With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

"A driver who was pulled over for speeding after finding out his sister was killed, said he is grateful for the police officer who stopped him, after the officer drove him 100 miles to be with his family. Mark E Ross posted to Facebook that his sister was killed in a car accident, and he instantly got in the car to be with his family. “Of course we were speeding, trying to get back to Detroit,” he wrote. “And we got pulled over in Ohio.” Ross said he knew once he was pulled over that he was going to have to go to jail due to a petty warrant. “I explained to the officer that my sister had died and that I needed to get to my mother ASAP,” Ross wrote on Facebook. “I broke down crying and he saw the sincerity in my cry.”

Amazing, isn't it? The officer's profound compassion certainly trumped the driver's stupidity. Know you have a warrant? Have a death in the family? One thing you certainly don't want to do is attract attention by speeding. The cop had every right to haul him in. To his credit, did not.

"Ross said the officer then began praying over him, and his family. “He offered to bring me 100 miles further to Detroit because they towed the vehicle,” Ross said. Ross told Inside Edition that Sgt. David Robison was true to his word, and drove him to be with his family. “Everybody knows how much I dislike Cops but I am truly Greatful (sic) for this Guy. He gave me hope,” Ross wrote."

No question, Ross is an idiot. Cops don't usually easily suffer fools. To his credit, Sgt. David Robison did the right thing. And his duty at the same time. Forget? The vehicle got towed. Used great judgment in both holding the offender accountable as well as assisting him with a hundred mile ride to get to family at the time of death of a loved one. Hat's off, Sgt. Robison. Job well done. ... Not all, however:

"According to Inside Edition, Robison is now going to also attend the funeral services for the teenage sister of Ross. Ross’ Facebook post has now gone viral, with more than 100,000 shares on Facebook."

Users are reminded Tracfone now charges for unsolicited unwanted text message advertisements. Users are forced to opt out to avoid being ripped off. Determinedly, not easy to do. May require several attempts. The texts come with instructions to reply STOP to get them to end. Users are charged to reply, -- as well as for the unwanted texts. A double f--king by these shamelessly greedy thieving bastards.

Not surprisingly, the STOP replies don't work. Just generate additional income for this goddamned avaricious amoral corporation. Users are forced to call Tracfone to opt out. Forced to find a nearly non-existent public phone to do so. Call their 800 number. If a public phone is not used, users are charged minutes, that is, additionally ripped off. To rectify a well-engineered, craftily-designed ass f--king perpetrated by the greedy bastards at Tracfone. Without the Vaseline.

Takes at least 15 minutes to get through the phone system to talk to a live human. Refuse to allow users to talk to a supervisor. While Tracfone indeed provides caller ID for calls, they by design do not do so for text messages. What that means is the user can easily reject an unwanted call and not be charged for it. Not so with text messages. Again, by design.

The bastards at Tracfone refuse to identify the number of the text message until it is paid for. In effect, force users to either reject an origin-unknown text message, -- or be charged for an unwanted unsolicited text advertisement. Clever, isn't it? Egregious deceptive trade practices. These thieving corporate bastards are ripping off users. Government lackeys? Bought and paid for.

Rip users off with virtual impunity. Won't refund money they've ripped off from users for these unwanted unsolicited advertisement texts. Apparently, this thieving corporation owns the government lackeys responsible for 'regulating' them. Both Republicans and Democrats allow this fleecing to continue. Hear the rumble?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Twenty-five weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Twenty-five weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. Another needless killing by police. This time in California. NBC News reports:

"An unarmed black man fatally shot by police in a San Diego suburb Tuesday — after allegedly taking a "shooting stance," according to cops — was not mentally ill but had suffered from a mental breakdown over the recent death of a friend, his family said Thursday. The shooting death of Alfred Okwera Olango, 38, in El Cajon sparked protests and occurred amid heightened tensions nationwide over the use of deadly police force against people of color."

Protesters are caustically reminded you engage in violence? You're no better than the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue. You engage in violence? You give rogue officers carte blanche to murder on the job. Wake up.

At time of writing, police continue to refuse to release video of the encounter. In an effort to unduly sway public opinion, however, they released a still. The shooting occurred in broad daylight. The jackbooted bastards claim the victim took a shooting stance. Guess what? The alleged 'gun' was a vape device. In broad daylight, they couldn't tell the difference?

"Police said Olango took an item out of his pocket and pointed it at an officer who then shot him. The item turned out to be a vape smoking device, police said. "Mental breakdown is not easy to control. He needed someone who was trained. Just calm him down, and then take care of the situation," Olange's mother, Pamela Benge, said at a news conference Thursday. "That's all that the call was called for," she said. "Not to come and just finish his life."

Shoot first, ask questions later. The bastards are gutless. ABC News reports:

"El Cajon police released a still image from the video of Olango grasping the object in both hands and aiming it at the officer. The family urged authorities to release the entire video of the shooting. A lawyer representing them said that authorities were misinforming the public by only showing the single image. "It's a wonderful way if you're litigating a case in the media," attorney Dan Gilleon said. "It fits a perfect narrative for them."

Indeed, it is, -- and does. Again, no more than deliberate deception on the part of police and their handlers. Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, dazzle 'em with bullshit. They did. No justice. No reason not to release the video since no one but the cops had any involvement in the fiasco. Clearly, at least in this case, they're stonewalling to cover their ass despite the following:

"The El Cajon mayor defended the decision to release the single frame, saying it accurately represented the situation the two officers faced. "I thought it was way too incendiary to not release something," Mayor Bill Wells said."

"One officer on the scene discharged a Taser. Another officer — the one who "had the object pointed at him," Davis says — "simultaneously" fired a gun, shooting the man several times."

If true, both thugs did not act in concert? One tases, the other kills? Why multiple rounds? The first high-powered round didn't put the victim on the ground? Was the jackbooted bastard making sure he killed the victim? Again, all this remains preliminary. Police are still sitting on the truth. The prosecutor is refusing to release video.

"A bystander began streaming video on Facebook Live in the aftermath of the shooting, recording a distraught woman saying she was the one who called 911 seeking help for her mentally ill brother. "I just called for help, and you came and killed him," she said. "Oh my God, you killed my brother. I called these people three times to help him. "He's sick, he needs help," she said through tears. "One of the officers involved in a deadly confrontation with an unarmed black man in a San Diego suburb was demoted last year amid allegations that he sexually harassed a lesbian colleague."

"Richard Gonsalves, who has 21 years with the El Cajon Police Department, was identified by the mayor as one of two officers who confronted Alfred Olango on Tuesday. Authorities haven’t said which officer shot and killed Olango."

"Gonsalves was a sergeant when Christine Greer sued him and the city last year. She alleged that Gonsalves repeatedly made unwanted sexual advances, which included texting her a photo of his penis and on another occasion texting that he was drunk and wanted to have three-way sex with Greer and her wife."

"After two investigations, Gonsalves was demoted from sergeant to officer, but he was allowed to remain on the force. That decision angered some citizens who said Gonsalves should have been fired."

"But City Manager Douglas Williford stood by the decision. “It’s entirely possible that a judge or a jury at some point in the future may disagree with the city’s decision, and obviously the city will defend its decision with the utmost vigor,” Williford told the City Council at a meeting where speakers called for Gonsalves to be dismissed."

"Greer’s lawsuit was settled months later. But she filed a second lawsuit this August."

In follow-up and succumbing to growing public pressure, police relented and released some video. NPR reports:

"El Cajon Chief of Police Jeff Davis said the decision to release the videos of Tuesday's shooting "did not exist in a vacuum." Davis said the department broke with its policy in order to stop what he called the "misinformation that was beginning to spread."

"Speaking at an afternoon news conference, Davis said the department rushed to release the videos — one surveillance tape from a taco shop, the other from a witness cellphone at nearly the same position — in part to stem the violence."

The lack of transparency leads to increased public unrest. The violence perpetrated by protesters is outrageous. Counter productive. It will cause even more murders perpetrated by the jackbooted bastards in blue. If violence escalates on both sides, no good will come of it. None at all. It could trigger an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon.

"San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said the FBI is involved in the ongoing investigation into the incident. The two officers, identified by officials as Richard Gonsalves and Josh McDaniels, have not been working since the incident. Gonsalves shot Olango while McDaniels fired a stun gun at him. Dumanis said her office has not reached any conclusions. Dumanis told reporters at the press conference, "Video evidence is one piece of the evidence. We want every bit of the evidence."

The body cam video appears to have started recording late, lacking audio for the first 24 seconds. Barnett asked Maj. Steve Willis to demonstrate how a manual recording is initiated. “When an officer decides that he wants to do a recording, he’ll double tap this big center button here, and the camera will begin recording,” Willis said. Body cameras are new to Charlotte police. In 2015, the city spent $7 million implementing 1,400 cameras. But Willis said tactical teams, like most of the officers on scene at Scott’s shooting, don’t wear the gear."

"Mann died in the street shortly after that July 11 shooting. His family says the video, the audio of which was enhanced by the Sacramento Bee and published Friday, is damning."

"But investigators pored over the equipment — even reaching out to the manufacturer — and recovered video and audio from a hard drive."

"They discovered numerous inconsistencies, including some with the physical evidence in the case. But they have said they weren’t looking for any suspects, and the city’s mayor called the incident a “ruse.”

"On Sept. 23, the GBI obtained arrest warrants for Hall. She’s accused of making false statements, tampering with evidence, interfering with government property and violating her oath of office."

Officers had found Giles, who is reportedly homeless, slumped on a seat." Giles was arrested on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest but the counts were later dropped. An attorney for Giles says he was struck more than a dozen times."

"Police released disturbing video of the incident, obtained by CBS affiliate KHOU, on Monday afternoon. It shows Warren pulling out his baton and repeatedly striking Giles."

"Police Sgt. Barry Montgomery said officers tried to pull over a car with paper plates, a possible sign the vehicle had been stolen. The driver refused to stop and police began a pursuit."

"He said the passenger got out of the car at some point and ran into the back of a house, where he was shot. The driver fled the scene and remained on the loose."

"Alabama’s top judge was suspended from the bench and removed from office without pay for the remainder of his term, the state’s Court of the Judiciary ruled Friday."

This guy received coverage earlier in this publication and elsewhere over his refusal to enforce the The First Amendment Establishment Clause. Worse? He deliberately violated it.

"This is the second time Roy S. Moore, chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, has been effectively removed from office, following his ouster in 2003 over his refusal to obey judicial rulings ordering him to remove a Ten Commandments statue from the Alabama Judicial Building." A complaint was filed by the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission charging Moore with violating judicial ethics in issuing an order in January stating that probate judges in the state “have a ministerial duty not to issue” marriage licenses to same-sex couples."

This unfit son of a bitch, exceptionally poor excuse for a 'judge,' apparently wants, justifies a Christian theocracy. A blatant violation of the First Amendment. This is a country of many religions, and in some cases, none. Desperately wishes to impose his exceptionally perverse religious and ideological views on the rest of us from the bench. That's egregiously unacceptable.

No one wants pedophiles to go uncaught. At the same time, if you grant carte blanche to government, the innocent get caught up in the consequent subsequent loss of civil and constitutional rights and liberties. An unconstitutional trade off, that is, deliberate bastardization, perversion of the Bill of Rights. Think not? Wake up. The Washington Post reports:

"When the FBI searched Andrew Workman’s computer they say they found pornographic videos of girls as young as 3 years old. A federal judge in Colorado ruled this month that the computer hack that helped the bureau uncover the videos should never have been allowed."

Cluelessly, think not? Ends justify the means? Again, wake up. You're not thinking straight. Foolishly, ignoring the deliberate shitting on the Bill of Rights required to do so perpetrated by government goons vis a vis the hack.

"Why? Because the search warrant permitting the hack was issued by a magistrate judge in Virginia — outside the judicial district in which Workman lived — and in an apparent violation of federal criminal rules."

Those rules are in effect for a damned good reason. The United States Constitution. This is extremely important since it now allows prosecutors and their shills on the bench to go on fishing expeditions. All across our formerly great country. Extends jurisdiction, in effect, across the universe.

"But a shift in federal rules set to go into effect in December says that a judge in one district can approve a warrant to hack computers outside that district in cases where the computers’ location is shielded."

Innocent people will get caught up in the web. Have their Fourth Amendment right to privacy deliberately abrogated by prosecutors and judges conducting fishing expeditions. Gets worse. Far worse. Get this. Read it carefully:

Edward Snowden remains a bona fide hero. Has had a profound effect on government warrantless snooping, -- and otherwise. The Washington Times reports:

"The FBI’s use of a surveillance statute to collect Americans’ phone and email records has declined since details about the program were leaked by Edward Snowden in 2013, a watchdog report has found. The FBI’s use of Section 215 of the Patriot Act to obtain “business records” as part of national security investigations peaked in 2012, with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court approving 212 orders seeking records, according to a report released Thursday by the Justice Department’s inspector general’s office."

Amazing the effect of just a little sunlight, isn't it? Hopefully, only the beginning. We have a long, long, long way to go, however. Light years.

"The program was publicly disclosed in June 2013 after the former National Security Agency contractor leaked information to the press. That year, the number of orders authorized by the court dropped to 179. The number of orders approved by the court has continued to decrease annually, with 142 orders approved in 2015."

Close scrutiny has a profound effect on out of control jackbooted national socialists hell bent on imposing their version of a fascist police-state.

"The program allowed authorities to collect information about clients from service providers, such as email or phone records — including the numbers, times and durations of calls. Outcry over the program after Mr. Snowden’s revelations led to reform the surveillance program. When Congress renewed the USA Freedom Act last year, it blocked bulk collection and storage of data."

This, precisely, is the value of whistle blowers like Snowden. Had this information not been released, the public wouldn't have known how widespread, determined, concerted, well-engineered the attack on privacy had become. To say nothing of the evisceration of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"A deputy chief within the FBI’s National Security Division partly blamed Mr. Snowden’s disclosures for the decrease in use of the provision. “He attributed the decline in part to revelations by Edward Snowden about the U.S. government’s use of Section 215 to collect bulk telephony metadata, both in terms of the stigma attached to use of Section 215 and increased resistance from providers,” the inspector general’s report said."

This is certainly good news. Bodes well for liberty and the Bill of Rights. Anything to rein in the national socialist bastards is a positive development.

"Responding to the report, FBI officials told the inspector general’s office that the degree to which Mr. Snowden’s disclosure led to the decrease was speculative and said agents had come to rely more on a different statute to obtain surveillance approvals — specifically, Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which allows surveillance of foreigners."

Again, this is bullshit. Snowden exposed warrantless surveillance of innocent American citizens. The point made by the FBI in the above quote is beside the point. The bastards in the FBI were surveilling innocent American citizens. That's what the controversy is about. Not bona fide surveillance of foreigners suspected of terrorism.

"Under the USA Freedom Act reforms enacted in 2015, authorities can’t collect and keep bulk telephone data in government databases. Instead, spy agencies have to ask phone companies for data — and they must submit a narrow search so it’s clear that analysts are looking for a specific person, number or group, rather than bulk collection."

This is a good thing. But not good enough. Reins in the jackbooted bastards in the FBI and other federal agencies to at least some small extent. Much more needs to be done, however. Much more.

"Frustration with oversight of the Section 215 program and the length of time it took to approve orders under it appear to have played a role in the decline of its use even before the law’s reform. “Agents also told the OIG that they increasingly were electing to use criminal legal process instead of FISA authority in counterterrorism and cyber investigations because of their frustrations with the lack of timeliness and the level of oversight in the business records process,” the report states. Some were opting to open parallel criminal cases and using grand juries “to obtain the same information more quickly and with less oversight than a business records order.”

Be fascinating to see whether any of this has traction, -- or Trump conveniently buys his way out.

The Vice-Presidential Debate turned out quite a bore. Both men spoke over each other, -- and the moderator. Especially, Tim Kaine. ... Was the Democrat emulating "Hump The Rump" Trump? Both men determinedly, intentionally ignored valid criticism of their respective running mates. Nothing new was learned. Nothing that had not already been ubiquitously reported in media. ... Other than the observation both men are better qualified to be President than their mentors, "Hump the Rump," "Pilloried Hillary."

That's not saying much, however. Forget? Both are good, gifted, professional, practiced debaters. Attack dogs. Party stalwarts. Doesn't mean either has substance, -- or vision, however. Both parties are growing old, tired, irrelevant. The debates are empty. Ring hollow. Candidates lie, distort reality, cannot be trusted. With a population over 300 million, it's sad this is the best our formerly great country has to offer.

Amazing how the first Presidential debate, as well, provided nothing new of substance. Clearly, questioning in both debates leaves much to be desired. Was not sufficiently probing, ferociously pointed when necessary. Worse? Neither moderator had control of the debaters' microphones. Should have turned them off when candidates talked over each other, the moderator, and refused to responsively answer questions.

Both Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy must be spinning in their graves. Readers are reminded their 1960 Presidential Debate was indeed a classic. Both debaters embraced decorum, answered questions responsively. The public was well-served. The debate substantive, informative, revealing. Unlike what happens today.

What is particularly interesting is the fact that not once during the Vice-Presidential Debate on 10-4-16 did Kaine skewer Pence on his highly discriminatory anti-LGBT stance. NBC News reports:

"Tuesday night's vice presidential debate left lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender advocates stunned, after 90 minutes of questioning failed to address a single LGBTQ issue.

"Mike Pence has made a career of singling out LGBT people for discrimination, and it is disappointing tonight's debate did not address his long record of using public office to advance his backward views," Aisha C. Moodie-Mills, president of the Victory Fund, the nation's largest LGBTQ political action committee, said."

Did not. Glaring omission. Must have been out to lunch, no? Missed opportunity. Golden opportunity squandered. Pence could have been easily skewered. Should be kept in mind both men are indeed Catholics. Shouldn't, however, have prevented Kaine from criticizing Pence's appalling homophobic bigotry. Interestingly, the moderator, as well, failed to ask any questions on this topic. Why not?

libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this

libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
