... A heartwarming story about a kid who got to be police chief for a day. CW33 NewsFix reports:

"Grand prairie's top cop gave up his seat (temporarily) to bring a smile to one little boy's face. Seven-year-old Jayden Morales got to be chief for a day at the Grand Prairie [TX] Police Department. Officers first noticed the boy almost a year ago, when he held up a heartwarming sign at the funeral for fallen Euless officer David Hoffer. It read, 'Heroes live forever.'"

"Jayden attended more police memorials after that, spreading the same message -- and the gesture wasn't lost on the Grand Prairie police department."

"I think it's a great time in our country to maybe try to reset and really focus on the fact that our police officers and our firefighters, our teachers, our nurses, our soldiers, those really should be our heroes. And you know Jayden is helping us spread that message," Grand Prairie Police Chief Steve Dye said."

Hard to believe the following can happen in the richest country in the world. WFLA-Tampa reports:

"Firefighters rescued a man who was trapped inside of a garbage truck in Tampa on Wednesday morning. At 5:15 a.m. the driver of a Waste Management truck was making rounds and heard a man calling for help. The driver realized the screams were coming from his truck. Sometime during his morning route, a man who was sleeping in a dumpster, was deposited into the garbage truck along with the contents of the dumpster."

Not the first time this has happened in the United States. Likely, sadly, not the last.

"Tampa Police Department officers and Tampa Fire Rescue crews used heavy equipment to pull the man from the garbage truck, which was parked at a shopping center along Hillsborough Avenue west of Dale Mabry Highway. The man was strapped to a stretcher, then hoisted out of the garbage truck, at 6:45 a.m. It appears as though the man will be okay. He is being evaluated now."

We have a long, long way to go in this nation. The top 1% of the food chain can never get enough. Those on the bottom deal with the above. Anything wrong with this picture? Anything at all?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Forty-three weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Forty-three weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. We're just getting started, Sheriff. "A Chicago police officer who fatally shot a college student and his neighbor while responding to a domestic disturbance in 2015 won't be charged, prosecutors announced Friday."

No justice. The criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are nearly always afforded special treatment. Protected and coddled.

"The Cook County State's Attorney's Office said in a statement there is "insufficient evidence" to prove Officer Robert Rialmo didn't act in self-defense when he shot 19-year-old Quintonio LeGrier, who Rialmo said charged at him with a baseball bat, and 55-year-old Bettie Jones, whose shooting the department has called an accident."

That's called bullshit. Protecting the criminal bastards in blue no matter what they do. Had anyone other than a cop done anything like this, their sorry ass would have been quickly arrested, charged, tried, convicted, imprisoned for life and/or executed. Certainly, here in Nazi Texas.

"According to Rialmo's initial account, Jones, who lived in the ground-floor apartment, answered the door and pointed the officers to an upstairs apartment. As she turned to walk back to her unit, LeGrier allegedly emerged from the doorway brandishing a bat over his head. Rialmo said he drew his weapon while backing down the stairs as he ordered LeGrier to drop the bat. He said he was in fear of his life when he fired at least three times, hitting LeGrier in the chest. Rialmo said when he checked on LeGrier, he discovered Jones lying on her back."

The jackbooted son of a bitch acted out of cowardice. Could have continued backing up. Used his Taser. Instead, the gutless piece of shit fired at least three times. Apparently, wanted to make sure his target was dead. Got more than he bargained for, however. Wound up killing the woman, as well. Yet, gets to walk away cleared of any charges. This is no more than nazi justice in a goddamned fascist police-state.

"The purpose of the review was solely to examine whether the conduct of Officer Rialmo was unlawful," prosecutors said in their statement. "The state's attorney's review specifically does not address issues related to tactics, whether Officer Rialmo followed police procedures, whether he should be subject to discipline, his employment status, or the merits of any civil litigation."

In other words, a white wash. No accountability. None. Bottom line? An officer is granted carte blanche to murder on the job if he feels threatened. Guess what? Every jackbooted bastard in blue who murders claims his/her life is threatened. Why? Wake up. No more than a get out of jail free card. Convenient, isn't it? Legalized murder. A lawsuit remains pending.

"A Florida sheriff’s deputy accused of trying to kill a woman he allegedly had been defrauding is now facing more charges, and new police internal review alleges another woman paid him for sex, reports CBS affiliate WTSP. Sarasota County Sheriff Tom Knight said last month that 46-year-old Deputy Frankie Bybee had befriended the victim, a 79-year-old Sarasota woman, while responding to a service call in October."

This is one of the saddest cases of police malfeasance in quite some time. Was covered here and elsewhere not too long ago. Fortunately, the woman survived the attack. The son of a bitch was arrested. Not the end of the story, however.

"Knight said when the woman entrusted Bybee -- an 18-year agency veteran and married father of three -- with her dog, the deputy sold the dog through Craigslist. The dog has reportedly since been reunited with the woman."

... Talk about a low class piece of trash. A cop. Here is the background as reported earlier:

"Knight said Bybee was placed on administrative leave after the deputy’s fingerprint was found on checks totaling $65,000 that the victim said had been fraudulently signed. Days later, Knight said Bybee attempted to kill the woman and make it look like a suicide, allegedly forcing her to take pills and then leaving the door from her house to the garage open with the car running, filling the home with carbon monoxide. The woman lost consciousness, but later awoke and called for help."

"Bybee was charged Tuesday with new counts including criminal use of personal identification and accessing a computer or electronic device without authority, according to the Bradenton Herald. The sheriff’s office released video of Frankie Bybee allegedly using the victim’s credit card at ATMs and stores at least a dozen times between Sarasota and Manatee counties. He now faces a total of 25 charges including attempted murder, the paper reports."

Think there's a place in Hell reserved for a son of a bitch like this? How could he ever have become a cop in the first place? What vetting?

"It also emerged this week that a recent internal affairs investigation by the sheriff’s office found Bybee allegedly had an illicit relationship on and off duty with a woman who paid him $100,000 for sexual acts, the station reports."

"Defense attorney Charles Britt said there are “issues with the character in this case and evidence in this case,” WTSP reports."

"A judge reportedly set Bybee’s bond for the new charges at $9,000, after his bond on previous charges was reduced from $1,030,000 to $365,620 in a court appearance Tuesday."

Why was he freed on bail? The son of a bitch remains an exigent threat to the community. Equally pointedly? Why did he receive special treatment no other citizen would have been afforded?

"Attorneys for a Minnesota police officer accused of fatally shooting a black man during a traffic stop say Philando Castile's gun was accessible and that he was reaching for it when he was killed. The Star Tribune ( http://strib.mn/2kqLjr4 ) reports that a memo filed Tuesday in Ramsey County District Court contradicts prosecutors' claims that St. Anthony Officer Jeronimo Yanez didn't see the weapon and made conflicting statements about it. Yanez is charged in Ramsey County with manslaughter and two other felonies in the July 6 killing of the 32-year-old school cafeteria employee in Falcon Heights. Castile's girlfriend streamed the aftermath of the shooting live on Facebook."

"A Detroit-area sheriff is defending his staff over their actions nine months ago when a woman who was eight months pregnant was sent back to her cell three times before giving birth on the jail’s floor. Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said he is confident his medical staff acted accordingly despite video showing a pregnant Jessica Preston being sent back to her cell after telling them she was in labor, Local 4 reported."

"Preston had been jailed for driving on a suspended license. Though it was her first offense, a judge ordered her to stay in jail for the 14 days leading up to her court date after she failed to pay a $10,000 cash bond, Local 4 reported."

“Two [employees] were working that day,” Wickersham told Local 4. “They were on the phone with the doctor. The information at that time, the baby started to come, they took her off the cot, which is close to the wall, put her on the floor on a mattress and the baby was delivered,” he said. Preston told Local 4 that on the fifth day of her sentence she called for help at around 7:30 a.m. She claims she told the deputies that she believed she was in labor and wanted to see medical staff. “[They said], ‘We don’t believe you,” Preston told the news outlet. “’We think you’re lying and you’re not in labor. We’d be able to tell. There are certain things that are more apparent, so go back to your cell.’”

This, what you pompous, self-righteous, 'law and order' GOP fascists here in Nazi Llano County consider her just desserts? Gets worse:

"She said she rang a second time for help at 11:30 a.m., and video shows her being escorted to the medical area again. Preston claims staff called her a liar and sent her back. About 90 minutes later she returned for a third time with blood on her leg, and was transferred to a cell near the medical area, Local 4 reported."

"Wickersham said the closest hospital is about three minutes away, but that the baby came too fast for the staff to act, according to the report."

"Macomb County Jail is already under fire for two inmates’ deaths. Jennifer Meyers died during a 30-day sentence for failure to pay child support in July 2013, and David Stojcevski died in June 2014 during a 30-day sentence for failure to pay traffic tickets, Local 4 reported."

"Wickersham told Local 4 that he does not question his staff’s decision to send Preston back to her cell, but that adding more medical staff, including a full-time doctor, would cost taxpayers more money."

In a speech Wednesday, the president criticized pointed questions by a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals a day earlier."

"Walter M. Shaub, Jr., the director of the Office of Government Ethics, sent a letter Monday to Stefan Passantino, the designated agency ethics official at the White House, recommending that an inquiry be made and asking the administration to “consider taking disciplinary action against her.”

"At least two Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee are calling for President Donald Trump's national security adviser, Michael Flynn, to be suspended in the wake of allegations that he discussed the U.S. sanctions against Russia in a conversation with Moscow's ambassador to the U.S. ahead of Trump’s inauguration."

"The allegations raise "serious questions of legality and fitness for office," the top Democrat on the committee, Rep. Adam Schiff of California, said in a statement today."

There needs to be a criminal investigation. News organizations don't enjoy the legal power of criminal investigators to gather evidence.

U.S. officials have said Flynn’s calls with Kislayk were picked up as part of routine surveillance of the Russian diplomat. "The Post and The New York Times have reported that another FBI investigation is also looking into possible contacts between three members of Trump's campaign team during the election. "Flynn’s attitude to Russia specifically has attracted criticism from some Democrats and Republicans, in particular a 2015 trip to Moscow to speak at an anniversary conference for the Russian propaganda network, Russia Today, where he dined at a table with Putin. Publicly, including at the Moscow conference, Flynn has suggested he believes the U.S. should work with Russia to combat radical Islamic terrorism, which he has described as a “cancer.”

Pence, White House spokesman Sean Spicer and others, relying on Flynn’s accounts, publicly defended him and repeatedly declared in categorical terms that sanctions were never discussed. President Trump accepted Flynn’s resignation letter and appointed Keith Kellogg, a decorated retired Army lieutenant general, as acting national security adviser."

"One senior White House official said that Trump did not fire Flynn; rather, Flynn made the decision to resign on his own late Monday evening because of what this official said was “the cumulative effect” of damaging news coverage about his conversations with the Russian envoy. This official, who requested anonymity to speak candidly about the situation, said Trump does not relish firing people — despite his television persona on “The Apprentice” — and had intended to wait several more days before deciding whether to seek Flynn’s resignation. “There obviously were a lot of issues, but the president was hanging in there,” this official said. “Buying some time was part of the plan, and I think Flynn just figured, if it’s imminent to the boss, then let’s make it immediate.”

"White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Tuesday that President Trump asked for Michael Flynn's resignation on Monday night, citing an "evolving and eroding level of trust" with his national security adviser. The account differs from the impression the White House gave initially, framing it as Flynn's decision to step down amid questions about whether he inappropriately talked about U.S. sanctions with a Russian official and then subsequently misled then-Vice President-elect Pence about those conversations. This is just the beginning of what will likely be a long, drawn out investigation.

There are many, many unanswered questions as to what actually happened, who did what and when, who knew what and when did they know it, had the 'President' directed Flynn to do what he did, was Pence in on all of it, etc.? The Republicans truly have no choice. If they don't stand tall, they won't be returned to office.

What needs to be investigated, Senator, are the top aides to the 'President' and the Trump nazi himself to determine the full extent of this outrageous fiasco.

The Trump nazi increasingly appears to be a buffoon incapable of competently executing the duties of office. The Washington Post reports:

"Trump — distracted by political brushfires, often of his own making — has failed to fill such key posts as White House communications director, while sub-Cabinet positions across agencies and scores of ambassadorships around the globe still sit empty."

"Upset about damaging leaks of his calls with world leaders and other national security information, Trump has ordered an internal investigation to find the leakers. Staffers, meanwhile, are so fearful of being accused of talking to the media that some have resorted to a secret chat app — Confide — that erases messages as soon as they’re read."

Thank God staffers are willing to disclose what's going on. The public has a right to know. So does Congress and the courts.

It is unclear what the White House counsel, Donald McGahn, did with the information."

"Senate Democrats have called for a "full classified briefing by all relevant agencies, including the Department of Justice and the FBI, as soon as possible and certainly before Thursday, February 16." Reps. John Conyers of Michigan and Elijah Cummings of Maryland called Flynn "unfit" to be national security adviser and said he should have been dismissed weeks ago."

If the lease states and means what it seems to, the Trump nazi is in violation of the contract.

"But Trump appears to have come up with his own way of trying to solve the lease problem: He has created a revocable trust — and parked his vast business interests in it. The purpose of the trust is to create a firewall against conflict-of-interest allegations and to, in effect, remove himself from direct management of his businesses, such as the D.C. hotel. Documents now show that the president's son, Donald J. Trump Jr., is the new president of the company operating the D.C. hotel."

"But the new arrangement has only escalated the criticism because the trust's tax ID number is Trump's Social Security number, and Trump "has the power to revoke the trust" to reclaim direct ownership."

"But the issue those in attendance raised most was Trump himself, and whether Chaffetz, as head of the powerful House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, planned to investigate the president's potential business conflicts as vigorously as he did Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server."

Roskam abruptly canceled a smaller meeting with constituents this month to hear concerns about repealing the Affordable Care Act. Protesters have since shown up to his events. The League of Women Voters has also invited him to debates and town halls, which he has declined."

"Roskam said during Monday's call that the traditional town hall format isn't productive and frustrates participants."

"It also made the school the fourth organization nationwide under the Trump administration to reject the money for a program created under President Barack Obama known as countering violent extremism, or CVE, which officials say aims to thwart extremist groups' abilities to recruit would-be terrorists."

"Bayan Claremont had received the second-largest grant, among the first 31 federal grants for CVE awarded to organizations, schools and municipalities in the dwindling days of the Obama administration. The school had hoped to use the money to help create a new generation of Muslim community leaders, with $250,000 earmarked for more than a dozen local nonprofits doing social justice work. But the fledgling school's founding president, Jihad Turk, said officials ultimately felt accepting the money would do more harm than good."

"It's "a heck of a lot of money, (but) our mission and our vision is to serve the community and to bring our community to a position of excellence," Turk said. "And if we're compromised, even if only by perception in terms of our standing in the community, we ultimately can't achieve that goal," he said, adding that accepting the funds would be short-sighted."

"The school's internal debate is also emblematic of handwringing among grassroots and nonprofit organizations involved in the program in the last couple weeks. At Unity Productions Foundation of Potomac Falls, Virginia, officials said they would decline a grant of $396,585 to produce educational films challenging narratives supporting extremist ideologies and violent extremism "due to the changes brought by the new administration," according to a private message to donors reviewed by The Associated Press."

"And in Dearborn, Michigan, Leaders Advancing and Helping Communities said last week it was turning down $500,000 for youth-development and public-health programs because of the "current political climate." Ka Joog, a leading Somali nonprofit organization in Minneapolis, also turned down $500,000 for its youth programs."

"A U.S. official said the Trump administration has been discussing changing the Obama administration program's name, established as a presidential strategy in 2011, to an iteration of "countering Islamic extremism." The official, who has knowledge of the discussions, was not authorized to speak publicly about the proposal and spoke on condition of anonymity. All told, more than 20 percent of the roughly $10 million awarded by the Homeland Security Department has been rejected. And other groups have signaled they may follow suit, should the name change."

"Turk said school officials already had reservations about the CVE strategy under Obama because they felt there's no clear or proven pathway to violence for someone with a particular extreme ideology. The group went ahead, despite worries by some activists that the program equated to a government surveillance program, because it believed the previous administration wasn't hostile to their faith. But amid what Turk called Trump's "fixation on the American Muslim community," it became clear that the president's actions were more than campaign-trail rhetoric, he said. Here is what the Texas Legislature should be concerning itself about, and rectifying, -- among many other atrocities going on in our state. Couldn't care less, however. CBS News reports:

Larry Gene McCollum, a 58-year-old Waco-area taxi driver, was among 22 inmates who have died from the heat in Texas prisons since 1998, including 10 during a 2011 heat wave alone, U.S. District Judge Keith Ellison of Houston wrote. McCollum was serving a one-year sentence in the Hutchins State Jail near Dallas for writing a bad check when he died of a heat stroke on July 22, 2011, just seven days after he arrived at the jail."

"Although the log represents that the heat index at 3:30 p.m. was 116 degrees, a chart provided by the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and used by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice computes the heat index was about 150 degrees."

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these

properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time

each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Lizzie, Owner, Lizzie's Flowers, Burnet, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
