Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. To 'justify' looting the innocent. Line the pockets of the corrupt and abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Nothing is ever as it seems to be, right, Sheriff?

The FDA has changed the labeling on Mifeprex (mifepristone), a drug used in combination with misoprostol to end a pregnancy. This will thwart restrictions imposed by Texas to restrict its use to abort. The drug can be taken later in a pregnancy as a result of the label change. The label also imposes fewer office visits for its use. ... The 'lil lady' still considered too stupid to read a label? Needs guidance?

The Food and Drug Administration notified the manufacturer it's safe and effective in terminating a pregnancy in accordance with the new label. In other words, using it to abort is no longer an 'off label' use of the drug, thwarting state restrictions on its use in abortions. What we have here is a national socialist Legislature and a nazi Governor who were determined to practice medicine without a license as well as force their convoluted and perverse religious views on women in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause.

At time of writing, the FBI announced it will help Arkansas Faulkner County Prosecuting Attorney Cody Hiland hack a smartphone. There are others waiting for similar assistance. Seems that San Francisco cops have been exchanging racist and homophobic text messages. If so, after proper investigation and evidence the allegations are indeed true, the jackbooted bastards should be fired. Are unqualified to wear a badge, a uniform, and enjoy what amounts to a license to wantonly kill on the job. ... Think minorities and the LGBT community would be safe with such officers on patrol?

The Washington Post is reporting only one in five officers who kill on duty are publicly identified. Why not? Don't the people have a right to know who's murdering them? 210 people were killed last year by police who were not identified by their departments. Why not? Why are these jackbooted killers not identified? Why are they being protected? If it's indeed a clean shoot, what's the problem? What are these jackbooted bastards so afraid of?

The numbers of people killed by police is staggering. The Post reports in 2015 police killed 990 people. Through March of this year, they report the total is more than 250. Apparently, the jackbooted thugs in law enforcement have learned nothing since Ferguson. None of the figures provided by The Post was obtained from the federal government. -- Incredibly, the feds do not collect this data.

They got the statistics by questioning individual police departments across the country. -- Those that would cooperate. Apparently, the feds are protecting and coddling law enforcement goons. Only take action when public reaction is severe, -- as after Ferguson. Individual departments release information as they see fit, -- falsely claiming this information is exempt from open records requests.

Do all they can to protect and coddle murderous officers. Precisely, why there has been so much unrest after Ferguson. Why so much attention is now devoted to exposing these sons of bitches to the light of day. Not enough, however. Officers, though, disingenuously, falsely argue they're protecting the public and deserve some protection in return.

The Washington Post reports attorney Robert Phillips has filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of Lakeya Hicks and Elijah Pontoon. Both were stopped by Officer Chris Medlin of the South Carolina Aiken Department of Public Safety. There was no probable cause for the stop. Their car was searched. Nothing was found. Hicks was personally searched by an officer. Had her breasts exposed on the side of the rode.

Pontoon underwent a body cavity search. Two officers inserted their fingers into his rectum. On the side of the road. Nothing quite like nazi justice in Nazi America, is there? Hope they win a fortune. A video exists of the stop. This goddamned bullshit has to end. Goes on all over our formerly great country. Including right here in Nazi Texas perpetrated by at least some Department of Public Safety State Troopers. Supposedly, the best in law enforcement. Hear the rumble? Former Bastrop County Deputy Sheriff Daniel Willis is currently being retried for the murder of Yvette Smith while on duty. The unarmed woman was shot after she opened the door to a house where a domestic dispute had been reported to police. The first trial resulted in a hung jury. This again appears to be a case where a cowardly cop, gutlessly afraid, wantonly killed, -- displaying the perverse but ubiquitous police mindset, "Shoot first, ask questions later."

Former Maryland 'Judge' Robert C. Nalley lost his job after ordering a defendant shocked through a "stun cuff." Was convicted of a civil rights violation, fined $5,000, will take an anger management class, and spend a year on probation. Also, banned from the bench for life. Is that all? Why isn't this son of a bitch in prison? The laws that soft on 'judges' who egregiously abuse power?

Time to elect all judges. Term limit each to one term. Set retirement age requirements. Justice is indeed slow. Took several months after the incident before Nalley was even suspended. Nearly two years for sentence to be set. He's now 72. These bastards need to be put out to pasture years before this kind of egregious bullshit and behavior occur in a supposed court of law.

Hey, Sheriff? Do your goons receive any training regarding use of their vehicles on public highways? Any at all? They can't even seem to obey traffic laws the rest of us are obliged to follow. Like making a u-turn on 1431 in Kingsland in the absence of exigent circumstances. No lights on. No siren. Just before noon on Saturday, 4-2-16 saw one of your goons pass us on 1431 heading south just past Kingsland Community Church but before Wells Fargo.

The turkey then proceeded to make a u-turn on the highway without turning his lights on or sounding a siren. Didn't quite make it, however. Climbed the curb with his front right wheel. Heavily bounced off the curb, then pulled up a little ways and finally turned on his emergency lights. No one on either side of the highway knew what the jackass was up to.

Or could see who was driving due to the blackened windows. Just finally parked the vehicle and turned his emergency lights on. All traffic on both sides of the highway slowed to a crawl or stopped, not knowing what the jackass was going to do next. Is this proper procedure? Or, simply a goddamned jackbooted thug who does not know how to drive?

Don't know if he was about to lead a procession from the church or what. This standard procedure for operation of a vehicle paid for by looted Llano County taxpayers? Is this why so many police vehicles wind up in body shops, particularly ones who charge the most for their services, Sheriff? Couldn't be kickbacks, could there, Bill?

You and your jackbooted minions wouldn't be looting overburdened taxpayers already figuratively raped by the Appraisal Review Board, would you? Mississippi lawmakers passed a bill called The Protecting Freedom of Conscience from Government Discrimination Act. Nazis on the Right perversely believe it protects 'religious' 'freedom.' It doesn't. What it does is 'legalize' egregious open discrimination against the LGBT community. It awaits signature by the Governor of the not-so-great State of Mississippi.

The Supreme Court recently ruled unanimously (in a challenge brought by two rural Texas voters) that the entire population can and should be counted for political purposes, not just those eligible to vote. Diane Kroupa is a former U.S. Tax Court judge. She and her husband, Robert Fackler, both of Minnesota, have been indicted for conspiracy to defraud their country, obstruction of an IRS audit, tax evasion, and filing false tax returns. The U.S. Attorney claims the amount of taxes evaded to be at least $400,000.

No Tor volunteer can access the traffic running through his or her relay. It's encrypted. The goddamned government knows this. Didn't stop Seattle Police jack booted goons, however, from raiding the home of Tor volunteer David Robinson of Seattle who runs a relay out of his closet. -- Tor advises relays be located off premises, not in one's home for exactly this reason.

The goddamned goons had access to personal information they had no warrant for and were not entitled to in his home. He cooperated with the goddamned traitorous sons of bitches, however, and provided password access to his Tor relay machines so the thugs wouldn't remove them from his apartment. Of course, they found nothing since no data is saved.

Since he was outside his apartment talking to the bastards while they were inside accessing his equipment, he has no idea whether they installed key loggers or any other hacking software on them. Consequently, he will likely have to replace the equipment to be safe.

Readers should understand no browser is completely secure from government intrusion or hacking. So don't do anything criminal. You will be caught. -- May take the bastards some time, but you will be caught.

What the jackbooted goons were looking for was evidence of child porn. There was none. Nothing is saved but passed through the system. This is what frustrates police. They knew better. Tor has been useful to law enforcement in sting operations because an aggressively stupid criminal element doesn't understand the limitations of Tor and falsely believes their use of it is greater protection than it truly is. The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
