With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? Patience. All in good time, good buddy. When I'm damned good and ready. Timing just right. After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think? Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no? -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired? You're not stable. Have not been. ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no? How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro. While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed. In great detail. In good time. When I'm damned good and ready. Irony of ironies? When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother. Sad, isn't it? Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are. As was he. Not in a court of law you've bought off, however. Right here.

Brother dearest. Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts? Fraudulently sign any of them yourself? Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation? Still own the house on Condict Rd.? Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway. Hard to believe any neighborhood could remain unaware. The signs are all there. Always. This is the second week in a row a case of exceptionally heartbreaking abuse has made it into mainstream media. Appalling abuse. Psychotic abuse. This story, worse than last week's. This is some really rough material. CNN reports:

"The little girl was abused so badly she had a black eye, dried blood in the corner of her mouth and deep purple bruises all over her body."

Again, this cannot occur without people in the neighborhood knowing. Someone had to see this kid. Hear her scream.

"But it's what she said when asked her name that's truly startling. "Idiot."

"The girl is only 4. She lived with her mother, Jennifer Denen, and Denen's live-in boyfriend, Clarence Reed, in a home in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Police say she was called an "idiot" so often and for so long that it was the word that sprung to her young mind when a social worker asked her name."

Understand? Comprehend the extent of abuse? How could the neighbors not know what was going on? How? Beat the shit out of your kids? Perversely, call it 'discipline?' Tell them they're stupid? Belittle them? That, now, the American Way? ... "Spare the rod, spoil the child?" Believe it? That brainwashed? That out of touch with reality? ... That, what sick religion teaches the idiots it ministers to? Idiots, too stupid to question? Accept whatever the preacher says as gospel truth?

"Hot Springs police arrested the mother and her boyfriend last week after social workers reported the abuse. They said the 30-year-old mother knew the beating her boyfriend was doling out to the child on a regular basis but never sought medical treatment."

Imagine that. Again, how could it get to this point without the neighbors knowing? Family, friends had no clue? Believe that? ... Or, were they too goddamned gutless to get involved, step up?

"The girl's injuries included bruises on her buttocks, her lower back, her leg, police said. She had a blackened eye, a swollen cheek and a bruise on her forehead. She also had scars on her back that had started to heal, indicating the abuse had been going on for a while. In addition to it all, the girl was also severely malnourished, police said."

This shit seldom, if ever, occurs in a vacuum. People knew. Had to have known. Yet, did nothing. The kid was never outside? Never in public? Not your problem? That, what you think? That goddamned gutless? Indifferent?

"Reed admitted to zip tying the little girl to her bed after he found her climbing on the kitchen cabinet, according to a police report. He also acknowledged to calling her "Idiot" but said it was "in jest," police said. The couple was charged with domestic battery, permitting child abuse, and endangering the welfare of a minor."

It is not clear whether or not Reed was also abusing the girl's mother. This is critical. Must be taken into consideration and thoroughly investigated if in fact it was not thoroughly and carefully looked into by police before the mother's arrest. If he was abusive to mom, it certainly would have been a mitigating factor vis a vis prosecution. If mom was indeed abused. One thing for sure. There is nearly a 100% chance this son of a bitch had endured similar abuse as a kid, himself. This is why child abuse always needs to be reported. The cycle of abuse must be broken. Otherwise, the abuse becomes generational.

"Both remain in the Garland County Jail with a next court date of September 27, 2016. CNN was not able to reach legal representation for Denen or Reed. The child is now in state custody where she is healing from her physical injuries."

Authorities, again, need to very, very carefully investigate whether or not the mother was also a victim of abuse by her boyfriend. While many in the public cannot understand how an abused mother can tolerate her child enduring the same, it happens all too frequently. Usually, most of the time. The mother victimized becomes dysfunctional. For the same incomprehensible 'reason' battered women tolerate their batterers. Often won't leave their abusers. -- Rational behavior cannot be expected from someone severely abused unless they've received counseling, intense therapy.

See the photo of Omran Daqneesh, 5, the boy sitting in the back of the ambulance in Aleppo, Syria? Covered in blood and dirt. Expressionless. He and his family had been bombed in Syria either by the Syrians or the Russians. Fortunately, he wasn't seriously injured. The trauma, however, will live on indefinitely. His brother, Ali Daqneesh, 10, died of his wounds Saturday.

Other than raw combat footage showing mutilated corpses, it doesn't get more poignant than the photo of this young kid in shock. Incapable of emotional reaction. Just sitting there. There is more than enough blame to go around. Detailed both here and elsewhere for years regarding this ongoing, appalling atrocity in Syria.

Yet, despite all the talk, empty rhetoric, nothing is done to end it. Nothing at all. Just talk. The Russians continue to exacerbate the problem. It may very well have been Russian bombs that are responsible for the carnage inflicted on the Daqneesh family. No matter who is ultimately responsible, the carnage must end.

It won't. Not any time soon. This human catastrophe remains unabated. The UN, the United States, Europe, the rest of the world, -- achingly paralyzed.

A dog can indeed be the best friend anyone ever had. Not only is a dog a pet, he or she is a family member. -- A family member who will willingly die for another family member. Think not? CBS News reports:

"The lives of a Baltimore family were changed forever this week when a fire suddenly broke out in the home Erika Poremski shared with her eight-month-old daughter, Viviana, and her nearly six-year-old dog, Polo. Poremski says she had just stepped out to her car when she turned around and discovered her house in flames with Viviana and Polo still inside."

Couldn't be a worse nightmare turned into reality, could there? Ever been burned? Ever had loved ones trapped in a burning building?

“I tried to keep getting in,” Poremski told CBS News. “She was up the stairs, but the fire smoke was so heavy I couldn’t get past it... I kept running back out and back in, trying to get up there. Then, the door curling started falling and I couldn’t get back in.”

"Poremski suffered burns on her hands and face from the various attempts to get into the house and rescue Viviana. She told CBS News that, in all of her panic and the chaos of the blaze, she couldn’t “see all the skin was off my hand from grabbing the rail and it melted off.”

She had no choice. Had to rescue the child. ... Or, die trying. Imagine the roiling emotion? Feeling of utter helplessness? Desperation?

"With Poremski unable to get back inside and firefighters still on their way, Polo bravely remained upstairs in the bedroom where Viviana was crying. Poremski believes that he could have run downstairs and out the door to safety, but chose instead to shield baby Viviana from the flames with his body."

Think animals are stupid? Unknowing? Have no ability to think, reason? Unconditionally love? Unlike their masters? The dog died. Heroically. The child remains in serious condition.

"A four-legged fire refugee unknowingly created a memorable moment Wednesday, running into the arms of a firefighter, CBS Los Angeles reports."

"The dog ran from a burning home near Phelan straight to Battalion Chief Mike Mohler with Cal Fire.

“Seeing that dog run out of the flames was pretty amazing,” Mohler said. “Really, that dog sheltered in place until it actually saw help, and it didn’t have to be a firefighter. It could have been a civilian - lucky nobody was back there - but it just wanted help.”

We need to give animals far more credit than we do. Forget? Homo sapiens is no more than a two-legged animal with often highly questionable judgment. Not so, our four-legged friends, -- all too willing to die for us.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Nineteen weeks, now. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Nineteen weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Nineteen weeks. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are. -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns? Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch? You and your thugs remain out of uniform. Again, Sheriff, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race? Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

In yet another example of symbolism over substance, "Pilloried Hillary" recently met with police chiefs from around the country. NPR reports:

"As Hillary Clinton began a meeting with police chiefs from departments around the country, she expressed gratitude to those on the force.

"They represent officers who get up every day, put on their uniforms, kiss their families goodbye and risk their lives on behalf of our communities," the Democratic nominee said at the Thursday gathering in New York City."

Hey, Hillary? Where is your compassion for those who have been murdered by the jackbooted bastards in blue all across our formerly great country? Wake up. Asleep? Or, too damned callous, indifferent to these egregious murders, needless violence and abuse? Insult to injury?

"Clinton said there's a lot of work to do to repair trust between communities and police. "We need to work together to bridge our divides, not stoke even more divisiveness," she said."

That's goddamned cowardly, ill-informed, indifferent bullshit. A politico who has indeed grown too long in the tooth. Out of touch. This sad excuse for a politician is too damned clueless to understand or care the "divisiveness" will not end until the murderous bastards in blue are fully prosecuted for their crimes, convicted, and imprisoned for life without chance for parole or executed. Held to the same standard as the rest of the public. Anything less, there will be no resolution. No improvement in police-community relations. Absolutely no trust. Cllinton doesn't understand this, or worse, doesn't care.

"While Hillary Clinton tries to navigate those conversations, Donald Trump is walking another line. This week, he's been praising police while promising to bring "law and order" to African-American neighborhoods. So far, though, he's been making that case in front of mostly white audiences."

That's called bullshit. Hypocritical bullshit. "Hump The Rump" Trump truly believes his own crap? Why not tell it to a black audience? Imagine the reaction would follow the script? Innocent blacks are being murdered by police. Neither Hillary or Trump has a clue, or cares.

Laquan McDonald was murdered by Chicago police back in 2014. The Washington Post reports:

"Last November, more than a year after McDonald’s shooting in October 2014, officials released video showing Officer Jason Van Dyke firing 16 rounds at the teenager. The same day they released the footage, which came out amid intense national focus on how police officers use lethal force, Van Dyke was charged with murder."

The Department has recommended the firing of seven officers who lied about the murder. Question. Pointed question. Why weren't these seven jackbooted bastards in blue prosecuted? Instead, these pieces of shit are being coddled, protected. Appalling. Do the same as a civilian? Your sorry ass would be prosecuted for lying to the jackbooted bastards. Imagine that. Police are not properly vetted prior to employment. Worse, the vetting doesn't continue during employment right up to retirement or termination. Often with disastrous results. Catastrophic consequences. Life long repercussions. Think not? Wake up. The Washington Post reports:

"A former Illinois police officer accused of raping a girl over a decade abruptly ended his trial Tuesday by pleading guilty — as the victim was testifying against him in court."

"Kane County officials said the female victim, still a minor, had already spent a half-hour painfully recounting years of abuse by David L. Wright when his attorney interrupted her testimony. “The victim had been on the witness stand for about 30 minutes emotionally describing the crimes committed against her when Wright without warning chose to plead guilty, ending the trial,” the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office said in a statement."

It gets worse. Clearly, this jackbooted son of a bitch in blue did his victim no favors.

"During the trial, prosecutors described how Wright repeatedly assaulted the girl from 2005 to 2015 — including how it began, when she was in second grade and taken into Wright’s bathroom, prosecutor Lori Schmidt told The Washington Post. “He told her it was going to hurt,” Schmidt said. “And she screamed.”

"Wright, 55, agreed to a sentence of 23 years in prison for pleading guilty to two counts of criminal sexual assault, each a Class 1 felony, the state’s attorney’s office said."

This girl's life has been destroyed. Will take her quite some time to recover, -- if ever. Think 23 years appropriate? Sufficient? Think he won't get out and re-offend?. The recidivism rate for pedophiles is over 90%. Most offenders were themselves abused as children. Yet, in prison, they receive no treatment. How can a guy like this become a cop? How could this criminal activity occur for years with no one putting an end to it? Where was the goddamned police department he worked for? Where?

"When he was arrested last April, Wright was charged with 33 felonies, including 16 counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and six counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, according to court records. In total, those charges would have carried anywhere from 143 to 648 years in prison, officials said."

Still think this plea deal appropriate? In the best interests of not only his victim, but the public at large? How about for other kids out there, -- when this son of a bitch gets out of prison? These guys permanently belong in a mental institution for the criminally insane. Instead, they usually spend some time in prison, then get out. To re-offend. That acceptable? The American Way?

The Republican Party certainly has its panties in a wad over the Trump fiasco. NPR reports:

A little unexpected humility from the GOP national socialist who now realizes unless things change, he'll likely lose big. So will other Republicans in the House, and particularly, the Senate. And believe it or not, I regret it. And I do regret it, particularly where it may have caused personal pain. Too much is at stake for us to be consumed with these issues."

Say what? A little humility? Admission of wrongdoing? Couldn't be, could it? Believe what the nazi is saying? Think he now has credibility? Or, is it a result of his new handlers reading him the riot act?

Seems the GOP will not end its dogged pursuit of Mrs. Clinton any time soon. The Washington Times reports:

The long-term ramifications are beginning to surface. The Washington Times reports:

"A federal judge on Friday sentenced former Navy machinist Kristian Saucier to one year in prison and a $100 fine for taking photos inside the engine room of a nuclear submarine after the sailor’s attorneys argued for leniency by citing the FBI’s decision not to charge Hillary Clinton with mishandling classified information."

The sailor knew he had no business taking pictures of a top secret U.S. nuclear submarine engine room. Knew national security was at stake. That fellow sailors throughout the Navy could be put at risk. Think Mrs. Clinton didn't know the same was true of her classified emails? This is precisely the problem with letting those on the top skate. Those in the bottom 99 can then argue for leniency, -- and get it. While a high level offender walks.

“Mr. Saucier possessed six (6) photographs classified as ‘confidential/restricted,’ far less than Clinton’s 110 emails,” attorney Derrick Hogan wrote. It would be “unjust and unfair for Mr. Saucier to receive any sentence other than probation for a crime those more powerful than him will likely avoid,” the lawyer added. Instead, Judge Underhill said the sailor had done something “beyond stupid,” and equated his actions with those of a motorist being pulled over for speeding amid a freeway full of careless drivers, CNN reported from the hearing in Bridgeport, Connecticut."

Again, what we clearly have here is a double standard. While the sailor should have been prosecuted, so should have Mrs. Clinton. Yet, she wasn't. She isn't even afforded equal treatment under the law as any other member of the public would have been had they been sued by Judicial Watch. That is, she is being allowed to respond to questions in writing, rather than being fully deposed. Get this. The Washington Times reports:

"Hillary Clinton will have to give testimony about her secret email server and account, but it will be in writing rather than in person, a federal judge ruled Friday, delivering a partial victory to the Democratic presidential candidate. Mrs. Clinton will have until the middle of November — after the election — to answer those questions, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled."

Convenient, isn't it? Why the hell the special treatment? We supposedly have no kings or queens in a democratic republic. Why is this woman being treated like one? Why shouldn't she be subject to sharp cross examination during a deposition? Endure what the peasants on the bottom of the food chain are subject to when sued? Especially, since this person has been stonewalling, lying, and engaging in deception every step of the way. That's precisely why she's being so doggedly pursued by Judicial Watch. There is a principle here. A valid principle. She's repeatedly done her best to deceive. To cover her gluteus maximi.

Moving the goal posts when convenient. Re-writing history when it suits her purpose. Why shouldn't she be subject to sharp questioning by an attorney who would do all he or she could to figuratively hold Mrs. Clinton's feet to the fire? Up until now, media has let her skate. Not done all it could to expose her and Trump for what they truly are. Why? Simple. Achingly simple:

Advertising revenue suffers when tough questions are asked. News rooms always first consider the bottom line. Also, fear being sued. Even more outrageous:

As Secretary of State, she was an employee of the United States Government. That is , she worked for us, 'We the People.' Should be held accountable and answerable to the public. She has done all she could to avoid any and all responsibility. This is unacceptable. Appalling, in a supposedly democratic republic. The 'judge' should have done far more to facilitate the suit, making it clear government officials, both past and present, would be held to the same standard as the rest of us.

Obamacare is in dire straights. Think not? Insurance companies are pulling out. Premiums continue to skyrocket. NBC News reports:

It enables them to easily line their pockets, abuse power, ignore problems desperately needing solution. We need a fresh approach. A novel idea. A new strategy. A change in tactics. We're not going to get that through the current system, the established order.

Think it appropriate for a cop who called in a false prowler report on his premises, then pumped a round into himself committing suicide worthy of a hero's funeral? Travis County Sheriff's Sgt. Craig Hutchinson was afforded honors he did not earn. Did not deserve. Other officers knew full well at the time. How in good conscience could they ever have participated?

That's not to say, however, the officer's family did not deserve any benefits. That's not to say a suicide committed by someone suffering post traumatic stress should be summarily condemned. He is not, however, a hero when he files a false report to throw his fellow officers off the trail. Wastes law enforcement time and resources to search for a non-existent murderer of a police officer. To say nothing of all the investigative time that went into determining how things truly went down.

Why has the national socialist government of Texas awarded an anti-abortion rights lobbyist organization named the Heidi Group a state grant of $1.6 million? Why? Did so while kicking Planned Parenthood out of the state women's health program back in 2011. Readers should understand Planned Parenthood never received a dime for any abortions provided. Not a dime. Forget?

It is not legal for taxpayer money to be used for abortions. This is no more than a direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, that is, freedom from religion. The goddamned national socialists who run and own Texas government, that is the Republican Party, have no problems granting $1.6 million to an anti-abortion group, however. They continue to practice medicine without a license. Then, they line the pockets of an anti-abortion group to the tune of $1.6 million in funds to perniciously advise against abortion and deny women the right to do with their uterus as they damn well please. "Months after the Obama administration advised school districts that transgender students should be given access to bathrooms based on their gender identity, a federal judge in Texas has blocked the guidance from going into effect — for now. U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor has granted a preliminary, nationwide injunction in response to a lawsuit filed by Texas and a number of other states."

Women only get if if they have dependent children. Food stamps have become increasingly difficult to obtain. Disability is reserved for those who were working and became disabled. It's not much, and is earned. Not a hand out. Forget? Workers took less in wages so employers could afford to buy disability insurance. The bottom line is the work force itself paid for the disability insurance. Not taxpayers. "The new program did work for millions of families, but not all. Many of the most disadvantaged people have been unable to get or keep jobs, and they're worse off than they were before, in part because there's now a five-year lifetime limit on welfare benefits — and in some states, it's lower. Arizona this year cut the limit to one year. The idea was that people would be encouraged to find work if they knew their monthly checks would end, but instead, some have been left high and dry. "It turned out that not everybody could get full-time, full-year work," says Kathy Edin, poverty expert at Johns Hopkins University and co-author of $2.00 a Day: Living on Almost Nothing in America. She notes that before welfare reform, 68 percent of poor families received cash assistance. Today, that's dropped to 23 percent."

So if you hear an ill-informed national socialist in the Republican Party whine about welfare, you know he or she is at the very least bullshitting, -- if not bold faced lying. Talking out the ass. Equally outrageous? Federal funds earmarked for welfare have been used by the states for other purposes as the economy has tanked:

"States were also given a lot of flexibility over how to spend their welfare dollars, which they received in the form of a block grant. The result is that welfare — now called TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) — is very different depending on where you live. Some states, such as Oregon, are more generous. Others, such as Louisiana, have lower benefits and cover far fewer people. In Louisiana, only 4 percent of poor families — 6,000 families in the entire state — now get welfare."

All this could have been solved had welfare reform mandated a livable wage. It did not. Consequently, the rich got richer, the poor poorer. The American Way. Zero-sum game. Winner takes all. Hear the rumble?

Think California hasn't had greater job growth than the Lone Star State? Think it bullshit? Think again. PolitiFact Texas reports:

Ever hear of the Driver Responsibility Program? Been a victim of this national socialist, goddamned fascist police-state, kangaroo justice program imposed by the Nazi State of Texas?

These happen to be 'surcharges' piled on top of fines and fees imposed on drivers in our nazi court system. The Statesman reports:

"More than 1.3 million licenses have been suspended for failure to pay the program's surcharges, which are assessed for three years for offenses that include driving while intoxicated ($1000 a year), driving without insurance or without a valid license ($250 a year) and driving with an expired license ($100 annually)."

Remember, this is in addition to fines and court costs for the alleged offense.

"It's an atrocious system. This is about the most disgusting form of taxation that's existed," Hampton said. "We're just piling debt up on people who can't afford to pay it. It's oppressive."

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again. A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to The Falls On The Colorado Museum, Marble Falls. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
