Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

... And the approach? Fasten seat belts. Will make the last three years of the Wells Fargo fiasco look like a day at the park. No more snail mail bullsh-t, either, bro. Tired of it. All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

As always, when a cop does something heroic or of great benefit to the community, it always leads. Mass., Seekonk Police Department Officer Perry came across a hungry homeless woman just before a ferocious New England storm was about to hit. Bought this woman food and found her shelter. Hat's off, Officer. Job well done. You're quite a credit to the Department, sir. Karma. What goes around, indeed, comes around. Policing at its very, very best.

Clearly, the President lives in la la land. Think not? In a press conference 2-5-16, Mr. Obama trumpeted an unemployment rate of 4.9%:

“The United States of America right now has the strongest, most durable economy in the world. I know that’s still inconvenient for Republican stump speeches as their doom and despair tour plays in New Hampshire. I guess you cannot please everybody.”

Wake up, Mr. President. The statistic has dropped due to the fact people who have given up looking for work are not counted in the unemployment figure. Disingenuous of you to fail to recognize and admit that fact. Insult to injury, the President thinks since gas prices are down it's time to loot the public with a huge increase in the gas tax:

“It’s right to do it now when gas prices are really low. And they will be low for quite some time to come. So, it’s not going to be a disruptive factor in terms of the economy.”

You've lost your mind, Mr. President. The people finally get some desperately-needed price relief and now you want to re-f--k 'em, sir, with an additional $.25 a gallon? You and your henchmen incapable of ever getting enough? The public isn't stupid, Mr. Obama. Two-thirds of them pointedly advise you, sir, the country is on the wrong track. Wake up, Mr. President. Gross ignorance remains unbecoming any government official.

Interestingly, was recently privy to a conversation with two local investors who own oil company stock. One was taken aback when I mentioned the United States now exports more oil than it imports. He found it hard to believe that information could and would have been developed and reported approximately a couple of months ago after some changes in the industry.

While certainly no expert on oil, reasonably accurate statistics are developed every day in all areas of human interest and expertise with extremely limited samples, excellent well-thought out sampling algorithms and techniques. Amazingly, amusingly on the evening of the New Hampshire Primary, despite only an extremely small sample of votes counted, statisticians accurately predicted the outcomes of both GOP and Democratic Primaries.

Although it indeed takes some time for changes in the oil industry to filter through the system, some of these changes are often nearly instantaneous. For example, increases in crude prices are passed on within hours. Yet, drops in crude often result in days of delay before being seen at the pump. -- Further proof there is no such thing as a 'free' market.

The market is indeed owned, operated, and manipulated by those who have the wherewithal, that is, the wealth to accomplish whatever end that so benefits them. ... An Ayn Rand Atlas Shrugged mentality implemented by the greedy to egregiously f--k the needy. Isn't it also interesting how energy prices are set in this country?

Don't depend for the most part on cost of production here. Despite the fact it is cheaper to drill and refine here. -- Not have the cost of transportation from the Middle East and elsewhere. Yet, the prices of domestic product are set at world prices. Why? Bottomless corporate greed imposed by their bought and paid for government shills.

Another interesting factor in oil industry perception is the effect of the immensity of the business itself. -- From the oil field instrumentation manufacturer on 1431, ancillary service businesses and industries throughout the nation and the rest of the world, wildcatters, right up and through the huge conglomerates themselves, the tremendous size and business interests represented by the industry truly effect business perception of reality.

Not only has all this led to enormous wealth for a relatively select few, interestingly, it influences that perception in an offhand fashion. How? It's grown so unwieldy the right hand often does not know what the left is doing. Things change subtly, and sometimes not so subtly, yet not everyone knows. At least, not right away. -- They do know, however, when they are being personally f--ked. Financially. When the bank account is quickly drained. Scream bloody murder. Human nature.

One thing for sure, enormous change is in the air. Not all of it good. As the country moves to renewable energy, the stress and pain will likely be enormous as the transition occurs. And occur it will. Has to. At some point, the supply of fossil fuel will run out. Isn't endless. ... Even if climate change, pollution, and the environment are ignored.

The Police Executive Research Forum, a police think tank, recommends police go beyond the Supreme Court requirement that police adhere to what a "reasonable" officer would do in a violent encounter and instead preserve all life, not just the officer's. You think? About goddamned time. How many additional innocent members of the public have to be murdered by on duty cops before there is change?

As readers might imagine, law enforcement and its shills reacted like stuck hogs. They don't want change. Remain determined to maintain the status quo no matter how many innocent people are murdered. That's not going to happen. Murderous cops are unsustainable. If there is no change, the government will likely and unfortunately be overthrown. The unwanted dreaded second American revolution already catastrophically looms on the horizon. Law enforcement is hopelessly blind. Can't read the handwriting long on the wall.

There is no greater threat to liberty than jackbooted law enforcement. No foreign power, terrorist group, or the criminal element present a greater exigent threat to freedom. Sadly, tragically, we already live in a goddamned fascist police-state. Police can no longer be trusted due to the fact they lie with impunity, impose phony tickets on the innocent to line government coffers, steal through bogus asset forfeiture, and murder the innocent. Are not held accountable. Right, Sheriff?

It's time to create a new federal agency whose only function would be investigate and prosecute criminal officers. Capital punishment statutes must be changed to include murderous cops. The bastards upon being convicted of murder need to be executed. Held to the very same standard those who murder police are held to. Spared no quarter. Afforded no special treatment.

Without permission from the Trump campaign, Super Pac white nationalists are sending robocalls to New Hampshire voters urging them to support Mr. Trump. Surprised? Why?

Danielle Jacobs, 24, has Asperger's Syndrome and is transgender. Arizona Police executed her 2-5-16 after she allegedly came to the door with a large kitchen knife. Peter Saunders is a British child sex abuse survivor. This man was also just given the boot off the Pope's National Association for People Abused in Childhood. He was chief executive. "It was decided that Mr. Peter Saunders would take a leave of absence from his membership to consider how he might best support the commission's work."

Is that right? Happen to be Catholic? Got a brain? Know goddamned bullsh-t when you hear it? Wake up. Cut off funding for a church that refuses to do anything substantive vis a vis child abuse. If the Pope, indeed, has a pair of cajones, it's time for him to reverse this travesty and send the rest of the non-abuse survivor Association packing. Now. Not one of them is worth a sh-t. What would cause an 11-year-old Tennessee boy to murder an 8-year-old girl? She and her sister allegedly refused to allow him to see their puppies. Jesus Christ. What the hell has happened to us? Where did we lose ourselves? Where? He will be held as a juvenile until 19. ... How can we expect to see an end to this insanity when churches protect and coddle errant, criminal, convoluted, perverse clergy who commit offenses such as child abuse as described above? Or, the government that cannot police its own and those who police us?

Other problems in Tennessee besides the above. Seems the wrong baby had his tongue surgically clipped. No signed consent. Yet, the surgery was performed.

NYPD Officer Peter Liang put on quite a show on the stand. This jackbooted son of a bitch wantonly shot and killed an unarmed man in a stairwell back in 2014. Did not immediately call in the murder or offer any assistance to the dying victim. Yet, this piece of sh-t turned on the water works while on the stand to draw jury attention away from his heinous act. Was only charged with manslaughter and will likely receive a free pass.

Former New York City Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani has a serious problem. His head's lodged so far up his hopelessly ignorant ass his eyeballs are turning inside out. This national socialist embarrassment to the GOP has a problem with Beyonce's half time performance at Super Bowl. Tough sh-t, Mr. Mayor. She got it right. Jackbooted law enforcement thugs are murdering innocent people across our formerly great country.

In fact, more whites have been murdered by the bastards you champion than blacks. Yet, where is your outrage? Giuliani psychotically remarked:

The former New York City Mayor was particularly offended by Black Power clenched fist salutes. Tough sh-t, Rudy. Wake up. Beyonce, despite the Mayor's insanity, displayed great courage. Presented an ongoing murderous abuse problem running rampant in our formerly great country. Did it at a forum which would usefully expose these abusive, murderous, jackbooted thugs for what they are to an enormous audience. -- That's what the Mayor and all jackbooted shills remain most terrified of. Anti-abortion rights national socialists still have their soiled panties in a wad over exoneration of Planned Parenthood vis a vis heavily edited videos. David Daleiden is one of two anti-abortion activists indicted in the fiasco. His attorney, Jared Woodfill, opined:

"It's outrageous that it's David that has to come and present himself to the court when it's Planned Parenthood who should be on trial today. The reality is David is a modern-day hero. He has exposed the wrongdoing that's been occurring in abortion clinics all across this country."

The Austin Police Department has one of the worst reputations in the country. Remains hopelessly, corrupt, abusive, murderous. Monday morning, 2-8-16, approximately 10:30 am, an unidentified APD officer claimed a naked, unidentified black man, 18, "charged" him. The jackbooted thug opened fire, killing him. Police refused to disclose whether or not he was armed.

Apparently, these out of control law enforcement thugs need time to get their stories straight. More than 24 hours have passed. Yet, police have not identified the officer or his victim. The killing happened in the 12000 block of Natures Bend. A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, traitorous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Chief?

As of 2-10-16, the Austin Police Department has yet to get its sh-t together, that is, their stories straight. They cannot say whether or not less than lethal force was first attempted by the jackbooted bastard responsible for the killing. Have identified the officer as Geoffrey Freeman, a veteran cop with APD since 2005. The victim is David Joseph, 17. Not 18. The thugs couldn't even get this right the first time around. -- You read his age right. 17. Both are African-American. Much more to come as this story develops.

The 'Justice' Department wants $38 million in 'security' earmarked for its 2017 fiscal budget. Deputy Attorney General Sally Q. Yates ruefully opined:

“It’s to try to combat encryption. I’m not sure we will ever get around it.”

Hopefully, not. That's the price of liberty. Some may escape prosecution to protect the privacy of most Americans who commit no crimes. Are a threat to no one. Investigative techniques will have to be improved. Done so constitutionally. Not dependent on the 'character' and 'good will' of government law enforcement goons who have no respect or regard for the Fourth Amendment, and its requirement of probable cause and a warrant. Not a goddamned "back door" available to the lying sons of bitches.

Not coincidentally, FBI Director James Comey on the very same day informed the Senate Intelligence Committee that they have not been able to break encryption on one of the cell phones of the San Bernardino perpetrators. Tough sh-t. Again, the price of liberty. Work harder, Jamie. Do the footwork necessary. Instead of desperately trying to f--k the majority of a law abiding public out of their privacy.

The ends don't justify the means, you outrageously abusive, lying son of a bitch. Moreover, why not start telling the truth, Director? Instead of lying like hell as allowed by your goddamned shills on the bench.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Dian Ray, Director of Llano County Library System, Llano County Library System. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
