Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability?  Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly.  In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say?  Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

Semper Fi.  Semper Fidelis.  Know what that means to a United States Marine?  The following is yet another example of exceptional sacrifice in an indescribably horrendous situation.  Uncommon Valor.  Five years as a prisoner of war.  Far more complicated than that, however.  Seatbelts onThe Washington Post reports:

"Ronald L. Ridgeway was “killed” in Vietnam on Feb. 25, 1968.  The 18-year-old Marine Corps private first class fell with a bullet to the shoulder during a savage firefight with the enemy outside Khe Sanh.  Dozens of Marines, from what came to be called “the ghost patrol,” perished there.  At first, Ridgeway was listed as missing in action. Back home in Texas, his old school, Sam Houston High, made an announcement over the intercom.  But his mother, Mildred, had a letter from his commanding officer saying there was little hope. And that August, she received a “deeply regret” telegram from the Marines saying he was dead."

Gets worse.  Far worse:

"On Sept. 10, he was buried in a national cemetery in St. Louis. A tombstone bearing his name and the names of eight others missing from the battle was erected over the grave. His mother went home with a folded American flag.  But as his comrades and family mourned, Ron Ridgeway sat in harsh North Vietnamese prisons for five years, often in solitary confinement, mentally at war with his captors and fighting for a life that was technically over."

-- While his family believed he had died in combat.

"Last month, almost 50 years after his supposed demise, Ridgeway, 68, a retired supervisor with Veterans Affairs, sat in his home here and recounted for the first time in detail one of the most remarkable stories of the Vietnam War."

"He was 17 when he signed up with the Marines in 1967. He was 18 when he was captured, 19 when his funeral was held and 23 when he was released from prison in 1973."

Will never forget live video of these men exiting the plane upon their return.  Quite obvious they had suffered horrendous abuse while imprisoned.  Most of them were pilots shot down over the North.  Others, were soldiers captured in combat such as Marine Corps Pfc. Ronald L. Ridgeway:

“You have to be willing to take it a day at a time,” he said. “You have to set in your mind that you’re going to survive. You have to believe that they are not going to defeat you, that you’re going to win.”

They did.  At horrendous personal cost.  This is quite a story:

"About 9:30 on the morning of Feb. 25, Pfc. Ridgeway’s four-man fire team charged an enemy trench line.  The curving trench seemed empty when they got there. But as Ridgeway and the others made their way along it, suddenly an enemy grenade dropped in.  “We back around the curve,” he recalled. “It blows up.”  “We throw a couple grenades,” he said. “We backed off...Then we realized the firing [from Marines] behind us had almost died down to nothing.”  When they stood up to look around, they saw North Vietnamese soldiers walking through the underbrush toward them. “I guess they thought we were all dead,” he said.  “We cut loose on them,” he recalled. “They were easy targets.”

"On that foggy morning, the patrol’s leader, 2nd Lt. Donald Jacques, 20, strayed off course and was drawn into a deadly ambush, Jacques’s company commander, Capt. Kenneth W. Pipes, said.  More than two dozen Marines, including Jacques, were killed."

"One of the Marines in the trench with Ridgeway, James R. Bruder, 18, of Allentown, Pa., was cut down as the enemy returned fire, according to author Ray Stubbe’s book about Khe Sanh, “Battalion of Kings.”  “Stitched him across the chest and killed him,” Ridgeway remembered.  The fire team leader, Charles G. Geller, 20, of East St. Louis, Ill., took a peek, and a bullet creased his forehead, knocking him down.  “Everybody’s dead,” Geller said, according to Stubbe’s book. “Everybody behind us is dead...What are we going to do?”

"They had to retreat. Geller left first, running back across the field where they had charged, followed by Ridgeway."

Gets worse.  Far worse:

"As he and Geller ran to the rear, they came upon Willie J. Ruff, 20, of Columbia, S.C., who was lying on his back with a broken arm.

“We were in a hurry,” Ridgeway said. “But we stopped. He was wounded.”

"As Geller knelt beside Ruff, a bullet hit Geller in the face, leaving a terrible wound. Then Ridgeway was struck by a round that went through his shoulder. All three men were now down.

“All we could do was lay there and play dead,” he said. “We were in the wide open.”

The carnage continued:

"Ridgeway said he drifted in and out of consciousness. When Geller, who was delirious, got to his knees, the enemy threw a grenade, killing him.

"Ridgeway said the North Vietnamese then began shooting at Marines who had fallen in front of their trenches. “They’re popping the bodies to make sure they’re dead,” he said.

"One bullet hit the dirt near him. A second glanced off his helmet and struck him [in] the buttock, he said.

“When that hit, it jarred the body,” he said. “They figured they got me. Left me for dead and kept working their way down past me.”

"Ridgeway passed out again. When he woke up, it was dark and American artillery was pounding the area.

"Ruff said he had been hit again and begged Ridgeway not to leave him. Ridgeway said he wouldn’t. At some point that night, Ruff died."

Not over:

"Ridgeway was awakened the following morning by someone pulling on his arm. He thought at first it was fellow Marines.

"But when he looked up, he realized it was a young North Vietnamese soldier trying to pull off his wristwatch."

Absolute chaos:

"After the firefight, the shattered survivors of the patrol made it back to the combat base, and the dead were left on the battlefield.

"A rescue mission was deemed unwise by higher-ups, who feared losing even more men and depleting the base’s defenses, according to Pipes, who is now retired and lives in California.

"In a telephone interview, he said that with binoculars, he could see Marines’ bodies strewn on the battlefield. “It was worse than agony,” he said. No further patrols outside the combat base were immediately permitted.

“We couldn’t go get them,” he said. “They laid out there for six weeks.”

Best and Brightest.  Horrendous loss.

"On March 17, he wrote to Ridgeway’s mother: “I am sorry that I can offer no tangible basis for hope concerning Ronald’s welfare.”

"Finally, on April 6, the Marines were able to return to the battlefield, Pipes said.

"What was left of the dead was brought back to Khe Sanh’s temporary morgue, where Pipes and others went about the grisly task of identifying the dead. “There wasn’t much there but bones and shoes and boots ... [and] dog tags,” he said.

"In the end, of the 26 missing and presumed killed in action on Feb. 25, remains of all but nine were positively identified, according to Pipes and Stubbe.  After his disappearance, Ridgeway’s name was etched onto a tombstone in a St. Louis cemetery, along with those of eight fellow Marines who went missing in the 1968 ambush. (Fred Waters/Associated Press)

"The unassociated body parts were sent home and placed in two caskets that would be buried beneath a large tombstone bearing the nine names of those unaccounted for, Stubbe said."

While the Vietnam War was indeed graphic and on the news each night, the worst of the carnage was not shown.  Should have been.  The public has a right to this information.  Needs to know precisely the cost of war in terms of human life.  Not just what is a sanitized version of this horrendous reality.  Equally important?

All wars need to be formally declared by Congress.  The military and public deserve no less.  Five hundred and thirty five legislators need to be on the record.  Wars must be fought for true national security reasons, -- not simply to line the pockets of war profiteers in the corporate management suite.

"The day of the funeral at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery was sunny and cool. Ridgeway’s mother attended, and there were flags and solemn honors. A newspaper photographer took pictures.

"Far away, in North Vietnam, the rainy season was on, and Ridgeway was in his seventh month as a POW.

"The work of surviving

"As he sat alone in his windowless cell beside a wooden bed and the bucket he used for waste, Ridgeway went about creating a “make-believe” life.

"There was no one to talk to, and he was only allowed out once a day to empty the bucket.

"So he imagined that he was somewhere else, that he owned a pickup truck, that he had a wife and children, that he would go fishing.

"It was a mental exercise, he said, and he found that spending three days in his make-believe world would take up a whole day in solitary.

"Ridgeway said that by then, his captors considered him a “die-hard reactionary” and all Marines “animals.”

These men were the best of the best.  Did what their country asked them to do.  Did so selflessly.  Valiantly.  With honor, great courage.  Semper Fi.

"He hadn’t cooperated with his guards. He had lied to interrogators, pretended he was [a] green kid who had never fired his rifle and gave them bogus military information.

"The startled North Vietnamese soldier had locked and loaded his rifle when he realized Ridgeway was alive that morning.

"Ridgeway expected to be killed. “You didn’t hear about prisoners being taken,” he said. But he was bandaged, fed and marched away, through Laos and into North Vietnam.

"He spent time in several jungle camps, held in wooden leg stocks, and he eventually wound up in enemy prisons.

"He got lice, malaria and dysentery and lost 50 pounds. He wore pink-and-gray-striped POW pajamas and rubber sandals, all of which he brought home with him when he was freed.

"He was beaten with bamboo canes and tied up during interrogations."

When men and women are sent into combat, this government had better be damned sure it's for good reason.

"Ridgeway said he didn’t dwell on the notion that people back home might think he was dead. They would be fine. His job was to survive.

"In January 1973, he was in North Vietnam’s notorious Hanoi Hilton prison when his captors abruptly announced that the POWs were to be freed as part of a peace agreement before the U.S. withdrawal from Vietnam."

Readers are reminded Arizona Sen. John McCain was also released at that time.

"Ron Ridgeway was released on March 16, 1973. He came home, got married and went to college.

“I came back in basically one piece,” he said. “I came back able to live my life... We went over with a job to do. We did it to the best of our ability. We were lucky enough to come back.”

"Several months after his return, he and his wife, Marie, went to Jefferson Barracks to see his tombstone, which was later replaced.

“It brought back memories,” he said. “The loss of life of those that I knew. It was a solemn experience.”

"Carved in the surface were the words “Ambushed Patrol Died in Vietnam Feb. 25, 1968.”

"Eight names from the top: Ronald L. Ridgeway."

Michael E. Ruane (author) and Magda Jean-Louis (contributor) are remarkably gifted writers responsible for the above quotes.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Sixty-four weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Sixty-four weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Sixty-four weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

In an interesting twist, consider the following from ABC News:

"A lawsuit accuses Black Lives Matter and five of the movement's leaders of inciting violence that led to a gunman's deadly ambush of law enforcement officers in Baton Rouge last summer.  DeRay Mckesson and four other Black Lives Matter leaders are named as defendants in the suit filed Friday on behalf of one of the officers wounded in the July 17 attack by a black military veteran, who killed three other officers before he was shot dead."

What makes this suit so incredibly interesting is the fact police routinely do the very same at protest marches.  That is, incite violence.  Fail to control, rein in their criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Worse?  In fact, order them to advance against protesters whether or not such action is warranted.

Police revel in violence they perpetrate against protesters.  Get a coveted chance to kick ass.  Get their cookies off.  Do so with virtual impunity.  Confident in the knowledge they'll get a free pass.  Media is not immune.  Reporters with credentials have been arrested doing their jobs because cops fear exposure.

"The suit doesn't name the officer, but its description of the plaintiff matches East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Deputy Nicholas Tullier.  The attorneys representing Tullier previously sued Black Lives Matter and Mckesson on behalf of a Baton Rouge police officer who was injured at a protest over a deadly police shooting last July."

Attorneys filing suit against murderous rioting officers might usefully follow the example set by by these Baton Rouge officers and their shysters.   That is, make the very same argument in court against these out of control rioting bastards in blue they're making against Black Lives Matter.

That is, turn the tables on the criminal rioting out of control police who determinedly disgrace their uniforms.  To say nothing of their falsely sworn oaths of office.  Ferociously protest, but remain non-violent.  Otherwise, you grant them carte blanche to murder on the job.  Sue.

Some officers won't be confused with the truth.  No matter what.  Fox News reports:

"Sheriff Richard K. Jones of Butler County, Ohio, told the Cincinnati Enquirer that he believes the drug naloxone, a substance used to revive overdose victims that is known by its brand name Narcan, is more trouble than its worth.  "I don't do Narcan," Jones told the Enquirer, noting that his deputies "never carried it... nor will they."

Profound aggressive stupidity calling the Sheriff's fitness for office in question:

"Jones' position raises eyebrows for a number of reasons. In his state alone, health care costs related to the epidemic totaled some $1.1 billion in 2015, with Ohio tallying more prescription opioid overdose deaths that same year than any other state in the nation.  And it's not as if his county has been immune, either. According to the Ohio Department of Health, there were less than two dozen unintentional drug overdose deaths in Butler county in 2003. By 2015, that number had skyrocketed to 195."

Three possibilities.  a) The Sheriff is hopelessly moronic.  b) Doesn't give a flying f--k.  c) Both a and b.

"In June, Middletown city council member Dan Picard proposed a three-strike style policy for repeat-overdose victims. He said his proposal wasn't meant to address the heroin issue, but to help the city budget cope with the high uptick in overdose calls."

Sounds like an Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged nazi:

"My proposal is in regard to the financial survivability of our city," Picard told The Washington Post. "If we're spending $2 million this year and $4 million next year and $6 million after that, we're in trouble. We're going to have to start laying off. We're going to have to raise taxes."

TOUGH SHIT.  You'll do it anyway to line government coffers.  Line the pockets of the thieving bastards who falsely believe they run and own it all.

"In Dayton, Ohio, the drug has been used to reverse overdoses more than 160 times since December 2015.  While there are no laws mandating the use of naloxone by law enforcement, data from the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition (NCHRC), a group committed to getting the drug into the hands of community members and law enforcement, suggests that 1,214 law enforcement agencies nationwide are using it as of December 2016."

Think the Sheriff doesn't have severe mental issues?  Wake up:

"For Jones, these numbers mean little when weighed against the safety of his deputies. Jones said that users can often become violent, or start vomiting once the drug is administered, and that for his officers "to get on the ground and spray it in their nose is simply dangerous.”

False non-sequitur:

"Jones told Fox News that another point he thinks is being missed in the debate over Narcan is that the drug has “helped revive and save some lives but not bring down the usage of heroin.”

Simply incredible a sheriff could be so achingly ignorant, aggressively stupid.  Thousands of lives are saved.  Narcan is designed to save lives, not curb drug craving and usage.

The following?  Galling.  Fox News reports:

"Republicans are pushing for the Senate to pass the 'Thin Blue Line Act,' a measure which would allow federal judges and juries to consider the death penalty for people who kill or target law enforcement officers."

... While giving a free pass to the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who gutlessly murder innocent unarmed civilians on the job with impunity?

"A Florida congressman is urging the Senate to quickly pass legislation to toughen penalties against cop killers, in the wake of this week’s brutal murder of a New York City police officer."

Incomprehensible.  Outrageously hypocritical double standard.  In a goddamned fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

“It’s time to protect those who put their lives on the line for us every day,” GOP Rep. Vern Buchanan said in a statement released Thursday."

They already are, you achingly clueless fascist son of a bitch.

"The congressman is the sponsor of “Thin Blue Line Act,” which would amend existing law to make the killing of a state or local law enforcement officer an “aggravating” factor in death penalty cases."

Why?  What for?  Kill a cop?  Even in self-defense?  Guess what?  Get executed in most states.  No matter the circumstances.  Nazi justice.  What more do you need?  Already get your pound of flesh.  Perversely chagrined you can only successfully execute the condemned once?

“We need to send a strong message that the heinous targeting of police officers or first responders will not be tolerated,” Buchanan added."

How about sending the same message to the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who gutlessly murder on the job?  You're out of uniform, Congressman.  Where is your swastika armband, you fascist son of a bitch?

The Florida congressman is not the only one missing the point.  The Washington Times reports:

"NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill denounced anti-police hate during Tuesday’s funeral of slain Officer Miosotis Familia, a mother of three and 12-year department veteran who was ambushed and killed while sitting in her mobile command unit last week."

Readers are reminded this outrageous murder was covered in the last edition of this publication.  The following is further indication the Commissioner remains clueless:

“Mental illness and medication may have played a part — I don’t know,” Commissioner O’Neill told mourners. “What is certain, however, is that he hated the police. He saw us as the ‘bad guys’ because countless times he heard it in conversation, saw it on television, read it in the newspapers. Combine that toxic blend with his special brand of evil, and you get … this funeral."

The Commissioner refuses to acknowledge what's at root of all this outrageous violence.  Criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are murdering innocent unarmed law-abiding citizens across this country with impunity.  Remain coddled, protected.  Not held accountable for these murders.

“Hate has consequences,” he continued. “When we demonize a whole group of people — whether that group is defined by race, by religion, or by occupation — this is the result. I don’t know how else to say it: This was an act of hate, in this case, against police officers — the very people who stepped forward and made a promise to protect you, day and night.”

What planet does the Commissioner live on?  He's delusional.  Insanely ignores the growing number of innocent unarmed law-abiding citizens murdered by gutless officers who use fear as an excuse to commit these murders.  He opines hate as root cause of police killed on the job.  He's delusional.  Some of these killings of officers are in self-defense.  Others are in retaliation for officer-committed murders.

Blaming hate for the murder of innocent officers is as delusional as murderous officers using fear as excuse for emptying a clip of high-powered rounds into an unarmed law-abiding motorist.  Literally getting away with murder.  As long as the jackbooted gutless bastard claims fear, it is accepted by juries who refuse to convict.  Rubber stamped by the nazi U.S. Supreme Court.

"The commissioner asked why people in such a politically active city like New York aren’t protesting in the streets against this senseless killing."

They're not protesting because of all the murders of innocent unarmed law-abiding citizens perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  With impunity.

“So, where are the demonstrations for this single mom, who cared for her elderly mother and her own three children? There is anger and sorrow, but why is there no outrage? Because Miosotis was wearing a uniform? Because it was her job?” he asked. “I simply DO NOT accept that.”

Readers are reminded the murder of this innocent officer was condemned in no uncertain terms in the last edition of this publication as well as elsewhere.

“Miosotis was targeted, ambushed, and assassinated,” he said. “She wasn’t given a chance to defend herself. That should matter to every single person who can hear my voice, in New York City and beyond.”

Wake up, Commissioner.  The same could be said of every victim of goddamned, gutless, murderous officers.  Your empty claim holds no water.

“Everything our government stands for – freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, freedom from fear – everything starts with public safety,” he said. “Miosotis knew this, and she wanted all of us to play our part."

You're out to lunch, Commissioner.  Police have become predators.  Cannot be trusted.  Precisely, why crime goes unreported.  People fear police.  Do not trust them.  Conveniently, forget?  We now live in a de facto fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Who says crime doesn't pay?  Certainly, does if you happen to be a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue who murders on the job.  The Associated Press reports:

"The Minnesota police officer who was acquitted in last year's fatal shooting of black motorist Philando Castile will receive $48,500 as he leaves the suburban department that employed him at the time of the killing, according to a separation agreement announced Monday.  Jeronimo Yanez will be paid the money in a lump sum, minus applicable deductions and withholdings for state and federal taxes. Under the five-page agreement released to The Associated Press through a public records request, the Minneapolis suburb of St. Anthony also will pay Yanez for up to 600 hours of accrued and unused personal leave pay. The agreement, which has Monday's date, doesn't say how much time he has accrued."

Literal blood money.

Think racism doesn't run rampant in law enforcement?  To say nothing of the courts?  Wake up.  CBS News reports:

"For the third time in less than a year a jury deadlocked on Friday and forced a mistrial in the murder case of a white former Oklahoma police officer accused of killing his daughter's black boyfriend, astonishing prosecutors and frustrating the boyfriend's family."

So what else is new?  No justice.  Surprised?  Why?

"Judge Sharon Holmes declared the mistrial after four hours of jury deliberations over the fate of former Tulsa police officer Shannon Kepler. He was accused of fatally shooting 19-year-old Jeremey Lake in August 2014, not long after Lake started dating Kepler's then-18-year-old daughter, Lisa."

Three years.  Still no justice.  Forget?  The American Way.

"Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler said he was shocked that a mistrial was declared after such short jury deliberations."

Fix in by the judge?

"I've never encountered a dynamic like this in 25 years of practice," Kunzweiler said after the mistrial was declared. "In my opinion, there should be some compulsion placed on jurors to reach a verdict."

Not if the judge is in the pocket of law enforcement.

"Kepler and his attorneys cheered loudly in the elevator leaving the courthouse, CBS affiliate KOTV reports."

Bet they did.  Again, escaped justice.  Yet, a man is dead.  Murdered.  That reality does not change.  Hard, cold reality bites.

"It's a six-six mistrial," Kepler's attorney Richard O'Carroll told KOTV "And these jurors specifically told the court and the state and the defense that they needed more evidence."

Couldn't be bigoted, could they?

"O'Carroll said he is prepared to defend Kepler five more times."

Why not?  Cops, nor former cops, seldom get convicted in a goddamned fascist police-state.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Holmes had instructed jurors that they could convict Kepler of first-degree murder or the lesser charge of manslaughter. Manslaughter carries a sentence of four years to life in prison, while the sentence on a first-degree murder conviction is life in prison."

Considerate of Her Majesty, isn't it?

Ongoing problems in Oakland.  In follow up to earlier editions of this publication and elsewhere, The AP reports:

"A federal judge should consider holding Oakland, California, city and police officials in contempt of court for mishandling an internal affairs investigation of several officers alleged to have sexually exploited an underage prostitute, civil rights lawyers said.  U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson has summoned lawyers for the city to his court Monday to discuss a report that found fault with the mayor, city administrator, police chief and other top officials in their handling of the prostitute's claims and two separate police investigations."

Apparently, officials continue to stonewall.

"The judge oversees the police department as the result of a class-action settlement the civil rights lawyers negotiated after they sued the city over a police corruption scandal.  The lawyers, John Burris and Jim Chanin, said in a court filing last week that the police department had made significant progress under Chief Sean Whent until September 2015, when Officer Brendan O'Brien killed himself. O'Brien discussed his relationship with the teen prostitute and implicated other officers in his suicide note."

Apparently, law enforcement fails to appreciate how much damage this ongoing fiasco inflicts on police-community relations as well as abrogation of all trust.

With all the problems in law enforcement, California seems to be taking a step forward.  ABC News reports:

"A longstanding national debate about police transparency and privacy has been reignited in California with legislation that would require law enforcement agencies to release body camera video and recordings of fatal police shootings and other significant incidents."

This needs to happen across the country.  The public desperately needs protection from the out of control criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.

"The proposal, which comes amid a push across the U.S. for body camera recordings to be released more quickly after fatal police shootings, seeks to establish a statewide policy on when body camera footage and other audio and video recordings should be released."

Should have happened years ago nationwide.

"The state Senate's Public Safety Committee has scheduled a hearing Tuesday on Assembly Bill 748, which would amend California's public records statute to limit the discretion that police departments have for withholding body camera videos. The proposed measure would require police departments to release video in cases where law enforcement officers use force or in incidents where it is believed there is a violation of law or public policy."

Time to rein in the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Not protect their criminal activity.

"More than a dozen law enforcement organizations oppose the measure and many contend it should be up to local police departments to determine when, if ever, body camera footage should be released."

No surprise there.  The fox guarding the chicken coop.  Time to stop protecting, coddling these criminal jackbooted bastards.

"This bill will taint ongoing police investigations and all but kills the impartiality of the investigation process," said Craig Lally, the president of the Los Angeles Police Protective League, the union that represents city police officers."

Investigations are already tainted by the achingly fascist agenda of the jackbooted bastards in blue.  Precisely, why so little faith and trust remain in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.  This bill is indeed a desperately needed breath of fresh air in what has become a de facto fascist police-state.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Trump and his henchmen have their shorts in a wad.  Growing backlash to their psychotic demand for voter information from the states now includes a lawsuit. The Washington Times reports:

"The Electronic Privacy Information Center also went to court in Washington, D.C., arguing the panel broke privacy laws and didn’t have safeguards to protect the information should state officials provide it."

Why should they provide it?  No more than a witch hunt by the Trump nazi and his henchmen to abrogate the right to vote of non-Republican voters.

"The Justice Department said the lawsuit was misguided."

How?  Called standing up to a lunatic nazi fuhrer determined to transform the de facto fascist police-state we already live in to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Resistance must be ferocious but peaceful.  Otherwise, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are granted carte blanche to murder on the job.

In 1933, the German masses acquiesced to Hitler and his Third Reich.  History will not silently repeat itself here.  Protest must remain ferocious, but peaceful.  Resistance every step of the way including filing suit in court.  The shyster bullshit promulgated by Trump's nazi lawyers has begun in earnest:

“EPIC’s claim of a constitutional right to informational privacy fails because neither the Supreme Court nor the D.C. Circuit has held that a federal constitutional right to informational privacy exists,” the government’s lawyers said.  They went on to say that even if such a right did exist, it wouldn’t apply in this case because Mr. Kobach has only asked for publicly available information, meaning states can refuse to share data that they don’t already share with others."

Citizens must stand tall. Resist. Peacefully.  Refuse to cooperate with this ongoing, raucous hard f--king imposed by the nazi element in our formerly great country.  Refuse to return to office any state official who cooperates with the Trump nazi and his henchmen in abrogating the right to vote of non-Republican voters.

This is, and has been, the intention of GOP fascists in the Republican Party for years.  Precisely, why we've seen the exponential rise of gerrymandering as well as repressive, unneeded, unnecessary voter ID laws determinedly designed to abrogate the vote of those who are not Republicans.  This is no more than a traitorous, treacherous, treasonous state of affairs being imposed by fascists in the Republican Party.

These nazi bastards have shamelessly abrogated their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Have done so willingly, traitorously, treasonously.  Partisanship now trumps country.  So does nazism.  Remain gutlessly silent?  History will indeed repeat itself.  The Fourth Reich.  Well under way.

In follow up, The Associated Press reports:

"President Donald Trump's commission on election fraud is telling states to hold off on providing detailed voter information in the face of increasing legal challenges.  The commission had given states until July 14 to provide data including names, birth dates and partial Social Security numbers. But in an email Monday, the panel's designated officer told states to hold off until a judge rules on a lawsuit filed by the Electronic Privacy Information Center in Washington.  The American Civil Liberties Union has filed similar lawsuits in Washington, Florida and New Hampshire. A hearing set for Tuesday in New Hampshire was postponed in light of the email."

Also in follow up to the above, think history isn't repeating itself?  Wake up. The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump on Thursday reaffirmed the United States' bond with European allies, calling their pact as “strong as ever.” Yet he argued in a speech here that Western values are increasingly imperiled by terrorism and extremism.  In a dark and provocative address with nationalist overtones, Trump said that “the fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive.”

Straight out of Hitler's playbook, circa 1933.  Chillingly reminiscent of a far darker, evilly pernicious time of history as Adolf Hitler rose to power.

“Do we have the confidence in our values to defend them at any cost?” Trump said. “Do we have enough respect for our citizens to protect our borders? Do we have the desire and the courage to preserve our civilization in the face of those who would subvert and destroy it?”

The very same lunacy projected by Hitler decades ago.  Our borders are protected.  There has been no terroristic threat from across the border since 9/11.  Even that threat could have been thwarted if the Bush "The Tush"-"Slick Dick" Cheney regime had adequately vetted the hijackers.  Had heeded warnings from the flight schools the bastards wished only to learn how to fly straight and level, not take off and land.

Instead, the nazi element in our formerly great country, that is, both major political parties, traitorously chose to trash the Bill of Rights, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  The USA 'Patriot' Act, 'Real' ID Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, etc..  List can go on and on.  We were sold out by these gutless cowards.  We, the People, equally gutless, allowed this to occur.  Worse?  Welcomed it.  Gutless, sniveling cowards.

The Trump nazi himself, ludicrously, gallingly with the help of his equally perverse henchmen, is 'subverting and destroying' the democratic republic the Founders were so afraid we would not keep.  We haven't.  Foolishly traded liberty for security only to wind up with neither.  -- As wisely forewarned by Franklin well over two hundred years ago.  As a country, clearly, we have lost ourselves.

Gallingly:

"The president delivered his remarks at the site of a Warsaw monument to the 1944 Polish resistance against German occupation, a symbol of the country’s struggle to shake the brutal Nazi invasion during World War II. He cast Poland as an example of a nation that had persevered despite grave challenges, saying it offered “the story of a people who have never lost hope, who have never been broken, and who have never forgotten who they are.”

You mean like we have, Mr. 'President?'

"Poland’s right-wing government has been in conflict with Merkel and many other leaders in the European Union, who have criticized its crackdown on press freedoms and erosion of democracy since leaders came to power in 2015.  Trump, however, offered no mention of Polish democracy concerns, unlike President Barack Obama’s visit to Warsaw for a NATO summit almost exactly a year ago. Trump joined with Polish President Andrzej Duda in hammering the media."

The mark of a nazi.  ... A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!, Mr. 'President?'

"But Trump said that military spending alone is not enough to preserve Western civilization.  “We can have the largest economies and the most lethal weapons of anywhere on Earth, but if we do not have strong families and strong values, then we will be weak and we will not survive,” Trump said. “If anyone forgets the critical importance of these things, let them come to one country that never has. Let them come to Poland, and let them come here to Warsaw and learn the story of the Warsaw Uprising.”

Empty rhetoric.  Nazi rhetoric.  Egregiously ignorant of what's currently going on in Poland.  To say nothing of the ongoing nazification of our formerly great country.  As we proceed from a de facto fascist police-state to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Think resistance isn't growing in Germany?  CBS News reports:

"Thousands of people are taking part in a protest against the Group of 20 summit titled "G-20: Welcome to Hell," with authorities wary of potential violence.  Demonstrators gathered at a riverside plaza used for Hamburg's weekly fish market Thursday before setting off on a march through the city.  According to Reuters, German police fired water cannons during the demonstration after black-clad protesters threw bottles.   Police using loudspeakers also were calling on about 1,000 demonstrators to remove masks."

Yet, the powers-to-be remain achingly unresponsive to growing resistance to an unsustainable status quo.

Things are not going well at the G-20 for the Trump nazi.  The Washington Post reports:

"The growing international isolation of the United States under President Trump was starkly apparent Friday as the leaders of major world economies mounted a near-united opposition front against Washington on issues ranging from climate to free trade.  At a gathering of the Group of 20 world economic powers - normally a venue for drab displays of international comity - there were tough clashes with the United States and even talk of a possible transatlantic trade war."

Think things won't get worse?

"The tensions were a measure of Trump’s sharp break with previous U.S. policies. They were also a warning signal of Washington’s diminished clout, as the leaders of the other 19 nations gathered in Hamburg mulled whether to fix their signatures to statements that would exclude Trump or to find some sort of compromise. Two European officials said they were leaning toward a united front against Washington."

Why wouldn't they?  A vacuum always gets quickly filled.

"German Chancellor Angela Merkel, whose difficult job it was to bridge the differences, made little attempt to paper over the disagreements after the first day of meetings."

Germany is now in the driver's seat courtesy of the Trump nazi.  The president has figuratively, stupidly shot himself in the ass, -- yet again.

Trump, learning the hard way, -- can't be dictator of the world.  The Washington Times reports:

"Russia on Thursday blocked a U.N. Security Council Resolution drafted by the U.S. that called for “significant measures” in response to North Korea’s launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM)."

What did he expect?  Laughably, Russian support of the Trump nazi only goes so far.  Forget?  To the Russians, Trump was the lesser of two evils, -- compared to Hillary.  ... Despite Trump's most recent claims to the contrary.

"The U.S. circulated the statement among the 15-member council after announcing plans for a new sanctions resolution against the nuclear-armed regime in North Korea. But an objection by Russia killed the statement, said a U.N. diplomat."

Come as a surprise? Why?  Not in the interest of the Russians to cooperate with the United States.  ... At least, not in this matter.  -- From their standpoint?  Quite the opposite.  Shortsighted, however, since nuclear proliferation is indeed a global problem.  Ultimately, affects all.  Certainly, should these weapons be used, the fallout, literally, is world-wide.

"Russian officials argued that the missile launch Tuesday had not been verified as an intercontinental missile."

Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.

"North Korea claimed it was an ICBM. The U.S. and U.N. also determined that Hwasong-14 missile launched by North Korea was of intercontinental range."

Wouldn't want the Russians to be confused with the truth, would we?

"Mr. Trump and his administration have stepped up with tough rhetoric against the regime of dictator Kim Jong-un since the missile launch, which was North Korea’s first successful test of an ICBM."

That's the problem.  All the talk.  Empty.  Hollow.  For decades.  While Trump has warned the Chinese their continued trade with North Korea could negatively impact U.S.- Chinese trade relations, has yet to follow through.  Likely won't since it would greatly disturb the GOP's corporate masters.  -- Not that the Democrats are innocent bystanders, however.

This problem dates back decades.  Both parties encouraged trade with the Chinese to line the pockets of their corporate masters.  Got way out of hand.  The egregious trade disparity ultimately resulted in a huge portion of the national debt now owed by this country to the Chinese.  Remains a threat to national security.  Yet, both major political parties in our formerly great country were too bought and paid for to do anything about this growing problem.

"The missile is believed capable of reaching Alaska."

Certainly, appears to be the case.  Hard to believe the North Koreans have not been repeatedly but quietly warned for years by this government they would be immediately incinerated should they use these weapons.  For quite some time, the Chinese have not been willing to rein in their North Korean 'ally.' Have apparently enjoyed watching the U.S. squirm.

Are also reluctant to cut off trade with the North Koreans, fearing a severe refugee crisis that would quickly cross their borders.  If the United States is truly afraid of North Korean nuclear capability, time to threaten cutting off all U.S. trade with the Chinese.  Would certainly quickly get their attention.  Usefully, possibly make them re-consider relations with the North Koreans.

The Office of Government Ethics Director Walter Shaub Jr. is inexplicably resigning when he's desperately most needed.  NPR reports:

"Office of Government Ethics Director Walter Shaub Jr. is turning in his resignation on Thursday.  The move follows months of clashes with the White House over issues such as President Trump's refusal to divest his businesses and the administration's delay in disclosing ethics waivers for appointees.  Shaub, an attorney, has accepted a job with the Campaign Legal Center, a nonpartisan organization of election-law experts."

Why do so when you've yet to be successful reining in the Trump nazi?  Why give up?

"Thursday morning, Shaub told NPR that "the current situation has made it clear that the ethics program needs to be stronger than it is. At the Campaign Legal Center, I'll have more freedom to push for reform. I'll also be broadening my focus to include ethics issues at all levels of government."

You're giving up at a time when the nation needs you most.

"He did not elaborate on what is so wrong with the "current situation."

Why not?  Why not let it rip?  No better opportunity or more salient time to do so.  Did Trump and/or his henchmen in any way threaten you and/or your office?

"But Shaub has been sharply critical of Trump's approach to ethics compliance since the election. The battle began in late November when the ethics office began issuing a series of tweets that mimicked Trump's style, exclaiming: "Brilliant! Divestiture is good for you, good for America!"  The tweets were clearly intended as pointed satire, given that Trump had not promised total divestiture."

Why didn't you hold the nazi's feet to the fire?

"And then on Jan. 11, shortly before Inauguration Day, Shaub spoke out at the Brookings Institution, causing a stir when he said Trump's plan for avoiding conflicts of interest "doesn't meet the standards that the best of his nominees are meeting and that every president in the past four decades has met."

All the more reason his departure at this time makes no sense:

"Trump's trust is "not even halfway blind," Shaub said at Brookings. "His sons are still running the businesses, and, of course, he knows what he owns."

Sadly, no one to date has been willing to hold him accountable.  Hopefully, that will change as Special Counsel continues his investigation.

"Since Trump began naming appointees following the November election, the ethics office has been racing to keep up with the workload. That involves reviewing appointees' financial information to identify conflicts of interest and then negotiating with them to resolve or at least diminish any problems. For example, OGE might suggest a White House staffer sell off a business interest or move an asset into a blind trust.  But the small agency, with about 70 employees, can only advise on ethics — not enforce rules."

Precisely, the problem.  This agency has no teeth, no real power.  No law enforcement capability to rein in the Trump nazi and others like him.  Where's Congress?  As usual, out to lunch?  Oblivious?

"Many Americans have been calling the once-obscure office to report on, or demand action on, ethical issues involving the administration. That has caused a spike in OGE's workload, without an increase in staff."

Certainly, encouraging to see increased interest.  At least, the public is unhappy with the status quo.  With no enforcement power, however, nothing goes anywhere, -- quickly.  Apparently, by design.  Otherwise, the agency would have been empowered by Congress to hold these bastards' feet to the fire.

Sadly, no more than a charade.  Worse?  The Trump nazi will now appoint his own goddamned stooge.  To do his bidding.  Rubber stamp egregious conflicts of interest.  The American Way.  A fascist police-state.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"The agency reports that during the six months between October 2008 and March 2009, as the Obama presidency was taking shape, it got 733 public contacts, such as calls, letters and emails. During the October 2016 to March 2017 period in the Trump era, it was swamped with 39,105 contacts — an increase of 5,235 percent."

How about that?  Stunning, isn't it?  Frightening, as well.

"Shaub also has been vocal about the limitations on the ethics office's power, and the failure of House Republicans to follow up on ethics issues. For example, when he was in the midst of his fight with the White House over ethics waiver disclosures, he told NPR that then-House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, a Utah Republican, has "authority to investigate these things and compel responses, so hopefully we'll see some action from him."  In contrast, OGE "has no investigative authority, so we're limited as to what we can do if these waivers are not being released publicly," he said."

Our formerly great country has clearly lost itself.  By design.

Plot thickens.  Exponentially.  Appears Trump's son, Donald, Jr. was open to collusion with the Russians.  Does that mean he colluded?  Up to Special Counsel to decide.  Consider the following.  The Washington Post reports:

"Donald Trump Jr. agreed to take a meeting during the 2016 presidential campaign with a woman he was told was a “Russian government attorney” who could provide damaging information about Hillary Clinton as part of “Russia and its government’s support” for his father’s presidential campaign, according to emails tweeted by the president’s son on Tuesday."

Readers are reminded the Russians are not allies.  Have interfered in the election process according to the U.S. intelligence community.

"President Trump’s eldest son tweeted the entire exchange that led to the controversial meeting early Tuesday amid a swirl of controversy about the June 2016 encounter.  The email exchange showed clearly that Trump Jr. understood he was taking the meeting as a way of channeling information directly from the government of a nation hostile to the United States to his father’s campaign. It is the most concrete public evidence to date suggesting that top Trump campaign aides were eager for Russia’s assistance in the campaign.  U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin directed a campaign to assist Trump, including the release of hacked emails stolen from Democratic officials."

Had it been the other way around, that is, had the Russians done this to Trump, think Republicans wouldn't have been rightfully screaming bloody murder?

CBS News reports:

"Donald Trump Jr. on Twitter Tuesday released a series of emails confirming he was told the arranging of a meeting with a Kremlin-connected lawyer was a part of the Russian government's support for his father.  The eldest Trump son's release confirms not only attempts to set up such a meeting that could reveal damaging information about Hillary Clinton, but also that he was told any such efforts were because of the Russian government's support of Mr. Trump. The New York Times reported Monday night that the man who set up a meeting last year for a Russian lawyer to give the Trump son potentially damaging material about Hillary Clinton indicated to him that the Russian government was the source of the information."

What makes all this more disturbing is the fact Trump and his henchmen have continually denied election-related contacts with the Russians until forced to admit otherwise when confronted by the facts.

NBC News reports:

"Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer he believed had damaging information about Hillary Clinton in the midst of the 2016 election - and wrote "I love it" about the prospect of getting his hands on the material, according to emails tweeted Tuesday by the president’s eldest son.  The email exchange shows an acquaintance with ties to Russia, music publicist Rob Goldstone, telling the son of then-candidate Donald Trump last year that the attorney has “information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father.”  “If it’s what you say I love it especially later in the summer,” Trump Jr. responded."

At the very least, and to be kind, Trump, Jr. seems to be placing partisanship ahead of country.  Had it been the other way around, Republicans would have labeled Hillary a traitor, accused her of treason.

CNN reports:

"An email sent to Donald Trump Jr. last year stated that a Russian lawyer had "compromising" information about Hillary Clinton as "part of a Russian government effort" to help the Trump campaign, The New York Times reported Monday.  Citing three people with knowledge of the email, the Times reported that Rob Goldstone, who connected Trump Jr. with the Russian lawyer, sent the email to Trump Jr. pointing to the Russian government as a source of potential information that could damage Clinton.  The story that Trump Jr. was offered potential information from the Russian government to aide his father's campaign came after months of staunch denials from President Donald Trump that his campaign had a connection to Russia."

At the very least, Trump and his henchmen are liars.  Truth remains a moving target as the de facto fascist police-state we already live in transforms to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Be interesting to see what comes of two pending investigations conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Congress.  While the Congressional  investigation can indeed throw light on what went down and how, it is the criminal investigation conducted by Mueller that will determine the fate of the Trump regime.

The following is the take of The Washington Post on whether or not a criminal line may have been crossed:

"The New York Times reported — and Donald Trump Jr. appeared to confirm — that he agreed to a meeting with a Russian lawyer who had damaging information on Hillary Clinton after getting an email that the Russian government was trying to help his father win the election.  “It's as close as you can get to a smoking gun” of whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia, said Jeffrey Jacobovitz, a white-collar lawyer who represented officials in the Clinton White House and now is with Arnall Golden Gregory. And it could mean Trump Jr. crossed the legal line on collusion with Russia.  First, a reframing of the way we think of collusion. Collusion actually is a political term; there's no line in the criminal code that says you go to jail for colluding with a foreign adversary.  But you can go to jail for conspiring with a foreign adversary to influence or undermine an election, and Jacobovitz thinks what Trump Jr. did, as documented by emails he himself shared on Twitter, could rise to that level."

We'll see.  Up to Mueller and a grand jury.  ... Assuming, of course, the system of justice has any integrity left.

The GOP has an egregious, ongoing, pending problem with Trumpcare.  Think not?  Wake up.  CBS News reports:

"A bill focused on buttressing the nation's insurance marketplaces will be needed if the full-fledged Republican effort to repeal much of President Barack Obama's health care law fails, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Thursday. It was one of his most explicit acknowledgments that his party's top-priority drive to erase much of Obama's landmark 2010 statutes might fall short."

Amazing, isn't it?  Despite all hype, bullshit, phony assertions.  Coming up short.  Imagine that.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it?

"The remarks by McConnell, R-Ky., also implicitly meant that to show progress on health care, Republicans controlling the White House and Congress might have to negotiate with Democrats. While the current, wide-ranging GOP health care bill — which McConnell is still hoping to push through the Senate — has procedural protections against a Democratic Senate filibuster, a subsequent, narrower measure would not and would take 60 votes to pass."

So far, Trumpcare delivers no traction to anyone in the GOP.  Moreover?  Obamacare, clearly failing.  Bottom line, disastrous.   Unresolved, Republicans will not be returned to office.

Political reality biting hard:

"If my side is unable to agree on an adequate replacement, then some kind of action with regard to the private health insurance market must occur," McConnell said at a Rotary Club lunch in this deep-red rural area in southern Kentucky. He made the comment after being asked if he envisioned needing bipartisan cooperation to replace Obama's law.   "No action is not an alternative," McConnell said. "We've got the insurance markets imploding all over the country, including in this state."

Precisely, why a single payer system is desperately required.  The insurance cartel has strangled the golden goose.  The hopelessly greedy insurance middle man is unsustainable.  Nor is unbridled provider avarice.  Equally pointed?  Repeating the very same behavior, yet expecting a different result, is the very definition of insanity:

"Even as Republicans have struggled to write legislation they can pass, some have acknowledged that if they encountered problems, a smaller bill with quicker help for insurers and consumers might be needed. They've said it could include provisions continuing federal payments to insurers that help them contain costs for lower-earning customers, and some inducements to keep healthy people buying policies — a step that helps curb premiums."

Unsustainable.  No more than a Band-Aid on an arterial wound.  Abject failure of a profoundly flawed Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged mentality even the late author reportedly rejected, fully understanding its flaws before her death.  Worse?  Most Republican national socialists have no ability, no willingness to be confused by the truth.  Some Republicans, however, are beginning to wake up and smell the coffee:

"Further qualms were voiced by Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kan.  "There are people who tell me they are better off" under Obama's law, "and I believe them," Moran said at a town hall meeting Thursday in Palco, Kansas. Moran, who'd said he could not support the current version of the bill, said health care is "almost impossible to solve" with the slim GOP majority in the Senate."

Not saying much, if anything.  Single payer will likely ultimately prevail at some point in the future.  Only other solution?  Unthinkable.  Socialized medicine.  Despite massive failure of communism throughout the world, the one bright spot is Cuban socialized medicine.

Trump and his henchmen continue to be sued.  NPR reports:

"Attorneys general from Massachusetts, New York and 16 other states filed suit against Education Secretary Betsy DeVos and her department Thursday, accusing DeVos of breaking federal law and giving free rein to for-profit colleges by rescinding the Borrower Defense Rule."

Forget?  Trump and his henchmen, just like the Abbott and Paxton nazis, couldn't care less about consumer protection.

"The filing by 18 states and Washington, D.C., asks a U.S. District Court to declare the Education Department's delay of the rule unlawful and to order the agency to implement it. The states say they have pursued "numerous costly and time-intensive investigations and enforcement actions against proprietary and for-profit schools" that violated consumer protection laws."

Way to go.  Sue the living shit out of the nazis.

"The Borrower Defense Rule was adopted by the Obama administration last November and had been set to take effect this month. It was created to make it "simpler for students at colleges found to be fraudulent to get their loans forgiven," as NPR's Ed team has reported."

Can't have that, can we?  Corrupt and abusive business comes first, forget?  Criminals in business need to be protected and coddled, don't they?  The American Way, right?

Think legislators care about what's in the best interest of the public they clearly don't serve?  Besides lining their pockets, being returned to office, here is what matters to them.  CBS News reports:

"The Speaker's lobby, a room adjacent to the front of the House chamber, is a go-to location for reporters wanting to grab lawmakers for brief interviews, and there are allegedly rules about what you can wear inside. Even as denizens of Capitol Hill wipe away sweat from Washington, D.C.'s swamp-like weather outside, men are expected to wear suit jackets and ties in the House chamber and Speaker's lobby. Women, on the other hand, have been told they're not allowed to wear sleeveless blouses or dresses, sneakers or open-toed shoes. "

Gets worse:

"On the day the House voted in early May to pass the Republican health care bill, Haley Byrd, a congressional reporter for Independent Journal Review (IJR), said she was kicked out of the Speaker's lobby because she was wearing a sleeveless dress.  "When I was kicked out that day, I was just trying to pass through the area to reach another hallway, but I was told I was violating the rules. They offered to find a sweater for me to put on, so it wasn't some tyrannical end of free press, but I opted to just go around instead. But recently they've been cracking down on the code, like with open-toed shoes," she said, adding that sometimes she walks fast and those on patrol don't notice.   "I suspect the rules are being emphasized now that it's summertime and excruciatingly hot outside and everyone is dressing for the weather."  Men have been offered what one former reporter, Jacob Fischler, has dubbed "ties of shame," exhibited below, if they left theirs at home."

The country is coming apart at the seams, -- and this, the shit these clueless turds concern themselves with?

As the nation continues to nazify, so does the death penalty.  ABC News reports:

"A Virginia man who killed a hospital security guard and a sheriff's deputy after escaping from custody in 2006 was executed after an unsuccessful campaign to spare the inmate's life over concerns about his mental health."

The inmate was executed despite severe mental illness.

"William Morva, 35, was pronounced dead at 9:15 p.m. Thursday after a lethal injection at the Greensville Correctional Center in Jarratt. It was the first execution carried out in Virginia under a new protocol that makes more of the lethal injection procedure secret."

Why any secrecy?  If this process is not completely open, above board, raises the question what are they hiding and why?

"Morva's execution came hours after Virginia's Democratic governor announced that he would not spare Morva's life despite pressure from mental health advocates, state lawmakers and attorneys who said the man's crimes were the result of a severe mental illness that made it impossible for him to distinguish between delusions and reality."

The Governor gutlessly did what was clearly politically expedient:

"In denying a clemency petition, Gov. Terry McAuliffe concluded Morva received a fair trial. The Democratic governor noted that experts who evaluated the man at the time found he didn't suffer from any illness that would have prevented him from understanding the consequences of his crimes. He also said prison staff members who monitored Morva for the past nine years never reported any evidence of a severe mental illness or delusional disorder."

The Governor refused to be confused with the truth.  Doesn't jive with the assessment of a psychiatrist who examined him subsequent to trial.  A psychotic man was shamelessly executed.  For the sake of political expediency.

"I personally oppose the death penalty; however, I took an oath to uphold the laws of this Commonwealth regardless of my personal views of those laws, as long as they are being fairly and justly applied," McAuliffe said in a statement."

That would indeed be true if the law was justly, fairly applied.  It's not.  Questions certainly remain in this case.  Not only that, why aren't police who murder on the job not subject to the very same punishment?  Why don't statutes provide equal treatment under the law?

Another indication of the Trump nazi's raw misogyny.  CBS News reports:

"The median salary for a female White House staffer is $72,650 while the median salary for a male staffer is $115,000, according to the 2017 Report to Congress on White House Office Personnel, which lists the title and salary of every Executive Office employee and has been mandatory since 1995.  That means there's a 37 percent gender pay gap that favors men in President Trump's White House-- a disparity that is over triple what it was in the Obama White House (11 percent), according to a report from the American Enterprise Institute. With this in mind, a woman working for Mr. Trump earns 63.2 cents per every $1 earned by her male co-worker."

Acceptable to you Republican national socialists here in Nazi Llano County?

At least one Democrat is figuratively striking back hard rhetorically against the Trump nazi.  Fox News reports:

"President Trump tweeted Friday morning that "everyone" at the G-20 summit was talking about Democrats' refusal to cooperate with the U.S. probe of Russian election meddling -- prompting the target of the Twitter tear to blast the president as a "whack job."

Trump tweeted ahead of his arrival in Hamburg, Germany: "Everyone here is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA. Disgraceful!"

Everyone here is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA. Disgraceful!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 7, 2017"

Podesta, comically, would have none of it:

"Podesta responded angrily to Trump, calling the president names and imploring him to focus on the G-20 summit.  "On a x-country road trip with my wife," Podesta wrote in the first of seven tweets. "Pulled in for a pit stop in E. Fairmont W. Va. to see that our whack job POTUS @realDonaldTrump is tweeting about me at the G20. Get a grip man, the Russians committed a crime when they stole my emails to help get you elected President. Maybe you might try to find a way to mention that to President Putin."

"3/ Get a grip man, the Russians committed a crime when they stole my emails to help get you elected President.
    — John Podesta (@johnpodesta) July 7, 2017

"He added: "BTW, I had nothing to do with the DNC. God only knows what you'll be raving about on twitter by the time we get to Utah. Dude, get your head in the game. You’re representing the US at the G20."

Think so?  LOL.

Here is some more from an editorial by John Podesta courtesy of The Washington Post:

"First, I had nothing to do with the Democratic National Committee - I chaired Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. So there was no DNC server for me to refuse to give and I was never asked for one. Second, the CIA has no role in domestic intelligence-gathering - in fact, it’s prohibited. The CIA would never ask anyone at the DNC for a server. Whether the FBI asked the DNC for access to a server, I don’t know, beyond what I’ve read.

"What I do know is this, which is why I’m choosing to respond to Trump’s tweet: The Russians stole my emails. When they did that, they committed a crime. They also invaded my privacy, and the privacy of a multitude of friends, family and colleagues with whom I communicated. That, combined with vicious lies spread by the alt-right media such as the so-called Comet Ping Pong conspiracy, exposed them to potential harm, as was evidenced by the shooting at Comet. The crime the Russians committed, as the intelligence community has concluded, was for the purpose of helping Trump get elected president.

"So the responsible thing for a U.S. president to do, in these circumstances, is to have the backbone to stand up against Russian interference in U.S. democracy - not to question, as Trump did on Thursday, the competence of our own intelligence community and to publicly doubt, once again, the conclusion that Russia was behind the hacking. Trump talks big on Twitter, but when he came face to face with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, we heard him say what an honor it was to meet him. It has been reported that Trump asked Putin about the election hacking, giving Putin the chance to issue an obligatory denial, despite all the evidence gathered by the U.S. intelligence community. One can only hope that Trump made clear to Putin that the United States won’t tolerate continued Russian interference in elections, as we’ve seen in the United States, France and now in Germany and across Europe. (This is one conversation that it would be nice to have a tape of.)

"As president, Trump is supposed to be doing his job representing the United States in a respectable fashion to make sure we maintain and enhance our standing around the world. Instead, he has his face glued to his phone. It’s really sad that the U.S. president can’t get his head in the game even at the G-20 summit of world leaders."

Once again, Trump disgraced himself and the United States.

The lies continue at the G-20.  CBS News reports:

"Russian President Vladimir Putin denied any role in hacking the 2016 election when President Trump broached the subject at the beginning of their first meeting since Mr. Trump took office at the G-20 summit in Hamburg, Germany, Friday, and the two moved on despite the "intractable" differences between the two countries, according to Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.   "He pressed him, and then felt like at this point, let's talk about how do we go forward," Tillerson said as he briefed reporters after the more than two-hour meeting."

Conversely:

"That isn't the account Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov gave reporters at a separate news conference. According to Lavrov, Mr. Trump accepted Putin's assertion that Russians did not meddle in the election. Lavrov claimed Mr. Trump said, "some circles continue to pump up the topic of Russian interference in the American elections though they can't prove it."

Somebody's lying.  No question.  Who do you trust?  Forget?  Both men are congenital liars.  Dictators.

More fallout from the Trump nazi's failed G-20.  CBS/AP reports:

"President Trump appears to be backing away from the idea of working with Russia to create a "cyber security unit" to guard against election hacking.  Mr. Trump tweeted Sunday morning about discussing such a unit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.  Yet, it's Russia that U.S. intelligence officials blame for meddling in last year's election."

Further evidence Trump has indeed lost his mind.  Sen. Graham certainly didn't buy the bullshit:

"Widespread ridicule greeted Mr. Trump's tweet. Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina called  it "pretty close" to the dumbest idea he's ever heard."

Democrats weren't any more pleased:

"A Democratic congressman, Adam Schiff of California, says expecting Russia to be a credible partner in any cybersecurity initiative "would be dangerously naive." Schiff is the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. "If that's our best election defense, we might as well just mail our ballot boxes to Moscow," he said."

Flak came in from all sides, prompting the Trump nazi to think better of it:

"By Sunday evening, Mr. Trump was tweeting a different tune. He wrote that just because he and Putin discussed the idea "doesn't mean I think it can happen. It can't."

Trump's an idiot.  An embarrassment.  As a nazi, presents an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"Another Senate Republican, Marco Rubio of Florida, said on Twitter that "partnering with Putin on a 'Cyber Security Unit' is akin to partnering with Assad on a 'Chemical Weapons Unit.' Rubio was referring to Syrian President Bashar Assad and his regime's use of chemical weapons against its own citizens."

Indeed.

"Senator John McCain, R-Arizona, said Sunday on the CBS New broadcast "Face the Nation" that Putin "got away with" trying to change the result of the 2016 U.S. presidential election, and that there's been "no penalty" for those attempts."

Had it been a Republican presidential candidate targeted by the Russians, GOP partisans would have been screaming bloody murder.  Trump, now, simply wants to move on.  Forgive and forget.

Ordinarily, would be of no interest whether or not Ivanka Trump sat in for her father at the G-20.  Who truly cares?  Any other president would have ignored criticism directed at his daughter filling in for him.  Not so, the Trump nazi.  Couldn't leave well enough alone.  LOL.  Fox News reports:

"When I left Conference Room for short meetings with Japan and other countries, I asked Ivanka to hold seat. Very standard. Angela M agrees!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 10, 2017

"If Chelsea Clinton were asked to hold the seat for her mother,as her mother gave our country away, the Fake News would say CHELSEA FOR PRES!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 10, 2017"

The above tweets are of no real significance other than for the fact Chelsea came out swinging. Hard.  LOL.  Get this:

"Good morning Mr. President. It would never have occurred to my mother or my father to ask me. Were you giving our country away? Hoping not. https://t.co/4ODjWZUp0c
    — Chelsea Clinton (@ChelseaClinton) July 10, 2017"

Ouch.  Joking aside, hope it's not a portend of yet another Clinton getting into politics.  -- Two of them were certainly more than enough.  LOL.  Have to admire the moxie of the daughter, however, for not taking any crap from the president.  Certainly, no wall flower.  Good for her.  ... Just spare us another Clinton in office.  Please.  LOL.

Yet, another court blow to the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  The Washington Times reports:

"A federal judge late Tuesday halted the deportation of hundreds of illegal immigrants from Iraq, dealing at least a tentative blow to the Trump administration in a case that could signal even greater judicial intrusion into immigration policy.  In a case resounding with major implications for big separation of powers questions, District Judge Mark A. Goldsmith said federal courts have the power to step in and be a final appeal in immigration cases, even though Congress had tried to limit their powers and give the executive branch full control of deportations."

Be interesting to see how this is finally resolved.

"Judge Goldsmith, an Obama appointee to the bench, overruled Congress and said he had to step in to save the Iraqis from immediate deportation, saying otherwise they risked “death, torture or other grave persecution” back home.  “Under the law, the federal district courts are generally the ‘first responders’ when rights guaranteed by the Constitution require protection,” the judge wrote. “In fulfillment of that mission, this Court concludes that it has jurisdiction in this case to preserve the fundamental right of habeas corpus and the duty to do so.”

Yet another rubber stamp by the Sessions nazi and his Department of 'Justice.'  Texas Standard reports:

"The U.S. Justice Department says the Texas Voter ID law is good to go after state lawmakers made changes to it during the recent legislative session.  In a brief filed Thursday, the DOJ said an ongoing legal challenge to the controversial law should end."

The hell it should.  No more than a rubber stamp by DOJ of Republican nazism imposed by Texas GOP fascists.  To ensure only Republican partisans get to vote unhindered.

“That’s a big change from the Obama administration’s Justice Department, which argued the original law was discriminatory. The 5th Circuit Court agreed and sent the matter back to a lower court to determine if that discrimination was intentional. The court also ordered changes to the law ahead of last November’s election. The new version of the law adopts those changes, mainly allowing people without one of the accepted forms of photo ID to use other means to prove who they are. As far as the current Justice Department is concerned, that’s good enough. But the court will have the final say.”

Not the end of the matter, however.  NBC News reports:

"Texas had the toughest voter ID law in the nation when U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos, who declared it discriminatory, struck it down ahead of the 2016 election. She later ruled that it was discriminatory in intent."

No question about that.  The strategy of GOP nazis is to do all they can to deny non-Republicans the right to vote.

"The state, which has more than a half-million registered voters without the required identification, hurried a new bill through the Legislature, arguing in June in front of the judge that they had fixed the previous law's problems. Voting rights advocates asked to have the law, which they say is rooted in the framework of the original bill, thrown out. They also called on the judge to subject any new election laws to federal pre-clearance, the mechanism that states with histories of discrimination had been subject to before the Supreme Court's 2013 ruling on the Voting Rights Act."

This is precisely what the Trump nazi and his stooge, the Sessions nazi are desperately fighting against.  That is, they want carte blanche to do as they please.

"The suit, which is continuing, is one of 15 major lawsuits pending in 11 states, according to the Brennan Center. Opponents of additional voting requirements say that in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision — which gutted much of the federal government's ability to enforce the Voting Rights Act — there has been a frenzy of election changes and proposed legislation, forcing them to fight more suits in court than ever before, which can be costly and a drain on manpower."

Again, this is precisely the strategy of Republican national socialists.  Abrogate the vote of non-Republicans.  A direct assault on the fabric of our supposed democratic republic.

"We've just seen local jurisdictions and the states enacting regulations and legislation that would not have survived under the Voting Rights Act," said Julie Houk, a lawyer for the Lawyer's Committee for Civil Rights Under Law monitoring Georgia's elections, citing a recent proposal to shutter 17 polling places.  "It's become very sophisticated. It's just a matter of whether courts are going to let jurisdictions get away with it," she added."

So far, treasonous, traitorous, treacherous Republican nazis are winning this battle.  Precisely, why the rumble grows louder.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Amazing how political winds ebb and flow.  Quite a bit of change since Trump took office.  Not all of it good for Republicans.  The Washington Post reports:

"Senate Republicans began this year thinking that they had leverage over some Democrats, particularly the 10 up for reelection next year in states that President Trump won in the fall.  Those Democrats, some GOP strategists believed, would want to work with the president to appeal to enough Trump voters to win their states in November 2018.  That didn’t happen. Instead, Trump’s standing has slipped in many of these states. The president has faced legislative gridlock and a deepening investigation of his campaign’s connections to Russia. His focus, in public appearances and on social media, has regularly drifted away from the policy agenda on Capitol Hill."

Certainly, didn't look good for Democrats, initially.  That changed, as Trump began to disintegrate.  Saddest of all?  Neither major political party is worth a crap.  Third parties to date aren't viable.  The public needs to wake up.  The status quo remains unsustainable.  No easy answers with the country as divided as it remains.  Trump seems to be losing ground.  Should that continue, change might finally be possible.  If not, hear the rumble?

Once again, the Abbott nazi intends to force his perverse religious and ideological views on all.  Texas Standard reports:

"Among the 20 items Gov. Greg Abbott has asked legislators to tackle during the upcoming special session is a push to block all taxpayer funds from being sent to abortion providers.  Right now, both federal and state policies prohibit the use of taxpayer money for abortions, but anti-abortion activists want lawmakers to go further.  “The Hyde Amendment is not adequate,” says Joe Pojman, executive director for Texas Alliance for Life, referring to a law Congress passed in the 1970s that prohibits federal taxpayer dollars for paying for abortions."

Who the hell are these goddamned Republican nazis to force their outrageously perverse religious and ideological views on all?  Direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

Oregon is stepping up.  Doing the right thing.  The Washington Times reports:

"Oregon Gov. Kate Brown said Thursday that she plans to sign a sweeping, unprecedented bill requiring insurers to provide free abortions for their customers, including illegal immigrants.  “The ability to control our bodies and make informed decisions about health are critical to providing all Oregonians the opportunity to achieve our full potential and live productive, thriving lives,” the Democratic chief executive said in an email. “Attempts to deny access to contraceptives and family planning are an attack on all Oregonians, particularly women of color, low-income and young women.”  The $10.2 million bill, which cleared the state House and Senate with no Republican votes, also comes as a badly needed boost for Planned Parenthood’s Oregon affiliate, which helped write the measure and pushed for its passage as it struggles to keep its doors open."

Excellent news.  At least in Oregon, the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion, remains alive and well.  Not so, in Nazi Texas.

More of the same.  NPR reports:

"Wells Fargo bank has struck a settlement to reimburse customers who were harmed when bank employees created unwanted accounts in their names. A federal judge has granted a preliminary approval for the settlement in the class action case.  Wells Fargo says compensation will depend on the financial harm customers suffered. Someone who paid an improper $35 dollar fee likely will receive less money than someone whose credit score was damaged and had to accept a home loan with a higher interest rate."

The bank seems to think this will lead to renewed confidence in the institution.  Not a chance.  What has truly changed?  The bank continues to stonewall.  Drags its feet every step of the way.  Has yet to answer continuous Salvo emails sent across the community week after week, month after month, year after year by this publication.  Have certainly cost them business locally.  Will continue doing so indefinitely until Wells Fargo makes this right.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Sidney 'Tanker' Harris, Master Plumber, Tanker's Plumbing & Septics.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 162, 7-14-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknow who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
