior to the election to buy the silence of two women he allegedly had sex with, list can go on and on.

Trump grows increasingly unhinged.  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump on Tuesday railed against the impeachment case against him, complaining that he'd been treated "very unfairly." In remarks to reporters following a video teleconference with members of the military the day before Christmas that he fielded from his Mar-a-Lago resort in southern Florida, Trump slammed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and other House Democrats for impeaching him on two articles last week. "She hates the Republican Party, she hates all of the people that voted for me and the Republican party and she's desperate," Trump said."

Aren't you talking about yourself, Mr. 'President?'  ... That unstable, sir?  No effort at all to hide your increasing insanity, Donald?

"Trump added that Pelosi was "doing a tremendous disservice to the country, she's not doing a good job and some people think that she doesn't know what she’s doing."

Again, sir, aren't you talking about yourself?  Pelosi is finally doing what her oath of office demands.  That is, holding you accountable for high crimes and misdemeanors.  For far too long Democrats were unwilling to impeach your sorry ass.  For self-serving partisan reasons.  Principle now trumps partisanship.  About time.

"He said that House Democrats had "had no evidence at all, they had no crime" and that they treated us very unfairly."

Unadulterated horse shit.  Simply, untrue.  Employees of the Executive Branch, your people and against your orders, courageously testified under oath against you.  Placed country ahead of personal interests.  You weren't treated unfairly.  That assertion is patently false.  You refused to cooperate, refused to release all documents asked for and subpoenaed.  Obstructed justice.

The following is evidence you have no grasp on reality, no clue what truth is:

"They didn't give us due process, they didn't give us a lawyer, they didn't give us anything. Now they come to the Senate and they want everything," Trump said."

More horse shit.  Direct opposite is the truth.  Not your ongoing bullshit.  Ferociously pointedly, Democrats seek a bona fide trial in the Senate.  Not a rubber stamp exoneration by your equally clueless Republican national socialist, fascist, nazi shills in the Senate.

More horse shit:

"Regarding the rules that would govern his Senate trial, Trump said "it’s up to (Senate Majority Leader) Mitch McConnell." "He's going to do what he wants to do. Very smart guy, very good guy, and a very fair guy," he said."

Wake up, Donald.  Mitch "The Bitch" by his own admission stated he is not impartial.  Will do all he can to ensure a kangaroo trial, no more than a rubber stamp for your sorry ass.

"Earlier Tuesday, Trump, quoting various Fox News Channel commentators, embarked on a Twitter rant against impeachment, posting that the "Do Nothing Democrats have gone CRAZY."

Aren't you talking about yourself, sir?  Point the finger at Democrats?  Other four point back at you.

"He added that "all" Democrats "even think about is impeachment."

It's you who are obsessed, sir.  All you tweet about.  How do you find time to do your job when you tweet all day and night, watch Fox News to keep up with impeachment?

"McConnell, R-Ky., said last week that he and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., had reached an "impasse" over moving forward with the rules governing a Senate trial of Trump. Pelosi has said she does not intend to transmit the articles over to the Senate until McConnell announces the process by which the chamber will conduct the trial."

Brilliant move on the part of Pelosi.  Let Trump and his henchmen sweat.  Especially, since Democrats foolishly rushed the impeachment inquiry, failed to include the ten examples of obstruction of justice posited in the Mueller Report but not prosecuted since the 'Justice' Department ruled a sitting president cannot be prosecuted, that is, remains above the law.  To say nothing of ongoing Emoluments Clause violations currently adjudicated in the courts, Trump payoffs to two women he allegedly had sex with to buy their silence, etc.  List can go on and on.  Democrats should have taken their time.  Laid it all out in brutal detail.  Sadly, partisan interests and the coming election trumped principle.

Saga continues.  NBC News reports:

"Rudy Giuliani says he's "more of a Jew" than liberal billionaire George Soros, who survived the Nazi occupation of Hungary as a teen. In a remarkable interview with New York magazine, Giuliani, President Donald Trump's lawyer, painted Soros as a puppet master who has secretly been pulling the strings in Ukraine. Soros is a frequent target of conspiracy theories about Jews controlling the world. “Don’t tell me I’m anti-Semitic if I oppose him,” Giuliani said. “Soros is hardly a Jew. I’m more of a Jew than Soros is. I probably know more about — he doesn’t go to church, he doesn’t go to religion — synagogue. He doesn’t belong to a synagogue, he doesn’t support Israel, he’s an enemy of Israel. He’s elected eight anarchist DAs in the United States. He’s a horrible human being.”

LOL.  Hey, Rudy baby?  Sound just like your out of control, narcissistic, insane fuhrer, the Trump nazi.  Time to take your head figuratively out of your clueless ass, Counselor.

"He said the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, who testified in the impeachment inquiry that she'd been smeared and forced out of her job by Giuliani, was "controlled" by Soros. “He put all four ambassadors there. And he’s employing the FBI agents,” Giuliani told the magazine. Asked by NBC News if his comments about being more Jewish than Soros were made in jest, Giuliani, who's of Italian descent and was raised Roman Catholic, responded by text, "I'm more Jewish than half my friends."

Jesus Christ.  Rudy has clearly lost his mind.  LOL.

"Soros' philanthropy network, the Open Society Foundations, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Spokeswoman Laura Silber sounded off on some of Giuliani's conspiracy theories involving the Holocaust survivor in an interview with NBC News earlier this month. “The anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and false allegations espoused by Rudolph Giuliani and his cronies are aimed at fomenting hatred, undermining democracy, as well as distracting from the impeachment process and the critically important national security and constitutional questions before Congress,” Silber said."

Rudy, however, was far from through:

"Soros wasn't Giuliani's only target in the New York interview. He also torched federal prosecutors in the office he used to run, the U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of New York, for investigating his financial dealings after two clients who assisted his Ukraine investigation were indicted for making illegal campaign contributions. “If they’re investigating me, they’re a------s. They’re absolutely a------s if they’re investigating me,” Giuliani said. “If they are, they’re idiots,” he said. “Then they really are a Trump-deranged bunch of silly New York liberals.”

... Following in the footsteps of your insane fuhrer, the Trump nazi, Rudy?

Gets more delusional.  LOL.  Get this:

"Giuliani also expressed hope that he would be one of the lawyers representing Trump in his Senate impeachment trial, because he could cross-examine Democrats. “I’m great at it. It’s what I do best as a lawyer. That’s what I would be good at,” he said, “Oh, I would love it, I could rip — you know, I hate to sound like a ridiculously boastful lawyer, but cross-examining them would be, I don’t know, I could’ve done it when I was a second-year assistant U.S. attorney. They’re a bunch of clowns.”

Sounds just like his narcissistic fuhrer, the Trump nazi, doesn't he?  LOL.

"Giuliani, who was known as "America's mayor" after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks also pushed back against friends who've been urging him to tone down his rhetoric for fear he'll ruin his legacy. “And my attitude about my legacy is, f--- it,” he told New York."

Not to worry, Rudy.  What legacy?  Gone quite some time.

"Before the interview was published online Monday, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., a top Trump ally, questioned the president's use of Giuliani as his lawyer. "You do have to wonder how he was the best the president could think of for a lawyer — 'Hey, get me that guy who spills his guts on CNN and butt dials everyone in Washington. He can keep a secret!'" Paul tweeted."

No shit.  LOL.

"Giuliani also has his supporters, and he retweeted one with the user name "women for rudy giuliani" who said, "Americans love our mayor Giuliani!" The tweeter's handle was "QAnonWomen4Rudy," a reference to the far-right, Trump-embracing QAnon conspiracy theory."

Incontrovertible evidence one can 'fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'  LOL.

CBS News reports:

"Lawyers for the House of Representatives suggested the lower chamber could take up new articles of impeachment against President Trump if new evidence of the president's conduct emerges. The possibility of additional articles was raised by House general counsel Douglas Letter in a filing with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit as part of a legal dispute over whether former White House counsel Don McGahn should have to testify before Congress. "If McGahn's testimony produces new evidence supporting the conclusion that President Trump committed impeachable offenses that are not covered by the articles approved by the House, the committee will proceed accordingly — including, if necessary, by considering whether to recommend new articles of impeachment," Letter wrote."

Think the following becoming of the president of the United States?  CBS News reports:

"President Trump took a swipe at the late Rep. John Dingell during his Battle Creek, Michigan rally Wednesday evening, drawing a quick rebuke from the widow of the longtime Michigan Democratic congressman who succeeded him in the House. Mr. Trump claimed Debbie Dingell had thanked him profusely for providing "A-plus treatment" after her husband's death in February, including ordering flags flown at half-staff. He quoted her as saying, "Thank you so much. John would be so thrilled. He's looking down." Then he added: "I said, 'That's OK. Don't worry about it.' Maybe he's looking up. I don't know."

Jesus Christ.  What a piece of crap.  Stunning, isn't it?

"The congresswoman was quick to respond. "Mr. President, let's set politics aside," she tweeted. "My husband earned all his accolades after a lifetime of service. I'm preparing for the first holiday season without the man I love. You brought me down in a way you can never imagine and your hurtful words just made my healing much harder." Mr. Trump's disparaging remarks followed Debbie Dingell and other lawmakers voting to impeach him. Debbie Dingell tweeted a photo showing herself holding hands with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi shortly after the impeachment articles were approved:

"The times have found us. Thank you for strong leadership and an empathetic hand @SpeakerPelosi. pic.twitter.com/1sBHXdr46d
    — Rep. Debbie Dingell (@RepDebDingell) December 18, 2019"

Trump is hopelessly naive, far from politically astute:

"John Dingell was the longest-serving member of Congress ever. He held the seat from 1955 to 2015.  Mr. Trump's comments were considered particularly surprising given the Dingells' standing in Michigan. He was viewed as a champion of unions and the auto companies. She comes from an automotive family and has cultivated a bipartisan image back home. They're considered Michigan royalty."

Not lost on one of Trump's inner circle:

"White House press secretary and communications director Stephanie Grisham said on "CBS This Morning" Thursday she didn't hear Mr. Trump's remark about John Dingell maybe "looking up." "But I will say that we do thank her for her service and we are very, very sorry for the passing of her husband," Grisham said. "We thank him for his service. The president did do at her request all that he could. He lowered the flag at the White House, did all that he could to honor him."

Then, Grisham made excuses for the indefensible:

"You've got to remember this president has been under attack now for two and a half years," she said. "Tensions are high. The rally last night, there was a lot of – a lot of passionate people. And I think that a lot of riffing was going on. But at the end of the day, the president did do all he could to honor her husband. And again, we're very, very sorry for the loss."

Wake up, Ms. Grisham. Trump is personally responsible for his impeachment.  No one else.

"Debbie Dingell was hardly the only one upset by the president's comment. Republican congressman Fred Upton of Michigan, who voted against impeaching Mr. Trump, also condemned Mr. Trump's remarks. "I've always looked up to John Dingell - my good friend and a great Michigan legend. There was no need to 'dis' him in a crass political way. Most unfortunate and an apology is due," he tweeted. Michigan Rep. Haley Stevens, a fellow Democrat, was among others who came to the Dingells' defense. "This is shameful Mr. President. Insinuating that John Dingell, a loving catholic, WWII hero, now rests in hell. How dare you?" she tweeted. "I have no words for the pain you are causing my dear friend Debbie Dingell and the people of Michigan right now." Staunch Trump ally Sen. Lindsey Graham told reporters the president should "apologize" for the comments."

Christian Right smartening up?  CBS News reports:

"In a harshly worded editorial, the editor of Christianity Today, the evangelical magazine founded by Billy Graham, called for President Trump to be removed from office. Posted Thursday afternoon, it viewed the evidence from the House impeachment hearings as having made a clear case that Mr. Trump had abused his office for personal gain and violated the Constitution. "The president of the United States attempted to use his political power to coerce a foreign leader to harass and discredit one of the president's political opponents," Mark Galli wrote. "That is not only a violation of the Constitution; more importantly, it is profoundly immoral."

You think?

"More so than the Mueller investigation, Galli said that the impeachment hearings "have illuminated the president's moral deficiencies for all to see." He added, "None of the president's positives can balance the moral and political danger we face under a leader of such grossly immoral character."

Finally, some desperately needed awakening to reality:

"Galli accused the president of having "dumbed down the idea of morality in his administration," pointing out that several of the people he's hired are "now convicted criminals," and noting that Mr. Trump remains "proud of" actions he's taken in dealing with business and with women. "His Twitter feed alone—with its habitual string of mischaracterizations, lies, and slanders—is a near perfect example of a human being who is morally lost and confused," Galli stated."

Certainly, rattled the 'president's' cage:

"Early Friday morning, Mr. Trump fired back on Twitter, saying the magazine would "rather have a Radical Left nonbeliever, who wants to take your religion & your guns, than Donald Trump as your President."

....have a Radical Left nonbeliever, who wants to take your religion & your guns, than Donald Trump as your President. No President has done more for the Evangelical community, and it’s not even close. You’ll not get anything from those Dems on stage. I won’t be reading ET again!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 20, 2019"

The following is well beyond inexplicable.  It is true evil:

"Since the beginning of his presidency, Mr. Trump has enjoyed the support of evangelical leaders, many of whom cheered on the president for his focus on nominating conservative judges and emphasizing religious freedom. At the beginning of the impeachment inquiry, 99% of Republican white evangelical Protestants opposed Mr. Trump's impeachment and removal."

Ignores the fact these national socialist, fascist 'judges' are not conservatives.  They're nazis intent on destroying all civil and constitutional rights and liberties in a desperate attempt to transition the de facto fascist police-state we've lived in since 9/11 to the Trump nazi's Fourth ReichFascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.  Short-sighted, achingly delusional.  Bought Trump's bullshit.  So has the son of Billy Graham, -- Franklin Graham:

"In a Facebook post on Friday, Franklin Graham said his late father would have been "very disappointed" to read this editorial. He claimed his father had voted for Mr. Trump before he died and accused the magazine of launching "a totally partisan attack on the President of the United States." "It's obvious that Christianity Today has moved to the left and is representing the elitist liberal wing of evangelicalism," he wrote. "Is President Trump guilty of sin? Of course he is, as were all past presidents and as each one of us are, including myself. Therefore, let's pray for the President as he continues to lead the affairs of our nation."

Remove your head from your ass, Franklin.  Stupidity is unbecoming.  Worse, it's dangerous:

"But the editorial warned evangelical leaders that their support for Mr. Trump was making them into hypocrites. Addressing "the many evangelicals who continue to support Mr. Trump in spite of his blackened moral record," Galli wrote: "Remember who you are and whom you serve. Consider how your justification of Mr. Trump influences your witness to your Lord and Savior. Consider what an unbelieving world will say if you continue to brush off Mr. Trump's immoral words and behavior in the cause of political expediency. If we don't reverse course now, will anyone take anything we say about justice and righteousness with any seriousness for decades to come? Can we say with a straight face that abortion is a great evil that cannot be tolerated and, with the same straight face, say that the bent and broken character of our nation's leader doesn't really matter in the end?"

Remarkable insight:

"In this "political poker game," Galli said, "we are playing with a stacked deck of gross immorality and ethical incompetence. And just when we think it's time to push all our chips to the center of the table, that's when the whole game will come crashing down."

NPR reports:

"A vote to impeach President Trump has come from an unlikely corner: the evangelical magazine Christianity Today, whose editor-in-chief, Mark Galli, says the president's "generally disreputable moral behavior" and his actions in the White House prompted him to write an editorial titled "Trump Should Be Removed from Office." In his magazine piece, Galli called the president's Twitter feed "a near perfect example of a human being who is morally lost and confused." From the highest office in the U.S., Trump uses his tweets as a direct pipeline to the public to slander and mischaracterize, to abuse others and outright lie, Galli says."

Finally, some desperately needed insight from the religious community:

"You don't even have to be a religious person to recognize that they're moral problems," Galli tells NPR's Steve Inskeep on Friday, in an interview on Morning Edition. "When a person has serious and longstanding and habitual moral habits like that, it's not something just to condemn, but also suggests kind of a deep psychological and moral confusion. And that's why I use that word," Galli says. "It's not like I have any personal animus against the president. I suspect that if I was in a room with him, we could have a very amiable and delightful conversation. But he does display characteristics that I think, as a leader of a great nation like the United States, are deeply problematic."

What took so long?

"The editorial seems to have infuriated Trump, who attacked Christianity Today on Twitter Friday morning by calling the magazine – which is generally considered to be aimed at moderate and centrist Christian readers – a "far left magazine" that "knows nothing about reading a perfect transcript of a routine phone call."

"A far left magazine, or very “progressive,” as some would call it, which has been doing poorly and hasn’t been involved with the Billy Graham family for many years, Christianity Today, knows nothing about reading a perfect transcript of a routine phone call and would rather.....
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 20, 2019

"Trump accused Christianity Today of preferring to have an unspecified "nonbeliever, who wants to take your religion & your guns" in the White House rather than him. He ended his tweet with what looks to be a typo: "I won't be reading ET again!"

As usual, Trump's head appears to be figuratively, securely lodged up his achingly clueless ass.

"As for why Galli felt the need to publish the editorial now, he says the testimony and other evidence from the House impeachment hearings have convinced him that the president should be removed from office. While Galli found it hard to glean information from special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election (he says it produced "quite confusing and ambiguous" findings), he says that when the impeachment hearings began in Congress, "It became pretty clear pretty quickly, unambiguously that the president had misused his office for personal political gain."

The ten examples of obstruction of justice presented by Mueller in his Report were abundantly clear.  Were not prosecuted due to the 'Justice' Department's ruling a sitting president cannot be prosecuted, that is, remains above the law.

"Galli says that when revelations about Trump's dealings with Ukraine were viewed along with what he calls "the generally disreputable moral behavior" Trump has displayed in office, the events "culminated in a moment that I just said, you know, it's we've moved beyond 'On the one hand, he does these good things, on the other hand, he's got these problems, too.'

"The Christianity Today editorial has provoked a range of sharp responses, from gratitude to condemnation. Franklin Graham, Billy Graham's son, told The New York Times that his father would be embarrassed that the journal he founded was being used to call for Trump's removal. "I disagree with him on that," Galli says. "That's all I can say."

In contrast to Franklin's assessment of Galli vis a vis his father Billy, consider the following:

"In 2011, Billy Graham gave an interview with Christianity Today in which he expressed regret over his ventures into the political world. Graham said he "sometimes crossed the line" in his activities, particularly in his relationship with President Richard Nixon, who resigned months after the House of Representatives began impeachment proceedings against him.

"In his editorial, Galli urged his fellow Christians who steadfastly support Trump to "remember who you are and whom you serve." He added, "Consider what an unbelieving world will say if you continue to brush off Mr. Trump's immoral words and behavior in the cause of political expediency." Galli also said many of the criticisms he leveled at Trump are similar to the magazine's approach to the impeachment proceedings against President Bill Clinton. On Friday, Christianity Today tweeted its stances on both Clinton and Nixon. In 1998, the magazine printed an editorial stating: "The President's failure to tell the truth — even when cornered — rips at the fabric of the nation. ... And while politicians are notorious for breaking campaign promises, while in office they have a fundamental obligation to uphold our trust in them and to live by the law." In 1974, the magazine said of Nixon: "There can be no doubt that a large percentage of those who voted for Richard Nixon in November, 1972, no longer have confidence in him, and that his capacity to execute the functions of his office has been considerably reduced. Whether guilty or innocent of impeachable offenses — 'treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors' — he bears the ultimate responsibility for what Watergate has come to stand for."

Time to wake up, smell the coffee.

ABC News reports:

"Mark Galli, the publication’s editor-in-chief and author of the editorial, writes that the findings of the impeachment inquiry into the president’s alleged attempt to coerce Ukraine into investigating his political rival Joe Biden are “unambiguous.” “That is not only a violation of the Constitution; more importantly, it is profoundly immoral,” Galli writes. “The reason many are not shocked about this is that this president has dumbed down the idea of morality in his administration.” Galli continues: “That he should be removed, we believe, is not a matter of partisan loyalties but loyalty to the Creator of the Ten Commandments.”

In follow up to last week's edition, NPR reports:

"Two years ago today, Republicans in Congress passed a sweeping tax cut. It was supposed to be a gift-wrapped present to taxpayers and the economy. But in hindsight, it looks more like a costly lump of coal. Passed on a party-line vote, the tax cut is the signature legislative accomplishment of President Trump's first term. Trump campaigned hard for the measure, promising it would boost paychecks for working people. "Our focus is on helping the folks who work in the mailrooms and the machine shops of America," he told supporters in the fall of 2017. "The plumbers, the carpenters, the cops, the teachers, the truck drivers, the pipe-fitters, the people that like me best."

Full of himself.  Full of shit.  Worse?  Trump lied:

"In fact, more than 60% of the tax savings went to people in the top 20% of the income ladder, according to the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center. The measure also slashed the corporate tax rate by 40%. "It will be rocket fuel for our economy," Trump promised. Boosters of the tax cut insisted the economy would grow so fast, it would more than make up for the revenue lost to lower rates. "The tax plan will pay for itself with economic growth," Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said. It hasn't worked out that way. "It was unbelievable at the time, and it's proven to be absolutely untrue," said Maya MacGuineas, president of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. "The tax cuts were never going to — and have not — come anywhere close to paying for themselves."

Ultimately, never do.  A fantasy.

"Corporate tax revenues fell 31% in the first year after the cut was passed. Overall tax revenues have declined as a share of the economy in each of the two years since the tax cut took effect. "Not surprising, if you cut taxes, you get less in revenues," MacGuineas said. "And what we've been doing at the same time is we've been increasing spending. And no surprise, our deficit has exploded." The federal deficit this year was $984 billion — an extraordinary figure at a time when the country is not mired in recession or widespread war. The tax cut also failed to produce a permanent boost in economic growth, despite promises from Republican supporters. "After eight straight years of slow growth and under-performance, America is ready to take off," Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said when the tax cut passed two years ago."

Unsurprisingly, not to be:

"In fact, the economy grew 2.9% last year — exactly the same as in 2015. The tax cut, along with increased government spending, did give a short-term lift to the economy and businesses temporarily boosted investment. But the rocket fuel burned off quickly. Business investment declined in the last two quarters. "There was an acceleration in terms of momentum for business investment, but it was rather short-lived," said Gregory Daco of Oxford Economics. "A year further down the road, we're really not seeing much of any leftover of this fiscal stimulus package."

Republicans live in a fantasy world.  Don't they claim to be conservatives, not big spenders?  In reality?  Line their pockets off the corporate management suite.  Democrats?  Do the same, that is, line their pockets off their corporate masters, pay lip service to the ongoing f--king of the bottom and middle class.  All talk, no action.  Empty rhetoric.  ... As our formerly great country continues to deteriorate.

Will certainly get worse:

"Hampered in part by the president's trade war, the economy is projected to grow only about 2% this coming year. That's below the administration's target of 3%, and slightly below the average growth rate since 2010. To be sure, the stock market is booming and unemployment is near record lows. But while most Americans give the economy high marks, that doesn't extend to the tax cut. A Gallup Poll last tax season found only about 40% of Americans approved of the cut while 49% disapproved. Even though experts say most workers did get a bump in their take-home pay, it was largely invisible to many taxpayers. Only about 14% of those surveyed by Gallup believe their taxes went down. (That figure includes 22% of Republicans, 12% of Democrats and 10% of Independents.)"

Fascinating, isn't it?

"For millions of middle-class Americans, it is not a very happy anniversary," said Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore. Wyden, the top Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, said while wealthy Americans are celebrating their tax savings from the last two years, working people feel like an afterthought. Perhaps it's an acknowledgment of that sentiment that the president is now talking about another round of tax cuts, after the 2020 election. "We're going to be doing a major middle-income tax cut, if we take back the House," Trump promised in November. The president made similar promises before last year's mid-term election. But the follow-up to his 2017 tax cut never materialized."

... Hear the rumble?

Sheer callousness.  CBS News reports:

"Former White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders faced pushback Thursday night after mocking former Vice President Joe Biden's comments at the Democratic debate about stuttering. Biden's comment came as he explained how children with stutters have reached out to him for advice. Biden's lifelong struggle with his own stutter was the subject of a recent profile in The Atlantic. At the end of the debate, the moderators asked the candidates which candidate they would ask for forgiveness from or what gift they would give. After Warren gave an emotional answer asking for forgiveness after getting "really worked up" while meeting voters, Biden said "there is not one line I go through where at least half-dozen people come up to me ... and they lay out their problems." He said he and his wife have a "call list" of people who who they keep in touch with who are "hurting very badly." "They keep in touch with me," Biden continued. "A little kid, he says 'I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I can't, I-I-I can't talk, w-w-what do I do?''

Here's the problem:

"His words were quickly mocked by Sanders, who tweeted, "I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I hhhave absolutely no idea what Biden is talking about." After facing harsh blowback on Twitter, Sanders clarified her comments, writing, "To be clear was not trying to make fun of anyone with a speech impediment. Simply pointing out I can't follow much of anything Biden is talking about."

Aggressive stupidity a problem, Ms. Sanders?  ... Or, is it abject ignorance?

"Biden responded to Sanders' tweet soon after, writing, "I've worked my whole life to overcome a stutter. And it's my great honor to mentor kids who have experienced the same. It's called empathy. Look it up."

"I’ve worked my whole life to overcome a stutter. And it’s my great honor to mentor kids who have experienced the same. It’s called empathy. Look it up. https://t.co/0kd0UJr9Rs
    — Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) December 20, 2019"

Certainly, got the attention of Ms. Sanders:

"Sanders then deleted her first two tweets, and responded directly to Biden. "I actually didn't know that about you and that is commendable," she wrote. "I apologize and should have made my point respectfully."

"I actually didn’t know that about you and that is commendable. I apologize and should have made my point respectfully. https://t.co/fbmVAqDoWI
    — Sarah Huckabee Sanders (@SarahHuckabee) December 20, 2019"

Apparently, runs in the GOP:

"This isn't the first time Biden's stutter has been invoked by Republicans. After he stuttered on a question about health care in the Detroit debate, the Atlantic profile noted, Fox News edited his stutters into a clip."

Behind the scene action that could have resulted in a government shutdown.  Sadly, gutless Democrats caved in to the Trump nazi.  The Washington Post reports:

"Senior Trump administration officials in recent days threatened a presidential veto that could have led to a government shutdown if House Democrats refused to drop language requiring prompt release of future military aid for Ukraine, according to five administration and congressional officials."

Gutless cowards:

"The language was ultimately left out of mammoth year-end spending legislation that passed the House and Senate this week ahead of a Saturday shutdown deadline. The White House said President Trump signed the $1.4 trillion package Friday night."

Massive government spending passed by both houses of Congress and signed into law by our impeached fuhrer, the Trump nazi.  Pitiful.  What ever happened to conservatives in the Republican Party?

"The Ukraine provision was one of several items the White House drew a hard line on during negotiations to finalize the spending legislation, according to the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the developments. It would have required the White House to swiftly release $250 million in defense money for Ukraine that was part of the spending package."

Gutless Democrats cowardly failed to stand tall.  Failed to stand up to the Trump nazi.  -- An ongoing problem last three years.

"The White House this year refused to release congressionally appropriated defense aid to Kyiv during a period when President Trump had asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate former vice president and 2020 candidate Joe Biden and his son Hunter, who had served on the board of a Ukrainian gas company. Trump’s request of Zelensky as the White House delayed the aid was at the heart of House Democrats’ decision to impeach Trump this week on charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress."

A quid pro quo the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and Republicans continue to falsely deny.  Apparently, delusionally believe continually repeating a lie will somehow, some way eventually make it true.

"Attempting to prevent the White House from withholding Ukraine aid again, House Democrats tried to insert language in this week’s spending package that would have required the White House Office of Management and Budget to sign off on and release Pentagon funding for Ukraine within 45 days. But as talks on the budget package reached their conclusion in the days ahead of the impeachment vote, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and White House legislative affairs director Eric Ueland made clear that the Ukraine provision was among a handful of absolute non-starters for Trump. “We made crystal clear that no restriction on the president’s apportionment powers would be acceptable to him regardless of topic,” Ueland said in an interview Friday. “And through a lot of negotiation and work back and forth, the administration and Congress were able to reach an appropriate outcome on that issue.”

Clearly, gutlessly caved into our fuhrer:

"House Democrats led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) agreed to the administration’s demands, and the provision was dropped. If they had not, the White House could have issued a public veto threat and raised the prospect of an imminent government shutdown in the days before Democrats moved to impeach the president. Such a scenario would have injected yet more chaos into a Capitol riven by partisan warfare."

Republicans would have ultimately lost the fight.  Democrats were too goddamned gutless to stand their ground.

"Ueland and other administration officials said they objected not because the issue related to Ukraine, but to protect executive branch authorities over how the White House handles funding streams that have been approved by Congress."

Disingenuous bullshit.  Democrats should have held their feet to the fire.  Fought the good fight on the basis of principle, not partisan best interests.  Been far too timid last three years the public has had to put up with this narcissistic, insane, Hitler 'wannabe' in the Oval Office.  His egregious abuse of authority and repeated abrogation of the United States Constitution remain unparalleled.  An exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"The impeachment inquiry focused in part on a Pentagon program called the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative and how it was handled for the 2019 fiscal year. Trump ultimately allowed the money in the program to be released in September after a whistleblower complaint about his July 25 phone call with Zelensky made its way to Capitol Hill. The Ukraine provision that was kept out of this week’s spending bill involved the same program and the same amount of money, but for the 2020 fiscal year, which ends next September. The language would have given the Pentagon a green light to spend Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative money for 2020 within 45 days of enactment of the spending package, by forcing OMB to release it."

Exactly what should have happened to prevent Trump from doing precisely the same next fiscal year on this or some other issue.  Time to courageously stand up to our insane dictator regardless of the political cost.  Your oaths of office demand it.

"Although appropriations bills are stuffed with arcane language about how and when money should be spent, the provision Democrats sought to insert on the Ukraine program was unusual, reflecting deep concerns on the part of lawmakers."

Rightfully, so.  Forget?  Their oaths of office demand no less.

There's more:

"Another related provision was also dropped from the spending bill at the last minute at the insistence of the White House. This one would have required “apportionment letters” produced by the White House Office of Management and Budget to be made public. Apportionment letters are the tools OMB uses to authorize release of congressionally appropriated money to agencies. This year, OMB used these apportionment letters to hold up release of the Ukraine aid. The language on the apportionment letters in the spending package was actually written by Democrats before the Ukraine controversy flared. It originated with Democratic concerns over how the administration was handling funds Congress had appropriated for Puerto Rico and reflected broader concerns among Democrats about how OMB is exercising its authority over money Congress had already authorized to be spent."

Excuses made by Democrats ring achingly hollow:

"Pelosi’s spokesman, Drew Hammill, downplayed the disputes and Pelosi’s role in them. “These issues were negotiated primarily by the Appropriations Committee and OMB,” Hammill said. “These matters were two among dozens that had to be resolved in order to reach agreement on the two [spending bills] between both Houses of Congress and the White House." Hammill added that if Democrats had refused to exclude the language, it likely would have resulted in a government shutdown."

Gutless Democrats cowardly caved in.  Will only reinforce our fuhrer, the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and fascists in the Republican Party.  Clearly, neither party is worth a shit.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think Trump doesn't have a screw loose?  NPR reports:

"President Trump did not seemed concerned Tuesday when asked about the threat of a "Christmas present" from North Korea if the U.S. doesn't roll back economic sanctions on the country by the end of the year. "Maybe it's a nice present," Trump told reporters at an event at his Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida. "Maybe it's a present where he sends me a beautiful vase, as opposed to a missile test."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server
Status:       Waiting to retry...

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 240, 2-8-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
