With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin was stopped by Texas State Troopers on Hwy 71 near CR 305 in Llano County. Was reportedly wanted in a criminal investigation according to DPS. Officers from the Llano County Sheriff's Office assisted. When Wise allegedly pointed a pistol at officers, they opened fire.

At time of writing, it is not clear who killed him. He was transported to Austin to be autopsied. Sheriff? When will dash cam video be released as well as details of the alleged criminal investigation? If this indeed was a good shoot and this man was supposedly wanted and now deceased at the hands of law enforcement, why not immediately release all details?

... Need to make sure everyone in both agencies involved are indeed on the same page? Have their stories concocted exactly alike and in sync? To protect your sorry asses? This man is dead. Will not be prosecuted. Is in the interest of both DPS and LCSO to quickly release information and allay public fears there may indeed have been police malfeasance. If there is in fact nothing to hide and no one to be prosecuted, why not immediately come clean with all information? That paranoid? Or, just guilty as sin?

Trust in law enforcement is at an all time low. -- Too much lying and cover up by authorities across our formerly great country. While the lying jackbooted bastards in law enforcement remain tightlipped every time an officer kills on the job, KPLC-TV in Lake Charles, LA reports Wise allegedly had robbed two banks in Lake Charles and was wanted in both robberies. Has a criminal history.

Time to release all information, Sheriff. What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise? There is speculation in Louisiana this may have been a suicide by cop. Any truth to that, Sheriff? There are unconfirmed reports gunfire was exchanged by Wise and law enforcement. Any truth to that, Sheriff? If so, this is in conflict with initial reports by DPS that Wise only pointed a weapon, and was summarily killed by law enforcement for that alone.

If there is nothing to hide, Bill, the public is indeed entitled to full disclosure. Otherwise, questions will remain. As do in several other killings by law enforcement in Llano County the last decade or so. You fail to understand you work for the public. Not yourself. Remain beholden to taxpayers. Can't seem to grasp the fact you're supposed to work for the public good. Not to line County coffers with bogus tickets and arrests. Forget your oath of office?

As covered in an earlier edition, Stingrays are cellular site simulators used to trick cellphones into disclosing to jackbooted thugs your location and other data on your cellphone. Up to this point, police have not gotten a warrant. Did not think they needed probable cause and a warrant. Consequently, law enforcement has again abused its authority and deliberately shit on the Fourth Amendment, the requirement of probable cause, and a warrant signed by a judge.

Jackbooted thugs have used Stingrays to scoop up data at rallies and other gatherings. From hundreds to thousands present. Again, with no probable cause. No warrant. Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah understands the exigent danger to privacy and constitutional rights Stingrays pose to innocent citizens:

This is, and was, outrageously unconstitutional. A violation of both the First and Fourth Amendments. They've finally sued the 'Justice' Department. What took so long?

This bill deliberately imposes further restrictions on a woman's constitutional right to an abortion. Ostensibly, this bill bans sex selective and race-based abortions. What it is really intended to do is force physicians to racially profile. Question a woman's motivation and reasons for seeking an abortion. This is none of the goddamned doctor's business or that of our outrageously intrusive government.

It's a blatant naked attempt by the Nazi Right in our formerly great country to prevent women from exercising their constitutional right to abort. It's none of their goddamned business what her reasons are for seeking medical care. None at all. They have no right to impose their outrageously perverse and convoluted religious and ideological views on others through the force of law. That's called fascism.

These racist nazi bastards consider minority women too damned stupid to decide for themselves whether or not to have an abortion. Doctors and nurses would be expected to inform authorities if they believe an abortion is being sought for gender and/or racial reasons. This is goddamned bullshit. In follow up to the last edition, the judge in the Hastert debacle has signaled he may increase the six month sentence plea bargained since Hastert lied about being extorted over a false child molestation claim. Get it, readers? Understand what's about to happen here? This former House Speaker son of a bitch repeatedly sexually assaulted boys when he was a high school wrestling coach decades ago.

Our out of control bastard government agreed to six months of incarceration. For a former government official guilty of sexual assault prior to being in political office. Special treatment? Think not? Believe Joe Blow next door would have received the same treatment? Think outrageously corrupt and abusive prosecutors wouldn't have found a way to put him away for years in state prison?

In an exceptionally fractured Congress, partisans on both the Left and Right have remarkably joined forces. Are considering a bill that would hold Saudis financially accountable should evidence be found that confirms speculation they were involved in 9/11.

Are threatening to sell some $750 billion in U.S. Treasury assets that would likely cripple their economy and be very difficult to sell en masse at this time. To protect this wealth from being frozen by U.S. courts in cases brought by the families of 9/11 victims. Two things must not be forgotten. First, that money was looted from the American public through Saudi gouging on the price of crude. Second, if the Saudis were indeed complicit in the 9/11 catastrophe, victims need to be compensated.

The President of the United States is traitorously lobbying on behalf of his Saudi friends. Wants to see this bill blocked. What do you think, dear readers? Is the President right? Or, is he simply doing the bidding of his corporate masters in Big Oil and that of his Saudi friends? Why is it governments both domestic and foreign, as well as their corporate masters, always seem to be afforded special treatment? Given a free pass. Presidential candidate Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz, as Texas Solicitor General back in 2007, defended an outrageously perverse statute prohibiting consenting adults from using sex toys in the privacy of their bedrooms. What this national socialist, unabashed fascist and the Nazi State of Texas were determined to do was force their convoluted religious and ideological views on the public in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments vis a vis privacy.

What consenting adults do in the privacy of the bedroom is none of the goddamned government's business or the nazi bastards who believe they run and own this out of control fascist police-state. As covered in an earlier edition, United Health Group has now finalized plans to exit most of the states it covers Obamacare. One of three major insurers to be lost. Think premiums won't skyrocket as a result? Worse? Reportedly, United Health is the largest health insurer. Has suffered horrendous losses. Tough, isn't it? Doesn't your heart bleed? ... If they aren't making astronomical profits, and doctors no longer do the same since most are now working for hospitals and other healthcare providers, guess who's pocketing the loot?

Ever hear of 'Constitutional Sheriffs?' These men and women believe the federal government is the greatest threat to liberty. Won't enforce laws they believe to be unconstitutional. Ever hear of 'Sovereign Citizens?' They think they don't have to adhere to laws they don't believe constitutional. Conventional law enforcement considers these people domestic terrorists.

Some of them may be. Not all of them. Most are simply tired of aggressive jackbooted government goons on the federal level. Both groups are short-sighted, however. The real threat to liberty comes from ALL levels of government. Not just the federal. We need to have all three levels (local, state, federal) as a check and balance against the other. Precisely, why we desperately need a federal investigation of not only the Llano County Sheriff's Office, but the entire County government itself. They've raped us long enough. Right, Sheriff?

National socialist Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr. traitorously, treasonously, treacherously abrogated his oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution. This goddamned fascist disingenuously, hypocritically urged the U.S. Senate to pass a bill that would force Apple and others to provide a backdoor to their encryption:

"There are victims of crime, survivors of crime, that are waiting for the Senate to lead and find a way forward, so we can access key evidence that now resides on smartphones that cannot be opened."

As they already have, and will continue to do whenever they can. A backdoor would make it exponentially easier, however. The Constitution and its requirements mean nothing to a national socialist. Prosecutors and police have repeatedly proven they cannot be trusted. Provide them a backdoor and these nazi sons of bitches will conduct warrantless fishing expeditions continually, at will. Again, they already have when they could. Have not shown restraint and good judgment. What nazi can? Give these bastards an inch, again, they take a light-year. Cannot be trusted.

If this legislation finally passes and gets signed into law by our treacherous President, Apple and other manufacturers could not be trusted. Would betray their users any time they received a court order. Users concerned about privacy would be forced to stop using smartphones and tablets. Certainly, anything based on Apple operating systems as well as Google androids.

Would be wise to use laptops with encryption apps downloaded from foreign providers. Save data anywhere but on the cloud. Or even on the hard drive. The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Mary M. Richards, M.S., LPC, CART, Spirit of Serene Healing Counseling, Marble Falls. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
