Re: 5th Follow-Up To 11-27-12 Complaint-Sgt. Royce Graeter; J&S 11-26-12 Break-In

Sheriff:

In follow-up to your continued hopelessly arrogant and cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs, can you explain to my readers why publication of jail booking records has grown increasingly lax the last several months?  Why was publication delayed a week and consolidated?  Why is there no key to abbreviations included in this material?  ... Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullsh-t?

The public has a right to know who is booked and why.  Also, they have a right to know the identity of the jackbooted thugs oppressing them.  Again, Sheriff, why are you shielding the identity of your 'officers?'  Why?  If proud of these bastards, why not expose them to public admiration for the admirable job they supposedly do?

Can you explain to my readers exactly what Corey Joe Sanders, 20, of Kingsland is charged with?  The offenses listed occupy approximately seven and a half inches of small-print column space, most in abbreviations no more than gibberish.  Certainly, looks like your jackbooted thugs piled them on, didn't they?  Interesting, isn't it?

Can you explain to my readers why the same did not happen to two of your former jailers? Remember?  Former Chief Jailer Donny Stewart; Llano County Jailer Scottie Scoggins.  Both, responsible in the 2011 death of Jail inmate Shawn Michael Appell.  Yet, your Office and that of the District Attorney afforded both former jailers special treatment, didn't you, Sheriff?

Llano County Attorney Cheryll "The Feral" "Maybe" Mabray conveniently recused herself from the case.  Remember, Sheriff?  Both were originally indicted on felonies.  Yet, the County had to protect its sorry ass, didn't it, Bill?  Both guilty bastards were allowed to plea bargain down to misdemeanors.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  What the hell ever changes, right

Think a little time in jail is reasonable, Sheriff?  After all, both are good ole' boys, aren't they?  Bless their hearts, right, Bill?  Must have devastated you and the boys when they were indicted, no?  How could they be so cruel to such remarkable fine upstanding young men?  Right, Sheriff?  Remains no consequence a man died under highly questionable circumstances in your Jail, does it?

Can you explain to my readers the difference between your jackbooted thugs, both those working in the Jail and those working as predators on the streets, and the prisoners incarcerated in your Jail?  ... Other than a badge and rubberstamp approval by you and the bastards who run and own this hellhole County?  Or, think they do?

The mother of the victim has filed suit.  Tough, no?  Not to worry, Sheriff.  Shaunessy'll conveniently make sure the fix is in, right, Sheriff?  As happened years ago. Remember? The jail-rape lawsuit the County lost.  Plaintiffs, however, conveniently denied cash damages due to sovereign immunity statutes.  Protecting the jackbooted bastards who run and own the Jail.  No justice in Nazi Llano County.  Remember?  Most convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?

Much was posted years ago in this publication regarding the fiasco.  Remains posted.  Intend to closely follow this current case, and will publish an expose' when appropriate.    -- Despite the fact information is far more restricted than during the regime of the bastard who preceded you.  ... This writer spent weeks, restricted one hour at a time, recording jail booking information at the old Jail.  Then, published a study highly unfavorable to your predecessor.  The material is still posted.  Is this why you are denying the public full access to current records in the local rags?

For well over ten years, there have been repeated allegations Stewart was knowingly hired by the Llano County Sheriff's Office years ago as Jailer after being allegedly fired by the Llano Police Department for reportedly having sex with a woman while on duty in his patrol car.  Is this true, Sheriff?  Any substance?  Although well before your time in office, you should certainly be able to truthfully confirm or deny this persistent allegation.  If true, it certainly raises many additional questions.

Long-term readers of this publication are well aware Mr. Stewart was employed as Jailer at time of the jail-rapes and was awarded the title of Chief Jailer for his erstwhile loyalty to your predecessor during the jail-rape fiasco.

My readers will be urged to provide as much information as possible regarding this current fiasco as well as other abuses within the Jail.  They ought to know, shouldn't they? At least some of them have been repeatedly abused, shaken down by your thugs over the years, haven't they?  Only solution?  Sunlight.  Blinding sunlight.  This publication will do its damnedest to expose all this to the light of day.  No threat, Sheriff.  Not at all.  Again, a promise.
