With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Brother dearest. ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro? A little antsy? Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are? How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died? Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year? Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it. Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her? -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life? She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised. Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned. Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Think all that information isn't accessible? That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU? That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability? Is that why you wound up looting the old man? Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible? Think this will end any time soon? That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch? ... Continuing: As always, when a cop does something heroic, it always leads in this publication. The President has awarded 13 of America's Finest with the Medal of Valor, 5-16-16, -- the highest award a police officer can receive in the United States. Addressing the group and family members, the President remarked:

"It was your courage and quick thinking that gave us our safety," Obama said at the White House. "Although, this particular moment for which you are being honored is remarkable ... we know every day you go out there, you have a tough job."

"Officer Gregory Stevens (Garland Police Department, TX) For demonstrating extraordinary courage to save lives. Officer Stevens exchanged gunfire at close range and subdued two heavily-armed assailants preventing a mass shooting."

Again, this officer is the epitome of what an officer should be. Heroic. Determined. Retained his composure in an extremely stressful situation and used his skills and training to subdue two heavily-armed criminals intent on perpetrating a massacre. Hat's off, Officer Stevens. Incredible job, exceptionally well done. Exceptional courage.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Twelve weeks, now. Three months. A goddamned disgrace. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Twelve weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened and how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one. Including taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated. Twelve weeks. Three months. Still no identification of the officers involved ... Can't get your stories straight? In line? Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff. The public no longer buys the bullshit. No longer trusts you. On this and many, many other issues. You have no credibility. Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so. There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us. They can't be. They've lied too many times. Refuse to be accountable to anyone. We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity. That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar. There was no justice there. None here. None anywhere. Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs? Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit. This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards. Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated? This has to change. ... Can't have that, can we? Sheriff? TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for. Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit. Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web. Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff? TL? "Sonny Boy?" Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are. We're just getting started, Sheriff. Just getting started. You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids? If you've noting to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing. 'Personnel matters?' Bullshit. Looted taxpayers have the right to know. Hopefully, an independent will run against you in November. If not, the public gets what it deserves. Corrupt, abusive, inept prosecutors and their equally bought and paid for shills in the judiciary refuse to hold murderous, violent cops legally accountable. This remains an outrageous problem across our formerly great country. So much so, private citizens are uploading video of egregious police brutality, deliberate abrogation of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

While it is indeed lawful and constitutionally protected to video law enforcement, police do all they can to prevent themselves from being held legally accountable for their criminal behavior. Block camera view to prevent video recording of their criminal activity. Order those with cameras and/or cell phones much further back than other citizen spectators witnessing this very same abusive criminal behavior.

Have gone as far as to falsely arrest and charge some videographers with felony interference. Bullshit charges like this are seldom prosecuted. Extremely difficult to prove. Doesn't stop the jackbooted bastards in blue from trying, however. Since an increasing number of private citizens across the country are holding these criminal bastards accountable by recording their blatant criminal activity, police claim to feel increasingly 'threatened.'

By what? The truth? There is nothing better than video. Witness accounts are not enough. A video doesn't lie. Doesn't forget. Doesn't distort reality. The recording needs to start as early as possible so the criminal bastards in blue can't falsely claim their excessively violent behavior is justified since the viewer did not see what happened prior to onset of recording.

Then again, if a video starts with officers beating the living shit out of someone handcuffed, shackled, on the ground, face down, doesn't really matter. Forget? The jackbooted thugs in uniform don't get to be judge, jury, and executioner. These pieces of shit are using excessive force. While it's indeed legal and constitutional to curse at law enforcement goons abusing the shit out of someone, it's not smart.

Could get one ferociously beaten and/or murdered by the jackbooted bastards in blue. Forget? That criminal behavior perpetrated by law enforcement will likely be rubber stamped by prosecutors and their bought and paid for 'judges.' At the very least, these criminal goons in uniform can conveniently arrest and charge a protester on a most conveniently used bogus charge, -- disorderly conduct. ... A charge that allows these bastards to side-step the Constitution and its guaranty of protected speech. Bought and paid for 'judges,' again all too frequently, rubber stamp the criminal activity of these jackbooted sons of bitches in blue.

Antonio Buehler is an Austin activist who started a police-watch group called Peaceful Streets. This activist himself was arrested in 2012 when he started recording with his cell phone APD's 'finest' abusing a citizen stopped for DWI. Buehler was falsely charged with a felony and was not prosecuted. Stood tall, however. Started patrolling the streets with his group equipped with professional grade video equipment.

Police continue to do all they can to prevent him and his group from recording officer criminal activity. Certainly, this guy and his group figuratively take no prisoners. Much to the chagrin of the jackbooted bastards in blue. This heroic activist shows no fear of these abusive, murderous pieces of shit. In regard to a recent incident involving video recording conducted by Buehler, The Statesman reported:

"Minutes later, shift supervisor Sgt. Thomas Hugonnett was confronted by Buehler, who says [Officer] Jewell deliberately stuck his crotch in his face while he was kneeling down to shoot video.

"I know you're a pig (expletive) who can't control your people," Buehler shouted. "I know you're a pig (expletive) who doesn't respect civil rights."

"In an interview with the Statesman, Buehler said he has no intention of creating a danger. He said he gets angry only when police officers are violating his right to record them.

"How are we antagonistic by filming?," he said. "We are only antagonistic by filming the police if the police have something to hide. We have every legal right to be down there filming."

He's right. They do. Every constitutional right. When the police block his view to hide their crimes, they violate his constitutional right to film them. In addition, they violate APD policy. These bastards in blue need to be vigorously prosecuted. Booted from the profession permanently. They're not.

It's egregiously inappropriate, however, to call an officer a "pig." Needlessly, insults a highly-intelligent, highly-trainable farm animal that remains an exceptionally valued member of the food chain.

In follow-up to an earlier edition, ex-APD Officer Geoffrey Freeman and the City of Austin have been sued by the mother of David Joseph who had been killed by the jackbooted thug on 2-8-16. Ketty Sully, Joseph's mother, was outraged the grand jury refused to indict the fired officer. Indeed, a cowardly jackbooted bastard who murdered the naked, weaponless kid who was apparently having a psychotic breakdown. Pumped two rounds into him. Would you believe this cowardly piece of shit wants his job back? Why? To murder yet another defenseless kid?

The Senate continues to play politics despite over 800 cases of Zika in the continental United States. Democrats blocked a Republican $1.1 billion bill to fight the disease, 6-28-16. Seems GOP national socialists added outrageously unacceptable non-related riders to deny new funds for Planned Parenthood in Puerto Rico. The haughty fascists also wished to please their corporate masters by easing pesticide spraying regulations.

Fortunately, the bastards couldn't get the 60 votes necessary to egregiously f--k women out of desperately needed healthcare in Puerto Rico. Worse? To subject the entire public to the increased risk to health from chemical pesticides. Does the party of the top 1% care anything for the bottom 99? Anything at all?

The Supreme Court wisely refused to review a Washington State challenge to pharmacists being rightfully forced to sell emergency contraceptives to women. Seems 'religious' druggists have moral objections. Tough shit. Being a pharmacist is not a right, but a privilege. Can't follow the law due to religious objections? Get the hell out of the profession. You're egregiously unqualified.

"Where a hospital is located and who owns it make a big difference in how many of its doctors take meals, consulting and promotional payments from pharmaceutical and medical device companies, a ProPublica analysis shows.

Why is it legal for any healthcare provider to accept a gratuity? -- A gratuity that is no more than a thinly disguised bribe? They do this because they can. You'll spend your last penny to secure an extra moment of life. The bastards know this. Take advantage. The government does nothing to prevent this because their pockets are also being lined. Former President Clinton has a problem. Thinks he can do as he pleases with no ramifications. No consequences. Precisely, why he was impeached years ago. Although not convicted and removed from office, he certainly was one hell of an embarrassment to his wife, daughter, and the American public. Doesn't seem to have learned anything, however.

What could he possibly have been thinking inviting himself into the plane of U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch recently in Arizona? His wife, "Pilloried Hillary," is being investigated by the FBI. What could the Attorney General been thinking herself? Didn't think she could deny a former President a "social call?" What a crock.

Had the Attorney General been thinking straight, she should have simply had the former President informed by staff any meeting under any circumstances during a criminal investigation of his wife would have been highly improper. Just the appearance alone. Did not. Why not?

"The Arizona reporter who broke the story that U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch was going to meet privately with former President Bill Clinton said FBI agents demanded nearby witnesses to put away cameras and cellphones."

If this is indeed true, why? Furthermore, how could this possibly have been an impromptu meeting? How? Both the former President and the Attorney General have security staff. Nothing happens anywhere without preparation and communication. None of the explanations given so far by the Attorney General ring true.

Even if any discussion was limited to small talk as claimed, think the Attorney General felt no pressure? No undue influence? Forget? This is a former President whose wife, a presidential candidate, is under investigation by the 'Justice' Department and the FBI.

"Attorney General Loretta Lynch said she "fully expects" to endorse the recommendations of career prosecutors and FBI agents investigating the security of Hillary Clinton's email server, but stopped short of recusing herself from the politically charged case."

Which is exactly what the Attorney General should have done, that is recuse herself, after the story broke. This fiasco continues to reek. To high heaven. Justice? What's that? To their credit, reaction from both major political parties was swift and negative. Not good enough. Not by a long shot. The question to be asked of both Democrats and Republicans is simple. What are you going to do about it? Nothing?

It's amazing how Republican national socialists continue to shamelessly shit on the LGBT community. CBS reports:

"A federal judge has blocked a Mississippi law that would let merchants and government employees cite religious beliefs in denying or delaying services to same-sex couples."

Should this law go into effect, it would do no more than legalize discrimination against the LGBT community. Is egregiously unconstitutional regardless since the Supreme Court legalized same sex marriage approximately a year ago. This law certainly intentionally and deliberately abrogates equal treatment and due process.

Subsequent to writing the above, Elie Wiesel died 7-2-16. Mr. Wiesel was a survivor of Buchenwald and Auschwitz. Won a Nobel Peace Prize. Migrated to the United States in 1956 and became a U.S. citizen some seven years later. Was enormously influential promulgating the U.S. Holocaust Museum in Washington. President Obama paid the following tribute to this truly great man:

Interestingly, Israeli journalists have been highly critical of Israeli officials. Yet, have not been considered to be anti-Semitic. On NPR, one of them was recently asked why Mr. Wiesel never criticized the Israeli leadership for its atrocious treatment of Palestinians. He (Wiesel) answered he did not live in Israel, therefore, would not do so. Mr. Wiesel did not live in Rwanda and yet wisely, courageously condemned the carnage that occurred there.

Many, if not most, of the Israeli public also do not think treatment of Palestinians by the Israeli leadership to be morally acceptable and in the best interests of the State of Israel. No matter your political persuasion or the fact you may strongly disagree with her, Elizabeth Warren is clearly an example of unbridled courage. A woman who has certainly found herself and her purpose in life. NPR reports:

"Nonetheless, despite evidence that the procedure is only rarely necessary, and in some cases leads to serious pain and injuries to the mother, it is still being performed at much higher than recommended rates by certain doctors and in certain hospitals."

This has been an issue in the profession for quite some time now. What makes it outrageous is when a woman does not consent and the butcher performs one anyway:

"In one recent case, Kimberly Turbin, a 29-year-old dental assistant who lives in Stockton, Calif., is suing her former obstetrician for assault and battery after he performed an episiotomy on her in 2013. A video of the birth, with Turbin begging the doctor not to cut her, has been viewed more than 420,000 times.

"After the episiotomy, Turbin says, "I had major, major, major, major pain."

This, an example of a 'physician' who apparently considers himself or herself a god. They're not. No more than a technician. There may be situations where this procedure is indeed indicated. So be it. If the woman does not consent, however, it's assault and battery. What could her doctor have been thinking? There was no emergency. Had there been, the outcome could have been different. Still, the care receiver makes the ultimate decision. Not the care giver. Apparently, some in the profession still can't seem to understand this.

This is the end result of a 'physician' who considers himself or herself a god:

"In June, a Superior Court judge in Los Angeles County ruled that Turbin's lawsuit against her former obstetrician can go to trial in the fall. Meanwhile, Turbin says she is terrified of getting pregnant again.

"If I go back to that day, there's nothing I could have done," she says. "That doctor was going to cut me, no matter what."

No one should have to live with this. It's Aryan arrogance at its very worst. Unacceptable. Make sure your physician is willing to adhere to your wishes. Or, find another physician. You ultimately control what happens to you and your body. Not them. -- A female physician is less likely to do as she pleases rather than as you wish her to do.

Most female physicians do not consider themselves gods, unlike their male counterparts. At least the older ones (males). Sadly, there should be no gender difference when it comes to the care giver. There still is in way too many examples. This must change. Sue the shit out of the butchers if they commit malpractice. The only way this bullshit will end. "Pretty please with sugar on it" just doesn't make it.

The FBI has decided to bring no charges against "Pilloried Hillary." Surprise, surprise. Had it been the other way around, that is, a Republican President and Republican former Secretary of State, the very same would have occurred. They protect their own. It's all partisanship. Justice? What's that?

Strange, isn't it, ignorance of the law and/or no criminal intention is indeed no excuse for the peasants on the bottom of the food chain? The peasants get prosecuted, usually no matter what. If you're in a position of great power, however, usually you skate. Indeed, the American Way, -- with very rare exception.

Interestingly, FBI Director James B. Comey hellaciously skewered Mrs. Clinton. Certainly, pointedly called her judgment into question. Undeniably, did great damage to her already lacking credibility, honesty, and ability to tell the truth. Republicans will have a field day. Rightfully, so. Then again, Trump is just as bad. As much a liar as "Pilloried Hillary." As untrustworthy. As careless, hopelessly reckless with the truth. -- Truth, indeed, a moving target for both.

While the Director's full statement is to immediately follow shortly hereafter, the following excerpt succinctly confirms Mrs. Clinton's aching lack of judgment and unfitness to be President:

Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate
laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely
careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access
Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending
e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is
evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the
position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters,
should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this
highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the
U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e-mail (that is, excluding the later “upclassified” e-mails).
None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is
especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not
even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S.
Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail.

Separately, it is important to say something about the marking of classified information. Only a very
small number of the e-mails containing classified information bore markings indicating the presence of
classified information. But even if information is not marked “classified” in an e-mail, participants who
know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it.

The following full statement from the FBI Director is exceptionally scathing. Rightfully, so. When will the Director and his equally fascist henchmen conduct a criminal investigation of "Hump The Rump" Trump and his egregiously crooked business practices. Not only the four bankruptcies, but his failed Trump University achingly phony 'business' scheme. To say nothing of all the people who have stepped forward to claim he has ripped them off as well. While FBI scrutiny of "Pilloried Hillary" was certainly warranted, so is equal treatment for "Hump The Rump" Trump.

Personal EMail System

Good morning. I’m here to give you an update on the FBI’s investigation of Secretary Clinton’s use of a
personal e-mail system during her time as Secretary of State.

After a tremendous amount of work over the last year, the FBI is completing its investigation and
referring the case to the Department of Justice for a prosecutive decision. What I would like to do today
is tell you three things: what we did; what we found; and what we are recommending to the
Department of Justice.

This will be an unusual statement in at least a couple ways. First, I am going to include more detail
about our process than I ordinarily would, because I think the American people deserve those details in
a case of intense public interest. Second, I have not coordinated or reviewed this statement in any way
with the Department of Justice or any other part of the government. They do not know what I am about
to say.

The investigation began as a referral from the Intelligence Community Inspector General in connection
with Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail server during her time as Secretary of State. The
referral focused on whether classified information was transmitted on that personal system.

Our investigation looked at whether there is evidence classified information was improperly stored or
transmitted on that personal system, in violation of a federal statute making it a felony to mishandle
classified information either intentionally or in a grossly negligent way, or a second statute making it a
misdemeanor to knowingly remove classified information from appropriate systems or storage
facilities.

Consistent with our counterintelligence responsibilities, we have also investigated to determine
whether there is evidence of computer intrusion in connection with the personal e-mail server by any
foreign power, or other hostile actors.

I have so far used the singular term, “e-mail server,” in describing the referral that began our
investigation. It turns out to have been more complicated than that. Secretary Clinton used several
different servers and administrators of those servers during her four years at the State Department, and
used numerous mobile devices to view and send e-mail on that personal domain. As new servers and
equipment were employed, older servers were taken out of service, stored, and decommissioned in
various ways. Piecing all of that back together—to gain as full an understanding as possible of the ways
in which personal e-mail was used for government work—has been a painstaking undertaking,
requiring thousands of hours of effort.

For example, when one of Secretary Clinton’s original personal servers was decommissioned in 2013,
the e-mail software was removed. Doing that didn’t remove the e-mail content, but it was like removing
the frame from a huge finished jigsaw puzzle and dumping the pieces on the floor. The effect was that
millions of e-mail fragments end up unsorted in the server’s unused—or “slack”—space. We searched
through all of it to see what was there, and what parts of the puzzle could be put back together.
FBI investigators have also read all of the approximately 30,000 e-mails provided by Secretary Clinton
to the State Department in December 2014. Where an e-mail was assessed as possibly containing
classified information, the FBI referred the e-mail to any U.S. government agency that was a likely
“owner” of information in the e-mail, so that agency could make a determination as to whether the email
contained classified information at the time it was sent or received, or whether there was reason to
classify the e-mail now, even if its content was not classified at the time it was sent (that is the process
sometimes referred to as “up-classifying”).

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains
have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were
sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were
sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information,
which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were
“up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time
the e-mails were sent.

The FBI also discovered several thousand work-related e-mails that were not in the group of 30,000
that were returned by Secretary Clinton to State in 2014. We found those additional e-mails in a variety
of ways. Some had been deleted over the years and we found traces of them on devices that supported
or were connected to the private e-mail domain. Others we found by reviewing the archived
government e-mail accounts of people who had been government employees at the same time as
Secretary Clinton, including high-ranking officials at other agencies, people with whom a Secretary of
State might naturally correspond.

This helped us recover work-related e-mails that were not among the 30,000 produced to State. Still
others we recovered from the laborious review of the millions of e-mail fragments dumped into the
slack space of the server decommissioned in 2013.

With respect to the thousands of e-mails we found that were not among those produced to State,
agencies have concluded that three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received, one
at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level. There were no additional Top Secret e-mails found.
Finally, none of those we found have since been “up-classified.”

I should add here that we found no evidence that any of the additional work-related e-mails were
intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them. Our assessment is that, like many e-mail users,
Secretary Clinton periodically deleted e-mails or e-mails were purged from the system when devices
were changed. Because she was not using a government account—or even a commercial account like
Gmail—there was no archiving at all of her e-mails, so it is not surprising that we discovered e-mails
that were not on Secretary Clinton’s system in 2014, when she produced the 30,000 e-mails to the
State Department.

It could also be that some of the additional work-related e-mails we recovered were among those
deleted as “personal” by Secretary Clinton’s lawyers when they reviewed and sorted her e-mails for
production in 2014.

The lawyers doing the sorting for Secretary Clinton in 2014 did not individually read the content of all
of her e-mails, as we did for those available to us; instead, they relied on header information and used
search terms to try to find all work-related e-mails among the reportedly more than 60,000 total emails
remaining on Secretary Clinton’s personal system in 2014. It is highly likely their search terms
missed some work-related e-mails, and that we later found them, for example, in the mailboxes of
other officials or in the slack space of a server.

It is also likely that there are other work-related e-mails that they did not produce to State and that we
did not find elsewhere, and that are now gone because they deleted all e-mails they did not return to
State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery.
We have conducted interviews and done technical examination to attempt to understand how that
sorting was done by her attorneys. Although we do not have complete visibility because we are not able
to fully reconstruct the electronic record of that sorting, we believe our investigation has been sufficient
to give us reasonable confidence there was no intentional misconduct in connection with that sorting
effort.

And, of course, in addition to our technical work, we interviewed many people, from those involved in
setting up and maintaining the various iterations of Secretary Clinton’s personal server, to staff
members with whom she corresponded on e-mail, to those involved in the e-mail production to State,
and finally, Secretary Clinton herself.

Last, we have done extensive work to understand what indications there might be of compromise by
hostile actors in connection with the personal e-mail operation.

While not the focus of our investigation, we also developed evidence that the security culture of the
State Department in general, and with respect to use of unclassified e-mail systems in particular, was
generally lacking in the kind of care for classified information found elsewhere in the government.
With respect to potential computer intrusion by hostile actors, we did not find direct evidence that
Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail domain, in its various configurations since 2009, was successfully
hacked. But, given the nature of the system and of the actors potentially involved, we assess that we
would be unlikely to see such direct evidence. We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the
private commercial e-mail accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from
her personal account. We also assess that Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal e-mail domain was both
known by a large number of people and readily apparent. She also used her personal e-mail extensively
while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of
sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors
gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account.

So that’s what we found. Finally, with respect to our recommendation to the Department of Justice:
In our system, the prosecutors make the decisions about whether charges are appropriate based on
evidence the FBI has helped collect. Although we don’t normally make public our recommendations to
the prosecutors, we frequently make recommendations and engage in productive conversations with
prosecutors about what resolution may be appropriate, given the evidence. In this case, given the
importance of the matter, I think unusual transparency is in order.

Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified
information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. Prosecutors
necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like
the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the
context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot
find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted
involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or
vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct;
or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those
things here.

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity
would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or
administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are
expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.

I know there will be intense public debate in the wake of this recommendation, as there was throughout
this investigation. What I can assure the American people is that this investigation was done
competently, honestly, and independently. No outside influence of any kind was brought to bear.
I know there were many opinions expressed by people who were not part of the investigation—
including people in government—but none of that mattered to us. Opinions are irrelevant, and they
were all uninformed by insight into our investigation, because we did the investigation the right way.
Only facts matter, and the FBI found them here in an entirely apolitical and professional way. I couldn’t
be prouder to be part of this organization.

Baton Rouge Police officers seem to have wantonly shot and killed Alton Sterling, a black man. Appear to have executed him according to preliminary reports. The FBI will investigate. This story broke too soon to publication of this edition for full inclusion. Will do so in the next.

Yet another seemingly egregious killing by police as this edition is about to be posted. This time in Minnesota. A 32-year-old black man, Philando Castile, and his girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds, were allegedly stopped by this officer for a broken tail light. He immediately informed the officer he was armed and had a permit, was ordered by the officer to reach for his wallet, license, and registration.

The cop then opened fire, pumping four rounds into him. The girlfriend quickly uploaded stunning video of the aftermath. The Reynolds' daughter was also in the car at the time of the killing. More to come in the next edition.

closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 109, 7-8-16.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
