Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

July 27, 2018

As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads.  Always.  The following is an example of uncommon valor.  CBS News reports:

"A police officer in New Jersey is being credited with saving the life of a man lying on tracks who was unaware an oncoming train was about to hit him, reports CBS New York. Perth Amboy officer Kyle L. Savoia's body camera recorded him racing to intercept a man in a red shirt lying face down on the tracks, not realizing a train was barreling toward him last week.  Savoia waved to stop the train while shouting at the dazed man, who got up and jumped out of the way at the last moment as the train rolled to an abrupt stop.  "Where'd you come from?" the man says afterwards. "Thank you, oh my God, thank you so much."

At 22, think this heroic officer doesn't have an exceptionally bright future ahead of him?

"The 22-year-old Savoia was dispatched for a welfare check at the Perth Amboy station Thursday around 8 a.m.  The officer says when he got the call he knew there'd be a man on the tracks, but he didn't realize there would be an oncoming train.  Once he saw it bearing down, he knew he'd have to act fast.  Savoi's body cam video shows he went from jogging to sprinting. "In a split second, I decided to start running," he told CBS New York. "In that situation, your training takes over."

Certainly, in the right place at the right time.

"It turns out the man was homeless and, after being taken to Raritan Bay Medical Center for treatment, he showed up at police headquarters to thank Savoia again.  "He said I'm a true hero to him," Savoia said. "That he had a two-year-old, that he had a family to go home to."

What goes around comes around.  Karma.

"Savoia lost his own father, a longtime sergeant with the Perth Amboy Police Department, just two years ago.  "What I thought of was his father, how proud his father would be in heaven looking down on his son," Perth Amboy Chief Roman McKeon said.  Ask Savoia, whose own career started only seven years ago, and he'll tell you he was just doing his job."

Uncommon valor.  Hat's off.  Best of the best.

There are outstanding cops out there.  CBS News reports:

"A police officer's random act of kindness has gone viral after a witness caught it on video. The video shows a Danbury, Connecticut, police officer apparently rushing to a mother and her child before a storm. The trees were rustling and a downpour was approaching, so the officer helped the pair gather their things and gave them a ride home, says the man who took the video.  Filmed from the window of a nearby office building, the video shows the cop and her police cruiser on the street below. As the wind whips, the officer helps the mother put her belongings in the trunk. Then, she holds the door for the mom to jump in the back seat.  "Danbury's finest ... it was nice to witness this today out of my office window," Alfredo John wrote when he posted the video on Facebook. "Torrential rain was fast approaching and this officer pulls over and clearly offered this woman and her little child a safe "DRY" ride home."  His video was viewed more than 140,000 times in one day. "I thought this would be a great opportunity to show how much our local PD's do care and are willing to help even when they don't have to!" he wrote."

There are truly great officers out there.  The following is a stunning example.  CBS News reports:

"A Florida police officer's act of kindness is going viral after he was seen on video helping a homeless man shave his beard so he could apply for a job at McDonald's. According to a post on the Tallahassee Police Department's Facebook page, a witness captured the deed on camera over the weekend.  Kelly Duvall sent in a picture and video to the police department after her daughter filmed an officer shave a homeless man's beard outside a Circle K gas station on Thomasville Road, CBS affiliate WTSP-TV reports. She explains her daughter went inside the store and encountered Officer Carlson, who was cleaning himself up.

"She offered to buy him a drink and got talking," she wrote. "Apparently the officer was at McDonald's next door and this gentleman went in looking for a job. He was told they wouldn't hire him unless he shaved his beard. So the officer went and got some clippers and shaved the man's beard so he could go back and get a job!"

"#MustSee #MorePureAwesomeness We thought the picture was awesome, well here’s THE VIDEO of Officer Carlson helping one of our citizens. #TPD #Tallahassee THE STORY AS TOLD BY THE CITIZEN SUBMITTING THE INFORMATION: “My daughter just sent me this picture and called to tell me the story, I had to share....she went to the gas station and saw this officer shaving a homeless man's beard. A minute later the officer went into the store and Hannah walked in after him and saw him cleaning himself up because he was hot and sweaty. She offered to buy him a drink and got talking. Apparently the officer was at McDonald's next door and this gentleman went in looking for a job. He was told they wouldn't hire him unless he shaved his beard. So the officer went and got some clippers and shaved the man's beard so he could go back and get a job! I am so proud to live in a community where our deputies and officers are such wonderful people. Good job Tallahassee Police Department!!! ?”

Here's another stunning example of the very best in law enforcement.  Fox News reports:

"On Wednesday, members of PPPD SWAT came to the Korean War veteran’s home to let him try on their night-vision goggles.  (Fox13 News)  An 88-year-old Florida veteran recently called his local police department with an unusual request.  Stanley Gold, who served in the Navy, wanted to know if he could use the Pembroke Pines Police Department's night-vision goggles before he completely loses his sight, Fox 13 reported.  Gold, who is already 75 percent blind, saw his wish come true on July 11, when members of the police department showed up at his front door with a pair of goggles for him to try.  In a video posted to the department's Twitter, one officer asks Gold if he's ready to go to work.   "I already spent 37 years at the post office," the Korean War vet responds.

"88-year old Navy Veteran Stanley Gold, who is 75% blind, reached out to our officers & asked if he could try their night vision equipment before he lost his vision completely. Last night members of our PPPD SWAT met with Mr. Gold to make his dream a reality. pic.twitter.com/gpsDKAqICC
    — Pembroke Pines PD (@PPinesPD) July 12, 2018"

"The video also shows Gold checking out other equipment with the officers, and them thanking him for the Klondike bars."

Yet, another example of the very best in policing.  Fox News reports:

"One New Hampshire police officer went the extra mile and helped a woman carry her groceries nearly half a mile uphill to her home, after a fire emergency blocked off her route back.  On July 17, photos of the good deed by Master Patrol Officer Tyler Coady of the Bow Police Department went viral on Facebook.  According to Boston 25 News, Officer Coady was on the scene in response to a fire at Crossroads Community Church. Fortunately, no one was inside the church at the time of the blaze.  Soon after, a local woman returned home from the grocery store, and was "concerned" about getting her purchases home, InfoNH reports. Officer Coady sprang into action, and carried two of her bags back to her house, walking her back to safety."

Best in policing.

“Great job going above and beyond and showing compassion, and solving the problem,” InfoNH wrote of the officer’s kindness, which have since been liked over 1,200 times and sparked nearly 100 comments.  “Thank you Officer Coady! So typical of our Bow PD. [Love] our town!” one supporter wrote.  “This is what makes America great!” another agreed.  “Good deed well done officer,” one fan chimed in.  “And thanks to all the others who do this and didn't get their picture taken,” another mused."

Think a kid can't make one hell of a difference?  Get this.  Seatbelts on.  CBS News reports:

"Andrew Emery, 9, always wanted a younger brother, so he was overjoyed when he got his wish. Just six months ago, his baby brother, Dylan, was born.  "I tell him I love him and he smiles at me and I give him a kiss and stuff," said Andrew.  But less than two weeks ago, Dylan was diagnosed with Krabbe disease, a rare and terminal neurological condition. So Andrew decided to go on Facebook and ask for help.

"This is Andrew, Dylan’s big brother. He came up with his own benefit for his baby brother!!! Please come and support this precious family!! Address for Andrew’s Benefit: 1495 Hwy 72/221 Greenwood, SC 29646.
Posted by Team DYLAN on Monday, May 21, 2018

"Please come buy lemonade so I can raise money to help Dylan get better," he said."

Did they ever.  Get this:

"The community turned out, handing him stacks of cash for each cup of lemonade. He raised $6,000 in two hours, using the hashtag #TeamDylan.  "I am gonna help pay his doctor's bills and buy him a teddy bear," Andrew said.  Andrew's father, Matthew, and stepmother, Melissa, have been stunned by the campaign -- one that's now raised $10,000.  "Words can't describe how proud I am of Andrew," Matthew said. "To be 9 years old and to put his little brother first. It's really hard to describe how proud I am of him. I tell him but I don't think he understands."  To find out more or to donate, go to Dylan Emery's GoFundMe page."

Think this kid doesn't have one hell of a future?

Or, how about this 18-year-old young lady in the UK?  CBS News reports:

"Police in the United Kingdom are commending a teenager and her inspiring messages for saving several lives. Paige Hunter, 18, wrote more than 40 heartfelt notes and tied them onto a bridge in Sutherland to help those in despair, Northumbria police said Sunday.   According to police, Hunter attached the messages to the railing of Wearmouth Bridge to offer solace to people facing a mental health crisis. One of the messages written by Hunter read: "Even though things are difficult, your life matters; you're a shining light in a dark world, so just hold on."

Wasn't lost on law enforcement:

"Northumbria Police Chief Superintendent Sarah Pitt presented her with an award on behalf of the department to recognize her selfless acts.  "We thought it was important to applaud the work Paige has been doing and the help she has given those in Sunderland who are going through a mental health crisis," Pitt said. "Paige has shown an incredible understanding of vulnerable people in need of support, and this is an innovative way to reach out to those in a dark place."  "She should be very proud of herself," Pitt added. "It is important that we encourage people to speak out and raise awareness of mental health issues and the impact on peoples' lives."

Indeed.

"After receiving the award, Hunter said: "I wasn't doing this for an award; it was just something that I wanted to do."  "My family are just proud of me and I'm going to put it up on the wall," she said. "I just want to help people and I've been told it's already helped save six lives."

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all?  If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Some salient quotes occurring before or later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

..."Same problem here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  -- That why you refuse to release information on your goons to the public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect the jackbooted goons preying on the citizenry, right, Bill?  You and your bastards remain unaccountable to the public.  A public that is largely ignorant of the horrendous abuse going on.  ... Right, Sheriff?"

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred eighteen weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred eighteen weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred eighteen weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Think it isn't a problem when a sheriff's office steals from the federal government?  LOL.  Fox News reports:

"A Georgia police department is in hot water over the purchase of a Hellcat muscle car.  Fox 5 reports that the U.S. Department of Justice has asked the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office to pay back $69,258 that it received from a federal program that distributes seized drug money to law enforcement agencies, which was used to buy the 707 hp Dodge Charger Hellcat in May.  "We have not yet responded to that letter and we're examining all our options," department spokesperson Shannon Volkodav told Fox 5.  The Charger is a popular vehicle among law enforcement agencies, but Dodge does not make a Special Service model with the Hellcat's 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine for this purpose. The Hellcat boasts a top speed of 204 mph.  The black sedan is being used as Gwinnett County Sheriff Butch Conway’s official car, which the DOJ said differed from the use stated in the application for the funds as an “undercover/covert operations” vehicle.  The federal agency described it as an “extravagant expenditure,” which is not allowed under the program."

Forget?  In Nazi America, anything goes.  Same problem here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  -- That why you refuse to release information on your goons to the public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect the jackbooted goons preying on the citizenry, right, Bill?  You and your bastards remain unaccountable to the public.  A public that is largely ignorant of the horrendous abuse going on.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Think a lone juror can't make a difference?  Will be ignored by a governor?  Think again.  CBS News reports:

"Ohio Gov. John Kasich on Friday spared a condemned killer whose sentence was challenged after a juror came forward and said information about the extent of the inmate's tough childhood wasn't properly presented at trial. The Republican governor commuted the sentence of death row inmate Raymond Tibbetts to life without the possibility of parole, citing "fundamental flaws" in the sentencing portion of Tibbetts' trial.  "Specifically, the defense's failure to present sufficient mitigating evidence, coupled with an inaccurate description of Tibbetts' childhood by the prosecution, essentially prevented the jury from making an informed decision about whether Tibbetts deserved the death sentence," Kasich said."

Stunning, isn't it?  Especially, coming from a Republican governor.  Here are the circumstances:

"The guilt of Tibbetts, 61, has never been in doubt. He received the death sentence for stabbing Fred Hicks to death at Hicks' Cincinnati home in 1997. Tibbetts also received life imprisonment for fatally beating and stabbing his wife, 42-year-old Judith Crawford, during an argument that same day over Tibbetts' crack cocaine habit.  The 67-year-old Hicks had hired Crawford as a caretaker and allowed the couple to stay with him.  The case against Hicks seemed closed until a former juror, Ross Geiger, came across materials presented on Tibbetts' behalf to the Ohio Parole Board that documented horrific facts about Tibbetts' early years, which jurors never heard.  When Tibbetts was a boy, he and his brothers were tied to a single bed at night, were not fed properly, were thrown down stairs, had their fingers beaten with spatulas and were burned on heating registers, according to Tibbetts' application for mercy last year.  Geiger wrote Kasich in January citing his concerns and asking that Tibbetts be spared. He also testified before the parole board last month in a rare follow-up clemency hearing. The board had voted 11-1 against mercy for Tibbetts last year.  Geiger told the board that Tibbetts' upbringing was presented as a debate between his attorneys, who said his background was terrible, and prosecutors, who said it wasn't that bad.  "I was just struck and frankly upset that information that was available was not even addressed, other than in very summary fashion," Geiger told the board.  "Our deliberation on death came down to the single question of whether Mr. Tibbetts' upbringing was such that his life should be spared. We did not know the facts," Geiger wrote in an opinion piece for Cleveland.com earlier this year.  Geiger's comments didn't sway the panel, which again recommended against mercy for Tibbetts with an 8-1 vote.  Kasich's decision Friday rejected that ruling."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think the following justice?  Truly believe so?  The Trib reports:

"A Burnet County jury deliberated for about seven hours July 19 before acquitting suspended Llano Police Chief Kevin Ratliff of felony tampering charges. However, the jury did convict the man on three Class A misdemeanors."

Miscarriage of justice in a fascist police-state.

“It was a huge win for Kevin,” said his defense attorney, Austin Shell. “Because he retains his right to vote, he retains his right to have a firearm, and it helps him in future employment possibilities. A felony conviction would have changed his life dramatically.”

Certainly was a big win.  No justice.  Law enforcement is held to a different standard in a fascist police-state.  Forget?

"Ratliff was charged with two counts of official oppression, a Class A misdemeanor, and one count of tampering with a government record to defraud or cause harm, a state jail felony, in regard to the May 2, 2017, arrest of Cory Nutt at his Llano residence. A grand jury indicted Ratliff in February of this year on the charges for his role in the arrest."

Yet, the District Attorney couldn't secure a felony conviction.  Imagine that.

"The Burnet County jury convicted Ratliff on the Class A misdemeanor official oppression counts as well as a Class A misdemeanor tampering charge. The jury had a choice between convicting him of a felony level tampering charge or the Class A misdemeanor.  All three misdemeanor convictions are punishable by up to a year in jail and up to a $4,000 fine. Punishment will be assessed at a later date."

Slap on the wrist.  No justice.  Law enforcement is held to a different standard.

"Wiley “Sonny” McAfee said the charges stem from how officers arrested Nutt then handled the ensuing paperwork. During the arrest, McAfee said Ratliff entered the private residence to arrest the suspect on public intoxication charges, but the district attorney pointed out the officers involved, including Ratliff, didn’t have any justification to go into the home."

Public intoxication arrests have been made in the past in Llano County on private property.  How can one be publicly intoxicated on one's own land?  Opening one's door to an officer knocking only to be arrested for public intoxication?  Called bullshit.

“The fact they went into his residence — that wasn’t a public place — for a public intoxication arrest, you just can’t go into someone’s home and arrest them without a warrant, without consent, or exigent circumstances,” McAfee said. “And the jury obviously found there was no exigent circumstances in this situation.”

Certainly, happened when ole Sam "The Sham" Oatman was District Attorney.  There are three other officers charged in this latest fiasco.  Be interesting to see how all this gets resolved, -- or, as usual, gets swept under the carpet.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

The following is appalling.  If there is no law enforcement accountability in Austin, how can there be any here in Nazi Llano County?  The Statesman reports:

"A city audit found that Austin’s civilian police oversight bodies were ineffective.  City procedures and police policies hindered the Citizen Review Panel, the audit says.  Staffers at the police monitor’s office have stopped creating records.  A recent city audit of the civilian bodies with oversight of the Austin Police Department paints a picture of an ineffective program incapable of creating substantive change."

Exactly, as law enforcement wants it.  No different here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?

"The report, completed in June by the city auditor’s office, looked into the effectiveness of the Citizen Review Panel and the police monitor’s office.  The Citizen Review Panel was a volunteer board of community members charged with examining cases of police misconduct and complaints. It was established in 2001 under a labor contract between the city and the police labor union. After an updated version of that contract was nixed in late 2017, the panel was suspended by the former interim city manager."

So what else is new?  Even worse here in Nazi Llano County where the Sheriff and his goons do as they please with virtual impunity.  No oversight.  Rubber stamped by both the District Attorney and County Attorney.

"Austin’s other civilian oversight body, the police monitor’s office, was able to continue operating because it is city-funded, but it also lost power when the labor agreement expired.  The panel had the authority to issue recommendations to police leaders after complaints or critical incidents, such as police shootings. Members could recommend discipline, further internal investigation, a review of or changes to department policies, or an independent probe.  Even before the panel lost those powers, however, the audit found that civilian oversight in Austin was substantially hindered by city and police policies."

Surprised?  Why?  All civil and constitutional rights and liberties are, and have been, under vicious attack.  ... As our formerly great country transitions from the de facto fascist police-state we've lived in for decades to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"From October 2013 to December 2017, the panel sent in at least 28 memos that included 54 recommendations to the police chief. The Police Department made some sort of policy change or acted to discipline officers in 15 percent of those cases, the audit found. Most of the actions were related to training.  “This rate of change indicates that APD and the CRP did not have a common understanding regarding APD’s practices,” the audit said."

What it's indicative of is the fact the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement want things precisely as they are.  That is, jackbooted and nazi.  Report goes on and on, but you get the drift.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

There are non-profits that cannot be bought.  Remain untouchable.  NPR reports:

"A Texas nonprofit that works with families separated at the border has turned down a $250,000 contribution from Salesforce, a company under pressure for its work creating software for the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.  Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff is known for his support of progressive policies and liberal views on many social issues. But his company has been under pressure to dump the contract by tech workers who are critical of the Trump administration's policies on immigration.  The head of RAICES, which stands for the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services, said the group won't take contributions from Salesforce. The group does not want to be a part of a maneuver that aims to calm critics of Salesforce's contract with CPB."

Uncommon valor.  Principle before money.  Couldn't be, could it?  In Nazi America, must not be forgotten not everyone is bought and paid for.  There are a few left who stand on principle.

"We stand for justice and justice is not for sale," said RAICES Executive Director Jonathan Ryan. He said Salesforce is making millions from its government contact. "Our fundamental mission is to protect immigrants and refugees and to promote their rights — not be part of some kind of hand-washing operation for a corporation," he said."

Somewhere along the way most of us have lost ourselves, -- but not all.

"Salesforce has been facing mounting pressure over its contract with the CPB.  Some 650 Salesforce employees sent a petition last month to Benioff asking him to end the company's contract with the agency."

Guess he can't fire all 650 of them, can he?  Who'd do the work?  LOL.

"(Salesforce is an NPR financial supporter.)"

Think NPR would be well-advised to better vet companies it's willing to accept funding from?

"Last week, community groups joined with the advocacy group Tech Workers Coalition and protested outside the Salesforce Tower in downtown San Francisco. The coalition is made up of tech employees who say they are concerned about the misuse of the technology they create. Stephanie Parker, who is with the coalition, said members of the group were excited to learn about RAICES turning down Salesforce's contribution.  "It's a great feeling to have an organization that's doing such amazing work directly on the issue of family separation and border detention" to join the protest against Salesforce, she said."

Indeed.  Anything that slows the jackbooted bastards down a bit is certainly a good thing.  Need a whole lot more.  More willingness to stand on principle.  Resist.

"Benioff has said he considers the separation of families at the border wrong."

Non-sequitur.  If so, why is your corporation lining its pockets working with the Border Patrol?  Can't have it both ways.

"When asked about RAICES' refusal of the money, a Salesforce spokesperson pointed to the same tweets Benioff sent out in response to the workers' petition. It was in those tweets that the CEO announced that the company was donating $1 million to organizations that help families at the border.  The $250,000 that RAICES turned down was part of that $1 million. Benioff also said the company would match employee donations to increase the charitable giving. Benioff also defends the company by saying Salesforce doesn't work "with CBP regarding separation of families."

End result, ultimate effect is precisely the same.  If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, guess what?  It's a duck.

"But Ryan, the RAICES director, said Benioff is overlooking the bigger picture.  "Salesforce software provides the operational backbone for the agency," Ryan said. "Thus, it does directly support CBP in implementing its inhumane and immoral policies with the software they provide."

Precisely.  Benioff is deluding himself.

"Ryan says his group would accept Salesforce's contribution if the company dropped the CBP contract."

Hard to believe that will happen.  Greed rules.  Consider the following:

"Tech companies have been facing increasing criticism about the use of powerful products. Google ended a contract with the Pentagon to make software to improve drone performance after employees protested. Amazon is facing growing criticism from its workers over its sale of facial recognition technology to law enforcement. Employees fear it can be easily be misused to abuse individual civil rights."

Happens all the time.  Give a tyrant an inch, bastard takes a light-year.

"Hundreds of Microsoft workers signed a petition calling on the company to stop working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. This week, a group of tech leaders pledged they would never work on artificial intelligence for autonomous weapons."

If employees fail to stand up, guess who's targeted next?  Wake up.  Not rocket science.

"Ryan said it's difficult to turn down money. "With $250,000, we could hire several attorneys for a year or more to continue our work," he said."

Would amount to blood money.

"But RAICES may have a little extra cushion this year. It was also the beneficiary of a lot support from two tech workers who set up a fundraising campaign on Facebook. Initially, the goal was $1,500. In the end, they raised more than $20 million."

Why be beholden when there are indeed other ways to raise funds?

"The timing for this fundraising is key. A lot of immigrant rights groups, including RAICES, rely on financial backing from the federal government. Ryan said he fears that the Trump administration's zero tolerance policy toward immigrants, that source of funding may soon dry up."

Precisely, why it is a mistake to rely on government.  Government has become the problem, not the solution.  Remains a direct threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Exacerbated by increasing instability, growing narcissism of the Trump nazi.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

GOP nazification of the judiciary just hit a significant snag.  Doesn't your heart bleed? The Washington Post reports:

"The GOP’s bid to transform the federal bench with conservative judges hit its first significant snag Thursday, after Senate Republicans were forced to withdraw the nomination of Ryan Bounds, Trump’s pick to serve on the powerful 9th Circuit appeals court."

Breaks your heart, doesn't it?

"Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) announced he would withdraw Bounds’s nomination after the vote to confirm him was delayed for nearly an hour, prompting speculation that the GOP did not have support it needed to carry Bounds’ nomination.  Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) told reporters Thursday that the decision was made with the White House, following concerns Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) raised about the nomination.  “Senator Scott raised some concerns yesterday about the nomination and I think it became apparent the nominee was not going to prevail,” Cornyn told reporters after Bounds’ vote was withdrawn. “The White House decided under the circumstances to withdraw the nomination and so that’s where we are.”

Proof positive the GOP is not monolithic.  Encouraging, isn't it?

"A spokesman for Scott confirmed that Scott had concerns about some of Bounds’s writings, while another Republican aide concurred that Scott had expressed problems with Bounds’s nomination.  Democrats opposed Bounds’s controversial nomination, bringing up articles he had written in the Stanford Review while in law school that criticized and ridiculed multiculturalism and groups concerned with racial issues."

How about that?  At least a few of the nazis in the Republican Party are aware they have a problem.  An unsustainable problem.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Once again, the jackass in the Oval Office has contradicted himself.  The Washington Post reports:

"The White House says President Trump opposes a proposal floated by Russian President Vladimir Putin that would allow Russia to interview American officials in exchange for making Russian authorities indicted in special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s probe available for questioning."

What could Trump possibly been thinking?

"The White House announced Trump’s opposition Thursday moments before the Senate voted 98 to zero to approve a resolution telling the president not to honor Putin’s request, which would have exposed former U.S. ambassador Michael McFaul, among others, to Russian questioning."

To think this jackass originally entertained the thought of doing so.

“It is a proposal that was made in sincerity by President Putin, but President Trump disagrees with it,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a statement. “Hopefully President Putin will have the 12 identified Russians come to the United States to prove their innocence or guilt.”

Wake up, Ms. Sanders.  The president was caught flatfooted.  Aggressively stupid, losing ground.

"The 12 Russians is a reference to those indicted last week by Mueller for their role in interfering in the 2016 U.S. election.  Putin first proposed swapping officials for questioning at a Monday summit with Trump in Helsinki, offering to make Russian authorities indicted in Mueller’s probe available for questioning — but only if the United States also granted Russian officials similar access to current and former American officials.  Trump called it “an incredible offer.”

The president remains an incredible jackass.

"The Senate resolution — which expresses the sense of Congress that no current or former diplomat, civil servant, law enforcement official, member of the Armed Forces or political appointee should be made available to Putin’s government for an interrogation — is not binding on the president. The White House said earlier this week that it is considering the Kremlin’s request, prompting a backlash from both Republicans and Democrats, and even members of the Trump administration."

Clearly, sadly, Trump's not all there.

"In a news conference this week, State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert called the idea of allowing the Russian government to interview American officials “absolutely absurd,” adding that allowing such a precedent “would be a grave concern to our former colleagues here.”

You think?  Trump's serious consideration of this prior to strong congressional reaction is indicative of his gross unfitness for office.

Republicans have a long, long, long way to go.  Consider the following:

"Before McConnell announced Thursday’s vote on the Schumer-Menendez-Schatz resolution, Senate Republicans blocked two efforts to bring up resolutions affirming lawmakers’ support for the intelligence community’s assessment, the special counsel’s probe into alleged ties between Trump and the Kremlin, and urge the president to take a harder stand against Russia."

Republicans are increasingly on the wrong side of history.  Will pay quite a price when the electorate finally wakes up.

"Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who has spent the week mounting a fierce defense of Trump’s outreach to Putin, objected to a proposal from Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), charging it was an affront to diplomatic efforts and a sign that “Trump derangement syndrome has official come to the Senate.” Sanders shot back that his resolution had nothing to do with diplomacy and didn’t even call for sanctions — but failed to secure a vote on the measure to affirm the intelligence community’s determinations about Russian interference."

No question, insanity is alive and well in the United States Senate.  LOL.

"Sen. John Cornyn (R-Tex.), the Majority Whip, also shot down a bipartisan proposal from Sens. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) and Christopher A. Coons (D-Del.) to insist the president fully implement sanctions against Russia that Congress passed almost a year ago, arguing that it would be better to consider sanctions than an unnecessarily “symbolic” resolution."

Cornyn's head remains securely lodged up his ass.  Think that'll ever change?  Think it can?  LOL.

“Symbolism is important, our agencies of government need to know that we stand behind them,” Flake retorted on the floor, promising to raise the resolution again and predicting that “ultimately it will pass.”

Bet it will.  Likely, when too late.

"Neither resolution would have been binding."

So what?  Would have had the benefit of putting the Senate on the record.

NPR reports:

"Trump, appearing with President Vladimir Putin in Finland, at first said he didn't believe Russia had interfered in the 2016 election — but then said he does. Trump said he didn't believe Russian intelligence is continuing to target the United States today — but then the White House said he does.  Then on Thursday, press secretary Sarah Sanders said in an announcement that Trump now "disagrees" with Putin's proposal from their summit that the two governments exchange people of interest to each other's investigators.  "It is a proposal that was made in sincerity by President Putin, but President Trump disagrees with it," Sanders said. "Hopefully, President Putin will have the 12 identified Russians come to the United States to prove their innocence or guilt."

Suffering whiplash?  Think this guy truly knows what he's doing?

"The Senate voted 98 to 0 on a resolution condemning the earlier idea that the White House had held open — that Russians might get to interrogate Americans if American investigators were able to talk with the Russian suspects — and individual lawmakers and others also had spoken out."

Indeed, they did.  Collective wisdom a nazi dictator clearly does not have.

"A former U.S. Ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul, says Putin is obsessed with an imaginary scheme to undermine the Russian government that McFaul supposedly conducted from the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. McFaul worried about Trump permitting that story to take flight.  Granting any credibility to the scheme means the White House is "playing into Russia's hands," Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Bob Corker, R-Tenn., told reporters on Thursday."

That's right.  What could Trump possibly been thinking?

"Corker said that although the president has wide discretion to conduct foreign affairs, he might have gone too far in Helsinki, adding that he wants to question Secretary of State Mike Pompeo about the summit at a hearing next week.  "The president does have the ability to meet with anybody he wishes," Corker said. "I think this one, especially the presentation that was made at the end, was disconcerting to most Americans and certainly was to me."

Treason.

"We're going to have Pompeo come in next week, and I think we'll be much better informed when that is over, as to what the intentions are, where they're trying to take this relationship, was there anything that was agreed to privately in those meetings."

That's the problem.  What did Trump give away?  Why were no aides present?

"The prospect that the United States might grant access to McFaul or others, in exchange for American investigators talking with Russians linked to cyberattacks, had been viewed as unlikely.  But Trump had called it an "incredible offer" on Monday in his press conference with Putin in Helsinki, and Sanders had seemed to suggest Wednesday that the administration was evaluating it."

Trump's lack of experience, naïveté, and narcissism are the problem.

"Critics said it was a mistake for the White House even to appear that it had been evaluating the idea of an interrogation exchange.  Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., wrote on Twitter earlier Thursday that he thought the White House must "publicly and unequivocally rule it out."

Trump has once again proven he's a jackass.  Unfit for office.

CBS News reports:

"President Trump said he'll be Russian President Vladimir Putin's "worst nightmare" if things don't go well with Russia. Mr. Trump made the comments on CNBC's "Squawk Box" in an interview that aired Friday.  Mr. Trump, still facing fallout over his widely criticized Monday meeting with Putin in Helsinki, Finland, has expressed his intent to invite Putin to Washington in fall, even as his own intelligence agency leaders warn Russia will continue attempts to meddle in the November election cycle.  Mr. Trump, after calling former President Obama a "patsy" for Russia in the CNBC interview, reiterated what he has said many times before — "Getting along with President Putin, getting along with Russia, is a positive, not a negative."  But Mr. Trump added, "Now, with that being said, if that doesn't work out, I'll be the worst enemy he's ever had. The worst he's ever had."  Then, as CNBC anchor Joe Kernan tried to draw the interview to its conclusion, Mr. Trump said, "But I think he knows that -- I'll be his worst nightmare. But I don't think it'll be that way. I actually think we'll have a good relationship."

Insanity reigns and reins. The Washington Post reports:

"The White House announced Thursday that Vladimir Putin has been invited to Washington this fall, even as leaders in Washington tried to fully understand what happened when President Trump and the Russian leader met earlier this week in Helsinki."

The question is why?  Especially, in light of the fact we don't know what transpired during their alone time during the summit.  What did Trump give away?

"White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the planned visit in a tweet, saying that national security adviser John Bolton extended the invitation and that “discussions are already underway.”

Why?  What does Putin have on Trump?

"As the late afternoon tweet landed, Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats was on stage at the Aspen Security Forum in the middle of an interview with NBC’s Andrea Mitchell, who broke the news to him. Coats, clearly surprised, took a deep breath.  “Say that again,” he said. “Did I hear you?”  She repeated the news.  “Okaaaay,” Coats said. “That’s going to be special.”

Indeed.  LOL.

"Coats said he would have advised against Trump and Putin’s private meeting in Helsinki, which worried U.S. security officials because no notes were taken and only two interpreters were present, but that he had not been consulted. Underscoring how little is known about the meeting, Coats acknowledged that he has not been told what happened in the room. Asked whether it was possible Putin had secretly recorded the more-than two-hour meeting, Coats answered, “That risk is always there.”

Trump's head remains securely lodged up his ass.  ... Or, worse, Putin's got something on him.

"Thursday’s announcement was the latest unexpected turn in a week in which Trump has faced a torrent of bipartisan criticism over his cozy approach to Putin and his vacillating utterances about Moscow’s election interference, all while brushing aside warnings that the Russian leader should be viewed as an adversary."

Again, Trump has either lost his mind or Putin has something on him.

“The Summit with Russia was a great success, except with the real enemy of the people, the Fake News Media,” Trump wrote in a morning tweet. “I look forward to our second meeting so that we can start implementing some of the many things discussed.”

Once again, Trump has showed his true colors.  The 'Fake News' is what comes out his mouth.  Congenital liar.  A free press is insurance against a delusional, narcissistic, nazi dictator.

"Inside the White House, Trump’s advisers were in an uproar over Coats’s interview in Aspen, Colo. They said the optics were especially damaging, noting that at moments Coats appeared to be laughing at the president, playing to his audience of the intellectual elite in a manner that was sure to infuriate Trump."

Not the only one laughing at Trump.  Sad, isn't it?  Worse?  Trump only has himself to blame.

“Coats has gone rogue,” said one senior White House official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to provide a candid assessment."

The hell he has.  His reaction is the same as that of an increasing number of people presented with this growing abomination.

"After Coats indirectly rebuked Trump’s Helsinki performance on Monday, senior administration officials were concerned that the intelligence director could perhaps resign and so implored Trump to reassure Coats and calm the waters. Trump tried to do just that on Wednesday in an interview with CBS Evening News anchor Jeff Glor, singling out Coats by name for praise. A transcript of the president’s interview was sent to Coats to ensure the director of national intelligence saw the comments, the senior official said."

Pathetic, isn't it?  Think the president's fit for office?

"White House aides are worried that Trump will interpret the comments by Coats as a personal betrayal, since they came so soon after the president praised him. Explaining that Trump does not take kindly to slights and that he nurses grudges, one official predicted that Coats’s Aspen interview could bother the president more than the many ethical blunders of Scott Pruitt, who was ousted as Environmental Protection Agency administrator."

Trump needs to grow up.  Can't stay a 15-year-old your entire life.

"A senior U.S. intelligence official said that Coats has a good relationship with the president and speaks with him frequently. He disputed the suggestion that the director was somehow undermining the president and said Coats was doing his job to describe what the Russians did."

Coats is doing his job.  Trump is not.

“For someone in the White House to criticize Dan Coats for speaking truth to power is unfair,” the intelligence official said."

Precisely, what Washington needs far more of.  People willing to courageously speak up.  Before too late.

The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump plans to revoke the security clearances of a handful of former officials who have been critical of his rhetoric and actions toward Russia, the White House announced Monday, in a move that immediately prompted claims of political retaliation."

That's all it is.  No First Amendment.  No freedom of speech.  The Trump nazi intends to control all thought.  Enforce his will.  Tolerate no dissent.  A nazi fuhrer.

"White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the officials being examined are former CIA director John Brennan; former FBI director James B. Comey; former CIA director Michael V. Hayden; former national security adviser Susan E. Rice; former director of national intelligence James R. Clapper Jr.; and former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe.  “The president is exploring these mechanisms to remove security clearances because they’ve politicized and, in some cases, actually monetized their public service and their security clearances in making baseless accusations of improper contact with Russia or being influenced by Russia,” Sanders told reporters at a regular press briefing."

Horse shit.  No more than that.  A narcissistic nazi fuhrer is incapable of tolerating any dissent.  Surrounds himself with only yes men and women.

"She added: “The fact that people with security clearances are making these baseless charges provides inappropriate legitimacy to accusations with zero evidence.”

Jesus Christ.  Isn't that precisely what your nazi fuhrer is doing, Ms. Sanders?

"The move came shortly after Trump met with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who said earlier Monday that he planned to ask the president to revoke Brennan’s clearance. The former Obama administration CIA director last week used the word “treasonous” to describe Trump’s performance at his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, saying it showed he was “wholly in the pocket of Putin.”

Brennan wouldn't want to confuse anyone with the truth, would he?

"Democrats immediately criticized the move as an attempt to punish former officials for leveling criticism at Trump.  “This is what totalitarianism looks like,” Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) said in a tweet.  A member of the Senate Republican leadership voiced skepticism of the White House’s actions as well.  “I don’t know whether they’ve been abusing their security clearance at all,” said Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (Texas), the No. 2 Republican in the chamber. “That’s a very serious allegation. I want to see what the results are.”

Noose figuratively tightens.  ABC News reports:

"Investigators discovered recordings made by Michael Cohen that include then-candidate Donald Trump talking about making a payment to a former Playboy model, sources familiar with the matter confirmed to ABC News.  The recordings were found as part of the raid on Michael Cohen’s home office and hotel carried out earlier this year in New York, the sources told ABC News.  The New York Times first reported the news of the recordings.  The Playboy model in question is reportedly Karen McDougal, who has previously claimed that she had an affair with Trump. The White House previously denied McDougal's claims."

How much longer can you go on denying the truth, Mr. 'President?"

"McDougal, who was Playmate of the Month in December 1997 and Playmate of the Year in 1998, alleges that she had a 10-month romantic affair with Trump in 2006. After being silent for more than a decade, McDougal started speaking about it earlier this year, first opening up in an interview with The New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow in February.   McDougal told CNN's Anderson Cooper in March that her first intimate encounter with Trump came in June 2006, soon after she met the New York real-estate tycoon at the Playboy mansion during a taping there of his reality series, "The Apprentice." At the time, Trump had recently married the now-first lady Melania Trump, and the couple had an infant son.  "I was attracted to him," McDougal said. "He's a nice looking man. I liked his charisma."

Later on in this edition, there is another article vis a vis Cohen's release of a tape he recorded unbeknownst to Trump on this matter.

Think Putin's the only problem?  Get this.  NBC reports:

"Iranian hackers have laid the groundwork to carry out extensive cyberattacks on U.S. and European infrastructure and on private companies, and the U.S. is warning allies, hardening its defenses and weighing a counterattack, say multiple senior U.S. officials.  Despite Iran having positioned cyber weapons to carry out attacks, there is no suggestion an offensive operation is imminent, according to the officials, who requested anonymity in order to speak.  Cyber threats have been a major theme of the 2018 Aspen Security Forum, with administration officials from Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, FBI Director Chris Wray, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein all warning of the pervasive danger from Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea.  In Aspen Thursday, Coats said that Russia was a more active cyber foe than Iran or China — "by far" the most aggressive, he said.  While Russia may be the most aggressive, the U.S. officials said Iran is making preparations that would enable denial-of-service attacks against thousands of electric grids, water plants, and health care and technology companies in the U.S., Germany, the U.K. and other countries in Europe and the Middle East."

Think politicians aren't greedily lining their pockets?  ABC News reports:

"House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., used funds from New PAC, his leadership political action committee, to purchase steak dinners, limo rides, and nearly $15,000 in Boston Celtics basketball games tickets, Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings show.  The expenditures were first reported by the Fresno Bee and do not appear to break any federal laws."

Is he reporting it as income?

"A leadership PAC like Nunes' New PAC is a separate pot of money from a lawmaker's own campaign fund, intended to help politicians strategically finance other candidates' campaigns. In recent years, however, leadership PACs have increasingly been used to pay for lavish trips, meals and hotel stays, rather than to support political allies."

Zero-sum game.  Winner-take-all.

"Nunes’ New PAC expenditures have been particularly conspicuous. FEC filings show that New PAC spent a total of $14,638 at TD Garden, the home of the Boston Celtics, on three occasions between February and May 2017.  New PAC dropped an additional $3,593 at the 4-star Omni Parker House hotel on May 8, the same day that the fund purchased tickets for the Celtics' playoffs against the Washington Wizards.  2018 quarterly filings for New PAC show a number of more recent luxury expenditures. On March 9, bills at seven different restaurants in Las Vegas totaled over $7,000.  Among them: $2,365 at The Dorsey, a cocktail bar offering to serve Dom Perignon and other fine liquors directly from a disco ball as part of its "Disco Punch Bowl Pairings" special.  Exactly a month ago, on June 19, the PAC charged $5,075 to Gold Coast Limousine service and $4,408 at the Sea Venture hotel in Pismo Beach, Calif.  Several restaurants and luxury hotels show up repeatedly on the congressman’s filings. New PAC has spent over $10,000 since July of last year in frequent visits to The Prime Rib D.C., an upscale steakhouse. The restaurant boasts tuxedoed waitstaff intended to “evoke the elegant supper clubs of 1940’s Manhattan.”  The PAC is funded by typical GOP donors such as Koch Industries."

They're all bought and paid for.  Both major political parties.  Shameless hucksters.

The president and his henchmen are ignoring asylum law.  NPR reports:

"In May, Lourdes walked across the bridge from Mexico to El Paso, Texas, and requested asylum. The first step is an interview with an asylum officer.  "I told him that I have the evidence on me," Lourdes said, through an interpreter. She told the asylum officer about the scar on her arm, and the four missing fingers on her left hand — all evidence, she says, of a brutal attack by a gang in her native Honduras.  But the asylum officer rejected her claim.  "I don't know what happened," Lourdes said. "I don't know how I failed."

She didn't.  The officer ignored the law.  Trump and his henchmen believe they are the law.  A nazi dictator and his henchmen.

"Across the southwest border, immigration lawyers say they're seeing an alarming jump in the number of asylum-seekers turned away at the earliest stage of the process — what's known as the credible fear interview.  "That was shocking to have received a negative credible fear result," said Linda Rivas, the executive director of the Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center in El Paso, which is representing Lourdes and other asylum-seekers."

Our nazi president and his henchmen are not only ignoring but violating the oaths of office they took to uphold the United States Constitution and rule of law.

"For now, Lourdes is being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at its facility in El Paso. We're not using her full name because she's afraid the gang might find her again.  Back in 2012, Lourdes says, she owned a small clothing store in Honduras. A local gang tried to extort money from her — money she didn't have.  "Four people came into my store, with their faces covered," Lourdes said. They beat her, and burned her arm with acid, she said, and damaged her left hand so severely that four fingers had to be amputated.  Lourdes says she reported the incident to the police in Honduras, but they never followed up. She went into hiding for five years, she says. But when she went home to visit her mother the gang found her and threatened to kill her. That's when she decided to flee to the U.S.  In the past, immigration lawyers say, Lourdes and others fleeing gang or domestic violence would likely have passed this first interview — and gone on to present their cases, eventually, to an immigration judge. But those odds have changed.  "Even people with pretty severe issues having happened to them in their home country are still coming up with negative 'credible fear' results," Rivas said."

Clearly, the 'president' and his henchmen have disgraced themselves.  Follow in the footsteps of their mentors, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.  Cannot be trusted to enforce the law.  To say nothing of the United States Constitution.

"Immigration lawyers say they've noted a shift starting last month, when Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a sweeping decision that reshapes who can qualify for asylum. That decision was reinforced last week with concrete guidance to asylum officers, directing them to reject more claims based on "private crime"-- in particular, domestic abuse or gang violence."

Raw nazism.  The 'president,' his racist AG Sessions nazi, and all their henchmen are traitors.

"Immigrants' rights advocates say credible fear interviews can be a matter of life and death.  "The consequences are dire for people who are turned around," says Eleanor Acer, senior director for refugee protection at Human Rights First. "These people will be returned to persecution without even having the chance to have their claims for asylum assessed in U.S. immigration courts."

Raw nazism.

"Immigrant rights' advocates argue that the Trump administration's tougher guidelines means legitimate asylum-seekers are being rejected as well."

Certainly, the intention of the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"They're also concerned that the new guidelines explicitly instruct asylum officers to consider whether an immigrant crossed the border illegally before making their asylum claim. That's likely to be challenged in court, said Eleanor Acer with Human Rights First."

Needs to be.  Nazi government needs to be challenged every step of the way.

"But for people who are summarily deported," Acer said, "their fates will be sealed already."

That's right.  Legacy of the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"That may include many of the parents that the Trump administration separated from their children. A federal judge in California has ordered the government to reunite those families by July 26th. But immigration lawyers fear many of those families will be quickly deported back to their home countries. In its latest update to the court, the government said that 863 parents awaiting reunification already have a final order of removal."

Time to ask the French to remove their gift from New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty.  No longer means anything in Nazi America.

The following sound like a president in his right mind?  The Washington Times reports:

“Inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer’s office (early in the morning) — almost unheard of,” Mr. Trump tweeted. “Even more inconceivable that a lawyer would tape a client — totally unheard of & perhaps illegal. The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!”

Had a warrant.  Forget?

"The New York Times reported Friday that federal investigators have an audio tape of Mr. Trump and Mr. Cohen two months before the 2016 election discussing a payment to former Playboy bunny Karen McDougal, who alleges an affair with Mr. Trump in 2006. No payment was made."

That right?

"Trump lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani confirmed Friday that Mr. Trump had discussed payments to Ms. McDougal with Mr. Cohen on the recording. He told The Times that the recording was less than two minutes long and that Mr. Trump did not know he was being recorded, asserting the president had done nothing wrong."

Elizabeth Warren continues to rattle the cage of the Nazi Right.  The Washington Times reports:

"Sen. Elizabeth Warren told Americans this week that she is a staunch supporter of free markets — provided “rules” are crafted to control “the rich and powerful.”

If not, they run and own it all.  Zero-sum game.  Winner-take-all.  Problem is this system is basically laissez-faire.  That is, corporate world is free to do as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  Wells Fargo, proof positive.

"The Massachusetts Democrat told MSNBC that low unemployment and high consumer confidence should not fool voters into thinking the economy is strong because the nation’s “lived experience” has plateaued or worsened under President Trump."

It has.  Will get worse as Trump's trade war continues.

“I believe in markets right down to my toes,” she said when asked why democratic socialists are stars within the party. “But I also believe markets have to have rules. Otherwise rich and powerful just keep sucking up all the value and everybody else ends up eating dirt. … I think that big parts of this economy are not working for the American people.”

Truer words, never spoken.  LOL.

"The senator then said that corporations “don’t share” with employees when they are doing well."

Certainly, haven't to date.  Quite the opposite.  At a time of record profits, corporate cash reserves.  Unsustainable.

“The way I see this, is the lived experiences of most hard-working Americans across this country are not improving under the Trump administration,” she told anchor Stephanie Ruhle on Thursday. “What’s happening to them is they’re still stuck with flat incomes and rising core expenses. And the Trump administration is helping drive up those expenses.”

That's right.  Zero-sum game.  Winner-take-all.  As intended by Trump and his fellow nazis.

"Mrs. Warren then blasted the Trump administration for enabling “for-profit colleges that cheat our young people.”

Trump certainly lined his pockets off his own failed shell of a 'university.'  Cost him some $25 million, forget?

More of the same old shit.  NPR reports:

"Trump administration lawyers are defending their new rules on how campuses should handle cases of sexual assault. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos issued the new guidance last fall after scrapping Obama-era rules that she said were forcing schools to violate the due process rights of the accused. Survivors' advocates filed a federal lawsuit shortly after, arguing DeVos' replacement guidelines discriminate against accusers and discourage them from reporting assaults."

Precisely, the intention of DeVos and her henchmen.

"The message that is sent is that the administration believes that women who report sexual harassment and violence are liars," says Jennifer Reisch, legal director of Equal Rights Advocates, one of three groups that brought the lawsuit. She spoke to reporters Thursday after a hearing on the lawsuit at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco."

Certainly the message sent.

"DeVos' interim guidelines allow schools to demand a higher standard of evidence that would make it tougher to prove an assault, permit schools to hear appeals only from the accused, and let investigations go on for an indefinite amount of time."

Nazi justice.

"None of that was allowed in the Obama era."

More of the same old shit.  The 'president' doesn't seem to understand the right to protest is embedded in the First Amendment.  The Washington Times reports:

"President Trump blasted the NFL and high-paid Commissioner Roger Goodell Friday night for halting implementation of its policy that requires players to stand for the national anthem.  “The NFL National Anthem Debate is alive and well again - can’t believe it!” Mr. Trump tweeted. “Isn’t it in contract that players must stand at attention, hand on heart? The $40,000,000 Commissioner must now make a stand. First time kneeling, out for game. Second time kneeling, out for season/no pay!”

Tough shit.

"The president was responding to the NFL’s announcement Thursday that it would freeze its new policy requiring players to remain standing during the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner, if they’re on the field.  The NFL Players Association challenged the policy last week, filing a grievance against the league."

As well they should have.

More insanity.  NPR reports:

"President Trump threatened to impose tariffs on every product imported from China, dialing up the pressure in the growing trade dispute between the world's two economic superpowers.  In an interview with CNBC broadcast this morning, Trump said, "We're down a tremendous amount," referring to the trade imbalance between the U.S. and China. "I'm ready to go to 500."

Trump has lost his mind.

"The U.S. imported $505 billion worth of goods from China in 2017, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. The U.S. exported $130 billion worth of goods to China.  In the interview, which was recorded Thursday, Trump also indicated his willingness to endure stock market volatility as he pursues an aggressive trade agenda with China. Asked about the potential of a market downturn over his trade policies, he said: "If it does, it does. Look, I'm not doing this for politics."

Lost your mind, Donny.

Once again, Trump demonstrated egregious unfitness for office.  CBS News reports:

"President Trump warned Iranian President Hassan Rouhani early Monday that he will face dire consequences for threatening the United States. Mr. Trump tweeted in all capital letters about the dangers to Iran of making hostile threats after Rouhani said Sunday, "America must understand well that peace with Iran is the mother of all peace and war with Iran is the mother of all wars."

"To Iranian President Rouhani: NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE. WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 23, 2018"

This man is not fit for office.  Presents an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"Within hours, Iranian state-owned news agency IRNA dismissed Mr. Trump's tweet, describing it as a "passive reaction" to Rouhani's remarks.  The agency, a government mouthpiece, also said Monday that Mr. Trump's comment was only mimicking and copying Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who had in the past warned the West to "never threaten an Iranian."

What makes this particularly dangerous is the fact there is now a lunatic running both Iran and the United States.  Before Trump, the president of the United States could be relied on not to match the insanity of the Iranian regime.  No longer.

"Mr. Trump earlier this year pulled the United States out of the international deal meant to prevent Tehran from developing a nuclear weapon and ordered increased American sanctions."

Big mistake.  Proof positive Trump's inexperience would be an enormous problem vis a vis international relations.

"Rouhani had warned Mr. Trump Sunday to stop "playing with the lion's tail" and threatening Iran, "or else you will regret it."  Mr. Trump has suggested Iranian leaders are "going to call me and say 'let's make a deal'" but Iran has rejected talks."

Further proof of Trump's naiveté, aching inexperience.

"Rouhani has previously lashed out against Mr. Trump for threatening to re-impose the sanctions, as well as for moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem and banning travel to the U.S. from certain Muslim-majority countries.  Mr. Trump's early Monday tweet suggested he has little patience with the trading of hostile messages with Iran.  Mr. Trump has a history of firing off heated tweets that seem to quickly escalate long-standing disputes with leaders of nations at odds with the U.S.  In the case of North Korea, the public war of words cooled quickly and gradually led to the high profile summit and denuclearization talks."

To date, turns out to be no more than symbolism over substance.  Empty rhetoric.

"Of the tweet by Mr. Trump, the Reuters news service says, "The escalation in rhetoric came as the Trump administration has launched an offensive of speeches and online communications meant to foment unrest and help pressure Iran to end its nuclear program and its support of militant groups, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter."

Not going to happen.  Certainly, hasn't since the Shah was overthrown four decades ago.  Conditions likely to worsen now that the Trump nazi and his henchmen have granted the Israeli aggressor carte blanche.

The Washington Post reports:

"Iranian officials accused the White House of waging “psychological warfare” and vowed Monday to resist any U.S. efforts to destabilize their government, after stark warnings by President Trump's against perceived Iranian threats.  The rapid backlash from Tehran marked some of the harshest exchanges between Iran’s leadership and Washington since the Trump administration exited the 2015 Iran nuclear deal in May and moved to reimpose sanctions on Iran.  It also showed the widening gulf between the United States and other world powers that were part of the nuclear accord, which eased international economic pressures on Iran in exchange for curbs on its nuclear program.  European nations and others are now struggling to keep the nuclear accord alive and maintain economic ties with Iran."

Think Putin isn't gloating?

"The United States is also set to reimpose harsh sanctions after withdrawing from the nuclear deal with Iran and world powers earlier this year. That agreement, which was negotiated by the Obama administration, curbed elements of Iran's atomic energy program that raised proliferation concerns in exchange for an end to restrictions on Iran's oil exports and banking system.  But Trump has slammed the accord, calling it “the worst deal ever.”

Was the best Obama could get.  Trump won't even get that.  LOL.

"Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Bahram Qassemi, said Monday that Pompeo's speech, in which he likened Iran's rulers to the Mafia, “was hypocritical and absurd.”  “These remarks are a clear example of [U.S.] interference in Iran's internal affairs,” Tasnim quoted Qassemi as saying."

Certainly, and grudgingly, has a point, doesn't he?

"But the harshest words came from Iran's hard-liners, including Revolutionary Guard commanders.  “We will never abandon our revolutionary beliefs. We will resist pressure from enemies,” the head of Iran's paramilitary Basij force, Brig. Gen. Gholam Hossein Gheibparvar, said Monday, the Reuters news agency reported. The comments were carried by the Iranian Students’ News Agency.  “Trump cannot do a damn thing against Iran,” he said. He dismissed Trump’s salvos as “psychological warfare.”

The above is certainly not the worst of it.  The following is far more ominous:

"Another warning came from Mohsen Rezaei, chairman of Iran's Expediency Council, an advisory body to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.  He said Trump is the one who should be cautious, warning that thousands of U.S. troops in the region are “under Iran’s blade” — an apparent reference to Iranian proxy forces in places such as Iraq and Syria. The pro-Iranian groups also include Lebanon’s Hezbollah, which has waged battles with Israel in the past.  Military experts have long warned that Iran could use such militias to attack U.S. troops in places such as Iraq and Syria. Skirmishes this year between Israel and the Revolutionary Guard and its proxies have already raised the specter of war."

Trump and his henchmen are not carefully thinking this through.

"Another military commander, Kiomars Heidari, reiterated late Sunday Iran's threat to block the Strait of Hormuz, a critical waterway for about 30 percent of the world’s oil tanker traffic, according to the Brussels-based International Crisis Group.  The strait “should either be safe for everybody or unsafe for everybody,” Tasnim quoted Heidari as saying."

We're already f--ked by Big Oil.  Gouged.  At a time of record profits, cash reserves.  Now, this.  A lunatic in the Oval Office.

Deception runs rampant in the Trump regime.  NPR reports:

"For five years, Beck Dorey-Stein was Barack Obama's "professional stalker," she says. "His creeper."  As a former White House stenographer — a job she found on Craigslist of all places — Dorey-Stein was part of a team responsible for going anywhere the president went, recording his every public utterance and then transcribing it for posterity.  "Especially whenever he spoke with press, he made sure, just like the previous presidents did, that there was a stenographer in the room so that there was no miscommunication or confusion about what exactly was said," says Dorey-Stein. She writes about the experience in her new memoir, From the Corner of the Oval."

Truth is unimportant to Trump.  Makes up his own as he goes.

"In an interview with Noel King for NPR's Morning Edition, Dorey-Stein says "everything changed" with the inauguration of President Trump, whose team "didn't know that stenographers existed." She recounts how during the transition, it took her boss multiple tries before she was even able to get past a young press wrangler to introduce herself to the incoming West Wing staff.  Things didn't improve much from there. In a New York Times op-ed published last week, Dorey-Stein writes about how Stephanie Grisham, now the communications director for the first lady, told a colleague that White House stenographers would not be needed often, because "there would be video."

Think that good enough?

"This seems like a fair point," says Dorey-Stein, "unless you really know audio." The audio that's taken from media video might change or get trimmed during the editing process, she says. "We see that with music videos, so the idea of it just being like, 'Oh, of course, we can just have this on video,' it's not the same."  "We type up our transcripts from our audio, so it hasn't been tampered with and it not only goes to the press office, the press, but also the presidential archive," she says. "That's really important to have an accurate recording at all times, especially when the press is involved, just to make sure that we are recording the truth and that no one has complicated that."

Certainly, not how the Trump nazi sees things.  Makes his own truth up as he goes along.

"The importance of that type of record has been underscored in recent days by a string of controversies involving comments made by Trump. On his visit earlier this month to the United Kingdom, for example, the president denied making disparaging comments about British Prime Minister Theresa May in an interview with the tabloid The Sun, even though the The Sun released a recording of the remarks.  Then, last Wednesday, the White House was forced to clarify an exchange between the president and a reporter at the start of a Cabinet meeting. Asked whether he believes Russia is no longer targeting U.S. elections, the president shook his head and said "no." Later, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders told reporters that his "no" meant that the president was not taking questions from reporters."

'Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit,' right, Mr. 'President?'

"Dorey-Stein says that under Trump, White House stenographers have less access to the president."

Think it's not by design?

"In her recent op-ed, she writes about how she watched "with disbelief" as Bill O'Reilly was summoned to the Oval Office for a private conversation with the president ahead of an interview by the former Fox News host in the opening weeks of the administration.  "In my five years with President Barack Obama, off-the-record discussions with reporters happened after work hours — not for an hour in the middle of the workday, and certainly not before an interview," she writes in the op-ed. "When a president spoke on the record with a reporter, his staff made sure to have a stenographer present so there could be an official White House transcript, just in case the reporter came out with an inaccurate quotation."

Prior to Trump, historical record was extremely important to all incumbents.  No longer.  Trump lies as he goes.  Invents his own truth.  Why would a congenital liar want a stenographer to figuratively hold his feet to the fire?

"In her conversation with NPR, Dorey-Stein says that Trump "doesn't like microphones near his face, which makes it very difficult to record him."  "He's doing the American people a disservice," she says. "It's quite possible President Trump is actually doing it intentionally, because if there was a record of what happened, it would be hard for him to muddle the truth."

Think she isn't on to something?  LOL.

"The president has had the latitude "to walk his words back," she says, "because he doesn't have a recording ... It's much easier to muddle the truth when you don't have a transcript."

Indeed.

Another non sequitur by the Trump nazi.  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump on Monday made a fresh call to end the investigation of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, citing the release over the weekend of a previously classified application to wiretap former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, who was under suspicion by the FBI of being a Russian agent.  In a series of tweets, Trump falsely claimed that Mueller’s investigation was prompted by the surveillance.

"The counterintelligence investigation by the FBI into Russian election interference began months before the Obama administration sought the court surveillance order on Page in October 2016. Mueller was appointed special counsel in May 2017, after Trump fired James B. Comey as FBI director."

CBS News reports:

"Sen. Marco Rubio is refuting President Trump's latest claims that his campaign was being "illegally" spied on following the FBI's release of heavily redacted documents detailing the surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.   The Florida Republican, speaking with "Face the Nation" on Sunday, said that "anything and everything" he's seen while serving on the Senate Intelligence Committee indicates the FBI "did not spy on the campaign."

"You have an individual here who has openly bragged about his ties to Russia and Russians and he's never -- I don't think Carter Page has ever said he's a spy, but he has certainly talked about it," Rubio said. When asked if the information collected from Page using a FISA court order was justified, Rubio told "Face the Nation" moderator Margaret Brennan that the FBI had "reason to believe" Page was a person of interest given his openness about his contacts with Russians."

Think Rubio isn't on Trump's shit list?  Consider the following:

"I think that's different from spying on a campaign, in fact, that the Trump campaign has said on numerous occasions that Carter Page was not a major player in their campaign," Rubio said. "So, you know, based on that statement alone you would conclude that yes, they were looking into this one individual but an individual the campaign themselves said was not a big part of their efforts. Therefore I wouldn't consider that spying on a campaign."

Think Rubio hasn't rattled Trump's cage?

"Rubio's comments come in contrast with the president's tweets Sunday morning, in which he claimed that Page was surveilled "for the political gain of Crooked Hillary Clinton and the DNC." He claimed that the documents "with little doubt that the Department of Justice and FBI misled the courts."

"Looking more & more like the Trump Campaign for President was illegally being spied upon (surveillance) for the political gain of Crooked Hillary Clinton and the DNC. Ask her how that worked out - she did better with Crazy Bernie. Republicans must get tough now. An illegal Scam!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 22, 2018"

All a sham.  The Washington Post reports:

"In a quest to shrink national monuments last year, senior Interior Department officials dismissed evidence these public lands boosted tourism and spurred archaeological discoveries, according to documents the department released this month and retracted a day later."

The public was hoodwinked by Trump and his henchmen.

"The thousands of pages of email correspondence chart how Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke and his aides instead tailored their survey of protected sites to emphasize the value of logging, ranching and energy development that would be unlocked if they were not designated as national monuments."

Line their pockets?  Accept bribes?  Needs to be a criminal investigation.  Think there will be with the fox guarding the hen house?

"Comments the department’s Freedom of Information Act officers made in the documents show they sought to keep some of the references out of public view because they were “revealing [the] strategy” behind the review."

Deception.  Outright.

"These redactions came to light because Interior’s FOIA office sent out a batch of documents to journalists and advocacy groups on July 16 it later removed online.  “It appears that we inadvertently posted an incorrect version of the files for the most recent National Monuments production,” officials wrote July 17. “We are requesting that if you downloaded the files already to please delete those versions.”

Caught in a lie.  Don't you love it?

"Aaron Weiss, a spokesman for the advocacy group Center for Western Priorities, said in an email the “botched document dump reveals what we’ve suspected all along: Secretary Zinke ignored clear warnings from his own staff that shrinking national monuments would put sacred archaeological and cultural sites at risk.”  “Trying to hide those warnings from the public months later is disgraceful and possibly illegal,” Weiss added."

The Washington Post reports:

"Let it never be said that the Trump administration lacks ambition or creativity. Fresh off announcing its intention to gut the Endangered Species Act, it now wants to move aggressively to make the air Americans breathe not so annoyingly clean, no matter what it takes. Bloomberg News reports:

"The Trump administration will seek to revoke California’s authority to regulate automobile greenhouse gas emissions — including its mandate for electric car sales — in a proposed revision of Obama-era standards, according to three people familiar with the plan.  The proposal, expected to be released this week, amounts to a frontal assault on one of former President Barack Obama’s signature regulatory programs to curb greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change. It also sets up a high-stakes battle over California’s unique ability to combat air pollution and, if finalized, is sure to set off a protracted courtroom battle."

Congress is beginning to wake up.  The Washington Times reports:

"Congressional defense lawmakers officially barred deliveries of the fifth-generation F-35 Joint Strike Fighter to Turkish forces, inserting the ban into the final version of the Pentagon’s budget blueprint for the upcoming fiscal year."

About time.  What took so long?  Despite its strategic location, why is Turkey still a member of NATO?

"House and Senate conferees adopted the legislation, which prohibits shipments of the advanced, multi-role jet fighter to Ankara’s forces until the Pentagon delivers “an assessment of a significant change in Turkish participation in the F-35 program, including the potential elimination of such participation,” defense lawmakers wrote.  Defense lawmakers also demanded the immediate release of U.S. Pastor Andrew Brunson, as well as any other “U.S. citizens wrongfully or unlawfully detained in Turkey,” in legislative language included in the defense spending bill, now headed to the White House for President Trump’s signature."

Be interesting to see how the Trump nazi and his henchmen react.

"Brunson was charged with espionage and having links to terror groups. According to Turkish prosecutors, Mr. Brunson allegedly worked with U.S.-based cleric Fethullah Gulen to overthrow Mr. Erdogan in 2016, and also assisted the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK."

Erdogan is a dictator.  Why are we supporting this son of a bitch?

"The F-35 has been used as a geopolitical pawn between Washington and Ankara, with congressional lawmakers looking to pressure Turkey over its increased military ties to Russia. Last week, a top U.S. diplomat warned Turkey of the “serious downside” to its proposed deal to buy Russian-made anti-missile weapons, saying sanctions levied by Congress over the deal would only be the beginning if Ankara presses forward."

Fascinating, isn't it?

“We want to make sure the systems acquired by our allies remain supportive of our [other] allies,” said Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Tina Kaidanow. “We want them to understand the real, serious downsides of making this acquisition from the Russians,” she said during a briefing with reporters from the Farnborough air show in the United Kingdom."

Yet, the Trump nazi supports Erdogan and his dictatorial tactics.  In fact, fist-pumped the bastard recently, congratulating him on his dictatorial tactics.

"The State Department has yet to take action against Turkey, a NATO ally, over its plan to field the Russian-made S-400 missile defense system. Opponents of the S-400 inside and outside the Pentagon deal say Ankara’s decision to field the Russian-made anti-aircraft missile system will draw Turkey deeper into Moscow’s growing sphere of influence in the Middle East."

That's right.  Precisely, one of the reasons why Turkey needs to get the boot out of NATO.

Our formerly great country is but a small shell of what it used to be.  CBS News reports:

"In exhibits filed in federal court this month, more than 200 migrants detained at the Mexican border this year describe "hieleras" and "perreras" — spanish for "ice boxes" and "dog pounds" -- nicknames for the facilities where they were initially taken after being apprehended by federal authorities.  Their testimonies speak of food "not fit for consumption," overcrowding and abuse."

Proud to be an American in Nazi America?  Trump's Fourth Reich.

"The statements, which were given to attorneys who interviewed detained migrants and inspected detention sites in June and July, are the latest salvo in the decades-old Flores v Reno case, which in 1997 led to national standards for facilities holding migrant children. Attorneys at the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law say the federal government is currently violating those standards."

Why aren't federal officials charged, prosecuted?

"The 223 statements describe Customs and Border Protection facilities in Texas, Arizona, and California. They show families being separated and held in overcrowded, cold cages, where moments of sleep are hard to come by. Many said even after being apprehended in wet clothes, they were not given a chance to change before being placed in "ice boxes" or the "dog pounds" that some said were even colder."

Trump's Fourth Reich.

"Lidia S. is one immigrant who gave testimony. The 21-year-old, detained in Texas last month, said she came to the U.S. from El Salvador with her four year old son after witnessing a decapitation, and later learning that the perpetrators had been asking about her.   "I was scared for my life and the life of my little boy," Lidia told lawyers in the United States.  Soon after crossing the border in Texas on or around June 13, she and her son were apprehended and taken to one of the nearby holding facilities.  Their first American night was "so cold that my son and I shivered the entire time." She says they were given sandwiches that were frozen, foul-smelling and inedible."

Gulags.  Think our prisons and jails any better?

"She and her son were kept in separate cages, "so overcrowded that we could not walk around or sleep," she said.  "The female guards were yelling at the mothers separated from their children not to look at their children in separate cages. The female guards told the mothers and children that they would be punished for looking at each other," she said.  In statement after statement, migrants recounted similar details about the "ice boxes" and "dog pounds."

Delusionally believe the Trump nazi and his henchmen?  Think there's no humanitarian crisis in Trump's migrant gulags?  None in our jails and prisons all across our formerly great country?

"Ana V, a 26-year-old woman from El Salvador, said she was escaping threats from people who promised to kill her for being gay when she came to the United States with her six-year-old daughter. She said those same people had already beaten her transgender friend to death.  She was apprehended soon after crossing the Mexican border with the United States on or around May 4 this year. Soon, she and her daughter were taken to a "dog pound."  "The guards called me and my daughter lazy and kicked me with their boots in order to keep me awake so that my daughter and I could not sleep. If the children did fall asleep the guards would wake them up," she told lawyers."

Think this shit does not go on in the United States?  Could not go on in the United States?  Truly believe it?

"Keylin, M, a 16-year-old girl from Honduras, was one of many who recalled rotten food.  "We were given food, but the food was frozen and not fit for consumption. It smelled so bad that we went hungry instead of eating it," she said.   Keylin described being held for four days after being separated from her mother.  "I was scared for the guards and scared I would be deported without my mother," she said. "I did not know where she was. I am still depressed. I also have nightmares and a lot of anxiety because of the separation."  She said guards made her and other girls strip naked in front of them "and leered at us" before they could shower."

Couldn't be, could it?  Wouldn't happen here in the United States, would it?

"In a report filed in the Flores case last month, CBP juvenile coordinator Henry Moak Jr. said that the department makes extensive efforts "to ensure all minors in CBP custody are treated with dignity, respect, and special concern for their particular vulnerability as minors."

Think so?

"But Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law attorney Peter Schey said in a July 16 filing that the testimonies paint "a picture not just of forcibly separating thousands of children from their parents, but on a much broader level of a program of forced hunger, forced thirst, forced sleep deprivation, coupled with routine insults, threats, and physical assault, that leave [children] crying, trembling, hungry, thirsty, sleepless, sick, and terrified."

Gulags.

"A spokesman for CBP declined to comment on the allegations.  "As a matter of policy, U.S. Customs and Border Protection does not comment on pending litigation. However, lack of comment should not be construed as agreement or stipulation with any of the allegations.  CBP takes all allegations seriously, and investigates all formal complaints," the spokesman said in an email to CBS News."

Think so?

"However, in a June 1 court filing, Moak wrote that he conducted more than three dozen interviews with minors in custody during recent site visits and concluded that the agency was complying with the Flores agreement.  "During the interviews, minors and/or their parents confirmed that, in general, minors received meals and snacks; had access to drinking water, functioning toilets, and functioning sinks; and were held in rooms that were maintained at an appropriate temperature," Moak wrote."

Somebody's lying.  Guess who?

Even a jackass gets it right once in awhile.  LOL.  CBS News reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions made light of some therapy practices on college campuses across the country, and accused some liberal universities of creating a generation of "snowflakes."

No question, some truth to that.  Those schools desperately need excoriation.  So do the bastions of Right Wing nazism such as Falwell's 'Liberty' University.  LOL.

"While delivering remarks to Turning Point USA's High School Leadership summit, a right-wing non-profit organization, Sessions said that "far too many schools are complicit" in cracking down on students' First Amendment rights, preventing "genuine debate" to play out on the college campus.   "Whether you realize it or not, freedom of thought and speech on the American campus are under attack," Sessions warned."

Certainly are at 'Liberty' University, aren't they, Mr. Attorney General?  Matters such as abortion, birth control, free sex, LGBTQ community issues, etc., right, Mr. AG?

Sessions cited "safe spaces," art therapy (a platform issue recently taken up by Vice President Mike Pence's wife Karen Pence) optional exams and therapy animals on campuses as "coddling" young people and preventing them from "scrutinizing the validity of their beliefs on the issue of the day."

Jesus Christ.  How can you possibly expect the young to question their beliefs when an old racist nazi like you won't question your long-held national socialist views highly reminiscent of your mentors, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini?

"With such practices, Sessions said, schools are doing "everything they can to create a generation of sanctimonious, sensitive, supercilious snowflakes." He called it a "disservice" to the students and nation alike.'

So is raw racist nazism practiced by you and your lunatic fuhrer, the Trump nazi.

"Sessions' comments drew frequent applause and laughter from the student crowd, and even chants of "lock her up" at one point, a common refrain made during Trump rallies throughout the 2016 campaign. Sessions repeated "lock her up" once and laughed, recalling that he had heard the chant a lot during the presidential campaign. Sessions is recused from any matters related to Hillary Clinton's emails."

Lock her up for what, Mr. AG?  What crime has she committed?  If you indeed had anything on her, why didn't you prosecute?  You're all talk, Mr. Sessions.  That's not to say either Hillary or the nazi fuhrer now in the White House are fit for office.  They're not.  For totally different reasons.

"Well, I can tell this group isn't going to have to have Play-Doh when you get attacked in college and you get involved in a debate, you got to stand up, defend yourselves and the values that you believe in," Sessions said. "I like this bunch, I got to tell you -- you're not going to be backing down, go get 'em!" He explained to the crowd he had heard the chant "a long time over the last campaign."

They're clueless racist nazis just like you, Mr. Attorney General.  Ludicrously, march in goose step with an old nazi like you, Mr. Sessions.

"Critics of Sessions have previously slammed his remarks on free speech at college campuses as hypocritical, since the administration and President Trump favor punishing others -- like NFL players -- for exercising their right to free speech."

Wouldn't want to confuse a racist nazi with the truth, would we?

Taxpayers are about to get royally f--ked by the Trump nazi.  Think not?  Wake up.  You're about to be fleeced to finance his trade war.  The Washington Post reports:

"The U.S. Agriculture Department on Tuesday plans to announce a $12 billion package of emergency aid for farmers caught in the midst of President Trump’s escalating trade war, two people briefed on the plan said, the latest sign that growing tensions between the United States and other countries will not end soon."

Why are taxpayers forced to finance Trump's insanity?

"Trump ordered Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue to prepare a range of options several months ago, amid complaints from farmers that their products faced retaliatory tariffs from China and other countries. The new package of government assistance funds will be announced Tuesday and is expected to go into effect by Labor Day.  The aid package is expected to target soybean farmers, dairy farmers, and pork producers, among others. White House officials hope it will quiet some of the unease from farm groups, but the new plan could revive debates about taxpayer-funded bailouts and the degree to which Trump’s trade strategy is leading to unforeseen costs."

'Unforeseen costs?'  Horse shit.  Plain as day right from the moment the Trump nazi proposed them.

"Farm groups have complained that moves by China and other countries in response to Trump’s protectionist trade stance could cost them billions of dollars, spooking Republicans who fear a political and economic blowback to Trump’s approach."

Then, why didn't these gutless bastards confront the Trump nazi?  Stop him from imposing this insanity?  Why didn't they immediately reassert their constitutional authority over tariffs?

"The White House has searched for months for a way to provide emergency assistance to farmers without backing down on Trump’s trade agenda, and the new program will extend roughly $12 billion through three mechanisms run by the Department of Agriculture.  The funds will come through direct assistance, a food purchase and distribution program, and a trade promotion program."

All courtesy of looted taxpayers.  Think Republicans won't pay the political price?

NPR reports:

"The Trump administration is coming to the aid of farmers hurt by its own hard-line trade policies, announcing Tuesday it will make an estimated $12 billion in government assistance available, including direct payments to growers."

Corporate welfare courtesy of looted taxpayers.  The Trump nazi is directly responsible for this f--king:

"The money comes after farmers, especially soybean growers, have felt the brunt of retaliatory tariffs placed on agriculture by China and other nations that the Trump administration has penalized with tariffs on imports."

Trump caused the problem.  You get looted to pay for the f--king.  Anything wrong with this picture?  Anything at all?

"Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue, pictured in April, told reporters Tuesday that new aid programs "are a firm statement that other nations cannot bully our agricultural producers to force the United States to cave in."

Crock of shit.  Forget?  Trump caused the problem.  You, the taxpayers, are looted to pay for it.  No more complicated than that.  Wake up.

"Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue announced the aid in a call to reporters, saying the programs "are a firm statement that other nations cannot bully our agricultural producers to force the United States to cave in."

What it is is no more than an egregious f--king of the taxpayers by the lunatic Trump nazi.  Unfit for office.

"China, the European Union, Canada and Mexico have all been hit by U.S. levies on some of their imports, including steel and aluminum, and have retaliated by placing their own tariffs on U.S. agricultural exports, targeting farm states that are politically important to the president."

What did Trump expect?  His targets to roll over?

"During a speech to the VFW in Kansas City, Mo., President Trump said his tariffs are already working, bringing nations to the bargaining table. Trump said farmers "will be the biggest beneficiary" and he urged them to "just be a little patient."

This man is delusional.  Direct opposite of what he's claiming is happening.  Otherwise, he wouldn't be looting taxpayers to pay for this outrageous fiasco.

"Perdue and other USDA officials say the aid will be available in three forms; direct payment to producers of soybeans, sorghum, wheat, cotton, dairy and hogs; government purchases of fruit, nuts, legumes, and some meats for distribution to food banks; and development of new export markets."

The nazi is bamboozling you.  Hang your head between your legs and kiss your sorry ass good bye.

The Washington Post reports:

"Some of the largest companies in America are reporting this week that they are suffering the sting of the Trump administration’s trade war, sounding alarm in an otherwise prosperous economy."

So what else is new?  Republicans know better.  Yet, continue to stand behind their delusional 'president.'

"General Motors said Wednesday that it has lowered its outlook for 2018 earnings in part because of significant increases in the costs of raw material. GM’s stock fell more than 6 percent during early morning trading. Trump imposed tariffs on aluminum and steel — major components of cars — earlier this year."

Just the beginning.

"Harley-Davidson said Tuesday that it is expects its operating margin as a percent of revenue to hit 9 to 10 percent because of the impact of the tariffs, down slightly from last year. And Whirlpool, which was supposed to benefit from Trump-imposed tariffs on foreign-made washing machines earlier this year, reported Tuesday that it did not make its second-quarter earnings estimates as steel prices rose 50 percent.  On a company earnings call, Whirlpool chief executive Marc Bitzer said steel costs worldwide have “risen substantially. ”  “And in particular in the U.S., they have reached unexplainable levels,” Bitzer said."

To be expected.

"The tariffs Trump imposed in January on foreign washing machines were celebrated at the time by Whirlpool, which had been losing market share to its Korean competitors LG and Samsung.  But that was six months ago. Since March, Trump has levied billions of tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from China, Canada, Mexico, the European Union, Japan and other nations. He is also threatening to impose tariffs on cars and uranium.  Trump argues that the tariffs will right years of unfair trade policies."

Think so?  Clearly, the fascist bastard has lost his mind.

"Many of the affected countries have imposed retaliatory tariffs of their own. For example, China announced it will impose tariffs on imports of American soybeans and buy more from Brazilian markets."

American consumers will pay the price.  Foot the bill for the Trump nazi's insanity.

Going to get worse.  Far worse.  Consider the following.  The Washington Post reports:

"Several of President Trump’s senior economic advisers believe he plans to push forward with 25 percent tariffs on close to $200 billion in foreign-made automobiles later this year, three people briefed on internal discussions said.  Trump wants to move forward despite numerous warnings from GOP leaders and business executives who have argued that such a move could damage the economy and lead to political mutiny."

Hopefully, the 'political mutiny' will come sooner rather than later.

"But Trump has become increasingly defiant in his trade strategy, following his own instincts and intuition and eschewing advice from his inner circle. He has told advisers and Republicans to simply trust his business acumen, a point he tried to reinforce Wednesday morning in a Twitter post."

Aryan arrogance displayed by an achingly clueless nazi.

“Every time I see a weak politician asking to stop Trade talks or the use of Tariffs to counter unfair Tariffs, I wonder, what can they be thinking?” Trump said Wednesday. “Are we just going to continue and let our farmers and country get ripped off?”

But more than willing to let the taxpayers take it hard in the ass without the Vaseline to bail them out, Mr. 'President?'

"Trump’s trade strategy, and his potential auto tariffs, hit a key juncture Wednesday, when the U.S. president is scheduled to meet with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker. Trump said Tuesday that Juncker has come to negotiate with him over trade matters, suggesting that his hard-line stance had forced other leaders to offer concessions."

Delusional horse shit.

"But so far there is little evidence that this trade approach is working, despite Trump’s pleas for patience and unity. The disunity within the White House and Trump’s insistence on pushing ahead on auto tariffs was described by three people briefed on the status of negotiations who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to reveal internal deliberations.

"Trump has said imposing tariffs on foreign cars could push Americans to buy more U.S. automobiles, helping U.S. workers. But critics think tariffs would drive up the cost of all cars and pass those inflated prices on to consumers."

So what else is new?  Precisely, why laissez-faire capitalism has turned into a zero-sum, winner-take-all craftily-engineered ass f--king.  Evisceration of the middle class.

"While Trump is meeting with Juncker, Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) plans to introduce a bill that would make it much harder for Trump to impose tariffs on foreign automotive imports, showing more cracks in the Republican Party as they fear political consequences in the midterm elections."

Certainly, time for Congress to reclaim its constitutional authority over tariffs.

"Before Trump could impose tariffs on auto imports, the Commerce Department must issue a finding that they pose a national security threat to the United States. Several Republican lawmakers have said such a finding would be laughable, but the Commerce Department has flexibility to make a determination on its own.  A Commerce Department official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss the process so far, said the review had not been completed and no final decisions had been made.  But even with a final decision at least one month away, many of Trump’s fellow Republicans are getting nervous."

As well they should.

“There are some in the economic community who view this as the bright line,” said Douglas Holtz-Eakin, a Republican and former director of the Congressional Budget Office. If Trump does this, Holtz-Eakin said, many Republicans have told him they will no longer “support the president any more. They are done.”  There are growing signs, though, that Trump is cognizant of the GOP trade criticism and taking steps to try to quell a mutiny. His administration on Tuesday announced up to $12 billion in emergency aid to farmers who are facing retaliatory tariffs from Mexico and China, among other countries.  Farmers have called on Trump to back down from his tariff strategy, but Trump made clear Tuesday and Wednesday that he had no plans to, believing it gives him the upper hand in negotiations."

The shit is about to hit the fan.

Trump's not happy with Cohen.  Doesn't your heart bleed?  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump lashed out at his former personal lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen on Wednesday for releasing a recorded conversation between the two, asking on Twitter “what kind of lawyer would tape a client?”

-- One who's wisely covering his ass against a congenital liar, Mr. 'President.'

"Trump’s comments came the morning after Lanny Davis, a lawyer for Cohen, released a recording of a September 2016 phone call between Trump and Cohen that makes it appear Trump was familiar with a deal that Playboy model Karen McDougal made to sell the rights to her story of an alleged affair with him."

Chagrined you were again caught in a lie, Mr. 'President?'

“So sad! Is this a first, never heard of it before?” Trump wrote, adding: “I hear there are other clients and many reporters that are taped - can this be so? Too bad!”

Jesus Christ.  'Stupid is as stupid does.'

"Trump also expressed concern that the recording had been terminated “while I was presumably saying positive things.” He did not elaborate."

Why not elaborate, Mr. 'President?'  Especially, if you did indeed have something positive to say.

"New York is a “one-party consent” state, meaning that in general, it is legal to record a conversation as long as at least one party agrees, even if that person is the one doing the recording. In addition, Trump’s attorneys have not claimed the recording is a privileged attorney-client conversation."

Latter, fascinating, isn't it?  Raises the question what indeed are you bitching about, Mr. 'President?'

"A transcript, provided by President Trump’s legal team, shows that the then-GOP presidential nominee does not register confusion or surprise when Cohen refers to a plan to purchase the rights to McDougal’s story from American Media Inc., the parent company of the National Enquirer."

Why would he be surprised?

Major Second Amendment win.  The Washington Times reports:

"Americans have a constitutional right to openly carry firearms, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday, delivering a major victory to gun rights supporters.  While courts previously have recognized the right to own firearms to protect the home, the decision by the three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit extends that into the public sphere, calling it a “core Second Amendment right.”  In a 2-1 ruling, the panel said Hawaii’s law severely restricting guns outside homes or businesses tramples on that right."

Last best defense against outrageously corrupt, abusive, murderous government.

"Judge Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain, who wrote the majority opinion, scoured history from Geoffrey Chaucer’s England to the American antebellum period to trace the history of gun rights. He ruled that there is little doubt the authors of the Second Amendment were comfortable with Americans openly carrying weapons for self-defense, and until the Constitution is changed, that remains the standard.  “For better or for worse, the Second Amendment does protect a right to carry a firearm in public for self-defense,” the judge wrote."

Indeed.  Breath of fresh air in exceptionally turbulent times.  Likely be appealed to the full court, then on to the Supreme Court:

"The case could be appealed to the full 9th Circuit, frequently cited as the most liberal appeals court in the country, where the decision could be overturned.  But it eventually would end up before the U.S. Supreme Court, the judges in the case predicted, adding yet another high-profile issue to the battle over President Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh to fill the looming vacancy on the high court."

The fight over Kavanaugh ought to be quite an interesting one.

"The Supreme Court, in a series of rulings over the past decade, has held that the Second Amendment guarantees a personal right to bear arms, rejecting arguments of some constitutional scholars that the amendment applied only to state militias.  The court has said some restrictions on gun ownership are allowed but has yet to set those limits."

Gun control advocates are not happy campers.  Doesn't your heart bleed?

“In light of the already existing circuit split, I assume that the Supreme Court will find it appropriate at some point to revisit the reach of the Second Amendment and to speak more precisely to the limits on the authority of state and local governments to impose restrictions on carrying guns in public,” Judge Clifton said.  Gun control advocates were dismayed by Tuesday’s ruling.  Hawaii Attorney General Russell Suzuki said it “would undermine Hawaii’s strong gun control law and our commitment to protect the public.”

Why aren't you protecting the public from the murderous jackbooted bastards in blue who continue to murder innocent unarmed civilians?

"He said he will consult with Hawaii County to figure out the next steps.  Hannah Shearer, litigation director at the Giffords Law Center, said guns in public are dangerous to both gun owners and non-owners.  “The open carry of firearms is particularly dangerous: It diverts law enforcement resources to investigating gun carriers and chills the exercise of First Amendment and other constitutional rights,” Ms. Shearer said."

Think so?  Or, is the opposite the case?  Or, is the truth in fact somewhere in between?

ICE and the Border Patrol have their heads securely lodged up their ass.  NPR reports:

"The Trump administration has told a federal judge that it has reunited more than 1,000 parents with their children after the families were separated at the U.S.-Mexico border, but it has lost track of hundreds more parents."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?

"The data, submitted in a court hearing on Tuesday, suggests that, by the government's accounting, it will largely meet a second deadline imposed by the judge to bring eligible immigrant families back together."

Hold the bastards in contempt.

"U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw set a deadline of this Thursday late last month, giving the government 30 days to reunite more than 2,500 children, ages 5 to 17, with their parents. He set an earlier deadline of July 10 for children under 5.  In the older group, the administration confirmed that 1,012 adults have been reunited with their children so far, and another 600 are set to meet over the next two days, pending transportation and weather-related delays."

How is it government can separate parents from children, yet have no means of tracking?

"But lawyers for the government also revealed that as many as 463 parents may have been deported or have voluntarily left the U.S. without their children. Justice Department attorneys were unable to offer any details about the circumstances under which they were removed, where they might reside and why their children may have been left behind."

Epitome of ineptness or done intentionally by the Trump nazi and his henchmen to discourage asylum requests.

"The government is still trying to determine whether reunification is required or even possible for another 260 children. They may have been released to other family members or are in the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, according to Sarah Fabian, an attorney for the Department of Justice."

Don't Republicans claim to be the party of the family?

NBC reports:

"Federal immigration agents have used more aggressive tactics since a January 2017 executive order by President Donald Trump that broadened their authority, a New York immigrant advocacy group alleges."

Surprised?  Why?  Forget?  Our formerly great country is transitioning from the de facto fascist police-state we've lived in for years to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"In a report dubbed "ICEwatch" released Monday that details more than 650 arrests or operations by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in New York state, the Immigrant Defense Project says ICE agents have increasingly made arrests in courthouses, used ruses such as posing as police officers, and used excessive force while enforcing immigration law."

Jackbooted traitorous nazi motherf--kers.

"ICE relies on fearmongering, secrecy, deceit, manipulation, and force to enact its devastating deportation mandate to deport as many people as possible," said Genia Blaser, IDP senior staff attorney. "By making the reports of their dehumanizing tactics widely available through ICEwatch, we aim to inform the public and community members around the escalation of 'unshackled' ICE policing."

Nazi storm troopers.

"IDP and the Center for Constitutional Rights, another legal advocacy group, compiled the report and created an interactive map by collecting data from local organizations, regional immigrant assistance centers, the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project and calls to the IDP hotline. IDP says it confirms the accounts by speaking with those arrested, their attorneys, witnesses and others with "direct knowledge."

Indeed, a desperately needed public service as the United States continues to deteriorate from the bastion of liberty it once was.

In follow up to an earlier edition, NPR reports:

"A federal judge has ordered the release of an Ecuadorean immigrant detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials last month and held for deportation after he delivered a pizza to a U.S. Army installation in Brooklyn.  U.S. District Judge Paul Crotty ordered the release of Pablo Villavicencio, 35, from the Hudson County Correctional Facility in New Jersey. Villavicencio, who is married to a U.S. citizen, applied for a green card in February and is scheduled for an immigration interview next month.  Crotty granted a stay of deportation while Villavicencio awaits permanent residence.  "Although he stayed in the United States unlawfully and is currently subject to a final order of removal, he has otherwise been a model citizen," Crotty wrote in his order.  "He has no criminal history," the judge wrote. "He has paid his taxes. And he has worked diligently to provide for his family."  Villavicencio, who is originally from Ecuador, was arrested on June 1 while delivering a pizza to the Fort Hamilton Army base. He says a guard on duty at the base asked to see his identification and Villavicencio produced a municipal identification card, but the guard refused to accept it. The officer then ran a background check on Villavicencio and discovered a pending deportation order from 2010. He was then turned over to ICE officials.  In 2013, Villavicencio married Sandra Chica, a naturalized citizen. The couple have two small children.  Gregory Copeland, a lawyer representing Villavicencio from the Legal Aid Society of New York, called the judge's order "absolutely sensational."

Here's the clincher:

"As The New York Times notes, "The order came after a morning hearing in which ... Crotty , an appointee of President George W. Bush and the former corporation counsel for Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, pointedly questioned the government about why it had detained Mr. Villavicencio and planned to deport him. "Is there any concept of justice here?" Judge Crotty asked the government's lawyer."

Certainly, not in Nazi America.

Consider the following poll results.  NPR reports:

"Americans don't think President Trump has been tough enough on Russia, according to a new NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll conducted after Trump's summit in Helsinki last week with Russian President Vladimir Putin.  Nearly two-thirds said so, and it wasn't just Democrats. Almost half of Republicans surveyed (47 percent) also said Trump hasn't been tough enough on Russia, with just 20 percent saying he has taken about the right approach."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"As to whether Trump should view Putin as a friend or foe, Americans are nearly evenly split, with 45 percent saying he should be seen as an enemy and 44 percent saying he is an ally. That might be a surprise to those who grew up in the Cold War era, but partisanship might have something to do with it. Among GOP voters, 58 percent view the Russian leader as an ally."

Especially striking coming from Republicans who were rabidly anti-Russian for decades.

"A majority of adults overall (59 percent) do think it's better for the U.S. to build relationships with Russia, while less than a third say the country should be treated as a threat. Still, half of Democrats think Russia should be treated as a threat, while more than three-quarters of Republicans say the U.S. should build relationships with the country. That happens to be Trump's position."

Come as any surprise?  Especially, still not clear precisely what the Russian dictator may or may not have on the Trump nazi.  LOL.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Dana Yarter, Realtor, RE/MAX Marble Falls, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 216, 7-27-18.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknowwho you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
