Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability?  Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say?  Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

In stark contrast to Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officials honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

In follow up to a case covered in this publication and elsewhere, CBS News reports:

"Georgia's governor on Monday suspended a sheriff who faces charges including sexual battery after a drug search at a high school earlier this year.  In an executive order, Gov. Nathan Deal suspended Worth County Sheriff Jeff Hobby pending the final outcome of his case or the expiration of his term of office, whichever comes first.  A grand jury last month indicted Hobby and two deputies in connection with a search at Worth County High School in Sylvester, about 170 miles south of Atlanta. Hobby faces two counts of false imprisonment, one count of sexual battery and a charge of violating his oath of office."

This case is certainly an example of policing at its worst.  Appalling abuse of power.  While the criminal jackbooted bastards in black do as they please here in Nazi Llano County, apparently with Blackburn's blessing, this shit goes on all over our formerly great country.  Represents an egregious failure within the law enforcement community.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Hobby violated his oath of office by ordering his deputies to search students at the high school "without probable cause or any other legal basis and without due process" in violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Georgia Constitution, the indictment says."

Think the same doesn't happen to innocent citizens targeted by Llano County deputies during traffic stops?  Officers who profile to line County coffers, get their cookies off abusing authority?  ... Right, Bill?

"Deal had appointed a review commission on Oct. 31 to determine whether the indictment adversely affected Hobby's "administration of the office of Sheriff of Worth County." In a report dated Nov. 9, the commission said they found that to be the case and unanimously recommended that Hobby be suspended, Deal's order says."

Imagine that.  At least, there's some justice elsewhere in the country.  ... Unlike here, right, Sheriff?  -- Boys do as they please with your blessing, right, Bill?

"The review commission was made up of state Attorney General Chris Carr, Gordon County Sheriff Mitch Ralston and Peach County Sheriff Terry Deese.  In June, the Southern Center for Human Rights filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of nine students against Hobby and a number of deputies. The lawsuit said the searches that were conducted were invasive and violated the constitutional rights of hundreds of students."

Like there, Constitution means squat shit here to the Llano County criminal jackbooted bastards in black, right, Sheriff?

"According to the lawsuit, Hobby arrived at the school with a "target list" of 13 students that he suspected of having drugs. Only three of the listed students were at school that day, and Hobby had them brought to administrative offices and searched. The lawsuit says Hobby then put the entire school on lockdown; students were confined to classrooms, hallways and the gym. Their cellphones were confiscated so they couldn't call their parents."

Nazi America.  A goddamned de facto fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Approximately 900 students were searched, but no illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia were found. Sheriff's deputies conducted intrusive body searches, touching students' private parts and lifting their clothing in view of others, the lawsuit says."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  Never happen in the United States, would it?

Coup de grace?

"Lawyers representing the sheriff and deputies in the civil case argue their clients are entitled to official immunity and have asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit."

Like here, right, Sheriff?  Readers are reminded a federal jury in Austin ruled a rape had indeed occurred in the Llano County Jail approximately twenty years ago.  Awarded no cash damages due to sovereign immunity.  The former sheriff, Nathan Garrett, and his goons paid no price for egregious negligence leading to the rape.  That case was covered here in this publication and elsewhere.  This material, including depositions posted in this publication, remain on this website and can be accessed by clicking the icons on the homepage.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how other officers honorably, heroically conduct themselves elsewhere in the country.

The following is exceptionally heartwarming.  A welcome change and certain indication not all law enforcement engages in criminally abusive behavior as prevalent here in Nazi Llano County.  ABC News reports:

"Two North Carolina police officers are being hailed for helping a mother in need who was caught shoplifting food for her child.  The Hillsborough Police Department said Senior Corporal Keith Bradshaw and Officer First Class Candace Spragins responded to a report of a woman stealing groceries from Food Lion on Saturday.  The responding officers located the woman at her home, and she returned the $36 worth of food she had stolen for herself and her child, police said.  "This was not a crime out of greed but one seen as necessary by a mother trying to feed a child," the Hillsborough Police Department wrote in a Facebook post. "Although the officers had to criminally charge her with the theft, they took it upon themselves to go back to the store and buy $140 in groceries, bringing the groceries to the hungry family."

Hat's off to these exceptionally fine officers who not only did their duty, but went well beyond.  ... For those hungry in Llano County, there is no need to steal food.  A number of local churches sponsor food banks.  Do the right thing.  Ask for help.

"Bradshaw and Spragins delivered the items to her home and were later hailed by the community when their story was shared on Facebook.  "Sometimes police work is not cut and dry. We are people first and cops second," the post read."

... Hey, Sheriff?  You and your criminal jackbooted bastards in black need to wake up.  Follow the example of other honorable, non-abusive officers elsewhere in the country.  Not too late to reclaim some semblance of honor, long-lost principles you and the boys lost somewhere along the way, Bill.  Where'd you personally lose yourself, Sheriff?

"The Hillsborough Police Department has asked people who want to help the family to donate food or funds to local food banks and social services "to ensure that maximum gain be achieved from this random act of kindness."

Indeed.  Llano County deputies need to set a similar example, right, Sheriff?  ... Too late for the bastards?  -- Well beyond redemption?  Too far gone?

"We had an overwhelming outpouring of offers to help her and we are referring all offers to local food banks, shelters, and social services for foster children," Hillsborough Police Patrol Commander Lieutenant Davis Trimmer told ABC News. "[She] has gotten help and will be directed to programs that are local that can assist her in the future."

Same needs to happen here, right, Bill?  Across the board.

"The woman has been charged with misdemeanor larceny, Trimmer said, and a court date has not yet been set."

Be interesting to see how this case is ultimately adjudicated.

Seatbelts on.  CBS News reports:

"It was his eighth birthday, and no one picked him up from school."

How about that?  Being a kid today is nowhere near what it used to be back in the day.  ... Forget?  -- Way, way, way back in the Stone Age.

"The boy sat in a school office, waiting for one of his family members to show up, when Officer Darryl Robinson arrived. The school called the Green Bay Police Department in Wisconsin after failing to reach an emergency contact."

Achingly sad, isn't it?

"When Robinson walked in the door, he immediately recognized the boy — he's had some history with the family. The boy's parent is incarcerated, Captain Keith Knoebel explained to CBS News, though he wouldn't elaborate.  "It seemed like he was in good spirits. He was playing around," Robinson said at a press conference on Wednesday. "He was excited. It was his birthday."

Jesus Christ.  No kid should ever be in such a situation.  Nowadays, too frequent an occurrence, unwanted reality.

"Robinson volunteered to give the 8-year-old a ride in his patrol car.  "He was very excited to ride in one," Robinson said. "I brought him to McDonald's, got him a sandwich. He loved playing with the toy in his Happy Meal."

Consider what this day could have turned out to be for this kid had this cop not stepped up.  ... Hey, Bill?  Think your criminal jackbooted bastards in black couldn't learn a lesson from this officer?

"For about 45 minutes, Robinson spent time with the boy — talking, playing and showing him around the city — until he was able to get in touch with his grandfather and reunite him with his siblings.  Robinson was just doing his job; he never expected the story to go viral."

Sadly, such professional conduct displayed by Officer Robinson is indeed an increasingly rare quality displayed by law enforcement currently.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Especially, here in Nazi Llano County, where Blackburn's criminal jackbooted bastards in black terrorize the community, right, Bill?  Get their cookies off abusing power.

"The police department posted about Robinson's kind act on Facebook, and the post quickly racked up thousands of likes and shares."

The public hungers for desperately needed change in corrupt, abusive, murderous law enforcement.

"I think it's great, great for the community, great for our department to have a good relationship with the people in our city," Knoebel said. "It's a great thing."

The way it should be.  Needs to be.  Has to be.  Otherwise, hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming as our formerly great country continues to deteriorate.

"Hundreds of people praised the officer online, thanking him for taking care of the child in need.  "What a fine officer. No one is more committed to the community than Officer Darryl Robinson," one Facebook user wrote. "That little boy will remember that for the rest of his life."  "I think i just felt my heart break," another wrote. "Thanks to the officer for making that boys birthday a little better."

Equally important, this could inspire the kid to someday become an officer himself.  An enlightened officer.  Not a criminal jackbooted bastard in black as we have here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?

Here's what's so achingly poignant, absolutely crucial to good policing:

"Birthday or not, Robinson said he would have acted in the same manner."

If only that were the case, ubiquitously, all across our formerly great country, right, Sheriff?  Certainly, not here in Nazi Llano County.

"Officers do this every day — not just police, but different public service jobs as well. All of us do this. It's not rare," Robinson said. "I think it doesn't get recognized enough."

... If only that were true across the country, in every community.  It's not.

"This won't be the last time Robinson expects to see the boy, and he hopes it will be under better circumstances.  "I do plan on making contact with him in the future and checking on him to see how he's doing," he said. "If he wants to come tour the police station or see more things that we have to offer here — and play with the lights and stuff, we'll be happy to do that."

Mentoring for a kid who desperately needs it.  Enlightened self-interest for law enforcement whom otherwise at some point might have had to deal with this kid had he become a criminal as a result of a troubled upbringing.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think this kid in the following story won't turn out exceptionally?  WQAD.com reports:

"A Moline business  owner is trying to track down the writer of an anonymous letter who sent an apology and money to fix a construction truck he thought he had damaged.  "Mister, I want to say I'm sorry. My friends and I were running across the street where your truck was parked, and my friend pushed me into your truck and I scratched your truck with my skateboard," the letter said."

Stunning, isn't it?

"The letter was typed and sent to Zelnio Construction without a return address.  Enclosed in the envelope, $40, to help cover the insurance deductible.  "I am sending you my grass cutting money for the insurance. My dad said his had a hundred dollar payment for things like this," the letter read."

Kicker?  Get this:

"Owner John Zelnio says his truck is not damaged, and wants to return the hard-earned cash to the well intentioned skateboarder.  "It is awesome. It made me feel good people are trying to do the right thing," Zelnio said.  The letter writer says he or she will "send some more next week when I finish some more yards."

Amazing how often things have a way of turning full circle:

"Zelnio, who ironically is the President of the Quad Cities CrimeStoppers Board, is hoping to find the person soon.  "It's kind of a reverse CrimeStoppers. We're always looking for tips to solve crimes. In this case, we're looking for a tip so we can do the right thing."

This kid needs to grow up and become President some day.  Certainly, has character.  Will likely succeed in whatever career he or she chooses.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Eighty-two weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Eighty-two weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Eighty-two weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS?  Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

At a time law enforcement remains subject to intense scrutiny, hard to believe the following still goes on.  NBC News reports:

"Family members of a 14-year-old boy fatally shot by a sheriff's deputy on a northern Wisconsin reservation questioned on Thursday why the teen, who they describe as loving and kind, was gunned down.  Holly Gauthier said authorities have provided few details about the death of her son, 14-year-old Jason Pero, an 8th grader who died on the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa's reservation Wednesday."

What the hell is county law enforcement doing on a reservation?  Why isn't the reservation solely patrolled by its own officers?

"Dispatchers received a call about a male subject walking down the street armed with a knife about 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, said the Ashland County Sheriff's Office, which provides law enforcement services on the reservation along with the tribal police department. A responding deputy fired shots, striking the male. He was treated at the scene but died at a hospital."

So, he opens fire, shoots to kill?  Fails to use non-lethal force?  -- If in fact the deputy is telling the truth.

"Neither the Wisconsin Department of Justice, which is investigating the shooting, or the sheriff's office have identified Pero."

Why not?  What the hell does that mean?  ... Covering their sorry, murderous asses?

"Gauthier tells Duluth station WDIO-TV she believes her son was murdered."

If true, think it won't be covered up by the jackbooted bastards?

"(There is) no reason you can justify shooting a 14-year-old boy," Gauthier said. Her son was home sick from school Wednesday and staying at his grandparents' house, she added. Gauthier said she doesn't know why Jason was outside."

No matter the circumstances, an officer couldn't have handled this kid without killing him?  Stun gun?  Baton?  Why aren't officers taught how to disarm someone with a knife as are unarmed United States Marines?  Questions could go on and on.  Failure of law enforcement to be forthcoming with information is outrageous, a problem, big problem, all across our formerly great country.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"The state Justice Department said a knife was recovered at the scene of the shooting. Family members questioned whether Pero had a knife."

Could the deputy have lied?  Planted it?  ... Right, Sheriff?  Certainly, not out of the realm of possibility, is it, Bill?  Wouldn't happen here so you say?

"Pero's grandfather, Alan Pero, described Jason as someone who "never had one mean bone in his body." Gauthier said her son was "a big teddy bear" and "everybody loved him."

The officer certainly didn't.  Snuffed out the life of a 14-year-old kid.  ... Imagine having to live with that the rest of your life.

"Bad River Band Chairman Robert Blanchard said he has not heard directly from sheriff's officials about why Pero was shot and he questioned why the deputy had to take the teen's life."

What's the issue?  Why the delay?  Department trying to get its lies straight?  Story in line?  Takes a little time to manufacture the truth, doesn't it, Sheriff?

"This is a tragedy that should not have happened. There's other ways to do things than to pull out a gun and shoot him," Blanchard said."

Not in a de facto fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Anything goes, doesn't it, Bill?  Sounds like this son of a bitch is being held about as accountable as your criminal jackbooted bastards in black, right, Sheriff?  Llano County way, isn't it, sir?

"Sheriff's officials said the deputy was not injured and referred further questions on the shooting to the Department of Justice."

How about the office itself accounting for its actions?  As it is here in Nazi Llano County, not to be.  Do as they please there as here, right, Sheriff?  With impunity.  Llano County way, isn't it, Bill?  Operant principle?  Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.  When all else fails?  Lie like hell.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Or, falsely claim it's a 'personnel matter.'  No accountability. None at all.

"The agency said its Division of Criminal Investigation continues to collect evidence and will turn over its reports to the Ashland County District Attorney's Office, hopefully within 30 days."

As here in Llano County, means squat shit.  ... Right, Sheriff?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?  No accountabilityNone at all.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Another case of egregious police malfeasance.  CBS News reports:

"A Kansas prosecutor has asked for help in investigating a retired white police detective accused of preying on black women for sex over decades and pursuing the wrongful murder conviction of the son of one of the women."

Amazing how this shit goes on decades, no one notices, no one questions, no one does anything.  Like here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?

"Wyandotte County District Attorney Mark Dupree, the first black elected district attorney in Kansas, noted in an interview Wednesday that Kansas City Police Chief Terry Zeigler recently said there should be an investigation of former detective Roger Golubski, who numerous residents say wielded his power to terrorize the Kansas City, Kansas black community for years."

Why does it take a black prosecutor to finally do something about the egregiously intolerable?

"When the chief of police says something like that, then I have to look at this retired detective who was with the police department for 30 years," Dupree said."

What took prosecutors and the department so long to finally make this right?

"The prosecutor, elected last year, recently requested assistance from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation to look into Golubski's conduct and "discussions are currently occurring on how best to proceed," bureau spokeswoman Melissa Underwood said in an email."

About time.  Long overdue.  The precise kind of scrutiny the Llano County Sheriff's Office desperately needs, right, Sheriff?  Highly unlikely in the Nazi State of Texas run and owned by GOP national socialists.  ... Right, Bill?

"Dupree shocked those attending a court hearing on Oct. 13 when he said there had been "manifest injustice" in the conviction of Lamonte McIntyre for the 1994 murders of two men, when he was a teenager. A judge let McIntyre go free after 23 years in prison."

Outrageous it took a quarter of a century to do so.

"No physical evidence linked McIntyre to the crime, and he did not know the victims. The case rested on contradictory and coerced testimony that police and the prosecutor at the time allegedly knew to be false."

Same old shit.  Par for the course in a goddamned fascist police-state, right, Sheriff?

Get's worse.  Get this:

"McIntyre's mother, Rose, said in an affidavit that years before her son was convicted Golubski coerced her into a sexual act in his office and then harassed her for weeks, often calling her two or three times a day, before she moved and changed her phone number. She believes Golubski retaliated against her son because she spurned his later advances."

Got to be a special place in Hell reserved for a son of a bitch like this.

"Affidavits also accuse the prosecutor in the case, Terra Morehead, of intimidating witnesses who told her McIntyre was not the killer, and then not informing the defense about those statements. And the presiding judge, Wyandotte County District Judge J. Dexter Burdette, had a romantic relationship with Morehead before the trial that neither disclosed at the time."

Jesus Christ.  Imagine that.  Any and all principals involved in this need to be criminally investigated and prosecuted.  ... Think it will happen after a quarter century?  Statutes of limitation other than for murder a factor?

"Golubski, Morehead and Burdette have never been disciplined over those issues. All three either declined or did not respond to requests for comment. Golubski retired from law enforcement last year. Morehead is now a federal prosecutor. Burdette is still on the bench."

Jesus Christ.  Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms. Hear the rumble?

"In the wake of the McIntyre case, Dupree has been working to establish early next year a "conviction integrity unit" within the district attorney's office. He said such units are designed to right any wrongs when there may be "a bad apple that sneaks in" a prosecutorial office."

Precisely, what's desperately needed here in Llano County.  ... Right, Sheriff?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

"This in fact is something I wanted to do, but the McIntyre case sped up when it was going to be done," Dupree said. "And, honestly, it showed the community that it was something that was needed."

You think?

"Black community leaders in Kansas City, Kansas, have said people do not trust the police in the wake of the McIntyre case."

The lack of trust here in Llano County extends across the entire racial spectrum.

"Last year 29 conviction integrity units were scattered in prosecutorial offices across the nation, more than double the number in 2013, according to The National Registry of Exonerations. Such units account for 70 of the 166 exonerations recorded last year."

There's a desperate need for one right here in Nazi Llano County.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following is the epitome of aggressive stupidity.  Fox News reports:

"A case of the good guys going after the good guys."

Think so?  Carefully, consider the following:

"There is now a Detroit Police Department internal investigation into two different precincts getting into their own turf war as they converge on an east side neighborhood.  Neighbors who live on Andover on Detroit's east side will be the first to tell you this area is known for constant drug activity."

Ring-led by law enforcement all over the country, including here.  Forget?  There is too much money to be had.  ... Right, Bill?

"(It is) definitely drug problem for years, it has been a drug problem," said one resident. "I don't think anyone can stop it."  On Thursday Detroit police certainly tried, but maybe too hard.  Sources say it started when two special ops officers from the 12th Precinct were operating a "push off" on Andover near Seven Mile. That is when two undercover officers pretend to be dope dealers, waiting for eager customers to approach, arresting potential buyers and seizing their vehicles."

Say what?  Legalized theft.  Asset forfeiture?   For what?  The offenders are trying to buy drugs, not profit from their sale.  Worse, no more than legalized entrapment.  As the nazis in the system continue to benefit from the United States Constitution having been deliberately bastardized since ratification.

"But this time instead of customers - special ops officers from the 11th Precinct showed up. Not realizing they were fellow officers, they ordered the other undercover officers to the ground."

Doesn't your heart bleed?  A little of their own justice bestowed on their fellow criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.

"FOX 2 is told the rest of the special ops team from the 12th Precinct showed up, and officers began raiding the drug house in the 19300 block of Andover. But instead of fighting crime, officers from both precincts began fighting with each other."

Jesus Christ. Once in awhile there is justice among thievesCan we stand it?  LOL.

"Sources say guns were drawn and punches were thrown while the homeowner stood and watched. The department's top cops were notified along with Internal Affairs. One officer was taken to the hospital."

Must have been quite a show as the jackbooted idiots went after one another.  LOL.

"Each officer involved is now under investigation - as the department tried to determine what went wrong."

Give me a break.  Likely, won't go anywhere.  Swept under the carpet like here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Same old shit, Bill?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Amazing how police usually skate when someone in custody dies.  No matter how negligent.  Fascinating, isn't it?

"A disciplinary panel has found a Baltimore police van driver not guilty on all administrative charges related to his transportation of Freddie Gray, the black man whose death in custody sparked riots in the city."

Imagine that.  A man dies as a result of egregious negligence and nothing gets done.  Nothing at all.

"The three-member board said Tuesday that Officer Caesar Goodson did not violate any department policies the day Gray was fatally injured in police custody."

Imagine that.  Convenient, isn't it?  A rubber stamp.

"Goodson smiled, appearing relieved, after the not-guilty verdicts on all 21 counts were read. His lawyers hugged each other and patted themselves on the back with loud thumps."

Galling.  Hitler's brand of justice.  Kangaroo justice in a goddamned de facto fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth ReichHear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming as the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue raucously cheer galling injustice.  Jesus Christ.  We've lost ourselves.

"Attorney Sean Malone said outside the hearing room at the University of Baltimore that the verdict is vindication for a hard-working and soft-spoken officer."

The hell it is.  Quite the opposite.  No more than rubber stamped kangaroo justice in a fascist police-state.  Trump's Fourth Reich.  ... Where day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet.  All ass backwards from what once was, should be.

"He also said that Goodson plans to keep working on the Baltimore police force."

Jesus Christ.  Think history won't repeat itself?  ... As it does here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?

An horrendous failure of justice:

"Department lawyer Neil Duke had argued that Goodson should have been fired for failing to follow policy by not buckling Gray into a seatbelt, failing to get him medical attention and lying about the chain of events following Gray's arrest in April 2015.  Gray died a week later of a spinal cord injury he suffered during the van ride, prompting civil unrest among people expressing outrage at the treatment of African-Americans by police in Baltimore's inner city. None of the six officers charged criminally for their roles in Gray's arrest were convicted. In reforms made as a result of Gray's death, state lawmakers opened police disciplinary hearings to the public, hoping to improve transparency when departments seek to hold officers accountable."

A Band Aid on an arterial wound.  As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

"Duke said Goodson, a van driver with 14 years of experience, had a duty to pay closer attention to his passenger's condition as Gray banged around in the back of the van, his arms handcuffed and his legs in shackles. He said Goodson failed his responsibility and integrity during the trip to the police station, and was so indifferent to his duty that he didn't make any effort to interact with Gray to check on his physical condition."

Not to be in a goddamned fascist police-state where anything goes, right, Sheriff?  The criminal jackbooted bastards killed him.  Did so with impunity.

"It's not a heavy duty to be placed on a police officer to exercise that level of compassion," Duke said."

Certainly is in a fascist police-state, right, Bill?  There is no justice.  Precisely, why there is no peace as our formerly great country continues to rip apart at the seams.

"Of the six officers, Goodson faced the most serious charge in criminal court: murder. But he, Lt. Brian Rice and Officer Edward Nero were acquitted at trial last year, and then prosecutors dropped charges against Sgt. Alicia White and officers Garrett Miller and William Porter. Nero and Miller accepted disciplinary action, according to the police union attorney who represents them. Neither their attorney nor the department would say what that discipline was. Rice and White still face disciplinary action before an administrative board."

No justice.  A man is needlessly dead.  No one held criminally accountable.  Nazi America.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following is pathetic.  CBS News reports:

"An FBI counterterrorism supervisor is under internal investigation after he had his weapon stolen at a hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, CBS News confirmed Thursday.  The New York Times said the theft occurred after the agent was out drinking and met a woman at a bar. The FBI is not disputing the story."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  -- Aren't these guys supposed to be the best of the best?  Consummate professionals?

"The agent, Robert Manson, is not suspended while the internal investigation proceeds. He was at the Westin Hotel in Charlotte for a conference this summer when the theft was reported to the local police. Manson supervises terrorism cases in the Midwest and Carolinas.  A report by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police indicated that Manson had been incapacitated by alcohol and stated that the following items were stolen: a Rolex valued at $6,000, $60 cash and the FBI-issued Glock 27 valued at $500."

Not suspended?  Why the hell wasn't he fired?  Coup de grace?  Get this:

"The theft was reported on July 10, the report said."

Took four months for this to be brought to the attention of the public?  Why was it covered up?  How can a G-man afford a $6,000 Rolex?

Galling insult to injury?  Not enough the criminal jackbooted bastards in ICE are abusing authority, breaking up families, acting like goddamned Nazi storm troopers ala Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, now they're pissing and moaning at the Trump nazi.  Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  LOL.

The Washington Times reports:

"The country’s immigration enforcement officers launched a website Tuesday demanding President Trump do more to clean up their agency, saying he’s left the Obama team in place and it’s stymieing his goal of enforcing the laws on the books."

Is that right?  Think so?  Constant reporting throughout media, including this publication, scream otherwise.

"U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement supervisors in Philadelphia banned officers from wearing bullet proof vests during an operation in the dangerous “badlands” section in the city’s north, for fear of offending the immigrant community, the new website, jicreport.com, charges."

The above site url is up and running at time of writing.  Be interesting to see if the wild accusations made there have any substance.

"Meanwhile officers in one Utah city are required to give city officials seven days’ heads-up before arresting anyone — and by the time they go in, the migrants they’re targeting seem to have gotten a heads-up and taken off, the website says."

Hard to believe at first glance that could possibly be true.  We'll see.  -- May be just a group of malcontents upset Trump has not yet allowed them to line suspected illegal immigrants up against a wall and shoot them.

"Compiled by the National ICE Council, which represents ICE officers, the website is part whistleblower and part primal scream for Mr. Trump to pay attention to a group of people who were among his staunchest backers during last year’s campaign."

Tough, isn't it?  Doesn't your heart bleed?

“ICE Officers grudgingly admit that the only President they ever endorsed hasn’t kept his word, and many officers now feel betrayed,” the officers say on the new website."

Are they pissed the Trump nazi has yet to authorize swastika armbands?

Not clear yet if some of the postings on the new site might lead to some reining in of the corruption at the management level, however:

"One early posting reports on as many as 500 ICE supervisors who the council says are using official vehicles for their own personal travel, each “gouging American taxpayers for approximately $5,000 annually in free fuel alone,” and on allegations of sexual harassment."

Will take some time to see whether or not this new site offers any hope of change within this highly abusive law enforcement agency, -- or is nothing more than achingly bogus bullshit.

Nazism and kangaroo justice continue to reign supreme in Texas.  CBS News reports:

"A Mexican citizen on death row in Texas was executed Wednesday night for the slaying of his 16-year-old cousin who was abducted from her family's apartment and fatally beaten.  Ruben Ramirez Cardenas, 47, was given a lethal injection after several federal court appeals failed to halt his punishment for the February 1997 killing of Mayra Laguna."

Didn't sit well in Mexico for damned good reason:

"Shortly after the execution, Mexican President Enrique Nieto tweeted, "I express my firm condemnation of the execution of the Mexican Rubén Cárdenas Ramírez in Texas, which violates the decision of the International Court of Justice. My deepest condolences to the mourners."  Cardenas' attorney, Maurie Levin, contended eyewitness testimony against Cardenas was shaky, that little physical evidence tied him to the killing and that a confession he gave was obtained after 22 hours of isolation and intense police questioning."

Doesn't matter in a goddamned fascist police-state where anything goes, right, Sheriff?  It's the 'pound of flesh,' right, Governor?  Guilt or innocence?  Matters not.  Just that the State can gets its goddamned cookies off killing someone, right, Mr. Paxton?

"She also said that authorities acted improperly when not telling the Mexican-born Cardenas that he could get legal help from the Mexican consulate."

Doesn't matter to the Republican nazis running this state.  Just execute the bastard, right, Governor?

"Being born in Mexico, which does not have capital punishment, made Cardenas eligible for legal help from the Mexican consulate when he was arrested, according to provisions of the Vienna Convention of Consular Relations, which is a 1963 international agreement. The courts have allowed executions to move forward in several previous Texas death row cases in which the agreement was said to have been violated."

Yet, no one was prosecuted for this deliberate oversight by the nazis who haughtily believe they run and own this kangaroo hell hole.

"For the Mexican government, capital punishment constitutes one of the most essential violations of human rights," Jacob Prado Gonzalez, the Mexican government's general director for consular protection, said."

No question, the Mexicans are light-years ahead of the achingly ignorant Republican nazis who run and own our pathetically backward state.  ... Right, Governor?  Yet, we don't execute the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who murder on the job.  Imagine that.  No equal justice.

"In a handwritten statement released afterward, Cardenas thanked his family, attorneys and the Mexican consulate for their help.  "Now! I will not and cannot apologize for someone else's crime, but, I will be Back for Justice," he wrote. "You can count on that!"

If this man was innocent, all officials who participated in and rubber stamped this execution are themselves morally guilty of murder.

This case was in contention right up to the execution:

"His punishment was delayed for about four hours as last-ditch appeals for the former security guard focused primarily on efforts to have trial evidence undergo new DNA testing. In a filing to the U.S. Supreme Court hours before his execution, lawyers argued Texas was violating Cardenas' due process rights and a state statute that covers forensic testing. They asked the justices to halt the execution for a court review."

Matters not in a goddamned de facto fascist police-state, right, Governor?  ... Hypocritically say a prayer for this guy before and after he was murdered by the State, Governor?

"They also asked the justices for more time to appeal a lower court's rejection of a federal civil rights lawsuit in which they claimed his due process and civil rights were being violated because Texas officials wouldn't release evidence so it can undergo new DNA testing. Attorneys for the state said the lawsuit was improper and that state courts already refused the DNA request because Cardenas could not show that more advanced tests would exonerate him."

Convenient Catch-22, isn't it?  How would you know until you ran the tests?  Bullshit reasoning shamelessly engaged in by these achingly convoluted assholes.  ... Right, Governor?

"DNA results in evidence at Cardenas' trial were not false, state attorneys said."

How do they know?  ... Because they say so?  The public is supposed to believe bought and paid for shysters owned by the State?  To do the will of their masters.

"The high court, without comment, rejected both appeals."

This court, as all courts in our formerly great country, has been loaded with nazis determined to dispense kangaroo justice.  In this case, and many others, there are unanswered questions, doubts raised by the continuing egregious, traitorous failure of the courts to ensure justice is served.

No longer.

In follow up to a case reported here and elsewhere, NPR reports:

"The government is dropping its case against the woman who laughed out loud during Jeff Sessions' confirmation hearing in January."

... Can't have that, can we?  -- No laughter out loud no matter how hard the Sessions nazi and his GOP shills try to cover his lies with straight faces?

"Desiree Fairooz is an activist with the anti-war organization Code Pink. She said her laugh was involuntary, spurred by Sen. Richard Shelby's statement that Sessions' "extensive record of treating all Americans equally under the law is clear and well-documented."  "I let out an involuntary laugh, or more of a chortle of disdain," Fairooz told WAMU. "We were not warned not to laugh." Fairooz, a retired children's librarian, was with five other activists — all dressed in pink Lady Liberty costumes — during the attorney general's confirmation hearing."

Readers are reminded:

"She was charged with two misdemeanors: disrupting Congress and unlawful demonstration on Capitol grounds. Each charge carries up to six months in prison and a potential fine.  In July, a judge threw out her conviction and called for a new trial. In September, Fairooz rejected a plea deal. The new trial had been set to begin next week."

Should have been allowed to proceed.  Given her a chance at exoneration.

"Code Pink said it celebrated the decision to drop the charges, calling the arrest of Fairooz "absurd."  "The prosecution of Desiree, including one jury trial, was a waste of time and tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars," the organization said in a statement. "It was part the larger effort currently being made to crack down on activists. From the January 20th inauguration protests, the Department of Justice is prosecuting 200 people on multiple felony charges. We hope they will scale back this massive overreach and that the success we just saw in Desiree's case will encourage more people to protest in the halls of congress and on the streets."

This nazi government wants no protest.  Does all it can to abrogate the right to peacefully protest.  Police themselves riot, are out of control at these protests.  Get their cookies off abusing power.  Arresting innocent people peacefully protesting.  To say nothing of reporters covering these protests, exposing these jackbooted pieces of shit for whom and what they are.

"In a statement to CNN, Fairooz's attorney said his client is "relieved and happy" about the outcome.  "Yesterday the government dismissed the case for reasons I can only speculate about. And which I may never fully know (though I have various theories)," said Samuel Bogash. "Though as her lawyer I would have preferred a 'not guilty' at the first trial, I'm happy for Ms. Fairooz."

This is no victory, Counselor.  The unjust arrest remains on her record.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think the racist Sessions nazi doesn't continue to lie in sworn testimony?  The Washington Times reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions told a House committee Tuesday that he had forgotten but now remembers attending a meeting at which Trump foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos said he could help arrange a meeting between the campaign and Russian President Vladimir Putin."

Convenient memory loss, no?

"He also rejected accusations that he lied when he did not mention the interactions when asked about any contacts between Russian officials and the Trump campaign.

"Mr. Sessions told the House Judiciary Committee Tuesday that he “had no recollection” of the meeting until details about it were reported following the unsealing of a plea agreement for Mr. Papadopoulos."

Jesus Christ.  ... Hey, Jeff?  With such a fading, failing memory, how the hell are you fit for office, sir?

“I do now recall the March 2016 meeting at Trump Hotel that Mr. Papadopoulos attended, but I have no clear recollection of the details of what he said during that meeting,” Mr. Sessions told lawmakers Tuesday, according to prepared remarks. “After reading his account, and to the best of my recollection, I believe that I wanted to make clear to him that he was not authorized to represent the campaign with the Russian government, or any other foreign government, for that matter.”

Is that right?  Believe it?

"The attorney general has come under fire for not disclosing the discussion when he was asked during his confirmation hearing about any contacts between Russian officials and members of the Trump campaign, for which he served as an advisor."

There's no way this nazi son of a bitch could not have remembered this.  No way in hell.

"Mr. Sessions went on to say that had he remembered the event before his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee last month, he would have mentioned it."

Too late now, fool.  You have no credibility.  Can't even make the lies look good.

"Mr. Papadopoulos‘ plea agreement on charges of lying to FBI agents was unsealed Oct. 30.  Mr Sessions blamed his forgetfulness on the chaotic nature of the presidential campaign.  “It was a brilliant campaign in many ways. But it was a form of chaos every day from day one,” Mr. Sessions said. “We traveled all the time, sometimes to several places in one day. Sleep was in short supply.”

This man has no credibility.  No more than a pathetic attempt to cover his ass and that of the Trump nazi, all the henchmen involved in this fiasco.

"The attorney general said he’s done his best to answer questions truthfully when he’s appeared before congressional committees."

Another lie.

“I have been asked to remember details from a year ago such as who I saw on what day and what meeting and who said what to when,” Mr. Sessions said. “In all of my testimony, I can only do my best to answer all of your questions as I understand them and to the best of my memory. But I will not accept and reject accusations that I have ever lied. That is a lie.”

... Hey, Jeff? You wouldn't know truth if it figuratively bit you hard on the ass.

The Washington Post reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Tuesday that he has “always told the truth” in describing his knowledge of Trump campaign contacts with Russians, although he acknowledged that he now recalls an interaction with a lower-level adviser to Donald Trump who said he told Sessions about contacts who could help arrange a meeting between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin."

Simply, not credible.  Either lying, -- or lost his marbles due to aging.

"When asked previously about whether he thought that surrogates from the Trump campaign had communications with the Russians, Sessions said, “I did not, and I’m not aware of anyone else that did, and I don’t believe it happened.”  Now, speaking before the House Judiciary Committee, Sessions said he recalled a March 2016 meeting with George Papadopoulos, the Trump campaign’s foreign policy adviser. Papadopoulos, in pleading guilty to lying to FBI agents, has admitted that he told Trump and other campaign officials, including Sessions, that he had contacts who could help arrange a meeting between Trump and Putin."

The Attorney General has apparently changed his story due to the guilty plea by Papadopoulos.  The latter was likely wired by Mueller, may have recorded conversations with others in Trump's inner circle leading to Sessions remarkable regain of this supposedly forgotten memory.

“I do now recall the March 2016 meeting at Trump hotel that Mr. Papadopoulos attended, but I have no clear recollection of the details of what he said at that meeting,” Sessions said. “After reading his account, and to the best of my recollection, I believe that I wanted to make clear to him that he was not authorized to represent the campaign with the Russian government, or any other foreign government, for that matter. But I did not recall this event, which occurred 18 months before my testimony of a few weeks ago, and I would gladly have reported it had I remembered it because I pushed back against his suggestion that I thought may have been improper.”

Think so?  Think he's not lying about his supposed memory loss?  Get this:

"Sessions clarified later that he recalled Papadopoulos making “some comment” about a Trump-Putin meeting, and he “pushed back.”

Is that right?  Sudden recall of memory credible?

Republicans are still plotting to get rid of Mueller.  NPR reports:

"The White House says it is playing ball with Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller, but some administration supporters in Congress want him out of a job.  A small number of House and Senate Republicans are at work building a storyline about Mueller that would oblige him to at least give up his role in the Russia imbroglio and, at most, become subject to investigation himself.  "We are at risk of a coup d'état in this country if we allow an unaccountable person with no oversight to undermine the duly elected president of the United States — and I would offer that is precisely what is happening right now," Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., said on the House floor Wednesday."

What you're plotting to do is undermine a criminal investigation of Trump and his henchmen, an investigation based on more than sufficient probable cause.  Should you be successful, will certainly likely mean the end of the Trump regime as other Republicans wisely wishing to be returned to office will impeach the shamelessly fascist son of a bitch in the House.

"He and two compatriots have called for Mueller to recuse himself, resign or be fired, and they have offered a House resolution calling for, among other things, another special counsel to look into what they call Mueller's own conflicts of interest."

Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.  These fascist, national socialist bastards have no honor, no principles other than nazi abuse of power.

"Mueller appears to be in no immediate danger; House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., and other legislative leaders have said they expect Congress to permit the special counsel to do his work. A few members of Congress have said they want to pass legislation that would formally protect Mueller, but it has not passed."

Clearly, Republicans are running scared.  The Trump regime is not sustainable.  Nor is the Republican stranglehold on the Senate, especially due to the Moore fiasco.  Be interesting to see how this all gets resolved.

"Gaetz, his fellow freshman Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., and House veteran Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, have been working to codify a narrative that ties together Mueller, the 2010 Uranium One sale, Bill Clinton's speeches in Russia and the infamous, unverified Fusion GPS dossier about Trump from earlier this year."

Sessions is being heavily pressured to consider appointing special counsel to investigate all this as well as Hillary Clinton.

In follow up to the last edition regarding the violent attack on Sen. Rand Paul, The Washington Post reports:

"Matthew J. Baker, [Rene] Boucher’s attorney, said that his client had not been home in recent days since the incident.

"Earlier in the week, Baker had characterized the incident as “a very regrettable dispute between two neighbors over a matter that most people would regard as trivial.”  News reports have since suggested that the two neighbors sparred over long-standing issues regarding their lawns or other neighborhood matters."

Much remains in question:

"But Doug Stafford, a senior adviser to Paul, on Thursday disputed Boucher and Baker’s characterization of the incident.  The senator “was vigorously assaulted by someone in his neighborhood. This is a serious criminal matter involving serious injury, and is being handled by local and federal authorities,” Stafford said in a statement. “As to reports of a longstanding dispute with the attacker, the Pauls have had no conversations with him in many years. The first ‘conversation’ with the attacker came after Sen. Paul’s ribs were broken. This was not a ‘fight,’ it was a blindside, violent attack by a disturbed person. Anyone claiming otherwise is simply uninformed or seeking media attention.”

Fascinating, isn't it?  What the hell is going on here?  Why should it take this long to get to the bottom of this outrageously senseless attack?

Legal ramifications for Boucher could be dire:

"When asked about a motive multiple times by a reporter at his office following the court proceeding Thursday morning, Boucher’s attorney repeatedly referenced news reports quoting neighbors and others who suggested the motive is grounded in a property dispute. Baker said these claims were more “on target” than suggestions that the attack was politically motivated. Baker ignored multiple requests to explain how a property dispute could escalate into such a violent attack.

"A political motivation would drastically increase the likelihood of federal charges against Boucher, due to a federal law that makes it a crime to assault a member of Congress “on account of the performance of official duties.” That crime comes with a possible sentence of eight years — 20 if a weapon is involved — vs. the 12-month sentence and $500 fine Boucher faces."

None of this makes sense.  Doesn't add up.  Achingly stupid attack, particularly since Paul is a United States Senator and charges could be quite serious if the attack can be proven to be related to Paul's duties as Senator.

Amazing how statistics and bogus 'studies' can be effectively used to distort reality, evade truth, lend ersatz credence to abject bullshit.  NPR reports:

"Any American who pays attention to law enforcement has heard of the strategies: "Broken Windows," "Stop and Frisk," "Zero Tolerance." These are all variations on what's broadly known as "proactive policing": efforts to seek out and prevent the causes of crime before it happens, as opposed to a more reactive policy of just sending police when called."

The point of diminishing returns is always quickly reached.  Backlash?  Ferocious.  Faith, trust in law enforcement?  Quickly relegated to the toilet.  Certainly, as harassment becomes intolerable, police viewed as the enemy.  No more than a deliberate concerted attack on liberty, determined abrogation of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Price of all this?

Horrendous.  Both in terms of officers killed in the line of duty, to say nothing of all those unarmed and innocent murdered by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Precisely, why all faith and trust in law enforcement continues to precipitously drop, -- as officers continue to murder with virtual impunity, not held legally accountable for their crimes.  Protected, coddled.

"During the 1990s and 2000s, these approaches were widely credited for bringing down crime rates. But in the years since Ferguson, charges of racial profiling caused proactive policing to fall out of favor."

This, myopically, only partially explains the phenomenon.  Racial profiling is an offshoot of the problem, not the problem itself.  The problem is criminal abuse of power, shakedowns, harassment, murder of innocent unarmed civilians by out of control officers who get their cookies off abusing power.

"Some critics say the methods don't even work as well as advertised, and they point to the fact that the murder rate stayed low in New York even after police curtailed the "stop and frisk" tactic (more on that below)."

That's more bullshit by the author of this NPR article who clearly is biased in favor of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  More than willing to cut these pieces of human excrement slack they clearly do not deserve, have not for decades.   Here's the bullshit:

"And yet in other cities, the rollback of these methods has coincided with disturbing spikes in violent crime. Last week I reported from murder-plagued Baltimore, where the Freddie Gray riots and a Justice Department investigation pushed the department to end tactics that critics labeled "zero tolerance." Former police officials are furious, saying the abandonment of those methods has cost lives."

First?  The spike is indeed coincidental, not necessarily cause and effect.  ... Although law enforcement and their clueless shills prefer to claim otherwise.  Reinforces their bullshit.  Provides lame 'excuse' for the indefensible, that is, continued abuse of power and criminal activity perpetrated by officers.  Equally pointedly?  Provides cover needed to continue perpetrating this outrageously bogus myth.  Readers are reminded correlation statistically is not indicative of cause and effect.  This fact gets taught in every statistics class.

Second?  What has certainly cost lives is egregious police abuse of power, murder of innocent unarmed civilians by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Non-police-perpertrated murders in these communities are caused by factors well out of control of law enforcement.  Factors such as poverty, lack of education, training, employment opportunities, homelessness, etc..  Until we effectively address these issues, these senseless  murders will continue unabated.

"The argument over proactive policing can be politicized, but now the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine is trying to make it more scientific. It's just released a comprehensive survey of the research that's been done on the crime-fighting effectiveness of various policing strategies."

That deliberately, concertedly, determinedly ignores long-term effects of what amounts to no more than bogus justification of harassment.  These effects include loss of faith, trust in law enforcement, unwillingness to cooperate with these bastards even when cooperation is indeed warranted, justified as in the case of victims of crime who will not come forward and report crime.  Think that's not an issue?

"There's more research to draw on than people suspect. The authors say we're actually in a "golden age" of methodical scientific studies of policing, and the report lays out which tactics are backed by the strongest evidence."

Called 'massaging data' to support, defend the indefensible.

Here comes the bullshit:

"Hot Spot" policing — targeted patrols of specific trouble spots — is backed by strong evidence. This may be of interest in Baltimore, which ended the old practice of "clearing corners," under pressure from the Justice Department."

Jesus Christ.  Outrageously unconstitutional since police have no probable cause a crime has been committed.  Such tactics are counter productive in the long run since resentment and hatred toward police exponentially increases.

"Stop and Frisk" is more ambiguous. There's strong evidence that it works when practiced in violent-crime hot spots, but the evidence is weaker for its effectiveness when practiced throughout an entire jurisdiction."

Outrageously unconstitutional since police have no probable cause to conduct a search, no indication a crime has been committed.  No exigent circumstances justifying a search.  Direct violation of the Fourth Amendment.  Readers are reminded these tactics are reminiscent of Hitler's Third Reich.  Indeed, the most effective, efficient form of government to date. But at what cost?

"Broken Windows," the notion that addressing small problems can avert more serious crimes, has strong evidence when the tactic focuses on improving a neighborhood, such as cleaning up vacant lots. But when the tactic means wide-spread arrests of people for certain "quality of life" infractions, the evidence is weaker."

Again, more sniveling bullshit.  Justification of the unjustifiable.  Egregiously counterproductive.  Results in resentment, distrust of the abusive jackbooted bastards.  Failure to report crime due to this systemic distrust.  Results in more crime long-term.

"The survey includes assessments of other tactics under the "proactive policing" rubric, including up-and-comers such as software-driven "predictive policing" (verdict: too soon to tell.)"

Another crock of shit by the NPR shill clearly in the pocket of law enforcement.  Truly frightening since it enables officers to preemptively harass the innocent with no probable cause a crime has indeed been committed.  What's next?  Should technology improve to the point where a machine can scan someone's brain, thought processes, etc., determines someone has thought a murderous thought, then what?  Arrest them for thinking the thought?  Where do you draw the line?  How far do you take this?

Here comes the disclaimer:

"An important caveat on all of this: the authors say these tactics should be employed only when constitutional. That leads to a question that crosses from criminology over into law: Does "proactive policing" equate unconstitutional policing?"

Precisely, the point made by this concertedly pointed criticism of this 'study.'  Exactly, what it is.  A deliberate, concerted determined abrogation of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Justification of the unjustifiable.  An abrogation of rights executed preemptively.

"The report hedges its bets in a paragraph that reflects the political sensitivity of the larger debate: 'Several scholars have argued that it is unlikely that any programmatic use of stops, frisks, and arrests could be effective in preventing crime and still survive proper constitutional scrutiny (Bellin, 2014; Meares, 2015). If so, then no department should adopt these strategies. That said, courts have not forced many departments to give up SQF [stop, question and frisk], broken windows, or zero tolerance policing.'

That's happened because judges have consistently, concertedly bastardized the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights, since inception.  To consolidate Executive Power, create what amounts to a fascist police-state.  Precisely, what the Founders so feared.  That is, that we would not be able to keep the democratic republic they had set up at such great personal cost.

Clearly, we have not.  Quite the opposite.  Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.  Hear the rumble?  As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  Truly unconscionable the courts have failed to rein in the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Remain in bed with them.  No more than a rubber stamp of criminal behavior and abrogation of rights perpetrated by the law enforcement community.

"'And other scholars assume that a legal version of these strategies is possible, if departments aggressively use the legal authority to conduct stops or arrests (by encouraging officers to make all possible legal stops and arrests) and still train and supervise officers to avoid unconstitutional conduct (Harmon, 2012b).'

More egregious bullshit.  Talking out both sides the ass.  Bogus justification of the unjustifiable.  To what end?  For what purpose?  Coup de grace?  Get this:

"Either way, legal scholars conclude that deterrence based strategies that employ aggressive stops, frisks, and arrests raise the prospect of increased constitutional violations, and the litigation surrounding these programs supports that conclusion."

Then the author of this bogus disingenuous article, Martin Kaste, must be respectfully asked one ferociously pointed question.  Why did you write it, sir?  Even more inexplicably senseless?

"What long-term effect do these tactics have on a community and its relationship with the police? On that score, the report says more study is needed."

Jesus Christ.  What do you think?  No clue?

Highly reminiscent of Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

The Trump nazi continues to militarize the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  NBC News reports:

"The U.S. forces that supported Iraqi troops during the operation to recapture Mosul from the Islamic State this year used it.  And it could be in a police department near you.  It is a mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicle, known as a MRAP, and they each weigh 18 tons and are designed to withstand bombs, bullets, mines and grenades. They've been used in Iraq, in Afghanistan and in America, in cities such as Miami Beach, Florida, and Fairbanks, Alaska."

Why do the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue need this kind of military equipment?  You criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement expecting a revolution, Sheriff?

"These vehicles and thousands of other pieces of military surplus equipment have been shipped free to law enforcement agencies across the country after President Donald Trump, in an executive order in August, removed Obama-era reforms that had banned local police from receiving some equipment and placed tight restrictions on others."

Planning on using them against unarmed, law-abiding citizens who won't goose step along, Mr. 'President?'  Governor?

"Obama acted after the confrontation between police and protesters in Ferguson, Missouri, in 2014 following the shooting of an unarmed black man. The striking images on social media of military equipment being used by police for crowd control drew national attention to the military equipment surplus program."

As well it should have.  A portend of far worse to come under the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"After Obama tightened the program in 2015, for instance, police departments seeking MRAPs from the Defense Department had to submit a detailed justification for why they were needed and how officers would be trained to use them.  "We’ve seen how militarized gear can sometimes give people a feeling like there's an occupying force," Obama said at the time. "Some equipment made for the battlefield is not appropriate for local police departments."

-- Only if you're expecting a revolution, or wishing to transform the goddamned de facto fascist police-state we already live in to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  ... Right, Mr. 'President?'

"Now, after Trump has loosened the program's requirements, the volume of surplus equipment flowing to police agencies is roughly the same as it was under Obama. But what's changed is the need for justification, mandated federal supervision and training — and that's got critics warning about trouble ahead.  "There is no accountability in place," said Ed Chung, a former Justice Department official who led the group that advised Obama on the issue."

Not necessary in the Fourth Reich, right, Mr. 'President?'

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions, announcing the rollback of Obama's order, said the program "went too far."  "We will not put superficial concerns above public safety," Sessions said. "This isn't about appearances, it's about getting the job done and getting everyone to safety."

Goddamned bullshit.  An outright, bold-faced lie by the Sessions nazi.  The exigent threat to this country is from no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element.  It remains the out of control, criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who not only present an exigent threat to life, liberty, but all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  ... Right, Sheriff?  To say nothing of all levels and branches of egregiously out of control government.

"Obama banned the shipment to police of grenade launchers, weaponized vehicles, bayonets, rifles, ammunition of .50 caliber or higher, and certain armored vehicles that resemble tanks. Under Trump, those items are no longer prohibited."

Why not?  Unless of course the Trump nazi and his henchmen intend to ultimately have the criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement use them against the citizenry they've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Governor?  Mr. 'President?'

Our formerly great country remains in unparalleled turmoil unlike ever seen before.  Certainly, not in recent history.  Not even dating back to the Sixties.  Militarization of egregiously out of control law enforcement presents an exigent threat also unlike ever seen before.  Exponentially increasing, not decreasing, the possibility of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming.

Continue to endure interminable delays at the airport?  Put up with outrageous invasion of privacy to book a flight, from airport screeners during check-in?  Get felt up by overzealous goons looking for weapons?  Guess what?  It's failing to prevent mock weapons from getting past screeners.  Get this.  CBS News reports:

"An undercover operation has revealed that Transportation Security Administration screenings at airports fail for the most part.  Homeland Security investigators found that, more than 70 percent of the time, undercover officers were able to get through TSA checkpoints with mock knives, guns and explosives, the House Homeland Security Committee was told Wednesday. Just two years ago, testing found a 95 percent failure rate, reports CBS News correspondent Kris Van Cleave.  "We found that briefing disturbing," said Michael McCaul, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee."

Amazing, isn't it?

"The DHS Office of Inspector General made eight classified recommendations based on the undercover operation. In a statement, the TSA said it took the "OIG findings very seriously and are implementing measures that will improve screening effectiveness at checkpoints."

What?  How?  By increasing determined, intentional loss of privacy, intrusiveness, additional delay?  Why the hell would anyone willingly wish to fly currently?

Disgraced Alabama former Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore is back in the news.  The Washington Post reports:

"Leigh Corfman says she was 14 years old when an older man approached her outside a courtroom in Etowah County, Ala. She was sitting on a wooden bench with her mother, they both recall, when the man introduced himself as Roy Moore.  It was early 1979 and Moore — now the Republican nominee in Alabama for a U.S. Senate seat — was a 32-year-old assistant district attorney. He struck up a conversation, Corfman and her mother say, and offered to watch the girl while her mother went inside for a child custody hearing.  “He said, ‘Oh, you don’t want her to go in there and hear all that. I’ll stay out here with her,’ ” says Corfman’s mother, Nancy Wells, 71. “I thought, how nice for him to want to take care of my little girl.”

Think so?

"Alone with Corfman, Moore chatted with her and asked for her phone number, she says. Days later, she says, he picked her up around the corner from her house in Gadsden, drove her about 30 minutes to his home in the woods, told her how pretty she was and kissed her. On a second visit, she says, he took off her shirt and pants and removed his clothes. He touched her over her bra and underpants, she says, and guided her hand to touch him over his underwear.  “I wanted it over with — I wanted out,” she remembers thinking. “Please just get this over with. Whatever this is, just get it over.” Corfman says she asked Moore to take her home, and he did."

Consider the following:

"Two of Corfman’s childhood friends say she told them at the time that she was seeing an older man, and one says Corfman identified the man as Moore. Wells says her daughter told her about the encounter more than a decade later, as Moore was becoming more prominent as a local judge.  Aside from Corfman, three other women interviewed by The Washington Post in recent weeks say Moore pursued them when they were between the ages of 16 and 18 and he was in his early 30s, episodes they say they found flattering at the time, but troubling as they got older. None of the three women say that Moore forced them into any sort of relationship or sexual contact."

And this:

"Wendy Miller says she was 14 and working as a Santa’s helper at the Gadsden Mall when Moore first approached her, and 16 when he asked her on dates, which her mother forbade. Debbie Wesson Gibson says she was 17 when Moore spoke to her high school civics class and asked her out on the first of several dates that did not progress beyond kissing. Gloria Thacker Deason says she was an 18-year-old cheerleader when Moore began taking her on dates that included bottles of Mateus Rosé wine. The legal drinking age in Alabama was 19.   Of the four women, the youngest at the time was Corfman, who is the only one who says she had sexual contact with Moore that went beyond kissing. She says they did not have intercourse."

Moore denies all:

“These allegations are completely false and are a desperate political attack by the National Democrat Party and the Washington Post on this campaign,” Moore, now 70, said.  The campaign said in a subsequent statement that if the allegations were true they would have surfaced during his previous campaigns, adding “this garbage is the very definition of fake news.”

Republicans are being extremely cautious regarding these allegations:

"After The Post published this story Thursday afternoon, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) and a handful of other GOP senators said Moore must step aside if Corfman’s account is true."

If these allegations are proven to be true and the GOP continues to support his candidacy, Republicans could pay a steep price politically.

"Corfman described her story consistently in six interviews with The Post. The Post confirmed that her mother attended a hearing at the courthouse in February 1979 through divorce records. Moore’s office was down the hall from the courtroom.  Neither Corfman nor any of the other women sought out The Post. While reporting a story in Alabama about supporters of Moore’s Senate campaign, a Post reporter heard that Moore allegedly had sought relationships with teenage girls. Over the ensuing three weeks, two Post reporters contacted and interviewed the four women. All were initially reluctant to speak publicly but chose to do so after multiple interviews, saying they thought it was important for people to know about their interactions with Moore. The women say they don’t know one another."

The Post certainly has much to lose should this story turn out bogus.  Readers are reminded as earlier reported here and elsewhere, Moore twice got the boot off the Alabama Supreme Court.

"In 1992, he became a circuit court judge and hung his wooden Ten Commandments plaque in his courtroom.  In 2000, he was elected chief justice of Alabama’s Supreme Court, and he soon installed a 5,280-pound granite Ten Commandments monument in the judicial building.  In 2003, he was dismissed from the bench for ignoring a federal court order to remove the monument, and became known nationally as “The Ten Commandments Judge.”  Moore was again elected chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court in 2012, and was again dismissed for ignoring a judicial order, this time for instructing probate judges not to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples."

The Washington Post followed up:

"GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore spoke defiantly Saturday morning at a political gathering in Alabama that allegations against him amounted to “fake news” perpetrated by The Washington Post and political opponents engaged “in a desperate attempt to stop my campaign.”

Couldn't be the truth, could it, Mr. Moore?  Couldn't be lying to save your ass, could you, sir?

“These campaign attacks are false and completely untrue,” Moore told a small audience at a Veterans Day breakfast in Vestavia Hills, Ala. “More than being completely untrue they are deeply hurtful to me personally.” He talked about his marriage, four children and five granddaughters. “I have the highest regard for the protection of young children,” he said."

Do you, sir?

“To be attacked on allegations for sexual misconduct contradicts my entire career in law. I want to make it clear: ... I have not been guilty of sexual misconduct with anyone. These allegations occur four and a half weeks before the election. Why now?”

Certainly, should have come out the time they allegedly occurred.  Then again, a far different era decades ago.  Have likely come out now since there has been quite a tidal wave of disclosures the last several weeks since aggrieved women have finally found courage en masse to step forward.  Fascinating, isn't it?

"Moore’s comments Saturday followed a radio interview with Sean Hannity Friday in which he addressed the charges of sexual misconduct. “These allegations are completely false and misleading,” Moore told Hannity.  He specifically denied The Post report that he had a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old girl, Leigh Corfman, in 1979. However, in the interview Friday, Moore did not rule out that he may have dated girls in their late teens when he was in his early 30s."

If Moore's statement is true, what does this tell you?  What the hell is a guy in his early thirties doing dating a girl in her late teens?  Quite an age disparity at that time of life.

"Moore, who won the Republican nomination touting his belief in the supremacy of a Christian God over the Constitution, has invoked a defiant tone."

What nazi wouldn't?  This unabashed shameless national socialist has no respect, no regard for the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  Shamelessly, hypocritically wraps himself in the Cross.

Pressure continues to increase on the nazi:

"His breakfast remarks occurred as a growing number of national party leaders called for Moore to leave the race before the Dec. 12 election. Two former GOP presidential candidates, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Mitt Romney, called for Moore to step down immediately, while Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Vice President Pence said Moore should step aside if the allegations prove true. On Friday, the National Republican Senatorial Committee pulled out of a joint fundraising committee with Moore, depriving him of a key pathway to securing campaign dollars.  Yet Saturday morning his campaign sent out its own appeal of support for Moore, who vowed he will not give up."

This man presents an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"Republicans have been calling on Moore to drop out of the race even though the GOP wouldn’t be able to get another candidate on the ballot to run against Democrat Doug Jones, who was running a tight race against Moore even before the allegations surfaced."

They're wisely doing this knowing full well the ramifications should these allegations turn out to be proven true.  Republicans would not be returned to office.  Indeed, prime mover of all politics, both parties.

NPR reports:

"Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore is continuing to deny a Thursday Washington Post report detailing allegations that he initiated sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl when he was 32.  But in an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity on his radio show Friday afternoon, Moore did not outright deny dating teenagers when he was in his 30s, giving several conflicting answers after being pressed by Hannity."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Think ole Roy isn't tap dancing?  Doing the 'old soft shoe?'  Desperate to save his sorry ass?

"When Hannity asked Moore if he had ever dated 16-, 17- or 18-year-olds, he answered "not generally, no" and added that dating a girl in her late teens "would have been out of my customary behavior."

What the hell does that mean, 'Judge?'

"I don't remember dating any girl without the permission of her mother," Moore also said."

Jesus Christ.  Makes it right, 'Judge?'  Grants carte blanche?

"Later the former Alabama chief justice said he did not recall ever dating a girl in her late teens and agreed that it would have been "inappropriate."

You think?  Ferociously pointedly, that something you would forget, 'Judge?'

The noose begins to figuratively tighten around the Moore nazi.  CBS News reports:

"The National Republican Senatorial Committee is breaking financial ties with Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore, after explosive allegations that Moore had a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old and pursued three other teenagers when he was in his 30s.  The Friday move by the NRSC is the first major financial tie severed in Moore's campaign, although a number of Republican senators have distanced themselves from him in statements. According to a Friday Federal Election Commission filing, first reported by The Daily Beast, a joint fundraising agreement for Moore's election efforts no longer lists the NRSC, listing only the Alabama Republican Party and the Republican National Committee along with the Judge Roy Moore for U.S. Senate campaign. Previously, the Alabama 2017 Senate Victory Committee also included the NRSC."

Money remains mother's milk of all politics.

CBS News reports:

"A former prosecutor who once worked alongside embattled Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore in the early 1980s told CNN it was "common knowledge" at the time that Moore dated high school girls.  "It was common knowledge that Roy dated high school girls, everyone we knew thought it was weird," former deputy district attorney Teresa Jones told CNN in comments aired Saturday. "We wondered why someone his age would hang out at high school football games and the mall ... but you really wouldn't say anything to someone like that."

Why not?  You were a prosecutor at the time.  The girls were underage.  What could you personally been thinking?  While things were different decades ago, that kind of behavior would have nonetheless been quickly challenged, investigated.

"Jones, now a partner at the Syprett, Meshad, Resnick, Lieb, Dumbaugh, Jones, Krotec & Westheimer, P.A. law firm based in Sarasota, Florida, served as deputy district attorney for Etowah County, Alabama from 1982 to 1985, according to her firm's website. Moore worked as a deputy district attorney in that office from 1977 to 1982. Before joining the DA's office, Jones was the assistant city attorney for the city of Gadsden, Alabama, the county seat of Etowah County."

As a woman and a prosecutor, remains incomprehensible she did nothing at the time.

"Jones' comments come after an explosive Washington Post report in which four women say Moore pursued them sexually or romantically when they were in their teens. The youngest accuser, Leigh Corfman, said she was 14 and Moore was 32 when he sexually touched her."

More corroboration:

"Mike Ortiz, an ex-boyfriend of Corfman told CNN she relayed the story to him when they dated for about two years around 2009. Corfman's description to the Post fits what she told him to a tee, he said.  "But I believed her when she told me and I still believe her," he said on CNN. "She wouldn't lie about something like that."

Pressure increases on Moore.  NPR reports:

"Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Monday, "I believe the women," and called on Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore of Alabama to "step aside."  McConnell made his remarks at a news conference in Kentucky. Moore has been accused of initiating sexual contact with a 14-year-old in 1979 when he was 32. Three other women have accused Moore of inappropriate contact when they were teens."

McConnell knows the noose is figuratively tightening around the neck of Republicans.  That the prime directive of all politicians remains in jeopardy currently, that is, return to office:

"McConnell had initially said last week Moore should end his candidacy "if" the allegations were true. McConnell had supported the incumbent senator, Luther Strange, in the primary. He said a write-in campaign for Strange is now "an option."

Give me a break.  ... Think the dopey bastards won't still vote for this abomination?  -- Refuse to be confused by the truth?

"Moore has come under increasing pressure from GOP lawmakers to step aside prior to next month's special election in Alabama. He has refused, saying the accusations were "false and untrue," and threatening to sue the Washington Post, which first reported the story."

Sue them for what?  Carefully, painstakingly, reporting the truth?

"The National Republican Senatorial Committee had previously pulled out of a joint fund raising agreement with Moore, and the list of prominent Republicans opposing Moore's candidacy has steadily grown."

More fuel to the fire.  CBS News reports:

"A new accuser of Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore has stepped forward on Monday with allegations that Moore assaulted her when she was a minor and Moore was serving as district attorney of Etowah County, Alabama."

-- To chagrin of the Nazi Right who despises this particularly outspoken lawyer:

"Women's rights attorney Gloria Allred held a press conference in New York City with Beverly Young Nelson to announce the accusations. She told members of the press she met him when she was 15 years of age, and she said he assaulted her when she was 16 years old.  Beverly Young Nelson described in detail the encounters she had with Moore at a restaurant she worked at after school. Moore, Nelson recalled, was a regular at the restaurant and knew her. Late one evening Nelson said, when her boyfriend was late in picking her up from work, Moore offered to drive Nelson home."

Most considerate of the charlatan, no?

"I trusted Mr. Moore because he was district attorney, I thought he was doing something nice to offer to drive me home," said Nelson.  Instead, she recalled, he drove her to the back of the restaurant next to a dumpster and Nelson alleges he forced himself on her and groped her. Fighting back tears, Nelson told reporters she fought off Moore in the car as he squeezed her neck and tried to force her head onto his crotch and locked the door when she tried to escape."

A Southern gentleman?

"Eventually, she said, he gave up and told her, "'You're just a child, and I'm the district attorney. If you tell anyone about this, no one will ever believe you.'"

Where have we heard this shit before?

"She said she then either fell out of the car or was pushed by Moore, who, she said, drove away with the passenger door still ajar."

-- F--ked up bastard chagrined he couldn't get his hands in the cookie jar.  Tough shit.

Get this:

"Nelson's prior encounters with Moore had not been so threatening. He flirted with her, pulling the ends of her waist-length red hair as she passed by, and he complimented the young girl's looks.  "He wrote in my yearbook as follows: 'To a sweeter more beautiful girl, I could not say Merry Christmas, Christmas, 1977, Love, Roy Moore, Old Hickory House. Roy Moore, DA,'" Reporters could see his inscription in the yearbook with a signature that appears to match his signature now."

Need to have the signature examined by a handwriting expert.

"I did nothing to encourage this behavior," said Nelson, adding "I did not respond to any of Mr. Moore's flirtatious behavior." She said she was "not interested in having a dating or sexual relationship with a man twice my age."

You think?

"Nelson said she didn't reveal the assault before now initially because she was afraid. She said she told her sister of the incident two years after it had taken place, and her mother only four years ago.  Now, some 40 years after the incident, Nelson is willing to testify before lawmakers on Moore's alleged sexual misconduct.  Allred called for the Senate Judiciary Committee to hold a public hearing where Nelson would appear and testify before lawmakers on the incident."

Think these women have no credibility?  All lying?

"Nelson said that she and her husband supported Donald Trump for president and that her coming forward on Monday "has nothing whatsoever to do with Republicans or Democrats."  "It has everything to do with Mr. Moore's sexual assault when I was a teenager," Nelson added. Nelson said of Moore, "He no longer has any power over me and I no longer live in fear of him."

NPR reports:

"Instead of stopping, he began squeezing my neck, attempting to force my head onto his crotch. I continued to struggle," Nelson said, adding, "I thought that he was going to rape me."  Nelson said she either fell or was pushed out of Moore's car, which she said sped away, "burning rubber." She said she had black and blue marks on her neck following the incident, which she covered with makeup."

Another Republican is smartening up:

"Immediately after Nelson's remarks, Sen. Cory Gardner, chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, issued a sharply worded statement:

"I believe the individuals speaking out against Roy Moore spoke with courage and truth, proving he is unfit to serve in the United States Senate and he should not run for office. If he refuses to withdraw and wins, the Senate should vote to expel him, because he does not meet the ethical and moral requirements of the United States Senate."

A prominent Republican Senator from Maine has also come out against Moore:

"Among the most recent is Maine's Sen. Susan Collins, who in a statement on Twitter Monday said she "did not find Moore's denials to be convincing."

"I have now read Mr. Moore’s statement and listened to his radio interview in which he denies the charges. I did not find his denials to be convincing and believe that he should withdraw from the Senate race in Alabama.
— Sen. Susan Collins (@SenatorCollins) November 13, 2017"

As of 11-16-17, the count stands at eight women who have come forward to accuse Moore.

Think sexual assault of minors isn't a problem on the reservation?  NPR reports:

"One morning earlier this year, Northern Arapaho member Rose was sitting at the table with her 14-year-old daughter, Latoya.  "I told her to move her hair because she had her hair like this," said Rose, showing how Latoya pulled her hair over to hide her neck and cheek. "Because I noticed something ... she had marks, hickeys, just completely covering her, even almost on her face."  That's when Latoya told her mother that she had been forcibly kissed by a woman from another reservation who was six years older. (NPR is using only their middle names because they fear retaliation.)"

Sad, isn't it?  Intolerable, as well.

"At that moment, I saw me in her," Rose said. She took a deep breath and this time there were tears in her voice. "And there was just nothing I could do for her except let her know, it's not your fault; it's OK; I'll protect you."  Rose wanted more than anything to protect her daughter because when she herself was 6, she too was molested by an older girl. Studies show that 1 in 3 Native American women is sexually assaulted in her life. But Rose wanted to stop that cycle of abuse."

This remains quite a problem:

"According to a new poll by NPR, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, 36 percent of Native Americans living in majority-Native areas say they avoid calling the police because of a fear of discrimination. And nearly half say they or a family member feels he or she has been treated unfairly by the courts. But thanks to a recent law, a small number of tribes are creating their own court systems in hopes they will process cases faster and restore trust."

Unbelievable, this shit goes on.  Has gone on.  Still goes on.

"That morning, Rose called the tribal police. But they immediately referred her to the FBI since her tribe isn't qualified to handle felonies."

Why not?

"After an investigation, though, federal prosecutor Kerry Jacobson declined to pursue Latoya's case. As with most assaults, the case rested solely on the victim's testimony.  "The only allegations involve the subject touching the minor's lips, neck and upper chest and the knee and those areas do not fall within the definition of sexual contact," Jacobson said, explaining why she declined the case."

Incredible, isn't it?  The kid is assaulted, nothing done?

"Jacobson said she recognized that testifying against a perpetrator can be traumatic and that's why she leaves cases like this open as long as possible, in case a victim wants to tell more later.  She also said the majority of her cases are historical childhood assaults, for which it is much harder to get convictions.  "When a victim gets to a place where he or she feels safe enough and emotionally stable enough to divulge what happened, we have no scientific evidence left," said Jacobson. "Those are very challenging."

Unbelievable.  This is an Indian reservation.  Why aren't they handling their own law enforcement?

"Jacobson said she did not interview the alleged perpetrator or any witnesses. In fact, a recent Government Accountability Office report shows that federal courts declined to prosecute 67 percent of reservation sexual assault cases."

Inexplicable, isn't it?

"Meanwhile, after Latoya's case was dropped, the tribal police took over. Unlike the feds, they moved forward, issuing a warrant for the subject's arrest. The problem is, the tribal court can issue only misdemeanors, which means less than a year in jail if convicted.  Leslie Shakespeare, councilman for the Eastern Shoshone, the other tribe on Wind River, wants to use recently passed federal legislation called the Tribal Law and Order Act to do more. That law grants tribes the power to give stiffer sentences and do it faster."

Why not?  It's a reservation.  Aren't they supposed to enjoy some semblance of autonomy?  -- Despite the fact the goddamned federal government has broken every treaty?  Stolen their land when its undocumented forebears arrived here centuries ago.  While reservation lawyers, courts, and prisons are incredibly expensive, don't the federal taxpayers at the very least owe them this much?

The Trump nazi has again disgraced himself and his office.  CBS News reports:

"His lengthy Asia trip down to its final days, President Donald Trump once more pushed for equitable trade deals and opted to publicly prioritize strategic interests over human rights, declining to shine a spotlight on the violent drug war overseen by his Philippine host."

Why would he?  Like Duterte, Trump is an out of control lunatic, a nazi dictator.

"Mr. Trump repeatedly praised Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte -- whose battle on drug users and traffickers features rampant extrajudicial killing -- pointedly calling him by his first name, sharing a joke about the media and even complimenting Manila's weather."

Jesus Christ.  An out of control lunatic nazi resides in the Oval Office.

"What Mr. Trump did not do was what many predecessors have done before; highlight human rights abuses while overseas."

Why would he?  What fascist would?

"Duterte once called then-President Obama a "son of a bitch." This week, he boasted that he murdered a man with his own hands. But all that went unmentioned in public by Mr. Trump when the leaders held talks Monday in the Philippines at a summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)."

Two peas in a pod?

"The White House later said the two leaders discussed the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), illegal drugs and trade during the 40 minute meeting. Spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said human rights came up "briefly" in the context of the Philippines' fight against illegal drugs. She did not say if Mr. Trump was critical of Duterte's program.  That appeared to conflict with the Philippines' version of the meeting. Harry Roque, a spokesman for Duterte, said "there was no mention of human rights. There was no mention of extralegal killings. There was only a rather lengthy discussion of the Philippine war on drugs with President Duterte doing most of the explaining."

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, guess what?  It's a f--king duck.  ... Right, Mr. 'President?'

Think these two lunatic pieces of shit don't deserve each other?

NBC News reports:

"Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte serenaded his American counterpart at a gala in Manila, the Philippines, Sunday, telling the room that President Donald Trump made him do it.  “Ladies and gentleman, I sang uninvited," he told the crowd to laughs, "upon the orders of the commander-in-chief of the United States.”

Jesus Christ.  Two insufferable, psychotic lunatics in synch.  Can we stand it?  LOL.

"Joined by Filipino pop star Pilita Corrales, Duterte sang the love song “Ikaw," Reuters reported.  “You are the light in my world, a half of this heart of mine," starts off one verse, according to the Reuters translation."

Of far greater concern?  Get this:

"The White House said Duterte and the president “briefly” discussed human rights earlier in the day in regards to Duterte’s deadly drug war, which human rights groups say has lead him to slaughter thousands without trial."

Matters not to Trump:

"Trump, meanwhile, has praised Duterte for being tough on crime. Speaking with reporters last week, Duterte promised to tell Trump to "lay off" if he raised human rights concerns. Past U.S. presidents have publicly and privately pressed foreign leaders to cease known human rights abuses, but the president appeared to focus mostly on shared interests in his time with Duterte on Sunday.  "We've had a great relationship. This has been very successful," Trump said."

When will Republicans and Trump's sick sycophants finally wake up?  When?

Not all Republicans are marching in goose step with the Trump nazi.  NPR reports:

"Arizona Sen. John McCain stepped up his criticism of the White House over the weekend, blasting President Trump for seeming to accept Russian leader Vladimir Putin's assurances that the Kremlin didn't interfere in U.S. elections.  "There's nothing 'America First' about taking the word of a KGB colonel over that of the American intelligence community," McCain said in a written statement, referring to Trump's stated foreign policy objective and to Putin, a former operative in the Russian intelligence service.  "Vladimir Putin does not have America's interests at heart. To believe otherwise is not only naive but also places our national security at risk," McCain, the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said."

Further proof Trump remains unfit for office:

"Trump, who met with Putin on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Danang, Vietnam, told reporters that he had again asked Putin if he meddled in the election.  Speaking on Air Force one, Trump said Putin had told him that he "absolutely did not meddle in our election, he did not do what they are saying he did."  "I asked him again. You can only ask so many times," the president said."

Jesus Christ.  Trump's an idiot, -- or suffering the effects of old age.

Feeling the heat:

"Later, the president sought to clarify, saying: "I believe that he [Putin] feels that he and Russia did not meddle in the elections."  "As to whether I believe it, I'm with our agencies," Trump said, "As currently led by fine people, I believe very much in our intelligence agencies."

No, he does not.  Has again contradicted himself, earlier statements claiming the opposite.

The Washington Post reports:

"Two top former U.S. intelligence officials said Sunday that President Trump is being “played” by President Vladimir Putin on Russia’s interference in the 2016 election and accused him of being susceptible to foreign leaders who stroke his ego.  “By not confronting the issue directly and not acknowledging to Putin that we know you’re responsible for this, I think he’s giving Putin a pass,” former CIA director John Brennan said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “I think it demonstrates to Mr. Putin that Donald Trump can be played by foreign leaders who are going to appeal to his ego and try to play upon his insecurities, which is very, very worrisome from a national security standpoint.”  Appearing on the same program, former director of national intelligence James R. Clapper Jr. said he agrees with that assessment.  “He seems very susceptible to rolling out the red carpet and honor guards and all the trappings and pomp and circumstance that come with the office, and I think that appeals to him, and I think it plays to his insecurities,” Clapper said."

Pathetic, isn't it?  Frightening, as well.

Think Trump isn't delusional?  Carefully consider the following.  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump pushed Republicans on Monday to cut taxes on the rich by using money that's slated to help lower-income Americans purchase health insurance.

"I am proud of the Rep. House & Senate for working so hard on cutting taxes {& reform.} We’re getting close! Now, how about ending the unfair & highly unpopular Indiv Mandate in OCare & reducing taxes even further? Cut top rate to 35% w/all of the rest going to middle income cuts?
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 13, 2017"

At a time of record corporate profits, cash reserves.  Where most corporations pay nowhere near the top rate, some none at all.

"Trump's request, which the president relayed by Twitter from his trip through Asia, comes at a sensitive moment in tax negotiations. It also goes against his repeated insistence that tax legislation should be focused on providing middle class tax relief rather than cutting taxes for wealthy filers like himself."

The president is a congenital liar.  How do you know when he's lying?  Watch his lips move.

"At times, the president has even predicted he will pay more under a GOP plan (Trump has not released his tax returns, but multiple provisions in the House and Senate bills appear likely to benefit his business and family)."

No more than insult to injury.  Yet, his sick sycophants believe his every word.  Take it as gospel truth.

Republican national socialists claim a drop in corporate taxes would spur the economy, increase employment and wages.  Think so?  Especially, at a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves?  ... Or, will the corporate management suite simply do what it does best?  That is, increase compensation for itself and shareholders?

NPR reports:

"When companies invest more in plants and equipment, they become more productive, which leads to higher wages, even for low-skilled workers, according to a recent report from the White House Council of Economic Advisers.  How much would wages increase? The report predicted that cutting corporate taxes would raise annual household incomes $4,000, on average, and probably even more than that."

Think so?  Wake up:

"Economist Kimberly Clausing of Reed College says on the surface the logic sounds airtight.  "The principle makes a lot of sense, the thought that you increase investment and that investment increases the productivity of your workers and then your workers get paid more in consequence," she says.  But Clausing says the reality is a lot more complicated.  "There's no evidence that corporate tax cuts unleash a big wave of economic growth or wage increases," she says."

... If for no other reason greed remains prime mover.  Especially, at a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.  Simply, don't need additional cash.  Rather, the corporate management suite will use tax cuts as a convenient excuse to further line its pockets and those of shareholders.

"Clausing says predicting the impact of corporate tax changes on growth is notoriously difficult, because an economy the size of the United States simply has too many moving parts. A surge in growth could be due to tax cuts, or it may be something else entirely."

Wouldn't want to confuse hopelessly greedy Republican dolts with the truth, would we?

"The trouble is, we really don't have a good way to measure what the effects on growth are, because once we have the rate cut, other things start happening over time," says Jennifer Blouin, professor of accounting at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.  "We have natural disasters. We have failures in commodity markets. The whole credit crisis. And so once you mix that into the fold, how can you predict what the aggregate effect of just that piece of tax legislation is? And I would argue we really don't know," Blouin says."

Not to worry.  Republican jackasses cannot, will not be confused with the truth.  Forget?  Remain bought and paid for, that is, owned by their corporate masters.  To almost the same extent, so are the Democrats.  Precisely, why the rich continue to get richer, poor poorer.  The American Way.  Middle class?  Vanishing breed.  Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.  Hear the rumble?

"In fact, most corporations have access to pretty much all the money they need right now, says Josh Bivens, director of research at the liberal-leaning Economic Policy Institute. But they're not investing all that much or increasing wages.  "So we have exactly what the corporate tax cut is trying to engineer — really high post-tax profit rates. And yet it has not resulted in more investment.  "So the idea that we just want to do more of the same thing that has not spurred investment strikes me as not correct," Bivens says."

It's not.  What it will do is further the disparity gap between top and bottom, worsening strife, increasing chance of an unwanted dreaded revolution.

"Clausing says, "The reason firms aren't investing is because of a lack of investment opportunities, not because they need more tax incentives to do so."  That points to a much larger and more formidable problem for the economy, one that the U.S. and other advanced economies have struggled to explain.  After a record economic expansion, companies still don't see a lot of reasons to invest out there. Giving them even more money by cutting their taxes, Bivens says, isn't going to address the real problems the economy faces."

The problem here remains remarkably simple.  Yet, gets easily lost in the weeds.  There is no growth because there is dropped demand due to the fact the middle class is quickly vanishing.  Why would there be demand for expansion when the prime mover, engine of expansion remains that very same middle class?  -- A class that continues to precipitously decline.  As the top 1% take it all.

If there is no increased demand for goods and services at a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves, why would the corporate management suite invest in expansion?  Makes no sense.  They won't.  Will continue to sit on their hands, until the unsustainable finally becomes reality, shit hits the fan, economy collapses.

Think all the above bullshit?  Forget?  This is the first time in U.S. history, after a major crash (2008) and subsequent recession, the middle class has failed to recover.  In fact, declined.  Wake up.  Status quo is not sustainable.

If there is no change, this economy will ultimately collapse.  Should that come to pass, the masses will not compliantly suffer as they did after the 1929 crash.  Not a chance.  Ramifications?  Dire.  Intolerable. Wake up.  The GOP is delusional, bamboozling you.  Democrats?  AWOL since November 22,1963.

There are some in the top 1% that understand the prescient danger.  The Washington Post reports:

"More than 400 American millionaires and billionaires are sending a letter to Congress this week urging Republican lawmakers not to cut their taxes.  The wealthy Americans — including doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs and chief executives — say the GOP is making a mistake by reducing taxes on the richest families at a time when the nation's debt is high and inequality is back at the worst level since the 1920s.  The letter calls on Congress not to pass any tax bill that “further exacerbates inequality” and adds to the debt. Instead of petitioning tax cuts for the wealthy, the letter tells Congress to raises taxes on rich people like them. It is being released publicly this week, as Republicans debate legislation that would add $1.5 trillion to the debt to pay for widespread tax cuts for businesses and individuals."

Enlightened self-interest.  Have to give these people great credit for their vision, wisdom, courage.  They know the danger of an unwanted dreaded revolution in terms of loss of life, property damage, forfeiture of everything this country worked so hard to achieve.

Yet, there are other plutocrats who remain achingly Aryan arrogant, aggressively stupid.  NPR reports:

"Just a week ago, the employees at local news websites DNAinfo and Gothamist in New York voted to unionize.  Thursday evening, the publications' billionaire owner, Joe Ricketts, announced that he was shutting them down."

Hear the rumble?

Think the tax code doesn't favor those who sexually harass?  Get this.  Peter J. Henning, professor of law at Wayne State University, opined on CBS News:

"Many of the recent stories about sexual abuse claims against disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly and other powerful actors, journalists and executives mention settlements either they or their employers made to silence women who accused them of misconduct."

Convenient for offenders, isn't it?  Allows them to cover their ass.  Continue the outrageous behavior.  With impunity.

"These settlements often require alleged victims to sign a nondisclosure agreement – essentially a pledge of secrecy – in exchange for a cash payment. They are designed to keep the reputations of allegedly abusive high-flyers intact, an arrangement that can allow repeated wrongdoing."

And does.  Certainly, in the Weinstein example, -- and countless others.

"As a law professor who focuses on white-collar crime, what I find striking about these contracts is how they can be treated as tax-deductible business expenses. That means American taxpayers are helping foot the bill for keeping despicable behavior in the shadows."

What webs we weave.

Think Trump's Chief of Staff isn't a duplicitous piece of shit?  Get this.  The Washington Post reports:

"On Monday, as the Department of Homeland Security prepared to extend the residency permits of tens of thousands of Hondurans living in the United States, White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly called acting secretary Elaine Duke to pressure her to expel them, according to current and former administration officials.  Duke refused to reverse her decision and was angered by what she felt was a politically driven intrusion by Kelly and Tom Bossert, the White House homeland security adviser, who also called her about the matter, according to officials with knowledge of Monday’s events. They spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations."

Raw nazism.  Ala Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

Continuing problems in Trump 'paradise.'  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump’s voter fraud commission was sued Thursday morning by one of its Democratic members, who alleged that he has been kept in the dark about its operations, rendering his participation “essentially meaningless.”  Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap said in a complaint filed in federal court that the 11-member panel is in violation of a federal law that requires presidential advisory commissions to be both balanced and transparent in their work.  “The Commission has, in effect, not been balanced because Secretary Dunlap and the other Democratic commissioners have been excluded from the Commission’s work,” says the complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. “The Commission’s operations have not been open and transparent, not even to the commissioners themselves, who have been deprived access to documents prepared by and viewed by other commissioners.”

Why would they be?  All a sham anyway.  A ruse instituted by the Trump nazi and his undocumented claim of massive voter fraud.

Medicaid remains under attack.  NPR reports:

"If you're poor, uninsured and have a bad car wreck or fall seriously ill, there's a chance in most states to enroll for Medicaid after the fact. If you qualify for Medicaid, the program will pay your medical bills going back three months.  This "retroactive eligibility" provides financial protection as patients await approval of their Medicaid applications. It protects hospitals, too, from having to absorb the costs of caring for these patients."

Can't have that, can we?

"But a growing number of states are rescinding this benefit. On Nov. 1, Iowa joined three states that have eliminated retroactive coverage for some groups of Medicaid patients since the Affordable Care Act passed."

Hear the rumble?

Pending change at the Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau.  NPR reports:

"Richard Cordray, the embattled director of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, announced Wednesday that he will leave the agency by the end of November.  "I am confident that you will continue to move forward, nurture this institution we have built together, and maintain its essential value to the American public," Cordray wrote in an email to the agency's staff.  Cordray, who has been a tough regulator of banks and other financial institutions, has been a frequent target of Republican lawmakers. Most recently, Congress killed a rule by the bureau that allowed consumers to bring class-action lawsuits against banks and credit card companies to resolve financial disputes."

Readers are reminded Cordray, shortly after attaining office years ago, did absolutely nothing vis a vis the deceptive trade practices complaint filed by this writer against Wells Fargo, long before the shit finally hit the fan against this outrageously corrupt, abusive, conniving, abjectly duplicitous bank.  New readers of this publication are advised to click on any of the Wells Fargo icons sprinkled all over the homepage and every Newsletter edition since.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:       Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server
Status:       Waiting to retry...

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Manager, Highland Furniture Center, Marble Falls, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 180, 11-17-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
