Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability?  Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say?  Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

December 8, 2017

Salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "This is precisely why politicians and law enforcement have no credibility.  -- So too, when an inept, incompetent, criminal, SS jackbooted Llano County bastard in black happens to take two weeks of vacation two days after criminally abusing his authority.

... "Criminally denying a Kingsland property owner property rights, resulting in damage to a motor home parked on the property.  Haven't forgotten, have you, Sheriff?  To refresh your memory, Bill, Officer Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764.  Why isn't he under criminal investigation, Sheriff?

"Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve."

*********************

... "There are indeed a select few Llano County officials who remain straight shooters, always do the right thing.  There is an egregious problem within the Sheriff's Office.  Provide me with information.  I will protect your identity.

"Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve."

In stark contrast to Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officers honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Fortunately, not all officers throughout the nation are inept, criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black like yours, Bill.  The following is an example of the very best in policing, an officer paying the price for profound courage, selfless willingness to serve.  Seatbelts on.  CBS News reports:

"An officer who was hailed as a hero after the June 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting will be without a job at the end of the month, reports CBS affiliate WKMG-TV. Eatonville, Florida, police officer Omar Delgado was one of the first officers to respond to the deadly massacre, pulling people to safety, but he has since struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder.  Delgado said due to his diagnosis, he has been assigned to light desk duty for about eight months. On Monday, however, Delgado said he was told he's being let go."

Outrageous.  One of their best.  Even incapacitated, could certainly have continued to serve in some capacity.  If for nothing else, an example of exceptional courage under horrendous conditions.  Could certainly have continued to address recruits during training about what it truly means to be a cop.  A good cop.  A caring cop.  An honorable cop.  ... Unlike the pieces of shit we have here in Llano County, right, Sheriff?

"The Eatonville Police Department told WKMG-TV that the town of Eatonville made a decision to terminate Delgado's employment on Dec. 31. The department declined to provide any further details.  "Due to my PTSD and my emotional state ... obviously, I can't do police work anymore," Delgado said.  Days after the shooting, Delgado's emotional hospital bed reunion with Pulse survivor Angel Colon was shared millions of time around the world. In the following weeks he heard from people around the world, decorating the front door of his home with their letters. But he says the June 12, 2016 attack, in which gunman Omar Mateen killed 49 and injured dozens others in what was then the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, left him changed.  "I came back physically, but not mentally," Deglado said.  "This holiday is going to be a rough one," he said. "What we witnessed and saw, no man should have ever seen that."

Precisely, why this officer could be so incredibly valuable to new classes of recruits.  Could certainly be police ombudsman, spokesman, etc. to the community.  Could certainly have addressed civic groups.  With intense continued counseling, therapy might at some point been able to return to duty.  No matter what, needs to receive continued financial support, disability, whatever.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In stark contrast to Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his gutless inept criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider what courage, determination, uncommon valor truly is.

Wake up, Bill.  The following is an example of supreme courage your boys remain achingly incapable of emulating, to say nothing of comprehending.  Seatbelts on.   W.F. Strong of the Texas Standard reports:

"We must begin our story with the 1st Battalion of the 141st Regiment comprised of the Texas National Guard. Their nickname was the “Alamo Regiment.” In 1944, they were at the lead of a push to drive the Germans out of France. The battalion had a large supporting force during their campaign but they pushed ahead so fast in the Vosges Mountains that they found themselves cut off and surrounded behind enemy lines."

This, when our formerly great country was young, strong, brave, and free.  Valiantly fought the Nazi bastards, -- instead of becoming them.

"They became known in World War II lore as “The Lost Battalion.” The only good thing for the Texans is that they were on top of a mountain and so they had the classic advantage of high ground and line of sight. But they were still pounded by German artillery. It was foggy, rainy and very cold. They quickly dug fighting positions in the wet, muddy soil and covered themselves with tree limbs, rock and dirt. They did everything they could to provide cover from the splinters of tree bursts and shrapnel from exploding shells. They were also out of food and water. Exceptionally courageous pilots were able to fly through the rain and fog and airdrop small supplies of water purification pills, MREs and ammunition to sustain them."

These courageous Texans were so damn good, ferocious, effective they caught the attention of Der Fuhrer himself:

"Even Hitler became aware of the Texans’ situation and he issued orders that they were not to slip away. They were to be killed or captured at all costs.

"The Army redirected its push to the Rhine to focus on first, saving the 1st Battalion from the Germans. American forces pounded the German lines with their artillery, but the forest was so thick they weren’t having much effect. So they had two different infantry battalions try to break through the German lines and each was repelled by horrific hailstorms of bullets from the German machine guns called “Hitler’s buzz saws.”

"This is when the 442nd and the 100th Infantry combat regiments were called in. Battle-hardened, they had a reputation for succeeding in just these situations. Their motto was “Go for broke.” It took them five days of brutal, close-quarters combat on muddy terrain in bone-chilling weather to reach the Texans. They fought tree to tree and yard by yard to reach the top of the mountain. The 442nd started out with 3,000 men and took 1,000 casualties. 800 wounded and 200 killed in action."

The 442nd was quite an unusual, particularly determined regiment:

"By the time they reached the Texans, they, too, had been fairly decimated. The Texans had lost over 20 percent of their force - they had been killed, wounded and captured. It is said that the first soldier of the 442nd to reach them merely walked up to their commander, Lt. Marty Higgins, and nonchalantly pulled out his Lucky Strikes and said, “Cigarette?” Higgins gratefully accepted. After almost a week, they were freed from the German onslaught."

More remarkable?  Get this:

"What makes this an even more surprising story is not just the ferocity with which the 442nd fought, or the casualties they took to save their brothers in arms. The real surprise is that the 442nd was a Nisei regiment, comprised of second-generation Japanese-Americans. Most of them, along with their families, had been put into internment camps at the beginning of the war. These men, however, asked if they could fight, rather than sit out the war.'

Uncommon Valor:

"And they were extraordinary fighters. The 442nd was called the Purple Heart Regiment because they received more purple hearts than any other unit their size in WWII. Over the course of the war the 442nd was awarded 5,200 Bronze Star medals, 588 Silver Stars, 52 Distinguished Service Crosses, seven Distinguished Unit Citations, and 21 Congressional Medals of Honor. The late Sen. Daniel Inouye was one of the Nisei who fought to rescue the Texans, and later earned his Medal of Honor when he lost his arm taking out a German machine gun nest in Italy."

Best of the best under extraordinary conditions:

"When the 442nd returned from Europe, President Harry Truman said, “You have fought not only the enemy, but you have fought prejudice - and you have won. Keep up that fight, and we will continue to win - to make this great Republic stand for just what the Constitution says it stands for: the welfare of all the people all the time.”

... If only.

"Many years after the war, President Bill Clinton upgraded a good number of the military awards for the 442nd. Some of the Nisei had not received their due because, sadly, they were Nisei. Clinton said, “Rarely has a nation been so well served by a people so ill treated.”

Bigotry remains alive and well in Nazi America.

"And that is why Gov. Connally, too, paid tribute to the 442nd and 100th Battalion by making them all honorary Texans. It was his way of demonstrating to these soldiers, and their descendants, the solemn gratitude of the Great State of Texas. We will always be grateful for the supreme sacrifice they made in saving our men."

Your inept criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black don't hold a candle to these men, Sheriff.  Never will.  Don't share the character, courage, principles, these men lived and died for.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In stark contrast to Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officials honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

In follow up to the last edition regarding the murder of an extraordinary officer the day before he was to give grand jury testimony against corrupt fellow officers, ABC News reports:

"A former Baltimore Police officer has been indicted for allegedly planting evidence in a suspect's car during a 2010 arrest, federal prosecutors announced Thursday.  Former Sgt. Wayne Earl Jenkins, 37, allegedly planted heroin in a car after a driver who police were pursuing crashed into another car, prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Maryland said in a press release.

"The officer who found the drugs was Det. Sean Suiter, said Baltimore Police Chief Kevin Davis in a press conference Thursday. Suiter was shot and killed on Nov. 15 with his own gun and set to testify in a police corruption case the next day."

An honest cop.  One of few.  Much more on this as the story develops.

"On Thursday, two Baltimore city councilmen called for the police department to turn over the investigation into Suiter's unsolved killing to federal authorities, The Baltimore Sun reported."

The problem with this remains the Sessions nazi.  Refuses to rein in, hold corrupt, abusive, thieving, murderous law enforcement accountable for their crimes.  No justice can be expected in a de facto fascist police-state, soon to become the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Fox News reports:

"An indicted member of a disbanded Baltimore police unit allegedly duped a fellow officer into discovering packets of heroin he planted in a car during a 2010 arrest, authorities alleged in a new indictment announced Thursday.  Police Commissioner Kevin Davis identified the betrayed officer — dubbed "Officer No. 1" in the indictment — as Detective Sean Suiter, who was fatally shot in the head with his own gun two weeks ago while probing a triple homicide in a troubled West Baltimore neighborhood.  During a Thursday press conference, Davis told reporters that Suiter was "set up" by indicted former officer Wayne Earl Jenkins to discover narcotics planted by Jenkins. He said Suiter was "not involved in any way, shape or form" in the deception.  Speaking of Jenkins, Davis said: "This guy was able to operate with impunity on this police department for far too long."

How can this happen?  Other officers had to have looked the other way, and/or participated:

"Jenkins, a former Baltimore police sergeant who is one of the indicted members of Baltimore's disbanded Gun Trace Task Force, is one of eight Baltimore law enforcers being investigated by a federal grand jury.  The elite unit was tasked with getting illegal guns off the streets of Baltimore, but federal prosecutors say they used their position to threaten the innocent, detain people on false pretenses, steal their money, fake police reports, lie to investigators, and defraud their department."

Baltimore's 'finest.'  ... Sounds like Llano County, right, Sheriff?

"If Thursday's indictment is proven, Jenkins also tricked a fellow officer into discovering narcotics he planted himself."

Protect and Serve?

CBS News reports:

"On Friday, [Police Commissioner Kevin] Davis announced that he was asking the FBI to take over the investigation into the death of Det. Suiter.  "I am growing increasingly uncomfortable that my homicide detectives and I do not know all the facts," said the commissioner. He called the situation of a police officer homicide overlapping with a federal corruption probe "unusual."  "The community needs to know that I am willing to invite any sets of eyes or resources to look at this incident," said Davis."

Imagine that.  Think his confidence well-placed in the FBI?  -- An FBI beholden to the Department of 'Justice' and its Attorney General?  The racist Sessions nazi?  A 'law and order' unabashed fascist who insanely believes police do no wrong?  Should not be held criminally accountable for their crimes?  That citizens should not video these jackbooted bastards in blue committing these crimes?  Give me a break.  All a ruse.  Hopefully, however, there are a few left in the FBI who would do the right thing no matter what.

Alternative?  Unthinkable.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officers honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

In follow up to the last edition here and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"A Texas sheriff who was among the first people to reach two badly injured U.S. Border Patrol agents said he thinks they may have been sideswiped accidentally by a tractor-trailer, not attacked, as President Trump and some others have suggested [falsely claimed].  The injured agents were found the night of Nov. 18 along a culvert next to Interstate 10 near Van Horn, which is about 110 miles southeast of El Paso and about 30 miles from the border with Mexico.

"Agent Rogelio Martinez succumbed to traumatic head injuries and broken bones. His partner, who has not been identified, was seriously injured and hospitalized for several days. The agent has no memory of what happened that night.  Culberson County Sheriff Oscar Carrillo said he thinks a tractor-trailer may have accidentally sideswiped the pair, The Dallas Morning News reported."

What is so remarkable about this sheriff is the fact he's trying to determine the truth, not pursue a political agenda:

"I-10 is a heavily traveled route for truck drivers and accidents regularly occur, some due to wind drafts and others from drivers overcorrecting after drifting across lanes, Carrillo said.  "From the beginning we were radioed to assist in the incident as an injury, not an assault," Carrillo told the newspaper. "That's the way it was communicated to us.  "If this was an assault, believe me, as sheriff, I'd be the first one out there emphasizing safety in our community and with our deputies, pairing them up," he added."

This is precisely the way law enforcement is supposed to operate.  When it does not, forfeits public faith and trust.  ... Right, Bill?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Didn't, however, stop the Trump nazi, Gov. Abbott, Sen. Cruz, and a Border Patrol union official from lying like hell:

"A Border Patrol union, the National Border Patrol Council, has said the pair was attacked and struck with a rock or rocks.  Mr. Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott also have said the two were attacked, with Mr. Trump using the incident to renew his call for a border wall between the U.S. and Mexico."

This is precisely why politicians and law enforcement have no credibility.  -- So too, when an inept, incompetent, criminal, SS jackbooted Llano County bastard in black happens to take two weeks of vacation two days after criminally abusing his authority.

... Criminally denying a Kingsland property owner property rights, resulting in damage to a motor home parked on the property.  Haven't forgotten, have you, Sheriff?  To refresh your memory, Bill, Officer Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764.  Why isn't he under criminal investigation, Sheriff?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officers honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

Carefully consider the following.  Extraordinary, in view of circumstances occurring just prior to the incident.  ABC News reports:

"Some quick-thinking police officers in Oswego, Illinois were able to save the life of a man trapped in a burning vehicle earlier this week.  Officers responded on Tuesday to a hit-and-run accident and found a vehicle fully engulfed in flames.  In a video posted on the Oswego Police Facebook page, officers surround the burning vehicle, and drag the man to safety, with someone shouting, “They got him out!” over the radio. Officers say the man inside the vehicle was refusing to leave so they forcefully removed him."

The officers were injured in the fire:

"Two Oswego police officers, Brandon Dilg and Cassie Catberro, were treated for smoke inhalation and Dilg received minor burns to his arm and leg. They have since been released from the hospital."

Here's what's so extraordinary:

"The 71-year-old driver was fleeing from the scene of an accident when his car hit a concrete barrier and burst into flames, Patch reported."

A photo of the rescue shows the car engulfed in a blazing inferno.  Hat's off to the officers.  Amazing they weren't seriously injured.  No report on the condition of the driver that had been hit by this gutless fleeing coward.

The following is precisely why this nation needs to desperately re-think our prison system.  Fox News reports:

"A police officer taunted the Jacksonville man who shot him multiple times last year by taking out a tube of K-Y Jelly personal lubricant in court Wednesday and saying, “You are going to need a lot of this,” local reports said."

What happened to this officer is horrendous.  Could have been killed by the piece of shit he encountered at a traffic stop:

"Kevin Rojas, then 19, shot the undercover police officer three times during a 2016 traffic stop, including once in the face, the Florida Times-Union reported.  The critically-wounded officer, who was taking his son to school during the incident, returned fire but did not hit Rojas. His son was not injured.  Local reports did not identify the undercover officer."

The perpetrator got what he deserved in court:

"In October, Rojas was found guilty of numerous felonies, including attempted first-degree murder, grand theft auto, attempted manslaughter, two counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.

"Kevin Rojas will spend the rest of his life in prison for the attempted murder of a JSO detective @ActionNewsJax at 5:00 pic.twitter.com/grkm6leitw
    — Bridgette Matter (@bridgetteANjax) November 29, 2017

"He was sentenced to life imprisonment on Wednesday. The wounded officer, who formerly served in the Army, began by calling Rojas a coward at the sentencing hearing, the Florida Times-Union reported."

All the above, appropriate.  So are the officer's following comments to the felon:

“I will take those bullets instead of a fellow officer and an innocent bystander,” the officer said, according to the Times-Union. “When I brought the fight back to you, you ran like a coward.”

Here is where things turned south:

"The officer then produced a tube of K-Y Jelly and told Rojas he would “need a lot” of it in prison, according to local reports."

From the appearance of the kid, alone, no question.  He will be a target in prison.  That's a problem.  Happens all the time in American gulags.  Outrageously, unacceptable.  Inhumane.  Unbecoming our formerly great country.  The problem with what this officer said to the felon is not the issue.  The fact this kid will likely get sexually assaulted in prison is.

The officer's rage is understandable.  Does not, however, justify sexual assault in our gulags.  No matter who the offender.  No matter the crime.  Otherwise, we remain no better than a banana republic.  At the same time, this officer should suffer no repercussions.  None at all.  Did not physically attack the kid.  Engaged in inappropriate behavior in court likely due to horrendous injuries inflicted by the felon:

"When questioned by a judge in a 30-minute hearing about the stunt, the officer refused to comment, the Times-Union reported.  The officer's supervisors were aware of the incident and will address it, according to local reports."

Admonishment in conjunction with intense follow up counseling, appropriate, anything further, unjust.

It's not just sexual assault present in our gulags that remains an egregious problem.  Consider the following.  NPR reports:

"The New York jail complex Rikers Island maintains a "culture of violence" among both inmates and staff, despite efforts to improve conditions at the storied correctional facility, according to a recent government report.  The court-mandated report said staff on the island "relish confrontation" with inmates, rather than avoid it. It described incidents such as a senior corrections officer using pepper spray on an inmate who was in restraints, and other incidents of unnecessarily kicking and stomping inmates.  Filed by an independent monitoring group, the report has fueled calls to shut down the jail complex because of its level of violence."

This remains a rampant problem in all our gulags, both jails and prisons.  An egregious human rights issue.  Precisely, why it's galling to hear our leaders criticize other governments for what goes on right here at home.  Then again, the Trump nazi is the first president to fail to condemn human rights abuses overseas while blatantly encouraging the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue here to do the same.  Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.  As the doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

"In 2011, a group of detainees filed a lawsuit against the NYC DOC — called Nunez and United States v. City of New York — for cruel and unusual punishment. In 2013, the suit was filed as a class action. Inmates alleged correctional officers would take detainees to areas without surveillance cameras or witnesses and beat them."

Nazi America.  No better than a Soviet gulag, a Nazi camp at the start of Hitler's Third Reich.

"In 2015 the Justice Department intervened, and a consent settlement was reached, which included more than 300 provisions the NYC DOC was tasked to implement. The changes included an improvement to internal policies, more conflict resolution training for staff, more security cameras, and enforced disciplinary actions for staff violating use-of-force guidelines."

As Attorney General, the racist Sessions nazi has put an end to such oversight.  What does that tell you?  Anything at all?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Eighty-five weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Eighty-five weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Eighty-five weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS?  Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

In stark contrast to Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officials honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

The following is appalling, blatant murder.  CBS News reports:

"An Oklahoma City police officer who fatally shot a suicidal man was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder.  District Attorney David Prater filed the charge against Sgt. Keith Sweeney and listed an alternative charge of first-degree manslaughter in the Nov. 15 fatal shooting of 29-year-old Dustin Pigeon.  Police said Sweeney and another officer responded to a report of a suicidal person and found Pigeon trying to set fire to himself with a lighter fluid and a lighter in a courtyard surrounded by homes. Police say the other officer shot Pigeon with a bean bag, to no effect, before Sweeney shot him multiple times."

This officer was no rookie, a nine-year veteran.  Hard to believe poor training, inexperience a factor.  More to come as this case develops.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think you've heard it all?  You haven't.  CBS News reports:

"San Joaquin County's chief medical examiner, known nationally as the doctor depicted in the movie "Concussion" about brain injuries among football players, resigned Tuesday over what he said was interference by the sheriff that has become so invasive that it borders on the unlicensed practice of medicine."

So what else is new?  Happens all the time in the Texas Legislature where Republican nazis pass anti-abortion  legislation dictating to doctors what they can and cannot do.  Force physicians to perform unnecessary trans vaginal ultrasounds prior to an abortion that amount to no more than sexual assault.

"Dr. Bennet Omalu accused Sheriff-Coroner Steve Moore of routinely interfering with death investigations to protect law enforcement officers.   "I had observed long before this that the sheriff was using his political office as the coroner to influence the death investigation of persons who die while in custody or during arrest by the police," Omalu wrote in documents he provided to the Associated Press and other media. He said the interference "has become routine practice" since last year.  Omalu said he will stop conducting autopsies immediately and noted his departure won't take effect for three months under his county contract.   "Dr. Omalu resigned this morning because he was tired of hearing the lies and denial from the sheriff," Patricia Hernandez from Union of American Physicians and Dentists, who represents both doctors, told CBS Sacramento.   The coroner's division referred calls to sheriff's department spokesman Deputy Dave Konecny, who did not return messages seeking comment Tuesday."

Sounds like your kind of sheriff, right, Bill?

"Moore told radio station KQED that he doesn't interfere in death investigations, but as the elected coroner he can make the final decision on whether to rule the manner of death an accident, homicide, suicide or the result of natural causes.   In the documents, Omalu and his assistant, Dr. Susan Parson, a forensic pathologist who resigned last week, said the interference at times included ordering that hands be cut off corpses without telling the pathologists.   Moore told the radio station that he would sometimes order the hands removed from corpses that were too decomposed to identify so they could be sent to the California Department of Justice's crime lab for fingerprinting."

There's more:

"Omalu and Parson said they turned over voluminous memos to county supervisors and the district attorney. The district attorney's office said it is gathering information on homicide cases, including deaths involving law enforcement officers.  Last year, Omalu said, he ruled the death of a 26-year-old man a homicide by blunt force trauma after the man fought with police and with other residents.   "The sheriff called me into his office and told me that he wanted to make it an accident since officers were involved," Omalu wrote. "He said that I should amend my report and state that he died from the civilians and not the police officers."

Record the conversation?

"He cited similar cases in 2013 and another in 2016 where he said he later learned the sheriff changed a homicide ruling involving an officer to an accidental death.  He also cited a 2007 case, early in his time in California, when he said a 47-year-old man died while being arrested.   "Information was intentionally withheld from me by the sheriff in order to mislead me from determining the case to be a homicide," Omalu wrote. "The sheriff still went behind my back months later and changed the manner of death to an accident to minimize the seriousness of the case."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"The San Joaquin County Medical Society called the allegations "alarming."   "Physician independence is paramount to avoid improper influence on the practice of medicine," said Dr. R. Grant Mellor, president of the San Joaquin County Medical Society. "We urge the proper authorities to conduct a full investigation."

There are indeed a select few Llano County officials who remain straight shooters, always do the right thing.  There is an egregious problem within the Sheriff's Office.  Provide me with information.  I will protect your identity.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Trump has no clue the United States constitutionally has no provision for a nazi fuhrer.  Apparently, believes juries have a moral obligation to convict the accused, especially the undocumented, of precisely whatever the government accuses them.  No matter facts or circumstances.  NPR reports:

"A jury in San Francisco has found Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, a homeless undocumented Mexican immigrant, not guilty of murder in the death of 32-year-old Kate Steinle two years ago in a case that became a flashpoint in the national debate on illegal immigration.  As a presidential candidate, Donald Trump cited the Steinle killing as a justification for his intended crackdown on immigration.  The president tweeted his reaction to the outcome: "A disgraceful verdict in the Kate Steinle case! No wonder the people of our Country are so angry with Illegal Immigration."

A bit presumptuous, aren't you, Mr. 'President?'  First, this case is far more nuanced than you make it out to be.  Second, not all of us have been created in your mold, sir, that of a bigoted, xenophobic nazi in the image of Hitler at the beginning of the Third Reich.

"The jury of six women and six men acquitted the 45-year-old Garcia Zarate of murder in the first and second degrees, and the alternate charge of involuntary manslaughter.  He was convicted on the lesser charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  Steinle was killed on July 1, 2015, while walking along a San Francisco pier arm-in-arm with her father."

Unlike you, sir, the jury followed the evidence, law, and Constitution.  There was good reason why they didn't return the conviction you so desperately wanted, Mr. 'President.'  Convictions must be based on fact, not a political agenda, sir.

"The basic question the jury had to decide was whether Garcia Zarate intentionally and willfully fired the single shot that killed Kate Steinle. The prosecution said that Garcia Zarate fired a handgun deliberately in Steinle's direction, seeking to harm her or others. The defense argued that the shooting was unintentional, that the defendant found the gun wrapped in a cloth under his seat at the pier and that it accidentally discharged. The defense also offered expert witnesses who testified that the bullet ricocheted off of the ground and traveled about 78 feet before striking Steinle."

The Trump nazi cannot, will not, be confused with the truth.  Worse?

"The jury's decision indicates that it was convinced that the shooting was an accident."

Trump does not respect this jury's decision.  Why not?  Runs counter to his political agenda.

"The gun was stolen four days before the killing from the parked car of a visiting Bureau of Land Management ranger. And even the prosecution agreed that there was no evidence linking Garcia Zarate to that robbery.  The defendant had been deported five times.  He was scheduled for a sixth deportation in 2015 while he was in federal custody for felony reentry. Instead of deporting him, federal authorities sent him to San Francisco on a 20-year-old drug warrant for a small amount of marijuana."

Why?  Accomplish what?  Loot taxpayers to prosecute and imprison him on a chicken shit charge?  Minimum prison time?  What about the felony reentry charge?  Apparently, that was not adjudicated.  Nor the drug charge.  Keystone Kops.  Themselves to blame.  Apparently, someone sound asleep on the job.

"San Francisco prosecutors dropped the [drug] charge and then the sheriff's department let him go, despite a federal detainer request. Under local sanctuary city rules, local law enforcement won't hold a person beyond the term of their incarceration. In the aftermath of the shooting there was a lot of finger-pointing among local officials. San Francisco still won't honor a federal detainer request unless the detainee has committed a violent or serious felony in the past seven years."

Constitution is remarkably clear.  A warrant signed by a judge is required to hold on to a prisoner in such circumstances.  Interestingly?  Get this:

"The city's sanctuary policies were not mentioned in the trial and there were only brief references to the defendant's immigration status."

Fascinating, isn't it? Alice In Wonderland.  -- For good reason, however, the defendant's immigration status was irrelevant to what he had been charged with.  Would have unduly influenced, prejudiced the jury against him.

Trump is a moron:

"The killing gained national attention, in part, because Republican presidential nominee Trump seized on it as he criticized Mexican immigrants and promised to build a wall at the border.  Several months after Steinle's death, Trump claimed that she had been shot five times. In reality, she was shot only once."

Worse?  A congenital liar.  Yet, the dopey bastards voted for this scourge.  -- Not that pilloried Hillary was any better.  Two incredibly poor choices for the highest elective office in the land.  Neither, qualified.  Both, untenable.  Achingly, unqualified.  Vastly different reasons.

"In his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention, Trump tried to link Democrat Hillary Clinton to the controversy.  "My opponent wants Sanctuary Cities. But where was sanctuary for Kate Steinle?" he asked.  Yet in aftermath of his sister's death, Brad Steinle spoke out against then-candidate Trump for "sensationalizing" her death."

This achingly ignorant asshole in the Oval Office continues to embarrass himself, his office, and the country he does not serve.  Only himself and the Nazi Right.

"Donald Trump talks about Kate Steinle like he knows her. I've never heard a word from his campaign manager, I've never heard a word from him. It's disconcerting," Brad Steinle told CNN's Anderson Cooper.  "I don't want to be affiliated with someone who doesn't have the common courtesy to reach out and ask about Kate, and our political views and what we want," he added."

Why would he?  How could he?  What narcissistic, racist, fascist, national socialist, nazi could, would?  Not possible.  Certainly, wasn't for Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

"Attorney General Jeff Session released a statement saying sanctuary-city policies are dangerous:

"While the State of California sought a murder charge for the man who caused Ms. Steinle's death—a man who would not have been on the streets of San Francisco if the city simply honored an ICE detainer—the people ultimately convicted him of felon in possession of a firearm. The Department of Justice will continue to ensure that all jurisdictions place the safety and security of their communities above the convenience of criminal aliens. I urge the leaders of the nation's communities to reflect on the outcome of this case and consider carefully the harm they are doing to their citizens by refusing to cooperate with federal law enforcement officers."

"Federal authorities are studying their options for intervening in the case Garcia Zarate. In a follow-up statement, the Deputy Director of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Thomas D. Homan said, "Following the conclusion of this case, ICE will work to take custody of Mr. Garcia Zarate and ultimately remove him from this country."

The Sessions nazi remains achingly ignorant.  Local law enforcement is constitutionally obligated to release from custody anyone who is no longer being adjudicated for anything.  Can't just hold on to anyone with no probable cause, no warrant, no court action, nothing at all but the whim of the nazis in ICE.

The criminal, abusive, jackbooted bastards in ICE need to get off their ass, more quickly follow up, properly arrest and charge the undocumented who have a history of serious criminal activity.  Not simply raise the 'crime' of reentering the country undocumented to the level of a felony.

More importantly?  Ferociously pointedly?  Instead of bastardizing the Constitution for the sake of expediency.  These out of control assholes are pointedly reminded the most efficient state ever devised was Hitler's Third Reich.  Is that what these out of control assholes in ICE want here in our formerly great country?

In follow up, NPR reports:

"The Justice Department has filed an amended arrest warrant for Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, the undocumented Mexican immigrant who was found not guilty of murder and manslaughter charges in the killing of Kate Steinle on a San Francisco pier two years ago.  The warrant says the 45-year-old Garcia Zarate violated the terms of his supervised release by possessing the gun that killed Steinle, in a case that ignited a national debate over so-called sanctuary cities. The original warrant, issued by a federal court in Texas, was filed in July 2015, days after the shooting.  After a monthlong trial, a San Francisco jury deliberated for six days before finding Garcia Zarate not guilty of murder and manslaughter. But the panel convicted him of being a felon in possession of a firearm. A sentencing date for that offense has not been scheduled. Garcia Zarate could face the maximum penalty of three years' imprisonment."

This appears to be a massive failure of the system of justice in our formerly great country.  An exceptionally convoluted failure:

"Garcia Zarate, a five-time deportee, was originally sentenced in 2011 in Texas to 46 months in prison for felony re-entry to the United States. He was to have served three years of supervised release. But in March 2015, he was sent to San Francisco on a 20-year-old drug warrant. When that charge was dropped, local law enforcement released him despite the existence of a federal detainer request that would have led to his deportation."

Why didn't the government take appropriate action to properly charge him, instead of only issuing a detainer request?  Why drag their feet?  Have only themselves to blame.

"Now, as a Justice Department official told NPR, "there is an existing federal detainer that requires this defendant to be remanded into the custody of U.S. Marshals Service to be transported to the Western District of Texas pursuant to the arrest warrant."  Federal authorities say they are working to get custody of Garcia Zarate and ultimately deport him."

Why wasn't this resolved quite some time ago?  Why waste time going after a chicken shit crime instead of simply deporting him again?  Especially, since the government did not have a solid case vis vis the Steinle killing.  Had he no history of criminal activity other than entering the country undocumented, it's the height of aggressive stupidity to raise illegal entry to a felony, then imprison him for years at taxpayer expense.  Most of the undocumented are not here to commit crimes.  They're here to do low paid, back breaking jobs Americans don't want.

NBC News reports:

"But for the jury, the high-profile murder case apparently came down to a question of reasonable doubt, according to experts in criminal prosecution. The jurors were evidently not convinced that the defendant, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, acted with intent — a bar prosecutors needed to clear to convict him of the most serious charges.  "As controversial and tragic as this case may be, and as political as it has become, my best guess is that this turned out to be a very conventional case in that ... the defense just cast doubt on the prosecution's theory," said Robert Weisberg, a criminal justice professor at Stanford Law School."

There was no way the prosecution could have proven intent under the circumstances:

"My general thought is that if it's fairly clear that he did not mean to shoot her, given that the bullet ricocheted off the pavement, you can't argue the most direct and obvious theory of murder — the intent to kill," said George Fisher, a former Massachusetts assistant attorney general.  "It would be difficult under those circumstances to push a jury beyond a question of reasonable doubt," said Fisher, who is currently a professor at Stanford Law School."

Consider this:

"But some observers have questioned why Garcia Zarate was not at least convicted of involuntary manslaughter, a charge that is generally applied to crimes that are unlawful but unintentional.  Weisberg, the criminal justice professor, who was not involved in the case, said he was "particularly surprised" that the jury did not convict Garcia Zarate of manslaughter. "It's not improbable to think that the shooting showed a gross kind of negligence," he said.  Weisberg said prosecutors may have had trouble reconciling the first- and second-degree murder charges with the involuntary manslaughter charge. "It could be that they were just in a situation where they couldn't make an argument that the shooting was both accidental and intentional," he said."

That's right.  Only a shyster could believe both could be true at the same time, then convince a jury of the same.  LOL.

"Legal experts who spoke to NBC News dismissed speculation that the jurors, culled from famously liberal San Francisco, might have been trying to send a message to the Trump administration.  "Whether you're a liberal or a conservative, everyone was horrified by the shooting of Kate Steinle," said Jim Hammer, a former San Francisco prosecutor. "I don't think liberals are more likely to let a murderer go if they're convinced he's guilty. I think that's nonsense."

That's true.  Across the board, Right, Center, Left.  Only members of the population not to do so?  The criminal element.

"The judge during the trial prohibited discussion of Garcia Zarate's immigration status, including the fact that he was repeatedly deported to Mexico, only to return to the U.S. five times. Instead, the six-man, six-woman jury were told to focus on the events surrounding Steinle's death."

Properly, so.  No way should this guy have been convicted of murder simply because he had been repeatedly deported.  Had they so convicted on that basis, would have been kangaroo justice.  Precisely, what the Trump nazi wanted.

"The jury did not declare him innocent," Hammer said. "They said there are reasonable doubts about his guilt, and that's our system throughout the entire country: Twelve strangers went into the room, and they spent six days deliberating over what they saw. I think people should respect that."  "People may be disappointed," Hammer said, "but at the end of the day, this is the rule of law."

This time, the system worked in the sense this guy was not convicted of a crime he did not commit.  Extremely important the guilty be convicted only of crimes they did commit, not charges piled on by prosecutors to ensure the accused gets convicted of something, anything.  That's called kangaroo justice.  In what has become a banana republic.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Trump's support of the white nationalists in Charlottesville reinforced his nazi bona fides.  In follow up, consider the following.  ABC News reports:

"Law enforcement's response to a violent white nationalist rally in Virginia last summer failed on multiple fronts, leading to "deep distrust of government" in the Charlottesville community, an independent review released Friday found."

Not just there, throughout the rest of the country.  Reinforced by Trump's failure to condemn the violence of his supporters, white nationalists who instigated, perpetrated race-based violence.  Worse, his outrageously false claim both sides were responsible for this violence.  A crock of shit in the mold of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.  Repeat of history.

"Former U.S. Attorney Tim Heaphy's monthslong investigation of the Charlottesville rally found that the city failed by not adequately communicating or coordinating in advance and by removing an officer from an area where a car plowed into counterprotesters and killed a woman.  Heaphy's team interviewed 150 people and pored over half a million documents for the report, which found a lack of preparation and coordination between state and city police and a passive response by officers to the chaos."

Far worse than all that was the Trump nazi's attempt to falsely equate behavior of both sides.  The fascist bastard in the Oval Office revealed his true colors.  Nazi bona fides.

"This represents a failure of one of government's core functions—the protection of fundamental rights," the report said. "Law enforcement also failed to maintain order and protect citizens from harm, injury, and death. Charlottesville preserved neither of those principles on Aug. 12, which has led to deep distrust of government within this community."

Chilling repeat of Hitler's early rallies.

"White nationalists who descended on Charlottesville in part to protest plans to remove a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee began fighting in the streets with counterdemonstrators before the event even officially began. The brawling went on for nearly an hour in front of officers until the event eventually disbanded. Later, as counterdemonstrators were peacefully marching through a downtown street, a car drove into the crowd, killing 32-year-old Heather Heyer and injuring many more.  The report says "planning and coordination breakdowns" before Aug. 12 led to "disastrous results."  "Because of their misalignment and lack of accessible protective gear, officers failed to intervene in physical altercations that took place in areas adjacent to Emancipation Park," the report said."

No reason both sides could not have been kept separated by law enforcement.  Why weren't officers prepared, properly equipped?  Why stand by, watch the violence, gutlessly do nothing?

"State police directed their officers "to remain behind barricades rather than risk injury responding to conflicts between protesters and counter-protesters," it said. And Charlottesville commanders "similarly instructed their officers not to intervene in all but the most serious physical confrontations."

Goddamned unbelievable.  Separation of both sides should have been planned well before the rally.  Would have minimized clashes, chance of anyone injured including officers.

"Charlottesville Police Lt. Stephen Upman said officials were reviewing the report and plan to confer with the city manager and City Council "to determine our next steps."

Should have happened well before the day of the event.  Legitimate function of law enforcement and city government.

The following?  Inexplicable:

"State police and Charlottesville police were unable to communicate by radio the day of the rally because they were on different channels, the report said.  The review also found that an officer was initially supposed to be stationed near the intersection where the car plowed into counterprotesters. But the officer asked for relief out of safety concerns and was not replaced."

Both issues no more than egregious lack of preparation, failure of effective supervision.  Certainly, not the first time police had to prepare for mass gatherings.

Be interesting to see if heads role.  Highly unlikely.  Precisely, why nothing changes, improves.  Why the same old shit occurs over and over and over again.

The walls are figuratively closing in on Trump and his henchmen.  Fox News reports:

"Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty Friday to a single count of making false statements to the FBI, becoming the latest Trump associate ensnared by Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation."

Amazing anyone, innocent or guilty, talks to the FBI no matter what for two separate, distinct reasons.  First, common knowledge lying to them results in prison time.  Worse?  Second, tell them the truth but not what they want to hear, guess what?  The target likely goes to prison as well.  ... Although quite lawful for these jackbooted bastards to lie like hell to those they question.  Galling double standard.  Yet, another mark of a fascist police-state.

Here's precisely why Flynn's cooperation with them presents an exigent legal threat not only to Trump, but his henchmen as well:

"As part of the deal, Flynn has agreed to cooperate with the Mueller investigation -- and already is supplying information about the actions of top Trump transition officials.  Though the individuals are not named, court documents show Flynn claiming a “very senior member” of the Trump transition team directed him to contact foreign governments including Russia over a United Nations vote – which was the subject of one of Flynn's false statements."

Some think that official may indeed be Trump's son-in-law.

"The documents also say Flynn called an unnamed senior transition official in December to ask what to communicate to the Russian ambassador about sanctions. That official and Flynn discussed how they didn’t want Russia to "escalate the situation," something Flynn immediately told the ambassador in a phone call.  Flynn, a retired Army lieutenant general, becomes the first Trump ex-White House official charged in the Russia probe."

Think the following didn't send a chill up the spine of Trump's gutless henchmen?

"In a written statement, Flynn said "it has been extraordinarily painful to endure these many months of false accusations of 'treason' and other outrageous acts."  However, he said, "I recognize that the actions I acknowledged in court today were wrong, and, through my faith in God, I am working to set things right. My guilty plea and agreement to cooperate with the Special Counsel's Office reflect a decision I made in the best interests of my family and of our country. I accept full responsibility for my actions."

The Washington Times reports:

"The charge stems from a Jan. 24 interview FBI agents had with Mr. Flynn about his interactions with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak — the interview was conducted just four days after President Trump was sworn into office.  The special counsel prosecutors said Mr. Flynn lied when he told FBI agents that during a Dec. 29 conversation, he did not ask Mr. Kislyak “to refrain from escalating the situation in response to the sanctions that the United States had imposed against Russia that same day.”  The filing indicates that Mr. Flynn also said he did not remember Mr. Kislyak later telling him that Russia had chosen a moderate response to the sanctions as a result of his requests.  Prosecutors also assert that Mr. Flynn lied when he told investigators that he did not ask Mr. Kislyak to delay the vote on a pending United Nations Security Council resolution."

Readers will recall:

"Mr. Flynn, who rose to the rank of lieutenant general over his 33-year career in the Army, was a close adviser to Mr. Trump during the presidential campaign before becoming his White House national security adviser. But he resigned in February after Vice President Mike Pence said Mr. Flynn misled him about the extent of his contacts with Mr. Kislyak.  A Republican operative who has worked with the White House said of the development with Mr. Flynn: “Predictable from day one.”

Exquisite example of Aryan arrogant national socialist abuse of power.  Anything goes, -- until it doesn't.

"ABC News reported that Mr. Trump and his legal team learned about Mr. Flynn’s guilty plea Friday morning via news reports. Mr. Flynn’s lawyers had notified the president’s legal team recently that they would not be sharing information any more about Mr. Mueller’s investigation."

Couldn't have come as any surprise, however.

"For Democrats, the Flynn charge and guilty plea confirmed that the Russia probe was closing in on Mr. Trump."

Certainly, obvious to Republicans and Independents as well.

“This time, the president can’t get away with claiming these charges aren’t about his inner circle’s contacts with Russia, and he can’t dismiss Michael Flynn as some low-level aide,” said Tom Perez, chairman of the Democratic National Committee.  “Democrats will not stand by as Trump’s enablers in Congress betray the American people, undermine our democracy, and endanger our national security,” he said. “It’s time for Republicans to commit to protecting this investigation and preserving the rule of law.”

Perez continues to talk out his ass.  Democrats have been out to lunch since November 22, 1963.  Egregiously ineffective in combating the rise of fascism in our formerly great country as Republicans have perniciously embraced, implemented the tenets of national socialism the last seven decades.

Irony of ironies?  Readers are reminded:

"During the convention, Mr. Flynn had said to the crowd: “Lock her up, that’s right. If I did a tenth of what she did, I would be in jail today.”

Jesus Christ.  Goddamned hypocrite.  Worse?  This piece of shit will likely see little to no time in prison.  Special Counsel likely 'flipped' Flynn to legally nail others much higher up the food chain.

The Washington Post reports:

"In Flynn, we have someone who not only actually served in the White House, but someone for whom Trump clearly maintained a huge affinity even after being forced to fire him. Trump has reportedly rued the day that Flynn forced himself out by misrepresenting his contacts with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak — contacts that are at the heart of his guilty plea — and even sought leniency for Flynn from then-FBI Director James B. Comey. While Trump has signaled he might go to war with Manafort, he has handled Flynn with kid gloves from Day One. The polar opposite approaches have been striking."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Could it be Trump may indeed be afraid of what Flynn might have to say to Mueller?

ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump's friend Chris Ruddy, the CEO of Newsmax Media, said Special Counsel Robert Mueller "poses an existential threat to the Trump presidency."  Ruddy, who spoke as part of a roundtable on ABC News' "This Week" Sunday, said he has talked to the president about the federal probe of Russia's alleged meddling in the 2016 presidential election and possible collusion by Trump associates.  "I've spoken to the president quite a bit about it recently," Ruddy said. "He sees this as, you know, something that is going to go away pretty quickly. He says to me, 'Look, there was no collusion.’"  Ruddy said that of the two indictments and two plea agreements which Mueller has so far netted in the probe, "none directly relate to collusion."  But the media executive and friend of the president noted that the special counsel is moving quickly.  Mueller has gotten those two convictions and two plea agreements at "lightning speed," Ruddy said. "At the end of the day, my view is Robert Mueller poses an existential threat to the Trump presidency."  He also cast doubt on any notion of the special counsel winding up his probe quickly."

The noose is certainly figuratively tightening around the neck of the Trump regime.

The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump issued a fresh denial Sunday that he asked then-FBI Director James B. Comey to halt an investigation into the conduct of his dismissed national security adviser Michael Flynn.  “I never asked Comey to stop investigating Flynn,” Trump said in a pre-dawn message on Twitter. “Just more Fake News covering another Comey lie!”

Comey made his claims under oath.  If he in fact perjured himself, think Mueller won't hold him legally accountable?

"Trump fired Flynn 25 days into his administration for misrepresenting the nature of his conversations with Sergey Kislyak, the Russian ambassador in Washington at the time, to Vice President Pence and other administration officials.  Comey has alleged that the day after that, Trump urged him to be lenient with Flynn, producing notes in which he quoted Trump as saying, “I hope you can let this go.”

If true, called obstruction of justice.

"Trump stoked the controversy with one of his Saturday tweets, in which he said part of the rationale for firing Flynn was that he had lied to the FBI.  “I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI,” Trump wrote in that tweet.  But critics pounced Saturday on Trump, arguing that if he knew at the time of his conversation with Comey that Flynn had lied to the FBI and was under investigation, it may constitute an attempt to obstruct that investigation.  “Are you ADMITTING you knew Flynn had lied to the FBI when you asked Comey to back off Flynn?” Walter Shaub, the former head of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, asked in a tweet Saturday afternoon."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"On Sunday, Sen. Mark R. Warner (Va.), the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, said Trump should have taken action against Flynn sooner if he already knew that the then-national security adviser had lied to the FBI.  “Well, if he knew that then, why didn't he act on it earlier?” Warner said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “It raises a whole series of additional questions.”

Trump would be well-advised to end the tweets, stop digging himself in deeper and deeper.  LOL.

"Warner also told CNN that Flynn being charged with only one count of lying to the FBI suggests that there are “many more stories that General Flynn will have to tell about his time during the campaign and during the transition.”

Certainly, points to the strong possibility Mueller has indeed been able to 'flip' Flynn.  The former general likely remains quite concerned his son might also be legally culpable for his involvement in all this.  To date, has not been indicted.  Quite likely, Mueller will use Flynn to go after Trump and his closest associates.

"The Post reported Saturday that Trump attorney John Dowd had drafted the president’s tweet, according to two people familiar with the message. Dowd confirmed that Sunday, saying he had passed along a draft to Dan Scavino, Trump's social media director.  Two people close to the administration described the tweet simply as sloppy and unfortunate."

Seem to be making excuses for Trump to limit legal damage done by the tweet.  No matter what, the buck indeed stops with the president.

"As Flynn pleaded guilty Friday, he made clear that he is cooperating with Mueller as the latter probes Russian meddling in last year’s election and possible collusion with the Trump campaign.  Flynn’s decision to cooperate with Mueller was widely seen as a sign of increasing legal peril for other White House aides and perhaps Trump himself, as the investigation has expanded beyond potential collusion with Russia to include obstruction of justice and financial crimes."

Pressure, certainly on.  Trump doesn't seem to be reacting well, effectively, and/or in his best legal interests:

"In an interview Sunday, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said it looked to her that “what we’re beginning to see is the putting together of a case of obstruction of justice.”  Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, said she saw that in the indictments of Flynn and three other Trump associates, as well as the “hyper-frenetic attitude of the White House: the comments every day, the continual tweets.”  “And I see it, most importantly, in what happened with the firing of Director Comey, and it is my belief that that is directly because [Comey] did not agree to lift the cloud of the Russia investigation,” Feinstein said. “That’s obstruction of justice.”

Trump's judgment, highly in question.  Repeatedly legally advised vis a vis the tweets to no avail.

Think the following isn't indicative of a president with mental issues?

“After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters - worst in History!” Trump wrote. “But fear not, we will bring it back to greatness.”

Jesus Christ.  A delusional narcissist, full of himself.

The people in Trump's inner circle trying to defend him against himself have become increasingly desperate.  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, John Dowd, revealed Monday a potential legal defense in the ongoing Russia probe, claiming that a president cannot obstruct justice.  "The president cannot obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement officer under (the Constitution's Article II) and has every right to express his view of any case," Dowd told NBC News Monday.  Dowd added that the president's weekend tweet — which many have argued strengthened a potential obstruction of justice case for special counsel Robert Mueller — "did not admit obstruction."  "That is an ignorant and arrogant assertion," Dowd said.  His comments were first reported by Axios and came two days after Trump tweeted, "I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI."

Sadly, day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet at the highest echelons of power in our formerly great country.  Apparently, Dowd doesn't seem to understand this is supposedly a democratic republic, not a fascist police-state dictated by the Trump nazi's wishes, whims, predilections, etc..

"He has pled guilty to those lies. It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!" Trump wrote in his Saturday tweet — his first public comments about his former national security adviser after Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about speaking with Russian officials.  The tweet caused an uproar in Washington because it suggested Trump knew Flynn had committed a felony — lying to the FBI. Then-FBI director James Comey said earlier this year that the president told him to go easy on Flynn the day after the firing. Trump has denied telling Comey that.  Interfering in the FBI's investigation could be construed as obstructing justice, potentially creating legal jeopardy for Trump, some experts argued."

Certainly, provided Mueller with additional fodder.

"But within a few hours of the Saturday post, Dowd stepped in to say that he wrote the tweet, not the president.  Meanwhile, several lawmakers and legal experts immediately weighed in Monday morning to express their disagreement with Dowd's position that the president cannot obstruct justice.  "I hope my Republican colleagues in the U.S. Senate will take the lead on this issue and also on obstruction of justice. There is a credible case of obstruction of justice against Donald Trump," Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., said on MSNBC’s "Morning Joe."  "If you take the president's own statement, his tweet that he knew Michael Flynn was lying to the FBI when he fired him, which means that he knew Michael Flynn committed a felony when he asked Comey to stop the investigation of him, and when he fired Comey when he refused to do so, and when he fired Sally Yates and when he called Michael Flynn in April to tell him to stay strong, all of these acts are to impede and obstruct justice," he explained."

What remains so incredibly striking about this is the fact Republicans have remained deafeningly silent.  ... Unlike back during the Nixon debacle where they stood tall, on principle.  No longer.  -- At least, not yet.

Readers are reminded:

"The articles of impeachment against both former Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton included charges of obstruction of justice."

They did.  Nixon resigned before being impeached.  Clinton was impeached in the House, but not convicted in the Senate.  If a sitting president cannot be charged with obstruction, he or she is no more than a dictator in what has become a banana republic.

The recently-passed Senate tax bill is a bonanza for the corporate management suite and top of the food chain.  The bill was passed with virtually no debate, no bipartisanship, not even time for Senators to read the legislation.  -- The national socialist way.  ... Right, Mr. 'President?'  CBS News reports:

"Some of the biggest winners in the bill are "pass-through" businesses which pass the income through the owners who don't pay corporate taxes. Instead, they file that income on their individual tax returns, reports CBS News correspondent Julianna Goldman."

Doesn't mean, however, these people are not at the top of the food chain:

"The Senate's tax bill is a boon for oil and gas firms, who would be able to take advantage of the lower tax rates on pass-through businesses. The provision was added by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, whose campaign has received more than a million dollars in contributions from the oil and gas industry in 2013."

The American Way.  Line the pockets at the top off the backs of those on the bottom, and in the middle.

"We're going to find some really stinky stuff in here that we didn't know," Sen. Angus King, I-Maine, said on "Face the Nation." King said there's a lot he and his colleagues still need to learn."

For two reasons.  First, no rigorous bipartisan open hearings, no substantive debate.  Second, no time to read the bill before the vote.

"Real estate developers like President Trump and the Trump Organization, would also benefit from the tax cuts for pass-through businesses, according to former Obama tax policy adviser and Center for American Progress senior fellow Seth Hanlon.  "He is sort of the poster child here of the type of wealthy business person or wealthy billionaire who's going to get a massive windfall from this tax cut," Hanlon said."

While running for office, didn't this lying f--ker falsely claim to be a populist?

Think there is no special interest pork?

"The Senate tax bill is stuffed with provisions for special interests. Car dealerships would be able to fully deduct interest on loans, thanks to Sen. Rand Paul, R-Kentucky.  Meanwhile, an amendment by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, allows parents to pay for K-12 private school tuition using tax-free college savings accounts. Republican Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio, where big private jet companies are based, reportedly got them exempted from a levy known as a "ticket tax."

Nothing ever truly changes, does it?

"The bill would also open up part of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to drilling, a cause championed by Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska. She was one of the last GOP holdouts on the tax plan.  "This is good for Alaska, but more importantly, it's good for the country," Murkowski said."

Think so?  Think the entire country will benefit from lower gas prices?  Believe wildlife and the wilderness environment benefit during a drilling boom?  Especially, when there's a leak or some other calamity?

"Another amendment spared cruise lines from paying higher taxes. Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska, said it would help communities and businesses that rely on tourism."

Additional pork.

"This is just you know slapdash, sloppy, un-transparent lawmaking, and I frankly have never seen anything like this," Hanlon said."

Republicans were anxious for a legislative win, passage of any major legislation.  Long-term consequences?  Means squat shit to GOP national socialists.  Not that Democrats are any better, -- just out of power.  Regardless, have not been worth a crap since November 22, 1963.

"The bill is also notable for what's not in it: a research and development tax credit appears to have been accidentally eliminated. More surprises are expected as lawmakers actually finish reading a bill they've already passed."

Jesus Christ.  Nothing ever truly changes.  Precisely, why the shit is now hitting the fan.  Exactly, why the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Once again, the Trump nazi has shown his true colors.  NPR reports:

"A bit more than a week ahead of Alabama's special Senate election, President Trump is removing any lingering doubts that he fully backs embattled Republican Roy Moore's campaign.

"Democrats refusal to give even one vote for massive Tax Cuts is why we need Republican Roy Moore to win in Alabama. We need his vote on stopping crime, illegal immigration, Border Wall, Military, Pro Life, V.A., Judges 2nd Amendment and more. No to Jones, a Pelosi/Schumer Puppet!
    "— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 4, 2017"

Clearly, partisanship trumps principle.

"Democrats refusal to give even one vote for massive Tax Cuts is why we need Republican Roy Moore to win in Alabama," Trump tweeted Monday morning. "Putting Pelosi/Schumer Liberal Puppet [Doug] Jones into office in Alabama would hurt our great Republican Agenda."

The agenda is nazism.

"Trump's support for Moore comes despite numerous women who say that Moore pursued relationships and sexual encounters with them when he was in his thirties and they were teenagers. One woman told the Washington Post that she was 14 when Moore initiated sexual contact with her."

Matters not to Trump who has no respect, no regard for women.  None at all.

"Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., and many other Republicans in Washington have said they believe the accusations against Moore and called on him to drop out. Colorado Republican Cory Gardner, who is heading Senate Republicans' 2018 campaign efforts, has said that if Moore wins he should be expelled from the Senate."

What we have here is a candidate egregiously unfit for office.  After the Trump nazi endorsed Moore, the Republican National Committee (RNC) quickly capitulated, resumed funding the Moore nazi.

In another article, NPR reports:

"From the U.S. Senate race in Alabama to the tax debate in the U.S. Congress, the role of religion in American politics is once again front and center.  In Alabama, Republican candidate Roy Moore is an unabashed Christian nationalist, arguing that the United States was established as a Christian nation, to be governed by Christian principles."

Simply, not true.  Not factual.  The Founders were of many different faiths, beliefs, and in some cases none at all.  Precisely, why they provided the First Amendment which includes freedom of religion as well as freedom from it embodied in the Establishment Clause.  The Nazi Right remains clueless, hopelessly ignorant.

"I do believe what the Bible says, and I believe for our country it's historically been true," Moore declared at his most recent campaign rally. "I have vowed, when I go to Washington, D.C., as a United States senator, to take a knowledge of the Constitution and the God upon whom it is founded."

This unabashed fascist presents an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"As an Alabama judge, Moore installed a stone monument to the Ten Commandments in the state judicial building. "The institutions of our society are founded on the belief that there is an authority higher than the authority of the State," he said at the installation, "[and] that there is a moral law which the State is powerless to alter." He subsequently defied a court order to remove the monument, and he told lower courts in Alabama to ignore the Supreme Court ruling that legalized same-sex marriage, because he considered it contrary to the teachings of the Christian Bible."

Rightfully, got the boot off the court twice.

"Many politicians base their votes and actions in large part on their religious beliefs, but Christian nationalists like Moore take that idea a step further.  "What they're saying is that our laws and our regulations should be affirmatively guided by these Christian principles, not just that individuals [should be] guided by these beliefs," says religion writer Sarah Posner, author of God's Profits: Faith, Fraud, and the Republican Crusade for Values Voters."

Remains a direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  The problem isn't politicians being guided by their religious views.  The problem is when they force them on the rest of us by statute, regulation, court decree, etc..

"The extent to which there should be an explicit Christian direction in the U.S. government has vigorously been debated in evangelical circles."

A problem.  First Amendment demands church-state separation.

"An estimated 80 percent of white evangelicals supported Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election, according to exit polls. What mattered to them was less Trump's Christian faith than their belief that as president he would appoint conservative Supreme Court justices and promote other causes that reflect their values."

A problem.  Who the hell are they to force their religious views on the rest of us?

"This elevation of political priorities over character, however, has troubled some evangelical theologians.  "Churches should not pretend to be public policy think tanks," says Bruce Ashford, a professor of theology and culture at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, which is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. "They shouldn't try to sway elections from the pulpit. They should preach the Gospel."

That's right.  Should be the extent.  If not, time to give up tax-exempt status.

"Political activity by Christian ministers and their church congregations is currently under discussion in part because Congress, in its review of tax law, is considering whether to repeal the "Johnson Amendment," named after its original sponsor, then-Sen. Lyndon B. Johnson. The law, enacted in 1954, says that religious organizations that engage in activities to influence elections can lose their tax exemption. Many evangelical Christian leaders want to see those restrictions lifted."

Outrageously, unconstitutional.  Why should other taxpayers, in effect, subsidize proselytizing churches to electioneer.  -- Electioneer to install politicians willing to impose their outrageously perverse religious views on others through enactment of laws designed to do precisely that.

The profound hypocrisy of Sen. Mitch "The Bitch" McConnell is apparently bottomless.  CBS News reports:

"After Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called on GOP candidate Roy Moore to drop out of his Alabama Senate race, the Kentucky Republican is now saying that voters will decide Moore's fate.  "The people of Alabama are going to decide a week from Tuesday who they want to send to the Senate. It's really up to them. It's been a pretty robust campaign with a lot of people weighing in. The president and I of course supported somebody different earlier in the process. But in the end the voters of Alabama will make their choice," McConnell said in an interview on CBS's "Face the Nation" on Sunday."

This, after earlier claiming he believed the women, that the bastard should withdraw.

"As for whether the Senate should look to expel Moore if he wins, McConnell told CBS: "We have two ethics investigations in the Senate going on right now. Senator Franken and Senator Menendez and there might well be another one depending upon people who are in the Senate. And it'll be up to the people of Alabama to make this decision. And we'll swear in whoever's elected and see where we are at that particular point."

This gutless duplicity is precisely why politicians are so despised, distrusted, considered self-serving congenital liars.

"Roy Moore tweeted in response: "The people of Alabama have rejected you twice Mitch, on December 12th they will do it again"

In follow up to an earlier edition here and elsewhere, Fox News reports:

"A Texas Republican congressman said Thursday he will not seek re-election to Congress after a nude photo and lewd text messages between him and multiple women surfaced.  "I am announcing today that I will not seek reelection in 2018,” Rep. Joe Barton said in a Thursday statement. “To the people of the 6th District, thank you for your support and friendship."

How about that?

"Before the messages were made public, Barton had said he planned to run for an 18th term to the House.  But this week, another woman released online messages allegedly showing Barton steering the conversation toward sexual themes.  Kelly Canon, a Tea Party organizer in the Dallas suburb of Arlington, released a series of Facebook Messenger conversations with Barton from 2012 in which he asked things like if she was wearing panties.  First reported by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on Wednesday, the revelation comes a week after Barton apologized for a nude photo of him that circulated on social media."

Doesn't your heart bleed?  Stunning hypocrisy.

"Canon later told The Associated Press that she and Barton exchanged online messages from around 2011 to 2015. They included Barton asking after midnight in June 2012 whether Canon was "wearing a tank top only ... and no panties." The congressman was married at the time to his second wife but is now twice divorced."

Jesus Christ.  Don't you love it?

"Barton told The Dallas Morning News on Thursday that people “lost faith” in him over the situation."

You think?  It's the hypocrisy, stupid.

"There are enough people who lost faith in me that it’s time to step aside and let there be a new voice for the 6th district in Washington, so I am not going to run for re-election," Barton said."

Once again, the United States Supreme Court demonstrated its true colors, national socialist ideology and bias.  CBS/AP reports:

"The Supreme Court is allowing the Trump administration to fully enforce a ban on travel to the United States by residents of six mostly Muslim countries.  The justices say in an order Monday that the policy can take full effect even as legal challenges against it make their way through the courts.  The ban applies to travelers from Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen."

Raw nazism, ala Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy.

The Trump nazi has once again taken a hard dump on the environment.  Surprised?  NPR reports:

"On a visit to Utah on Monday, President Trump announced his proclamations dramatically shrinking the size of the state's two massive national monuments, Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante. Taken together, Trump's orders mark the largest reversal of national monument protections in U.S. history.

"The Bears Ears National Monument will go from roughly 1.3 million acres to just 220,000 — only about 15 percent of its original size. And Grand Staircase will be diminished by roughly half, from its nearly 1.9 million acres to about 1 million. The specific numbers were provided to reporters by Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke prior to Trump's announcement in Salt Lake City."

Not clear he has the authority to do so.  Will be sued without question.

"Depending on which side you're on, Monday's announcement is either about an overreaching federal government that prevented development on large amounts of federal land with little local support, or it's the latest example of the U.S. government breaking promises with Native Americans.  Many tribal leaders and activists began convening in Salt Lake City over the weekend to protest the president's decision.  At a rally Saturday, Ethel Branch, attorney general of the Navajo Nation, predicted the president wouldn't even set foot on or see the land in question.  "I want him to visit Bears Ears before he takes any action," Branch told a cheering crowd at a rally outside the Utah Capitol.  That's unlikely, with the monument more than a five-hour drive from Salt Lake, and with the president's tight visit also including a trip to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' Welfare Square."

Why would he?  Forget?  The nazi knows best.  Can't, won't be confused with reality or the truth.

"Bears Ears is considered some of the most culturally significant land in the American Southwest. Its famous Red Rock Canyon country is dense with ancient artifacts, cliff dwellings and sacred burial grounds. Just a couple of years ago, some of the land was proposed for additional federal protections, but a bill backed by Utah's House Republicans stalled in Congress. Then, last year, the Obama administration held meetings in the region before declaring it a national monument in late December under the 1906 Antiquities Act."

Readers are reminded our undocumented forebears came to this continent, stole this land from Native Americans, broke every goddamned treaty.

"Several environmental groups and tribes have already announced they plan to sue following Trump's announcement Monday."

Excellent.  Go for it.

Here's the price of such 'progress.'  In another article several weeks ago, NPR reports:

"Helen Nez had 10 children. Now she only has three.  Seven of her children died of a disorder called Navajo neuropathy, which is linked to uranium contamination.  "Many people died and some have liver disease, kidney disease and some suffer from cancer as a result," Nez said through a translator.  When she was pregnant, Nez and her children drank from a spring, located on Navajo Nation in northeastern Arizona, with uranium levels at least five times greater than safe drinking water standards, according to a study published in the journal Environmental Science & Technology in 2015.  Four of her children died as toddlers. Three died in early adulthood. Their stomachs became bloated, and their eyes turned a cloudy gray. The three remaining children, now adults, have health problems.  "It is worrisome and troublesome, and you hope that something will be done," Nez said."

Don't hold your breath.

"In a new poll by NPR, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, more than 1 in 4 Native Americans say the quality of their drinking water is worse than in other places.  From 1944 to 1986, mining companies blasted 30 million tons of uranium out of Navajo land. When the U.S. Energy Department had stockpiled enough for the Cold War, the companies left, abandoning 521 mines. Since then, many Navajo have died of conditions linked to contamination."

No problem with this?

"People on the outside world say, 'What's wrong with you? Get out of there. Move!' " said Chris Shuey, the director of uranium impact assessment at Southwest Research and Information Center. "That's not economically or culturally feasible. People have been captive to these exposures now for three generations."  Shuey, an environmental health scientist, has been studying the impacts of uranium mining on the Navajo people for almost four decades. He points out that Navajos are connected by tradition to the land. When a Navajo baby is born, the umbilical cord is buried in the ground, tying them to that place forever.  The community and many others like it want to know why it's taking the federal government so long to clean up the abandoned mines."

What do you think?

The Aryan arrogance of the Trump regime is second to none in recent history.  CBS News reports:

"At a Justice Department news conference Wednesday, CBS News legal correspondent Paula Reid was repeatedly cut off by a DOJ spokesperson as she attempted to ask Attorney General Jeff Sessions about the Civil Rights division's investigations into systemic discrimination.  As the Justice Department considers whether to bring a lawsuit against Harvard University for discriminating against Asian-American students, Reid asked Sessions why this is a priority for his Justice Department -- at a time when the Civil Rights division is halting most other discrimination investigations. It was a question his spokesperson advised the attorney general not to answer. He complied and offered no response."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"Reid was reprimanded by the spokesperson for asking a question that was not on the topic of the news conference, which was on anti-opioid law enforcement initiatives. She pointed out that Sessions had already fielded off-topic questions from another reporter on Roy Moore and the Alabama Senate race and on sanctuary cities."

Selective enforcement of civil rights law, apparently.  Executed by the racist Sessions nazi on behalf of his fuhrer, the Trump nazi.

Amazing how gutlessly ineffective world leaders remain standing up to abusive power.  This problem certainly extends to the religious community.  We see it right here in the United States.  Continued support of great evil in the Oval Office.  We see it overseas vis a vis the papacy.  The Pope is a Jesuit, -- Society of Jesus.

Jesuits are the intellectuals of the church.  Takes 15 years for a Jesuit to be ordained a priest.  These men are soldiers for Christ.  Their order was founded by St. Ignatius Loyola, a soldier.  Stand tall.  Principled.  Courageous.  Never back down from evil.  Don't own the clothes on their back.  Take vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience.  All the above, certainly true back in the day this writer was a product of Jesuit education.

Precisely, why the following is so out of character for a Pope who is a Jesuit.  CBS News reports:

"Francis, a tireless and fearless advocate for refugees, outcasts and society's most marginal, had drawn criticism from human rights organizations and Rohingya themselves for having failed to speak out publicly about the Rohingya's plight while he was in Myanmar."

That failure is stunning.  Especially, since the Church still suffers the consequences of the failure of the papacy to speak out forcefully during the era of Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy.

"Francis had remained silent out of diplomatic deference to his hosts, who consider the Rohingya as having illegally migrated from Bangladesh and don't recognize them as one of Myanmar's ethnic groups. More than 620,000 Rohingya have fled Myanmar and poured into Bangladesh refugee camps over the last few months amid a scorched earth campaign by Myanmar's military."

All the more reason the Pope should have forcefully spoken out while in Myanmar.  Should have been backed up by other world leaders.  The papacy was gutlessly silent when fascism ruled in Italy and Germany.  Six million Jews were exterminated.  Twenty million Russians lost their lives.  Millions of others in Europe died during the war.  To say nothing of all Allied troops who were killed in combat fighting these bastards.  Silence in the presence of great evil is gutless.  Encourages great evil, worse, supports it.

"The Vatican defended Francis' silence in Myanmar, saying he wanted to "build bridges" with the predominantly Buddhist nation, which only recently established diplomatic relations with the Holy See. Spokesman Greg Burke said Francis took seriously the advice given to him by the local Catholic Church, which urged him to toe a cautious line and not even refer to the Rohingya by name. And he denied the pope would lose his moral authority as a refugee advocate for his silence, saying his public diplomacy didn't negate what he had said previously or what he was saying to Myanmar officials in private."

Not good enough.  Remains remarkably similar to excuses made for the papacy both before, during, and after the Second World War.

"Rohingya have faced persecution and discrimination in Myanmar for decades and are denied citizenship, even though many families have lived there for generations. Their plight worsened dramatically in August, when the army began what it called clearance operations in Rakhine state following attacks on security positions by a group of Rohingya militants."

Precisely, why silence is not golden.  Never justified in the presence of evil.

"Rohingya who are living in camps in Bangladesh have described indiscriminate attacks by Myanmar security forces and Buddhist mobs, including killings, rapes and the torching of entire villages.  Hamid, the Bangladesh president, accused Myanmar's military of having committed "ruthless atrocities" against the Rohingya, whom he referred to by name, and, in his speech to Francis, demanded international help to return them safely to Myanmar.  "Our people welcomed them with open arms, sharing food, shelter and other basic needs," he said. "Now, it is our shared responsibility to ensure for them a safe, sustainable and dignified return to their own home and integration with the social, economic and political life of Myanmar."

That's right.  Responsibility of the entire world community to stand up.

"The country's leading English-language newspaper, The Daily Star, said in an editorial it felt "slightly let down" that the pope didn't mention the Rohingya crisis specifically while in Myanmar."

Sounds like they're desperately trying to be polite, doesn't it?

NPR reports:

"Pope Francis met with a group of Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh on Friday, offering them blessings and hearing their stories — and specifically mentioning the Muslim minority by name, something he avoided doing during his visit to Myanmar, where Rohingya have faced persecution.  "The presence of God today is also called 'Rohingya,'" the pope said, at the end of an interfaith meeting that was held in the garden of the archbishop's residence in Dhaka, Bangladesh."

Precisely, what needed to be said during his visit to Myanmar.

"The refugees had traveled from the city of Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh, where more than 620,000 people have sought refuge amid a violent military crackdown against the Rohingya in Myanmar's Rakhine state that began in late summer. In speaking to them, the pope asked for their forgiveness on behalf of those who have wronged them and those who have ignored them."

Better late than never.

"Pope Francis was visibly moved as he met the refugees who fled a military crackdown in Myanmar to neighboring Bangladesh," NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports from Dhaka, Bangladesh, where she's been traveling with the pope."

-- Great evil the world community, with rare exception, seems so willing to ignore.

"The pope grasped the hands of the 12 men, two women and two young girls and listened intently to their stories," Sylvia says. "The pope told them, 'Dear brothers and sisters, we are close to you. And on behalf of all those who have harmed you and of the indifference of the world,' the pope added, 'I ask forgiveness. Let us not close our hearts and look away.' "

Stunning, isn't it?  Imagine the power, impact this would have conveyed had it occurred during his visit to Myanmar.

"Buddhist-majority Myanmar does not recognize the Rohingya as citizens," as the Two-Way reported earlier this week. Francis had been warned that mentioning the Rohingya by name while in Myanmar could lead to reprisals."

This thinking empowers great evil.  Failure to promptly confront great evil always results in much greater long-term cost, loss of life.

"Myanmar and Bangladesh recently agreed on a deal to repatriate refugees who have fled across the border, but Myanmar says that the terms cover only those Rohingya who have official papers — a tall hurdle for people who aren't considered to be citizens."

An evil Catch-22 requiring the world community to find its voice, place enormous economic and political pressure on the military bastards in Myanmar responsible for all this.

The following is precisely why you should be using Tor as browser, -- one of many reasons.  CBS News reports:

"A federal lawsuit earlier filed this week accuses Casper, the direct-to-consumer mattress startup, and a software company named NaviStone of illegally collecting information from visitors to the Casper website in an attempt to learn their identities.  The 21-page suit, which is seeking class-action status, alleges that New York City resident Brady Cohen visited the Casper website several times over the past six months while he was shopping for a new mattress. He didn't know the company, which has disrupted a $14 billion mattress industry, was using NaviStone's technology to learn his personally identifiable information (PII), such as his name and postal address, without his consent. Cohen wound up not buying a Casper mattress."

Here is how it was apparently done:

"According to the court filing, Casper is able to observe the keystrokes, mouse clicks and other electronic communications and get detailed information on visitors' habits, thanks to secret NaviStone code embedded in its site, which functions as an illegal wiretap.  The Nov. 28 filing says: "...when connecting to a website that runs this remote code from NaviStone, a visitor's IP address and other PII is sent to NaviStone in real-time. This real-time interception and transmission of visitors' electronic communications begins as soon as the visitor loads casper.com into their web browser."  The filing added that "The intercepted communications include, among other things, information typed on forms located on casper.com, regardless of whether the user completes the form or clicks 'Submit.'"

Use Tor.  It's free.  Originally, developed by the U.S. Navy, now updated and improved continually by the Tor community.  Your data is encrypted from your computer through your ISP and on to three different relays all over the globe before it is unencrypted, then goes on to and reaches its ultimate destination, making it difficult to track.  Your IP address can appear to be anywhere in the world.  You can change it every time you access a new URL.  -- Don't commit crimes.  ... You will ultimately get caught.  Takes an enormous amount of effort and resources, but you will get caught.

--Some websites are blocking Tor because they want to track, sell your data.  If blocked, run Tor through a free Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Also, along the lines of privacy, consider the following.  NBC News reports:

"It sounds like such a fun holiday gift idea: a DNA test that can tell your sister-in-law whether she really has Native American ancestors, or one that promises to craft your friend a perfect diet based on his genes.  Home DNA tests are likely a big seller for the next few weeks, but privacy experts say consumers should be cautious, and New York Sen. Chuck Schumer said this past weekend that he was asking the Federal Trade Commission to "take a serious look at this relatively new kind of service and ensure that these companies can have clear, fair privacy policies."

Here's precisely why this is so important:

"The problem is that when you send away a tube of your spit or a cheek swab, you are giving away your full genetic code. Every cell on that cheek swab carries the full sequence of your DNA, including the mutation pattern that makes it uniquely yours.  “It’s the most valuable thing you own,” says Peter Pitts of the Center for Medicine in the Public Interest, a nonprofit advocacy group.  Legitimate genetic testing companies promise not to sell or give this data away without consent."

That assurance can mean little to nothing:

"But usually, a broad consent is part of the initial contract a consumer makes with a company when he or she submits the test for analysis.  “Obviously, there is a lot of fine print,” said Mary Freivogel, president of the National Society of Genetic Counselors. “Any time you do anything and you have a big, long agreement in front of you, I think so many of us are accustomed to just clicking ‘agree’.”  Even if you do read the whole agreement, which can go on for pages, you may not understand what you’re giving the company permission to do, said Hank Greely, director of the Center for Law and the Biosciences at Stanford School of Medicine."

That's the problem.

“That analysis shows things about your health that the company never told you because that is not the business they are in,” he said. “They are in the genealogy business.”  So here’s some potentially devastating information about your health and it’s in someone else’s hands, Greely said.  “For a non-trivial percentage of us, there really are scary things in our genomes,” he said.  That information may or may not be useful to someone else.  “Maybe you’re doing it for fun or for laughs or for conversation at the holiday table but at the end of the day you may have a good time but the company now can sell that information 100 different ways,” said Pitts.  “You don’t want that information displayed to other people,” he added. “Ultimately you don’t want an employer to have access to your information.”

Think it can't, or wouldn't be used against you?

"A 2008 law called the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act forbids discrimination based on genetic information and that would include firing someone because they have a gene that predisposes to an expensive disease. But it would also be hard to prove an employer did that, said Pitts.  Right now, it’s hard to identify anyone based strictly on their DNA sequence. But as people enter more and more information into databases, it could become easier. 23andme has an extensive questionnaire about health, lifestyle habits and preferences and while it allows customers to skip any questions they choose to, they can be contributing a lot of personal detail with their DNA sample."

Think that couldn't, or wouldn't be used against you?

"In 2013, a team at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research said they figured out the identities of 50 people from DNA donated anonymously for scientific study using easily available internet databases.  That’s why companies do their best to strip away personal information from the genetic codes, but anyone who has been the victim of credit card fraud or identity theft know that anonymizing data is far from foolproof.  “You cannot promise people absolute confidentiality,” Greely said. “The other side of it is that it’s possible that somebody will hack into a company database that does contain your information. My financial information has been hacked three times in two years. All that stuff is out there.”

A few additional things to think about:

"People may not want to help out a company trying to make a profit off their DNA, and may not associate “scientific research” with enriching a corporate bottom line.  And people may think they are ready to get some interesting news about their disease risks, until they actually get it.  “It has emotional consequences that go along with it, and family dynamic consequences,” said Freivogel.  “If you have a positive result, you may need to share that with your five sisters. And are you prepared to do that?”

Installed apps on your computer or cellphone can be quite a security problem.  Consider the following.  CBS News reports:

"Personal data belonging to over 31 million customers of a popular virtual keyboard app has leaked online, after the app's developer failed to secure the database's server.  The server is owned by Eitan Fitusi, co-founder of AI.type, a customizable and personalizable on-screen keyboard, which boasts more than 40 million users across the world.  But the server wasn't protected with a password, allowing anyone to access the company's database of user records, totaling more than 577 gigabytes of sensitive data.  The database appears to only contain records on the app's Android users."

Here's the problem, what you place at risk:

"A large portion of the records also included the user's phone number and the name of their cell phone provider, and in some cases their IP address and name of their internet provider if connected to Wi-Fi. Many records contain specific details of a user's public Google profile, including email addresses, dates of birth, genders, and profile photos.  We also found several tables of contact data uploaded from a user's phone. One table listed 10.7 million email addresses, while another contained 374.6 million phone numbers. It's not clear for what reason the app uploaded email addresses and phone numbers of contacts on users' phones.  Several tables contained lists of each app installed on a user's device, such as banking apps and dating apps."

Trump has lost his mind.  Followed through with his achingly insane campaign pledge to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.  Stupidly ensures continuation of endless violence in the region.  Equally to the point?  The United States has never been an honest broker in the region.  Has always favored the Israeli aggressor.  Trump's latest action is proof positive.

NPR reports:

"As President Trump announced his decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, other countries wasted little time in condemning the move on Wednesday. Citing fears that it will inflame tensions and undermine the peace process with Palestinians, who also claim the city as their capital, many in the international community also warned the White House against its stated intention of eventually relocating the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to the hotly disputed city.  "It incites feelings of anger among all Muslims and threatens world peace," Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayeb, imam of Egypt's al-Azhar mosque, told Reuters. "The gates of hell will be opened in the West before the East."

Think terror won't be the response?

"Ismail Haniyeh, leader of the Palestinian Islamist militant group Hamas, a frequent rival of Abbas' Fatah movement, told Al-Jazeera, "This decision is a calculated gamble that will know no limit to the Palestinian, Arab and Muslim reaction.  "We call on stopping this decision fully because this will usher in the beginning of a time of terrible transformations," he added, "not just on the Palestinian level but on the region as a whole. This decision means the official announcement of the end of the peace process."

What's to negotiate?  The boot heel of the Israeli aggressor has been on the throat of Palestinians for decades.  Supported by the United States.  Think this move by the Trump nazi won't further enflame matters?

"Other Palestinians echoed the angry replies of their political leaders.  "This is a conspiracy that is denying us our rights, the first of which is to return. They think we are a branch of thorns that they can step on and break," said one social worker at a Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon.  "But we are a bomb," she told Reuters. "If they step on it, it explodes."

Think they don't mean it?  When there is an uprising, the Israelis massively kill civilians in highly-populated areas using American-supplied weaponry in direct violation of U.S. export law that requires such weaponry be used only for defensive purposes.

Yet, such uprisings continue despite the cost in lost lives.  Palestinians are fighting for their freedom just as our forebears did here in the United States.  Think that won't continue despite the Israeli boot heel?  Think the Israelis won't eventually by isolated by the world community?

"Jordan, for its part, issued a statement through a government spokesman Wednesday rejecting Trump's decision outright as "legally invalid." The spokesman cited a 1980 United Nations Security Council resolution, which declared that any Israeli actions that "have altered or purport to alter the character and status" of Jerusalem constitute "a serious obstruction to achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in the Middle East."  "Jordan stresses the need for the United States to play its role as a neutral intermediary to resolve the conflict and achieve peace on the basis of the two-state solution, which the world has agreed is the only way to resolve the conflict and achieve lasting peace," the Jordanian spokesman said.  He added that Jordan would be calling an emergency meeting of the Arab league in Cairo on Saturday."

Turkey is not a happy camper:

"Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan used even stronger language in a televised speech Monday, anticipating the move. He called it a "red line" for Muslims — and called out Trump by name.  If the U.S. proceeds with its plan to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital, Erdogan said, "we could go as far as cutting diplomatic ties with Israel."

Nor is Lebanon:

"Reuters reports that the headline in a newspaper Lebanon, another Israeli neighbor, also called out Trump by name in a simple, straightforward statement: "No offense Mr. President, Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine."

Nor is Saudi Arabia:

"Since Trump entered office, Saudi Arabia has become an increasingly close ally of the U.S. in the region — but that did not prevent the kingdom from expressing its own objections to the move this week.  "Any announcement prior to a final settlement would have a detrimental impact on the peace process and would heighten tensions in the region," the Saudi ambassador to the U.S., Prince Khalid bin Salman, said in a statement to CNN."

Initial reaction to Trump's action has been quite negative throughout most of the world community.  Much more to come as this story develops.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:       Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

**************************************************************

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload. This hacking attack
apparently occurred the day after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because
I publicly accused them of criminal activity.  Your company needs to look
into this matter. Get these FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal
complaint will be filed with the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing
criminal activity by Wells Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue
interference with the webhosts.  Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or
pressured by Wells Fargo? Certainly, one of numerous questions to be
forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Manager, Little Lodge On Lake LBJ, Kingsland, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 183, 12-8-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
