With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief.  What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons.  With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers.  Indeed, it does.  Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well.  It's easy money.  Easy to loot.  With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket?  They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice.  Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court.  Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots.  Realize they have to play the game to stay in office.  Justice?  What's that?  Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices.  More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers.  Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job.  If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality.  Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office.  You get to choose.  Not me.  Only the truth gets reported here.  What you do with that truth is up to you.  In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest.  Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits.  A crock of sh-t.  I knew the law.  So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards.  I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn.  To his credit, Schilling made it right.  Informed me he would deal with the officers.  Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano.  The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road.  In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves.  All of which I already knew.  To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth.  Happened a long, long time ago.  Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office.  ... And his goddamned out of control goons.  I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County.  Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities.  To 'justify' looting the innocent.  Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County.  Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Continuing:  As always, when a cop does something heroic, it always leads in this publication.  The President has awarded 13 of America's Finest with the Medal of Valor, 5-16-16, -- the highest award a police officer can receive in the United States.  Addressing the group and family members, the President remarked:

"It was your courage and quick thinking that gave us our safety," Obama said at the White House. "Although, this particular moment for which you are being honored is remarkable ... we know every day you go out there, you have a tough job."

Regarding the ninth Medal of Valor recipient, NPR reports:

"Officer Coral Walker (Omaha Police Department, NE) For taking brave and decisive action to subdue an active shooter. After exchanging gunfire, Officer Walker single-handedly incapacitated a man who had killed and injured multiple victims on a shooting spree."

Again, this officer is the epitome of what an officer should be.  Heroic.  Determined.  Retained his composure in an extremely stressful situation and used his skills and training to incapacitate a killer who had murdered and injured many.  Hat's off, Officer Walker.  Incredible job, exceptionally well done.

The remaining 4 officers awarded Medals of Valor by the President will be presented here as well, their stories told in the coming weeks.

Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  Eleven weeks, now.  Almost three months.  A goddamned disgrace.  Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  Eleven weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened and how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  Eleven weeks.  Almost three months. Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases.  Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government.  This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees.  This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why?  Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy.  Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences.  Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  Blackburn and his goons will continue to be ferociously exposed in this publication for the jackbooted bastards they truly are.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  Just getting started.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept bastards truly are.

In many areas of the country, if not most, a law enforcement officer can murder on the job, usually with impunity.  Virtually, no consequences.  Worse, consider the jackbooted coward a 'hero.'  At worst, the gutless bastard gets fired.  Certainly, true in Baltimore.  Officer Caesar Goodson was acquitted of second degree depraved-heart murder, manslaughter by motor vehicle,  involuntary manslaughter, criminally negligent manslaughter, assault, reckless endangerment, and misconduct in office.  Vis a vis the death of Freddie Gray.

Clearly, the bastard could do no wrong.  Despite the fact a man is dead through the actions of this jackbooted thug and five of his accomplices.  Guess what?  There was no jury trial.  Why would there be?  He likely would have been convicted had the jury had blacks impaneled.  This goddamned criminal officer had the option of having his fate decided by a 'judge.'  A 'judge' clearly in the pocket of law enforcement.  Convenient, isn't it?

'Judge' Barry Williams is the jackass responsible for this atrocity.  Has abrogated his oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Legislated his achingly perverse national socialist ideological views from the bench.  Has disgraced himself and the judiciary.  Is further proof positive there is no justice in Nazi America.  Indeed, a fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

This national socialist 'judge' was clearly biased in favor of the jackbooted thug throughout the kangaroo trial.  Every step of the way.  Far from shy about displaying his egregious lack of impartiality.  Clearly, in the pocket of the jackbooted law enforcement community.  Should be impeached, convicted, and removed from the bench in disgrace.

Once again, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution doomsday clock has inched closer to midnight.  If you wear a badge, a uniform, and have falsely sworn an oath to protect and defend the Constitution and the public, you enjoy carte blanche to wantonly kill and/or assault on the job.  Shake down and loot the public.  Literally steal through asset forfeiture where no due process, court order, or a trial is necessary.

In follow up to the last edition, suspended Orlando Assistant State Attorney Kenneth Lewis got the boot for outrageously offensive comments made by this piece of shit vis a vis the City of Orlando and its inhabitants.  Tough, isn't it?  Doesn't your heart bleed for this son of a bitch?  One less national socialist prosecutor.  ... Don't worry, you goddamned Republican nazis.  Be plenty of other equally clueless turds to take his place.  Flies on shit.  ... Forget?

In follow up to the last edition, it is unbelievable United States Senators, who have falsely sworn an oath to uphold the United States Constitution, can so callously shit on that very same document.  Readers are reminded the Senate could not produce the 60 votes necessary to authorize the jackbooted bastards in the FBI to access a citizen's Internet browsing history, email, other electronic communication data without a warrant.

Doing so would have been an egregious violation of the Fourth Amendment national socialist Senators were quite ready and willing to abrogate.  The Washington Post reports:

"Earlier this year, FBI Director James Comey said that giving the government the ability to collect information about electronic communications — such as a person’s email account, how much time a person spends on various websites, and their Internet protocol address — without obtaining a court order was the bureau’s top priority.

"Limiting on the FBI’s ability to collect such information without a court order “affects our work in a very, very big and practical way,” Comey told Burr’s committee earlier this year."

Appallingly, unconstitutional.  Taking things a step further, The Post reported:

"Many senators cited Comey this week while making the case for why such a court order is essential in the wake of the Orlando attack.

“I have great sympathy for [privacy advocates], but I respect more the view of Director Comey, who has said it’s his number one priority,” McCain told reporters Tuesday. “It’s his job to protect the country.”

The hell it is, Senator.  It's to adhere to his outrageously abrogated oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution including the Bill of Rights.  You don't get that, Senator?  Your support of this goddamned outrageous violation of the Constitution is not only appalling, it's achingly traitorous.  Some six years tortured at the Hanoi Hilton and you don't know better?  Time to retire, John.  -- Don't worry, Senator.  You'll still be firmly planted on the taxpayer tit.

The Post reported McCain, sadly, is not the only clueless, cowardly, gutless jackass:

“Our failure to act to grant this authority, particularly in the wake of this terrible tragedy in Orlando, would be inexcusable,” Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-Tex.) said on the Senate floor Tuesday. “This is something the FBI director appointed by President Obama had said he needs. He said this is their number one legislative priority. … We owe it to those on the front lines of our counterterrorism efforts to get them what they need.”

This fascist piece of shit continues to have his head so far up his ass his eyeballs have turned inside out.  You swore an oath, Senator.  To protect and defend the Constitution.  A Constitution that includes the Bill of Rights.  ... Including the Fourth Amendment that guaranties the public the right to be left the hell alone, you goddamned fascist turkey.  This nazi government is required to have probable cause and a search warrant signed by a judge.  You don't know that, you clueless piece of national socialist shit?

NPR reports training of medical personnel to provide abortion care has been limited by these Republican national socialists:

Subsequent to writing the above, the United States Supreme Court dealt Texas Republican national socialists a severe blow.  Struck down a 2013 nazi law restricting a woman's right to an abortion, forcing closure of a number of clinics.  Falsely claiming they were doing it to protect the health of women.  The medical community rightfully protested this claim is bullshit.  Indeed, it is.

-- Nothing more than a blatant, naked attempt to end the right to abortion.  Despite the fact abortion is indeed a constitutional right, Roe v. Wade 1973.  In a 5-3 decision, Justice Breyer wrote:

"We agree with the District Court that the surgical center requirement, like the admitting-privileges requirement, provides few, if any, health benefits for women, poses a substantial obstacle to women seeking abortions, and constitutes an 'undue burden' on their constitutional right to do so."

Once in awhile the Supreme Court gets at least something partially right.  The Washington Times reports:

"The Fourth Amendment does not permit police to draw blood from motorists suspected of drunk driving unless a warrant has been obtained, the Supreme Court ruled Thursday.

"In a 7-1 decision, the high court ruled that requiring individuals to submit to warrantless blood testing amounts to an unreasonable search under the U.S. Constitution.

"Conducting a breath test to determine a motorist’s blood alcohol content doesn’t require a warrant, however, because “the physical intrusion is almost negligible,” the court concluded in a 6-2 ruling."

Related to the above, the Supreme Court ruled, 6-27-16, those convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence can be denied their Second Amendment right to own a firearm whether or not the offense is reckless or intentional.  The Washington Times reports:

"Convicted domestic abusers can be barred from owning a gun even if their offenses were reckless, and not intentional, the Supreme Court said Monday.

"The 6-2 ruling said Congress didn’t distinguish between domestic assaults committed reckless or knowingly when it extended the firearms prohibition in 1996 to those found guilty of misdemeanor domestic violence that involved physical force."

The problem with this ruling is the ease with which this right can be abrogated by authorities.  Clearly, if someone has the living crap beaten out of them, such a restriction can, under the circumstances, be a no-brainer.

Conversely, men have been falsely convicted of domestic violence by women wishing to get even.  What then?  Especially, egregious when a man gets falsely accused of child abuse when none has occurred.  To date, men have not been adequately protected against such false complaints.  We need to find a better way of ensuring false complaints have no traction, nor long-term, indeed lifetime effects on the innocent.

Think the judiciary is not in need of some serious introspection?  Bryant Durham Jr. is a superior court judge in Floyd County, Rome, Ga..  The following is part of a transcript posted by The Washington Post in a hearing conducted against defendant Denver Fenton Allen in a murder case:

    Durham: I — I am finding — I’m finding you in contempt of court,” Durham said, after Allen made a obscene comment.

    Allen: I don’t care.

    Durham: I know you don’t. And I sentence you to 20 days for that. And if you say anything else, I’m going to add 20 days for everything you say.

In a surprise to pollsters, the British electorate voted to leave the European Union, 6-23-16.  Brexit.  The immediate consequences were quick to come.  Stock markets were markedly down across the world.  Should be a temporary issue as the greedy recover from unbridled fear.  Will take two years to negotiate leaving the EU.  It's not likely Britain will discontinue trade with the rest of Europe.  Nor will Britain leave NATO.

Not clear yet what the long-term ramifications of this move will be, however.  No one seems to know.  That drives fear.  Insane fear.  Mindless fear.  What is clear is the fact the British want their freedom.  Don't wish to be dictated to by the EU.  ... Think the U.S. would ever have agreed to a similar arrangement with Canada and Mexico?  Snow ball's chance.

The British consider this their Independence Day.  British subjects claim they will watch their government very closely to make sure it follows through.  Prime Minister David Cameron quickly announced he would resign later in the fall.

Several other EU countries may also decide to leave.  Scotland may leave the United Kingdom as a result of Brexit.  ... After recently voting to stay in the UK because it wished to remain in the EU.  Interesting, isn't it?  Precisely, why it's so difficult to predict the future and the ramifications of Brexit.

One thing for sure, British millennials are unhappy about the vote.  Blame Baby Boomer parents for supporting Brexit.  Claim they (millennials) will ultimately pay the price.  Certainly, will make living in England more expensive at least initially.  Make it more difficult and expensive to travel to Europe.  Decrease job opportunities in Europe for them since Britain will no longer be a member of EU.

Looks like there may be yet another 'religious liberties' case that will ultimately find its way to the Supreme Court.  The Washington Times reports:

Again, this is a problem because government has egregiously overextended its authority.  Why should an autopsy be routinely conducted on a corpse that shows absolutely no indication of physical trauma other than a needle sticking out of its arm?  No evidence of struggle where it was found?  No legitimate probable cause a violent crime had indeed been committed?  Especially, if surviving family members object?  Or the victim had made it clear in a will or living will he or she did not want one performed?

Yet, the fascist bastards in forensics want more detailed autopsy reports.  What for?  It's none of the goddamned government's business.  Who cares what the precise drug or drugs involved happen to be?  Dead is dead.  Victims will continue to use drugs no matter what.  Alcohol prohibition did not work.  Created the Mafia.

For a damned good reason.  If it wasn't, police would simply do whatever they pleased, legal or illegal.  That is, no warrant.  No probable cause.  Do so with impunity.  Now, frighteningly, that seems to have changed.  Courts are rubber stamping their jackbooted bastards in blue.  Shamelessly.  Many examples.  Here's one recent one.  The following was written by Mark Rumold of the Electronic Frontier Foundation:

This abuse, a direct abrogation of the Fourth Amendment and its protections, is an exigent threat to us all.  Consider the above very carefully.  Their target happened to be guilty.  Did not have to be.  It could have been someone totally innocent.  Who would never had known the jackbooted bastards in the FBI had done this.

Off duty El Paso Officer Alan Dieguez was drunk.  Shit faced drunk.  Weaving in and out of traffic.  Was driving 100 mph in Jarrell when he caused a collision that killed a truck driver.  Injured three others, including the bastard himself.  This piece of shit had been a cop three years.  A bastard in blue.  Tried to flee the hospital he was taken to after the fiery collision.  What do you think should be done with this scourge?  Nothing?  As a jackbooted bastard in blue, shouldn't be held to the same standard as the rest of the public?  Given a free pass?  ... The energy industry simply doesn't get it.  Still denies reality.  When that fails?  Does all it can to distort reality, determinedly denies existent wide-spread consensus within the scientific community.  There was an interesting op-ed in The Statesman recently written by Kathleen Hartnett White.  The last two paragraphs are especially clueless and a denial of scientific reality:

Clearly, Ms. White is severely truth-challenged, -- to be extremely kind.  There is clear consensus within the scientific community that global warming is in fact, reality.  There is plenty of evidence.  Good evidence.  Indisputable evidence.  It's settled science.  Not so, to Ms. White, -- or Big Oil.  It is, indeed, about liberty.  Our right to be free from the energy industry and its wanton gouging of the consumer.  To say nothing of the effects on the environment.

To people like Ms. White and her ilk, day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet to people in the pockets of Big Oil and the rest of the energy industry.  -- An industry, indeed, being rocked by the harsh reality of the truth they certainly knew was coming decades ago and deliberately ignored.  Can certainly remember dire predictions in the Weekly Reader as a kid.  They were right.  Half a century and longer ago.  More recently, it's clear the energy industry knew global warming is a problem.  Chose to deny, obfuscate the truth, however.  To continue to line its pockets.

Want to know what courage means?  Determination?  Intestinal fortitude?  Guts?  Consider the case of Army Capt. Paul “Buddy” Bucha.  Fox reports:

"Army Capt. Paul “Buddy” Bucha faked out the enemy while leading a motley crew in Vietnam.  ...The Medal of Honor recipient was hailed as a hero after he made North Vietnamese fighters believe his 187th Infantry Regiment was much bigger than it really was. The combination of bravery and cunning helped him earn the nation's highest military honor, an award bestowed upon him by the president."

The Captain was no slouch.  Nor were his men:

“We were called the 'clerks and the jerks,'" he recalled. "We were a few smart guys and a lot of badasses … considered the losers of all losers.  But as a company commander new to Vietnam, "I, too, was a loser,” Bucha recalled fondly years later. “So we were sort of meant for each other.  They ended up being a very disciplined, proud, and frightening force," he said."

They certainly were:

"On March 16, 1968, soon after the Tet Offensive, Bucha's 89-man company took part in a counterattack designed to push the North Vietnamese away from Saigon.  On March 18, after they found a clearing and resupplied, Bucha directed his troops to push into the jungle, where it was getting dark.  A soldier spotted a group of Vietnamese water carriers and women, which usually indicated an established enemy location. It gets worse.  Far worse.  The Captain and his men endured the unendurable:

Imagine you're young.  In a situation like this.  Fear rampant.  Yet, courage is not the absence of fear, but acting despite and in spite of it:

Indeed.  What to do?  Never, ever, never give up.  Use your training, educational experience, and creativity to survive.  He positioned his men all over the area and instructed them by calling out their number to hurl their grenades en masse, giving the enemy the impression his force was much, much larger than it was:

"A U.S. helicopter finally arrived, and Bucha directed the evacuation of the wounded. When the enemy withdrew the next morning, he learned that his team had killed more than 150 North Vietnamese."

He lost ten men.  When he learned he earned the Medal of Honor, he informed a sergeant he didn't deserve it:

"But the sergeant convinced him he would wear the medal on behalf of his men, and on May 14, 1970, Bucha accepted the award from President Richard Nixon."

Notice every Medal of Honor holder always thinks and opines they don't deserve it.  That is, those who survived and lived to tell about it.  Sadly, most did not.  This humility, along with their heroic achievements, are what make these men so unusual.  The best of the best.  The quotes were written by Carole Glines of Fox News.  Hat's off.  No one could have done it better.

The House Benghazi Committee finally released its 800-page report.  A shamelessly partisan self-serving sham that resolved absolutely nothing.  Introduced nothing that wasn't already known.  Absolutely nothing.  Democrats immediately challenged the veracity of this GOP-produced 'masterpiece.'  Seems the Republicans have been cleverly and determinedly using this issue for political purposes for quite some time now.  A far more important matter is Madam Secretary's email server fiasco.

Highly unlikely any justice will occur regarding this boondoggle as well.  Forget?  Mrs. Clinton is Obama's heir-to-be.  Think Obama's 'Justice' Department will take any action against Madam Secretary?  Snow ball's chance.  Likely the same result had it been a GOP President and his GOP Secretary of State.  Politics almost always take precedence over any principle of justice.  Both parties.  Yet, another reason why both parties have egregiously failed our formerly great country.

Would you believe Republican national socialists spent over $7 million in taxpayer dollars to produce this piece of trash?  Thought they were the party of 'conservatives.'  Clearly, not.  True conservatives wouldn't have squandered taxpayer money for no more than political purposes.  These GOP national socialists are not conservatives.  They're fascists.  In the mold, sickening image of Hitler and Mussolini.

The only possible benefit of this otherwise waste of millions in taxpayer dollars was the revelation of Clinton's private email server.  If she is not guilty and/or not indicted on any criminal charges, however, it will have been a total waste.  Needless distraction.  Diversion from far more pressing issues demanding immediate attention.

Political expediency at expense of execution of desperately needed change.  If Clinton is indeed innocent of any malfeasance, all this can be laid at the feet of self-serving Republican national socialists.  ... Who would have deceptively implemented what would have been nothing more than a clever ruse to do political damage to the Clinton campaign.

At time of writing, nothing is clear.  Nothing resolved.  ... Not that Madam Secretary is worth a shit herself, regardless.  Other than the fact the public has indeed been egregiously f--ked, achingly bamboozled.  By both major political parties.

What is so sad about all of this is the fact four Americans were killed for nothing.  That's the bottom line.  We had no business there.  No business elsewhere in the region including Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, and other nations in the Middle East.  Terror continues to be a problem because we place our Aryan arrogant noses where they don't belong.  Shit on other countries' sovereignty.  Think we know best.  Everyone else knows shit.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com.  This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,

should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally

libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys.  Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded.  This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems.  Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose.  Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Becky Fox, Seton Highland Lakes Hospital.   A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager.  Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters.  The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed.  This latest material can be found by clicking on Wells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 108, 7-1-16.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned.  Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor.  Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked.  Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state.  Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling?  Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
