Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit.Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system.  Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

November 9, 2018

Amazing how the very best in humanity often emerges after the very worst.  CBS News reports:

"The Jewish nurse who treated Pittsburgh synagogue shooter Robert Bowers when he arrived at the hospital is telling his side of the story, CBS Pittsburgh reported, saying he acted upon love and "didn't see evil." Ari Mahler's Facebook post has been shared more than 128,000 times since it was published Saturday evening. In his powerful post, Mahler said he was singled out because of his faith as a child and notes reading "Die Jew. Love, Hitler" were stuffed in his locker at school."

Despite the above, this most remarkable man rose to the occasion:

"Mahler now works as a trauma nurse and was at Allegheny General Hospital when Bowers was wheeled into the emergency room, yelling, "Death to all Jews." It was moments after Bowers' shooting rampage Oct. 27 where he killed 11 people. "To be honest, I didn't see evil when I looked into Robert Bowers' eyes. All I saw was a clear lack of depth, intelligence and palpable amounts of confusion," Mahler wrote. Mahler says Bowers thanked him for saving him, showing him kindness and treating him the same way he would treat any other patient."

Police also rose to the occasion.  Could have summarily executed the bastard.  Did not.  Deferred to the system of justice.

"This was the same Robert Bowers that just committed mass homicide. The Robert Bowers who instilled panic in my heart worrying my parents were two of his 11 victims less than an hour before his arrival," Mahler wrote.

"I am The Jewish Nurse. Yes, that Jewish Nurse. The same one that people are talking about in the Pittsburgh shooting...
Posted by Ari Mahler on Saturday, November 3, 2018"

Remarkably, brilliantly astute, profoundly insightful:

"Mahler says he doesn't think Bowers knew he was Jewish and he chose not to say anything and to show him empathy because he wanted Bowers to feel compassion. "I felt that the best way to honor his victims was for a Jew to prove him wrong," Mahler said. Mahler ended his post by saying his actions came from love. "Love. That's why I did it ... Love as an action is more powerful than words, and love in the face of evil gives others hope," Mahler wrote. "It demonstrates humanity. It reaffirms why we're all here. ... I could care less what Robert Bowers thinks, but you, the person reading this, love is the only message I wish instill in you. If my actions mean anything, love means everything."

Think not?

Here's another stunning example of exceptionally rare, remarkable compassion.  NBC News reports:

"Ever since patrons and community members found out in mid-October that Stella Chhan was ill, they have been arriving at Donut City in Seal Beach, south of Los Angeles, to buy donuts by the dozen. The intent is to allow John Chhan to close his Southern California shop early each day so he can spend time with Stella, his wife."

Imagine that.

"Dawn Caviola, 58, has been a regular of Donut City for the past 13 years — visiting twice a month with her daughter. But during her most recent visit she found out that John Chhan, 62, was maintaining the shop on his own because Stella Chhan, 63, had suffered an aneurysm in late September and was recovering at a rehabilitation center. "I went home and I just couldn't get it out of my head," Caviola told NBC News on Saturday. "They are just such hardworking people." Caviola decided to write a blog post on the private community network, Nextdoor, to urge local residents to help. "I have never done anything like that before but I just thought if everyone can just buy a dozen doughnuts, it might help him out. I didn't think it would become this big," she said. The blog post said that if they managed to buy out his inventory for the day, Chann could leave early to spend time with his wife."

The public certainly rose to the occasion:

"The post immediately went viral on social media and Facebook — in part because the doughnut shop is considered an institution in the area. For the past 28 years, the couple and their baker have gotten to the shop at 2 a.m. PT every day to bake the doughnuts. They then open to the community by 4:30 a.m., seven days a week. It's a routine they've more or less kept to since opening the store in 1990, a decade after the husband and wife arrived in the U.S. as refugees from Cambodia."

... Think the President would approve?

"Marc Loopesko, a resident of Seal Beach for 22 years, has been frequenting the shop for nearly two decades. He was one of the hundreds of locals who saw the post and decided to take action. "[Donut City] has always been a local, convenient place for when I had a doughnut urge," he said. Loopesko decided that in addition to buying doughnuts, the community could offer the idea of starting a GoFundMe page for the Chhans but the shop owner politely declined, saying that he would rather have extra time with his wife."

Amazing, isn't it?

"Caviola said she wanted to help give him that. "People can just do a simple thing for their neighbors," she said. "There are people who don't even eat sugar who are buying doughnuts from Mr. Chhan and giving them out to strangers."

How about that?  ... Think compassion might be contagious?

"On Saturday morning, John Chhan was preparing to close his shop by 8:30 a.m. "We sold everything already," he told NBC News. "I feel very warm and very happy. Thank you to everyone." Chhan also said that his wife was recovering well and he hopes to have her back in the shop shortly. "She is a lot better," he said. "She can speak now and she is learning how to eat again."

See, we can do better.  Far better.  Certainly, not impossible.

While the war in Afghanistan has no end in sight, the following speaks for itself and the men and women who have served, fought, and died there.  NBC News reports:

"An Afghan military officer has written a moving open letter to the wife and seven children of a Utah mayor who was killed while serving in the country, describing him as “an inspiring man who loved you all.” Maj. Abdul Rahman Rahmani, a special mission pilot and U.S. Marine Corps University graduate, penned a tribute to Maj. Brent Taylor, a Utah National Guardsman fatally shot on Saturday. “I gained a great deal of knowledge from him and I am a better person for having met him,” Rahmani wrote in a message posted on Twitter.

"Taylor was killed in an apparent “insider attack” by a member of the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces he was helping to train in Kabul. The assailant was subsequently killed by other Afghan forces. Taylor’s body was flown back to the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware overnight. The 39-year-old was also the mayor of North Ogden, Utah. He leaves behind his wife, Jennie, and seven children aged 11 months to 13 years.

“He died on our soil but he died for the success of freedom and democracy in both our countries,” Rahmani wrote. “I want you all to know that Afghans feel extreme sorrow and pain over the loss of your husband and father … please don’t think that the violent act that took his life is representative of us or our sentiments toward Americans.”

    "Dear Mrs. Taylor,
Maj Taylor was my friend. I wrote this letter for his family.
I hope this little contribution eases your pain.

"Note: this letter was sent to his physical add by one my American mentors. I tried to email too but I failed to find her email. pic.twitter.com/28nH7o4W6D
    — Abdul Rahman Rahmani (@rahmanrahmanee) November 5, 2018"

It is those left behind who are indeed left to endure the pain:

"After receiving her husband’s body early Tuesday, Jennie Taylor urged Americans to vote, saying it “seems only fitting” he had “come home to U.S. soil in a flag-draped casket on our election day.” “It is a timeless and cherished honor to serve in our country's armed services,” she said. “The price of freedom surely feels incredibly high to all of us who know and love our individual soldier. But the value of freedom is immeasurable to all who know and love America and all that she represents.”

Consider this:

"Rahmani, who learned to fly at Fort Rucker in Alabama and was trained by U.S. forces, said he had learned about American cultural values from Taylor. “Here, a woman cannot express herself fully, either inside or outside the house. Here, most families treat children unfairly,” Rahmani wrote. “Let me admit that, before I met Brent, even I did not think that women and men should be treated equally. Your husband taught me to love my wife Hamida as an equal and treat my children as treasured gifts, to be a better father, to be a better husband and to be a better man.” “I flew missions with him,” the pilot added. “He was an inspiring man who loved you all.”

The following is an example of enlightened policing.  Step in the right direction.  ABC News reports:

"A South Florida police officer recently displayed his musical prowess while responding to a 911 call of an elderly man who had suffered from a bad fall. The Pembroke Pines Police officer of six years, who requested to be identified as only Officer Hernandez, told ABC News he sat down at the piano for the man's overwhelmed daughter. Hernandez, 30, was participating in a community patrol in Spring Valley last month when he heard a 911 call come in over the radio. Once he got to the home, he discovered that not only had the man in his 90s fallen, but his health was "doing really bad" in general, he said. "I guess that's why I did the whole piano thing," Hernandez said, adding that he could tell the man's daughter, who is in her 60s, was "struggling with her elderly parents." Hernandez then pointed to the white baby grand piano in the family's home, asking if they would mind if he played."

Imagine that.  Stunning act of remarkable enlightenment that went well beyond the call of duty.

"And we started jamming out" to songs like Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger," Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" as well as some classical and jazz music for about 10 minutes, Hernandez said. A firefighter on the scene recorded a video as others in the room sang along. And it turns out, Hernandez's method to calm the situation worked. Shortly after he started playing, the couple's daughter, who the piano belongs to, then stood to Hernandez's right and accompanied him with some duet work, he said. Hernandez, who is the lead pianist at his church, began playing around the age of 6, he said. The Miami Lakes resident is self-taught and also plays the guitar and drums. Depending on the type of call, he'll often ask permission to play when spotting musical instruments around a home, he said. "It usually makes people feel better," Hernandez said. "They see a police officer in uniform perform something cool, they get all excited."

Puts them at ease.  At a time of enormous stress.

"While Hernandez has not paid much attention to the praise he's getting on social media after the police department posted the video to its Facebook page, he said he's happy the video is promoting law enforcement in a positive light. "It definitely helps that people have a better view of our purpose," he said. "...We're human. We have talents. We have family. We're just like everyone else, but doing a job that no one likes to do."

If all cops had the attitude of this officer, we certainly would not have all the problems, abuse, needless violence we currently have in law enforcement.  This officer is a breath of fresh air.  Most valuable addition to the community.

The following is horrendous.  Unbearable for surviving officers.  Nightmare that never goes away.  ABC News reports:

"A 23-year-old sheriff's deputy died after her car became trapped in rising floodwaters during a storm near Houston Wednesday night. Loren Vasquez was responding to a water rescue call when she drove through a flooded road, causing her car to become airborne and land upside down in a water-filled ditch, the Waller County Sheriff's Office said Thursday."

Imagine having to deal with the impossible:

"Harrowing dispatch audio captured her fellow officers' struggle to reach her inside the car to rescue her. "I’ve got no way to get to her," one officer says in the dispatch audio. "I can’t get the doors open," an officer at the scene says with desperation in his voice. "I’ve broken a window but I can’t get the doors open ... I can't make contact with her."

This is an engineering issue that needs to be resolved by manufacturers.  Has to be a fail-safe way to unlock a door in an emergency or some other way to quickly gain access into a vehicle.  Certainly, not the first time this has been a problem.  Unfortunately, likely not the last.  This has to change.

"CPR in progress," an officer later reports. After Vasquez was rescued, she was taken to Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital, where she later died, the sheriff's office said. Vasquez began her career with the sheriff’s office in May 2018, the department said. "She had just completed her 20-week Field Training Program and had been on patrol as a single deputy unit for only three nights at the time of her death," the department said in a statement."

Great future cut short.  In the prime of life.  Horrendous loss to both the community and law enforcement.

"She lived in Waller County with her parents and younger brother, the sheriff's office said. Vasquez was also a local volunteer firefighter, the sheriff's office said. Her colleagues are left grieving her death."

Their inability to get into the car has to be tearing them apart.  Needs to be a design change, something to facilitate quick access into a vehicle in an emergency.  Engineers need to work on this.  Has to be a creative way to solve this problem.

Here's what not to do in a restaurant.  Long arm of the law will certainly catch up with an idiot.  LOL.  ... Rightfully, so.  ABC News reports:

"Police in Tennessee say a half-naked woman fell twice through a restaurant's ceiling and landed in its kitchen."

Somehow, some way lost her pants in the process.

"News outlets report 26-year-old Harley C. Morton was arrested Tuesday on charges including trespassing and disorderly conduct."

Imagine that.  What the hell was the idiot doing in the ceiling?

"A Kingsport police report says a Cook Out employee called 911 when the naked bottom half of a woman dropped through the ceiling tiles."

Surprise, surprise.  LOL.

"It says a responding officer found her wallet with her ID on the restaurant's roof. Police say she may have got into the ceiling through an air conditioning unit."

... Not talking to officers?  LOL.

"It says Morton fell through the ceiling again while the officer was on the roof. It says she landed on the floor and was arrested by other officers. It's unclear if she has a lawyer."

Twice?  Twice?  LOL.  Nothing like good police teamwork to finally catch the perpetrator.  Joke aside, she'll need a lawyer.

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all?  If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

"Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

"Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

"Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

"Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised?  Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff?  Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up.  Ever.

"Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

"Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for?

"You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk."

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred thirty three weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred thirty three weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred thirty three weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Increasingly difficult to tell the difference between law enforcement and the criminal element.  CBS News reports:

"The police chief of a suburban Chicago park district has been accused of videotaping sexual encounters with women and sharing explicit images without their consent. Christian Daigre is chief of the Chicago Heights Park District police. He is charged with non-consensual dissemination of a private sexual image, intimidation and possession of a controlled substance.

"We have charged the Chief of Police of the Chicago Heights Park Dist w multiple counts of distributing sexually explicit images & threatening a witness after victims contacted CPD. Allegations are egregious & if proven, a disgraceful abuse of power & trust from police & community pic.twitter.com/UveqzKNh9O
    — Anthony Guglielmi (@AJGuglielmi) October 31, 2018"

How does this go on in 2018 when there is such an intense spotlight, enormous pressure on law enforcement?  How could this guy delusionally believe he could get away with it?

"Prosecutors allege Daigre met the two women, 24 and 43, on online dating sites in 2016, according to the Daily Southtown. His bedroom in an apartment in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood was equipped with cameras in the ceiling, which were used to videotape the sexual encounters. Prosecutors say Daigre then texted sexually explicit still images of the women, without their consent, to another person, the paper reports."

Wasn't this guy properly vetted before becoming chief?

"The two women reportedly notified police last month when they learned the images were disseminated. The 40-year-old Daigre is also accused of trying to threaten a witness. Both the person who received the text message with the explicit images and one of the victims received threatening text messages, the paper reports. One of the messages threatened that if the women didn't drop her charges, she should expect a lawsuit, "or worse," prosecutors reportedly said. Daigre surrendered to police on Monday. Bond was set at $25,000 on Wednesday, which he posted and was released. He had been placed on administrative leave, the paper reports."

Why is this son of a bitch free on bail?  Presents an exigent threat to the community.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

More trouble in paradise.  CBS News reports:

"Authorities are investigating the death of a Ferguson protester's son as a suicide, although a message on social media posted by his mother has sparked assertions that it was a lynching. Melissa McKinnies, who was active in the St. Louis suburb after the fatal police shooting of Michael Brown in 2014, posted the Facebook message, saying "They lynched my baby." The message, which was later removed, began trending on social media sites such as Twitter and Reddit, causing people online and in the community to press officials for more answers about the death of 24-year-old Danye Jones. In a message posted early Tuesday, McKinnies says she is "sick with grief but ready to get up and fight for my baby." McKinnies found his body on October 17 hanging from a tree in the backyard of their home in Spanish Lake, in St. Louis County, reports CBS St. Louis affiliate KMOV-TV."

Think there aren't unanswered questions?

"A police report lists "suicide" as the nature of the investigation. McKinnies says Jones had bruises on his face. McKinnies and police say there was a chair near the body. The posting showed pictures of McKinnies' son hanging from what appeared to be bed sheets. Family members told KMOV the sheets used to hang him didn't come from their house and the knots used to tie the sheets were advanced. They said they don't believe Jones would have been capable of making those knots."

Think there shouldn't be an outside investigation to resolve these issues?

"The medical examiner's determination of the cause of death could take several weeks. Administrator Suzanne McCune said the office doesn't issue preliminary findings. McKinnies told KMOV she wants police to continue investigating her son's death. "A mother knows her child. He was not suicidal at all, at all," she said. She added that Jones wasn't depressed and was in the process of starting a real estate business. "He was in good spirits," said McKinnies. "Saying that he committed suicide, no, you're going to respect him," McKinnies said."

Consider the following:

"She told KMOV she believes there's more to the story. "What it appears to be to us is that somebody took my son," she said. McKinnies told KMOV she thinks her family is being targeted. In the last two months, they've been getting death threats through social media and those threats recently showed up at her doorstep. "They watched my house and when my husband and my son would approach the car, they would drive off," said McKinnies. She also said she's never reported the threats to police "because we felt like we had this, you know…" said McKinnies."

That's nuts.  Should have been reported if there were indeed threats made.  Would have certainly provided far more credibility then, than now well after the fact.

"When asked by KMOV how she could link those threats to her activism over the Brown shooting, McKinnies she said she didn't want to get into details until a scheduled family news conference Thursday. In addition, a rally in support of Jones was scheduled for Thursday outside the St. Louis County Justice Center in Clayton, Missouri."

Why not?  Should have let it rip.  Especially, since law enforcement lies like hell.  With virtual impunity.  More exposure of this the better.

"The Rev. Darryl Gray, a leading St. Louis activist who's met with McKinnies several times since her son's death, confirmed McKinnies' Facebook posting. Gray said it was Facebook, not McKinnies, who took it down. McKinnies was among thousands who took to the streets in Ferguson, Missouri, after Brown's death on Aug. 9, 2014. Brown, a black and unarmed 18-year-old, was fatally shot by white officer Darren Wilson during a street confrontation. Wilson was not charged and later resigned, but the shooting led to months of protests and helped give rise to the Black Lives Matter movement."

No justice.  Murderous officers nearly always skate.

"Gray said he was unaware of any evidence indicating foul play. But he said McKinnies and other activists from Ferguson are often harassed and threatened via text and social media."

Precisely, why all this needs to be immediately reported.  Not sat on.  For whatever the reason.

"She believes (Jones' death) was meant as a message to her," Gray said."

May be.  May be not.  Needs to be an outside investigation to determine the truth.  Especially, considering the political climate there and elsewhere throughout our formerly great country.

"Police continue to investigate the deaths of two prominent Ferguson protesters, both of whom were found killed inside of torched vehicles - DeAndre Joshua in November 2014 and Darren Seals in September 2016."

Fox guarding the chicken coop.  No justice.  Certainly, not in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

In follow up, CBS News reports:

"A grieving Missouri mother whose 24-year-old son was found dead hanging from a tree over two weeks ago continued to press St. Louis County police to investigate the death as a murder instead of a suicide. Melissa McKinnies addressed whoever may be connected to Danye Jones' death as she spoke to reporters Thursday. "If you're out there, and you had something to do with my son's, my child's, death, the murder, the lynching of Danye ... Jones, you better start turning in on your folks," McKinnies said. Relatives found Jones hanging by a bedsheet from a tree behind the family's Spanish Lake home on Oct. 17. St. Louis County police spokesman Shawn McGuire said Thursday that there were no signs of struggle or trauma to the body. "Detectives, based on all the physical evidence and the current thorough investigation, they are investigating it as a suicide," McGuire said in an email."

No longer.

Prosecutors continue to drag their feet.  Finally, some action well after the fact.  CBS News reports:

"The white Virginia police officer who shot a fleeing suspect in the back last year was indicted by a grand jury Thursday on charges of aggravated malicious wounding and related gun charge, reports CBS affiliate WTKR. The Virginian-Pilot obtained body cam video showing the October 2017 police encounter in which rookie Portsmouth Officer Jeremy Durocher shot and wounded 18-year-old Deontrace Ward, who is black. Authorities described Ward as an armed burglary suspect. If convicted, Durocher faces up to life in prison, reports the Virginian-Pilot. Authorities say the shooting occurred as police responded to a burglary call in a residential neighborhood in the southeast Virginia city. Ward was seen on video running away as Durocher opened fire."

No exigent threat to the officer.  The suspect was running the other way.

"Durocher's attorney, Nicholas Renninger, said in April Ward was a clear danger because he was armed. In the video, Durocher can be heard yelling, "He has a gun!" "He had it flying like, towards me," Durocher is heard saying after he opens fire. But Ward told the newspaper in April he never pulled his gun. Police said they found a loaded handgun, but it was in Ward's pant leg."

Durocher is a gutless liar.

"I was just pretty much trying to get away. Showing no aggression," Ward said. "I feel he shot for no reason."

Apparently, to get his cookies off.

"Ward took a plea agreement in June and was sentenced to six years in prison on burglary charges."

Didn't deserve to be shot in the back, -- running the other way.

"The law does not afford police officers the luxury of shooting first and asking questions later. The evidence in this case will show that Officer Durocher had no legal authority whatsoever to shoot this young man in the back,"  S.W. Dawson, Ward's attorney, said in a statement to WTKR. "What's nearly worse, this officer's explanation of why he did what he did doesn't match up with the facts."

There are certainly times when an officer has to shoot.  This, clearly, was not one of them.

"Lt. B.K. Hall, a Portsmouth police spokesman, wouldn't comment on Durocher's employment status to the paper on Thursday, calling it a personnel matter. In a statement released to WTKR, Portsmouth police chief Tonya Chapman said "although this decision directly impacts the members of the Portsmouth Police Department, we will allow the criminal justice system to run its course. We look forward to seeing justice from the citizens of Portsmouth for Deontrace Ward."

You and your jackbooted bastards don't work for yourselves, Lt. Hall, Chief Chapman.  You work for the public that pays your salaries.  Suffers your abuse.

"Dawson told the paper he plans to file suit in coming weeks against Durocher and possibly the city."

Need to do precisely that.  -- The only thing the jackbooted bastards and their handlers truly understand.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation. Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for?

You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

More trouble in criminal jackbooted bastard in blue paradise.  CBS News reports:

"Seven more people have had their drug convictions dismissed after convincing prosecutors and a judge that they were framed by a disgraced former Chicago Police sergeant. Since 2016, at least 50 people convicted in cases investigated by former Sgt. Ronald Watts and officers under his command have been exonerated. On Friday, a Cook County judge overturned the convictions of six men and one woman. All said they had drugs planted on them or were otherwise framed by Watts and his crew."

One of the reasons the law enforcement community cannot be trusted.

"Dozens of men and women have said Watts and his team terrorized them in or near the former Ida B. Wells housing project in Bronzeville between 2003 and 2008, CBS Chicago reports. Prosecutors have said Watts and the officers under his command routinely planted evidence and fabricated charges in order to further their own gun and drug trade. Watts and another officer pleaded guilty in 2013 to stealing money from an FBI informant posing as a drug dealer. Watts admitted to routinely extorting money from drug dealers, and was sentenced to 22 months in prison."

Nowhere near enough.  The bastard got what amounted to a free ride.

"In September, 18 men were exonerated of drug charges brought by Watts and his officers, and another man was cleared soon after, reports CBS Chicago. Those 19 men returned to court on Friday to receive their official certificates of innocence. Many of those who have had their convictions overturned said they faced significant challenges even after they finished serving time in prison, the station reports. "It prevented me from doing a lot; a job. I'm 42, and I haven't worked a day in my life," said Vondell Wilbourn, who was twice framed by Watts, in 2004 and 2005."

Need to be fairly compensated.  No question, an enormous cancer in the law enforcement community:

"The Conviction Integrity Unit in the office of Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx is still working on dozens of cases tied to Watts, trying to determine if any other convictions were the result of frame-ups. Defense attorneys have asked for dozens of convictions to be overturned."

In follow up to an earlier edition here and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A jury has convicted the husband of a former sheriff's deputy for the strangulation death of a man the couple had confronted outside a Houston-area Denny's restaurant. Jurors on Monday found Terry Thompson guilty of murder. The conviction comes after a judge declared a mistrial in June at Thompson's first trial. Jurors deliberated more than 26 hours over three days, but couldn't reach a verdict. The incident began after Thompson confronted Hernandez about urinating in the parking lot of the Denny's in Sheldon in May 2017.  Prosecutors argued Thompson wanted to kill 24-year-old John Hernandez and kept him in a chokehold after he stopped resisting."

Amazing, it's already well over a year since the murder and the former deputy herself has yet to be tried for the murder.  Why the delay?

"Thompson's attorneys countered that he was only defending himself after being punched. They insisted Thompson kept Hernandez subdued only until he stopped resisting. A waitress who witnessed the altercation told CBS affiliate KHOU at the time that she and her manager begged Thompson to stop choking the victim after he turned purple. Cellphone video recorded by a bystander shows a man who appears to be Terry Thompson lying on top of Hernandez. The medical examiner ruled Hernandez, 24, died from strangulation and chest compression."

What's so goddamned astounding about this case is the bottom line.  -- The sad sick fact the guy got murdered for taking a leak in a parking lot.  That's nuts.

"Thompson's wife, Chauna Thompson, helped restrain Hernandez and is also charged with murder. She was later fired by the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Her trial is set for April."

Again, why the delay?  The victim is essentially murdered for taking a leak, -- and justice grinds on.

"Terry Thompson's trial moved to its punishment phase on Tuesday, after which jurors are expected to deliberate a sentence. The first of what's expected to be several days of testimony began Tuesday. Thompson faces up to life in prison."

Think the following justice?  Sufficient?  NPR reports:

"The hotel chain Motel 6 has agreed to pay $7.6 million dollars to settle a class-action lawsuit after multiple Motel 6 locations gave guest lists to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. Sharing those lists led to arrests and deportations of an as-yet-unknown number of hotel guests. The settlement deal was tentatively reached in July but details were not public until this week. The agreement, which still needs to be approved by a federal judge, calls for Motel 6 to pay money directly to affected guests and also impose tighter controls over private information. Motel 6 has acknowledged the guest lists were given to authorities but denied that senior management was aware of the practice. As of last fall, the company said it had called for all locations to stop sharing guest lists with ICE."

Too little, too late.  Damage already done.

"News of the practice first broke last September when the Phoenix New Times investigated two corporate-owned Motel 6 locations in Phoenix. One anonymous hotel clerk told the alt weekly, "We send a report every morning to ICE — all the names of everybody that comes in ... we do the audit and we push a button and it sends it to ICE."

Goddamned fascist police-state.

"With all of these cases we looked at, the person didn't have any outstanding warrant," Antonia Farzan, one of the New Times reporters, told NPR. "There weren't any complaints. There was no sign that they were violating other laws while they were staying at the motel. "In other words, they weren't bothering anybody. They had paid to rent a room. So it's hard to see what problem it was causing for the motel to have them as a customer."

No question.  F--king right.  No excuse for forwarding private information to the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.

"A few months later, officials in Washington State said that six Motel 6 locations in the Puget Sound region admitted to the same guest-list sharing practice, which violates consumer protection laws. "The hotel turned over the guest list of everybody staying at the hotel. So thousands of individuals had their names turned over to ICE," Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson told NPR in January. "And according to our interviews with employees at Motel 6, ICE agents would circle the names that looked Latino sounding and ran those names through a database and then would detain individuals based on those random checks."

F--king racists.

"Washington State filed a lawsuit against Motel 6 that is still pending."

Imagine that.

"The new settlement deal would resolve a separate class-action lawsuit, filed in Phoenix in January on behalf of affected guests. The lawsuit alleges that disclosing guests' personal information to immigration authorities was a "corporate policy" that violated customers' rights to privacy (as well as Motel 6's own privacy policy) and discriminated on the basis of race, by targeting Latinos. The settlement agreement doesn't include any admission of wrongdoing, and Motel 6 continues to deny that it had any illegal policies."

Why weren't these Motel 6 criminal bastards prosecuted?  To say nothing of jackbooted ICE bastards trafficking in illegally provided customer information?

"Motel 6 has said the sharing of the guest lists was "implemented at the local level" without senior management's knowledge. Ferguson, the Washington state attorney general, was skeptical of that local-practice claim when he spoke to NPR in January. "I asked my team to investigate. And we now know what ... Motel 6 said back in September [2017] was not true," he said. "It's far more widespread than they allowed the public to believe."

Then, why the hell didn't you criminally prosecute them?  Why not?

In follow up to the last edition, NBC News reports:

"Jacob Wohl, a former hedge fund manager turned pro-Trump conspiracy peddler, was a small-time but persistent figure on the far-right for the past two years. Then came the revelation of his apparent involvement as a central character in a bizarre plot to smear special counsel Robert Mueller. Now the FBI has been asked to investigate the alleged scheme, and Wohl may achieve the notoriety he’s been chasing for years."

How about a prison cell?

"The details of that plot to discredit Mueller were revealed on Tuesday, when journalists reported receiving suspicious emails from a woman claiming she had been offered money to fabricate accusations of sexual misconduct against the special prosecutor investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election. NBC News traced a document outlining the Mueller allegations to a company whose website and telephone were registered to Wohl and his family."

Couldn't be, could it?  LOL.

"Wohl, a self-described “Trumpenomics expert,” was perhaps best known on the internet for his dispatches from “hipster coffee shops” where Democrats supposedly secretly disclosed their love for the president. But as a writer on conspiracy sites, with 178,000 Twitter followers along for the ride, Wohl also earned a place among President Donald Trump’s most ardent and trolly online defenders. He was the first to tease that allegations were coming against Mueller, tweeting early Tuesday: “Several media sources tell me that a scandalous story about Mueller is breaking tomorrow. Should be interesting. Stay tuned!"

This idiot has his head securely lodged up his ass.  None of this adds up, but did get the attention of Mueller who passed it on to the FBI.

"Those allegations, called “very credible,” by Wohl, were dropped hours later in a dossier on Gateway Pundit, a far-right, often inaccurate website for which Wohl writes. That dossier seems to have been written by Surefire Intelligence — the company tagline for the self-described “private intel agency” appears on the header of each page, and at least one woman has come forward with an email signed by an agent of Surefire, asking her for allegations against Mueller in exchange for money. Wohl denied any connection to Surefire Intelligence, telling NBC News: “I don't have any involvement in any investigations of any kind. I'm not quite that cool.” But Surefire Intelligence is linked to Wohl in numerous ways, including domain records and a company phone that redirects to a number registered to Wohl’s mother."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"Wohl, 20, has a history of schemes. He was once billed as a teenage financial guru, but his penchant for lying — about his success and credentials — cut his investment career short and attracted investigations by government and industry regulators."

Apparently, precisely why Mueller passed on what he had on this latest alleged scheme to the FBI.  ... Would fit right in with the Trump nazi though, wouldn't he?  LOL.

"Now, faced with allegations that he created a fake intelligence company to fabricate harassment accusations against Mueller, Wohl seems to be digging in with a new conspiracy theory, invented just for him. “Someone inside Mueller’s office likely sent out the hoax email claiming to be a woman offered payment to make an accusation against Mueller!” Wohl tweeted Wednesday. “They know that Mueller’s real victims are coming forward! Tick tock…”

Think this young charlatan won't wind up with his ass in prison?  Be interesting to see how the FBI handles this.  Stay tuned.

NBC News reports:

"Jacob Wohl, a pro-Trump fan of conspiracy theories, and Jack Burkman, a conservative lobbyist and radio host, stood in front of a half-full room of reporters and activists at a D.C.-area Holiday Inn Thursday to detail their allegations of sexual misconduct against Robert Mueller, the special counsel probing Russian interference in the 2016 election. The woman who they said has made those allegations, a Los Angeles native in her 30s, was slated to attend the news conference and give her own account. But, Wohl said, she feared for her life and on arriving in Washington, "panicked and boarded a flight to another location." Burkman promised she would appear at another news conference in the near future."

Think so?  LOL.

"Wohl and Burkman took turns speaking at the podium, detailing the allegations, complimenting each other, and defending their professional records against charges of conspiracy peddling and political bias."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  LOL.

"The conference was streamed by several reporters in the room. A pickup truck parked in the lot outside by one of the activists in attendance carried a giant inflatable rat wearing a blond Trump toupee."

LOL.  ... Comic relief.  These f--kers are idiots.

"Earlier this week, several journalists reported on Twitter that they had received suspicious emails from a woman claiming someone had offered to pay her for making sexual misconduct allegations against Mueller. The journalists said those offers had come from SureFire Intelligence, a company NBC News connected to Jacob Wohl through telephone and domain records. Their claims were later bolstered by a second woman who came forward with an email offering similar payments in exchange for smearing Mueller, signed by a SureFire agent. Burkman opened the news conference by addressing the controversy. "None of this is true," Burkman said of the allegations he and Wohl had been involved in a plot. "There were no offers of payment, there was no wrongdoing, there was no bribery, there was nothing illegal or untoward or unethical that took place here," Wohl said."

That right?  LOL.

"The special counsel's office asked the FBI to investigate the matter last week, after learning of the alleged plot to smear Mueller."

Precisely, why it's covered here and elsewhere, -- despite strong ongoing reservations.

"When Wohl and Burkman opened the floor to questions, the assembled reporters were unrestrained. Wohl was asked about his political bias, specifically for his tweets attacking Mueller, including one where he wrote the special counsel should be sent to Guantanamo Bay. Wohl said his personal opinion had no effect on his professional handling of the investigation. Other reporters questioned 20-year-old Wohl's experience in the intelligence gathering business and why he had lied to reporters days earlier when he denied having any part in the investigation. Burkman responded, calling Wohl "a child prodigy who has eclipsed Mozart." At one point, Will Sommer from The Daily Beast said, "No one is discounting [the woman's] account. We didn't know her name until 20 minutes ago. We're questioning both you two very un-credible people."

You think?  LOL.

"NBC News has elected not to publish the woman's name because she has not gone public, and because of concerns about Wohl and Burkman's credibility."

You think?  Yet, this matter was referred to the FBI by Mueller, precisely why there is continued interest.

"As the hour they had booked was almost up, Burkman announced he would take one more question. Someone from the back shouted, "Are you both prepared for federal prison?"

"No we are not," Burkman answered."

Need to be.

Saudi debacle continues. The Washington Post reports:

"Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman described slain journalist Jamal Khashoggi as a dangerous Islamist days after his disappearance in a phone call with President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner and national security adviser John Bolton, according to people familiar with the discussion. In the call, which occurred before the kingdom publicly acknowledged killing Khashoggi, the crown prince urged Kushner and Bolton to preserve the U.S.-Saudi alliance and said the journalist was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, a group long opposed by Bolton and other senior Trump officials."

The Saudi Crown Prince is a liar.  Not only that, a disingenuous hypocrite:

"The attempt to criticize Khashoggi in private stands in contrast to the Saudi government’s later public statements decrying the journalist’s death as a “terrible mistake” and a “terrible tragedy.” “The incident that happened is very painful, for all Saudis,” the crown prince, the kingdom’s de facto leader, said during a panel discussion last week. “The incident is not justifiable.” The Saudi ambassador to the United States, Khalid bin Salman, described Khashoggi last month as a “friend” who dedicated “a great portion of his life to serve his country.”

Saudis certainly don't speak with one voice, do they?

"In a statement released to The Washington Post, Khashoggi’s family called the characterization of the columnist as dangerous Islamist inaccurate. “Jamal Khashoggi was not a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. He denied such claims repeatedly over the past several years,” the family said. “Jamal Khashoggi was not a dangerous person in any way possible. To claim otherwise would be ridiculous.” A person familiar with the discussion said Bolton did not signal he endorsed the crown prince’s characterization of Khashoggi during the call."

Imagine that.

"A Saudi official on Wednesday denied that the crown prince made the allegations, saying “routine calls do exist from time to time” with the young leader and top U.S. officials, but “no such commentary was conveyed.”

Someone's lying.  Guess who.

"Saudi Arabia has faced international condemnation for its shifting accounts of Khashoggi’s Oct. 2 disappearance at the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul. The kingdom initially said Khashoggi walked out of the consulate unharmed, then announced Saudi agents accidentally killed him in a fistfight and more recently said it had evidence his killing was “premeditated.” Analysts said the crown prince’s efforts to discredit Khashoggi in private suggested a two-faced attempt at damage control. “This is character assassination added to premeditated murder,” said Bruce Riedel, a former CIA official and scholar at the Brookings Institution."

Not surprisingly, Trump and his henchmen are not forthcoming with information:

"The White House declined to discuss sensitive conversations with the Saudis or to say how many phone calls the crown prince and Kushner have had since Khashoggi’s disappearance. The two men have had multiple discussions, according to people familiar with the matter, but the most recent call with Bolton and Kushner happened on Oct. 9. Officials spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive topic."

Think so?  Or, did they do so to insulate themselves from the wrath of the Trump nazi?

"Khashoggi’s family said Jamal’s views were much more nuanced than those described by Saudi officials. “Although he sympathized with certain objectives of the Muslim Brotherhood, he also sharply disagreed with many of their positions, especially toward Saudi Arabia,” the family said in its statement. Saudi Arabia severed relations with Qatar last year, charging among other things it harbored Muslim Brotherhood “terrorists.” Although the Saudis maintained a cordial relationship with the Brotherhood for decades after its founding in Egypt as an Islamist political and social movement, Riyadh declared it a terrorist organization after the upheavals of the Arab Spring."

Corporate greed run amok.  NPR reports:

"The pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co. Inc. is ending a six-year agreement to supply a lifesaving vaccine for children in West Africa. At the same time, the company has started sending the vaccine to China, where it will likely be sold for a much higher price. The vaccine is for a deadly form of diarrhea, called rotavirus, which kills about 200,000 young children and babies each year. Merck's decision means it will fall short of its commitment to supply its rotavirus vaccine, RotaTeq, to four low-income countries in 2018 and 2019, according to Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. By 2020, the company will completely stop delivering its vaccine."

Unbridled corporate greed:

"In April, Merck's agent in China received approval to start selling the vaccine there, where the price per dose will likely be more than 10 times the amount Gavi pays for the vaccine for low-income countries. As a result of Merck's decision, more than a half-million children in West Africa may not receive the vaccine in 2018 and 2019, Gavi told NPR in an email. And more than 2 million may go without the vaccination in 2020."

Trump nazi distortion of reality and lies continue unabated.  ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump's latest campaign ad featuring an immigrant who was convicted of killing police officers is being criticized as racist and drawing parallels to another controversial commercial that seemed to play on the same fears 30 years ago. Luis Bracamontes is a Mexican immigrant who was sentenced to the death penalty in April after being convicted of killing two California sheriff's deputies in 2014. Bracamontes' penchant for curse-laden rants about killing cops got him expelled from the courtroom and earned him a place in one of Trump's campaign ads in January. Trump's latest ad featuring Bracamontes uses video of him in court with text overlays that say he “killed our people!” and claims that “Democrats let him into our country” and “Democrats let him stay.” That's followed by footage of people who appear to be part of a migrant caravan pushing down gates, along with another immigrant’s interview and his alleged history of attempted murder. Text then appears asking: “Who else would Democrats let in?” The ad offers no evidence for claims that Democrats let Bracamontes, who was deported twice, into the country. The ad was released on Oct. 31, just six days before the midterms. It was also released on the same day that the Trump administration announced it would be increasing the number of U.S. troops at the southern border from just over 5,000 to 10,000 or 15,000 to deal with the migrant caravan Trump has repeatedly claimed qualifies as an invasion."

There is no invasion.  Trump remains no more than a congenital liar in the mold of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

"Kim Fridkin, a political science professor at Arizona State University who specializes in negative ads, said Trump's latest offering "is playing to racial fears of 'the other.'" "He's portraying immigrants as criminals basically, so in that way, I think it has racial undertones or overtones," Fridkin said. Mo Elleithee, the executive director of Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Service, was more frank. “I think it is one of the most racist ads we've seen in a long time,” said Elleithee, who worked as a campaign strategist for Hillary Clinton and was a spokesman for the Democratic National Committee. “It is preying on people's fear of immigrants, and to the extent that anyone’s motivated by racism, that clearly taps into that.”

Raw nazism:

"Trump has pinned the ad to the top of his Twitter timeline, writing: "It is outrageous what the Democrats are doing to our Country. Vote Republican now!"

"Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Arizona, who has also been critical of Trump, tweeted Thursday that “This is a sickening ad. Republicans everywhere should denounce it.” Both Elleithee and Fridkin compared Trump’s ad to the one that featured felon Willie Horton during the 1988 presidential election and was produced by a group that supported George H.W. Bush’s bid. At the time, the Horton ad was widely seen as one of the most controversial political ads in modern American history. “I think that when people, political scientists, hear the word ‘Willie Horton,’ what they remember is the ad that was trying to illicit race as an issue and try to play to people's fears of blacks as perpetrators of a crime,” Fridkin said, adding that she sees this Trump ad as having a similar message but applying it to immigrants. “I think it is on the same level as that ad,” she said of the Horton ad."

Nothing ever truly changes in Nazi America, does it?

CBS News reports:

"Cop-killing illegal immigrant Luis Bracamontes stars in a web video from January that President Trump tweeted Thursday. The expletive-laced courtroom footage shows a laughing Bracamontes admitting he killed two police officers and promising to break out of jail soon. "Democrats let him into the country," the video says in all caps. As he says he wishes he had "killed more" cops, "Democrats let him stay" flashes over the screen. Neither the video nor the president cite any evidence to support the allegation that Democrats let him into the U.S. and let him stay. Is the accusation accurate? THE FACTS: No. This is akin to blaming Republicans for criminals who entered the country illegally under Presidents Trump or George W. Bush.

"Bracamontes was deported four times before he killed Sacramento County sheriff's Deputy Danny Oliver and Placer County sheriff's Detective Michael Davis Jr., according to Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones.  There is no evidence that any Democrat — or anyone, for that matter — allowed Bracamontes to stay."

Trump is a liar.

CBS News reports:

"NBC and Fox News Channel both said Monday that they will stop airing President Trump's campaign advertisement that featured an immigrant convicted of murder. CNN had rejected the same ad, declaring it racist. Fox pulled the ad Sunday "upon further review," said Marianne Gambelli, president of the network's ad sales department. Fox did not immediately say how many times it aired on either Fox News Channel or the Fox Business Network."

Imagine that.  Too racist and nazi even for Fox.  ... Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  LOL.

"The advertisement aired on NBC's "Sunday Night Football" and MSNBC's "Morning Joe," and drew a heated online response. After reviewing the ad, NBC said it recognizes its insensitive nature."

Why didn't they 'review' it first?

"A source familiar with the matter told CBS News the ad was produced by the Trump campaign, with an ad buy of $1.5 million across TV and digital platforms. The ad includes footage of Luis Bracamontes, a twice-deported immigrant from Mexico sentenced to death in California for killing two police officers. It blames Democrats for allowing him into the country. The ad, however, is not factual. It is akin to blaming Republicans for criminals who entered the country illegally under Presidents Trump or George W. Bush. There is no evidence that any Democrat — or anyone, for that matter — allowed Bracamontes to stay. Democratic and Republican administrations alike have deported hundreds of thousands of people a year. Former President Barack Obama focused during his second term on recent arrivals and people with criminal histories, but Mr. Trump quickly directed that anyone in the country illegally could be targeted."

Consider the psychotic, irrational insanity of the following:

"Facebook also announced Monday that the ad violated its advertising policy. "While the video is allowed to be posted on Facebook, it cannot receive paid distribution," a Facebook spokesperson said in a statement. Mr. Trump's campaign manager, Brad Parscale, tweeted that NBC News, CNN and Facebook had chosen "to stand with those ILLEGALLY IN THIS COUNTRY." He said the media was trying to control what you see and think. Parscale made no mention of Fox's decision. The president's son, Donald Trump Jr., tweeted over the weekend, noting CNN's refusal to air the advertisement, saying, "I guess they only run fake news and won't talk about real threats that don't suit their agenda."

There is no threat.

Can't confuse a Trump with the truth.

NPR reports:

"With days to go before the midterm elections, President Trump continues to ratchet up his rhetoric on immigration. The president's latest target is asylum-seekers, whom he accuses of exploiting "loopholes" in U.S. immigration laws."

Simply, not true.  The president is a liar.

"In a televised speech from the White House on Thursday, Trump threatened to close the Southwest border to asylum-seekers — including the latest group of Central American migrants making their way through Mexico — unless they present themselves at official ports of entry. But refugee and asylum experts say his plan would violate U.S. law. They say the president's remarks about asylum were riddled with inaccuracies and misleading statements intended to stoke fear of immigrants and drive the president's supporters to the polls. We'll focus here on five statements President Trump made Thursday in the Roosevelt Room."

Trump: "The current influx, if not halted, threatens to overwhelm our immigration system and our communities, and poses unacceptable dangers to the entire nation."

"The total number of migrants apprehended at the Southwest border was actually down slightly last year, to about 521,000, and remains far below the kind of apprehension numbers that were routine in the 1990s and 2000s."

Wouldn't want to confuse his sick sycophants with the truth.  Wake up.  The president is lying.

Trump: "These policies lead to the release of illegal aliens into our communities after they've been apprehended. But we're not releasing anymore. Big change, as of a couple of days ago. We're going to no longer release. We're going to catch; we're not going to release. They're going to stay with us until the deportation hearing or the asylum hearing takes place. So we're not releasing them into the community."

"In fact, under U.S. law, migrant families who have requested asylum are not considered illegal immigrants. And they are being released in large numbers up and down the border. In El Paso, Texas, Ruben Garcia, director of a local shelter called Annunciation House, told reporter Mallory Falk of member station KRWG the shelter had received 332 people Thursday released from immigration custody and are expecting 225 more Friday."

Not only distortion of reality, but an outright lie by our nazi fuhrer.

Trump: "Then they never show up, almost. It's like a level of 3 percent. They never show up for the trial. So by the time their trial comes, they're gone. Nobody knows where they are."

"Actually, the majority of asylum-seekers do show up to court. According to the Department of Justice statistics for the 2016 fiscal year, only about 2 in 5 cases were decided in absentia."

Once again, Trump's a liar.  Has an agenda highly reminiscent of Hitler's treatment of Jews, Gypsies, gays, etc., at the beginning of the Third Reich.

Trump: "This endemic abuse of the asylum system makes a mockery of our immigration system, displacing legitimate asylum-seekers — and there are legitimate asylum-seekers — while rewarding those who abuse or defraud our system, which is almost everybody. Everybody is abusing it."

"Immigration lawyers say this is a wild exaggeration. It's true that only a fraction of all asylum claims are actually successful. Last year, immigration courts rejected more than 60 percent of asylum claims, a number that has been steadily rising since 2012."

Once again, the president is a liar.  Has no credibility.

Trump: "Some people call it an invasion. It's like an invasion. ... These are tough people, in many cases. A lot of young men, strong men."

"The president has claimed repeatedly, without evidence, that the migrants include dangerous criminals and "unknown Middle Easterners." But reporters on the ground say the migrants comprise mainly women and children who are fleeing from violence and extreme poverty in Central America. Refugee and asylum experts accuse the president of fearmongering to rally his political base for the midterm elections."

Despite the five criticisms above, here's the very worst of it, greatest distortion of reality, achingly blatant lie, most highly reminiscent of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini:

"There's a "tragic irony" in portraying the asylum-seekers as a marauding army, said Karen Musalo, director of the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies at U.C. Hastings College of the Law. "Individuals have come together to walk north in a caravan because the journey north for asylum-seekers has been so dangerous," Musalo said in an interview. "These are very vulnerable individuals, desperately fleeing violence, who have come together as a group to have the protection and solidarity of each other."

Lying, distortion of reality by the Trump nazi continues unabated.  NBC News reports:

"Hours before Election Day, President Donald Trump on Monday continued to warn, without evidence, about the prospect of "illegal voting." "All you've got to do is go around, take a look what's happened over the years and you'll see," Trump told reporters before departing from Joint Base Andrews for the first of three campaign rallies Monday. "There are a lot of people ... that try and get in illegally and actually vote illegally, so we just want to let them know that there will be prosecution at the highest level."

The president is a liar.  No factual basis for his assertion.  There is no widespread voter fraud.  Has not been.

"Trump has repeatedly, as a candidate and as president, said that voter fraud is a significant problem. However, experts have repeatedly concluded that voter fraud is extremely rare. Even the president's own defunct voter fraud commission uncovered no evidence to back up his claim that millions voted illegally in the 2016 presidential election, according to an analysis of commission documents released in August by a former member."

In fact, Republican national socialists, fascists, nazis have done all they could to suppress voting rights of those they consider unlikely to vote for GOP candidates.  Doing so through gerrymandering, voter suppression, voter id laws, etc..  Not-so-cleverly, perniciously designed by the nazi element in our formerly great country to suppress the vote.

In follow up to the last edition, more of the same from the King nazi.  NBC News reports:

"Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, erupted in anger and kicked a man out of an event on Thursday after the man questioned King's connection to white supremacist ideology and linked it to the recent Pittsburgh synagogue shooting. Kaleb Van Fossen, who was identified by The Des Moines Register as the questioner, asked King about his past controversial comments, which prompted a fiery response from the lawmaker.

"You, Steve King, have been quoted as saying, 'We can't restore our civilization with other people's babies.' You and the shooter both share an ideology that is anti-immigration," Van Fossen said. King, who is running for re-election, quickly shouted down Van Fossen. "No! Don't you do that!" King yelled. "Do not associate me with that shooter. I knew you were an ambusher when you walked in the room, but there is no basis for that and you get no question and you get no answer."

Van Fossen certainly took it to the nazi:

"Van Fossen continued to press King, asking him what "distinguishes" his past comments with that of the Pittsburgh suspect, who has expressed anti-Semitic views, and whether the lawmaker identifies himself as a white supremacist. "No, you’re done! We don’t play these games here in Iowa," said King, who insisted the protester be removed. King was speaking at a candidate forum in Des Moines. Van Fossen is a member of Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement, which also held a protest against King outside the event, according to The Des Moines Register."

Resistance.

"King, an anti-immigration hard-liner, has come under intense scrutiny for his sharp opposition to diversity in America, which he said is "not a strength." He also praised Austria's Freedom Party, which was founded by a former Nazi SS officer, for its anti-immigration platform and endorsed a candidate running for mayor in Toronto who has espoused white supremacist views."

A nazi.

"Rep. Steve Stivers, an Ohio Republican and chairman of the House GOP campaign arm, excoriated King on Tuesday for espousing white supremacist viewpoints online and in public remarks, saying the lawmaker's behavior is "completely inappropriate" and "we must stand up against white supremacy and hate in all forms." King pushed back on the accusation Tuesday in a statement, saying he valued the country's diversity and "legal immigrants."

More of the same.  Additional fuel to the fire.  CBS News reports:

"Four alleged members of a white supremacist group were indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of inciting violence at California political rallies last year, officials said. The defendants planned and carried out assaults at gatherings in Huntington Beach, Berkeley and San Bernardino, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles said in a statement. The four participated in hand-to-hand combat training and then traveled to rallies to attack demonstrators and others, prosecutors said. Afterward they disseminated photographs and videos of the violent acts to recruit other members for future events, according to prosecutors. Attorney information couldn't immediately be found for Aaron Eason, Robert Rundo, Robert Boman and Tyler Laube. All were arrested last week and charged with one count each of conspiracy. Rundo, Boman and Eason were additionally charged with one count of rioting."

Highly reminiscent of Hitler's Brownshirts.

"Arraignments were scheduled beginning next week. According to prosecutors, the conspiracy and riots charges in the indictment carry statutory maximum sentences of five years in federal prison. Prosecutors said the four are members of the militant Rise Above Movement, a group described in the indictment as "a combat-ready, militant group of a new nationalist white supremacy and identity movement." The indictments come weeks after four other California members of the group were indicted for allegedly inciting last year's deadly riot in Charlottesville, Virginia."

These groups present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Bought and paid for.  NPR reports:

"For months, farmers from Mississippi to Minnesota have been waiting for the Environmental Protection Agency to make up its mind about a controversial weedkiller called dicamba. Some farmers love the chemical; other farmers, along with some environmentalists, consider it a menace, because it's prone to drifting in the wind, damaging nearby crops and wild vegetation. This week, on Halloween evening, the EPA finally announced its decision. Calling dicamba "a valuable pest control tool," it gave farmers a green light to keep spraying the chemical on new varieties of soybeans and cotton that have been genetically modified to tolerate dicamba. A coalition of environmental groups that had filed a lawsuit against the EPA's original approval of dicamba blasted the decision to keep it on the market. Paul Achitoff from Earthjustice said in a statement that "EPA's disregard of both the law and the welfare of ... species at risk of extinction is unconscionable."

Surprised?  Why?  Money comes first.  Before all.  Principle?  What's that?  Monsanto will certainly line its pockets courtesy of the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"Meanwhile, a federal court still has not ruled on the lawsuit that seeks to overturn the EPA's original approval of dicamba."

Be interesting to see what, if anything, comes of that.  Forget?  The judiciary is now run and owned by Republican national socialists. Republicans now sit en masse on the courts legislating their perverse ideological and religious views, lining the pockets of their corporate masters.

Think Trump, despite close family ties, is not anti-Semitic?  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump suggested Wednesday that there might be truth to an unfounded conspiracy theory that philanthropist and Democratic megadonor George Soros is funding a caravan of Central American migrants, telling reporters that he “wouldn’t be surprised” if that is the case. As he left the White House, Trump was asked whether he thinks somebody is funding the migrant caravan that is slowly making its way through Mexico toward the U.S. border. “I wouldn’t be surprised, yeah. I wouldn’t be surprised,” Trump responded. Asked whether the funder could be Soros, Trump said: “I don’t know who, but I wouldn’t be surprised. A lot of people say yes.”

Trump is a congenital liar.  Incapable of telling the truth.

"Trump’s comments came in the wake of Soros being targeted with a pipe bomb last week and the fatal shootings this weekend at Pittsburgh synagogue by a suspect who posted frequently about the migrant caravan. The White House did not immediately respond Thursday to a question about what evidence Trump has that points to the possibility that Soros, a wealthy Jewish donor, has funded a caravan that originated in Honduras."

Trump under increased emoluments pressure.  The Washington Post reports:

"A federal judge on Friday denied President Trump’s request to stay a lawsuit alleging he is in violation of the Constitution by doing business with foreign governments, a decision that paves the way for plaintiffs to seek information from his business as it relates to his D.C. hotel. U.S. District Judge Peter J. Messitte in Greenbelt, Md., denied the Justice Department’s request that he pause the case in order to allow a higher court to intervene. And he sharply questioned the president’s position that his business does not improperly accept gifts or payments — called emoluments — as defined by the Constitution. By Trump’s analysis, Messitte wrote, the term emoluments is the subject of such “substantial grounds of disagreement” that payments his business received from foreign governments could not qualify. The judge did not agree: “The Court finds this a dubious proposition.” Messitte ordered the plaintiffs, the attorneys general for D.C. and Maryland, to submit a schedule for discovery — the process of producing evidence for the case — within 20 days. That decision is subject to appeal. The judge previously limited discovery to information related to the president’s D.C. hotel."

Certainly, a step in the right direction.  Emoluments Clause is quite clear.

The Washington Post reports:

"Ivanka Trump-branded semiconductors and voting machines? In China? That’s an odd, if remote, possibility after Chinese trademark regulators awarded preliminary approval for 16 trademark applications from the president’s daughter and White House senior adviser, online Chinese government filings show. The approvals by Beijing on Oct. 13 were notable for their timing, coming just as Chinese and U.S. officials were seeking to restart trade talks that had collapsed amid acrimony. They also raised eyebrows for covering a grab-bag of products, including electoral hardware in a country not exactly known for its elections. Ethics watchdogs have long warned about the possibility of foreign governments seeking to curry favor with President Trump through his family’s extensive business interests, and Ivanka Trump appeared to acknowledge the potential for conflict in her dual roles as White House official and international entrepreneur in July, when she shut down her namesake fashion line. But the recent approvals are a reminder of the Chinese government’s knack for making uncannily timed decisions when it comes to Trump family businesses — even if it’s just coincidence, as Chinese experts say."

Here's the problem:

"The October decisions were the largest batch of approvals for Ivanka Trump since her father entered the White House, and they came as he was locked in a trade standoff with China, according to Caroline Zhang of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics (CREW) in Washington, who first pointed out the updated filings. “Since she has retained her foreign trademarks, the public will continue to have to ask whether President Trump has made foreign policy decisions in the interest of his and his family’s businesses,” Zhang wrote."

In yet another judicial blow to the Trump nazi, CBS News reports:

"A federal judge has denied a U.S. government motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed on behalf of thousands of immigrant children by attorneys who say the kids have unconstitutionally been denied the ability to challenge their detention or obtain counsel. Judge Dolly Gee, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, said Friday she will grant class status for children in the case, Lucas R. v. Alex Azar.  The lawsuit was filed in June, initially on behalf of seven children who were separated from relatives after entering the United States. Attorneys said the government has violated the children's constitutional right to due process."

Indeed, it has.

"In a phone call with CBS News, attorney Leecia Welch, who is senior director for legal advocacy and child welfare at the National Center for Youth Law, lauded the decision. "It's a great ruling, we're really excited about it," Welch said. The class of plaintiffs in the case could ultimately include all of the approximately 13,000 unaccompanied children under federal supervision, Welch said."

Those doing the work don't share in the wealth.  The Washington Post reports:

"The big news Friday is that wages are growing above 3 percent for the first time since 2009. It’s a significant milestone after years of sluggish wage growth, and most economists say workers will probably see strong gains for the foreseeable future. The good news comes with two caveats. The first is the 3.1 percent annual wage growth figure the Labor Department reported Friday is slightly inflated because of some hurricane effects. Remember the really bad hurricanes in the fall of 2017? Those ended up depressing wages in October 2017, so when the Labor Department calculated the year over year change for wages this October, it looked like a bigger jump than normal because last year’s number was low. That said, economists still think we’re likely to see more months of three-plus wage growth, so this isn’t a total blip. The second caveat is that while wage growth is getting better, it’s still well below the norm and coming at a time when U.S. companies are earning record profits."

They are.  Have been.  Not sharing the wealth, however.  Surprised?  Why?  Forget?  Unbridled greed.

"In the 1990s dot-com boom wage growth was regularly at 3.5 percent to 4 percent a month. Those numbers seem dreamy today. (And after adjusting for rising costs, workers are getting only about a 0.8 percent rise based on Friday’s numbers). Corporate profits, meanwhile, are at an all-time high, according to Howard Silverblatt of S&P Dow Jones Indices and government data. Corporate tax cuts have enabled companies to boost profitability, many analysts and executives say. But companies are spending a lot of their extra cash on stock buybacks and dividends, leaving only a little extra for workers."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  Unbridled greed.

"This is part of a long-term trend. Workers no longer get the same “piece of the pie” as they did from the 1950s up to the 1990s. Labor’s share of business income has declined steadily since 2001 and fell sharply during the Great Recession. While corporate profits have rebounded since then and hit new highs, labor’s share isn’t even back to where it was pre-crisis, according to Labor Department data. The bottom line is workers are seeing a nine-year high in wages at a time when corporate profits are off the charts. The latest data on this phenomenon is from the quarter that just ended in September, and it shows more of the same: Workers are still getting a small share of income. “Never have corporate profits outgrown employee compensation so clearly and for so long,” noted a recent Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis blog post."

Trump and his fellow Republican nazis lose another one.  The Washington Post reports:

"Georgia must change its procedures to make it easier for some people flagged under the state’s restrictive “exact match” law to vote, a federal judge ruled Friday, dealing a blow to Republican gubernatorial candidate and Secretary of State Brian Kemp."

Doesn't your heart bleed?

"The “exact match” law flags voter registrations that are found to have discrepancies, such as a dropped hyphen, with other official identifications. Potential voters are allowed to settle the discrepancy by providing proof of identity. But the state’s procedures under Kemp, whose office oversees elections, stipulated that those who had been flagged as potential noncitizens be cleared first by a deputy registrar when seeking to vote. In October, a coalition of civil rights groups sued him."

For damned good reason.  Deliberate abrogation of the right to vote.

"U.S. District Judge Eleanor L. Ross ruled Friday that the procedures were likely to result in the violation of voting rights for a large group of people and needed to be halted immediately. She said Kemp’s restrictions raised “grave concerns for the Court about the differential treatment inflicted on a group of individuals who are predominantly minorities." The preliminary injunction she issued required the state to change its procedures immediately to allow those flagged, some 3,100 individuals, to prove their citizenship more easily, with a U.S. passport or similar documentation, and only to a poll manager. It also signaled that the coalition of civil rights groups that brought the case against Kemp would probably succeed should the lawsuit continue. “With respect to Tuesday’s election, we deem this a total victory in our fight against Secretary of State Brian Kemp’s exact match scheme,” said Kristen Clarke, president and executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. “Our goal in filing this lawsuit was to ensure that no eligible voter was unfairly denied the right to vote because of this discriminatory voter suppression effort." Kemp was also ordered to issue a news release explaining how those flagged for potential citizenship issues could still vote by proving their citizenship, as well as offering a phone number for them to call with any questions."

No less than treason perpetrated by Republican fascists, national socialists, nazis.

"The American Civil Liberties Union announced Friday that another court had sided against Kemp in a different voting rights case. It said the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit had denied his request to block a court order that required him to exercise due process before rejecting ballots for handwriting issues. The state attorney general’s office did not say whether it planned to appeal the ruling, with spokeswoman Katie Byrd declining to comment."

Trump and his fellow henchmen lose yet another one.  The Washington Post reports:

"The Supreme Court refused Friday to delay an upcoming trial in which a number of states and civil rights organizations allege there was an improper political motive in Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census. The trial is scheduled to begin Monday in New York. Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito Jr. and Neil M. Gorsuch said they would have granted the Trump administration’s request to delay the trial. It is unclear how the other six voted — including new Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh — because justices are not required to publish their votes in such procedures. But at least five of the six were unwilling to block the trial."

Amazing, isn't it?

"Later Friday night, the justices refused a Trump administration request to halt a novel lawsuit filed by young Americans that attempts to force the federal government to take action on climate change. Thomas and Gorsuch would have granted the request, but the court said the administration should make its appeal to a lower court first. In the Commerce Department case, the administration has been to the high court several times in an attempt to keep the challengers from questioning Ross and other administration officials about their motivations in adding the question. Department of Justice lawyers finally asked the court to delay the proceedings. Challengers to the citizenship question cheered the court’s refusal to do so. “DOJ has tried every trick in the book (and then some) to block this case — and failed every time,” Amy Spitalnick, a spokeswoman for New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood (D), said in a statement. “You really have to wonder what they’re trying to hide.”

Indeed.  Should Democrats retake the House, think they won't launch an investigation into this and many other highly questionable matters?

"Democratic lawmakers and immigrant rights groups have blasted the idea of adding the citizenship question. They contend that it will make immigrants and their families less likely to fill out the form, leading to a more costly and less accurate census."

No question.  Republican national socialists too clueless to understand?  ... Or, is it the fact they're too goddamned stupid to give a shit?  That is, are these GOP fascists more concerned with removing the undocumented from this country than ensuring an accurate census count?

"Six former census directors and a Census Bureau internal analyst also have said the question would harm the count. That, in turn, could cost states with large immigrant populations representation in Congress and federal funds distributed on the basis of population."

-- One of the reasons why a census is conducted every ten years.

"In an unsigned opinion Oct. 22, the Supreme Court blocked a deposition of Ross authorized by lower federal courts in New York. But it said other discovery could go forward, including the deposition of a top Justice Department official. There are six legal challenges to the inclusion of a question about a census respondent’s citizenship. The states and organizations that brought the lawsuits say probing the intentions of officials is crucial. Ross has “offered shifting and inaccurate explanations in his decisional memo and in testimony before Congress” as well as in new documents filed in the case, said a brief filed by the New York Immigration Coalition, the American Civil Liberties Union and others. Ross first said he added the citizenship question at the behest of the Justice Department, which said it was needed to help enforce voting rights. But emails showed that he had been pushing for the inclusion of the citizenship question earlier than that, and the groups and states contend that the Justice Department request was a pretext."

Once again, the government is lying.

"In a document filed in response to questions sent by Underwood, Ross acknowledged that he had discussed the issue with former White House adviser Stephen K. Bannon and a Republican secretary of state who has been a leader in anti-immigration efforts."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?

"In the document, Ross said he recalled Bannon calling him in spring 2017 to ask whether Ross would speak to Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach about ideas for a possible citizenship question on the census. That appears to contradict Ross’s testimony to Congress this year. When asked at a hearing March 20 by Rep. Grace Meng (D-N.Y.) whether the president or anyone in the White House had discussed the citizenship question with him, Ross said, “I am not aware of any such.”

Lying under oath?

"The trial is scheduled to start next week before U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman in New York. He has denied the Trump administration’s motions for delay, and has been backed up by panels of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. In asking the Supreme Court for a delay, Francisco said “the most efficient path forward is to stay the trial and resolve the question whether the district court must confine its review of the Secretary’s decision to the administrative record, while leaving sufficient time for the district court to conduct its review followed by prompt appellate review.” Otherwise, Francisco said, there will be a full trial that includes “whether the Secretary harbored secret racial animus in reinstating a citizenship question to the decennial census.” If the judge made such a finding, Francisco said, “that harm would not be fully (or even largely) remedied if [the Supreme Court] subsequently confined the district court’s review to the administrative record.”

Another judicial loss for Trump.  The Washington Post reports:

"The Supreme Court on Friday night refused to halt a novel lawsuit filed by young Americans that attempts to force the federal government to take action on climate change, turning down a request from the Trump administration to stop it before trial. The suit, filed in 2015 by 21 young people who argue that the failure of government leaders to combat climate change violates their constitutional right to a clean environment, is before a federal judge in Oregon. It had been delayed while the Supreme Court considered the emergency request from the government. Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil M. Gorsuch would have stopped the suit. The other justices did not indicate how they voted on the government’s request."

Aggressive stupidity knows no bounds in the Trump regime.  NBC News reports:

"The Trump administration is rolling back a child labor rule for thousands of teenagers working in nursing homes and hospitals, eliciting a backlash from worker safety advocates. The regulation targeted by the Labor Department, which was first implemented by the Obama administration, prohibits 16- and 17-year-olds from independently operating power-driven patient lifts, which are commonly used in nursing homes and hospitals to move patients with mobility challenges. The administration took its first formal step toward undoing the regulation in late September, releasing a proposed rollback that cites an employer survey and letters from industry groups as evidence that the regulation is hurting job opportunities for young people in a field already facing major labor shortages."

Far more important issue at stake:

"But worker safety advocates and several Congressional Democrats contend that the Labor Department is relying on flimsy evidence, which they say undermines the legal basis for the department’s deregulatory push. They say that the some of the administration’s justifications for the plan — revealed through a public records request and obtained by NBC News — do not support the administration’s own arguments. And they warn that the rollback will endanger young workers in an industry that already has a high injury rate, pointing to government research concluding that many 16- and 17-year olds “cannot safely operate power-driven hoists to lift and transfer patients by themselves.”

Delusionally believe racism and bigotry aren't alive and well in Nazi America?  That Trump's not at the heart and center of it?  Wake up.  CBS News reports:

"Pence spoke before Mr. Trump, as sort of a warm-up act for the president, amping up the crowd by discussing administration accomplishments. "I'm here today because I stand with President Trump," Pence said. "We're here because President Trump and I stand shoulder to shoulder with the next great senator of Indiana, Mike Braun." He added that "the time has come to vote 'no' on Joe," referring to Democratic Sen. Joe Donnelly. Mr. Trump also attacked Donnelly, resurrecting a moniker he had given the senator in earlier rallies: "Sleepin' Joe." "It's no surprise Joe Donnelly is holding a rally this weekend with Barack H. Obama," Mr. Trump said, writing out with his fingers Mr. Obama's middle initial, which stands for "Hussein." Mr. Trump was the chief promoter of the birther conspiracy theory, which posited that Mr. Obama was not born in the United States."

Think Trump's latest political stunt won't cost taxpayers dearly?  The Washington Post reports:

"The total price of President Trump’s military deployment to the border, including the cost of National Guard forces that have been there since April, could climb well above $200 million by the end of 2018 and grow significantly if the deployments continue into next year, according to analyst estimates and Pentagon figures. The deployment of as many as 15,000 troops to the U.S.-Mexico border — potentially equal in size to the U.S. troop presence in Afghanistan — occurs as the budgetary largesse the military has enjoyed since Trump took office looks set to come to an end."

Total waste of taxpayer dollars for a non-threat at the border.  Trump nazi is doing this to placate his sick sycophants, ensure their support in the midterm election.

"Although the costs of the border deployments will be a tiny slice of a $716 billion annual defense budget, they arrive as the Trump administration is calling on the Pentagon to cut unnecessary expenditures. The White House recently ordered the Pentagon to slash next year’s budget for the military by about $33 billion in response to the largest increase in the federal deficit in six years."

Readers are reminded the deficit ballooned due to Trump's recent unfunded tax cut, -- most of which went to the top of the food chain.

"Veterans and Democratic lawmakers have complained that Trump is wasting military dollars in a politically motivated stunt ahead of Tuesday’s midterm elections, at a time when the Pentagon budget is under pressure."

Exactly, right.  No question.  A traitorous act.

“Instead of working in a bipartisan manner to make comprehensive, common-sense, and humane reforms to our immigration system, the President continues to turn to politically-motivated fear mongering and uses [Department of Defense] resources and personnel as a means to drive his troubling anti-immigration agenda,” more than 100 House Democrats wrote in a letter to Defense Secretary Jim Mattis on Nov. 1. Retired Gen. Martin Dempsey, former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, described the deployment as “wasteful” in a message on Twitter and said Marines and soldiers were already overstretched."

That's right.  Goddamned disgrace.

"Administration officials have defended the deployment. Mattis said this week that the military doesn’t do stunts. The commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, Kevin McAleenan, argued that the deployment is necessary to “effectively and safely” handle the possible arrival of as many as 7,000 migrants walking toward the border in caravans from Central America."

Horse shit.  The numbers have already dwindled to half that.  They're still some 900 miles away.  There is no threat.  Most of these people are women and children seeking asylum from violence, gang activity, grinding poverty.  The president and his henchmen are liars.

"But military planning documents, dated Oct. 27 and published by Newsweek, predicted that only 20 percent of the migrants, or about 1,400 at the higher end of estimates, were likely to complete the journey to the border, raising questions about the size of the deployment."

Political stunt by our nazi fuhrer, -- fearing Republicans are going to lose the House.

“The military has a lot of things that it needs to be doing these days,” said Susanna Blume, a former Pentagon official and senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security. “Looking at estimates of the size of the caravan, you could ask the question as to whether this is the most appropriate use of U.S. active-duty forces.”

No kidding.

"The cost of the National Guard deployment from April 10 through Sept. 30 amounted to $103 million, according to Pentagon figures. The Defense Department expects the Guard deployment to cost an additional $308 million through the end of next September, including the last quarter of 2018, so long as the operations continue at pace.

"Travis Sharp, a research fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budget Assessments, estimated that the cost of deploying 8,000 active-duty troops through mid-December in addition to the Guard would amount to $40 million to $50 million. Should the administration deploy 15,000 active-duty troops, as Trump suggested, the estimated cost would rise to as much as $110 million, Sharp said."

Egregious waste of money by our nazi fuhrer, -- desperate he's going to lose the House.

Even in an environment where discipline is ramrod stiff, iron fisted, there are occasionally serious lapses in cadet judgment.  NBC News reports:

"An Air Force falcon injured at West Point during a prank Saturday before the annual rivalry football game between the service academies is back home and showing signs of improvement. The 22-year-old bird named Aurora "was able to fly around in her pen" on Sunday, said Air Force Academy spokesperson Lt. Col. Tracy A. Bunko. The development is "an extremely good sign," Bunko said, adding that the academy is "grateful for the outpouring of support and optimistic for Aurora's recovery." The falcon will continue to be evaluated and will get antibiotics to prevent infection, Bunko said."

Quite an embarrassment to the Army:

"Army officials at West Point apologized Sunday for the injuries to the falcon and promised a full investigation. "We are taking this situation very seriously, and this occurrence does not reflect the Army or USMA core values of dignity and respect," the academy said in a statement."

Here's what happened:

"Sam Dollas, Air Force's falconry team adviser, told The New York Times on Sunday that two West Point cadets took the birds, threw sweaters over them and stuffed them into dog crates. Dollas said the cadets turned over the birds Saturday morning, with Aurora's wings bloodied — likely from thrashing inside the crate. "I think they had them for a couple hours and then they realized it was a bad mistake," Dollar told the newspaper. "When Aurora started thrashing around in the crate, they decided that wasn't a good thing."

... Youthful indiscretion?  -- You decide.  Certainly, aggressive stupidity.

"Aurora is the Air Force Academy's official and oldest mascot. On the school's falconry page, the bird is described as a white phase gyrfalcon, which is a "falcon species that is extremely rare in the wild and whose beauty will take your breath away." "Unless you are federally licensed, you can't even touch them," Dollas said, adding the Air Force cadets who work with the birds spend two months in training and are tested before they can handle them. Three percent of all falcons are gyrfalcons, and 1 percent of those are white, according to the website. The school acquired Aurora 22 years ago as a gift from the association of graduates."

Yet another judicial blow to the Trump nazi and his corporate cronies.  NPR reports:

"The Supreme Court has rejected telecom companies' attempts to quash a lower court's decision that upheld net neutrality rules set during the Obama administration. AT&T and other telecoms had asked the high court to void the ruling; the Federal Communications Commission repealed net neutrality last year. The FCC itself also was in favor of voiding the decision that upheld its 2015-era rules, according to Jessica Rosenworcel, a Democrat on the commission. "It wasn't enough for this FCC to roll back #NetNeutrality," Rosenworcel said in a tweet. "It actually petitioned the Supreme Court to erase history and wipe out an earlier court decision upholding open internet policies. But today the Supreme Court refused to do so."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"The legal moves reflected a desire by conservatives and industry players to cement the FCC's repeal of net neutrality rules, which were designed to restrict Internet service providers' ability to manipulate loading speeds for specific websites or apps."

Unbridled corporate greed.  Further proof positive there is no such thing as a 'free' market.  Clearly, the market is owned and manipulated by those with the financial wherewithal to do so.

Here's where it gets most interesting:

"The rejection came after two conservative justices — Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh — "took no part in the consideration or decision of these petitions," the court announced on Monday. With those justices removing themselves from the process, Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch were outnumbered. The court's notice says the three justices wanted to "grant the petitions, vacate the judgment of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and remand to that court with instructions to dismiss the cases as moot." As for why Roberts and Kavanaugh recused themselves, Amy Howe of SCOTUSBlog reports:
"The court's newest justice, Brett Kavanaugh, was expected to recuse himself from voting on the petitions because he had participated in the cases while on the D.C. Circuit, and he did. But Chief Justice John Roberts also recused himself – presumably (although there is no way to know for sure) because he owns stock in one of the companies challenging the rules."

Stunning, isn't it, justices are not required to disclose this information?

"Several of the plaintiffs in the case said the rejection wasn't surprising, given that the FCC has already repealed net neutrality. "Today's decision is not an indication of the Court's views on the merits but simply reflects the fact that there was nothing left for the Court to rule on," the Internet and Television Association said. Still, the high court's rejection preserves the appeals court's decision as a possible precedent and makes it even more likely that the issue will resurface if the FCC shifts its makeup — something that would happen if Democrats are able to win back the White House in 2020. The FCC's repeal of net neutrality is also the subject of separate legal battles, after it was challenged by tech companies and advocacy groups, in addition to more than 20 U.S. states."

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was certainly roughed up during his recent confirmation process.  Deservedly, so.  Nowhere near enough, however.  Apparently, the fascist bastard is nonetheless still smarting from the verbal trashing he endured.  So much so, he's apparently doing all he can to appear less national socialist, fascist, nazi than he truly is.  The Washington Post reports:

"The Supreme Court spent a gruesome hour Tuesday debating a constitutional way to execute a Missouri man who has a rare medical condition, with the likely decider, new Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh, joining the court’s liberals with tough questions for the state."

Imagine that.  This fascist son of a bitch is no progressive.  No liberal.  No open-minded independent.  Remains what he is, a national socialist.

"Modern and ancient execution methods — a firing squad, electrocution, hanging, lethal gas, being burned at the stake — all made appearances during the court’s sober assessment of ways to kill Russell Bucklew without violating the Constitution’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment. Missouri plans to use an injection of a single drug, pentobarbital, to carry out the long-delayed execution of Bucklew. But he suffers from a congenital and rare disease called cavernous hemangioma. It causes blood-filled tumors to grow in his head, neck and throat, which his lawyers say could rupture during the state’s lethal injection process. The result, they contend, would be that he could choke to death on his own blood."

Why would a nazi give a crap about any undue suffering endured by a convicted murderer?  His fellow Republican fascists on the Court certainly couldn't care less.  In fact, for decades Republican nazis have delusionally viewed capital punishment as justice.  Not revenge.

Here's what's so interesting about this case:

"The state’s lawyers say that Bucklew cannot prove his condition would cause him an abnormal amount of suffering, and that his legal fight is a ploy to further delay his punishment and open a new line of legal challenges."

Can these lawyers prove what Bucklew is claiming is not the truth?  LOL.

"Justice Anthony M. Kennedy was a member of the majority last spring. He has been replaced by Kavanaugh, who is considered more conservative, but who was never called upon to rule on an execution as a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Gets better.  Get this:

"Kavanaugh directed all of his questions to Missouri State Solicitor D. John Sauer, pressing him on the outer bounds of the state’s arguments. “Are you saying even if the method creates gruesome and brutal pain you can still do it because there’s no alternative?” Kavanaugh asked. Sauer replied that under the court’s previous rulings, Bucklew would have to come up with an alternative manner of execution acceptable to the state. Kavanaugh pressed: “Is that a yes?” Sauer replied: “Yes, it is, your honor.”

Jesus Christ.  LOL.  Sauer clearly doesn't live on the same planet as the rest of us.

"Later, Kavanaugh asked whether the state had planned to make any special accommodations for Bucklew’s condition, such as whether he would be lying supine on a gurney, or with his head elevated. “Your opposing counsel said, even if everything goes according to plan, there will still be significant suffering. Can you respond to that?” Kavanaugh asked. “I absolutely, absolutely disagree with that,” Sauer said. The court’s attention to such details about the execution was warranted because of the specific nature of Bucklew’s case. He is not contesting his guilt or his sentence of death."

No question, this piece of human excrement is just that:

"In 1996, Bucklew, now 50, stalked his former girlfriend Stephanie Ray to another man’s trailer. He shot and killed the man, Michael Sanders, tried to shoot Ray’s fleeing child and then captured Ray. He handcuffed and raped her, then wounded a police officer in a subsequent gunfight. Bucklew later escaped from jail and attacked Ray’s mother with a hammer before he was recaptured."

Question to be asked here is quite simple.  Does the state wish to stoop to the level of this piece of human excrement?

"He also is not challenging the constitutionality of the death penalty, or even of Missouri’s lethal injection procedure. His claim is that applied to his specific condition, the protocol would result in the kind of tortured death the Constitution forbids."

Of course, most of you Republican nazis out there couldn't care less whether or not this son of a bitch is tortured.  In fact, strongly suspect many of you would revel in it.

"A divided court has upheld lethal injection against a series of challenges. And it has indicated that an inmate who makes a specific challenge specific to his condition must propose an alternative manner of execution. Justice Sonia Sotomayor has been the court’s most outspoken critic of that decision, and said Tuesday that her colleagues had “made up” that requirement without constitutional justification. Nonetheless, she tried to narrow the impact of ruling for Bucklew. It “is not going to abolish the death penalty with respect to everybody,” she said. “It’s going to tell the state: If you have an individual with a unique circumstance in which a method of execution is going to cause that person excruciating pain, cruel and unusual pain, you better find a different way.”

Can't have that, can we?  After all, the nazi element in our formerly great country revels in revenge.  Fervently embraces vengeance.  Forget?

"Justice Stephen G. Breyer pressed Kavanaugh’s point. He said all would agree that burning someone at the stake would violate the Constitution, so why wouldn’t an inmate be able to challenge a method of death that had the same physical sensation for the condemned?"

Indeed.

Trump is again demonstrating his racist ideology.  NPR reports:

"The Department of Justice has once again petitioned the Supreme Court to intervene in pending cases over the future of DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, the Obama-era program that protects immigrants who were brought to the U.S. illegally as children. The program is keeping about 700,000 young people from being deported, NPR's Joel Rose notes. At the moment, DACA is accepting renewals but not new applicants. If the program is ended, currently protected individuals could be deported, though it's not clear how quickly that might happen. More than a year ago, the Trump administration announced it was ending the program. Multiple judges have blocked that change, and three cases have worked their way to the federal appellate level. But the Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to skip ahead in the process — and step in before the lower courts are finished."

Trump is certainly in a rush, determined to keep his equally sick sycophants under his thumb, -- and happy.

"Meanwhile, it's worth noting that the status of DACA recipients also could be resolved through an act of Congress — but in recent years, Congress has had a notoriously difficult time taking action on immigration issues."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

As of January, the House will finally do what the Founders intended it to do.  That is, provide congressional investigative oversight of the president and his regime.  A most unhappy situation that will continue until either the end of Trump's term, -- or Mueller's pending report that may very well end it for him.

Either way, we're in for rough times.  Tough times.  An unsustainable status quo.  Quickly deteriorating.  Certainly, don't look forward to what's coming as our formerly great country continues to decline under this insane fascist abomination in the Oval Office.  Intend to continue exposing him for whom and what he is no matter what.

NPR reports:

"In an extraordinarily combative news conference Wednesday after voters delivered him a rebuke by giving control of the House to Democrats, President Trump went after Republicans, Democrats and the media. He mocked Republican candidates who distanced themselves from him, chided a reporter for asking a "racist question," and walked away from the lectern at one point, as an aide tried to wrest a microphone out of a reporter's hands. Trump said that if Democrats try to use their majority to issue subpoenas, it would be a "war-like posture."

Has he lost his mind?  Delusionally, believe he has the temperament required for the job?

"He said that he could work with Democrats on issues such as infrastructure and health care, but that if they conduct investigations into his administration, "then we're going to do the same thing, then government comes to a halt and I blame them."

This man is, and remains, unfit for the presidency.  This is a democratic republic.  Has three co-equal federal branches of government.  Clearly, Trump does not understand this.  Delusionally, believes he's nazi fuhrer.

"He named checked several GOP candidates who lost Tuesday. He said that Rep. Mia Love, R-Utah, "gave me no love, and she lost. Too bad, sorry about that Mia." He said Barbara Comstock, who lost her suburban Virginia district, "didn't want to have any embrace."

Think this man's not nuts?  Out of his mind?

"Trump said Tuesday's results were "very close to a complete victory," despite Republicans losing control of the House. The GOP did add to its majority in the Senate."

This man is delusional.  There is no 'complete victory.'  Nowhere near.  Quite the opposite.  The House in January will begin to execute one of its constitutional duties, -- investigative oversight of the Trump Administration.  Republicans, when they held the House, deliberately failed to execute this constitutional function as intended by the Founders.  Instead, treasonously protected their fuhrer.  Placed party ahead of country.

Should the House during its investigation of Trump discover any impeachable malfeasance, think it won't impeach?  Matters not whether the Senate ultimately convicts and removes him from office.  Would wind up being a useless, dysfunctional lame duck for the rest of his term.  The pressure to resign would be enormous.

Should Mueller release his final report containing any criminal malfeasance of Trump and/or his regime, the pressure on the Senate to convict would be overwhelming.  ... Just as it was decades ago during the Nixon Watergate fiasco.  Never got that far.  Didn't have to.  The Nixon nazi resigned in disgrace.  Was then pardoned by the successor he nominated to replace Spiro Agnew.  Yet, another Republican felon.  No matter what, if this latest fiasco is not resolved quickly, would ultimately tear this country apart.

Think this man isn't insane?  Get this:

"Of Pelosi, who with her party capturing the majority of seats Tuesday stands to become the next speaker of the House, Trump tweeted that she "deserves to be chosen Speaker of the House by Democrats," that "she has earned this great honor," and even suggested some Republicans could vote for her, if Democrats "give her a hard time."

"In all fairness, Nancy Pelosi deserves to be chosen Speaker of the House by the Democrats. If they give her a hard time, perhaps we will add some Republican votes. She has earned this great honor!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 7, 2018"

Jesus Christ.  He's not fit.  Remains an embarrassment to himself and the country.

"Trump again denounced special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into ties between Trump's 2016 campaign and the Russian government, claiming he could have shut it down. Trump said he "could fire everybody right now, but I don't want to stop it because politically I don't like stopping it." Trump called the investigation "a disgrace," saying it "should never have been started, because there is no crime."

Insane.  Non-sequitur.

"Trump has frequently been combative with reporters, and painted the news media as "enemies of the people," but Wednesday's press conference raised the level of his hostility. He called CNN's Jim Acosta, with whom he has frequently spared, "a rude, terrible person." And when PBS Newshour correspondent Yamiche Alcindor asked him if he thought his rhetoric emboldened white nationalists he called it "such a racist question." "I love our country," he said, "you have nationalists, you have globalists," adding "I also love the world." He called himself "a great moral leader," and in answer to another question said he has never used racist remarks."

This man is a sick, congenital liar.

Gets worse:

"If the Democrats think they are going to waste Taxpayer Money investigating us at the House level, then we will likewise be forced to consider investigating them for all of the leaks of Classified Information, and much else, at the Senate level. Two can play that game!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 7, 2018

"Democrats have promised to hold oversight hearings on the Trump administration when they take control in January. Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., who is set to become chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee said Wednesday that he intends to: "shine a light on waste, fraud, and abuse in the Trump Administration. I want to probe senior Administration officials across the government who have abused their positions of power and wasted taxpayer money, as well as President Trump's decisions to act in his own financial self-interest rather than the best interests of the American people."

Certainly, a constitutional function of Congress as wisely intended by the Founders.

"Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., also issued a warning for Democrats on Wednesday morning. They must think carefully about whether to proceed with a "presidential harassment" strategy that exploits their new majority in the House to afflict Trump, he said."

Time for ole Mitch "The Bitch" to do the right thing, resign in disgrace.  Been in office way too long.  Oversight is a constitutional duty of Congress.  Mitch and his fellow nazis in the Senate have certainly and intentionally failed to do theirs.  To protect their fuhrer.

The first shoe has dropped. HardThe Washington Post reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions resigned on Wednesday at President Trump’s request, ending the tenure of a beleaguered loyalist whose relationship with the president was ruined when Sessions recused himself from control of the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign."

One of the few things Sessions did right during his tenure.  For that, he gets fired.  LOL.

"In a letter to Trump, Sessions wrote he had been “honored to serve as Attorney General” and had “worked to implement the law enforcement agenda based on the rule of law that formed a central part of your campaign for the presidency.” Trump tweeted that Sessions would be replaced on an acting basis by Matthew G. Whitaker, who had been serving as Sessions’s chief of staff."

Whitaker had earlier entertained thoughts of defunding the Mueller probe.

“We thank Attorney General Jeff Sessions for his service, and wish him well!” Trump tweeted. “A permanent replacement will be nominated at a later date.”

Here's the problem:

"A Justice Department official said Whitaker would assume authority over the special counsel probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election — though his role could be reviewed by ethics officials. Because Sessions was recused, the special counsel probe had been overseen by Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, who also has had strained relations with Trump, but is considered safe in his position for the moment. A legal commentator before he came into the Justice Department, Whitaker has mused publicly about how a Sessions replacement might reduce Mueller’s budget “so low that his investigation grinds to almost a halt.” He also wrote in a September 2017 column that Mueller had “come up to a red line in the Russia 2016 election-meddling investigation that he is dangerously close to crossing,” after CNN reported that the special counsel could be looking into Trump and his associates’ financial ties to Russia."

Should the Trump nazi fire Mueller, would immediately trigger a constitutional crisis.  At a time when our formerly great country is far from stable.

"Mueller is looking into Trump’s statements seeking to fire Sessions or force his resignation in an effort to determine whether those acts are part of a pattern of attempted obstruction of justice, according to people close to the investigation. Earlier this year, Mueller’s team questioned witnesses about Trump’s private comments and state of mind in late July and early August of last year, around the time he belittled his “beleaguered” attorney general on Twitter, these people said. The questions sought to determine whether the president’s goal was to oust Sessions so he could replace him with someone who would take control of the investigation, these people said."

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Manager, Lake LBJ Yacht Club & Marina, Horseshoe Bay, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 231, 11-9-18.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
