Note: Shortly
after posting the last Newsletter, a friend quizzically asked what I
was trying to accomplish in this publication. Certainly, not
the first. Likely, not the last. Always thought it
obvious: first, aggressively expose corruption and abuse to the light
of day; second, more importantly, aggressively expose the rise of
fascism, nazism, national socialism in all its 'glory.' This
publication is intentionally designed to offend. To effect
desperately-needed change.
While
it is also quite
obvious outrageous offenders in law enforcement and
government always
remain premier targets, it's apparently not so clear you, too,
dear readers, are fair game. Why? Simple. Because at least
some
of you have foolishly enabled these bastards to egregiously
f--k
not only yourselves, but the rest of us.
If,
indeed, you are not
guilty of the above, then this is not directed at
you, and, --
you should not be offended. Conversely, if the
opposite is
true, then you are the problem and offense is
intended.
Time to wake up. Stand up for yourselves.

than to the
bastards who falsely believe they run and own, not only this hellhole
County, but the state and country as well. -- Most of you,
dear
readers, this writer does not even personally know.
It's those of
you who have enabled these bastards intentionally or inadvertently
who remain the problem. How? Through unbridled fear, aching
indifference, most importantly, aggressive stupidity. Forget? You
are
the government. Not
the
bastards who falsely believe
they run and own us. The Founders, indeed, quite clear.
No

Bradley Manning Sentenced
Llano County Constables Pressured
Not
only have the Llano County Sheriff's Office and JPs been improperly
pressured by the County Judge and Commissioners' Court to increase
revenue, but the Constables as well. Reportedly, the 'Judge' and
Commissioners' Court are cutting vehicle allowances for the Constables.
And other office expenses.
One of the four Constables is
clearly a remarkable officer who performs his duties constitutionally,
non-abusively, in accordance with the law, with the highest integrity,
using good judgment. Indeed, a rare commodity in this hellhole
County. Can't have that, can we? What did this officer get
in return for his service?
According to two highly credible
sources, he was deliberately, improperly pressured by the Court to increase
ticket revenue. How did this sad excuse for an elected body do this? How?
Very cleverly, very disingenuously.
The Constable was
pointedly asked how many
tickets he had issued the last thirty days. The clear,
unmistakable, implied threat? Increase revenue, or,
suffer consequences. A nazi county, in a nazi state, in a
shamelessly nazi country. A raucous Sieg Heil!? Commissioners? 'Judge?' Are you bastards proud
of yourselves? Conveniently forget your oath of office to protect
and defend the United States Constitution? Including the Bill of
Rights?
Without question, this is precisely
why Constable vehicle allowances
were reduced. Despite claims to the contrary by the Court.
Quotas are clearly illegal. For damned good reason.
The 'Judge' and his compadres on the Commissioners' Court know this. Certainly, are not stupid, just hypocritically disingenuous. Right,
'Judge?' ... Commissioners? Blatantly, abusively,
craftily, desperately attempt to skirt clear, settled law. For
crass self-serving political reasons. Couldn't care less
such behavior condones, implements, perpetrates, perpetuates a fascist police-state. Absolutely destroys public trust in law enforcement. Stupidly endangers good officers intent on doing the job right. Certainly makes their job far more difficult.
The
Constable mentioned and this writer are casual acquaintances.
Have briefly spoken on one occasion about other matters of common
interest. From all accounts, this man is
a good officer. ... A Constable, an elected official, who
repeatedly paid the price for courageously speaking out at
Commissioners' Court. Truth to power. -- Haughtily, however, asked to
leave by the bastards who refused to listen. Should he, the other
three Constables, as well as
other good officers in the Sheriff's Office be willing to talk, their
identity would be protected. It's time to expose the corruption and abuse. The public deserves no less. ... Forget? They foot the bill. Pay the freight.

The following was emailed to Llano attorney Tim Cowart 8-21-13:

In
a recent interview with Connie Swinney you claim:
“CSCOPE has some controversial
materials in its instruction plans. My clients have concerns that
there tends to be a lot of collectivist ideology in CSCOPE,” ….
As parents, grandparents, as taxpayers, we need to make sure that the
lesson plans and the materials (the students are) learning is
appropriate for them and not hidden away from public scrutiny.”
Can you provide specific
references in CSCOPE lesson plans that support these allegations?
If they are indeed “hidden away from public scrutiny” as they appear to be by statute, where is
clear proof of these claims? Not
just allegations
taken as truth? Sadly, there are numerous additional claims made by
the Radical Right regarding this matter but, again, no clear, public
evidence. Would the people you represent kindly remedy this for this
publication and my readers? Since these lesson plans are not
available for public scrutiny, where have your clients and others
received the information regarding the plans they claim to be
un-American and collectivist? From Right Wing websites?
You further claim in the Swinney
interview:
“I’ve seen and heard about
certain examples, like the folks with the Boston Tea Party were a
bunch of terrorists.”
Again, can you provide an exact
reference to the lesson plans you and the people you represent are
referring to? Better yet, can you provide a copy of the materials
referenced in your interview with Swinney? At least, excerpts? Anything other than hearsay?
Would certainly be willing to post all of it in this publication for benefit of my readers. Sadly, to date,
with the CSCOPE website under reconstruction, the only source material
available comes second hand from the Right, – which clearly has an
agenda.
My readers are entitled to
unvarnished, un-spun
truth. … Sadly, a decreasing commodity
in a state that has clearly embraced the Radical Right. Without
question, you can most benefit the cause you and your clients so
fervently believe in by providing, for public review, the exact,
precise lesson plan
material you find so offensive.
Finally,
are you planning to appeal? While your services have apparently been
pro-bono to date, who is
paying court costs? Why do you continue to litigate when you
either have no evidence other than hearsay, or remain unwilling and/or
unable to share it?

Where
there's smoke, usually there's fire. The problem
with CSCOPE is the fact all complaints to date remain
hearsay. It's time for teachers to step up. Grow a pair.
Disclose, precisely, what at least some of you in the teaching profession find so offensive about these lesson plans. Hearsay is not enough. Proof is required.
After
extensive Internet search, all that remains is hearsay. ... By
Right Wing third parties who clearly have a political agenda. An ax to grind.
It's remarkably disconcerting, however, the CSCOPE website
continues to be under 'reconstruction.' Why? Cowardice? Avoiding public scrutiny? The spotlight?
-- There isn't a webmaster, including this writer, that is satisfied with any website. There is always
room for improvement. Always. Doesn't mean, however, that a
site should remain down during reconstruction. Especially, any
site that is as controversial as CSCOPE. Extremely pointedly, again, if
CSCOPE has nothing to hide, why not grant public access to lesson plan
material in question?
Bradley Manning Sentenced
Thirty-five years.
For what? Retaliation. Pure and simple. Against a whistleblower who had
the guts to expose our hopelessly corrupt, abusive, and inept
government for what it truly is. Make no mistake, Bradley Manning
is a hero. The people
have a right to know. "National 'security,'" claimed by the fascist
bastards who prosecuted him, was, and is, a ruse. Pathetic. At
least 99.9% of classified material disclosed by whistleblowers to date is no
more than an embarrassment to the individuals who run and own our
formerly great country.
There is no transparency. Certainly, no longer. If ever.
By clever, pernicious design. Absolutely required, however,
in a democratic republic. Clearly, we no longer live in one.
Manning lost his courage, however. Apologized to an outrageously corrupt, hopelessly abusive
government for what was truly heroic action to inform the American
public. -- To cowardly save his skin after conviction.
Should have courageously told the bastards to go to hell.
His
courtmartial was a classical example of egregious kangaroo justice
in our formerly great country. Was convicted by one 'judge.' Sentenced by the very same 'judge.' ... Who so conveniently found him guilty for her masters in government. Certainly, not
a jury of his peers. Clearly, soldiers give up constitutional
rights upon enlistment. All rights? Think they'll finally smarten up?
Not much better in the court system. 'Judges' dictate to defendants and counsel what is, and is not, proper defense. Worse? Refuse to allow juries to decide what is, and is not, proper defense. Nazi America.
A fascist police-state. Equally galling? Improper, unconstitutional
instruction to juries that jury nullification is unacceptable. Short of
an unwanted second American revolution, jury nullification and exposure
in the media are the only way to effect change. The only way.
Manning
was abused, prior to trial, in an American military gulag.
Reminiscent of the former Soviet Union and Nazi Germany.
The 'judge' in her magnificence credited Manning with some four
months off his sentence for the mistreatment. -- Amazingly generous
of this 'officer' who wouldn't know justice if it bit her hard on both
gluteus maximi. What heads have rolled up the chain of command
for the abuse? Who has been courtmartialed?
There
is no greater honor, no more poignant award than the Congressional
Medal of Honor. Most recipients of this Medal have not lived to
receive it. Nearly all die on the battlefield under the most
heroic circumstances defending our country and their brothers and
sisters in arms. Die under horrendous conditions fighting for
the Flag and Constitution it so magnificently represents.
Particularly,
why it was so self-serving, exceptionally galling to prosecute a
whistleblower for exposing horrendous corruption and abuse within that
government so many have died trying to protect. The fight for the
dead on the battlefield was over the moment they fell. Not so for
'disgraced' Pvt. Manning. His ordeal, just beginning. Hopefully,
although apparently unlikely to be successful, an appeal will be made
through the court system. More importantly, it's time for the
jackass occupying the Oval Office to finally wake up. Get off his
high horse. Embrace transparency. This hero
should be pardoned. He did the right thing. At tremendous
personal risk. His life for all practical purposes, all but over. ... Think he still can't be killed by one of the
goons in whatever military gulag he finally winds up in? Won't be
abused by his keepers? For what? Informing the public what their masters are doing? Falsely, in their name?
Several
weeks ago, a 'Justice' Department spokeswoman disingenuously urged
another American hero, Mr. Snowden, to return home and face charges if
he truly believes what he did was honorable and justified. What a
crock. The mouthpiece for the Obama Regime knows full well
Snowden would be railroaded through our kangaroo system of 'justice.' A
'judge' would dictate to the defendant and counsel what was, and was
not, a proper defense. -- A 'judge' clearly bought and paid for
to do the government's bidding. Ensure a conviction. Truth? No longer matters in our formerly great country.
Whistleblowers
will certainly be intimidated from coming forward. "Go through
channels," the Radical Right insanely, ignorantly, 'patriotically' opines? Why? How? Certainly, most convenient.
Guaranties no change. Maintenance of the status quo.
My government, my country right or wrong. A raucous Sieg Heil!? Once more, what a cowardly
crock of crap. Again, don't like the rhetoric? Tone? Tenor? Tough.
Leave the country. Iran, Syria, North Korea, China, etc.
would be more to your liking. ... Exceptionally pointedly, think it's
not coming here? -- Hasn't already arrived in some measure?
Wake up.
