Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

Think prisoners won't save the life of a deputy?  CBS News reports:

"Officer down.  It's one of the scariest calls a sheriff can receive. But when Polk County Sheriff Johnny Moats got that call on June 12, it didn't turn into the nightmare scenario he might have expected. On the contrary, that hair-raising call was the start of something heartwarming.  On that Monday, an especially humid day in Georgia, six inmates were out doing maintenance work on the grounds of a local cemetery when the deputy sheriff assigned to guard them suddenly collapsed from the heat."

These men did the right thing:

"Thinking quickly, one of the inmates used the deputy's cellphone to dial 911. Others removed his bulletproof vest in an attempt to cool the officer off and render it easier for emergency personnel to perform CPR once they arrived.  "When that happened, in my opinion, it wasn't about who is in jail and who wasn't," Greg Williams, one of the inmates, told WXIA in Atlanta. "It was about a man going down, and we had to help him."

Certainly did.  Did the right thing.

"Help him, they did. The deputy, who reportedly lost consciousness due to complications from a brain surgery he had 10 years ago, has fully recovered. And now, as a way of saying thanks, the Polk County Sheriff's Office is helping them right back.  Sheriff Moats is recommending that the six inmates, who are all nonviolent offenders, receive reduced sentences for their good deed. Some may even be released with time served.  In the meantime, the department threw the six men a pizza party in the park, complete with homemade desserts from the family of the officer they saved."

When these men are released, the business community needs to step up.  Immediately employ them.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Sixty-two weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Sixty-two weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Sixty-two weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

In follow up to the last edition, imagine yourself to be Diamond Reynolds.  You've just watched your innocent, law-abiding boyfriend,  Philando Castile,  gunned down by Officer Jeronimo Yanez.  Your daughter, in the back seat, just witnessed this jackbooted piece of shit pumping round after round into an innocent man.  Imagine the terror of both this woman and her daughter.  Additional evidence has been released from the trial.  NBC News reports:

"The terrified four-year-old witness to the killing of Philando Castile by a Minnesota cop pleaded with her mother to cooperate with police moments after his death telling her “I don’t want you to get shooted," a newly released police video shows.  The video, which came out with a bundle of evidence from the Castile trial, captures the interaction between Diamond Reynolds, Castile’s girlfriend, and her daughter as they were held in the back of a squad car shortly after the shooting."

Castile was innocent.  Law-abiding.  Did what the jackbooted bastard ordered him to do.  Yet, got executed by this out of control, gutless piece of human excrement.

"In the heart-wrenching video, a handcuffed Reynolds yells "F---!" — and immediately her young daughter begins to cry begging her mother to “please stop cussing and screaming because I don’t want you to get shooted.”  The weeping girl then embraces her mother, who tells her to give her a kiss.  “I can keep you safe,” says the girl, while wiping away tears from her face."

No one's safe when police murder on the job and routinely get exonerated by a jury.

“I can’t believe they just did that,” Reynolds whispers to herself — to which the girl begins to cry uncontrollably."

This jackbooted piece of shit did indeed murder an innocent, law-abiding man, licensed to carry.  Imagine the post traumatic stress this woman and her kid will endure the rest of their lives.

"Reynolds then attempts to get out of her handcuffs, and the girl again desperately yells for her to be calm, out of fear for her mother's safety.  “No! Please no! I don’t want you to get shooted!” she said.  "They're not going to shoot me, I'm already in handcuffs," Reynolds responds in an attempt to pacify the frazzled girl."

Why was this woman in handcuffs?  Why?  What threat did she pose to the gutless piece of shit who just murdered her boyfriend?  Thankfully, she was able to live stream the aftermath of the murder.  Otherwise, the piece of shit would likely have never been charged.  The public would have been unaware a gutless cop had indeed murdered an innocent man on the job.

While a jury refused to convict the bastard, the public knows the truth.  So does the gutless piece of shit who pulled the trigger.  So do his handlers in the department.  So does the rest of the world.  Laid bare by the live stream.  The world also knows there is no justice in our formerly great country.  The jackbooted bastards in blue are not held accountable for their crimes.

"The emotional video shines new light on the tragic aftermath of Castile’s tragic shooting by Officer Jeronimo Yanez who fired seven bullets into him after he told the officer he had a firearm.  Yanez told investigators and a jury that he believed Castile was reaching for the weapon.  But Reynolds, who live streamed the immediate moments after her boyfriend was shot on Facebook, told authorities that he was only reaching for his wallet."

Doesn't matter in Nazi America.  Police remain free to do as they please.  Usually, with impunity.

Coup de grace?

"She is also heard saying "he’s not pulling it out!" in the police dashcam video seconds before the gunfire.  Yanez was acquitted by a jury on charges of manslaughter and dangerous discharge of a firearm — sparking outrage in the community as well as with civil rights organizations across the nation."

There is no justice.  None.  We live in a fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Law enforcement cannot be trusted.  Nor can prosecutors, or the courts:

"Reynolds testified during the trial that she recorded the encounter out of fear for her own life.  "Because I know that the people are not protected by police,” Reynolds said, according to NBC Minneapolis affiliate KARE. "I wanted to make sure if I was to die in front of my daughter, someone would know the truth."

Nazi America.

The Washington Post reports:

"The family of Philando Castile, the Minnesota man fatally shot by a police officer during a July 2016 traffic stop, reached a settlement of nearly $3 million with the city that employed the officer at the time, officials said Monday.  The announcement comes a week and a half after the officer, Jeronimo Yanez, was acquitted in the fatal shooting, the aftermath of which was broadcast on Facebook Live video and seen worldwide.  Valerie Castile, the driver’s mother, will receive $2.995 million as part of the settlement, the city of St. Anthony, Minn., said in a statement Monday morning."

Nowhere near enough to discourage the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue from murdering yet another innocent law-abiding citizen in the future.  Protest must remain ferocious, but non-violent.  Otherwise, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are granted carte blanche to murder on the job.  Don't give them the satisfaction.

In follow up to the last edition, LAPD has continuing problems.  Major problems.  ABC News reports:

"Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck says he personally arrested one of his own officers on Thursday.  Beck arrested 10-year veteran LAPD officer Robert Cain in what has become the latest scandal involving the department’s youth cadet program. The 31-year-old officer is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female cadet.  The chief, who usually does not make arrests, said “I told him you’re under arrest for unlawful sex with a minor.”

Ongoing decay in law enforcement:

"The officer is from the same police station, the LAPD’s 77th Street Division, that has been roiled in a scandal involving teen cadets who allegedly stole LAPD patrol SUV’s, crashing two of them in chases last week after they were spotted by on duty officers. The teens are also accused of stealing equipment like police radios and bullet proof vests.  Beck says the teens pulled over drivers and impersonated officers with the stolen equipment but that they did not handcuff anyone."

F--king unbelievable that officers failed to supervise these cadets, keep track of inventory, better vet these kids.  Worse, an officer has sex with one of them?  Again, f--king unbelievable:

"The 15-year-old girl allegedly involved in the sexual relationship is one of seven cadets who have been arrested for stealing the patrol vehicles. Cain worked in the equipment room where police gear is checked out. Beck says he is not sure yet if Cain helped the teens obtain the stolen items."

Sounds like you've been caught flatfooted, Chief.  Didn't do your job, you jackbooted son of a bitch.

"When Beck learned of the alleged criminal conduct involving Cain, he said he made the decision to make the arrest himself. “I think it’s important to send a message,” Beck said during a news conference."

How about sending the message someone is indeed in charge of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue, Chief?  Instead, of determinedly out to lunch.

“I find the actions of Cain, if they are proven, to be despicable. I find them to be absolutely inconsistent with the ethics and standards of the Los Angeles Police Department and they are criminal. I’m a police officer and I felt it was my duty to make the arrest.”

This is what happens when there is no oversight.  No adequate vetting of personnel.

"Beck said the sexual conduct did not happen at the police station and that the relationship was consensual."

So what?  The girl is underage.  The accused is a jackbooted bastard in blue.

The following?  Too little, much too late.  Worse?  Self-serving:

"The Los Angeles Police union representing LAPD officers is applauding Beck for taking quick action after the department learned about the relationship while investigating the stolen equipment and SUVs."

Is that right?  How did it happen in the first place?  Why did these kids have unsupervised access?

"Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti said in a statement, "There is no higher priority than protecting and guiding our young people -— and when they become LAPD Cadets, every parent should feel confident that they will be treated with the utmost care every step of the way."

Politically correct bullshit.  A desperate attempt to draw attention away from the fact the City exercises insufficient oversight over law enforcement.  Gets worse, however:

"The charges against this officer are deeply disturbing, and I have been assured he will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. These allegations represent a total breach of the trust we place in everyone who wears the uniform and a violation of the oath all officers take to protect and serve. There is an exhaustive review of the Cadet Program already underway, and I have faith that our program will emerge stronger and justice will be served.”

Hollow, empty, rhetoric.  Abject unadulterated bullshit.

Consider the following. The Austin American-Statesman reports:

"The office of Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson said Thursday it had concluded some Mesquite police officers, who in August 2013 shocked 18-year-old Graham Dyer with a Taser on his testicles while he was handcuffed and allowed him to fatally injure himself in the back of their cruiser, had committed a crime."

You think?  ... Or, don't you Republican fascists here in Nazi Llano County think so?  Kicker?

"But due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, the officers involved couldn't be charged."

Nazi justice in a goddamned fascist police-state.  Why is there any statute of limitations when it comes to criminal behavior perpetrated by the jackbooted bastards in blue?  Why are these criminal pieces of human excrement protected and coddled?  Why?

"According to state law, however, such charges cannot be brought more than three years after the incident, which came to the district attorney's attention as the result of an American-Statesman investigation two months ago.  And while there is no such limitation on the higher charge of manslaughter, Snipes said the officers' behavior that contributed to Dyer's death didn't reach the level of a knowing disregard for his life."

Believe that?  Consider it credible?  Wake up:

"Yet police videos later obtained by his parents--with great difficulty and despite the city's refusal to turn them over--appeared to show that Mesquite police had failed to properly restrain Dyer in the back of the car."

No problem with that?  Think this kid got what he deserved?  That how you GOP fascists here in Nazi Llano County think?  Believe a bad LSD trip justifies such behavior by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue?

"They also revealed the officers had pulled over and shocked the teenager with a Taser, including several times in his groin.  One officer threatened to kill him."

'Protect and Serve?'  Think so?

"The videos also seemed to contradict official police reports of the incident, which stated that Dyer had needed to be placed in a special restraint chair in the jail because he was so out of control.  Yet, the videos of him being unloaded from the police car before being taken to a cell show Dyer lying limp on the sally-port floor.  It was more than two hours later, when officers found him unresponsive, that medics were summoned to treat him."

Police don't lie, do they?  Lie to a cop, guess what?  Get charged with making a false report.  Tell the bastard the truth, but not what the criminal son of a bitch wants to hear?  Get charged with making a false report.  Kicker?

"The case was never presented to a grand jury, and a city spokesman has said none of the police officers involved was disciplined."

Nazi justice in a goddamned fascist police-state.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Makes one goddamned proud to be an American, doesn't it?

"The Statesman described in April the Dyer family's long and frustrating battle to obtain the damning police records.  Mesquite was able to withhold them because of a Texas law that says law enforcement agencies don't have to turn over their records if a defendant isn't convicted of a crime."

Convenient, isn't it?  Forget?  Dyer died before being tried.  This goddamned state statute allows the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue to obstruct justice.  Protect themselves.  Cover their jackbooted, criminal nazi asses.

"After being repeatedly rebuffed in their request for the Mesquite Police Department's records from the night Graham died, Kathy and Robert Dyer asked the FBI to investigate.  Although the federal agency said it was unable to bring a civil rights case, the Dyers realized they could circumvent Mesquite officials by asking the bureau for the records it had reviewed."

No justice.  Police are not held accountable for their crimes.  Are protected by state statutes.

"The family used the videos the FBI eventually turned over as the basis for a federal civil lawsuit against Mesquite.  That case is pending and still in the early stages of litigation."

Law enforcement is out of control.  Cannot be trusted.  As repeatedly stated in this publication, the greatest threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties is no foreign power.  No terrorist organization, foreign or domestic.  Not even the criminal element.  It remains all levels and branches of government.  Ultimately, run and owned by its corporate masters.

A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  As the doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  Protest must remain ferocious, but non-violent.  Otherwise, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are granted carte blanche to murder on the job.  Don't give them the satisfaction.

Don't quite know what to make of the following.  You decide.  CBS News reports:

"Authorities say sheriff's deputies killed a 17-year-old boy while shooting at a dog outside a home early Thursday morning, reports CBS Los Angeles.  The station reports that according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the teen, who was identified by family as Armando Garcia, was likely struck by a bullet that ricocheted off the driveway."

Police don't know?

"Deputies were checking on a house party at about 3:47 a.m. when they were reportedly confronted by a pit bull. At some point, Garcia came outside to check on the dog, which had bitten a deputy on the leg, LASD said. Deputies opened fire on the dog, and one of the bullets struck the boy."

A shot in the dark?

"We believe that when the individual came out from behind the building, which was approximately 40 feet away from where the shooting occurred, he may have been struck by one of the skip rounds. And it is what we're calling an extremely, extremely unfortunate incident," LASD Capt. Chris Bergner said at a Thursday morning news conference.  Garcia was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead."

Here's where it gets tricky:

"My nephew was trying to save the dog because the cops started shooting at the dog," the victim's aunt, Amber Alcantar, told CBS Los Angeles. "He put his life on the line for an animal that wasn't even his."

More inexplicable?

"The deputy who was bitten by the dog was also struck by a ricocheting bullet and was taken to a hospital for treatment, Bergner said."

Sounds like a hell of a gun fight, doesn't it?  Are we getting the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?

"The dog was shot three or four times, L.A. County animal control confirmed. It was taken to a veterinary hospital to undergo surgery, but had to be euthanized."

... How many high-powered rounds striking the animal does it take to bring a dog down?  Did the officer simply empty the magazine?

The price of liberty is indeed quite high in so many ways most of us never ever think about.  The following is another example.  CBS News reports:

"The confession of a Wisconsin inmate featured in the Netflix series "Making a Murderer" was improperly obtained and he should be released from prison, a three-judge federal appeals panel ruled Thursday."

Police and prosecutors are not stupid people.  Despite their high level of perniciousness.  Know full well coercion of confessions has no happy ending, especially when exposed to the light of day.  Especially, why coercion should have been avoided at all costs, particularly in the following case:

"Brendan Dassey was sentenced to life in prison in 2007 in photographer Teresa Halbach's death on Halloween two years earlier. Dassey told detectives he helped his uncle, Steven Avery, rape and kill Halbach in the Avery family's Manitowoc County salvage yard. Avery was sentenced to life in a separate trial."

Certainly, no altar boy.  No question, a piece of human excrement.

"A federal magistrate judge ruled in August that investigators coerced Dassey, who was 16 years old at the time and suffered from cognitive problems, into confessing and overturned his conviction. The state Justice Department appealed the ruling to the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a move that kept Dassey, now 27, behind bars pending the outcome."

Prosecutors and police did not play by the rules.  Rules, guarantied by the Bill of Rights.  To protect not only the rights of the guilty, but the innocent as well.

"A three-judge panel from the Chicago-based 7th Circuit upheld the magistrate's decision to overturn his conviction. State attorneys' only recourse now is the U.S. Supreme Court. They could also elect to re-try Dassey."

Quite a conundrum, no?  Precisely, why there needs to be no statute of limitations on corrupt and abusive police and prosecutors.  If this man is in fact guilty of what he is accused of, needs to be re-tried.  Let a jury decide if prosecutors indeed have a bona fide case.  They may not.  Consider the following:

"Avery and Dassey contend they were framed by police angry with Avery for suing Manitowoc County over his wrongful conviction for sexual assault. Avery spent 18 years in prison in that case before DNA tests showed he didn't commit the crime. He's pursuing his own appeal in state court."

What webs we weave.  Must not be forgotten somebody raped and murdered the victim.  Could it be both men are innocent?  If so, there remains a murderer on the loose.

Here is further evidence the war on drugs has miserably failed.  ABC News reports:

"A New Hampshire woman in labor who demanded that a friend inject her with heroin and methamphetamine has pleaded guilty to reckless conduct and has been sentenced to a year in jail.  Police in Concord arrested 29-year-old Felicia Farruggia, of Concord, about six months after her son was born in September. He is in state custody.  WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2srr54C) Farruggia told the court Wednesday that drug addiction made her lose sight of everything that was important, but she said she's committed to being a better person.  Farruggia can get out earlier if she completes a drug treatment program."

Why is she in jail?  If willing to accept treatment, why jail someone addicted but willing to accept help?  Makes no sense.  Reckless conduct?  It's HER uterus, not that of the state.  The child had not yet been born.  Despicable conduct?  Indeed.  Yet, it's HER uterus.  HER body.  Yet, nazi government, courtesy of the 'religious' Fascist Right forces women to bring an unwanted pregnancy to term earlier and earlier prior to viability.  When they don't, for whatever the reason, usually get robustly prosecuted.
.
"The case against the woman accused of giving Farruggia the injection is ongoing."

The following is yet another example of appalling criminal violence perpetrated by police.  CBS News reports:

"The Minnesota chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is demanding an investigation into what it called a brutal attack by a police officer, CBS Minnesota reports.  Dashcam footage of the 2016 arrest shows a Buffalo Ridge Drug Task Force agent opening the door of an SUV before kneeing and punching the driver, Anthony Promvongsa."

Videos don't lie.  Record what happened at exactly the time they're turned on and from that point forward:

"This is an example, a textbook example of excessive force by police. It was really a vicious attack on this young man, it was not just an arrest but it was really an attack, a beating, an assault," said John Gordon, interim legal director for the ACLU of Minnesota."

Of course, police argue the video doesn't show what happened during the entire encounter:

"But authorities say the video only captured a small part of what led to charges against the driver."

So what?  How does anything that proceeded a savage beating by a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue justify that beating How?

"According to the criminal complaint, Promvongsa caught the attention of an off-duty officer by following closely, speeding past him and later saying he "was going to get his boys and come back to get them." The officer said he believed Promvongsa was attempting to harm him and another off-duty officer. They called dispatch."

Sounds concocted.  Even if true, doesn't justify a savage beating.

"The officer and Agent Joe Joswiak then attempted to pull Promvongsa over, but said he wouldn't stop his vehicle at first. The video picks up what happened next."

Doesn't justify a savage beating.  Even if what the jackbooted bastards are claiming is true.

"The ACLU is now demanding an investigation into Joswiak's actions and calling for his termination and prosecution.  "Police have a very important job to do and valuable job to do, to enforce the law and to protect people. It is not their job to take punishment into their own hands and whoop on people," Gordon said."

Police don't get to be judge, jury, and executioner.  Not in a democratic republic.  Ubiquitously in a fascist police-state, clearly.

"In a statement, Promvongsa said he is scared of future interactions with police. "I did not even have the opportunity to take off my seat belt before I was literally blindsided with this unnecessary attack," he said.  Promvognsa was driving with a revoked license. He's charged with using his car as a weapon and fleeing an officer. A trial date has not been set. The law enforcement agencies involved has asked people to be "patient as the criminal case progresses."

The fact he has not been prosecuted for a motor vehicle offense that allegedly occurred last year raises questions regarding veracity of allegations made by police:

"Promvognsa's defense attorney, Virginia Barron, said that his client has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges and maintains his innocence. He told the station that he's seen an "increasing systemic problem of excessive force from law enforcement" in the area that should "never be allowed or tolerated in a civilized society."

Somebody's lying.  Guess who?

In follow up to the last edition, The Washington Times reports:

"The insurance company for the city of Ferguson, Missouri, paid $1.5 million to settle a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Michael Brown’s parents, the city attorney said Friday.  Attorney Apollo Carey disclosed the amount in an email in response to an open records request. The settlement of the federal lawsuit was announced Tuesday, but financial details were not initially released."

Piss-hole in the snow.  Nowhere near enough to get police to think twice before murdering an unarmed victim.

No justice.  NBC News reports:

"An Ohio judge declared a mistrial for the second time in the case against Ray Tensing, a former University of Cincinnati police officer charged with the 2015 shooting of an unarmed black driver during a traffic stop."

What does it take to successfully prosecute criminal officers in a fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich?

"This is the second time Tensing has been brought before a jury on criminal charges. The first round also ended in a mistrial last year with a jury unable to come to a unanimous verdict after deliberating for more than 20 hours."

Nazi justice.

"DuBose's family said in a statement released shortly after the mistrial that they were "outraged" that a second jury failed to convict Tensing "for the murder of our beloved Sam DuBose."   "We demand another retrial. We call on the community to join us in peaceful protest of this unjust result," the family said."

Hear the rumble? An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  No justice.

Don't quite know what to make of the following.  You decide.  CBS News reports:

"A black off-duty St. Louis police officer was shot by a white on-duty police officer from the same department who apparently mistook him for a fleeing suspect, according to a statement from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.  At about 10 p.m. Wednesday evening, St. Louis police received a report that a stolen vehicle had been spotted. Officers laid down spike strips and turned on their lights, but the occupants of the vehicle allegedly opened fire on police. Officers followed the car until it crashed.  According to the police statement, the armed suspects then fled on foot. Meanwhile, an off-duty officer who lived near where the crash occurred came outside with his department issued firearm after hearing the commotion."

Certainly, did his duty.

"Two officers "challenged the off-duty officer and ordered him to the ground," the department said. The officer complied and once they recognized him the on-duty officers told him "to stand up and walk toward them."

Sounds reasonable, doesn't it?  Here's where it gets achingly stupid:

"At about the same time, another officer who had just arrived on the scene saw what was happening and "fearing for his safety and apparently not recognizing the off-duty officer, discharged a shot, striking the off-duty officer in the arm."

Be awhile before this gets resolved:

"Two of the three suspects in the stolen car chase were taken into custody and booked on $500,000 cash bond. One suspect is still at large.  Seven officers have been placed on administrative leave while the shooting is investigated."

Keystone Kops?

In follow up to an earlier edition of this publication about a year ago, CBS News reports:

"Relatives of a black man who was gunned down by a white police officer in Louisiana's capital sued the city on Tuesday, claiming the shooting fit a pattern of racist behavior and excessive force by its police force.   Attorneys for Alton Sterling's five children filed the wrongful death lawsuit in state court against the city of Baton Rouge, its police department and police chief and the two officers involved in last summer's deadly encounter. Officer Blane Salamoni shot Sterling six times during a struggle outside a convenience store where the 37-year-old black man was selling homemade CDs."

This is a particularly appalling case.  No justice, as usual.

"The Justice Department investigated Sterling's shooting and announced last month that it will not file charges against Salamoni or Officer Howie Lake II, who also wrestled Sterling to the ground but didn't fire his gun. Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry's office has opened its own review of the case to determine if any state criminal charges are warranted."

Imagine that.  A man gets murdered by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue, approximately a year passes, and guess what?  Incredibly, no decision yet at the highest level, the attorney general, whether or not to criminally prosecute.  No justice in a goddamned fascist police-state.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  The public remains achingly delusional.  Psychotically believe police do no wrong.  Edition after edition of this publication prove otherwise.

"Two cellphone videos of the July 5 shooting quickly spread on social media, setting off nightly protests. The officers' body cameras and a store surveillance camera also recorded the encounter, but those videos have not been publicly released."

Why haven't all videos been released?  Why are the criminal murderous jackbooted bastards in blue nearly always protected and coddled?  Given a free pass when they murder, assault, abuse, shake down innocent citizens on the job?

"Federal investigators found that Salamoni shot Sterling three times after saying that Sterling was reaching for a gun in his pocket, and fired three more shots into Sterling's back when he began to sit up and move. The officers recovered a loaded revolver from Sterling's pocket."

Was the weapon a 'throwaway' planted by the vicious jackbooted bastards in blue?  Happens all over the country, particularly in the cities.  Are reports the victim was armed outside the store legitimate, bona fide calls?  Or, a ruse manufactured by the department to protect the officers?  With all the lies and deception perpetrated by police all over the country, these questions must indeed be asked.

"Sterling was in "agony" for minutes before he died "as a result of the vicious, negligent, and unreasonable fatal actions" of the officers, the family's lawsuit said."

Amazing how in case after case after case where these bastards are either not charged or convicted, they still get fired.  Move on to other departments.  Become someone else's deadly problem.  Lawsuits routinely get filed and won, -- or settled before trial.  Imagine that.  Yet, the bastards are nearly never ever successfully criminally prosecuted.  ... When was the last one executed for murdering an innocent citizen on the job?

There is no justice.  Police cannot be trusted to do the right thing.  Incident after incident after incident all across our formerly great country scream otherwise.  Yet, authorities remain determinedly deaf.  Cannot hear the rumble.  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  As the doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

This case is different than most.  Has not yet been resolved:

"Acting U.S. Attorney Corey Amundson said during a news conference last month that there wasn't enough evidence to prove that Salamoni or Lake acted unreasonably and willfully after they responded to a report of a man with a gun outside the Triple S Food Mart."

Is it because you and your goons didn't try hard enough to find it, Counselor?  Or, sir, do you have an agenda?  That is, are you in the pocket of the murderous criminal jackbooted bastards in blue?

"The officers told Sterling to put his hands on the hood of a car and struggled with him when he didn't comply, according to Amundson. Lake shocked Sterling with a stun gun before the officers wrestled him to the ground, Amundson said. Lake also is white."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be any racism involved, could there?  -- Almost forgot.  ... Police aren't racists, are they?  Don't have a racist, bigoted bone in their body, right?

"Sterling had a history of "adverse breathing problems and could not lie on his back for any extended period of time," the lawsuit said.  Both officers remain on administrative leave, a standard procedure."

Imagine that.  A paid vacation.  Going on a year now.

"Nearly 200 protesters were arrested in Baton Rouge last July after Sterling's death. Racial tensions were simmering in the city when a black military veteran from Missouri ambushed and killed three Baton Rouge law enforcement officers and wounded three others before being shot dead on July 17."

The killing must end.  Both sides.  Despite the fact the killing is indeed quite lopsided, continually perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. Not the citizenry.  Protest must remain ferocious, but peaceful.  Otherwise, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are granted carte blanche to continue murdering on the job.  Don't give them the satisfaction.

Think the prison system hasn't catastrophically failed?  Consider the following. Seatbelts on.  CBS News reports:

"One by one, Denver Simmons recalled, he and his partner lured inmates into his cell. William Scruggs was promised cookies in exchange for doing some laundry; Jimmy Ham thought he was coming to snort some crushed pills.  Over the course of about a half-hour, four men accepted Simmons' hospitality. None of them made it out alive."

Gets worse:

"Calmly, matter-of-factly, the 35-year-old inmate told The Associated Press how he and Jacob Philip strangled and beat their blockmates to death and hid their bodies to avoid spooking the next victims. They had nothing against the men; one of them was even a friend, Simmons admitted.  Why did they do it?"

Sickeningly:

"Convicted in the cold-blooded shootings of a mother and her teenage son, Simmons knew he would never leave prison alive. Tired of life behind bars, a failure at suicide, he hoped killing these criminals would land him on death row."

Where were the guards?  Watching Netflix?  Think again:

"Because of their relatively clean records in custody, Simmons said he and Philip, 26, were named "dormkeepers" for their unit. That meant their doors remained open when others were on lockdown.  Just two officers were assigned to the dorm, which housed 139 inmates, Corrections Director Bryan Stirling told lawmakers in April. He said pay that starts at $33,600 and chronic low funding from the Legislature make it almost impossible to even approach the national standard of four officers for every 30 inmates."

Unsustainable.  Should this continue, this country cannot, will not survive.

Alabama is apparently about to be forced to do something about outrageously inhumane prison conditions.  The AP reports:

"A federal judge is ordering Alabama to improve the way it treats mentally ill prisoners after ruling that the state fails to provide constitutionally adequate mental health care in state lockups.  U.S. District Judge Myron Thompson of Montgomery says Alabama is putting prisoners' lives at risk with "horrendously inadequate" care and a lack of services for inmates with psychiatric problems."

A good start, but far more needs to be done.

"This ruling means that prisoners with mental illness may finally get the treatment they have been denied for so long," says Maria Morris, senior supervising attorney with the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, which represents some of prisoners who sued."

Treatment will certainly reduce the amount of violence.

"The suffering some of these men and women have endured is excruciating and inhumane," Morris says. "We are pleased Judge Thompson has demanded that the state of Alabama meet its constitutional obligation to provide adequate care."

No more than a start.

In follow up to an earlier edition of this publication, The Washington Times reports:

"Three current or former Chicago police officers were indicted Tuesday on felony charges related to a conspiracy to cover up the circumstances surrounding another officer’s fatal shooting of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald.  The special prosecutor assigned to pursue the investigation announced the charges of conspiracy, official misconduct and obstruction of justice against Detective David March and patrol officers Joseph Walsh and Thomas Gaffney.  “The indictment makes clear that these defendants did more than merely obey an unofficial ‘code of silence,’ rather it alleges that they lied about what occurred to prevent independent criminal investigators from learning the truth,” said special prosecutor Patricia Brown Holmes."

Be interesting to see where this all goes, -- if anywhere.

"According to the indictment, the officers conspired to “shield their fellow officer from criminal investigation and prosecution,” lied about the facts of the shooting, and mischaracterized what was captured on video recordings of the incident in a bid to prevent them from being released to the public or viewed by independent criminal investigators."

Goddamned disgrace.  Criminal jackbooted bastards.

Who'd 'a 'thunk' it?  Can we stand it?  Hell, indeed, has frozen over.  An FBI agent has had his sorry ass indicted.  Couldn't be, could it?  The Washington Times reports:

"An FBI agent has been indicted on accusations that he lied about firing at a rancher in 2016 when officers arrested leaders of an armed occupation of a federal wildlife refuge in rural Oregon."

G-men don't lie, do they?  Must be a mistake, no?

"Sources familiar with the case say the agent will face allegations of making a false statement with intent to obstruct justice, The Oregonian/OregonLive reported Tuesday."

FBI goons don't obstruct justice, do they?  What would James Comey think?

"The indictment stems from more than a yearlong investigation by the U.S. Justice Department inspector general. The agent will be identified when summoned to appear Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Portland."

Why wasn't his identity already disclosed?  The public has a right to know the identity of those oppressing them.  Why sit on this information?  This case is achingly convoluted:

"Authorities moved in on Ammon Bundy and other leaders as they were driving in two vehicles from the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge to a meeting on Jan. 26, 2016.  The Deschutes County sheriff said that as Robert “LaVoy” Finicum left his truck, an FBI agent shot twice at Finicum, though none of the hostage team members said they discharged their firearms. The county sheriff’s office was tasked with investigating the Finicum shooting."

How about that?  A man apparently gets murdered by law enforcement bastards and authorities drag their feet over a year.

"The FBI agent’s bullets didn’t hit Finicum, 54, an Arizona rancher who was the spokesman for the takeover near Burns in Harney County.  State police troopers then shot Finicum three times after he emerged from his truck and reached for his inner jacket pocket, where police said he had a loaded 9mm handgun.  One bullet pierced his heart, an autopsy found."

This killing reeks to high heaven.  Claims made by law enforcement remain highly questionable.  Exacerbated further by fresh indictment of an FBI agent for lying.

"The Oregon investigators determined that one agent fired at Finicum’s pickup, hitting it in the roof and missing on the second shot. Federal law forbids “knowingly and willfully” making any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation or concealing information.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Gorder Jr. revealed in court papers last year that a grand jury was reviewing the FBI actions.  Less than two months after the shooting, the FBI acknowledged that a federal agent was under investigation for firing shots, and four other members of his FBI team were under investigation for covering up the gunshots. The status of the investigation into the other FBI team members is unclear."

A man was killed under highly questionable circumstances.  Police appear to be covering their asses.  Precisely, why law enforcement cannot be trusted.

The Senate unveiled its healthcare plan, 6-22-17.  Already, four GOP Senators came out swinging.  Fox News reports:

"Key Republican senators came out against the Senate Republican health care plan on Thursday, and their opposition is enough to defeat the package before a vote.  Sens. Rand Paul, R-Ky., Ted Cruz, R-Texas, Mike Lee, R-Utah, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., said they would not vote on the Senate Republican plan."

Not draconian enough for the fearsome foursomeThe Washington Post reports:

"Senate Republican leadership unveiled their health-care bill Thursday morning, after weeks of crafting it behind closed doors. The bill takes major steps to roll back provisions of the Affordable Care Act but doesn’t go as far as the House’s version. In both bills, the spending cuts made by Medicaid and other programs would go to fund a substantial tax cut for the health-care industry and the rich."

Conveniently, forget?  The only way for Republicans to line the pockets of the top 1% through tax breaks is to eviscerate healthcare, particularly Medicaid.  NPR reports:

"The GOP's American Health Care Act would cut Medicaid — the public insurance program for many low-income families, children and elderly Americans, as well as people with disabilities — by as much as $834 billion. The Congressional Budget Office has said that would result in 23 million more people being uninsured in the next 10 years. Even more could lose coverage under the budget proposed by President Trump, which suggests an additional $610 billion in cuts to the program."

This latest plan will fail if passed and signed into law by the Trump nazi.  Just as Obamacare is failing.  Due to the fact provider greed has not been reined in.  Should GOP Trumpcare ultimately pass, Republicans will not be returned to office as people are ultimately denied treatment due to inability to pay.  Healthcare in the United States remains a privilege, not a right.  Indeed, a continuing problem that has not been addressed.

What will ultimately likely happen in years to come will be implementation of a single-payer system similar to what is in effect in Canada and throughout Europe.  Unbridled greed is killing our formerly great country.  No one seems willing to rein it in.  Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.

Medical groups are unhappy with the Senate bill.  Why wouldn't they be?  They know their business income will precipitously drop as people lose coverage.  NBC News reports:

"Groups representing pediatricians, cancer specialists, heart doctors and family physicians all agree: Both the House and the Senate offerings for fixing health care in the U.S. would make things worse, not better.  Within hours of its release, groups representing medical professionals were denouncing the Senate version, called the Better Care Reconciliation Act or BCRA.  “The Senate draft health care bill is literally heartless,” American Heart Association CEO Nancy Brown said."

In reality, so is Obamacare.  Premiums have skyrocketed, so have co-pays.  The number of carriers has markedly shrunk, -- largely due to Trump's concerted effort to eviscerate the Affordable Care Act through executive orders to line the pockets of the top 1% with tax breaks.

Providers are are quite correct women, children, the impoverished, the sick, elderly, disabled have the most to lose under the Senate bill.  Precisely, why the GOP is targeting them to line the pockets of their corporate masters and the rest of the top 1%.  Forget?  They're easy targets for these gutless, hopelessly greedy fascist bastards.

The former President quickly reacted to the Senate bill.  The Washington Post reports:

"Former president Barack Obama posted a nearly 1,000-word critique of the Senate health-care bill Thursday on Facebook, warning, “This bill will do you harm.”

Compared to Obamacare, that's indeed true.  Yet, the President is reminded the Affordable Care Act is not affordable, remains failing.  Worse, is mandated by law.  Compulsory.  Un-American.  Does absolutely nothing to rein in unbridled provider greed.

"While Obama has repeatedly defended the Affordable Care Act, which represents perhaps his most significant domestic legislative achievement, Thursday’s statement was even more pointed than his previous comments. Calling the GOP leadership’s bill “a massive transfer of wealth from middle-class and poor families to the richest people in America,” he called on Americans to push back against congressional Republicans."

That's also true.  Has long been the stated intention of Republican nazis to line the pockets of their corporate masters with massive tax cuts by repealing Obamacare at the expense of the bottom and middle class.

“Simply put, if there’s a chance you might get sick, get old, or start a family — this bill will do you harm,” the former president wrote. “And small tweaks over the course of the next couple weeks, under the guise of making these bills easier to stomach, cannot change the fundamental meanness at the core of this legislation.”

While the Senate plan is indeed worse than Obamacare, the Affordable Care Act is failing, and continues to fail due to unbridled greed.  Would have failed of its own weight had Republicans been more patient.  Single-payer is the solution to this ongoing issue.  If not, the alternative remains the unthinkable, -- socialized medicine.  While communism has clearly and miserably failed in Cuba and throughout the rest of the world, the one bright spot is Cuban socialized medicine.

There are now five Republicans opposed to the Senate bill.  CBS News reports:

"Sen. Dean Heller of Nevada became the fifth Senate Republican on Friday to announce opposition to the Senate Republican health care plan to repeal and replace Obamacare, putting the legislation's passage in jeopardy ahead of a vote next week."

Interestingly, for reasons exactly opposite those of the fearsome foursome:

"This bill, that's currently in front of the United States Senate is not the answer. It's simply not the answer," Heller said at a press conference in Las Vegas with Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval, a Republican. "I'm announcing today that in this form, I will not support it."  Heller said he can't support a piece of legislation that likely would take away health care coverage from millions of Americans and tens of thousands of Nevadans."

Will pay a price for his courage:

"As a result of his opposition, pro-Trump organization America First Policies is launching a TV ad against Heller, CBS News has learned. Heller is up for re-election in 2018. He is considered the most vulnerable Republican senator running next year, and a high-profile Democrat is reportedly set to challenge him: Nevada Rep. Jacky Rosen."

Devastating news from the CBO for the Senate Republican healthcare plan.  CBS News reports:

"Twenty-two million more people would be without health insurance over the next decade under Senate Republicans' plan to repeal and replace Obamacare, according to an analysis released Monday by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office."

To provide tax breaks for the top 1% of the food chain.

NPR reports:

"For individuals who purchase health coverage on the exchanges, the CBO says prices will vary — some will see lower premiums, especially in states that opt out of some consumer protections, which will allow insurers to sell plans that offer fewer benefits. However, for people would like to purchase plans that cover the essential health benefits mandated by the Affordable Care Act, including mental health coverage, addiction treatment, maternity care and prescription drug coverage, costs could go way up."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  Didn't the 'President' promise otherwise?

"Other provisions in the Senate proposal would reduce subsidies and cause out-of-pocket costs to rise, the CBO says. As a result, starting in 2020, "despite being eligible for premium tax credits, few low-income people would purchase any plan."

By design, to provide the very top of the food chain with tax breaks.  Generous of Republican nazis, isn't it?  After all, they have to take care of their corporate masters.  Forget?  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.  While the long-suffering public gets the ungreased shaft rammed hard up the ass.  The American Way.

Senate Republican national socialists were unable to agree how badly they wished to f--k the masses.  Consequently, a vote has been postponed until their royal high asses return from the July 4th recess.  Imagine that.  After all the hype.  Coup de grace?  The pending Senate Trumpcare bill reportedly has a public approval rating of 17%.

Not surprisingly, this bill seeks to limit pain and suffering awards.  Have no problem with that?  Consider the following.  NPR reports:

"Last week, a jury awarded a Pennsylvania man $620,000 for pain and suffering in a medical malpractice lawsuit he filed against a surgeon who mistakenly removed his healthy testicle, leaving the painful, atrophied one intact.  However, if a bill before the House of Representatives passes, the maximum he would be able to receive for such "non-economic" damages would be $250,000."

Get f--ked over by a medical butcher?  Guess what?  The Trump nazi, his henchmen, and fellow national socialists in the Republican Party want to limit legal exposure of medical charlatans.  How about that?

"Non-economic damages cover losses that are hard to put a dollar amount on — such as suffering, loss of a limb, pain, and loss of companionship. In addition, medical malpractice awards may include monetary damages to cover medical costs and loss of future wages. Sometimes punitive damages may be awarded as well, as punishment for reckless or other harmful behavior."

Yet, Republican nazis remain intent on protecting these bastards, limiting your ability to collect just compensation from these quacks.

"The bill H.R. 1215 is part of a package of proposed reforms that supplement the American Health Care Act, the House measure to replace the Affordable Care Act that was narrowly approved in May. The Trump administration has pledged to support the tort reform legislation."

Get it?  Trump and his fellow GOP nazis are protecting quacks, intend to limit your ability to collect just compensation.  The Republican 'rationale' for this f--king is based on a ruse:

"The Congressional Budget Office estimates that the bill would lower health care costs by reducing the premiums of medical liability insurance and the use of health care services by providers worried about being sued. This would lead to lower spending on federal health care programs. The likely overall result, the CBO says, would be to reduce deficits by nearly $50 billion over 10 years.  Supporters of the bill say caps on medical malpractice awards discourage frivolous lawsuits and reduce the cost of health care because providers no longer need to practice defensive medicine.  Yet research shows that costs from medical liability make up just 2 to 2.5 percent of total health care spending."

Take the time to reread the above.  Should this bill pass as is, Republicans will have successfully limited your right to sue quacks.  Basing that loss of a constitutional right on an achingly faulty 'rationale.'  Since medical liability is such a small percentage of healthcare spending, Republicans are using bogus tort reform as a convenient ruse to line the pockets of providers and the insurance cartel.  Including quacks.

Here is precisely why Trump and his henchmen need to be extremely careful taking any military action against North Korea.  CBS News reports:

"While "CBS This Morning" co-host Norah O'Donnell and her team were in South Korea, the U.S. Army took CBS News on an aerial tour to give us a first-hand look at what they are doing to counter threats from North Korea.  We hitched a ride from Yongsan Army Garrison on a pair of Black Hawk helicopters for a bird's-eye view of Seoul, one of the densest cities in the world that's less than 40 miles from the North Korean border."

People packed in like sardines:

"When you talk about 25 million people, it just goes, I mean, to the horizon," Eighth Army chief of staff Col. William Taylor said.

"It's unbelievable. I mean, it's more packed than New York City," O'Donnell said.

Taylor said it's all within reach of Kim Jong Un's artillery.

"What kind of damage can long-range artillery do?" O'Donnell asked.

"A lot. It's very destructive, you know. Very destructive," Taylor said."

Gets worse.  Here is the problem:

"One study estimates about 2,800 people could die in an initial volley of artillery fire, and some 64,000 lives could be lost if it continued for an entire day. Maj. Gen. Tammy Smith said that's one of the reasons the military is moving its headquarters 40 miles south to Camp Humphreys."

Staggering, isn't it?  An extremely dangerous situation dating back to 1950.  Now, exacerbated by a North Korean dictator willing to use nuclear weapons.

CNN reports:

"Two of the nation's top intelligence officials told Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team and Senate investigators, in separate meetings last week, that President Donald Trump suggested they say publicly there was no collusion between his campaign and the Russians, according to multiple sources.  Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and National Security Agency Director Adm. Mike Rogers described their interactions with the President about the Russia investigation as odd and uncomfortable, but said they did not believe the President gave them orders to interfere, according to multiple sources familiar with their accounts.  Sources say both men went further than they did in June 7 public hearings, when they provided little detail about the interactions."

Obstruction.  Think the Trump nazi wasn't sending both men a clear message?  Wasn't desperately trying to get both to cover his sorry gutless ass?

Trump continues to skirt the law.  NPR reports:

"Two government watchdog groups, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington and the National Security Archive, filed a lawsuit Thursday against President Trump and the Executive Office of the President.  The complaint alleges that White House staffers' widely reported use of encrypted messaging apps, such as Signal and Confide, for internal communication violates the Presidential Records Act."

Certainly, appears to, -- considering the fact the media used is designed to destroy messaging:

"In the lawsuit, the groups claim the Trump administration has "failed to adopt adequate policies and guidelines to maintain and preserve presidential records."  Encrypted messaging apps automatically delete messages, which would prevent those communications from being archived."

Convenient, isn't it, for a tyrant shielding himself and his henchmen from transparency?

"The American people not only deserve to know how their government is making important decisions, it's the law," CREW Executive Director Noah Bookbinder said in a statement. "By deleting these records, the White House is destroying essential historical records."

The mark of a tyrant.  A duplicitous tyrant.

"Additionally, the lawsuit draws attention to Trump's use of his personal Twitter account. Under the Obama administration, social media posts were included as a type of communication to be archived under the PRA.  Any of Trump's statements made on Twitter are subject to federal record keeping, and the lawsuit argues that any deleted tweets would count as a violation of the PRA as well."

Trump and his henchmen will likely fight this suit tooth and nail.  Will likely lose.

Readers are reminded:

"This isn't the first lawsuit CREW has filed against Trump and his administration. The watchdog group filed one in January stating that Trump's failure to fully divest from his businesses allows him to receive favors from foreign governments by their staying at his properties or holding events at his hotel, which the group says violates the Constitution's Emoluments Clause."

Hopefully, the suits will continue unabated.  Will supplement investigations by Congress and DOJ Special Counsel.

Pressure grows on Trump's son-in-law.  CNN reports:

"President Donald Trump's son-in-law and top aide Jared Kushner should "absolutely" have his security clearance suspended, Rep. Mike Quigley told CNN's Wolf Blitzer in an interview Wednesday afternoon.  Appearing on "The Situation Room," the Illinois Democrat said Kushner "shouldn't have clearance at this point," echoing a letter from House oversight committee ranking Democrat Elijah Cummings and citing a "whole series of activities," including "concerns about Mr. Kushner's activities prior to the Inauguration."

What makes this particularly interesting, quite salient is the ongoing investigation of Trump and his advisors conducted by Special Counsel.

"Cummings' letter criticized the White House for allowing fired national security adviser Michael Flynn to keep a security clearance despite concerns raised by then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates that he could be vulnerable to blackmail based on intelligence assessments that she reviewed; the letter raised "parallel concerns" about Kushner's security clearance over previously undisclosed calls to Russian Ambassador to the United States Sergei Kislyak and undisclosed meetings Kushner had with Kislyak and the CEO of Vnesheconombank, a state-run Russian bank under US sanctions."

Trump apparently has little concern the appearance alone is a problem:

"In his letter, Cummings cited an executive order requiring employees to have their security clearance preemptively suspended if they are suspected of being a national security risk.  "In general, when there are credible allegations that employees may be unfit to continue accessing classified information, security clearances are supposed to be suspended while the allegations are investigated," Cummings wrote in the letter, sent June 21."

Fascinating, isn't it?

Democrats are certainly ratcheting up pressure.  NPR reports:

"Democrats on the House Oversight Committee want to see White House records on the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, his security clearance and his access to classified information.  In a letter to White House chief of staff Reince Priebus, the oversight panel's 18 Democrats question why Kushner's security clearance hasn't been revoked."

Good question.  Nepotism rules certainly need to be revisited as well.

"The Democrats say Kushner, one of President Trump's closest advisers, had meetings with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak and the CEO of a Russian state-owned bank. They say he failed to disclose the meetings as he applied for security clearance and allowed administration officials to say he'd had no such meetings."

If true, needs to be prosecuted.

"It is unclear why Mr. Kushner continues to have access to classified information while these allegations are being investigated," says the letter, which seeks similar records on former national security adviser Michael Flynn. Flynn was asked to resign in February after misleading Vice President Pence about his contacts and conversations with Kislyak during the transition period."

Apparently, Trump and his henchmen are stonewalling.

"This and other investigative efforts put the Oversight Committee Democrats, led by ranking member Elijah Cummings, D-Md., at the center of a brewing battle over congressional oversight.  The Trump administration has ignored hundreds of congressional letters of inquiry."

Congress does have constitutional oversight authority.  Needs to exercise it.  As intended by the Founders.  A check and balance. Readers will recall as well the following was substantively covered in the last edition:

"It is also brandishing a legal opinion, crafted by the Justice Department, holding that most of Congress lacks the constitutional power to conduct oversight of the executive branch.  It isn't just an attack on Democrats, currently the minority party in both chambers on Capitol Hill.  "This is nonsense," Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote to Trump earlier this month. Grassley is a champion of strong oversight and has been known to do investigations of executive branch agencies using just his personal staff."

A constitutional crisis in the making as the Trump nazi and his henchmen continue to stonewall.

The Washington Post reports:

"One month before Election Day, Jared Kushner’s real estate company finalized a $285 million loan as part of a refinancing package for its property near Times Square in Manhattan.  The loan came at a critical moment. Kushner was playing a key role in the presidential campaign of his father-in-law, Donald Trump. The lender, Deutsche Bank, was negotiating to settle a federal mortgage fraud case and charges from New York state regulators that it aided a possible Russian money-laundering scheme. The cases were settled in December and January.  Now, Kushner’s association with Deutsche Bank is among a number of financial matters that could come under focus as his business activities are reviewed by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, who is examining Kushner as part of a broader investigation into possible Russian influence in the election."

What webs we weave:

"The Washington Post has reported that investigators are probing Kushner’s separate December meetings with the Russian ambassador to the United States, Sergey Kislyak, and with Russian banker Sergey Gorkov, the head of Vnesheconombank, a state development bank."

Gets far more convoluted:

"On May 23, the Democratic members asked Deutsche Bank to disclose what it had learned in its internal review about whether Trump may have benefited from the improper Russian money transfers. The bank refused, citing U.S. privacy laws. The Democratic letter also raised the possibility that the bank had conducted a similar review of Kushner — without mentioning his name — by referring to a review of accounts “held by family members, several of whom serve as official advisers to the president.”  The Democrats wrote that it was important to learn more about Deutsche Bank loans to Trump and family members to determine whether they were “in any way connected to Russia.”

No question, Special Counsel Mueller and staff have more than their work cut out for them.  Getting to the bottom of all this will be an enormous chore.

In an apparent nod to the nazi Alt Right, get this.  CBS News reports:

"The State Department's anti-Semitism office will be unstaffed come July 1, CBS News has confirmed.   The Trump administration has not named anyone to fill the role of special envoy to combat anti-Semitism, and it isn't clear if the position will remain intact. The vacancy was first reported by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency news outlet, which said the office's two remaining staffers would be reassigned.  The State Department declined to comment on the record. An official said the department remains focused on addressing anti-Semitism."

Is that so?  Think so?

In follow up to a recent edition of this publication, fired Acting Attorney General Sally Yates came out swinging against the Sessions nazi in a searing Washington Post editorial:

"All across the political spectrum, in red states and blue states, from Sen. John Cornyn (R-Tex.) and the Koch brothers to Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) and the American Civil Liberties Union, there is broad consensus that the “lock them all up and throw away the key” approach embodied in mandatory minimum drug sentences is counterproductive, negatively affecting our ability to assure the safety of our communities."

The Sessions nazi remains too aggressively stupid to embrace the truth.  Prefers to manufacture his own reality along with the Trump nazi.

"But last month, Attorney General Jeff Sessions rolled back the clock to the 1980s, reinstating the harsh, indiscriminate use of mandatory minimum drug sentences imposed at the height of the crack epidemic. Sessions attempted to justify his directive in a Post op-ed last weekend, stoking fear by claiming that as a result of then-Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr.’s Smart on Crime policy, the United States is gripped by a rising epidemic of violent crime that can only be cured by putting more drug offenders in jail for more time."

Absolute bullshit perpetrated by the Sessions nazi.

"That argument just isn’t supported by the facts. Not only are violent crime rates still at historic lows — nearly half of what they were when I became a federal prosecutor in 1989 — but there is also no evidence that the increase in violent crime some cities have experienced is the result of drug offenders not serving enough time in prison. In fact, a recent study by the bipartisan U.S. Sentencing Commission found that drug defendants with shorter sentences were actually slightly less likely to commit crimes when released than those sentenced under older, more severe penalties."

The Sessions nazi can't, won't be confused with the truth.

"Contrary to Sessions’s assertions, Smart on Crime focused our limited federal resources on cases that had the greatest impact on our communities — the most dangerous defendants and most complex cases. As a result, prosecutors charged more defendants with murder, assault, gun crimes and robbery than ever before. And a greater percentage of drug prosecutions targeted kingpins and drug dealers with guns."

Yet, Sessions can't, won't be confused with the truth.

"During my 27 years at the Justice Department, I prosecuted criminals at the heart of the international drug trade, from high-level narcotics traffickers to violent gang leaders. And I had no hesitation about asking a judge to impose long prison terms in those cases.  But there’s a big difference between a cartel boss and a low-level courier. As the Sentencing Commission found, part of the problem with harsh mandatory-minimum laws passed a generation ago is that they use the weight of the drugs involved in the offense as a proxy for seriousness of the crime — to the exclusion of virtually all other considerations, including the dangerousness of the offender. Looking back, it’s clear that the mandatory-minimum laws cast too broad a net and, as a result, some low-level defendants are serving far longer sentences than are necessary — 20 years, 30 years, even mandatory life sentences, for nonviolent drug offenses."

Destroys all faith and trust in the law.  Apparently, what the Sessions nazi wants.  A fascist police-state where anything goes.

"Under Smart on Crime, the Justice Department took a more targeted approach, reserving the harshest of those penalties for the most violent and significant drug traffickers and encouraging prosecutors to use their discretion not to seek mandatory minimum sentences for lower-level, nonviolent offenders. Sessions’s new directive essentially reverses that progress, limiting prosecutors’ ability to use their judgment to ensure the punishment fits the crime."

Can't have that, can we?  Certainly, not in a goddamned fascist police-state, soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

The media needs to step up.  Take off the gloves.  Stop whining about the Trump nazi, and expose the fascist son of a bitch for precisely whom and what he is.  The following is appalling.  An embarrassment.  NBC News reports:

"The reporter who engaged in a tense exchange with a top White House spokeswoman this week accused the Trump administration on Wednesday of “undermining” journalists and said the media “can’t take the bullying anymore.”

Grow a pair.

“We’ve been called the enemy of the people from that White House, we’ve been told that we’re fake news. We are bullied and brow-beaten every day, and I pretty much have had enough of it,” Brian Karem, a White House correspondent for the Sentinel newspapers, a Washington-area chain of publications, told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

Suck it up, jackass.  Do your job.  Expose the lying son of a bitch for the clueless, misogynist, xenophobic, irrational fascist he truly is.  You're not doing your job, bucko.

“There are really only two ways to deal with a bully. You can either turn them into your friend, I don’t think that’s a possibility, or you can let them know exactly what’s up and that you’re not going to take the bullying anymore. And we can’t take the bullying anymore,” added Karem."

Pitiful.  Appalling. Gutless whining.  Pointless.  Do your job.

Consider the following. The Washington Times reports:

"Veteran TV host Phil Donahue says journalists need to learn how to take a punch in the era of President Trump."

Indeed.  No question.  Good advice.  Grow a pair.

“Don’t be so sensitive,” Mr. Donahue said on MSNBC Wednesday morning while discussing the Trump administration’s handling of the press, according to a clip highlighted by Mediaite."

Whining makes a reporter look like an idiot.

“This is a two-way street,” the prominent liberal told host Stephanie Ruhle. “I think they have to all be big boys, big girls, and take the hits. Take the hits and hope that we have an audience that understands this."

The audience knows when it's being bamboozled.  Precisely, why newspaper readership has reportedly significantly increased after Trump took office.

“There are a lot of people in the press who can’t take a punch,” he continued. “Maybe I couldn’t either, I don’t remember, but you know, I think it’s important for you to be above this and keep doing what you’re doing. You’re not supposed to be popular. You’re supposed to tell people often what they don’t want to hear. That’s your job.”

Indeed, it is.  Donahue did take his punches.  Did it gracefully.  Routinely, had those who strongly disagreed with him politically on his show.  Handled them deftly.  Never lost his cool.  Never displayed anger or lost his temper.

Carefully consider the following:

"Ms. Ruhle pushed back, asking Mr. Donahue how journalists are supposed to take the high road when the president “is really taking a page from the KGB playbook” and labeling them as “fake news.”  Ms. Ruhle claimed it’s “tough to take” for lower-paid journalists to be attacked by “elitists.”  Mr. Donahue responded, “I think that the best way to handle this is to just keep working. Don’t be so sensitive. Don’t look like [you] have a glass jaw.”  “I think that the press has to be above that,” he added."

Love or hate him, Donahue is a class act.  Has always been.  He's right.  Do your job.  No matter the consequences.  Stand tall.  If your employer fails to back you, find another employer.  Better yet, find your niche self-employed.

Once in awhile, the Supreme Court gets it right.  NPR reports:

"A naturalized U.S. citizen should not have been stripped of her citizenship for the sole reason that she lied to U.S. officials, the Supreme Court ruled Thursday, vacating a lower court's decision. The plaintiff, an ethnic Serb who entered the U.S. as a refugee, had argued that false answers she gave to immigration officials were immaterial to procuring citizenship.  "We have never read a statute to strip citizenship from someone who met the legal criteria for acquiring it," Justice Elena Kagan wrote in the court's opinion. "We will not start now."

Amazing coming from what is normally a nazi court.

"At oral argument, Chief Justice John Roberts expressed real reservations about stripping citizenship without proof of materiality," NPR's Nina Totenberg reports, "and the court has historically been reluctant to strip citizenship without the government meeting a high bar of proof."

To the point:

"The statute against knowingly procuring naturalization contrary to U.S. law, Kagan wrote, "is not a tool for denaturalizing people who, the available evidence indicates, were actually qualified for the citizenship they obtained."

The lie allegedly told was in regard to her husband's involvement in the Serb military.

Then again, the Supreme Court increasingly gets it achingly wrong.  NPR reports:

"In a major property rights decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has delivered a decisive victory to state and local governments and environmental groups.  By a 5-to-3 vote, the justices made it much harder for property owners to get compensation from the government when zoning regulations restrict the use of just part of landowners' property."

We no longer own property in this country.  The government does.  Don't pay the 'rent,' that is, taxes, guess what?  The government sells the property you never truly owned to another sucker.

Once again, a nazi U.S. Supreme Court took a raucous hard dump on the Constitution.  NBC News reports:

"The U.S. Supreme Court gave the Trump administration the go-ahead Monday to begin enforcing part of the president's executive order restricting travel from six predominately Muslim countries.  The court also agreed to take up the Trump administration's appeal of lower court rulings that have prevented the government from carrying out the president's policy, which the White House said was necessary to help prevent terrorists from entering the country."

Another outrageous unconstitutional ruling.  Nazis on the Court have little to no regard for the First Amendment.  There is no exigent terrorist threat, -- other than from the nazi in the Oval Office and his henchmen in law enforcement.

"It was an important legal victory for the White House after a string of defeats over the issue. The Supreme Court's actions mean much [of] the travel ban can be enforced for the next several months, at least until the justices hear the case when their new term begins in the fall."

No surprise coming from a Court dominated by Republican nazis more than willing to legislate their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views from the bench.

"Monday's ruling said the ban cannot be applied to visa applicants who have a close relationship to a family member in the U.S. or who want to come here to study or accept a job offer."

Mighty 'generous' of the outrageously clueless fascist bastards warming their seats on the Court, isn't it?

"But the ban can now be enforced against all other visa applicants in the six affected countries."

Direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  To say nothing of freedom of religion also protected by this very same Amendment.  There is no exigent foreign threat demonstrated by the Trump nazi, yet the fascist bastards on the Court granted him near carte blanche to do as he pleases.

Nazis on the Court have clearly ignored the fact far more than 90 days have passed since the original executive order was signed by the Trump nazi.  Where's the exigent threat?  Where?  No more than religious bigotry against Muslims displayed by the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and sick sycophants.

"The court’s unsigned order was unanimous on granting the administration’s appeal. The only noted dissent came from Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch, who said they would have allowed the travel ban to be enforced in full."

Not surprising coming from the latter three Republican bona fide nazis.  What about the four other supposedly 'liberal' justices who did not dissent?  Went along to get along?  These are certainly troubling times as our country progresses from a goddamned fascist police-state to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  ... With a little help, of course, from a nazi U.S. Supreme Court.

Another exceptionally unconstitutional ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court.  NPR reports:

"The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Monday that taxpayer-funded grants for playgrounds available to nonprofits under a state program could not be denied to a school run by a church."

Direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

"The consequence is, in all likelihood, a few extra scraped knees. But the exclusion of Trinity Lutheran from a public benefit for which it is otherwise qualified, solely because it is a church, is odious to our Constitution all the same, and cannot stand," Justice John Roberts wrote for the majority."

This nazi has his head lodged so far up his ass his eyeballs have turned inside out, clouding vision, eviscerating all judgment.  To say nothing of his falsely sworn oath of office.

"In her dissent, Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote, "If this separation means anything, it means that the government cannot, or at the very least need not, tax its citizens and turn that money over to houses of worship. The Court today blinds itself to the outcome this history requires and leads us instead to a place where separation of church and state is a constitutional slogan, not a constitutional commitment."

Indeed.  Quite a problem as our formerly great country continues to nazify.  Why should taxpayers be looted to pay expenses of religious schools which embrace and teach fascism?  Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion.  'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.

This ruling is a step backwards.  Clearly, a portend of what's to come:

"Two justices, Neil Gorsuch and Clarence Thomas, refused to sign on to a footnote explicitly stating that the court's approval applied only to playground funding and should not be read as applying to parochial schools in general."

These two nazis certainly have shown their true colors.  Are obviously in support of public funding of religious schools.  Unacceptable in a supposed democratic republic based on the United States Constitution.  These latest rulings coming from this nazi Court don't bode well for our country.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming as our nation continues to determinedly nazify.

The Washington Post reports:

"The two dissenting votes came from Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor."

Clearly, the camel's nose, now under the tent.  ... As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.

Another outrageous gutless ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court.  NPR reports:

"Fifteen-year-old Sergio Hernandez was slain by a Border Patrol agent seven years ago. The lawman was standing on one side of a culvert in El Paso, Texas; the unarmed teenager was on the Juarez, Mexico, side. Federal courts are deciding whether the young man has rights under the U.S. Constitution, and if his mother can sue the agent for damages."

Readers will recall this appalling case from an earlier edition.

"Monday morning, she received a call from her attorney in Texas.  "He told me there was some good news, but we're still waiting for victory," she said in Spanish.  "I want justice. This officer cannot be allowed to continue, because there'll be another young victim, then another and another."

The gutless nazi bastards on the Court punted:

The High Court called the shooting "a disturbing incident resulting from a heartbreaking loss of life." But it resisted overturning the ruling and instead told the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans to reconsider its decision giving Agent Jesus Mesa Jr. "qualified immunity" from civil liability."

Appalling.  Gutless.  Nazi.  Think not?  Wake up:

"He claims he shot Hernandez in the head because the boy had been throwing rocks at him and the agent feared for his life. The Justice Dept investigated the shooting and decided there was insufficient evidence for a civil rights violation."

Unsustainable.  Continues?  This formerly great country cannot, will not, survive.

While the U.S. Supreme Court continues to solidify its nazi majority, lower courts continue to stand tall despite this growing nazism and increasing uncertainty.  NPR reports:

"A federal judge in Michigan has temporarily barred U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from deporting a group of more than 1,400 Iraqi nationals for at least two weeks, expanding an order that initially applied only to those in the Detroit area."

Especially critical since they would likely be tortured and/or killed upon return.  Apparently, what the 'President' and his henchmen are hoping for.

"The Iraqis covered by the injunction have been convicted of crimes in the U.S. — in some cases, decades ago. Since then, they've been allowed to remain in their communities under supervision. They face deportation because Iraq recently agreed to issue travel documents for their repatriation — but the Iraqis say they need a chance to show why they should be allowed to stay in the U.S."

Like being able to stay alive?  Avoid torture?  Think the Trump nazi and his henchmen give a shit?

"U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith ruled late Monday that the Iraqis at risk of being deported from the U.S. could face "grave consequences" if they're forced to return to their native country — and that the potential for irreparable harm outweighs the government's interest in their immediate removal."

Think so?  Trump and his henchmen don't.

"Goldsmith, who was named to the bench by President Barack Obama in 2010, added, "the public interest is served by assuring that habeas rights are not lost before this Court can assess whether it has jurisdiction in this case."

Doesn't look good, but have to commend the judge for trying to do the right thing.  Humanitarian concerns?  Mean nothing to the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and fellow GOP national socialists.

"Iraqis nationals not just in Detroit but all across the U.S. are at risk of torture and death if deported back to Iraq," said Judy Rabinovitz, deputy director of the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project. "The court did the right thing to ensure everyone is protected and has a chance to show that their lives are in jeopardy if forced to return."

Doesn't look good, however, since this issue will likely wind up in an overwhelmingly nazi U.S. Supreme Court.  Adolf and Benito?  Grinning ear-to-ear on their fiery perches.

"The plaintiffs say they're being denied due process. They also invoke laws on providing asylum for refugees and preventing deportation of foreign nationals to a country where they could face torture."

Apparently, no longer matters in the fascist police-state we now live in.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

Trump's reputation throughout the world continues to nosedive.  Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  Nazis in the Republican Party take it as a red badge of courage.  Do you?  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump has alarmed citizens of the nation’s closest allies and others worldwide, diminishing the standing of the United States in their eyes, according to a wide-ranging international study released Monday."

Come as a surprise?  Think insanity bolsters confidence?

"But in the survey of 37 countries, Russia is a bright spot for Trump. As beleaguered as the president is at home, a majority of Russians say they have confidence in him. And Russians’ attitudes toward the United States have improved since Trump took office."

No surprise there, is there?  Our nazi 'President' has clearly been in the pocket of Putin since well before the election.

"Elsewhere, though, and with remarkable speed, Trump’s presidency has taken a toll on the United States’ image abroad."

Why wouldn't it?  Trump lies on a daily basis.  Contradicts himself continually.  Distorts reality as it suits him.  Has no regard for the truth and/or reality.  Why would the rest of the world have any confidence in him?  Here is the bottom line:

"What is surprising, said Frank G. Wisner, a former diplomat who served under Democrats and Republicans, is the degree to which Trump has scorned principles the United States has not only long espoused but also helped to define in the previous century. These include democratic governance, free markets, collective security, human rights and the rule of law — commitments that together, Wisner said, delineate the liberal international order."

More ominous?

"Trust in the American president plummeted most in some of the United States’ closest allies in Europe and Asia, as well as in the countries it borders, Canada and Mexico. In only two countries, Russia and Israel, does Trump receive a higher score than Obama."

Surprised?

The insanity of the Trump nazi again rears its ugly head.  Forget?  For months, Trump denied claims the Russians interfered with the 2016 election.  Guess what?  NPR reports:

"President Trump took to Twitter to question his predecessor's judgment and actions — at the end of a week characterized by a steady drumbeat of questions about how and when the Obama administration chose to respond to Russian interference in the 2016 election.  "Why no action?," the president asked in the first of two tweets Saturday evening that suggested the Obama administration didn't do enough — and soon enough — to stop Russia last year."

Amazing turnaround, isn't it?  Obama certainly did drop the ball, apparently afraid of the political consequences:

"On Wednesday, Jeh Johnson, who was Obama's secretary of Homeland Security during last year's election, was asked by members of Congress about the timing of the administration's response — specifically why the voting public was not informed about what Russia was up to until the fall of 2016.  One of the candidates, Johnson said, not naming but clearly referring to Donald Trump, "was predicting that the election was going to be rigged," Johnson testified before the House Intelligence Committee, "and so we were concerned that by making the statement, we might in and of itself be challenging the integrity of the election process." Johnson also told the top Democrat on the committee that he had been concerned last year that he would be criticized "for perhaps taking sides" in an ongoing election if he publicly spoke out about the Russian meddling that he knew was going on."

The above was known for quite some time.  There are also reports the Obama regime informed Senate Majority Leader Mitch "The Bitch" McConnell of the Russian duplicity.  The Senator apparently didn't believe the President, reportedly advised Obama if the President indeed took action, he (the Senator) would expose it as a political stunt to aid Hillary.

Consider the following Trump tweets.  The Washington Post reports:

"The reason that President Obama did NOTHING about Russia after being notified by the CIA of meddling is that he expected Clinton would win..

    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 26, 2017

…and did not want to "rock the boat." He didn't "choke," he colluded or obstructed, and it did the Dems and Crooked Hillary no good.

    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 26, 2017"

Where is this guy coming from?  What could he possibly be thinking?  He's under criminal investigation.  Anyone in his right mind would remain silent under the circumstances.  Moreover, he's parroting claims made against him, then re-directing them against Obama.  Pitiful.  Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.

The FBI seems to be on the move.  NBC News reports:

"FBI agents on Tuesday paid visits to at least a dozen employees of Kaspersky Lab, a Russia-based cyber-security company, asking questions about that company’s operations as part of a counter-intelligence inquiry, multiple sources familiar with the matter told NBC News.  In a classic FBI investigative tactic, agents visited the homes of the employees at the end of the work day at multiple locations on both the east and west coasts, the sources said.  There is no indication at this time that the inquiry is part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian election meddling and possible collusion. Kaspersky has long been of interest to the U.S. government."

Hard to believe it's not part of the Special Counsel's investigation.  The question to be asked is why was Kaspersky ever allowed to do business in this country considering its Russian ties:

"Its cyber-security software is widely used in the United States, and its billionaire owner, Eugene Kaspersky, has close ties to some Russian intelligence figures, according to U.S. officials. He graduated in 1987 from the Soviet KGB-backed Institute of Cryptography, Telecommunications, and Computer Science."

Here is where it gets interesting:

"Kaspersky Lab paid former national security adviser Michael Flynn $11,250 in 2015 for cyber-security consulting, according to public documents, but that was not a focus of the FBI questioning, multiple sources said."

Truth or disingenuous bullshit?

"FBI agents told employees they were not in trouble, and that the bureau was merely gathering facts about how Kaspersky works, including to what extent the U.S. operations ultimately report to Moscow."

Hard to believe that's the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.  Especially, considering the following:

"Kaspersky sells cyber-security software to businesses and the government in the U.S., although intelligence officials have warned for years that the company has ties to Russia. Kaspersky Labs has sought to raise its American profile with corporate sponsorships, including of National Public Radio.  "I wouldn't put their stuff on my computer if you paid me," said a former senior U.S. intelligence official."

Fascinating, isn't it?

In fairness to Kaspersky, take time to read the following:

"In a statement, Kaspersky Lab said it "has no ties to any government, and the company has never helped, nor will help, any government in the world with its cyberespionage efforts. The company has a 20-year history in the IT security industry of always abiding by the highest ethical business practices, and Kaspersky Lab believes it is completely unacceptable that the company is being unjustly accused without any hard evidence to back up these false allegations. Kaspersky Lab is available to assist all concerned government organizations with any ongoing investigations, and the company ardently believes a deeper examination of Kaspersky Lab will confirm that these allegations are unfounded."

Hopefully, that's indeed true.  We'll see.

CBS News reports:

"A federal appeals court says Mississippi can start enforcing a law that will let merchants and government employees cite religious beliefs to deny services to same-sex couples."

Outrageously, unconstitutional.  Will be appealed either to the full appeals court, or to the Supreme Court.  Don't financially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties?  Get what you deserve.

Think Texas needs a gold depository?  Our Governor thinks so.  Texas Public Citizen reports:

"Four months after Abbott signed the bill, Lone Star Tangible Assets (LSTA) Chair Matt Ferris gave Abbott $3,500. The next March, Hegar reported that Ferris and two top LSTA executives each gave him $3,500 on the same day. The threesome  also  made  same-day contributions of $2,500 apiece to Abbott in November."

Hey Greg?  Get anything from Wells Fargo?

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server
Status:        Waiting to retry...

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Jodie Bamburg, Oaks Nursing Center, Burnet, TX.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 160, 6-30-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknow who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
