Re: 9th Follow-Up To 11-27-12 Complaint-Sgt. Royce Graeter; J&S 11-26-12 Break-In

Sheriff:

In follow-up to your continued hopelessly arrogant and cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs dating back to 11-27-12,  can you explain to my readers why Roxanne Latronica was arrested May 13, 2014 for failure to appear/bail jumping, and public intoxication?  Are these charges accurate?  If so, why would she be released the very same day after promising to appear?

Makes absolutely no sense.  If she indeed jumped bail, why would she be trusted to show up a second time?  Falsely allegedly claiming to have given her a break?  How so?  What happened to her two boys?  There has to be far, far more to this story, Sheriff.  Is this woman being jerked around by you, your 'Boys,' and/or LPD?  Shaken down?  To line County coffers and the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County?

Teresa Pierce was arrested May 13, 2014 by LCSO.  POM.  Possession of marijuana.  Indeed, one of your most favorite defenseless targets, that is the disabled, of you and the 'Boys,' right, Sheriff?  Indeed, an easy target.  Challenged through brain injury and forced to get around hitchhiking.  You and the jackbooted thugs who continue to harass her proud of yourselves?  Manly thing to do, Sheriff?

... Anything for a buck, Billy Boy?  Just doing your jobs?  What a crock.  Enforcing a quota illegally, unconstitutionally forced on you by the County 'Judge' last summer?  Another corrupt and abusive bastard who was conveniently not investigated or prosecuted by the District Attorney.  ... Got to keep it all in the family, right, Sheriff?  Abuse, corruption ubiquitous.  Systemic.  Right, Sheriff?

Did your thug plant the 'roaches' this time?  Certainly, had absolutely no probable cause to stop, harass, search, and haul her to jail in the first place.  Hitchhiking is no crime in the not-so-great State of Nazi Texas.  Conveniently 'forget' that?  Without question, no probable cause to initially confront her anyway.  Any history she may have with you and the 'Boys' is not probable cause to stop her presently or in the future.

She has to be observably doing something illegal to justify such attention.  She wasn't.  The jackbooted thug responsible knows it.  Bona fide probable cause remains constitutionally required.  'Forget?'  ... Even know or care what probable cause means?  Upon assumption of office falsely swore an oath to protect and defend a Constitution you have absolutely no understanding, no appreciation of, remain hopelessly indifferent to?

Then again, you do as you please with impunity.  Accountable to no one.  You bastardize the law, ignore the Constitution to line County coffers.  Safety?  Public safety your chief concern?  Bullsh-t.  You and your thugs wouldn't know safety, public or otherwise, if it bit you hard on the ass.  You do, however, understand power, and abuse thereof.  How you and the 'Boys' get your cookies off, line your pockets.  Right, Sheriff?

Better yet?  The bastard who arrested her certainly knew she could easily with impunity be ultimately looted by the hopelessly corrupt sons of bitches who falsely believe they run and own this hellhole County.  Through the designedly corrupt 'court' system in place, carefully tweaked the last thirty years to royally f--k the innocent.  Enrich the few who line their pockets.  Right, Sheriff?

... Especially galling since she could not afford an attorney to figuratively stick the phony charge right up a law 'enforcement' bodily orifice seldom seeing the light of day through civil suit.  Repeatedly denied justice and access to a truly bona fide court system. Right, Sheriff?   ... Instead, a thoroughly corrupt, abusive, far from impartial existent 'judicial' sham rubber stamps you worthless, cowardly, sad, pathetic excuses for lawmen, excuse me, 'boys?'

Precisely, what you and other outrageously corrupt and abusive bastards in this hellhole County depend on.  How you line your pockets.  Callously get your cookies off.  You're predators, certainly no better than the people you arrest.  In fact, worse, far worse, since although in principle you are held to a higher standard, you miserably fail, staunchly arrogantly refuse to be held accountable to anyone.  Not even the clueless voters who ignorantly cowardly refuse to do anything about this systemic cancer.  Live in an outrageously corrupt and abusive world of your own making, answerable to no one.  A raucous, goosestepping, bootclicking, traitorous, treasonous Sieg Heil!, Sheriff?  You and the 'Boys' remain not only egregiously out of control, but out of uniform as well.  Where are your swastika armbands?

An extremely credible trusted source very close to the JP2 election claims law enforcement is avoiding doing business with JP2 as much as possible.  Is this true, Sheriff?  This source has indeed refused to disclose his or her source of this information.  Has insisted on remaining anonymous.  Fear rules.  Aren't you lucky?  The claim is credible, however, in view of the fact your office clearly had no confidence in the 'judge.'  Haughtily ran one of your jackbooted thugs to replace the incumbent.  Unsuccessfully.  An egregious conflict of interest had the bastard attained office.  Without question, there is trouble in 'paradise.'  How much and the precise nature of which still remain unclear.

Care to comment, Sheriff?  Enlighten my readers?  Couldn't be the 'Judge' was not passing on your share of the loot, could it?  Couldn't be failure of this 'magistrate' to rubber stamp the Sheriff's Office either, could it?  After all, JP2 remains County cash cow, doesn't it?  Supremely so.  Indeed, truth remains a moving target in this hellhole County, not only due to ongoing egregious malfeasance, but cowardice of those who know yet fail to come forward with information.  Sadly, there remains a desperate need for a criminal investigation of all County activity.

Have called for one since this publication was launched over fifteen years ago.  Even earlier, had called for the same in letters to the editor in local rags dating back at least 29 years.  Problem?  There is no one qualified or willing to do so.  ... Again, aren't you and the 'Boys' lucky, Sheriff?  The Texas Rangers, Civil Rights Division of the 'Justice' Department, and even the FBI have repeatedly proven themselves to be achingly ineffective, indifferent, and blind to ubiquitous abuse and corruption.  Consequently, we indeed have the very best County money can buy.  Literally.  Pleases you and the other bastards who falsely believe they own this hellhole County to no end, doesn't it, Sheriff?  Think it can, and will, go on forever?  With impunity?
