Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

Another sad, sad, story of a cop shot in an ongoing domestic violence call. Fargo, North Dakota Police Department Officer Jason Moszer has been shot, remains on life support, and is not expected to survive. Has been with the Department six years. This fine officer is married, has two step children. Police have not yet identified the suspect. At time of writing the standoff has been ongoing nine hours.

12-year-old Tamir Rice was executed in 2014 by one of Cleveland's 'finest.' As so often the case in the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in, the jackbooted bastard responsible for his murder has not been prosecuted. Didn't stop the City of Cleveland, however, from sending the boy's estate an invoice for $500 for emergency services.

Let's get this straight. A jackbooted out of control murderer in the Cleveland Police Department kills this kid and the City sees fit to send his estate a bill? Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson quickly apologized. Too little. Too late, Frankie. You, the Chief, and the goddamned murderous thug responsible can argue among yourselves as to where best to stuff the invoice.

"The city requested the money as the boy's "last dying expense" in a creditor's claim filed Wednesday in Cuyahoga County Probate Court."

The family's response was quick and to the point delivered by the lawyer for Samaria Rice, Tamir's mother:

"The callousness, insensitivity, and poor judgment required for the city to send a bill -- its own police officers having slain 12-year-old Tamir -- is breathtaking. This adds insult to homicide."

You think? The family needs to sue the living sh-t out of the City, Department, and the jackbooted son of a bitch responsible for the murder. Do all they can to bankrupt them.

Palm Beach County Police Sgt. Adams Lin wantonly shot and paralyzed unarmed Dontrell Stephens in September 2013 when he allegedly rode his bike into traffic. Stephens was awarded $23 million about a week ago. Not enough. Nowhere near. After all, it hasn't bankrupted the goddamned County. The victim has forgiven the perpetrator. Wants an apology, however, he hasn't received from Lin.

Lin lied like hell on the stand. His dash cam exposed him for the goddamned liar he truly is. The Sheriff's Office said it will appeal the verdict. Called it "shocking and disappointing." What's shocking and disappointing is Stephens will likely get no more than $200,000 from the County unless the Florida Legislature approves a bill (legislation) for more. Goddamned nazi justice in Nazi America.

His medical bills already exceed $2 million. If he lives his anticipated life span, another $4 million will be required in care. Yet, the jackbooted bastard Sheriff, his goddamned Office, and the County consider the award "shocking and disappointing." Meanwhile, an innocent citizen remains paralyzed the rest of his life due to a gutless coward who wears a uniform, a badge, carries a gun, and has been granted a license to kill. Where? Wake up. Where else? Nazi America.

Black Lives Matter activist MarShawn McCarrel committed suicide on the Ohio Statehouse steps, 2-8-16. Two days later, Fairborn Police Officer Lee Cyr posted on the Ohio Politics Facebook page under his account: "Love a happy ending."

Is this the type of mentality we want wearing a uniform, badge, carrying a gun, with a license to kill? Think this bastard qualified to be an officer?

In follow-up to last week's edition, NYPD Officer Peter Liang was convicted of Second-Degree Manslaughter in the Akai Gurley killing. Readers are reminded this jackbooted bastard did not immediately call in the shooting, provided no medical assistance to the victim. Clearly, the jury didn't believe the water works Liang disingenuously displayed while testifying on the stand in his own defense. Was also convicted of official misconduct.

Gurley was unarmed in a Brooklyn housing project stairwell with his girlfriend when shot. Not surprisingly, at the time of the killing, NYPD Police Commissioner William Bratton opined the shooting "appears to be an accidental discharge" of the officer's gun. What a goddamned crock of sh-t. These bastards defend their own. Usually, no matter what. Won't be confused with the truth. This has to change.

Liang will be sentenced April 14. If the conviction is not tossed out by Brooklyn State Supreme Court Justice Danny Chun, the thug in blue could get five to fifteen years in prison. Not enough. Considering the circumstances, why wasn't this jackbooted son of a bitch charged with murder?

Liang is Chinese-American. He and his shills are screaming bigotry. Bullsh-t. The circumstances of the killing scream otherwise.

United States Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, 79, was found dead at a ranch resort in West Texas, Saturday, 2-13-16. Was on a hunting trip. His death unexpected. Will be profoundly missed by his family, as well as the Republican Party.

No 'Justice' has been more criticized in this publication since launch in March 1999 than "Tony Boy" Scalia. Why? No 'Justice' has done more damage to civil and constitutional rights and liberties than this one. Bar none. -- Despite the fact Thomas, Alito, Roberts, and Kennedy all run a close second. ... All five, the Fascist Five on this disgraceful, far from constitutional High Court.

One exception, Scalia recently affirmed the Second Amendment indeed applies as an individual right. Despite that one exception, Scalia did unconscionable damage to reproductive rights vis a vis the evisceration of Roe v. Wade. This unabashed national socialist apparently truly believed nazis like himself had the outrageously unconstitutional duty to impose their perverse, convoluted ideological and religious views on all from the bench.

Hypocritically, legislated his outrageously perverse ideological and religious views from the bench. -- To say nothing of the evisceration of voting rights in what's clearly become the Fourth Reich. Allowed his perverse religious and ideological views to warp his judgment in case after case.

In direct violation of his phony oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution. Equally pointedly? He and his four equally fascist compadres enabled the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in. Right, Sheriff? Extended near unlimited power to the Executive in an effort to impose that fascist police-state, -- that is clearly tearing our formerly great country apart. Right, Sheriff?

Eviscerated all civil and constitutional rights and liberties after 9/11 by falsely finding the USA 'Patriot' Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, 'Real' ID Act, and many other goddamned equally unconstitutional police-state statutes passed to be supposedly 'constitutional.' Coup de grace? The appointment of George "The Tush" Bush President by the Supreme Court after the Florida "hanging chads" fiasco at the end of his first term 'election.'

Precisely, why an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms on the horizon. What will be most interesting is what happens now. The Republicans want the seat to go unfilled until after the next President takes office. The current incumbent has already publicly stated he will in due time submit a candidate to the Senate for confirmation.

What will likely happen is GOP national socialists will block any nomination. What that means is the Court will remain at a 4-4 tie. Any pending litigation before it will be decided for the time being by the already-issued lower court ruling in any given case. This fiasco will likely continue long into the term of the next President no matter which party wins the presidency.

-- The loser will likely continue to vigorously block any nomination no matter who controls the Senate. So what else is new, right? There will certainly be a vicious fight by the Republicans to hold on to the Senate, as well as the Democrats to retake it. There is much at stake. Liberty hangs in the balance. A GOP-dominated Supreme Court has eviscerated nearly all civil and constitutional rights and liberties in the last 45 years.

Precisely, why it is truly galling and highly inappropriate for Scalia to be honored by the President and many others who have been f--ked over by Scalia and the other four members of the Fascist Five. Galling, to see Flags fly at half mast for a bona fide fascist who should never have been appointed to the High Court by another goddamned national socialist thirty years ago, Ronald Reagan. ... Although in fairness to Reagan, Scalia was exponentially to the right of Reagan. -- Reagan looking like a liberal compared to Scalia.

Hopefully, Republican refusal to consider any candidate nominated by President Obama will result in blowback, -- that is, Republican loss of the Senate. If Democrats win five seats, they take the Senate. Four and the Presidency, the GOP, in effect, loses the Senate. Not much room for comfort for ole Mitch "The Bitch" McConnell and the GOP national socialists currently ruling the roost. Bet they don't know that? Fear it? Currently sh-tting in their pants?

Think Democrats are not equally concerned? With so much at stake, particularly, the loss of liberty? Certainly, the right to do with one's uterus as one pleases. Free of Republican imposition of their phony, perverse religious and ideological views. The seemingly untimely death of the most fascist 'Justice' on this disgraceful Court can be construed by many who value liberty as an act of divine providence.

Laughably, GOP Senators up for reelection ludicrously think they've worked hard to establish themselves as "common sense" politicians in their home districts. What a crock of sh-t. The opposite is true. Eviscerating reproductive freedom, voting rights, affirmative action, etc. in the face of rampant in the closet racism clearly demonstrates otherwise.

Consider how exceptionally perverse Supreme Court 'Justice' Antonin Scalia's definition of "originalism" is:

"The Constitution that I interpret and apply is not living but dead, or as I prefer to call it, enduring. It means today not what current society, much less the court, thinks it ought to mean, but what it meant when it was adopted."

If this was the intent of the Founders, why did they make provision for amending the Constitution? The Founders knew change was to be a function of progress in a fledgling Republic. They also knew quite well they could not anticipate what was to come down the road. That's why there are three branches of government. Why we have an amendment process. To serve as a check on what has nevertheless turned out to be our government masters.

Ole "Tony Boy" Scalia wanted no change. No threat to an unacceptable status quo. Things to remain exactly as they were at the birth of our formerly great nation. The Founders were wise to see beyond their own time and circumstances. Worried we would not be able to keep the democratic republic they established at such tremendous cost.

60 Minutes' Lesley Stahl nailed it in an interview with Scalia on 4-27-08, updated 9-12-08:

Stahl: "I'm surprised at how many people really, really hate you. These are some things we've been told: 'He's evil.' 'He's a Neanderthal.' 'He's going to drag us back to 1789.' They're threatened by what you represent and what you believe in."

Scalia: "These are people that don't understand what my interpretive philosophy is. I'm not saying no progress. I'm saying we should progress democratically."

That's unadulterated condescending patronizing bullsh-t, Tony. Democracy not only happens at the electoral and/or legislative level. It is the function of the courts to interpret an aging Constitution written during a far different time and circumstances. Apply it to current circumstances. If not, then the Constitution is no more than the dead document you so perversely desperately champion.

If it's not directly in the Constitution, Scalia falsely and myopically maintains it does not exist. That's goddamned nazi, self-serving bullsh-t, cleverly designed by Scalia and other national socialists who 'think' as he does, to stymie all growth. Cripple all progress. Maintain an unsustainable status quo desperately wanted by bought and paid for fascists in government on behalf of their corporate masters.

Scalia and his fellow nazis on the Court have traitorously done all they could to eviscerate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. Remain 'secure' only in the goddamned fascist police-state they helped engineer and impose. Right, Sheriff? It's the only way for a bought and paid for national socialist to hold on to power. Do so with an iron fist. On behalf of his or her corporate masters. The biggest check and balance on this abuse is the constitutional amendment process. To say nothing of the three branches of government that serve as check and balance against each other.

One of the earliest indications of precisely how fascist Scalia was to become as Supreme Court Justice was an opinion he wrote as Assistant Attorney General Scalia at the request of President Ford vis a vis ownership of the Nixon Tapes. Scalia supported the goddamned traitorous criminal who was later forced to resign. Interestingly, the Supreme Court itself ruled the tapes belonged to the federal government and the public. Rightfully, so.

Clearly, Scalia turned out to be ringleader when Congress obliterated nearly all civil and constitutional rights and liberties after 9/11. -- When the Supreme Court callously ruled constitutional the USA 'Patriot' Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, 'Real' ID act, and many, many other equally unconstitutional laws falsely passed to trade liberty for 'security.'

Why was Scalia granted special treatment vis a vis requirement of an autopsy? That is, Scalia was spared what amounts to butchering by a medical examiner. Think it isn't a butchering? The procedure was detailed in this publication months ago. In Nazi Texas, nearly all deaths are investigated through autopsy. Even when there is no obvious evidence of foul play. Sometimes even when the victim is under medical care.

This happens for several reasons. First, someone's pockets are lined by an unnecessary procedure. More importantly, nazi government falsely believes it owns us from conception to post mortem. Precisely, why it dictates what a woman can and cannot do with her uterus. Exactly, why it forces autopsies when there is no need, justification, the dead and/or family have expressed the wish none be performed.

Gets its cookies off when legally forcing unwanted procedures such as post mortems, -- or prevents and/or hinders wanted ones such as abortion. By forcing doctors to, in effect, sexually assault a woman wanting an abortion by forcing her to an endure an unwanted, medically unjustified trans-vaginal sonogram. To make it as difficult and unbearable as possible to get an abortion. It's the control, stupid. The goddamned jackbooted bastards truly believe they literally own your ass from the moment of conception to death. They know best. You know sh-t.

Think your medical records secure? Private? Think again. According to NBC, there has been an 11,000% increase in the hacking of medical records in 2015. These records, unlike a credit card number, are forever. Certainly, the rest of your life. One in three Americans have had their personal information compromised. This information is extremely valuable and sold.

"Stolen credit cards go for $1-$3 each. Social Security numbers are $15. But complete health care records are a gold mine, going for $60 each."

"That's because criminals can use such records to order prescriptions, pay for treatments and surgery and even file false tax returns."

"You basically own a person. You have all the information. You can create a new account, you can fake his whole identity."

"Avoid giving out your social security number, even the last four digits, to hospitals and doctors' offices."

In follow-up to a recent earlier edition, remember the black woman who was forcibly removed from a Florida hospital by jackbooted law enforcement only to die shortly thereafter in police custody? Calhoun-Liberty Hospital in Blountstown. Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration slapped the hospital with ten deficiencies. Including not properly examining the victim after she complained of breathing difficulties. CBS reported:

"The hospital must submit correction plans by next Friday and if the problems are not fixed by March 1, it could be suspended from the Medicaid program. The 25-bed facility is also facing fines that could total $100,000."

A woman is dead. Barbara Dawson, 57. Is this the best Obamacare has to offer? Luckily, digital medical records continue to be a miserable failure. Good. Why? There is virtually no privacy protection. Either from government goons or hackers. Medical professionals themselves continue to illegally release medical data. Wake up. You're being egregiously f--ked. ... Sadly, Travis County prosecutors can't refrain from drinking and driving. Assistant DA Erika Arroyo was recently arrested for DWI after crashing into a parked car. At least, Travis County authorities nail these bastards. The second one in the last several years. Here, in the Lakes Area they get protected and coddled. As reported several years ago, a former Burnet County Attorney and his wife, a prominent official in her own right, were stopped by a Burnet County Deputy on a Saturday night, for drunken driving and public intoxication. Only to be released. This bullsh-t has to change.

In follow-up to last week's edition and the killing of David Joseph, 17, by Austin Police Officer Geoffrey Freeman, Chief Art Acevedo has cowardly broken his gutless silence days after the homicide:

"We have a young man who has been killed, and my only concern right now is, were we justified? My focus is what happened in the space of a matter of seconds between David Joseph and officer Freeman."

Not good enough, Farty Artie. Too little, too late. We already know what happened. Why hasn't this murderous jackbooted bastard already been arrested for murder? Had it been the other way around, Joseph would have already been jailed, likely quickly charged with capital murder. Why the goddamned double standard, Chief? This unsustainable bullsh-t has to change.

Pete Hernandez was recently awarded $877,000 in damages. This innocent man in 2012 was tackled and injured by Austin Police in a Walmart parking lot. Despite the fact he had not stolen a vehicle and had not done anything illegal.

Larry Jackson, Jr. was wantonly killed by Austin Police. His widow and parents received a pittance settlement last week, $600,000. It's time to hold murderous officers, their Departments, and the governments overseeing them accountable. Right, Sheriff?

The 'settlements' are nowhere near enough. Do nowhere near enough to keep jackbooted law enforcement bastards from brutalizing and murdering innocent citizens. To abuse power, get their cookies off. Right, Sheriff?

As repeatedly called for in this publication, we desperately need creation of a new federal agency whose only function would be to investigate and prosecute criminal law enforcement officers. Capital murder statutes need to be changed to include provision of execution for officers convicted of murder. Subject these jackbooted criminal bastards to the same standard and treatment afforded criminals who murder police officers. Right, Sheriff?

No one any longer runs for office in Llano County, or anywhere else for that matter, for altruistic reasons. -- They'll tell you they are. But are either deceiving themselves or those they are desperately trying to convince. Most are quite clever in their campaign literature, as well as in debate or town halls.

You wouldn't expect otherwise, would you? After all, it does take gumption, -- or egregious aggressive stupidity, to run for any office, nowadays, with the political climate as caustic as it is. Besides, even if one is indeed a straight shooter, no one will believe it. Why would they? They've been lied to so very many times. Over and over and over again.

Once in awhile, however, there are some who run who have no second thoughts about appearing self-serving. Have you received the campaign literature of Kody Wagner, Candidate for Llano County Tax Assessor/Collector? In fairness to Mr. Wagner, the office he runs for generates about as much enthusiasm as an uninvited skunk to a backyard shindig.

What makes the office he runs for, as well as the Office of Chief Appraiser, so goddamned galling, however, is the fact we no longer own real estate in our formerly great country. The government does. Don't pay the 'rent,' that is, the taxes, you lose the property you never ever really owned. The goddamned government 'sells' it to another sucker. ... Don't own property? You still pay real estate taxes as part of the rent to your landlord.

With all the above in mind, Mr. Wagner's campaign literature is particularly galling. He seems to think he is 'qualified', that is, entitled to the office for two reasons. First, his family has owned ranch land for quite some time:

"Hi my name is Kody Wagner your Home Town Candidate for Llano County Tax Assessor/Collector. The reason I say Home town is my Family has been in and supported Llano County since the late 1800's and will continue to do so for a long time."

The quote is printed exactly as received in the mail. How does long-term pedigree qualify him? As a ranch owner he pays nowhere near what the average property owner pays per square foot. You're looted so he can enjoy a special tax rate. Second, Wagner has been on the government tit the better part of two decades:

"I graduated from Llano High School in 1994 then earned a Bachelor's in Finance Degree with Real Estate Option from Angelo State University and currently work for Llano County for over 17 years gaining experience in County Government. I am nearing the top of the ladder in my Department. I want to continue to serve Llano County in a higher capacity and this is the next step for me."

Again, the above is posted exactly as received with no editing. This guy has been on the government tit for nearly two decades. As every other County employee, you're paying his salary and benefits, while he and others like him are egregiously f--king you out of your tax money. This County is exceptionally poorly run. When will there be an independent audit of the entire County and its finances?

Have you ever seen the roads and other County infrastructure so poorly maintained in the last 35 years? Egregiously poor services offered County-wide? Despite outrageous taxes? Yet, you are lining the pockets of these County leeches, paying record taxes. At least, this guy is honest about his agenda, however. While he claims to be a ranch and business owner, it's not enough. Never will be. He wishes to make a career of lining his pockets while on the taxpayer tit. Aren't you lucky?

What is particularly galling is his patronizing attitude and sense of entitlement at a time when the average Llano County resident is under extreme financial duress. Again, each quote was posted exactly as received:

"If elected I will run this office efficient, effective, and friendly." Is that right? How, Mr. Wagner? Precisely, how? It's an oxymoron. The attitude of these County employee leeches is 'we do what we want around here.' ... And do.

"Nobody likes the word "Taxes" so this office will be as friendly and efficient as possible to ease the pain." Again, how? We don't want the pain eased. We want desperately needed tax relief and the end of widespread theft and mismanagement of taxpayer dollars. Wake up, Mr. Wagner. Ignorance is unbecoming. Aggressive stupidity, worse.

"Being a ranch and business owner I share with you the responsibility of paying these taxes." No, Mr. Wagner, you don't. You enjoy tax breaks the average Llano County citizen does not enjoy. So you, and people like you, can line your pockets. Off the taxpayer tit.

"This office doesn't set the tax rate it just collects them so "don't shoot the messenger" and remember put God first, family second, and everything else will fall in place." That's condescending bullsh-t, Mr. Wagner. The tax collector is no more than a financial whore who lines the pockets of the haughty bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County. Is the latter portion of your statement above your effort to force your perverse and convoluted religious views on taxpayers? Or, is it simply your way of greasing the shaft you and others ram up the ass of a shamelessly looted public?

In follow-up to the David Joseph killing by one of Austin's 'finest,' the Austin American-Statesman reported 2-16-16 the officer's attorney, Michael Rickman, general counsel for the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas, gallingly opined:

"When you are in fear of your life, and that it could be taken, you have the right to use the amount of force necessary to repel the threat."

That does not address the matter and the issues raised by it. This kid was no threat. Was 17 years old, had no weapon, and was nude. Does not explain why the jackbooted thug failed to use non-lethal force such as a Taser, a baton, or his fists. Or wait for back-up. ... Hey, Mikey? Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullsh-t?

In a dangerous escalation of our government's attack on privacy, as well as all civil and constitutional rights and liberties, a fascist 'judge' in direct violation of her oath of office, has ordered Apple to enable FBI jackbooted thugs to hack into the cell phone of San Bernadino terrorist Syed Rizwan Farook. To do that, Apple would have to in effect provide the goddamned fascist police-state we now live in a back door.

That back door would enable any hacker, any government goon, to hack into any i-phone any time it pleased. Apple has refused. Intends to appeal. The nazi 'judge's' identity is U.S. Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym. This 'jurist' has directly, intentionally, designedly violated her oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution. Should be impeached, convicted, and removed from office.

In addition, our goddamned out of control government has bastardized the All Writs Act of 1789 to compel Apple to write new code that would allow these bastards to get past security on the phone that wipes the phone if more than ten attempts are made to log into the phone. This would set a precedent to ultimately allow the jackbooted bastards in government to compel a manufacturer to write code, change its products any time government pleases, in any way it pleases, to accomplish its ends.

It would be a mistake for Apple to comply. Executive after executive dragged into court should refuse, be willing to rot in jail. The stakes are that high. If Apple caves in, none of their products would be worth a crap. They could not be trusted, would not be secure. A back door enables not only government goons, but any hacker or anyone with the money to pay for one.

Liberty is dangerous. Some of us could be killed by a terrorist. The price of freedom can indeed be high. As Franklin wisely opined well over 200 years ago, however, anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither. Nearly a third of a billion of us, most of us law abiding, should not be deprived of privacy simply for the convenience of nazi storm troopers and their desperate need to convict a terrorist. More to the point?

It's not about security or trying to prevent a terrorist attack. It's about power. Fascist police-state power. By goons who truly enjoy getting their cookies off abusing that power. Wake up. You're being bamboozled. Sold a bill of goods. Your irrational fears, way out of proportion to the true risk, are being exploited by these jackbooted bastards who remain a far greater threat to liberty than any foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element.

Does that mean some of us could be killed? Certainly. A small price to pay, collectively, considering if you give government an inch, they take a light year. If we don't stop this egregious intrusion of privacy and bastardization of the Constitution now, there is far more than a few lives at stake. This is just the beginning of this fight. A fight we must win, the fascist police-state must lose. Much more to come.

Apple CEO Tim Cook, on the Apple website, posted the following customer letter regarding this fiasco:

The United States government has demanded that Apple take an unprecedented step which threatens the security of our customers. We oppose this order, which has implications far beyond the legal case at hand.

This moment calls for public discussion, and we want our customers and people around the country to understand what is at stake.

Smartphones, led by iPhone, have become an essential part of our lives. People use them to store an incredible amount of personal information, from our private conversations to our photos, our music, our notes, our calendars and contacts, our financial information and health data, even where we have been and where we are going.

All that information needs to be protected from hackers and criminals who want to access it, steal it, and use it without our knowledge or permission. Customers expect Apple and other technology companies to do everything in our power to protect their personal information, and at Apple we are deeply committed to safeguarding their data.

Compromising the security of our personal information can ultimately put our personal safety at risk. That is why encryption has become so important to all of us.

For many years, we have used encryption to protect our customers’ personal data because we believe it’s the only way to keep their information safe. We have even put that data out of our own reach, because we believe the contents of your iPhone are none of our business.

We were shocked and outraged by the deadly act of terrorism in San Bernardino last December. We mourn the loss of life and want justice for all those whose lives were affected. The FBI asked us for help in the days following the attack, and we have worked hard to support the government’s efforts to solve this horrible crime. We have no sympathy for terrorists.

When the FBI has requested data that’s in our possession, we have provided it. Apple complies with valid subpoenas and search warrants, as we have in the San Bernardino case. We have also made Apple engineers available to advise the FBI, and we’ve offered our best ideas on a number of investigative options at their disposal.

We have great respect for the professionals at the FBI, and we believe their intentions are good. Up to this point, we have done everything that is both within our power and within the law to help them. But now the U.S. government has asked us for something we simply do not have, and something we consider too dangerous to create. They have asked us to build a backdoor to the iPhone.

Specifically, the FBI wants us to make a new version of the iPhone operating system, circumventing several important security features, and install it on an iPhone recovered during the investigation. In the wrong hands, this software — which does not exist today — would have the potential to unlock any iPhone in someone’s physical possession.

The FBI may use different words to describe this tool, but make no mistake: Building a version of iOS that bypasses security in this way would undeniably create a backdoor. And while the government may argue that its use would be limited to this case, there is no way to guarantee such control.

Some would argue that building a backdoor for just one iPhone is a simple, clean-cut solution. But it ignores both the basics of digital security and the significance of what the government is demanding in this case.

In today’s digital world, the “key” to an encrypted system is a piece of information that unlocks the data, and it is only as secure as the protections around it. Once the information is known, or a way to bypass the code is revealed, the encryption can be defeated by anyone with that knowledge.

The government suggests this tool could only be used once, on one phone. But that’s simply not true. Once created, the technique could be used over and over again, on any number of devices. In the physical world, it would be the equivalent of a master key, capable of opening hundreds of millions of locks — from restaurants and banks to stores and homes. No reasonable person would find that acceptable.

The government is asking Apple to hack our own users and undermine decades of security advancements that protect our customers — including tens of millions of American citizens — from sophisticated hackers and cybercriminals. The same engineers who built strong encryption into the iPhone to protect our users would, ironically, be ordered to weaken those protections and make our users less safe.

We can find no precedent for an American company being forced to expose its customers to a greater risk of attack. For years, cryptologists and national security experts have been warning against weakening encryption. Doing so would hurt only the well-meaning and law-abiding citizens who rely on companies like Apple to protect their data. Criminals and bad actors will still encrypt, using tools that are readily available to them.

Rather than asking for legislative action through Congress, the FBI is proposing an unprecedented use of the All Writs Act of 1789 to justify an expansion of its authority.

The government would have us remove security features and add new capabilities to the operating system, allowing a passcode to be input electronically. This would make it easier to unlock an iPhone by “brute force,” trying thousands or millions of combinations with the speed of a modern computer.

The implications of the government’s demands are chilling. If the government can use the All Writs Act to make it easier to unlock your iPhone, it would have the power to reach into anyone’s device to capture their data. The government could extend this breach of privacy and demand that Apple build surveillance software to intercept your messages, access your health records or financial data, track your location, or even access your phone’s microphone or camera without your knowledge.

Opposing this order is not something we take lightly. We feel we must speak up in the face of what we see as an overreach by the U.S. government.

We are challenging the FBI’s demands with the deepest respect for American democracy and a love of our country. We believe it would be in the best interest of everyone to step back and consider the implications.

While we believe the FBI’s intentions are good, it would be wrong for the government to force us to build a backdoor into our products. And ultimately, we fear that this demand would undermine the very freedoms and liberty our government is meant to protect.

There is no question Apple must stand tall. Not comply. Stand with consumers who demand and expect privacy, that is, strong encryption. No back door. If they don't, and others in the industry don't follow suit, it will be time to stop purchasing these products. Look overseas to countries who do value privacy, offer encryption and devices that will provide the security we all need, expect, and demand. Our government is clearly out of control. Serves only itself. Remains the greatest threat to liberty. Exigent and otherwise.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Sir or Madam Librarian, Lakeshore Branch Library. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
