Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability?  Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say?  Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

Status Update:  Kingsland Public Library

As of 9-27-17, no wifi access.  Library machines at snail's paceHad the chance to speak to the County Judge in person last week in Kingsland when she was in town on another matter.  Told me she would look into the issue.  Still no change in status.

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how law enforcement has risen to the occasion in Atlanta:

CNN reports:

"Five officers from the Atlanta Police Department are being hailed for their bravery after helping save the lives of two people trapped in a burning car early Wednesday.  When the officers arrived on the scene near Interstate 85, they found a car that had crashed into a support pillar. Flames were coming from the car's engine compartment and were quickly spreading.  The driver and passenger were seriously injured and couldn't get out, the APD said in a post on its Facebook page.  Body camera footage shows the officers using fire extinguishers from their patrol cars to suppress the fire while breaking the car's windows in an attempt to pull the occupants out. They were unable to free them, but kept the fire under control until the Atlanta Fire Department arrived on the scene."

Uncommon valor.  Never gave up.

"These officers saw people in need, and they reacted immediately," police spokeswoman Officer Stephanie Brown told CNN. "We are proud of the way they came together and worked to save the people in the car, " Brown said."

Hat's off to these exceptionally fine officers who risked their lives saving others.  Indeed, uncommon valor.

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how law enforcement has risen to the occasion in New Jersey:

Seatbelts on.  CBS News reports:

"When Ethan Kranig and his mom Natalie planned a trip to the beach, they had no idea it would turn in to the trip of a lifetime.   Ethan, a 9-year-old from Wisconsin, has a rare disease called ectrodactyly ectodermal dysplasia. Children born with this genetic condition can experience a variety of issues including missing fingers and toes, a cleft lip and palate, and growth problems. In Ethan's case, one of his major symptoms is the loss of most of his eyesight. His mother planned a family trip to the beach last week in Wildwood, New Jersey, to make sure he would "see the sea" in his lifetime."

Courtesy of policing at its very bestEntire community rose to the occasion.  Magnificently:

"Little did they know, a New Jersey man named John Lynch had gotten wind of their story through a mutual friend. Lynch started an organization called Lunch with Lynch, which serves at-risk youth in his community. When he heard the family was making a trip to Wildwood, Lynch made it his mission to help them have the best experience possible using the connections he'd made through his foundation.

"LETS show the Kranig family some FB LOVE !!!! Meet Ethan from Prescott, Wisconsin - Super E is visiting Wildwood as he wanted to "See the Sea" as he is dealing with some serious sight and health issues! If watching this video does not make your heart melt - well nothing will .... this 9 year old boys excitement of running into the ocean for the "first time" is PRICELESS!!! Mom's reaction is awesome too ... THANK YOU - Middle PD, Wildwood, PD, Wildwood Fire Department, Wildwood Beach Patrol, Morey's, Magnolia DQ, Joe's Pizza and everyone else who made Ethan dream come true from WI to NJ!!! #PowerOfCommunity #YouInspireKindness #LunchWithLynch #nurses & #emts Rock :-)
Posted by John Lynch on Sunday, July 16, 2017"

Amazing how kindness can go such a long, long way.

"First, Ethan got to spend a day at the beach as an honorary life guard. He and his family also had a police escort through town. But when Lynch learned from Ethan's mom that his dream was to be a police officer, he organized an even bigger surprise. He called the local police chief, Robert Regalbuto, and asked if he'd meet with Ethan.

"Chief Regalbuto offered something better -- to swear Ethan in as an honorary police officer in front of the entire department.

"I think my heart has finally burst!!!! When Chief Robert Regalbuto of the Wildwood Police Department heard that Ethan wanted to be a police offer he gave me a direct order! "I want Ethan and his mom at the Wildwoods Sign at 8am on 7/17/17 sharp!" ... at 8:22am Ethan Kranig was officially sworn in as a Wildwood Police Officer. Patrolmen Kranig was invited to be a part of the departments 2017 staff photo! Congratulations to Ethan and his emergency room nurse and EMT mom Natalie Kranig !!!! Thank you Commissioner Leonetti and Chief Regalbuto! #PowerOfCommunity #YouInspireKindness #SeeTheSea Any Police Departments would like to send a Patch from your department towards Ethan's collection please do so by sending them to: The Lunch With Lynch Foundation PO Box 1322 Wildwood,NJ 08260 ... thank you - John Lynch
Posted by John Lynch on Monday, July 17, 2017"

This kid has serious medical issues.  Family in dire financial straits.

"The video of Ethan's swearing in has since gone viral. For Natalie, who works as an EMT, and her family the outpouring of support comes at a moment when they need it most. Ethan has undergone 29 surgeries as a result of his disease, and the beach vacation was planned in coordination with a trip to Johns Hopkins for a follow up to his latest procedure. But her husband lost his job over a year ago, and the cost of Ethan's mounting medical bills and travel to Baltimore has caused the family home to go into foreclosure, Natalie said. They've set up an online fundraiser to help pay for Ethan's treatments.  "It's a terrible situation to choose between your mortgage payment or your son's vision," Natalie said. "It's hard for me, but he's always been a happy kid. I know these are memories I can refer back to when things get tough."

In stark contrast to Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider how law enforcement and an exceptionally heroic teacher have risen to the occasion in Illinois:

CBS News reports:

"A teacher took down a gunman inside an Illinois high school after he opened fire in the school's cafeteria on Wednesday. Police say Angela McQueen's quick response saved lives. A 16-year-old student was shot and later released from the hospital, and the suspect, who the police said was a student, is in custody.  The shooter, whose identity was being withheld since he is a minor, acted alone at Mattoon High School. As students there return for classes Thursday morning, they'll find their belongings exactly how they left them as they dropped everything when shots rang out, reports CBS News' Tony Dokoupil.  More than 100 police officers raced toward the chaos at Mattoon High School just after 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Students and faculty running for safety reported a shooter in the school's cafeteria."

Parents worst nightmare.

"It was one of the scariest things that could happen," said Braeton Davis, one of the students in the cafeteria when another student opened fire. His knuckles were grazed in the shooting.  "That's when I looked left, and I saw the person holding the gun, and then they fired three to five more shots," Davis said.  A second student was struck by as many as two gunshots but survived."

Truly amazing, quite fortunate, no one hit was killed.

"If that teacher had not responded as quickly as they had, I think the situation would've been a lot different," said Mattoon police chief Jeff Branson.  "He still had his finger on the trigger, and it was flying up and hitting the ceiling," said Alexis Perry, who saw the confrontation unfold.  Even after overwhelming the shooter, Anna Morton watched as McQueen continued checking on others.  "She was walking around and making sure everything was OK. And I went up and gave her a hug and thanked her because she could have -- that could have been a lot worse and she made it to where it wasn't," Morton said."

Uncommon valor.  Hat's off to the teacher and police.

In follow up, CBS News reports:

"New details Friday morning about the high school teacher who stopped a student gunman in Illinois on Wednesday. Investigators are working through about 200 interviews to figure out the gunman's motive and how he obtained his weapon, but police are already pointing to the incident as an example of the value of preparing teachers to respond to active shooters."

Indeed.  No question.

"According to witnesses, veteran math and P.E. teacher Angela McQueen grabbed the shooter's arm and subdued him after he opened fire in Mattoon High School's cafeteria.   Mattoon police chief Jeff Branson said the school recently trained for active shooters. Confrontation is considered "a strategy of last resort," but if needed, it should target the shooter's ability to aim. According to witnesses, that's exactly what McQueen did."

Strategy certainly worked.  Death count could have been horrific had Ms. McQueen not taken action.

"One student was wounded and later released from the hospital. The suspect, who is a minor, is charged with aggravated battery with a firearm.  Jenni Hudspath and friends spent Thursday decorating Mattoon High School to comfort classmates who fled the shooting in terror and to honor the teacher now being hailed as their hero.  "She saved so many lives," one student said. "We've got a little balloon that says, 'You're No. 1,'" said another."

Indeed.  Uncommon valor.

"When she saw the situation and, you know, 'Okay, this kid's going to kill somebody if I don't do something,' she just took action,'" said Angela's mother, Barbara McQueen.  "I don't even think she gave it a thought. Because when she saw the gun, it was just like 'oh my goodness, we're not going to have another Sandy Hook!' She just reacted instinctively," Barbara said.  McQueen was a high school basketball star, a power forward who followed her parents into teaching. She's been at Mattoon High School for 17 years.  "Mrs. McQueen is Chuck Norris, basically," one student said."

A credit to the teaching profession.

Police are often confronted with offenders exceptionally difficult to deal with.  Especially, if the offender is successful eluding them jumping roof to roof.  The following offers a bit of comic relief since no one other than the offender was injured, -- apparently, not seriously.  Fox News reports:

"A California grandfather took matters into his own hands when a stranger jumping on rooftops caused an hours-long police standoff on Tuesday.  Willard Burgess, 83, was at his La Puenta house when the suspect police were chasing stood on his roof, refusing their orders to come down for hours, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Capt. Tim Murakami wrote on Twitter. The suspect was jumping on several rooftops in the neighborhood.  Burgess, fed up with the ordeal, eventually grabbed his neighbor’s ladder and told officers he was climbing onto the roof, KABC reported.   “That sucker’s coming off,” he told police."

Wasn't kidding.  LOL.

"The grandfather then shoved the man off his roof, ending the hours-long standoff. It’s unclear whether the unidentified man, who police say was either mentally ill or on drugs, was seriously injured. Police said he was taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation."  "You come to my house, you don't have to worry about him because I'll be all over it 'cause I'm going to load up," Burgess told KABC."

No joke.  LOL.

"Burgess’ granddaughter, Ashley Wrenn, recorded cell phone video of the moment Burgess tossed the man off his roof.  “My neighbor Albert got a ladder. My grandfather climbed the ladder quick. He pushed the guy to a corner of the roof and threw him off the roof,” Wrenn told San Gabriel Valley Tribune.  The man was handcuffed after he fell.  “It was a crazy morning,” she said.  "I tell everybody: 'Just because you're old, that don't mean you got to sit down. As long as you're able to move, move,'" Burgess told the news station."

No shit.  LOL.  Got to love this guy.  One hell of a neighbor.  Can certainly count on him in the clutch, no?  LOL.  ... Hat's off to law enforcement for patiently dealing with the offender, not killing him in cold blood.  A terrible waste of police time and resources, however.  Then again as police say, the offender may have been drugged or had mental issues.

What would you do?  Seatbelts on.  Carrie DeKlyen was 37 years old.  Had five kids.  The Washington Post reports:

"The headaches began in March. The couple didn’t think much of them — until Carrie DeKlyen began vomiting.  An initial scan showed a mass in her brain. More tests showed that it was a form of cancer, possibly lymphoma, but treatable. But a pathology exam revealed a more grim diagnosis. The 37-year-old mother of five from Wyoming, Mich., had glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. If lucky, she could live for five more years.  The tumor was removed during surgery in April, said her husband, Nick DeKlyen.  Then, not even a month later, the couple received two pieces of shocking news. Carrie’s tumor was back — and she was eight weeks pregnant."

Grim prognosis.  Maybe, five years.  Five young kids.  Sixth on the way.  ... Gets worse:

"They had two options: They could try to prolong Carrie’s life through chemotherapy, but that meant ending her pregnancy. Or they could keep the baby, but Carrie would not live long enough to see the child.  It was a wrenching but obvious choice for the DeKlyens: They would have the child, their sixth.  Life Lynn DeKlyen was born at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 6 — 24 weeks into Carrie DeKlyen's pregnancy. She weighed 1 pound, 4 ounces. The couple chose her name together.  Carrie DeKlyen was buried six days later."

Young father, six kids, no wife.  Achingly poignant insult to injury?

"Then Life Lynn died as well, just 14 days after she was born.  The infant's death was announced Thursday on the couple's Facebook page.  “It is with great sadness and a absolutely broken heart that I tell you Life Lynn passed away last night,” the post read. “Carrie is now rocking her baby girl. I have no explanation of why this happened, but I do know Jesus loves us and someday we will know why. The grief we feel is almost unbearable, please be praying for our family.”

"Nick DeKlyen could not be reached to comment Thursday.  But he told the Detroit News just one day earlier that Life Lynn nearly died Sept. 12, the same day Carrie DeKlyen was buried.  “I know God can turn this around,” he told the News on Wednesday. “And I am going to keep believing that Life is going to be fine.”

Wife, daughter gone.  Five kids to support:

"The 39-year-old said at the time that he was still figuring out his family’s future.  Four years ago, he said, he started a vending machine company that he later sold to his brother. And now he did not have a source of income.  “My wife’s gone. I have six kids, three are under the age of 5. I’m just going to focus on my daughter right now, [sadly, subsequently died] getting her home,” he said.   “As far as what I'm going to do after that, I can’t tell you.”  A GoFundMe page to help the family has raised more than $150,000."

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Seventy-five weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Seventy-five weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Seventy-five weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS?  Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

In follow up to an earlier edition, CBS News reports:

"A lawyer for the Salt Lake City Police officer who arrested a nurse for refusing a blood draw from an unconscious patient says the officer wants to apologize, reports CBS affiliate KUTV.  "Jeff would love the chance to sit down and apologize for what happened here," Payne's attorney Greg Skordas told the station. "If he could do this over he would do it over differently."

Bet he would.  Has quite a colorful history:

"Payne was previously reprimanded for sexually harassing a female co-worker, according to police documents released amid investigations into the arrest that became a flashpoint in the debate over police use of force.  Internal affairs investigations by Salt Lake City police confirmed allegations that Payne harassed a department employee in a "severe and persistent" way in 2013. It included several incidents of unwanted physical contact and a disparaging email, the records say."

Think this guy doesn't have serious issues?

"Payne also faced a vehicle-chase complaint from the Utah Highway Patrol in 1995 that resulted in a two-week suspension without pay, according to the records. The documents didn't details the complaint but said he violated the police code of ethics on cooperation with other officers and courtesy toward other agencies."

Nurse Alex Wubbels and her attorneys  have not yet filed suit.  Attorney Karra Porter states they're looking into the officer's history and how authorities handled earlier incidents.  Considering this guy's background, why hadn't he already been long since fired well before his latest fiasco?

Det. Rafael Martinez Jr. of the Camden County Police Department in New Jersey is a decorated officer.  In fact, this guy was Officer of the Week.  Quite a few drug and gun arrests to his credit.  Also, had a much darker side.

Fox News reports:

"But he also fathered a child with a 15-year-old girl, and now Camden County Police Department Det. Rafael Martinez Jr. is facing charges for sexually assaulting a minor, according to the county prosecutor.  Martinez, 32, has admitted to being the father of the baby. The 15-year-old girl, identified only as E.L., told authorities that she and Martinez had a sexual relationship from September 2016 to August 2017, according to New Jersey newspapers."

Imagine that.  Sexual assault of a kid by one of the jackbooted bastards in blue.  Couldn't be, could it?

... Hey, Bill?  None of your SS jackbooted bastards in black would do anything like that, would they, Sheriff?

"The police officer was suspended after he was arrested on Sept. 12. He earns almost $66,000 a year, according to the Courier Post."

Why wasn't this piece of human excrement immediately fired?  Especially, in light of the following:

"Martinez signed the baby’s birth certificate when it was born in mid-August, the Courier Post said. An affidavit that is part of the criminal complaint against Martinez said the teenager told authorities that the police officer was “the father of her child and that they had sex on multiple occasions at his home.”A court-ordered DNA test confirmed Martinez as the father."

A sworn officer tapping a kid.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it?  ... Absolutely sure, Sheriff, none of your SS jackbooted bastards in black have their hands in the cookie jar?

Highly reminiscent of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following:

CBS News reports:

"The American Civil Liberties Union of Missouri filed a lawsuit against the city of St. Louis on Friday over what it called "unlawful and unconstitutional action" during demonstrations that followed the acquittal of a white former police officer in the death of a black man.   The suit accuses police of misconduct by using chemical weapons, interfering with video of police activity and violating due process. It seeks an order requiring police to act within the bounds of the U.S. Constitution."

Short of an unwanted dreaded revolution, the only solution to this ongoing issue is judicial action.

"Some bystanders and at least one journalist were caught up in the arrests, especially on Sunday night, when more than 120 people were arrested in downtown St. Louis - all but three of them for "failure to disperse." Those arrests came after police used a process known as "kettling" to box in demonstrators and others.   "While long shifts and being the subject of the protest is understandably challenging for police, that is no excuse for violating the Constitution," Tony Rothert, legal director of the ACLU of Missouri, told CBS affiliate KMOV.   Police said people were arrested only if they lingered after being ordered to disperse, but some people said they were unable to leave because police had boxed them in. Among them was Mike Faulk, a journalist for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The newspaper has demanded that charges be dropped. Neither Faulk nor the newspaper is part of the ACLU's lawsuit."

The Post also needs to sue the living shit out of police and the city.  Outrageous misconduct by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Direct violation of the First Amendment.

"The ACLU filed the suit on behalf of two women who took part in protests. One, Maleeha Ahmed, who was sprayed in the face with pepper spray on Sept. 15, said she was protesting for justice and peace when police confronted her.  "If it hadn't been for my fellow peaceful protesters - strangers who came to my aid - I don't know how my eyesight would be today," Ahmed said. "I would have been left out in the sun, on the ground, with my face burning."

Protect and serve, right, Bill?  Runs in the family?  Law enforcement family?  When will you finally rein in the criminal jackbooted bastards in black in Nazi Llano County, Sheriff?

Not all in St. Louis government are on board with the outrageous acquittal of the criminal jackbooted bastard in blue.  Get this:

"Also Friday, St. Louis aldermen unanimously passed a resolution honoring Smith, while his mother, Annie, looked on. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that Alderman John Collins-Muhammad, who introduced the resolution, said he invited Annie Smith and that aldermen share her pain, frustration and dissatisfaction.  Stockley shot Anthony Lamar Smith, who was a drug suspect, following a vehicle chase. Stockley insisted he saw Smith holding a gun, but prosecutors said the officer planted the weapon in Smith's car after the shooting."

The bastard did.  Only plausible explanation for the fact the officer's DNA was found on the weapon.  Not the driver's.

Protest continues.  Must remain persistent but non-violent.  Otherwise, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue reserve carte blanche to murder on the job.

ABC News reports:

"An undercover St. Louis police officer and an Air Force lieutenant who lives in the neighborhood were among several people who say they were forcibly arrested last weekend in the city even though they were not participating in protests over the acquittal of a white former officer in the killing of a black suspect.

"The city's acting police chief and Gov. Eric Greitens have praised the officers for controlling the demonstrations, but there has been growing criticism of their actions as details have emerged. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit Friday alleging that the police violated people's civil rights, and two top city officials have said some police actions were "disturbing."  Police said people were arrested only if they didn't follow orders to disperse, but some people said they had nowhere to go because police had boxed them in.  The undercover officer was mistaken for a suspect who was carrying chemicals that could be sprayed on officers. When the man refused to show his hands, he was knocked down and hit several times, with his hands tied behind his back and his mouth bloodied, the Post-Dispatch reported.  On Friday, Mayor Lyda Krewson asked the director of public safety to investigate how the officer was treated."

Clearly, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue were out of control.  Jackbooted SS nazi stormtroopers.

"During the same protest, Air Force Lt. Alex Nelson, 27, who lives in the neighborhood with his wife, said they were trapped in the kettling, the tactic police used to box in demonstrators. He said he was kicked in the face, blinded by pepper spray and dragged away.

"I hear the police say it was their street, but it's literally my street," he said. "I have coffee on that street, and I own property on that street. We were not active protesters. We were looking into the neighborhood to observe events that were unfolding."  He said the police actions were "incredibly unnecessary" because he followed every demand and officers never gave an order to disperse. He said when he told an officer he was with the military, the police officer replied, "Shut up. Stop. I don't care."

Sue the living shit out of the bastard, the department, and the city.  Do all you can to bring all those responsible, including taxpayers, to their knees financially.

"A documentary filmmaker from Kansas City who was visiting with his wife said he was knocked unconscious during the sweep. Drew Burbridge, 32, said he never heard orders to disperse until officers started to advance, banging their batons and chanting, "Move back."

Criminal jackbooted SS nazi stormtroopers.

"I turned my camera off and asked if there was anywhere I could go, but I was denied the right to leave," he said. "I didn't want to be a part of this."  He said after he was on the ground, officers grabbed him by both arms and dragged him away. He said he was sprayed with a chemical and eventually knocked unconscious for 10 to 30 seconds and when he came to, an officer pepper sprayed him again."

Clearly, these pieces of law enforcement excrement are doing all they can to spark an unwanted dreaded second American revolution.  Sue the living shit out of them, the department, and the city.  Ultimately when the taxpayers tire of the financial looting, this shit will end.  Or, there will be unwanted open warfare on the streets.

"A 22-year police department veteran in San Antonio, Texas, has been suspended indefinitely because of a relationship with a convicted prostitute.  Officer Mark H. Walaski was taken off duty in July for “consorting with persons of ill repute,” the Houston Chronicle reported, citing police records.  “Officer Walaski's actions constitute a serious behavioral infraction which does not align with the ethical standards expected of every SAPD officer. As a result, he was issued an indefinite suspension,” the department said in a statement.  The indefinite suspension is tantamount to being fired, LawOfficer.com reported.  Walaski is appealing his latest suspension through arbitration, his attorney, Ben Sifuentes, told San Antonio’s KSAT-TV."

Doesn't your heart bleed?  Think you've heard it all?

"According to the newspaper, Walaski met Tracy Helmke in July 2016, when she had an active warrant for a prostitution charge. The officer allowed Helmke to live at his home, and paid $530 to bail her out after she was arrested on prostitution charges."

Considerate of the son of a bitch, no?  Gets worse:

"The officer also was involved in a disturbance with the woman, and failed to report the matter to a police supervisor, the newspaper reported.  Walaski was previously suspended this year for discarding what appeared to be synthetic marijuana following a drug arrest, failing to activate his body camera during another arrest, and not completing proper reports for either incident, the newspaper reported."

Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  -- Same kind of shit go on here in Nazi Llano County, Sheriff?  ... You'll never tell, will you, Bill?

"His suspension gave the department of some 2,100 officers a total of about 45 suspensions this year, the newspaper reported."

In follow up to the last edition, NBC News reports:

"The fatal police shooting of a deaf man in Oklahoma City has sparked outrage nationwide, particularly among disability rights advocates who say his death could have been prevented.  The man, Magdiel Sanchez, 35, was Tasered and shot dead on a porch Tuesday night after officers saw him holding up a metal pipe. Oklahoma City Police Capt. Bo Mathews told reporters Wednesday that the officers had ordered him to put down the pipe.  When Sanchez didn't do so, they opened fire — even as neighbors yelled to police, "He can't hear you!"

Turns out this shit is a problem all across our formerly great country.

"The case is hardly the only police encounter involving people with disabilities: Sanchez is at least the fifth deaf person fatally shot by police in just the last couple of years, according to Helping Educate to Advance the Rights of the Deaf, or HEARD, a volunteer nonprofit that has tracked incidences of police brutality against deaf people going back 40 years.  The group has found many other nonfatal interactions between police and the deaf.  They say Sanchez's killing and the other instances of police brutality against deaf people highlight an urgent need to better educate officers."

Better education and training are certainly desperately needed.  Far more than that is necessary, absolutely required, however.  Police need to be held criminally accountable.  Until this changes, expect more of the same.  As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Amazing how the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue continue to receive special treatment from the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Think not?  Wake up. The Washington Times reports:

"The Trump administration renewed its defense of former Sheriff Joe Arpaio on Thursday, telling a federal judge that not only has the lawman been pardoned, but that his original conviction needs to be stripped from the record altogether."

Bullshit.

"Justice Department lawyers conceded there’s no direct precedent for a case like Mr. Arpaio’s, but they said in the cases that do come closest, circuit courts of appeals and the Supreme Court have indicated that vacating the conviction is appropriate, because his case was never completely finalized."

This is a criminal sheriff that eluded justice courtesy of the Trump nazi.

“In this case, no final judgment of conviction has been entered,” the Justice Department said. “Vacatur is appropriate given the presidential pardon.”  President Trump’s pardon last month has likely freed Mr. Arpaio from the danger of jail time — though some anti-Trump activists have said Judge Susan Bolton, overseeing the case, should even ignore the pardon and still put Mr. Arpaio behind bars."

Can't do that.  The president has the constitutional authority to pardon.  The conviction, however, needs to remain on this nazi former sheriff's record.

"Judge Bolton hasn’t tipped her hand on those demands, but she has taken a skeptical line on Mr. Arpaio’s request that his actual conviction on a criminal contempt of court charge be tossed."

Certainly, encouraging:

“U.S. Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit case law suggest that a presidential pardon leaves intact the recipient’s underlying record of conviction,” she wrote last week, challenging the Trump administration to defend its position.  She convicted Mr. Arpaio in July of contempt of court, finding he willfully ignored another judge’s order to cease a traffic-stop program that netted illegal immigrants who were then turned over to federal officers for deportation."

Like recurrence of a hemorrhoid, former Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke is a pain in the ass that simply won't go away.  LOL.  Need a good laugh?  The Washington Times reports:

"Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke reportedly dropped the F-bomb in an email exchange with a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel columnist who was working on a story about the former sheriff’s security detail.  Milwaukee Journal Sentinel watchdog columnist Daniel Bice sent Mr. Clarke, an ardent President Trump supporter, a series of questions last week asking how he felt about losing his round-the-clock, taxpayer-funded security detail, which was reportedly put into place in the summer of last year after the sheriff received an onslaught of death threats. Officials last week announced that Mr. Clarke would no longer receive such protection, which reportedly cost more than $220,000 since January.  “Was this a wise use of taxpayer dollars?” Mr. Bice asked, according to screenshots he shared on Twitter, The Hill reported.  “‘F— you and the horse you rode in on.’ I’m David Clarke and I approve this message,” the sheriff responded from his private email address."

Kicker?  Get this:

"Coronilla-Guerrero's death comes six months after federal immigration agents took the rare step of entering the Travis county criminal courthouse to detain him on charges of illegal re-entry--a move that escalated fears about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's crackdown on authorized immigrants."

Gets worse:

"I knew," said Coronilla-Guerrero's wife, who has returned to Mexico and spoke to the American-Stateman on the condition of anonymity because she fears for her family's safety.  "I knew that if he came back here, they were going to kill him, and look, that's what happened."  She suspects the 28-year-old was killed by the same gangs that had prompted the family's move to Austin in the first place."

Readers will recall this issue has been repeatedly covered in this publication and elsewhere.

"The ruling could have broad implications for law enforcement's use of cell-site simulators, which local police and federal agencies can use to mimic a cell phone tower to the phone connect to the device instead of its regular network."

Police do this with no probable cause, no warrant:

"In a decision that reversed the decision of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and overturned the conviction of a robbery and sexual assault suspect, the D.C. Court of Appeals determined the use of the cell-site simulator "to locate a person through his or her cellphone invades the person's actual, legitimate and reasonable expectation of privacy in his or her location information and is a search."

"The Fourth Amendment guarantees, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Police do as they please, this time got caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

"A December 2016 report from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee found U.S. taxpayers spent $95 million on 434 cell-site simulator devices between 2010 and 2014, with the price tag for a single device hovering around $500,000.  "While law enforcement agencies should be able to utilize technology as a tool to help officers be safe and accomplish their missions, absent proper oversight and safeguards, the domestic use of cell-site simulators may well infringe upon the constitutional rights of citizens to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, as well as the right to free association," the report said."

Precisely, why police must have probable cause and a warrant.

Highly reminiscent of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

NPR reports:

"When 2-month-old Isaac Enrique Sanchez was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis, a condition that causes vomiting, dehydration and weight loss in infants, his parents were told that their son's condition was curable. The problem was that no hospital in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas had a pediatric surgery team capable of performing the operation on his stomach.  To make Isaac well, Oscar and Irma Sanchez would need to take their infant son to Driscoll Children's Hospital, in Corpus Christi, Texas. It was just a couple of hours up the highway, but for them it was a world away.  The Sanchezes, who are undocumented, would need to pass a Border Patrol checkpoint.  "The nurse told us we had to go there," Oscar says in Spanish. "We said we couldn't go."

Didn't get that far. Were betrayed:

"While they pondered their predicament in a Harlingen, Texas, hospital, a Border Patrol agent showed up in the waiting room — Oscar Sanchez suspects a nurse turned them in — and said he could arrange for officers to escort the parents through the checkpoint to Corpus. But the agent said when they arrived, they would be arrested and put into deportation proceedings. The couple agreed."

Courtesy of the Trump nazi and his equally fascist henchmen.  When Republicans falsely claim they're the party of the family, guess what?  They're lying.  The nurse needs to be fired.  Disclosed personal information to the jackbooted bastards.  If hospitals can't be trusted not to turn over confidential information, need to close.  Don't serve the public, only corrupt, abusive, inept law enforcement.

There was no exigent threat.  No probable cause of ongoing criminal activity.  How could anyone trust the hospital?  Clearly, in bed with law enforcement.  Are they sharing all client personal information with the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue, black, green whatever the color of uniforms they choose to sport?  All, clearly out of uniform, however.  No swastika armbands.  ... Right, Bill?

"The events that followed at the Corpus Christi hospital are the latest developments in a national controversy over so-called sensitive locations. Under President Barack Obama, the Department of Homeland Security adopted a policy that immigration agents should avoid enforcement actions at hospitals, schools, churches and public demonstrations unless there are special circumstances."

No longer.  Not in a de facto goddamned fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"The Sanchezes' 48-hour odyssey with federal agents shows the lengths to which the Trump administration will go to round up people in the country illegally, whether they have a criminal record or not."

The Republican Party is a sham.  The Democrats are no better.  Continue to egregiously fail to effectively stand up to the rise of nazism in our formerly great country.

"The Border Patrol followed the ambulance, the night of May 24, as it raced to Corpus through desolate ranchland, carrying Oscar, Irma and tiny Isaac — with an IV in his arm and a tube in his stomach. Once they arrived at Driscoll Children's Hospital, the green-uniformed agents never left the undocumented couple's side. Officers followed the father to the bathroom and the cafeteria and asked the mother to leave the door open when she breast-fed Isaac."

These goons are shameless jackbooted nazi stormtroopers.  Remain an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Everywhere we went in the hospital," Oscar says, "they followed us."

Imagine that.  Guilty of nothing other than being undocumented.  So were the forebears of these bastards who arrived in this land centuries ago, shamelessly stole it from Native Americans.

"Advocates are puzzled why the Border Patrol chose to put the Sanchezes under such intense supervision, which one would expect for higher-value targets like drug traffickers or MS-13 gang members. The couple has no criminal records. They overstayed visitors visas that were issued 12 years ago. He works construction and landscaping; she stays home with their four children, all of whom are citizens."

This is the mark of our nazi fuhrer, the Trump nazi, and his AG sidekick, the Sessions nazi.  Both and their equally nazi henchmen continue to egregiously disgrace themselves, the Constitution they falsely swore to uphold, to say nothing of the American Flag.

"That's how you treat criminals that are harmful, and that's understandable for our own protection," says Ana Hinojosa, an immigrant advocate with the Mennonite Central Committee in Brownsville, who is also working on the case. "But they're a family that's just here trying to make a living, provide an education and a future for their children."

Doesn't matter in a fascist police-state.  Will worsen as the fascist police-state becomes Trump's Fourth Reich.

"Advocates are concerned that immigration enforcers are chipping away at places formerly considered safe zones. Three examples: Immigration agents detained six men after they left a church homeless shelter in Virginia; they removed a woman with a brain tumor from a Texas hospital and put her back in detention; and they arrested a father after he dropped off his daughter at school in Los Angeles."

Think these jackbooted bastards won't wind up entering a church and killing someone?  Falsely call it 'self-defense?'

"As with the Corpus hospital, the agency maintains none of the arrests were actually made inside a sensitive location. But several members of Congress, all Democrats, are troubled just the same. They have proposed the "Protecting Sensitive Locations Act," which would codify protected places in federal law. And it would expand them to include courthouses and bus stops.  "They're pushing the envelope to the point where they're trying to find out how far they can go," says Bronx Rep. Jose Serrano, one of the bill's authors. He is outraged by what happened to the Sanchez family in South Texas. "It violates human decency," he says. "You don't interrupt medical procedures."

In a fascist police-state, the SS jackbooted nazis in black reserve carte blanche to do as they please, right, Sheriff?  Constitution?  What's that?  Means shit squat, right, Bill?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.  Clearly, the courts are no better than the SS criminal jackbooted bastards in black, right, Sheriff?

The Washington Times reports:

"A federal appeals court revived Texas’s anti-sanctuary city law Monday, allowing key parts to take effect — including a prohibition on cities and states trying to thwart cooperation with deportation officers.  Police and sheriff’s departments also are required to comply with detainer requests when the federal government asks that illegal immigrants be held for pickup, under the 3-0 ruling by a panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.  The decision overturns an injunction by a district court judge — though the appeals court said the big arguments remain to be heard later."

Once again, nazis on this appeals court, routinely legislating their perverse ideological and religious views from the bench, once again deliberately abrogated their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.

"Still, the decision is a watershed moment, marking the highest court to allow states to force their localities to comply with detainer requests from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  The court said the anti-sanctuary law, known as SB4, was drawn inartfully, and the judges did uphold some of the injunction and also struck out some words, but said overall the law does not appear to tread on the federal government’s immigration powers."

A crock of shit.  No more than national socialist 'judges' legislating from the bench, talking out both sides their ass.  Why wasn't this ruling immediately appealed to the Supreme Court?  Get the fascist bastards on the highest court of the land once again on the record.

“Enforcing immigration law helps prevent dangerous criminals from being released into Texas communities,” said Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, whose office defended Texas’s law."

Another crock of shit coming from our criminally indicted Texas Attorney General.

"The appeals court heard oral arguments in the case on Friday, so Monday’s ruling was delivered with extraordinary speed."

Clearly, such alacrity is indication the fix was in by this goddamned nazi court.

The Washington Post reports:

"Texas can require law enforcement to honor federal immigration requests to detain people in local jails for possible deportation under a new “sanctuary cities” law supported by the Trump administration, a federal appeals court ruled on Monday.  But the unanimous ruling of a three-judge panel in New Orleans includes the caveat that not every detainer request from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement must be honored. It says local agencies must cooperate “according to existing ICE detainer practice and law.”  Lawyers for opponents of the Texas law said the caveat could limit the sweep of the ruling in a way that won’t lead to a drastic change in how local authorities deal with federal agents."

"Nina Perales, an attorney for the Mexican American Defense and Legal Education Fund who is also representing the cities of San Antonio and El Paso, said the ruling appeared to leave wiggle room for interpretation.  “I don’t read this decision as making all detainers mandatory,” she said.  ACLU attorney Lee Gelernt also said the ruling “significantly narrowed” what is allowed to take effect for now. The decision is a temporary ruling until oral arguments that are set in front of the appeals court in November.  Jose Garza, an attorney for the Mexican American Legislative Caucus, acknowledged that the state now potentially had room to pursue penalties against chiefs or sheriffs who don’t comply."

Here is one of the key issues that has not yet been resolved:

"The law’s opponents argue it violates the Fourth Amendment by requiring police to detain people suspected of illegal immigration without probable cause. They also say it illegally puts local police in the federal role of immigration enforcement officers, and is unconstitutionally vague as to exactly when a local law enforcement officer would be in violation of the law."

SB4 advances the doomsday revolution clock ever closer to midnight.  As the goddamned de facto fascist police-state we already live in becomes the Trump nazi's Fourth ReichHear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming as our formerly great country continues to nazify.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.  Clearly, credit reporting agencies are no better than the SS criminal jackbooted bastards in black, right, Sheriff?

The Washington Post reports:

"Equifax traces its roots to 1899, when two Atlanta grocery store owners, Cator and Guy Woolford, started what was then known as Retail Credit Co. by going door-to-door to collect information about people in their community. Their $25 book, “The Merchant’s Guide,” noted who in the neighborhood typically paid promptly or who shouldn’t be trusted with credit."

Think anything has basically changed in all these years regarding the efficacy, accuracy, etc., of these equally jackbooted bastards in the credit reporting industry?  Wake up.  You've been bamboozled.  Bought their crock of shit.

"Over time, credit bureaus, such as Retail Credit, would often align themselves with law enforcement, Lauer said. Some had desks set aside in their offices for the Internal Revenue Service or Federal Bureau of Investigation, he said. “There was no firewall, no protection for consumers at all.”

A continuing problem as these outrageously abusive jackbooted corporate nazis remain out of control to this very day.  Remain virtually unregulated, courtesy of their bought and paid for minions in both major political parties.

"By the late 1960s, the country’s thousands of credit bureaus were under scrutiny by Congress. The public was beginning to become aware of the massive amounts of data they housed, and many questioned the accuracy of the information."

Far worse today.  All these agencies have grown extremely intransigent vis a vis correction of incorrect, achingly false data.

"Retail Credit drew particular scrutiny because of its history of working with health and life insurance companies. When building reports about whether someone should be extended policies, the company would collect information from neighbors and family members about that person’s health, reputation, and sometimes note if they were homosexual, Lauer said.  “Credit worthiness was tied to character,” he said."

Greatest irony of all?  The corporate management suite ubiquitously has no character.  None at all.  By definition since bottom line remains prime directive, prime mover of all corporate activity.  Lie like hell with impunity.  No criminal culpability.  Most egregious example covered in this publication all these years since launch in 1999?  Wells Fargo.

"After a series of congressional hearings, lawmakers adopted the Fair Credit Reporting Act, giving consumers access to their reports for the first time and requiring the companies to change incorrect data."

The law has no teeth.  Is not enforced.  Certainly, was not when this writer was injured in a fire some 15 years ago.

"But even after the legislation, Retail Credit continued to see itself portrayed as a villain on Capitol Hill and in the media. In 1974, four former employees of the company told a Senate subcommittee that they were forced to falsify credit reports and meet unrealistic goals to keep their jobs, including ensuring there was adverse information about 6 percent to 10 percent of consumers to prove to their business customers that they were being thorough."

Think anything has changed? Wake up.

"That same year, a woman sued for invasion of privacy after her auto insurance company canceled her policy because Retail Credit reported that she was living with a man “without benefit of wedlock.”  In 1975, in the wake of the controversy, the company changed its name to Equifax. The change was to “better portray a company in the ‘equitable’ distribution of facts,” according to a company statement."

No more than a crock of shit.  Not just with Equifax, however, but all these goddamned corrupt, abusive, lying credit reporting agencies.  Nothing has changed for the better.  Gotten worse.

"More than 40 years later, Equifax is one of the world’s largest data providers. Instead of simply selling credit reports to the business community, it has branched into new markets, using artificial intelligence, machine learning and other tactics to unearth information, even sweeping up Facebook and Twitter data on consumers to help companies decide whom to lend money to."

Worse than that, it shares personal information with employers, landlords, and many, many others who do not lend money.  Remains a scourge that must be reined in:

“We manage massive amounts of unique data, we have data on approaching a billion people. We have data on approaching 100 million companies around the world. The data assets are so large, so unique,” Richard Smith, the company’s longtime chief executive, said in speech at the University of Georgia business school in August.  “You think about the largest library in the world ... the Library of Congress, we manage almost 1,200 times that amount of content every day, around the world.”

The Aryan arrogance of this nazi CEO remains unbridled:

"Smith “has done a lot of great things with Equifax. He took the company and made it the leader it is today,” said Snyder of CFRA Research.  That has included collecting a lot more data on people. Early in his tenure, Smith made a risky bet to jump into a new market, buying Talx, which housed the world’s largest repository of employment data.  “Every time an employee was paid, it creates 50 data attributes,” including how much a person earns and how much was comprised of a bonus, Smith said in an August talk. The company could combine that information with data it already had on customers to create new products, he said.  Equifax looked at the billions pieces of information it was collecting and decided it could use it to make money in other ways, Snyder said. “They said, hey, we have all this great data on consumers, how else can we slice and dice it and make more money from the data we already have?”

They do this at your expense.  To say nothing of your egregious loss of privacy.  Galling insult to appalling injury?  Get this:

"As part of its expansion — the company creates 50 to 75 products a year — Equifax also pitches itself to companies concerned about becoming the victim of a data breach, offering the services of the Equifax Data Breach Response Team.  “In addition to extensive experience, Equifax has the most comprehensive set of identity theft products and customer service coverage in the market,” the company says on its website. “You’ll feel safer with Equifax.”

Having just suffered one of the most catastrophic losses of personal data to hackers in history, what does this tell you?  Wake up.  They lined their pockets.  You got f--ked.  Any questions?  Still don't get it? Get this:

"Those ambitions may be derailed by the company’s handling of a massive data breach that exposed to sensitive information of millions of people. On Sept. 7, Equifax announced that hackers had gained access to the sensitive personal data — Social Security numbers, birth dates and home addresses — for up to 143 million Americans by exploiting a “website application vulnerability.”

CBS News reports:

"San Francisco on Tuesday became the first U.S. city to sue sue Equifax (EFX) over a massive data breach that exposed the personal information of about 143 million Americans.  The city filed a lawsuit against the credit reporting company in a California court. It accuses Equifax of violating state law by failing to implement reasonable security measures and not providing timely notice of the breach.  The suit seeks tens of millions of dollars in civil penalties and restitution for some consumers.  Equifax declined to comment on the pending litigation, but says it remains focused on helping its customers."

Think so?

"The state of Massachusetts has also sued Equifax over the breach, and the company is facing scrutiny from Congress.   San Francisco's lawsuit was filed on the same day that Equifax chief executive Richard Smith stepped down effective immediately."

Who'd 'a 'thunk' it?

"The executive's exit is unlikely to turn down the heat on the company, with Smith still scheduled to appear before House and Senate lawmakers next week to answer question about the breach."

You think?

Highly reminiscent of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following in stark contrast:

Unlike our Sheriff and his goons, there are some in law enforcement who remain principled. The Washington Post reports:

"Acting Drug Enforcement Administration head Chuck Rosenberg, a veteran attorney and law enforcement official who has found himself at odds with the Trump administration in recent months, told staff members Tuesday that he is planning to step down from his post in less than a week.  Rosenberg, a holdover from the administration of President Barack Obama, wrote that he would leave his position as the DEA’s acting administrator on October 1. In an email to his staff, Rosenberg said he was proud to have led the “remarkable agency.”

Here's what's so remarkable about this officer:

"Rosenberg’s departure is not completely surprising; Trump was always likely to have wanted to nominate someone of his own choosing to lead the nation’s premier agency on narcotics enforcement.  But the development is nonetheless important, particularly because Rosenberg, who had been running the agency in an acting capacity since 2015, had earned a reputation as someone willing to put himself at odds with his bosses in the White House and the Justice Department."

Did he ever.

"A former U.S. Attorney and senior counselor to James B. Comey when Comey was FBI director, Rosenberg garnered attention in July when he wrote an email to DEA personnel rejecting Trump’s comments suggesting criminal suspects might be treated roughly when being put into police vehicles.  “We have an obligation to speak out when something is wrong,’’ Rosenberg wrote in the email, seeming to call out the president directly."

Certainly, an example of uncommon valor.  Precisely, why this guy's departure will be a blow to DEA and law enforcement.

NBC News reports:

"The acting head of the Drug Enforcement Administration is resigning, he said in an email Tuesday, a few weeks after he complained that President Donald Trump appeared to have "condoned police misconduct."  In the email to DEA staffers, Chuck Rosenberg, who became acting administrator in 2015, gave no reason for his departure, which takes effect on Sunday."

Here's the kicker:

"A spokesperson for the DEA confirmed Rosenberg's resignation but wouldn't comment on a report in The New York Times, which quoted law enforcement officials as saying Rosenberg had become convinced that Trump "had little respect for the law."  Rosenberg, 57, was kept on by Trump, but his future with the administration came into doubt after Trump fired FBI Director James Comey — a close associate whom Rosenberg had served as chief of staff.  But Rosenberg has already publicly criticized the president, saying in a memo to the agency's employees on July 29 that Trump's remarks in a speech to law enforcement officers "condoned police misconduct."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"When you see these thugs being thrown into the back of a paddy wagon — you just see them thrown in, rough," Trump said July 28 in an address in Selden, New York. "I said, 'Please don't be too nice.'"  Rosenberg said in the memo: "We have an obligation to speak out when something is wrong." He listed "core values" that he said were fundamental to the agency: "Rule of Law, Respect and Compassion, Service, Devotion, Integrity, [and] Accountability."  "This is how we conduct ourselves. This is how we treat those whom we encounter in our work: victims, witnesses, subjects, and defendants. This is who we are."

This man couldn't have said it better.  This is what law enforcement is supposed to be.  Principled, measured, non-abusive, professional, constitutional, etc..  ... Right, Sheriff?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Helen Huynh is in this country legally.  Has a medical issue that could wind up killing her.  The Trump nazi and his henchmen are effectively denying her care she desperately needs.  A transplant.  Only match?  Her sister overseas in Vietnam.  A visa has been denied three times.  This is quite a sad story.  NBC News reports:

"A Southern California woman battling leukemia has been unable to obtain a stem cell transplant from her sister in Vietnam after the U.S. thrice denied her application for a visa, according to the woman’s family."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?

"Helen Huynh, 61, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukemia in February and was told by doctors that a stem cell transplant would give her another two to five years to live, according to Yvonne Aivan Murray, Huynh’s daughter.  Murray said doctors told her finding a donor who was a 70-percent match would be a miracle, but in June, Huynh's family found a 100-percent match in Huynh's youngest sister, Thuy Nguyen, who lives in Vietnam."

Why would the Trump nazi and his goddamned henchmen deny this woman a visa?  Why?

"Since then, Nguyen has submitted three applications for a visa to the U.S., according to Murray, but has been denied each time. While Murray said Nguyen has property, businesses, and two children in Vietnam, she has been unable to prove that her ties would “compel her to depart the United States at the end of her temporary stay,” according to a letter dated Aug. 11 from the U.S. Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City to Rep. Alan Lowenthal, who represents the city Huynh lives in."

Doesn't the Trump nazi, his equally fascist sidekick, the Sessions nazi, as well as the rest of the Republican Party claim to be the party of the family?

"The situation is especially frustrating for the family because they believe that if their mom's match were living in Europe, Canada, or Australia, coming to the United States would not be a problem.  “For the U.S. government to not make an exception for medical reasons is ridiculous,” Murray said. “I’m not saying it’s a race thing, I’m saying it’s because of the policy we have with less developed countries. It’s a flaw in the visa process, and it needs to change.”

Not likely.  Not under an insane president and his henchmen.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The Trump nazi again displayed his true colors, the mark of a nazi fuhrer in the mold of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.  The Washington Times reports:

"President Trump took a veiled jab at former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick during a speech Friday and said the owners of National Football League teams should fire athletes for kneeling during the national anthem.  “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, say, ‘Get that son of a [expletive] off the field right now. Out, you’re fired!’” Mr. Trump said during an event in Huntsville, Alabama.  “You know some owner’s going to do that,” Mr. Trump added. “He’s going to say, ‘That guy who disrespects our flag, he’s fired!’”

Trump again displayed profound ignorance, utter disregard for the First Amendment and its constitutional guaranties.  Fails to understand such protest has nothing to do with respect or lack thereof of the Flag, military, or police who do their jobs honorably, constitutionally, non-abusively.  Rather, pointedly directed at the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who abuse, shake down, and murder innocent civilians on the job.  A nazi president has no ability to grasp this fact, remains hopelessly, achingly clueless.

The NFL quickly responded to the Trump nazi's bullshit:

"Roger Goodell, the NFL’s commissioner, issued a statement Saturday responding to the president that said his “divisive comments” demonstrate a lack of respect for the sport, the league and its athletes, “and a failure to understand the overwhelming force for good our clubs and players represent in our communities.”

What the Trump nazi utterly fails to understand is the fact peaceful protest is, and remains, a constitutional right.

"The president didn’t mention Mr. Kaepernick by name, though his comments occurred on the heels of the quarterback’s controversial decision to kneel during the “Star Spangled Banner” last season as a means of protesting police brutality. Mr. Kaepernick, 29, was widely criticized for refusing to stand while the anthem played and remains a free agent after parting ways with the 49ers in March."

The NFL egregiously, gutlessly failed to step up, rise to the occasion.  Cowardly blackballed a superb quarterback for sake of political expediency.  Capitulated to the Trump nazi and others who 'think' like they do.  That may soon change, however.

"Other athletes have continued the protests in the quarterback’s absence, however, and on Saturday the president took aim at a professional basketball player who has been both a vocal supporter of Mr. Kaepernick and a critic of the Trump administration: Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry.  Mr. Trump invited the Warriors to the White House after the team won the NBA championship in June, but rescinded Mr. Curry’s invitation after the athlete said this week that he didn’t plan to attend.  “Going to the White House is considered a great honor for a championship team,” Mr. Trump tweeted Saturday. “Stephen Curry is hesitating, therefore invitation is withdrawn!”

F--k the Trump nazi.  A fascist has no honor.  Once again proven he's no more than an out of control petulant dictator, egregiously unfit to be president of the United States.

NBC News reports:

"During his campaign, Trump often expressed nostalgia for the "old days" — claiming, for example, that protesters at his rallies would have been carried out on stretchers back then. He recently suggested police officers should be rougher with criminals and shouldn't protect their heads when pushing them into squad cars.  It's also not the first time he's raised the kneeling issue. Earlier this year he took credit for the fact that Kaepernick hadn't been signed. Television ratings for the NFL have been slipping since the beginning of the 2016 season. The league and observers have blamed a combination of factors, including competing coverage of last year's presidential election, more viewers dropping cable television, fans' discomfort with the reports of head trauma and the anthem protests.  Ratings have been down even more in the early 2017 season, though broadcasters and the league have blamed the hurricanes that hit Florida and Texas. Still, the NFL remains by far the most popular televised sport in the United States."

The Trump nazi remains clearly incapable of being confused by the truth:

"Trump said the anthem protest was the top reason NFL viewership had waned.  "You know what's hurting the game?" he asked. "When people like yourselves turn on television and you see those people taking the knee when they're playing our great national anthem," he said.  Trump encouraged his supporters to pick up and leave the stadium next time they spot a player failing to stand."

Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini couldn't have said it better.

"In a statement Saturday, DeMaurice Smith, the executive director of the NFL players' union, said in a statement that demonstrations are "protected speech" that has prompted "thoughtful discussions in our locker rooms and in board rooms."  "The line that marks the balance between the rights of every citizen in our great country gets crossed when someone is told to just 'shut up and play,'" Smith added."

To be expected from a nazi dictator egregiously unfit to be president of the United States.

ABC News reports:

"The president of the NFL Players Union, which represents current and former players, also responded Saturday, saying, "The balance between the rights of every citizen in our great country gets crossed when someone is told to just 'shut up and play.'"  Union President DeMaurice Smith acknowledged in his statement that “the peaceful demonstrations by some of our players" haven't been universally supported, but "have generated a wide array of responses."  But, he added, "Those opinions are protected speech and a freedom that has been paid for by the sacrifice of men and women throughout history ... No man or woman should ever have to choose a job that forces them to surrender their rights."

Happens all the time.  Will certainly grow worse as the de facto fascist police-state we already live in transforms to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

The Washington Post reports:

"NFL game day dawned Sunday with a powerful display of unity by the Baltimore Ravens’ and Jacksonville Jaguars’ players and coaches, who locked arms on the sideline of London’s Wembley Stadium — some kneeling, others standing — during the singing of the United States national anthem.  Their statement without words, echoed in similar demonstrations nationwide prior to 1 p.m. games, came in response to a three-day campaign by President Trump, who at 6:44 a.m. Sunday renewed his demand that NFL owners “fire or suspend” players who kneel during the national anthem in protest and called on fans to boycott games if the practice continued."

Stood courageously up to the nazi president.

"The tenor and substance of those remarks, which Trump reiterated via social media over the weekend, triggered reactions from many players, coaches and executives of the NFL’s 32 teams. While far from universally in favor of the form of protest Kaepernick chose, many team owners issued statements defending the rights of players — and all Americans — to express themselves on matters they are passionate about."

Goddamned right.  Called the First Amendment.  The right to peacefully protest.

The following is stunning coming from one of the owners:

"By Sunday morning, nearly half the NFL’s 32 owners had issued statements. Among the more notable was New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, a staunch and vocal Trump supporter, as well as a $1 million donor to his inaugural, who wrote that he was “deeply disappointed by the tone of the comments made by the President on Friday.”  “There is no greater unifier in this country than sports and, unfortunately, nothing more divisive than politics,’ Kraft wrote in his statement. “I think our political leaders could learn a lot from the lessons of teamwork and the importance of working together toward a common goal. Our players are intelligent, thoughtful and care deeply about our community and I support their right to peacefully affect social change and raise awareness in a manner that they feel is most impactful.”

Indeed.  Hat's off, Mr. Kraft.  ... Should revenue drop as a result of your courageous stand, need to continue to stand tall no matter what.

"Seattle’s Pete Carroll was the first NFL head coach to issue a statement about the matter, posting on Facebook and Twitter that “there’s no longer a place to sit silently. It’s time to take a stand.”  Carroll’s statement followed those of Seattle owner Paul Allen and cornerback Richard Sherman.

"Wrote Carroll:“We stand for love and justice and civility. We stand for our players and their constitutional rights, just as we stand for equality for all people. We stand against divisiveness and hate and dehumanization. We are in the midst of a tremendously challenging time, a time longing for healing. Change needs to happen; we will stand for change. May we all have the courage to take a stand for our beliefs while not diminishing the rights of others, as this is the beating heart of our democracy. As a team, we are united in a mission to bring people together to help create positive change. We can no longer remain silent.”

When good men and women courageously stand up against egregious injustice, abject tyranny, there is indeed hope for this country.

ABC News reports:

"When New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft came out publicly against President Trump over the ongoing spat over NFL players kneeling during the "Star-Spangled Banner" ahead of games, the man who previously called the president a “very good friend” was not alone, as multiple owners are beginning to speak out on the issue.  "There is no greater unifier in this country than sports, and unfortunately, nothing more divisive than politics," Kraft said in a statement tweeted by the Patriots.  The champion team's CEO came out against Trump after the president made comments during a rally in Huntsville, Alabama on Friday, saying, "Wouldn’t you love to see one of the NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say 'Get that son of a b---- off the field right now?'"  "You know, some owner ... is going to say, 'That guy who disrespects our flag, he’s fired,'" the president said to thunderous applause and cheers.  Kraft made it clear on Sunday he disagrees with the 45th president. Rather, he supports players' rights "to peacefully [effect] social change."  "I think our political leaders could learn a lot from the lessons of teamwork and the importance of working together toward a common goal," the statement said. "Our players are intelligent, thoughtful, and care deeply about our community, and I support their right to peacefully affect social change and raise awareness in a manner that they feel is impactful."

That's right.  Exactly, what the Founders intended.

"Across the country and in the U.K., many NFL owners like Kraft backed their players -- including owners of the Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions, and Miami Dolphins.  Some were locked in arms with their team players and coaches as the "Star-Spangled Banner" performed, later expressing support to fight racial injustice and push back against the president's fiery rhetoric from Friday.  Jeffrey Lurie was one owner who on Sunday stood shoulder to shoulder with his Philadelphia Eagles players as they raised fists raised into the air as the "Star-Spangled Banner" played.   In a statement, the owner backed his players for their "courage, character, and commitment" into bettering communities and "to call attention to injustice."  "Having spoken with our players, I can attest to the great respect they have for our national anthem and all it represents," he said in the statement. "We at the Philadelphia Eagles firmly believe that in this difficult time of division and conflict, it is more important than ever for football to be a great unifier."

No question.  They weren't the only ones:

"Also locking arms with players during the protest over the U.S. national anthem was Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan.  Khan, in a statement, called Trump’s remarks "divisive and contentious," and declared his support for his players after meeting with some of the captains before the game.   Khan said he was "honored to be arm in arm with them, their teammates and our coaches during our anthem."  The owner added that the team and the NFL "reflects our nation," and said that it was personally important "to show the world that even if we may differ at times, we can and should be united in the effort to become better as people and a nation."

Stood tall.  ... Haven't forgotten, have you?  Many bled and died on the battlefields of all the wars fought by this country to guaranty all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Certainly, a fine day to be an American when so many courageously stood tall against the tyranny of the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Mark Cuban insightfully hit the nail on the head.  NBC News reports:

"Dallas Mavericks owner and businessman Mark Cuban has fired back at President Donald Trump’s criticism of NFL players who decline to stand during the national anthem, as well as the president’s decision to revoke a White House invitation to Golden State Warriors' star Stephen Curry.  “If the president's going to say something condemning a person, an industry, a sport, then he's got to be able to take the blowback that's going to come back,” Cuban told NBC News in an exclusive interview for “Meet the Press.”  “So LeBron [James] and Steph and any athlete, any owner, it's an open door now, and so they have every right for the same reasons to be able to say whatever’s on their mind," he said. "Now we'll be able to see if he can take it.”

NBC News reports:

"Two Chicago police officers are facing disciplinary action after they were photographed while in uniform taking a knee and thrusting a fist in the air, the Chicago Police confirmed in a statement."

How about that?

"Authorities have not released the names of the officers, who are both African-American, but a spokesman for the department said official policy prohibits officers from making political statements while in uniform.  "We are aware of the photo, and we will address it in the same way we have handled previous incidents in which officers have made political statements while in uniform, with a reprimand and a reminder of department policies," the department said in a statement."

NPR reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions defended his boss' criticism of NFL players for kneeling in protest during the national anthem, saying Tuesday that President Trump has "free speech rights, too."

Jeff?  You're an idiot.  Hopelessly, ignorant.  Have no clue this has nothing to do with your fuhrer, the Trump nazi, exercising free speech rights.  "The Donald" talks out both sides the ass all the time with impunity.

"Sessions defended Trump's controversial remarks as he criticized college speech policies during an address at the Georgetown University Law Center. "Freedom of thought and speech on the American campus are under attack," he said."

They're certainly under attack on the streets of our formerly great country as you and your fuhrer refuse to rein in your criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who abuse, shake down, intimidate, assault, and murder innocent unarmed civilians while on duty.

"In this great land," Sessions also said, "the government does not get to tell you what to think or what to say."

Disingenuous, deceptive bullshit.  In effect, does.  Out of control criminal jackbooted bastards in black who assault and arrest innocent protesters peacefully protesting provides proof positive you're a goddamned liar.

"But in a question-and-answer session, Session said that he agrees with Trump and that "it's a big mistake" for NFL players to protest police brutality against African-Americans by kneeling during the national anthem."

What better way you hopelessly clueless, ignorant, racist, fascist son of a bitch?  What they're protesting is out of control, criminal, jackbooted bastards in blue, black, green, etc., who criminally assault, intimidate, harass, shake down, falsely arrest, and murder the innocent and unarmed on the job.

"Sessions said there are many ways "these players, with all the assets that they have, can express their political views other than, in effect, denigrating the symbols of our nation," which, he said, has provided them "freedom to speak and to act."

More bullshit coming from a racist nazi.  The Flag, the military, and professional officers who do their jobs properly are in no way denigrated.  It's the assholes like you, the Trump nazi, and corrupt, abusive, murderous officers who are excoriated, you clueless fool.  Too damned stupid to understand that, Mr. Attorney General?

"Sessions went on to say the freedom of every individual player is "paramount under the Constitution, is protected and we have to protect it." He then added, "it's not a contradiction.""

The hell it isn't.  That's precisely what it is.  A contradiction posited by a goddamned racist nazi talking out both sides his achingly fascist ass.

"More than 100 students and faculty members protested Sessions' speech, saying they were not allowed in to hear it, despite there being empty seats."

That's right.  The gutless attorney general couldn't, wouldn't tolerate ferocious but peaceful dissent.  A sniveling coward.

"Lauren Phillips, a second-year student and one of the organizers of the protest, said, "It's incredibly ironic that the attorney general wants to come here to talk about free speech but is excluding dissenting voices and potentially dissenting questions from his speech."

Abject cowardice.  To be expected from a clueless, ignorant, racist nazi.

The bottom line here is the fact the Trump nazi, his sidekick, the AG Sessions nazi, want us marching in jackbooted goose step.  Not going to happen.  Resistance must remain ferociously stiff, but peaceful.  Otherwise, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue, black, green, etc., reserve carte blanche to murder on the job.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Pressure on the Trump nazi grows.  ABC News reports:

"Special counsel Robert Mueller's team of investigators is seeking information from the White House related to Michael Flynn's stint as national security adviser and about the response to a meeting with a Russian lawyer that was attended by President Donald Trump's oldest son, The Associated Press has learned.  Mueller's office has requested a large batch of documents from the White House and is expected to interview at least a half dozen current and former aides in the coming weeks.  Though the full scope of the investigation is not clear, the information requests make clear at least some of the areas that Mueller and his team of prosecutors intend to probe surrounding White House actions in the early months of the administration."

Noose figuratively tightening.

Republicans remain concerned about being returned to office.  The Washington Times reports:

"Just as President Trump has begun easing off his attacks on special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election, SenateJudiciary Committee members next week will consider two partisan-backed bills aimed at shielding the probe from the White House.  How heated the debate becomes over the president’s authority to dismiss Mr. Mueller should serve as an indicator of Capitol Hill’s appetite to check Mr. Trump’s executive powers before the midterm elections.  “I haven’t made up my mind if I’m going to be for a bill or not,” committee chairman Chuck Grassley told The Washington Times on Wednesday. “I agreed to have the hearing because of all the questions that can be raised about whether the special counsel can be fired or not.”

Eminently careful about covering their asses, aren't they?

NBC News reports:

"Shortly before Donald Trump secured the Republican nomination last summer, his campaign chairman offered to provide private briefings on the race to a Russian billionaire with Kremlin ties, his spokesman confirmed to NBC News.  The offer appeared in emails between then campaign chairman Paul Manafort and one of his employees, some of which suggested Manafort was seeking to use his role to make money, the Washington Post reported. The spokesman, Jason Maloni, said the emails, which had been turned over to congressional committees, showed nothing improper."

Think not?  Consider the following:

"The Post said the billionaire was Oleg Deripaska, an oligarch in Putin's inner circle. NBC News has reported that Manafort had business dealings with Deripaska, who was once denied entry to the United States because of alleged mafia links.  Maloni said he did not dispute that the billionaire was Deripaska.  "If he needs private briefings we can accommodate," Manafort wrote in the July 7, 2016, email, the Post reported.  Other exchanges discussed money Manafort believed he was owed by Eastern European clients, the Post said.  Just after Trump named Manafort as a campaign strategist, the Post reported, Manafort referred to his positive press and growing reputation and asked his employee in an email, "How do we use to get whole?"  Maloni told NBC News: "It is no secret Mr. Manafort was owed money by past clients after his work ended in 2014. This exchange is innocuous."

Think so?

The Washington Times reports:

"Facebook says the company will provide the contents of 3,000 ads bought by a Russian agency to congressional investigators.  The move Thursday comes as the company has faced growing pressure from members of Congress to release the content of the ads. Facebook had already released the ads to federal authorities investigating Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.  The leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee have been seeking to bring Facebook executives before their committee since the company first revealed the existence of the ads two weeks ago.  But critics say Facebook should go further. They say the company should tell its users how they might have been influenced by outside meddlers."

Indeed.

The Washington Post reports:

"Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III is clearly building a case against Paul Manafort, President Trump's former top campaign aide. The inescapable conclusion from that is that he is hoping Manafort will cut a deal — that he'll “flip” on Trump and spill whatever beans he might have to spill.  With that possibility looking increasingly real, the White House must figure out its Manafort strategy. How the administration handles the former Trump aide who might wind up being its worst enemy is perhaps the most intriguing personal subplot of the Hollywood drama that is the Russia investigation.  And if the initial response to the latest Manafort news is any indication, the White House is preparing to fight Manafort head-on."

Why wouldn't they?  To be expected.

"The Post broke a big story Wednesday, publishing some contents of the emails Mueller's investigators have obtained from Manafort. In those emails, Manafort talks about setting up a briefing with a Russian oligarch who is close to Russian President Vladimir Putin. He also discusses his newfound high profile as a Trump strategist and asks an employee, “How do we use [this] to get whole?” — apparently referring to debts he believed he was owed but had been unable to collect."

Judge Andrew Napolitano of Fox News has an interesting take.  Fox News reports:

"The Donald Trump I know is a smart guy who often thinks a few steps ahead of those whose will he is trying to bend. But I lately wonder whether he grasps the gravity of the legal peril that is beginning to show up around him. In the past week, we learned of an unfiltered public confession of frustration and weakness among his lawyers and we learned that his former chief confidant and campaign manager is about to be indicted. This is very bad news for President Trump.  Here is the back story.  Trump has hired two experienced Washington criminal defense lawyers to represent him in dealings with Robert Mueller, the independent special counsel who is investigating what connection, if any, there was between Trump’s presidential campaign and elements of the Russian government. Mueller has apparently struck a raw nerve in the West Wing of the White House, where Trump’s criminal defense lawyers and the White House legal counsel all work."

Seems Trump may not be well-served by his legal team.  Here are the two opposing viewpoints posited by Napolitano:

"The criminal defense lawyers who represent the president as a private person are apparently of the belief that he has done no wrong and the surrendering of documents to Mueller would only confirm that. The White House legal counsel, which works for the presidency as a governmental institution, recognizes that as president, Trump enjoys many privileges, among them the right to keep certain communications secret. That is known as executive privilege. It was crafted by Trump’s predecessors and articulated by the courts to permit presidents to keep from prosecutors and Congress and the public secret communications about military, diplomatic and sensitive national security matters.

"The White House counsel worries that if he were to give Mueller everything Mueller seeks, the White House would not be able to claim the privilege should a communication it has already surrendered prove harmful to the president. Those on the criminal defense team believe that their client has done no wrong and a complete surrendering to Mueller of all the documents he seeks would accelerate the end of his investigation. One of the criminal defense lawyers even told Trump that Mueller would be off his back by Thanksgiving."

Interesting, isn't it?  Here is the kicker:

"How do we know all this?  We know it because one of the criminal defense lawyers incredibly discussed it openly at a D.C. restaurant within the hearing range of a reporter for The New York Times. When the Times ran what its reporter overheard as a front-page story, no denials came from the president’s lawyers.  This lawyer's apparently unfiltered and embarrassing public revelations of disputes within the White House over the appropriate presidential response to the special counsel’s demands are malpractice because they revealed to Mueller, as well as to the public, defects in the president’s legal strategy -- namely, the absence of a final legal decision-maker and the absence of a coherent strategy on the part of the president’s combined legal team."

Fascinating take, isn't it?

"An indictment of Manafort, which Mueller says is coming soon, will be used as an instrument to flip him into spilling whatever beans he has on his former boss. And we can expect indictments of others presently or formerly near the president as part of the prosecutorial process.  Where does this leave Trump? In the hands of incompetent lawyers, under the crosshairs of a team of very aggressive federal prosecutors and publicly indifferent to the tightening and frightening legal noose around him."

As long as the unvarnished truth ultimately comes out as a result of the investigation, who cares what the ultimate consequences to Trump, his henchmen, and family happen to be?  Justice should be the bottom line.  Why should any president be able to use executive privilege to shield himself or herself from criminal prosecution and/or removal from office?

Nixon was certainly prevented from doing so by a Supreme Court ruling vis a vis forced disclosure of his highly incriminating Oval Office tapes.  Facing certain impeachment, resigned in disgrace.  The credibility issue with Napolitano remains long-standing.  While legally brilliant in mind and perspective, remains hopelessly partisan in the pocket of the Republican Party.

North Korea remains quite a dilemma for Trump and his henchmen.  CBS News reports:

"Vice President Mike Pence told "CBS This Morning" on Thursday that while the Trump administration is looking for a "peaceful resolution" to the North Korean crisis, the United States has many "options" to handle the ongoing threats posed by the regime.   "What the secretaries have made clear, what the president has made clear, is we have military options but we earnestly desire a peaceable outcome that achieves what the Chinese foreign minister and I talked about yesterday. The entire world has one goal, and that is the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, we want to achieve that peaceably, but all options are on the table," said Pence."

What viable options?  Trump and Pence clearly have none.  -- None that would not have catastrophic consequences for South Korea, Japan, and the entire region.

"Pence also responded to criticism posed by former White House adviser Steve Bannon, who said in an interview that "there's no military solution" to North Korea, calling out that assessment as inaccurate.   "There was some talk two or three weeks ago, some commentators, that the most powerful military on Earth doesn't have the ability to take action to defend our people, that's wrong," said Pence."

Pence, like his fuhrer, the Trump nazi, continues to talk out the ass.  First, Pence distorts what Bannon was clearly addressing.  That is, any attack on the North, whether conventional or nuclear, would lead to immediate catastrophic loss of life in the South.  Thousands killed the first day of shelling from North Korean artillery.

-- That's if the war remained conventional, did not turn quickly nuclear as a result of danger of U.S. forces being quickly overrun by North Korean troops.  Unquestionably, any use of nuclear weaponry would result in catastrophic loss of millions of lives in the region.  While North Korea would quickly be turned into glass, the entire region would pay the consequences indefinitely.  That's what Bannon was likely addressing.

"He added, "The president desires a peaceful resolution of this confrontation with North Korea and we'll continue to pursue that, but it all begins when the Kim regime announces their willingness to abandon their nuclear and ballistic missiles program and not before."

Not going to happen.  Snowball's chance.  Even if China shut off all trade and assistance to the North.  Such a cut off might trigger the war that's supposedly unwanted by Trump and his henchmen.  North Korea would have nothing to lose.  Nothing at all.

"He said that North Korea's possession of nuclear weapons was "simply unacceptable," backing up Mr. Trump's stern warnings at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday that the U.S. could "destroy" North Korea if threatened.   "The president has wanted to make it clear and he's made it clear that in the event that North Korea takes action that threatens the United States or our allies, that our response will be overwhelming and effective," Pence said."

An empty, woefully un-thought out threat.  Of even greater concern is the lack of any response from Trump and his henchmen to North Korean threats to atmospherically test a nuclear-tipped ICBM in the Pacific.  Worse?  Deafening silence of the world community, particularly, the UN.

Trump is clearly growing increasingly desperate.  Precisely, why his rhetoric aimed at the North Korean dictator grows progressively delusional and combative.  -- Unlike any president since the dawn of the nuclear age in 1945.  His executive orders equally meaningless and ineffective.  Fox News reports:

"President Trump signed an executive order Thursday targeting North Korea’s trading partners, calling it a “powerful” new tool aimed at isolating and de-nuclearizing the regime.  The president announced the order as he met with South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly.  He said the order would help target individuals and companies doing business with Pyongyang. Specifically, he said it enhances the Treasury Department’s authority to target those conducting significant trade with the regime, including by sanctioning foreign banks.  “It is unacceptable that others financially support this criminal rogue regime,” Trump said.  He added, “Foreign banks will face a clear choice. Do business with the United States, or facilitate trade with the lawless regime in North Korea.”

Trump made the same threat previously vis a vis China.  Accomplished nothing.  Why would this executive order be any more effective in cutting off all trade in the region and throughout the world with North Korea?

ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump claimed on Thursday that China, North Korea's principal trading partner, has ordered its banks to stop doing business with the rogue regime.  "I'm very proud to tell you that, as you may have just heard moments ago, China, their central bank has told their other banks — that's a massive banking system — to immediately stop doing business with North Korea," he said at the United Nations alongside South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.  Trump went on, "Again, I want to just say and thank President Xi [Jinping] of China for the very bold move he made today. That was a somewhat unexpected move, and we appreciate it."  Trump spoke after signing an executive order aimed at companies and financial institutions that do business with North Korea."

Even if the Chinese follow through and cut off banking with the North, they still have not cut off oil and other trade.  Show no willingness to stiff arm their ally.  Readers are reminded cutting off trade, denying others energy and other natural resources can have significant consequences.  Proof positive?  Japan's bombing of Pearl Harbor December 7, 1941.  Certainly, no quick and easy answers to this latest dilemma.

Trump's closest henchmen remain equally delusional.  Fox News reports:

"U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley defended President Donald Trump's speech to the United Nations General Assembly and his new nickname for North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un: "Rocket Man."  On “Good Morning America?," Haley said the most important thing about Trump's "Rocket Man" remark is that "it worked."  “This is a way of getting people to talk about him,” Haley said.  ”Every other international community is now referring to him as ‘Rocket Man.'”

She's lost her mind.  Pitiful.  Achingly, clueless.

Other Republicans remain equally insane.  Fox News reports:

"Mike Huckabee ripped Hillary Clinton's criticism of President Trump's speech to the United Nations.  Huckabee said on FBN that he was "so proud of the president for going to the UN and saying to the faces of these countries what most of us know to be true."  During his speech, Trump had strong warnings for rogue regimes in Iran and North Korea, to which Clinton took issue.  Clinton told CBS' Stephen Colbert that the solution is not threats but "more diplomacy." "You were the chief diplomat of the United States. How well did that work out for us?" Huckabee said, adding that Bill Clinton made a failed deal with Kim Jong-Il in the 1990s.  To those who called Trump's speech "dark and dangerous," Huckabee said the real "dark and dangerous" issue was that "Little Kim, a.k.a. Rocket Man lighting the candle on ICBMs and firing them over Japan."

The failure indeed goes back to 1950 when our country stupidly decided to go to war in Korea.  The same pointed question Huckabee rightfully directs at Clinton can also be directed against the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Certainly, more than enough blame to go around.  Both parties.

Nazism grows in Alabama.  Sessions wasn't bad enough.  Now, another psychotic, racist nazi may replace him in the Senate.  NBC News reports:

"The candidate in the driver’s seat to become Alabama’s next senator is an uncompromising evangelical conservative twice removed from the state’s Supreme Court for putting his faith above the law.  Roy Moore, the Republican who knocked out Alabama Sen. Luther Strange in Tuesday’s runoff election, has been a well-known figure among the GOP’s most conservative members for his staunch defense of religious liberties and outspoken opposition to gay marriage and abortion. And he proved to be the candidate most capable of tapping into the populist wave that swept Donald Trump into office, even without the president’s backing."

NBC certainly is overly kind to Moore.  This man represents an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  Has quite a checkered history.  Before getting into the fact he was twice removed from the bench, consider the following:

"Like Trump, Moore has a history of making controversial statements. As a judge, Moore wrote in a 2002 opinion that homosexuality is "an inherent evil," warned at a 2012 tea party rally that same-sex marriage would be “the ultimate destruction of our country.” He’s said everything from 9/11 to school shootings to high murder rates are examples of God punishing America, writing in one poem that “when abortion is no longer called murder, when sodomy is deemed a right, then good is now called evil and darkness is now called light.” He has said that he has a "personal belief" that former President Barack Obama was not born in the United States, aligning himself with the conspiracy theory Trump pushed for years as a private citizen."

A nazi can never ever be confused with the truth.

"Moore has made clear, however, that his defense of religious liberties does not extend to Islam. Earlier this year he called it a “false religion” and in 2006 wrote that Muslim Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., should not be seated in Congress for being sworn in on the Quran.  “Common sense alone dictates that in the midst of a war with Islamic terrorists we should not place someone in a position of great power who shares their doctrine,” Moore wrote. “In 1943, we would never have allowed a member of Congress to take their oath on “Mein Kampf,” or someone in the 1950s to swear allegiance to the “Communist Manifesto.”

Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Joseph Stalin, ironically, couldn't have said it better.

"Moore first gained national notoriety among conservatives when he installed a 5,280-pound sculpture of the Ten Commandments in the rotunda of the Alabama Supreme Court in 2001. His refusal to remove the two-and-a-half ton stone led to his ouster as chief justice but spurred a national tour by both Moore and the monument."

This unabashed nazi , however, wasn't anywhere near finished taking a raucous hard dump on the Constitution he falsely swore to protect and defend:

"But Moore had a comeback of sorts in 2012 when he again was elected as chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court.  Again, however, Moore did not finish out his term. He controversially directed state judges in 2016 not to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, leading to his suspension and ultimate retirement earlier this year."

Democrats will likely have a rhetorical field day with this racist nazi.  Already begun.  ABC News reports:

"Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee chairman Chris Van Hollen and Democratic National Committee associate chair Jaime Harrison touted Moore's opponent in the race in December, Doug Jones.  "Voters can't look past Roy Moore's fringe beliefs, habit of putting himself first and his dishonesty," Van Hollen said in a statement. "Even Republicans have said Moore is unfit to serve and spent millions to keep him out of office. Doug Jones is a man of character and integrity, who is unafraid to stand up for what's right and has a proven record of independence that will serve Alabama families in the U.S. Senate."

"Roy Moore has demonstrated time and again that he is unfit to represent Alabamians in the U.S. Senate," Harrison said in a statement. "As a judge, he raised his own taxpayer-funded salary, even though Alabama's judges were already the highest paid in the nation. Twice, he was stripped of his duties as chief justice for defying the law. And on top of that, he and his wife pocketed more than $1 million from their own charity. Alabamians deserve better. They deserve an independent leader like Doug Jones as their next senator."

In racist nazi Alabama, Moore will likely win.

NPR's take:

"After being elected to the state supreme court in 2000, Moore was removed just three years later for erecting a massive monuments of the Ten Commandments outside the state judicial building and refusing to remove it when ordered to do so by the federal courts.  Moore was re-elected to the state court in 2012, but was suspended again after he directed judges in the state to ignore the U.S. Supreme Court's 2015 decision that legalized gay marriage."

Moore's boot twice from the Alabama Supreme Court brings up another matter already addressed in earlier editions of this publication.  Requires some additional attention now, however.  Widely disparate personal experiences, to say nothing of cultural differences and race, seem to inspire widely divergent views regarding the very same issue.

Think not?  Have spoken to a number of whites in Llano County who see no reason to remove Confederate statues from government property.  Seem to think race relations have improved to the point where blacks should not be offended by statues highly symbolic of slavery, Jim Crow, and ubiquitous racism all across the country certainly right after the Civil War extending well into the 1960s and beyond.

Many seem to think racism has dramatically declined in the last several decades.  That things have improved.  Suspect this is largely due to the fact racism became politically incorrect the last several decades.  Consequently, reverted to the closet.  Largely, not obvious to the community unless one is of color and subjected to it.  This certainly changed with all the recent murders of unarmed innocent black men by law enforcement.

Furthermore, growing unwillingness of the black community to tolerate the intolerable.  At the same time, despite all the killings of blacks by officers, the majority of these killings are indeed whites as reported in this publication and elsewhere.  Yet, many whites fail to understand the killing of anyone innocent and unarmed by police is an atrocity that cannot be tolerated.

Precisely, why a growing number of whites and others are joining blacks in their protest of these ongoing murders perpetrated by police.  Are certainly paying the price for engaging in the constitutionally-protected right to peacefully protest.  Have been wrongfully arrested, beaten, etc..  This remains appallingly intolerable in what is supposed to be a democratic republic.

Local blacks have told this writer bigotry remains alive and well in Llano County.  While not anywhere near as virulent as in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, etc., still exists here.  Blacks clearly believe they remain unwanted, unvalued, second class citizens, and are careful not to step out of line.  That's intolerable.  Unbecoming of the non-black community that continues to elicit this reaction from the black community.  Intentionally, or not.

The white community remains proud of its heritage.  Argues Confederate statues should not be removed from government properties.  Does not perceive these statues symbolic of racism, Jim Crow, etc..  Also, passionately argues where the line should in fact be drawn.  Several in this community correctly state the Founders were indeed slave owners.  Ask whether their statues should be similarly removed?

Where to draw the line?  The Founders were not all slave owners.  Nor did all the Founders approve of slavery.  The Founders, far from perfect, did indeed do the very best they could to establish a democratic republic that would last.  Endure the test of time.  Had to have been appalled when the South traitorously decided to secede.

Especially, since secession was not based on abolition of slavery, but states rights.  An issue that has yet to be resolved since 1776.  Yet, we continue to have a country that continues to be splitting apart at the seams.  Exacerbated not only by ongoing, unresolved racism, bigotry, but now the transition from the de facto fascist police-state we now live in to the Fourth Reich.

Unless we quickly smarten up, the worst is yet to come.  The revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  Time to wake up.  Before too late.  If there is no change, there will be no country.  Any questions?

GOP effort to repeal Obamacare continues.  Latest attempt may go down in flames.  NPR reports:

"Sen. John McCain may, once again, be the savior of President Barack Obama's signature domestic achievement.  The Arizona Republican announced in a statement on Friday that he opposes the latest GOP legislation to dismantle the Affordable Care Act.  "I cannot in good conscience vote for the Graham-Cassidy proposal. I believe we could do better working together, Republicans and Democrats, and have not yet really tried," McCain said in a statement posted on his website.  McCain now joins Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., as one of two Republican "no" votes on the bill. Republicans cannot lose any additional senators and still pass the legislation with 50 votes and Vice President Pence acting as the tiebreaker.  One of the bill's sponsors, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., is McCain's closest friend in the Senate and said that friendship "is not based on how he votes but respect for how he's lived his life and the person he is." Graham also vowed to "press on" with his legislation."

With a deadline quickly approaching that would require more than a simple majority after deadline, the Trump nazi grows increasingly impatient.  Two more Republican Senators have come out against the bill, effectively killing it if the count stands.

It has.  NPR reports:

"Republicans are once again waving the white flag on health care.  Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced that he is pulling the Republican health care bill because it does not have the votes.  Rather than endure another embarrassing vote that sees his caucus come up short, the senators agreed in a closed-door meeting to shelve the bill."

Trump is certainly continuing to kick the family hard in the ass.  The Washington Times reports:

"The Homeland Security Department has doubled the rate of denials of Dreamers’ amnesty applications, according to numbers released Wednesday that suggest the administration had been taking a harder line even before President Trump’s announcement this month that he would phase out the DACA program altogether."

Adolf and Benito?  High-fiving from their fiery perches:

"Some 32 percent applications for DACA status that were decided from April to June were rejected. That is twice the 16 percent rate of the last months of the Obama administration and far more than the 1 percent denial rate in the early days of the program."

Transformation from the de facto fascist police-state we already live in to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich remains well underway:

"Analysts said the increase is evidence that Mr. Trump’s get-tough approach is having an effect at all levels of Homeland Security, including the officers at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services who rule on applications for legal immigration benefits such as green cards, citizenship and DACA, the Obama-era deportation amnesty."

The LGBTQ community remains under vicious attack by the Nazi Right 'religious' community.  NBC News reports:

"Michigan is illegally allowing faith-based organizations to reject same-sex couples who want to adopt children or become foster parents, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) said Wednesday in a lawsuit challenging the practice.  The state pays groups such as Catholic Charities and Bethany Christian Services to place children from troubled families with new families. The ACLU said Michigan is violating the U.S. Constitution by allowing the groups to use a religious test to carry out public services."

Direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

"Allowing agencies to discriminate could be the difference "between a child finding a permanent loving home or staying in the system," ACLU attorney Jay Kaplan said."

Matters not to the Nazi Right.  Perversely believe they have the God-given constitutional right to discriminate against the LGBTQ community.  Force their perverse religious views on all.  Bastardize the First Amendment attempting to do so.

"Kaplan said the lawsuit was filed after Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette's office declined to speak to the ACLU about possible discrimination. He said he wants to be clear, however, that the ACLU is not challenging the private agencies, but rather suing Michigan for allowing state-contracted organizations to sponsor discrimination against gay families."

Outrageously unconstitutional.  The state clearly has a religious agenda.

“The idea that our state would be funding organizations who keep children in that situation rather than loving, stable, supportive families who just happen to have two parents of the same sex is harmful and offensive,” Stephanie White, executive director of LGBTQ advocacy organization Equality Michigan, told NBC News.   "These are not just private institutions operating under private funds under their own private rules. These are institutions that have been given a government contract [which uses] our public tax dollars to support this discrimination,” she added. “The fact that I’m being asked to fund, through my own tax dollars, my own discrimination is outrageous.”

No question.  As tax dollars are not used to fund elective abortions, so too they're not to be used to fund a religious agenda and/or institution.

NBC News reports:

"The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that a lesbian woman who is divorcing her spouse is entitled to equal parental rights under the U.S. Constitution, even though a state law doesn't recognize those rights.   The ruling from the state's highest court said U.S. Supreme Court precedent requires same-sex couples be afforded the same rights as straight couples.   It goes much further, suggesting that a host of Arizona laws and rules need to be rewritten to avoid case-by-case litigation."

NBC News reports:

"A federal judge has dismissed a Minnesota couple's lawsuit challenging a state law for the right to refuse to shoot wedding videos for same-sex couples.   Carl and Angel Larsen, who own a videography company, Telescope Media Group, sued the state's human rights commissioner and attorney general over a provision of the Minnesota Human Rights Act that bars discrimination by businesses, the Star Tribune reported. The St. Cloud couple argued that the law amounted to "a state effort to stamp out expression opposing same-sex marriage," and they sought to post a notice on their company's website that they won't shoot same-sex weddings, based on their religious beliefs."

Blatant discrimination.

"In his ruling, Chief U.S. District Judge John Tunheim described that as "conduct akin to a 'White Applicants Only' sign" that may be outlawed without infringing on First Amendment rights.   "Posting language on a website telling potential customers that a business will discriminate based on sexual orientation is part of the act of sexual orientation discrimination itself," the judge wrote. "As conduct carried out through language, this act is not protected by the First Amendment."

Quite right.  Won't, however, stop a nazi from engaging in continued litigation:

"Jeremy Tedseco, an attorney for a conservative Christian group representing the couple, the Alliance Defending Freedom, said the group will appeal."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Abortion rights remain under vicious attack.  ABC News reports:

"Kelly Kuhns rejected Down syndrome testing the first three times she got pregnant; the 36-year-old nurse from Ohio always knew she'd never terminate a pregnancy."

Certainly, her right.  Has no right, however, to force her views on anyone by law.  Precisely, her goal, -- her son has Down Syndrome.

"Kuhns went to her home in rural central Ohio that day and cried for hours.  [After testing confirmed Down Syndrome]  But Oliver, her 2-year-old son with Down syndrome, ultimately has led "a pretty normal life."  That's why Kuhns is fighting for an Ohio bill that would ban abortions in cases where a pregnant woman has had a positive test result or prenatal diagnosis indicating Down syndrome."

While this woman is entitled to do as she pleases with HER uterus, has no right to impose those views, HER views on others.

"Physicians convicted of performing an abortion under such circumstances could be charged with a fourth-degree felony, stripped of their medical license and held liable for legal damages. The pregnant woman would face no criminal liability."

Raw nazism.  In a fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Several other states have considered similar measures, triggering emotional debate over women's rights, parental love, and the trust between doctor and patient."

To the Nazi Right, freedom is having the right to do what you're told.  What they tell you.

"The Ohio bill's chief Senate sponsor, Republican Sen. Frank LaRose, said GOP lawmakers accelerated the measure after hearing a mid-August CBS News report on Iceland's high rate of abortions in cases involving Down syndrome. The report asserted Iceland had come close to "eradicating" such births."

It's none of your goddamned business, Senator.  Who the hell are you to force your perverse religious views on others by statute?  Where is your swastika armband, you nazi son of a bitch?

"Iceland is one of several European countries where Down syndrome diagnoses lead to abortion at least 90 percent of time. Others include Denmark and Britain. The rate in the United States is lower — probably between 67 and 85 percent, according to one of the most recent studies, a 2012 analysis in the journal Prenatal Diagnosis."

It's the woman's uterus, HER choice.  Not that of a religious nazi desperate to impose his or her perverse religious views on others in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is, church-state separation, freedom from religion.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Another judge has stood tall vis a vis abortion rights.  CBS News reports:

"A federal judge permanently struck down provisions of an Indiana law passed last year that would have banned abortions sought due to fetal genetic abnormalities and required that aborted fetuses be buried or cremated.  U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt's decision, issued Friday, found that those two provisions and a third one are unconstitutional. She granted an order permanently blocking all three from being enforced and granted summary judgment in favor of Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky, which had sued the state in April 2016 after then-Gov. Mike Pence signed the provisions into law."

Indeed, encouraging to see at least some in the judiciary willing to stand up to these egregious laws clearly abrogating a woman's right to do with HER uterus as she damn well pleases.

"The three restrictions violate women's due process rights under the Constitution and conflict with rulings by numerous courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, upholding a woman's right to seek an abortion before a fetus could viably survive outside the womb, Pratt wrote in her ruling.  "The challenged anti-discrimination provisions directly contravene well-established law that precludes a state from prohibiting a woman from electing to terminate a pregnancy prior to fetal viability," the judge wrote.  Pratt's order makes permanent her preliminary order issued in June 2016 -- a day before the law was set to take effect -- that temporarily blocked the provisions from being enforced."

What about up to the moment of birth?  How dare the state dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with HER uterus up to and including viability?  Force her to carry to term?  HER uterus.  HER body.  Whatever happened to liberty?  No more than the 'freedom' to do what you're told?  ... Which is no freedom at all.

"Indiana is now permanently barred from enforcing a restriction that would have banned abortions sought because of a fetus' genetic abnormalities, race, gender or ancestry. Pratt's order also permanently blocks a requirement that abortion providers tell women that Indiana prohibits such abortions, and another provision that would have required that aborted fetuses be buried or cremated.  As for the fetal disposal provision, Pratt wrote that she could find no legal basis for Indiana to require health care providers "to treat fetal remains in the same manner as human remains."  "Stated otherwise, if the law does not recognize a fetus as a person, there can be no legitimate state interest in requiring an entity to treat an aborted fetus the same as a deceased human," she wrote."

Should the fetus be declared a person as demanded by the Nazi Religious Right, not only will they have successfully created an outrageously unconstitutional de fact theocracy, will have effectively obliterated liberty.  Sadly, Pratt's order will be appealed.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Manager, Kingsland House of Arts & Crafts, Kingsland, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 173, 9-29-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknow who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
