While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception. On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe. She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop. She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office. Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

The commission named the 33rd and 424th district attorney the 2019 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Prosecutor of the Year. McAfee serves Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and San Saba counties. Elected in November 2012 and taking office on January 1, 2013, he has been instrumental in a number of high-profile cases involving Texas game wardens and Texas State Park police officers."

The District Attorney has ignored a complaint filed earlier by this publication regarding special treatment accorded Texas oil man Johnny Greene by the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff vis a vis a property dispute involving a local banker, three other local property owners with homes encroaching on land they don't own, one of which is on an unused Llano County road. To say nothing of damage to a Pace Arrow motorhome on that property. All a result of egregious abuse of authority by Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764. The circumstances of this fiasco can be found above in each and every edition of this publication since this happened two years ago. The Sheriff, the County Attorney, and the District Attorney have all determinedly, concertedly ignored this ongoing, unresolved fiasco raising one ferociously pointed question. How much were they bribed?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred eighty seven weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? One hundred eighty seven weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

"A brave little boy battling a brain tumor just became a special member of the Holliston Police Department. Officers held a swearing in ceremony Tuesday afternoon for three-year-old Declan Vail. Declan already had his own uniform, so he came dressed for the occasion and got the chance to meet officers and dispatchers as well as tour the department. Police from Holliston and surrounding towns have rallied around Declan since he started treatment. Last month, Holliston Officer Bryan DiGiorgio helped escort Declan and his parents to his appointment at Boston Children’s Hospital."

"A grand jury found that the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old black man by police in Colorado Springs was a justified act."

"De'Von Bailey was shot and killed Aug. 3 when officers responded to a report of a robbery in Colorado Springs. The case was referred to a grand jury in October amid calls for an independent investigation into Bailey's death, according to NBC affiliate KOAA. The officers who arrived to the scene in August said that that they were speaking to two potential suspects when they asked if either of them were armed. Bailey then allegedly ran from police as they called for him to stop and put his hands up, KOAA reported. The responding officers allege Bailey seemed to reach for a firearm. Video footage from a nearby surveillance camera showed a portion of the encounter, in which Bailey can be seen running away from officers before falling to the ground. Officers can be seen on the video administering first aid to Bailey before additional help arrives."

"Two U.S. Park Police officers who fatally shot unarmed motorist Bijan Ghaisar in 2017 will not be charged with any crimes in connection with the incident, federal prosecutors said Thursday. The decision came just days before the two-year anniversary of the slaying. Officers Alejandro Amaya and Lucas Vinyard pursued Ghaisar down the George Washington Memorial Parkway shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, after he left the scene of a fender bender in Alexandria."

"Ghaisar, 25, briefly stopped twice and then drove away, video released by Fairfax County police shows. After a third stop, Ghaisar again pulled away as Vinyard and Amaya aimed their guns at him, the video shows, and the officers fired nine times into Ghaisar’s Jeep."

"In a statement, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District, which has been investigating the case, said they “cannot prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the two USPP officers committed willful violations of the applicable federal criminal civil rights statute when they shot Mr. Ghaisar.”

"The Park Police never explained why the officers shot Ghaisar. In that civil suit, the officers contend they fired in self-defense. Video shows Park Police fired nine shots into Bijan Ghaisar’s Jeep at close range, killing him."

The Park Police waited five hours before notifying Ghaisar’s parents he’d been shot, and they did not tell them who was involved, the Ghaisars said. No weapon was found in Ghaisar’s Jeep."

"Ghaisar lived for ten days before he was removed from life support on Nov. 27, 2017, in the same hospital where he was born."

"The Pima County Sheriff's Office in Arizona will conduct an internal investigation after a deputy was caught on cellphone video tackling a 15-year-old boy with no arms or legs, an incident that the local public defender calls "unconscionable and horrific."

"The eight-minute video, first reported by local station KOLD, shows the boy yelling as the sheriff's deputy pins him to a kitchen floor inside a Tucson group home, restraining the quadruple amputee. The incident was recorded by another boy at the group home whose head was later pushed into a wall."

"These are boys who are already traumatized. That's why they're in a group home. These are children who society has discarded and left behind," said Pima County Public Defender Joel Feinman, who is representing both boys and withholding most information about them to protect their privacy. "For them to be assaulted by an armed deputy with a badge and a gun, the personification of the very organization that is meant to protect and serve them, is absolutely terrible," Feinman said in a phone interview Friday."

"The incident took place on Sept. 26 after an employee at the group home called law enforcement to report that the 15-year-old, Immanuel, had knocked over a trash can. Feinman said Immanuel, who is in state custody because he was abandoned by his family, was upset over a recent school suspension. The deputy who responded to that call apparently found that Immanuel was disturbing the peace and restrained him, according to Feinman. C.J., a 16-year-old who lives in the home, then started recording the incident from a nearby room while he ate a bowl of cereal, Feinman said."

"The video shows the deputy, who is white, crouching on the floor and putting a headlock around a shirtless Immanuel, who is black. The boy becomes agitated, loudly pleading with the officer to let him go. The deputy seems to loosen his grip, and Immanuel tries to get away. That's when the law enforcement officer tackles him, bringing him to the floor by a refrigerator and pressing down with his body weight. The boy can be heard yelling. The deputy eventually allows Immanuel to get up, and he asks the boy if he has a problem."

"The boy responds that he does not have a problem. But after a brief back-and-forth, the deputy raises his voice and appears to become angry. The deputy shouts: "I will raise my voice to you whenever the [expletive] I want, you understand?"

"C.J. then interjects: "Hey, you asked him a question, and he answered!" The deputy yells back at C.J.: "Shut the hell up!" The officer orders the 16-year-old to go back to his room, but the boy responds that he is finishing his cereal and isn't allowed to eat in his room. The deputy approaches C.J., orders him to stay out of the situation and again tells him to "shut the hell up." The boy tells the officer to "get the [expletive] out of my face." The deputy later says: "You're going to get arrested, too."

"Later in the video, another person in the room appears to take over the cellphone recording as C.J. is handcuffed and slammed into a wall by the deputy."

"Feinman said Immanuel and C.J. were arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to juvenile detention. Immanuel was originally charged with disorderly conduct, but that case has since been dismissed, according to Feinman."

"A baby died after an officer crashed his Corvette at 94 mph, investigators say. He won’t face charges."

"Investigators say the officer was driving his orange Corvette 94 miles an hour, nearly twice the speed limit, when he collided off-duty with a family’s SUV. The crash killed a 1-year-old girl who went flying out of the vehicle, according to police. But the Baton Rouge Police Department’s Christopher Manuel will face no criminal charges — not even for speeding, prosecutors said this week."

"The news has drawn further scrutiny to the 2017 tragedy that stirred public outrage last year after authorities arrested the dead child’s mother, 21-year-old Brittany Stephens, on suspicion of negligent homicide, saying the baby probably would not have been ejected and killed if Stephens had properly secured the car seat. Authorities have decided not to charge her, East Baton Rouge district attorney Hillar Moore III said."

"The choice to prosecute neither Manuel nor Stephens was an agonizing one, Moore told The Washington Post on Friday. But after two years of discussions, he said, prosecutors felt they couldn’t meet the burden of proof for homicide or even a lesser charge like negligent injury for the officer. At the same time, they were loath to go after a young woman whom Moore said has already “punished herself.”

Jesus Christ. Give me a break. Indeed, prosecutors do have discretion. No question. Certainly, should. The woman has indeed suffered horrendously for the crime. What could possibly be worse than the death of a child? Especially, when that death is at least partially caused by her negligence. Could have been prosecuted on a lesser charge, and/or pardoned upon conviction. Conversely, had the off duty cop not been speeding at approximately twice the speed limit, the baby might have still been alive and well.

“You never want any officer traveling 94 miles an hour,” he said. “It’s just stupid. It’s dangerous. But when we looked at the law and the facts and the circumstances, we just thought that this was the only reasonable decision to make.”

Jesus Christ. Appear to be letting the woman off the hook to protect and coddle a criminal law enforcement officer. No justice. Worse? Perversion of justice to protect one of their own. Forget? They work hand in glove with law enforcement on a daily basis. Precisely, why there is desperate need of a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, and prosecute criminal officers, judges, and prosecutors in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases. He has questioned last year’s action against his client, calling it a tactic to muddy responsibility for baby Seyaira’s death. Stephens’s mother, Janice Johnson — a passenger along with her daughter — struggled to speak and needed help with basic self-care after spending three months in the hospital for serious injuries such as a crushed lung and broken bones, the lawsuit states. Three children were also hospitalized, the complaint says, including a 15-year-old who now uses a wheelchair and has been unable to return to school because of brain impairment. The teenager had reportedly accumulated $700,000 in medical costs as of last year."

"While no charges related to the wreck will proceed in criminal court, Stephens and other family members injured in the crash are still suing Manuel for damages. Manuel, in turn, has filed his own lawsuit against the SUV’s driver. The officer’s complaint says the other driver caused the collision by turning “without warning” into his lane, leaving him in the hospital with unspecified injuries, according to the Advocate."

"A deputy constable in Indiana has been fired after he was seen in a viral video confronting two black men in a store parking lot for "acting suspicious."

"In the video posted to YouTube on Nov. 13, the description says the two men first noticed the officer watching them while they were at a Nordstrom Rack store in the Castleton neighborhood of Indianapolis. "He watched us buy everything, and then followed us to the car," the YouTube video description says. According to the description of the 17-minute video posted a day after the incident, which has been viewed more than 300,000 times as of Tuesday morning, the men started filming when they began to exit the parking lot and the officer screamed he was going to run their plates."

"So, we circled back to ask him why he was being invasive and abusing his authority!" the description says. The men repeatedly ask the officer, identified as Lawrence Township Deputy Constable Daryl Jones by NBC affiliate WTHR in Indianapolis, why he approached them in the parking lot and why he wanted to see their driver's licenses. They also request multiple times that he call his supervisor. Jones was off duty and working security for the Nordstrom Rack store. The store told NBC News on Tuesday that he no longer works there."

"I'm not calling the supervisor," Jones says, to which one of the men says: "You're not pulling me over neither." "What do you need my I.D. for, sir?" one of the men asks Jones. "Because you want to run your mouth," he responds."

"After one of the men tells Jones he didn't have the right to run the vehicle's license plates, Jones shouts: “I got my rights to do anything I want to do, I’m a police officer."

"That doesn't mean anything," one of the men can be heard saying. Jones then threatens to tow their car and arrest them if they do not present their driver's licenses. "I don't mind showing you my driver's license, but what is your reason for asking," one of the men says. "Because you're acting suspicious," the off-duty constable responds."

"The pair said they were clear about their complaint without being angry and were stern during the confrontation because they believed they did nothing wrong and did not act suspiciously. After Jones called for backup, an officer from the Indianapolis Metro Police Department responded and spoke with Jones near the car. Jones then returned to the driver's side of the vehicle and told the men they were free to go and walked off as they again request his name. The responding officer spoke with the two men who questioned why Jones ran their plates without just cause. The officer told the pair: "Not necessarily. We can run plates for any reason or no reason at all. What he does have to have is he has to have what's called reasonable suspicion in order to make a stop. He has to have some sort of reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed."

But nobody had accused Trump of doing anything wrong in that initial, congratulatory call. And the transcript raises a few questions that deserve further scrutiny. Here's a breakdown of three discrepancies. In the phone call, Trump said he would look into attending Zelensky's inauguration, and promised that "at a minimum" the US would send a "very, very high level" official to the event in May. Vice President Mike Pence was scheduled to attend, but his participation was scrapped, for reasons that aren't entirely clear. Instead, the delegation was led by Energy Secretary Rick Perry, and was joined by then-US Special Envoy for Ukraine and US Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland. Those three men were referred to as the "Three Amigos," who coordinated with Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani on his shadow foreign policy. Trump tells Zelensky: "I have many friends in Ukraine who know you and like you." But Republicans, in defending Trump's move to freeze the aid, have said the administration wanted to ensure the new Ukrainian government was up to snuff. The White House has also defended the aid holdup by saying they needed time to certify that Zelensky's administration was not corrupt, like past Ukrainian leaders. "When it came time to check out this new guy, President Trump said, 'Let's just see, let's just see if he's legit,' So, for 55 days, we checked him out," Rep. Jim Jordan, a top Republican defender of Trump, said during Wednesday's hearing. Jordan later tweeted: "During that time, we verified that President Zelensky was the real deal." But in the phone call, it looked like Trump was already convinced that Zelensky was the "real deal." "We're with you all the way," Trump told him."

"A State Department aide testifying behind closed doors on Friday confirmed to House impeachment investigators that he overheard President Trump asking a top U.S. diplomat about political investigations that he was seeking from the president of Ukraine. The official, David Holmes, was the aide mentioned Wednesday by William Taylor, the acting U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, as having overheard a phone call between Gordon Sondland, the U.S. Ambassador to the European Union, and Trump. According to Taylor's testimony, a member of his staff — later identified as Holmes — was with Sondland in Kiev when he overheard Sondland speaking to Trump on July 26, a day after the call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that sparked the impeachment inquiry. Holmes, according to Taylor, could hear Trump on the phone asking Sondland "about the investigations," and Sondland told the president the Ukrainians "were ready to move forward."

"In his statement, Holmes said that Sondland told Trump that Zelenskiy would do "anything you ask him to," and that the Ukrainian leader committed to "do the investigation." "The service members were notified by Trump over the phone late Friday afternoon, according to lawyers for Army Maj. Mathew L. Golsteyn and former Chief Petty Officer Edward Gallagher, the SEAL. Golsteyn faced a murder trial scheduled for next year, while Gallagher recently was acquitted of murder and convicted of posing with the corpse of an Islamic State fighter in Iraq. The third service member, former Army 1st Lt. Clint Lorance, was expected to be released Friday night from prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. He was convicted of second-degree murder in 2013 and sentenced to 19 years for ordering his soldiers to open fire on three men in Afghanistan."

The officer explained that this is an administrative action which was not affected by the president's legal action last week. "I told the president, you're in my wheelhouse when you come after the whistleblower." Pelosi's comments follow Trump's repeated calls for the whistleblower's name to be exposed. Trump claimed on Friday that "everybody knows" who the whistleblower is, calling the person's identity "no great secret." But it is not clear that Trump truly knows who filed a complaint about his July 25 call with the president of Ukraine in which he pressed for the country to open investigations into the Biden family and a disproven theory about 2016 election meddling by Ukraine. The whistleblower wrote that Trump's actions raised national security concerns and constituted an abuse of power."

All that the whistleblower wrote has been backed up to date during ongoing testimony by government officials under oath. What are Republicans pissing and moaning about? The truth? If these disingenuous, lying GOP bastards indeed have a problem with the testimony to date, why not go after the testimony itself and the individuals who presented it?

"Trump and some of his Republican supporters have ramped up their attacks on the whistleblower's credibility as House impeachment investigators continue to call witnesses to testify for nationally televised hearings into the president's conduct."

Legal experts have said that if Trump outs the individual, it could prompt an article of impeachment."

Should be in person, under oath, questioned by panel lawyers. Anything less is meaningless.

"He has every opportunity to present his case," she said, adding that if Trump "has information that is exculpatory, that means ex, taking away, culpable, blame, then we look forward to seeing it.” But Pelosi, calling Trump's efforts at having Ukraine investigate the Bidens and a debunked conspiracy theory about the 2016 presidential election, said the president's conduct "was so much worse than even what Richard Nixon did."

In comparison to Trump, Nixon indeed looks like a choir boy. Forget? Nixon covered up criminal activity. Trump engaged in it. Big difference. Both equally impeachable, however.

They're under subpoena. A valid House impeachment inquiry. Conducted by a co-equal branch of government, the Legislative Branch as provided for by the Founders in the U.S. Constitution. Trump and his henchmen delusionally believe him dictator not president of the United States.

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
