Readers will recall the recent senseless shooting of an elderly man in Ohio. Horrific, horrendous murder. Police in Philadelphia certainly stepped up, stood tall, in tribute. CBS News reports:

"Police officers having a hard time finding the right words to comfort the family of 74-year-old Robert Godwin, Sr., who was killed last week in an apparently random shooting that was video-recorded and posted on Facebook, have found another way to honor the man — with art."

"Philadelphia Police Department forensic graphic artist Jonny Castro created a digital painting of the Cleveland, Ohio, victim on Tuesday. The department shared the portrait of a smiling Godwin on its Facebook page, along with an eye-opening message."

“This digital painting of Cleveland, Ohio homicide victim Robert Godwin, Sr. is being shared in order to get an extremely important message out there,” the Philly police department wrote in a post that has been shared more than 8,500 times. “YOU – the public – are the best weapon we have in the fight against crime. Sure, that’s a cliche – but some cliches become cliches for a reason. FACT: Mr. Godwin’s killer is no longer a threat because a citizen picked up a phone and called police.”

"The department is referring to the McDonald’s employees in Erie, Pennsylvania, who recognized the 37-year-old murder suspect, Steve Stephens, at a drive-thru Tuesday and attempted to stall him as they contacted police. Within “30 seconds,” Tom Ducharme Jr., who owns the McDonald’s, told CBS affiliate WSEE Pennsylvania State Police had responded and were on Stephens’ tail. Stephens killed himself after a brief chase about two miles from the restaurant, ending a nearly 48-hour multistate manhunt."

Hat's off to the artist, all police involved, as well as the McDonald's employees.

“At 74 years old, his life was taken during a single act of senseless violence,” Castro said in a Facebook page created to showcase his artwork. “He was a peaceful man, who enjoyed fishing and helping his community in Cleveland.” Debbie Godwin, the victim’s daughter, told Cleveland.com her father had retired after years as foundry worker. He frequently fished in Lake Erie and collected aluminum cans as “just something to do.” She said her father was “a great man, a sweet man.” “All my life, all I’ve ever known for my dad to be a provider,” she said."

Another example of uncommon valor. This time from a Con Edison supervisor in New York several weeks ago. CBS News reports:

"A Con Edison supervisor jumped onto New York City subway tracks to save a man just before a train pulled into the station Saturday, CBS New York reports."

"Jonathan Kulig, 29, was standing on a platform of the subway’s L train on his way to work when he saw the man fall onto the tracks. Kulig jumped into the tracks and lifted the man out of a watery space between the rails. He hoisted him onto the subway platform and climbed out. One minute and nine seconds later, the train rolled into the station."

“The one thing I can completely say, that I’m completely confident about, is that if I didn’t pick him up, that train would’ve gotten him,” Kulig said. “Cause there weren’t really anybody else that was jumping down to do anything. He probably wouldn’t be around.” Kulig said he knew exactly where to stand in the tracks to avoid the third rail because he’s an electrical engineer."

May be one of the reasons others failed to rise to the occasion. Another may be it's difficult to get back up on the platform. Need to be able-bodied to do so. The man he saved had some undisclosed medical issues.

Another story of uncommon valor. American POW nurses 75 years ago. Fox News reports:

"One of World War II’s greatest untold stories began on April 8, 1942 when Lt. Gen. Jonathan Wainwright, the commander of the U.S. Army in the Philippines, ordered the evacuation of military and civilian nurses to the island of Corregidor. A month later, Corregidor fell and 77 American nurses were captured by the Japanese, becoming the largest group of female prisoners of war."

"Known as the “Angels of Bataan and Corregidor,” the group continues to hold the distinction of not losing a single member during their three years in the Santo Tomas Internment camp. “It is not that they were some of the first women POWs that made them special, but that they were average Americans from average towns and they survived in a horrific environment while never losing their commitment to serving their patients,” says Bernice Fischer, granddaughter of U.S. Army nurse Mary Bernice Brown-Menzie."

Younger readers are reminded it is an egregious understatement to say the Japanese were vicious to prisoners of war.

"Fischer tells Fox News her grandmother entered the prison camp in 1942 weighing 130 pounds but had dropped to 75 pounds when she was liberated in February 1945."

"Many of the women sought assignment in the Philippines prior to December 1941 when the Pacific was relatively peaceful and where they enjoyed dances and other luxuries."

"But that changed after the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor and then launched an invasion of the Philippines. For months the nurses faced constant attack by Japanese planes, deteriorating conditions and dwindling rations."

“There were 77 American women who became POWs and there were 77 who walked out in 1945. This is unprecedented, particularly for women who had no formal survival training,” says Elizabeth M. Norman, who chronicled the nurses in the book, “We Band of Angels: The Untold Story of American Nurses Trapped on Bataan.”

"According to Norman, under the informal leadership of World War I veteran nurse Capt. Maude Davison, the women always kept to strict schedules waking every day and dressing in uniforms they fashioned themselves. The discipline combined with a singular dedication to care for their patients, some of whom had been among the 75,000 American and Filipino soldiers captured on April 9, 1942 and forced on a 68-mile “death march” in 100-degree temperatures without food or water."

Younger readers are reminded American and Filipino POWs on this march who couldn't keep up were bayoneted by the Japanese.

"The nurses cared for the men, known as “The Battling Bastards of Bataan,” despite suffering from starvation and other diseases themselves. Fischer tells Fox News her grandmother and the other nurses never thought of themselves as heroic because they saw their patients as the real heroes."

Younger readers are reminded Congressional Medal of Honor winners, most of whom receive this highest military award posthumously, don't consider themselves heroes either. Defer to those who died on the battlefield. Duty, Honor, Country.

Human trafficking remains an egregious problem. CNN reports courtesy of the Missouri Attorney General:

"More than 150 years after Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, slavery is illegal almost everywhere. But it is still not abolished -- not even here, in the land of the free. On the contrary, there is a cancer of violence, a modern-day slavery growing in America by the day, in the very places where we live and work. It's called human trafficking. The time has come for a new abolitionist movement to confront this oppression and turn it back."

"Each year, thousands of people, usually women and girls, are deceived, threatened or simply forced into commercial sexual exploitation. That is, they are forced to provide sex for money. Don't be misled, this isn't a crime confined to exotic locales. It happens all the time, even in a neighborhood near you. Sex trafficking occurs when a young woman is forced into prostitution at a truck stop; when a sexual predator lures a teen on the internet; when a family member makes a child sell sex for cash."

Josh Hawley, Missouri Attorney General, is determined to do something about it:

"Today I am issuing new regulations, which my office understands to be the first of their kind in the nation, that will deploy Missouri's consumer protection laws to target traffickers. It's a bold new approach designed to open a new front in the fight against trafficking.

"... Here is how the new regulations will work: If traffickers attempt to use a business in Missouri to mask their criminal enterprise, we will find them out. We will shut them down. And using our consumer protection statutes, we will hold them liable, with both civil and criminal penalties. That goes for anyone involved in the traffickers' enterprise.

"Today I am also issuing new regulations to make debt bondage a violation of Missouri's consumer protection statutes. This new rule takes direct aim at another favorite tactic of traffickers: they lend money or give something of value to their victims, but then use that debt to coerce victims into commercial sex or forced labor.

"Not anymore in Missouri. From today forward, it is illegal in this state to force any person to engage in commercial sex -- or to sell themselves in any way -- in order to pay off a debt or loan. In addition, I am issuing rules that target those who induce victims to come to Missouri based on the false promise that a good job awaits, only to force them into commercial sex or slave labor.

"To enforce these regulations, I have created a new unit of prosecutors and law enforcement in the Attorney General's Office ready to work with local law enforcement and prosecutors to take the fight to the traffickers all across the state. And I am creating a state-wide anti-trafficking task force, not only to coordinate law enforcement and victim-relief efforts in Missouri, but to work with other states and leaders in the non-governmental sector to forge a national coalition to eradicate these networks of violence."

Be interesting to see how well this works. Should certainly be considered elsewhere throughout the country.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Fifty-three weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Fifty-three weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

"The police brought cadaver dogs to search the small redbrick rancher in this suburban community south of Richmond. On that March day more than a year ago, they were seeking “any evidence associated with the delivery and death of a newborn child whether alive or deceased,” according to the affidavit for the search warrant. What they found buried in the back yard — the skeletal remains of a fetus — led to the indictment last month of a 43-year-old woman who lived there. Michelle Frances Roberts is accused of self-aborting in the third trimester of her pregnancy. She was arrested March 29 this year on felony charges of “producing abortion or miscarriage.” The rarely invoked law, written in 1950, prohibits giving a pregnant woman a drug or taking any action “with intent to destroy her unborn child.”

What the hell business is it of our goddamned nazi government to dictate what a woman can and cannot do with her uterus?

"Roberts, who remains in jail in Chesterfield, has denied the charges. According to the police, she told investigators she gave birth to a baby boy in the house, but he died afterward, and she buried him in the back yard. Police and prosecutors have revealed little about the evidence that led to the unusual charge against Roberts, who court records show has a history of drug use."

"Massachusetts formally dropped more than 21,000 tainted drug convictions Thursday that were linked to a disgraced state chemist who in 2013 admitted to faking test results. It's the largest single dismissal of convictions in U.S. history, according to the American Civil Liberties Union. Thursday's dismissals by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court had been expected after several district attorneys on Tuesday submitted lists of 21,587 cases they said they would be unwilling or unable to prosecute, The Associated Press reports."

How can this have gone on as long as it did? No one noticed? Had no clue? Give me a break.

"Innocent persons were incarcerated," Justice Carol S. Ball of Suffolk County Superior Court wrote in her 2013 sentencing decision. "Guilty persons have been released to further endanger the public, millions and millions of public dollars are being expended to deal with the chaos Ms. Dookhan created, and the integrity of the criminal justice system has been shaken to the core."

"But the ACLU says it's not just a single person who is to blame for that chaos. Kade Crockford of the ACLU writes that the scandal stemmed from a system that is set up to facilitate convictions. Crockford continues, "It was that system that enabled her abuse, covered it up, and then fought to preserve the convictions that stemmed from it."

"An off-duty NYPD officer is accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that left two sisters in critical condition and another passenger injured, CBS New York reports. Sources confirmed that 32-year-old Neville Smith rear-ended a Honda as he merged onto the Van Wyck Expressway shortly after 4 a.m. Sunday. Investigators said Smith was driving while intoxicated."

“It is very sad that a person of authority, a person who’s sworn to protect the people, was intoxicated and got himself involved in a situation like that,” said Ravi Rattan, the priest for the victims’ family."

"Vanessa Raghubar, 22, was driving the car, while her sister, Maria, and Maria’s boyfriend, Justin Harricharran, were in the backseat. Family members said Vanessa suffered the most severe injuries and is on life support at a hospital. Maria is in critical condition with broken bones in her arms and pelvic area and severe injuries to her kidneys and intestines. Harricharran suffered bumps and bruises and is expected to fully recover."

"Smith was charged with assault, vehicular assault, driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breath test. He has been a police officer for nearly six years and was assigned to the New York City Police Department’s 48th Precinct detective squad in the Bronx. A criminal complaint says Dean and another former officer, Robert Espinel, in 2015 “solicited and accepted food, alcohol, parties, dancers and prostitutes” from a gun license “expediter.”

Eric Dexheimer, a reporter with the Statesman says a surprising number of deaths in police custody were not the result of gunshots. The newspaper investigated deaths that occurred while an individual was under police restraint. He says more than 250 people died in Texas under these circumstances between 2005 and 2016."

Precisely, why there is desperate need for the Department of 'Justice' to investigate each and every one of these cases to determine if in fact the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue murdered these people on the job. "Texas will not be allowed to import an execution drug from overseas, the Food and Drug administration ruled yesterday. Two years ago the state tried to import 1,000 vials of the drug sodium thiopental for lethal injections. That shipment was seized at a Houston airport by the FDA, who said the drug was not approved for use in the U.S. The state says it has used the drug before and obtained a license from the Drug Enforcement Agency to import the shipment."

The biggest tax cut since World War II appears to have been Ronald Reagan’s 1981 tax cut, which was valued at 2.89 percent of the gross domestic product, according to the Treasury Department. Assuming a $20 trillion GDP in 2018, Trump’s tax cut would need to be valued at least $580 billion a year in order to exceed the size of the Reagan tax cut.

“Oh, I’m seeing numbers — $24 billion [for a border wall], I think I’ll do it for $10 billion or less. That’s not a lot of money relative to what we’re talking about. If we stop 1 percent of the drugs from coming in — and we’ll stop all of it.”

During the presidential campaign, Trump used to claim that he could build a 1,000-mile-long wall, made of precast concrete slabs 40 feet high, for $8 billion. The Fact Checker checked with construction experts and instead received estimates as high as $25 billion. A report issued by Senate Democrats in April came up with an even higher estimate: nearly $70 billion, before paying for land acquisition. The report said that maintenance costs would run about $150 million a year.

Trump’s claim that the wall would halt the flow of drugs is dubious. Experts say that drugs are actually shipped through the border on the underside of vehicles that have permits to cross the border in a special lane. “As long as the U.S. remains the world’s largest consumer of coke, and as long as Mexico continues to provide it, no wall will ever be able to stop the trade,” wrote Roberto Saviano in Newsweek.

As long as there is demand, drugs will enter this country. Smugglers will always find a way. As long as drug prohibition continues, profit to be made will remain so high there will always be those willing to risk arrest.

If it goes to the World Court and the United States ignores an unfavorable ruling, the consequences from the world community in terms of trade, relations, etc., could indeed be severe.

"The 1970 Boundary Treaty lays out the precise border between the U.S. and Mexico and sets rules for the riverside regions. The treaty states both U.S. and Mexican officials on the International Boundary and Water Commission, or IBWC, must agree if one side wants to build any structure that would affect the flow of the Rio Grande or its floodwaters."

Be interesting to see what effect this treaty ultimately has on the Trump nazi's plans, -- if any.

The public does not seem to be behind GOP plans to revamp healthcare. The Washington Post reports:

"In strategy and substance, the American public disagrees with the course that President Trump and congressional Republicans are pursuing to replace the Affordable Care Act with conservative policies, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll. Large majorities oppose the ideas at the heart of the most recent GOP negotiations to forge a plan that could pass in the House. These would allow states to choose whether to keep the ACA’s insurance protection for people with preexisting medical problems and its guarantee of specific health benefits. Public sentiment is particularly lopsided in favor of an aspect of the current health-care law that blocks insurers from charging more or denying coverage to customers with medical conditions. Roughly 8 in 10 Democrats, 7 in 10 independents and even a slight majority of Republicans say that should continue to be a national mandate, rather than an option for states to retain or drop."

In follow up to the last edition, two more 'medical' butchers were arrested in Michigan. CBS News reports:

"A Detroit doctor and his wife were arrested Friday morning and charged with their alleged participation in a conspiracy to perform female genital mutilations on young girls, federal prosecutors say. Fakhruddin Attar, M.D., 53, and his wife, Farida Attar, 50, both of Livonia, Michigan, are charged with conspiring to perform the mutilations on girls between 6-8 out of Fakhruddin Attar’s medical clinic in Livonia. They’re accused of conspiring with Jumana Nagarwala, another Michigan physician who was arrested in Detroit on April 12."

"Female genital mutilation involves removing external female genitalia partially or in full, sometimes for religious or cultural reasons. Between 100 and 140 million women and girls worldwide are thought to have undergone such a procedure, which is internationally denounced as a violation of human rights, according to the United Nations."

Been quite a bit of confusion regarding healthcare plans enjoyed by members of Congress under Obamacare. Worse? False statements made by legislators at recent town halls vis a vis cost and subsidies. The Washington Post reports:

"The ACA requires members of Congress and many congressional staffers to leave the Federal Employees Health Benefit Program and join the health-care exchanges in the District. Through the federal plan, lawmakers and their staff members had about 70 percent of their insurance premiums covered by the federal government."

Don't pity the bastards. Know their annual salary? $174,000. To say nothing of perqs, kickbacks, other bribes, retirement benefits, whatever they can steal, etc..

Another egregious example of government not doing what is in the best interests of the public it allegedly serves. Fox News reports:

"The parents of an Idaho boy injured by a government-planted cyanide “bomb” have filed a petition calling on the White House to ban the controversial devices, used for decades by the Agriculture Department to control predators. Canyon Mansfield, 14, was knocked to the ground last month when an M-44 predator control device spewed cyanide gas into his face and killed his dog. The family had no knowledge the device -- set by the U.S. government some 350 yards from the Mansfields' doorstep -- was there."

"Canyon stumbled upon the unmarked device while running up a hill behind his parents' home with his 3-year-old golden Labrador, Casey. "When the M-44 detonated, the boy watched as his dog lay dying, suffocating from the orange-colored cyanide sprayed by the device. "It's an image that haunts him," Theresa Mansfield said. "And there's been no apology from the government." The M-44s, also known as "coyote-getters," are designed to lure animals with a smelly bait. When an animal tugs on the device, a spring-loaded metal cylinder fires sodium cyanide powder into its mouth. Over the years, thousands of non-target animals -- wild and domestic -- have been mistakenly killed by the lethal devices."

While farmers, ranchers, and others can't afford to lose livestock, there has to be a better way of dealing with this problem. The devices need to be clearly marked, so at the very least provide no threat to humans. Property owners adjacent to federal land need to be made aware of the location of such deadly traps. The government claims it's doing so. Clearly, not.

"The Mansfield dog's death follows a string of other recent incidents in which family pets and endangered species were accidentally killed by M-44s. A gray wolf was killed in February when it came upon the device on private land in Oregon's Wallowa County. Four conservation and animal-welfare groups announced Tuesday they are suing the Trump administration for "failing to protect endangered species from two deadly pesticides used to kill coyotes and other native carnivores." "Cyanide bombs are indiscriminate killers," said Collette Adkins, an attorney and biologist at the Center for Biological Diversity."

Science needs to come up with a better method of predator control. Then again, the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and most Republicans do not believe in science. Think they know best. Only way to solve this is to sue the living shit out of the bastards. That, they understand.

"In just the past several weeks they’ve injured a child and killed an endangered wolf and several family dogs. These dangerous pesticides need to be banned, but until then, they shouldn’t be used where they can hurt people or kill family pets and endangered wildlife," Adkins said. The government, meanwhile, has called the accidental death of family pets from M-44s a "rare occurrence," and said Wildlife Services posts signs and issues other warnings to alert pet owners when traps are placed near their homes."

"Lyndsay Cole, a spokeswoman for the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, recently told Fox News these devices "are only set at the request of and with permission from property owners or managers." But the Mansfields claimed they had no knowledge the devices were anywhere near their home and said they were not familiar with how they work. The Bannock County Sheriff's Office, which responded to the incident, also told Fox News it found no warning signs in the area near where the devices were planted."

"Wells Fargo & Co shareholders showed displeasure with the scandal-hit bank's board on Tuesday, offering scant support for a dozen directors, including Chairman Stephen Sanger, in a vote capping a contentious annual meeting."

"Only three directors received more than 90 percent support from voting shareholders, a benchmark cited by Sanger as what would be the outcome of a normal vote. He received just 56 percent approval. "Wells Fargo stockholders today have sent the entire Board a clear message of dissatisfaction," Sanger said in a statement. "Let me assure you that the Board has heard that message, and we recognize there is still a great deal of work to do to rebuild the trust of stockholders, customers and employees." The meeting, which ran nearly three hours, was repeatedly interrupted by angry shareholders seeking answers about how and why thousands of bank employees were able to open 2.1 million fake accounts in customers' names without their permission."

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to K. Bigler, Girling Community Care, Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
