Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

... And the approach? Fasten seat belts. Will make the last three years of the Wells Fargo fiasco look like a day at the park. No more snail mail bullsh-t, either, bro. Tired of it. All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

Remember the abduction of American citizen Dr. Dilip Joseph in Afghanistan back in December 2012? His captors informed him, "The Americans are not coming for you." That was crap. The hell they weren't. U.S. Navy SEALS. Best of the best. SEAL Team Six.

Good intelligence located the doctor. One of the SEALS, Petty Officer 1st Class Nicolas D. Checque, 28, gave his life. Was shot and killed by the bastards guarding the doctor.

U.S. Navy SEAL Senior Chief Special Warfare Operator Edward Byers then stormed the room where the doctor was being held, immediately killed two of the bastards. Disabled a third one while protecting the doctor with his own body as shield. ... When Byers located the doctor by voice, fell on top of him, shielding him with his body while taking on the third terrorist. His actions allowed the remaining SEALS to safely storm the room and end the crisis.

"Byers, a native of Toledo, Ohio, joined the Navy in September 1998. After graduating from Hospital Corpsman School at Great Lakes, he completed the Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL course and the Special Operations Combat Medic course in 2003.

"He completed tours at Great Lakes Naval Hospital, 2nd Battalion and 2nd Marine Regiment at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, was assigned to East Coast SEAL teams and completed eight overseas deployments with seven combat tours.

"Byers is also the recipient of the Bronze Star Medal with Combat 'V' device, two awards of the Purple Heart, the Joint Service Commendation Medal with Valor device, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat 'V' device, two additional awards of the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, two awards of the Combat Action Ribbon, three Presidential Unit Citations, two Joint Meritorious Unit Awards, two Navy Unit Commendations, and five Good Conduct Medals."

One hell of a soldier. Hat's off. Most of the guys who earn the military's highest award, the Congressional Medal of Honor, receive it posthumously. Thankfully, this man is still alive. Chief Petty Officer Nicolas Checque, having given his life at the start of the raid, must not be forgotten. ... Wouldn't doubt for a moment U.S. Navy SEAL Senior Chief Special Warfare Operator Edward Byers would readily and immediately give back every award earned including the Medal of Honor in return for the life of the Chief Petty Officer killed in action. These men are truly selfless. One reason why they're so proficient at what they do.

Philadelphia U.S. District Court Judge Mark Kearney recently ruled the public can be denied the right to record the activities of police. An outrageously corrupt and abusive cop can order a citizen to stop recording unless the citizen informs the jackbooted thug it's pursuant to lodging a complaint against the abusive son of a bitch. What a crock of sh-t. The 'judge' is clearly in the pocket of law enforcement. Not an impartial jurist.

... Will the jackbooted bastard in blue also be forced to inform the citizen of his right to record the cop if in fact he lodges a complaint? The bastards don't now inform citizens of their rights before engaging the public whether the target is a suspect or not. They rely on their jackbooted authority to intimidate. Get their way. The American Civil Liberties Union intends to appeal.

The police mentality blinds law enforcement to all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. In a New York Times editorial co-written with former FBI official John Miller, New York City Police Chief Bill Bratton opined:

"How is not solving a murder, or not finding the message that might stop the next terrorist attack, protecting anyone?

You've missed the point, Chief. What the FBI desperately wants is a back door. That is what the 'judge' has ordered Apple to produce. Doing so would allow jackbooted bastards like yourself, Chief, and your goons to access information at will from any phone with or without a warrant. Wake up, Chief. Take your head out of your sorry ass.

Worse, if Apple complies, the fascist bastards in law enforcement will take it carte blanche. That is, jackbooted thugs will expect access to every appliance in your house, car, or person. Think of the consequences. All of them have been designed to track, record. The digitized house? Has cameras and microphones in all these devices. To accomplish their designed purpose.

Think goddamned law enforcement won't get a 'judge' to sign a warrant forcing access to these devices? Won't go on fishing expeditions to see who it can entrap? Think it will even bother to get a warrant when it can gain access through a backdoor? Think the FBI Director has been repeatedly photographed with his national socialist nose high up in the air for no reason?

Precisely, why the government issued the court order to Apple to create a back door so soon after the San Bernadino attack. The President wants one million 'volunteers' to provide their genetic code to a massive data base to supposedly be used for medical research. The 1st District Court of Appeals in Florida has lifted an injunction. Women will now have to wait 24 hours before getting an abortion. Clearly, the nazis on this 'court' believe the 'little lady' too damned stupid, hopelessly ignorant to make the decision herself. They'll make it for her. Every one of these goddamned 'jurists' needs to be promptly impeached, convicted, and removed from office. -- Achingly incompetent boobs legislating their perverse and convoluted ideological and religious views from the bench.

Apparently, current as well as former CIA goons are afraid of being held accountable for waterboarding. Tough, isn't it? Responding to Trump's intention to re-introduce waterboarding, that is, torture, former CIA director Michael Hayden advised Trump he'd have to bring his own bucket. Remarkable, isn't it?

The question, however, that needs to be answered is indeed quite simple. Why haven't these criminal bastards been arrested while overseas and tried in the World Court at The Hague for war crimes? This needs to happen bottom to top. From the lowliest cowardly 'operative' who tortured at the very bottom of the foodchain right up to the former President of the United States George "The Tush" Bush and his equally criminal sidekick, former Vice President "Slick Dick" Cheney.

Archbishop Robert J. Carlson of the Archdiocese of St. Louis has a problem with the Girl Scouts. Wants Catholics to re-think their involvement. Why? A "troubling pattern of behavior" ... "increasingly incompatible with our Catholic views." What you may ask? Clearly, the padre has a problem with tolerance. The Girl Scouts have apparently committed the 'sin' of supporting gay and transgender rights.

Can't have that, can we? After all, it would be the Christian thing to do, wouldn't it? The good father has apparently forgotten the head honcho of his religion taught tolerance. Love. Not discrimination and judgment. Then again, wouldn't want to confuse the Archbishop with the truth, would we? -- Then he wonders why so many have, and will continue, to walk away from organized religion? Wake up, Padre.

Rep. Devin Nunes during a hearing at the House Intelligence Committee, 2-25-16, asserted emails and files have been deleted at U.S. Central Command at a time when there is ongoing controversy regarding intelligence assessments possibly altered to make it appear there has been more progress made against ISIS than there really has been:

"We have been made aware that both files and emails have been deleted by personnel at CENTCOM and we expect that the Department of Defense will provide these and all other relevant documents to the committee."

To date, they haven't been delivered. These allegations have been around quite some time now, and are, apparently, still under investigation. Seems somebody's dragging their feet. Why should it take so long to complete the investigation? Who is being protected and coddled?

Donald Trump has refused to disavow endorsements from the KKK. Recently, did so four times according to NBC. Most disturbing?

"I don't know anything about David Duke. I don't know what you're even talking about with white supremacy or white supremacist. I don't know. I don't know, did he endorse me, or what's going on?"

"I don't know what group you're talking about. You wouldn't want me to condemn a group that I know nothing about. ... If you would send me a list of the groups, I will do research on them and certainly I would disavow them if I thought there was something wrong."

Mr. Trump has a problem with the truth. He knows David Duke. Former grand wizard of the KKK. Had disavowed him years ago. -- "The Donald" can expect far more scrutiny and credibility challenges from the press if it becomes clear he will be the inevitable GOP nominee for President.

Subsequent to writing the above, Trump has again reversed himself. Flipflopped. Now says he disavows Duke, the KKK, and their endorsement. ... Which time were you lying, Donald?

Police still don't get it. Two Salt Lake City Police officers shot a 16-year-old boy. Have refused to release any details. Sadly, these thugs remain hopelessly clueless. A witness claims the kid was shot in the stomach and chest. Police have not released any details or the identity of the boy.

Forget? Have to get their stories straight. The shooting allegedly occurred near a homeless shelter. In response, a mob started to riot, threw rocks, and verbally took on police, screaming vulgarities.

Witnesses claim the kid and a man were in a confrontation. The boy was allegedly holding a portion of a broomstick, -- at his side. Was allegedly instructed by police to drop it, -- one time. When the kid turned around, the cops allegedly opened fire. Much more to come as this story develops.

Bloomberg News claims police malfeasance is costing their municipalities dearly. Not just the cost of lawsuits filed by those victimized, however, but the cost of implementing changes required by the Justice Department. This is great news. Anyone victimized needs to find counsel and file suit. Do your best to bankrupt government.

... If taxpayers take it hard in the ass without the Vaseline, change will be forced. People will not be returned to office. Given the boot. Only alternative? An unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon that no one in their right mind wants. Police must be held accountable. To the same standards imposed on the public.

Time for a truly independent federal agency whose only mission would to be investigate and prosecute law enforcement at all levels of government. Present evidence in a special court whose only function would be to try criminal police officers. Capital murder statutes must be changed to include such punishment for officers convicted of murdering on the job.

Wonders never cease. For the first time in ten years, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas asked several questions during oral arguments. Surprisingly, on a most salient issue. -- Government insistence on forfeiture of Second Amendment rights as a result of misdemeanor conviction of domestic violence. Interesting, isn't it? Especially, on such a pressing issue at a time when the Left is doing all it can to eviscerate the Second Amendment and gun rights.

Montgomery, Ala. police shot and killed unarmed Gregory Gunn, 58, a grocer and black man at about 3am, 2-25-16. The cop is white. Police have conveniently declined to release any substantive information, other than he supposedly looked suspicious, was supposedly carrying a retractable painter's stick, and that there was supposedly some kind of struggle. Forget? The jackbooted bastards have to get their stories straight first.

Subsequent to writing the above, police released the officer's name, A.C. Smith, with the force less than four years. The community claims the victim was not carrying a retractable painter's stick, that the police are lying and covering up a murder. The victim allegedly was beating on a neighbor's door begging for help as the cop killed him. No call for an ambulance came until some 20 minutes after the killing. Much more to come as this story develops.

An outrageously unprepared FBI Director James Comey got his sorry ass grilled by Congress, 3-1-16. Apparently, Congress understands the danger posed to liberty and privacy by a goddamned 'judge's' court order forcing Apple to present the government with a backdoor. What is so encouraging is the day before a New York judge in a similar case ruled the government cannot compel Apple to comply.

For those of you goddamned nazis out there who haughtily believe you can dictate to a woman what she can and cannot do with her uterus, the following, nonetheless, might provide some small measure of understanding of what is at stake:

Hearing straight from women who have lived through this fear and uncertainty — fear and uncertainty that no one should ever have to face when trying to access basic medical care — is the best way to hammer home what extreme regulations like HB2 mean for women's lives.

HB2 is the Texas abortion clinic shutdown law headed to the Supreme Court tomorrow for oral arguments. In order to make it difficult for women to access abortion, it requires that all health centers that provide abortions comply with onerous and medically unnecessary building requirements like regulating the width of hallways and flooring to the outfitting of janitors' closets, among many other restrictions — slashing the number of health centers that can stay open and provide abortion.

Similar laws have passed in other states, and if the Supreme Court allows HB2 to stand it would green-light more and more of these dangerous laws to crop up nationwide, essentially cutting off women's access to safe and legal abortion.

So right now, as the Supreme Court prepares to hear the most important abortion rights case in decades, the stories of women who lived through the days of no option but illegal and unsafe abortion are more important than ever — and so is yours.

Wake up, friends. If there is no reproductive freedom, there is no freedom at all. We're not going to go back to the time of the coat hanger wire and botched abortions. If you delusionally think if abortion is outlawed there will be no abortions, you're out of your goddamned mind. Only dead women, dying from complications of botched abortions.

If you truly haughtily believe women should remain abstinent, that is, keep their panties up and legs crossed, again you've lost your mind. That isn't going to happen. If you truly think the public will allow the Nazi Right to obliterate the First Amendment, including freedom from religion, you're hopelessly delusional. Again, that's not going to happen.

It's precisely why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution remains catastrophically looming on the horizon. ... As the second American revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight. Readers are reminded Planned Parenthood was exonerated over the phony videos. Not indicted. The two fascist bastards who produced the phony videos have themselves been indicted and will go to trial.

With five running for Llano County Sheriff, came as no surprise there will be a runoff between incumbent Bill Blackburn and James Schilling, retired Llano City Police Chief. What comes as a surprise, however, is the fact the people of Llano County remain so aggressively stupid and hopelessly ignorant they would even place Blackburn in the runoff.

Kingsland remains cash cow for Blackburn and his goons. With such a large population base, comes as no surprise the Sheriff's Office would target Kingsland to line County coffers. Indeed, it does. Residents complain you don't have to have broken the law to be falsely ticketed and looted by Blackburn's out of control jackbooted thugs.

The same is certainly true of Buchanan Dam as well. It's easy money. Easy to loot. With a population base that remains in poverty, where better to target defenseless victims to ticket? They pay it off, know the system is rigged, that there is no justice. Don't have the wherewithal to hire an attorney outside the County and challenge a bogus ticket in court. Worse, the 'judges' remain in cahoots. Realize they have to play the game to stay in office. Justice? What's that? Non-existent in this goddamned hell hole County.

Again, as repeatedly stated in this publication, there is a desperate need for an independent audit of all County resources and offices. More importantly, there is a desperate need for a totally independent federal agency whose only duty would be to investigate and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers. Try them in a special court whose only duty would be to try these jackbooted thugs.

Moreover, there is a desperate need to revisit capital punishment statutes and extend them to criminal officers who murder on the job. If the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement and their sick sycophant handlers in government aren't reined in, the unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looming on the horizon could become reality. Sadly, sooner rather than later.

Readers should understand this publication endorses no one for office. You get to choose. Not me. Only the truth gets reported here. What you do with that truth is up to you. In light of this fact, the readership should understand approximately 15 years ago, this writer was in Llano pursuant to an open records request.

Upon thumbing, that is, hitchhiking, out of Llano that day, near city limits, this writer was harassed by two of Llano's not-so-finest. Falsely, informed me thumbing was illegal within city limits. A crock of sh-t. I knew the law. So did they, -- confirmed with a sh-t-eating grin on the faces of both jackbooted jackass bastards. I immediately returned to the Llano Police Department and filed a complaint with the Chief.

The Chief at the time was James Schilling, -- the same guy currently in the runoff with Blackburn. To his credit, Schilling made it right. Informed me he would deal with the officers. Emailed confirmation to me thumbing is indeed legal in Texas, as well as in the City of Llano. The only restrictions were the hitchhiker had to be on the right of way, not the road. In addition, it was legal on the ramps leading to interstate highways, but not on the interstates themselves. All of which I already knew. To his credit, was never harassed again by Llano Police during his tenure as Chief.

Take the above for what it's worth. Happened a long, long time ago. Yet, have to believe anyone would be better than the jackbooted thug still occupying the office. ... And his goddamned out of control goons. I know for a fact the jackbooted bastards are ticketing and arresting innocent citizens in Kingsland and Buchanan Dam to line County coffers.

Both communities are cash cows for the County. Precisely, why outrageously corrupt and abusive jackbooted goons are overstating the crime problem in both communities. They're not getting any smarter in Chicago. Certainly, law enforcement remains out to lunch. Would you believe Oak Forest, Illinois (Chicago area). Police Officer Arthur Roman, 28, brother Martin, and sister-in-law, Jessica have all been arrested for physically assaulting, that is, attacking two teenage kids? Where? Huntington Beach, California. All three were vacationing there. Why the attack? The two kids were allegedly talking in Arabic. All three Romans took off and were later arrested for stabbing and beating their victims.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Manager, LBJ Yacht Club and Marina, Ltd. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen. After all, you're bought and paid for. Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters. The corporate management suite. Your employers. Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Cannot do it alone. Impossible. Not sustainable. This publication needs your financial and material support. Both. Time to step up.

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
