With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief.  What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons.  With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers.  Indeed, it does.  Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well.  It's easy money.  Easy to loot.  With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket?  They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice.  Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court.  Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots.  Realize they have to play the game to stay in office.  Justice?  What's that?  Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices.  More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers.  Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job.  If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality.  Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office.  You get to choose.  Not me.  Only the truth gets reported here.  What you do with that truth is up to you.  In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest.  Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits.  A crock of sh-t.  I knew the law.  So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards.  I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn.  To his credit, Schilling made it right.  Informed me he would deal with the officers.  Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano.  The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road.  In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves.  All of which I already knew.  To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth.  Happened a long, long time ago.  Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office.  ... And his goddamned out of control goons.  I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County.  Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities.  To 'justify' looting the innocent.  Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County.  Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard?  Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep?  -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

Again, and as always, when a cop does something heroic and/or of exceptional benefit to the community,  it always leads here.  Always. This is particularly inspirational due to the fact the officer did not have to answer the call since the dispatcher already had EMS on the way.  The Washington Post reports:

“My son is not breathing.”

Indeed, a parent's worst nightmare.

"Seconds after a distraught Texas father uttered those chilling words to a 911 operator, Officer Chase Miller was on his way.  He didn’t have to respond; the emergency dispatcher was already sending paramedics to the KFC in Granbury, Tex., where a 3-year-old boy was unresponsive and his sobbing mother was screaming his name: “Brayden, Brayden!”  But Miller — who just happened to be listening to the EMS dispatcher radio at the time — didn’t wait for the paramedics to arrive; instead, he rushed to the scene, knowing it was a short drive away."

Above and beyond the call of duty.

"Video shows Miller calmly approaching the woman, grabbing her child and laying the boy on the ground, where he begins to perform CPR. The mother steps away, unable to watch while the boy’s father kneels a few feet away with his hands near his face.  “Just trying to get him breathing,” Miller later recalled to NBC-DFW. “Everything else that’s going on around you doesn’t matter at that point.”  At the scene that night, chances were that Miller’s decisions in the next minute would either save a child’s life or let that life slip through his fingers. Police said the officer remained calm the entire time and even instructed the father on how to take over so he could retrieve a CPR mask from his car."

The officer's professionalism, calm demeanor are second to none.

"Miller returned to the boy and continued performing CPR as the child’s helpless parents watched. With each second, it seemed, the intensity of the moment compounded.  Though the video doesn’t show it, Marshall said Miller performed CPR for about three minutes.  And then, just like that, the boy began breathing."

A good day for the boy.  A good day for his parents.  A good day for Officer Miller and the Department.  A good day for police-community relations.  Hat's off, Officer Miller.  Job well done.

Indeed, there are times when police have no choice but to kill on the job.  Seldom is that the case, but the following example seems to be one incident that justified use of deadly force.  The Washington Post reports:

"Officer Jason Lawless, an Oklahoma police sniper, had one chance, one narrow window to save a 2-year-old girl who had been held hostage for hours by an armed man."

This certainly seems to be the case.

"The suspect, Salvador Reyes, had barricaded himself inside the Tulsa home of his estranged wife. He was holding a handgun in one hand and the toddler in the other."

Can't imagine a more difficult situation for all involved, including police.

"Police said the 42-year-old suspect forced his way into the home and started an argument. The woman, her boyfriend and three other children were able to escape while Salvador grabbed his estranged wife’s 2-year-old daughter, prompting a three-hour standoff, Officer Leland Ashley, a spokesman for the Tulsa Police Department, told The Washington Post."

Clearly, police were in no hurry to force the issue.  Apparently, took their time.  Used good judgment.

"Ashley said a Spanish-speaking police officer tried several times to persuade Salvador to release the child and come out of the house — to no avail. At one point, Reyes went out on the home’s balcony and pointed his handgun at the officers, and then at the child."

The point of no return.  No other viable choices available.

"When he came out on the balcony again, still holding the toddler, Lawless fired one shot from his .308 semiautomatic rifle, striking Salvador in the head. He died immediately. The child was not injured."

A tribute to the officer's marksmanship, good judgment, and coolness under extraordinary stress.  Hat's off to law enforcement.  This appears to have been a "good shoot."

Police do occasionally hold one of their own accountable.  May be rare, but it does occur. The Washington Times reports:

"A D.C. police officer has been arrested on charges of drunken driving while he was on duty early Sunday."

Couldn't be, could it?

"Around 2:20 a.m., Officer Arthur Thompson was found to be under the influence of alcohol while on duty in the 1400 block of 18th Street in Southeast. A supervising officer was investigating a citizen complaint against the officer when he smelled alcohol."

How about that?  There is some justice.

"The supervisor conducted field sobriety tests that confirmed Officer Thompson, who’s been with the department for four years, was under the influence. He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, a police department statement says."

This needs to happen all over the country.  Police need to hold their own as accountable as the public.   Hat's off to the D.C. Police.

A dog can indeed be the best friend you ever had.  Would certainly be willing to give up its life to save yours.  ABC News reports:

"An animal rescue group says a barking dog alerted neighbors to a first-floor blaze at a Philadelphia home where the dog and its owner were later found unconscious inside.  The Red Paw Emergency Relief Team tells The Philadelphia Inquirer the dog was uncharacteristically barking early Sunday, waking up neighbors who called 911 after seeing the two-story rowhome ablaze."

Hat's off to the neighbors who paid attention to the barking dog.  Here is the kicker.  Get this:

"The group says firefighters found the dog lying on top of his owner. Both were unconscious and had to be revived."

No greater love.

"The dog's owner has been hospitalized for burns and was listed in critical condition. Authorities did not identify her."

Cause of the fire remains under investigation.

"The dog was being treated at an animal hospital in guarded but stable condition."

Indeed, police sometimes wind up in a no-win solution.  Yet, it is often better to err on the side of public safety no matter the consequences.  Even when it leaves them looking like fools.  -- Had it been the other way around and a kid had indeed died, consider the uproar.  Fox News reports:

"Police in Suffolk, Virginia, have a little egg on their face, Newsnet5 reports, after they broke into a woman's car on a hot day intending to save a trapped child, and instead found nothing but a wig."

A bit more complicated than that, however.

"Jasmine Turner, the owner of the car, says she was surprised when police called her concerned about the welfare of a child locked inside her car on Thursday.  Turner told local news station WAVY: "I don’t have a baby so I’m like, ‘Where’d the child come from? Who put the child in my car?'"

Sounds comical, doesn't it.  Not, apparently, to police who thought they had a kid left in a car.

"Police broke the window anyway, but discovered what had appeared to be a child to the concerned bystander who called 911 was actually no more than a wig and some blankets.  Perhaps due to embarrassment, or perhaps due to more pressing business elsewhere, the responding officers reportedly left the scene before Turner returned to her car."

Can't fault police for doing what they considered to be the right thing.  Had it been, indeed, a kid, -- and the child had died had police not acted, consider the uproar.  Hope the City, however, indeed pays to repair the car.  Not clear from the report what the ultimate resolution will be.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Twenty-eight weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Twenty-eight weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Twenty-eight weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government.  This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy.  Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County.  Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  Just getting started.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness.  When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November.  If not, the public gets what it deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

In order to identify and track Chicago criminal jackbooted bastards in blue, an Internet firm recently launched a new website designed to do just that.  The Washington Times reports:

"It’s rare when a misconduct complaint filed against a Chicago police officer ends in discipline: Complaints records show officers were punished as a result of just 2 percent of the more than 28,000 misconduct accusations from 2011 to 2015.

"One problem blamed for the low discipline rate is the immediate dismissal of more than a quarter of complaints in which an officer can’t be identified, says a transparency and digital rights advocacy group that has designed an online crowdsourcing tool to help determine the identities of involved officers.

"Lucy Parsons Lab this week launched OpenOversight, a website the public can use to search for officers’ names, badge numbers and — when available — photographs. The first of its kind in the United States, the project enables users to search for officers by entering information about their rank, estimated age, race and gender."

Once fully implemented and perfected, it needs to be expanded nationwide.  Be especially useful here in Llano County where the jackbooted criminal bastards do all they can to avoid being identified.  From blackened vehicle windows to refusing to verbally identify themselves or provide a business card to those unjustly harassed, shaken down.

The public has a right to this information.  These lawless bastards pose an exigent threat to not only the rights of their victims, but to their very lives as well.  In this County alone, there remain five highly questionable killings by law enforcement.  Including the latest, which the Sheriff some six months after the fact, still refuses to identify the officers who pulled the trigger.  A fascist police-state.

Gutless bastards.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  ... Hey, Bill?  Your goons remain out of uniform.  No swastika armbands.  A raucous Sieg Heil!, you fascist son of a bitch?

In follow up to earlier material in this publication, this country is quickly turning into a fascist police-state.  Innocent citizens are subjected to warrantless scrutiny by the jackbooted bastards in blue.  Think not?  Wake up.  NPR reports:

"Nearly half of all American adults have been entered into law enforcement facial recognition databases, according to a recent report from Georgetown University's law school. But there are many problems with the accuracy of the technology that could have an impact on a lot of innocent people."

Think not?  You're a fool.  Wake up.

"There's a good chance your driver's license photo is in one of these databases. The report from the school's Center on Privacy & Technology says more than 117 million adults' photos are stored in them. Facial recognition can be used, for instance, when investigators have a picture of a suspect and they don't have a name."

Still think we don't live in a goddamned fascist police-state?

"They can run the photo through a facial recognition program to see if it matches any of the license photos. It's kind of like a very large digital version of a lineup, says Jonathan Frankle, a computer scientist and one of the authors of the report, titled "The Perpetual Line-Up."

"Instead of having a lineup of five people who've been brought in off the street to do this, the lineup is you. You're in that lineup all the time," he says. Frankle says the photos that police may have of a suspect aren't always that good — they're often from a security camera."

The jackbooted bastards do this with no warrant.  On their own authority.  In direct violation of the Fourth Amendment.  Unreasonable search and seizure. No warrant.

"Security cameras tend to be mounted on the ceiling," he says. "They get great views of the top of your head, not very great views of your face. And you can now imagine why this would be a very difficult task, why it's hard to get an accurate read on anybody's face and match them with their driver's license photo."

"Frankle says the study also found evidence that facial recognition software didn't work as well with people who have dark skin. There's still limited research on why this is. Some critics say the developers aren't testing the software against a diverse enough group of faces. Or it could be lighting."

These bastards are on unconstitutional fishing expeditions.  No probable cause you have committed a crime.  Many innocent people have been caught up in their web.  Think not.  Wake up.  You're a fool.

"Because of its flaws, facial recognition technology does bring a lot of innocent people to the attention of law enforcement."

The bastards in blue harass the innocent.  Do so with no probable cause their victims have committed a crime.  No longer matters in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

"Patrick Grother says most people have a few doppelgangers out there. He's a computer scientist with the National Institute of Standards and Technology — part of the Commerce Department. "The larger you go, the greater the chance of a false positive," he says. "Inevitably if you look at a billion people you will find somebody that looks quite similar."

Get caught in their web?  You need to prove your innocence.  Ass backwards from what it ought to be, once was.  Now, guilty until proven innocent.  Even back then the public gutlessly accepted new regulations and laws that contributed to rise and implementation of a fascist police-state.  Remember when a photo was not required for a drivers license?  Or, when thumbprints were not taken?

The laws requiring the above occurred long before 9/11 and the vicious attack on all civil and constitutional rights and liberties imposed by our goddamned out of control traitorous government.  Yet, the aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public allowed it.  Why should this goddamned hopelessly corrupt, abusive, inept government have a photo and thumbprints of a citizen who has committed no crime?  Why?  Why is this tolerated by the aggressively stupid, hopelessly gutless public?

"Implied consent" as a condition of having a drivers license?  A goddamned ruse.  There is nothing implied or consensual in requiring a citizen to give a breath sample or lose his or her license to drive.  No one ever agrees to this.  If they refuse to sign the DL application, they are not issued a license.  Simple as that.  If they refuse a photo or thumbprints, the same.  There is no consent implied or otherwise.  The applicant is forced.  Has no choice.  Think not?  Wake up.  If you have no DL and drive, get caught, you go to jail.

Worse?  Implied consent is now moot, anyway.  The jackbooted bastards in blue get a warrant for a blood sample by a 'judge' that nearly always rubber stamps whatever the bastards want.  What consent?  Where?  Implied or otherwise.  Yet, another example we now live in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

'The Perpetual Line-Up'

A study by the Center on Privacy & Technology at Georgetown Law examined police facial recognition technology. Here are some of the findings and recommendations.

Findings

Law enforcement face recognition networks include over 117 million American adults — and may soon include many more.
By running face recognition searches against 16 states' driver's license photo databases, the FBI has built a biometric network that primarily includes law-abiding Americans.
Major police departments are exploring real-time face recognition on live surveillance camera video.
Law enforcement face recognition is unregulated.
Police face recognition could be used to stifle free speech.
Most law enforcement agencies do little to ensure that their systems are accurate.
Without specialized training, human users make the wrong decision about a match half the time.
Police face recognition will disproportionately affect African-Americans.

Recommendations

Law enforcement face recognition searches should be conditioned on an individualized suspicion of criminal conduct.
Mug shot databases used for face recognition should exclude people who were found innocent or who had charges against them dropped or dismissed.
Searches of driver's license and ID photos should occur only under a court order issued upon a showing of probable cause.
Limit searches of license photos — and after-the-fact investigative searches — to investigations of serious offenses.
Real-time video surveillance should only occur in life-threatening public emergencies under a court order backed by probable cause.
Use of face recognition to track people on the basis of their race, ethnicity, religious or political views should be prohibited.
The FBI should test its face recognition system for accuracy and racially biased error rates, and make the results public.

In follow up to the last edition and the NYPD killing of Deborah Danner, The Statesman reports:

"New York City's mayor castigated a police sergeant Wednesday for fatally shooting a mentally ill, 66-year-old woman brandishing a baseball bat, saying her "tragic" and "unacceptable" death resulted from failure to follow basic policies.  "Our officers are supposed to use deadly force only when faced with a dire situation.  It's very hard to see that standard was met," a somber Mayor Bill de Blasio said.  "Something went horribly wrong here."

It did.  It's called murder.  Gutless murder.  As reported in the last edition, the police commissioner and the department expressed similar sentiments.  Not so, Ed Mullins, the head of the police union:

"The head of the union representing police sergeants, Ed Mullins, said the shooting was self-defense and bemoaned what he characterized as a politically motivated rush to judgment. "We could be sitting here talking about how a 66-year-old... fractured his skull, " Mullins said."

Give me a break.  What unadulterated bullshit.  The officer could have used a stun gun, a baton.  Could have grabbed the bat.  Forget?  The woman was elderly.  Had a history of police being called to deal with her in the past.  Why didn't the piece of shit wait until he had adequate backup, instead of taking it upon himself to be judge, jury, and executioner?

Amazing how gutless police have become.  Have a shoot first, ask questions later mentality.  This must change.   How many more people will needlessly die at the hands of the gutless jackbooted bastards in blue before something is done to end the scourge?

Concerned citizens are doing their best to record police malfeasance, outright criminal behavior. The Washington Post reports:

"The woman stopped her car in the middle of a residential neighborhood in Edina, one of Minnesota’s wealthiest suburbs.  Just moments before, she had passed a black man who had been walking on the shoulder of the street, seemingly to avoid construction along the sidewalk.  After passing the man, the woman noticed an unmarked police car behind her activate its lights. The vehicle pulled in front of the pedestrian and cut him off; a plainclothes officer emerged and accused the man of walking in the middle of the road."

What crime was committed?  Where was the probable cause to stop him?

“[I] was watching something that I didn’t think was very fair,” the woman, identified by the Minneapolis Star-Tribune as Janet Rowles, told the newspaper. “I’m not against the police. I was against what he was doing.”    What Rowles recorded was a seven-minute video of a tense exchange that led to an arrest — a video that has gone viral after Rowles uploaded it to YouTube last week."

This bullshit must end.  Police still don't get it:

"The Edina Police Department disputed parts of Rowles’s account and said the officer’s actions were justified because of circumstances not shown in the video."

What circumstances? Where?

"Nevertheless, the Minneapolis NAACP chapter has called for an independent investigation of the incident, calling it “painful and humiliating.” The video prompted the mayor of Edina to address the incident Sunday, saying that the officer had followed protocol but that the city would be working with several groups to see what could be done better in the future."

The jackbooted bastards in blue had nothing on this guy:

"The pedestrian’s citation has been dropped, the mayor added."

Not only does this bullshit need to end, any record of the citation needs to be expunged.  This should be done automatically when government goons fail to bring charges.  Why should this remain on his record?  While the jackbooted bastard continues to skate?  Likely gets promoted.

Oakland, California police certainly have problems.  Fox News reports:

"The Oakland Police Department, already reeling from a large-scale sex scandal involving several of its officers, announced Thursday that another officer was arrested and charged with soliciting prostitution and obstruction of justice charges in an unrelated case."

Couldn't be, could it?  The earlier scandal had already been covered several times in this publication and will continue to be followed up on.

"Oakland police said they arrested Ryan Walterhouse, 26, Wednesday night when he reported to work. Investigators say Walterhouse was placed under surveillance about three weeks ago after a colleague reported suspicions of Walterhouse to a supervisor."

Again, couldn't be, could it?  The jackbooted bastards in blue would never commit a crime, would they?

"Court records alleged that Walterhouse befriended a prostitute six to eight months ago and paid to have sex with in a Castro Valley, California, motel on Oct. 1."

That's bad enough for someone who's supposed to be held to a higher standard, but gets worse. Far worse:

"He is also charged with warning the prostitute of police stings.  "You may want to call it a night," he allegedly texted her on Oct. 13. "They may or may not being doing something right now."  The next night he warned again.  "I'll let you know when to," he allegedly texted. "Not yet, they still out, probably after 12."  The Alameda County district attorney's office charged Walterhouse with two felony obstruction charges and a misdemeanor count of soliciting a prostitute."

Think they'll follow through?  Not find a way to sweep all this under the carpet?  We'll see.

While it's indeed a positive development for police to take responsibility for past grievances, it's not good enough.  NPR reports:

"The head of the largest association of police chiefs in the U.S. has issued a formal apology on the group's behalf for "historical mistreatment of communities of color."  Speaking Monday at the annual meeting of the International Association of Chiefs of Police in San Diego, Terry Cunningham said his remarks on behalf of the group were aimed at breaking a "historic cycle of mistrust."

Will take much more than that.

"He said that policing is, in essence, a "noble profession" that has seen dark periods in its history."

You think?  Still does.  As reported in this publication on a weekly basis.

"There have been times when law enforcement officers, because of the laws enacted by federal, state and local governments, have been the face of oppression for far too many of our fellow citizens," Cunningham said. "In the past, the laws adopted by our society have required police officers to perform many unpalatable tasks, such as ensuring legalized discrimination or even denying the basic rights of citizenship to many of our fellow Americans."

What has truly changed?  The same old shit still goes on.  With rare exception, now remains in the closet.  Making it much harder to combat, remedy.  At least, the son of a bitch realizes he has a problem.  A serious problem.  Remains delusional, however.  Get this:

"He emphasized that these darker periods are in the past, adding that "while this is no longer the case, this dark side of our shared history has created a multigenerational — almost inherited — mistrust between many communities of color and their law enforcement agencies."

They still remain.  Murders by police on duty remain an exigent threat to the public.  A threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  An ongoing issue.  Not only a threat to blacks, but all citizens regardless of race and/or ethnicity.

"We must move forward together to build a shared understanding," he said, calling the apology a first step in the process. "At the same time, those who denounce the police must also acknowledge that today's officers are not to blame for the injustices of the past."

Beside the point.  If criminal officers continue to be protected, coddled, not held criminally responsible for their crimes, conditions will worsen.  The Chief's speech is no more than window dressing.  Without successful prosecutions and punishment for criminal officers, his speech rings hollow.  Think not?

"But others were less impressed. "[Cunningham] fails to acknowledge the deplorable behavior of some modern-day police officers who are allowed to go from police agency to police agency after having been cited for misconduct within one or more departments," Delores Jones-Brown, a professor at the John Jay College Center on Race, Crime and Justice, told the Los Angeles Times. "There are bigoted cops today as there were when it was legal to be a bigoted cop."

If the Chief were truly serious, why not advocate a national data base so criminal officers cannot move from community to community to secure new employment after being fired?  To say nothing of demanding criminal officers be arrested, charged, tried, convicted, sentenced to prison and/or executed for their crimes?  Until this happens, nothing changes.  Nothing.

Think there aren't jackbooted idiots in blue?  So incredibly stupid it must be asked how did they ever become cops?  Wake up.  Get this. The Washington Times reports:

"An Iowa police department is investigating a photo of one of its reserve police officers mooning and pointing a gun at a Hillary Clinton yard sign."

This guy has to be an idiot.  ... Or, drunk, drugged?

"The Oelwein Police Department is conducting an “internal review” of reserve Officer Jay Perkins, who was not wearing a police uniform in the photo, Oelwien Police Chief Jeremy Logan told The Des Moines Register."

Thank God for small favors, no?  Gets better?

"In the photo, Officer Perkins is seen smiling with his pants pulled below his bare buttocks and a gun in his right hand pointed at a blue Clinton/Kaine yard sign."

Think this guy fit to wear the uniform?  Have authority over anyone?  Under any circumstances?

"Chief Logan told The Register that Officer Perkins, who has volunteered for the department for more than 10 years, was not on duty when the photo was taken and the gun he was holding was not issued or owned by department."

How 'bout' 'dat'?

"The police chief said he “addressed the matter” with Officer Perkins but declined to elaborate on what, if any, disciplinary actions the officer faced."

Convenient, isn't it?  Think his sorry bare ass shouldn't have been arrested?  Think any other citizen would have received the same treatment?  Wouldn't have had his gluteus maximi hauled to jail?  To say nothing of FBI goons at his door to determine if he presented any threat to a presidential candidate?

Amazing how law enforcement takes care of one another no matter what the jackbooted bastards in blue do.  Worse, makes excuses for one another.  Get this.  The Washington Times reports:

"FBI Director James B. Comey pushed back against the idea that “biased police are killing black men at epidemic rates,” saying Americans are relying on anecdotes and videos capturing the deadly encounters rather than on hard evidence to form that narrative.  In the absence of reliable federal data on police shootings, “Americans actually have no idea whether the number of black people, brown people or white people is up down or sideways,” Mr. Comey told the International Association of Chiefs of Police on Sunday during the group’s annual conference in San Diego. “They have no idea of these things because we have no idea of these things.”

Begs one exceptionally simple question, Mr. Comey.  Where the hell have you and your goons been all these years?  Furthermore?  Why is it going to take another two years before you fascist bastards fully implement collection of this data?  Equally pointedly, sir, when will you and the President finally ask Congress to create a new federal agency whose sole duty would be to investigate, charge, prosecute criminal law enforcement officers in a special federal court whose sole duty would be to try criminal police officers?  To ensure prosecutors and judges are not beholden, on a daily basis, to the very same bastards and the departments they come from.

Amazing how 'judges' are also protected and coddled when they, in effect, aid and abet criminal behavior.  Think not?  Wake up.  CBS News reports:

"An online petition with more than 14,000 signatures calling for the impeachment of a Montana judge over the sentencing of a 40-year-old man to 60 days in jail in an incest case involving a 12-year-old girl has been sent to the state’s governor and other officials."

This 'judge' has an insurmountable problem with his judgment.  Doesn't exist.

"The man was sentenced to the jail time, plus a 30-year suspended prison term last week as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. The man also was ordered to complete community-based sex-offender treatment and register as a sex offender."

Get it? Think the sentence appropriate?

"Originally, Deputy Valley County Attorney Dylan Jensen recommended a 100-year prison sentence with 75 years suspended - as called for in state law - as part of a plea agreement that recommended the dismissal of two other incest charges.  “A father repeatedly raped his 12-year-old daughter,” Jensen said during the Oct. 4 sentencing hearing."

This is one sick puppy.  Should be in a mental institution for the criminally insane.  Gets worse:

"A licensed clinical social worker testified that the man was a low-risk to re-offend and that it would be important for him to have social support while he received treatment. The social worker, Michael Sullivan of Billings, said the man did suffer a “collapse of social support” when he lost his family and job."

Low risk to re-offend?  The recidivism rate for pedophiles is above 90%.  Insult to injury?

"Court records said the girl’s mother walked in on one of the sexual assaults."

Yet, despite all the above, the 'judge' still has his head stuffed securely up his ass:

"District Judge John McKeon has defended himself against criticism, saying a plea agreement that recommended a 25-year minimum sentence allowed for a lesser one, depending on the results of a psychosexual evaluation. He said that evaluation found the defendant could be safely treated and supervised in the community. McKeon also notes the victim’s mother and grandmother asked that the defendant not be sentenced to prison."

Think the victim won't suffer the consequences of incest the rest of her life?

Despite all the uproar, police still cannot seem to get it right.  Fox News reports:

"A Milwaukee police officer who fatally shot a black man in August, sparking several nights of unrest on the city's north side, has been arrested on a sexual assault charge in an unrelated case, police said Thursday.  Officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown was arrested Wednesday, according to a statement released by the Milwaukee Police Department. The unidentified victim told police on Aug. 15 that Heaggan-Brown had sexually assaulted him while off duty, according to the statement.  The complaint was made two days after Heaggan-Brown fatally shot 23-year-old Sylville Smith, who police said was holding a gun when he was shot after a brief chase."

Never ends, does it?

Get this.  NPR reports:

"The San Francisco Police Department disproportionately targets people of color, a review by the Justice Department's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services has found."

So what else is new?

Amazing how fascists in government continue to shit on the First Amendment.  Most of the time, nowadays, do so with impunity.  The answer is to sue the living shit out of the bastards.  The Washington Times reports:

"Attorneys for Black Lives Matter activists sued the federal government this week in an effort to obtain information about its monitoring of constitutionally protected protests."

Should have long since done so.  The bastards in law enforcement and their handlers now routinely ignore open records requests.  Not only against the law, it's self-serving, cover your ass, bullshit.  A direct threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"Filed Thursday in Manhattan federal court, the lawsuit says the FBI and Department of Homeland Security should be compelled to produce records concerning their surveillance of demonstrations related to the Movement for Black Lives (MBL), a recently formed coalition composed of more than 50 civil rights groups including the Black Lives Matter Network and the National Conference of Black Lawyers."

Why aren't they entitled to this information?  -- Indeed, the only way to ensure our out of control government abides by the Bill of Rights as well as the rest of the United States Constitution.

"Activists requested the documents in July under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), but the agencies have either denied the existence of any records or ignored the requests: the DHS said in a Sept. 20 letter that a search of its files reveled no responsive documents, and the FBI hasn’t done anything except acknowledge the groups’ initial request, according to the lawsuit."

In withholding information, these goddamned national socialist bastards in government are breaking the law.  Doing so with impunity.

"Specifically the group seek information about “policies and actions involving the monitoring and surveillance of public protests surrounding police violence, policing reform, racial justice and the Black Lives Matter movement.” Attorneys with the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) and the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center at Case Western Reserve University School of Law sued on behalf of the racial justice network Color of Change this week in hopes of having a federal judge force the agencies into releasing information about the surveillance operations."

This is a growing problem.  A pernicious exigent threat to a democratic republic.  Yet, both pieces of shit running for President have had nothing to say about this issue.  Apparently, couldn't care less.  What does this say about both parties and their base?

As reported earlier in this publication, the Border Patrol believes it has the right to murder rock throwing Mexicans on the Mexican side of the border.  In follow up, NPR reports:

"A federal appeals court in San Francisco heard arguments Friday in a case testing whether a person in another country has any protection under the U.S. Constitution when he has been harmed by an agent of the United States government."

To date, for all practical purposes, they don't.

"The description of the killing at issue in Rodriguez v. Swartz is not in dispute. On Oct. 10, 2012, 16-year-old Jose Antonio Elena Rodriguez of Nogales, Mexico, was walking home alone when he was shot 10 times — eight times in the back — on a street that runs alongside the U.S.-Mexico border. His assailant was U.S. Border Patrol agent Lonnie Swartz who was standing on the Arizona side of the border when he killed Elena Rodriguez."

Remember?

"As NPR's John Burnettt reported last year, Mexican authorities say "Swartz emptied his service handgun on the 16-year-old, reloaded, and kept firing."

Have no problem with this?

"Swartz has claimed he was acting in self-defense when confronted by rock throwers on the other side of the border. The Associated Press reports U.S. Customs and Border Protection has surveillance video footage of the incident but has refused to release it."

Imagine that.  Wonder why?  Wake up.  Why do you think?  The jackbooted bastard in blue couldn't have simply backed further away to avoid the rock throwing?  Instead, the gutless bastard chooses to commit murder? To date, does so with impunity?  In what formerly great country?  Nazi America?  A goddamned fascist police-state?  The Fourth Reich?  Wake up.  We're losing our country.

"At the hearing before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, a three-judge panel was asked to consider whether Elena Rodriguez' family can bring a civil lawsuit against Swartz under the Fourth Amendment (which bars unreasonable seizure) and the Fifth Amendment (which guarantees due process)."

Amazing this is even an issue.

"Swartz's attorney, Sean Chapman argued no, because the victim, who had never lived in this country, did not have a "significant voluntary connection" with the United States, as required by past U.S. Supreme Court decisions. He also argued that the victim can't claim constitutional protections since the harm was committed on Mexican territory."

Clever, isn't it?  One way to ensure the jackbooted bastard escapes any accountability for the murder.  This is one reason why shyster attorneys are so despised.

"American Civil Liberties Union attorney Lee Gelernt countered by arguing that the Nogales region, on both sides of the border, is an intertwined community and that the victim, Elena Rodriguez, was often left in the care of his grandmother who was a legal permanent resident in the U.S. and now an American citizen. Gelernt also said a Border Patrol agent shouldn't be allowed to kill someone with impunity."

You think?  Yet, it's all beside the point.  Why should ACLU attorneys be forced to drop to the level of shyster government lawyers who clearly know better.  Know they're lying to protect the sorry ass of a law enforcement 'officer' who remains no more than a goddamned murderer.

"Meanwhile, Swartz is still facing a charge of second-degree murder in Arizona. He has pleaded not guilty."

Why the delay in justice?  Why hasn't this piece of murderous shit already been prosecuted?

Wouldn't most reasonable people expect the police to fully understand nearly everyone has a cell phone capable of recording cops engaging in criminal activity?  Wouldn't it follow police would therefore be smart enough to understand they're under surveillance themselves while in public?  Therefore, be a bit more careful about how they treat people?  Think again:

"Cellphone video obtained by CBS Los Angeles Thursday shows a Federal Protective Service officer apparently kicking a handcuffed man in the head outside a southern California federal building."

Couldn't be, could it?  The jackbooted bastards wouldn't break the law and criminally assault someone, would they?

"Alex Garcia, who shot the cellphone video, told the station he started recording because he felt two federal officers were using excessive force as they arrested the unidentified man. The reason for the arrest isn’t clear, but Garcia said he saw police activity outside the Social Security Administration office in Pomona. Federal Protective Service officers are tasked with guarding federal facilities."

This is exactly the right thing to do.  Pay attention to what is going on.  Record what you safely can.

"He said the man was backing away after a chase and telling officers not to shoot him. He said the officers Tased the man, and he fell to the ground.  “One of the officers started handcuffing him. The other one was on top of him and socked him on the back,” Garcia told the station."

If you're able to safely record police malfeasance, you do the victim a favor.  He or she has something to work with when they sue the bastards, their government handlers, etc..

There is little to no justice in a fascist police-state.  Think not?  Wake up.  Get this.  NBC News reports:

"Two Minneapolis police officers followed proper procedure in a confrontation that led to the fatal shooting of Jamar Clark in November, and won't face discipline, the city's police chief announced."

Why would anyone expect the outcome to be any different when the fox is guarding the chicken coop?

"Clark was shot in the head on Nov. 15 in a confrontation with Officers Mark Ringgenberg and Dustin Schwarze on the city's north side. His death set off protests that lasted several weeks, including an 18-day encampment around the area's police precinct."

Shot in the head.  No problem with this?

"Some witnesses told police that Clark was handcuffed at the time."

Not good enough.  Certainly, not in a fascist police-state where anything goes.  Where the jackbooted bastards in blue are nearly always protected and coddled.

"An attorney for Clark's family said they were anguished and frustrated by the decision."

Indeed.  Then again, what would one expect in a fascist police-state?

"To say they couldn't find any policy violation verges on the absurd," said Albert Goins, who represents Clark's sister Tiffany Roberson. He said the family will file a civil lawsuit, but wouldn't say when. "

This is precisely what needs to be done.  Tie the bastards up in court.  Sue the living shit out of them, the department, and their government handlers.  Eventually, juries will see the light.  Those victimized by the jackbooted bastard criminals in blue should do all they can to bankrupt those involved, right up to and including taxpayers who are ultimately responsible for police malfeasance.  When taxpayers finally feel the pinch, think things won't finally change?

"Bob Kroll, the head of the police union, said it was about time the officers were cleared. He noted they have been through nearly a year of investigations and relegated to desk duty.  "It's been devastating for them," he said, adding that he expected them to return to patrols."

Should these predatory criminal officers return to duty, the public faces not only an exigent threat to liberty, but their very lives are placed in jeopardy by these very same out of control criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.

Predatory jackbooted bastards in blue apparently believe it proper to kick a victim of theirs in the head.  Think not?  Wake up.  ABC News reports:

"A man who was kicked by a Pennsylvania police officer is suing Allentown city officials and members of its police department, alleging that arresting officers violated his civil rights when they used excessive force during the 2015 incident and that city and police officials attempted to cover it up."

Again, if you're criminally assaulted by the jackbooted bastards in blue, sue the living shit out of them, their government handlers, and the government itself.  When taxpayers finally feel the pinch, this criminal bullshit routinely perpetrated by police will hopefully end.

"On May 30, 2015, Allentown police officer Joseph M. Iannetta kicked Hector Medina-Pena in the head as he was on the ground on all fours after the car he was riding in was stopped by police, the lawsuit alleges. The incident was captured on dashcam video, which was obtained by ABC News."

When it starts costing these pieces of shit egregiously financially, things will change.  Despite the fact the victim is indeed no altar boy, it does not justify criminal assault by the jackbooted bastards in blue.  The City has a history of these abuses:

"Medina-Pena's suit is the latest in a string of civil rights lawsuits brought against the Allentown Police Department in the last five years, according to The Morning Call. The city has paid out $650,000 to seven of those lawsuits so far."

Victims of police malfeasance are getting the message.  SueThe Washington Times reports:

"Seven Charlotte, N.C. residents sued the city and its police department Friday over local law enforcement’s use of tear gas during protests held last month following the fatal officer-involved shooting of Keith Lamont Scott."

Police usually do all they can to squelch dissent.  Stifle protest.  Do so violently.  With impunity.  In a fascist police-state.  The Fourth Reich.

"Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed the 21-page complaint in federal court late Friday a month and a day after Scott, 43, was shot and killed by a member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department in a parking lot near the the University of North Carolina.  The lawsuit says the plaintiffs all participated in peaceful protests held in the wake of Scott’s passing, but are fearful of becoming involved in future demonstrations because of treatment they endured at the hands of police."

Again, police are not innocent bystanders.  Have an agenda that is usually far more than keeping the peace, upholding the law.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?

“Plaintiffs have engaged in speech, association, and protest on the streets, sidewalks and medians of Charlotte — traditional public fora where individuals’ First Amendment rights are at their zenith. Unfortunately, this exercise of constitutional rights has been met with a military-grade assault on protesters’ bodies and rights,” the attorneys wrote in Friday’s filing."

This is precisely the problem.  Police usually do all they can to stifle dissent.  Peaceful exercise of First Amendment free speech rights.  A suit like this is quite useful in sending police, their handlers, government itself, and taxpayers a clear message this bullshit will no longer be tolerated.  It's going to cost government considerably financially defending criminal police officers who have been sued.  This is usually why cities settle these suits before trial.  To limit cash outlay.

Indeed, it's the money, stupid.  Hold their feet proverbially to the fire.  Cost the bastards and their clueless shills as much as you can.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon, this is the only way to force change.  The only thing the corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards in blue truly understand.  Hit 'em figuratively where it hurts most.  In the wallet.  Legally take whatever you can in a lawsuit.

"The police’s tactics were “designed to target and punish demonstrators and to deter them from continuing speech and assembly activities,” the lawsuit alleges, arguing that CMPD “persistently violated the constitutional rights of the named plaintiffs… in response to Plaintiffs’ exercise of their constitutional right to assemble and protest.”

This is how law enforcement operates all across the country.  It has to change.

"City officials told the Observer separately Friday that protests waged following the Sept. 20 shooting have cost taxpayers roughly $4.6 million between damages to public property and overtime pay for police."

First of all, we don't know these claims are true.  City officials have conveniently provided no proof to date.  Just talk.  Second, police in full battle dress, engaging in police brutality, criminal assault on protesters, etc. enflame protests.  Often turn them into riots.  Again, protest peacefully.  Within the law.  When criminally assaulted by the jackbooted bastards in blue, however, sue the living shit out of them, their handlers, the government, etc..  Taxpayers will finally get the message, tire of being looted to pay for outrageous police criminal misconduct.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?

Pressure is growing on Wells Fargo.  They're finally under criminal investigation.  NPR reports:

"California Attorney General Kamala Harris has launched an investigation into allegations that Wells Fargo & Co. engaged in criminal identity theft when the bank created millions of accounts without customer consent, according to the Los Angeles Times."

What took her so long?  Why the delay?

"The report is based on a search warrant, served on Oct. 5 and first obtained by the Times, in which Harris' office demands the identities and account information of California customers who had "any accounts, credit cards, life insurance, or other product or service" created without the customer's authorization."

Go get 'em, Madam Attorney General.

"The warrant also demands the names of bank employees who opened the unauthorized accounts and the identities of the employees' managers, including "any and all communications, including email referencing" the bogus accounts."

Think Wells Fargo will fully cooperate?  Not stonewall?  Not drag its feet?  Play hard ball?  As it's done here in Nazi Texas?

"Harris' office is seeking the same information for Wells Fargo customers who do not live in California."

How about all the rest of the criminal activity including that posted in this publication the last several years, Madam Attorney General?  That is, egregious deceptive trade practices the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and the Consumer 'Protection' Agency-Texas Attorney General failed to investigate?

"A spokeswoman for the attorney general, Kristen Ford, said her office had no comment on an ongoing investigation. A spokesperson for Wells Fargo said the bank is "cooperating in providing the requested information."

Is that right?  Really think so?  Like they did when they ignored repeated complaints, as well as requests for information and redress from this writer and publication?  Truly believe these criminal bastards won't do all they can to stonewall a criminal investigation?  Won't use all financial resources and the talents of all the shyster bastards they employ to obfuscate their criminal behavior?  Drag it out interminably?

"In a 14-page affidavit filed with the search warrant, California investigators indicate that they are looking into potential violations of state law banning the impersonation of another and the unauthorized use of personal information, the Times reports. Both offenses are considered felonies."

Hope they prosecute the living shit out of anyone involved in this criminal activity right up to and including the current CEO and his predecessor who recently resigned in disgrace.

What is even more appalling is the damage Wells Fargo criminals in the corporate management suite did to employees who stood tall and refused to participate in the criminal activity.  NPR reports:

"Former Wells Fargo employees tell NPR that managers at the bank retaliated against them for calling the company's ethics line and pushing back against reckless sales practices. They say the bank fired them or pushed them to resign and then, in effect, put a scarlet letter on their permanent record that has damaged their careers and prevented them from getting hired by other banks."

This is what happens when poorly-regulated capitalism becomes a zero-sum game, winner-take-all ruse.   -- Failed laissez-faire Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged capitalism even Rand herself reportedly disavowed prior to her death.

"Jeremy worked in a Wells Fargo branch in Los Angeles starting in 2005. And even back then, years before the bank has acknowledged having a problem with widespread unethical practices, Jeremy says he saw wrongdoing on a daily basis. Jeremy only wants to use his first name for fear of hurting his chances of finding work with other employers. He says his co-workers in his branch were "falsifying signatures, pushing products on people that they didn't need," to meet Wells Fargo's aggressive sales goals. He says from his first days at the branch he told his manager he wasn't going to get involved in that. "I specifically said, I will not do these things," he says."

Good for him.  Did the right thing.  Stood tall.  Paid for it dearly, however.  Unlike Amanda S. Wright, current Kingsland Wells Fargo Branch Manager who engaged in egregious deceptive trade practices while opening accounts for this writer.  Right, Amanda?  Her boss retired rather than put up with relentless ferocious exposure courtesy of this writer and publication.

Guess what?  Amanda was more than amply rewarded by her corporate masters for her deception, willingness to go along to get along.  Although, an extremely young woman, the corrupt and abusive bastards in the corporate management suite named her new branch manager.  How about that?  Rewarding someone who has engaged in criminal behavior for that behavior.  The American Way, no?

Her former boss, Lynn Massey, assured me the Bank was the government.  I responded the Bank was not the government, only insured by it.  For all practical purposes, the criminal who retired in disgrace was right, however.  I was wrong.  The Bank certainly appeared to have commandeered its bought and paid for government shills.  Precisely, why the Texas Attorney General took no action.  To say nothing of the federal CFPB.  Cozy, isn't it?  National socialist, fascists beholden to their benefactors. Right, Amanda?

Wells Fargo retaliated against anyone who refused to engage in criminal activity:

"Jeremy didn't realize it at the time, but Wells Fargo wrote him up on what's called his U5 document. It's like a report card for bankers. And the bank put what amounted to a big red flag on it. Jeremy soon found he couldn't get hired by any other bank."

Convenient, isn't it?  ... Hey, Amanda?  This, why you engaged in criminal deceptive trade practices?  Too gutless to stand up to your corporate masters?

"Employment lawyers say getting a negative mark on your U5 is like getting the mark of Cain in the world of bankers and brokers. The U5 database is maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or FINRA, which is an industry self-regulatory organization. The goal of the U5 system is to hold financial advisers, brokers and bankers who sell securities accountable for wrongdoing."

Amazing how the criminals at Wells Fargo bastardized what should have been a valuable check and balance on corruption into quite the opposite.  To retaliate against those who refused to do their criminal bidding.  ... Right, Amanda?

"But if you get an entry on your U5 that you feel is inaccurate, the appeals process is not easy. Matasar says you have to hire a lawyer and sue the bank or financial firm that reported you. He says it costs tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees. And there's no guarantee you will prevail. In recent years, changes in FINRA rules have made it much harder for financial professionals to get a negative comment removed or changed. Matasar says there is now "a relatively high burden of proof" that rests on the employees with the mark on their U5."

Nothing quite like nazi justice in Nazi America, is there?  Is that why you sold out to the criminal bastards, Amanda?  Disgraced yourself, madam?

"Wells Fargo tells NPR in a statement that it's "disturbing to hear claims of retaliation against team members." The bank says it's investigating those claims. The bank also says it is assisting former employees to be rehired when possible."

Believe it?  That gullible?  The only solution to this ongoing problem is criminal prosecution and crippling financial outlay in filed lawsuits against the criminal bastards.   ... Right, Amanda?

Think the insurance industry is not egregiously out of control?  Well-regulated by its bought and paid for shills in government?  Wake upThe Washington Times reports:

"A terminally ill California woman says her insurance company denied her coverage for chemotherapy treatment but offered to pay for her to kill herself, shortly after California passed a law permitting physician-assisted suicide."

Callous, isn't it?

"Stephanie Packer, a wife and mother of four who was diagnosed with a terminal form of scleroderma, said her insurance company initially indicated it would pay for her to switch to a different chemotherapy drug at the recommendation of her doctors.  But shortly after California’s End of Life Option Act, which authorizes physicians to diagnose a life-ending dose of medication to patients with a prognosis of six months or less to live, went into effect, Ms. Packer’s insurance company had a change of heart."

Surprised?

“And when the law was passed, it was a week later I received a letter in the mail saying they were going to deny coverage for the chemotherapy that we were asking for,” Ms. Packer said.  She said she called her insurance company to find out why her coverage had been denied. On the call, she also asked whether suicide pills were covered under her plan.  “And she says, ‘Yes, we do provide that to our patients, and you would only have to pay $1.20 for the medication,’” Ms. Packer said."

That's cold.  Heartless.  Aryan arrogant.  ... How thoughtful of the callous, hopelessly greedy corporate bastards.

"Ms. Packer said her doctors have appealed the insurance company’s decision twice, to no avail. She said the assisted-suicide law creates an incentive for insurance companies to deny terminally ill patients coverage.  “As soon as this law was passed — and you see it everywhere when these laws are passed — patients fighting for a longer life end up getting denied treatment, because this will always be the cheapest option,” she said."

Yes, of course.  It's all about the money.  Profit.  Bottom line.  Multi-million dollar stock options for the corporate management suite, etc..  Unbridled greed.  What appears to be the most important reason Obamacare is doomed to failure is the fact The 'Affordable' Care Act did absolutely nothing to rein in ubiquitous gouging perpetrated by providers and the pharmaceutical houses.  No more complicated than that.

Obamacare premiums are expected to rise 22% nationwide on the average next year.  Certain areas of the country will get hit much harder.  Think this bodes well for the President's signature program?  The Obama Regime claims government subsidies will increase.  Guess who pays?  Haven't a clue?  Deductibles are also rising.  This, coupled with a reportedly 100% increase in premiums over the last four years Obamacare has been in existence are certain indication greed has not been reined in.

The 'Affordable' 'Care' Act is not affordable.  Never was.  Even with subsidies courtesy of looted taxpayers.  Out of pocket expenses remain hellacious for the sick and dying.  Should Republicans remain unsuccessful repealing Obamacare, it will likely fail on its own.  One of the greatest problems we have in this country has been the unwillingness to rein in greed, end the gouging.  Across the board.  In every industry, and/or service.  All commerce.  Clearly, no such thing as a 'free' market.  Never has been despite claims to the contrary.

The market is manipulated, hoodwinked, deceived, mercilessly looted, owned by those with the wealth, that is, the power to do so.  Zero-sum game.  Winner-take-all.  A ruse.  No more than a Ponzy scheme egregiously out of control.   Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged remains no more than a ruthless myth.  Cruel joke.  Intended to loot the bottom and middle class.  Line the pockets of the corporate management suite, the rich, that is, the top 1% of the food chain.  No longer works because the bastards have foolishly managed to strangle the Golden Goose through their bottomless greed.

The term "fascist" has begun to be used in mainstream media to describe the Republican candidate for President.  Properly, so.  CNN reports:

"New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Thursday that Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's claim the presidential election is rigged is reminiscent of a fascist.  "It's just a classic tool, tactic to try to undermine the democratic process," the mayor said on CNN's "New Day."

Indeed, it is.  Hitler and Mussolini were quite adept.

"He's tried to turn white Americans against people of color," de Blasio told CNN's Alisyn Camerota. "We've seen this before. This is what fascists do."  Trump refusing to say at the final debate on Wednesday night that he would accept the election outcome on November 8 by casting doubt on the voting process is what you would expect to hear from a "third world dictator," said de Blasio, a Hillary Clinton supporter."

This is precisely what occurred in both Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany.  Hitler, insanely, elevated it to one of the highest principles of the Third Reich.  Used it to 'justify' death camps and exterminate six million Jews.

"De Blasio said Trump -- and his surrogate former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani -- have been implying that voter fraud happens in urban communities with large populations of people of color and low-income voters."

Trump and Giuliani are indeed doing precisely this.

"First of all, Rudy Giuliani is increasingly delusional," de Blasio said. "Second, there's been so many studies of voter dynamics around the country that prove there is not meaningful voter fraud in this country at this point."

There is not.  Yet, this fact does not prevent Trump and his sick sycophants from falsely claiming otherwise.

"If Trump loses to Clinton, it won't be due to fraud but because he's run a campaign with ideas that American voters found problematic, de Blasio argued."

He's right.  Even mainstream Republicans understand this.  Are more concerned now with electing down ballot candidates in the election, retaining control of Congress, etc..  Interesting, isn't it?

Think Trump the only billionaire running for office who has unresolved unanswered financial issues?  NPR reports:

"West Virginia's Democratic candidate for governor is a billionaire, a philanthropist and a resort and coal mine owner who cites his business and mining experience as major attributes as he seeks to lead his home state out of a severe budget and economic crisis.  "I am not a career politician; I am a career businessman," wrote Jim Justice in an April 5 op-ed that appeared in the Charleston Gazette-Mail."

Credible?  Believe it?  Wake up.

"But an NPR investigation shows that Justice's mining companies still fail to pay millions of dollars in mine safety penalties two years after an earlier investigation documented the same behavior. Our analysis of federal data shows that Justice is now the nation's top mine safety delinquent."

Couldn't be, could it?

"His mining companies owe $15 million in six states, including property and minerals taxes, state coal severance and withholding taxes, and federal income, excise and unemployment taxes, as well as mine safety penalties, according to county, state and federal records."

How is it these guys run for office truly believing all this crap is not going to come out?

Think misogyny isn't alive and well in Nazi Texas?  The Statesman reports:

"Relatively obscure U.S. Rep. Brian Babin, R-Woodville, is obscure no more."

Indeed, he isn't.

"Defending Donald Trump's interjection at the end of Wednesday's debate, when the Republican presidential candidate called Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, "such a nasty woman," Babin said: "I think sometimes a lady needs to be told when she's being nasty."

The Congressman considers himself to be a "genteel Southerner."  Is that right?  Think so?   ... Hey, Congressman?  Anyone ever tell you you're a goddamned pompous jackass?  A clueless, condescending, patronizing misogynist?

LGBT issues remain quite important to members of the LGBT community as well as to an exponentially increasing number of us throughout the country who believe in equal rights and treatment for all.  Certainly know if the LGBT community is denied rights, the question always remains who's next?  ABC News has elegantly and concisely reported:

"Hillary Clinton is a staunch supporter of LGBT rights; she has endorsed the Equality Act, a proposed federal law that would provide comprehensive protections against discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

"Donald Trump says he would be a better president for gays than Clinton, yet major LGBT-rights groups strongly oppose him. Among the reasons: He has balked at endorsing same-sex marriage, his evangelical advisory board has included prominent opponents of advances in LGBT rights and running mate Mike Pence, Indiana's governor, last year signed a law that critics said would allow businesses to deny service to gay people for religious reasons."

At the same time, voters must remember the lesser of two evils is still evil.  Precisely, why some may not vote at all, -- or vote third party.  A landslide for Clinton would certainly give Madam President the false impression she has a mandate.  She will not.  If she indeed enjoys a landslide, it will occur because the electorate fears Trump exponentially more than Clinton herself.

Voters are reminded Clinton, if elected, will pose a continued exigent threat to the Second Amendment, that is, the last best defense against outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept government as intended by the Founders.  Also, it is highly likely Clinton will turn out to be a better 'Republican' than Trump himself since she clearly remains in the pocket of Wall Street.

Clinton and her entourage have yet to claim emails released by WikiLeaks have been altered.  If they are indeed original and untampered with, they certainly expose her as quite duplicitous.  That is, she says one thing to voters, another to her Wall Street benefactors who have clearly handsomely lined her pockets.  Her credibility, as it has been for decades, remains in question.

There will certainly be residual problems with Trump and his sick sycophants should he lose.  Precisely, why some in media are beginning to voice serious concern.  NPR reports:

"Jeffrey Goldberg, The Atlantic's new editor, has had a long career as a reporter, covering Israel, Pakistan and Iran, and spending hours interviewing President Obama.  And recently, Goldberg pressed for his magazine to endorse Hillary Clinton for president. He said it was right, even though it's only the third time in its history The Atlantic has endorsed a presidential candidate."

-- While other publications, some of whom had been staunchly Republican in the past, have also followed suit.  What is different about The Atlantic is the following exchange it had with NPR:

NPR:  "The election is about to happen, so it doesn't sound like you think this problem is going to end in November."

Goldberg:  "I can't imagine that millions of Trump voters — having watched him lose and possibly having him come out and say the election was rigged — I can't imagine that all of these millions of disaffected angry people are going to say, "Oh, well. Hillary Clinton won. I guess I gotta get behind her." I wish that — and that's a nonpartisan wish. I can't imagine that this goes away. I have to imagine, and I don't mean to sound overly pessimistic, but I have to imagine that it actually gets worse."

This has become a growing fear as Trump and his supporters continue to become increasingly psychotic, desperate, and unwilling to accept reality.  -- Trump lies and his supporters accept it as truth.  Consider the following which clearly invokes memories of Hitler's Third Reich:

NPR:  "On being one of the journalists named by the Anti-Defamation League who've been targeted the most with anti-Semitic tweets:"

Goldberg:  "Well, I am glad that Nazis hate me. I consider that a compliment.

"These are Neo-Nazis. These are Neo-Nazis on Twitter. And I'm inured to it in a kind of way because I wake up in the morning, and I open up Twitter and some days I'll have 100 messages all with basically the same theme, which is that I should be gassed and that my family should be put in the ovens. I'm inured to it, but I also think this is a challenge for Twitter in a way. I don't want to be on Twitter as much because I find it a little bit dispiriting to start my day with that kind of discourse. It doesn't scare me, but it just is dispiriting."

This is certainly the most vexing, chilling problem with Trump and his supporters.  They give vocal support to the rise of The Fourth Reich in our formerly great country.  Remain an exigent threat to liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Madam Clinton seems to be getting a bit presumptuous about the outcome of the election.  Think not?  CNN reports:

"Hillary Clinton is steadily moving her focus beyond Donald Trump, increasingly planning for what she believes will be her transition to the presidency after a final two-week dash through battleground states.  Even as Clinton intensifies her efforts to help Democrats across the party, particularly trying to win control of the Senate, she is spending much of her time behind-the-scenes putting together a White House team and preparing for a task even tougher than taking on Trump: governing in the divisive election's aftermath."

A bit haughty, presumptuous in view of the fact the election is still a couple of weeks away.  Much could happen between now and then.  Should she win, Clinton will face enormous opposition in a country that will likely remain highly divided for the foreseeable future.  Republicans are already threatening to stonewall any and all initiatives she takes.  Including any nominations to the Supreme Court.

If the GOP manages to hold on to both the House and Senate, think Republicans will not attempt to impeach her?  They seem to have more than enough vis a vis the email server fiasco.  Won't likely let go of the Benghazi faux pas, either.  Hillary will need to very, very carefully navigate her way around a multitude of obstacles the GOP will likely quickly present her should she indeed win the election.

Amazing how political expediency now trumps principle.  Think not?  Wake up. The Washington Times reports:

"Eleven women have stepped forward in recent weeks to claim that Republican nominee Donald Trump had made inappropriate sexual advances to them at some point in the past. Do voters care about these allegations?  Maybe not so much, according a new poll of likely voters from Quinnipiac University, which found that only 27 percent of all voters said this information would be a “deal breaker” when determining their vote. Only 5 percent of Republican voters agreed. A third overall said these allegations were “not a big deal,” including 59 percent of Republicans."

This, sound like the Republican Party of Ronald Reagan?  Think the ole boy 'ain't' spinning in his grave?  This, now the Party of the family?

"• 51 percent overall think that Mr. Trump made sexual advances toward women in the past — 22 percent of Republicans, 45 percent of independents and 84 percent of Democrats agree; 56 percent of women voters and 44 percent of men also agree."

It's far more than "sexual advances."  It's called sexual assault as alleged by the women who stepped forward.  Don't confuse anyone with the truth, however.  -- Despite the fact naysayers, supporters of Trump heard and viewed the video themselves where Trump himself exalts sexual assault of women.

"• 35 percent overall say these allegations are a “big deal but not a deal breaker” in determining their support for Mr. Trump — 36 percent of Republicans, 36 percent of independents and 34 percent of Democrats agree; 34 percent of women and 36 percent of men agree."

What does this tell you?  A shift in thinking within the Republican Party?  Sexual assault, today, acceptable?  Misogyny, now okay?

"The poll also found that 55 percent of the voters overall said the media is biased against Mr. Trump; 88 percent of Republicans, 61 percent of independents and 20 percent of Democrats agree with that."

Fox News biased against Trump?  The Washington Times?   NPR?  Give me a break.

Put your life on the line to defend your country?  Do so in uniform expecting your country not betray you and others in uniform?  Think your country will always back its service members?  Think again.  Fox News reports:

"The Defense Department ordered nearly 10,000 former National Guardsmen from California to pay back enlistment bonuses totaling as much as $15,000, according to The Los Angeles Times. The bonuses were paid to entice more people to enlist during the U.S.-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, but the amounts were later deemed excessive."

A shameless double cross.  A betrayal of our best and brightest. This shit continues?  Think it won't have long-term consequences?  Think there won't come a time where this country is threatened as it was during the Second World War and few will believe it?  Not be willing to serve?  Perceive it to be a ruse cleverly designed to line the pockets of the war profiteering hopelessly avaricious corporate management suite?

"House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy called the Pentagon demands “disgraceful." McCarthy, R-Bakersfield, said the House will demand answers from the National Guard Bureau, the Pentagon agency that oversees the California branch of the Guard."

Indeed, it is.

"Issa called the Pentagon's effort "unconscionable." (The Associated Press) McCarthy was joined in outrage by fellow Golden State congressmen Darrell Issa, a Republican, and Mark Takano, a Democrat.  "These service members — many of whom were sent into combat — are now being forced to make difficult and painful decisions to pay back thousands of dollars they never knew they owed,” said Takano said, a member of the House Veterans Affairs Committee. “The solution to this ridiculous situation is an act of Congress.”

Not the first time the public has heard of this outrageous shit.  Get this:

"Iraq veteran and former Army Capt. Christopher Van Meter, 42, was ordered to repay a $25,000 reenlistment bonus the Pentagon said he was ineligible to receive. He was also asked to repay $21,000 in student loan repayments.  Van Meter told the LA Times that rather than fight the Army he paid back the money after refinancing his home.  “These bonuses were used to keep people in,” Van Meter said. “People like me just got screwed.”

Indeed, they did.  An outrageous double cross by our goddamned out of control government.

"The Times reported that 48-year-old Army Sgt. Robert Richmond, who suffered permanent injuries in an Iraq roadside bomb attack, is refusing to repay his $15,000 cash bonus. The Army contends he was ineligible to receive the bonus in 2006 because he had already served 20 years in the Army.  “I signed a contract that I literally risked my life to fulfill,” Richmond told the paper. “We want somebody in the government, anybody, to say this is wrong and we’ll stop going after his money.”

This is a real problem.  An exigent long-term threat to our formerly great country.  A profound betrayal of the people in uniform who protect and defend our country.  This needs to be quickly redressed.  According to Fox, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Subsequent to writing the above, NPR reports:

"The Pentagon is suspending its debt collection program to claw back bonuses paid to thousands of California National Guard soldiers who re-enlisted to fight in Iraq and Afghanistan, with Defense Secretary Ash Carter calling the current situation "unacceptable."  Citing a duty to keep promises to service members, Carter said he's ordering the Pentagon's Defense Finance and Accounting Service to "suspend all efforts to collect reimbursement from affected California National Guard members" until he's satisfied that the process has become more efficient and fair."

Not good enough.  Needs to be reversed.  ... Other than in cases where there is reportedly criminal malfeasance.  Possibly, why the program has been suspended, not canceled.  Also, a cancellation would likely require action by Congress, that is, legislation.  At least, it's a start.  Interestingly, Congress was reportedly made aware of the fiasco some two years ago and did nothing.  Not surprising, is it?

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:        Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:        Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers.  This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload. This hacking attack
apparently occurred the day after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because
I publicly accused them of criminal activity.  Your company needs to look
into this matter. Get these FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal
complaint will be filed with the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing
criminal activity by Wells Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue
interference with the webhosts.  Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or
pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly, one of numerous questions to be
forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon.  Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded.  This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems.  Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose.  Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication.  Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Frank & Aaron Glass, Well Drilling Contractors, Western Water Wells.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters.  The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 125, 10-28-16.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
