This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security, privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will, continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these practices, and finally makes it right. During the last several weeks after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at Wells Fargo. Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials. They have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 73, -- and counting.

In addition and shortly, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this publication. This is being done because so many of you access this publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S. Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites, however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however, has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this or any other issue, contact me. As always, when a cop does something heroic or of great benefit to the community, it always leads in this publication. Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Matthew Stoffer has dealt with quite a few speeding drivers in his ten years on the force. The latest stop is one he'll never forget. The driver and his wife were desperately trying to get their 1-year-old daughter to the hospital.

The baby was in the back of the car. Unresponsive. Not breathing. Trooper Stoffer quickly went into action. Called 911 and then went to work on the infant, performing CPR. She quickly began breathing, but still remained motionless. EMS arrived and the baby was quickly transported to Mansfield Med-Central Hospital, then flown to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus. She is in stable condition.

What was so remarkable was the coolness and professionalism of the Trooper in a most desperate situation. Hat's off to this exceptionally fine officer. A baby girl is alive and well as a result of his efforts. A job well done. The above is courtesy of CBS.

An Arizona man named Rey Lopez walked into an Arizona Wells Fargo bank on Veterans Day. Couldn't understand where everyone had gone. -- The bank was closed for the holiday. Apparently, someone had forgotten to lock the door. Wells Fargo issued the following statement:

"Wells Fargo is looking into the circumstances surrounding this incident. Customer privacy and the security of customer accounts is our top priority and we can assure that all customer information was secure and at no time was any confidential information at risk or accessible. We do appreciate this customer taking action to contact us right way and have reached out to thank him."

The bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite engage in deliberate criminal deceptive trade practices. Then, have the cajones to issue the above statement? It's bullsh-t. Unadulterated. How can they make this statement when the direct opposite is true? Personal information is already at risk online. All personal information. These bastards cannot guaranty no one will hack into their databases.

Worse, they hold on to account information long after an account is closed. Ask for personal information that is none of the bank's goddamned business, -- or that of their bought and paid for government lackeys. They already give that information up whenever a National 'Security' Letter is presented by their government stooges.

No warrant is required courtesy of the USA 'Patriot' Act. No more than direct abrogation of the Fourth Amendment. So when they disingenuously issue a self-serving statement like the above when caught with their pants figuratively down, know it's goddamned bullsh-t. Fabrication.

Yet, another police shooting. This time in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jamar Clark, 24, was allegedly shot by police 11-15-15 while cuffed. Remains on life support at time of writing. Police refuse to identify the officer. Also, refused to release a video. Deny he was cuffed at the time he was shot. Doesn't look good, but until law enforcement discloses this information, judgment must be reserved.

Subsequent to writing the above, Clark was removed from life support and died.

New Jersey State Trooper Sgt. 1st Class Michael Roadside was drunk and on duty. Hit a woman at a rest stop on the Garden State Parkway. Then offered her $1000 bucks not to report the incident. When arrested he reeked of alcohol, had vomit on his shirt. Has been suspended without pay. None of this would have seen the light of day had nj.com not filed an open records request. Much more to come as this story develops.

The Texas Policy Evaluation Project recently conducted a study estimating that somewhere between 100,000 to 250,000 Texas women ages 18 to 49 have attempted to self induce an abortion since the 2013 law forcing closure of clinics went into effect. Much more to come as this story develops. -- Hopefully, we're not returning to the coat hanger and back alley abortion butcher shop days prior to Roe v. Wade.

This is the expected result when Right Wing fascists force their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on others. Haughtily believe they own your uterus, ladies. Want to send these national socialist goddamned nazis a clear message? Cross your legs and keep your panties up. All of you. No matter what your partner thinks. Might just hasten repeal.

Fascists in the law enforcement and "national 'security'" communities desperately want a "back door" left in encryption technology. More unadulterated bullsh-t. To their great credit, however, technology companies are strongly resisting. Rightfully state a "back door" would certainly enable hackers to hack personal information. No question.

More importantly, why should goddamned government goons be given carte blanche to go on fishing expeditions, proactively targeting innocent citizens? ... Proactive policing means innocent citizens are harassed, abused, and shaken down by corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted law enforcement thugs. Right, Sheriff? ... The recent massive terror attack in Paris leaves many unanswered questions. One thing for sure, it rattled not only the cage of the French, but others all across the world, including here in the United States. The thinking of government officials here and there has again been egregiously called into question. Worse, history is being ignored. -- The root causes of terrorism achingly misunderstood, significantly discounted as irrelevant.

Precisely, why there will be no solution to this scourge any time soon. Fear rules. Already, the French are ignoring civil and human rights in their quest to bring all responsible to justice. As already in our formerly great country, liberty has stupidly been traded for ersatz 'security.' That is, no security at all. The terrorists have already won, haven't they? Think not? Wake up. Accomplished their purpose. That is, abrogation of liberty through unbridled fear.

The French now claim they are at war with ISIS. Is that right? Weren't they already at war with these bastards prior to the latest attack in Paris? Bombing them quite some time in Syria. Precisely, why ISIS claims to have committed these latest atrocities. In revenge. No question, this is the kind of enemy that will have to be killed or captured one by one to the last man or woman. ... Unlike war against a bona fide nation-state. -- Which ISIS certainly is not, despite all claims by these terrorist bastards to the contrary.

What is so discouraging is the fact we, in the United States, have learned nothing the last 15 years. Civil and constitutional rights and liberties no longer exist in our formerly great country. Courtesy of the U.S. 'Patriot' Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, 'Real' ID Act, and many, many other equally outrageously unconstitutional statutes cleverly designed by the traitors in Washington, both parties, to eviscerate liberty. Turn our formerly great country into a national socialist police-state. All, falsely, in the name of "national 'security.'"

One of the Founders of our formerly great nation got it right some 235 years ago. Franklin wisely opined anyone willing to trade liberty for security deserves and winds up with neither. Was right. Still is. Yet, we're too goddamned cowardly in this country to realize how spot on he truly was. Land of the free? Home of the brave? Hell, no. No longer. Land of the enslaved. Home of the cowardly.

Americans seem to have forgotten bravery is not reserved for the military alone. Is required of every American citizen. All of us. The heroes on Flight 93 instinctively knew this. Forget? "Let's roll!" As they charged the bastards on that terrible day, 9/11. Successfully prevented that doomed airliner from hitting the Capitol, White House or whatever was the target of the terrorists.

These truly great Americans had courage. Uncommon valor. Something we've clearly forgotten. ... As I've recently learned when so many in the community cowardly express the desire for increased surveillance. -- After some relief rightfully forced after the Snowden disclosures. Backtracking would be a horrendous mistake. We've already seen our great country turned into what has become a goddamned fascist police-state after 9/11. ... Right, Sheriff?

This was intentionally engineered and occurred as law enforcement was militarized directly after 9/11. Courtesy of the assholes in the federal government that gave police virtual carte blanche to egregiously abuse citizens in the name of national security. As well as military weapons and equipment suitable for the battlefield, not policing of our communities.

Precisely, why there have been so many murders of citizens by jackbooted officers in the last decade and a half. Not surprisingly, the law enforcement community took it as license to abuse the citizenry in the name of "proactive" policing. ... Right, Sheriff? It's how these egregiously unfit abusive assholes get their cookies off, right, Bill? Shaking down, beating, looting the citizenry. Again, right, Sheriff?

The aggressively stupid militarization of police directly led to an enormous number of unnecessary killings by police on duty, -- that is, murders. Murders that are not, for the most part, being adjudicated at all. -- Police given unwarranted truly undeserved benefit of the doubt as they abuse, shake down, and kill the citizenry they've falsely sworn "to protect and serve."

With virtual impunity. Have concertedly abused that authority. Conveniently lined the coffers of government for the assholes who falsely believe they run and own it. Certainly, not the people as intended by the Founders. As they've blatantly done here in Llano County. Right, Sheriff? We increasingly have the best government money can buy. Literally. This has to change.

The greatest threat to our formerly great country is not some foreign power, terrorist organization, or the criminal element. It has become the government that serves only itself and its corporate masters. ... While determinedly f--king the citizenry. Legally stealing personal belongings and money through bogus, bullsh-t asset forfeiture. No criminal prosecution and conviction required.

Yet, with rare exception, most of the fools in this country are too damned cowardly to understand this. Wish to be 'protected.' Have no ability to stand up on their own two feet. Instead, they've bought the horsesh-t. Drunk the Kool Aide. Gave the benefit of the doubt to the bastards who are determinedly and royally f--king them. ... Right, Sheriff?

This not only extends to the 'unwashed masses,' however, but those who are seemingly well-educated. In professional positions. Know better. Have allowed fear to unduly interfere with judgment. Are willing to give these abusive assholes near carte blanche to 'protect' them while the bastards are, and have been deliberately f--king them out of not only their money, but more importantly, their liberty.

This is precisely how a democratic republic is turned into a fascist police-state. ... Ever hear of the frog in the pot of water, lulled to sleep by increasing the flame under the pot? Until the frog is killed. This is what is happening right here and now. This is why each terrorist attack is so dangerous. It is the fact the cowardly call for increased surveillance and government powers in a futile effort to combat what can ultimately only be defeated by changing circumstances that originally led to the advent of modern terrorism. Forget? ... Or, too clueless or cowardly to understand this?

At the end of the Second World War, survivors of the Holocaust wanted and demanded a state of their own. The United States, the UN, and Europe were all too willing to oblige. Problem? They gave away land that was not theirs to give. More accurately, gave Israeli terrorists carte blanche to steal land they had already lost generations earlier due to egregious excesses.

As do radical Islamists, the Israelis bastardized Holy Scripture to justify the means used to get what they want. Still want. Developed and perfected modern terroristic tactics now embraced by their enemies. Since 1948, the United States has always looked the other way. No matter how egregious or literally atrocious Israeli behavior has become.

No matter how murderous and abusive. This fuels terror. Still no clue? The U.S. looked the other way even when Israeli storm troopers murdered 10 activists back in 2010, running an Israeli blockade of Palestinian territory. The Spanish government finally indicted the Israeli butcher ultimately responsible, -- Prime Minister Bebe Netanyahu. Israel calls the latest action a "provocation." Is that right, Bebe Baby? This bastard belongs in prison. Instead, the U.S. coddles this son of a bitch. Lines Israeli coffers with military and financial aid. Why? Because he's our son of a bitch. Our proxy.

Matters not to the United States government the Israeli aggressor maintains a boot heel on the throat of the Palestinians. Why should it? Couldn't care less of the resulting carnage inflicted by American-supplied F-16s in direct violation of U.S. statutes prohibiting such weapons from being used offensively in highly populated areas.

Conversely and from the Palestinian perspective, why wouldn't they kill as many Israelis as they can? Until we understand their desperation and finally do something about it, expect the scourge of terrorism to continue unabated. -- We wouldn't live under the boot heel of a foreign aggressor. Why do we expect Palestinians to do so?

Definition of insanity? Repeatedly imposing a failed foreign policy, yet expecting a different result. Certainly exacerbating terrorism was the invasion of Iraq and the toppling of Saddam under false pretenses. End result? The birth of ISIS. Yet, "Slick Dick" Cheney and George "The Tush" Bush were never prosecuted for war crimes.

Ironically, we created the problem in the Middle East, along with Europe and the United Nations. Now, have no clue as to how to solve it. American 'Exceptionalism?' Hell, yes. Indeed, exceptional aggressive stupidity. Unbridled hubris. Aryan arrogance. Our way or the highway. Our stupidity since 1948 virtually almost guaranties Israel will ultimately wind up in the sea. Surrounded by enemies. Alone, when we finally wake up and fully understand we're on the wrong side of history and deliberately sh-tting on justice.

Liberty isn't free. Not for any of us. Some of us will get killed by terrorists. This can be the ultimate price of freedom. The government has little to no ability to prevent a terrorist act where the killer is more than willing to forfeit his or her life. Government does, and has, however, abrogated liberty falsely in the name of phony 'security.' To consolidate power. Get its cookies off. Force its will, etc.. Wake up. You've been bamboozled. Sold a bill of goods. Betrayed by the hopelessly ignorant, outrageously pernicious, truly evil fascist bastards in Washington.

Craftily robbed of all civil and constitutional rights and liberties. For the sake of ersatz personal 'protection.' No more than a mirage. End result? Security? Hell, no. Wake up. A goddamned fascist police-state. ... Right, Sheriff? Mr. President? Texas Gov. Greggor "The Beggar" Abbot? "Screws Loose" Cruz? ... And all the other gutless clueless assholes in government responsible for egregiously sh-tting on the U.S. Constitution.

Yet, the vast majority of you remain too clueless, gutless to stand up to tyranny. You wish to be protected and coddled by your nazi nanny state jackbooted masters. You believe what they tell you. Accept their lies as truth, fact. The Founders must be spinning in their graves. Appalled at the cowardice of so very many of you. Coup de grace? Approximately half of the governors are gutlessly refusing to accept Syrian refugees, -- citing security concerns.

Nothing quite like gutless 'Christian' 'charity,' is there? Especially, when the bastards are posturing for political advantage. Taking advantage of the crisis to further political aims and ambitions. This is particularly the case with the GOP nazis running for President who have outright lied and exaggerated the risk of attack here. Too clueless, as well, to know state governors have no say in the matter. It's a federal issue. They can drag their feet, however. More stunning and achingly pernicious? A few GOP nazis are haughtily demanding only Christians be accepted as refugees.

These national socialist, fascist bastards are too damned clueless to understand such a policy would be an egregious abrogation of First Amendment, Establishment Clause requirements demanding church-state separation. Instead, want what amounts to a Christian theocracy. A raucous Sieg Heil!?

Most menacing of all, the traitorous cowardly assholes in the NSA and FBI, as well as other law enforcement agencies, are shamelessly taking advantage of the recent terrorist attack in Paris, claiming they need a backdoor to access encrypted communications. What a crock of goddamned sh-t. They're lying.

There are other better ways to gather intelligence than to eviscerate the privacy of law-abiding citizens. It takes work. Effort. Work and effort these national socialist traitorous sons of bitches don't want to expend. Rather, these treacherous nazi bastards think long term. How best to subjugate the citizens they allegedly 'serve.'

Target the innocent to consolidate power. Loot taxpayers to line their pockets and those of their corporate masters. Demand carte blanche to go on fishing expeditions. Do as they please. It's called proactive law enforcement. No more than a goddamned fascist police-state. The doomsday clock to an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution strikes ever closer to midnight. Wake up. The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Months ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Texas Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed over a year ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to the Lighthouse Country Club, Kingsland. A copy of it was also sent to offending Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted to branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The name of this publication was changed some ten years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril. The reason? Simple. Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade. Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication. Either through advertising or other financial support. Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it? Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however. Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards. Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags. Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up. Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity. On a rampage. Thus, you get what you truly deserve. Always. Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate. -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area. Ten years after originally intending to do so. Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues. Another reason for this publication name change. Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues mustbe addressed. Can't be ignored. That's where you come in dear readers. Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up. Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result? Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day. These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem. No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked. It's time to stand up. Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight. Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb. From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain. Wake up. Grow a pair.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys. Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit. To line County coffers. Keep the peasants in line and under control. A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril. Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority. Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are. Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication? Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country. Insult to injury? There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway. No matter the effort. No matter the research. No matter the proof. Wake up. This writer cannot do it alone. Snowball's chance in hell. Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded. Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy. Literally.

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
