With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation? Still own the house on Condict Rd.? Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? Any time an officer does something heroic, and/or truly of great benefit to the community, it always leads in this publication. There are many officers who go well beyond the call of duty. Do so exponentially. West Virginia Senior Trooper Derek Graham is certainly one of them. The Washington Post reports:

"Graham, a senior trooper in West Virginia, and another trooper had stopped a female driver who was “highly intoxicated,” Graham told The Washington Post in a phone interview Friday. The troopers started taking inventory of the vehicle, and in the woman’s back seat was a baby boy, Graham said. The child wasn’t wearing pants or a shirt — just a diaper. And, Graham said, he was covered in vomit."

Sad, isn't it? A DWI who certainly appears to have a severe problem with alcohol.

“I mean, he had vomit all over him, just covered from head to toe, vomit,” Graham said. “You could smell feces, urine. It was probably the most disgusting thing I’ve seen thus far in my law enforcement career involving a child, especially an infant. ” The woman was placed under arrest, Graham said."

Again, how do things get to this point? Get so out of control something like this happens. Could have been worse, however. At least, no one died.

"The baby headed off to the state police barracks. Troopers brought him into the office — probably not the most child-friendly place, if we’re being honest. The baby was upset and crying, Graham said. “And just in my head, I’m a father myself, and I couldn’t sit there and let him . . . I couldn’t let him sit in that,” he said. So Graham found a sink in a kitchen and gave the child a warm bath."

“It was actually really cool,” Graham said. “He was crying, just so upset. And as soon as I got him there, and got some bubbles in there with him, we both locked eyes and it was, he started smiling, [at] which I started smiling. It was almost like he knew — he felt so much better. And he was just a completely different baby after that.”

"Graham said the baby had a “horrible croupy cough,” and was in “bad shape.” He is now in the care of a relative, Graham said, and the woman is facing criminal charges. She was so intoxicated during the stop she couldn’t tell Graham the child’s name, which he says he still does not know. “I actually don’t,” Graham said. “It’s really sad.”

Yes, it is. Hopefully, the mother will be offered an opportunity for treatment. With a little luck, this sad, sick, heartrending episode might eventually result in some desperately needed change in the mother's life. Certainly, no way for a baby to start out in life. Hat's off to the Senior Trooper. Job well done.

Ann Coulter is indeed a despicable human being. A woman who seems to have no regard for anyone other than those who think like her. Still, she deserves to be treated like a human being no matter how despicable. For someone to urge her to commit suicide is well beyond the pale. Inexcusable. Fox reports:

"Ann Coulter was encouraged to commit suicide during Saturday’s taping of “The Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe.” “Ann is one of the most repugnant, hateful, hatchet-face b----es alive,” British comedian Jimmy Carr declared, as audience members cheered. “It’s not too late to change, Ann. You could kill yourself!”

What if she did just that? How would Carr react? Should the sentence for being an asshole (Coulter) be death? Criticism is one thing. Advising someone to commit suicide is another. ... Whether or not in jest.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Twenty weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Twenty weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Twenty weeks. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. "Small planes outfitted with video cameras have been flying over Baltimore since January, capturing activity on the streets below and relaying the footage to police to help them catch criminals."

Amazing how Mrs. Clinton apparently used her position at State to benefit the Clinton Foundation. ABC reports:

"Government email traffic and internal call logs made public by conservative groups this week offer more evidence that donors to the Clinton Foundation sought and at times received special favors and access to the State Department. “[Hillary] Clinton and her staff treated the State Department as an arm of the Clinton Foundation,” said Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, which released 725 pages of State Department emails between top Clinton aides as part of a lawsuit the group filed seeking government records. “Some of these emails should have been turned over to us years ago.”

While Judicial Watch leans Right, it does have a point. Mrs. Clinton and her shills continue to defend the indefensible. Stonewall. Have not come clean. Seem to believe Hillary and the former President should be held to a lower standard than the rest of us. Be interesting to see if any of this has traction. The saddest part of all this is the fact media waited until recently to even attempt to fully vet not only "Pilloried Hillary" but "Hump The Rump" Trump as well. They still have a long, long way to go some two months until the election.

Where we strand today in terms of vetting both candidates, could have indeed been reality a year ago. As egregious as the free ride Mrs. Clinton seems to have received the last year or so, is nothing compared to the deference Trump has received to date. Newsrooms had to have been afraid of being sued by the bastard. His highly questionable business dealings over the years have all but been ignored by the media.

Instead, they seem to enjoy publicizing Trump's egregiously stupid, bigoted, misogynist statements. Makes for juicy sound bites that have no substance. Lessen chances of being sued by the national socialist who seems to delight in intimidating anyone who questions him, his motives, and actions.

Amusingly, Fox is criticizing The New York Times for not promptly publishing the latest Clinton Foundation fiasco. They do have a point. The same criticism can also be directed at Fox for not publishing an expose of Trump's highly questionable business practices over the years. No question, there is more than enough criticism to go around. The sad part is nothing ever changes. Ever.

"Hillary Clinton’s campaign says a report showing many of the private individuals who met or had phone conversations scheduled with Mrs. Clinton while she was secretary of state also donated to the Clinton Foundation is a “massive” misrepresentation. “This is a woman who met with over 17,000 world leaders, countless other government officials, public officials in the United States, and they’ve looked at 185 meetings and tried to draw a conclusion from that,” Clinton campaign chief strategist Joel Benenson said Wednesday on CNN’s “New Day.” “I think it’s one of the most massive misrepresentations you [could] see from the data,” Mr. Benenson said. “And then they’re trying to malign and implicate that there was something nefarious going on when in fact, there wasn’t.”

The Washington Times does have a point, however. Clinton and her shills appear to be stonewalling. Bullshitting. Making light of an increasingly troubling approach to Foundation business. It's impossible to know the truth at this point. The appearance alone of impropriety is glaring. Like Trump, the Clintons indeed appear to falsely believe they should be held to a different standard than the unwashed masses.

The presidential campaign is indeed turning into a circus. Would you believe the Army is using "Pilloried Hillary" and her handling of classified material as a training example of what not to do? The Washington Times reports:

"The Army has confirmed that one of its units highlighted former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as an example of an “insider” threat to operational security. A Facebook page called “U.S. Army W.T.F! moments” recently displayed images from a Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, training slide that is at least 18 months old. The image lists Mrs. Clinton as a prime example of an OPSEC threat, along with CIA leaker Edward Snowden, former CIA head and Army Gen. David Petraeus and others. Maj. Thomas Campbell, spokesman for the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command, confirmed the details of the presentation to The Daily Caller late Monday."

Amazing, isn't it? While the Army indeed has a point vis a vis Gen. David Petraeus, they are way off base regarding CIA leaker Edward Snowden. Snowden remains a hero. Courageously exposed in great detail the highly unconstitutional, corrupt, abusive actions perpetrated by the incorrigible national socialist assholes who now run and own our formerly great country.

These pieces of national socialist excrement, both major political parties included, have raucously shit on the United States Constitution to consolidate Executive Power, impose a goddamned fascist police-state. Obliterate nearly all civil and constitutional rights and liberties, falsely in the name of "national 'security.'" Institute what amounts to a dictatorship.

Amazing how Trump throws around accusations regarding Clinton's supposed bigotry when he appears to be the pot calling the kettle black. CBS News reports:

"To a local New Hampshire radio station, Trump explained why he believed his opponent espoused bigotry. “She’s done a terrible job for tremendous numbers of people in this country, and you look at the inner cities, you look at what’s happening, it’s all talk and she’ll work and she’ll talk and – she’ll - that’s all it is. And in the meantime, the inner cities are dying and African Americans and the Hispanics are really taking the brunt of it,” Trump told WMUR in an interview Thursday. “And she knows she’s not going to do anything about it. She talks about fixing the inner cities, she’s been talking about it for 30 years. She hasn’t done anything. And that to me is bigotry.”"

Say what? That's an egregiously outrageous non-sequitor. Just doesn't follow. Empty rhetoric. Not that Clinton doesn't deserve criticism for her failure to call for holding law enforcement legally and fully accountable for their crimes, however. She hasn't. She's too goddamned gutless and self serving to do so. Clinton indirectly answered Trump's phony accusation. ABC News reports:

"After being called a "bigot" by her White House rival earlier in the week, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton refused to directly return the insult when prompted in an interview today, instead reiterating her charge that Republican nominee Donald Trump is a man with a "long history of racial discrimination" and all she can do is "point to the evidence of what he has said and what he has done."

It's a bum rap from a national socialist GOP candidate for President who is dropping in the polls due to his bigotry, misogyny, insane rhetoric.

"It is deeply disturbing that he is taking hate groups that lived in the dark regions of the internet making them mainstream, helping a radical fringe take over the Republican Party," Clinton continued. "What I want to make clear is this, a man with a long history of racial discrimination, who traffics in dark conspiracy theories drawn from the pages of supermarket tabloids, and these kind of white supremacist, white nationalist, anti-Semitic groups, should never run our government or command our military."

Indeed, Mrs. Clinton is right on this particular point. The fact she cannot seem to tell the truth herself, moves the goal posts when confronted with reality, and stonewalls when that doesn't happen to work is indeed equally troubling. Disqualifies her for office.

Trump has an incredible ability to flip flop. Does so with increasing regularity as his poll numbers drop. NPR reports:

"After signaling that his position on immigration is "to be determined" and that it could "soften," Donald Trump did an amazing thing — what amounts to almost a full about-face on the principal issue that has driven his campaign."

Sadly, both candidates cannot seem to embrace transparency, any semblance of stability in their views.

"Trump indicated in a town hall with Fox News' Sean Hannity, which aired Wednesday night, that he would be in favor of a path to legalization for immigrants in the U.S. illegally."

Say what? Talk about a flip flop, no? How do you know where he stands? On anything. -- When he continues to flip flop as his polling worsens.

Dicyclomine, a drug used to treat irritable bowel syndrome, had its price jacked up by 400 percent by Mylan."

"The price of one of Mylan's biggest selling generics, tolterodine, was increased by 56 percent this year, the Wells Fargo analyst said. Tolterodine is used to treat overactive bladders."

Since 1999, the PAC has donated more than $60,000 to 11 current members of the 20-person judiciary committee. Most of those donations came after 2008."

Reportedly, prisoners in the United States are not receiving adequate food. As the economy tanked and government cut back, prison rations slackened. Consequently, ramen soup is now the currency of choice for inmates, -- replacing cigarettes. Interesting, isn't it? NPR reports:

"Once upon a time, cigarettes were the currency of choice when those behind bars needed to barter. But these days, America's prisoners are trading with ramen. So says Michael Gibson-Light, a doctoral candidate in the University of Arizona School of Sociology. He spent a year interviewing nearly 60 inmates and prison staffers at one men's state prison (which he kept anonymous to protect his sources) housing thousands of inmates. He presented the findings this week at the meeting of the American Sociological Association."

Amazing someone would choose to study this issue as a doctoral candidate, -- when there is so much ongoing violence, paucity of educational opportunities, virtually no rehabilitation within the prison system.

"There was an entire informal economy based on ramen (which the men often referred to as 'soups')," Gibson-Light told me via email. Prisoners use it to hire other inmates for services, like cleaning out their bunk or doing their laundry, or purchase goods on the black market, like fresh fruits or vegetables, which aren't sold in the commissary but are sometimes smuggled from the kitchens, he says."

Sad, isn't it? Most of these prisoners will eventually get out. To what? What job opportunities with a felony? Doesn't matter employers are advised not to ask about criminal history and do background checks until only after the applicant has had a chance to apply and be interviewed. The real problem, however, is the fact the slate is not wiped clean after the prison sentence has been completed.

For most non-violent offenses, this should be a no brainer. Yet, it isn't. It follows them the rest of their life. Despite this fact, you have idiots in this country who couldn't care less. Think felons get exactly what they deserve. That's aggressive stupidity, achingly shortsighted. Why? If a prisoner does not find a job that provides a livable wage, guess what? Haven't a clue? They re-offend.

"As one inmate told me: 'You can tell how good a man's doing [financially] by how many soups he's got in his locker. 'Twenty soups? Oh, that guy's doing good!' " So what's behind ramen's rise as a de facto prison currency? It's supercheap, supertasty, rich in calories and readily available in prison commissaries — at a time when cost-cutting at detention facilities has many inmates complaining they're not getting enough to eat."

Think they won't re-offend when released? Think insufficient food and healthcare in a prison isn't a human rights issue? Wake up. Most get out. Again, become predators. Especially, when they can't find a job. Precisely, why part of rehabilitation should be job training and a job waiting upon release.

Otherwise, the cycle repeats, taxpayers are looted for additional incarceration, and the public suffers recidivist crime. Then again, wouldn't want to confuse idiots in the Republican Party with the truth, would we? Think this bullshit? Wake up:

"Jails and prisons in a number of U.S. states have been the target of accusations and lawsuits that they are underfeeding inmates, according to a report last year from The Marshall Project, a nonprofit journalism outlet focused on criminal justice. For instance, inmates at the Gordon County Jail in Georgia are fed twice daily. As The Marshall Project reported: "While the jail maintains they are providing sufficient calories (the recommended daily intake is 2,400-2,800 a day for men, and 1,800-2,000 for women), prisoners said they combated their hunger by licking syrup packets and drinking excessive amounts of water."

If this is indeed prevalent throughout the system as it seems to be, it rises to the level of a humanitarian issue. ... Then, proud national socialists in the GOP hypocritically condemn other repressive regimes for their humanitarian violations? Reeks.

Amazing how government moves at a snail's pace to correct ongoing problems. -- Hacking of personal records just one of many. While GOP fascists have been quick to impose draconian, unnecessary voter ID laws to suppress the vote of those who are not Republicans, they have done absolutely nothing to insist all voter records be highly encrypted to protect against hacking. ... This, despite the fact voter fraud remains negligible and not widespread.

The bastards do this without a warrant. On their authority alone. What they're desperately trying to do is make sure there is no video of their criminal activity when abusing a victim. NPR reports:

"In the case of Korryn Gaines in Baltimore County, Md., earlier this month, police said that a suspect actively using a social media connection makes a standoff worse."

The hell it did. They wound up killing her anyway. What they didn't want was a record of it on social media.

"Gaines posted videos to Instagram of the unfolding standoff with police, who were outside her apartment trying to get her to surrender. After an hours-long standoff, Gaines was shot and killed by Baltimore County police."

Think of the ramifications of this policy of shutting off access to media without a signed warrant. Remember the case of Philando Castile murdered by one of the jackbooted bastards in blue earlier this year?

"Robinson says imagine if police in Minnesota had blocked the Facebook Live video of the aftermath of the police shooting of Philando Castile earlier this summer. There wouldn't have been nearly the same kind of public reaction. And in fact, that video did disappear for a while; Facebook blamed a technical glitch."

Why shouldn't there be a public reaction when an officer who murders on the job is not held accountable? Is not arrested, charged, tried, and convicted of murder? The reaction, however, should not be violent. Otherwise, not only do you lower yourself to the level of criminal officers, you break the law yourselves.

No question, Chris Brown has had numerous problems with law enforcement. As The Washington Times correctly reported:

"Brown, a Grammy-winning singer, has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement. He spent six years on probation after pleading guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009."

He's indeed a piece of shit for doing this to her. He has not, however, forfeited all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"As Los Angeles police seek a search warrant for the home of singer Chris Brown following an overnight incident, there was no indication that police have sought to deactivate social media accounts he’s used to express frustrations as officers surrounded his home."

Nor did they have any business doing so without a warrant. There was no exigent threat to anyone. The woman was out of the house. This piece of shit, indeed no matter what, has the First Amendment right to express himself.

"Police initially responded to Brown’s California home around 3 a.m. Tuesday for a call from a woman who said she needed help. The Los Angeles Times reported that the woman told police that Brown pulled a gun on her in a violent rage and she ran outside to get help."

This is not about the merits of the case. It is about police needing a warrant to enter the house without exigent circumstances being a factor. He also has the right to remain in the house and not come out unless they have a warrant.

"Police spokesman Officer Drake Madison said the situation at Brown’s home was still fluid Tuesday and that officers had requested a search warrant."

Police did the right thing. Had circumstances been different and someone was in immediate danger in the house, police could have entered without a warrant.

"Brown has posted three videos on his Instagram account Tuesday morning in the time police have been outside the home, saying police were at the gate of his home and helicopters were swarming overhead. “I’m not coming out. For what? I ain’t did shit, ain’t gonna do shit,” Brown said in one video. “When you get the warrant or whatever you need to do, you can walk up right up in here you won’t see nothing.”

Again, this guy is a piece of shit. No question. He does, however, have constitutional rights no matter what. More as this story develops. At this point, police appear to have done the right thing. Remarkable, isn't it?

"Singer Chris Brown has been released from jail on $250,000 bail following his arrest Tuesday on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon, according to booking records. Los Angeles police spokesman Tony Im said a woman called 911 Tuesday morning from outside Brown’s Southern California residence, saying she needed help; after an hours-long standoff with police, Brown was arrested without incident. He was released shortly after 11 p.m. Hours later, Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos wrote on Twitter that Brown was out of jail and that “the allegations against him are demonstrably false.” “We are cooperating,” Geragos said on HLN about the investigation. “There is no truth to it and we’re going to let it play out.”

Hat's off to police for handling this matter properly. Getting a warrant. Not shutting off Brown's access to social media. Let a jury decide in a court of law whether or not this piece of crap is guilty.

Refusing to serve police officers in a public establishment is outrageous. Should, and is, a fireable offense. The Washington Times reports:

"A Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Winter Haven, Florida, said it “immediately” fired an employee who reportedly refused service to two police officers on Sunday. Lake Alfred Police Officer Adam Leatherberry wrote on his Facebook page that he and Winter Haven Police Officer Geoff Price were denied service by a male employee who said he wouldn’t help police officers, WTSP, a local CBS News affiliate, reported. “Hell no!” the employee reportedly said to his coworker. “‘I’m not serving them! You can… it’s the cops! I refuse to serve them!’” Officer Leatherberry said he and Officer Price left the restaurant without buying anything, but not before snapping a picture of the employee."

These officers deserved to be served without incident. Had not harassed anyone in the establishment. Just wished to buy something. What is surprising is the fact the store did not seem to have its policies securely in place. Ahead of time. Management should have certainly instructed prospective employees if they indeed had a problem serving law enforcement they needed to find employment elsewhere.

Police in Austin have adopted "use of force guidelines." While indeed necessary, unless criminal officers are not only fired but prosecuted and convicted, nothing will change. Nothing at all.

The United States still refuses to take responsibility for war crimes committed at Gitmo and elsewhere by U.S. Government personnel. Will not prosecute the bastards responsible for waterboarding prisoners as well as other incidents of egregious abuse during interrogation, to say nothing of other outrageous humanitarian issues that have arisen since 9/11 including forced feedings.

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Sprint By Capitol Wireless. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
