"A police officer in New Jersey is being credited with saving the life of a man lying on tracks who was unaware an oncoming train was about to hit him, reports CBS New York. Perth Amboy officer Kyle L. Savoia's body camera recorded him racing to intercept a man in a red shirt lying face down on the tracks, not realizing a train was barreling toward him last week. Savoia waved to stop the train while shouting at the dazed man, who got up and jumped out of the way at the last moment as the train rolled to an abrupt stop. "Where'd you come from?" the man says afterwards. "Thank you, oh my God, thank you so much."

At 22, think this heroic officer doesn't have an exceptionally bright future ahead of him?

"The 22-year-old Savoia was dispatched for a welfare check at the Perth Amboy station Thursday around 8 a.m. The officer says when he got the call he knew there'd be a man on the tracks, but he didn't realize there would be an oncoming train. Once he saw it bearing down, he knew he'd have to act fast. Savoi's body cam video shows he went from jogging to sprinting. "In a split second, I decided to start running," he told CBS New York. "In that situation, your training takes over."

"It turns out the man was homeless and, after being taken to Raritan Bay Medical Center for treatment, he showed up at police headquarters to thank Savoia again. "He said I'm a true hero to him," Savoia said. "That he had a two-year-old, that he had a family to go home to."

"Savoia lost his own father, a longtime sergeant with the Perth Amboy Police Department, just two years ago. "What I thought of was his father, how proud his father would be in heaven looking down on his son," Perth Amboy Chief Roman McKeon said. Ask Savoia, whose own career started only seven years ago, and he'll tell you he was just doing his job."

"A police officer's random act of kindness has gone viral after a witness caught it on video. The video shows a Danbury, Connecticut, police officer apparently rushing to a mother and her child before a storm. The trees were rustling and a downpour was approaching, so the officer helped the pair gather their things and gave them a ride home, says the man who took the video. Filmed from the window of a nearby office building, the video shows the cop and her police cruiser on the street below. As the wind whips, the officer helps the mother put her belongings in the trunk. Then, she holds the door for the mom to jump in the back seat. "Danbury's finest ... it was nice to witness this today out of my office window," Alfredo John wrote when he posted the video on Facebook. "Torrential rain was fast approaching and this officer pulls over and clearly offered this woman and her little child a safe "DRY" ride home." His video was viewed more than 140,000 times in one day. "I thought this would be a great opportunity to show how much our local PD's do care and are willing to help even when they don't have to!" he wrote."

"A Florida police officer's act of kindness is going viral after he was seen on video helping a homeless man shave his beard so he could apply for a job at McDonald's. According to a post on the Tallahassee Police Department's Facebook page, a witness captured the deed on camera over the weekend. Kelly Duvall sent in a picture and video to the police department after her daughter filmed an officer shave a homeless man's beard outside a Circle K gas station on Thomasville Road, CBS affiliate WTSP-TV reports. She explains her daughter went inside the store and encountered Officer Carlson, who was cleaning himself up.

"She offered to buy him a drink and got talking," she wrote. "Apparently the officer was at McDonald's next door and this gentleman went in looking for a job. He was told they wouldn't hire him unless he shaved his beard. So the officer went and got some clippers and shaved the man's beard so he could go back and get a job!"

"On Wednesday, members of PPPD SWAT came to the Korean War veteran’s home to let him try on their night-vision goggles. (Fox13 News) An 88-year-old Florida veteran recently called his local police department with an unusual request. Stanley Gold, who served in the Navy, wanted to know if he could use the Pembroke Pines Police Department's night-vision goggles before he completely loses his sight, Fox 13 reported. Gold, who is already 75 percent blind, saw his wish come true on July 11, when members of the police department showed up at his front door with a pair of goggles for him to try. In a video posted to the department's Twitter, one officer asks Gold if he's ready to go to work. "I already spent 37 years at the post office," the Korean War vet responds.

"One New Hampshire police officer went the extra mile and helped a woman carry her groceries nearly half a mile uphill to her home, after a fire emergency blocked off her route back. On July 17, photos of the good deed by Master Patrol Officer Tyler Coady of the Bow Police Department went viral on Facebook. According to Boston 25 News, Officer Coady was on the scene in response to a fire at Crossroads Community Church. Fortunately, no one was inside the church at the time of the blaze. Soon after, a local woman returned home from the grocery store, and was "concerned" about getting her purchases home, InfoNH reports. Officer Coady sprang into action, and carried two of her bags back to her house, walking her back to safety."

“Great job going above and beyond and showing compassion, and solving the problem,” InfoNH wrote of the officer’s kindness, which have since been liked over 1,200 times and sparked nearly 100 comments. “Thank you Officer Coady! So typical of our Bow PD. [Love] our town!” one supporter wrote. “This is what makes America great!” another agreed. “Good deed well done officer,” one fan chimed in. “And thanks to all the others who do this and didn't get their picture taken,” another mused."

"Andrew Emery, 9, always wanted a younger brother, so he was overjoyed when he got his wish. Just six months ago, his baby brother, Dylan, was born. "I tell him I love him and he smiles at me and I give him a kiss and stuff," said Andrew. But less than two weeks ago, Dylan was diagnosed with Krabbe disease, a rare and terminal neurological condition. So Andrew decided to go on Facebook and ask for help.

"Police in the United Kingdom are commending a teenager and her inspiring messages for saving several lives. Paige Hunter, 18, wrote more than 40 heartfelt notes and tied them onto a bridge in Sutherland to help those in despair, Northumbria police said Sunday. According to police, Hunter attached the messages to the railing of Wearmouth Bridge to offer solace to people facing a mental health crisis. One of the messages written by Hunter read: "Even though things are difficult, your life matters; you're a shining light in a dark world, so just hold on."

"Northumbria Police Chief Superintendent Sarah Pitt presented her with an award on behalf of the department to recognize her selfless acts. "We thought it was important to applaud the work Paige has been doing and the help she has given those in Sunderland who are going through a mental health crisis," Pitt said. "Paige has shown an incredible understanding of vulnerable people in need of support, and this is an innovative way to reach out to those in a dark place." "She should be very proud of herself," Pitt added. "It is important that we encourage people to speak out and raise awareness of mental health issues and the impact on peoples' lives."

Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred eighteen weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? One hundred eighteen weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

"A Georgia police department is in hot water over the purchase of a Hellcat muscle car. Fox 5 reports that the U.S. Department of Justice has asked the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office to pay back $69,258 that it received from a federal program that distributes seized drug money to law enforcement agencies, which was used to buy the 707 hp Dodge Charger Hellcat in May. "We have not yet responded to that letter and we're examining all our options," department spokesperson Shannon Volkodav told Fox 5. The Charger is a popular vehicle among law enforcement agencies, but Dodge does not make a Special Service model with the Hellcat's 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine for this purpose. The Hellcat boasts a top speed of 204 mph. The black sedan is being used as Gwinnett County Sheriff Butch Conway’s official car, which the DOJ said differed from the use stated in the application for the funds as an “undercover/covert operations” vehicle. The federal agency described it as an “extravagant expenditure,” which is not allowed under the program."

Think a lone juror can't make a difference? Will be ignored by a governor? Think again. CBS News reports:

"Ohio Gov. John Kasich on Friday spared a condemned killer whose sentence was challenged after a juror came forward and said information about the extent of the inmate's tough childhood wasn't properly presented at trial. The Republican governor commuted the sentence of death row inmate Raymond Tibbetts to life without the possibility of parole, citing "fundamental flaws" in the sentencing portion of Tibbetts' trial. "Specifically, the defense's failure to present sufficient mitigating evidence, coupled with an inaccurate description of Tibbetts' childhood by the prosecution, essentially prevented the jury from making an informed decision about whether Tibbetts deserved the death sentence," Kasich said."

Stunning, isn't it? Especially, coming from a Republican governor. Here are the circumstances:

"The guilt of Tibbetts, 61, has never been in doubt. He received the death sentence for stabbing Fred Hicks to death at Hicks' Cincinnati home in 1997. Tibbetts also received life imprisonment for fatally beating and stabbing his wife, 42-year-old Judith Crawford, during an argument that same day over Tibbetts' crack cocaine habit. The 67-year-old Hicks had hired Crawford as a caretaker and allowed the couple to stay with him. The case against Hicks seemed closed until a former juror, Ross Geiger, came across materials presented on Tibbetts' behalf to the Ohio Parole Board that documented horrific facts about Tibbetts' early years, which jurors never heard. When Tibbetts was a boy, he and his brothers were tied to a single bed at night, were not fed properly, were thrown down stairs, had their fingers beaten with spatulas and were burned on heating registers, according to Tibbetts' application for mercy last year. Geiger wrote Kasich in January citing his concerns and asking that Tibbetts be spared. He also testified before the parole board last month in a rare follow-up clemency hearing. The board had voted 11-1 against mercy for Tibbetts last year. Geiger told the board that Tibbetts' upbringing was presented as a debate between his attorneys, who said his background was terrible, and prosecutors, who said it wasn't that bad. "I was just struck and frankly upset that information that was available was not even addressed, other than in very summary fashion," Geiger told the board. "Our deliberation on death came down to the single question of whether Mr. Tibbetts' upbringing was such that his life should be spared. We did not know the facts," Geiger wrote in an opinion piece for Cleveland.com earlier this year. Geiger's comments didn't sway the panel, which again recommended against mercy for Tibbetts with an 8-1 vote. Kasich's decision Friday rejected that ruling."

"A Burnet County jury deliberated for about seven hours July 19 before acquitting suspended Llano Police Chief Kevin Ratliff of felony tampering charges. However, the jury did convict the man on three Class A misdemeanors."

“It was a huge win for Kevin,” said his defense attorney, Austin Shell. “Because he retains his right to vote, he retains his right to have a firearm, and it helps him in future employment possibilities. A felony conviction would have changed his life dramatically.”

Certainly was a big win. No justice. Law enforcement is held to a different standard in a fascist police-state. Forget?

"Ratliff was charged with two counts of official oppression, a Class A misdemeanor, and one count of tampering with a government record to defraud or cause harm, a state jail felony, in regard to the May 2, 2017, arrest of Cory Nutt at his Llano residence. A grand jury indicted Ratliff in February of this year on the charges for his role in the arrest."

Yet, the District Attorney couldn't secure a felony conviction. Imagine that.

"The Burnet County jury convicted Ratliff on the Class A misdemeanor official oppression counts as well as a Class A misdemeanor tampering charge. The jury had a choice between convicting him of a felony level tampering charge or the Class A misdemeanor. All three misdemeanor convictions are punishable by up to a year in jail and up to a $4,000 fine. Punishment will be assessed at a later date."

Slap on the wrist. No justice. Law enforcement is held to a different standard.

"Wiley “Sonny” McAfee said the charges stem from how officers arrested Nutt then handled the ensuing paperwork. During the arrest, McAfee said Ratliff entered the private residence to arrest the suspect on public intoxication charges, but the district attorney pointed out the officers involved, including Ratliff, didn’t have any justification to go into the home."

Public intoxication arrests have been made in the past in Llano County on private property. How can one be publicly intoxicated on one's own land? Opening one's door to an officer knocking only to be arrested for public intoxication? Called bullshit.

“The fact they went into his residence — that wasn’t a public place — for a public intoxication arrest, you just can’t go into someone’s home and arrest them without a warrant, without consent, or exigent circumstances,” McAfee said. “And the jury obviously found there was no exigent circumstances in this situation.”

Certainly, happened when ole Sam "The Sham" Oatman was District Attorney. There are three other officers charged in this latest fiasco. Be interesting to see how all this gets resolved, -- or, as usual, gets swept under the carpet.

The following is appalling. If there is no law enforcement accountability in Austin, how can there be any here in Nazi Llano County? The Statesman reports:

"A city audit found that Austin’s civilian police oversight bodies were ineffective. City procedures and police policies hindered the Citizen Review Panel, the audit says. Staffers at the police monitor’s office have stopped creating records. A recent city audit of the civilian bodies with oversight of the Austin Police Department paints a picture of an ineffective program incapable of creating substantive change."

Exactly, as law enforcement wants it. No different here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?

"The report, completed in June by the city auditor’s office, looked into the effectiveness of the Citizen Review Panel and the police monitor’s office. The Citizen Review Panel was a volunteer board of community members charged with examining cases of police misconduct and complaints. It was established in 2001 under a labor contract between the city and the police labor union. After an updated version of that contract was nixed in late 2017, the panel was suspended by the former interim city manager."

So what else is new? Even worse here in Nazi Llano County where the Sheriff and his goons do as they please with virtual impunity. No oversight. Rubber stamped by both the District Attorney and County Attorney.

"Austin’s other civilian oversight body, the police monitor’s office, was able to continue operating because it is city-funded, but it also lost power when the labor agreement expired. The panel had the authority to issue recommendations to police leaders after complaints or critical incidents, such as police shootings. Members could recommend discipline, further internal investigation, a review of or changes to department policies, or an independent probe. Even before the panel lost those powers, however, the audit found that civilian oversight in Austin was substantially hindered by city and police policies."

Surprised? Why? All civil and constitutional rights and liberties are, and have been, under vicious attack. ... As our formerly great country transitions from the de facto fascist police-state we've lived in for decades to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"From October 2013 to December 2017, the panel sent in at least 28 memos that included 54 recommendations to the police chief. The Police Department made some sort of policy change or acted to discipline officers in 15 percent of those cases, the audit found. Most of the actions were related to training. “This rate of change indicates that APD and the CRP did not have a common understanding regarding APD’s practices,” the audit said."

What it's indicative of is the fact the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement want things precisely as they are. That is, jackbooted and nazi. Report goes on and on, but you get the drift.

"A Texas nonprofit that works with families separated at the border has turned down a $250,000 contribution from Salesforce, a company under pressure for its work creating software for the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff is known for his support of progressive policies and liberal views on many social issues. But his company has been under pressure to dump the contract by tech workers who are critical of the Trump administration's policies on immigration. The head of RAICES, which stands for the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services, said the group won't take contributions from Salesforce. The group does not want to be a part of a maneuver that aims to calm critics of Salesforce's contract with CPB."

Uncommon valor. Principle before money. Couldn't be, could it? In Nazi America, must not be forgotten not everyone is bought and paid for. There are a few left who stand on principle.

"We stand for justice and justice is not for sale," said RAICES Executive Director Jonathan Ryan. He said Salesforce is making millions from its government contact. "Our fundamental mission is to protect immigrants and refugees and to promote their rights — not be part of some kind of hand-washing operation for a corporation," he said."

"Salesforce has been facing mounting pressure over its contract with the CPB. Some 650 Salesforce employees sent a petition last month to Benioff asking him to end the company's contract with the agency."

Think NPR would be well-advised to better vet companies it's willing to accept funding from?

"Last week, community groups joined with the advocacy group Tech Workers Coalition and protested outside the Salesforce Tower in downtown San Francisco. The coalition is made up of tech employees who say they are concerned about the misuse of the technology they create. Stephanie Parker, who is with the coalition, said members of the group were excited to learn about RAICES turning down Salesforce's contribution. "It's a great feeling to have an organization that's doing such amazing work directly on the issue of family separation and border detention" to join the protest against Salesforce, she said."

Indeed. Anything that slows the jackbooted bastards down a bit is certainly a good thing. Need a whole lot more. More willingness to stand on principle. Resist.

"Benioff has said he considers the separation of families at the border wrong."

Non-sequitur. If so, why is your corporation lining its pockets working with the Border Patrol? Can't have it both ways.

"When asked about RAICES' refusal of the money, a Salesforce spokesperson pointed to the same tweets Benioff sent out in response to the workers' petition. It was in those tweets that the CEO announced that the company was donating $1 million to organizations that help families at the border. The $250,000 that RAICES turned down was part of that $1 million. Benioff also said the company would match employee donations to increase the charitable giving. Benioff also defends the company by saying Salesforce doesn't work "with CBP regarding separation of families."

End result, ultimate effect is precisely the same. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, guess what? It's a duck.

"But Ryan, the RAICES director, said Benioff is overlooking the bigger picture. "Salesforce software provides the operational backbone for the agency," Ryan said. "Thus, it does directly support CBP in implementing its inhumane and immoral policies with the software they provide."

"Ryan says his group would accept Salesforce's contribution if the company dropped the CBP contract."

"Tech companies have been facing increasing criticism about the use of powerful products. Google ended a contract with the Pentagon to make software to improve drone performance after employees protested. Amazon is facing growing criticism from its workers over its sale of facial recognition technology to law enforcement. Employees fear it can be easily be misused to abuse individual civil rights."

"Hundreds of Microsoft workers signed a petition calling on the company to stop working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. This week, a group of tech leaders pledged they would never work on artificial intelligence for autonomous weapons."

If employees fail to stand up, guess who's targeted next? Wake up. Not rocket science.

"Ryan said it's difficult to turn down money. "With $250,000, we could hire several attorneys for a year or more to continue our work," he said."

"But RAICES may have a little extra cushion this year. It was also the beneficiary of a lot support from two tech workers who set up a fundraising campaign on Facebook. Initially, the goal was $1,500. In the end, they raised more than $20 million."

"Nunes’ New PAC expenditures have been particularly conspicuous. Mr. Trump has a history of firing off heated tweets that seem to quickly escalate long-standing disputes with leaders of nations at odds with the U.S. In the case of North Korea, the public war of words cooled quickly and gradually led to the high profile summit and denuclearization talks."

"Another military commander, Kiomars Heidari, reiterated late Sunday Iran's threat to block the Strait of Hormuz, a critical waterway for about 30 percent of the world’s oil tanker traffic, according to the Brussels-based International Crisis Group. The strait “should either be safe for everybody or unsafe for everybody,” Tasnim quoted Heidari as saying."

She recounts how during the transition, it took her boss multiple tries before she was even able to get past a young press wrangler to introduce herself to the incoming West Wing staff. Things didn't improve much from there. In a New York Times op-ed published last week, Dorey-Stein writes about how Stephanie Grisham, now the communications director for the first lady, told a colleague that White House stenographers would not be needed often, because "there would be video."

Mueller III, citing the release over the weekend of a previously classified application to wiretap former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, who was under suspicion by the FBI of being a Russian agent. In a series of tweets, Trump falsely claimed that Mueller’s investigation was prompted by the surveillance.

Marco Rubio is refuting President Trump's latest claims that his campaign was being "illegally" spied on following the FBI's release of heavily redacted documents detailing the surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page. The Florida Republican, speaking with "Face the Nation" on Sunday, said that "anything and everything" he's seen while serving on the Senate Intelligence Committee indicates the FBI "did not spy on the campaign."

"The 223 statements describe Customs and Border Protection facilities in Texas, Arizona, and California. They show families being separated and held in overcrowded, cold cages, where moments of sleep are hard to come by. Soon after crossing the border in Texas on or around June 13, she and her son were apprehended and taken to one of the nearby holding facilities. Their first American night was "so cold that my son and I shivered the entire time." She says they were given sandwiches that were frozen, foul-smelling and inedible."

"She and her son were kept in separate cages, "so overcrowded that we could not walk around or sleep," she said. "The female guards were yelling at the mothers separated from their children not to look at their children in separate cages. The female guards told the mothers and children that they would be punished for looking at each other," she said. In statement after statement, migrants recounted similar details about the "ice boxes" and "dog pounds."

Soon, she and her daughter were taken to a "dog pound." "The guards called me and my daughter lazy and kicked me with their boots in order to keep me awake so that my daughter and I could not sleep. If the children did fall asleep the guards would wake them up," she told lawyers."

"Keylin, M, a 16-year-old girl from Honduras, was one of many who recalled rotten food. "We were given food, but the food was frozen and not fit for consumption. "I was scared for the guards and scared I would be deported without my mother," she said. "I did not know where she was. I am still depressed. I also have nightmares and a lot of anxiety because of the separation." She said guards made her and other girls strip naked in front of them "and leered at us" before they could shower."

"In a report filed in the Flores case last month, CBP juvenile coordinator Henry Moak Jr. said that the department makes extensive efforts "to ensure all minors in CBP custody are treated with dignity, respect, and special concern for their particular vulnerability as minors."

"But Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law attorney Peter Schey said in a July 16 filing that the testimonies paint "a picture not just of forcibly separating thousands of children from their parents, but on a much broader level of a program of forced hunger, forced thirst, forced sleep deprivation, coupled with routine insults, threats, and physical assault, that leave [children] crying, trembling, hungry, thirsty, sleepless, sick, and terrified."

"A spokesman for CBP declined to comment on the allegations. "As a matter of policy, U.S. Customs and Border Protection does not comment on pending litigation. However, lack of comment should not be construed as agreement or stipulation with any of the allegations. CBP takes all allegations seriously, and investigates all formal complaints," the spokesman said in an email to CBS News."

"Although he stayed in the United States unlawfully and is currently subject to a final order of removal, he has otherwise been a model citizen," Crotty wrote in his order. "He has no criminal history," the judge wrote. "He has paid his taxes. And he has worked diligently to provide for his family." Villavicencio, who is originally from Ecuador, was arrested on June 1 while delivering a pizza to the Fort Hamilton Army base. Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo. Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials. They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication. This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Dana Yarter, Realtor, RE/MAX Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknowwho you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
