As always, when a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads. Always. Fox News reports:

"An Indiana cop jumped into action to save a toddler choking on an apple at a Chick-fil-A — his first work as a paid police officer. Hobart Police Officer Richard Mayer was dining at the fast food restaurant in Merrillville with a few of his colleagues when Melanie Hasse ran to him for help, WLS reported. Hasse told the news station her daughter Charlotte choked on a piece of apple. "I looked over and she started gagging. I could see something kind of in the back of her throat, mistakenly reached in to try to grab it out, I think that pushed it back into her throat," Hasse recalled."

"Mayer said the worried mother “came running over” to him about her choking daughter and he immediately sprang into action. “I grabbed her and Officer Ramos to my right flipped her over, we did back slaps on her and got food dislodged from her throat right away," Mayer said, adding that the incident “caught us all off guard.” The piece of fruit dislodged from the toddler’s throat, allowing oxygen back into her body, WLS reported. Mayer revealed saving the toddler was his first act as a paid police officer."

Worse, the Llano County Attorney aids and abets these SS jackbooted bastards in black. Think not? Wake up. The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last five months. How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, Madam County Attorney Rebecca Lange claims that's not the County's legal position. It's not? Why not? Madam County Attorney states she's not a real estate expert. Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, and even the Sheriff himself, she's chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked. Could Madam County Attorney have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not? Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property. Much more on all this as this fiasco continues.

"Retired marine James Sperry says something made him take Eads Bridge last Tuesday instead of his usual route home. That decision might have helped save a life. On Tuesday, Sperry was driving home to Illinois on the Eads Bridge when he saw a man on the outside of the rail, and another man trying to help. He didn’t hesitate to pull over. “First thing I did was put my foot on the ledge, hook his arm and said ‘Hey brother, I’m a Marine, I’ve lost 40 friends, spent two years in the hospital, I’ve been exactly where you are right now,” said Sperry."

"Sperry was 19 years old when he was shot in the head and chest during the Battle of Fallujah."

"He and his fellow Marines thought that was it. But Sperry survived. That though was just the beginning. Like many, Sperry suffered from PTSD. That experience is what he used to talk the man down from the ledge last week, ignoring the icy waters of the Mississippi below."

“Does he go in the river, do I go after him? because I was trained in the Marine Corp as a swimmer,” Sperry said he likely would have jumped in after him. But it didn’t come to that. With the help of two other strangers, they were able to bring the man back over the ledge just as police arrived on scene. “He never said a word, the whole time we were there, I just gave him a hug,” Sperry said. “I knew he needed hope. He needed to understand people cared about him even though we were strangers.”

"Sperry has used what he calls his borrowed time to help others, from fellow veterans to a person stranded with a flat tire.

“I feel like there’s a reason why I’m here, there’s a reason why I’m left here," [said] Sperry.

"Overnight, Imamu Baraka was walking past a Baltimore hospital when he noticed something he says he'll never forget. The hospital's security guards had just wheeled a patient to a bus stop, and in the freezing temperatures they left her there. The only thing she had on was a hospital gown. "It's about 30 degrees out here right now," Baraka says in a recording of the encounter. "Are you OK, ma'am? Do you need me to call the police?" he asks."

"It's called "patient dumping" and it doesn't just happen in Baltimore. In 2007, "60 Minutes" investigated the practice of removing homeless patients from Los Angeles hospitals and leaving them downtown."

"Often the patients are not insured or have other financial issues, but it's unclear if that was the case in Baltimore. "Come on and sit down," Baraka repeatedly says to the patient in the recording. "I'm going to call and get you some help."

"In a statement, the University of Maryland Medical Center said that they "share the shock and disappointment of many who have viewed the video. In the end we clearly failed to fulfill our mission with this patient."

"The man who recorded the video called 911, and says medics ended up taking the patient back to the same hospital. Now a review is underway that could lead to personnel action against the hospital employees involved."

"The man who said he came to the aid of a visibly disoriented woman discharged from a Baltimore hospital wearing only a gown and socks on a frigid winter's night said Friday that she's been reunited with her family. Imamu Baraka, a psychotherapist who has an office across the street from the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus, said he was so angry at the woman's treatment that he decided to record Tuesday night's events on cellphone video, fearing no one would believe him if he reported a patient being left at a bus stop like that on a cold January night. "I knew that she was not supposed to be discharged from a hospital with no clothing on and no shoes," he said Friday."

"Baraka's cellphone video shows several guards strolling back to the hospital after escorting the patient out wearing only a hospital gown and socks. He described temperatures in the 30s and a cold wind blowing at the woman's hospital gown, exposing her to the elements. Her street clothes were stuffed in plastic bags and dropped at an open-air bus stop. She appeared disoriented and distressed as she stumbled along the sidewalk, making keening vocalizations but unable to formulate any words."

"Baraka said he's been in regular contact with the 22-year-old woman's mother, who is grateful for his intervention, since his video went viral. The video alerted the woman to the whereabouts of her daughter, who had been missing for two weeks, he said. "She's doing a lot better. She's getting the treatment that she needs. She's in the company of family. This is a good thing now, because now she is getting things she could not get before because of this video," he said. Baraka said he was furious at the hospital security guards. Of those who brought her outdoors, he said: "I asked them three times, I asked them specifically, 'Are you going to leave this lady out here like this?' They kept walking."

Unbridled callousness that would have resulted in the death of this young woman had Baraka not taken action:

"He then went and tried to help the woman shelter in the bus stop while calling 911 for an ambulance. He said he asked the arriving ambulance crew where they would take her, and they replied "back to the hospital." That's exactly where she went. That same night, she was put in a taxi and sent to a homeless shelter, according to Baraka. Baraka questioned the judgment of the medical professionals who authorized her release, asserting that they failed to avoid doing preventable harm. "They failed that simple test. They put her in an environment where she could have literally ended up dead because it was cold that night," he said. "She's in the heart of downtown Baltimore with no clothing on, vulnerable, fully exposed, literally, I became enraged," Baraka said."

"The mother of the woman has spoken out to correct misconceptions about her daughter. The mother, who asked to be identified only as Cheryl, said she wants to "correct the misinformation that's out there" because her daughter, Rebecca, "was humiliated" by the incident. "There are people who are saying that my daughter is a drug addict, my daughter's a prostitute, that she's deaf," Cheryl told CBS News. "She's not deaf, not a prostitute, not a drug addict. My daughter has mental illness." "My daughter was disposed of. She literally was disposed of. It's disgusting, heartbreaking, horrifying," Cheryl continued. "And if it's all of those things for me, I want people to know how does Rebecca feel? This was done to her. She was on the street with her body exposed. There was no human dignity at all."

"Dr. Mohan Suntha, president and CEO of University of Maryland Medical Center, said at a news conference Thursday afternoon that there were no excuses for what happened. "We believe firmly that we provided appropriate medical care to a patient who came to us in need, but where we absolutely failed, and where we own that failure, is in the demonstration of basic humanity and compassion as a patient was being discharged from our organization after having received that care," he said."

Say what? This woman was dumped on the street undressed in extreme mental and physical distress. Why the f--k was she discharged in the first place?

"According to Cheryl, Rebecca was diagnosed with mental illness — bipolar schizoaffective disorder — when she was 16 years old, and also has Asperger's syndrome, a form of autism. Rebecca lived in a residential youth program called Pathways from the time she turned 18 until Christmas Eve, when she was discharged for not taking her medication. "She has to be on meds, otherwise she has psychosis," Cheryl said. "She will have, uh, a manic episode." Cheryl says she has been trying to get legal guardianship of her adult daughter to gain control of her medication, housing and Social Security. But because of HIPAA patient privacy laws, she says doctors will not speak with her. "This is a byproduct of what the mental health system is," she said. "I cannot get any help for my daughter."

This, in a country where the cost of healthcare is astronomical and growing.

"Last month, Rebecca stopped reaching out to her family members so Cheryl tried to file a missing persons report with police. During the process, authorities notified her that Rebecca had been admitted to a hospital in Baltimore. Cheryl says she came across the disturbing video while scrolling through Facebook. At first, she didn't even realize that the woman in the clip was her daughter. "I didn't even know that it was my daughter initially," she said. "As he got close enough, I saw it was her and I got hysterical because in that moment, it was sheer fear that my daughter was going to die. I still haven't watched all of the video."

"Cheryl says she tried to contact the hospital and was told to reach out to their media relations department about the incident by email. "The hospital wasn't being helpful. I called the security department (and) they laughed at me. When I told them, 'That's my daughter in the video and I just need to find out if she's in the hospital,' they laughed at me," Cheryl said. "Every person that I talked to at the hospital either hung up on me or told me to email the hospital, and that everyone was going to tell me the same thing."

"The video of Rebecca went viral earlier this week on social media. It shows four University of Maryland Medical Center security guards wheeling her to a bus stop in her hospital gown. She can be heard crying out after they walk away. "It's obvious with looking at the video — even someone who doesn't know her, someone who doesn't know anything about mental illness — it was very apparent that she was having some sort of medical issue," Cheryl continued. Baltimore Police have more than their share of egregious problems. Not only are these criminal jackbooted bastards in blue outrageously corrupt and abusive, they're incredibly inept. So much so the Commissioner got the boot. ABC News reports:

"Following a record year in per-capita homicides, Baltimore's mayor on Friday fired the city's police commissioner after roughly 2 years at the helm, saying a change in leadership was needed to reduce violent crime more quickly. Mayor Catherine Pugh announced that Deputy Commissioner Darryl DeSousa, who has steadily risen through the ranks during a 30-year career with the police department, will take Commissioner Kevin Davis' place immediately. "My decision is because I'm impatient," Pugh said at a news conference at City Hall. "My decision is based on the fact that we need to get these numbers down. ... I'm looking for new and creative, innovative ways to change what we're seeing here every day."

"While violent crime rates in Baltimore have been notoriously high for decades, Baltimore ended 2017 with 343 killings, bringing the annual homicide rate to its highest ever — roughly 56 killings per 100,000 people. Baltimore, which has shrunk over decades, currently has about 615,000 inhabitants. In contrast, New York City had 290 homicides last year, its fewest on record in the modern era for the city of 8.5 million people. Los Angeles, with about 4 million residents, saw 305 homicides last year."

Gross ineptness for a department known to be outrageously corrupt, abusive, and murderous.

"DeSousa has served in just about every police department role over the years and in 2017 was assigned to lead the patrol bureau, the largest in Baltimore's force. His appointment will be made permanent following "appropriate approvals," Pugh's office said. He appears to have the backing of the City Council and a number of Baltimore's activists. Councilman Brandon Scott, who described DeSousa's promotion as a "great decision," said he has received numerous phone messages from community organizers praising the move. "Never before did I get text messages from community leaders saying, 'Thank you, this is the right choice,'" Scott said, describing the three previous times during his career as an elected official that a Baltimore police commissioner was replaced."

Breath of fresh air? We'll see. He'll have to deal with quite a bit of unresolved department baggage.

"The change comes as a monitoring team is overseeing court-ordered reforms to Baltimore's police department as part of a federal consent decree reached last January between Baltimore and the U.S. Justice Department due to widespread discriminatory and unconstitutional policing. Sherrilyn Ifill, president of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, said Davis had shown "unyielding commitment" to those reforms and they trust that DeSousa will bring "the same commitment to the consent decree process and to community-oriented reform."

"Davis, previously chief of police in Maryland's Anne Arundel County and assistant chief in Prince George's County, was sworn in as Baltimore's commissioner in October 2015 after serving on an interim basis for several months. He replaced Anthony Batts, who was fired after homicides spiked following the death of Freddie Gray, a black man whose fatal spinal cord injury in police custody triggered massive protests that year and the city's worst riots in decades."

The jackbooted bastards skated in the death of Freddie Gray. Hard to believe anything has truly changed. Again, we'll see.

"A reporter asked Pugh during Friday's news conference whether Davis' firing had anything to do with the unsolved killing of Baltimore homicide detective Sean Suiter. Suiter, 43, was shot in the head with his own gun after struggling with his killer on November 15 in west Baltimore, police said. The 18-year department veteran had been investigating a killing when he noticed a man acting suspiciously and ran toward him, investigators said.Suiter's death came the day before he was scheduled to testify before a grand jury in the case of several Baltimore police officers accused of seizing money from people they have stopped, claiming fraudulent overtime and filing false affidavits. Pugh, responding to the reporter's question, reiterated that her decision to replace Davis had to do with overall violence in the city. "My decision is because I'm impatient," Pugh said. "My decision is based on the fact that we need to get these numbers down."

"What does a crime-wracked city do if its most effective strategy against gun violence has also fueled allegations of abuse and corruption? The answer, in Baltimore, is to try again - but this time, more carefully. Frustrated by the city’s stubbornly high murder rate-including a record-setting 2017 - Mayor Catherine Pugh fired her police commissioner Friday and replaced him with a career Baltimore cop who promised to expand upon prior efforts at “hot spot policing.”

The problem with this approach is it leads to egregious violation of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Exacerbates public distrust of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. Not clear what changes the Mayor and new Commissioner have in mind. If a repeat of past tactics, will again miserably fail:

"Baltimore, along with many other big American cities, has a complicated relationship with the tactic, which involves flooding high-crime neighborhoods with officers who target the most violent or chronic offenders. It has proven to curb gun violence, but at a steep price. Baltimore's version of hot spot policing has forced the city into costly settlements with people alleging violations of their civil rights - as documented by The Baltimore Sun. One unit, called the Gun Trace Task Force, turned out to be corrupt. And a detective who planned to testify against members of that unit was shot to death in November. That case remains unsolved."

Same old, same old? Hopefully, not. Otherwise, hear the rumble? An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

"But in its new emphasis on hot spot policing, Baltimore is being watched by the federal government. The police department, under threat of a civil rights lawsuit by the Justice Department, has promised to change the way it operates, a result of an investigation that began with the April 2015 death of Freddie Gray from injuries sustained while in police custody. Gray’s death set off riots in the city, which were followed by a federal investigation documenting a pattern of unconstitutional stops and searches that eroded trust in the neighborhoods suffering the worst violence."

With advances in technology came the use of predictive policing software. Today's versions, including those embraced by Malinowski, rely on the rapid crunching of crime data, along with the use of surveillance cameras and sensors that alert police to the sound of gunfire, and downloading that information to officers' smartphones.

"The history of hot spot policing - an outgrowth of the "broken windows" philosophy of shootings. But the researchers also noted that many of the units that performed those duties ran into legal trouble. "Without sufficient professionalism, oversight and accountability, such units can cause serious harm to individuals in the communities they are supposed to protect and to the department’s reputation, undermining its long-term effectiveness," the researchers wrote. DeSousa, who'd served as an assistant commissioner under his predecessor, Kevin Davis, balanced tough talk for criminals with a promise to keep civil rights issues in mind."

"I have a real strong message for the trigger pullers: It’s that we’re coming after them," DeSousa said Friday at a news conference. "It’s going to be accelerated pace. The district commanders in all nine districts know who they are, and we’re coming after them. And I want to let everybody know it’s going to be done in a constitutional manner."

"Baltimore police are asking for help identifying five suspects caught on surveillance video beating a cat with a cinderblock and setting it on fire in mid-December. Animal Control was called to the scene, where the cat was pronounced dead, police said."

"A Facebook post on the Baltimore Police Department's page included video of the incident, as well as images of the suspects. A local resident who saw the incident unfold and called police told ABC affiliate WMAR that the suspects are teens who have been causing trouble for quite some time. "Damaging people’s property hanging outside the 7/11 and stores like that -- I don’t know where the parents are and I think they’re partly responsible for these cats being killed like this," the resident, who asked not to be identified, said. “I don’t think it’s kids being kids," the resident continued. "I think it’s the parents not looking at these group of kids that’s hanging together. To me, it’s like a babysitter that they’re letting these kids go out in groups and they figure they’re alright and they don’t know what they are doing.”

"The family of a man fatally shot by police in June 2017 has filed a $20 million civil lawsuit against the Washington state sheriff’s office and county they say is responsible. Jeffrey Campiche, an attorney representing the family of Tommy Le, said they allege that the King County Sheriff's Office and King County violated Le's Fourth Amendment right to be free from excessive force when detained and his parents' 14th Amendment right to a relationship with their child when he was killed on June 13, 2017."

"At around midnight on June 13, 2017, the King County Sheriff's Office received multiple 911 calls about gunfire and a man lunging “with a knife” in the city of Burien, a suburb of Seattle, according to a Sheriff’s Office statement. After deputies arrived on the scene, a witness identified the then 20-year-old Le as the suspect and pointed him out walking toward deputies while making stabbing motions, according to police. Two deputies told Le to drop what he was holding, but he allegedly continued advancing. The deputies then unsuccessfully used their Tasers before Deputy Cesar Molina then shot multiple times, hitting Le, according to the release."

"More than a week after the incident, the sheriff's office said that Le was holding a pen in his hand at the time of the shooting. The lawsuit alleges that the Sheriff's Office knew Le was not armed when he was shot and killed. A spokesperson for the King County Sheriff's Office referred requests for comment to the King County Prosecutor's Office, which declined to comment on the pending litigation.

"A copy of Le's autopsy, which was released by his family, indicates he was shot twice in the back and once in the wrist. Campiche said the autopsy suggested Le was shot from behind and disputes the Sheriff’s Office’s account.

"This is a suit to change government behavior, to vindicate Tommy Le's rights and his family’s rights, and to make the police accountable for untruths in their behavior: concealing the truth about the killing of this young man and spinning it rather than just being honest about it,” Campiche said. “And that's not right, and the family’s hurt by that and they’re going to seek justice for that and the killing of their son.”

Interim Police Chief Brian Manley and other department brass conducted an hours-long disciplinary hearing for the officers Friday that also included their attorneys and union representatives."

"Four sources said the incident happened nearly six months ago when Richter and members of a specialized team in the department’s organized crime division tasked with serving felony warrants were trying to arrest a suspect, who has a criminal history that includes violent offenses. The officers used tactics that supervisors deemed inappropriate, which triggered an internal affairs investigation, said the sources, who declined to be identified because the matter is pending."

"The incident was captured on video by an Austin police helicopter, which investigators used as evidence in the case. It was not clear what, if anything, may have precipitated any use of force against the man, who is Hispanic."

A Travis County grand jury later reviewed the case and did not indict Richter."

Judge Jack Robison apologized to jurors for the interruption, but defended his actions by telling them “when God tells me I gotta do something, I gotta do it,” according to the Herald-Zeitung in New Braunfels."

"The jury went against the judge’s wishes, finding Gloria Romero-Perez guilty of continuous trafficking of a person and later sentenced her to 25 years in prison. They found her not guilty of a separate charge of sale or purchase of a child."

"Robison, who also presides in Hays and Caldwell counties, did not respond to a message left with his court coordinator, Steve Thomas, who said the case is still pending. Robison is scheduled to return to the bench in Comal County on Jan. 31."

"The Herald-Zeitung reported that Robison recused himself before the trial’s sentencing phase and was replaced by Judge Gary Steele. The defendant’s attorney asked for a mistrial, but was denied."

"The South Carolina Attorney General's Office says it won't prosecute a white sheriff's deputy who shot and paralyzed a black 911 caller after mistaking him for a burglar in 2015. Investigators concluded that Charleston County Deputy Keith Tyner acted appropriately in response to an apparent deadly threat and that there isn't enough evidence for criminal prosecution, Senior Assistant Deputy Attorney General Heather Weiss said in a letter to state investigators Friday. "The video reveals for the first time what happened after the 25-year-old accountant fled the scene of a fender-bender in Alexandria about 15 minutes earlier, and was pursued by Park Police and Fairfax County officers down the George Washington Memorial Parkway into the Fort Hunt area of Fairfax. The video also captures two brief encounters in which Ghaisar stopped for police, and shows that the two Park Police officers ran to his car and both times an officer pointed a gun at Ghaisar. Both times, Ghaisar then drove away without any apparent interaction with the officers."

"In the moments before he was repeatedly shot, there also does not appear to be any interaction with or provocation by Ghaisar, whose window remained closed. Comey was fired, is at the center of much of the political jockeying surrounding the investigation into potential coordination between Trump associates and the Kremlin. "Attorney General Jeff Sessions was interviewed last week by special counsel Robert Mueller as part of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Sessions is the first member of President Trump's Cabinet known to have been questioned by the special counsel's office in its investigation into possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Moscow."

In addition to their bigotry, many of the remarks promulgated outright falsehoods."

"Payday lenders appear to have a powerful friend in Washington. Former Republican congressman Mick Mulvaney is the interim head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He was appointed by President Trump amid an ongoing a power struggle for control of the bureau. Watchdog groups are up in arms because, under Mulvaney, the CFPB has put on hold a rule that would restrict payday lenders and their high-interest-rate loans. The agency has also dropped a lawsuit against online lenders charging 900-percent interest rates. Critics say these moves are payback for campaign contributions to Mulvaney when he was a lawmaker."

"Trump in his first working day in office revived the so-called global gag rule. He expanded on previous versions so that for the first time foreign NGOs that even discuss abortion as an option are barred not only from about $575 million in U.S. family planning funds but also an estimated $8.8 billion in U.S. global health aid. And they must certify that none of their non-U.S. funding goes for abortion-related activities."

Trump and his sick sycophants don't believe you own your own uterus, ladies. They do. Both here and abroad.

Not only that, the nazi in the Oval Office intends to protect health providers who deny you services because of their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views. NPR reports:

"Health care workers who want to refuse to treat patients because of religious or moral beliefs will have a new defender in the Trump administration. The top civil rights official at the Department of Health and Human Services is creating the Division of Conscience and Religious Freedom to protect doctors, nurses and other health care workers who refuse to take part in procedures like abortion or treat certain people because of moral or religious objections."

This achingly ignorant asshole seems to have conveniently forgotten providing health care is not a right, but a privilege.

"Never forget that religious freedom is a primary freedom, that it is a civil right that deserves enforcement and respect," said Roger Severino, the director of HHS's Office for Civil Rights, at a ceremony to announce the new division."

libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this

be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
