With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Continuing: As always, when a cop does something heroic, it always leads in this publication. The President has awarded 13 of America's Finest with the Medal of Valor, 5-16-16, -- the highest award a police officer can receive in the United States. Addressing the group and family members, the President remarked:

"It was your courage and quick thinking that gave us our safety," Obama said at the White House. "Although, this particular moment for which you are being honored is remarkable ... we know every day you go out there, you have a tough job."

"Patrolman Louis Cioci (Johnson City Police Department, NY) For courageously resolving a volatile encounter with a gunman. After witnessing the murder of his fellow officer, Patrolman Cioci pursued and apprehended the gunman at a crowded hospital, thereby saving the lives of employees, patients, and visitors."

Officer Cioci is another example of a superb law enforcement officer and the epitome of what an officer should be. Indeed, quite a credit to the profession he so honorably serves. His courage in pursuing the gunman after his fellow officer was murdered exemplifies the very best in policing. Hat's off, Officer.

The remaining 11 officers awarded Medals of Valor by the President will be presented here as well, their stories told in the coming weeks.

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? Seven weeks, now. Over a month and a half. Why are you still sitting on this information? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons? Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.

Who are they, Sheriff? Their past history? An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse. How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information? Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger. To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff? Those of your thugs? The people have a right to know what happened and how it went down. You don't understand that, Sheriff? Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Think not? Wake up. Your credibility has tanked. No legitimate reason conveniently given for his untimely departure, Sheriff? Again, Bill, did you and/or your goons intimidate him?

There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow. It's time the public be fully informed. -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County. If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why. This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet. Ignored. The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement. This also has to change. No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer. No one. Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers. Court fees charged continue to be horrendous. -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs? Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise. Nothing was done. There has to be transparency. There is none. Why would these thieving bastards want any? ... Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity? The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons. Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so. That is, where they came from. Why they left where they were. What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments. Why? The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up. Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own? The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers. Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently? Guess what? Nothing will happen. Nothing ever does. The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities. Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally. ... Right, Sheriff? TL? Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town. Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded. An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure. Insult to injury? Two of the six jackbooted bastards responsible for the murder of Freddie Gray have sued Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby and the Sheriff's Office Maj. Sam Cogen for defamation. The two jackbooted thug killers who filed suit? Sgt. Alicia White. Officer William Porter. Readers are reminded Gray had committed no crime. Was falsely arrested with no probable cause. Died as a result of injuries suffered while in police custody. Not one of the six has been convicted to date. Nazi justice in Nazi America.

Now, the not-so-great state of Louisiana is affording the criminal bastards in blue 'protections' they do not deserve, have not earned. -- Instead of prosecuting, imprisoning, and executing these sons of bitches who wear a uniform, sport a badge, a gun, and carte blanche to murder on the job. The family of Phillip David Anderson who died in jail, denied treatment of a perforated ulcer that wound up killing him, sued Alabama Tuscaloosa County Jailers, the County, and the federal government which funds Whatley Health Services. The bastards ignored his agonizing screams in pain for a week. It's good a suit has been filed. Hope they do all they can to bankrupt the bastards.

Ok Jin Jun, 62, has sued the Los Angeles Police Department, the City of Los Angeles, and two of LAPD's not-so-finest for roughing her up. She doesn't speak much English. The jackbooted goons attacked her in a church parking lot. See the face of this woman on CBS after they finished beating her? Is this the kind of law enforcement you goddamned Republican national socialist, bona fide nazis, truly want and support?

Former Florida Port St. Lucie Police Department Officer of the Year Michael Harding was sentenced to life in prison for producing, distributing child porn. Also had engaged in sexual abuse with a child under 12.

Republican Tennessee State Rep. Andy Holt is advising his constituents to burn traffic camera tickets. Has been photographed doing just that.

Los Angeles released heavily redacted autopsy reports on the 14 victim bodies it butchered after the San Bernadino attack by two Islamic terrorists. Had received an open records request. The reports concluded all 14 died quickly. This justified butchering all 14? Especially, since both terrorists are dead and won't be prosecuted?

The public has a right to know who got shot, where in the body, their place of death, etc.? To what purpose? Did the pathologists conducting the autopsies get their cookies off butchering, that is, what amounts to mutilating the corpses? Again, to what end? Abuse of power? Because they can? Because they own our asses womb to tomb? Wake up.

My, my, my. How the powerful receive special treatment. 41 Secret Service employees have been disciplined for improperly accessing private data of Rep. Jason Chaffetz. -- Think they'd do the same for you? These were criminal violations of privacy law. Yet, no one was prosecuted. -- Again, truly believe you'd receive equal treatment?

The shit's finally hitting the fan at TSA. Long lines. Tough, isn't it? The union claims Congress is responsible for travelers' TSA fees being used to reduce the national debt rather than spent on operational costs. Morale sucks. Many do not remain on the job very long. Law enforcement remains egregiously out of control. Remember the Manassas City ‘sexting’ case? Get this. The Washington Post reports:

"The investigation of a “sexting” case involving a Prince William County teenager, and the desire by prosecutors and police to repeatedly obtain photos of his genitalia, sparked a national uproar in the summer of 2014. Authorities backed down from their second search warrant for explicit photos, and the teen was placed on probation. The case took a further turn last December when the detective, David E. Abbott Jr., was accused of molesting two young boys and killed himself as police moved to arrest him at his Gainesville townhouse.

"But the case isn’t over. The teenager, Trey Sims, 19, filed a federal civil rights suit Wednesday against both Abbott’s estate and Claiborne Richardson II, the assistant Prince William commonwealth’s attorney who police said directed Abbott to obtain a search warrant for photographs of Sims’ genitalia, for comparison with video sent to Sims’ then-15-year-old girlfriend. In June 2014, Abbott did get a search warrant and photograph Sims with a cell phone, which attorney Victor M. Glasberg alleged was manufacturing child pornography. When Abbott and Richardson obtained a second search warrant, for photos of Sims erect, reports in The Washington Post “prompted a firestorm of public protest,” Glasberg wrote, causing Richardson and Abbott to withdraw the warrant."

This is nothing more than out of control abusive policing. When will this bullshit no longer be tolerated in our formerly great country? Every goddamned government lackey involved in this photography caper should be charged, prosecuted, and imprisoned for possession of child porn. Think any ordinary Joe Blow on the street involved in such a caper wouldn't be charged? Afforded special treatment as these goddamned bastards?

Insult to injury? The following is an excerpt from the latest newsletter received from Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz:

Cruz said. “Through executive fiat, President Obama has threatened to cut off millions of dollars in federal aid to states that don’t allow men and boys into girls’ private restrooms and showers. This has no basis in federal law, and it once again demonstrates that Obama is more devoted to radical social engineering than to the democratic process and the separation of powers. Moreover, Obama’s decree flies in the face of common sense. In my years in law enforcement, I’ve handled far too many cases of child molesters, pedophiles, and people who abused little kids. The threats of predators are serious, and we should not facilitate allowing grown men or boys to be in bathrooms with little girls. I firmly stand by Texas—and other states, such as North Carolina—that have stood up to this politically correct nonsense, and I hope that the courts can be trusted to enforce federal law, rather than Obama’s partisan preferences.”

This is proof positive Cruz has lost his mind. "Unlawful?" What's unlawful about the President's directive? It does not have the force of law. No one can or will be prosecuted if they don't comply. Yes, the President can and should deny Texas the millions it receives in education aid. Immediately. The President does have the authority to cut off that aid. We'll see if the courts agree.

One thing for sure. Cruz nor any of his equally national socialist, that is nazi Republican compadres, can come up with one incident where a transgender has done anything untoward in a rest room. In fact, have been using the very same restrooms decades without incident. The Senator is a sick, uninformed, ignorant, fear mongering son of a bitch. This piece of shit cares nothing for the LGBT community and the atrocities it's endured all these decades.

This egregious piece of human excrement is grandstanding. Has no credibility. He couldn't have read the directive. Nowhere in the directive does it "allow men and boys into girls’ private restrooms and showers." That's goddamned bullshit. The Senator is a liar. Moreover, the President's directive has nothing to do with political correctness, but the safety of transgenders. Cruz remains too ignorant and ill-informed to understand this. This piece of shit claims to be Christian. Bullshit. On the contrary, this clueless, psychotic, fascist bastard gives Christians a bad name. To their credit, not all of them have bought his deception. It's the outright deception, deceit, distortion of reality that's cost the Senator any traction in the race. The President's directive has nothing to do with "Obama's partisan preferences." This is rabid distortion of reality by our national socialist Senator who has once again disgraced himself by his profound ignorance. Aggressive stupidity. He likes to reference "my years in law enforcement." Why? If law enforcement has embraced any of his perverse religious and ideological views, it's indeed no wonder we live in a goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

"A House Republican on Thursday accused a number of his own GOP colleagues of committing a sin because they voted in favor of an anti-discrimination LGBT proposal, according to The Hill newspaper.

"To begin a Republican policy meeting, Rep. Rick Allen, R-Georgia, read a Bible passage aloud that condemns homosexuality, the report said. People inside the meeting told The Hill that Allen suggested his colleagues violated Christian tenets because they backed an LGBT protection provision.

Remember Ken Starr? Independent counsel whose investigation resulted in the impeachment of President Clinton? The son of a bitch recently lost his job as President of Baylor University. Didn't get fired, -- just demoted to chancellor and will remain a law professor. The fascist son of a bitch should have been canned.

Baylor football coach Art Briles, unlike Starr, got the boot. NBC News reports the University released the following statement from Richard Willis, Chair of the Baylor Board of Regents:

"We were horrified by the extent of these acts of sexual violence on our campus. This investigation revealed the University's mishandling of reports in what should have been a supportive, responsive and caring environment for students."

NBC further reported: "Willis said the "depth to which these acts occurred shocked and outraged us. Our students and their families deserve more, and we have committed our full attention to improving our processes, establishing accountability and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to support former, current and future students."

How? By allowing this self-serving nazi bastard to continue his affiliation with Baylor? Starr's hypocrisy is stunning. Wake up. One standard for the former President. Another for Baylor and its students. In the case of the former, the sex, although improper, was consensual. In the latter, it was not. Criminal. Nazi justice in Nazi America.

Starr is indeed the epitome of hypocrisy. Skewered the President for improperly enjoying oral sex with a willing intern, while looking the other way when those having suffered sexual assault sought help from the University. What goddamned bullshit. Why wasn't this asshole given the boot? Barred for life from any and all affiliation with the University?

Once again, this sick son of a bitch received special treatment only afforded the rich and powerful. A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, traitorous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, you goddamned fascist son of a bitch? What could you possibly been thinking, Ken? Head so far up your ass your eyeballs are turning inside out?

Subsequent to writing the above, Starr resigned his position as chancellor. Will remain as professor. Why? Why hasn't this fascist son of a bitch gotten the boot?

Fox is reporting the Chinese Navy plans shortly to start patrolling the Pacific with nuclear-armed submarines. Also reporting Putin is planning to potentially target Poland and Romania because both countries are hosting an American missile defense shield that it considers a threat to its security.

The Washington Post reports health professionals are fighting bad Yelp reviews and others online by disclosing client personal health data and conditions in violation of federal medical privacy provisions. Direct violation of The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Intimate details. Idiosyncrasies. Diagnoses, treatments. All of it. Not only do medical personnel have direct access to your private data, they are now publicly releasing it when it suits their fancy and personal interests. To say nothing of access by hackers, employers, law enforcement goons, etc.. Can you say f--ked up?

Sadly, there's more on the President's visit to Hiroshima. Much more. All of it bullshit courtesy of Sarah Palin, the former Governor of Alaska and McCain's former presidential running mate. The Washington Post reports:

"Palin said Obama’s visit suggested that the president believes that “the greatest generation was perpetuating the evil of World War II.” She added, “Our commander in chief suggesting – actually, lying in suggestions – to the world that we were wrong to prove that we would eradicate evil in World War II.”

"Thousands of Trump supporters cheered Palin and booed the president. The former Alaska governor-turned-reality TV star and tea party heroine said Trump would be a president “who knows how to win.”

“You mess with our freedom,” she said, “we’ll put a boot in your ass. It’s the American way.” At that, the crowd chanted, “USA! USA! USA!”

"Palin was the warm-up act at Trump’s large rally, speaking on stage before the candidate arrived in San Diego. She took issue with Obama’s statement overseas this week that other world leaders have been “rattled” by the rise of Trump.

“Rattled, are they now?” Palin said. “Well, maybe it’s time that things get rattlin’.” She pointed out that the yellow Gadsden flag flown at tea party rallies depicts a rattlesnake “coiled, prepared, ready to strike.”

This woman is clearly insane. A loose cannon. To think she could of wound up President had McCain been elected and died in office. A frightening prospect. Palin is a liar. Wouldn't know truth if it bit her hard on the gluteus maximi. The President made no apology for the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He honored the dead. Clearly, she has a problem with that.

Ever read the book Hiroshima? The true account of what happened? A graphic account. Clearly, Palin has no clue. No idea. The book was published over fifty years ago. Read it as a high school student back then. Couldn't put it down. NPR came quite close to paralleling the intensity of this book recently with the soon to follow hellacious account of one eye witness.

Palin and other bona fide nazis like her don't seem to understand there was, and is, no apology asked for or needed. The attack was necessary. One atomic bombing of a major Japanese city was not enough. Took two before the Japanese surrendered. Had they not, military planners estimated approximately one million American casualties, that's dead and maimed, would have occurred had an invasion of Japan been required.

"Early in the evening of the day the bomb exploded, a Japanese naval launch moved slowly up and down the seven rivers of Hiroshima," John Hersey wrote, "alongside the crowded sandspits on which hundreds of wounded lay..."

"Mr. Tanimoto found about twenty men and women on the sandspit. He drove the boat onto the bank and urged them to get aboard. They did not move and he realized that they were too weak to lift themselves. He reached down and took a woman by the hands, but her skin slipped off in huge, glove-like pieces. This is precisely why we need to find a better way. The Japanese don't believe the President is serious about nuclear disarmament because he intends to upgrade our nuclear arsenal in the coming years. -- That is, the systems used to deliver our weapons of mass destruction. Did you know the computers used are decades old? Rely on 8" floppy disks.

Frightening, isn't it? Amazing, there have been no 'accidents' where a weapon was inadvertently launched. Also, the Pentagon recently claimed the President has slowed down the process of removing nuclear warheads from the arsenal. Unlike his predecessors. Apparently, we have a President who still remains loathe to think outside the box on a number of different issues. Every time he has done so, the Nazi Right has figuratively shot him down. Seven years.

CBS reports our country remains divided on the use of these weapons on Japan:

"Forty-three percent of Americans say they approve of the use of the atomic bomb on Japanese cities in 1945, while 44 percent disapprove."

Sadly, history is being rewritten. Had those two Japanese cities not been obliterated, had Germany not been saturation-bombed, the Allies would have lost the Second World War. That fact has certainly been lost on those who opposed the bombing. They seem to have conveniently forgotten the casualties during the Second World War were horrendous.

A few enlightening statistics? Over 400,000 U.S. military personnel lost their lives. Six million Jews were murdered by the Nazis. Twenty million Russians died after Hitler invaded. European casualties were horrendous. Europe was nearly destroyed. Had it not been for the Marshall Plan, it would have taken the continent decades to have recovered.

Having been brought up in the 50s and 60s, there wasn't one member of the Greatest Generation who ever questioned the saturation bombing of Germany and the atomic bombing of Japan. Not one. Civilian or veteran. That's how dire that generation viewed the threat posed by the Second World War.

The President is right in not questioning the judgment and decision made by President Truman to drop the atomic bomb on two Japanese cities. Hopefully, the President and/or his predecessors have made it quite clear as well to the North Koreans if they use a nuclear weapon against anyone they (North Korea) will be incinerated.

The North Koreans need to understand the immediate consequences of nuclear aggression. Despite their rhetoric, hopefully, they already do. Have been so informed. Let them wonder whether or not the United States is bluffing. Two Japanese cities obliterated would certainly seem to indicate otherwise. -- As well as the refusal of the United States to eventually reduce its nuclear stockpile to zero.

About a year ago, this publication covered a story originally reported by NPR involving the VA refusal to accept claims filed by Second World War veterans who had been exposed to mustard gas by the military. Classified experiments conducted stateside. No records kept. Despite thousands subjected to the gas, the bastards at the Veterans Administration refused to provide these men treatment. Benefits. Compensation. Nothing.

Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo. introduced legislation to remedy this atrocity. She's called it The Arla Harrell Act. Mr. Harrell is believed to be the last Missouri survivor of these experiments. This gentleman is 89 and living in a nursing home. Has been repeatedly denied benefits by the goddamned VA. It is believed some 60,000 Navy and Army troops were subjected to this gas.

Apparently, the Veterans Administration is waiting for remaining survivors to finally die. The bill attempts to correct this. When are we finally going to get it right? Do the right thing? Ensure this bullshit never happens again. Under any circumstances. Ensure adequate records, at the very least, are kept so military personnel are not denied benefits they've truly earned.

No time in recent history have presidential front runners in both parties been so despised. Worse? Serious questions regarding possible criminal activity remain for both. Allegations date back well over a year. Why no criminal vetting to date, -- 5 months before the election? Law enforcement and prosecutors have not done their job.

This could, and should have been, resolved well over a year ago. One way or the other. Both parties. Trump. Clinton. Sadly, no matter how this goes down at this point, it's so close to the election no one will believe the outcome of any investigation. Either way. Was that the intention? A lower standard for both front runners who remain at the top of the food chain? Forget? Both candidates are indeed in the top 1%. To date, not been held accountable.

Likely, won't be. Almost never are. We'll see. One thing seems for sure, sick sycophants in both parties won't be confused by the truth no matter how this winds up resolved. ... If, in fact, it does.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
