Re: 4th Follow-Up To 11-27-12 Complaint-Sgt. Royce Graeter; J&S 11-26-12 Break-In

Sheriff:

In follow-up to your continued hopelessly arrogant and cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs, can you inform my readers as to why your office led the raid at 202 E. Navarro in Llano on 5-8-13?  Immediately raises several questions.  First, why does Llano have a police department if your Office is leading raids?  Second, why are Llano City residents taxed for a police department they obviously don't need if your officers are conducting raids?  

Third, conversely, why are Llano County residents taxed by the County to provide police services to an incorporated city?  Fourth, why was ATF also in 'backup?'  -- There was no mention of explosives, tobacco, alcohol, or fire arms violations in the booking records.  

What's next, Bill?  Federal troops, drones, war planes, etc. during felony, yet relatively minor drug raids?  Certainly, wasn't a truckload seized.  Since the quantity was not that great, were these drugs planted by officers as NET goons were noted for doing years ago? Was 42-year-old Nicole Marie Bakey arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia as reported?  If so, why wasn't she mentioned in the jail booking records?  What did your thugs do with her?  Will she ultimately serve as CI in return for a deal?  That is, lie like hell and falsely incriminate the innocent?  Line County coffers?

Why did Chief Deputy John Neff provide details of earlier arrests, charges, parole violations, etc. of the defendants?  Is this to ensure all will not receive a fair trial in nazi Llano County?  No more than a fascist police-state?  While backup is, indeed, often necessary, isn't this yet another example of over-aggressive policing?  Again, is it the only way you and your goons can get your cookies off?  Abusing power?

Neff's conduct raises 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendment issues at the very least.  Also, clearly demonstrates utter lack of professionalism by your thugs, including the Chief Deputy. Prime Directive?  "Convict the guilty bastards anyway you can," right, Sheriff?  ... Including lying like hell, Bill?  Raucously defecating on the Constitution?  What's that, right, Sheriff?  Forget?

Bill of Rights?  Conveniently, doesn't exist in a fascist police-state, does it, Sheriff?  Achingly pathetic.  Remember?  It's 2013, not 1953.  You don't know that? -- Hasn't "Sonny Boy" instructed you and your thugs on need of due process for all arrested?  Or, like his predecessor, doesn't care?

Ferociously pointedly, haven't you, Neff, and "Sonny Boy" sworn the very same oath to protect and defend the Constitution?  ... Means absolutely nothing to an achingly ignorant fascist, does it?  Sheriff?  Chief Deputy?  Counselor?

Your thugs remain out of control.  A lawsuit waiting to happen.  Clearly, the problem is top-down.   ... Starting with you, Sheriff. A malignancy. Cancer.  Certainly, systemic. Your constituents deserve better.  Far better.  When will they finally get what they so dearly pay for?  That is, non-abusive, non-corrupt, professional, constitutionally-based law enforcement?  When?

The true threat to freedom is not the jackass cook manufacturing and distributing a substance that kills, destroys lives.  -- Darwinian natural selection amply 'rewards' anyone stupid enough to imbibe and/or distribute.  Always.  Rather, the true threat to liberty and our former way of life is jackbooted nazis like you and your goons, Sheriff.  -- The Confidential Informants, as well, who benefit by betraying the innocent to escape your truly evil clutches and those of your thugs, Bill.  

Gallingly, this homegrown terrorism is quite alive and well within your Office. It certainly benefits the hopelessly greedy bastards who falsely believe they run and own Llano County.  Lines their pockets as well as yours.  Including your Office.  Evil.  Great evil.  Evil worthy of outside investigation.  Never happen, however.  There's no one to go to.  No one capable and willing to do so in our nazi country.  Sadly, the machinery necessary no longer exists in Nazi America.  Legalized terrorism protected and coddled by 'prosecutors' such as Cheryl and "Sonny Boy."  A raucous Sieg Heil!, Sheriff? 

According to numerous credible sources, ten years ago NET was running a multi-million dollar meth operation. Arrested a few cooks now and then with great fanfare to make it look good. Always relatively small quantities.  Interesting, isn't it?   Are these duties now relegated to other law enforcement agencies including yours? "It's the money, stupid." Right, Sheriff?
