With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers. Glaring sunlight. Dazzling brilliance. Amazing how the roaches run for cover. Again and as always when a cop does something heroic and/or of extraordinary benefit to the community, it always leads here. Always. Sometimes, however police need a little help from the public. Heartwarming to see there are courageous people willing to come to the aid of someone in danger of losing his or her life. The Washington Post reports:

"By the time the woman reached the men who were unloading furniture in an alley, she was frantic."

Imagine what it must be like to know someone is in hot pursuit, -- to kill you.

"She had appeared from the back of a dental office on Chicago’s Near West Side on Thursday morning, the three men told DNAinfo Chicago. Somewhere inside the office, a man with a gun was hunting for her, DNAinfo reported."

“The girl came running up to us,” Josh Lara, one of the furniture movers, told the news outlet. “She, was yelling, ‘Let me get your phone! Let me get your phone!’ “She said, ‘Someone’s shooting!’ ” That someone would turn out to be the woman’s ex-boyfriend."

"Police later identified the man as Clint Engle, 40, of Plainfield, Ill., according to the Chicago Sun-Times."

Ever wonder how someone could kill someone they formerly loved? What drives that level of insanity?

“She knew she was being looked for, the way she was hiding,” Mike Zaininger, another one of the movers, told DNAinfo. “Our immediate reaction was, ‘Get in the truck.’ ”

They could have gutlessly looked the other way. Ignored her plight. Did not. Stood tall. Saved her life.

"Later, Lara told the station, they learned that the gunman had entered the alley looking for her."

“The cop pulled up next to us and said ‘Hey, you are the ones that saved her life,'” Cody Grant, one of the movers, told WLS. “That was the girl he was looking for. He didn’t find her, so he took his own life.”

"In 2002, the Joliet Herald-News reported, Engle was convicted of home invasion and aggravated battery after attacking his ex-girlfriend’s sleeping father with a golf club. He served more than a decade in prison, according to Illinois Department of Corrections records."

The loss of any life for any reason is terribly sad. Could have been far worse, however. Hat's off to the movers as well as to law enforcement who quickly found the perpetrator.

The toll of drug abuse is staggering. Especially heartrending, when children are faced with the consequences of parents' drug use. This is quite a sad story. Heartbreaking. The Washington Post reports:

"For more than a day, the 7-year-old girl had been trying to wake her parents."

"Dutifully, she got dressed in their apartment outside Pittsburgh on Monday morning and went to school, keeping her worries to herself. But on the bus ride home, McKeesport, Pa., police say, she told the driver she'd been unable to rouse the adults in her house."

No kid should ever, never, ever have to deal with this. Do drugs? Are an alcoholic? Do the world and yourself a favor. Don't have children. Spare them the misery.

"Inside the home, authorities found the bodies of Christopher Dilly, 26, and Jessica Lally, 25, dead of suspected drug overdoses, according to police."

What the hell could these idiots been thinking? What? Gets worse. Keep reading.

"Also inside the home were three other children — 5, 3 and nine months old. The children were unharmed but still taken to a hospital to be checked out, then placed with the county's department of children, youth and families."

The parents were likely dead or unconscious for over a day. How does a nine-month-old survive that long? Fortunately, all the kids survived. No thanks to their addict parents. Opioid addiction is an increasingly horrendous problem:

"Last month, a Family Dollar store employee in Massachusetts recorded a toddler in pink pajamas crying and pulling on her unconscious mother, who had overdosed and collapsed in the toy aisle."

"The mother, who survived, was charged with child endangerment. Her daughter was placed under the care of child protective services."

Automatically charging an addict with child endangerment is stupid. Ineffective. What she needs is treatment. If she refuses treatment, then charge her to get her attention. Punishment, however, will not solve this problem. Only treatment and a willingness on the part of the addict to beat the addiction.

"Also last month, authorities in the Ohio city of East Liverpool released a photo of a man and a woman overdosing inside a vehicle that police said had been moving erratically. The driver was barely conscious; the passenger was turning blue. In the back: a 4-year-old boy restrained in a car seat."

"And a photo of a Birmingham police officer comforting a 1-month-old girl in a tiny purple gingham dress raced around the Internet after her father died of an apparent drug overdose and her mother was found near death."

This achingly tragic fiasco was also covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere. Remember?

"The officer in the picture, Michelle Burton, told The Washington Post about the moment that night that saddened her the most. The couple's 7-year-old daughter asked the officer to sign her homework so she could turn it in at school the next day."

Can be extremely dangerous being a cop. Even more harrowing for someone participating in a ride-along. Especially, when the unexpected happens, and the shit hits the fan. Dangerously, so. CBS News reports:

"A manhunt is underway in California for suspects who opened fire on a police officer cruiser with a terrified civilian in the passenger seat. The cop car’s dash cam captured the gunfire during the pursuit."

This is precisely why when police act heroically they must be given great credit. Extended support.

"Early Sunday morning, a Madera police officer pulled over a Mazda SUV for a minor traffic violation, reports CBS News correspondent Ben Tracy. “He’s not stopping? You’re kidding me, right?” the passenger could be heard saying. Sitting in the officer’s passenger seat, a female civilian was taking part in a ride-along."

To truly understand law enforcement and the issues they face, the public needs to be exposed to the everyday life of a cop. -- The routine, as well as that which clearly is not, can sometimes be quite dangerous, -- become so extremely quickly.

“We try to teach the citizens of our town and community what law enforcement is … We want to give them the full gamut and scope of what the job entails, and she was doing one of those ride-alongs,” Lt. Gino Chiaramonte said."

Indeed, this is a good thing. Anyone participating in a ride-along knows the risk, the danger that can ensue. Suddenly. At any moment.

"The car took off, and the officer turned on his sirens and pursued. Moments later the civilian passenger noticed something terrifying."

“He has a gun! No, no, no!” she said. Around a dozen shots were fired. Two bullets pierced through the front windshield, narrowly missing the woman who was noticeably shaken. “You ok?” the officer asked the crying passenger."

Madam, you need to suck it up. Find some courage. -- You knew the risk getting into a police car for a ride-along. Goes with the territory. Something, cops are forced to deal with at any time, any place. Precisely, why the good ones need to be given credit. Supported. Appreciated.

"The officer ended the chase after his patrol car was disabled. The suspect’s vehicle was found abandoned with an AR15-style pistol nearby."

“The round that went through the top window actually got lodged, just left of the headrest as the passenger would be sitting,” Chiaramonte said."

"The names of the officer, who was in just his second week working solo, and the civilian involved have not been released and police are still searching for the suspects."

"The officer wasn’t hurt, but the woman riding along was scratched by broken glass."

Could have been worse. Far worse. Hat's off to the officer and his ride-along.

There are some truly honest officers out there. Officers who would even give their mother a ticket if she deserved it. Get this. It's almost comical, but truly indicative of this officer's honesty, determination to always do the right thing. Fox News reports:

"A police officer in Florida who was scanning video footage of traffic violations came across his patrol car running a red light."

Red light cameras are particularly egregious. Often, don't tell the full story. Remain an abomination and have been discontinued in at least some areas of the country. Nonetheless, this officer held himself to the same standard as the public. To his great credit.

"Haines City Police Officer Tim Glover spotted his car in the Sept. 8 video. He remembered he was getting lunch and was turning left at an intersection while the light turned from yellow to red. Up until seeing the video, he told WSTP.com that he was unaware of the violation."

“I realized that the vehicle did look familiar, and I was hoping it wasn't mine, but I walked out and confirmed it was mine out here in the parking lot,” he told the station. He could have covered it up, but he informed his boss about the infraction and was promptly given a $160 ticket."

“I've always been taught that if you've done something wrong, to take responsibility for what you've done and accept your punishment,” Glover said. “In this part, it was paying the fine and getting my letter of reprimand.”

While these cameras remain a scourge, the honesty of this officer, and his supervisor, is second to none.

Again, not all cops are dishonest. Some departments will go after their own, including criminal family members. Do the right thing. The following is quite disturbing. Truly unbecoming the wife of a police officer. CBS News reports:

"The wife of a Millbury, Massachusetts police officer is accused of faking a robbery and vandalizing the couple’s own home, CBS Boston reports."

Couldn't be, could it? What could she possibly been thinking? What? Did she expect the Department to look the other way?

"Police say on October 17 Maria Daly reported a burglary at the family home, saying jewelry and money had been stolen. She also reportedly said her house was tagged with graffiti that appeared to reference the Black Lives Matter movement."

"According to Millbury Police Chief Donald Desorcy, investigators have determined the entire account was false."

Couldn't be, could it? A cop's wife wouldn't have done something like this, would she?

“Something wasn’t quite right,” said Desorcy. “I think that was pretty obvious and as a result of that investigation, the officers did their due diligence and followed through with the investigation that we had.”

“Basically we came to the conclusion that it was all fabricated,” said Desorcy. “There was no intruder, there was no burglary.”

"Just after she filed the police report, Daly took to social media saying, “We woke up to not only our house being robbed while we were sleeping, but to see this hatred for no reason.”

"The chief says Daly’s husband, Officer Daniel Daly, was not involved in the deception and has been exonerated."

Could have been far worse. The husband was not involved. Did not disgrace himself and the Department.

No question. Can be an extremely dangerous job being a cop. Especially, when a cowardly murderer ambushes two of them. Within minutes.

"A suspect is in custody in connection to the ambush-style killings of two police officers in the Des Moines, Iowa, area, according to police. The two officers were shot and killed early Wednesday as they sat in their squad cars."

"The shootings appear to have been ambush-style attacks," police spokesman Paul Parizek said in a statement."

"The suspect in custody is 46-year-old Scott Michael Greene, a white male resident of Urbandale, a Des Moines suburb. Greene is 5 feet 11 inches tall, with brown hair and green eyes, and was last known to be driving a blue 2011 Ford F-150 truck, according to police."

At time of writing, details remain extremely scarce. The officers were not identified, pending notification of kin. More on this as the story develops.

"Police identified the men killed as Officer Justin Martin, who had been with the Urbandale force since 2015, and Sgt. Anthony “Tony” Beminio, who joined the department in Des Moines in 2005."

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Twenty-nine weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Twenty-nine weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Twenty-nine weeks. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

"During Operation Pacifier, the FBI took over the dark net child porn site PlayPen and ran it between February 20 and March 4, 2015. During that time, they uploaded malware, which they call NIT (Network Investigative Technology), to the computers of the website’s visitors. They managed to capture about 1,300 IPs showing the real world locations of the alleged pedophiles. Despite the Bureau’s success, they made some flaws in the case, which angered civil rights activists."

This is no more than a fishing expedition. The Fourth Amendment ignored. Abrogated. Think that's okay? Think carefully about this. Raises the question, who's next?

Again, it appears a highly questionable warrant was obtained to install malware. To conduct a fishing expedition. That is, no more than blatant entrapment. Worse, the warrant was extended across the universe, well beyond the 'judge's' jurisdiction. The jackbooted bastards in blue successfully skirted the Fourth Amendment. Side-stepped the Constitution. In the name of the greater good. Did so knowingly, intentionally. Yet, paid no price for their malfeasance.

What's next? An attempt to install malware on the machines of those who ferociously criticize the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement? If the Fourth Amendment is intentionally abrogated, why not the rest of them? This is precisely why we now live in a goddamned fascist police-state. That extends across the universe. "During the two weeks period when the Bureau was controlling PlayPen, they played a role in distributing child pornography material, posting or swapping at least 48,000 images and 200 videos of the sexual abuse of children. So far, more than 180 people have been arrested just in the US."

"The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is accusing the Republican National Committee (RNC) of violating a long-standing decree that restricts Republicans’ ability to question voters at polls and prevent those people from casting ballots. On Wednesday, the DNC filed a lawsuit in New Jersey federal court asking a judge to block the RNC from engaging in such voter intimidation tactics. It appears to come in response to Donald Trump’s repeated claims recently that the presidential election is “rigged.”

The system is not rigged. Remains so decentralized in all 50 states collusion would be exceptionally difficult, if not impossible. At least, nowhere near enough to decide the election. Trump knows this, yet lies. His sick sycophants, however, believe his deception. Buy the bullshit hook, line, and sinker.

"Republican Senator Mark Kirk from Illinois is taking political heat this morning, even from members of his own party, after eyebrow-raising comments he made last night during a televised debate. His opponent in the state's Senate race, Democratic congresswoman Tammy Duckworth, was born in Bangkok, Thailand. An Iraq War veteran and Purple Heart recipient, she grew up in southeast Asia before her family moved to Hawaii. In 2004, she lost both her legs after a combat helicopter she was flying was hit by an RPG in Iraq."

"During the debate, Duckworth was talking about her military service as well as a long history of military service in her family. She said, as she has many times on the campaign trail, that her family "has served this nation in uniform going back to the revolution." "I am a daughter of the American Revolution," she added. "I have bled for this nation."

Clearly, this Aryan arrogant U.S. Senator did not do his homework. Didn't know what he was talking about.

Seems the FBI and 'Justice' Department can't seem to get their act together. The FBI Director wrote Congress indicating there were developments in the Clinton email fiasco. ... Conveniently, days before the election. CBS News reports:

"Attorney General Loretta Lynch disagreed with FBI Director James Comey’s decision to send a letter notifying Congress of new developments in the probe of Hillary Clinton’s private email server, CBS News’ Paula Reid reports."

There is good reason why AG Lynch disagreed. Also, this disagreement indicates there is indeed at least some degree of separation between the 'Justice' Department and the FBI. The problem with this is the fact all of this should have been resolved a year and a half ago. Should not have lingered this long.

"Sources close to the Clinton investigation told Reid that Lynch encouraged the FBI chief to follow a long-standing practice not to comment on ongoing investigations. While the two did not speak directly, the attorney general’s position was made clear to Comey. Comey’s decision to flag the new emails was thus made independent of his boss, the attorney general."

This is encouraging. Certainly, takes some wind out of the sails of GOP criticism the 'Justice' Department and FBI are in the pocket of Democrats. FBI Director Comey is a Republican. Knew better, however, than to comment on what is apparently an ongoing investigation. Did so anyway. ... An investigation that should have long since occurred and been rapped up.

The question to be asked, however, is did Mr. Comey succumb to enormous Republican criticism and intense pressure received since July when the 'investigation' supposedly ended? ... An 'investigation' that clearly never ended despite the fact the Director himself announced he would not advise prosecution? Charges, that supposedly no "reasonable' prosecutor would pursue?

"In 2012, the attorney general’s office, then led by Eric Holder, sent a department-wide memo that included guidance on making announcements so close to an election."

There is good reason for this. Neither the Department or the FBI should sway an election.

"The memo cautions that employees of the DOJ “must be particularly sensitive to safeguarding the Department’s reputation for fairness, neutrality, and nonpartisanship.”

Indeed. This should be prime directive. Absolutely necessary to maintain public confidence.

“Simply put, politics must play no role in the decisions of federal investigators or prosecutors regarding any investigations or criminal charges,” it reads. “Law enforcement officers and prosecutors may never select the timing of investigative steps or criminal charges for the purpose of affecting any election, or for the purpose of giving an advantage or disadvantage to any candidate or political party.”

That's right. Comey's most recent letter to Congress seems to have violated long-standing policy.

"Comey defended his decision to disclose the latest developments in the investigation in an email he sent to FBI staffers Friday, shortly after sending his letter to eight Republican House and Senate committee chairs."

Did so intentionally to cover his ass. He knew staffers would quickly leak the email. The email rings achingly hollow, however. The bastard, nonetheless, disingenuously presents the appearance of favoring the GOP, -- especially since the FBI has done nothing to date to prosecute Trump on his highly questionable Trump Foundation dealings, as well as his now defunct Trump 'University' and it's reported rip off of former students. To say nothing of all the ripped off contractors who never got paid for their work building his empire. What about the ongoing investigation of Trump's ties to Putin? Yet, Comey decided not to mention any of this. Interesting, isn't it?

“Of course, we don’t ordinarily tell Congress about ongoing investigations, but here I feel an obligation to do so given that I testified repeatedly in recent months that our investigation was completed,” he said, referring to the times he has appeared before congressional committees since July. “I also think it would be misleading to the American people were we not to supplement the record.”

This is disingenuous bullshit. Talked out both sides his ass in front of Congress. Foolishly, desperately tried to walk a tight rope. Please both the Attorney General and his party, the GOP. Not possible to do. Worse, why didn't he afford Trump the very same treatment, that is investigation disclosures afforded Madam Secretary? Where is the fairness? Worse? When a prosecutor decides not to prosecute, public comment by the prosecutor ends. Not so with Comey. He lambasted Clinton back in July after announcing she would not be prosecuted. His egregious lack of professionalism is stunning.

Lynch has her own problems. Particularly, her seeming lack of good judgment:

"Lynch, for her part, is no stranger to Republican criticism over the email investigation. Just as the FBI was wrapping up the case this summer, Lynch had an impromptu meeting with former President Bill Clinton on the tarmac of an Arizona airport."

Clearly, made a horrendous mistake allowing the former President onboard. Just the appearance alone. Should have passed on that message to the determinedly clueless old bastard. Saved herself a boatload of grief, needless suspicion.

“The most important thing for me as the attorney general is the integrity of this Department of Justice,” the attorney general said in July. “And the fact that the meeting that I had is now casting a shadow over how people are gonna view that work is something I take deeply, and seriously, and painfully.”

The damage had already been done. One has to wonder what the hell the former President was thinking. The man is a lawyer. Knew his wife was running for office. Knew there was an investigation going on. What could he possibly been thinking?

Clinton herself was certainly chagrined at the latest turn of events days before the election. Rightfully, so. The Washington Post reports:

"Hillary Clinton criticized FBI Director James Comey on Friday for failing to disclose additional information about the nature of a new inquiry into her private email server."

She's right. All of this should have happened months ago. Long before the election.

“We are 11 days out from perhaps the most important national election of our lifetimes,” Clinton said at a news conference in Des Moines, Iowa. “The American people deserve to get the full and complete facts immediately.”

That's not likely to happen. Law enforcement simply doesn't operate like this. Also, wisely, usually never comments on an ongoing 'investigation.' Comey should do the right thing. Resign in disgrace. Egregiously failed to do his job. Both back in the summer, -- as well as most recently. Clearly, interfered at the last minute in a national election. Sad. Outrageously, un-American. Further evidence we now live in a fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

In follow up to the above, former U.S. Attorneys General Eric Holder and Alberto Gonzales have severely criticized Comey. The former AG, a Democrat. The latter, a Republican. Both men are right. The FBI must remain a non-partisan law enforcement agency. Should do nothing that could possibly interfere with an election.

Seems the rules are straightforward. The agency is not supposed to discuss pending investigations. In addition, the agency should not do so within 60 days of an election. Does not mean an investigation should not proceed, but should not be discussed publicly. For damned good reason. Kicker? The FBI knew about the Wiener emails weeks ago. Why did Comey choose to wait until some eleven days before the election?

Trump supporters do have problems grasping reality, adhering to law. At least, some don't believe the law applies to them. The Washington Times reports:

"A Texas man was jailed last week on electioneering charges after he wore a pro-Donald Trump hat and shirt into a polling place."

-- A bit more complicated than that, however. Misleading as well, since the offender was given a chance to remove the hat and turn the shirt inside out in a restroom.

"Brett Mauthe, 55, of Bulverde, said he was wearing a hat supporting the Republican presidential nominee and a T-shirt that read, “Basket of deplorables,” when he tried to vote early in Comal County on Oct. 24, a local ABC News affiliate reported. Mr. Mauthe said polling officials ordered him to remove the hat and turn the shirt inside out. Unaware of the state’s election code, Mr. Mauthe said he agreed to remove the hat but wouldn’t budge on the shirt."

Aggressive stupidity. You can fix ignorant. Can't fix stupid. Mr. Mauthe, proof positive.

"He was arrested and charged with electioneering, a Class C misdemeanor. He was released from Comal County Jail in New Braunfels on $500 bond, ABC reported."

If he wouldn't leave the premises, wouldn't comply with turning the shirt inside out, he got what he deserved. Highly likely, officials would have done the same thing to a recalcitrant Clinton supporter. There are reasons for this law. Legitimate reasons. Voters must not be pressured at the polls. In any way. Whether it's 'courtesy' of electioneering, or intimidation by partisan 'poll watchers.'

"Cynthia Jaqua, the Comal County elections coordinator, said it is very rare that a voter is arrested on an electioneering charge."

Indeed, it is. Especially, since voters are given a chance to leave, and/or comply with instructions. Think not?

“It’s in the election code. Electioneering is prohibited within a 100-foot marker,” she told the San Antonio Express-News. “You cannot express views for or against a candidate or political party by wearing buttons, T-shirts, hats, whatever else or carrying signs.” “Every election we have to advise people,” she said. “Even if it’s a school bond issue. They wear candidates’ shirts and we just have to remind them. ‘Please go into the restroom and turn it inside out.’ This is the first time I recall someone getting arrested.”

Women are apparently second class citizens in Maine and elsewhere throughout our formerly great country. At least, when it comes to abortion. Think women aren't discriminated against vis a vis Obamacare? Wake up. They are. Think not? NPR reports:

"Abortion is the only service under the Affordable Care Act that is explicitly allowed to be banned, says senior policy analyst Laurie Sobel of the Kaiser Family Foundation. Twenty-five states ban it, she says, and "six of the remaining states that have no ban on abortion coverage did not have any plans that offered coverage in 2016."

"The largest provider of health coverage on the Affordable Care Act's online marketplace in Maine has dropped coverage of elective abortion services."

Certainly, not 'elective' to a woman who does not wish to be pregnant. Makes no difference to the goddamned corporate management suite and its bought and paid for lackeys in our bought and paid for government.

"Community Health Options, an insurance co-op, decided to eliminate the coverage as it tries to dig itself out of a $31 million financial hole that it accumulated in 2015. (It's one of six co-ops remaining of the 23 initially created by the Affordable Care Act.)"

"This decision was really driven by economic considerations," says CEO Kevin Lewis, "as well as the construction of the Affordable Care Act and how it regards essential health benefits in the individual marketplace."

"Elective abortions aren't considered an essential health benefit under the federal health care law. Neither is adult vision care, which Community Health Options also dropped. Both services were included in all of the 56,291 policies the co-op sold on the individual market in 2015."

Then again, Obama, his Regime, and the Democratic Party knew all this was going to be an issue. Failed to insist wording of the law be carefully written to avoid this bullshit. This is just one more indication Obamacare is sooner or later doomed to failure. Is not sustainable.

"A spokeswoman for Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, Nicole Clegg, says she appreciates the financial issues Community Health Options is facing but is skeptical that cutting coverage of abortion services will do much to help buoy the co-op. The cost for a first trimester abortion is about $550, she says. Community Health Options says 33 women in Maine used their elective abortion coverage in 2015."

The fact only 33 women used their elective abortion coverage last year is proof positive abortion coverage was not removed for financial reasons. Could not have been. "In his long career as an accomplished journalist working across the American South, Steve Crump has come face-to-face with hatred and bigotry. The Emmy-winning journalist spent time reporting on the Ku Klux Klan in which he, a black man, interviewed members of the organization, people who by their very membership profess to hate him due to the color of his skin."

"For all that, though, Crump, 59, told The Washington Post that he’s never felt the blunt hatred he did in Charleston, S.C., on Oct. 8."

That's surprising since one, at first thought, would have expected the worst from the Klan.

"Crump, who works for WBTV in Charlotte, was in Charleston working on a story about cleanup following Hurricane Matthew. Along with his camera crew, he was filming near the southern tip of the peninsula when he came across a young white man, he and later police identified as 21-year-old Brian Eybers, holding an iPad, apparently producing some sort of “citizen journalism,” as Crump put it."

“He basically said, ‘There’s a black guy here. No, wait a minute, he’s a slave. No wait a minute, he’s a ‘n-word,’ ” Crump told The Post. Added Crump, “I went from 0 to 60 in an instant, just like that. I just turned to [my cameraman] and said, ‘We need to get this guy on tape.’”

Indeed, a racist piece of shit needs to be exposed for precisely whom and what he is.

"Crump told The Post that in the moment, he faced a simple but difficult question: “Do you respond to it, or not? Do you let it stand?”

“I called you ‘Sir,'” Eybers said, eyes shaded by glasses. He sat on the ground near the cathedral, wearing a white T-shirt with the logo for the band Sublime, shorts and a purple hoodie wrapped around his waist, along with a pair of Nikes and black crew socks."

“You did not call me ‘Sir,’ ” Crump shot back. “You called me the n-word, right?” At which point Eybers said, “I believe I did call you the n-word.” When asked to spell it, Eybers obliged with an eerie calm. “N as in Nancy, I as in indigo, G as in grant,” and so on."

"When Crump asked what gave Eybers the right to call him that, the young man cited the Constitution of the United States. Crump pushed further, his microphone pointed at Eybers as if it were any other interview. He asked if the young man felt superior."

"Finally, after Eybers asked whether Crump is a Roman Catholic, the newscaster climbed into his van and called the police. Eybers stood in front of the van and continued to light the unknown item. He again called Crump the n-word. Finally, police arrested Eybers, who smiled as he was guided into the back of a squad car."

He has been charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. -- The fact the bastard may have been stoned in no way excuses the goddamned racism.

But as the mother of a nearly nonverbal autistic child, Coleman also knew that she needed to be there for Chase in case he needed help. She often scouted out racecourses ahead of time, noting where the lanky teenager might get lost or confused, as he often did."

"A few weeks ago, her worst fears came true when Chase — who was running in a meet in Rochester, N.Y., with his team from Corcoran High School — was assaulted by a stranger in the middle of a race."

"The female witness, identified in a police report as Collin Thompson, told police that she had seen Chase running in the middle of the road. Thompson then witnessed an older white male get out of his car, according to a police incident report. Thompson said the man approached Chase and pushed him to the ground, after which he yelled, “Get out of here.”

"The other witness, Kris Van Metter, told Syracuse.com that he had just finished a bicycle ride when he saw the same scene. “I see a grown man, who is quite tall and fairly heavy … exit the vehicle and give this young man a shove that puts him back 10 feet and flat on his butt,” Van Metter told the news site. “Like, just shoved him across the road. The kid didn’t seem to be doing anything but standing there, obviously had nothing in his hands and weighed all of 130 pounds. This guy was easily twice that.”

"They had, however, caught the man’s license plate number and police used it to track down a 57-year-old man named Martin MacDonald at his home in Pittsford, a suburb of Rochester, the incident report said. When a deputy visited MacDonald’s home, he admitted he had pushed Chase to the ground, the report said. “When [the deputy] asked him why he did that, he replied that he thought Chase was going to mug his wife and take her purse,” the incident report said. “MacDonald’s wife was sitting in the front passenger seat at the time of the [incident]. When [the deputy] asked him why he thought that, MacDonald told him that some youths had broke into his car recently and that crossed his mind. MacDonald went on to say that Chase wasn’t responding to him telling him to move out of the road.”

"Coleman said the Rochester police relayed MacDonald’s explanation to her — noting that it had been black youths who had allegedly broken into MacDonald’s car — and she was aghast that this could be used to justify an attack on Chase. “I said, impossible. That’s a lie. Chase don’t even know how to defend himself. What? He can barely ride a bike,” Coleman said. “[Chase] was in a uniform. He had a number pinned to him. How did you think that he was out trolling to steal your car? … You can’t tell me that it wasn’t because my son wasn’t black. There were Asian kids, there were Caucasian kids. But you picked the black kid to say, ‘That crossed my mind’?”

This shit has to end. If not, it will tear our formerly great country apart.

“My son is a minor. [MacDonald is] a grown man,” Coleman said she told police. “He put his hands on my son. Of course I want to press charges.” On Oct. 21, Rochester City Court Judge Caroline Morrison sent a letter to the Colemans that shocked them: She had denied their warrant application, and MacDonald would not be charged for second-degree harassment."

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again. A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo. Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials. They

publication. This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Steven Goethe, Owner, Tropical Hardwood Decks. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
