Re: 10th Follow-Up To 11-27-12 Complaint-Sgt. Royce Graeter; J&S 11-26-12 Break-In

Sheriff:

In follow-up to your continued hopelessly ignorant, arrogant, cowardly failure to respond to a complaint against one of your gutless, abusive, jackbooted thugs dating back to 11-27-12,  can you explain to my readers why Code Compliance Officer Les Daughtery is harassing Todd Jones of Roselea Dr., Buchanan Dam?

Mr. Jones has already been served paperwork.  This thug is not welcome on his property.  Why does he insist on criminally trespassing, harassing Mr. Jones?  It's called official oppression.  Doesn't this abusive bastard know better?  Or, Sheriff, is it your failure to muzzle, leash, control this clearly out of control jackbooted son of a bitch?

Had he not originally criminally trespassed, how would he have seen anything he is now ordering him to remove from the property?  Complaint based?  Who the hell complained?  Don't Jones and the guy next door have a right to know who their accusers are?  What are they afraid of?  Or, is it all bullsh-t?  That is, is Daughtery getting his 'tips' from Google Earth?

Who the hell is this goon to force Mr. Jones to remove tools and equipment he continues to use?  What about the horse trailer, Sheriff?  Since when is it lawful for one of your bastards to force removal of such a valuable piece of equipment?  Un-Texan.  Un-American.  Nazi.  Currently registered or not. In an unincorporated area.  Is it because the State and County can't make any money on it?

Since when is it proper for this outrageously abusive goon to bang on someone's door at 7:17AM on a Friday morning.  Get him out of bed only to harass and threaten the property owner?  When the property owner rightfully expresses displeasure, he's "mouthing off,"  according to this jackbooted son of a bitch?  Wake up, Sheriff.  It's called the First Amendment.  Freedom of speech.  Forget?  It's 2014, not 1933.

Something you and your outrageously corrupt, abusive, and achingly inept thugs know absolutely nothing about.  -- Almost forgot.  This is Llano County.  You and the 'boys' do as you please.  Sh-t on the cowards who compliantly kowtow to your abuse.  Too frightened to stand up to your egregious self-serving self aggrandizing money-grabbing bullsh-t.  No more than legalized extortion.

This outrageous bastard threatened Jones with a $500 a day fine.  The law prescribes no less than $10 nor more than $200.  Is this because you and the 'boys' pocket the additional $300?  Jones, not one to take any sh-t from anyone, went immediately down to JP2 to complain.  The 'Judge' herself gave him a copy of Texas Health & Safety Code Chap. 341 which you and your goons have clearly bastardized to dictate what property owners can and cannot do with their property.

One of these days you'll pull this sh-t on the wrong guy or gal who will quickly and summarily sue your sorry ass, that of the offending goon, and this hellhole County.  The 'Judge' made it quite clear to Mr. Jones, -- Daughtery had no business threatening, harassing, bullying a property owner.  Is this bastard too damned stupid to understand this, Sheriff?  This is not the first time I've received such a complaint from one of his victims.

Daughtery is mentally, physically, professionally unfit for office.  So grossly overweight chasing a 'suspect' could lead to a heart attack or stroke, looting already overburdened taxpayers.  To say nothing of other equally obese officers.  More to the point, what does this thug have over you, Sheriff?  What?  Considering his history, why was he appointed Code Enforcement Officer?  The public who is not only financing you, but other egregiously unfit officers and this thug, indeed have a right to know.  They're paying the freight.  Conveniently, forget?

Should you force the issue, Bill, Jones and the guy next door you're also harassing cannot and will not pay the fines.  They'll lay it out courtesy of looted taxpayers.  Three hots and a cot.  When and if this happens, my readers will be immediately informed on all four Liberty In Peril websites.  Will certainly be great fodder and proof positive of precisely how corrupt, abusive, and inept the Sheriff's Office and your goons truly are.

Will certainly facilitate readers rightfully asking are they indeed next?  Generate a bit more badly-needed political pressure on an outrageously corrupt, abusive, hopelessly inept law enforcement agency that isn't worth a crap.  Keystone Kops.  Think this will increase public support for you and your equally corrupt, abusive, inept goons?  No more than predators.  An abomination.  A scourge.

Doesn't matter to your jackbooted bastards, however, since they will remain employed and on the taxpayer tit no matter what.  Continuing to f--k the public they've falsely sworn to protect.  You, on the other hand, will be up for re-election.  Forget? Truth to power.  Egregiously corrupt, abusive, hopelessly inept nazi power.  You're out of uniform.  Where are your swastika armbands?

Without question, at least several lawyers read this publication.  It's time for one of you to step up pro bono and put an end to this egregious bullsh-t, bastardization of the law.  ... Give a jackbooted law enforcement thug an inch, the bastard indeed takes a mile.  You know that better than I do, Counselors.  If abuse on a civil level isn't nipped in the bud, think criminal defendants falsely charged with more serious crimes won't pay the price?

Won't make your jobs as attorneys exponentially more difficult, costly?  Especially since these bastards have nearly unlimited resources looted from taxpayers to royally f--k your clients. Precisely, because you live and work in this community, it's time to stand up.  Do the right thing.  Challenge this unsustainable bullsh-t.  Instead of cowardly kowtowing to these abusive bastards, more worried about financial impact on your practices than doing the right thing.  Grow a pair.
