Re: Sgt. Royce Graeter; J&S 11-26-12 Break-In

Sheriff:

What were the exigent circumstances? What? There was no murder, no rape, no abduction, no pending hostage crisis. The break-in occurred in the front of the store, not the back. Graeter and comrades saw lights were out in all three residences behind the store. The middle of the night, as far as these residents were concerned. What could they have seen behind the store? What?

This matter could have waited to the light of day. Not pounding by a jackbooted thug and his henchmen on the door of three residences. Where is the judgment of this thug? Where was his probable cause to bang on the door and demand information? Threaten a law-abiding citizen with jail for failure to identity? Again, where was his probable cause? Where? A warrant? Where? Exigent circumstances? Where? Incidentally, the bastard was not furnished a drivers license, regardless. Should I had been hauled to jail, a lawsuit would have been filed.

The bastard, himself, failed to immediately identify when asked for a business card. Why? Apparently, thought better of it and later provided one. What's he afraid of? Exposure? Clearly, the sheepish thug knew he had made a mistake after running a criminal background check on an innocent citizen with no probable cause. This abusive bastard is not fit to wear a badge. Is a danger to himself and others. Is he the best you have to offer, Sheriff? A pillar in the Department?

What would the thug and his henchmen done had this writer refused to come out of the house since the bastard had no warrant, no probable cause? Sent in SWAT? Murdered an innocent citizen with no record? There already have been several highly questionable killings by law enforcement in the area over the last ten years. It's time for law enforcement goons to clean up their act, Sheriff. Instead, they're no-billed by a hopelessly corrupt and abusive District Attorney, a Pied Piper to an equally corrupt Grand Jury populated by good ole' boys. Right, Sheriff? Why would anyone want to cooperate with your thugs?

Your thugs are out of control, Sheriff. Wake up. They're predators. It's how this outrageously corrupt and abusive County generates revenue. By intimidating citizens, innocent or otherwise. They're highly unprofessional. Don't know the meaning of the word. Hopelessly, abusive. The true threat to liberty, that is, civil and constitutional rights and liberties, is not a foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. Rather, it is government at all levels and the jackbooted thugs who enforce its will. A fascist police-state. Nazi Texas in Nazi America. A raucous Sieg Heil!, Sheriff? When will swastika armbands be issued to your thugs, Sheriff? Aren't some of the bastards already dressed in all black Nazi SS? Is that to intimidate, sir?

As you likely know, this writer published Liberty In Peril, formerly, The Llano Ledger. Exposed your outrageously corrupt and abusive predecessor, Nathan Garrett and his henchmen, the District Attorney, County Attorney, County Judge, two JP2s, LISD Superintendent, LMHS CEO, and many, many others to the glaring light of day.

Clearly, there is desperate need for resurrection of the publication. -- Despite repeatedly being hacked by Cisco Software Engineer Mick Henniger on behalf of outrageously corrupt and abusive Burnet and Llano County officials years ago. Think McAfee will be any better than ole' Sam "The Sham?" Should you and/or your thugs falsely charge or kill this innocent citizen with no criminal record, everyone will know who and why. You will be exposed for precisely whom and what you are.

Upon relaunch of Liberty In Peril, this correspondence will be posted. Publication policy will remain the same. Exposure of the law enforcement thug on the first offense. On the second, every bit of personal information found on the thug will be posted. This is no threat, Sheriff. Not at all. A promise. While abuse perpetrated by law enforcement thugs will not end short of a revolution, it can and will be exposed to the light of day.
