With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died? How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago? How much? Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch? Her cohorts? Your law enforcement shysters? While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you. That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete? But an extensive background check as well? Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates? Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong? How about both universities? Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception? Think they don't have a right to know?

Where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff? Two weeks, now. Why are you sitting on this information, Bill? What is the identity of the officers who killed him? An ongoing investigation is a bullshit excuse. The people have a right to know what happened and how it went down. Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.

The Daily Trib has reported James Schilling pulled out of the runoff for Llano County Sheriff. Only in Llano County can this kind of bullshit occur. Shortly before an election. ... Right, Sheriff? Could it be he was pressured by you and/or your jackbooted thugs? Another of the bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County? Could it be they knew Schilling was too honest for the job? Wouldn't have put up with bogus tickets and false arrests designed to line County coffers?

Schilling will remain on the ballot, but not accept the nomination no matter the vote. What about the other three candidates? Why is the public sentenced to another four years of this jackbooted incumbent thug and his equally jackbooted henchmen? This is yet another example of nazi justice in Nazi Llano County. Where day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet. No question, there is a desperate need for a federal criminal investigation of not only the Llano County Sheriff's Office, but all County agencies.

Fourteen emails were sent to the Sheriff over the years by this publication in complaint against his goddamned jackbooted bastards. Not one was answered. Not one. All were ignored. This sad excuse for a Sheriff answers to no one other than himself and the phony bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. No question, there needs to be a criminal investigation and an audit. Then, prosecutions.

Why won't the primary be held all over again since Schilling dropped out, or more likely, was pressured to drop out? Election law used as a convenient excuse? Why aren't the other candidates given another opportunity to run in the runoff? An election, a runoff election is already scheduled and will continue as planned. What additional significant extra cost would there be? Why not open up the contest? There is the strong possibility there's been malfeasance in Schilling's exit, forced or otherwise.

This needs to be investigated by the federal government since there is clearly no longer justice in the State of Texas. This is not the first time in recent history an election seems to have been tampered with or undue pressure brought to bear. There is the strong possibility the last election of JP2 was a farce as well, that is, a stolen election. All this needs to be investigated by outside agencies.

One thing for sure. Any of the four other candidates would have made a better Sheriff than the incumbent. All of them were honest. Trying to do the right thing. Precisely, why none of them was successful. After all, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County don't want honesty or integrity. They want to continue stealing. Lining their pockets. Precisely, why a good law enforcement officer does not last long in Llano County. They're forced out.

Former House Speaker Dennis Hastert has admitted in open court he indeed sexually abused high school boys as wrestling coach decades ago. The son of a bitch was sentenced to 15 months in prison for related financial banking crimes. Statute of limitations ran out on the child sexual abuse charges. Only in Nazi America. Had it been any Joe Blow off the street, think prosecutors wouldn't have found a way to incarcerate his sorry ass decades?

Apple is still cooperating with government goons on thousands of law enforcement requests. Claims any request for customer content must come with a warrant. Is that right? Also claims most requests have to do with lost phones. Again, can this be believed? Clearly, Apple has been placing law enforcement before customer privacy. Has apparently been doing so for years. Until the air clears and much more is known about that cooperation, it would not be wise to trust the security of any Apple device.

Subsequent to writing the above, the jackbooted bastards in the FBI announced they will not inform Apple or anyone else of the security flaw in the San Bernadino smartphone. This is a change for these jackbooted thugs. In the past, they always informed manufacturers so customers could be protected from hackers. Clearly, no longer.

Remember the five former New Orleans police officers found guilty of killing and/or covering up the killing of innocent civilians on New Orleans' Danziger Bridge? The convictions had been thrown out due to prosecutorial misconduct back in 2013. Nothing quite like justice delayed is there? These jackbooted bastards finally entered guilty pleas to reduced charges. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Got to protect and coddle the goons, don't we?

"The judge in the case is now reviewing the terms of the deal; we'll update this post with news of his decision to either affirm or deny its terms.

"According to local reporters who were in the courtroom, former Officers Kenneth Bowen, Robert Faulcon, Robert Gisevius and Anthony Villavaso pleaded guilty to three counts each Wednesday, while Arthur Kaufman, the investigating officer who was accused of arranging a cover-up, pleaded guilty to two counts.

"The punishments are markedly less severe than those the officers received four years ago: While their previous sentences had carried a collective weight of more than 200 years in prison, the plea deal reportedly reduces that to less than 45 years in total.

"When they were initially found guilty, Bowen, Faulcon, Gisevius and Villavaso were all sentenced to more than 30 years in prison. Faulcon got the most time: 65 years for "killing [a] mentally ill man with a shotgun blast to the back," as the Two-Way reported back in 2012. His new prison sentence would be for 12 years.

"Both Bowen and Gisevius went from facing prison terms of 40 years each to 10 years; Villavaso, from 38 years to seven.

"Kaufman initially was ordered to spend six years in prison for covering up the others' actions; today, he reportedly agreed to a three-year sentence.

"All of the former officers' arrangements with prosecutors give them credit for time served and include five years of supervised release."

Again, the jackbooted bastards in blue wantonly kill on the job and guess what? They nearly always get a break. Remember the case of former NYPD Officer Peter Liang? This son of a bitch, as reported in an earlier edition, opened fire on an innocent guy on a stairwell in a Brooklyn housing project back in late 2014. NBC reports:

"Justice Danny Chun of the State Supreme Court in Brooklyn ordered Liang, 28, to serve five years probation and 800 hours of community service. Liang will also serve three years probation concurrently on misconduct charges."

Jesus Christ. Again, we see there is no justice. Jackbooted bastards in law enforcement are held to a different standard. Most of the time, are not charged at all when murdering or committing manslaughter on the job. Hear the rumble?

There is no question states can and do revoke drivers licenses if a breath test is refused. They want more. Far more. Are passing laws that make it a crime to refuse incriminating oneself by forcing compliance. Get it? An end run around the United States Constitution and the Fifth Amendment. A case was recently heard before the U.S. Supreme Court. NPR reports:

"The states concede that breath tests and blood draws each constitute a "search" of a person's body and normally, under the Constitution, a search requires a warrant. But the question before the court was whether states can get around the warrant requirement by enacting laws that making it a crime to refuse to submit to a test.

"Three defendants from North Dakota and Minnesota are challenging their convictions for refusing to take either a blood alcohol or breath test. Their lawyer, Charles Rothfeld, told the justices that the fundamental problem with the statutes at issue here is that they make it a crime to assert a constitutional right — namely, the right to be free from a bodily search unless the police get a warrant.

"One way to look at it, Justice Samuel Alito said, is that the defendants are "reneging on a bargain." The bargain is: We give you a license to drive, and in exchange, you agree to take a blood alcohol test.

"Rothfeld rejected that idea, noting that the defendants here had no idea they had ever consented to that bargain."

That's right. No one consents to any such thing when obtaining a drivers license. ... Just because the state forces you to get a drivers license to stay out of jail, does not mean you've in fact agreed to convenient state abrogation of the Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate oneself. That right, contained in the Fifth Amendment, has been deliberately abrogated, determinedly shit on by the state that remains determined to abrogate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Why? To impose a goddamned fascist police-state.

It's taken a couple hundred years for the government to have nearly completely abrogated all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. -- The frog lulled to sleep in an increasingly heated pot of water. Until he's boiled alive. Had been growing increasingly intolerable since the '60s. Seems a North Carolina court has issued a ruling on trans gender bathroom use that reportedly threatens an outrageously bigoted anti-LGBT law recently passed. CBS reports:

"A federal appeals court ruling on transgender bathroom access in public schools threatens a key provision of a North Carolina law limiting protections for the LGBT community.

"The court decision has prompted swift condemnation from the state's Republican leadership.

"The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond sided Tuesday with a transgender teen's arguments that a Virginia school board violated Title IX by forbidding him from using the boys' restroom. The interpretation of the federal education law directly affects North Carolina.

"The court's ruling imperils a provision in the North Carolina law - called HB2 - that requires transgender students in public schools and universities to use bathrooms corresponding to the gender on their birth certificate, said Maxine Eichner, a University of North Carolina law professor."

Utah recently declared pornography a public health crisis. Is that right? Think so? Where have we heard this before? Can remember back to the Nixon Regime. The son of a bitch commissioned a blue ribbon panel to determine the effects of porn. Especially at the time, porn was falsely believed to facilitate sexual assault, that is, cause men to rape.

The blue ribbon panel came back with the truth that porn does not in fact cause people to sexually assault. Nixon and his henchmen summarily dismissed their findings saying everyone knows the opposite is true. The nazi son of a bitch criminal would not be confused by the truth. History again appears to be repeating itself.

Don't GOP fascists in Utah have far more pressing problems to deal with? Everything so hunkie dorie there they can afford to waste time on a non-issue? ... Or, is what's really behind this the determined effort of the Nazi Right to impose its perverse and convoluted religious and ideological beliefs on all through the force of law?

Amazing how people see themselves as they wish to be seen, not as they truly are. We're all guilty of this to at least some extent, obviously. Some worse than others, however. It's, sadly, human nature. Especially, those in positions of great power such as a government official bought and paid for by his/her corporate masters. ... Or, more strikingly, by an exceptionally high member, more precisely, former member of the corporate management suite.

They seem to believe their own bullshit unflinchingly. Aren't lying, and since they aren't liars, come off as convincing and credible by most who don't know them very well. Certainly, have conflated egos and inflated opinions of themselves to go along with their 'leadership' 'qualities,' 'abilities.' That's why they attain high office in the corporation in the first place. Have what it takes to carefully influence others, that is craftily manipulate, get them to do what they want. Usually, unflinchingly. Often through fear. That ability to effectively manipulate is often far more important than any technical or business savvy they bring to the job.

If you were to ask their underlings what they thought of their superiors, protected their identities so there would be no blow back, you'd get the truth. -- A truth far different than what the 'leader' perceives it to be. Often, quite the opposite. But since there is indeed what is often a vicious food chain to be considered, these individuals in positions of high power usually remain shielded from the truth. Indeed, "The King has no clothes!" A truth they would never believe anyway since ego nearly always gets in the way.

Unless, of course, shareholders are getting f--ked. That is, earnings suck, or have sucked too long for their positions in authority to be sustained. Then they get fired, replaced with yet another 'leader.' Since these corporate 'leaders' buy and sell their government lackeys with impunity, results can often be not what is expected by shareholders or board members.

Mistakes are always made. Human nature is often unpredictable, but always driven by greed and unenlightened self interest. Despite what the 'leader' delusionally believes to be 'leadership' 'talent', it's his/her overly inflated ego usually doing the talking. If you aggressively challenge their bullshit, they do what it takes to divert attention from themselves. Sophistry is often most conveniently applied when this happens. -- Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit. Usually works, since few people are truly willing to hold their feet to the fire. Too goddamned gutless.

Until this highly perverse Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged corporate way of doing business changes, the bubble will continue to grow until it bursts. We're already seeing evidence of it as public unrest continues to grow. Precisely, why both major political parties are having problems with candidates no one wants, no one is happy with.

Exactly, why police brutality and other malfeasance are being challenged on a scale not seen since the 1960s. Unless there is desperately needed change, that is, the corporate management suite finally wakes up, as well as its bought and paid for lackeys in government, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could indeed become reality.

Especially, since the corporate management suite sees absolutely no reason to change its ways, that is, compensate people with a living wage. Treat them like human beings, not corporate chattel. Refuses to take any responsibility for the decimation of the middle class. That zero-sum, winner take all mentality is directly responsible for the middle class quickly becoming extinct. The President knows he has a problem. Credibility of law enforcement remains in the toilet. This is a problem because we absolutely do need police we can trust. NPR reports an initiative that may be a good start, but remains seriously lacking due to a problem that will become quickly obvious:

"During the 2014 Ferguson protests, America woke up to a surprising fact: There are no good national numbers on police conduct. While the federal government collects reasonably accurate crime statistics, it doesn't know much about law enforcement patterns such as racial profiling and police use of force. It turned out even the government's most basic statistic — the number of people killed by police — was way off.

"The White House says it wants to change that with the Police Data Initiative. It's an outgrowth of the President's Task Force on 21st Century Policing, whose final report called for greater data transparency as a means to build trust between police and communities. The Police Data Initiative encourages departments to anticipate the kind of numbers their communities want to see, and provide them, preferably in database format. As an example, the White House cites the online data portal on police shootings set up by the Dallas Police Department.

... And, sadly, that's the problem. It's voluntary. Not good enough. Nowhere near. The public deserves better. Far better. Until these jackbooted bastards are reined in, the carnage will continue, that is, murder committed by police on the job. To say nothing of continuing abuse and shaking down of innocent law abiding citizens. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

Texas Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz finally got something right. Amazing, isn't it? Can we stand it? In follow-up to the United Health fiasco covered in last week's edition of this publication, the following is a snippet from the Cruz newsletter just received:

“Sadly, none of this comes as a surprise. Conservatives predicted this result years ago, and yet here we are: with health insurance that is worse and costs more, with a system that kills jobs and lowers paychecks, and with a federal government that stands between Americans and their doctors.”

You think? All well and good, Senator, but what do you and your fellow national socialists in the Republican Party intend to replace it with? Healthcare 'savings accounts' that remain no more than a goddamned bullshit ruse? When will you propose radical change that will effectively rein in rampant abject greed as well as deliberate abrogation of medical privacy to line corporate coffers, that is, their bottomless pockets? Until this happens, you goddamned fascists have nothing to offer the public to replace it. Nothing at all. Empty rhetoric.

Despite no evidence a crime had indeed been committed, Prince was butchered after being found dead. That is, autopsied. Police initially came out with two different places he was allegedly found expired, that is, first in his studio slumped in a chair, and then in an elevator in his home. Which is it, you jackbooted clueless sons of bitches? There were no reports of any evidence of criminal activity, however. Or, suicide.

Yet, in Nazi America, a goddamned fascist police-state, autopsies are routinely ordered with or without probable cause a crime has indeed been committed. Why? Whose pockets are being lined? Moreover? These bastards in government clearly believe they own citizens, that is your sorry gutless asses, from womb to tomb. They do, don't they?

Why order a post mortem that is unwanted by the dead, family, and where there is no evidence a crime has indeed been committed? This routinely happens even when the dead were under medical care. It's goddamned bullshit. A f--king ruse designed to line someone's pockets. Perversely, exercise authority. Sick, convoluted authority.

Months ago, the following was posted in this publication to enlighten readers as to exactly, precisely, how grisly this procedure has become, especially when it is imposed unnecessarily to line someone's pockets or to enable government lackeys to get their cookies off:

"The extent of an autopsy can vary from the examination of a single organ such as the heart or brain, to a very extensive examination. Examination of the chest, abdomen, and brain is probably considered by most pathologists as the standard scope of the autopsy.

"The autopsy begins with a complete external examination. The weight and height of the body are recorded, and identifying marks such as scars and tattoos also are recorded.

"The internal examination begins with the creation of a Y or U- shaped incision from both shoulders joining over the sternum and continuing down to the pubic bone. The skin and underlying tissues are then separated to expose the rib cage and abdominal cavity. The front of the rib cage is removed to expose the neck and chest organs. This opening allows the trachea (windpipe), thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, esophagus, heart, thoracic aorta and lungs to be removed. "After the organs are removed from the body, they usually are separated from each other and further dissected to reveal any abnormalities, such as tumors, on the inside. Subsequent to writing the above Carver County Sheriff Jim Olson indeed confirmed there were no signs of violence on the body of Prince, nor were there any signs of suicide.

There was no probable cause a crime had indeed occurred. How do you justify butchering someone's corpse under such conditions? Did the jackbooted son of a bitch consult the family? See what they wanted? What Prince himself wanted prior to his death? Not clear if authorities indeed took the time and effort to do so. Why not?

Apparently, they were enamored with the celebrity of Prince, and equally likely covering their ass. Think not? Olson disingenuously grandstanded during a news conference:

"This is certainly a big event internationally and nationally, and I can tell you that we are going to leave no stone unturned with this and make sure the public knows what happened."

It's none of the public's goddamned business, you clueless self-impressed jackbooted thug. If Prince wanted the public to know he had medical issues prior to his death he would have done so. He did not. Deliberately, so. Although it was common knowledge. Who the hell are you and any other jackbooted son of a bitch in our goddamned sorry government to invade his and his family's privacy? What is this to you, Sheriff? A goddamned circus and public relations opportunity for you and your jackbooted bastards?

Other than being an exceptionally gifted artist and musician, what did Prince ever do to deserve having his corpse butchered at the pleasure of the goddamned goons who falsely believe they run and own this formerly great country? What business is it of the fans to know the exact cause of death as long as the death was not the result of criminal activity? Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz that Israeli 'security' 'justifies' Israeli annexation of the Syrian Golan Heights? This clueless fascist son of a bitch doesn't understand this will only enflame the Middle East and increase efforts by equally insane Islamic fighters to terrorize the region.

The Chicago Police Department has a horrendous reputation. Trying to clean up its act, recently. Due to tremendous federal pressure from the 'Justice' Department. Chicago police released a horrific video of a woman who had driven a getaway car for a robbery. This case dates back to 2013. Tiffani Jacobs, 34, was the driver. Had driven towards an officer on foot. He pumped two rounds into her chest. She kept going.

When police finally caught up to her, she got out of the car with her hands up. Unarmed, she was nonetheless collared, thrown to the ground, and then tased repeatedly, because her hands were under her body. She couldn't show them to the jackbooted bastards. She was tased, as well, after being cuffed. ... The American Way, forget?

Jackbooted bastards in uniform don't legally, constitutionally get to be judge, jury, and executioner. Clearly, they do all over our formerly great country. Worse? The idiots who worship these criminal bastards in blue have no clue this is not supposed to happen in a democratic republic. Apparently, the Nazi Right, which includes most of the country, enjoys and wants our formerly great nation to continue becoming a goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? TL?

The suicide rate in this country has sharply risen in the last 15 years according to the federal government. The causes of this are not simple since suicide is considered extremely complicated human behavior by professionals. Men kill themselves at a rate four to one compared to women. The rise in suicide extends across the board, however. All age groups. As our formerly great country continues to deteriorate, think suicide may not become an even greater issue? We need to think very carefully about this growing problem. Certainly, however, shouldn't be used as an excuse to prohibit physician-assisted suicide at the end of life.

The family of 12-year-old Tamir Rice received a $6 million settlement. Readers will recall, as covered here and elsewhere, police wantonly killed, that is, murdered this kid. The jackbooted thug responsible was not charged by a grand jury clearly in the pocket of the district attorney and law enforcement. Question. If the thug did not in fact murder this kid, why the hell did the government agree to the settlement?

More importantly, the family should have held out for more. Far more. Did all it could to bankrupt the City of Cleveland. Forced the 'Justice' Department to file a civil rights suit against the City, Department, and the goddamned thug who committed murder. When are we going to hold these murderous jackbooted thugs fully accountable for their actions? When?

When stopped by police in Muskogee County, Okla. for an alleged broken tail light, deputies started questioning him. Brought in a drug dog who alerted. Commenced a search and found some $53,000 in donations, ticket sales, etc.. All destined for a religious college in Burma. No drugs were found. No paraphernalia. No weapons. Surprise, surprise. "What happened to Eh Wah is known as civil asset forfeiture. It comes from a relatively obscure corner of the law that allows authorities to seize cash and property from people they suspect of a crime. In most states, and under federal law, authorities get to keep the proceeds regardless of whether the person is ever convicted, or even charged, with criminal wrongdoing.

"Under civil forfeiture, the burden of proof is on the property owner to prove their innocence to get their stuff back. This turns the common criminal-law principle on its head: When it comes to civil forfeiture, you are guilty until proven innocent."

"Muskogee County authorities eventually charged Eh Wah with a crime, five weeks after he was stopped. They issued a warrant for his arrest April 5, for the crime of "acquir[ing] proceeds from drug activity, a felony." For probable cause, the authorities noted the positive alert from the drug dog, "inconsistent stories" and said Eh Wah was "unable to confirm the money was his."

"Drug-sniffing dogs are notoriously prone to giving false positives. A Chicago Tribune study of three years worth of drug dog data found that the animals' positive alerts led to the discovery of drugs only 44 percent of the time. Subsequent to writing the above, seems Muskogee County District Attorney Orvil Loge had a change of heart. Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no? Public pressure had to have been horrific. The Washington Post followed up the original story with the following:

After the story was published, Muskogee County District Attorney Orvil Loge decided to dismiss both the civil case (the cash seizure) and a criminal charge of "acquir[ing] proceeds from drug activity" against the principal defendant, Eh Wah, after reviewing the evidence and speaking with the officers involved.

"I looked at the case and met with the officers and determined that we would not be able to meet the burden of proof in the criminal case and in the civil case," Loge said in an interview. He also cited the press coverage of the story and said that his office has heard from "a lot of citizens" who were upset about the details of the case.

'Judge' Thomas D. Schroeder of the Federal District Court is a goddamned national disgrace. Poster boy for term limits. This fascist son of a bitch blatantly, determinedly legislated his perverse ideological and religious views from the bench. Obediently did the work of his corporate masters who clearly own his fascist ass.

This piece of shit upheld a nazi North Carolina law requiring voters to show photo ID before voting. Did the bidding of his goddamned Republican masters who desperately want voters to vote for no one other than GOP national socialists. There is no widespread voter fraud. This goddamned 'Judge' ensured through his bogus ruling those least likely to have 'proper' 'identification', that is, the elderly and poor, will not vote. The fascist GOP falsely believes these individuals are most prone to vote for Democrats. Europe is light years ahead of the United States vis a vis digital privacy. Further restrictions on American corporations such as Google as well as the U.S. government are pending. About time. Same needs to occur here in our formerly great country. The President in Germany spoke to young people in Berlin:

The fact that terrorism is real does not mean the President and goddamned nazi law enforcement in the United States have any right to access digital data belonging to innocent citizens.

Have no right to mass collect all data coming through Internet fiber optic cables or any other mode of transmission. Including warrantless use of Stingray on cell towers. Hopefully, it will be forced on the American government as European privacy rules change. Corporations like Google prosecuted, sued, and/or prevented from continuing to do business in Europe.

The effect of such changes in European laws, rules, and regulations would likely snow ball. Would consequently force change here in the fascist police-state we now live in. The President, his henchmen, and his stooges in the Republican and Democratic Parties use fear of terrorism to keep the peasants in their place, effectively, easily establish a goddamned fascist police-state. The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Circle L Industries, Solar Energy Division, Renewable Energy for America Program (REAP). A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
