While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception. On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe. She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop. She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office. Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it. Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this? Think this hasn't happened to others?

"A gunman opened fire at a California synagogue Saturday morning, killing one and wounding three more people. The incident took place at the Chabad of Poway synagogue in the San Diego suburb of Poway, Calif., and came on the final day of Passover. Authorities say the suspect fled the synagogue and called police to say he was involved in the shooting. Following his arrest, they identified him as 19-year-old John Earnest of San Diego.

"Friends and members of the congregation identified the woman who died as 60-year-old Lori Gilbert Kaye of Poway. "She's a huge presence here. She's just one of those people that were always here in some form or fashion," fellow congregant Tanya Wervy told Max Rivlin-Nadler in a report for NPR. Wervy said Gilbert Kaye was a generous person who will be missed. "Witnesses said she jumped in front of the synagogue's founding rabbi, Yisroel Goldstein, who was wounded in the index fingers on both hands," The San Diego Union-Tribune reports."

Uncommon Valor. Ms. Kaye, moreover, wasn't the only one who demonstrated exceptional courage:

"San Diego authorities are praising the courage of a 51-year-old man they say went after the suspected shooter at a synagogue over the weekend. A gunman wielding an assault-style rifle opened fire on members of the Chabad of Poway synagogue near San Diego during a Passover service Saturday, killing one person and wounding three others, including the rabbi and an 8-year-old girl. Local resident Oscar Stewart "rushed" at the alleged gunman inside the synagogue and chased after the suspect as he fled to a parked vehicle nearby, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Stewart caught up to the suspect as he got into the car and was about to drive away. An off-duty U.S. Border Patrol agent, who is a member of the synagogue, also ran out and yelled for Stewart to stand back from the vehicle, allowing him to fire his weapon, per officials. The agent shot at the suspect's car as he drove off. "Mr. Stewart risked his life to stop the shooter and saved lives in the process," the sheriff's department said in a statement Sunday."

"Geraldyn “Jerrie” Cobb has died. She died March 18 in Sun City Center, Fla., of Alzheimer’s disease. She was 88. Chances are you don’t know Jerrie Cobb’s name. But you would have. Were it not for sexism at NASA and Congress, Cobb would have been the first American woman in space. In the early 1960s, Cobb went through secret testing in hope of becoming an astronaut. William Randolph Lovelace II, head of NASA’s Life Sciences, was responsible for choosing the famed Mercury 7 astronauts. He was curious to find out how female pilots might fare on the same rigorous physical exams. He selected Cobb for the mission. Cobb was the 1959 Woman of the Year in Aviation and held world records for altitude, speed and distance. She did not disappoint. Cobb scored as well and — in some cases — better than John Glenn, Alan Shepard and the rest. Lovelace then needed to judge if she was a fluke and tapped 25 other top-flight female pilots for testing. Twelve more made the cut. But just as the women were set for final space flight simulation tests, NASA pulled the plug. The space agency viewed Lovelace’s visionary experiments as just that — experiments. It then announced that it did not have the time or money to waste on women."

Finally, the boosters engaged and the ground rumbled. The women rose and cheered, but Cobb was nowhere around. Then I saw her down in front on the grass. She was alone, and her hands were spread wide across the ground feeling the tremor."

"Cobb once told me she would have given her life for space flight. She wanted one single chance to slip into orbit and stare at the vast wonder before her. While Cobb was never bitter, and she delighted in the accomplishments of today’s female astronauts, there was about her a deep reservoir of disappointment. Solitary, laconic, inscrutable — she will always be to me that lone woman sitting in the grass with her hands spread wide. If she could not achieve her dream, Cobb at least wanted to feel what it would have been like."

Although at least equally qualified, even better qualified than some of the men, she was denied due to egregious male chauvinism. Despite all progress to date, delusionally believe that's still not a problem?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority. What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint? Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation? The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise. Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints. Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it? Failed to do their jobs. No surprise there, right, Bill? Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene? Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County. Bottom line? Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation. Conveniently, forget? This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases. Total independence. Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property? Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked. Has failed to produce it. Surveyors say otherwise. Back up Berardi. "A former Burnet police officer is now facing a first-degree murder charge after he shot and killed a man in the early hours on March 27. On April 23, a Burnet County grand jury indicted Russell Butler on the murder charge as well as three counts of aggravated assault by a public servant, also first-degree felonies, in the death of 25-year-old Brandon Michael Jacque."

Fascinating, isn't it. In Texas, kill an officer even in self-defense, guess what? Nearly always wind up convicted of capital murder and executed. Why not the same standard for the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue? Have to give credit where credit is due, however. The District Attorney's Office could have done shit squat, protected and coddled the son of a bitch. Did not happen. In the current political atmosphere would have been most unwise.

"On March 27, officers responded to the 300 block of South McNeil Street in Burnet at about 1:40 a.m. after a call about loud music. According to officials, when the officers arrived, they observed a red car at the scene and approached it. The vehicle allegedly began backing up and an officer ordered the driver to stop. At some point, the car drove over Butler’s foot and the officer fired his gun, killing Jacque. A female passenger in the vehicle was uninjured. Officials said Butler performed first aid on Jacque before emergency medical services arrived."

"Butler, who was a sergeant with Burnet Police Department at the time, was treated and released from Seton Highland Lakes after the incident. "According to the murder indictment, Butler, on March 27, “did then and there, with intent to cause serious bodily injury to an individual, namely, Brandon Jacque, commit an act clearly dangerous to human life, that caused the death of said Brandon Jacque, by shooting him with a firearm.”

"The indictment also charged Butler with two counts of aggravated assault by a public servant for his actions against Jacque and a third aggravated assault by a public servant charge regarding the female passenger. If convicted, Butler faces up to 99 years or life in prison."

What will be so incredibly interesting about this case is the vigor with which the DA's office prosecutes. Whether or not it is indeed 'symbolism over substance' to quote the Limbaugh nazi.

"Jacque was laid to rest April 2. He leaves behind a daughter, his parents, grandparents, a brother and sister, as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many friends. He graduated in 2011 from Burnet High School, where he competed in football, baseball, and track."

Judge Shelley Richmond Joseph and the now-retired court officer, Wesley MacGregor, are accused of helping the defendant, an undocumented immigrant, slip out the back door of Newton District Court while an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent waited to arrest him on a federal detainer in April 2018. Joseph and MacGregor are facing three obstruction charges: conspiracy, aiding and abetting, and obstruction of a federal proceeding. MacGregor, a trial court officer from 1993 until his retirement last month, was additionally charged with perjury for allegedly lying to the grand jury when he said he wasn't aware of an ICE officer in the courthouse that day."

The following is an update of a case that has been repeatedly covered in this publication and elsewhere. NBC News reports:

"A former Minneapolis police officer on trial in the fatal shooting of an unarmed woman testified Thursday that he saw fear in his partner's eyes, then saw a woman in a pink shirt with blond hair appear at the partner's window and raise her right arm before he fired his gun "to stop the threat."

Jesus Christ. F--king bullshit. This murderous encounter happened at night. There is no way this liar could have seen what was in his partner's eyes.

"Mohamed Noor refused to talk to investigators after the July 2017 shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, a dual citizen of the U.S. and Australia, making his testimony his first public statements since her death."

"Damond had called 911 minutes earlier to report a possible sexual assault behind her home and was shot as she approached Noor's squad car after he and his partner had rolled down her alley looking for evidence of a woman in distress. Noor testified that he fired to stop what he thought was a threat to his partner, Matthew Harrity, after Noor heard a loud bang on the driver's side of the squad car."

Readers are reminded there was no forensic evidence found to support a 'bang' on the door by Damond. Furthermore that 'bang' was not mentioned in the initial report made by Harrity.

"Noor said he didn't fear for his partner's life when he heard the bang, but did afterward when Harrity yelled "Oh Jesus!" and went for his weapon. Noor said Harrity was having difficulty pulling his gun from his holster. Noor said he pressed his left arm over Harrity's chest, and saw a woman in a pink shirt with blond hair outside Harrity's driver's side window. Noor said the woman raised her right arm — and he made a split-second decision. "I fired one shot," he said, later adding: "My intent was to stop the threat and save my partner's life."

F--king crock of shit. Yet, another example of the gutless 'shoot first, ask questions later' police mentality. An innocent, unarmed woman is consequently dead as a result of this gutlessness.

"When he realized he had shot an innocent woman, Noor said, "I felt like my whole world came crashing down." "I couldn't breathe," said Noor, who described feeling great pain."

"He began crying and said that if he had known something like this would happen, "I would never have become a cop."

What the f--k did you expect? That that day could never come? The killing of this woman was not an honest mistake. It was a clear result of cowardice, gross unfitness for duty. You could have killed your partner in the process.

"Noor's attorney, Tom Plunkett, asked: "Would you have discharged your weapon that evening if you were not concerned for your safety and your partner's safety?" Noor said he would not."

"Prosecutor Amy Sweasy pounced on that during her cross-examination, asking Noor if he believed "concern" was enough to fire his weapon. Noor said it was when looking at all the circumstances and to protect himself and Harrity from death or great bodily harm."

What it is remains an example of a murderous 'shoot first, ask questions later' police mentality that needs to change. No more than legalized murder. If you can't withstand the risk, danger inherent in law enforcement, you have no business being an officer.

"His attorneys have said he feared an ambush, and Noor testified about "counter-ambush" training that included scenarios such as two officers in a squad car, doing routine tasks, and an instructor yelling "Threat!" The officers had to make a quick decision about whether to shoot, Noor said. "Action is better than reaction," Noor said. "If you're reacting, that means it's too late ... to protect yourself. ... You die."

That mentality, the 'shoot first, ask questions later' police mentality is precisely why an innocent, unarmed woman was killed.

"Noor described another training exercise where he was sent to a location, heard gunshots and instead of assessing the threat, he ran toward it. An instructor shot him with a paintball gun, he said. "So the point is if you don't do your job correctly, you'll get killed," Plunkett said. "Yes sir," Noor answered."

Instead, you gutlessly killed an innocent, unarmed woman. That is, shot first, asked questions later. Committed at the very least, manslaughter.

"The death of Damond, a 40-year-old life coach who was engaged to be married a month after her death, sparked anger and disbelief in both the U.S. and Australia, cost Minneapolis' police chief her job and contributed to the electoral defeat of the city's mayor a few months later. Prosecutors have questioned the supposed noise, presumably from Damond slapping the car as she approached, by noting that investigators didn't find forensic evidence of Damond's fingerprints on the car. They also questioned the timing of Harrity's first mention of the thump — not the night of the shooting, but a few days later, as he was being interviewed by state investigators.

"Noor testified earlier Thursday about immigrating from Somalia to the U.S., where he became a citizen in 1999. He lived first in Chicago, then moved to Minneapolis, where he said he fell in love with the city. He said he became a police officer because he "wanted to serve."

"Mohamed Noor, the ex-Minneapolis officer charged in the shooting death of Justine Ruszczyk, was convicted of third-degree murder and manslaughter. He was found not guilty of intentional second-degree murder."

"Police Chief James Craig announced the firing of Gary Steele, an 18-year veteran of the force, Wednesday. Steele and his former partner, Officer Michael Garrison, who was also fired, were suspended earlier this month after the video surfaced of Steele mocking the black female driver who had been stopped by the officers Jan. 29 on Detroit's west side. Steele was also demoted from the rank of corporal. "Former police officer Steele has lost the trust of those he served and can no longer provide policing services in our city," Craig said. "The actions taken by former police officer Steele not only negatively impacted our community, but also people across this great nation."

"Ariel Moore was driving with an expired license plate, and her car was seized by the officers during the stop. Video surfaced afterward on Steele’s Snapchat account showing him saying, “priceless” and “bye, Felicia,” as Moore walked home. The caption on the Snapchat tags read: “What black girl magic looks like” and “celebrating Black History Month.” Garrison is allegedly heard on the video saying, "walk of shame."

"An investigation after the incident found other cases of Garrison making disparaging remarks about blacks, Craig said at the news conference. Investigators found "terms he used on several occasions, such as 'Keisha,' 'Jakes' and 'homies,' which were all derogatory, demoralizing and degrading, and yes, racially insensitive in the context of which it was used," he said. He also said that Garrison knowingly made false statements during interviews with the internal affairs division. Craig said he has received countless calls, letters, emails and Facebook messages about the incident."

"I thought it was my apartment." Former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger repeated those words over a dozen times to a 911 dispatcher after she shot 26-year-old Botham Jean inside his own apartment on Sept. 6."

"They lived on different floors in the same apartment complex, south of downtown Dallas. Guyger, 30, was still wearing her police uniform when she arrived home that night from working a full shift and apparently mistook Jean's apartment for her own. She shot him when she opened the ajar door of the unit and saw a "large silhouette" in the nearly dark apartment, believing it was a burglar, according to an arrest warrant affidavit."

Police mentality. 'Shoot first, ask questions later.' A man is dead for absolutely no reason.

"The dispatcher answers, "Dallas 911, this is Carla. What is your emergency?" Guyger, who sounds distressed and out of breath throughout the call, says, "I'm an off-duty officer. I thought I was in my apartment and I shot a guy thinking he was, thinking it was my apartment." "You shot someone?" the dispatcher asks. "Yes. I thought it was my apartment," Guyger responds. "Oh my god. I'm sorry." The dispatcher tells Guyger that help is on the way. "I know but I'm -- I'm going to lose my job. I thought it was my apartment," Guyger says. Guyger can be heard talking to Jean while she waits for first responders to arrive. "Hey bud. Hey bud. Come on," she says. She tells the dispatcher to "hurry please." "I thought it was my apartment," Guyger repeats over and over. "I could have sworn I parked on the third floor." "Hey, bud," she's heard saying to Jean again. "Hey, bud, they're coming. They're coming. I'm sorry, man."

Jesus Christ. She'll live with this the rest of her life. A man is dead for absolutely no reason.

"The dispatcher confirms with Guyger that she's an officer with the Dallas Police Department. "Yes," Guyger says. "Oh my god. I'm done. I didn't mean to. I didn't mean to. I didn't mean to. I'm so sorry. Hey, bud."

"The dispatcher assures Guyger that first responders are almost there. "Stay with me, bud," Guyger is heard telling Jean. "I thought it was my apartment. I thought it was my apartment." First responders arrive on scene and Guyger is heard telling them she's an off-duty officer. The call ends seconds later. Jean was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he died.

"Guyger turned herself in and was charged with manslaughter. She was released after posting bond. A Dallas County grand jury indicted Guyger on a murder charge on Nov. 30, after deliberations and days of testimony from witnesses and Jean's family. Guyger was fired from the Dallas Police Department weeks after the shooting. Guyger's attorney, Robert Rogers, described the shooting as "a tragic mistake" and said his client "is completely devastated by what happened." But when the case is presented in "a fair forum," Rogers said, "the law and evidence" will prove she "is innocent."

Jesus Christ. This officer is not innocent. At the very least, called manslaughter.

"I am not surprised that a grand jury came out with an indictment," Rogers said in a Nov. 30 statement. "I believe emotion was injected into this that might have led the grand jury astray from just focusing on the law and the evidence."

Had it been anyone other than an officer, you wouldn't have so readily excused it. Forget? For the masses, there is no longer any such thing as an 'accident.' Same criteria need be applied to law enforcement. No special treatment.

"The former Dallas police officer who fatally shot an unarmed black man in his own home told a 911 dispatcher "I thought it was my apartment" nearly 20 times as she waited for emergency responders to arrive, according to a 911 recording obtained by a Dallas TV station. "I'm an off-duty officer. I thought I was in my apartment and I shot a guy thinking he was, thinking it was my apartment," Amber Guyger said in the recording obtained by WFAA. "Guyger, who is white, is charged in the September 2018 killing of Botham Jean and is set to go to trial later this year. She has said she entered Jean's apartment thinking it was her own, and fatally shot him. Guyger was later fired, and Jean's family has filed a lawsuit against Guyger and the city of Dallas. On the call, Guyger can be heard apologizing and talking to Jean, a 26-year-old native of the Caribbean island of St. Lucia who worked in Dallas for an accounting and consulting firm. She repeatedly says, "Hey man," and "Hey, bud." WFAA hasn't said how it obtained the recording. The Dallas Police Department didn't immediately respond to requests from CBS News and the Associated Press Tuesday morning seeking verification of the recording."

"Attorney Daryl Washington, who is representing Jean's family, noted that Guyger did not tell the 911 operator she was afraid of Jean or that she thought he was an intruder. "There was nothing in that video or the recording where she ever indicated she thought Botham was trying to harm her," Washington told WFAA. "She was very fast to shoot without asking very many questions." Guyger sounded frantic during the nearly six-minute call. She said both "I'm gonna lose my job" and "I am going to need a supervisor." At one point, she seems to question how she ended up in Jean's apartment and says, "I'm so tired." The call ends as police officers arrive and Guyger tells them, "No, it's me. I'm off duty, I'm off duty."

"A parrot that warned two alleged drug dealers in Brazil that police were coming was taken into custody after it almost foiled the undercover drug raid, authorities said. When the green-and-white bird spotted officers Tuesday at its owners' Teresina home, it squawked "Mama, Police!" in Portuguese, according to the local outlet Oliberal.com. Despite the bird's efforts to tip off the owners, a man and a woman were arrested, the outlet reports. Drugs, including crack and marijuana, were found at the property, as well as large amounts of money. Police did not name the parrot, which has reportedly continued to show its loyalty to its owners and is refusing to sing like a canary. The Guardian reports that a local journalist said the bird won't talk to officers and "hasn't made a sound."

But the main U.S. envoy sent to retrieve Warmbier signed an agreement to pay the medical bill on instructions passed down from President Trump, according to two people familiar with the situation. They spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly."

"The bill went to the Treasury Department, where it remained — unpaid — throughout 2017, the people said. However, it is unclear whether the Trump administration later paid the bill, or whether it came up during preparations for Trump’s two summits with Kim Jong Un. The White House declined to comment. “We do not comment on hostage negotiations, which is why they have been so successful during this administration,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders wrote in an email."

North Korean officials asked the doctor to write a report about his findings. “It was my impression that if I did not give them a document that I could sign off on, that would cause problems,” Flueckiger said in an interview. “We are deeply concerned that the firing and forced resignation of these officials puts the security of the American people at risk,” the Democratic chairmen wrote. “We are also concerned that the President may have removed DHS officials because they refused his demands to violate federal immigration law and judicial orders. Moreover, we are concerned by reports that, even as he has removed the Department’s leadership, the President has sought to empower a White House aide, Stephen Miller, to ‘be in charge of handling all immigration and border affairs.’” Trump said in an interview with the Post on Tuesday that he is opposed to current and former White House officials testifying before congressional committees in the wake of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report, heightening a confrontation between his administration and House Democrats as they probe the findings of the report. “There is no reason to go any further, and especially in Congress where it’s very partisan — obviously very partisan,” Trump told the newspaper."

"The subpoenas are ridiculous. I have been the most transparent president and administration in the history of our country by far," Trump said, referring to recent moves by House Democrats. "The Democratic chairs of powerful congressional oversight committees have ramped up their investigations into Trump's businesses and his administration in the wake of the release of a redacted version of special counsel Robert Mueller's report. They've issued subpoenas for the president's finances, information about White House security clearances and the 2020 census and for the full, unredacted Mueller report. Earlier in April, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal formally requested Trump's tax returns from the Internal Revenue Service, setting up what's likely to be a prolonged battle with Trump's administration over documents the president has refused to release."

"I say it's enough," Trump told reporters. "Get back to infrastructure, get back to cutting taxes, get back to lowering prescription drug prices."

"Trump on Wednesday also continued to claim vindication, reiterating that there was no collusion between his campaign and Russia. He slammed Mueller's nearly two-year investigation as one conducted by "18 angry Democrats," but still called it the "most thorough investigation in the history of our country."

"Nadler also issued a subpoena [to] Trump's former White House counsel Don McGahn for testimony and documents as part the panel's investigation into possible obstruction of justice by the president and others. The report said, for example, that Trump ordered McGahn to tell Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that "Mueller has to go." The administration is also fighting subpoenas and formal requests for administration officials to testify into several ongoing probes related to oversight of the administration's policies. Lawyers for Trump and the Trump Organization are suing Rep. Elijah Cummings, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, to block a subpoena for years of financial records from several Trump entities. Additionally, the Justice Department told Cummings Wednesday that it would not comply with a committee subpoena ordering John Gore, an official in its civil rights division, to testify about the 2020 census without a DOJ attorney present. Gore is a key figure in an effort by Democrats to determine Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross' rationale for adding a citizenship question to the 2020 census. Cummings called the move "a massive, unprecedented, and growing pattern of obstruction" by Trump's administration, and said in a statement that the deposition of Gore slated for Thursday before his committee would go on as scheduled."

There is a constitutional remedy for all this stonewalling. Impeach the son of a bitch. Tie him up in impeachment proceedings the rest of his term of office. Slow him down and the damage he's reeking. Matters not that a Republican nazi-owned Senate would never convict.

"As has been incorrectly reported by the Fake News Media, I never told then White House Counsel Don McGahn to fire Robert Mueller, even though I had the legal right to do so," Trump wrote.

"Trump's current and former attorneys have made the same claim in recent media appearances since the publication of Mueller's redacted report last week. "I think the president simply wanted McGahn to call Rosenstein and have [Mueller] vetted," Trump's former attorney John Dowd told Fox News on Monday. Dowd added, "The president was entitled to do that." Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, meanwhile, told "Fox News Sunday" that McGahn was "confused" about what took place. Those statements run counter to Mueller's nearly 450-page report, which detailed how McGahn received at least two phone calls with Trump in which the president "directed him to call" Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to have Mueller "removed."

"On the broader issue of whether Trump obstructed justice, Mueller wrote in his report that if his investigators "had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state." "Special counsel Robert Mueller wrote a letter in late March objecting to Attorney General William Barr's four-page summary of the conclusions of the investigation into possible ties between Russia and the Trump campaign, a Justice Department official confirmed Tuesday night. The letter written to Barr expressed the special counsel's frustration that the attorney general's memo to Congress "did not fully capture the context, nature, and substance" of the investigation, according to The Washington Post."

"Days earlier, Barr had written that Mueller's 448-page report did not establish a conspiracy between Russia and the Trump campaign. Both Schumer and Pelosi spoke positively of the meeting, praising the president’s approach."

"Pelosi called the session a “very productive meeting” and said she was “very pleased” with Trump’s “positive attitude.” “This was a very good start, and we hope it will go to a constructive conclusion,” Schumer said. He added that “there was good will in this meeting … which is different than some of the other meetings we have had, which is a good thing.”

"Alabama's House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved a near-total abortion ban, a piece of legislation that the bill's sponsor called a "direct attack" on Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court decision that protects a woman's right to an abortion. Politicians in the statehouse voted against adding an amendment that would have added an exception for victims of rape and incest. After several hours of contentious debate Tuesday evening, Alabama politicians overwhelmingly passed House Bill 314, the "Human Life Protection Act," 74 to 3, pushing the bill forward to the state Senate. Of the state's 105 representatives, 28 refused to vote after Republicans blocked the rape and incest amendment. If passed into law, the legislation would criminalize abortion, classifying it as a Class A felony in Alabama. That means that a doctor caught performing abortions in the state would face up to 99 years in prison under the proposed law."

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again. A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at

publication. This is being done because so many of you access this

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
