As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads. Always. This time, the example is from overseas. ABC News reports:

"Dramatic footage has emerged of three police officers in Egypt who helped catch a boy who fell from the third floor of a building last week. In the town of Asyut, south of Cairo, on Feb. 17, a 5-year-old child was dangling from the balcony of an apartment, trying to cling to a wall, before slipping and tumbling, according to the Ministry of Interior. Three police officers, Camille Fathi Good, 45, Hassan Sayed Ali, 38, and Sabri Mahrous Azis, 39, spotted the child as he was dangling, struggling to hold on, and grabbed a carpet to hopefully catch him. But the boy quickly fell, and one of the officers had to catch him in his arms. That officer sustained injuries and was treated [at] a local hospital."

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following. It's appalling. Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for. No longer.

In follow up to the last edition, aggressive stupidity indeed has no bounds. NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump on Friday criticized the armed school guard who failed to stop the shooting in Florida as the president pushed to permit some teachers to carry guns and end gun-free zones. "He didn't turn out to be too good, I'll tell you that," Trump said at the conservative gathering CPAC, calling the guard "not a credit to law enforcement." The armed sheriff's deputy, Scot Peterson, who was on site during the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., last week resigned after being suspended without pay. He took cover outside the school rather than attempting to enter the building and stop the shooter."

Readers? Get the irony? Profoundly understand it? This is a highly trained officer who apparently 'choked' in the crisis. Think the same couldn't happen to an armed teacher who would receive nowhere near the level of training a cop gets? Equally to the point, even the most aggressive vetting cannot predict how a person would react during such combat circumstances. Only when it happens do you truly know. Equally ironic? The officer apparently had been informed earlier Cruz "planned to shoot up the school." (CBS News)

The following is an aching non-sequitur by a president who has clearly not thought this issue through:

"Trump also repeated his call to arm teachers, explaining why he thinks that would prevent mass school killings. "This crazy man who walked in wouldn't even know who it is that has (a gun), that’s good. It's not bad, that's good," Trump told conservatives in National Harbor, Md. "And a teacher would've shot the hell out of him before he knew what happened."

First, he doesn't know that. The teacher could freeze in fear just like the deputy apparently did. Second, in the hail of gunfire between the teacher and the perpetrator, students could have been caught in the crossfire. Third, the perpetrator may have on body armor.

"The experts added that even with proper firearms training, to expect a teacher to be able to shoot down an attacker — and not accidentally injure anyone else — is unrealistic. To be trained is not just about shooting. Your heart is beating like crazy, your adrenaline is all over your body, and you have to make a wise decision about what to do," Hemenway said. Brian Levin, a former officer with the New York Police Department, said in the heat of the moment, it's too easy to misfire. He recalled a time early in his career when he almost shot an unarmed man fleeing a shooting scene. "Often times when you’re having an adrenaline-filled situation, you’re not sure who the target is," said Levin, who is now a criminal justice professor at California State University, San Bernardino."

A far more plausible preventive would be to better secure the schools against intrusion.

More important? Law enforcement needs to follow up on reports it receives from the public. Failed to do so in this massacre. Both the sheriff's office and the FBI. -- Those around Cruz knew he presented an exigent threat. Reported it to authorities. Law enforcement failed to follow through. Inexcusable dereliction of duty. Returning to the original NBC News article:

"When we declare our schools to be 'gun free zones' it just puts our students in far more danger," he said."

That's insane. Forget? The deputy was armed. Failed to act. More delusional? Get this:

"I don’t want a person that's never handled a gun, that wouldn't know what a gun looks like," Trump said of his plan. Earlier this week, Trump also floated the idea of small bonuses for those teachers or school officials willing to carry guns."

"Speaking of the former student who took the lives of 17 students and teachers in Parkland, Florida last week, Trump said that "if he thought that other people would be shooting back at him, he wouldn't have gone to that school."

That's nuts. Ignores reality. To say nothing of the history of these massacres. Perpetrators usually shoot themselves when cornered, or are killed by police. That is, have no fear of death. Know they're not going to survive. Yet, perpetrate these mass killings.

"While Trump also has advocated raising the age of purchase from 18 to 21 years of age for semi-automatic weapons — which the NRA doesn't support — he did not mention that idea on Friday at CPAC."

Why would he? Band Aid on an arterial wound, -- so to speak. Non-sequitur as well. Forget? At 18, you're old enough to die for your country on the battlefield but not old enough to own a semi-automatic weapon?

"The changes he hopes to make to improve school safety are "just common sense," Trump told the crowd. "It's not, 'Do you love guns, do you hate guns?' It's common sense. It's all common sense."

"But Trump also knew his audience. He made clear that despite wanting to move forward and make changes to certain aspects of gun laws, "there’s nobody that loves the Second Amendment more than I do, and there's nobody that respects the NRA, they're friends of mine."

Here's the conundrum for this writer. The NRA does rightfully and steadfastly defend the Second Amendment. As intended by the Founders, the last best defense against outrageously corrupt, abusive, murderous government. At the same time, this organization is Nazi Right, presents an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties with the exception of the right to bear arms.

Consider the following. Trump's meandering CPAC speech closely modeled the talking points of the NRA speech given earlier by Wayne LaPierre. NPR reports:

"Just over a week after 17 people were killed at Parkland, Fla., high school, National Rifle Association executive vice president and CEO Wayne LaPierre gave a fiery, defiant speech at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference, or CPAC, on Thursday in Washington, D.C. LaPierre defended Second Amendment rights and warned of a "socialist agenda" intended to strip firearms away from law-abiding citizens." "As usual, the opportunists wasted not one second to exploit tragedy for political gain," LaPierre said, adding that 20th-century community organizer "Saul Alinsky would have been proud of the breakneck speed for gun control laws and the breathless national media eager to smear the NRA."

First, no one defends the NRA better than LaPierre. Second, his warning of a "socialist agenda" is profoundly ironic. The national socialist Nazi Right indeed is doing all it can to eviscerate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties with the exception of the Second Amendment. Wouldn't know freedom, liberty, if it figuratively bit them hard on the ass. Clearly, following in the mold of their 1930s mentors, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini. As chronicled week after week, month after month, year after year in this publication.

"LaPierre, who was not listed on CPAC's official schedule, accused Democrats of making gun control a political issue in order to achieve their ultimate goal to "eradicate all individual freedoms."

Precisely what the Nazi Right is itself doing with the exception of gun rights. To say nothing of lining the pockets of their corporate masters who in turn line theirs. Not to mention the fact these assholes indeed delusionally believe they own your uterus, ladies. More than willing to dictate what you can and cannot do with it. List can go on and on.

The problem with the Nazi Right, as it was with their forebears Hitler and Mussolini, is the fact they take a small measure of truth, distort it into something it's not, to further their national socialist agenda:

"What they want are more restrictions on the law-abiding — think about that," LaPierre said. "Their solution is to make you, all of you, less free. They want to sweep right under the carpet the failure of school security, the failure of the family, the failure of America's school systems and even the unbelievable failure of the FBI."

There is great truth to that fiery last quote. Does masterfully describe the problem, however, but neglects to offer an effective workable solution. While conveniently ignoring massive abrogation of all other civil and constitutional rights and liberties perpetrated by the Nazi Right. Certainly, mesmerizes his achingly sick sycophants who buy his bullshit. Cheer him on. Without reflection, due diligence.

"Right before LaPierre took the stage, NRA national spokeswoman Dana Loesch also spoke, striking a far angrier tone than she had in a CNN town hall Wednesday evening and even admitting the accusations she was about to make would be controversial."

"Many in legacy media love mass shootings. You guys love it. I'm not saying that you love the tragedy, but I am saying that you love the ratings. Crying white mothers are ratings gold to you and many of the legacy media in the back," she charged, pointing to journalists at the back of the ballroom."

Female version of Adolf Hitler. Delusional lunatic. Seems to have forgotten it's the function of the media to expose this insanity to the public.

The problem with the nazi element is again the fact there is some truth to what they're trying to get across. But intentionally distort that truth to impose an agenda:

"And as LaPierre did, Loesch — who also wasn't officially on the pre-released CPAC agenda — blamed failures in law enforcement for the latest tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. "We will not be gaslighted into thinking that we are responsible for a tragedy that we had nothing to do with. It is not our job to follow up on red flags. It is not our job to make sure that states are reporting to the background system," Loesch said."

Indeed, great truth to the above, but egregious distortion of reality. The Left is not blaming NRA for any of its (NRA) failures. It's delusionally blaming guns themselves. Wants an unarmed citizenry. That's not going to happen.

"LaPierre said that in the past, he had worked with Democrats who wanted to work to reduce gun violence, but that leaders now only cared about exploiting tragedy for political gain, calling them a "tidal wave of new European socialists" in charge of the party and name-checking Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif.; Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.; New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio; New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo; Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J.; Sen. Christopher Murphy, D-Conn.; and Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., to boos in the crowd."

Again, there's a modicum of truth to his assertions. Democrats do indeed focus on the gun, not on the psychotic individual pulling the trigger. Have certainly been absent without leave, out to lunch since November 22, 1963. LaPierre seems to have conveniently forgotten, however, when you fail to do your homework, all the due diligence and research necessary, then point the finger at someone else, the remaining four point back at you. LOL. Both extremes make this mistake.

"The elites care not one whit about America's school system and schoolchildren," LaPierre added."

They don't? Who are the elites? Corporate management suite and top 1% who run and own this country? Bought and paid for their lackeys in government? Dictate what we can and cannot do? Liberty being no more than the 'freedom' to do what you're told? What they tell you to do? Is that what this nazi is talking about? That is, the corporate management suite and the rest of the top of the food chain?

"Let there be no mistake, Mr. Peterson wishes that he could have prevented the untimely passing of the seventeen victims on that day, and his heart goes out to the families of the victims in their time of need," DiRuzzo said. "However, the allegations that Mr. Peterson was a coward and that his performance, under the circumstances, failed to meet the standards of police officers are patently untrue. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

James Nichols, 46, and Luis Valenzuela, 45, entered no contest pleas Monday as they were set to stand trial on charges of rape and forced oral copulation. The Los Angeles County district attorney's office says the men, who were partners on the force, assaulted four women between 2008 and 2011."

How could this go on as long as it did? Where were fellow officers who had to have known this shit was going on? Get this:

"The victims ranged from 19 to 34 years old and all were involved in drug-related investigations. At least one of the victims acted as an informant for the police, reports CBS Los Angeles. The women accused the officers of pressuring them to perform sex acts to avoid going to jail, saying they were attacked in alleys, apartments and the officers' patrol car. One victim said that she was sexually assaulted on four separate twice by Nichols, once by Valenzuela and once by both of the officers, all taking place over a period of about 18 months. Another woman accused Valenzuela of assaulted her with a gun."

"After the plea deal was accepted, a deputy district attorney called the crimes "particularly heinous" because of the authority officers have when they put on their badge. Coen to the former cops while in court, reports CBS Los Angeles. "This hurts."

"Since being arrested in February 2016, both Nichols and Valenzuela have remained in jail. The two were placed on unpaid leave from the LAPD in 2013 and had been relieved of duty, reports the Los Angeles Times. The plea reportedly paves the way for their formal termination."

"An officer who flies helicopters for police in North Carolina's largest city was charged Tuesday with 28 sex crimes after a woman reported she was abused several years ago starting as a preteen, authorities said. The victim, now 17, told investigators that Matthew Porter sexually assaulted her for three years from 2010 to 2013, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Deputy Chief Katrina Graue said. Graue said the sex assaults happened in Charlotte where her family was friends with Porter, but the victim reported them to deputies in Nye County, Nevada, where she now lives."

"It is not uncommon for child victims to delay reporting as they grow a little more mature and seek counseling," Graue said. "It is not uncommon for disclosures to come out years later." Porter, 54, is charged with eight counts of first-degree sex offense and 20 counts of indecent liberties. Graue said police aren't aware of any other victims, but continue to investigate. Porter has been placed on unpaid leave. The assaults did not happen on duty. Porter was hired by Charlotte police in 1995 and began flying helicopters two years later, Graue said."

In the video, recorded on the man's cellphone, the officer in the passenger seat of the car asks the man if his name is Kevin. "Richard Milliman of Memphis, Tennessee, became one of Boeckmann's victims after being stopped for driving five miles per hour over the speed limit four years ago, then forgetting his trial date. The judge summoned Milliman to his house and took photos of him from behind as he picked up cans under the guise of performing community service, then shot photos of some of Milliman's tattoos. Milliman, then 23, said he refused to pose David-like, even though he was offered $300 to mimic the Michelangelo work. "I've never felt more betrayed by the justice system," Milliman told Baker, imploring her to impose a longer sentence than the 30- to 37-month term called for in federal sentencing guidelines. "How can a mere 37 months be a means to pay back society?"

"Prosecutors said the number of victims could be in the dozens or hundreds. Typically, the former district court judge dismissed traffic citations and misdemeanors in exchange for "community service" that, in some cases, required some young men to submit to photographs in compromising positions, but in others, required sexually-related conduct. Kyle Butler said he was also forced to pose for photos and was threatened with his life if he didn't recant information he had given to state investigators."

"In a letter written before Wednesday's hearing - a portion of which was read to the judge - Hunter said that after Boeckmann had helped him following a traffic accident, the judge required him to routinely clean up a laptop computer that had been slowed down by a cache of X-rated pictures and videos. Agent Martinez was found dead in November in a culvert located along a quiet interstate – an area that looks like the middle of nowhere. Martinez was responding to a tripped sensor along a known drug smuggling route. He radioed for backup. A law enforcement source tells CBS News Martinez then parked on the eastbound side of Interstate 10. He turned off his headlights and kept his emergency lights off so potential smugglers wouldn't see him coming. It was a moonless night. There are no street lights there, so really the only light you have would be a flashlight, or the headlights of a passing vehicle. The source says Martinez was not using night vision equipment. He then ran across the eastbound lane, the grass divider, then the westbound lanes and ran right off the edge of a culvert – about a nine or 10 foot drop – that had no guardrail or barrier to stop him."

"Agent Stephen Garland, who arrived after Martinez, may have made the same mistake, running across the interstate and right off the edge. The FBI suspects he fell off at a different point because his blood was found about 22 feet away from Martinez's body. A border patrol dispatcher was able to make contact with Garland after his fall. Despite his injuries, Garland was able to get back to his vehicle and turn on his emergency lights."

"At that time, Garland told the dispatcher something to the effect of "we ran into a culvert," or "I ran into a culvert," or "I think I ran into a culvert." "More than three months after Martinez's death, his fiancée Angie Ochoa isn't convinced by the FBI's theory. She says Martinez's injuries were too severe to have been caused by a fall. She is also suspicious because toxicology tests found a pain medication – butalbital – in his system. "Somebody convinced him to take that medication I think. Um, to make it seem like it was an accident," Ochoa said. "At this point, I think it was probably given to him intentionally."

"Even in a normal dose, sometimes there could be some impairment of ability to function, but very little impairment," said forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden. We asked Dr. Baden to look at Martinez's autopsy report, which states he died of blunt injuries to the head, but classified the manner of his death as "undetermined." The FBI believes he has amnesia, and he has nothing to do with Martinez's death. They found no evidence of animosity or conflict between him and Martinez."

"On one side are Texas Right to Life and its close associate, Empower Texans. "Dr. Haywood Brown depicted the shift as part of the administration's "continued move away from scientific, evidence-based policies and toward unscientific ideologies."

"The catalyst for the criticism was an announcement Friday by the Department of Health and Human Services of its guidelines and priorities for the next round of Title X grant applications, projected to total about $260 million. The new HHS document makes repeated favorable mention of "natural family planning" — which encompasses the rhythm method and other strategies for avoiding pregnancy without using contraceptives like the birth-control pill. According to HHS, of 100 couples each year that use natural family planning methods, up to 25 women may become pregnant."

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo. Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials. They

publication. This is being done because so many of you access this

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Manager, Dog Walk Event, Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
