Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

Whenever a cop does something heroic, and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads.  Always.  WNEM TV 5 reports:

"A Michigan Department of Natural Resources officer was honored for rescuing a boy who earlier this year was lost on dangerous Lake Michigan ice in the Upper Peninsula.  Conservation Officer Patrick Hartsig was presented with the DNR’s Lifesaving Award on Thursday, June 9 in Houghton.  Investigators said on Feb. 5 a 10-year-old boy with special needs ran away from his family in the Gladstone area. The boy was last seen crossing the ice on Little Bay de Noc."

Could have ended in tragedy.  Fortunately, did not:

"Hartsig heard the dispatch call about the boy while completing a snowmobile patrol in a nearby county. Hartsig responded to the call and found the boy wandering about a mile from shore.  The child had no shoes, hat or gloves on despite the temperatures being in the teens and 25-30 mph winds.  Hartsig, a first aid instructor and former paramedic, took off the boy’s socks and warmed his feet. He then put his own boots, gloves and snowmobile helmet on the child before racing across the ice to the Michigan State Police post in Gladstone."

Cold quickly kills in that part of the country.  Hat's off, Officer Hartsig.

Another example of uncommon valor displayed by a cop.  ABC News reports:

"When panic ensued on the shores of Rockaway Beach in New York on Monday, a nearby police officer jumped into action to save the day.  Sisters Jennifer and Jessica Padilla were caught by a strong rip current and swept away from the shore. They were struggling to stay afloat when NYPD Officer Billy Lauria said he heard their screams from the beach.  The screams for help happened at Beach 94th Street, after the lifeguards went off duty at 7:45 p.m."

Truly uncommon valor:

"According to local ABC station WABC, Lauria, 23, a former beach lifeguard, stripped off his belt and gun and jumped into the water to help. When Lauria realized there were two swimmers, he enlisted the help of four nearby surfers as well.  "It was all good timing," Lauria told WABC. "I'm down here for the summer assisting with the beach detail with the large crowds coming in this summer," he said.  One of the surfers who helped get the girls onto his board before they were safely out of the water continually reassured the Padillas they would make it.  "I said, 'Everything is going to be all right, hold onto the board, we got you, stay calm, everything is going to be fine," Danny Kent said."

Hat's off to the officer and surfers.  Two lives saved that otherwise would have been lost.

"Jennifer Padilla said that she knew her only option was to try to stay calm while they awaited help. "If I panic, I'm going to drown. ... He didn't just save my life. He saved my kids' life," Padilla, a mother of three, said.  As for Lauria's heroic efforts, he gave the surfers who helped him a lot of credit. "I definitely appreciate it, made my job a lot easier," he said."

Heroic young cop, indeed, bodes well for the future of law enforcement.

May finally be desperately needed change in policing as young officers enter the profession.  One remarkably positive, anecdotal example occurred recently here in Llano County, -- well-known for its highly abusive, criminal jackbooted thugs.  A young couple was arguing in Kingsland as a deputy slowly approached, stopped his vehicle to investigate.

The argument wasn't loud or particularly heated.  Certainly, not violent.  Nonetheless, the deputy did the right thing.  Got out of his vehicle, leisurely walked around it like a big city cop with decades of experience.  Calm, cool, collected.  No swagger.  No hand on weapon.  Certainly, no hot head.  His behavior was surprising since he appeared to be in his early twenties.  Yet, displayed confidence, impeccable, professional behavior of a much older, far more experienced officer.

No question, a welcome change in a highly abusive County.  The guy who was arguing with the woman started to back off, walk away, as the deputy took his time to talk to her.  Apparently, nothing more to the incident, quickly resolved.  Appears to be a case of exceptionally good policing displayed by a young cop who seems to understand how critical officer judgment happens to be.

Police can get it right only to have a 'judge' display abject aggressive stupidity, stand in the way of public safety.  NBC News reports:

"An accused neo-Nazi facing federal explosives charges — and who authorities say threatened in online chatrooms to kill people and blow up infrastructure — was granted a request for bond after a judge said he was not a threat to the community.  Brandon Russell, 22, allegedly stored bomb-making materials at his Florida apartment, where authorities said they also found white supremacist propaganda and a framed photograph of Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh."

Gets worse:

"After talking with police, Russell went to a gun shop and purchased two hunting rifles and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, prosecutors said.  He was charged with possession of unregistered destructive devices and unlawful storage of explosive material.  But U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas McCoun III ruled on Friday to grant bond for Russell.  “I am unable to conclude there is clear and convincing evidence that Defendant represents a threat to any other person and the community should he be released,” McCoun, a federal judge for the Middle District of Florida, wrote in his ruling."

Despite the following:

"The Tampa Police Department found a cooler containing a “white cake-like substance” that technicians immediately realized was HMTD, an explosive material, in a garage area of the apartment, according to the complaint.  Within a short distance were other materials used in explosives, as well as electric matches and empty ammunition casings with fuses that could be used to detonate explosive devices, wrote a special agent with the FBI in the complaint."

The 'judge' apparently thought the following to be insignificant:

"Russell admitted that he held neo-Nazi beliefs and that he had manufactured and owned the bomb-making materials, authorities said.  He also said he was a member of the self-organized group known as “Atom Waffen,” German for “atomic weapon,” according to the complaint."

This country continues to rip apart at the seams.  Sadly, the unthinkable came to fruition in Virginia.  Unspeakable terror.  NPR reports:

"A gunman opened fire during an early morning baseball practice for Republican members of Congress on Wednesday, reportedly firing dozens of shots at a field in Alexandria, Va. At least five people were wounded, including Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana."

Fortunately, no one was killed other than the gunman.

"The shooting suspect has been identified as James T. Hodgkinson of Belleville, Ill., two federal law enforcement sources confirm to NPR's Carrie Johnson. In an address from the White House, President Trump said, "the assailant has now died from his injuries."

Capitol Police brought him down.  Scalise is in surgery, in critical condition.

In another article, NPR reports:

"The Belleville News-Democrat, a newspaper in his hometown, said Hodgkinson was politically vocal, particularly in opposition to the Republican Party and Trump, and had a minor criminal record:

"In 2012, Hodgkinson took part in a protest outside the downtown Belleville post office. He said he was part of a "99%" team drawing attention to the amount of money and political power the top 1 percent of Americans acquired.

"Hodgkinson has a varied arrest record in St. Clair County, for offenses such as failing to obtain electrical permits, damaging a motor vehicle, resisting a peace officer, eluding police, criminal damage to property, driving under the influence and assorted traffic offenses."

"A real estate agent who has worked with Hodgkinson told the Belleville News-Democrat that "from a business standpoint, he did not seem like he is a radical — opinionated but not a radical."

Readers are reminded what's known at the moment remains preliminary, -- a developing story.  Not completely clear yet what is accurate, what is not.  One thing for sure, this is not a good day for the country.  Sadly, a portend of what's likely to come as an untenable, unsustainable, unstable status quo continues to ravage this nation.  Violence, unquestionably, is unacceptable.  No solution.  Quite the opposite.

While ongoing nazification of our formerly great country under the Trump regime exponentially drives growing division, ferocious resistance must remain peaceful.  Otherwise, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are granted carte blanche to murder on the job.  An attack such as the above is either the product of a sick deluded mind, or that of a terrorist determined to spark a revolution.  Either way, we all lose.

Lasting change occurs by winning the argument conceptually through carefully reasoned persuasive rhetoric.  Not violence.

CBS News reports:

"Authorities say the congressman, two Capitol Police officers, Matt Mika -- a former congressional staffer who now works as a lobbyist for Tyson Foods -- and Zachary Barth, a staffer for Rep. Roger Williams, were among the victims wounded in the shooting.  The police officers injured in the shooting were identified as David Bailey and Krystal Griner. Both officers are expected to survive their injuries.

"According to CBS News correspondent Kris Van Cleave, Mika was attending the practice as a volunteer coach and was being treated for multiple gunshot wounds. He arrived at George Washington University Hospital and underwent surgery. He is said to have sustained the most serious injuries. At this time, he remains in critical condition."

In another article, CBS News reports:

"A House Republican received a threatening email to her congressional office Wednesday following the shooting at the Republicans' practice for Thursday's congressional baseball game."

The following is outrageous:

"The lawmaker, Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-New York, received an email with the subject line: "One down, 216 to go…," according to a screenshot of the email provided by Tenney's office.  The body of the email read: "Do you NOT expect this? When you take away ordinary peoples very lives in order to pay off the wealthiest among us, your own lives are forfeit. Certainly, your souls and morality were lost long before. Good riddance."

The above quote clearly crosses the line vis a vis lawful dissent, protected speech.  No more than terroristic threat.  One thing to ferociously but peacefully criticize, another matter to physically threaten.  Further evidence an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms on the horizon courtesy of hot heads, both extremes.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Sixty weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Sixty weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Sixty weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election?  If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@openmailbox.org to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

In follow up to the last edition, finally some semblance of justice in what appears to be the senseless murder of a drunk.  As reported in the last edition, this murder is particularly appalling.  Exacerbated by the failure of police investigating the crime to do their job.  CBS News reports:

"A Texas sheriff's deputy and her husband were indicted Thursday on murder charges in the death of a man they restrained during a late-night confrontation outside a restaurant while she was off duty."

Police initially covered up the crime.

"A Harris County grand jury in Houston returned the indictment against Chauna and Terry Thompson for the fatal altercation with 24-year-old John Hernandez. The Thompsons declined to testify before the grand jury, District Attorney Kim Ogg said. Both turned themselves in about 10 p.m. Thursday, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office Twitter page. Bond was set at $100,000 apiece. They posted bond and were released, reports CBS Houston affiliate KHOU-TV."

There were witnesses to this crime that initially were ignored.

"The grand jury heard from more than a dozen witnesses and viewed video of the May 28 incident that bystanders recorded, Ogg said.  Hernandez died three days after the confrontation, which occurred outside a Denny's restaurant in Sheldon, 17 miles northeast of Houston."

This case did not receive the publicity and media coverage it deserved.  Apparently, due to the fact police initially covered up the crime.  Fortunately, the truth came out.  This writer was not aware when the last edition was posted that indictments were about to be returned by the grand jury.

"Ogg said Chauna Thompson, a Harris County deputy, was indicted on a murder charge because Texas law holds a person equally criminally responsible if that individual aids or otherwise participates in the act.  "We grieve with the Hernandez family and wish them Godspeed during this difficult time. Today we moved one step closer to justice for John Hernandez," Ogg told reporters in announcing the indictments."

Better late than never.

"Relatives of Hernandez said they are pleased the Thompsons were indicted, but they won't stop putting pressure on authorities to bring justice in the case.  Melissa Hernandez, a cousin who was among more than 40 people who gathered at the Denny's for a news conference Thursday after the indictments, said the charges are "a great step in the right direction." She added: "It's not gonna stop here. We're gonna keep fighting. We are gonna keep pushing until we get the justice that John deserves."

What could this off duty deputy and her husband possibly been thinking?

"Attorney Scot Courtney, who is representing Terry Thompson, said there wasn't enough evidence to warrant a murder indictment against his client, and he criticized the district attorney's office for putting the case before a grand jury so quickly.  Despite the indictments, the criminal investigation continues with the assistance of the Texas Rangers and the U.S. Justice Department, Ogg said."

This case dates back to May 28.  Initially, police stonewalled.  Pressure must have been intense, forcing authorities to quickly indict.

In a remarkable turnaround, get this:

"Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, who appeared at the Thursday announcement with the district attorney, said Chauna Thompson has cooperated with the internal investigation that the sheriff's office is conducting. She remains on administrative leave indefinitely and her employment status will not be decided until after the internal investigation, the sheriff said.  "We've all worked very hard to try to do what was right and to make sure that at the end justice will prevail. We support the decision of the grand jury," Gonzalez said."

Pressure on the Sheriff had to have been enormous.

"Investigators said Terry Thompson saw an intoxicated Hernandez urinating outside the restaurant and that he restrained Hernandez while his wife helped. A medical examiner ruled that Hernandez died of lack of oxygen to the brain caused by strangulation and chest compression."

Murder.

"It's wrong, you know they shouldn't have killed the man. Nobody's life is worth taking for a mistake. We all make mistakes," Melissa Trammel told KHOU. "Me and my manager, we begged this man. He was turning purple we told him to stop but he did not stop."

As reported in the last edition, the victim presented no exigent threat to anyone.

"Cellphone video recorded by an unidentified bystander has been released by the bystander's attorney. The footage shows a man lying on top of Hernandez. Jack Carroll, the attorney for the person who recorded the video, has said the man restraining Hernandez used an illegal chokehold."

Here is the take of CNN:

"A 52-second video shows Thompson on top of Hernandez locking him in a chokehold while his wife, who was off duty, pins Hernandez's left arm to the ground.  As Hernandez kicks and gasps for air, Thompson tells Hernandez, "Do you want me to hit you again? Do you want me to hit you again?"  Then two unknown people try to block the bystander from recording more of the scene. At one point a woman screams, "It's illegal to record." Several seconds later the recording stops."

It is not illegal to record.  Abject nonsense:

"Under Texas law, individuals are allowed to videotape others without their permission in public spaces with the exception of dressing rooms and bathrooms, but only if it's not for sexual purposes."

Also, must not be so close to police carrying out their duties that it interferes.

"Hernandez's wife, Maria Toral, and her daughter were inside the restaurant when the incident began and rushed outside, yelling at the Thompsons to release Hernandez.  "The little daughter was screaming, 'Quit hitting my daddy,'" their attorney, Randall Kallinen, said."

Police initially covered up the fact the deputy was involved in the crime.  Helped her husband perpetrate it.

"The autopsy report said Hernandez's death was a homicide and that he died from anoxic encephalopathy caused by strangulation by chest compression, reported CNN affiliate KPRC."

The following is appalling:

"The case has sparked outrage and allegations that Thompson received preferential treatment from his wife's law enforcement colleagues.  Kallinen said Hernandez's wife was put in a police squad car for nearly four hours and had her cell phone taken away by deputies at the scene.  The night of the altercation, deputies considered filing assault charges against Hernandez because the case had been reported as an assault, not a homicide, said Tom Berg, first assistant district attorney for Harris County.  Officers at the scene did not tell prosecutors Hernandez was unconscious and being rushed to a hospital for treatment, according to the district attorney's office."

Clearly, a cover up.

"Prosecutors say homicide investigators were not called to the scene because Hernandez didn't die of his injuries until several days later. The prosecutor said homicide investigators are better trained to question witnesses and collect evidence from crime scenes."

Appalling excuse for the abjectly indefensible.

"It does raise questions for us," Berg said. "We are concerned that things happened later than they should have, but we have a complete picture now."  "We will show no favoritism. We will let the chips fall as they may with the grand jury," Berg added."

Hopefully, that will be the case.  If not, the doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight. Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

CBS News reports:

"In court Tuesday, Judge Kelli Johnson read the couple their rights and the stipulations of their bond, reports KHOU. The couple will be given random urine tests and will not be allowed access to guns. The Thompsons were also ordered to have no contact with the victim's family."

Why weren't they held without bail?  Had it been the other way around, they would have been jailed until trial.

"The couple was confronted by a crowd of reporters and protesters as they entered the courtroom. One man could be heard yelling, "Anyone else would be held without bail."

Goddamned right.  No equal justice.  Not in a fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Randall Kallinen, a civil rights attorney representing the Hernandez family, was expected to announce later Tuesday that the family has filed a wrongful death civil lawsuit, reports Chron.com."

Sue the living shit out of everyone involved.  Including not only the department but government entity overseeing it.  When taxpayers get tired of the financial f--king, things will finally change.

"Authorities announced Friday the actions of Texas deputies who looked into Hernandez's death following his confrontation with the couple will be reviewed as part of an internal affairs probe following complaints by the victim's family that the investigation was mishandled."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  No more than the fox guarding the chicken coop.

Another incident of appalling police behavior.  This time in New Jersey.  CBS News reports:

"A wild police chase through the streets of Jersey City late Sunday ended in a fiery crash, a driver's clothes on fire, police caught on video kicking that man, prosecutors investigating the incident, city officials raising the possibility of firing officers involved, and the police union defending officers who were there, reports CBS New York."

So what else is new, right?  More to come as information becomes available.

Here is the take of CNN:

"Police officers in Jersey City, New Jersey, are feeling the heat after being captured on video allegedly beating the victim of a fiery car crash.  Miguel Feliz was driving home from work on Sunday evening when a vehicle being chased by police crashed into his car and a utility pole, igniting all three.  Witness video captured Feliz exiting his vehicle and rolling on the ground while attempting to remove clothing engulfed in flames.  Moments later, several police officers approach Feliz while pointing their guns. Some officers appear to kick him, then drag him into the street.  The incident left Feliz in critical but stable condition, with severe burns to 30 percent of his body, his family told Univision."

Much more to come as the full extent of what went down becomes clear.

CBS News reports:

"A burning bystander seen on video being kicked by New Jersey police officers after a car chase involving a different man ended in a fiery explosion was in critical condition Thursday and the Jersey City mayor vowed to pursue charges against the officers.  The video obtained by CBS News and other media outlets shows police kicking at a man and dragging him into the roadway in the moments after the crash at about 11 p.m. Sunday."

Readers are reminded this guy was on fire.

"Carmine Disbrow, the president of the city's police union, said the video "clearly shows" the officers acted quickly to extinguish the flames and pull the man to safety.  But Mayor Steven Fulop called the images in the video "outrageous" and took issue with the union's statement, saying that while the dragging of Miguel Feliz, of West New York, New Jersey, could be explained as the officers' trying to get him away from the fire, what followed defied explanation.  "The kicking and the abuse that happened after, there's really no credible explanation that makes any sense whatsoever," Fulop said."

To quote the late Rodney King, himself a victim of outrageous police brutality, "Can't we all just get along?"  Gets worse:

"Erik Roberto, who shot the cellphone video, told CBS New York station WCBS-TV that the police made a big mistake.  "When I see the cops approaching, and they start kicking and, you know, grabbing and pulling him out of the way, they made a huge mistake treating this guy that way, and he wasn't the one that they was chasing," Roberto told WCBS-TV."

Never ever confuse a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue with the truth.  The son of a bitch is too damned stupid to understand.  'Can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

"Feliz's brother, Ramon Feliz, told Univision that he recognized his brother in the video by the way he got out of his car. He said he couldn't understand how the officers could have confused him with the suspect they were pursuing.  "If you are on fire, if you are burning, do whatever you can to fix that first, and then you can solve the problem at hand," he told the TV station. "There was a confusion. Anyone can get confused, but how can you tell me that police were not able to identify who is who?"  Ramon Feliz also said his brother suffered burns on 30 percent of his body and was "not doing well."

How is it ever proper police procedure to kick the living shit out of anyone?  How?

"The mayor said Feliz was to undergo surgery Thursday morning, and said the investigation has been referred to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. A spokeswoman at the St. Barnabas Hospital burn unit said Thursday that Feliz was in critical condition."

Ever burned in a fire?  Know what it's like?

"Fulop said multiple officers were involved in the chase, including supervisors as well as new officers, and numerous protocols may have been violated.  "There are poor judgment decisions that came one after another through the entire process," he said. "The incident had a six-mile chase throughout Jersey City, and there's protocols on that. They fired their weapons from their car at another moving vehicle, and there are issues with that. There are issues with how they continued the chase after receiving additional information, and obviously there are issues around what you see on the video."

Police remain out of control.  All over our formerly great county.  The cancer spreading.  Can't hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Yet, nothing changes.  Ever.

Saddest of all?  Coup de grace?

"County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced Wednesday afternoon that investigators from her office have reviewed the video and "believe with certainty" that Feliz wasn't involved in the chase."

Pitiful, isn't it?

"The driver who authorities say was being pursued, a 48-year-old Jersey City man, has been charged with eluding and aggravated assault."

Who the hell is he?  Still not identified.

Why should it take years to prosecute a criminal cop?  CBS/AP reports:

"Two current and two former Florida police officers have pleaded not guilty to charges filed in connection with the beating of a man captured after a high-speed car chase.  Boynton Beach officer Michael Brown and former officers Justin Harris and Ronald Ryan are charged with the 2014 beating of Jeffrey Braswell. The trio and Sgt. Philip Antico are also charged with trying to cover it up. All appeared in court Friday and Magistrate Judge William Matthewman ordered each to be held on $250,000 bail."

Braswell is no altar boy.  Doesn't, however, justify the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue inflicting street justice to get their cookies off.

"According to court documents, officers Harris, Brown and Ryan kicked and hit Braswell numerous times and shocked him with a Taser without cause. The three and Antico then lied in their reports when they omitted facts about the beating, prosecutors charge. They say Antico also lied to FBI agents investigating the case."

Pieces of achingly rancid, jackbooted shit.  Others may still be charged.

In follow up to a case covered extensively in this publication and elsewhere, appears no end to cowardice of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ABC News reports:

"A Minnesota police chief testifying at his officer's manslaughter trial in the death of a black motorist said Thursday that the shooting might have been justified even if the officer couldn't see the motorist's gun."

No end either to the bullshit offered by police brass to justify murder by their jackbooted thugs.

"St. Anthony Police Chief Jon Mangseth was among the first defense witnesses as attorneys for Officer Jeronimo Yanez began presenting their case. Yanez shot 32-year-old Philando Castile five times just seconds after the St. Paul school cafeteria worker informed the 29-year-old officer that he was carrying a handgun."

Readers will recall the victim had a permit to carry.  Was a law abiding citizen.

"Castile's death in the traffic stop last July in a St. Paul suburb drew additional attention because his girlfriend streamed the aftermath on Facebook. A key issue at trial is whether Yanez ever saw Castile's gun."

He didn't.  The victim never brandished it.

"Prosecutor Jeff Paulsen asked Mangseth whether his department teaches officers it's OK for an officer to fire if they can't see the gun.  "We have to look at the totality of the circumstances," Mangseth said."

An indefensible, bullshit statement made by the Chief.  He's shamelessly defending a jackbooted thug who gutlessly murdered an innocent man.

"Prosecutors have argued that Yanez's actions were unreasonable. They have portrayed Castile as being cooperative when he volunteered to Yanez early during the stop, "Sir, I have to tell you I do have a firearm on me."

The gutless jackbooted bastard in blue panicked.  Fired multiple rounds into his victim.

"Yanez, in squad car video and audio, can be heard in the minutes after Castile's death saying variously that he didn't know where the gun was and that he told Castile to take his hand off it. His partner that night testified that Yanez later told him he had seen a gun on Castile, who had a permit for the weapon."

Inconsistent statements made by the jackbooted thug question his veracity.  The Chief and defense attorney are doing all they can to defend the indefensible.  A cop who panicked, then murdered an innocent man.

Here is precisely why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution remains catastrophically looming.  ABC News reports:

"An arbitrator has ruled that the lone Cleveland police officer charged criminally for killing two unarmed black people in a 137-shot barrage of police gunfire shouldn't get his job back.  Cleveland.com reports ( http://bit.ly/2rgQ73h ) the arbitrator also ruled that five officers should be reinstated without back pay after being fired for shooting into a car following a high-speed chase in November 2012. Unpaid suspensions for six other officers were upheld."

Coup de grace?  Not one of these jackbooted bastards was successfully prosecuted.  Not one of them.

"The arbitrator said Michael Brelo shouldn't get his job back because of the "egregious" nature of his conduct. Brelo fired 49 rounds, including the last 15 from the hood of the car. A judge acquitted Brelo of manslaughter charges at trial.  The city paid $3 million each to the families of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams to settle a lawsuit."

Nowhere near enough.

Police have once again killed a man with a history of mental illness.  Training?  What's that?  ABC News reports:

"A 29-year-old man armed with knives was killed today after three law enforcement officers fired at him as he was entering a convenience store, police said."

Gutless, criminal, jackbooted bastards in blue.

"Police had earlier confronted Joshua Barre at his home, according to Leland Ashley, public information officer for the Tulsa Police Department. He was armed with two knives at the time he was shot."

Three gutless, cowardly officers, exceptionally poorly trained.  Readers are reminded unarmed United States Marines are taught how to disarm someone with a knife.  Do so in such a manner the life of the Marine is not threatened.

"The man's mother, Etta Jones Barre, told ABC affiliate KTUL in Tulsa that her son was probably "frightened for his life."

Etta Jones Barre says her 29 year old son had mental illness and did not deserve to die @KTULNews pic.twitter.com/Gwqlcsau4S
    — Kim Jackson (@KimChannel8) June 9, 2017"

"He didn't have a violent bone in his body," she said, adding later that police "didn't have to kill him."

That's right.  They didn't.  Three on one.  Goddamned cowards.

"A small crowd gathered at the scene of the shooting, KTUL reported. Neighbors described the man as troubled."

Pitiful.

Coup de grace?  Police were in riot gear at the location.  Apparently, expected a riot that never happened.  Gutless jackbooted cowards in blue.

In follow up to an earlier edition here and elsewhere, CNN reports:

"Unapologetic and blunt, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke has won legions of supporters on the right with his frequent commentary that slams Black Lives Matter and other liberal groups."

As repeatedly reported earlier, this man is delusional.  An exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"Now the controversial lawman is back in the news, telling WISN radio he has accepted a position in the Trump administration as an assistant secretary in the Department of Homeland Security.  The department, however, won't say if the sheriff was offered a job."

Has been an ongoing issue for at least the last several weeks.  Why won't the nazis in Homeland Security confirm or deny Clarke's claim?  Doesn't the public have the right to know who is or is not employed in this exceptionally abusive agency?  Is this piece of jackbooted shit that much of an embarrassment to them, -- if he is indeed now employed there?  If employed there, doesn't the public have the right to know the identity of those oppressing them?

"Clarke's appointment, real or imagined, has drawn criticism."

Bet it has.  This guy is a dangerous, unstable wing nut.  An exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"Sheriff David Clarke's unconscionable record makes him unfit to serve," Sen. Kamala Harris, a California Democrat, tweeted. "This appointment is a disgrace."

You think?  Get this:

"CNN contributor Margaret Hoover, a former adviser to the department, said: "I actually worked in the Department of Homeland Security with people who took the job and the post incredibly seriously, and this ... man also argued for suspending habeas corpus on his radio show, he is representative of a kind of government that believes in reality TV and in entertaining and not the responsibility of governing. This is concerning."

In follow up to an earlier edition, NPR reports:

"A congressman-elect is trying to put a story about body-slamming a newspaper reporter behind him. Greg Gianforte has apologized in a letter to The Guardian's Ben Jacobs, saying Jacobs was just "doing his job" in asking a legitimate question when Gianforte knocked him down.  The apology is part of a deal that the future congressman struck with Jacobs."

Precisely the problem.  No deals should be made in a case like this.  Never, ever.  This man is unfit to be a congressman.  A thug, nevertheless, who will be warmly welcomed and embraced by Republican nazis in the House.  Anything wrong with this picture?  Anything at all?

"Jacobs agreed not to pursue a civil claim in exchange for Gianforte donating $50,000 to the Committee to Protect Journalists," Montana Public Radio's Eric Whitney reports. "And Jacobs says he won't object to Gianforte entering a 'no contest' plea to his criminal misdemeanor assault charge. Gianforte requested and was granted an extension to his original court date. He now must appear by June 20."

The reporter gutlessly capitulated to a thug:

"I have accepted Mr. Gianforte's apology and his willingness to take responsibility for his actions and statements. I hope the constructive resolution of this incident reinforces for all the importance of respecting the freedom of the press and the First Amendment and encourages more civil and thoughtful discourse in our country."

Might the reporter also believe there's a bridge for sale in Brooklyn?  Oceanfront available in Arizona?

The following is the letter from Gianforte to Jacobs courtesy of ABC News.  Think it's enough?  Forget?  Jacobs could have been killed.

Dear Mr. Jacobs:

I write to express my sincere apology for my conduct on the evening of May 24. My physical response to your legitimate question was unprofessional, unacceptable, and unlawful. As both a candidate for office and a public official, I should be held to a high standard in my interactions with the press and the public. My treatment of you did not meet that standard.

Notwithstanding anyone’s statements to the contrary, you did not initiate any physical contact with me, and I had no right to assault you. I am sorry for what I did and the unwanted notoriety this has created for you. I take full responsibility.

I understand the critical role that journalists and the media play in our society. Protections afforded to the press through the Constitution are fundamental to who we are as a nation and the way government is accountable to the people. I acknowledge that the media have an obligation to seek information. I also know that civility in our public discourse is central to a productive dialogue on issues. I had no right to respond the way I did to your legitimate question about healthcare policy. You were doing your job.

In the hope that perhaps some good can come of these events, I am making a $50,000 contribution to the Committee to Protect Journalists, an independent non-profit organization that promotes press freedom and that protects the rights of journalists worldwide.

I made a mistake and humbly ask for your forgiveness.

Sincerely,

Greg Gianforte

The son of a bitch didn't make a mistake.  Committed a crime.  Could have killed the reporter.  Had it been the other way around, think an assailant of a congressman-elect would have received equal treatment?  Wouldn't have been charged with attempted murder?

NBC News reports:

"Montana's next congressman, Greg Gianforte, avoided jail time Monday after pleading guilty to assaulting a reporter the day before he was elected.  Gallatin County Justice of the Peace Rick West sentenced the Republican technology entrepreneur to 40 hours of community service, 20 hours of anger management counseling and ordered him to pay a $385 fine for the misdemeanor. If he remains law abiding for 180 days, he can petition for the conviction to be removed from his record."

Greater injustice than the above?  This piece of shit, a thug, will not only be seated, but welcomed by his fellow GOP nazis in the House.  Galling, isn't it?

In follow up to an earlier edition of this publication as well as elsewhere, Texas Standard reports:

"For more than a year, Harris County has been caught in a legal drama over how it jails inmates who cannot afford to pay bail.  The U.S. Supreme Court dealt the most recent blow to Harris County’s controversial bail system on Wednesday, refusing to halt a federal appeals court ruling from earlier this week.  The federal ruling greenlighted the release of misdemeanor inmates held in the Harris County Jail who couldn’t afford to post cash bonds. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez prepared for the release of as many as 177 people starting Wednesday morning."

Paying snitches to rig convictions is a cancer in this country.  NPR reports:

"Nobody likes a snitch. But if you're in jail, informing on fellow inmates can pay.  Legislators in at least four states are now trying to make sure that rewarding jailhouse informants — with cash, perks or deals for freedom — isn't leading to wrongful convictions."

Happens all the time.  All over the country.  Amazing, isn't it, a felon is considered reliable when it comes to implicating a fellow prisoner, but not a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue?  The American Way.  Nazi justice.  In a fascist police-state.

"Bruce Lisker knows how convictions can go wrong. He was only 17 when he discovered his mother murdered in her suburban Los Angeles home."

The bastards framed him for a crime he did not commit.

"I lost my mom and nothing would ever be the same. And I had no idea how not the same it would ever be," Lisker says.  It took investigators less than an hour to zero in on him as a suspect. It took 26 years for a court to determine that they were mistaken."

No question, The American Way.  In Nazi America.

"A key piece of evidence used to convict Lisker was testimony from a savvy jailhouse informant, whom he met after being moved out of juvenile detention."  "Somebody put it in for me to be transferred to LA County Jail and suddenly I was," Lisker says. "Under 18, I was placed in what later came to be known as the snitch tank."

Re-read the last quote. He was set up by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue and prosecutors.  Framed.  Forget?  In a fascist police-state.  No problem with that?  None at all?

"A grand jury investigation found that the so-called "snitch tank" of 1980s LA was designed to give seasoned informants access to naive inmates."

A rigged system. To railroad the innocent.

"Lisker says there were holes in his cell's walls. The man in the next cell over suggested that they pray together. He said he could help with Lisker's case and asked for a copy of the police report.  "I rolled it up and shoved it through that little hole in the wall and let him look at it over dinner," Lisker says. "And then we're going to talk later and he's going to tell me what he thinks, how to help me ... How to help himself."  The man, it turns out, was working for law enforcement. For a reduction in his sentence, he said Lisker had confessed to him and his story matched the case file."

The snitch?  A goddamned liar.  Bribed by law enforcement.  To lie.  In a fascist police-state.  Has to be a special place reserved in Hell for pieces of shit like this and their law enforcement handlers.

"Today, inmates still trade information for rewards -– sometimes big ones. Two Southern California tipsters pulled in more than $300,000 between 2011 and 2015 informing on fellow inmates."

The above is one of the reasons why there is remarkably little faith and trust in law enforcement.  Precisely, why anything they claim must be ferociously questioned.

"California Assemblyman Reginald Jones-Sawyer has written a state bill to limit these kickbacks. He thinks they can distort the truth."

Incredible, isn't it?  Why is this legal?  How can this be constitutional?  People are openly paid to lie to secure a conviction.  No threat to due process? Wake up.

"I'm concerned about the veracity of the information. I might incriminate you at $100,000 dollars a year. That could be a sideline business in prison," Jones Sawyer says."

If truly concerned, why the hell haven't you done the right thing?  Courageously stood up and tried to outlaw all such legalized bribery by law enforcement?   To no more, in effect, secure a bogus conviction.

"The bill, AB 359, requires better tracking and pre-trial disclosure of who says what in jail. And Jones-Sawyer is proposing a maximum of a $100 in cash or perks paid per case."

Unbelievable. Legalized bribery.  To secure a bogus conviction.  This is nothing more than nazi justice in a goddamned fascist police-state.

"It's the taxpayers' money. And that's where I'm really concerned that we set an equitable number and that we don't exceed it," Jones-Sawyer says."

Goddamned incredible. Legalized bribery.   Financed by taxpayers.  In Trump's Fourth Reich.  A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Sieg Heil!?

Coup de grace?

"But criminal informants are "inherently unreliable by definition," according to Loyola Law School Professor Alexandra Natapoff.  "They're giving the government information in exchange for a benefit," she says.  Natapoff is the author of Snitching, about how criminal informants erode justice.  "As one court has said, it's hard to imagine a greater inducement to fabricate than the promise of one's own liberty," she says."

In follow up to an earlier edition, Trump and his henchmen wage war on a supposedly free press.  Think not?  Wake up.  CNN reports:

"A journalist is set to be arraigned in Washington on Friday over charges stemming from protests on Inauguration Day.  The journalist, Aaron Cantú, was indicted last week by US attorney Channing Phillips on eight charges, including two felony violations of the Riot Act, according to court records.  Cantú was one of several hundreds at the protests in downtown Washington as President Donald Trump ascended to the nation's highest office."

Apparently, the Trump nazi and his henchmen have no tolerance of lawful dissent.  To say nothing of freedom of the press.

"Some of those arrested, including journalists, had their charges dismissed, although a wide-ranging indictment came down in April charging more than 200 people with charges stemming from the protest, including inciting a riot, and several people for assaulting a police officer, expanding on charges laid out in February."

What we're dealing with here is suppression of lawful, constitutionally-protected dissent and freedom of the press by our nazi fuhrer and his henchmen.

"A group of defendants opposing the charges, dubbed DefendJ20, filed a motion to dismiss the felony charges last week. Sam Menefee-Libey, a member of the group of activists and legal support workers helping the defendants, said more than 130 of those charged had pledged not to cooperate with the prosecution in any way that would hurt their co-defendants.  "They understand that the charges are political," Menefee-Libey said, accusing the prosecution of seeking an overly harsh sentence due to the nature of the protest."

Why cooperate with your oppressors?  Why give them aid and comfort?

"Cantú declined to comment, citing the advice of his lawyers. His lawyers declined to comment on the record. The US attorney's office offered no comment in response to questions from CNN."

The f--king is on.

"According to BuzzFeed News, among those participating in the DefendJ20 non-cooperation pledge is Alexei Wood, a photojournalist who streamed footage of the protests and police on Facebook.  The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press wrote Phillips, an Obama administration appointee, in late February arguing he should dismiss charges against Cantú, noting other journalists had their charges dropped."

Forget?  If there is no freedom of the press, there is no freedom at all.  Dictators flourish in darkness.  ... Right, Mr. 'President?'

The Trump nazi, his henchmen, and the Abbott nazi lost yet another one in court.  The Statesman reports:

"The same San Antonio federal judge who will hear the lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of the  state's new "sanctuary cities" law ruled this week in a separate case that the Bexar County sheriff violated the constitutional rights of a Mexican citizen when he was held in jail on an immigration "detainer" request after his criminal charges were dismissed."

Doesn't your heart bleed for this gutless jackbooted piece of shit?

"In a summary judgment, U.S District Judge Orlando Garcia found the Bexar County Jail regularly honors U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers, which are requests that the jail hold for 48 hours people who were arrested on state criminal charges and were ordered released but are suspected of violating immigration laws."

No warrant.  No court order.  Nothing but the whim of the criminal jackbooted bastards at ICE.

"Because immigration violations for the most part are civil matters that don't incur criminal penalties, the Bexar County sheriff's office doesn't have probable cause to hold them, Garcia ruled."

Yet, another judge courageously willing to stand up, rule against the jackbooted bastards, indeed, uphold the Constitution.

"In short, the county's assumption that probable cause must exist to detain any individual for whom it receives an ICE detainer request was unreasonable," Garcia wrote.  "Its routine detention of such individuals made it inevitable that it would engage in warrantless detention of individuals who were not suspected of any criminal offense, but who became the subjects if ICE detainer requests either because they fell within a noncriminal ...enforcement priority or because a detainer request was lodged despite their non-priority status."

Inmates illegally held will sue.  Count on it.   County sheriffs are honoring these outrageously unconstitutional requests afraid they'll lose grant money.  No question, they'll lose far, far more successfully sued.  The only thing these goddamned thugs, their handlers, government entities involved understand is getting hit hard in the pocketbook.

Sue the living shit out of the bastards.  When taxpayers tire of the fleecing, things will change.  If not, hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.  Doomsday clock striking ever closer to midnight.

Texas Standard reports:

"A San Antonio federal judge ruled last week that the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office violated the rights of a Mexican citizen when he was held in jail on an immigration detainer after his criminal charges were dismissed.  The importance of this decision will likely go beyond this case, says Geoffrey Hoffman, the director of the University of Houston Law Center Immigration Clinic.  “The decision basically says that the ICE detainer was unconstitutional as applied to this particular defendant,” Hoffman says. “It also says that the detention pursuant to an ICE detainer is a Fourth Amendment seizure and it must be supported by probable cause or a warrant.”

The Fourth Amendment is quite clear.

"Hoffman says this case reflects the larger misunderstanding that being in the U.S. without documentation does not equate committing a criminal offense.  “The probable cause that’s contained in those detainers is merely a probable cause that you may be removable or deportable from the United States,” he says."

Be interesting to see how this is finally adjudicated in the Supreme Court.  Will likely get there sooner rather than later due to several 'show me your papers' SB 4 challenges currently making their way through the system.  This outrageously unconstitutional sanctuary cities law was signed by the Abbott nazi and due to go into effect September 1.

The Trump nazi and his henchmen continue to raucously shit on refugees desperately seeking asylum.  ABC News reports:

"The Trump administration is shutting down the least restrictive alternative to detention available to asylum-seekers who have entered the U.S. illegally, The Associated Press has learned.  Immigration activists consider the move a callous insult to migrants fleeing traumatic violence and poverty — nearly all the program's participants are Central American mothers and children — by a White House that has prioritized deportations that break up families over assimilating refugees."

Aren't Republicans supposed to be the party of the family?  Clearly, not:

"This is a clear attempt to punish mothers who are trying to save their children's lives by seeking protection in the United States," said Michelle Brane of the nonprofit Women's Refugee Commission. "I think it's crazy they are shutting down a program that is so incredibly successful."

Wouldn't want to confuse the clueless with the truth, would we?  Who?  Wake up.  Trump's sick sycophants.

"The overwhelming majority of asylum-seekers that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spares confinement at family detention centers — about 70,000 —have been placed in an intrusive "intensive supervision" program as they await court hearings on whether they can stay in the U.S."

Treated like criminals, not refugees.  The Ugly American.  No end to it.  Gets worse:

"GPS ankle monitors are strapped on three in seven. The wearers, mostly women, complain of bruises and public ostracism."

We live in a fascist police-state.  Soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

ABC News reports:

"Civil rights groups are expressing concern that a wave of anti-Muslim sentiment is fueling the growth of right wing extremism across the United States, citing dozens of anti-Sharia demonstrations across the U.S. this weekend and an ongoing uptick in online recruitment.  Police in Seattle and St. Paul, Minnesota, made arrests after fighting broke out during a series of marches across the U.S. on Saturday against Sharia, a strict form of Islamic law. The marches, launched by ACT for America, a self-described non-profit national security organization, is run by vocal supporters of President Donald Trump."

Clearly, our formerly great country continues to nazify under the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"Ibrahim Hooper, the National Communications Director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), told ABC News in a recent interview that the anti-Sharia rallies were being used by some neo-Nazi and white power groups to recruit new members.  "What we are seeing in America right now is the mainstreaming of hate," Hooper said. "Extremists feel empowered now because they think that they have the president on their side."

Wake up.  We're losing our country.

The Trump nazi and his henchmen delusionally believe they're above the law.  CBS News reports:

"President Trump's social media director violated federal law restricting government officials' political activity when he called for the defeat of a GOP congressman in a tweet, the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) has concluded."

Called Aryan arrogance.

"White House Director of Social Media Dan Scavino, Jr., "violated the Hatch Act" when he called for Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.) to be defeated in a primary in an April 1 tweet, OSC said in a June 5 letter to Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW). The nonprofit organization had asked OSC -- an independent investigative and prosecutorial government office -- to look into whether Scavino's tweet constituted a violation of the Hatch Act."

Conclusion?

"OSC has concluded that this activity violated the Hatch Act," OSC's Ana Galindo-Marrone, chief of the office's Hatch Act Unit, said in the letter to CREW's chief counsel, Adam Rappaport. "Accordingly, we issued Mr. Scavino a warning letter. In addition, we note that Mr. Scavino was recently counseled about the Hatch Act by the Office of the White House Counsel. A review of Mr. Scavino's personal Twitter account since that time did not reveal any new violations."

So what?  Why, to date, no penalties?

Pharmaceuticals have grown so outrageously expensive physicians are considering titrating dosage. The Washington Post reports"

"A group of prominent cancer doctors is planning a novel assault on high drug costs, using clinical trials to show that many oncology medications could be taken at lower doses or for shorter periods without hurting their effectiveness."

The problem with this strategy is the likelihood the greedy bastards will quickly increase prices to recover the loss.  Forget? They never get enough.

Think GOP national socialists aren't in the pockets of the banks?  Wake up.  NPR reports:

"House Republicans voted Thursday to deliver on their promise to repeal Dodd-Frank — the massive set of Wall Street regulations President Obama signed into law after the 2008 financial crisis.  In a near party-line vote, the House approved a bill, dubbed the Financial CHOICE Act, which scales back or eliminates many of the post-crisis banking rules."

Taxpayers have been twice f--ked over by Wall Street.  Savings & Loan debacle some two decades ago.  More recently, the 2008 financial meltdown.  Now, GOP nazis want to facilitate another.  To line the pockets of their corporate masters, -- who line theirs.

"Hensarling's nearly 600-page bill would defang Dodd-Frank by repealing the so-called Volcker Rule, which prevents government-insured banks from making risky bets with investments. It would also scrap a requirement that retirement advisers put their clients' interests ahead of their own, which goes into effect on Friday."

Still believe Republicans are populists?  Have the best interests of Joe Blow down the block?  Sally next door?

Comey's Senate testimony June 8 was devastating.  The Washington Post reports:

"Former FBI director James B. Comey on Thursday essentially laid out an obstruction of justice case against President Trump and suggested senior leaders in the bureau might have actually contemplated the matter before Trump removed him as director."

Comey was calm, cool, collected, meticulous, directly answered all questions, remained unflappable.

"Comey did not explicitly draw any legal conclusions. Whether justice was obstructed, he said, was a question for recently appointed special counsel Robert Mueller. But he said Trump’s request to terminate the FBI’s investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn left him “stunned,” and senior FBI officials considered it to be of “investigative interest.”

Called obstruction.  May or may not be criminally prosecutable, but doesn't have to be for the House to impeach.  Think it couldn't happen in a Republican-controlled House?  Sufficient pressure brought to bear?  Forget?  Job 1 for politicians is being returned to office.

"Of particular concern, Comey said, was that Trump asked other officials to leave him alone with his FBI director in the Oval Office before saying of Flynn: “He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.”   “Why did he kick everybody out of the Oval Office?” Comey said. “That, to me as an investigator, is a very significant fact.”

It is.  Speaks to obstruction of justice.  Comey's first mistake?  Agreeing to talk to Trump alone.  Second, not directly asking the 'President' if he was in fact ordering him to end the investigation.  Why play games?

"Legal analysts have said previously that there was reason to believe Trump might have obstructed justice — both in asking him to shut down the probe into Flynn and then, later, in firing Comey. Comey’s testimony, they said Thursday, clarified and bolstered the case.  Comey testified that he was skeptical of Trump almost from the outset, and he decided to document their interactions because he was “concerned [Trump] might lie about the nature of our meeting.”

Called wisely covering your ass.

"His concerns were realized almost immediately. In a meeting just after Trump took office, Comey said, Trump brought up his job as FBI director and asked for loyalty. Comey said he felt Trump was “looking to get something in exchange for granting my request to stay in the job.” The FBI director is generally appointed to a 10-year term to avoid political influence."

Which Trump clearly tried to abrogate.

"Comey allowed, under questioning from Sen. James E. Risch (R-Idaho), that Trump did not outright give him an order.   “He did not direct you to let it go?” Risch asked.  “Not in his words, no,” Comey said.   But Comey later said he took the president’s assertion as akin to a command.  "I took it as a direction,” Comey said. “This is the president of the United States, with me alone, saying ‘I hope this.’”

How else could it be taken?  This is the President of the United States.

"Comey also noted that he was fired — by the president’s own account — because of the Russia investigation.  Cornell Law Professor Jens David Ohlin said that he understood “why the Republicans would want to focus on ‘hope’ versus ‘direct,’ but I don’t think it makes any difference.”  “Trump made his wishes clear and fired Comey when his wishes weren’t respected,” Ohlin said. “It doesn’t matter whether it was an order or not. What matters is the action that Trump took when it became clear that Comey was continuing the investigation.”

Called obstruction.

Trump's reaction to Comey's testimony?  CBS News reports:

"President Trump on Friday accused fired FBI Director James Comey of making untrue statements in his testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee Thursday, but also said he felt vindicated by other parts of Comey's testimony."

Achingly delusional.

"Mr. Trump, in a joint news conference in the White House Rose Garden with Romanian president Klaus Iohannis, said some of Comey's testimony -- such as Comey's recollection of conversations with the president in which Mr. Trump urged him to drop an investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn -- were untrue. The president, in his first press conference since Comey's testimony, called Comey a "leaker," but stopped short of calling him a liar. But, at the same time, the president said other parts of Mr. Comey's testimony confirmed what Mr. Trump had already said, such as that he wasn't under criminal investigation."

'Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.'

"Mr. Trump said he would "100 percent" be willing to testify under oath and speak with Robert Mueller, the special prosecutor in the FBI's investigation into Russian election meddling and any ties between Russia and the Trump campaign."

Prosecutors would have a field day.

NPR reports:

"Comey admitted to authorizing the leak of a memo he wrote about a meeting with the president that gave him pause. And he did it for an eyebrow-raising reason — "because I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel," Comey said."

Was certainly a most interesting part of his testimony.  Clearly, Comey believes Trump is guilty of obstruction.

"For as much as Comey wanted to be the indefatigable facts man full of public rectitude, he clearly thought Trump had done something wrong — and he revealed that he had an agenda."

Certainly, did.  While not publicly stating so, wanted, and wants, a criminal investigation of the Trump nazi.  So do, apparently, a majority of the citizenry.  Other than, of course, Trump's sycophants.

"While Comey may not have expressed an overt opinion about whether Trump is guilty of obstruction of justice, the careful former prosecutor certainly laid out a set of facts that any prosecutor could use to try to prove just that."

Mueller is reportedly a most careful, conscientious investigator and prosecutor.  Likely will be no leaks from him or his immediate staff.  The public wants the unvarnished truth.  Expects no less.  If there is nothing there, say so.  If not, prosecute.  In such a heavily divided country, however, there will be those who will not believe Mueller no matter what.  Certainly, a most dangerous ongoing issue as our formerly great country continues to deteriorate.

The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump lambasted former FBI director James B. Comey on Friday as a “leaker” for engineering the release of details of their conversations to a news reporter.  But that does not make Comey a criminal, legal analysts said.  “He can fairly be criticized for whether that was the best way for him to address his discomfort with his conversation with the president,” said Barry J. Pollack, a white-collar criminal-defense attorney at Miller & Chevalier who has been involved in leak cases. “But that’s all a matter of how he conducts his job, and what his relationship is with the president is not a legal question.”

Buttressing the above is the fact Comey did not release classified material:

"Prosecutors who bring charges against people for sharing information with the public can do so only when classified or other national security material is at issue. Material cannot be classified to conceal legal violations or prevent embarrassment, according to an executive order from President Barack Obama. Telling a reporter nonclassified information of public interest is not only legal, but it’s often the right thing to do."

The public has a right to know.  Comey has to be applauded since it hastened appointment of special counsel:

“I think, on balance, this is one of these extraordinary circumstances where the issues are so important, that what Comey did and his acknowledgment that he did it is understandable and in his mind necessary, and he did something that I think is courageous,” said Jeffrey H. Smith, a former CIA general counsel now in private practice at Arnold & Porter."

Indeed, a public service.  Must not be forgotten Comey is not the prosecutor.  Gained nothing personally from his actions.

"Trump’s lawyer, his supporters and even the president himself have hammered Comey for his admission. The lawyer, Marc E. Kasowitz, said in a statement that Comey’s talks with Trump were “privileged communications with the President” and referred to their release as “unauthorized disclosures.”

Trump clearly tried to obstruct justice.  Tried to shut down the investigation of Flynn.  Seems the Kasowitz shyster is the pot calling the kettle black.  Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit, Counselor?

"A person close to the president’s legal team said they were preparing to file a “complaint” early next week with the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Justice Department Office of the Inspector General — which can investigate criminal matters and also prepare public reports on current or former employees suspected of misconduct. A spokesman for the office declined to comment."

The above?  Indeed, proof positive the best defense against the indefensible always remains a raucous achingly bogus offense.

Trump and his henchmen continue to bamboozle the courts.  NPR reports:

"A nonprofit group's claim that President Trump is violating the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution should be dismissed because the plaintiffs have no standing to sue, according to a court filing by the Department of Justice.  "Those claims falter on threshold grounds: no Plaintiff has alleged an injury" that meets the standing requirement, the DOJ says in a document submitted in federal court."

Standing needs to be revisited by the Supreme Court.  Likely will not happen any time soon since five Republican nazis on the Court continue to hold sway.

"The administration's argument is a response to the lawsuit filed in January in the Southern District of New York by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. The suit claims Trump is violating the Emoluments Clause whenever foreign entities book rooms at the Trump D.C. hotel or lease Trump office space."

No question, that's true.  Also true, the Constitution forbids such via The Emoluments Clause:

"The Emoluments Clause bars presidents from taking money from foreign governments."

The Trump nazi continues to line his pockets unconstitutionally.  The DOJ continues to do all it can to support and defend this.

"CREW is asking the court "to stop Trump from violating the Constitution by illegally receiving payments from foreign governments" with ties to Trump business interests."

Can't have that, can we?  Certainly, not in a fascist police-state soon to be the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"The lawsuit states:

"These violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause pose a grave threat to the United States and its citizens. As the Framers were aware, private financial interests can subtly sway even the most virtuous leaders, and entanglements between American officials and foreign powers could pose a creeping, insidious threat to the Republic."

Yet, the DOJ continues to defend the indefensible.  Particularly, galling since these fascists have falsely sworn an oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution.

Here's what's ultimately at stake:

"It's clear from the government's response that they don't believe anyone can go to court to stop the president from systematically violating the constitution. We heartily disagree and look forward to our day in court," CREW's Communications Director Jordan Libowitz says in a statement about the administration's motion."

We're losing our country.  ... The democratic republic the Founders were so afraid we'd not be able to preserve.

Amazing how the Trump nazi and his henchmen continue to figuratively whistle walking past the graveyard in the middle of the night.  CNN reports:

"President Donald Trump's lawyer has responded to fired FBI Director James Comey's tell-all to Congress by taking a victory lap.  The evening before Comey's testimony, Marc Kasowitz was spotted buying a box of cigars, and sources overheard him saying, "We won. Trump's in the clear. ... It's clear Trump didn't do anything wrong."  He continued his celebration the next day, declaring, "The President feels completely vindicated."

Haughty, isn't it?  Certainly, Aryan arrogant.  Foolhardy, as well.  Think not?

"But former prosecutors say it's far too early to pop the champagne.  On the other side of Pennsylvania Avenue, special counsel Robert Mueller has been quietly and methodically building the equivalent of a small US attorney's office -- a team of formidable legal minds who've worked on everything from Watergate to Enron, unlikely to leave any stone unturned."

Certainly, expected.  Get to the truth.  No matter what that turns out to be.

"Right out of the gate, Mueller brought on three partners from his former law firm, WilmerHale, with significant litigating experience in high stakes cases: Aaron Zelbey, who previously served as Mueller's chief of staff at the FBI; Jeannie Rhee, a former federal prosecutor and top official at the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel; and James Quarles, who worked on the Watergate investigation as a young prosecutor."

Top guns.

"Mueller has also reportedly recruited skillful prosecutors from within the highest levels at DOJ -- including Andrew Weissmann, chief of the Criminal Division's fraud section, who served as former director of the Enron Task Force and general counsel under Mueller at the FBI."

Certainly, seems like Mueller remains intent on attracting top talent.

"But perhaps the most significant hire to date was reported by the National Law Journal on Friday: deputy solicitor general Michael Dreeben, a prolific Supreme Court advocate who oversees the Justice Department's criminal appellate docket.  Preet Bharara -- former US attorney of the Southern District of New York, who has had his own tussle with Trump and had a ringside seat to Comey's testimony Thursday -- tweeted that Dreeben is one of the "top legal and appellate minds at DOJ in modern times."  "It appears that Bob Mueller is recruiting the smartest and most seasoned professionals who have a long track record of independence and excellence," added Bharara."

Attracting top talent ameliorates unjustified criticism no matter the outcome of the investigation.  Smart move by Mueller.  Especially since the country remains so divided.  Certainly, appears this will wind up a war between legal titans.  Those of Mueller vs. those of the Trump nazi.  So far, Mueller seems to enjoy the advantage.

Having reviewed the entire transcript of Comey's testimony provided courtesy of NBC News, the following exchange between Sen. Reed and Comey is most striking:

"REED: Thank you. You have testified that you interpret the discussion with the president about Flynn as a direction to stop the investigation. Is that correct?

COMEY: Yes.

REED: You've testified that the president asked you to lift the cloud by essentially making public statement that exonerated him and perhaps others. You refused, correct?

140:00 —

COMEY: I didn't -- I didn't do it. I didn't refuse the -- the president. I told him we would see what we could do, and then the second time he called, I told him, in substance, that's something your lawyer will have to take up with the Justice Department.

REED: All right (ph). And part of the underlying logic was that we've -- we've discussed many times throughout this morning -- is the duty to correct. That is one of -- a theoretical issue, but also a very practical issue. It -- was there -- your feeling that (ph) the direction of the investigation could in fact include the president?

COMEY: Well, in theory. I mean, as I explained, the concern of one of my senior leader colleagues was, if you're looking at potential coordination between the campaign and Russia, the person at the head of the campaign is the candidate. So, logically, this person argued, the -- the candidate's knowledge, understanding, will logically become a part of your inquiry if it proceeds.

And so I understood that argument. My view was that -- that what I said to the president was accurate and fair, and fair to him. I resisted the idea of publicly saying it, although, if the Justice Department had wanted to, that -- I would've done it, because of the duty to correct and the slippery slope problem.

REED: And, again, also, you've testified that the president asked you repeatedly to be loyal to him, and you responded you would be honestly loyal, which is, I think, your way of saying, "I'll be honest, and I'll be the head of the FBI and independent." Is that fair?

COMEY: Correct. I tried "honest" first. And also, I mean, you've -- see it in my testimony -- also tried to explain to him why it's in his interest, and every president's interest, for the FBI to be apart, in a way -- because its credibility is important to a president and to the country.

And so I tried to hold the line, hold the line. It got very awkward, and I then said, "You'll always have honesty from me." He said, "honest loyalty," and then I acceded to that as a way to end this awkwardness.

REED: At the culmination of all these events, you're summarily fired, without any explanation or anything else?

COMEY: Well, there was an explanation. I just don't buy it.

REED: Well, yes. So you're fired. So do you believe that you were fired because you -- you refused to -- to take the president's direction? Is that the ultimate reason?

COMEY: I don't know for sure. I know I was fired. Again, I take the president's words. I know I was fired because of something about the way I was conducting the Russia investigation was, in some way, putting pressure on him, in some way, irritating him. And he decided to fire me because of that.

COMEY: I Was Fired Because Russia Investigation Was 'Irritating' Trump

1:19

REED: Now...

COMEY: I -- I can't go farther than that.

Think the above doesn't suggest obstruction?

The intelligence community remains an unhappy camper.  ... So to speak.  CNN reports:

"James Clapper, the former Director of National Intelligence, said Wednesday that Watergate "pales" in comparison to the controversy surrounding the Trump administration and Russia.  Clapper was speaking to reporters Wednesday at a National Press Club event in Canberra, Australia, carried by Sky News, and offered a stark assessment of the scandal gripping Washington as he recalled living through Watergate."

Don't have to be a member of the intelligence community to fully appreciate this.

"I was on active duty then, in the Air Force, as a young officer, and it was a scary time. But it was against the backdrop of all the post-Vietnam trauma as well, which seemed at least in my memory amplified -- as a backdrop -- amplified the crisis in our system," Clapper said.  "I have to say, though, that I think when you compare the two, that Watergate pales really in my view compared to what we're confronting now," he added."

Indeed.  While Nixon was exceptionally pernicious, he was not insane.  Evil, but not psychotic.

No seeming end to corruption at Wells Fargo.  CBS Philly reports:

"Police arrested a Wells Fargo employee accused of bank fraud and identity theft.  Hassante Denise East, a customer representative for Wells Fargo located at 700 Adams Ave., allegedly engaged in a scheme with others depositing fraudulent checks and withdrawing money, according to Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.  She reportedly accessed 54 compromised Wells Fargo accounts, according to court documents.  In addition, authorities say East fraudulently replicated checks of the accounts allegedly, as well as deposited fraudulent checks into the accounts."

Amazing, isn't it?  Vetting?  What's that?  ... Right, Amanda?  This woman a heroine of yours, madam?  Role model?

Religious nazis cannot seem to understand practicing medicine or dispensing pharmaceuticals remains a privilege, not a right.  Texas Standard reports:

"Pharmacists who refuse to fill prescriptions based on their religious beliefs may soon be protected from disciplinary action thanks to a bill passed this legislative session."

Goddamned outrageous.  Can't fill  a prescription in good conscience?  Give up your license.  Do the right thing.  Get the hell out of the profession.  You're not qualified.

"Republican Rep. Matt Krause of Fort Worth added the legislation as an amendment to a bill on the operations of the State Board of Pharmacy. Gov. Greg Abbott is expected to sign the bill."

What nazi wouldn't?  Abbott, as all other national socialists, remains determined to force his outrageously perverse religious and ideological views on all by statute.  In direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

“We’re starting to see, across the country, really, the government penalizing individuals for their religious beliefs or sincerely held beliefs on certain issues,” he said."

Abject bullshit.  A lie cleverly embraced by Republican national socialists, fascists.  Raw nazism.  Aching duplicity.  Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on the horizon.

Pressure increases. The Washington Post reports:

"Attorneys general for the District of Columbia and the state of Maryland sued President Trump on Monday, alleging that he has violated anti-corruption clauses in the Constitution by accepting millions in payments and benefits from foreign governments since moving into the White House.  The lawsuit, the first of its kind brought by government entities, centers on the fact that Trump chose to retain ownership of his company when he became president. Trump said in January that he was shifting his business assets into a trust managed by his sons to eliminate potential conflicts of interests."

Violation of The Emoluments Clause.

"But D.C. Attorney General Karl A. Racine (D) and Maryland Attorney General Brian E. Frosh (D) say Trump has broken many promises to keep separate his public duties and private business interests. For one, his son Eric Trump has said the president would continue to receive regular updates about his company’s financial health."

No more than a sham created to side step The Emoluments Clause.

"The lawsuit, a signed copy of which Racine and Frosh provided to The Washington Post on Sunday night, alleges “unprecedented constitutional violations” by Trump. The suit says Trump’s continued ownership of a global business empire has rendered the president “deeply enmeshed with a legion of foreign and domestic government actors” and has undermined the integrity of the U.S. political system."

Matters not to the Trump nazi, his henchmen, to say nothing of his sick sycophants.

The Washington Times reports:

"Attorneys general in Maryland and Washington, D.C., filed suit on Monday against President Trump, alleging he has violated anti-corruption laws through his continued ownership of companies that have accepted millions of dollars from foreign governments during his time in office.  Legal action was needed because “traditional checks and balances are failing us,” said Washington, D.C., Attorney General Karl Racine."

Indeed, that's true.  The Trump nazi continues to do as he pleases.  Not held constitutionally accountable.

"The president’s continued ownership interest in a global business empire “renders him deeply enmeshed with a legion of foreign and domestic government actors, violates the Constitution and calls into question the rule of law and the integrity of the country’s political system,” the lawsuit states."

Lining his pockets, taking advantage of high office to further his business interests.

"Though the lawsuit notes Mr. Trump previously announced that he was turning the leadership and management of the Trump Organization over to his sons — Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. — it states that the plan “did not include relinquishing ownership of his businesses or establishing a blind trust.”

No more than a sham.

“The appearance and the fact of his taking payments of foreign countries violates the Constitution,” Mr. Frosh said. “It puts democracy at risk if the president is corruptible.”  Through the lawsuit, the attorneys general are seeking a declaratory judgment ruling that Mr. Trump violated the Constitution and an order enjoining him from violating the law. Mr. Frosh said it was up to the courts to decide what sort of limits could be imposed.  “If the court says you can’t both run these business with all these entanglements … you can’t continue to do that and continue to be president, then he will have to choose,” Mr. Frosh said."

Think it can't get worse?  ABC News reports:

"In what ethics experts are calling a glaring direct conflict of interest, a significant business partner of both President Donald Trump and his son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner is pursuing a $2 billion government contract to build new headquarters for the FBI."

Textbook definition of conflict of interest that does not concern Trump's sick sycophants, however.

“It creates a huge conflict,” said Rep. Gerald Connolly, a Virginia Democrat who sits on the House Oversight Committee. “It’s an enormous project. The exposure here for the Trump administration is very real.”

You think?

"Vornado Realty Trust, a giant New York real estate firm whose founder and chairman, Steven Roth, is a longtime friend of and occasional adviser to Trump, is one of three finalists for the rights to develop a new FBI headquarters and campus in the Washington, D.C., region. Roth is helping head up Trump’s infrastructure advisory council and traveled with the president as he rolled out his plans last week, briefly sharing the stage with him in Cincinnati — with Trump introducing him to the crowd as one of “the greatest builders in America.”

Trump doesn't seem to understand he needs to make a choice.  Sell his business interests and run the Oval Office.  Or, resign and take care of business.

"Through business partnerships with both the Trump Organization and the Kushner Co., Roth’s firm has a level of financial co-dependence with the first family that Connolly said could spark intense debate over the Trump administration’s handling of potential conflicts."

Hard to believe with all the controversy, duplicity, insanity, wheeling dealing, outright lying, this president either won't be impeached, convicted, removed from office, -- or resign in disgrace.

Pressure increases on Trump from the LGBTQ community.  NPR reports:

"Crowds stretched for blocks across the parade route near the National Mall, and while Lewis said they anticipated more than 200,000 marchers, she said the number of people who showed up blew their expectations.  Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, straight, white, black, Latinx Americans and people from across the world all marched in solidarity Sunday to protest how they believe the Trump administration could negatively affect the LGBT community."

The Trump nazi and his henchmen are doing their best to reverse progress, gains made during the Obama Administration.

"And many participants feel as if this time in history is a turning point for the LGBT movement. They see it as an opportunity to note that while LGBT rights increased over the past decade, there's still a long way to go."

Trump and his henchmen continue to do their best to reverse this.  Remain intent on turning back the clock.

Trump continues to lose in the courts.  The Washington Post reports:

"A West Coast federal appeals court upheld the freeze on President Trump’s travel ban Monday, declaring that Trump had exceeded his lawful authority in suspending the issuance of visas to residents of six Muslim majority countries.  A three-judge panel with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit ruled against the administration unanimously. Their ruling is another blow to Trump — though the fate of his travel ban already had been destined to be decided by the Supreme Court after a different federal appeals court ruled against him in a separate case and the administration asked the nation’s top justice to intervene."

Sad to see a most loyal First Daughter suffer, isn't it?  The Washington Times reports:

"Ivanka Trump said Monday that she was not expecting this level of “viciousness” toward her father, President Trump, and his administration.  “It is hard, and there’s a level of viciousness that I was not expecting. I was not expecting the intensity of this experience,” Ms. Trump said on Fox News."

Poor little rich girl.  Doesn't your heart bleed?  Forget?  Her old man is determinedly egregiously f--king the bottom and middle class.  Doing all he can to maintain an unsustainable status quo, that is, the zero-sum, winner-take-all, poorly-controlled laissez-faire f--king unbridled capitalism has become.

"She did say that she wasn’t expecting the job to be easy, however, since the administration was trying to “change the status quo.”

Say what?  The nazi son of a bitch is doing all he can to extend the goddamned fascist police-state we already live in the Fourth Reich, and his daughter expects no ferocious resistance?  Give me a break.

“This isn’t supposed to be easy. My father and this administration intends to be transformative, and we want to do big, bold things and we’re looking to change the status quo,” Ms. Trump said."

Delusional non-sequitur.  Achingly divorced from reality.  Clearly, this woman and her family do not live on the same planet as the rest of us.

Coup de grace?  Get this:

"Ms. Trump also said her father felt “vindicated” by former FBI Director James B. Comey’s testimony on Thursday.  “My father felt very vindicated in all the statements he’d been making, and he feels incredibly optimistic, but at the White House and throughout the administration, we were incredibly focused on the reason we went to Washington,” she said."

Ms. Trump obviously suffers the same delusions of grandeur dear old dad does.

The following is highly demonstrative of how truly perverse the atmosphere has grown in the White House.  CBS News reports:

"As President Trump held his first official full Cabinet meeting at the White House on Monday, the on-camera portion of the meeting showed the members of his Cabinet lavishing praise on the president."

Groveling would be a far more accurate description.

"After Mr. Trump summed up his administration's ongoing efforts and goals, amid a flurry of investigations and probes into Trump associates' ties to Russian meddling in the election, he invited his Cabinet to introduce themselves. Vice President Pence started by calling it the "privilege of his life" to be vice president."

That the case?  Must have led quite a socially impoverished life, Mr. Vice President.

"U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said this: "It's a new day at the United Nations. We now have a very strong voice. People know what the United States is for, they know what we're against and they see us leading across the board."

Readers are reminded Haley was recently laughed at during a speech she gave at the UN praising the human rights record of the Israelis.

"On behalf of the entire senior staff around you, Mr. President, we thank you for the opportunity and the blessing that you've given us to serve your agenda and the American people," Priebus said. "And we're continuing to work very hard every day to accomplish those goals."

Appalling.  Truly galling, as the Trump nazi and his henchmen transform the fascist police-state we already live in to the Fourth Reich.

Coup de grace?  Icing on the cake?  Get this:

"Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol, who's no fan of the president, said in one tweet that he had "never seen this kind of collective sycophancy," and in another drew a comparison with the kind of meeting that might be held in authoritarian North Korea.

"Dennis Rodman going to North Korea to inform Supreme Leader of success of Donald Trump's experiment in North Korean-style Cabinet meetings.
    — Bill Kristol (@BillKristol) June 12, 2017"

Pitiful.  No question, Trump has dragged the presidency straight down, right into the toilet.  Ferociously pointedly, brown-nosed Cabinet members are well advised to promptly remove their beaks from Trump's achingly corpulent ass.  -- Apparently forgotten butt hole stinks.

The Sessions nazi came out swinging.  The Washington Post reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions opened his testimony to the Senate Intelligence Community Tuesday with a fiery assertion that he never had any conversations with Russians about “any type of interference” in the 2016 presidential election.  “The suggestion that I participated in any collusion … is an appalling and detestable lie,” Sessions said."

Is it?  How do we know, Mr. Attorney General?  Conveniently, forget?  You and the Trump nazi have lied so many times how could, how would, either of you know the truth?  How?

"Sessions took particular aim at news reports about a possible meeting he had with a Russian official during an April 2016 event at the Mayflower hotel, where Trump gave a pro-Russian speech. He acknowledged being at the event and said he had conversations with those there, but did not remember any with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak."

How goddamned convenient.  A lapse in memory.  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it?

“If any brief interaction occurred in passing with the Russian ambassador during that reception, I do not remember it,” Sessions said."

No question, the achingly disingenuous, conniving Sessions nazi certainly knows how to legally cover his ass vis a vis perjury by claiming no memory of any of it.  Especially useful, if at some point in the future there happens to be proof he did in fact converse with the Russian.  Just continue to claim, "I do not remember it."

Equally, if not more, disturbing?

"In his opening statement, Sessions also said he is bound to protect private communications with the president, suggesting he will not answer some questions about the firing of FBI director James B. Comey.  “I cannot and will not violate my duty to protect the confidential communications I have with the president,” he said."

Called stonewalling, no more than obstruction of justice.

Gets worse.  In another article, The Washington Post reports:

"Jeff Sessions repeatedly declined to answer senators’ questions in testifying before the Senate Intelligence Committee — particularly on the question of his conversations with President Trump.  He has given two reasons for doing so. First, he has said the Justice Department encourages robust debates, and revealing internal conversations might chill those conversations. Second, he maintained it would be inappropriate for him to reveal details of his talks with the president, because those conversations could infringe on the notion of executive privilege."

Stonewalling.  Obstruction.  Sessions is protecting the Trump nazi's sorry ass:

"That did not sit well with Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.).  “There is no appropriateness bucket,” Heinrich said. “It is not a legal standard.”

Doesn't matter to Trump and his henchmen.  Do as they please.  Are not accountable.

“It’s my judgment that it would be inappropriate for me to answer and reveal private conversations with the president when he has not had an opportunity to review the questions and make a decision on whether to approve such an answer,” Sessions said."

Egregious stonewalling.  If there's nothing to hide, come clean.  Answer the questions.  The people have a right to know the unvarnished truth.

Gets worse:

"Sen. Angus King (I-Maine) pressed Sessions to explain how he could decline to answer questions about his talks with the president without the White House asserting executive privilege.  “I am protecting the right of the president to assert it if he chooses, and there may be other privileges that apply,’’ Sessions responded. “At this point, I believe it’s premature for me to deny the president a full and intelligent choice about executive privilege.’’

Stonewalling. Egregious stonewalling.  Obstruction.  Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit, Mr. Attorney General? Blatant obstruction.

"King noted that Sessions was willing to say that Trump asked him and his deputy, Rod J. Rosenstein, to write up their concerns about Comey’s perceived flaws as leader of the FBI.  Sessions said that was different, because the president had already disclosed that discussion.  “You’re being selective,’’ King said.  “No, I’m not intentionally,’’ Sessions said."

Day is night, night is day, and shit smells sweet in the perverse world of Republican nazis.

In another article, The Washington Post reports:

"One of the tensest exchanges of the day was between Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Jeff Sessions as lawmakers probed the former senator about the Justice Department’s investigation into Russia’s alleged meddling in the election and about ousted FBI director James B. Comey.  The attorney general became angry when Wyden suggested he was ducking questions on an array of subjects.  “I believe the American people have had it with stonewalling. Americans don’t want to hear that answers to relevant questions are privileged or off limits,’’ Wyden said. “We are talking about an attack on our democratic institutions, and stonewalling of any kind is unacceptable.’’

The Sessions nazi certainly did not appreciate being confronted with the truth:

"Sessions shot back: “I am not stonewalling. I am following the historic policies of the Department of Justice.’’

The policies are called stonewalling.

"Wyden noted that Comey had said it was “problematic’’ for Sessions to oversee the Russia probe, for reasons he did not explain in a public setting.  Sessions got angry again when Wyden pressed Sessions to explain what facts might be problematic about his involvement in the Russia probe."

Wyden certainly hit a raw nerve:

“Why don’t you tell me? There are none, Senator Wyden. There are none. This is a secret innuendo being leaked out there about me, and I don’t appreciate it, and I’ve tried to give my best and truthful answers,” Sessions said. “People are suggesting through innuendo that I have been not honest . . . and I’ve tried to be honest.”

A liar, a bullshitter, a misogynist, a racist, a fascist cannot be trusted under any circumstances to tell the truth.  The fascist bastard continues to shamelessly stonewall, then disingenuously, falsely labels it telling the 'truth,' embracing 'honesty.'  Stonewalling deserving of a contempt of Congress citation.

In another article, The Washington Post reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Tuesday that he did not know whether President Trump records conversations."

Say what?  That assertion's not credible.

"Trump suggested he does in a tweet not long after firing FBI Director James B. Comey last month. The White House — and Trump — have repeatedly refused to answer questions about whether he does record conversations. Such recordings would clarify Trump’s claims that Comey lied under oath.  When asked by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) whether Trump records conversations, Sessions said he did not know. Sessions also said he did not know whether Trump would have any obligation to preserve those records, adding, “Probably so.”

You think?

At time of posting, The Washington Post is reporting the President is under investigation for obstruction of justice.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Chloe Ropner, "Healthy Choices" Series, Kingsland Community Center.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 158, 6-16-17.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastardsknow who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
