With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

As always, when a cop does something heroic and/or highly beneficial to the community, it always leads in this publication. Rowlett Texas Police Department Officer Patrick Ray is quite a hero. Was called to the Rowlett, Texas home of Tammy Norvell. ABC reports:

"On July 26, 2015, Bexley was playing in her swimming pool at home with her mom, Tammy Norvell, and her siblings. Norvell of Rowlett, Texas, told ABC News that she was taking the kids inside for a nap when she noticed her daughter's lips were blue. "She went completely limp," Norvell recalled. "It was more than falling asleep. She just collapsed. I looked in her eyes and she was so distant. We had no clue she had swallowed anything."

"To Norvell's horror, Bexley had been choking on a penny. At 2:14 p.m., Bexley's father called 911. Ray was out on his lunch break, but answered the call. "I heard [Ray's] siren and ran out the front door," Norvell said. "He's grabbing her from me and is trying to pry her mouth open with two hands. He did the finger sweep into her esophagus and a penny dropped down into it. That's when we heard the most beautiful sound of her squeaking and coughing and crying."

"It was tea time this month for one toddler and the police officer who saved her life last year. On July 17, 2-year-old Bexley invited Officer Patrick Ray of the Rowlett Texas Police Department to join her for a tea party in celebration of their special bond. The meeting was captured in an adorable photo session. "It was something that I just couldn't turn down because I knew it was going to be really special for her mom and Bexley," Ray told ABC News. "I have two boys, so I don't get to do that type of stuff you do with a little girl. She's a sweetheart. She's my best friend."

Not only have the six jackbooted bastards in blue had all charges dropped in connection with the death of Freddie Gray in Baltimore, five of the goddamned savages are suing Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby. Ms. Mosby made a huge mistake. Should have retried jackbooted bastard number 1, as well as the remaining jackbooted bastards who were allowed to skate with dropped charges.

"Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby may have dropped criminal charges against the remaining officers in the Freddie Gray trial, but she remains entrenched in a legal battle in civil court.

"Five of the six officers charged for the death of Gray are suing Mosby, as well as Maj. Samuel Cogen of the Baltimore Sheriff's Office, in civil court for a gamut of causes."

These pieces of highly abusive human excrement apparently can't hear the rumble. An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Sixteen weeks, now. Four months. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Sixteen weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Sixteen weeks. Four months. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. Obamacare seems to be in serious difficulty. The Washington Times reports:

"More than two thirds of Obamacare’s health co-op’s have failed, yet Democrats who pushed the experiment during the 2010 health care debate are refusing to cede ground to corporate plans, saying the best Plan B is the “public option” that many of them wanted in the first place."

Interesting, isn't it? This apparently is the fall back position for Democrats. Especially since Obamacare appears to be in dire straits.

"Sixteen of the original 23 co-ops have withdrawn from the Affordable Care Act’s web-based exchanges, mostly recently in Oregon, Connecticut and Illinois, despite $1.7 billion in taxpayer loans to the failed plans."

Again, this is evidence the program is in trouble. Greed is what's driving all this.

"Democrats pushed the co-ops, or Consumer Operated and Oriented Plans, during the Obamacare debate of 2009 as a fallback to attempts to win passage of the public option — a government-run plan to compete with private companies in the new marketplace. Yet many of the co-ops had a hard time competing for market share, and in some cases the nonprofit plans appeared to underprice their products and then drown in medical claims."

What ole Bernie is talking about here is indeed socialized medicine ala Europe, Canada, etc..

"While the public option stops far short of the Medicare-for-all system that Mr. Sanders envisioned, it goes further than what Mrs. Clinton supported earlier in the primary."

"Congressional Republicans, meanwhile, are heading in the opposite direction. They say it is time to scale back the government’s role in health care and recoup whatever money they can on the failed co-ops, underscoring how far apart the parties remain as President Obama hands his signature law over to his successor."

As long as the greedy bastards in the top 1% take it all, the Republicans remain happy, falsely believe all is well. It's not. Far from it. Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution remains catastrophically looming on the horizon.

To its credit, the Democratic Convention on its last night included Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez and family members of the Dallas officers murdered in the massacre. While they were, for the most part, extremely well received, sadly, there were jeers. Fox reports:

"Many in the crowd cheered Valdez, but the jeers were audible, too. (Associated Press) When Valdez asked the crowd to join her in a moment of silence for cops killed in the line of duty, jeers erupted from the crowd."

“Please help me to honor ALL of America's fallen officers with a moment of silence,” as the anti-police group’s namesake slogan echoed through the Wells Fargo Center. Valdez ignored the jeers and introduced family members of fallen police officers, including the mother of Moses Walker, a 19-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department who was gunned down in 2012 hold a moment of silence."

Some indeed in the crowd chanted "Black Lives Matter." Of course, the law enforcement community was not happy. Again, the chant was uncalled for. Yet, there was, and is, a reason for it. Not an excuse. -- The undeniable fact murderous officers are not held legally accountable for their crimes. This is an unresolved problem no one in government or law enforcement seems willing to address.

The jackbooted bastards in blue can't seem to understand Black Lives Matter isn't anti-police. Rather, it's demanding criminal, violent, murderous, thieving officers be held legally accountable. Equal treatment under the law the criminal bastards in blue cannot grasp, cannot understand, apparently will never accept. Family members of the massacred officers were exceptionally poignant:

"Moses didn't live long enough to give all of the gifts he had to give," Wayne Walker told the thousands of delegates. "While we're here, we must do the good we can. Absolutely we have to believe that we're stronger together." Jennifer Loudon, widow of fallen Chicago police officer Thor Soderberg, also addressed the throng and drew cheers when she said police risk their lives to protect citizens. "I know that in light of recent events, some of us have lost faith," she said."

The jeering occurred because the root cause of the problem has not been addressed. Not resolved. Won't be addressed. Neither major political party is willing to figuratively hold the feet of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept, violent, murderous officers to the fire. There is no accountability. Just bullshit lip service that means absolutely nothing. Shit squat. Rings hollow.

"While many in the crowd appeared moved by the presentation, the jeers did not sit well with law enforcement advocates. “The comments that were made at the convention last night speak for themselves and I think any intelligent person is going to recognize them for what they are,” said Rich Roberts, spokesman for the International Union of Police Associations."

Again, this cop simply doesn't get it. Remains hopelessly, achingly clueless. Precisely, why this problem, that is, the unbridled violence perpetrated by police will not end any time soon. One of the most compelling speakers at the convention was Khizr Khan. This man's son, Army Capt. Humayun Khan, was killed in a suicide bombing in Baghdad. Some 12 years ago. Securely kicking ole "Hump The Rump" Trump's national socialist fascist ass, Mr. Khan pointedly asked the son of a bitch:

"Have you ever been to Arlington Cemetery? Go look at the graves of the brave patriots who died defending America -- you will see all faiths, genders and ethnicities. You have sacrificed nothing and no one."

Goddamned right. He hasn't. Remains clueless to the fact there are countless patriotic Muslims buried in Arlington who made the supreme sacrifice for their country. Died for this nation. Consider the following from CNN:

"His speech and reference to the Constitution came just minutes after Trump defended his stance to use waterboarding on terror suspects if he became president."They ask me about it, I say, 'no problem. Trump said during a rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, describing his response to a question about waterboarding and ISIS during a debate."

The Washington Times reported Madam Secretary suffered some taunting during her acceptance speech:

"Hillary Clinton couldn’t deliver her big speech Thursday accepting the Democratic nomination without some encountering resistance from her own party, as she was taunted by signs held up by delegates that challenged her integrity and her policy positions. As she spoke from the podium in Wells Fargo Center, she had to look out at a bright red placard hoisted high on a pole that read: “Keep your promises.” Another sign raised high on a pole said: “Walk the walk.” Several members of the California delegation wearing shirts endorsing her primary rival, Vermont Sen. Bernard Sanders, rearranged their “Hillary” pole banners to spell “Liar.”

Interesting, isn't it? There are many in this country who consider Clinton to be untrustworthy. Sadly, she did nothing to combat this perception during her speech. In fact, quite the opposite. She ignored it. Spoke in generalities:

"America is once again at a moment of reckoning. Powerful forces are threatening to pull us apart. Bonds of trust and respect are fraying.

"And just as with our founders, there are no guarantees. It truly is up to us. We have to decide whether we all will work together so we all can rise together."

This is no more than bullshit. Meaningless, achingly empty rhetoric. When will Mrs. Clinton call for the prosecution of law enforcement officers who murder on the job? When? Instead of being politically correct and placating the vicious murderous jackbooted bastards in blue. Until egregious injustice ends, unrest will continue. It's not just abusive officers. It's the top 1% of the food chain that skate. Are not held accountable. No justice. While the bottom 99 receive kangaroo justice, take it hard up the ass without the Vaseline. Until that changes, there will be no resolution. Unrest will continue unabated.

"And we'll build a path to citizenship for millions of immigrants who are already contributing to our economy!"

How? Will not happen with a Congress run and owned by Republican national socialists. ... Who like Adolf Hitler, oppose immigration, legal or not.

"There's too much inequality. Too little social mobility. Too much paralysis in Washington. Too many threats at home and abroad."

"And most of all, don't believe anyone who says: “I alone can fix it.” Those were actually Donald Trump's words in Cleveland. And they should set off alarm bells for all of us."

Indeed, she's right. Those are the words of a dictator. She then began addressing the distrust issue. Did so, tentatively. Then backed off without truly opening up and addressing her credibility problem:

"Now, sometimes the people at this podium are new to the national stage. As you know, I'm not one of those people. I've been your First Lady. Served 8 years as a Senator from the great State of New York. Then I represented all of you as Secretary of State. But my job titles only tell you what I've done. They don't tell you why. The truth is, through all these years of public service, the “service” part has always come easier to me than the “public” part."

Indeed. Great start. Then got lost in the weeds. Failed to answer her critics. Failed to take on the FBI Director and his skewering of her regarding the email server fiasco, her lies vis a vis this issue, her inept handling of classified material, etc.. Not that anyone truly expected her to do so. Her problem is she has, and continues, to not-so-deftly cover her gluteus maximi when exposed in a lie. This is why her credibility is questioned by so many. She, her handlers, and her sycophants can't seem to understand this. Have no clue.

"I've gone around our country talking to working families. And I've heard from so many of you who feel like the economy just isn't working. Some of you are frustrated – even furious. And you know what??? You're right. It's not yet working the way it should."

What Mrs. Clinton failed to tell you last night is President Obama is already doing this. Or, trying to. Has failed miserably.

"Now Donald Trump says, and this is a quote, “I know more about ISIS than the generals do….” No, Donald, you don't. He thinks that he knows more than our military because he claimed our armed forces are “a disaster.”

She's right about this. Trump is an unmitigated disaster. Has his head so far up his ass his eyeballs are turning inside out. -- Not that Clinton is the solution, however. She's not.

Again, that sounds good, but is it backed by substance? Or, just achingly empty rhetoric. She has not responded publicly to questions regarding her trustworthiness. Has failed to respond to the FBI Director's assessment of her careless handling of classified material, more importantly, has not challenged his assessment that she lied. What the hell does she think Trump will do to her? Not only on the campaign trail, but at the debates?

"And if we're serious about keeping our country safe, we also can't afford to have a President who's in the pocket of the gun lobby. I'm not here to repeal the 2nd Amendment. I'm not here to take away your guns. I just don't want you to be shot by someone who shouldn't have a gun in the first place.

"We should be working with responsible gun owners to pass common-sense reforms and keep guns out of the hands of criminals, terrorists and all others who would do us harm."

Madam Clinton is a liar. She indeed wishes to in effect repeal the Second Amendment by bastardizing it, watering it down. Her idea of "common-sense reforms" amount to one and the same. The NRA certainly understands this. So do the rest of us who truly believe the Second Amendment is the last best defense against corrupt, abusive, inept government. As did the Founders.

Worse, Mrs. Clinton is certainly delusional if she truly believes gun control will "keep guns out of the hands of criminals, terrorists and all others who would do us harm." That's nuts. Criminals and terrorists will always have easy street access to weapons. Always. Guns are ubiquitous. Any attempt to confiscate them would lead to an unwanted dreaded second American revolution.

"For decades, people have said this issue was too hard to solve and the politics were too hot to touch. But I ask you: how can we just stand by and do nothing? You heard, you saw, family members of people killed by gun violence. You heard, you saw, family members of police officers killed in the line of duty because they were outgunned by criminals. I refuse to believe we can't find common ground here."

All the restrictions to date have done nothing to alleviate it. The reason for this is the fact the root problems that cause gun violence have not been addressed in our formerly great country. We've had lots of empathy; we've had lots of sympathy, but we feel that for too long our leaders have viewed politics as the art of the possible. And the challenge now is to practice politics as the art of making what appears to be impossible possible."

What ever happened to that young courageous woman, Mrs. Clinton? Where did you lose yourself, Madam?

"Schechter, her adviser, was surprised and impressed with how Rodham ad-libbed and then seamlessly moved back into her prepared remarks. "She was able to go from one to the other without pausing at all," Schechter said. "I was particularly impressed with the skill, with the articulateness that she demonstrated." And when it was over, others were impressed too. She got a standing ovation, from her classmates at least. "And that was both in support of the speech and in support of her for going up there and taking it on for us," her classmate Acheson recalled."

"The administration was not happy afterwards, or at least some people were not happy," Schechter said, "because they felt it was inappropriate for a student to criticize the commencement speaker."

That was the problem then. That's the problem today, nearly fifty years later. Same old, same old. If you don't question insane authority, abusive authority, clueless authority, nothing ever changes. True then. True today.

"Time, which owns the Life magazine archives, dug up some notes from the photographer and reporter who worked on the story. Rodham said press accounts had been "vastly different from what she actually said," and she was "quite concerned that it be made clear she was not attacking Senator Brooke personally."

"So tonight, O'Reilly addressed the controversy on his show, saying, "that commentary was 100 percent accurate providing context to Mrs. Obama's remarks and explaining how the administration of George Washington conducted itself in the construction of the executive mansion. Is that not important to know? Come on. For doing that I was immediately attacked by smear merchants."

"Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson late Friday relieved two officers of their police powers following a police-involved shooting that left a suspect dead."

"Although the Thursday night shooting of 18-year-old Paul O'Neal of Chicago remains under investigation, departmental policies may have been violated by the officers, said department spokesman Anthony Guglielmi. He added that the department is still reviewing the actions of a third officer involved in the shooting."

At least, the Superintendent seems to be quickly taking action. More as this story develops.

One has to wonder if the standards for acceptance into police academies are sufficiently high. CNN reports:

"An off-duty Indianapolis police officer shot a fellow officer Friday and then fled to Cincinnati, where he was later arrested, according to police. Indianapolis police identified the officer in custody as 42-year-old Adrian Aurs. Both Aurs and the victim worked at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, where Aurs is an 18-year veteran, said Sgt. Kendale Adams."

Don't they do background checks? Carefully vet officers? Do so during their careers? The perpetrator was apparently being investigated for domestic violence:

"Around 8 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a call from Aurs' estranged wife about domestic violence, he said. After the initial visit from officers, a special investigations unit detective was sent to do follow-up work at the scene because it involved the wife of a police officer. The SIU unit investigates criminal complaints or criminal allegations involving police officers and other public safety officials in the city of Indianapolis. While the detective was at the scene at around 10:30 p.m., Aurs "re-emerged and engaged in gunfire," Adams said. One of the bullets struck the detective in the elbow."

Hard to believe this was the first incident calling the officer's fitness for duty in question.

"The detective returned fire, but missed, police said. Aurs then fled in his personal car. His estranged wife and children were inside the apartment when the shooting occurred, but they were not injured."

"Investigators figured out that Aurs was traveling toward Cincinnati and notified police there. Early Saturday morning, Cincinnati police pulled over his vehicle, but Aurs initiated an hour-long stand off before surrendering, police said."

They're going to extradite the bastard, fire him, and prosecute. Hopefully, there'll be follow through. Things need to change. Drastically. Now. The detective is recovering and will thankfully be all right.

Remember the case of Jermaine McBean who was murdered by police in July 2013? It was covered in an earlier edition as well as elsewhere. NBC News reports:

"A Florida judge dismissed a manslaughter charge Wednesday against a sheriff's deputy who shot and killed a man carrying an unloaded air rifle — finding the officer was justified in using deadly force under Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law.

"Prosecutors said they plan to appeal the ruling, arguing that a police officer should not be allowed to invoke "Stand Your Ground" and a jury should decide whether Deputy Peter Peraza committed a crime when he shot Jermaine McBean in July 2013.

"An attorney for McBean's family called the decision "a complete travesty and a miscarriage of justice."

"In his 36-page ruling, Broward County Circuit Judge Michael Usan concluded that McBean was having a "psychotic episode," ignored police commands to drop the air rifle and pointed it at officers who thought it was a real gun. "Usan questioned the credibility of a witness who contradicted police accounts and insisted that McBean did not point the gun at officers, and he dismissed as "largely irrelevant" questions about whether McBean didn't hear police because he was wearing earbuds."

"Among the things Prairie View officer Michael Kelley said this week that he wanted to tell a grand jury: Bland appeared to have marks on her forehead after a confrontation with state trooper Brian Encinia, who pulled her over last July for allegedly failing to signal while changing a lane; Encinia was on the phone with a supervisor after arresting her because he didn't know what charge she should face; and the police report Encinia ultimately submitted left out key details."

"Kelley said he was never contacted by special prosecutors handling the case, and the Waller County district attorney's top assistant said there would be repercussions if he spoke to a Bland family attorney. Prosecutors have strongly denied Kelley's allegations."

CBS News reports the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is cracking down on debt collectors. Here are the five actions third party debt collectors will no longer be able to do if the proposals pass muster with businesses and the public:

Subsequent to writing the above, Trump continues to disparage the Gold Star parents of Army Capt. Humayun Khan who died for his country. Consequently, he's taking quite a beating from both Democrats and Republicans, including Sen. John McCain:

Hillary can't quite seem to come clean. On Fox, she contradicted FBI Director James Comey:

“I was communicating with over 300 people in my emails. They certainly did not believe and had no reason to believe what they were sending was classified,” Mrs. Clinton said on “Fox News Sunday.”

That's beside the point. Comey claims they were classified. Again, Madam Secretary, who's lying?

“I take classification seriously,” she said, repeating that she had made a mistake in using a private email account."

No, you don't, Mrs. Clinton. If you did, you never would have used a private email server. Even the "great unwashed" know that, Madam.

"She also said that “some people” might blame State Department professionals for the mistakes made handling classified information, but she said she refused to second-guess her underlings."

That's more disingenuous bullshit, Madam Secretary. You ran the show. Now, you refuse to take responsibility? Refuse to be held accountable? Will you do the same as President, Madam? The buck stops with you, Mrs. Clinton. You don't know that? That clueless?

“I relied on and had every reason to relied on the judgment of the professionals with whom I worked,” she said. “So in retrospect, maybe some people are saying, ‘Well, among those 300 people they made the wrong call.’ At the time there was no reason in my view to doubt the professionalism and the determination by people who work every single day on behalf of our country.”

That approval rate was indeed, 64% when she left office. Mrs. Clinton conveniently neglected to mention the poll was taken before the Benghazi tragedy and the email server fiasco. That's when the lies came en masse. Clearly, Clinton still doesn't get it. Apparently, believes she's entitled to the Presidency by Divine Right.

"On the issue of two-thirds of Americans having concerns about her trustworthiness, Clinton repeated what she has often said, “I know that I have work to do.”

Mrs. Clinton, wake up. You need to come clean. Take responsibility. Unless you do, you will be as unfit for the Presidency as "Hump The Rump" Trump. For different reasons, however. In Trump's case it's his insanity and lies. In yours, it's the lying and failure to take responsibility, Madam Secretary.

Most galling? Clinton blamed family members of Benghazi victims for not getting it right:

"On the issue of the Benghazi terror strikes, Clinton denied telling family members of people killed in the Sept. 11, 2012, incident on a U.S. outpost in Benghazi, Libya, that the attack was sparked by an anti-Islam video and was not terrorism."

The media said otherwise at the time of the tragedy, Mrs. Clinton. Were they all lying, Madam Secretary? Even more galling? Get this:

"She instead suggested the family members misunderstood her because they were overwhelmed by grief. “I understand the grief and the incredible sense of loss that can motivate that,” Clinton said. “As other members of families who’ve lost loved ones have said, that's not what they heard. "The Washington Post Fact Checker picked apart that statement, ultimately giving it four “Pinocchios,” its worst rating for truthfulness.

“Clinton is cherry-picking statements by Comey to preserve her narrative about the unusual setup of a private email server. This allows her to skate past the more disturbing findings of the FBI investigation,” the Post wrote, noting that she was relying on Comey’s statement to Congress: “We have no basis to conclude she lied to the FBI.”

Again, this is the problem with Mrs. Clinton. She lies, distorts reality, re-writes history when caught prevaricating. -- Not that Trump is any better. Both remain unqualified to be President. Both candidates continue to intentionally dance around the truth. Won't take responsibility for their foibles. Remain unfit for office.

"When asked on "CBS This Morning" about Trump's comments, Gen. Michael Hayden -- a former director of the National Security Agency and the CIA -- said, "Well, it certainly was a fact-free description of what's going on in the Ukraine."

Can you believe the Trump Campaign is asking for support from Republican lawmakers vis a vis his comments regarding the Khan family? Get this. CBS News reports:

"An aide who works for Donald Trump's presidential campaign asked GOP lawmakers on Monday to issue statements in support of the GOP nominee in the controversy over Khizr and Ghazala Khan, but none seem to have honored the request.

"We want to try and get several member statements out today on this, and would really appreciate your help. If your Senator does a statement please send a copy to me so I can catalog them," Rob Wasinger wrote in an email to staffers for Republicans on Capitol Hill."

Takes nerve, doesn't it? Seems GOP bigwigs are doing all they can to avoid the disgraceful son of a bitch.

"The strong rebuke in the White House East Room came after Trump's criticism of the family of a slain Muslim US soldier, along with comments that displayed apparent confusion related to the Russian incursion into Ukraine."

"The Republican nominee is unfit to serve as president. He keeps on proving it. The notion that he would attack a Gold Star family that made such extraordinary sacrifices on behalf of our country, the fact that he doesn't appear to have basic knowledge of critical issues in Europe, the Middle East, in Asia, means that he's woefully unprepared to do this job."

"Speaking alongside Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in the White House East Room, Obama said there are now weekly episodes in which even Republican party leaders distance themselves from Trump. "There has to be a point at which you say, 'Enough,' " Obama said. Obama placed responsibility for Trump's statements squarely on his fellow Republicans, many of whom denounced his statements on the slain soldier's family but didn't withdraw their support. "What does this say about your party that this is your standard-bearer?" Obama asked of GOP leaders. "This isn't a situation where you have an episodic gaffe. This is daily and weekly where they are distancing themselves from statements he's making. There has to be a point at which you say, 'This is not somebody I can support for president of the United States, even if he purports to be a member of my party.' "

He stomped through the city sweating through his white T-shirt, stopping at corners to denounce police. Right next to him was his young daughter, wearing the same camouflage pants as her dad. She also wore the same white T-shirt, scrawled with Tamir Rice's name."

Baltimore law enforcement still can't seem to get their shit together. Their tactics don't seem to have improved at all since the Freddie Gray fiasco. The Washington Post reports:

"Baltimore County Police held a news conference on August 1 about the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Korryn Gaines, a black woman killed by police in Randallstown. Officers were trying to serve warrants at the apartment when they said Gaines pointed a gun at them and threatened to kill them during an hours-long standoff. A five-year-old boy was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. (Baltimore County Police)"

"According to police, no one responded to 10 minutes of door knocking, even though they could hear several people inside. When officers obtained a key to the apartment, they found Gaines sitting on the floor — her 5-year-old son was wrapped in one of her arms. In her other hand was a shotgun.

"Around 3 p.m., after several hours of negotiation, police say Gaines raised the gun at officers and told them that she would kill them if they did not leave. The officers opened fire.

“Perceiving not only her actions, but the words she used, we discharged one round at her, in turn she fired several rounds back at us,” Police Chief Jim Johnson said during a news conference on Monday night. “We fired again at her, striking and killing her. Tragically in this circumstance, the child that was also in the dwelling was struck by a round.”

You got to be kidding. Why didn't they simply, patiently wait them out? Outside. At a distance. This is an egregiously unnecessary killing. Fortunately, the one-year-old hit by a round is likely to recover. Police procedure, tactics, strategy need to be reviewed, drastically changed.

Sadly, a first in history. A Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority officer was arrested for allegedly providing material support to ISIS. The FBI arrested Nicholas Young. Had been on their radar since 2010. Interesting, isn't it? What took them so long?

The President and his henchmen strongly claim an airlifted $400 million in cash on pallets to Iran back in January was not in fact ransom to release four imprisoned Americans. Interesting, isn't it? and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Randy Arias, Owner, Arias Authentic Lawn Service. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
