With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? You're not stable. Have not been. ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no? How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Irony of ironies? When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother. Sad, isn't it? Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation? Still own the house on Condict Rd.? Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where. Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? ... Continuing: As always, when a cop does something heroic, it always leads in this publication. The President has awarded 13 of America's Finest with the Medal of Valor, 5-16-16, -- the highest award a police officer can receive in the United States. Addressing the group and family members, the President remarked:

"It was your courage and quick thinking that gave us our safety," Obama said at the White House. "Although, this particular moment for which you are being honored is remarkable ... we know every day you go out there, you have a tough job."

"Officer Niel Johnson (North Miami Police Department, FL) For swift and valorous action to end a violent crime spree. Officer Johnson pursued a man who had shot a Miami police officer and two other innocent bystanders, withstanding fire from an assault weapon, and apprehended the assailant."

Again, this officer is the epitome of what an officer should be. Heroic. Determined. Retained his composure in an extremely stressful situation and used his skills and training to arrest the suspect. Hat's off, Officer Johnson. Incredible job, exceptionally well done. Exceptional courage. Indeed, best of the best.

The remaining 2 officers awarded Medals of Valor by the President will be presented here as well, their stories told in the coming weeks.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Thirteen weeks, now. Over three months. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Thirteen weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers. Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Thirteen weeks. Over three months. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids? If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

In follow up to the last edition, have you seen the video of Baton Rouge, La. police killing Alton Sterling, 37, a black man? Sterling is pinned down on the ground by the two jackbooted bastards, who then open fire pumping round after round into him. It's so horrendous local authorities have chosen not to investigate. The Justice Department will take over the case.

At time of writing, details remain scant. The video seems to be documentation of a murder perpetrated by police. Hopefully, it is not. The first officer is identified as Blane Salamoni, four years with the department. The second is Howie Lake II, three years with the force. This looks like murder since the victim was on the ground, both officers over him. There is a second video that's supposedly far more graphic than the one just described. Haven't seen it yet, however.

Protesters need to remain non-violent. Doing otherwise, grants carte blanche for these out of control jackbooted sons of bitches to continue to wantonly kill. That is, murder. The solution is to remove responsible politicians from office at the ballot box. Also, sue the living shit out of everyone involved. Do all you can to bankrupt as many as possible.

"The 15-year-old son of Alton Sterling, a black man who was shot and killed during a confrontation with white police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, wept uncontrollably this morning as his mother spoke to reporters about the slaying.

"He [her son Cameron Sterling] had to watch this, as this was put all over the outlets," Quinyetta McMillan said. "As a mother, I have now been forced to raise a son who is going to remember what happened to his father."

The man was selling CDs in the parking lot of a convenience store with permission. For years. The fix is apparently already in the works. CBS reports:

"District Attorney Hillar Moore said Lake and Salamoni may have acted within their rights.

"This is potentially a state authorized killing," Moore said. "It gives law enforcement officers the authority and mandates them to kill when in defense of themselves or others."

This is goddamned unadulterated bullshit. Fully indicative there is no longer any justice in our formerly great country. None. If you remain silent, the bastards will get away with the murder of this man. As they nearly always do. Hear the rumble? ... Think it couldn't be you? It's happening all over the country. We have highly questionable killings right here in Llano County. Wake up.

"Abdullah Muflahi, the owner of the convenience store where Alton Sterling was shot to death, is suing the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and its police department. According to the suit, Muflahi accuses authorities of illegally taking him into custody and confiscating his entire security system without a warrant."

How about that? The American Way, isn't it? The jackbooted bastards do as they please. In an affidavit filed for a search warrant, Baton Rouge police claim the officers saw a weapon. ABC reports the store owner, who was present during the killing, claims that's not true:

"He said that at one point Sterling was asking "What did I do wrong" but said he did not see him reach for anything.

"And after they got off of him his hand was not in his pocket and the gun was not in his hand."

Seems investigators will base their decision on whether deadly use of force was justified on what officers supposedly believed at the time. This is chilling. Grants the jackbooted bastards in blue carte blanche to murder on the job. Convoluted bullshit and distortion of reality that advances the unwanted dreaded doomsday revolution clock ever closer to midnight. Clearly, the jackbooted bastards in blue remain clueless. Backed up by GOP national socialists who legislate their outrageously perverse religious and ideological views on the bench.

In follow up to the last edition, have you seen the video taken by Diamond Reynolds after police wantonly killed her boyfriend, Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minn.?

Reynolds narrates the shooting throughout much of the video -- alerting her followers and the viewing public to what was happening.
She's calm and composed at first; a striking juxtaposition to the officers outside the vehicle.

Outside Castile's car, Reynolds begins to cry and lose her composure. She's wails. Police can also be heard in the background.
The camera keeps pointing up at the sky, before it goes black while the voices continue.

Reynolds eventually gets the phone again and begins filming from the back seat of the police car with her little girl.
She seems calm again, alerting viewers to her location and asking someone to come pick her up.

In fiery remarks to reporters during an impromptu Thursday news conference outside the governor's residence, Reynolds lambasted the St. Anthony police, saying they separated her from her daughter, didn't tell her until 3 a.m. that Castile was dead and didn't take her home until 5 a.m.
"They took me to jail. They didn't feed us. They didn't give us water," she said. "They put me in a room and separated me from my child. They treated me like a prisoner."

She and Castile had just left the grocery store when they were pulled over. She cast doubt on the alleged reason for the traffic stop.

"The police officer stopped us for a busted taillight that wasn't busted," Reynolds said.

She said the officer then asked for Castile's identification and as he reached into his back pocket, the officer opened fire.

"They took an innocent man from us. He didn't do anything," she said. "He did exactly as the police asked."

She said the officer should "not be home with his family" and she would like to see him jailed. She further expressed disgust that while officers placed her in the back of the police cruiser, other police were consoling the officer who shot Castile, telling him he'd be OK.

This is but a small portion of what happened after the killing of Philando Castile by police in Falcon Heights, Minn.. Protest needs to continue, but must be peaceful. Otherwise, you grant the corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards carte blanche to murder on the job with impunity. Sue the living shit out of all involved. Do all you can to bankrupt the bastards involved. Remove the politicians who have authority over these jackbooted sons of bitches at the ballot box. Would you believe the lawyer for the jackbooted bastard is already making excuses for his client?

The massacre of police in Dallas was, and is, horrendous. The following was included in a special edition posted 7-8-16:

All went well in last night's protest in Dallas until the very end. Police were behaving magnificently. So was the crowd. The protest, totally non-violent. Police even took selfies with protesters. Then, the unthinkable happened. Shots rang out. At time of writing, 12 officers shot. Tragically, five died. Seven officers wounded. Two civilians, wounded.

Apparently, there was at least one sniper. Although police earlier reported two. Shooting from elevated positions. Triangulating. Some of the officers were shot in the back. Although two civilians got shot, the shooter or shooters were apparently carefully trying to avoid civilian casualties.

At time of writing, police state the sniper was killed when police claim negotiations were going nowhere and law enforcement felt threatened. Sent in a robot with a bomb. The sniper was killed by the device. Police also state they have three others in custody. Other than that, very little is known. Police remain tight-lipped.

Judgment must be reserved until all facts are known and made public. Will certainly take time. A few things are clear at the moment, however. First, instead of cordoning off the garage the sniper was holed up in and waiting him out, police killed him with a robot-delivered bomb. This is quite an escalation of the use of military tactics by law enforcement.

Not clear why they didn't patiently wait. Could have drawn back as they usually do and make sure he had no way of escaping. Moreover, the problem with this type of escalation of tactics is the fact police became judge, jury, and executioner. Instead of doing things as they have done earlier in other similar situations.

There is absolutely no justification for such an attack on police, however. These officers had nothing to do with other atrocities perpetrated by fellow officers across our formerly great country. We do need police. Can't live without them. They do need to conduct themselves professionally however, that is, non-abusively and within the parameters of the United States Constitution.

Too many of them are not doing so. Yet, targeting all of them is an egregiously stupid mistake. All the killer or killers did last night was further alienate whatever is left of good law enforcement in our formerly great country. The aim of all criticism directed against corrupt, abusive, inept officers should be to seek change. Justice.

Precisely, why whenever an officer does something heroic and/or highly beneficial to the community it always leads in this publication. Always. Yet, police show no willingness to change the status quo. That's unacceptable, aggressively stupid, in no one's best interest, particularly theirs.

Hard to believe the dopey bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County have failed to date to rein in our jackbooted Sheriff and his thugs. Force him to release the names of the officers who pulled the trigger in the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise back in April. There is no transparency. No accountability. The Sheriff and his jackbooted bastards remain answerable to no one.

The break down in law enforcement all across our formerly great country is dangerous. Could very well lead to an unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon. There is wake up call after wake up call that continues to be ignored at all levels of government. -- Last night, being yet another example. Such attacks are no more than low-grade insurrection. Sadly, a portend of what is likely to come.

Yet, there is no willingness to change an unacceptable status quo. Nowhere across the country. Even the President goes out of his way to support police when such massacres occur against them. Yet, his use of language when innocent citizens are murdered by criminal officers is nowhere near as strident. This has to change. -- Despite the fact the President endures unbelievable unjustified criticism both from the law enforcement community and their bought and paid for national socialist shills in the Republican Party.

No excuse for what happened in Dallas. None at all. As bad and abusive as the law enforcement community has become, what happened in Dallas worsens police-community relations. Remains counter productive. Could make law enforcement edgier and far more trigger happy than it already is. Worse? Needlessly discourages good cops, -- we desperately need.

The President continues to take undeserved criticism from both law enforcement and GOP national socialists, -- who have never found an abusive law enforcement tactic they couldn't mindlessly support. The President is so influenced by both he saves his most strident criticism for those who kill cops, not the criminal jackbooted thugs who murder innocent civilians:

Why don't you use the very same language when an innocent citizen is murdered by a goddamned jackbooted bastard in blue, Mr. President? You ordered the Flag lowered to half staff. Why didn't you do the very same for the men murdered by police in Minnesota and Louisiana? The murder of innocent civilians by jackbooted law enforcement thugs is a far greater problem in our formerly great country than the reverse.

Wake up, Mr. President. You callously pay lip service to egregious police brutality, murders perpetrated by law enforcement, and all the shakedowns perpetrated by police, -- both legal and illegal. You remain part of the problem, Mr. President. You, and your goddamned truly worthless 'Justice' Department refuse to hold these outrageously abusive, murderous, jackbooted bastards criminally responsible for their crimes.

When was the last time an on-duty officer who committed murder was executed for his crime? When, Mr. President? When? The bastards are protected, coddled, honored for this behavior. Considered heroes by their bought and paid for shills in the Republican Party. Democrats pay lip service with achingly empty rhetoric.

There is no confidence in this government any longer, Mr. President. With damned good reason. The bottom 99% are afforded kangaroo justice. The bastards and bitches in the top 1% skate. Not held accountable for their crimes. Latest examples? "Pilloried Hillary." "Hump The Rump" Trump. Neither prosecuted for their crimes. Neither held accountable. No personal responsibility. No justice.

During a massacre there usually are examples of great courage, uncommon valor. At least one during this catastrophe involved Shetamia Taylor, 37, who had attended the protest with her four sons. According to an initial report, when gunfire raked the area, she got in front of all four to shield them. Three of them took off running for cover.

Ms. Taylor jumped on top of her 15-year-old, shoved him between two cars, took a bullet to her leg somewhere along the way. Apparently, from a ricochet. -- While sick with worry about the other three. She will recover from the wound. All four sons are unharmed.

Subsequent to writing the above, it became clear the story was far more complicated than that. A follow up report on NPR indicated Dallas Police heroically protected her and her children during the attack. During an interview with her by NPR it was clear she, as most of us, support the good police do while condemning the bad. Clearly, we cannot live without police.

Remember the tweet from the Dallas Police Department seeking public help to find an individual they falsely claimed to be a suspect? The guy lawfully carrying a rifle? The identity of this man is Mark Hughes. When he got a call about the tweet he immediately turned himself into a cop. Law enforcement has a long, long way to go. When Hughes was released he immediately spoke to KTVT:

"I just got out of the interrogation room for about 30 minutes with police officers lying, saying that they had video of me shooting, which is a lie, saying that they have witnesses saying that I shot a gun, which is a lie, so I mean, at the end of the day, the system was trying to get me."

Indeed. The criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement couldn't care less whether or not they arrest the guilty, only that they nail someone. Anyone. This is a problem all over our formerly great country. How is it constitutional for a jackbooted thug to lie to the public, but a criminal offense to lie to one of the jackbooted bastards? Courts have rubber stamped this goddamned double standard. Hughes' brother, Cory Hughes, stated:

"I just looked at my Facebook inbox - I got death threats. You know, Twitter, people are telling me they want to kill us because somebody that was irresponsible put my brother's image out there, and we were here just for a peaceful protest."

Amazing, isn't it? Clearly, jackbooted bastards in law enforcement care more about nailing someone, anyone, than they are with the danger they put totally innocent people in. Mark Hughes stated he received no apology upon release. Would not be content with an apology. You need to sue the living shit out of the bastards, Mr. Hughes. Do all you can to bankrupt every son of a bitch involved. Short of an unwanted dreaded revolution, this is the only way to hold these criminal bastards in blue accountable for their crimes.

The man killed with the bomb by police is Micah Xavier Johnson, 25. Think carefully about this readers. Appears Johnson was indeed the sole perpetrator. What if he wasn't guilty? What if he was innocent? The wrong man? What if there were others in his vicinity totally innocent that could have been killed as well by the blast? What would the jackbooted bastards say to the family of the victims they murdered? "Sorry?" "Sorry" doesn't make it. Only a criminal prosecution of the bastards in blue involved. Held to the very same standard the public is held to.

The jackbooted bastards used a military tactic to kill the son of a bitch. A bomb. C4. Who the hell supplied these jackbooted bastards with the military explosive, Mr. President? Who? Why is the federal government supplying these bastards with military equipment, Mr. President? Why? Are these jackbooted bastards at war with their fellow citizens, Mr. President?

Is this why you and fellow Democrats remain so goddamned determined to shit on the Second Amendment, sir? ... They chose to be judge, jury, and executioner after cornering the sniper. Should have had patience. Waited him out as police used to do. If he came out firing, police could have certainly easily killed him, pumping round after round into his lifeless body until they were absolutely sure he was dead. Cowardice at its worst. Abject gutlessness. Certainly, a tactic available should he have come out firing. How the hell could a lone gunman threaten an enormous armada of heavily-armed, military-supplied police surrounding him? How? The excuses made by the Chief, the Mayor, and others ring achingly hollow.

Yet, where is public protest? Wake up, readers. Too afraid to peacefully challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority? What if the bastard was innocent, a family member of yours? What if innocent others were killed, including one of your family members, the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement were not even aware of in the vicinity of the bomb? Think that couldn't have happened? Won't happen in the future if the goddamned jackbooted bastards in blue continue to use C4? Wake up.

Again, "sorry" just doesn't make it. Collateral damage is bullshit. Egregiously unacceptable use of force by the jackbooted bastards in blue on their fellow citizens. Regarding the use of a bomb to kill the sniper, Dallas Police Chief David Brown still fails to get it:

Too goddamned gutless to cordon off the area and out wait the perpetrator? This isn't a war zone you jackbooted bastard. It's a city with problems that haven't been addressed.

You're right. Police are indeed called upon to deal with societal problems not created by law enforcement. That must change. Still no excuse to use a military tactic in a city neighborhood. You continue to perpetrate such shit, eventually you'll murder an innocent 'suspect.' Murder innocent civilians you didn't even know were there. This is the problem with jackbooted bastards in law enforcement becoming judge, jury, and executioner. You don't know that Chief? That uninformed? Or, is it the aggressively stupid, achingly self-serving 'police mentality'?

It's also achingly aggressively stupid to bait protesters into joining the Dallas Police Department, Chief. Why would they wish to become a part of the problem? A problem the bastards in blue have absolutely no intention of solving. Worse, it's beside the point. Why would they want to join the force when there is absolutely no willingness to hold murderous officers accountable for their crimes? Don't have to remind you, Chief, officers who murder on the job are seldom prosecuted. Hardly ever convicted when prosecuted. When was the last time a cop who murdered on the job was executed, sir? The aggressive stupidity is certainly spreading. Regarding the use of bombing a 'suspect' CBS reports:

"Fifty-four-year veteran police chief Dan Montgomery says it's not a bad thing. He calls the Dallas deployment against Johnson "genius," and compares its use to a high-tech version of sniper fire.

"If you've got a robot that has C4 explosives, someone's got to detonate that, so it's the same as pulling a trigger," he said."

The hell it is. This clueless sad sack of shit doesn't get it. Ignores unintended consequences that could amount to the murder of an innocent 'suspect,' and other innocent civilians that could be victimized by the blast. Instead, this clueless, Aryan arrogant piece of shit remains impressed with himself and military tactics now used by the jackbooted goons in blue. This man is a fool. Has no business being a cop. Remains achingly unfit for duty.

Clearly, this piece of crap has no problem with police being judge, jury, and executioner. As stated above, police now believe Johnson was the sole gunman. Three others were held for hours and subjected to the same abuse or worse that was afforded Mr. Hughes. If in fact true, all four people should sue the living shit out of the Dallas Police Department, the City of Dallas, and the jackbooted thugs responsible for abusing and lying to them. Things must change.

Otherwise, what appears to be minor insurrection could turn into a full-fledged unwanted dreaded second American revolution. No one says it better than Marq Claxton. Mr. Claxton is a former New York City police detective and currently director of the Black Law Enforcement Alliance. Speaking to the CBS Evening News, Claxton eloquently opined:

"We failed to really learn lessons from history. It's not just about these individual two cases now, it's about the history, a pattern of cases that have happened over the last several decades.

"We can no longer operate under this militarized, quota-driven, heavy-handed enforcement model.

"It's time to reform policing and incorporate some really serious public safety, public service, community-based models.

"There are thousands of police officers across this country who are desperately hoping for comprehensive reform."

Indeed. There have to be. Can't believe every goddamned one of them is a jackbooted thug. Can't possibly be. Courageous officers still on the job, as well as others retired like Mr. Claxton, need to step up. Force change. How can good cops remain cowardly silent? Embrace an outrageously corrupt, abusive, gutless, miserably-failed Blue Wall?

As stated repeatedly in this publication, it's time for creation of a new federal agency that would only investigate, prosecute, and try criminal officers in a court dedicated only to prosecution of law enforcement offenders. Investigators, prosecutors, and judges would have to be very carefully vetted. To ensure they are not already in the pocket of law enforcement.

"Last night’s horrific execution-style shootings of 12 Dallas law enforcement officers – five of whom were killed and seven wounded - is an attack on our country. It is a coordinated, premeditated assault on the men and women who keep us safe."

It wasn’t long before locals started showing up with snacks and bottled water to support the men, they said."

They then moved on to the Splendora Police Department. Don't these idiots and their equally hopelessly ignorant shills understand innocent people are being murdered by the jackbooted bastards in blue? That clueless? Ill-informed? ... Or, is it simply they don't give a f--k? ... Or, is it they enjoy grandstanding, making goddamned fools of themselves.

Galling insult to injury, former President George "The Tush" Bush spoke at the Dallas Police Memorial :

"At times, it seems like the forces pulling us apart are stronger than the forces binding us together. Argument turns too easily into animosity. Disagreement escalates too quickly into dehumanization. Too often we judge other groups by their worst examples, while judging ourselves by our best intentions."

Certainly, sounds like that might accurately describe you. Especially, after thousands of our best and brightest needlessly died after your invasion of Iraq. In follow up to the last edition, FBI Director James Comey claimed "Pilloried Hillary" was not placed under oath when she was interviewed by FBI jackbooted goons. Interesting, isn't it? No end to the fodder. The Washington Times reports:

Comey testified in front of a House committee that "Pilloried Hillary" wasn't “sophisticated enough” to know she was jeopardizing national security by sending and receiving classified information on a private email server. Therefore, he stated she should not have been prosecuted. Is that right?

Again, since when is ignorance of the law or the consequences of breaking the law ever an excuse for the peasants on the bottom of the food chain? The peasants take it hard in the ass without the Vaseline. Not so, the people in positions of high authority. They skate as did "Pilloried Hillary." As has "Hump The Rump" Trump for years wheeling and dealing. F--king his victims vis a vis the now defunct Trump University and other equally highly questionable schemes.

Under sharp questioning by committee members, Comey admitted Mrs. Clinton repeatedly lied in public assertions she made since it was revealed she indeed used a private email server. This is heavily damaging to Madam Secretary and certainly adds additional evidence she is unqualified to be President of the United States. Comey eviscerated all of Clinton's excuses and lies since the fiasco initiated. All of them. Did so methodically under pointed questioning before Congress.

Consider the following exchange between South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy and FBI Director James Comey:

Gowdy: Good morning, Director Comey. Secretary Clinton said she never sent or received any classified information over her private e-mail, was that true?

Gowdy: OK. Well, I'm looking for a shorter answer so you and I are not here quite as long. Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her e-mails sent or received. Was that true?

Comey: That's not true. There were a small number of portion markings on I think three of the documents.

Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said "I did not e-mail any classified information to anyone on my e-mail there was no classified material." That is true?

Comey: She used multiple devices during the four years of her term as Secretary of State.

Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said all work related emails were returned to the State Department. Was that true?

Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said neither she or anyone else deleted work related emails from her personal account.

Comey: That's a harder one to answer. We found traces of work related emails in — on devices or in space. Whether they were deleted or when a server was changed out something happened to them, there's no doubt that the work related emails that were removed electronically from the email system.

Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said her lawyers read every one of the emails and were overly inclusive. Did her lawyers read the email content individually?

Gowdy: Well, in the interest of time and because I have a plane to catch tomorrow afternoon, I'm not going to go through any more of the false statements but I am going to ask you to put on your old hat. Faults exculpatory statements are used for what?

Comey: Well, either for a substantive prosecution or evidence of intent in a criminal prosecution.

Gowdy: Consciousness of guilt and intent? In your old job you would prove intent as you referenced by showing the jury evidence of a complex scheme that was designed for the very purpose of concealing the public record and you would be arguing in addition to concealment the destruction that you and i just talked about or certainly the failure to preserve.

You would argue all of that under the heading of content. You would also — intent. You would also be arguing the pervasiveness of the scheme when it started, when it ended and the number of emails whether

Two days ago, Director, you said a reasonable person in her position should have known a private email was no place to send and receive classified information. You're right. An average person does know not to do that.

This is no average person. This is a former First Lady, a former United States senator, and a former Secretary of State that the president now contends is the most competent, qualified person to be president since Jefferson. He didn't say that in '08 but says it now.

She affirmatively rejected efforts to give her a state.gov account, kept the private emails for almost two years and only turned them over to Congress because we found out she had a private email account.

So you have a rogue email system set up before she took the oath of office, thousands of what we now know to be classified emails, some of which were classified at the time. One of her more frequent email comrades was hacked and you don't know whether or not she was.

And this scheme took place over a long period of time and resulted in the destruction of public records and yet you say there is insufficient evidence of intent. You say she was extremely careless, but not intentionally so.

You and I both know intent is really difficult to prove. Very rarely do defendants announce 'On this date I intend to break this criminal code section. Just to put everyone on notice, I am going to break the law on this date.'

It never happens that way. You have to do it with circumstantial evidence or if you're Congress and you realize how difficult it is prove, specific intent, you will form lathe a statute that allows for gross negligence.

My time is out but this is really important. You mentioned there's no precedent for criminal prosecution. My fear is there still isn't. There's nothing to keep a future Secretary of State or President from this exact same email scheme or their staff.

And my real fear is this, what the chairman touched upon, this double track justice system that is rightly or wrongly perceived in this country. That if you are a private in the Army and email yourself classified information you will be kicked out. But if you are Hillary Clinton, and you seek a promotion to Commander in Chief, you will not be. So what I hope you can do today is help the average person, the reasonable person you made reference to, the reasonable person understand why she appears to be treated differently than the rest of us would be. With that I would yield back.

In follow up, an editorial published 7-12-16 by The Statesman reported this is just the beginning of additional efforts by GOP nazis to harass women seeking an abortion and their providers with additional unnecessary punitive restrictions to make an abortion as difficult as possible to obtain. -- A goddamned constitutional right these nazi bastards are deliberately abrogating.

should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this

libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Drew Colvin, Mike Bacon, Partners, Texas Ranch Brokers. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
