While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception. On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe. She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop. She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office. Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it. Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this? Think this hasn't happened to others?

As always, when an officer or officers do something heroic and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads. Always. ABC News reports:

"Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against a 23-year-old man who allegedly gunned down a veteran Ohio officer. Wade Edward Winn is accused of killing Detective Bill Brewer and wounding Lt. Nick DeRose in the Saturday night shooting, the Clermont County Sheriff's Office said. The deadly shooting unfolded when the officers responded to a call of a barricaded suicidal person at an apartment in the Cincinnati area about 10:30 p.m. Saturday. Winn allegedly faked a suicide, prosecutors said in court Monday. When the officers rushed into the apartment to try to save his life, Winn was waiting there and allegedly ambushed the officers, firing multiple rounds, prosecutors said. Brewer, a 20-year veteran of the department, leaves behind a wife and 5-year-old son, the sheriff's office said. DeRose, who has been on the job for 22 years, has since been released from the hospital, the sheriff's office said. After Brewer and DeRose were shot, a lengthy standoff unfolded, the sheriff's office said. Officers "endured a barrage of gunfire" from the suspect before they took Winn into custody Sunday morning, the sheriff's office said. Winn was charged with aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder, according to David O'Neil, a spokesman for the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Winn, in an orange jumpsuit and cuts across his face, made a brief court appearance Monday morning. He did not enter a plea. Bond was set at $10 million.

"Detective Bill Brewer, a 20-year veteran of the Clermont County Sheriff's Office, died after being shot while investigating a 911 call on Feb. 2, 2019, of an allegedly suicidal man barricaded in an apartment in Pierce Township, Ohio. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost added on Twitter. "This Officer’s valor is now recorded for all time, written in blood. We mourn, and we will remember."

"A sheriff's deputy in Cincinnati, Ohio, was killed and another was injured following a standoff at an apartment complex, according to authorities. Officers responded to a call from a man at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday at the Royal Oaks Apartments, according to a press release from the Clermont County Sheriff's Office. The caller told the dispatcher that he was both armed and suicidal. Capt. Jeff Sellars of the Clermont County Sheriff's Office said a multi-agency Special Response Team was requested after shots were fired. After an approximately 12-hour standoff, Wade Edward Winn, 23, was taken into custody around 6:30 a.m. ET on Sunday. Winn allegedly exchanged fire with police during the standoff, killing Detective Bill Brewer and injuring Lt. Nick DeRose."

As always, when an officer does something heroic and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads. Always. Sadly, the following is the second incident this edition. ABC News reports:

"A Virginia State Police trooper who was shot in the line of duty Monday night has died, authorities said. Trooper Lucas B. Dowell, a member of the state police's tactical team, was assisting the Piedmont Regional Drug and Gang Task Force with executing a search warrant at a home near the town of Farmville, Virginia. An armed man inside the residence opened fire on the team shortly before 10 p.m. local time Monday, according to a press release from the Virginia State Police. The tactical team returned fire, killing the suspect, police said. Dowell, who was shot, was taken to a local hospital where he died. He is survived by his parents and a sister, authorities said."

"This is an extremely difficult day for the State Police," Col. Gary Settle, Virginia State Police's superintendent, said in a statement Monday night. "We are humbled by Lucas’ selfless sacrifice and grateful for his dedicated service to the Commonwealth. He will forever be remembered by his State Police Family for his great strength of character, tenacity, valor, loyalty and sense of humor."

"Capt. Mariner died at 65 last Thursday, Jan. 24, of ovarian cancer, nearly five years after she had been diagnosed. At her funeral service on Saturday, the Navy plans to honor her with a "missing man flyover" — a tribute honoring aviators who have died — that will consist of all women. It will be the first all-female flyover ever, the Navy said."

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority. What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint? Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation? The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise. Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints. Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it? Failed to do their jobs. No surprise there, right, Bill? Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene? Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County. Bottom line? Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation. Conveniently, forget? This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases. Total independence. Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

"A St. Louis police officer accused of shooting and killing his colleague while playing a Russian roulette-like game had his bond doubled during a court hearing Thursday morning."

Imagine that. Couldn't be, could it? Pressure must have been overwhelming. ... Right, Sheriff?

"A judge at the St. Louis Circuit Court raised Nathanial Hendren's bond from $50,000 to $100,000, of which he can pay 10 percent to be placed on house arrest. The judge also ordered Hendren to surrender any firearms in his possession."

Why was this son of a bitch granted bail? A danger to himself and the public.

"Hendren, 29, is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action in the death of his fellow officer, Katlyn Alix. Alix, 24, was off duty at Hendren's St. Louis apartment on Jan. 24 when just before 1 a.m. she was shot in the chest. Hendren and his patrol partner who was present -- both on duty at the time -- rushed Alix to the hospital, where she died a short time later. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department initially called it an "accidental" killing in which an officer "mishandled a firearm." But investigators later determined that Hendren and Alix were playing a dangerous game with a revolver."

Apparently, the brass were protecting their own until the magnitude of the crime and public pressure became overwhelming. ... Right, Sheriff?

"According to a probable cause statement from the police department, Hendren emptied the revolver's chambers, put one bullet back in and spun the cylinder. He then pointed the weapon away and pulled the trigger. The gun did not fire. Alix took the firearm, pointed it at Hendren and pulled the trigger. Still nothing happened, according to the statement. Hendren then took back the revolver, pointed it at Alix and pulled the trigger. This time, the gun discharged the chambered round, according to the probable cause."

"The police department immediately launched an internal investigation into the incident and placed both Hendren and his partner on paid administrative leave. The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office launched its own investigation with the help of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The St. Louis circuit attorney, Kimberly Gardner, announced on Jan. 25 that her office had filed charges against Hendren. "This is a devastating incident for Katlyn Alix's husband, parents, family and for our entire community," Gardner said in a statement. "We will do whatever is necessary to get to the truth of this incident. Katlyn's family and this community deserve nothing less." On Monday, Gardner sent a letter to Col. John Hayden Jr., the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department commissioner, and Judge Jimmie Edwards, the city's public safety director, raising concerns about how the investigation was handled in its early stages."

"Gardner said she believed there was probable cause that drugs or alcohol may have been "a contributing factor" in the shooting. Members of her team began preparing search warrants to have blood drawn from both Hendren and his partner, but police informed them that the local hospital will not honor the warrants -- even though that is a common procedure in criminal investigations, according to Gardner. Gardner said her team was later told that "in lieu of the more exact blood specimen test," the police department's internal affairs division had conducted a Breathalyzer test and taken urine samples from both officers under so-called Garrity rights, which shield public employees from self-incrimination."

How about that? If you're a public employee, you're shielded from self-incrimination. If you're Joe Blow up the block and get stopped by law enforcement on a 'no refusal' weekend, guess what? Your blood is taken by force by the jackbooted bastards if you don't submit. Goddamned double standard.

"This is a serious problem in objective investigative tactics," Gardner said in her letter. "Taking these tests under the cover of Garry appears as an obstructionist tactic to prevent us from understanding the state of the officers during the commission of this alleged crime."

"Gardner also expressed concern over the police department's swift assessment that Alix's death was an accident."

"In my opinion, it is completely inappropriate for investigators to approach a crime scene that early in the investigation with a predisposed conclusion about the potential outcome of a case," she said. "I understand your need to get information out to the public quickly regarding officer-involved shooting cases, however, the labeling of any criminal incident as an accident prior to a full investigation is a violation of our duty as objective fact finders."

Couldn't be this prosecutor is one of the few honest ones, could it, Becky? "Sonny Boy?"

"Alix, a military veteran who graduated from the St. Louis Police Academy in January 2017, was buried Wednesday. Her family is demanding answers."

"The way how everything went down, I don’t like it," Alix's mother, Aimee Chadwick, told CBS affiliate KMOV in an interview. "I think there’s more answers. We need more answers. She loved her job. Even on her days off, she would go visit all her friends down there because like I guess when you're a police officer, [you have] that close bond with everyone."

"In an internal police misconduct report obtained by CBS St. Louis affiliate KMOV-TV, a police lieutenant alleges both Officer Nathaniel Hendren and his partner "consumed alcoholic beverages" while on duty the night Officer Katlyn Alix was shot and killed by Hendren during a game of Russian roulette. Lieutenant William Brown filed the complaint at 1:30 a.m. on January 24, alleging "Conduct Unbecoming an Officer," and suggesting both men also violated a regulation that says, "No employee shall report for duty or remain on duty with an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater. Moreover, no employee shall consume alcohol while on duty and/or engaged in City business."

"In a news conference Thursday, Police Chief John Hayden said, "The circumstances around the shooting were much more reckless and dangerous than what I had originally understood." Hendren's partner's lawyer says his client had a few sips of beer at Hendren's home but poured out the rest down the sink. Police say Alix, Hendren and his partner met at Hendren's apartment while Hendren and his partner were on-duty and Alix was off-duty."

"The apartment is three miles outside the district to which Hendren and his partner were assigned.

"Hendren is under house arrest and can't have access to firearms but it was unclear if he's confined to his home, with nearby relatives or somewhere else. Hayden said effective immediately, supervisors and commanders will be present at all roll calls to reinforce with officers that they must stay in their assigned districts. Watch commanders will also confirm the location of their officers every hour using radios and GPS tracking information."

How is it possible the department didn't know these officers were three miles outside their assigned beat? What is the identity of Hendren's partner? Why hasn't this been disclosed?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk? Get what you truly deserve.

Delusionally believe law enforcement doesn't engage in entrapment? Wake up. NPR reports:

"Homeland Security agents created a fake university in Michigan to attract foreign nationals who wanted to use student status to extend U.S. visa privileges, according to a federal indictment unsealed Wednesday. The University of Farmington didn't have any professors or hold any classes — but that didn't matter to "students" who used the sham school to stay in the U.S. illegally, the government says. Officials say the university attracted recruiters who were paid thousands of dollars for connecting students to the bogus school, which had an actual office space in Farmington Hills, Mich. Eight alleged recruiters are now under arrest, and dozens, if not hundreds, of people who enrolled could face charges and/or deportation as part of an undercover operation that began in 2015."

Think this crime would have occurred had the government not facilitated it? Called entrapment. Quite sophisticated at that:

"Posing as the university's owners and staff, agents from Homeland Security Investigations worked with the recruiters to gather false student records, including transcripts, to deceive immigration authorities, according to the indictment. HSI operates within U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The complex sting operation resulted in the arrest of eight men who now face felony charges of conspiracy to defraud the United States. They are Barath Kakireddy, Suresh Reddy Kandala, Phanideep Karnati, Prem Kumar Rampeesa, Santosh Reddy Sama, Avinash Thakkallapally, Naveen Prathipati and Aswanth Nune. "Six of them were arrested in metro Detroit, one in Florida and another in Virginia," according to the Detroit Free Press. A grand jury indicted the alleged recruiters on Jan. 15, but those records remained sealed until Wednesday."

"From early 2017 to January 2019, the men "assisted at least 600 other foreign citizens to illegally remain, re-enter and work in the United States, and actively recruited them to enroll" at Farmington in a "pay to stay" scheme, the indictment states. Many of the alleged recruiters visited the university's office to collect payments for their efforts, according to the indictment, which says they were paid sums ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 on each trip. "Because of their recruiting success, this alliance collectively profited in excess of quarter of a million dollars," the indictment states."

The investigators then took Guyger back to the scene, Bunny added. Jean was then taken to a local hospital where he later died, police said."

"Two Detroit police officers have been suspended amid an investigation into racially demeaning comments made during a traffic stop and posted on social media. Officer Gary Steele and an unidentified officer stopped 23-year-old Ariel Moore for driving with an expired license plate last week. They seized the vehicle, leaving Moore to walk one block to her home in the cold and dark. WXYZ-TV reports that video posted to Steele's Snapchat account showed Moore walking home as he says "priceless" and "bye Felicia." "11 detainees at an ICE detention facility in El Paso, Texas, have been refusing food, some for more than 30 days, and six of the detainees are being force-fed per orders by a federal judge, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed Thursday. An additional four other detainees are on a hunger strike at ICE detention centers nationwide -- one each in the Miami, Phoenix, San Diego and San Francisco areas -- bringing the number of detainees refusing to eat to 15 nationwide, according to ICE. The Associated Press, the first to report the hunger strike, said as many as 30 are striking, per interviews with detainees, relatives and an attorney representing those on hunger strike. The hunger strikers are from India and Cuba, the AP reported, and some were so weak they can't stand up or talk. The detainees are on hunger strike because of verbal abuse and deportation threats from detention facility guards, as well as long detention periods prior to legal proceedings, according to the AP."

"The detainees are being force-fed through nasal tubes and those undergoing the procedure "are having persistent nosebleeds, and are vomiting several times a day," according to Amrit Singh, the uncle of two men from India currently in ICE detention who have been on hunger strike for about a month, the AP reported."

"ICE "fully respects the rights of all people to voice their opinion without interference," the agency said in a statement, and "does not retaliate in any way against hunger strikers."

"At least six immigrant detainees on a hunger strike have been force-fed through nasal tubes by immigration authorities, while nine other asylum-seekers are starving themselves, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed on Thursday. Eleven of the detainees refusing food, some for more than a month, are in custody at the El Paso Processing Center. Four others are in ICE detentions centers across the country: one each in Miami, Phoenix, San Diego and San Francisco. Ruby Kaur, a lawyer for two of the detainees in Texas says her clients, like the majority of those taking part in the hunger strike there, are Indian immigrants who entered the U.S. through southern border more than six months ago and turned themselves in to officials."

"They have tubes that have been shoved through their noses and IV's giving them fluids. It's extremely painful and it's against their will," Kaur told NPR, adding that as recently as Thursday morning her clients told her in a phone conversation that they are experiencing nasal and rectal bleeding and vomiting. They began the hunger strike at the start of the new year to call attention to what they say are inhumane conditions, repeated verbal threats of deportation and debilitating angst created by a total absence of information about their impending asylum cases. Kaur said that up until 10 days ago — about the time a federal judge ordered the nasogastric intubation — both of her clients and several others, were held in solitary confinement for two weeks "to intimidate them" into ending the protest. "According to the statement, the ICE Health Services Corps is "medically monitoring the detainees' health and regularly updating ICE of their medical status." "My clients don't speak any English, and part of the reason they are doing the hunger strike is that ICE has not provided them with anyone who can speak Punjabi," she said.

"Since May 2015, the nonprofit group has documented nearly 1,400 cases of individuals staging hunger strikes in 18 detention centers nationwide. But Fialho said she is only aware of one instance in which the court granted ICE officials at a detention facility in Georgia the authority to force feed a man. However, in that case, the individual ended his protest rather than be subjected to the nasogastric procedure."

"Police initially described the 21-year-old as the gunman and said officers acted heroically to “take out the threat,” but later corrected themselves and identified Brown as the alleged shooter."

"The attorney general, whose office took over the investigation from the local district attorney in Hoover, also released surveillance video and other documents from the investigation."

U.S. District Judge Thomas Zilly ruled Thursday that the Pentagon may not require soldiers who are naturalized citizens to undergo "continuous monitoring," or security checks every two years, when such scrutiny is not applied to U.S.-born soldiers."

"The plaintiffs are 17 naturalized citizens who enlisted through the Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest (MAVNI) program. Begun in 2009, the program recruits immigrants with critical foreign language or medical skills in exchange for a fast track to citizenship. More than 10,000 soldiers have served in the U.S. military through the MAVNI program. The program was frozen in 2016 due to security concerns. The Defense Department "has provided no explanation for engaging in flagrant profiling, i.e., equating MAVNI status with national security risk, rather than justifying on a case-by-case basis the heightened monitoring or screening that the DoD wishes to conduct," Zilly wrote in a 32-page ruling that followed five days of testimony in November 2018.

"A White House security specialist has been suspended without pay for defying her supervisor Carl Kline, less than a week after NBC News reported Kline approved Jared Kushner for top secret clearance over the objections of career staff. The specialist, Tricia Newbold, had filed a discrimination complaint against Kline three months ago. Newbold's two-week suspension from the White House security office was for failure to supervise, failure to follow instructions and defiance of authority, according to the suspension decision notice obtained by NBC News. Security office chief Crede Bailey first proposed the suspension on Dec. 3, 2018. Wednesday's notice is signed by Bailey and mentions that in Newbold's 18-year career she has not faced any "prior formal disciplinary action." The document also harshly criticizes Newbold for her "defiance" and notes that Newbold said she would "continue to do what is best for the Executive Office of the President." In the notice, the chief security officer denies that the suspension has anything to do with Newbold's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint. Newbold's lawyer, Ed Passman, considers her a whistleblower and said he believes the administrative charges were brought as payback for her decision to file the complaint against Kline. "It's clearly reprisal for her whistleblowing," Passman said. "[It] has no basis in merit whatsoever."

"On Thursday, two House Democrats wrote White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney asking that Kushner's security clearance be revoked immediately. Reps. "The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Wednesday proposed significantly weakening Obama-era rules governing payday lenders, boosting the fortunes of an industry accused of keeping low-income borrowers trapped in a cycle of debt. Under the existing rule, set to take effect in August, payday lenders are required to take several steps to ensure borrowers can afford the loans they are being offered. The proposals would rescind that requirement and delay the rule’s implementation until 2020. The move is a big win for payday lenders. The industry feared the new regulations would force many of them to close their doors. Payday lenders aggressively lobbied lawmakers to block the rule last year and when that failed turned their attention to convincing the CFPB, now under the leadership of a Trump appointee, to change course. “The Bureau will evaluate the comments, weigh the evidence, and then make its decision,” Kathy Kraninger, who became bureau director in December, said in a statement."

"The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is targeting one of the hallmarks of the Obama administration: a rule that would protect the most vulnerable against the ballooning debt that can accrue with payday loans. The rule never actually took effect. And now the consumer bureau is proposing to take it off the table. "The way payday loans work is that payday lenders typically offer small dollar loans to borrowers who promise to pay it back by their next paycheck. Interest on the loans can have an annual percentage rate of 390 percent or more, according to a 2013 report by the CFPB. Another bureau report from the following year found that most payday loans — as many as 80 percent — are rolled over into another loan within two weeks. Borrowers often take out as many as eight or more loans a year."

"A rule cracking down on payday loans was first proposed in 2016. President Obama touted the rule as the end of predatory lending. He warned payday lenders in a speech: "If you're making that profit by trapping hard-working Americans into a vicious cycle of debt, you've got to find a new business model." The rule would have required lenders to determine whether customers could pay off their loans. It would also limit payday lenders to only two attempts to withdraw money from borrowers' accounts, a move designed to target the fees that payday lenders charge. Under the Trump administration, the consumer bureau reversed course. The rule was supposed to kick in back in January 2018 — but it never did. Instead, then-CFPB Director Mick Mulvaney delayed the rule."

They were cleared of wrongdoing more than a year later, after the case was heard by a military court, but have maintained that senior leaders did little to set the record straight and, consequently, fostered the stigma that has dogged them ever since."

"A report approved in January by the Navy Department is a major victory for retired Maj. Fred Galvin, the Marines’ commanding officer. They asserted their claims under a provision of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, a federal law that permits victims to sue U.S.-designated state sponsors of terrorism. The Syrian government ignored the lawsuit. By failing to appear, it defaulted in the case. Syria also was ordered to pay $2.5 million in compensation to Cathleen Colvin and $11,836 in funeral expenses. The amount of compensatory damages remains to be determined."

"A targeted murder of an American citizen, whose courageous work was not only important, but vital to our understanding of warzones and of wars generally, is outrageous, and therefore a punitive damages award that multiples [multiplies?] the impact on the responsible state is warranted."

"It's highly unlikely that Syria will pay the judgment. In a 2016 interview with NBC News, Bashar Assad shrugged off Colvin's death: "It's a war and she came illegally to Syria. She worked with the terrorists, and because she came illegally, she's been responsible of everything that befall on her."

He said he remembers selecting three other photos that appear on the page but not the offensive image."

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
