Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

5-25-18

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all? If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Tim Chorney, Publisher
Liberty In Peril

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "No justice.  Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court that would adjudicate only these cases.  Total independence.  The only way to rein in these criminals, particularly the murderers in blue.

Sadly, the achingly clueless bastards in law enforcement don't need a legitimate reason to kill.  Enjoy carte blanche to murder on the job.  Nearly always, with impunity.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted motherf--kers, the department, and the city.  Any officer engaged in, or threatening this kind of unnecessary violence needs to be criminally prosecuted.  Not protected and coddled.  Not put on paid leave, -- no more than a paid vacation.  Not sent home without pay to catch up on his beauty sleep.

Firing is egregiously insufficient.  How can the law enforcement community be trusted?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than the criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

These are extremely dangerous times for our formerly great country.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  -- As our legislators and other government officials figuratively 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, only one way for these atrocities to end.  Again, time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases. Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred eighty six weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do? Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  Again, no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff? Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up. Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public? That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Ahrens frequently drives all the way through Berardi's property.  Coup de grace?  When Berardi complained to Llano County Deputy Idle about the trespassing, the officer's response was insane.  Said the Sheriff told him to tell Berardi since Ahrens believes she owns his property she can't be charged with trespassing.  Perfect Catch-22, right, Sheriff?  You're not fit for office, Bill.  Bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?"

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Llano County DA "Sonny Boy" is in the news.  Received an award.  The DailyTrib reports:

"The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission recognized District Attorney Wiley “Sonny” McAfee on August 22 for his efforts in prosecuting natural and cultural resource violations as well as environmental crimes. The commission named the 33rd and 424th district attorney the 2019 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Prosecutor of the Year. McAfee serves Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and San Saba counties. Elected in November 2012 and taking office on January 1, 2013, he has been instrumental in a number of high-profile cases involving Texas game wardens and Texas State Park police officers."

The District Attorney has ignored a complaint filed earlier by this publication regarding special treatment accorded Texas oil man Johnny Greene by the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff vis a vis a property dispute involving a local banker, three other local property owners with homes encroaching on land they don't own, one of which is on an unused Llano County road.  To say nothing of damage to a Pace Arrow motorhome on that property.  All a result of egregious abuse of authority by Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764.  The circumstances of this fiasco can be found above in each and every edition of this publication since this happened two years ago.  The Sheriff, the County Attorney, and the District Attorney have all determinedly, concertedly ignored this ongoing, unresolved fiasco raising one ferociously pointed question.  How much were they bribed?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred eighty six weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred eighty six weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Before continuing with the usual fare, thought the following might be of interest:

Uncommon Valor. Indeed, often displayed by the least expected under an unlimited number of different circumstances and conditions.  Usually, dire.  Common to each?  Exceptional courage, boundless determination no matter the personal cost.  Very best humanity has to offer.

CNN News reports:

"The soprano's voice lifts into the Santiago night sky, breaking the silence of the Chilean government-imposed curfew. Then, cheers and applause fill the streets. The stunning bars belong to Ayleen Jovita Romero, whose October 21 performance -- during the curfew imposed after days of clashes between protesters and police in the South American capital -- has garnered a lot of attention on social media as the protests enter their third week. As much as her voice and venue, it's also Romero's song choice that has captured global notice: "El derecho de vivir en paz" ("The right to live in peace") by Victor Jara, a popular folk singer who was murdered in the days following the 1973 military coup by Gen. Augusto Pinochet."

No question, a murderous son of a bitch.

"Romero had left her house earlier that evening to visit a cousin after being holed up in her home for several days for fears of the violence in the streets, she told CNN. Romero watched as Chilean police deployed tear gas, she said, then finally reached her cousin's home, saddened by an overwhelming silence that had taken hold. "It was very sad to see how the streets were getting empty. It made me feel helpless, and the first thing I did was to put on the song, 'El derecho de vivir en paz,' of Victor Jara," she said. Despite the curfew, some people went out onto their balconies, Romero recalled. When she heard another musician start to play the same song on an instrument, she joined in. "I came out on the balcony to sing for the people," she said, "never thinking this would go viral. It was beautiful, as people were silent during the song." Then, cheers and applause erupted. And from the cacophony, the tune rose again. "More musician neighbors joined, each one with his part -- a violinist, an accordionist and another singer made all the neighbors sing," Romero told CNN. "It was beautiful and emotional." Romero's performance wasn't the first one to feature "El derecho de vivir en paz." The soprano's childhood friend and fellow musician, Paula Advis, had played the song on her cello out of her window on October 20, the third night of the curfew, after her dad suggested it.

Uncommon Valor.

"The ongoing protests began over a now-suspended price hike for subway tickets in Santiago but snowballed into widespread anger among Chileans who feel they have been excluded from the nation's economic rise. Many are frustrated over economic inequalities, living costs, rising debt and corruption in a country that remains among the most prosperous and stable in Latin America. At the end of October, Chilean President Sebastian Pinera replaced his Cabinet following days of paralyzing protests in which at least 20 people died."

Stand tall. Never, ever, never give up.

... Under the Trump nazi, think we're not heading precisely in the same direction here in the United States?  This is, indeed, a point in history and an ongoing catastrophe unlike any we've ever seen before in our formerly great country.  We now have an insane, unfit tyrant occupying the Oval Office.  The worst is yet to come.

Another example of Uncommon Valor.  Dan Simon of CNN reports:

"Even with an economics degree from Yale and job experience on Wall Street and in Hollywood, the future for Shawn Pleasants looked increasingly glum. Homeless for 10 years in the Koreatown section of Los Angeles, Pleasants had done little to extricate himself from a cycle of depression and methamphetamine use that began before he landed on the street. He depended on churches and other charities for free meals."

A Yale graduate. With a degree in economicsStunning, isn't it?

"I wrote about Pleasants, 52, in September, as part of CNN's coverage of the homeless crisis plaguing California. The notion of a high school valedictorian and Ivy Leaguer who'd built a successful career, then fallen precipitously, garnered a lot of attention. Millions clicked on the story and shared it on social media. "I started reading it -- and just tears," said Kim Hershman, who'd studied a year ahead of Pleasants at Yale. Though they were barely acquaintances back then, Hershman immediately felt obligated to help, especially after she learned Pleasants' encampment was mere miles from her home. "When we were at Yale in the '80s, there were very few black students there," Hershman recalled. "Things are very different now. But I know that for whatever he achieved, something changed, and he didn't have the support that, maybe, I had."

So she stood up, stood tall.  How many attorneys would do the following?

"A Hollywood business affairs consultant, Hershman is also an attorney who graduated from Yale Law School as well. She drew upon her alumni network for guidance and encouragement, and a flood of postings soon appeared on a Facebook page for black Yale alums. "If Kim wants to get something done, I'd better not stand in the way," one member wrote. "Would he be willing to accept the offer of help?" queried another. There was only one way to find out. The day after my CNN story appeared online, Hershman made her way to Koreatown to try to find Pleasants amid the tent encampments."

How many attorneys in Llano County would do the same?

"I was a little nervous because I was, like, 'Where am I going? I'm a 5-foot-1 female,'" she recalled, fearing that it may not be safe. Hershman -- escorted by two Yale alums, including her significant other -- began asking homeless people in the area if they knew where Pleasants camped out. "Yeah," someone eventually told her. "He's around the corner." Almost everyone in Shawn Pleasants' orbit was homeless, like him. Some people walking by were friendly ("When people say, 'Good morning,' it really makes a difference," he'd like others to know.) Others were indifferent or rude. So, when the woman wearing a Yale hat took a seat next to him on the sidewalk and grabbed his hand, Pleasants knew this was no ordinary visitor. Seeing the hat's "Y" logo, his mind raced back to the magical setting of Yale's campus in New Haven, Connecticut. "I had seen her, maybe, seven or eight times at school," he recalled. Though they'd never been formally introduced, Pleasants knew who she was. But why had she come to see him today? he wondered."

Again, how many shyster attorneys would do the same here in Nazi Llano County?  LOL.  Modus operandi?  Cover your sorry, achingly clueless ass.  Cowardly, don't walk, run the other way.  LOL.  Greed rules. Forget?  Moreover, these achingly gutless barrister bastards rightfully fear loss of all business should they challenge the established order.

Blackballed.  Consequently, refuse to stand up to the bullshit.  Won't stand tall.  Principle?  Means squat.  Way things work in a de facto fascist police-state. Forget?  Precisely, why nothing changes.  Shit happens.  -- Just the way the handful of 'elite' who run and own this hell hole want it.  Shysters compliantly aid and abet.  Go along.  To get along.  LOL.

The American Way.

"After a few minutes of small talk, Hershman had a simple yet extraordinarily complicated question for a man who'd been living on the streets for a decade. "My big thing was: 'What do you want? And based on what you want, I'm going to do whatever I can to help you,'" she told CNN, recalling that initial conversation. "I want to make a difference," Pleasants replied. "I'm in this situation, and there has to be a reason for it all, and I want to help others."

Most attorneys quickly forget where they came from once in practice.  Not this one.  Imagine that.  ... Puts you shyster bastards here in Nazi Llano County to shame, doesn't it?  LOL.  After all, challenge the human excrement who run and own this County, guess what?

Usual end result.  Precisely, why you gutlessly fear end of your truly worthless careers when the corrupt and abusive f--kers who run and own this hell hole blackball you pieces of shit.  Abject cowardice.  Driven by bottomless greed.  Again, precisely why nothing changes.  Shit happens.  -- The goddamned unvarnished truth.

"They talked about the possibilities. Pleasants explained his vision for a homeless resource center, where people living on the streets could take showers, receive mail, charge a phone or iron a shirt. A sort of one-stop shop to address some critical needs, he told her, was desperately needed. Hershman made no promises. But she did assure Pleasants that if he would accept her help, she would get him off the streets and help him regain his footing in life. But there was one catch, and it was nonnegotiable: He must agree to drug rehabilitation."

No question.

"Over the years, Pleasants had turned down similar offers from family."

Surprised?

"This time he said yes -- but with a caveat of his own: "I have to bring my husband with me," he told Hershman, referring to his longtime partner, David, who had been living with Pleasants for years, even before they both became homeless. Hershman agreed. "She's quite charismatic and a persuasive leader," Pleasants said. "And when she wants to do something, she does it, by golly. She's an angel." They set a moving date for a few weeks later. Still, Pleasants wasn't sure. After a week, Hershman returned to check on Pleasants and to share a trove of supportive, encouraging messages that their Yale classmates had sent. He'd been "quite terrified that he had shamed his Yale family and biological family in doing the story," she said, referring to CNN's reporting. "To know that he had not, and had inspired people and touched people's hearts, meant the world to him," Hershman said via text. "The messages are really what made Shawn decide to move off the street."

How about that?  His fellow Ivy League graduates, just like Hershman, had not forgotten where they came from.  Imagine that.  Imagine the change that could trigger across the nation if it caught on?  That is, if greed was no longer prime mover.

"Pleasants' belongings consisted of a series of grocery carts overtopped with clothes, blankets and other disheveled items. Tarps connected to the carts formed a roof. A laundry basket held unopened boxes of cereal that he had gotten from a food pantry. His things seemed to take up half a block. But he left everything behind, aside from some clothes that he packed in garbage bags and luggage he had acquired on the street. Pleasants also kept a battery-operated candle that "would mentally warm" him up and a baseball bat he kept for protection. "Sometimes I had to clutch that bat because I didn't know what was going to happen," he said. "I had been stabbed in the back by someone I didn't even know. And my husband had been slashed with a machete by a total stranger in the night."

-- Sadly, precisely how those on the bottom of the food chain live in the richest country in the world.

"As he prepared to say goodbye, Pleasants, his partner and Hershman, along with some other homeless residents, formed a circle to say a prayer. "Let us not forget where we come from, what we've been through and where we're hopefully going," he said somberly to the group. Riding away, tears welling in his eyes, Pleasants said he was "nervous and happy." They had planned to stop at a McDonald's drive-thru but at the last minute decided to skip it, anxious to see what awaited them."

Imagine what the other homeless residents were thinking as they watched him leave:

"Hershman had arranged for Pleasants and his partner to stay in a guest house in the back of a posh LA estate. It has a pool and a basketball court. It sits behind a gate and is entirely private. The guest house, more than big enough to accommodate two people, has its own kitchen that Hershman had stocked with all their favorite foods. Entering their new digs, the men went straight for the bathroom and spent several minutes hovering over a sink, washing their hands. Even weeks after leaving the streets, Pleasants was still acclimating. At the guest house, Pleasants still keeps the baseball bat he used for protection at the homeless encampment near him at night. "At some point, someone is going to say, 'April Fools,' and it's over," he said. Pleasants has been addressing lingering medical problems, including with his vision. A congenital condition left him blind in one eye, and advanced glaucoma threatens the other. Meantime, David has been recuperating from heart surgery to address a genetic abnormality. Pleasants is also coming to terms with some earlier emotional trauma, including the death of his mother in 2010, which he said contributed to his downward spiral. "You gotta show a strong face out there," he said, referring to his life on the streets. "But here, I can sit here and cry, and we can hug and just sort it out in 30 minutes."

The problems, far from over:

"His drug abuse, however, remains a work in progress. Pleasants and David have left their compound a few times, and Hershman believes they may have been getting drugs. It's easy to tell, Hershman said, when he hasn't been using. "He seems flatter, more depressed," she said, adding that his addiction "is real -- a crutch -- and masks a lot of pain." "I've never been good at doing anything cold turkey. Life's in the middle," Pleasants said, adding that getting drug-free is "tantamount to my credibility." Pleasants plans to check in Friday to a rehab facility in Los Angeles' Tarzana neighborhood, he told CNN. Hershman identified the facility and deemed it to be a good fit. Pleasants' partner will enter a few weeks later, after fully recuperating from heart surgery."

Extremely important both men not be enabled in continued drug use.

"I'm ready," Pleasants said Thursday by phone, adding that he "felt somewhat anxious" but that "it feels like the responsible thing to do." Hershman is fronting the cost for 30 days of Pleasants' treatment, which she said amounts to just over $10,000. Fellow Yale alums have offered to contribute, she said, though no reimbursements or financial arrangements have been made. The price tag could also rise because "they may recommend that he stay longer than 30 days," she said. She's also helping Pleasants get settled into more permanent housing using a federally subsidized Section 8 voucher, which he recently obtained. A mother to twin teenage boys who works as an independent consultant, Hershman said she has been a 'round-the-clock presence for Pleasants. Through it all, she's has been chronicling the experience with the help of a videographer. They have visions for a TV docuseries "that takes viewers through this journey of everything they're going through," she said. Pleasants believes it could change people's perceptions of homelessness."

... Hard to believe, however, with the country as divided and preoccupied as it is now with the ongoing catastrophe in the Oval Office.  Hopefully, that will change.  -- Both the profound division in the nation and the disaster in the Oval Office.

"Policy experts point to the lack of affordable housing in California as the primary reason for endemic homelessness. Pleasants doesn't disagree. "Not everyone can pay $2,000 a month for a studio," he said. People who used to help homeless residents, he said, ended up sitting beside "us" on the streets. Pleasants also wants to call attention to the lack of facilities just to "clean your clothes." "In order to get a job and get out, you need somewhere to shower. We need to get a computer to do a resume. Where are we supposed to do those things?" he said, adding that he and Hershman are brainstorming ways to advance his ideas for a resource center. Meantime, he's written a note to be included in the next installment of Yale's alumni magazine. Hershman shared it with CNN, reading, in part: "I want to thank all alumni for their support, understanding and compassion...and their critical eye as to what is going on in my situation. I don't just want charity. I do need critical and constructive help (in terms of advice or real goods and services); not just someone throwing money at me. ... I need more than a helping hand. I need a map as to where I'm going. Thank you for providing that - at a level that 'another Yalie' appreciates."

Unlike most homeless, this guy had access to resources most on the streets would never have had the opportunity to avail themselves of:

"In the short term, Pleasants said he wants to be worthy of his new lease on life -- made possible by a single news story -- and a woman who felt inspired to act. He also knows there are people out there wondering if he'll blow it, he said, and wind up back on the streets. "I hope the hell not," he said. "And I hope for their sake that they don't lose their footing because they'll experience some of the worst times that I experienced. And it doesn't matter who you are, it's a possibility."

No question.

As footnote to the above, I recently spoke to a a former Kingsland resident who had moved to New Mexico with her significant other a while back.  -- He's a veteran with recent serious health issues.  Her son had remained behind in the Kingsland area.  Recently, killed himself.

She returned to Kingsland to retrieve his ashes and return them to New Mexico.  She had no vehicle and canvassed local churches for assistance to return home.  The response of these churches was less than generous.  Clearly, things need to change.

Yet, another example of Uncommon Valor.  CNN News reports:

"A California rapid transit employee is being hailed as a hero for rescuing a man who fell onto the tracks as a train was approaching the platform. The dramatic rescue happened at the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station at the Oakland Coliseum after an NFL game Sunday between the Oakland Raiders and the Detroit Lions.

"According to a statement from BART, the unidentified man was intoxicated and accidentally fell onto the tracks. In a tweet, BART thanked O'Connor for his heroism. "He saved a life tonight. Thank you John. Show him some love," the tweet read. O'Connor, a former train operator promoted to transportation supervisor, has worked at BART for 24 years, according to the transit agency.

"John was on the platform and ensuring everyone stayed away from the yellow safety strip," a BART spokeswoman told CNN in a statement. "A male who was intoxicated accidentally mis-stepped and fell into the trackway while a train was approaching. John saw this along with other riders and yelled at the man to get back onto the platform. The male didn't move quick enough so John grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him up by rolling him over his body to safety. They stood up and hugged."

Uncommon Valor.

"O'Connor told CNN affiliate KPIX that he saw the man fall onto the tracks in his peripheral vision. He estimated the train was 60 feet away when he pulled the man up. "I thought the train was going to cut him in half, honestly," O'Connor told KPIX on Sunday. "I didn't want to see this guy die." On Monday, O'Connor met with reporters at the BART station and told them it feels really awkward to be called a hero. "Good thing there wasn't a Niners game yesterday or I would've been at home," he told CNN affiliate KGO. "I'm just fortunate that God put me there and he got to see another day," He said he was just doing his job and that he hopes anyone else would've done the same thing. "I don't feel like it was anything special, honestly," he said. "My honest opinion was he wasn't going to make [it] and I couldn't watch it happen." O'Connor mentioned that he has seen many incidents on the tracks during his years of service and he is worried about the train conductor who witnessed the events. He added that he told the man he rescued to pay it forward."

Indeed.

Another example of Uncommon Valor.  CBS News reports:

"A chaotic and terrifying scene was captured on camera in Carmichael, California. CBS Sacramento reports that footage from an officer-involved shooting was released by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department. The video shows the moments before a deadly confrontation. Chanell Brown, 23, was shot and killed by her boyfriend, who was then killed by Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies. The video shows a man kicking in a door while grasping a woman with one hand and his gun with the other, while the woman warns others to lock their door.

"You got the police called on me, I didn't do (expletive)," the man said in the video.

"Lock your door, lock it," the woman said. Within minutes, Sacramento Sheriff's deputies arrive and the suspect shoots and kills the woman before deputies open fire and kill him.

"That video speaks a thousand words," Sacramento County Sheriff Sergeant Tess Deterding said. "If you watch it, everything unfolds in a split second."

"Brown's mother says even her daughter's final moments were angelic. "Everything about her was an angel, she helped you," Veronica Brown said. "She saved lives, the night she died she saved lives, she saved other people, she sacrificed her own life. That's what really happened. She sacrificed herself."

Placed others before herselfUncommon Valor.

"The family says Brown was in a relationship with the man who killed her. Earnest Easterling was her first boyfriend. The family sensed something was wrong. "She had distanced herself from family," sister Kevonna Brown said. "She moved away." The Browns held a press conference following the Sheriff Department's video release to help prevent other victims of domestic violence from meeting the same fate. "Our goal was to bring awareness to the situation, moving forward, you know, 'cause that's something as a family, that should be our mission to do for her," brother Keith Brown said. Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies say the suspect had been arrested in 2016 in the state of Nevada for possession of a concealed firearm but he was not convicted. An online search found no criminal record in Sacramento. Deputies say he did own the gun he used to kill his girlfriend and he bought it legally."

Another example of Uncommon Valor.  NBC News reports:

"A Chicago man was shot to death Thursday night after he rushed to save his teenage niece from an assailant in her home, authorities said. The killer sneaked through a window of the 17-year-old's bedroom at about 9 p.m., and she screamed for help as he sexually assaulted her, according to a police statement. The girl's 66-year-old uncle ran to help her but was shot in the head and back by the attacker, authorities said. He was rushed to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died."

Uncommon Valor.

"A suspect was taken into custody a short time later, but he had not been charged as of Friday morning, a police spokesman said."

For some, -- money rules.  Others, -- principle.  CBS News reports:

"Fans of longtime "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek have been sending messages of love and support since the star revealed he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer earlier this year. But one man took the kind words a step further — and delivered a surprise answer during an episode of the game show that nearly brought the icon to tears. Instead of choosing an answer to the "Final Jeopardy!" question of Monday night's "Tournament of Champions" game, contestant Dhruv Gaur wrote "We [heart icon] you, Alex!"  As the host read the message, he began to choke up. When the camera panned, Trebek appeared to be getting emotional. "That's very kind of you. Thank you," Trebek responded. "Cost you $1,995. You're left with five bucks. Okay," the television personality added, as he appeared to get close to tears. The show tweeted about the interaction, writing, "Couldn't have said it better ourselves, Dhruv! #WeLoveYouAlex." The show's Twitter account later posted a longer video. The heartfelt moment has also gone viral on Twitter, accompanied by the hashtag #WeLoveYouAlex."

No question.  Horrendous disease.  Usually, fatal.

"The 79-year-old star was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in March, and has been public about his struggles throughout his treatment."

Uncommon Valor.

"After undergoing chemotherapy, Trebek returned to the "Jeopardy!" stage in September to kick off season 36 of the iconic game show. But the following week, he revealed he was returning to chemotherapy after his "numbers went sky high." Trebek suggested in an interview last month that his tenure with "Jeopardy!" may be nearing an end as his battle with cancer continues. "I will keep doing it as long as my skills do not diminish, and they have started to diminish," he told CTV."

Cruel killer:

"Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of all cancers, because the lack of obvious symptoms or an early screening test means people are often diagnosed at an advanced stage, according to the World Pancreatic Cancer Coalition. Every day, more than 1,200 people worldwide will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and an estimated 1,180 die from the disease."

No longer.

In follow up to a case covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere, NPR reports:

"Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson is stepping down as the city's top law enforcement officer after more than three years, a tenure that began when his predecessor was removed in the wake of video footage showing a white police officer fatally shooting black teenager Laquan McDonald."

This guy was a poor replacement.  Left much to be desired.  Chicago desperately needed a new leader in the department that would have forced desperately needed change no matter what rank and file officers demanded, wanted, or objected to.  Johnson miserably failed to do so despite his best efforts in the attempt.  Then, put himself in a bind of his own making he couldn't credibly extricate himself from.

"Johnson led a department of some 13,400 officers, the second-largest force in the country, pushing for use-of-force training, more community policing and a court monitor to oversee department-wide reforms. But Johnson's retirement, effective at the end of the year, also comes after he became embroiled in controversy."

Did he ever:

"Last month, police officers found Johnson asleep in his city-owned SUV at a stop sign. He initially said he had failed to take his blood pressure medication and felt lightheaded, but he reportedly later told the city's mayor he had consumed alcohol earlier that evening. The city's inspector general's office is investigating why the officers allowed Johnson to drive home without having taking a sobriety test, according to NPR member station WBEZ. Johnson did not comment on the investigation during the news conference."

Why not, sir?

CNN News reports:

"Former Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck was named as Chicago's interim police superintendent by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Friday. He will fill in until a permanent replacement is found for Superintendent Eddie Johnson, who announced on Thursday he would retire at the end of the year.

"Beck said his main objective is "to bring this city together because they trust their cops."

Good luck.  Until murderous, corrupt, abusive officers are ubiquitously brought to justice and suffer the same consequences as civilian offenders, snowball's chance.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

In follow up to a case covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A white Fort Worth police officer who fatally shot a black woman in her home last month had been critiqued in a 2018 performance review for missing calls for help over the radio and sometimes having "tunnel vision." The new details about Aaron Dean's work history come from records obtained by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.  Dean's supervisor commended him in his most recent evaluation, in April 2019, for working at the level of more experienced officers, exhorting him to "keep up the good work," the records show. But his supervisor was critical in earlier performance reviews, writing that Dean had poor communication skills and accusing him of being evasive rather than owning up to doing wrong. During his 2017 police department job interview, a video of which was obtained by the paper, Dean said he would have "no problem" using lethal force if necessary."

This piece of shit is, and was, unfit to wear the uniform.  A young woman paid with her life.

"The records offer new insight into the 35-year-old who is facing a murder charge for shooting 28-year-old Atatiana Jefferson through her back window after responding to a call about an open front door. He resigned from the department in October without answering questions about the shooting, which drew national outrage. During the 2017 job interview, Dean said he wanted to serve the public and liked "the action and adventure" that he believed came with being an officer. Dean said he had aspired to join the military and saw becoming a police officer as a "way to do some of those same things without having to deploy overseas."

Militarization of law enforcement is precisely the problem.  The two don't mix.  Are not, and should not be, one and the same.

"Dean also disclosed during his interview that he pleaded no-contest in 2004 to a charge of simple assault for touching "a girl I was friends with" inappropriately when he was a college student."

That alone should have disqualified this piece of shit from becoming an officer.

"Dean said the woman reported him to police after he stroked her breast in the library at the University of Texas at Arlington. He said she had been flirtatious and that he "just wanted to respond, see how it would go." Dean told the interviewing officers that he paid a fine and has been more careful since."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  What could law enforcement possibly been thinking when it hired this piece of human excrement?

"Dean graduated in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in physics and joined the Fort Worth police force in April 2018. The misdemeanor charge from more than a decade earlier wouldn't have prevented Dean from becoming an officer under Fort Worth's civil service regulations."

Appalling.

Readers will recall:

"Jefferson had been up late playing video games with her young nephew. The video shows Dean fired less than a second after yelling for Jefferson to show her hands, and without ever identifying himself as a police officer. Police said Dean drew his gun after "perceiving a threat" but that there was no sign he or the other officer who responded ever knocked on the front door. An arrest warrant says the child told investigators Jefferson heard a noise outside and grabbed her gun from her purse as she went to investigate. The boy said Jefferson had the gun pointed at the window when she was shot from outside, according to the warrant.  Interim Fort Worth police chief Ed Kraus last month said there is "no excuse" for the shooting and vowed Dean would be held accountable. He said it made sense that Jefferson, who was licensed to carry, would have had her gun if she thought there was an intruder in her backyard."

The fact she was licensed to carry is irrelevant.  She was in her own house, protecting herself and her nephew.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

The following is another example of outrageously abusive policing.  ABC News reports:

"A Florida school resource officer has been fired and faces an investigation after a video surfaced on social media showing him yanking a middle school student by her hair."

Why hasn't he been arrested?

"Following outrage, the Orange County Sheriff's Office released body cam footage of the incident Friday. In the video, officers are shown responding to a fight that broke out between students outside Westridge Middle School in Orlando, Florida. It shows one deputy holding a girl against the trunk of a car, with her arms held behind her back. The officer, who is white, then grabs the girl, who is black, by a hair scarf, pulling her head back and saying, "You’re the one who started this s--- at school. ... I’m tired of this s---."  He then drags the girl to a police car and puts her in the back seat. The girl was briefly detained before being released to a parent, authorities said. Authorities have not identified the officer involved in the incident."

Why not?  The public is entitled to quickly know the identity of its criminal oppressors in blue.  ... Right, Mr. Blackburn?

"A school resource officer was fired Friday, Nov. 8, 2019, after he was seen on video grabbing a young student by the hair at Westridge Middle School in Orlando, Fla. In a press conference Friday, Orange County Sheriff John Mina described the officer’s conduct as "out of control.”

Beyond that, criminal.  Why wasn't he immediately arrested?  Why are you protecting him?

"I am extremely upset, disappointed and outraged by the conduct of our deputy sheriff in this instance," Mina said. "I want the community to know that this type of behavior is not going to be tolerated at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office."

If true, why wasn't he immediately arrested?

"Mina told reporters that he had been made aware of the video on Friday morning, and that after reviewing it and footage from the department’s own body cameras, the decision was made to terminate the deputy's employment."

Again, why wasn't he immediately arrested like any ordinary civilian would have been who had engaged in such behavior?  Why special treatment?

"Footage from a body camera worn by another deputy responding to the incident showed him addressing the same student moments before the now-fired deputy intervened. The first deputy is heard telling the girl to relax, and saying he is not yelling at her."

Why is it some officers can do the right thing, control themselves, de-escalate, and others behave like criminal jackasses?

"The school resource deputy showed up and actually escalated the situation and made it worse,” Mina said."

Clearly.

"The department’s internal affairs section is conducting its own investigation of the incident, the findings of which will be turned over to the State's Attorney's Office to see if criminal charges are warranted."

Why the delay?  Why the special treatment?  Should have arrested the son of a bitch.  Let prosecutors decide whether to prosecute or protect and coddle the bastard.  Why no equal treatment?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in law enforcement.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

The murderous carnage continues.  ABC News reports:

"A surge in violent police clashes has left a trail of bodies across New York City, stoking tensions between officers and critics who say they have been too quick to use deadly force. Since mid-October, New York Police Department officers have shot five people, killing four of them — a torrent that left department veterans struggling to recall another time there were so many on-duty shootings in the city in such a short span."

Mantra of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue?  'Shoot first, ask questions later.'  Raw nazism.  Exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Nazi America.  A de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"On Oct. 23, police killed a man in Harlem after they say he fired a gunshot that hit an officer's bullet-resistant vest. Two days later, police killed a man in Brooklyn after they say he slammed an officer's head with a chair. That officer was placed in a medically induced coma for several days. Adding to the chasm: bystander video that showed a white police officer punching a black teen during a brawl on a Brooklyn subway platform. Hundreds of people last weekend marched in protest and the family of one teen said it will sue."

Find an attorney.  Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted criminal motherf--kers in blue.  They're out of control.

"Why the sudden uptick in confrontations between police and the public? It depends on who you ask. In law enforcement circles, there's a growing feeling that people are feeling emboldened to act out against police officers. In a series of attacks over the summer, several officers were soaked with water, others were hit with a milk carton and Chinese food and another had his body camera ripped off."

None of the above is proper or right.  None of it is justified.  Do something like that?  You're no better than the jackbooted pieces of shit oppressing the public they supposedly 'serve.'

"Police unions say frequent criticism of police from city politicians and reform advocates is stoking anti-police sentiment."

Goddamned bullshit.  Refusal of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue to take responsibility for THEIR criminal behavior is the problem.  An ongoing issue.  That is, the murder of innocent, unarmed civilians who have committed no crime.  A 'shoot first, ask questions later' jackbooted policy and mentality.  Violent arrests of compliant non-violent civilians by the jackbooted bastards.  False ticketing of drivers who have committed no offense to line government coffers.  List can go on and on.  The criticism is well-deserved and justified.  Will increase as the abuse continues.  Status quo, unsustainable.

"The city's largest police union, the Police Benevolent Association, says a lack of support from police leaders has left officers feeling isolated and abandoned, exemplified by the decision in August to fire an officer in the 2014 chokehold death of Eric Garner."

Jesus Christ.  The killing of Garner by the criminal jackbooted bastard was murder.  Yet, the murderer was not held criminally accountable.  Deserved to spend the rest of his life in prison.  Instead, only got fired.  Nazi justice.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms as unjustified, unwarranted violence continues to be promulgated, excused, and embraced by the jackbooted, out of control, criminals in blue.

"And the unions say reluctance by some judges and prosecutors to put suspects in jail, coupled with criminal justice reforms, such as the elimination of bail for most non-violent felonies on Jan. 1, will make it harder for officers to keep the streets and themselves safe."

Ignorant, aggressively stupid horse shit.  Simply, not true.  The greatest threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties is no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element.  It is egregiously out of control, criminal police officers.

"The message is that there are no consequences for your actions," said Joseph Giacalone, a former NYPD sergeant who now teaches at John Jay College of Criminal Justice."

No more than the achingly perverse mantra of the Nazi Right in our formerly great country.  Pure hypocrisy since police are the aggressors who suffer no consequences for their criminal activity when egregiously abusing power.

"You're a victim and you're a victim of society and you're a victim of racism."

We've listened to this horse shit for decades.  Who the hell is saying that other than the hypocritical national socialist, fascist, nazi bastards on the Extreme Right?  It's bullshit.  A ruse.  An excuse made to continue abusing power.  It's how these bastards get their cookies off.  Egregiously, abusing power.  Worse?  Killing innocent,  unarmed civilians, -- and getting away with it.

"And the police are the enemy because they are the tool they use to oppress you."

More horse shit.  More excuse making for an intolerable, unsustainable status quo.  Clearly, police don't wish to clean up their act.  Enjoy abusing power way too much to forego abusive tactics and procedures.  It is oppression.  No question.  Called jackbooted control of the masses.

A boot heel on the collective throat of the public they supposedly serve.  Legalized murder.  A de facto fascist police-state quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich. ... Again, hear the rumble?  ... An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms as this abuse continues unabated.

Unadulterated bullshit:

"That's basically the message that has been filtered down."

Pure fantasy.  Promulgated by the Nazi Right and law enforcement.  Precisely, why the worst is yet to come.

Not all in the community, however, buy the phony bullshit promulgated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue:

"Reform advocates see it differently."

Certainly, do.  For damned good reason:

"Joo-Hyun Kang, the director of Communities United for Police Reform, said laws keeping disciplinary files secret and the outsized power of the NYPD and unions are enabling police officers to use deadly force with little or no consequence. "Police violence isn't new, but abusive and violent policing is out of control in New York City," said Kang, the director of the watchdog group, which advocated for the firing of all officers in Garner's death. Police officials noted that some of the people shot by officers had criminal records or prior police interactions, but Kavanagh said those details can work to demonize a person and make it seem like shooting them was justified."

Certainly, a problem.  Officers and the brass cover each other's criminal ass.  No justice.

"The recent string of officer-involved violence began with an Oct. 15 shooting outside a Brooklyn public housing complex that police reform advocates and the slain man's family say happened under murky circumstances. The police department said 30-year-old Nasheem Prioleau was killed after pointing a gun and possibly firing at a pair of anti-crime officers who saw him shooting at another person and had ordered him to drop the weapon. However, Kavanagh said it was later determined that a 9mm pistol found at the scene was not fired, and the person Prioleau was purportedly shooting at has never been found. "The night Nasheem Prioleau was killed, there was definitely a gun battle, because people including myself heard the gunfire all over Brooklyn," Kavanagh said. "Turns out it was just from one side — the police."

We have a problem in our formerly great country.  Police are out of control.  Not held criminally accountable for their crimes.  Protected and coddled.  ... Hear the rumble?

No justice.

Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?

Ankle monitors are abused by law enforcement and prosecutors.  NBC News reports:

"Increasingly, American jails are built without bars, razor wire or even guards. Instead, 21st century prisons are built from data. More and more, inmates are confined not by physical buildings but by GPS monitors, radio-frequency trackers and an array of other electronic monitoring.

"Not only are electronic monitoring devices being used more often, but they are also being used for increasingly minor cases."

Cheaper than jails to control and abuse the population.  Moreover, defendant pays, gets looted for the monitor.  Not only that, there are frequent problems with the equipment, leading police to repeatedly show up to confront the defendant, threatening a return to jail.

"At a moment when jail and prison populations are dropping, falling by 130,000 inmates since a peak in 2009, electronic monitoring is quickly expanding. Sadly, tools that began with the promise of releasing Americans from jail are now shackling many who would otherwise have been set free. And they are doing more than just tracking their movements: They are draining their bank accounts, compromising their health and even spying on them, which is why more safeguards against electronic monitoring abuses are urgently needed."

A growing problem as these devices are used ubiquitously for all kinds of violations including traffic offenses.  A growing threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Certainly, becoming cash cow:

"Electronic monitoring is one of the fastest-expanding sectors in the private prison industry. Take, for example, the Florida-based GEO Group, which reports that it alone is responsible for providing electronic monitoring devices for 100,00 people per year. Without any national guidelines or consensus, most police, probation and parole departments can set their own guidelines and choose their own brands of monitoring device, with various feature options."

Certainly, used to control the population:

"Not only are electronic monitoring devices being used more often, but they are also being used for increasingly minor cases, including misdemeanors and traffic violations. So rather than simply replacing confinement, electronic monitoring is becoming the norm for many defendants who would have previously been released into probation, on bail or even on their own recognizance. This is likely part of why electronic monitoring seems to be growing faster than the reduction in the prison and jail population."

Certainly, a far cheaper way to keep the boot heel of law enforcement on the collective throat of the masses.  ... An exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties:

"Electronic monitoring compromises users’ privacy in many ways beyond tracking their location. One widely used electronic monitoring anklet has a feature that can record calls and conversations without users’ consent or knowledge. These devices raise profound Fourth and Fifth Amendment concerns when activated in this way, as they transform wearers into walking wiretaps — not only for capturing their own statements, but potentially those of friends and family nearby. In Chicago, a jurisdiction that consistently promotes electronic monitoring, these devices are reportedly being used to record children."

Replacement of one extremely costly type of confinement at expense of taxpayers to another that is paid for by looted defendants, some of whom innocent:

"Electronic monitoring inflicts a high price that goes beyond constitutional concerns. Americans are not only being forced to wear government tracking devices in record numbers, they are also often forced to pay for the privilege, on top of their bail. One driver who was arrested after failing to signal reported being forced to pay $300 a month for a device rental fee on top of a $179.50 setup charge. The first month’s costs added up to more than half of his $900-a-month disability check. For many, electronic monitoring can become a debt trap."

Cash cow.  A win-win for the corporate management suite and its bought and paid for shills in nazi government.  ... Hear the rumble?

Worse?  Get this:

"Some firms are now turning to a new type of electronic surveillance device: smartphones. These firms sell apps and software that employ the same sort of location tracking that Silicon Valley has used for years to follow our movements and target us with ads."

This information from anklet monitors will be bought and sold across the globe.  Nazi America.

Privacy of the innocent.  NBC News reports:

"Her sister was murdered in 1980. New DNA methods could crack the case, but NY won't allow it."

For the wrong reason.  As will become clear shortly.

"It’s not going to bring her back,” Irene Wilkowitz said of using genetic genealogy to search for her sister's killer. “But it will help other people." Irene Wilkowitz's sister, Eve, was murdered almost 40 years ago in New York, and the case remains unsolved."

Tragically, so.

"... on March 25, 1980, a woman had noticed a barefoot figure lying on a neighbor’s lawn a few miles away in Bay Shore. It was Eve Wilkowitz. She’d last been seen boarding a late-night Long Island Rail Road train from Penn Station in Manhattan, where she worked as a secretary at a publishing house. Sometime during her journey home, she’d been kidnapped, bound, raped, strangled and dumped. She was 20."

Horrendous crime.  Unspeakable.

"Today, they are no closer to Eve’s killer than they were the morning she was found. Wilkowitz, 57 and Eve’s only living close relative, has pressed investigators to try a new option: investigative genetic genealogy, a revolutionary — and divisive — tool that has been used to crack dozens of cold cases across America in the past 18 months. It would enable police to submit the killer’s DNA, found in semen left on her sister’s body, to consumer DNA databases, which contain DNA profiles of tens of thousands of people who are not in criminal databases. The move could increase the chances of finding a relative of the killer - and, ultimately, the killer himself."

At the cost of privacy of all those who are innocent, had nothing to do with the murder, and have not granted permission to law enforcement to access their data.  Reader will recall this issue was covered in a recent edition of this publication.  This time, however, there is an interesting twist that has nothing to do with privacy:

"But New York health officials won’t let investigators do so. Because public crime laboratories aren’t equipped to do the advanced DNA analysis required of the newly popular technique, law enforcement authorities must seek help from private laboratories, which are regulated by the New York State Department of Health. Under a decades-old regulation from a time when DNA analysis first became common in criminal cases, private labs are required to obtain permits before they can do such forensics work in New York. No private lab has this permit for investigative genetic genealogy. That has left New York authorities unable to join the national rush of law enforcement agencies using investigative genetic genealogy to reexamine decades-old murders and rapes."

Police should not be granted access to such data without permission of those who have submitted that data.  This information can easily be abused.  Find its way to employers, be sold to the business community, etc.  Abused by police on fishing expeditions.  No end to the possibility of abuse.

“It’s definitely frustrating,” said Suffolk County Police Lt. Kevin Beyrer, a homicide investigator who keeps the Eve Wilkowitz murder file - three bankers-boxes stuffed with yellowed typewritten reports, photographs and newspaper clippings - in his office. “The technology’s there. Other states have used it. Other states have been successful in it. This is a case that’s almost screaming for it.”

Wake up.  Law enforcement cannot be trusted to do the right thing with such data.  That is, use it properly.  Moreover, it's not your data, Lt. Beyrer.  It belongs to innocent people, guilty of no crime or criminal activity.  Privacy matters.  ... Unless you're a jackbooted bastard in blue.

"New York appears to be the only state to restrict the use of investigative genetic genealogy by law enforcement. The regulation is just the latest example of the way investigative genetic genealogy’s breakneck growth has unfolded without a consistent set of rules about how it can be used, and without privacy protections to prevent misuse of genetic information."

Impossible to do.  Abuse is rampant.  Uncontrollable.

The following was covered in a recent edition of this publication:

"Another obstacle to solving cold cases surfaced earlier this year when an online consumer DNA database, called GEDmatch, which was key to identifying unknown suspects, changed its terms of service in response to privacy concerns. The change made it more difficult for law enforcement to search GEDmatch’s database."

They finally did the right thing.  Should have done it from the very start.

The article goes on and on.  This is a matter that needs to be carefully resolved.  While capture of a murderer is extremely important, there is far more at stake.

Horrendous injustice.  No equal treatment.  NBC News reports:

"Tondalao Hall was sent to prison for failing to protect her children, while her abusive boyfriend, who pleaded guilty to the child abuse, was put on probation."

Inexplicable.  Worse?  Many victims of such abuse are so fearful of their abusers they remain incapable, too afraid to report that abuse.

"An Oklahoma mother who had been imprisoned for 15 years for failing to report to authorities that her boyfriend was abusing her children was freed from custody on Friday. Tondalao Hall was sentenced in 2006 to 30 years in prison under Oklahoma's "failure to protect" law after her then-boyfriend, Robert Braxton Jr., abused two of their children so severely, at least one had multiple broken bones, according to Hall's attorney, Megan Lambert of the American Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma. Hall had already been in jail for two years when she received her sentence."

Jesus Christ.  We've got to do better.  Become far more enlightened.  Better understand what effect severe abuse has in terms of a victim's ability to properly react and respond to that abuse.  Fear becomes overwhelming, paralyzing.  -- No excuse, but indeed a reason for the paralysis, that is, the failure to report.  There are others not directly involved, who had to have known the abuse was going on.  Should have stepped up.  Reported it.

"Braxton, meanwhile, pleaded guilty to abusing the children, but was given no additional time behind bars: He received a 10-year suspended sentence and was released on probation after having served his two years in jail, Lambert said."

Makes no sense.  Incomprehensible.

"I am relieved that we finally got some justice for her, but at the same time, it’s a little bittersweet because today is coming 15 years too late," Hall said. "And at the same time, she’s still leaving behind countless other women who are still incarcerated on failure to protect charges."

That's a problem.  An ongoing problem.  As recently covered in this publication and elsewhere:

"Oklahoma's incarceration ranking is one many state officials are eager to shed. On Monday, more than 400 inmates across the state were released from prison in what the governor said was the largest prisoner commutation in U.S. history. The inmates had been sentenced for drug possession or other nonviolent crimes. Hall got her break last month when the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board unanimously voted to commute her sentence. Republican Gov. Kevin Stitt granted the request on Thursday, which Hall said came as a surprise to her. "I was shocked, thankful, appreciative that I could be with my family," she told reporters of the governor's decision as she walked out of prison."

Here's the ongoing, unresolved bottom line:

"Lambert said Hall's years-long journey is "representative of an institutional misunderstanding of domestic violence." While every state has laws to protect children, only six have "failure to protect" laws or similar child abuse statutes that carry a possible life sentence for parents who don't report abuse, according to the Associated Press. Oklahoma’s law makes no exception for parents who stay silent out of fear for their own safety — which Lambert said was the case in Hall's situation. In addition to choking and punching their young children, Lambert said, Braxton beat and psychologically abused Hall. "What should have been a mitigating factor, the fear that she was feeling of her abuser, was specifically used to enhance her sentence," Lambert said. Hall was just 19 when she was arrested. While the child abuse charges against her were dropped, she still pleaded guilty to enabling child abuse."

We've got to do better.  Far better.  The status quo is unsustainable.  Counterproductive.

Hail To The Chief!  LOL.  CNN News reports:

"The cyclist who flipped off President Donald Trump's motorcade in 2017, and lost her job because of it, has won her bid for local office in Virginia. CNN projected that Juli Briskman on Tuesday night won her race to become supervisor for the Algonkian District in Loudoun County, Virginia. The win comes just over two years after a photo of Briskman flipping off the President's motorcade as it made its way back to the White House from Trump's golf course in Sterling, Virginia, went viral in October 2017. Her lawyer said she was forced to resign from her job as a marketing executive at Akima LLC over the photo."

Certainly, used it to her advantage:

"Briskman was able to leverage her viral rebuke of Trump into Tuesday's win with a campaign that made the image central to her political message. "There's no doubt that that photo and me getting unjustly fired from my position at work kicked off my drive and kicked off my desire to become active politically," Briskman told CNN's Erin Burnett on "Erin Burnett OutFront" Wednesday. "That day that I got fired I went home and signed up to work the polls during the statewides in 2017." "And, you know, I don't know that it helped my name recognition in my community," she added. "I'm very active in my community, but it definitely jump-started my activism."

Sure did.  LOL.

"Briskman announced her campaign on Twitter in September 2018 by sharing a Washington Post article titled "The cyclist who flipped off Trump's motorcade is running for public office." "Today, I am filing my organizational papers in a bid for local office in Loudoun County, Va. Loudoun deserves transparency in government, fully funded schools & smarter solutions to growth," she said. "It's time for a change."

No shit.  LOL.  Across the board.

"I am running to serve as Supervisor for the Algonkian District where I have worked, volunteered, organized and raised my kids in public schools. I have launched my campaign on @Crowdpac because... if not now, when? Let's Do this! https://t.co/zeYn4QR1pR
    — Juli Briskman (@julibriskman) September 12, 2018

"Speaking to CNN's Jeanne Moos in 2017, Briskman contended she's "really not" the bird-flipping type, but still made her feelings toward Trump clear."

Did she ever.  LOL.  Think the clueless prick got the message?  LOL.

Trump loses another one in court.  NPR reports:

"A New York judge has ruled that President Trump must pay $2 million in damages to settle claims that the Trump Foundation misused funds. The money will go to a group of charities, and the foundation is in the process of dissolving."

Why weren't he and his children criminally prosecuted?

"The case is tied to a televised fundraiser for veterans held by Trump in Iowa when he was running for president in January 2016. Trump had said the funds raised would be distributed to charities. But according to court documents, the Trump Foundation improperly used $2.82 million it received from that fundraiser. According to the judgment, that money "was used for Mr. Trump's political campaign and disbursed by Mr. Trump's campaign staff, rather than by the Foundation," which is unlawful. However, Justice Saliann Scarpulla says the funds did eventually reach charity organizations supporting veterans."

Still called theft.   ... Akin to walking out a convenience store with merchandise without paying for it, then returning several days later to reimburse the owner.

"The Trump Foundation has shut down, funds that were illegally misused are being restored, the president will be subject to ongoing supervision by my office, and the Trump children had to undergo compulsory training to ensure this type of illegal activity never takes place again," New York Attorney General Letitia James, whose office filed the case, said in a statement. "The court's decision, together with the settlements we negotiated, are a major victory in our efforts to protect charitable assets and hold accountable those who would abuse charities for personal gain."

Why the hell weren't they criminally prosecuted?  Why two standards of justice?  One for the top of the food chain, the other for everyone else.

Especially, in light of the following:

"The Trump Foundation agreed to dissolve last December in the face of an investigation from then-New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood. She accused the foundation of a broad pattern of illegal activity, including improper political activities and "repeated and willful self-dealing transactions."

Democratic wins in Kentucky and Virginia were a plus for abortion rights advocates in both states.  CBS News reports:

"For Democrats, Tuesday's election was considered a major win, apparently ousting the Republican Governor of Kentucky and capturing all three branches of government in Virginia. But Planned Parenthood and other pro-abortion rights activists say the election results in Kentucky and Virginia signaled something even bigger: voters across party lines support candidates that support abortion access."

About time.  Who the hell is the Nazi Right to dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with HER uterus?  The problem, however, with Democratic wins in Virginia and elsewhere is the fact these bastards will do all they can to eviscerate the Second Amendment, the last best defense against outrageously corrupt, abusive, murderous government.

"Voters made their voices heard loud and clear that when politicians fail to stand up for our rights — including abortion access — we will take that fight straight to the ballot box," Kelley Robinson, executive director of Planned Parenthood Votes, said in a statement to CBS News on Wednesday. "The stakes for reproductive health care have never been higher, but these victories show that there is an unstoppable momentum for our cause and we have the wind at our backs."

Hopefully, that's true.  If not, hear the rumble?

"Just this year, Kentucky passed four anti-abortion restrictions, including a so-called "heartbeat" ban, which outlaws the procedure after about six weeks into a woman's pregnancy. A federal judge blocked that law in March, but Governor Matt Bevin had said he would appeal the decision, the potential first steps in a multi-year journey to overturn Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide. But Andy Beshear, Kentucky's attorney general, says he supports Roe v. Wade and has rejected the state's abortion restrictions, which are among the strictest in the country. Kentucky is home to just one abortion clinic, Louisville-based EMW Women's Surgical Center, a facility that's spent years in court to stay open."

Goddamned outrageous.

"Planned Parenthood took an active role in Kentucky's gubernatorial election. For the race, the state's political action group, Planned Parenthood Action Kentucky UCC, launched its first "direct voter contact program," an initiative that combined door-knocking, digital ads and direct mail — all highlighting Bevin's anti-abortion politics. Tamarra Wieder, public affairs and policy director for Planned Parenthood Advocates of Indiana and Kentucky, said it was the first time the organization had invested in the state's governor race. "Kentuckians showed up to defend their reproductive freedom this election, reaffirming that the majority of people here want increased access to reproductive care, including abortion," Wieder said in a statement to CBS News on Tuesday."

Encouraging to see they're getting the funding to challenge the nazi element in the Republican Party:

"Tuesday's success comes less than a month after Planned Parenthood announced its plan to spend at least $45 million ahead of the 2020 elections, the most it has ever spent during an election cycle. "Yesterday's victories show that there is an unstoppable momentum for our cause, and we're confident we will carry this energy into more victories for reproductive health champions in 2020 and beyond," Robinson said."

Here's the problem:

"With a newly conservative Supreme Court, access to abortion has come under fire across the South and Midwest, where state lawmakers have raced to pass laws that ban the procedure in hopes of overturning Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court case that effectively legalized the procedure. So far this year, state politicians have introduced 300 bills restricting access to abortion, according to data compiled by the Guttmacher Institute, a reproductive health research organization. Twelve states, including Kentucky, have passed abortion bans, none of which are currently in effect."

Rabid nazis.  Readers are reminded abortion was illegal in Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy.  Who the hell is the national socialist, fascist element in the Republican Party to force its perverse religious views on all in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is, freedom from religion?

"Planned Parenthood Virginia PAC, the organization's state political arm, spent more than $1 million on the election, knocking on 68,000 doors to support candidates that supported abortion access. "Tonight's results also make it clear that the misleading, fear-mongering attacks on abortion from Republicans in Kentucky and Virginia failed because voters overwhelmingly support the right for people to make their own health care decisions without politicians getting in the way," Robinson said."

Walls continue to close in.  NPR reports:

"A top State Department aide questioned the legality of a U.S. president asking for an investigation into a political rival in his hours-long, closed-door deposition before congressional impeachment investigators. "Politically related prosecutions are not the way of promoting the rule of law. They undermine the rule of law," said George Kent, deputy assistant secretary in the State Department's European and Eurasian Bureau. The House released a transcript of his deposition on Thursday."

Courageously, blew the whistle.  ... But is not the original whistleblower whose identity is still being protected.

"Kent's remarks bolster the accounts of other officials whose depositions have been made public and underscore the intense back and forth within the Trump administration over its Ukraine policy. The policy, as Kent described it, pitted the traditional bipartisan foreign-policy consensus over U.S. relations with Ukraine, a fledgling post-Soviet state that needs Western support, against a parallel policy being advocated by Rudy Giuliani, the president's personal lawyer. As Kent described it, Mick Mulvaney, the acting White House chief of staff, put a hold on aid to Ukraine at the president's direction. Kent said "there was a lack of clarity" over the reason for the hold. In subsequent conversations with William Taylor, the charge d'affaires to Ukraine, he said he was told Trump "wanted nothing less than President Zelenskyy to go to microphone and say investigations, Biden, and Clinton."

Interestingly, consider this:

"After Kent's closed-door deposition last month, a Democratic lawmaker said Kent pointed the finger at Mulvaney for ousting career Ukrainian specialists and replacing them with "Three Amigos." U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland, U.S. special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker and and Energy Secretary Rick Perry were seen as more reliable actors in pressuring Ukraine to undertake the investigations that Giuliani was pushing."

The Washington Post reports:

"George Kent, the deputy assistant secretary of state responsible for Ukraine, criticized Rudolph W. Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer, for engaging in a smear campaign against the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, according to the transcript of his closed-door deposition released by House investigators Thursday. Kent testified that Giuliani’s “assertions and allegations against former Ambassador Yovanovitch were without basis, untrue, period.”

Republicans are growing increasingly desperate.  The Washington Post reports:

"House Republicans’ latest plan to shield President Trump from impeachment is to focus on at least three deputies — U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland, Trump’s lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani, and possibly acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney — who they say could have acted on their own to influence Ukraine policy."

Ludicrous.  Trump is a reincarnated Adolf Hitler.  His henchmen are marching in goose step with their fuhrer.

"All three occupy a special place in the Ukraine narrative as the people in most direct contact with Trump. As Republicans argue that most of the testimony against Trump is based on faulty secondhand information, they are sowing doubts about whether Sondland, Giuliani and Mulvaney were actually representing the president or freelancing to pursue their own agendas. The GOP is effectively offering up the three to be fall guys."

That's insanity.  Beyond ludicrous.  The Trump nazi has run the show since taking office, January 20, 2017.  Consider all his henchmen who have come and gone.  Nothing special about the above three.  They're doing their insane fuhrer's bidding.

"Since House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) initiated the impeachment inquiry Sept. 24, congressional Republicans have struggled to come up with a consistent and coherent explanation for why Trump tried to coerce a foreign leader to investigate the president’s domestic political rivals."

Surprised?  Why?  Trump is hopelessly unstable.  Changes views and tactics far more frequently than most change underwear.

"Their evolving strategy comes as House Democrats settle on their argument that Trump tried to force Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to undertake two politically advantageous investigations as a precondition for U.S. military aid and a White House meeting between the two heads of state. By raising questions about the motivation of Trump’s top lieutenants on Ukraine policy, the GOP hopes to undermine the reliability of otherwise incriminating testimony from several current Trump administration officials."

Called desperation.  Do they truly believe the public that stupid?

"The suggestion that Sondland, Giuliani and possibly Mulvaney made demands of Ukrainians without Trump’s explicit blessing has emerged among several theories that Republicans have offered in Trump’s defense, as witnesses testify that they believed Ukraine was being squeezed. In a sign of how the GOP is scrambling, however, many of those theories run counter to each other."

Indeed.  Apparently, too aggressively stupid to understand that.  ... Or, hopelessly desperate:

"In the past few days, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) has said it doesn’t matter whether Trump made a quid pro quo demand because he didn’t have “criminal intent.” Sens. John Neely Kennedy (R-La.) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) have argued, as Mulvaney did from a White House lectern last month, that such exchanges happen “all the time” in foreign policy and are not a serious offense, let alone impeachable. And Trump ally Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) has floated yet another defense, suggesting Trump’s Ukraine policy was too “incoherent” for officials to successfully execute anything as calculated as a quid pro quo arrangement. “What I can tell you about the Trump policy toward Ukraine: It was incoherent, it depends on who you talk to, they seem to be incapable of forming a quid pro quo,” he said."

Laughable.  Time to wake up.  Before too late.

"Much of the GOP’s frustration in recent days has focused on Sondland, who amended his original testimony after Taylor and Morrison spoke to House impeachment investigators. Sondland said he did in fact recall telling Ukrainian officials that the release of military aid would be contingent on Kyiv’s opening investigations Trump wanted. Both Taylor and Morrison testified that Sondland told them that Trump had asked Sondland to leverage a head-of-state meeting that Zelensky greatly desired, using it to get the two investigations activated, and that the military aid also would be contingent on the investigations taking place. But Sondland, who told investigators that he was in touch with Trump far more than he was in touch with Giuliani, testified that he never heard directly from Trump on those issues, a contradiction that witnesses have yet to clear up."

Report goes on and on.  Republicans clearly can't get their stories straight.

Vindman's testimony damning. The Washington Post reports:

"In vivid and at times contentious testimony before House impeachment investigators, the senior White House official responsible for Ukraine described what he believed was an unambiguous effort by President Trump to pressure the president of Ukraine to open investigations targeting American politicians in exchange for a coveted Oval Office meeting. Under questioning from Rep. Peter Welch (D-Vt.) and other Democrats, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman said “there was no doubt” about what Trump wanted when he spoke by phone on July 25 to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky — particularly in contrast with an April call between the two shortly after Zelensky’s election. “The tone was significantly different,” Vindman said, according to a transcript of his Oct. 29 deposition released Friday. Vindman went on to tell Welch, “I’m struggling for the words, but it was not a positive call. It was dour. If I think about it some more, I could probably come up with some other adjectives, but it was just — the difference between the calls was apparent.”

A shake down.

"Welch asked Vindman if he had any doubt that Trump was asking for investigations of his political opponents “as a deliverable” — in other words, as part of a quid pro quo. “There was no doubt,” Vindman said. In a crucial discussion of what constitutes a quid pro quo, Vindman was grilled by a Republican member of the committee about why he believed Trump had made a “demand” that Ukraine launch an investigation of Hunter Biden in return for a White House meeting for Zelensky. Biden is the son of former vice president Joe Biden, a leading contender for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, and was once employed by a controversial Ukrainian energy firm. Vindman, explaining what he called the vast “power disparity” between Trump and Zelensky, told Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-Tex.) that Trump’s request for a “favor” from Zelensky was fairly interpreted as a demand. “When the president of the United States makes a request for a favor, it certainly seems — I would take it as a demand.”

Report goes on and on.  Extremely damaging testimony.

NBC News reports:

"Vindman, the top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, also outlined a quid pro quo effort linked to the acting White House chief of staff.

"Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, told House impeachment investigators "there was no doubt" what President Donald Trump was demanding during his July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. During that conversation, now central to House Democrats' impeachment inquiry, Trump pressed Zelenskiy to launch investigations involving former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden as well as a conspiracy related to the 2016 U.S. election, according to the record of the call released by the White House. "It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where the gain would be for the president in investigating the son of a political opponent," Vindman, who was on the call, said, according to the transcript of his closed-door testimony made public Friday. Vindman also testified that Trump administration officials delivered a clear quid quo pro message to Ukraine. According to the transcript, U.S. ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland informed Vindman that not only was a White House meeting Zelenskiy wanted contingent on the probes Trump desired, but that this condition "had been coordinated with White House Chief of Staff Mr. Mick Mulvaney."

Total disregard of federal law.  No more than a shakedown.

"Vindman said at another point in his testimony that Sondland had told the Ukrainians “would have to deliver an investigation into the Bidens” for a White House meeting. “There was no ambiguity,” Vindman said, according to the transcript. Vindman also said he had become aware "by about July 3" — two weeks earlier than the date other officials have cited in their testimony — that military aid to Ukraine had been frozen, adding that the hold had occurred following “abnormal” questions from the White House Office of Management and Budget. The transcript of Vindman’s October deposition was released Friday alongside the transcript of testimony from Fiona Hill, Trump's former top adviser on Russia and Europe. It's the latest in a series of witness transcripts House Democrats have made public as the impeachment inquiry into Trump enters a new phase.

"The transcripts of witness testimony released by House Democrats so far this week have largely established a narrative that suggests Trump directed officials to tie nearly $400 million in military and security aid to Ukraine as well as the White House meetings to demands that Zelenskiy announce probes into the Bidens and the 2016 election."

A shakedown.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following is highly indicative of the rabid, unbridled hypocrisy of the Nazi Right in our formerly great country.  In a speech given 10-11-2019 at the Law School and the de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture at the University of Notre Dame, U.S. Attorney General William P. Barr opines:

"Today, I would like to share some thoughts with you about religious liberty in America. It’s an important priority in this Administration and for this Department of Justice."

It is.  No question.  The problem is their determined, concerted ignorance of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is, freedom from religion as embraced by our fuhrer, the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Forget?  When one swears to uphold the U.S. Constitution, it is their duty to uphold the entire First Amendment, -- not just the portions they accept or approve of.

"We have set up a task force within the Department with different components that have equities in this area, including the Solicitor General’s Office, the Civil Division, the Office of Legal Counsel, and other offices. We have regular meetings. We keep an eye out for cases or events around the country where states are misapplying the Establishment Clause in a way that discriminates against people of faith, or cases where states adopt laws that impinge upon the free exercise of religion."

... While egregiously forcing their perverse religious and ideological views on all by ignoring the Establishment Clause.  Imposing their perverse religious views on women by dictating to a woman what she can and cannot do with HER uterus.

"From the Founding Era onward, there was strong consensus about the centrality of religious liberty in the United States."

So was 'centrality' of freedom from religion as embraced by the Founders in the Establishment Clause.  The Founders understood the danger of a theocracy.  Precisely, why they included the Establishment Clause in the First Amendment.  The nazi element in our formerly great country concertedly, determinedly, intentionally ignores this fact, this exigent threat to liberty.

"The imperative of protecting religious freedom was not just a nod in the direction of piety. It reflects the Framers’ belief that religion was indispensable to sustaining our free system of government."

So too the threat posed by a theocracy to freedom.  Precisely, why they included the Establishment Clause in the First Amendment.  ... Which you fascist bastards on the Nazi Right determinedly ignore.

"In his renowned 1785 pamphlet, “Memorial and Remonstrance Against Religious Assessments,” James Madison described religious liberty as “a right towards men” but “a duty towards the Creator,” and a “duty….precedent both in order of time and degree of obligation, to the claims of Civil Society.”

Wake up, Mr. Attorney General.  You conveniently cherry pick the views of one of the Founders.  Distort those views.  Then, determinedly bastardize them to support your jaded national socialist, fascist, nazi ideology.  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

"It has been over 230 years since that small group of colonial lawyers led a revolution and launched what they viewed as a great experiment, establishing a society fundamentally different than those that had gone before. They crafted a magnificent charter of freedom – the United States Constitution – which provides for limited government, while leaving “the People” broadly at liberty to pursue our lives both as individuals and through free associations."

... Which nazis like you, sir, have taken a raucous hard dump on.  How is the female half of the species free when fascists like you, sir, dictate to them what they can and cannot do with THEIR uterus?

"In the 20th century, our form of free society faced a severe test. There had always been the question whether a democracy so solicitous of individual freedom could stand up against a regimented totalitarian state. That question was answered with a resounding “yes” as the United States stood up against and defeated, first fascism, and then communism."

... Making it all the more galling to witness the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini in your fuhrer, sir, the Trump nazi.

"But in the 21st century, we face an entirely different kind of challenge. The challenge we face is precisely what the Founding Fathers foresaw would be our supreme test as a free society. They never thought the main danger to the republic came from external foes. The central question was whether, over the long haul, we could handle freedom. The question was whether the citizens in such a free society could maintain the moral discipline and virtue necessary for the survival of free institutions."

Precisely.  Making it all the more appalling that Trump's sick sycophants, including you sir, would embrace an ideology defeated at the cost of hundreds of thousands of U.S. military personnel killed in action.  Second World War European Theater.

"By and large, the Founding generation’s view of human nature was drawn from the classical Christian tradition."

You distort history, Mr. Attorney General.  The Founders were a mixture of believers, atheists, and agnostics.  Certainly, not just Christians.  ... Or, phonies like the current 'president' who claim one thing then do another.

"These practical statesmen understood that individuals, while having the potential for great good, also had the capacity for great evil."

Certainly, highly illustrative of your fuhrer, Mr. Barr, the Trump nazi.  ... Conveniently forget, sir?

"Men are subject to powerful passions and appetites, and, if unrestrained, are capable of ruthlessly riding roughshod over their neighbors and the community at large."

Precisely, what the jackass currently occupying the Oval Office has done while building his business empire.  To say nothing of what the fascist bastard is now doing to our formerly great country as a nazi dictator.

"No society can exist without some means for restraining individual rapacity."

Exactly, what we're now witnessing in the Trump Regime.  Three years into his regime and we're only now seeing Democrats courageously challenging his criminal activity.  Pitiful.

"But, if you rely on the coercive power of government to impose restraints, this will inevitably lead to a government that is too controlling, and you will end up with no liberty, just tyranny."

Precisely, what has now happened in our formerly great country.  We've lived in a de facto fascist police-state since 9/11, now quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Both Republicans and Democrats implemented this de facto fascist police-state by passing into law the USA 'Patriot' Act, 'Real' ID Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, etc.  Eviscerated all civil and constitutional rights and liberties in the process.  ... After the State Department failed to do full background checks on the 9/11 terrorists.  Ignored warnings by the flight schools the bastards wished only to learn how to fly straight and level, not take off and land.

"On the other hand, unless you have some effective restraint, you end up with something equally dangerous – licentiousness – the unbridled pursuit of personal appetites at the expense of the common good. This is just another form of tyranny – where the individual is enslaved by his appetites, and the possibility of any healthy community life crumbles."

Describes Trump and his henchmen in the Republican Party perfectly, Mr. Attorney General.  The hypocrisy and bullshit would be laughable if you bastards did not pose as exigent a threat to liberty as you do.

"In the words of Madison, “We have staked our future on the ability of each of us to govern ourselves…” This is really what was meant by “self-government.” It did not mean primarily the mechanics by which we select a representative legislative body. It referred to the capacity of each individual to restrain and govern themselves."

Give me a break, sir.  Once you bastards attain office all bets are off.  A problem with both major political parties,  Money and power intoxicate.  Make you conveniently forget where you came from.  A problem for both parties, particularly the Republicans who determinedly make sure the minimum wage is not a livable one.  Precisely, why our financial system is now zero-sum, winner-take-all.  Bottom and top.  Middle class endangered.

Laissez-faire capitalism, that is, no regulation or as in the case of our formerly great country exceptionally poor regulation, is eviscerating the middle class.  No such thing as a 'free' market.'  The marked is conveniently owned, operated, and manipulated by those with the wealth to do so.  Exactly, why the status quo is not sustainable.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms that both major political parties stupidly ignore.  -- More interested in lining their bottomless pockets.

The speech goes on and on.  All the very same kind of distortion of reality, bastardization of the founding principles of our formerly great country.  The following quote highly illustrative of the sick bastards who cluelessly, self-servingly believe in national socialism, fascism, nazism:

"More recently, we have seen the law used aggressively to force religious people and entities to subscribe to practices and policies that are antithetical to their faith."

Unadulterated horse shit.  Quite the contrary.  They force their achingly perverse views of morality and religion on others.  Dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with HER uterus.  No one is forcing the nazi element in the Republican Party to have an abortion.  No one:

"The problem is not that religion is being forced on others. The problem is that irreligion and secular values are being forced on people of faith."

Simply, not true.  They determinedly distort reality.  Self-servingly, deny fact.  Barr and those who 'think' like them are insane.  ... Or, achingly hypocritical liars.  Amoral.  That is, with no morals.  Say one thing, do another.

"Similarly, militant secularists today do not have a live and let live spirit - they are not content to leave religious people alone to practice their faith. Instead, they seem to take a delight in compelling people to violate their conscience. For example, the last Administration sought to force religious employers, including Catholic religious orders, to violate their sincerely held religious views by funding contraceptive and abortifacient coverage in their health plans. Similarly, California has sought to require pro-life pregnancy centers to provide notices of abortion rights."

Mr. Barr, you conveniently ignore the fact the provision of healthcare, or engagement in any kind of religious business, or any business at all, is not a right, it is a privilege.  Government has the duty to regulate these businesses to protect consumers.  Moreover, the recipients of healthcare are entitled access to all healthcare and/or options available.  If religious organization have a problem with that, they should certainly do the right thing.  Get out of the business.  Not piss and moan when government rightfully prevents them from forcing THEIR perverse religious views on others they're providing care or benefits to.

Clearly, all the above is highly indicative of the old adage embraced by a comedian decades ago, -- 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Moreover, nazis on the Right present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  ... Hear the rumble?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Republicans remain gutless.  Continue to place partisanship ahead of principle.  With rare exception.  Very rare exception.  The following is about three who are courageously willing to stand up to the Trump nazi.  NBC News reports:

"While a resolution denouncing the House Democrats' fast-moving probe hasn't received a vote, GOP Sens. Mitt Romney of Utah, Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska declined to sign on as co-sponsors — the only ones out of 53 Republicans — leaving the door ajar to the possibility that they could vote to convict President Donald Trump if impeachment moves to its trial phase in the Senate."

Uncommon Valor.  Three Republican Senators willing to place principle ahead of partisanship.  Hat's off.

"But unlike the blowback Romney and Collins have faced for breaking with the party's defense of the president, Murkowski could end up seeing her part in this micro-rebellion embraced by voters in her state. Experts on Alaska politics told NBC News that the state tends to reward an independent streak in its politicians."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Encouraging, as well.

"As far as supporting or opposing the president, we support individualism and we support individual freedom of expression. And that goes for our politicians, too, whatever party they are," said Tuckerman Babcock, who retired as the chairman of the Alaska GOP last year. "Republicans here may disagree with her on certain things, but I can say safely that they respect her independence of judgment."

Precisely, the way things should be.  No matter which party.  Principle should always reign supreme.

"In other words, Murkowski can fall out of line with Trump — but not fall out of favor with Republican voters in her state."

Should be the case all across our formerly great country.  Both parties.  Where did we lose ourselves?

"Murkowski voted against the Senate's Trump-backed effort to repeal Obamacare in 2017, but later came out in support of repealing the Obamacare individual mandate. She voted against the confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh but backed Trump’s tax cut bill. And she votes in line with the president's position on bills about 75 percent of the time, according to a FiveThirtyEight tally."

Needs to be some semblance of separation, independence from legislators and a president belonging to the same party.

"Murkowski has said that she wouldn't support the Sen. Lindsey Graham's resolution condemning the impeachment inquiry because "it's not the Senate's role to dictate to the House how to determine their own rules."

Interesting, isn't it?  Clear example of her placing principle ahead of partisanship.

"That statement differed starkly with Romney’s sharply worded criticism of Trump's dealings with Ukraine. The 72-year-old former Republican presidential nominee tweeted that "the President's brazen and unprecedented appeal to China and to Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden is wrong and appalling." Those actions, however, had the effect of isolating Romney from his fellow Senate Republicans and from GOP voters in his own state, many of whom told NBC News last month that they strongly disapproved of his digs at the president and his passive reception of the House impeachment inquiry."

Courageous of Romney to stand tall.

"Collins, meanwhile, faces even a potential stronger backlash from Maine voters, because she's up for re-election next year. A top target of Democrats in 2020 as they try to flip the GOP-controlled Senate, Collins last month called Trump’s public request for China to investigate Biden "completely inappropriate" but has noted she won't take a position on impeachment because she might be asked to serve as essentially a juror during a possible trial in the Senate. Public hearings in the House's inquiry are set to begin next week, and if the chamber votes to impeach, a Senate trial could begin next month. That position seems to have alienated many conservatives who want to see their lawmakers defend Trump from the impeachment inquiry: Her once sky-high favorability ratings have fallen."

Courageous of her.  Clearly, placed principle ahead of narrow, self-serving partisanship.

In follow up to a recent edition of this publication, CBS News reports:

"Facing a federal lawsuit and mounting criticism, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos on Friday said she will forgive loans for more than 1,500 borrowers who attended a pair of for-profit colleges that shut down last year. Students who attended the Art Institute of Colorado and the Illinois Institute of Art from January 20, 2018 through the end of last year will have their federal student loans canceled, DeVos said. Students who attended another 24 schools owned by the same company can get their loans erased if they enrolled after June 29, 2018. The decision involves schools owned by the Dream Center company, which collapsed last year and shuttered campuses across the nation. DeVos has faced criticism over her handling of federal loan forgiveness programs, which were expanded by the Obama administration following the collapse of the Corinthian Colleges. Corinthian was accused of lying to students to get them to enroll."

The American Way.  Forget?

"Under DeVos, the Education Department has stopped processing claims from students who said they were defrauded by their schools, leaving tens of thousands of borrowers in limbo as they seek loan cancellations. DeVos has also moved to tighten eligibility rules, prompting backlash from Democrats and a flurry of lawsuits from students and advocacy groups."

This Republican patrician couldn't care less how the bottom and middle class barely get by.  Class envy?  Hell, no.  Egregious class injustice.  How the poorly-regulated top of the food chain continually f--ks over the bottom and middle class.  Zero-sum, winner-take-all.

"In the latest case, a federal lawsuit against the Education Department alleges that the department illegally released federal student aid to the Colorado and Illinois schools even after they lost the seal of approval from their accreditor. Losing approval should have made the schools ineligible for funding, the suit says — but instead, they were allegedly allowed to keep operating without telling students that the institutions were in trouble."

Criminal, isn't it?  Yet, no criminal culpability on the part of DeVos and her henchmen.  Double standard.  No justice.

The patrician bitch shamelessly passed the buck:

"But despite announcing the loan forgiveness Friday, the department shifted blame to the accrediting group, the Higher Learning Commission, saying it assigned the schools a "newly developed and improperly defined accreditation status." The department said it believes the schools should not have lost their accreditation, and that by revoking it, the accreditor left students with tarnished credits that might not be accepted by other schools."

Only partial relief from this egregious f--king:

"Representative Bobby Scott, a Virginia Democrat and chairman of the House Education Committee, said DeVos' decision grants only partial loan forgiveness to the 1,500 borrowers and falls "well short" of what they deserve. "For the vast majority of defrauded students, this announcement cancels only a small portion of the loans they took out to attend a failing school," Scott said. "These students will continue to face an uphill battle to repay those loans without the benefit of a quality degree." The department did not immediately respond to Scott's comment."

What could it say?  How do you credibly defend the indefensible?

"In a separate case last month, a federal judge held DeVos in contempt of court and issued a $100,000 fine after the department violated a court order barring it from collecting loans on former Corinthian students. The department has filed an appeal, asking the judge to reconsider."

Readers will recall the above was covered in this publication and elsewhere.

"Meanwhile, House Democrats are threatening to compel DeVos to appear at a hearing and explain why her agency has failed to provide loan forgiveness that was previously promised to thousands of former Corinthian students. DeVos has declined requests to face the House's Education Committee, and on Thursday suggested a private meeting with Scott."

Bullshit.  This outrageously Aryan arrogant, self-serving patrician bitch needs to be grilled in public.  Exposed for whom and what she is.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 240, 2-8-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
