Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system.  Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

TC 10-19-18

March 22, 2019

As always, when law enforcement does something heroic and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads.  Always.  NBC News reports:

"An Oklahoma sheriff and the majority of her staff quit on Monday after citing uninhabitable conditions in the county jail."

Uncommon Valor.  Nearly unheard of in the law enforcement community.

"Nowata County Sheriff Terry Sue Barnett tendered her resignation after a judge mandated her to reopen the county jail after high levels of carbon monoxide sent four of her employees to the emergency room last month. The conditions of the jail do not comply with "constitutional standards," Barnett said in her resignation letter, which was obtained by NBC News. The sheriff said that Nowata District Judge Carl Gibson informed her last week that if she did not bring the more than a dozen inmates back to the Nowata County Jail, she would be held in contempt of court."

The Sheriff did the right thing.  At great personal cost.  So did most of her staff.  Hat's off.

"I've said from the beginning that if I became Sheriff, I would serve the citizens by standing up and doing the right things," Barnett, who was elected in November, said in a statement. "This is just wrong, and I wasn't going to put human beings in that jail until we knew what was going on. Twelve members of the Nowata County Sheriff's Office staff, including deputies and civilian employees, resigned with Barnett on Monday. Even the K-9 officer, Ranger, quit and signed his resignation letter with a paw print, Barnett said."

Gets no better than that.

"The sheriff's office said five people currently remain on the staff with dispatchers sourcing 911 calls and delegating them to stations nearby. The "tipping point" for the sheriff was a Feb. 28 incident where the level of carbon monoxide in the Nowata County Jail came to 18. She said the standard lethal level is 20. Barnett immediately evacuated her staff and the inmates from the county jail that serves more than 10,000 people in the nearly 600 square miles region. The source of the high levels of carbon monoxide is still unknown, she said. In the resignation letter, Barnett also detailed other dangerous conditions in the "inadequately budgeted" jail, including exposed wires in the shower areas that have shocked inmates, mold throughout the jail and offices and "improper" plumbing that often causes methane gas to permeate the jail. The inmates were transferred to Washington County, where they remained as of Wednesday according to the Nowata County Clerk."

Gets worse.  Get this:

"Judge Gibson declared Barnett's resignation "void" on Tuesday but the sheriff said that is not within his right. "I do not work for the judge. The judge is an elected official. I am also an elected official," Barnett told reporters. "I do not believe we live in a country where we can be ordered to go to work when I have already tendered my resignation."

That's right.  No question.  No judge has that authority.  Not in a democratic republic.  Then again, we now live in a de facto fascist police-state.

"The sheriff was called into court on Tuesday, where Judge Gibson held a hearing where he questioned whether housing the inmates in a different county was putting Nowata County at financial risk. "As most of these things go, it's all about money," Barnett's attorney, Paul DeMuro told NBC News. "The jail is a huge source of revenue for the county so the financial piece of this story is a very important one." Nowata is the third poorest county in Oklahoma, with a total operating budget of less than $1 million, according to KJRH. "The Nowata County Jail is a ticking time bomb of constitutional liability," DeMuro said in a statement. "If the county thinks it has budget problems now, it better wake up because somebody is going to die in that jail."

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all?  If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Tim Chorney, Publisher
Liberty In Peril

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "While human trafficking is indeed a criminal problem, this is not the way to go about solving it. Wake up.  These are extremely dangerous times for our formerly great country.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  -- As our legislators and other government officials figuratively 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, only one way for these atrocities to end.  Time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases. Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred fifty two weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do?  Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff? Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up.  Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?"

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred fifty two weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred fifty two weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

More of the same old jackbooted shit.  ... Right, Sheriff?  NBC News reports:

"Three years ago, an unmarked police car tailed Richard Jackson into an alley behind his home on Chicago's West Side and pulled him over. Jackson, a black Navy veteran, had become used to being stopped by police for what he believed was no reason since returning to Illinois from the military in 2012. But this time was different. After an officer ran his driver's license, then said he was free to go, Jackson pointedly asked what he had done wrong. The officer, who is white, said Jackson had cut him off, which Jackson denied. The officer then issued Jackson citations for failing to yield at a left turn and stop sign, which Jackson also denied. Although the officer did not allude to Jackson's race, the veteran believed that was why he was stopped. He successfully fought the two citations and filed a complaint with the Chicago police. Richard Jackson filed a complaint after a 2016 traffic stop. "With this racial profiling — I'm not just going to roll over," Jackson, 36, said."

Exactly, right.  Expose it to the light of day.  Stand tall.

"The Chicago police did not respond to a request for comment."

What could they say?

"Jackson's encounter with the Chicago police reflects the experiences of people of color across the country, who describe being stopped and searched by officers without a good reason. Like Jackson, many believe their race played a role. Now, Stanford University researchers have compiled the most comprehensive evidence to date suggesting there is a pattern of racial disparities in traffic stops. The researchers provided NBC News with the traffic-stop data — the largest such dataset ever collected — which points to pervasive inequality in how police decide to stop and search white and minority drivers."

So what else is new?  Been a problem for decades, right, Sheriff?

"Using information obtained through public record requests, the Stanford Open Policing Project examined almost 100 million traffic stops conducted from 2011 to 2017 across 21 state patrol agencies, including California, Illinois, New York and Texas, and 29 municipal police departments, including New Orleans, Philadelphia, San Francisco and St. Paul, Minnesota. The results show that police stopped and searched black and Latino drivers on the basis of less evidence than used in stopping white drivers, who are searched less often but are more likely to be found with illegal items. The study does not set out to conclude whether officers knowingly engaged in racial discrimination, but uses a more nuanced analysis of traffic stop data to infer that race is a factor when people are pulled over — and that it's occurring across the country. "Because of this analysis, we're able to get to that anecdotal story to say this is really happening," said Sharad Goel, an assistant professor in management science and engineering at Stanford and a co-author of the study."

Police are out of control.  Place themselves and the public at risk.  Consider the following:

"There's no longer the idea of Officer Friendly, who might help you understand why they pulled you over. Now, it's about using racial profiling to control people and place fear in them," said David Lowery, founder of the Living & Driving While Black Foundation in Chicago, an advocacy group calling for an end to racial profiling. "Then, you've got money tied up into this," he added. "Who can write the most tickets? Who can put the most people in jail and into the court system? It’s no longer about a simple traffic stop for safety." The Stanford study sliced the data in three distinct ways to search for evidence of racial bias:

"Police stops: A "veil of darkness" test was done to analyze whether black drivers are being pulled over at a higher rate during the day than at night, when officers would have a harder time distinguishing race from a distance. After adjusting for the variation in sunset times across the year, researchers found a 5 to 10 percent drop in the share of stopped drivers after sunset who are black, suggesting black drivers are being racially profiled during the day.

"Police searches: Researchers reviewed the rate at which drivers were searched and the likelihood that those searches turned up illegal drugs and guns. There was evidence that the bar for searching black and Latino drivers is lower than that for white drivers, even though white drivers were more likely to have contraband. Across states, contraband was found in 36 percent of searches of white drivers, compared to 32 percent for black drivers and 26 percent for Latinos.

"Impact of marijuana legalization: After the legalization of recreational marijuana in Colorado and Washington state, there has been a reduction in searches of both white and minority drivers. But the search rate remains twice as high for minorities, a trend also noted in a 2017 Stanford study. Stanford's research is based on numbers provided by state and city agencies, but not all police departments track that data or are willing to release it. While the majority of states responded to the Stanford group's public records requests and offered at least some traffic stop data, four states said they didn't have information on drivers' race and 15 failed to say whether they collect any data at all."

Report goes on and on.  Seems obvious.  When will we finally wake up?  When?

"Jackson, who joined the military at 18 and is now an immigration officer, said he hasn't been pulled over since the last time in 2016 near his home. The complaint he filed with Chicago police's Internal Affairs Division was closed after his citations were thrown out — without addressing any of his concerns about racial profiling. Still, he has no regrets about speaking up to the officer who stopped him. "I gave up too much time in my life to fight for this country to have my rights trampled on," Jackson said. "If that means I get shot, killed, honestly, then that's what's going to happen. But I'm going to make sure my rights are not violated."

Uncommon Valor.  We must all stand tall.  Otherwise, whatever is left of our formerly great country will be no more.

No longer.

No justice.  CBS News reports:

"The former Chicago police officer convicted in the shooting death of black teen Laquan McDonald has been transferred to a New York federal correctional institution that's been called one of the country's "cushiest" prisons. Van Dyke was sentenced to less than seven years in prison on his second-degree murder conviction in the 2014 police shooting that drew widespread outrage. In a rare move, prosecutors have challenged the sentence."

In Texas, kill a cop even in self-defense, get executed.

"Last month, Van Dyke's wife said that he was transferred from an Illinois state prison to a federal prison in Connecticut, where he was injured in an assault. Prison officials confirmed the assault at FCI Danbury in Connecticut, which they said resulted in "minor injuries." Van Dyke is now at Otisville Federal Correctional Institution in New York, according to prison records. A U.S. Bureau of Prisons spokesperson told CBS Chicago Van Dyke was transferred from Danbury to Otisville on Monday, but declined to reveal the reason for the move."

Obvious, isn't it?  Special treatment for a criminal former jackbooted bastard in blue.  So what else is new?  Sadly, one of a number of reasons an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.  ... Hear the rumble?

"Otisville, a medium-security federal facility about 70 miles from New York City, was named by Forbes in 2009 as one of the "America's 10 cushiest prisons." The facility has an adjacent minimum-security camp that offers recreational activities including weights, cardio equipment, bocce ball, horseshoes, a handball court, a tennis area and baseball and basketball field, according to the prison's online handbook. However, most of the inmates on Otisville's campus — 710 out of a total of 836 — are assigned to the medium-security federal correctional institution or detention center, according to the handbook, with the rest assigned to the camp. Inmates in both have access to both a law and a "leisure" library, the handbook says."

Nothing quite like 'equal' 'justice' in what has become a de facto fascist police-state.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Otisville has been home to a number of high-profile and celebrity inmates. A judge agreed to recommend that former Trump lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen serve his fraud sentence there, reports The New York Times, though the federal Bureau of Prisons will have the final say. Former New York State Assembly speaker Sheldon Silver, free on bail pending an appeal of his federal corruption conviction, has also asked to serve his sentence at Otisville, the Times reports. "Jersey Shore" reality show personality Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is serving his tax evasion sentence at the minimum-security camp, according to the Times. The facility is commonly requested by Jewish inmates, reports the New York Times, because it offers a full-time Hasidic chaplain who oversees prayer services three times daily, religious classes and Kosher meals."

Here's the problem:

"Absent a new sentence and with credit for good behavior, Van Dyke will likely serve around three years of his nearly seven year sentence in McDonald's shooting."

Yet, kill a cop even in self-defense get executed throughout most of this country.  Anything wrong with this picture?  Anything at all?

"McDonald's family has called the sentence "a slap in the face to us and a slap on the wrist" for Van Dyke. Prosecutors have argued the trial judge did not appropriately apply the law in handing down the sentence and have asked the state supreme court to review it. Van Dyke is contesting the challenge."

What it is remains no less than jackbooted nazi justice in what has become a fascist police-state.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming as the jackasses running this government 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

"Police video of the shooting showed Van Dyke open fire as the teen, who was holding a knife, appeared to be walking away. Van Dyke continued to shoot the 17-year-old while he was lying on the street."

Murder.  Unadulterated.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

No justice.  More of the same.  The Washington Post reports:

"When Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert announced that she would not bring charges against the police officers who killed Stephon Clark on March 18, 2018, her decision was disappointing, though hardly surprising. Schubert’s investigation concluded that, though Clark was holding a cellphone rather than a gun when he was shot, the officers involved truly believed he was armed and reasonably felt that their lives were in danger when they fired 20 rounds at Clark; multiple shots hit him in the back."

Called murder.  Why is it law enforcement gets free rein?

"Schubert acknowledged that the “death was a tragedy that has had a devastating impact on his family and our community.” But she said California law, which follows a 1989 Supreme Court ruling that determines whether a police-involved shooting is justified by evaluating whether other officers would have made the same decision in similar circumstances, did not permit her to move forward given the evidence in the case. California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said the same thing: Under the law, the police officers could not be prosecuted for Clark’s death."

No more than legalized murder.

"It’s possible to dispute whether Clark’s death actually met the so-called objective reasonableness standard. And it’s worth considering whether the extensive donations Schubert received from police officers’ unions affected her findings. But we need to ask a more fundamental question when we see prosecutors claim that their hands are tied by the law. Why aren’t these cases prompting them to lead the charge to fix those laws, giving them greater power to save families and communities from events they claim to find so devastating?"

The answer to that question is achingly simple.  They're lying.  Protecting the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"That is, after all, the prosecutorial playbook in just about every other context. If they think the laws are insufficient to address gun violence committed by people other than the police, they push for changes. If a drug is causing deaths and hardship in their communities, they are at the front lines asking for harsher laws or stiffer penalties to stem the damage. District attorney associations are often the most powerful voices in a state arguing for or against legislation addressing crime. Typically, these associations resist any laws or changes that make it more difficult for them to bring prosecutions or obtain convictions."

That's a problem.  Determinedly, concertedly remain in the pocket of law enforcement.  Rather than in the pocket of justice.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"So where is that same lobbying effort when it comes to the unnecessary and preventable use of deadly force by the police given that the existing legal landscape makes it so hard to prosecute these cases? Why aren’t prosecutors demanding laws that require police to de-escalate wherever possible and to exhaust all available alternatives before turning to deadly force?"

The answer to that question is again remarkably simple.  Prime mover for prosecutors is a conviction, NOT justice.

"We know changes such as these work to reduce violence. Seattle adopted stricter departmental use of force policies, and the result has been a decline in the use of police force without any increase in crime rates or injuries to officers. California’s legislature is considering a bill that would impose similar requirements. Prosecutors should likewise be leading the way when it comes to pushing for more comprehensive tracking of the use of force so their offices and police departments have better data and can adjust policies based on the findings."

Can't confuse prosecutors or police with the truth.  Simply, not possible.  Their agenda does not allow such.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Prosecutors should be calling for changes such as these in the name of public safety. They invoke their responsibility to make sure all citizens are safe when they lobby on many other areas, yet this is a space where they have been conspicuously silent. It’s hard to escape the impression that prosecutors are the guardians of public safety except when the threat to public safety comes from the police, and that they are unconcerned with the rights of defendants unless those defendants are police officers. Prosecutors’ partnerships with the police may cloud their ability to see police-involved shootings for what they all too often are: unnecessary acts of violence in their communities that must be deterred and minimized."

A jackass can't, won't be confused with the truth.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"But if prosecutors want to claim that they are the keepers of public safety and that part of that job is determining the laws we need on the books, they cannot sit on the sidelines as police use of deadly force tears at the fabric of their communities and puts their citizens in fear for their lives. It is the job of the prosecutor to protect public safety, no matter who threatens it. Without significant changes to laws or policing practices, we will obviously see another Stephon Clark, and another, and another."

No question.  Guarantied.  Precisely, what psychotic police and prosecutors clearly want and expect.  Otherwise, this shit would end.

"When prosecutors see cases such as the shooting of Clark, they should not hide behind the claim that they are just enforcing the law. These cases represent calls to action to fix the laws to prevent these tragedies in the future. Any prosecutor not up to the task of lobbying for such changes does not deserve to hold their office."

Empty rhetoric.  Meaningless. Otherwise, expect more of the same.

No longer.

The American Civil Liberties Union stands tall.  NBC News reports:

"The American Civil Liberties Union on Wednesday [3-14-19] called on law enforcement organizations to stop sharing license plate tracking data with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The organization released more than 1,800 pages of documents that it said showed ICE had accessed such data from more than 80 local law enforcement groups in more than a dozen states that used automated license plate readers, or ALPRs, which have drawn criticism from privacy advocates for being an invasive way of tracking people’s movements."

We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue do as they please.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"The findings are the result of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit from the ACLU of Northern California. The suit sought documents related to a contract between ICE and media and technology company Thomson Reuters, which provided access to a massive automated license plate reader database maintained by Vigilant Solutions, a company that provides ALPR data and analysis to law enforcement."

An out of control fascist police-state.  No probable cause justifying mass warrantless surveillance.  None of the goddamned government's business.  Raw nazism.  The dream is dead.  Has been quite some time.  As the Founders spin in their graves.

"One Vigilant document released by the ACLU showed a long list of police departments that had provided such data to ICE through Vigilant. “The information that they collect nominally to protect residents is being used by ICE to destroy communities,” Vasudha Talla, a staff attorney with the ACLU of Northern California, told NBC News. A spokesperson for ICE said that the agency “is not seeking to build a license plate reader database, and will not collect nor contribute any data to a national public or private database through this contract.” The spokesperson did not respond to follow-up questions about its use of Vigilant’s system."

Like the Trump nazi and his henchmen, law enforcement has turned into little more than congenital liars.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"ALPRs are specialized cameras that can quickly scan license plates and are commonly used by law enforcement nationwide. A 2012 document published by the Department of Justice showed that the devices can read plates at rates of up to 1,800 per minute, or 30 plates per second."

Jackbooted motherf--kers.  These fascist bastards present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Our formerly great country remains a democratic republic in name only.  In reality, we live in a goddamned fascist police-state.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Vigilant Solutions did not immediately respond to requests for comment. A spokesperson for Thomson Reuters declined to comment."

What the f--k could these sons of bitches say?  It's how they line their pockets.  At your expense.  Wake up.

Carefully, consider the following:

"The Dallas Police Department, one of the departments listed in the document, confirmed that it shares data with ICE and hundreds of other law enforcement organizations nationwide. A spokesperson for the department said it has 46 ALPR devices. Two other California police agencies, including one named by the ACLU in its press release, disputed their inclusion on Vigilant’s list. Union City Police Department spokesman Lt. Steve Mendez said that the agency does not have any license plate readers, citing their high cost. He said that the department is a Vigilant client but that it only uses the company’s information and does not contribute its own. “We do subscribe to Vigilant Solutions as a ‘read only,’ client, we cannot input info,” he said in an email. “We use the information from that source for our own local investigations. We do not share that information with ICE. If we should get [ALPRs] in the future, we would not share information we gather with ICE.” The Vigilant document also listed the Ventura Police Department in California as another entity that shares license plate data with Vigilant, and in turn, with ICE. Ventura PD spokesman Cmdr. Tom Higgins said that his department does not have ALPRs. While the department does occasionally receive data from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, which maintains 34 ALPRs mounted on patrol cars, the county agency says it does not provide data to federal authorities. “We don’t have any [memorandum of understanding] with ICE or any other federal agency,” Capt. Eric Hatlee, a sheriff’s office spokesman, said."

Think the above could be indicative of the possibility the jackbooted bastards in blue are sharing information their commanders are not aware of?  Hard to believe, though a possibility, no?

"The ACLU's Talla said the denials raise more questions for the departments including whether information could be taken without their knowledge or if officers could be sharing information informally. "They have a duty to their residents to find out exactly what's going on here," she said in a email. The apparent contradiction highlights the opaque world of data collection and sharing between law enforcement and private contractors that provide extensive databases of information collected from a variety of sources, including commercially. Brian Hofer, the head of the Oakland Privacy Advisory Commission in California, said the documents released by the ACLU showed the dangers of “mass surveillance.” “What I hope a story like this impresses upon people is — how much of their data is out there, how much of it is being collected every single day by private and public entities, and the ubiquitous nature of these mass surveillance devices being used against people,” he said. Law enforcement agencies often deploy their own ALPR gear, then create and maintain their own databases. Some may even take an extra step and share the data with Vigilant Solutions, which compiles the data for use by its clients. Under its contract with Vigilant, ICE has access to commercial license plate reader data. The documents released by the ACLU show records from ICE training agents on how they can accept or share data from law enforcement agencies."

The reports goes on and on.  Clearly, no foreign power, no terrorist group, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than law enforcement, prosecutors, and the courts.  Time to wake up.  You've been bamboozled by these criminal bastards in power who abuse authority, rip off and murder the innocent.

Think the following couldn't happen here?  CBS News reports:

"Italy's Justice Ministry has ordered a preliminary inquiry into an appeals court ruling that overturned a rape verdict in part by arguing that the woman who was attacked was too ugly to be a credible rape victim. The ruling has sparked outrage in Italy, prompting a flash mob Monday outside the Ancona court, where protesters shouted "Shame!" and held up signs saying "indignation."

Gets worse.  Get this.  It's incomprehensible:

"The appeals sentence was handed down in 2017 - by an all-female panel - but the reasons behind it only emerged publicly when Italy's high court annulled it on March 5 and ordered a retrial. The Court of Cassation said Wednesday its own reasons for ordering the retrial will be issued next month."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No justice.  Nearly always the case.  NBC News reports:

"In Florida, a grieving family and activists interested in greater police accountability called an all-white jury’s decision to convict a former police officer in the shooting death of a black motorist a victory for justice."

Certainly, was.

"The officer’s conviction can also be described as something else: extremely rare."

No question.  The criminal jackbooted murderers in blue nearly always receive carte blanche to murder on the job.  De facto immunity from prosecution nearly always reality.

"Each year in the United States, somewhere between 900 and 1,000 people are shot and killed by police, said Philip Stinson, an associate professor at Bowling Green State University’s criminal justice program. Stinson leads the university’s Police Integrity Research Group in gathering data and looking for patterns in police shootings, police arrests and how juries, prosecutors and judges respond. “None of these cases, cases involving police shootings, is ever easy or exactly the same,” Stinson told NBC BLK. “But today, an officer gets on the stand and says 'I feared for my life,' and that’s usually all she wrote. No conviction, more often than that, no charges at all.”

Nazi justice.  That is, no justice at all.  Legalized murder.

"Stinson is one of the nation’s foremost authorities on police conduct and accountability, creating one of the first datasets tracking police arrests, convictions and shootings. His work with The Washington Post helped to generate a database of every police shooting in the United States during specific years, leading to stories that won the paper a Pulitzer Prize. “You can not improve policing or public safety if you do not understand what policing looks like, how it works in every community, and the public is not well informed,” Stinson said. “I think the best thing that may have come out of the data we’ve been gathering is that people used to think of these shootings as one-offs. If this is not happening to you, to your family, it’s only in the aggregate that you really see the problem. And there is a problem.”

Exactly, as the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue want it.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"In the Florida case, former officer Nouman Raja had claimed he identified himself to motorist Corey Jones and that Jones then threatened him with a gun. According to prosecutors, Raja, who was not in uniform and drove an unmarked vehicle the night of the shooting, failed to identify himself as a police officer before he fired six shots into Jones, killing him."

Goes on all over the country.  Usually, with impunity.

"Since 2005, 98 nonfederal law enforcement officers have been arrested in connection with fatal, on-duty shootings, according to the Police Integrity Research Group’s data. To date, only 35 of these officers have been convicted of a crime, often a lesser offense such as manslaughter or negligent homicide, rather than murder."

To say nothing of all those who have murdered on the job and have not been charged.

"Only three officers have been convicted of murder during this period and seen their convictions stand. Another 22 officers were acquitted in a jury trial and nine were acquitted during a bench trial decided by a judge. Ten other cases were dismissed by a judge or a prosecutor, and in one instance no true bill was returned from a grand jury. Criminal cases are pending against 21 officers involved in fatal shootings. “Yes, you want accountability,” said Rashad Robinson, president of Color of Change, a civil rights organization. “And, yes, you want to make sure it does not continue to happen again and again, but how strongly and surely should you turn to a system that has not delivered justice to your people?” Nearly five years after Michael Brown’s death and mass protests in Ferguson, Missouri, sparked a national conversation about policing, a set of patterns have emerged. Those killed are disproportionately black and more often than not blamed for their own deaths or demonized in the process. Police officers facing questions about the use of force do not always tell the truth or face penalties when they lie. Prosecutors who must face voters at election time and work with police officers each day are often loathe to bring charges. When they do, juries and judges are reticent to convict. “We are in this place where I think the country knows there is a problem, or most of the country knows,” Robinson said. “There is an understanding broadly now, of what black people in this country have always known. But, we are expecting the system that puts black people in harm's way to then turn around and be an effective vehicle for justice when black people are harmed.”

No question, racism is a problem.  An exigent issue.  Yet, statistics I've seen indicate more innocent unarmed whites are being killed than blacks.  Then again, truth is a moving target in our formerly great country.  You do the best you can to expose the truth.

"One of the challenges facing families and prosecutors inclined to consider charges against a police officer is that the legal standard for a justified shooting is well understood, even taught in police academies, said Steven L. Winter, a law professor at Wayne State University in Detroit. Winter once worked for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, where he argued one of the cases before the U.S Supreme Court that helped to establish the standard. That case, Tennessee v. Garner, undoubtedly saved some lives, Winter said. It made some officers think a little longer before firing. It eliminated the idea that just about any police shooting involving a fleeing suspect will be justified. Instead, officers could only use deadly force when they were in fear for their life or that of others."

Sadly, the exigent standard across the country still seems to be 'shoot first, ask questions later.'

"That case began with the grief of yet another black family. In 1974, a 15-year-old black boy was shot and killed by a Memphis police officer while fleeing a home where the teen had allegedly broken a window and made off with a purse containing $10. It was a crime punishable by time in juvenile detention. But the officer, who was also black, admitted that due to a flashlight, he could see that the teen did not have a weapon in his hands. The boy’s father filed suit and pursued the matter all the way to the Supreme Court, which ruled in 1985. The New York Times headline read "High Court Limits Rights of Police to Shoot to Kill.”

Step in the right direction, but nowhere near enough.

"In 1989, the Supreme Court took up another case, Graham v. Connor, which clarified the standard for a justifiable shooting. The court ruled officers could use deadly force when an objectively reasonable officer would perceive a deadly risk, not simply when they felt afraid. “I didn’t have a lot of contact with the family, directly, but it was my understanding that that brought some measure of comfort,” Winter said. “There’s no question it saved some lives and created a path, some very specific phrasing that officers today aren’t afraid to deploy when it’s time to explain what happened."

Still nowhere near enough.  These criminal officers are not being held legally accountable for their crimes.  Very, very few of them.  Destroys all faith and trust in law enforcement.

"By 2014, social justice activists had recognized the critical role of prosecutors in assuring police accountability and began to organize, Robinson said. In 2016, Republicans swept many federal, state and even local offices, but a number of city and county prosecutors who had been unwilling to examine police activities, including some Republicans, were voted out of office."

Nowhere near enough.  They all needed to go.

"People in favor of police accountability rallied, pressing candidates for their positions on plea agreements, mass incarceration, prosecuting low level crimes, holding the poor in jail who are unable to pay bail for minor crimes and prosecuting juveniles as adults, Robinson said. They also pressed for information on how candidates would approach cases involving possible police misconduct. Early in 2016 that organizing led to Anita Alvarez, the state’s attorney in Chicago, being voted out of office, losing to a reformist candidate. Alvarez had helped to withhold from the public a tape of a Chicago police officer shooting and killing Laquan McDonald. In 2018, the same voter sentiments pushed a longtime prosecutor, Bob McCulloch, out of the prosecuting attorney’s office in St. Louis County (which includes Ferguson), also to a reformist candidate, Wesley Bell. But resistance [to] Bell has not been tepid, said Robinson."

More outrageous?  Proof prosecutors remain in the pocket of law enforcement?  Get this:

"In December, the prosecutors who now answer to Bell voted to to join a local chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police, a union of police officers."

Jesus Christ.  Unbelievable.  No independence from law enforcement.  None.  Worse?

"In reality, prosecutors are refusing to take cases involving police officers to court. They fear they will be unable to push jurors past that reticence to question police action and win, Stinson said. “If anything has changed since Mike Brown’s death in 2014, it’s that more and more of these incidents are caught on tape, there’s some kind of video,” Stinson said. “But when it comes to prosecutors, judges and juries, I’m still not sure that’s made a damn bit of difference.”

Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Consider the following.  Think it proper?  Constitutional?  NBC News reports:

"The video is in color and explicit. It shows hours and hours of male customers having sex with masseuses inside a South Florida massage parlor. Police installed hidden cameras inside the business to capture prostitution on tape. And it's legal. The footage, obtained by CNBC, is from a 2015 South Florida massage parlor investigation where police installed hidden cameras after hiring a locksmith to get inside the business in order to capture prostitution taking place in the rooms. The spa later shut down after police arrested dozens of customers. Police were able to install hidden cameras after obtaining a special warrant. The technique was used recently in a sweeping human trafficking investigation in South Florida in which New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was among those arrested. In the investigation, hidden cameras were used to capture Kraft on video inside the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida, police records show. Kraft, 77, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of solicitation. "From the attorney general of the state of Florida to other law enforcement agencies that have contacted us, and me personally, the question is, how in the world did you do this?" Martin County Sheriff William Snyder told CNBC. The answer: delayed-notice search warrants, better known as sneak-and-peek warrants. The warrants allow law enforcement to secretly install hidden cameras inside private businesses to monitor illegal activity."

Human trafficking needs to be prosecuted.  No question.  Do the ends justify the means, however?  Do constitutional guaranties mean anything?  Apparently, no longer.  To get a warrant, law enforcement needs probable cause a crime has indeed occurred.  They had none.  What to do?  Bastardize the Constitution.  Called 'sneak-and-peek.'

"In the current human trafficking investigation that ensnared Kraft, Florida police have made more than 300 arrests in Martin, Indian River and Palm Beach counties. Hidden cameras were installed in five of the eight spas under investigation, police said. "From the inception of the investigation, it was clear to us that unless we were able to get inside the massage parlor and actually see what was going on, we would never be able to affect what I've been calling from the very beginning a rescue mission of the women that we thought were being trafficked," Snyder said."

Translation?  They had no probable cause criminal activity was indeed going on.  No evidence.  If they had, they wouldn't have needed a sneak-and-peek warrant. Didn't stop them from lying like hell, engaging in a ruse with the cooperation of an equally corrupt judge:

"He said detectives conducted extensive surveillance outside the spas and gathered evidence to get a judge to allow the sneak-and-peek warrant."

What evidence?  How are people going in and out of any establishment evidence of criminal activity?  How?

"So once we had all the information, we had the evidence — and we had a mound of evidence prior to the court-ordered surveillance," he said. "We took that information and went to a judge … And there was no other way to complete this investigation without having the court order in place. And so the judge gave us the order, we installed the cameras, and as a result, we did find that it was an active, ongoing criminal enterprise in that massage parlor." Martin County detectives posed as employees of other occupations to get access to the massage parlors to install hidden cameras, Snyder said. "We did not go in as law enforcement, and did not do any covert breaking and entering. Everything was a ruse," he said."

You jackbooted son of a bitch.  Ends don't justify the means.  Never do.  You admit it was all a ruse.  You had no probable cause criminal activity was indeed going on.  Only a hunch.  That's not probable cause as required constitutionally.  Think Kraft and others with money won't wind up beating the rap?  Their attorneys will argue you jackbooted bastards had no probable cause criminal activity was indeed going on.

Manufactured a ruse.  Even if the judiciary rubber stamps your deceit, think trust of law enforcement won't exponentially decrease?  You're goddamned liars.  No better than the people you arrest.  In fact, worse, since you supposedly aspire to a higher standard.  You don't.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Sneak-and-peek warrants have been used since the 1970s. They were formalized as part of the USA Patriot Act, which "established a uniform nationwide standard for use of delayed-notice search warrants to ensure an even handed application of Constitutional safeguards for all Americans," according to a 2004 Department of Justice report."

Direct opposite is the truth.  Certainly, the case.  No more than legalized bastardization of the Constitution.  Proof positive all civil and constitutional rights and liberties are effectively meaningless.  Why there is no confidence in the de facto fascist police-state we now live in since 9/11.

"Court data analyzed by CNBC shows that 46,603 sneak-and-peek warrants nationwide were granted between 2006 and 2016."

Proof positive there is no justice in Nazi America.  Both major political parties betrayed their oaths of office when they voted for the USA 'Patriot' Act, 'Real' ID Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, etc..

"The use of the warrants has been steadily on the rise, the data showed. In 2006, only 75 granted requests were issued. By 2016, that number had risen to 9,140 — more than a 12,000 percent increase. Florida ranks as number seven for states with the most search warrants granted, with a total of 1,514 during that 10-year period. California was at the top of the list, with 5,084. The numbers from 2016 are the most recently available data, which was compiled from the Administrative Office of the United States Courts."

No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than egregiously out of control law enforcement, prosecutors, and the courts.

"Covert searching definitely raises some serious privacy concerns," Witmer-Rich said. One major concern, Witmer-Rich said, is that the warrants are at odds with the Fourth Amendment, which guarantees American citizens "the right of people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures." "Just the fact that the government is in your house, or in your business, and you don't know that they're there, is a real privacy invasion," Witmer-Rich said. "The whole idea of the Fourth Amendment is that some places in our lives, we can retreat back to our homes. We can relax. We can be ourselves and the government's not in there, they're not watching us. A covert search warrant really changes that calculus."

While human trafficking is indeed a criminal problem, this is not the way to go about solving it.

Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Discretion trumps stupidity.  Always.  NPR reports:

"If you've ever been tempted to make a rude gesture at a police officer, you can rest assured that the U.S. Constitution protects your right to do so, a federal appeals court says."

So what else is new?  Stupid, however, remains stupid.  All it does, moreover, is needlessly enrage the out of control jackbooted son of a bitch in blue.

"In the sequence of events described by the court, a woman in Michigan, Debra Cruise-Gulyas, was pulled over in 2017 for speeding. The officer showed leniency, writing her up for a lesser violation known as a "non-moving violation." As she drove away, apparently insufficiently appreciative of the cop's gesture, Cruise-Gulyas made a certain gesture of her own. Or as the court put it, "she made an all-too-familiar gesture at Minard with her hand and without four of her fingers showing."

LOL.  Want to know stupid? That's stupid.  LOL.

"Officer Matthew Minard was not amused. He pulled her over again, and rewrote the ticket for speeding. Cruise-Gulyas sued, arguing she had a First Amendment right to wiggle whatever finger she wanted at the police."

No question.  She does.  In a fascist police-state, however, can get you killed.  Worse, if you were indeed guilty of the offense and the officer gave you a break, it's beyond stupid.  Regardless, the Court, to its credit, properly enforced the First Amendment.

"In a ruling this week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit agreed. "Fits of rudeness or lack of gratitude may violate the Golden Rule," wrote Judge Jeffrey Sutton for the 3-0 panel. "But that doesn't make them illegal or for that matter punishable."

LOL.  No question.  But can get one killed in today's fascist police-state.  -- An environment where police are beyond out of control.

"And once the first stop ended, Minard needed a legitimate reason to pull the driver over again. Detaining her without one constituted an "unreasonable seizure" in violation of the Fourth Amendment, the court said. "Cruise-Gulyas did not break any law that would justify the second stop and at most was exercising her free speech rights," the court wrote."

Couldn't put it better myself.  LOL.  Then again, stupid is stupid.  Next cop could wind up killing her.  ... And get away with it in the fascist police-state we now live in.

"It is well-settled that what Cruise-Gulyas did is protected by the Constitution, the court said. "Any reasonable officer would know that a citizen who raises her middle finger engages in speech protected by the First Amendment," Sutton wrote."

The court is quite right.  This 'offense' is indeed settled law.  The offended officer could have indeed returned the 'favor,' -- and gotten away with it.  LOL.  Highly likely, wouldn't haven't gotten fired or reprimanded considering he had just given her a break.  ... Or, so the reasoning of his supervisor would have likely been.

"Minard analogized his actions to a prosecutor who might renege on a plea deal if a defendant behaved offensively. But the court wasn't swayed. The facts here are more like "a judge who hauls the defendant back into court a week or two after imposing a sentence based on the defendant's after-the-fact speech," the court said. "Minard, in short, clearly had no proper basis for seizing Cruise-Gulyas a second time." The court's ruling means Cruise-Gulyas' lawsuit can proceed in a lower court."

Sad, has gotten this far.  Total waste of time.  The cop could have simply smiled and waved goodbye.  ... Think this gal won't constantly look in her rear view mirror regardless when driving in his district?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Delusionally believe the following is not a direct threat to our democratic republic?  NBC News reports:

"At least one journalist and four American immigration attorneys have been stopped and questioned at border stations in Arizona and Texas in recent months, according to their interviews with NBC News. These are in addition to 59 others whose names were on a list to be pulled aside by border agents in San Diego."

Raw nazism.  A de facto fascist police-state.

"NBC News and NBC's San Diego station, KNSD-TV, were first to report about the list, titled "Migrant Caravan FY-2019 Suspected Organizers, Coordinators, Instigators, and Media," which included pictures and biographic information on the individuals, most of whom are American. A spokesman for Customs and Border Protection told NBC News that the Department of Homeland Security's inspector general was investigating the practice, which he said was specific to San Diego."

Reincarnation of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.  Wake up.  No greater threat to a democratic republic than the lunatic national socialist, fascist, nazi currently occupying the Oval Office and his henchmen.

Extremely dangerous to our formerly great country which sadly remains a democratic republic in name only?  Get this:

"But Taylor Levy and Hector Ruiz, whose names were not included on the San Diego list, were stopped 700 miles to the east in El Paso, Texas. Levy and Ruiz both provide legal assistance to asylum-seekers on the U.S. and Mexican sides of the border. Ruiz, a staff attorney with the Santa Fe Dreamers Project, says he was stopped one night in mid-December, after returning on foot from dinner with friends in Juarez, Mexico. Several agents who he says told him they specialize in criminal and terrorism cases asked him specific questions about his job and his political beliefs. "They asked me what my opinion was on the administration, just generally. And how we are doing economically," Ruiz said."

Should have courageously told the jackbooted bastards to go f--k themselves.

"I was treated like a criminal, people were shouting at me," he added. After four hours at the station, he says he finally agreed to unlock his phone and watched as they scrolled through his contacts. He worries about the information they might have gleaned about the clients he works with."

Is that how it went down?  If so, you're a goddamned gutless coward.  Not fit to be an attorney.

"According to Ruiz, the agents told him it was their job to keep the country safe, a line similar to what Levy says she heard a few weeks later, when she was stopped at another crossing into El Paso on Jan. 3. Levy is a legal coordinator for Annunciation House, a Catholic charity that provides shelter to immigrants on both sides of the southern border."

If so, the agents are liars.  Gutlessly, betrayed their oaths of office to uphold the United States Constitution.

"When she approached the border crossing in her car at 10:30 p.m., she says she could tell something was different and believes she had been flagged in advance. She says four agents escorted her into the station, where, after waiting two hours, another agent dressed in plain clothes came to question her. He told her they had to wake him up at home to come in to question her. According to Levy, the agent told her she was not being detained, but she was being "inspected" and would be arrested if she refused to answer his questions. He also told her she had no right to an attorney."

You are a goddamned attorney, madam.  You know better.

"She says she asked to call her teenage daughter, to let her know she would be home late. The agent refused, and instead called her daughter himself. "He also repeatedly asked me about my clients and what my clients tell me," Levy said."

You are gutless, madam.  Unfit to be an attorney.

"After 45 minutes, she says, she refused to answer any more questions. The agent left the room, saying he was going to call someone to come arrest her. Instead, he came back and told her she would not be arrested, but she needed to unlock her phone. She refused again. "And at that point I said: 'No, I'm not going to unlock my phone. I've told you I'm a legal professional and it has confidential client information on it,'" Levy said. Then, Levy said, the agent decided to let her go. As she left, he told her that she might be questioned every time she crossed the border. And Levy has not crossed the border since."

Gutless.  Abject cowardice.  Courage is not the absence of fear.  It is acting despite and in spite of fear.  You are unfit to be an attorney.  Being a lawyer is not a right.  It's a privilege.

"In addition to Levy and Ruiz, two other legal workers with the Santa Fe Dreamers Project said they were stopped in Nogales, Arizona, and a documentary journalist from Durham, North Carolina, said he was stopped in El Paso. In a statement, a CBP spokesperson said: "CBP has received the allegations, is reviewing them, and requests additional information from NBC News so we can conduct a thorough review of the facts. … If misconduct is substantiated, appropriate corrective action will be initiated. CBP is fully committed to earning the public trust through accountability and transparency within the law."

Goddamned f--king liars.  This government cannot be trusted.  Founders?  Spinning in their graves.

"DHS did not respond to a request for comment. The DHS Office of Inspector General declined to say whether it would expand its probe to other parts of the border beyond El Paso. DHS officials have said there is no policy that targets lawyers and journalists, but they do have broad authority in who they choose to stop for screening."

Anyone stopped has the right to remain silent, -- and access to legal counsel.  The United States Constitution guaranties it.  Wake up.

"The border environment is a very complicated environment," said John Sandweg, former acting general counsel for the Department of Homeland Security under the Obama administration. "One thing this case is highlighting is the limited rights that individuals have in the border environment. That said, trying to dig into individuals' political views is wildly inappropriate and would absolutely violate the Constitution, especially for United States citizens."

Nazi government is out of control.  Wake up.  Sadly, without question, our formerly great country remains a democratic republic in name only.

"Esha Bhandari, a staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union, said Americans’ rights should not be restricted just because of their profession or their proximity to the southern border. "The government cannot use the pretext of the border to target and punish activists critical of its policies, lawyers providing legal representation, or journalists simply doing their jobs. Whether near the border or not, it’s a First Amendment violation and there’s nothing complicated about that," Bhandari said."

That's right.  Wake up.  Figuratively speaking, grow a pair.

"The House Homeland Security Committee has also sent a letter to DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, asking for a copy of the list and the reason for its existence. Aides for the committee have said they will not hesitate to widen the probe beyond San Diego if there is evidence that the practice is occurring border-wide."

While the Democrats remain asleep at the wheel, had it not been for them retaking the House, national socialists, fascists, nazis in the Republican Party would have been goose stepping along with their nazi fuhrer and his henchmen in law enforcement vis a vis this issue.  Founders?  Spinning in their graves.

The following the best in policing?  CBS News reports:

"A former Mississippi Gulf Coast police officer told a judge Monday that she had sex with her supervisor and then fell asleep while her 3-year-old daughter was dying inside an overheated patrol car. Cassie Barker pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter in a plea bargain after being indicted on a second-degree murder charge."

Think the charge this former officer pled guilty to fits the crime?  Think her supervisor has no culpability?  Read on.

"CBS affiliate WLOX reports reports prosecutors recommend the 29-year-old Barker spend 20 years in prison. Harrison County Circuit Judge Larry Bourgeois said he wanted more time to consider the case and would sentence the ex-Long Beach officer April 1."

At least, the date is appropriate, -- April Fools.

"Cheyenne Hyer died Sept. 30, 2016, after her mother left her strapped in a car seat for four hours while Barker was with her then-supervisor at his home. The car was running with the air conditioner turned on, but wasn't blowing cold air."

Jesus Christ.

"The girl was unresponsive when Barker returned. Authorities say Hyer's body temperature was 107 degrees when she arrived at a nearby hospital."

No problem with that?  Responsible parenthood?  Think anyone and everyone's qualified to be a parent?

"I don't know what I could ever do to you that could be worse than what you've already experienced ... You will forever be entombed in a prison of your own mind," Bourgeois told Barker, WLOX reported."

Horse shit.  Not good enough, Judge.  Nowhere near.  ... Defending the former officer?  Because she was a cop?  Or, is there more to this story than that?

"Barker had been free on bail but was arrested Monday after pleading guilty."

Why no equal treatment?  Had it been anyone other than an officer, think it likely they would have been free on bail?

"Barker, who was working two jobs at the time, originally claimed she had been talking to Clark Ladner at his house early on a hot weekday morning when she fell asleep. Ladner and Barker were fired by the city of Long Beach within days. Ladner hasn't been criminally charged, telling officials he didn't know the girl was in the car. Reports at the time indicated Ladner told officials he had taken a sleep aid and also fallen asleep."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  Gets worse.  Far worse.  She has a history of this:

"The mother had left her daughter alone in a car at least once before, at a store in nearby Gulfport in April 2015. Police responded and child welfare officials took temporary custody of the girl at the time. Barker was suspended from the Long Beach police for a week without pay. The girl's father, Ryan Hyer, said he was never notified of that first incident. "Every time I close my eyes, I picture her suffering and then I picture her laying in this coffin," Ryan Hyer said Monday. "I still see her smiling and laughing in my head and I would assume that smile and laughter turned to pain and suffering in that instance."

Imagine the hell this father will endure the rest of his life?

"The father is suing the Long Beach Police Department and the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services for the wrongful death of his child, saying the child welfare agency should have taken stronger action after the first incident."

You think?

"As a parent, you are supposed to protect your child, and Cheyenne is gone because her mother didn't protect her, not once but twice," Hyer said."

The story is far more complicated than that.  Get this:

"Barker herself was hospitalized after the girl's death for what officials described as shock. A psychological exam showed Barker suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder attributed to childhood trauma and her daughter's death. She was found competent to stand trial."

Was she?  Quite a few questions.  No easy answers.  Bottom line?  A  three-year-old girl is dead for nothing.

Once in awhile, there is justice.  NPR reports:

"San Francisco's Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to approve a $13.1 million settlement for a man framed by police for murder. Jamal Trulove spent more than six years in prison for a 2007 murder before being acquitted in a 2015 retrial. "And trust me I'm not done with them by a long shot!!" a profile appearing to be Trulove wrote on Twitter. "After what these cowards of the law did to me, I will lit my freedom ring through every platform I get to show what injustice really looks like. Me!" He sued in January 2016. In April of last year, a jury in Oakland found that two police officers on the case, Maureen D'Amico and Michael Johnson, deliberately fabricated evidence and failed to disclose exculpatory material. Alex Reisman, one of the lawyers for Trulove, told the Associated Press that Trulove "endured a lot," spending years in maximum security prisons in Southern California, hundreds of miles away from his family."

Jackbooted pieces of shit.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Police arrested Trulove for the 2007 murder of his friend Seu Kuka, who was shot in a public housing project in San Francisco. Trulove was convicted in 2010 and sentenced to 50 years to life in prison.  But a California appeals court overturned that conviction in 2014 and ordered a new trial. He was acquitted in a retrial in 2015. Trulove's attorneys said police manipulated a witness into misidentifying Trulove as the shooter. The police officers named in the lawsuit have retired, and none were disciplined for their actions in the case, Reisman told the AP."

So what else is new, right, Sheriff?

"Trulove was pursuing a career in acting and hip-hop at the time of his arrest. He appeared in the reality TV show I Love New York 2. This year he appears in the movie The Last Black Man in San Francisco, which is scheduled for release in June. Trulove wrote on Instagram in March that he has been dealing with PTSD from the experience. "There's nothing I could do to make up for that time I missed," he wrote. "No amount of money could ever reverse the time I missed with my kids and the affect that it's had on their up bringing and our relationship."

Jackbooted pieces of shit in blue.  Worthless human excrement.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No question.  We now live in a de facto fascist police state.  The following is beyond appalling, it's egregiously unconstitutional.  NPR reports:

"The U.S. Supreme Court, narrowly divided along ideological lines, ruled Tuesday that the government may detain — without a hearing — legal immigrants long after they have served the sentences for crimes they committed."

Jesus Christ.  This is raw nazism.  The dream is dead.

"The 5-4 decision, which reverses a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, is widely viewed as a victory for the Trump administration and its hardline immigration policies. It, like the Obama administration, had argued that the government has the authority to pick up and detain immigrants for deportation at any time, and is not required to act only immediately after a prison or jail sentence has been served. Writing for the conservative majority, Justice Samuel Alito, said immigration law mandates the detention of "deportable criminal aliens" even if it is years later."

Jesus Christ.  Raw nazism.  Alito and his henchmen have disgraced themselves.  Goddamned f--king nazis.  National socialists.  Unabashed fascists.

"Alito wrote that it is "especially hard to swallow" the notion that "the alien must be arrested on the day he walks out of jail." "As we have held time and again, an official's duties are better carried out late than never," he wrote."

A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, Mr. Alito?

"Writing for the court's dissenting liberal wing, Justice Stephen Breyer warned that the ruling gives the government too much power. The law is clear, he wrote, that the government cannot hold an immigrant without a bail hearing unless the individual is detained when released from criminal custody. To underscore his dissent, Breyer read aloud part of his opinion. "In deciphering the intent of the Congress that wrote this statute, we must decide — in the face of what is, at worst, linguistic ambiguity — whether Congress intended that persons who have long since paid their debt to society would be deprived of their liberty for months or years without the possibility of bail," Breyer wrote. "We cannot decide that question without bearing in mind basic American legal values: the Government's duty not to deprive any 'person' of 'liberty' without 'due process of law,' " he added."

Clearly, no longer true.  Not in a fascist police-state.  What we have here is raw nazism.

"The American Civil Liberties Union represented both plaintiffs. The ACLU's Deputy Legal Director Cecilia Wang said Tuesday's ruling follows another decision last year that limited the rights of immigrants to bond hearings. "For two years in a row now, the Supreme Court has endorsed the most extreme interpretation of immigration detention statutes, allowing mass incarceration of people without any hearing, simply because they are defending themselves against a deportation charge," said Wang in a statement. "We will continue to fight the gross overuse of detention in the immigration system."

The revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  As the traitorous assholes who delusionally believe they run and own our formerly great country 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

In follow up to an earlier edition, NBC News reports:

"A Cleveland police sergeant, already facing prostitution charges, is now accused of using a police database to find out information about women and city computers to message thousands more while on the clock, according to court documents. Michael Rybarczyk, 58, was arrested by his own colleagues and charged with three counts of unauthorized use of property, according to an indictment filed in Cuyahoga County Monday. Rybarczyk "accessed the law enforcement automated database system (LEADS) without the express or implied consent of system management" to view personal information and pictures of two women while employed with the police department, the indictment said. The "information was not part of any official law enforcement investigation or inquiry," the indictment said. Rybarczyk also used Cleveland computers to send "non-work related" social media messages to 2,300 women while on-duty between June of 2018 to January of 2019, the indictment said. The charges stem from an investigation by police and prosecutors that began after Rybarczyk was charged in February with 11 counts of soliciting prostitutes, according to a statement from Cleveland Police Chief Calvin D. Williams."

Another example of pathetically failed law enforcement.  NBC News reports:

"After a series of scandals and investigations, Ohio's capital city is disbanding its police department's unit that was supposed to focus on 'moral crimes.' Columbus' vice unit has been subject to internal and FBI investigations. More recently, charges were brought against Columbus vice squad officer Andrew Mitchell, 55, alleging he forced two women to have sex with them under threat of an arrest. Interim Columbus Police Chief Thomas Quinlan announced the closing of the vice unit Tuesday on Twitter, saying the remaining officers will be assigned to other departments."

Become someone else's problem.

"Three of the vice unit's 10 officers are currently under suspension."

Why weren't they fired, then prosecuted?

Fox now guarding the chicken coop.  Never changes.  NBC News reports:

"A former senior U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration official who testified before Congress on the government's efforts to stop the opioid epidemic is now paid to advise one of the largest opioid manufacturers in the country, Purdue Pharma, according to people familiar with the matter."

Cozy, isn't it?

"Demetra Ashley, the former acting assistant administrator of the DEA who told a Senate committee in 2017 about the need for a "robust regulatory program" to stop diversion of opioids and other controlled prescription drugs, left the DEA last spring and started a consulting firm called Dashley Consulting, LLC, according to her LinkedIn page."

Has to get hers, doesn't she?

"Purdue Pharma, the maker of the opioid painkiller OxyContin, is one of the opioid companies being sued by more than 1600 cities and counties for "grossly" misrepresenting "the risks of long-term use of those drugs for persons with chronic pain," according to court documents. The lawsuits have been consolidated into one case in federal court in Cleveland, Ohio. Purdue vigorously denies allegations that they deceptively marketed OxyContin. Ashley spent three decades at the DEA, specializing in preventing the diversion of prescription drugs like OxyContin. Reached by NBC News on her cellphone in Chicago, Ashley said, "I have been consulting for members of the industry and I began my consulting business in June 2018 after I retired." Ashley said she could not confirm or deny who her clients are unless "they say it's OK."

Bought and paid for.

"Purdue declined comment to NBC News on its consultants."

What could they possibly say?

"Ashley confirmed she has been subpoenaed to be deposed in the consolidated opioid lawsuit to discuss her role at the DEA as part of the law enforcement agency's effort to stem the opioid crisis. Purdue has reportedly made more than $35 billion from the sale of OxyContin, a figure the company has not denied. "This should not be allowed," said Dr. Andrew Kolodny, the co-director of opioid policy research at Brandeis University. "Former DEA and FDA officials should not be allowed to take money from companies they regulated." Kathleen Clark, a law professor at Washington University and an expert in government ethics, said situations like Ashley's "raise a question in the mind of the public — whether the prospect of a payday after leaving government tainted the actions of the regulator while still in government. Did this person act differently in government because they anticipated or wanted to get the payday from these very powerful economic actors who have huge amounts at stake?" There is no indication that Ashley's consulting arrangement with Purdue is illegal."

How about that?  Called laissez faire capitalism, that is, poorly-regulated and/or unregulated capitalism.

Justice?  NBC News reports:

"Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday warned President Donald Trump against pardoning his former campaign chairman — a sentiment that at least one top Republican agrees with."

Couldn't be, could it?

"Shortly after Paul Manafort was sentenced to another 43 months behind bars on conspiracy charges, Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., told MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell that any presidential pardon "would be an obstruction of justice."

No question.

"Pardoning Paul Manafort would in effect send a message that you can break the law, defy the justice system and then get rewarded by the president of the United States," Blumenthal said."

Not only that, both judges who sentenced him to date were out to lunch.  Failed to serve the best interests of justice.

"A top Trump ally, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., also chimed in against the idea."

-- Stunning in view of the fact Graham has been equally out to lunch quite some time.  ... Think there may in fact be some hope for this achingly clueless partisan son of a bitch?  Nah.  No way.  Get this:

“Pardoning Manafort would be seen as a political disaster for the president," Graham told reporters. "There may come a day down the road, after the politics have changed, that you’d want to consider an application of him like everybody else. But now would be a disaster."

Wake up, Lindsey.  Been in office way too long.  Lost yourself somewhere along the way.  Wouldn't know justice if it figuratively bit you hard on the ass.  Too goddamned ignorantly partisan.

"Trump told reporters after the sentencing that he feels "very badly" for his former campaign chief, but that he had not given a possible pardon "a thought as of this moment."

Disingenuous, congenital liar.  No credibility.

"Speculation about a presidential pardon has swirled given Trump's numerous sympathetic comments and tweets about Manafort throughout the longtime political operative's legal ordeal — which continues in New York with the Manhattan district attorney's announcement Wednesday of a 16-count indictment against him."

Most welcome announcement.  Forget?  Should Trump pardon the bastard on federal convictions, would have absolutely no effect on state ones.

"Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who chairs the House Intelligence Committee, tweeted Wednesday in response, "Another sentencing, another statement by Manafort's lawyer repeating Trump's mantra of 'no collusion,' and another barely concealed appeal for a pardon." "It shouldn’t fall to the Manhattan DA to deter a presidential pardon," Schiff wrote. "Congress should take action to protect the rule of law." Other Democrats on Wednesday suggested there would never be a good time to pardon Manafort. "There can be no explanation for a pardon, other than the president's rewarding Paul Manafort for his defying a legitimate and important effort to get at the truth," Blumenthal said. Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., vice chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, further warned: "Manafort is going to prison because he committed serious crimes at home while advancing the interests of Russia and other foreign countries abroad. Any attempt to pardon him would be a gross abuse of power requiring immediate action by Congress."

"A pardon would not help Manafort if he's convicted in the New York case — the president can't pardon state criminal convictions. Tweeted Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, D-N.Y.: "Even if the president pardons #Manafort, New York will ensure he is held accountable."

That's right.  Sad, isn't it, Trump defends the indefensible?

A dozen Republicans stood tall.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it?  The Washington Post reports:

"The Senate passed a resolution Thursday [3-14-19] to overturn President Trump’s declaration of a national emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border, with 12 Republicans joining all Democrats to deliver a bipartisan rebuke to the president."

About time Republicans in the Senate showed some spine.

"The disapproval resolution passed the House last month, so the 59-41 Senate vote will send the measure to Trump’s desk. Trump has promised to use the first veto of his presidency to strike it down, and Congress does not have the votes to override the veto."

So what?  There are many other ways Republicans can show their displeasure with the Trump nazi.  Can certainly make sure other legislation he wishes passed doesn't.  Time to play hardball with the fascist son of a bitch.  Across the board.

"But the Senate vote stood as a rare instance of Republicans breaking with Trump in significant numbers on an issue central to his presidency — the construction of a wall along the southern border. For weeks Trump had sought to frame the debate in terms of immigration, arguing that Republican senators who supported border security should back him up on the emergency declaration. But for many GOP lawmakers, it was about a bigger issue: The Constitution itself, which grants Congress — not the president -- control over government spending."

Exactly right.  The Founders had good reason.  Not the least of which is the fact it is best to have 535 people make that decision rather than just one.

"By declaring a national emergency in order to bypass Congress to get money for his wall, Trump was violating the separation of powers and setting a potentially dangerous precedent, these senators argued."

They're right.  ... Think Democrats wouldn't do precisely the same should that precedent have been set?

The Washington Post reports:

"There is probably no better way to demonstrate one’s manly strength and control than firing off a tweet in capital letters. So it is that, when a dozen GOP senators defied President Trump’s orders and voted to terminate his declaration of a national emergency, his powerful Twitter thumbs sprang into action: “VETO!” The thrilling message to his supporters: Trump’s got this. He’s totally in command of the situation. But we are now learning new details about just how personally involved Trump was in trying to prevent defections among GOP senators. It turns out Trump aggressively sought to make this vote all about himself — frequently warning that he would unleash the cult-like wrath of his voters if the Senate didn’t do his bidding — and raged as that effort failed. What makes this so odd is that even though the Senate and House have now voted to terminate Trump’s national emergency, he actually can veto the measure, and his emergency will proceed. So why the histrionics? One possible answer is that, for Trump, even this interim loss represented an unacceptable display of weakness — with ominous portents for the future."

LOL.  Above quote is courtesy of a most gifted, insightful writer, Greg Sargent.

NPR reports:

"President Trump used his veto pen for the first time Friday [3-15-19], after Congress tried to reverse his national emergency declaration and rein in spending on a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. Congressional critics do not appear to have the votes to override Trump's veto. So, as a practical matter, the administration can continue to spend billions of dollars more on border barriers than lawmakers authorized, unless and until the courts intervene."

Republicans again stand tall.  Amazing, isn't it?  NPR reports:

"In an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote, the U.S. House of Representatives called Thursday [3-14-19] for special counsel Robert Mueller's report on Russian interference in the 2016 election to be made public when it is completed. The vote is not legally binding, but it represents the growing pressure from both sides of the aisle on the Justice Department to disclose as much of the report as possible.

"I rise in support of this resolution because I want the whole truth and nothing but the truth to come to light in this matter," said Rep. Will Hurd, R-Texas, on the House floor before the vote. "Full transparency is the only way to prevent future speculation." The final vote tally was 420 members voting in favor, no members voting against, and four members (Rep. Justin Amash, R-Mich., Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., Thomas Massie, R-Ky. and Paul Gosar, R- Ariz.) voting "present." The vote comes amid more signs that Mueller's team is winding its investigation down. One of the team's most prominent attorneys, Andrew Weissman, will soon leave the Justice Department to teach and pursue public service projects, as first reported by NPR. The House resolution will now be sent sent to the Senate, although it's unclear whether Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., will bring it to a vote."

The Washington Post reports:

"On Thursday, [3-14-19] the House passed a bill urging the public disclosure of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s report. It did so nearly unanimously — the vote was 420-0. The four members who didn’t vote for it instead voted “present.” But almost immediately, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) blocked the Senate from even taking it up. The Senate Judiciary Committee chairman demanded that Democrats also vote on appointing a special counsel to look into alleged "Department of Justice misconduct” in the investigations into President Trump and Hillary Clinton. Democrats are refusing."

Graham has lost his mind.  Head remains securely lodged, figuratively speaking, up his clueless ass.  Proof positive 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Trump and his henchmen are bound and determined to force their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views worldwide.  The Washington Post reports:

"Valerie Huber, a top Health and Human Services Department official, was the special guest at a New York City event Tuesday that included representatives of dozens of nations in town for a key women’s rights conference. The gathering featured a screening of the film “Strings Attached,” which takes aim at the West’s “ideological colonization” of Africa through interviews with women who experienced side effects from contraception or who regretted having abortions, according to two attendees. Huber used her spotlight to emphasize the Trump administration’s commitment to “protecting life” in global health assistance."

Crock of shit.  Especially, considering Trump's egregious ignorance of human rights.  Both here and abroad.

"Huber’s appearance at the event — sponsored by C-Fam, a think tank with Catholic ties whose mission is “to defend life and family at international institutions,” and Nigeria, which generally supports comprehensive family planning — is part of a bold new effort by the Trump administration to build an international coalition to restrict access to abortion and promote traditional values about the family."

Trump, his henchmen, and the Nazi Right determinedly ignore the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  Why are taxpayers forced to pay for this?  Get this:

"Over the past few months, Huber and other U.S. officials have traveled the world inviting other nations to join the cause. In meetings, according to people privy to the discussions who asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the negotiations, Huber, who previously founded an abstinence-only sex education group, has explained that “health and rights mean different things to different people.” The first test of the coalition comes this week as U.S. negotiators seek to excise references to “universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights” — which they argue promotes abortion and normalizes sexual activity among youth — in an annual document about empowering women by the U.N.’s Commission on the Status of Women. They also want to replace “gender-responsive” with “family-centered” in calls for more-inclusive public services. And they’re pushing to add a section recognizing that “women’s contribution to the home, including through unpaid care and domestic work, which is not adequately recognized, generates human and social capital.”

Who the hell is the nazi element in our formerly great country to force its perverse ideological and religious views not only domestically, but internationally?

"Civil society groups focused on women’s rights expressed dismay at the efforts. They accused the United States of putting unfair pressure on poor countries that depend on U.S. foreign aid, and also of aligning with countries with poor human rights records. Serra Sippel, president of the Center for Health and Gender Equity, a Washington-based advocacy group, said the U.S. plan amounts to “bullying.” Elisha Dunn-Georgiou, vice president of programs for PAI, which works on universal access to reproductive health care globally, said such a coalition would allow countries “with more draconian laws about women’s rights or sexual minorities to skirt their obligations under international mechanisms.” “The U.S. stance this time enables other bad actors at the U.N. negotiation table,” Dunn-Georgiou said.HHS spokeswoman Caitlin Oakley said that the United States under President Trump “unequivocally supports the empowerment of women and girls, including health promotion for women and girls across the life course.” However, she said the meaning of sexual and reproductive health “has unfortunately evolved in the multilateral setting to include abortion.”

Tough shit.  It's none of your goddamned business.  You have no right to force your outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on anyone, domestically or overseas.

"As a pro-life administration, the Trump administration does not support abortion,” Oakley said."

This is direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  Raw nazism.

Delusionally believe the Trump nazi and his henchmen are not lining the pockets of the corporate management suite?  At your expense and that of your loved ones. Wake up.  NPR reports:

"Federal records show that the average fine for a health or safety infraction by a nursing home dropped to $28,405 under the Trump administration, down from $41,260 in 2016, President Obama's final year in office. The Trump administration's decision to alter the way it punishes nursing homes has resulted in lower fines against many facilities found to have endangered or injured residents. Federal records show that the average fine dropped to $28,405 under the current administration, down from $41,260 in 2016, President Obama's final year in office."

You and your loved ones are paying for this.  No end to corporate greed.

"The decrease in fines is one of the starkest examples of how, in response to industry prodding, the Trump administration is rolling back Obama's aggressive regulation of health care services. Encouraged by the nursing home industry, the Trump administration switched from fining nursing homes for each day they were out of compliance — as the Obama administration typically did — to issuing a single fine for two-thirds of infractions, the records show."

Precisely, why care is poor, cost the highest it's ever been, and rising.  Unbridled greed.  Never get enough.

"Since President Trump took office, the administration has heeded complaints from the nursing home industry about zealous oversight. It granted facilities an 18-month moratorium from being penalized for violating eight new health and safety rules. It also revoked an Obama-era rule barring the facilities from pre-emptively requiring residents to submit to arbitration to settle disputes rather than go to court."

Understand what that means.  Under arbitration, the provider skates.

"But consumer advocates say penalties have reverted to levels too low to be effective. "Fines need to be large enough to change facility behavior," says Robyn Grant, director of public policy and advocacy at the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, a nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. "When that's not the case and the fine is inconsequential, care generally doesn't improve."

Exactly, how providers want it.  Forget?  Nothing comes before the bottom line.

Sadly, white nationalism is alive and well.  The solution to this curse, however, is not what the Prime Minister of New Zealand has in mind.  NPR reports:

"New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said she would seek a change in her country's gun laws after at least one man opened fire during afternoon prayers Friday and killed at least 49 people at two mosques in Christchurch. "Our gun laws will change," Ardern declared in a news conference Saturday morning local time. The violent attack struck at the very heart of New Zealand, a country that prides itself on being both peaceful and diverse. More than 40 people were treated for injuries sustained in the attacks in Christchurch, police said."

Under such short-sighted thinking, the law-abiding always wind up either losing the right to own firearms or having that right infringed.  Conversely, the criminal and/or terrorist element have no respect for law.  Always find a way to skirt such laws.  For Americans, the massacre in New Zealand raises a far more ferociously pointed question.  The killer expressed affinity for the Trump nazi as a fellow white nationalist. The question is why?

Consider the following from Congressman Mike Conaway.  The quote is from the Conaway Chronicle:

"This week, President Trump released his proposed budget for fiscal year 2020. I commend President Trump for proposing a budget that prioritizes our military and the safety of our nation after devastating cuts under the Obama Administration."

The Congressman is pointedly reminded the United States reportedly spends more on the military than the next five nations combined.  How much is enough?  Contrary to assertions of the Trump nazi, our country is not threatened by those fleeing oppression and seeking asylum in our formerly great country.  Conversely, life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties are threatened by the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"It's critical that we provide our servicemembers with the resources and support they need to successfully execute their missions, and the president's budget does just that."

The Congressman is pointedly reminded that happens no matter the incumbent in the Oval Office.  For him to imply otherwise remains unadulterated horse shit.  A lie.

"In his budget, the president honors the commitments we have made to our veterans and delivers on his promise to secure our nation's borders while also allowing hard-working Americans to keep more of what they earn by requiring our nation to tighten its belt."

The Congressman is again pointedly reminded commitments to the military are honored no matter the incumbent in the White House.  Ferociously pointedly, the Congressman is again reminded tax breaks under the Trump nazi mainly benefit the high and mighty, particularly the rich and corporate management suite.  Not the middle class and/or bottom of the food chain.

Tax breaks for those who clearly did not need them came at the cost of an exponentially increasing deficit that will top a trillion dollars shortly.  Despite that fact, the Congressman and his fuhrer, the Trump nazi, intend to force the bottom of the food chain and middle class to tighten their belts. Not the government itself.  In fact, quite the opposite.  The Congressman, like Trump, is a congenital liar.

For a law and order Republican national socialist, fascist, bona fide, achingly hypocritical nazi son of a bitch, isn't it amazing Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz can't keep his campaign financing within the law?  CBS News reports:

"The Federal Election Commission fined Sen. Ted Cruz's Senate campaign $35,000 on Friday for failing to adequately disclose $1 million in bank loans from Goldman Sachs and Citibank during his 2012 Senate campaign. The nonpartisan Campaign Legal Center filed a complaint with the FEC in 2016 about the loans, arguing that the failure to properly disclose them caused "informational injury" to voters. The Cruz campaign didn't immediately respond to CBS News' request for comment but said in a statement to The Hill, "As has repeatedly been reported, the loans were public at the time and fully disclosed on Senate ethics disclosures, but they weren't reported correctly on the FEC forms." "This agreed settlement resolves that filing mistake once and for all," the statement said."

Amazing hypocrisy, phony excuses made by politicians.  -- Who self-righteously demand the head of someone on the bottom and/or middle class who f--ks up.  Yet, readily make these excuses when tables turn and they happen to find themselves in the docket.

Trump remains out to lunch.  NBC News reports:

"The recent mass shooting of Muslim worshippers in New Zealand was a devastating and tragic symptom of the growing threat posed by violent white supremacy in the U.S. and across the world, experts say. The death toll from the attack rose to 50 on Sunday. A 28-year-old Australian described by officials as a "right-wing extremist terrorist" has been charged with murder. Brenton Harrison Tarrant appeared to post — and email —a lengthy manifesto before the attack detailing his white-supremacist worldview and claiming inspiration from Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof to Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik. The manifesto also makes a brief reference to President Donald Trump. “Were/are you a supporter of Donald Trump?” was one of the questions he posed to himself. His answer: “As a symbol of renewed white identity and common purpose? Sure. As a policy maker and leader? Dear god no.”

How about that? Wake up.  If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, guess what?  It's a duck.

"The White House immediately denounced the connection and Trump was among the many world leaders to condemn the shooting, but he faced criticism for downplaying the broader threat posed by white supremacists. “I think it’s a small group of people that have very, very serious problems,” Trump said Friday when asked whether he thought it was a rising issue."

You're one of them, Mr. 'President.'  In denial?  ... Or, too delusional to embrace reality?

"Trump's statement contradicts the warnings of his own administration. The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security warned in a 2017 intelligence bulletin that white supremacist groups had carried out more attacks in the U.S. than any other domestic extremist group over the past 16 years. And officials believe they are likely to carry out more. The bulletin’s findings appear to correspond with independent data. In January, for example, the New York-based Anti-Defamation League said domestic extremists killed at least 50 people in the U.S. in 2018, up from 37 in 2017. “White supremacists were responsible for the great majority of the killings, which is typically the case," the group wrote."

So what else is new? Wake up.

"Between 2008 and 2016, far-right plots and attacks outnumbered Islamist incidents inspired by groups such as ISIS by almost 2 to 1, according to an independent database compiled by the Investigative Fund at the Nation Institute. The number of hate groups operating across America also rose to a record high of 1,020 in 2018, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center. The vast majority of those groups adhere to some form of white supremacist ideology, the center said, though they also include anti-LGBTQ and black nationalist groups, among others. Since 2016, America has seen 11 people shot dead in a Pittsburgh synagogue; a protester mowed down by a white nationalist in Charlottesville, Virginia, and a coast guard officer prosecutors say was arrested before his violent white nationalist beliefs could lead him "to murder innocent civilians on a scale rarely seen in this country."

Yet, the nazi in the Oval Office can't, won't be confused with the truth.  Neither will his henchmen and supporters.

"On Friday, it was reported that Cesar Sayoc, the Florida man charged with sending more than a dozen pipe bombs to prominent critics of the president, is expected to plead guilty next week. In a testimony submitted to Senate hearing on homeland security last year, FBI director Christopher Wray said of the 1,000 active investigations into domestic terrorism, the agency "is most concerned about lone offender attacks, primarily shootings, as they have served as the dominant mode for lethal domestic extremist violence." "We anticipate law enforcement, racial minorities, and the U.S. Government will continue to be significant targets for many domestic extremist movements,” he added."

This is a serious problem since lone-wolf attacks are much harder to prevent.

Consider the following:

"Friday was not the first time Trump has equivocated in the face of white nationalism. After the violence in Charlottesville he said there were “very fine people on both sides.” His travel ban against people from several mostly Muslim-majority countries has also drawn widespread criticism. On Sunday the president tweeted his support for Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro, whose show did not air Saturday night after she questioned the loyalty of Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., because of her Muslim beliefs and headscarf."

Amazingly, Fox did the right thing.  Nearly unheard of since the network became de facto mouthpiece for the Trump nazi in the last two years.

"Bring back @JudgeJeanine Pirro. The Radical Left Democrats, working closely with their beloved partner, the Fake News Media, is using every trick in the book to SILENCE a majority of our Country. They have all out campaigns against @FoxNews hosts who are doing too well. Fox .....

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 17, 2019
....must stay strong and fight back with vigor. Stop working soooo hard on being politically correct, which will only bring you down, and continue to fight for our Country. The losers all want what you have, don’t give it to them. Be strong & prosper, be weak & die! Stay true....

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 17, 2019"

The majority of our formerly great country has not embraced the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and their brand of national socialism, fascism, nazism.  Trump remains out to lunch, delusional, a direct threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

The following is, and remains unadulterated horse shit.  Simply, not true:

"The president is not a white supremacist. I'm not sure how many times we have to say that," acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said on "Fox News Sunday."

Saying it doesn't make it so.

"But the rise of white supremacy is not exclusive to the United States and experts say it has been allowed to grow, thanks to a much broader culture. "I think it’s connected to how emboldened they've become and how much legitimization and affirmation they get from the mainstream media, social media and far-right politicians," Aaron Winter, senior lecturer in criminology at the University of East London, told NBC News. There had been a period in the U.S. and other Western countries when the popular notion was that racism was a thing of the past only held on to by fringe individuals, Winter said. But since 2009, anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant perspectives and policies have widely increased, in part as a response to the election of President Barack Obama, the global financial crisis and a string of international conflicts. The public acceptance of these views can in turn rouse people who are inclined to take extreme action, Winter said. Winter pointed to Trump's election campaign, the U.K.'s Brexit campaign and Australian politics as notable examples. "We — and that includes policymakers and the law enforcement community, in particular — must begin to view what we call 'domestic terrorism' through a global lens, just as we do the threat of groups like ISIS," said the SPLC's president Richard Cohen on Saturday. "Because the growing white supremacist movement represents a clear and present threat to democracies across the world."

No more than resurrection of the national socialist ideology of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

In a second article, NBC News reports:

"A Fox News spokesperson declined to comment to NBC News about why Pirro's show did not air, saying “We’re not commenting on internal scheduling matters.” The spokesperson also did not comment on Trump's tweets. Pirro is one of Trump's staunchest cable news defenders. The president's tweets come just days after an avowed neo-Nazi allegedly killed 50 at two New Zealand mosques, which the president condemned. Asked Friday if he felt there was a growing threat of white nationalism across the globe, with this massacre following a white nationalist killing spree at a Pittsburgh synagogue late last year, Trump responded, "I don’t really," adding, "I think it’s a small group of people that have very, very serious problems." Trump's mention of Fox News host Tucker Carlson is in reference to the recent unearthing of comments he made on shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge's radio show between 2006 and 2011, causing companies to pull advertising from Carlson's show. The liberal activist group Media Matters for America released recordings of Carlson's remarks, in which he said Iraq is populated by "semi-literate primitive monkeys," that women are "extremely primitive," and that a Democratic presidential candidate would cruise to election in 2008 if they promised to kill as many "lunatic Muslims" as possible. Carlson, who joined the network in 2009, did not apologize for the comments, saying, "If you want to know what I think, you can watch" his weeknight program. "Anyone who disagrees with my views is welcome to come on and explain why," he continued."

What's so inexplicable and incongruous compared to the Pirro fiasco?  Get this:

"Fox News said in a statement that it stands by Carlson. "We cannot and will not allow voices like Tucker Carlson to be censored by agenda-driven intimidation efforts from the likes of Moveon.org, Media Matters and Sleeping Giants,” the company said in an emailed statement."

Trump keeps losing in court.  Wonder why?  The Washington Post reports:

"Federal judges have ruled against the Trump administration at least 63 times over the past two years, an extraordinary record of legal defeat that has stymied large parts of the president’s agenda on the environment, immigration and other matters."

Doesn't your heart bleed?

"In case after case, judges have rebuked Trump officials for failing to follow the most basic rules of governance for shifting policy, including providing legitimate explanations supported by facts and, where required, public input. Many of the cases are in early stages and subject to reversal. For example, the U.S. Supreme Court permitted a version of President Trump’s ban on travelers from certain predominantly Muslim nations to take effect after lower-court judges blocked the travel ban as discriminatory. But whether or not the administration ultimately prevails, the rulings so far paint a remarkable portrait of a government rushing to implement sweeping changes in policy without regard for long-standing rules against arbitrary and capricious behavior."

Called national socialism, fascism, nazism.  Wake up.

“What they have consistently been doing is short-circuiting the process,” said Georgetown Law School’s William W. Buzbee, an expert on administrative law who has studied Trump’s record. In the regulatory cases, Buzbee said, “They don’t even come close” to explaining their actions, “making it very easy for the courts to reject them because they’re not doing their homework.” Two-thirds of the cases accuse the Trump administration of violating the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), a nearly 73-year-old law that forms the primary bulwark against arbitrary rule. The normal “win rate” for the government in such cases is about 70 percent, according to analysts and studies. But as of mid-January, a database maintained by the Institute for Policy Integrity at the New York University School of Law shows Trump’s win rate at about 6 percent."

Piss-poor performance.  Then, again, what else can be expected from a national socialist?

“I’ve spent 30 years in the private sector complaining about the excesses of environmental regulation,” Jaffe said, but “this administration has given regulatory reform a bad name.” Some errors are so basic that Jaffe said he has to wonder whether agency officials are more interested in announcing policy shifts than in actually implementing them. “It’s not just that they’re losing. But they’re being so nuts about it,” he said, adding that the losses in court have “set regulatory reform back for a period of time.” Contributing to the losing record has been Trump himself. His reported comments about “shithole countries,” for example, helped convince U.S. District Judge Edward M. Chen in San Francisco that the administration’s decision to end “temporary protected status” for hundreds of thousands of immigrants from Central America, Haiti and Sudan was motivated by racial and ethnic bias."

So what else is new?  Par for the course.

"At least a dozen decisions have involved Trump’s tweets or comments."

Surprised?

"The Justice Department, which defends federal agencies in court, declined to comment. The White House also declined to comment."

What could they say?  When confronted with the truth, they're speechless.

"Matthew Collette, who served as the deputy director of the Justice Department’s Civil Division appellate staff until his departure in October, said that in his 30 years at the department, he had not seen so many losses for a presidential administration in such a short time. “I don’t think there’s any doubt about that,” he said. Trump has blamed his losses on “Obama judges” in the West Coast states that make up the 9th Circuit. While 29 setbacks have come from 9th Circuit judges, the trend is national, with 34 originating elsewhere, particularly in the District of Columbia Circuit, according to a count by The Washington Post. Democratic appointees, many of them tapped by Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, are responsible for 45 decisions. Republican appointees dating back to President Ronald Reagan issued the other rulings. Magistrate judges, who are not appointed by presidents, made three of the decisions. On major issues on which multiple judges have ruled, there has been little disagreement among them, no matter where the judges are located or who appointed them."

Surprised?  Why?

"Four judges, for instance, have rejected the decision to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which has protected from deportation nearly 700,000 people brought to the United States as children. All four judges said essentially the same thing: that the government’s stated reason for ending DACA — that it was unlawful — was “virtually unexplained,” as U.S. District Judge John D. Bates, an appointee of President George W. Bush in Washington, said in an April opinion. A second explanation — that DACA creates a “litigation risk” — was derided by U.S. District Judge William Alsup in California as mere “spin.” Three judges have invalidated the attempt to add a question about citizenship to the 2020 Census, the latest being U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg in San Francisco on March 6. All rejected as unbelievable Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s explanation that the move was intended to improve enforcement of the Voting Rights Act. The matter is now pending before the Supreme Court. The Commerce Department declined to comment."

Report goes on and on.  Sad, isn't it?

NBC News reports:

"A federal judge on Tuesday contradicted the Trump administration's "incorrect" claim that no legal blocks remain for it to enforce a contentious policy to restrict many transgender individuals from the U.S. armed forces starting on April 12. In a three-page notice, U.S. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said an injunction that she issued against the policy in 2017 remains in place. "Defendants were incorrect in claiming that there was no longer an impediment to the military's implementation" of the transgender policy, the judge wrote. A spokeswoman for Pentagon said it was consulting with the U.S. Justice Department, which declined to comment."

Nothing quite like lining your pockets while securely planted on the taxpayer tit.  Consider the following.  It's beyond appalling.  NBC News reports:

"Ben Carson's daily schedule from 2017 shows a HUD secretary who held senior staff meetings once a week, lunched with the author of "Chicken Soup for the Soul" and the founder of My Pillow, and left work before 2 p.m. on some Fridays to fly to his Florida mansion."

No problem with that?  Believe the fascist bastard entitled?

"A list of appointments for a 31-week period shows that for about half of the Fridays Carson worked a traditional eight or nine-hour day. For five of the Fridays he was off or had no appointments. For five more Fridays he left before 2 p.m. to get to the airport to fly to South Florida, where he owns a house valued at $4.3 million. For the remaining six, he had no scheduled appointments past 3 p.m. In all, he made a dozen weekend trips to South Florida during the 31 weeks. The calendar also indicates that in 2017, HUD's senior staff huddled just once a week. Calendars previously posted by three other federal departments — Transportation, Treasury, and Labor — during the Trump administration show daily senior team meetings or multiple meetings a week. Three different 2017 calendars from Carson's office were obtained by the government watchdog group American Oversight through a federal lawsuit and provided to NBC News. NBC News recreated his schedule for the period covering April 7, 2017, to Nov. 1, 2017, using listings from the three calendars — one of them Carson's, the others from two of his assistants. American Oversight filed its first Freedom of Information Act request for Carson's calendar in November 2017. When the group's request was denied, it sued HUD for the documents in March 2018."

The public is entitled to this information.  Why should the press be forced to sue?  What is this national socialist, fascist bastard so determined to hide, keep from public view?

"HUD then provided the three different calendars to American Oversight with months of appointments out of sequence. An example of what American Oversight Executive Director Austin Evers called a "jumble" is below: A page from one of the three calendars for HUD Secretary Ben Carson provided to the watchdog group American Oversight as the result of a federal lawsuit. HUD Freedom of Information Office . "While I can't say whether the jumbled calendar was the result of innocent processing system or an effort to obscure information, the net result was that this is some of the most challenging transparency we have encountered," said Evers."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"In a statement, Carson said, "While the role of a Cabinet Secretary is to advise the President and run their agency, the role of NBC seems to be spinning incomplete information and misinforming the public. Looks like we are both doing our jobs."

Think so?  Or, is the former doctor a congenital liar like his fuhrer, the Trump nazi?

"According to his calendar, on Friday, July 7, Carson had a 2:20 p.m. flight to West Palm Beach. On Friday, May 5, he left for the airport at 1:30 p.m. On Aug. 10, his schedule shows he left late on Thursday night for Florida and had no official appointments in his calendar documents for the following day. On Friday, May 26, his schedule reads "leave office" at 1 p.m. A week later, Carson's last meeting is listed at 1:30 p.m. On Friday, June 23, his last appointment ended before 2 p.m., according to the documents. The calendars show Carson frequently flew commercially at his own expense to South Florida. His schedule shows at least 12 such weekend trips from April 7 to Nov. 1, 2017, according to the documents. HUD defended the secretary's work schedule. "Almost every day the Secretary arrives at HUD by 7:30 a.m. to read over briefing material and prepare for meetings and travel. In 2017, the Secretary traveled to over 27 communities and met with more than 40 elected officials in their communities to discuss HUD business. In 2018, his travel and meetings increased and he visited more than 45 communities and met with over 60 elected officials in their communities." The calendars provided to American Oversight do not give insight into when Carson arrives, but the first appointments listed are generally at 9 or 10 a.m."

Convenient, no?

"NBC News has previously reported that a dozen current and former HUD officials — both political appointees and career staff — describe a lack of urgency at the agency under Ben Carson."

Couldn't be, could it?  LOL.

"NBC News has also previously reported that Carson's signature initiative "EnVision Centers," which was intended to provide one-stop shops for social services at locations around the country, has yet to open any locations despite a program launch last June."

Couldn't be Carson and his people lied, could it?

Coup de grace?  Get this:

"Last week, President Donald Trump's budget request for fiscal year 2020 showed Carson has proposed 18 percent cuts for his agency and again calls for tripling rents on those who live in public housing — a request that failed last year. Carson is also seeking to cut funding for public housing repairs, though each year 10,000 units of public housing are lost to decay, according to HUD. Carbon monoxide is killing public housing residents, but HUD doesn't require detectors."

Sad, isn't it?

Equally troubling, Carson doesn't appear to be management  material.  Surprised?  Get this:

"The calendars obtained by American Oversight also highlight the rapid turnover in Carson's top team. Carson's number two, Deputy Secretary Pam Patenaude, resigned in December. The former acting general counsel, Beth Zorc, is now lobbying for Wells Fargo, according to Senate records. Carson's former chief of staff Sheila Greenwood is now at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Michael Bright, who ran Ginnie Mae, which guarantees mortgages, left in January. That leaves HUD official Brian Montgomery doing double duty as both the agency's No. 2 and the commissioner of the Federal Housing Administration."

Ferociously sarcastically, two of their destinations should suit them just fine, however.  LOL.

"Trump cabinet secretaries vary widely when it comes to sharing their calendars. Former EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt's team fought fiercely to keep his calendar under wraps. Once obtained by The Washington Post, the calendar was an immediate window into his work. And when questions were raised about his living arrangements, it was his calendar that confirmed his meetings with lobbyists connected to his landlord."

... Can't have that, can we?  LOL.

"The Interior Department began posting a regular calendar for then-Secretary Ryan Zinke, but watchdogs have noted large gaps where meetings were labeled "external" with no attendees listed. The calendar for David Bernhardt, the current Interior secretary, has been posted through mid-February. One of the most transparent offices has been Labor Secretary Alex Acosta, whose office posts his calendar every month on the agency's website."

See.  They're not all the same.  LOL.

"Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin's calendar is posted online, but it's almost a year behind schedule, with the last public calendar from June 2018.

... Then again, a jackass is a jackass.  LOL.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Imagine being a fly on the wall in the Conway household.  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump on Tuesday blasted George Conway, the husband of top White House adviser Kellyanne Conway, as "a total loser" following the conservative attorney's tweets suggesting that the president is not mentally fit to serve."

Jesus Christ.  He's not.  LOL.  ... What part of egregiously, hopelessly f--ked up doesn't the Trump nazi, and his supporters, understand?

"A total loser!" Trump tweeted in response to a tweet from his 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale. Parscale wrote that Trump "turned down Mr. Kellyanne Conway for a job he desperately wanted." "He barely worked @TheJusticeDept and was either fired/quit, didn’t want the scrutiny?" Parscale continued. "Now he hurts his wife because he is jealous of her success. POTUS doesn’t even know him!"

Not credible.  Worse, not true.  A lie.  ... Never a dull moment.  LOL.

"The Washington Post reported last year that in fact, George Conway introduced his wife to Trump back in the early 2000s. Kellyanne Conway, after serving as Trump's campaign manager in 2016, was named counselor to the president later that year. George Conway was also reportedly under consideration for a job within Trump's Department of Justice but said in a June 2017 statement that he was withdrawing himself from consideration. He's of counsel in the litigation department of the New York firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz."

-- Wouldn't want to confuse anyone with the truth, would we?  LOL.

"Over the past few days, George, a prominent critic of Trump's actions and policies, questioned the president's mental health. On Sunday night, Conway tweeted: "His condition is getting worse."

No shit.  LOL. Give me a break.  LOL.

"Congratulations!" George said Tuesday in response to Trump's tweet. "You just guaranteed that millions of more people are going to learn about narcissistic personality disorder and malignant narcissism! Great job!"

Truer words never spoken.  LOL.  ... Can you imagine pillow talk between George and his wife?  Got to be something else.  LOL.

"On Monday, George highlighted pages from the American Psychiatric Association’s “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" that included the criteria for “narcissistic personality disorder” and “antisocial personality disorder.”

Let it rip.  -- Nothing quite like a little comic relief based on reality.  LOL.

"Those tweets followed a weekend where Trump tweeted or retweeted others a total of 50 times. Trump blasted deceased GOP Sen. John McCain, made demands of General Motors and Fox News and complained about a "Saturday Night Live" rerun, among other topics. Asked Monday about her husband's criticisms and concerns about the president, Kellyanne told reporters she did not share them. Speaking to The Post last year, Kellyanne said her husband's anti-Trump tweets "disrespects his wife." "It is disrespectful, it's a violation of basic decency, certainly, if not marital vows," she said, then asking to have that quote attributed to "a person familiar with their relationship." The Post did not grant her request."

LOL.  Great material.  Gets no better than the above.  Quotes courtesy of a most gifted, insightful writer, Allan Smith.

The boys weren't done.  LOL.  NBC News reports:

"On Wednesday, Trump again targeted George, calling him a "husband from hell!"

"George Conway, often referred to as Mr. Kellyanne Conway by those who know him, is VERY jealous of his wife’s success & angry that I, with her help, didn’t give him the job he so desperately wanted. I barely know him but just take a look, a stone cold LOSER & husband from hell!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 20, 2019
Conway responded: "You. Are. Nuts."

You. Are. Nuts. https://t.co/ZSpb3UXVPC

— George Conway (@gtconway3d) March 20, 2019"

LOL.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server
Status:       Waiting to retry...

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 240, 2-8-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
