Well, well, well. 2015 was one hell of a year. Moved twice. Endured ftp hacking attacks against four Liberty In Peril websites likely perpetrated by Wells Fargo and its goons. Set up a commercial site overseas in a country that has no tolerance for infringement of free speech or hackers. -- Unlike our own. Determinedly, exposed the Llano County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff for the out of control jackbooted thugs they truly are.

Afforded similar treatment to Wells Fargo and Amanda Wright. Will continue the process against both the Sheriff's Office and Wells Fargo in 2016. Not only that, will begin the process of doing the same to my estate-stealing brother, his shyster attorney, and the court system that facilitated it. Intend to use similar tactics employed against Wells Fargo, but to far greater extent and determined ferocity. -- Wells Fargo on steroids.

Will certainly employ more Internet resources including Google Earth, other map and imaging services to expose my thieving brother and the shyster bastard employed to engineer the theft. To not only their professional communities, but the neighborhoods they live in. Circles they travel in. As many of their associates as I can find. Fresh complaints will also be filed with prosecutors and the State Bar. While all this will take considerable time, effort, and work, it is certainly achievable in the age of the Internet.

What will make this far more interesting than the Wells Fargo fiasco, I intend to air all dirty family laundry to expose my brother for the thieving bastard he has clearly become, as well as how out of state authorities did absolutely nothing to investigate the abuse of an elderly man, my father, as well as the theft of his estate.

In other words, this time the struggle will be decidedly personal. No prisoners taken. -- Excruciatingly personal since this is not the first time a family relative of ours has stolen from a parent. ... Hey, bro? No question, the struggle to expose Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the outrageously corrupt, abusive, Aryan arrogant Wells Fargo corporate management suite is, and has always been, strictly based on principle.

You're different, bro. You've clearly followed in the footsteps of our grandmother's son who egregiously and determinedly ripped her off. Pocketed our grandfather's life insurance premiums rather than pay them. Threw his own mother out of the house she bought him. With money earned scrubbing floors of high rise buildings on her hands and knees during the Depression. After promising she could live there the rest of her life. That thieving bastard was never publicly exposed for the criminal he was. You will. No question, bro. Unlike Wells Fargo, this time, it's personal.

... And the approach? Fasten seat belts. Will make the last three years of the Wells Fargo fiasco look like a day at the park. No more snail mail bullsh-t, either, bro. Tired of it. Including certified mail. Will be refused. Got something to say? Email like everyone else. You don't run this show. I do, you thieving son of a bitch.

All this, while carrying on the effort against Amanda Wright and her equally criminal handlers at Wells Fargo. ... Happened to see Amanda in HEB, recently. The effects of the strain have become quite obvious. As she's been repeatedly informed, this will not end until Wells Fargo admits wrongdoing and makes it right. Will be an interesting year no matter what. Promise.

Jack Derrington has announced his bid for Sheriff. Mr. Derrington owns the U-Haul business in Kingsland. His wife owns May I Help You. Mr. Derrington indeed has an impressive background in law enforcement, including a long stint in the Drug Enforcement Administration. Retired quite some time ago.

Hope he finally understands drug prohibition, like that of alcohol, has been a miserable failure. Corrupted every law enforcement agency in the country, -- including the Llano County Sheriff's Office. Should he be elected, needs to immediately clean up this outrageously corrupt, abusive agency that currently isn't worth a sh-t.

Every goddamned thug on the force needs to be immediately drug tested by a truly independent agency. Not only for intoxicants, but steroids as well. There needs to be a radical turnover in officers. Those remaining, as well as new hires, need to be trained to treat the public with respect, dignity, not as jackbooted goddamned thugs and nazi storm troopers.

The current incumbent and his jackbooted bastards are too damned aggressively stupid to understand they've thoroughly destroyed community relations, any faith and trust in local law enforcement. They remain a scourge. An exigent threat to liberty. ... Right, Bill? One of these days, these out of control nazi storm troopers will pull their sh-t on the wrong guy or gal. Someone with money who will do all they can to bankrupt this outrageously corrupt and abusive County.

With drug prohibition a miserable failure, it's time to change strategy and tactics. Prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, education, and keeping drugs out of the hands of minors should be top priority. After all, drugs kill, ruin lives, cause endless misery. ... Let Darwinian natural selection take care of adults who refuse to abstain. No question, it will eventually kill them. If you catch them driving intoxicated, there are already laws on the books.

Time for the Sheriff to go. He's been a miserable failure. Remains totally unresponsive to not only the 14 emails sent by this publication, but his constituents as well. Since at least the time of Ligon, those elected Sheriff have determinedly and progressively attempted to create a goddamned fascist police-state accountable to no one in this hell hole County.

Ligon's protégé and recommended handpicked successor, Nathan Garrett, a former grader operator, accelerated the corruption and abuse exponentially. The current incumbent, Bill Blackburn, a former game warden, militarized the jackbooted bastards and made them accountable to no one. There will be much more on this as the year wears on and additional people enter the race. Never forget, however, no matter who you vote for, they always wind up doing as they please. Accountable to no one. Why? Wake up. Because you tolerate it. Are too goddamned cowardly.

Sadly, the real threat to liberty is no foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It's out of control law enforcement thugs who get their cookies off abusing innocent citizens as well as the guilty, shake down the public through asset forfeiture to line government coffers and the pockets of corrupt and abusive government officials, arrest and charge someone, anyone, no matter guilt or innocence as long as someone, anyone gets nailed. Coup de grace? Have clearly forgotten they work for the public they allegedly swore to protect and defend. Where? Where else? Nazi America. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping traitorous, treasonous, treacherous Sieg Heil!, Billy Boy? Indeed, welcome to 2016, Sheriff.

NYPD Officer Peter Liang is about to go on trial for second-degree manslaughter and other charges in the killing of an unarmed black man in a darkened stairwell 11-20-14 as reported earlier in this publication and elsewhere. The cop intends to testify in his own defense. Claims his gun went off accidentally. So what?

Leave a child in a hot car and you get charged with manslaughter, convicted, and sent to prison. Despite the fact the death was an accident. Why shouldn't police be held to the very same standard? Readers are reminded this jackbooted bastard spent 2 minutes arguing with his partner who should report the "accidental" firing. Then delayed radioing in the report for a total of twenty minutes. ... Leaving the victim with absolutely no care and dying.

It's amazing the gap in culture between the West and Pakistan. Mohammad Anwar is a 15-year-old kid. His Moslem cleric mistakenly accused him of blasphemy. The boy went home, cut his hand off, and presented it on a plate to the cleric.

Amazing how legislators can be so shortsighted and judgmental. Washington Republican state Rep. Mary Dye met with a handful of high school students during Planned Parenthood’s annual Teen Lobbying Day. Asked them if they were virgins, and accused one of them of not being one . The kids looked at the education specialist who quickly advised them not to answer.

The legislator quickly realized her faux pas and apologized. ... Indeed, a disingenuous bullsh-t 'apology':

“Following a conversation they initiated on birth control for teenagers, I talked about the empowerment of women and making good choices — opinions shaped by my mother and being a mother of three daughters.

“In hindsight, a few of the thoughts I shared, while well-intended, may have come across as more motherly than what they would expect from their state representative. If anything I said offended them or made them feel uncomfortable, I apologize.”

The students were lobbying the legislator for expanded insurance coverage for birth control. Dye did not support their efforts. Apparently, believes in abstinence only. What a crock of sh-t. Who the hell is this piece of crap to force her perverse religious views on any constituent, including the young? This idiot and sad excuse for a legislator apparently prefers an unwanted pregnancy to easy availability of birth control.

Knows goddamned well these kids will have sex no matter what. Does she truly believe unprotected sex preferable to providing what the young desperately need to prevent pregnancy and/or sexually transmitted diseases? Clearly, Rep. Dye is so long in the tooth she's long since forgotten what it's like to be a teenage kid.

Remember the killing of motorist Samuel DuBose in Cincinnati by former University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing? Mr. DuBose's 'crime?' No front license plate on his vehicle. Imagine that. The penalty for a missing plate is now execution by a jackbooted thug. Where? Where else? Nazi America.

Think the Republican Party 'conservative?' Wake up. The GOP agreed last year with Democrats and the President to spending hikes and massive new tax cuts this year that will lead to a deficit of $544 billion in fiscal 2016. A 24% increase over last year.

Matthew Bissonnette is a former U.S Navy Seal. Kept a top secret photo of the corpse of bin Laden on his hard drive, -- which he recently turned over to federal investigators. Readers are reminded bin Laden was summarily executed by the SEALS despite offering no resistance to capture in 2011. Bissonnette made millions off his book detailing the raid and has agreed to share some of it with the government. Mighty generous of him, no? The probe has been widened after investigators found additional material of interest on the hard drive.

Reza Gul is a 22-year-old Afghan woman who had her nose cut off by her 25-year-old husband, Mohammad Khan. This bastard has a second wife who is a 7-year-old kid.

Wanda and Smurf are two highly abused kittens who have closely bonded after being cruelly tortured by a truly sad sack of sick sh-t. Report all animal abuse. Ever wonder how idiots like the District Attorney, County Attorney, County Judge, the Sheriff, etc. so easily get into office? They undergo only a few weeks of scrutiny during the primary season. Convenient for them, isn't it? Forget? All local elections are decided in the primaries. Why? No one believes they can win as a Democrat.

For a number of years, they've been right. This makes it exponentially easier to avoid full public scrutiny. A lot easier to do so when the electoral season no longer extends from spring to fall. Certainly, facilitates ensconcement on the throne of the above carpetbaggers by the four Llano County families who truly believe they run and own this goddamned, godforsaken, hell hole County. ... Right, Sonny Boy? Madam County Attorney? Madam County Judge? Sheriff? A raucous, boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, traitorous, treacherous Sieg Heil!?

Well-trained 'service' dogs are being quite effectively used to treat returning veterans suffering from acute post traumatic stress. There is a gorgeous exceptionally well-behaved German Shepherd in Kingsland wearing an identifying vest providing such service to a guy who allows no one to talk to the dog stating "He's working." Wears a holster himself on his right hip and appears to be a threat to no one.

Not clear whether it's open carry or used for some other purpose. With the current atmosphere regarding gun violence, the fear of terror currently sweeping the country, as well as the lack of sufficient training by law enforcement personnel, this could be a catastrophe waiting to happen. An innocent veteran could wind up injured or worse.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Bob Clifton, Realtor, Texas Ranch Brokers. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Think not? Wake up. You're human chattel. Corporate-owned, bought and paid for. Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor. Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision. To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day. You have no control of your lives. You're owned. Forget? For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits. At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff. It is not. It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
