With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think? Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no? -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Irony of ironies? When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother. Sad, isn't it? Brother dearest. Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts? Fraudulently sign any of them yourself? Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation? Still own the house on Condict Rd.? Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? ... Continuing: As always, when a cop does something heroic, it always leads in this publication. The President has awarded 13 of America's Finest with the Medal of Valor, 5-16-16, -- the highest award a police officer can receive in the United States. Addressing the group and family members, the President remarked:

"It was your courage and quick thinking that gave us our safety," Obama said at the White House. "Although, this particular moment for which you are being honored is remarkable ... we know every day you go out there, you have a tough job."

"Special Agent Tyler Call (Federal Bureau of Investigation) For his heroic actions to save a hostage. Special Agent Call, who was off duty with his family, helped rescue a woman from her ex-husband who had violated a restraining order and held the victim at gunpoint."

Again, this officer is the epitome of what an officer should be. Heroic. Determined. Retained his composure in an extremely stressful situation and used his skills and training to arrest the suspect. Hat's off, Special Agent Tyler Call. Incredible job, exceptionally well done. Exceptional courage. Indeed, best of the best. Especially impressive since domestic violence is one of the most dangerous situations facing law enforcement as well as the fact the Special Agent was off duty and with family.

The remaining officer awarded the Medal of Valor by the President will be presented here as well, his story told in the next edition.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Fourteen weeks, now. Approximately three and a half months. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Fourteen weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Fourteen weeks. Approximately three and a half months. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns? Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch? You and your thugs remain out of uniform. Again, Sheriff, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race? Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

The following is from the most recent Rep. Mike Conaway, 11th District Newsletter:

"Thursday, the House of Representatives passed the Conscience Protection Act, which protects health care providers who chose to decline any involvement in abortion services. Right now, President Obama and his administration have decided that their beliefs stand above the many Americans who are pro-life and against the loss of innocent children. No health care provider should be forced to perform an abortion, and the government should not be allowed to discriminate against those who have a conscience and moral objection to abortion. It is important that we come together to protect the many men and women who provide tremendous healthcare to those in their communities, and simply wish to continue doing so without the government interfering with their beliefs."

The Congressman doesn't seem to understand providing medical care is not a right, but a privilege. Seems healthcare personnel don't seem to understand this either. If you cannot provide a constitutionally protected medical service in good conscience, get the hell out of the business. You're not qualified. Find something else to do.

In follow up to the last edition, seems Philando Castile, apparently murdered by Minnesota's not-so-finest, was subject to the same type of harassment young drivers suffer here in Nazi Llano County. Consider the following from NPR:

"Philando Castile's trouble with traffic stops began when he still had his learner's permit. He was stopped a day before his 19th birthday.

"From there, he descended into a seemingly endless cycle of traffic stops, fines, court appearances, late fees, revocations and reinstatements in various jurisdictions.

"Court records raise big questions: Was Castile targeted by police? Or was he just a careless or unlucky driver?"

This crap goes on all over the country. Police target the young and impoverished. Those least likely to understand the law. Those least able to fight back in the court system. This is done by the jackbooted bastards in blue to line government coffers. Get their cookies off abusing power. While quotas are indeed against the law and egregiously unconstitutional, they exist all across our formerly great country.

"An NPR analysis of those records shows that the 32-year-old cafeteria worker who was shot and killed by a police officer during a traffic stop in a St. Paul, Minn., suburb, was stopped by police 46 times and racked up more than $6,000 in fines. Another curious statistic: Of all of the stops, only six of them were things a police officer would notice from outside a car — things like speeding or having a busted muffler."

Again, this shit goes on all over our formerly great country. Precisely, why there is a desperate need for a total revamp of police tactics used, training, educational requirements, especially the 'police mentality,' etc.. Sadly, the bastards in blue are predators. Remain an exigent threat to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"The records show that Castile spent most of his driving life fighting tickets. Three months after that first stop, for example, his license was suspended and he went into his first spiral: Police stopped him on Jan. 8, 2003. They stopped him on Feb. 3 and on Feb. 12 and Feb. 26 and on March 4."

Once a victim gets snared, they can't get out from under. The jackbooted bastards in blue and their shills in the court system take advantage of those least able to defend themselves against such bullshit. That way, government coffers continue to be stuffed with loot. The American Way. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

"What Mr. Castile symbolizes for a lot of us working in public defense is that driving offenses are typically just crimes of poverty," says Erik Sandvick, a public defender in Ramsey County, which includes St. Paul and its suburbs."

You think? This has to change. If it doesn't? Hear the rumble? -- An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. Yet, despite all the above, Castile was licensed to carry. Passed a background check. This leads further credence to the fact this poor dead, murdered man had been unjustly targeted by the bastards in blue to line government coffers.

On Saturday, July 9, 2016, Baton Rouge Police in full battle dress were clearly out of control. Arrested journalists covering the protest despite the fact the jackbooted bastards knew they were journalists. Apparently, no First Amendment, freedom of the press, in nazi Baton Rouge. One reporter arrested was WWNO's Ryan Kailath covering the protest near police headquarters.

The reporter was charged with simple obstruction of a road. The video he took proves it's a bogus charge. He was never in the roadway. Spent the night in jail. Was released on $250 bail. Big mistake. Should have remained in jail. Overloaded the jail. Demanded a jury trial. Then sued the living shit out of the officers involved, the Department, and the City of Baton Rouge. Done his best to bankrupt the goddamned nazis.

Fresno police finally released the video of their murder of 19-year-old Dylan Noble. It's gruesome. Even Chief Jerry Dyer admits it. The gutless jackbooted bastards executed a sad, sick soul, who apparently wished to commit suicide by cop. The thugs obliged. Again, things have to change. Use of deadly force was uncalled for. They committed murder. Yet, these cowardly pieces of shit will skate.

The President continues to place symbolism over substance. Holds a White House meeting. Conducts a televised town hall. All to improve police-community relations. Not good enough. When, Mr. President, will you insist the murderous jackbooted bastards in blue be arrested, charged, prosecuted, convicted, executed or sentenced to prison for life without parole? For murdering innocent citizens while on duty. When?

U.S. Sen. Tim Scott from South Carolina is the only black Senator. The Washington Post reports the following recent comments from the Senator on the bullshit he's had to put with from out of control police:

“There’s a deep divide between the black community and law enforcement — a trust gap. I do not know many African American men who do not have a very similar story to tell, no matter their profession, no matter their income, no matter their disposition in life.”

Not only true of targeted blacks, however, but members of every other race and ethnic group who have suffered similar abuse at the hands of out of control jackbooted bastards in blue.

“The vast majority of time, I was pulled over for nothing more than driving a new car in the wrong neighborhood, or some reason just as trivial. Imagine the frustration, the irritation, the sense of a loss of dignity that accompanies each of those stops.”

This happens all the time in Nazi Llano County. Happens to all races and ethnic groups. The reason why Blackburn's jackbooted bastards do so is two fold. First, it's how the thugs get their cookies off, -- abusing power. Second, it's done to line County coffers. Guilt or innocence makes no difference. Not in a fascist police-state. Right, Sheriff? TL?

"Another time, Scott said, he was entering one of the Senate’s offices wearing the pin that identified him as a member of Congress. An officer stopped him, demanding his identification.

“I was thinking to myself: Either he thinks I’m committing a crime, impersonating a member of Congress, or what?” Scott said.

"That incident elicited the third call Scott has received from Capitol police to offer an apology for misidentifying him. He was not the first black legislator with a similar story; In 2006, Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) got into a scuffle with an officer who did not recognize her. McKinney’s incident created a brief national firestorm. Scott did not tell his story until Wednesday."

Amazing this shit goes on in the Senate, isn't it? The problem is clearly top-down. The Senator opined:

“While I thank God I have not endured bodily harm, I have, however, felt the pressure applied by the scales of justice when they are slanted. I have felt the anger, the frustration, the sadness and the humiliation that comes with the feeling that you are being targeted for being nothing more than yourself.”

The exact same thought crosses the mind of every innocent person of any race who happens to be f--ked over by a jackbooted thug. Again, it's the 'police mentality' that needs to be changed. Not only that, until criminal officers are fully prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced, nothing will change. Sadly, the unsustainable status quo will continue.

The insanity never ends. Sadly, the police remain clueless. CBS News reports:

"A sheriff's deputy in Tennessee has been suspended without pay over a Facebook post regarding a Black Lives Matter protest that led to the shutdown of Interstate 40. Shelby County sheriff's spokesman Earle Farrell told The Commercial Appeal the sheriff's office found out about the post Wednesday and took "immediate action."

"Farrell confirmed the suspension to The Associated Press on Thursday and said the deputy's name is Jeremy McNary.

"The Facebook page had been taken down late Wednesday, apparently after the deputy posted that law enforcement officers should use hoses on protesters."

Surprised the jackbooted bastard did not call for the use of police attack dogs.

As reported in the last edition, three national socialist Republican Senators introduced The Back the Blue Act. Texas Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz opined:

“The sacrifice and bravery of law enforcement officers in the face of danger are part of the basic fabric that keeps our society together. This bill better protects our nation’s finest by providing stronger tools for the prosecution of those who would harm law enforcement. We must stand in solidarity with our police officers, firefighters, first responders, and federal officers who selflessly run into harm’s way to protect our families and our communities. This should not be a partisan issue. This should be an issue that brings us together, united as Americans. I’m proud to stand with the men and women of American law enforcement and urge all of my Senate colleagues to do the same.”

Two unprosecuted war criminals.

Still, it's not our problem. It's not a problem that can be solved militarily. Sadly, it does originate with the U.S., Europe, UN authorized theft of Palestinian territory in 1948 by Holocaust survivors. "Hump The Rump" chose Indiana Gov. Mike Pence to be his running mate. Has certainly placated many mainstream Republican national socialists who desperately want an Evangelical on the ticket. In follow up to the Dallas Massacre, seems police were not accurate regarding the explosives issue vis a vis the sniper. Fox reports:

"The gunman who killed five Dallas police officers did not have a large stockpile of bomb-making materials at his suburban home, two officials said Friday, contradicting earlier claims that Micah Johnson possessed enough explosives to stage a larger attack."

Amazing how the truth gets at least conveniently temporarily lost when police are desperate to cover their violent asses. Their use of C4 to kill the sniper was, and is, highly questionable. Indefensible, despite their best efforts and those of their equally fascist shills to defend the use of a deadly military tactic against a civilian.

Doesn't matter if innocent civilians could have been killed or if in fact the target happened to be innocent. Just that someone got nailed. Sweet revenge since five of their comrades were murdered and seven others wounded. In this case, the bomb victim was guilty. Also, no one innocent got killed in the blast. Next time this insanity occurs, the jackbooted bastards may not be so lucky.

Militarization of police has become a horrendous problem. "Us against them" philosophy. Have become increasingly trigger happy. "Shoot first, ask questions later." Precisely, why so many innocent people are being murdered by the bastards in blue on the job. This has to change. Yet, there remains no willingness to do so. Either in the law enforcement community, or by their government handlers.

“I don’t want to feel this way,” Ms. James said into the camera. “I’m dealing with a bit of guilt because I don’t feel sad for the officers that lost their lives, and I know that that’s not really my heart. I value human life, and I want to feel sad for them, but I can’t help but [feel] like the shooter was a martyr. And I know it’s not the right way to feel, because nobody deserves to lose their lives and I know that those police officers had families and people who loved them and that they didn’t deserve to die.”

“But I’m so torn up in my heart about seeing these men, these black men, being gunned down in our community that I can’t help,” she continued, sobbing. “I wasn’t surprised by what the shooter did to those cops, and I think a lot of us feel the same way.”

“I know that it’s not right, and I definitely don’t condone violence, but I’m sick of this,” she said. “I’m sick of this, and something has to be done, period.”

Indeed it does. There is no willingness, however, to change anything. Other than continue to make excuses for murderous jackbooted bastards in blue who continue to do so with impunity. While no one gives a crap about those murdered by law enforcement. We only hear excuses made for the inexcusable.

It is one thing to criticize out of control law enforcement who fail to be accountable for egregious crimes committed while on duty. Especially, murder. When any officer or officers walk into a restaurant or any other place of business, however, they deserve to be treated like everyone else. Equally. Sadly, there are occasions when they're not. That's not acceptable. In fact, it's outrageous. Shortsighted. Appalling. Consider the following from The Washington Times:

"Employees of a Shelby, North Carolina, eatery are being questioned after law enforcement officials said they were taunted and served tainted food while dining in uniform at the restaurant over the weekend."

If true, these employees need to be immediately fired. Had anybody else been deliberately served tainted food, the very same employees would have been prosecuted. You can't deliberately put diners at risk.

"The incident happened Sunday afternoon when two Cleveland County Sheriff’s deputies took their lunch break at a local Zaxby’s, an Atlanta-based chicken franchise, and first came to light in a Facebook post by the wife of one of the deputies.

“As they walked up to place their orders, the boys in the back cooking the food started yelling at them and calling them names,” the wife recalled in post that has since been deleted."

Again, this is outrageous. Appalling. If they didn't wish to serve the officers, they simply could have walked off the job, suffered the consequences.

"The two deputies ignored a barrage of insults from the kitchen while they waited for their food, the woman added.

“Then, as they sat down to eat their food, my husband realized [they] had put the hottest sauce possible on [his] wings — to the point where his food wasn’t even fit to eat,” she continued."

One has to commend the officers. They kept their cool. Remained professional under outrageously unjust conditions.

"Cleveland County Capt. Joel Shores told the local CBS News affiliate that his deputies face taunting every day, but he was still surprised to learn of the alleged incident."

Taunting for the sake of taunting is stupid. Non-productive. Will only make officers edgier and more trigger happy than they already are. While there is no excuse for treatment such as the above, it occurs for a reason. The public is tired of being abused, shaken down, falsely accused, in some cases, all too many cases unjustly beaten and/or killed.

That does not justify retaliation. Expose the abuse, shakedowns, and needless violence to the light of day by posting video. Sue the living shit out of all offenders. Do all you can to bankrupt the system. Clog the jails by refusing to be bailed out. Demand a jury trial. Report all police malfeasance to media.

Don't engage in violence. Otherwise, you're just like them. Expose the jackbooted bastards in blue to the light of day. Don't, however, treat them like shit when they sit down to eat in a restaurant. It's counterproductive. Forget? Makes them edgier and more trigger happy than they already are. Besides, they might be great officers. Not part of the problem, but the solution.

Yet, another example of counterproductive aggressive stupidity? At yet another restaurant? Get this. Fox News reports:

"Lucky's Teriyaki is apologizing and is offering free meals to law enforcement officers after word spread that the restaurant in Washington state didn't want law enforcement to dine there."

"Seattle's KCPQ-TV reports the owner's son apologized, and law enforcement members will get free meals Monday at the restaurant in Sedro-Wooley, about 70 miles north of Seattle."

"Skagit County Sheriff Will Reichardt says on Facebook four deputies finished lunch at Lucky's Teriyaki on Thursday and were told not to eat there anymore, that customers didn't like law enforcement. The sheriff says his chief deputy later called the owner and confirmed the request and was told to spread the word among law enforcement agencies."

Again, this is appalling. The officers had done nothing to deserve such treatment. They only wished to sit down and eat.

Of what? What could they have possibly been thinking? The restaurant figuratively shot itself in the ass.

Yet another egregious example of boorish behavior by the public in a restaurant where police regularly come to eat? This time the police had the last laugh, however. Get this. Truly magnificent. CBS News reports:

"Four Pennsylvania police officers handled an uncomfortable situation without any confrontation, CBS Pittsburgh station KDKA-TV reports."

"It was Friday night at an Eat'n Park restaurant in Homestead, just outside Pittsburgh.

"Four police officers were sitting down at a table for dinner. Employees said the officers are regulars at the restaurant.

"I heard talk, and I happened to glance over, and there was a couple that was coming into the restaurant, and they decided that they didn't want to sit with us, and they made it very adamant," said Homestead Police Sgt. John Kaschauer.

"They looked over, and they said, 'We don't want to sit here,'" said Louann Davis, a waitress. "You could tell that they were looking at the police, and so they moved them to another section."

Again, what could these people possibly been thinking? They apparently didn't know these cops. Just because they're wearing a uniform you don't want to eat next to them? The cops then made an exceptionally generous gesture that must have truly rattled the cage of the clueless couple. All four officers decided to pick up the check for them:

"Showing that just because you don't like somebody doesn't mean you can't be kind to them," Kaschauer said."

Indeed, quite right. Works both ways. Especially, in a situation where all parties don't know each other and there is no past history between the parties.

"They sent the check to the table with a message reading, "Sir, your check was paid for by the police officers that you didn't want to sit next to. Thank you for your support." They left a $10 tip, too.

"They want to make it known that in our community they are here to be our friends and take care of us and not our enemies that are out to get you," Davis said."

Magnificent, gentlemen. Job well done. You not only had a positive effect in the restaurant under appalling conditions, you positively touched all who read about this encounter.

To say nothing as what best and most effective to do about criminals overloading the jails and prisons. We need to do better. Far better. Learn to creatively think out of the box. The American Civil Liberties Union has finally gotten off its ass. Filed suit against the jackbooted bastards in blue who recently egregiously abused protesters in Baton Rouge and abrogated their constitutional right to protest. Did so in full battle dress.

Subsequent to writing the above, there are reports one to three gunmen have murdered three Baton Rouge officers, early Sunday, 7-17-16. An unknown number of other officers wounded. At time of writing, information is scant.

This is horrendous. What could these people have been thinking? This is a mistake. Only makes law enforcement edgier and more trigger happy than they already are. Protest peacefully. Upload video of violent police behavior online. Report it to media. Sue the living shit out of all offending officers and their handlers in government. Remove elected officials who support egregious violence by law enforcement at the ballot box. Don't engage in violence. Sue.

A few hours after the above was written information still remains scant. Police say only one shooter was involved. Have not identified the shooter or provided any further details. Three Baton Rouge officers, sadly, were murdered. Three others wounded. The shooter is reportedly dead.

The President made a public statement hours after the shooting. Urged temper in rhetoric. Why Mr. President? Why? While you strongly condemn the murder of officers, you remain gutlessly silent regarding the murder of two innocent men in Louisiana and Minnesota who were unjustly murdered by the jackbooted bastards in blue recently.

Your failure to call for immediate arrest, charges filed, and prosecution of cops who murder on the job is appalling. Gutless. What could you possibly be thinking? Unrest in the streets continues to increase. Why do you think that's happening, Mr. President? Have no clue this is driven by police not held accountable for murder after murder of innocent citizens? You don't get that, sir?

Glossing over the atrocities committed by police is no way to resolve the issue. In fact, sir, it exacerbates the problem. Yet, we hear nothing from you or state officials anywhere calling for murderous officers to be held accountable. Until that changes, expect unrest to sadly continue. This is not going away until police are held to the same standard as the rest of us. With rare exception, they're not. Have never been. This has to change.

In follow-up to the above, police have identified the shooter as Gavin Long. Long was a highly-decorated Marine Corps veteran. The three officers murdered are Baton Rouge Police Department Officer Montrell Jackson, Baton Rouge Police Department Officer Matthew Gerald, and Baton Rouge Sheriff's Deputy Brad Garafola. Three other officers were wounded, one of them in critical condition. Hopefully, he will survive.

Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards declared in response: “It’s unjustified; it’s unjustifiable. The violence, the hatred just has to stop.”

Indeed, it's appalling, the needless loss of life. Again, it's a mistake. A critical mistake. Will lead police to be edgier and far more trigger-happy than they already are. The Governor, however, has it ass backwards regarding his assumption the violence is about hatred. Currently, it's not. Could be in the near future, however, if murderous jackbooted bastards in blue are not held accountable for murdering on the job.

While indeed violence against the police is never justified, the fact murderous officers are granted carte blanche to murder is the reason, again not an excuse for the recent murders of police. The leadership in our formerly great country does not seem to understand this exceptionally salient point. Instead, it ignores it. Precisely, why the unrest and unjustified violence, both sides, will likely, sadly, continue.

Shortly before his murder, slain Baton Rouge Police Department Officer Montrell Jackson posted the following on Facebook:

"I swear to God I love this city but I wonder if this city loves me. I've experienced so much in my short life and these last 3 days have tested me to the core. These are trying times. Please don't let hate infect your heart."

This fine officer is black himself, and one of Baton Rouge's Finest. This country needs far more officers like this one. His loss is indeed catastrophic.

The President in response to the murder of these three officers remarked: "attacks on police are an attack on all of us."

No, Mr. President, they're not. They're attacks directed at the law enforcement community because government handlers of police agencies have refused to hold murderous officers legally accountable for murdering innocent citizens. You're still making excuses for murderous officers, sir, not holding them criminally responsible for their crimes.

This has been the problem, and continues to be the problem for decades now, in our formerly great country. There is no accountability. Virtually, none. The President still doesn't seem to understand this. Neither do national socialists in the Republican Party. Democrats remain too cowardly gutless to make the very same point. Fear leads progressives to remain politically correct, that is, to support the murderous bastards in blue who continue to murder on the job with virtual impunity. This has to change. The President further remarked:

"Nothing justifies violence against law enforcement. Our hearts go out to the families who are grieving, this has happened far too often."

Indeed, you're right, Mr. President. It has. Yet, no one to date addresses the crux of the problem: the jackbooted bastards in blue continue to murder on the job with virtual impunity. You have done absolutely nothing to impose justice on police who murder on the job. Nothing at all. Nada. The President further remarked:

"We don't need inflammatory rhetoric. We don't need careless accusations thrown around to score political points or to advance an agenda. We need to temper our words and open our hearts... all of us."

"Inflammatory rhetoric?" -- You mean the truth, Mr. President? You don't want to hear the truth, sir? Won't, under any circumstances, be confused by the truth, Mr. President? Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil, Mr. Obama? Sweep it under the rug, Mr. President? As you and your henchmen as well as Republican national socialists insist on doing?

"Temper our words?" You mean ignore atrocities, including murder, perpetrated by the jackbooted bastards in blue, sir? While you hypocritically call for the prosecution of those who murder police? A double standard you're clearly advocating, Mr. President?

"Open our hearts... all of us?" -- You mean, sir, as the jackbooted bastards in blue did who recently wantonly, gutlessly murdered two innocent black men in Louisiana and Minnesota, sir? Is that what you're talking about, Mr. President? ... Or, do you remain too hopelessly clueless to know what the hell you're pontificating about?

Clearly, the President has forgotten where he came from, what he had to put up with. That's what happens when you live in a gilded cage such as the White House. You conveniently, callously forget the atrocious bullshit the bottom 99% endure at the hands at the jackbooted bastards in blue. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

Reinforcing the fact there is indeed virtually no justice for criminal officers, CNN reports:

"Baltimore police Lt. Brian Rice was found not guilty of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office in connection with Freddie Gray's arrest and death, Judge Barry Williams ruled in a bench trial Monday.

"Rice was the highest-ranking police officer charged in the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray, who suffered a broken neck in a police transport van on April 12, 2015."

Again, this remains additional proof positive criminal officers are granted carte blanche. This is the reason why this officer and others nearly always choose to have a 'judge' decide their fate. Forget? Most 'judges' remain in the pocket of law enforcement. This national socialist bastard on the court, certainly no exception. Where is your outrage, Mr. President? Your deafening silence is most telling, sir. Will, indeed, become part of your legacy, Mr. President.

Where is your outrage at the brutality inflicted on protesters recently in Baton Rouge, Mr. President? CBS reports:

"A Louisiana man who was arrested Saturday night during a demonstration outside the Baton Rouge Police Department headquarters says he was severely beaten by police officers, reports CBS affiliate WAFB."

"At a news conference Thursday afternoon, 24-year-old Javier Dunn and his attorney, James Williams, said Dunn was injured while being arrested on charges of obstructing a highway and resisting an officer. Dunn was taking part in a protest over the death of Alton Sterling, who was shot and killed by Baton Rouge police on July 5."

Sadly, this was but one instance of out of control violence perpetrated by police that night. All in an effort to abrogate the First Amendment right of peaceful protest. It was the jackbooted bastards in blue who were violent.

"I was scared for my life. The police officers pushed me out of the crowd using their shields. They threw me down to the ground. I was held by two officers on my back," Dunn said. "One officer stomping on my face, stomping my face into the pavement and another officer kneeling down to throw three punches to my face."

This is par for the course when officers go on a violent rampage. This is nothing new. Has been going on for decades. The jackbooted bastards in blue inflicted a fractured orbital socket on the protester. Again, obviously, the out of control thugs were aiming for the head.

"Video of the alleged beating, which took place around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, was captured by Tracy Fountain. She said she did not capture what led up to the arrest but said Dunn did not resist officers.

"It took a few seconds to kind of comprehend mentally what was really going on and that's when eventually I began to record it," Fountain added. "I did not by far record the worst part of what BRPD did to Mr. Dunn."

Again, there is nothing unusual about this. Has been a problem for many years. Remember the beatings inflicted by Chicago's bastards in blue at the Democratic Convention back in 1968? The police had a field day. Conducted, that is, perpetrated a riot themselves.

"Williams said Dunn was not in the street at the time of his arrest, however that did not stop officers from arresting him in what he calls an overly aggressive manner. He said they have not yet determined if they will sue the police department.

"If it requires filing a lawsuit, we're going to file a lawsuit. If it requires seeking adverse action, employment action against the police officers then we're going to do that," Williams said. "We're going to do everything we can, everything available to us under the law."

You need to file a lawsuit. It's the only way to redress this ongoing problem. Do all you can to bankrupt all those involved. Expose the bastards to the light of day. A little sunlight goes a remarkably long way. The President certainly will do nothing to hold these fascist jackbooted bastards criminally accountable. Neither will the United States Attorney General. To say nothing of the national socialists who run and own the fascist police-state government of Louisiana.

The exchange between Texas Lt.Gov. Dan Patrick and the President during the recent town hall was edited and condensed by ABC. Due to this, it's not clear if the following question and answer are accurate and reflect what happened:

"They know you support law enforcement, of course, but do they really in their heart feel like you're doing everything you can to protect their lives?"

"I have been unequivocal at condemning any rhetoric directed at police officers. I appreciate the sentiment. I think it's already been expressed. I'll be happy to send it to you in case you missed it."

This is one sick, embarrassing piece of shit. Where is his concern for all those innocent murdered by the jackbooted bastards in blue on the job? Where? Equally to the point, is the President truly "condemning any rhetoric directed at police officers?" ... Or, is the transcript inaccurate? If the President is in fact condemning all rhetoric and criticism directed at police, he is respectfully reminded the First Amendment guaranties free speech.

He is also respectfully reminded such criticism will continue and increase as government continues to ignore egregious abuse and murders committed by the jackbooted bastards in blue on the job. Papering over this egregious, atrocious, appalling injustice will not make it go away, Mr. President. Quite the opposite. The people are tired of the double standard. Especially, those who have been egregiously and repeatedly f--ked over by the jackbooted bastards in blue, sir.

Sadly, jackbooted prosecutors in our formerly great country assume their jurisdiction extends across the universe. It does not. The Statesman reports:

"A federal appeals court Thursday said prosecutors cannot force U.S. companies like Microsoft to turn over customer emails and other data stored on servers overseas--a ruling the government suggested could hamper national security investigations."

That's goddamned bullshit. Prosecutors, of all people, know what the Fourth Amendment requires and guarantees. They also know when they do an end run around a constitutional guaranty, get caught doing so, the shit hits the fan.

"The three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously overturned a lower court's contempt finding against Microsoft for not handing over a customer's emails stored in Ireland."

Good. That's exactly what it should have done. Protected privacy. Recognized there are indeed limits on prosecutorial jurisdiction. This government needs to wake up. It keeps placing bogus "national 'security'" concerns above its sworn duty to protect and defend the United States Constitution including the Bill of Rights. The recent failed military coup in Turkey remains proof positive instability remains a problem in a country that still remains a close ally of ours. What is disturbing is the fact that despite having a democratically elected government, that very same government appears to be turning into a dictatorship. More so, after the failed coup attempt. Exponential increase in repression. Also, does not appear to be fully living up to its obligations to the United States and other NATO allies. Seems to be allowing Islamic fighters to pass through to ISIS in Syria and Iraq.

CBS is reporting a fired police officer has been arrested and charged with felony murder and other charges for the recent killing of a black motorist:

"Fulton County jail records show James R. Burns was arrested Saturday on charges including felony murder in the June 22 shooting of Devaris Caine Rogers.

"Burns told investigators he shot a car that was "trying to run me over and kill me."

"But a police internal affairs investigation found that evidence contradicted Burns' version of what happened. It showed that Burns shot into a vehicle not knowing whether 22-year-old Rogers was the person he'd been called to investigate at a northeast Atlanta apartment complex."

This case needs to be very closely watched. This is yet another chance for the law enforcement community, prosecutors, and the courts to do the right thing. Ensure police are indeed held to the same standard as the public.

The Statesman recently published an expose on sexual assault perpetrated by physicians. Most of these bastards are older male doctors who consider themselves gods. They're not. No more than glorified technicians. Younger doctors are not as likely to view themselves as such. Female doctors seem to be much better, far more caring physicians, far less likely to abuse the people they care for. Don't have the ego problem the men have.

If you experience anything untoward, leave the doctor's office immediately. Report it to law enforcement as well as to the Texas Medical Board. If you live in another state, again, complain to police and contact the medical board in your state. The problem in Texas is that the Board coddles corrupt, abusive, inept doctors. Does so, allegedly, because of the cost of educating a physician. Appalling. Pitiful. Galling.

Contact a lawyer. Sue the living shit out of the bastard. At the very least, it will go down on and become part of the bastard's professional history. Sadly, these criminal quacks are not only f--king those they 'care' for with poor to no healthcare, looting the shit financially out of them, but also sexually assaulting those most vulnerable.

It's time to not only imprison these pieces of shit, but to permanently remove their licenses to practice medicine. Anywhere in this country. Should they wish to practice overseas, the history of these quacks needs to be immediately, easily available to foreign agencies responsible for regulating the medical profession.

Above all, readers, never forget you are the one ultimately in charge of your care. Not the doctor or other healthcare professional. They're no more than technicians. While it is usually wise to follow their advice, question anything that seems untoward, unnecessary, or highly questionable. A good healthcare professional welcomes questions, concerns. The quack does not. Also, as adults, you have the absolute right to refuse any or all care should you so choose.

At the memorial service for the fallen officers in Dallas, the President of the United States remarked:

"As a society, we choose to underinvest in decent schools. We allow poverty to fester so that entire neighborhoods offer no prospect for gainful employment. We refuse to fund drug treatment and mental health programs. We flood communities with so many guns that it is easier for a teenager to buy a Glock than get his hands on a computer or even a book, and then we tell the police, 'You're a social worker, you're the parent, you're the teacher, you're the drug counselor.'"

The President was doing just fine until he got to the part on guns. There, his true colors came out. Not only that, he demonstrated he does not know what he's talking about. PolitiFact Texas took on the issue. Did so magnificently in quite a long article. Bottom line? Consider the following:

"No doubt, in some low-income, high-crime neighborhoods, teens can easily acquire a gun. But buying a gun isn't likely to be cheaper than buying--or borrowing--a book and most teens can evidently already access computers.

You think? The President conveniently and cowardly engages in the same old gun control bullshit after every mass killing. Despite the fact it doesn't wash. Is no solution. Seems the President is acting more out of fear than rational thought. This man is highly intelligent, well-educated. Knows precisely why the Second Amendment was included in the Bill of Rights.

Political conventions are a bore. Both parties. The GOP convention seems to be exceptionally poorly run this time. Couldn't stay on schedule the first night. Couldn't believe the hyperbole, outright lies, deception, distortion of reality that occurred speaker after speaker. The saddest moment came when Mrs. Trump's speech sounded remarkably familiar.

Seems her speech writers deliberately plagiarized a speech Mrs. Obama gave before the Democratic Convention 8 years ago. A small portion of Mrs. Trump's speech was near word for word verbatim. While a number of news outlets offered proof positive, at time of writing the Trump people refuse to acknowledge this egregious faux pas. The speech was well delivered. It's hard to believe Mrs. Trump was aware of the plagiarism. Her speech writers need to be held accountable. More on this as things develop.

"According to the FBI, ISIS is present in all 50 states. Think about it for a moment. Terrorists from ISIS are in every one of our 50 states."

That simply is not true. Comey never said that. What he did say was his agents:

"have investigations of people in various states of radicalizing in all 50 states."

There's a big difference. The Senator is clearly a liar. Multiple speakers criticized "Pilloried Hillary" for a supposed stand down order vis a vis Benghazi. That order is bogus. Consider the following from NPR that originated from The Washington Post:

"The Washington Post pulled the key passage from the House Intelligence Committee's 2014 report: "The evidence....provides no support for the allegation that there was any stand-down order. Rather, there were mere tactical disagreements about the speech with which the team should depart prior to securing additional security assets."

"You know Donald Trump will secure our borders. His opponent has had her chance to do that, and she has failed. Hillary Clinton is for open borders.

That last sentence is simply untrue. She's not. Never has been. In fact, she's declared the direct opposite. NPR reports:

"PolitiFact took a look at other immigration proposals Clinton has supported or opposed and rates Giuliani's claim as false."

Subsequent to writing the above regarding Mrs. Trump, a staff speechwriter for the Trump campaign took responsibility for the plagiarism in Mrs. Trump's speech before the Convention. The Washington Times reports:

"A speechwriter for the Trump campaign took the blame Wednesday for including remarks in Melania Trump’s speech that sounded almost identical to those delivered by first lady Michelle Obama. Meredith McIver said she offered to resign over the gaffe Tuesday, but Donald Trump — the GOP’s presidential nominee — refused to accept it, saying it was an “innocent mistake.” “I apologize for the confusion and hysteria my mistake has caused,” Ms. McIver said. She said the problem began when Mrs. Trump read passages from Mrs. Obama’s 2008 speech over the phone, and Ms. McIver wrote them down and later included them in the speech she was writing. Mrs. Trump “has always liked” the first lady, Ms. McIver said. “I did not check Mrs. Obama’s speeches. This was my mistake and I feel terrible for the chaos I have caused Melania and the Trumps, as well as to Mrs. Obama. No harm was meant,” Ms. McIver said. Just hours earlier, the Trump campaign had insisted the words were Mrs. Trump’s own."

Interesting, isn't it? Clearly, Mrs. Trump knew what she was doing. Fascinating as well the Trump Campaign wouldn't own up to the faux pas until its back was up against the wall. Wouldn't, couldn't accept the speechwriter's resignation since Mrs. Trump was equally responsible. How could both women not expect they would be caught? While I did not immediately remember where I had heard the plagiarized material before, it was clear it was not original.

Since each edition of this publication is posted the day before publication date, the Trump acceptance speech will be covered in next week's edition. Along, of course, with the upcoming "Pilloried Hillary" Democratic Convention. The most interesting portion of the third night of the GOP Convention was the fact "Screws Loose" Cruz failed to endorse "Hump The Rump" Trump.

Got booed off the stage when at the end of his speech he urged the assembled masses and those viewing to vote their conscience in the fall. While this national socialist, egregiously fascist, sad excuse for a United States Senator is continually, ferociously excoriated in this publication, have to give him credit, however, for sticking it to the Trumpster. Be glad when the conventions are over, however. What a bore.

The Trump Campaign read the Cruz speech hours before it was delivered. Knew what was coming. Precisely, why Trump himself came out when Cruz was winding up, -- to the roar of the crowd. ... A tactic used all the time in professional wrestling. Readers are reminded ole "Hump The Rump" indeed has been a featured celebrity guest in WWE matches.

Complicating matters for nazi Texas Republicans, The Texas Voter ID law was just placed on hold by the appeals court. No more footdragging. "After a man attacked several law enforcement officers in Baton Rouge, La., on Sunday, killing three of them, Baton Rouge Chief of Police Carl Dabadie said the attack demonstrated the need for so-called "militarized tactics" by local police forces."

It's increased militarization of police and their continued murder of innocent citizens that's causing the unrest. Not the other way around. It's the fact that police refuse to be held accountable for these murders that drives the issue. It's the fact the bastards in blue who murder on the job are not arrested, charged, prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to execution or life in prison without possibility of parole that's driving all the unrest.

Big Data seems to think it can head off murderous behavior by the bastards in blue. It can't. Officers will be falsely labeled as unfit simply because they think out of the box. That's a problem. The only solution is to hold them legally accountable. There is no appetite to do so. The President simply does not get it. Consider the following open letter he sent police:

Every day, you confront danger so it does not find our families, carry burdens so they do not fall to us, and courageously meet test after test to keep us safe. Like Dallas officer Lorne Ahrens, who bought dinner for a homeless man the night before he died, you perform good deeds beyond the call of duty and out of the spotlight. Time and again, you make the split-second decisions that could mean life or death for you and many others in harm’s way. You endure the tense minutes and long hours over lifetimes of service.

Every day, you accept this responsibility and you see your colleagues do their difficult, dangerous jobs with equal valor. I want you to know that the American people see it, too. We recognize it, we respect it, we appreciate it, and we depend on you. And just as your tight-knit law enforcement family feels the recent losses to your core, our Nation grieves alongside you. Any attack on police is an unjustified attack on all of us.

I’ve spent a lot of time with law enforcement over the past couple of weeks. I know that you take each of these tragedies personally, and that each is as devastating as a loss in the family. Sunday’s shooting in Baton Rouge was no different. Together, we mourn Montrell Jackson, Matthew Gerald, and Brad Garafola. Each was a husband. Each was a father. Each was a proud member of his community. And each fallen officer is one too many. Last week, I met with the families of the Dallas officers who were killed, and I called the families of those who were killed in the line of duty yesterday in Baton Rouge. I let them know how deeply we ache for the loss of their loved ones.

Some are trying to use this moment to divide police and the communities you serve. I reject those efforts, for they do not reflect the reality of our Nation. Officer Jackson knew this too, when just days ago he asked us to keep hatred from our hearts. Instead, he offered—to protestors and fellow police officers alike—a hug to anyone who saw him on the street. He offered himself as a fellow worshipper to anyone who sought to pray. Today, we offer our comfort and our prayers to his family, to the Geralds and the Garafolas, and to the tight-knit Baton Rouge law enforcement community.

As you continue to serve us in this tumultuous hour, we again recognize that we can no longer ask you to solve issues we refuse to address as a society. We should give you the resources you need to do your job, including our full-throated support. We must give you the tools you need to build and strengthen the bonds of trust with those you serve, and our best efforts to address the underlying challenges that contribute to crime and unrest.

As you continue to defend us with quiet dignity, we proclaim loudly our appreciation for the acts of service you perform as part of your daily routine. When you see civilians at risk, you don’t see them as strangers. You see them as your own family, and you lay your life on the line for them. You put others’ safety before your own, and you remind us that loving our country means loving one another. Even when some protest you, you protect them. What is more professional than that? What is more patriotic? What is a prouder example of our most basic freedoms—to speech, to assembly, to life, and to liberty? And at the end of the day, you have a right to go home to your family, just like anybody else.

Robert Kennedy, once our Nation’s highest-ranking law enforcement official, lamented in the wake of unjust violence a country in which we look at our neighbors as people “with whom we share a city, but not a community.” This is a time for us to reaffirm that what makes us special is that we are not only a country, but also a community. That is true whether you are black or white, whether you are rich or poor, whether you are a police officer or someone they protect and serve.

With that understanding—an understanding of the goodness and decency I have seen of our Nation not only in the past few weeks, but throughout my life—we will get through this difficult time together.

We will do it with the love and empathy of public servants like those we have lost in recent days. We will do it with the resilience of cities like Dallas that quickly came together to restore order and deepen unity and understanding. We will do it with the grace of loved ones who even in their grief have spoken out against vengeance toward police. We will do it with the good will of activists like those I have sat with in recent days, who have pledged to work together to reduce violence even as they voice their disappointments and fears.

As we bind up our wounds, we must come together to ensure that those who try to divide us do not succeed. We are at our best when we recognize our common humanity, set an example for our children of trust and responsibility, and honor the sacrifices of our bravest by coming together to be better.

No mention of the atrocities by the jackbooted bastards in blue. No call for police to police their own. Precisely, why the carnage will continue unabated. We remain clueless in this country. Why not the same strident language used to condemn the two recent murders of black men in Louisiana and Minnesota by the jackbooted bastards in blue, Mr. President? Why haven't you called for the arrest of the three murderous bastards in blue for these murders, Mr. President?

Where's the President's outrage at the fact to date no one has been held accountable in the death of Baltimore's Freddie Gray? Four of the six jackbooted bastards in blue responsible have not been convicted all this time since his needless, cowardly death at the hands of the jackbooted bastards in blue. The first trial resulted in a hung jury. The three others were acquitted.

The remaining two may not even be tried. Instead, legal analysts are calling for the disbarment of the prosecutor and others. Nazi justice in Nazi America. All ass backwards. after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Tammie Bennett, Realtor Associate, Sotheby's Realty. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
