With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

Where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff? Three weeks, now. Why are you sitting on this information, Bill? What are you hiding, Sheriff? What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? Reportedly, there were three of them. Who are they, Bill? An ongoing investigation remains a bullshit excuse.

The people have a right to know what happened and how it went down. Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot. The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt. Equally pointedly, did you and/or your jackbooted thugs intimidate, pressure, manipulate Schilling into retiring from the runoff? During an interview with Glenn Beck, 4-21-16, Texas Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz claimed:

"You've got the Obama Education Department suing to try to force junior highs to let teenage boys shower with teenage girls. That's crazy."

It is. Also, achingly false. He's insane. Lost his mind. Goddamned bullshit. Egregious distortion of reality. The Senator is no more than a disingenuous liar.

San Francisco Police Officer Jason Lai is under investigation for outrageously bigoted texts he's sent and received. Recently resigned in disgrace. Think there's any place for bigotry in law enforcement? Any at all?

Sadly, not only going on in San Francisco, but LA as well. Tom Angel was chief of staff to LA County Sheriff Jim McDonnell. Resigned in disgrace after revelations he forwarded emails while working for the Burbank Police Department. These messages were bigoted pieces of trash that targeted minorities, women, and Muslims. When will these achingly clueless profoundly prejudiced goddamned useless f--kers finally wake up? It's 2016, not 1950.

Remember the case of Tulsa County Sheriff's Office former Reserve Officer Robert Bates, 74? Bates mistook his gun for a Taser and killed Eric Harris back in 2015. The incompetent son of a bitch was convicted of second-degree manslaughter. The jury recommended no more than four years in prison. How about that? Wantonly kill a citizen while on duty, get slapped on the wrist. The man is dead, forget? Kill a cop in self defense and guess what? You get executed. Think about it. Anything wrong with this picture? Anything at all? Hear the rumble? That deaf?

Remember the case of Paterson, N.J., Police Department Officer Jeffrey Heffernan who was unjustly demoted for picking up a campaign sign for his mother? Was falsely accused of campaigning for a challenger to the mayor. The U.S. Supreme Court finally got something right. Found for the officer. What took so long?

"When police are wrong and commit crimes, we are prosecuted. We are held to a higher standard and we are prosecuted."

That simply is not a true statement. Extremely seldom are they indicted, never mind prosecuted. Usually, slapped on the wrist at best. When was the last time you heard a cop executed for murdering on the job?

"[The] problems come in when the officer doesn't take the effort or the time to get to understand the community, and when the community doesn't take the time to get to know the officer and who he is, and that he's a human being too."

On whether the new generation of police officers is more trigger happy than veteran officers:

Right, Sheriff? TL? How else could you collect in outrageously bogus fines, 'court costs, etc. the amount of money finding its way into County coffers other than by shaking down the innocent? Deliberately ripping them off with phony tickets and false arrests? Why is it, Sheriff, jail booking figures exponentially declined at the beginning of the race, only to skyrocket, that is, return to normal after the runoff was announced? Again, Bill, did you or your jackbooted thugs intimidate or otherwise force Schilling into retiring from the runoff?

It is outrageous to spit in the face of a deputy. That happened to former Chatham County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Charlesetta Hawkins in Georgia. In the County jail. Lost her cool. Had restrained Jonathan Mahone in a chair for about an hour for breaking an overhead sprinkler. Subsequently, he outrageously spit in her face. She then pepper sprayed him, got fired, and was then arrested herself.

He needs to be prosecuted for destruction of jail property as well as spitting in her face. She needs to be prosecuted for criminally assaulting him with pepper spray while he was restrained, failing to wipe it off after leaving it on him quite some time. No cop gets to be judge, jury, and executioner. That's why, supposedly, we have a court system. Forget?

Sadly, we're going backwards. Would you believe an Oklahoma appeals court ruled forcible sodomy isn't sexual assault? These clueless assholes on the bench ruled there is nothing in the current oral sodomy law prohibiting someone from performing such on an intoxicated person who is unconscious.

If, however, the victim had a medical problem leading to unconsciousness such oral sodomy would be illegal and considered sexual assault. Say what? The law will be changed as soon as possible. Other sexual offenders are already desperate to take advantage of this court-manufactured loophole. Prosecutors consider the ruling bullshit. It is.

Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz has his head so far up his ass his eyeballs are turning inside out. The following excerpt is from his latest newsletter:

Last week, Sen. Cruz and the entire Texas Republican congressional delegation filed a critical amicus brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in Veasey v. Abbott. The brief supports Texas’ Senate Bill (SB) 14, which requires Texas voters to present government-issued photo ID before voting and provides for free election ID cards.

After SB 14 was passed into law in 2011, the Obama administration, along with private plaintiffs, launched an attack on this sensible legislation, claiming in court that SB 14 violates the Voting Rights Act, among other things. The case is now scheduled to be heard by the entire 5th Circuit. The Texas congressional delegation brief pushes back specifically against the administration’s baseless Voting Rights Act arguments.

“Proper evaluation of SB 14 under the Voting Rights Act must take into account the settled benefits of voter identification laws,” the brief states. “Texas’s SB 14 is an excellent example of a voter identification law that fosters each of these benefits through evenhanded, race-neutral, and non-burdensome means.”

There are no "settled benefits of voter identification laws." Precisely, why a lower court ruled the goddamned law unconstitutional. They're right. Remains amazing the nazi appeals court is dragging its feet on a voter ID law that has been ruled unconstitutional by the lower court. The Supreme Court expects this case to be fully adjudicated in time for the November election. If not, it states it may intervene. Contrary to this lying son of a bitch who has no business in the Senate, this law remains the direct opposite of "sensible." Why? There is no substantive voter fraud here. None at all.

This goddamned nazi knows full well more people who are eligible to vote won't directly due to this goddamned law that was cleverly designed by Republican national socialists to prevent the poor and elderly from voting. Why? Simple. These goddamned nazis insanely believe the poor and elderly are more likely to vote Democratic than Republican. So what to do? Deliberately abrogate the right of both groups to vote. The appeals court is dragging its feet, legislating its goddamned perverse ideological views from the bench. The Supreme Court set a date positive to act:

"If, on or before July 20, 2016, the Court of Appeals has neither issued an opinion on the merits of the case nor issued an order vacating or modifying the current stay order, an aggrieved party may seek interim relief from this Court by filing an appropriate application."

Why are the goddamned national socialists on the Supreme Court dragging their feet? Why hasn't this issue been long since resolved? Why are they playing games along with the appeals court?

In follow-up to the above, Tom Smith of Public Citizen claims approximately 600,000 Texans lack voter ID. PolitiFact Texas looked into the matter:

Republican national socialists will not be confused by the truth. Under any circumstances. They have a good thing going, don't they? Over a half million Texans no longer vote. According to Republicans, that's indeed a good thing. Right? After all, they believe the poor and elderly vote mostly for Democrats. Get it?

It doesn't make sense for grown adult men, strangers, to be alone in a restroom with a little girl. This is the height of political correctness. And frankly, the concern is not of the Caitlyn Jenners of the world, but if the law is such that any man, if he feels like it, can go in a woman's restroom and you can't ask him to leave, that opens the door for predators."

Once again, the goddamned Supreme Court has recently taken yet another raucous hard dump on the Fourth Amendment. It will now allow judges to issue search warrants for access to computers anywhere in the country. This is yet another example we now live in a fascist police-state. FBI goons and others will exponentially increase fishing expeditions. Make it easier for government jackbooted bastards to hack into anyone's computer. If Congress does not act before 12/1, the new rules become permanent. Google and civil liberties groups are strongly opposed. Rightfully, so. Nazi justice in Nazi America. What to do if all else fails? Blow up the money. Literally. ISIS money. NBC reports:

Republican national socialists, especially those running for President falsely claim Obama has eviscerated the military. Think so? Really? How much is enough? Never enough? Wake up. NPR reports:

"Post-9/11 Pentagon spending peaked in 2009 at more than $691 billion — a combination of the Defense Department's request for basic funds and the supplemental request it made for wartime spending. Last year, those two accounts amounted to just over $580 billion (though the Stockholm International Peace Institute, or SIPRI, put total U.S. spending on its military in 2015 slightly higher at $596 billion). Meanwhile, every dollar buys less than it used to."

That's over a half trillion with a "t." We've got people, who despite food stamps and food banks, are going without sufficient food. We have people who remain homeless. Others who are no more than a missed paycheck away from being out on the street. While corporate profits and cash reserves both remain at record levels. So do corporate management suite salaries and perqs.

The people that work for these companies are no longer paid a livable wage, have seen benefits drastically cut. So shareholders and the corporate management suite can steal labor. Further line their bottomless pockets. Workers continue to be laid off and then rehired elsewhere at a fraction of the wages and benefits they were formerly paid.

Yet, GOP nazis wish to increase defense spending despite the fact there is no exigent threat to the American homeland. None at all. They wish to increase defense spending not because of any pending threat, but to line the pockets of their corporate masters who literally own these Republican and Democratic sons of bitches who line their bottomless pockets.

Unbridled greed. Not only do taxpayers pay for this goddamned looting, but so does our military in terms of blood as they keep getting killed and maimed for nothing overseas other than lining corporate coffers here at home. The shit continues to hit the fan as all levels of government have funding problems. They've overspent. Fleeced taxpayers. Lined their bottomless pockets. The chickens are finally coming home to roost. Right, Sheriff? TL?

Our government lackeys and their corporate masters are traitorously looting, egregiously f--king the middle class and the bottom of the food chain to line their pockets. Our soldiers are paying for this fiasco in blood. So when Republican national socialists continue to clamor for increased military spending ask the hopelessly greedy and bloodthirsty sons of bitches why. Right, TL? Sheriff?

Telcordia is a Swedish-owned database firm that was commissioned by our national socialist government to set up a telephone database for law enforcement. Why? What business is it of our goddamned government and out of control law enforcement? Most of those in this database are law-abiding citizens. Why is their privacy abrogated by these hopelessly pernicious untrustworthy jackbooted bastards with no warrant? No court order.

Insult to injury, the dopey bastards now fear since foreigners work on this database, its security could have been compromised. What webs we weave. There is a surveillance video from the Jacksonville, Florida jail that purportedly shows Sheriff's Officer Akinyemi Borisade punching and kicking a prisoner, Mayra Martinez, repeatedly, 4-27-16. The woman was handcuffed. The thug was immediately fired and arrested. ... We'll see how this is adjudicated.

Major corporations are beginning to get the message, the absolute need for end to end encryption. Google and Yahoo among a number of them. About time. They need to step it up. The greatest threat now is no foreign power, no terrorist organization, or the criminal element. The greatest threat is presented by all levels of government here in our formerly great country.

The American Family Association is a Right Wing national socialist organization that determinedly embraces sick religion. Hopelessly anti-LGBT, it has organized and executed a 550,000 signature drive to boycott Target over its LGBT-friendly dressing and rest room policies. What the hell is wrong with you perversely ill nazis? Most profess to be Christians.

Cruz and Kasich both suspended their campaigns for President, leaving Trump presumptive Republican nominee. Does not appear to be sitting well with GOP bigwigs, however. The next few months will be most interesting, likely high drama.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
