Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

5-25-18

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all? If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Tim Chorney, Publisher
Liberty In Peril

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "No justice.  Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court that would adjudicate only these cases.  Total independence.  The only way to rein in these criminals, particularly the murderers in blue.

Sadly, the achingly clueless bastards in law enforcement don't need a legitimate reason to kill.  Enjoy carte blanche to murder on the job.  Nearly always, with impunity.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted motherf--kers, the department, and the city.  Any officer engaged in, or threatening this kind of unnecessary violence needs to be criminally prosecuted.  Not protected and coddled.  Not put on paid leave, -- no more than a paid vacation.  Not sent home without pay to catch up on his beauty sleep.

Firing is egregiously insufficient.  How can the law enforcement community be trusted?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than the criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

These are extremely dangerous times for our formerly great country.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  -- As our legislators and other government officials figuratively 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, only one way for these atrocities to end.  Again, time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases. Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred eighty two weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do? Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  Again, no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff? Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up. Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public? That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Ahrens frequently drives all the way through Berardi's property.  Coup de grace?  When Berardi complained to Llano County Deputy Idle about the trespassing, the officer's response was insane.  Said the Sheriff told him to tell Berardi since Ahrens believes she owns his property she can't be charged with trespassing.  Perfect Catch-22, right, Sheriff?  You're not fit for office, Bill.  Bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?"

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Llano County DA "Sonny Boy" is in the news.  Received an award.  The DailyTrib reports:

"The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission recognized District Attorney Wiley “Sonny” McAfee on August 22 for his efforts in prosecuting natural and cultural resource violations as well as environmental crimes. The commission named the 33rd and 424th district attorney the 2019 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Prosecutor of the Year. McAfee serves Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and San Saba counties. Elected in November 2012 and taking office on January 1, 2013, he has been instrumental in a number of high-profile cases involving Texas game wardens and Texas State Park police officers."

The District Attorney has ignored a complaint filed earlier by this publication regarding special treatment accorded Texas oil man Johnny Greene by the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff vis a vis a property dispute involving a local banker, three other local property owners with homes encroaching on land they don't own, one of which is on an unused Llano County road.  To say nothing of damage to a Pace Arrow motorhome on that property.  All a result of egregious abuse of authority by Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764.  The circumstances of this fiasco can be found above in each and every edition of this publication since this happened two years ago.  The Sheriff, the County Attorney, and the District Attorney have all determinedly, concertedly ignored this ongoing, unresolved fiasco raising one ferociously pointed question.  How much were they bribed?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred eighty two weeks. Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred eighty two weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Law enforcement at its very best.  WTVF-Nashville, Tennessee reports:

"Williamson County Sheriff’s Deputy Daniel Soto was named September Deputy of the Month after he saved a life at the Natchez Trace Bridge. He was on routine patrol before dawn when he saw someone standing on the outside of the bridge railing about to jump. Deputy Soto reacted quickly and pulled the teenager to safety. Deputy Daniel Soto always wanted to be a cop; he's been on the Williamson County force for only 14 months and he will tell you he's exactly where he needs to be."

Certainly, is.  A conscientious, caring officer.

"It was July 25 around 4:45 in the morning when Soto did his patrol around the Natchez Trace Bridge. He thought he saw a blanket, but it was a teenage boy leaning over the bridge. Soto says he didn't even have time to call for backup, he just leaped into action, grabbing the boy to safety. "I just tried to tell him because he is so young that you’re going to have dark days, dark weeks, dark months but it will pass. Life is beautiful, if they can see past that and get the help they needed, and I think he got the help he needed," said Soto."

How about that?  In the right place.  At the right time.  Saved a kid's life.

"More than 30 people have jumped to their deaths from the Natchez Trace Bridge since the year 2000. There are efforts to get barriers installed on the bridge to prevent anymore suicides."

One suicide is one too many.

"Soto said he's just glad he could help stop another death. "The Lord definitely put me there, 4:45 in the morning on patrol and just happened to be there at that moment; it’s satisfying," said Soto but he doesn't see himself as a hero. "Absolutely not, like I said anybody in that position would have done the same thing," said Soto. He said he now patrols the bridge more frequently than times before, he says the young man's family thanked him for saving the boy and he is getting the help that he needs."

Well deserved:

"Toyota of Cool Springs presented a plaque to Deputy Soto and donated a check for $150.00 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Soto's favorite charity."

Most important of all:

"If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal thoughts call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline toll-free number, 1-800-273-TALK(8255). It connects the caller to a certified crisis center near where the call is placed."

Duty, honor, country.  CBS News reports:

"A highway patrol officer from Nevada has gone viral for his keen eye and good deed. While patrolling a Las Vegas highway, the trooper noticed something lying on the shoulder. "He circled back around and found an American Flag on this side of the road," Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) wrote on Facebook. "The Trooper, who is also military veteran collected the flag and immediately brought the Stars and Stripes to a local American Legion Lodge." NHP also shared video captured by the officer's dashcam, which shows him stopping his car and retrieving the flag. By midday Friday, it had been viewed more than 60,000 times."

For good reason.

"The local American Legion holds proper flag retirement ceremonies every six months, according to NHP. Respecting the American flag also involves knowing how to properly dispose of one when it is damaged. "The Flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem of display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning," according to the United States Flag Code (4 USC Sec 8 Para (k) Amended 7 July 1976). To mark Flag Day last year, CBS Philadelphia shared a guide on how to properly dispose of American flags."

Consider the millions who died in battle fighting for that very same Flag.

"This trooper is not the first person to gain widespread recognition for his proper handling of the flag. In 2018, a photo of three boys folding an American flag in Hayden, Idaho, went viral. Many praised the boys for their efforts to protect the flag.  The same year, a FedEx driver was praised for folding a flag that fell on a customer's lawn. The good deed was captured on the homeowner's security camera and went viral, CBS Baltimore reported."

The following is well beyond pitiful.  Off the chart.  NBC News reports:

"San Diego Padres pitcher Jacob Nix was arrested Sunday for criminal trespassing after trying to get into an Arizona house through a doggy door, prompting a resident of the home to kick him and use a stun gun on him, according to police. Nix, 23, is accused of entering a fenced backyard in Peoria, about 13 miles north of Phoenix, and then trying to climb through a doggy door in the back of the house, according to court documents filed by the Peoria Police Department in Maricopa County."

Sad, isn't it?  Would be laughable, if not so incredibly dangerous and stupid:

"Nix was kicked in the face by someone inside the home before fellow baseball player Tom Cosgrove, who plays for a minor league team, tried to pull him out, the documents said. As the pair began running away, the person inside the home "leaned out of the doggie door and deployed his taser," hitting Nix in his torso. Police were called to the scene and found Nix and Cosgrove, 23, a couple blocks away from the house, they said. The two were arrested."

Lucky they hadn't gotten themselves killed.

"Nix told police that he thought he was at his own home, even though he doesn't have a doggy door and usually enters through the front door. He could not explain and would not elaborate further why he tried to enter someone else's house. Court documents said he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol."

Sad, isn't it?

"Nix was charged with criminal trespassing and released on $100 bail, according to court records. He is next due in court on Monday. Cosgrove was also charged with criminal trespassing, released on bond and appeared in court on Tuesday, according to NBC affiliate KPNX. Cosgrove pitched for the Lake Elsinore Storm, a minor league affiliate of the Padres, in 2019. Nix made his major league debut with the Padres in 2018, starting nine games for the parent club. He spent his entire 2019 in the minor leagues, playing for Padres affiliates the El Paso Chihuahuas and the Lake Elsinore Storm. Nix is assigned to the Peoria Javelinas for the Arizona Fall League. In a statement released by the Padres on Thursday, the team said it was aware of the incident and takes the matter seriously. The team would not comment further pending legal proceedings."

Risk a promising career?  For what?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Inexplicable murder of an innocent woman in her own home by law enforcement.  NPR reports:

"A white police officer fired through the window of a black woman's home early Saturday and killed her after responding to a call that a neighbor placed about an open front door, authorities in Fort Worth, Texas, say."

'Shoot first, ask questions later.'  ... Blatant racism?  -- Both?   Or, is it aggressive stupidity?

"Around 2:25 a.m., officers responded to an "open structure call" made by a neighbor to the police department's nonemergency number. Inside the home, Atatiana Jefferson, 28, and her 8-year-old nephew were playing video games. Body camera footage released by the police shows the officer outside the home, looking into Jefferson's bedroom window and shouting, "Put your hands up! Show me your hands!" before firing a single bullet that killed Jefferson."

Nearly instantaneous.  Did not identify himself.

"Kyev Tatum, a pastor and community activist who was on the scene shortly after the shooting, told NPR that the neighbor who called the police was worried about the welfare of Jefferson. He said Jefferson may have had her front door open for a reason. "This was probably one of the first days that we had cool weather in Fort Worth. This was a cool evening. I'm sure she allowed the door to be open to air out the house, to get some fresh air in the house," Tatum said. The concerned neighbor, James Smith, told local television station WFAA that he never intended for an aggressive law enforcement response."

Always expect the worst.  Especially, in the current climate.  Law enforcement remains out of control:

"No domestic violence, no arguing," he said. "Nothing that they should have been concerned with, as far as them coming with guns drawn to my neighbor's house," Smith said. "There wasn't any reason for a gunshot that I know of," he said. "She wasn't a threat."

"James Smith said he saw the lights on and front doors open at his neighbor’s home overnight. He said he called a non emergency number for a wellness check. Smith said minutes later he heard a gunshot. @wfaa pic.twitter.com/7XYsVBCFz2
    — Cleo Greene (@cgreeneWFAA) October 12, 2019"

Stunning, isn't it?  Law enforcement is sworn to protect and serve, not wantonly murder on the job.  How many civilians in Fort Worth and elsewhere will now think twice about calling police for a welfare check?  Could wind up getting an innocent neighbor killed by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Yet, at the same time, calling in a welfare check can and does save lives.

"Civil rights lawyer Lee Merritt said Jefferson was a pre-medicine graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and was working at the time in pharmaceutical equipment sales. "Her mom had recently gotten very sick, so she was home taking care of the house and loving her life," Merritt said."

Terrible loss of life for no reason at all.

"According to a police news release, when the officer was searching the perimeter of Jefferson's house, the officer noticed a person inside and standing near the window, which police say was perceived as a threat. That is when the officer drew his weapon, ordered Jefferson's hands up and shot. Authorities say that when they entered Jefferson's home, a gun was recovered from the bedroom — the area where police shot and where Jefferson was pronounced dead. Officials did not say whether Jefferson was holding a weapon at the time the officer fired at her."

No matter the ultimate circumstances, she was in her own home.  Minding her own business.  Trying to protect herself and her 8-year-old nephew.

Here's the problem:

"Tatum said Jefferson's having a weapon should not have justified the use of deadly force. "If you hear some noise in your backyard early in the morning when you're with your 8-year-old nephew, well of course anyone in their right mind is going to try to protect themselves and others, especially a child," Tatum said. "But the officer reacted so quickly and never identified himself as a police officer."

That's a problem.  A big problem.

"This is Atatiana Jefferson. She was 28 yrs old, a graduate of Xavier Univ. and lived w/ her nephew.

"A Fort Worth, TX cop shot and killed her thru her window as she stood peacefully and unarmed in her own home.

"Black people are subject to deadly force even when they stay home. pic.twitter.com/09dA2nl3v5
    — Kristen Clarke (@KristenClarkeJD) October 13, 2019"

As repeatedly stated in this publication and elsewhere, it is not just people of color being murdered by law enforcement.  This is a problem across the board.  Police are out of control.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"The Fort Worth Police Department said the officer who shot Jefferson, who has not been identified, has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the department's investigation into the incident."

Jesus Christ.  Why are you protecting this officer?  The public is entitled to know his identity.

"In a statement, the department said it is "committed to completing an extremely thorough investigation of this critical police incident to its resolution."

Coming from the same department, means absolute shit squat.  No credibility.  None.  You bastards wouldn't even quickly identify the jackbooted bastard in blue responsible for killing this woman in her own home.

"After Tatum arrived on the scene Saturday morning, he was consoling Smith. Tatum said the neighbor is emotionally torn up for doing what he thought was the right thing. "He said, 'I feel guilty, because if I had not called the police to do a welfare check, my neighbor would still be alive,' " Tatum said. "So he's feeling guilty for the actions of the police department."

The neighbor did the right thing.  The jackbooted bastard did not.

"The fatal shooting comes during a tense time for police-community relations in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. This month, former police officer Amber Guyger was sentenced by a jury to 10 years in state prison for shooting to death a neighbor, Botham Jean, in his own apartment. Guyger, who is white, claimed she thought she was entering her own apartment in the same building and mistook Jean, who is black, as an intruder in her home. "How are these officers killing people in their own homes, minding their own business?" Tatum said to NPR. "We have absolutely no faith in our police department."

A growing problem throughout the country.  ... Right, Sheriff?

CBS News reports:

"The family of a 28-year-old black woman who was shot and killed by a white police officer in her Texas home as she played video games with her nephew expressed outrage Monday that the officer has not been arrested or fired. The Fort Worth Police Department said officers responded about 2:25 a.m. Saturday after a neighbor called a non-emergency line to report the home's front door had been left open. The responding officer fired a shot through a window, killing Atatiana Jefferson. "Why this man is not in handcuffs is a source of continued agitation for this family and for this community," family attorney Lee Merritt said at a news conference in Dallas on Monday."

No equal justice.  Had it been the other way around, the perpetrator would have been quickly arrested, jailed, and charged.

"The police officer, whose name has not been officially released, should be fired, Merritt said. "That's the least we should expect," he said. "We are not looking for a slap on the wrist," said community activist Cory Hughes, "... we are demanding that he be charged like the criminal he is." Fort Worth police said in a statement that officers saw someone near a window inside the home and that one of them drew his duty weapon and fired after "perceiving a threat." The video released by police shows two officers searching the home from the outside with flashlights before one shouts, "Put your hands up, show me your hands." One shot is then fired through a window. In the video, the officer does not identify himself as police."

That's a problem.  A big problem.  Called murder.

"Jefferson's sister Ashley Carr said Jefferson was killed by a "reckless act" and there was no justification for the officer's actions. "She was enjoying a life in her home, where no one would have expected her life to be in harm's way, especially not at the hands of a civil servant who has taken an oath to serve and protect," Carr said. Jefferson had moved into her mother's home because the mother had been in failing health and was recently hospitalized, the family said. She often helped care for her young nephews, including 8-year-old Zion. Merritt said Jefferson stayed up late playing video games with the boy and had "lost track of time" when they heard noise outside her bedroom window."

'Prowlers' who turned out to be jackbooted bastards in blue.

"Merritt said the officers passed two open doors and never announced themselves, instead "prowling and whispering" outside.  According to Merritt, the child said his aunt wouldn't let him go to the window to investigate, instead going herself. That's when he saw her fall to the ground. "I ask myself what would have happened had that little boy went to the window instead of his auntie," Merritt said. A single bullet hole was visible in the window of the single-story, freshly painted purple home and floral tributes and stuffed animals piled up in the street outside Jefferson's home."

Get this:

"Fort Worth police said it released the bodycam footage soon after the shooting for transparency, but that any "camera footage inside the residence" could not be distributed due to state law. The bodycam video included blurred still frames showing a gun inside a bedroom. It's unclear if the firearm was found near Jefferson, and police have not said that the officer who shot her thought she was holding a gun. The police statement released Saturday said only that officers who entered the residence after the shooting found a firearm, and Lieutenant Brandon O'Neil would not answer reporters' questions Sunday on why police released images of the gun."

Did they plant it?  Why not release all information?  Why the lack of transparency?  Something to hide?

"O'Neil said the officer would meet with investigators from the Fort Worth Police Department on Monday about the shooting. Police previously said the officer, a white man, joined the department in April 2018. Merritt blasted the police department for releasing a photo of the firearm found in the home, which he said was legally owned by Jefferson, who had a concealed carry permit."

If true, changes the entire ball game.  Raises more questions regarding what went down and why.

"He said the firearm is unrelated to Jefferson's death and accused the department of attempting to blame the victim by circulating the image."

Standard police procedure, isn't it?  LOL.

CNN News reports:

"The officer who fatally shot Atatiana Jefferson in her home Saturday morning has resigned, Fort Worth interim police chief Ed Kraus said Monday. The officer may face criminal charges, Kraus said. Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price said the killing of Jefferson was unjustified. "I'm so sorry. On behalf of the entire city of Fort Worth, I'm sorry," Price told reporters Monday. "To Atatiana's family, it's unacceptable. There is nothing that can justify what happened on Saturday morning. Nothing."

Then, why does this crap happen over and over and over again?

"Two seconds after he shouted commands outside a house, a Fort Worth police officer opened fire into what looks like a dark room. Moments later, Atatiana Koquice Jefferson died in the bedroom of her own home with her 8-year-old nephew nearby. Now Texans are outraged over the death of another black person killed at home by a white police officer."

How the hell is this kid supposed to live the rest of his life with the trauma of having had to watch his aunt gunned down by a criminal jackbooted bastard in blue? How?

"Officers responded to Jefferson's house after a neighbor noticed doors open. Officers searched the perimeter of Jefferson's house and saw "a person standing inside the residence near a window," Fort Worth police said. "Perceiving a threat, the officer drew his duty weapon and fired one shot striking the person inside," police said. Officers then went inside and gave emergency medical care. Jefferson died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the bedroom of her home, the Tarrant County medical examiner said. The officer didn't announce 'Police!' prior to shooting."

What threat?  Perceived or real?

"Police have released one minute and 17 seconds of the officer's body camera footage leading up to the shooting. The video shows the officer approaching an entrance to the home, where the screen door is closed but the solid door behind it is wide open. The room inside is lit. The officer then walks around the house and approaches a window, shining a flashlight into what appears to be a dark room. "Put your hands up! Show me your hands!" the officer screams. He does not identify himself as police."

Why not?

"Within two seconds of starting his verbal commands, the officer fires a shot through the window while he's in the middle of saying "show me" for the second time. That's when the edited video footage provided by police stops. "The Fort Worth Police Department is releasing available body camera footage to provide transparent and relevant information to the public as we are allowed within the confines of the Public Information Act and forthcoming investigation," police said."

Believe them?  Think they have any credibility?  Remain incapable of tampering with evidence to protect one of their own?

"Police have not named the officer, who joined the department in April 2018. He has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation. "The officer did not announce that he was a police officer prior to shooting," Lt. Brandon O'Neil told reporters Sunday. "What the officer observed, and why he did not announce 'police,' will be addressed as the investigation continues." O'Neil confirmed that Jefferson's 8-year-old nephew was inside the room at the time of the shooting. "The members of the Fort Worth Police Department share your very real and valid concerns, as do the members of this city and people across the country," O'Neil said. CNN requested the unedited body camera footage but has not received it."

Unedited footage needs to be released.  Law enforcement has no credibility.  Cannot be trusted.  Have lied persistently to cover their sorry asses.  Have a history of doing so.

Here's the problem:

"Immediately after the edited clip of the bodycam footage, a black screen appears with words "still frame 1 where weapon was located inside bedroom." Fort Worth police then show a photo of a room completely blurred out, except for a gun. Police did not say whether Jefferson was holding a gun at the time she was shot. Fort Worth police released this image in a heavily edited video package."

How can they be trusted?  No transparency.  Too many lies.  No credibility.

"Critics like Merritt, who is representing Jefferson's family, said he's concerned about police "villainizing" Jefferson or "turning her into a suspect, a silhouette, or threat." He said an independent law enforcement agency should take over the investigation. "We don't think that Fort Worth Police should be investigating it on their own," Merritt said."

The Washington Post reports:

"The white Fort Worth police officer who fatally shot Atatiana Jefferson, a 28-year-old black woman, in her home has resigned and faces possible criminal charges, police said Monday. The officer, identified as Aaron Dean, would have been fired for violations of the department’s policies on use of force, de-escalation and unprofessional conduct had he not resigned on his own, Fort Worth Police Chief Ed Kraus said in a news conference. The officer “still faces criminal charges” stemming from the investigation into the late-night shooting, Kraus said. The department has also asked the FBI to review Dean’s actions for possible civil rights violations, according to the chief. “None of this information can ease the pain of Atatiana’s family, but I hope it shows the community that we take these incidents seriously,” Kraus said."

CBS News reports:

"Speaking at a news conference Monday, Fort Worth police chief Edwin Kraus said he intended to fire the officer Monday for violations of the department's use of force and de-escalation policies. Instead, he said the officer, who he identified as Aaron Dean, gave his resignation. Kraus said dual investigations were underway to determine policy violations and possible criminal charges. He also said the case has been presented to the FBI to determine whether a federal investigation over possible civil rights violations is warranted."

Empty rhetoric.  Rings hollow:

"Kraus apologized for the woman's death and said he has not been able to make sense of why Jefferson had to lose her life. "On behalf of the men and women of the Fort Worth Police Department, I'm so sorry for what occurred," Kraus said."

Jesus Christ.  Wake up.  This shit happens over and over and over again.  Throughout our formerly great country.  Yet, nothing changes.

"Dean was hired by the department in 2017 and had been an officer since 2018, Kraus said. He had been involved in a traffic accident, but had no other previous disciplinary incidents on his record. Responding to a reporter's question about how the incident affects trust between the police department and the community, Kraus said "I get it," and said reform efforts are underway. "Nobody looked at that video and said there's any doubt this officer acted inappropriately," Kraus said. "I get it. We're trying to train our officers better, we're trying to shore up our policies, trying to ensure they act and react the way the citizens intend them to — that they act and react with a servant's heart, instead of a warrior's heart."

Give me a break.  Where's the vetting?  Both before and during employment?  Where's the training?  Change in tactics to avoid murdering innocent people guilty of no criminal activity?

The Washington Post reports:

"The white Fort Worth police officer who fatally shot a 28-year-old black woman in her home over the weekend has been charged with murder, authorities said Monday. The officer, Aaron Dean, who resigned earlier in the day, was booked into the Tarrant County Jail, according to police. Bond has been set at $200,000, jail records show. Authorities moved quickly to arrest Dean after he shot Atatiana Jefferson through a closed window in her Fort Worth home while responding to a welfare call in the early hours of Saturday morning."

The following remains inexplicable:

"In fatal officer-involved shootings, police seldom face criminal charges, and they are rarely charged with murder. The prosecution of the officer is likely to serve as a stress test of relations between law enforcement and the black community in the region, which is still reeling from the fallout of an earlier case involving a white officer who shot a black neighbor in his apartment. Local leaders have called for a probe of the department, and Jefferson’s family and their attorney want an independent review of Jefferson’s killing, saying they worry race may have played a role."

Imagine what the victim's eight-year-old nephew has to live with the rest of his life, -- having watched his aunt gunned down.

CBS News reports:

"The family is relieved Dean was arrested, but they said more needs to be done to change the police department, CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca reports. We spoke to a retired Fort Worth officer who echoed that sentiment.  "As a black female, former police officer, I'm afraid when I get stopped," Larhonda Young said Monday. She said she doesn't trust the department's officers, and she feels Jefferson's death represents a clear breach of protocol. "Officers are shooting before assessing the situation," Young said. "If that officer had simply knocked on the door, that young lady would be alive today."

That's right.  'Shoot first, ask questions later.'  -- A problem throughout all law enforcement in our formerly great country.

"Body camera footage shows the moment he shot and killed Jefferson in her home Saturday. The video shows Dean never identified himself as a police officer. He was responding to a 2 a.m. wellness call from Jefferson's neighbor, who could be heard saying on the call, "The front doors have been open since 10 o'clock." But Interim Police Chief Ed Kraus said it may not have been clear there was no emergency."

Give me a break.  Always an excuse.  A rationale.  Bullshit parsing of language to defend the indefensible.  Precisely, why law enforcement cannot be trusted.  ... Hear the rumble?

"If they thought they had something more criminal, then a more tactical response would be warranted," Kraus said."

Jesus Christ.  Wake up, Chief.  Time to smell the coffee.

"Jefferson's siblings, Ashley and Adarius Carr, said it's a sign the department has to change what their attorney called "a brutal culture of policing." "No guns should've been out. There was no threats," Ashley said. For Adarius, when he heard the gunshot came through a window, he thought, "That's drive-by material." Kraus agrees: There's no excuse for Dean's actions."

If so, then why talk out both sides your ass, Chief?

"What can you tell members of the community who have told us incidents like this are why they do not trust Fort Worth police?" Villafranca asked him. "I tell them, I get it," Kraus said. "We're trying to ensure that they act and react… with the servant's heart, instead of a warrior's heart."

Empty rhetoric.  Until policy changes, hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms as our formerly great country continues to deteriorate.

"While Dean has been charged with murder, the investigation won't end there. City officials in Fort Worth have presented a preliminary case to the FBI to review his actions for possible civil rights violations."

CBS News reports:

"Body camera video shows Dean fired less than a second after yelling for Jefferson to show her hands and that he never identified himself as a police officer. A newly-released arrest warrant says the child told investigators Jefferson heard a noise outside and grabbed her gun from her purse as she went to investigate. The boy said Jefferson had the gun pointed at the window when she was shot. Tuesday, Interim Fort Worth police chief Ed Kraus said there is "no excuse" for the shooting and vowed Dean would be held accountable."

No justice.

Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

While most officers are highly intelligent, a few are so damned stupid they have no business in law enforcement.  The following is an example.  NBC News reports:

"An off-duty New York City Police Department officer was arrested and suspended after pointing his gun at a karaoke bar waitress in Queens last week."

Should have been fired.  Remains an exigent threat to himself, other officers, and the public.

"Officer Hyun Kim, 25, was at the karaoke bar in Flushing with a sergeant when a waitress noticed his gun and asked him if he was in a gang, law enforcement sources told NBC New York. In the midst of answering that he was a police officer, Kim pulled out his gun and pointed it at the waitress. The magazine of the gun fell out and the bullets hit the floor, the sources said. Shortly after, Kim and the sergeant left the bar."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  A goddamned idiot.  Where's the vetting?  Both before and during employment?

"Kim, who was off-duty at the time of the incident, and the sergeant, who has not been identified, have both been suspended. Kim was charged with two counts of menacing."

Both need to be fired.  The sergeant did not do his duty.  Failed to arrest the officer.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Legalized murder.  Nazi justice.  In follow up to a case covered earlier in this publication and elsewhere, CNN News reports:

"A former Georgia police officer was found not guilty of murder Monday more than four years after he killed a naked, unarmed black man who was mentally ill. A jury in DeKalb County found Robert "Chip" Olsen guilty of aggravated assault, making a false statement, and two counts of violation of oath, but acquitted him on two felony murder charges."

No justice.  Kill a cop in Texas and other states even in self-defense, guess what?  Get executed.  Officers who murder on the job receive special treatment.  Worse?  Almost never ever prosecuted for anything.  Protected and coddled.  Nazi justice.  In a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Olsen faces up to 35 years in prison and is due to be sentenced November 1. Judge Latisha Dear Jackson said he can remain out on an $80,000 bond until then, though he will have an ankle monitor and be subject to a curfew."

Why isn't his sorry ass in jail?  This piece of jackbooted shit remains an exigent threat to the public he egregiously failed to protect and serve.  His victim is dead for nothing.

"Olsen was charged with killing Anthony Hill, a 26-year-old Afghanistan war veteran, in March 2015. Prior to the shooting, someone in his neighborhood called police to report a man "acting deranged, knocking on doors, and crawling around on the ground naked," then-DeKalb County Police Chief Cedric Alexander said after the shooting. Olsen was dispatched and "when (Hill) saw the officer, he charged, running at the officer. The officer called him to stop while stepping backwards, drew his weapon and fired two shots," Alexander said."

Gutless piece of crap.  Could have used a Taser, a baton, etc..  Didn't need to murder.  Quite obvious this guy was mentally ill.  Had no weapon.

"Hill had a history of mental illness and struggled to get the support he needed from the Department of Veterans Affairs, his girlfriend, Bridget Anderson, previously said. She said he stopped taking his medication shortly before his death. During closing arguments, the prosecution claimed Olsen did not follow protocol for using force. Assistant District Attorney Lance Cross said he could have used a baton on Hill."

Nazi justice.  Faith and trust in law enforcement?  What's that?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think you've heard it all?  You haven't.  NBC News reports:

"A San Antonio woman, who accused police of subjecting her to a vaginal search outside on a street curb, has reached a tentative $205,000 settlement with the city. The payout to Natalie Simms must be formally approved by the San Antonio City Council and the deal is on the board's Thursday agenda. "It is in the best interest of the City to settle this matter to avoid the uncertainties and risks associated with litigation in a case of disputed damages," according to the council agenda item. "Staff recommended approval of this item."

Get this:

"Simms claimed in a federal lawsuit filed last year that she was sitting on a curb on Aug. 8, 2016, talking on a phone and waiting for her boyfriend when police approached and accused her of having illegal drugs. A female police detective allegedly pulled Simms' pants open and searched Simms' vaginal area, pulling out her tampon in the process. An embarrassed Simms asked if the search could be done in a police station and out of public view, according to a tape recording of the encounter cited in the lawsuit. "I ain't going nowhere, I'm going to search you right here," the detective said, according to the suit. No drugs were found, the suit said."

Considering what she endured?  Nowhere near enough.

Trump and his henchmen present an exigent threat to life, liberty, privacy, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  NBC News reports:

"The U.S. Census Bureau is asking states for drivers' license records that typically include citizenship data and has made a new request for information on recipients of government assistance after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked plans to include a citizenship question in its 2020 population count. The two approaches, documented by The Associated Press, alarm civil rights activists. They caution that inaccuracies in state motor vehicle records make them a poor choice for tracking citizenship, if that is the bureau's goal, and they see the requests as an extension of earlier efforts that could chill Latino participation in the 2020 Census."

Trump clearly executed an end-run-around a Supreme Court decision:

"After the U.S. Supreme Court nixed the plan by President Donald Trump's administration to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census, the president signed an executive order in July requiring the U.S. Commerce Department, which oversees the Census Bureau, to compile citizenship information through state and federal administrative records. Specifically, it ordered the department to increase efforts "to obtain State administrative records concerning citizenship."

To obviate a Supreme Court ruling.

"The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators told The AP that most, if not all, states recently received requests for information including citizenship status, race, birthdates and addresses. The association has advised members to consult their privacy officers when deciding how to respond. "Each state is making their own determination how to respond," association spokeswoman Claire Jeffrey said in an email."

At least one state stood tall:

"In Illinois, Secretary of State Jesse White denied the request. "We, as a general rule, are not comfortable with giving out our data, certainly not in such a huge amount. That was the overriding concern," said spokesman Dave Drucker. Other states are weighing what to do. The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has received the request but hasn't responded, spokeswoman Beth Frady said."

What will nazi Texas do?  Goose step in unison with our fuhrer, the Trump nazi?

"The request has alarmed Latino advocacy groups. Motor vehicle agency records are notoriously inaccurate and "bad at determining when someone is not a citizen," said Andrea Senteno, a lawyer for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, which is challenging Trump's executive order."

Trump is a traitor.  So are his henchmen.  Have treasonously, repeatedly, betrayed their oaths of office to uphold the United States Constitution.  Un-American.  Jackbooted nazis.  Adolf and Benito?  'High-fiving' on their fiery perches.  Begs the question, -- who really won the Second World War European Theater?

Trump lost an appeal. The Washington Post reports:

"Congress can seek eight years of President Trump’s business records from his accounting firm, a federal appeals court in Washington ruled Friday in one of several legal battles over access to the president’s financial data. In a 2-1 ruling, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit upheld Congress’s broad investigative powers and rejected the president’s bid to block lawmakers from subpoenaing the documents. The case is one of several clashes between the Democrat-controlled House and the Republican president over Trump’s data that is expected to reach the Supreme Court."

Think the five Republican fascists on the Court will rule in favor of their fuhrer, the Trump nazi?

"In this case, the judges ruled that Trump’s arguments — that the subpoenas were invalid because Congress lacked a “legitimate legislative purpose” for its subpoenas — were incorrect. “Contrary to the President’s arguments, the Committee possesses authority under both the House Rules and the Constitution to issue the subpoena, and Mazars must comply,” Judges David S. Tatel and Patricia A. Millett wrote for the court. Both were appointed by Democratic presidents."

Why does it take so long for the wheels of justice to grind on, that is, to simply quickly rule and state the obvious?

"The president was appealing a lower court’s decision that allowed a House Oversight Committee to move forward with its request for financial statements and audits prepared for Trump and his companies by the accounting firm Mazars USA. The House sought these records months before the beginning of its recent impeachment inquiry, related to President Trump’s alleged efforts to pressure Ukraine to investigate Democrat Joe Biden. This case, instead, was prompted by testimony from Trump’s former “fixer,” attorney Michael D. Cohen, that Trump had exaggerated his wealth to seek loans."

CBS News reports:

"In a blow to President Trump's efforts to shield his tax returns from public view, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court ruling saying that the president's longtime accountant Mazars USA must turn over eight years of accounting records. Mr. Trump was fighting a subpoena by the House Oversight Committee demanding Mazars turn over the records. The decision by the appeals court was 2 to 1, with Trump-nominated Judge Neomi Rao dissenting. In May, U.S. District Court Judge Amid Mehta upheld the validity of the April 15, 2019 subpoena to obtain the president's records between 2011 and 2018 from Mazars, citing the "critical responsibility" afforded to Congress by the Constitution to inform the electorate and carry out investigations."

Trump loses again in court.  NBC News reports:

"A federal judge ruled Friday that President Donald Trump violated federal law when he used his declaration of a national emergency to get millions for building a wall on the southern border. The ruling is a victory for El Paso County, Texas, and the Border Network for Human Rights, which sued to stop border construction in their community. They argued that Trump had no legal authority to spend more than what Congress appropriated for the wall project. In January the president asked for $5.7 billion to build "a steel barrier for the Southwest border," but Congress approved only $1.375 billion."

As an end-run-around Congress which constitutionally controls the purse strings:

"In February, Trump declared a national emergency and ordered that money for Pentagon construction projects would be used instead for the wall. Federal District Court Judge David Briones said the president's order violated a provision of the budget law approved by Congress which said "none of the funds made available in this or any other appropriation may be used to increase" the funding for the wall project. "The president's proclamation is unlawful," Briones wrote. He gave El Paso County and the Border Network ten days to file a proposed injunction that would give legal effect to his ruling and block any further use of military construction money for building border wall.

"The Trump administration is sure to appeal Friday's ruling."

Trump loses yet another in court.  CBS News reports:

"A federal judge on Friday blocked a sweeping regulation that would've made it easier for the Trump administration to reject green card and visa applications filed by low-income immigrants whom the government determines are or might become a burden on U.S. taxpayers. Judge George Daniels of the U.S. District Court in Manhattan issued a preliminary nationwide injunction prohibiting the administration from enforcing the so-called "public charge" rule just days before it was slated to take effect on Tuesday. The judge's decision represents yet another defeat in court for the White House and its concerted campaign to dramatically overhaul the nation's legal immigration system."

It is the constitutional function of Congress to do so, not the president.

"It also signifies a major legal triumph for a coalition of advocacy groups and Democratic-led states, counties and cities that challenged the rule through nearly a dozen lawsuits in federal courts across the country. Daniels faulted the government for not adequately explaining why it was changing the definition of a "public charge" or why the change was needed. "The Rule is simply a new agency policy of exclusion in search of a justification," he wrote in his ruling. "It is repugnant to the American dream of the opportunity for prosperity and success through hard work and upwards mobility." In a separate, more limited ruling later on Friday, a district court judge in San Francisco said the administration could not enforce the rule within the jurisdiction of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals."

About time the courts stood up against the outrageously unconstitutional usurpation of power by the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"Make the Road New York, a pro-immigrant group and one of the leading plaintiffs in the New York lawsuit, praised Daniels's decision. "Today's decision marks a major defeat for the Trump administration's unlawful tactic to impose a racist wealth test on our immigration system," the group's co-executive director Javier Valdés said in a statement. Meanwhile, Ken Cucinelli, Mr. Trump's top official at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the agency which would've implemented the rule, defended the legality of the regulation. "An objective judiciary will see that this rule lies squarely within long-held existing law," Cucinelli said in a statement in response to the rulings on Friday."

Expect anything better of a national socialist marching in goose step with his fuhrer, the Trump nazi?

"The rule would not affect asylum seekers, refugees or holders of special visas for Iraqi and Afghan nationals who helped U.S. forces in those countries. Since a draft executive order leaked in 2017, the proposed changes to the nation's immigration system have elicited withering criticism from immigrant advocates across the country. When a draft of the rule was published late last year for a 60-day period of public review, it received more than 260,000 comments, most of them from individuals, organizations and jurisdictions opposed to the regulation. Critics have said the rule will disproportionately affect low-income immigrants of color and punish them for being poor.

Racism.  Blatant.  Courtesy of our fuhrer in the Oval Office, the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Gets worse.  Get this:

"Administration officials and immigration hardliners have strongly defended the rule, arguing that it will foster "self-sufficiency" among immigrant communities. Cuccinelli, who unveiled the final rule in August, even offered an alternative line to "The New Colossus" poem inside the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty to advocate for the regulation. "Give me your tired your poor who can stand on their own two feet and who will not become a public charge," he told NPR in August. The original sonnet reads, "Give me your tired, your poor, / Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

A goddamned f--king nazi.  Adolf and Benito?  'High-fiving' on their fiery perches.  Readers are reminded if the minimum wage were indeed a livable wage throughout our formerly great country, there would be little need for any government assistance.  Forget?  The financial system is by design zero-sum, winner-take-all.  Precisely, why there are now two extremes.  Top and bottom.  Middle class?  An endangered species.

While capitalism is indeed the best financial system to live under, it needs to be properly regulated, not laissez-faire.  That is, unregulated, -- or extremely poorly regulated as it is here in our formerly great country.  By design.  Driven by endless greed.  Top of the food chain seems to have conveniently forgotten it has never seen a hitch on the back of a hearse.  That is, you can't take it with you.

NPR reports:

"Confusion around the new policy has spurred many immigrants to drop benefits unnecessarily, even before the rule was set to take effect. Opponents say the administration's proposed rule could have a devastating impact on public health and impose huge costs on local and state governments. A study by the Urban Institute found that one in seven adults in immigrant families avoided participating in a public benefit program in 2018 due to fear of risking future green card status. The rule is just one in a series of efforts by the White House to limit both legal and illegal immigration to the U.S."

Republicans can't, won't be confused by the truth.  Clueless.  Greedy.  Hopelessly, so.  Yet, so very many of them claim to be 'Christians.'  LOL.

Think it won't get nastier and nastier?  NBC News reports:

"To circumvent White House efforts to impede the House impeachment inquiry, Democrats have launched a fresh offensive to bury the White House with numerous subpoenas and interview requests."

Have been nowhere near aggressive enough in their approach to date.  Apparently, that's changing.

"Democrats plan, as a result of the White House’s stonewalling, to deploy a new strategy by requesting interviews with former administration officials whom they believe have pertinent information. Some of the requests will not be announced publicly, the sources said. Committee chairmen plan to target these former officials because the administration has already tried to silence people who still work under it. Sondland, for example, did not show up for the deposition that was scheduled Tuesday for him to deliver closed-door testimony after the State Department directed him not to speak to Congress."

Need to employ and enforce 'inherent contempt.'  That is, have the House Sergeant-At-Arms arrest and jail those who refuse to testify or provide documents.

"Democrats believe that former administration officials, however, who are now private citizens, would not fall under the White House claims of executive privilege. Kurt Volker, who recently resigned as U.S. special envoy to Ukraine, testified before Congress last week, several days after he left the administration."

If Trump has nothing to hide, why stonewall?  Makes him look guilty as hell.

What webs we weave.  Consider the following.  ABC News reports:

"At least some of the still-unfounded claims referenced by President Donald Trump on his controversial call with Ukraine’s president in July echoed a year-old effort by a Ukrainian government official to oust the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, according to government documents reviewed by ABC News, public statements from the president’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and others, as well as from newly unsealed court documents."

Amazing how complex, convoluted, and highly questionable this entire fiasco has become.

"Giuliani’s associates, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, were indicted Thursday on campaign finance-related charges, and the charging documents filed against them describe the first known steps of a push to remove the career diplomat, Marie Yovanovitch."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"Trump removed Yovanovitch from her post in Ukraine in May, but he brought her up two months later on the July 25 call with President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that is now the subject of a House impeachment inquiry. On that call, Trump asked Zelenskiy to help Giuliani and Attorney General Bill Barr investigate still-unfounded allegations that former Vice President Joe Biden forced Ukraine to fire its head prosecutor in 2016 to "shut down" an investigation targeting the major Ukrainian gas company Burisma, which employed Biden’s son."

Been debunked.  Yet, Trump continues to falsely claim it's true.

"Immediately before mentioning Biden, though, Trump raised Yovanovitch, according to a rough transcript of the call released by the White House. "The former ambassador from the United States, the woman, was bad news and the people she was dealing with in the Ukraine were bad news so I just want to let you know that," Trump told Zelenskiy, saying the Justice Department would "get to the bottom of it."

The truth is far more convoluted, sinister, determinedly obstructionist:

"The story of how Yovanovitch ended up in the president's crosshairs, however, began in the spring of 2018, when an unidentified Ukrainian government official asked Parnas for "assistance in causing the U.S. government to remove or recall" Yovanovitch, according to the charging documents unsealed Thursday against Parnas and Fruman. By January, nearly seven months after the Ukrainian official sought help from Parnas, Yovanovitch had yet to be removed. Around the same time, Giuliani was drafted into the effort, believing it could help undercut special counsel Robert Mueller’s widening investigation into whether members of Trump’s presidential campaign were coopted by Russian intelligence services."

Called obstruction.

"I got information [at the time] that a lot of the explanations for how this whole phony investigation started will be in Ukraine," Giuliani later recalled to Fox News. "And it stems around the ambassador and the embassy being used for political purposes. So I began getting some people that were coming forward and telling me about that. And then all of a sudden, they revealed the story about Burisma and Biden’s son."

To date, debunked.  Yet, Trump and his henchmen desperately hang on for dear life.

"One of the people Giuliani spoke with was Viktor Shokin, the former prosecutor fired in 2016 at the behest of Biden and other officials around the world who viewed Shokin as deeply corrupt and ineffective. At the time, Biden even threatened to withhold $1 billion in financial assistance to Ukraine if its government didn’t replace Shokin. The International Monetary Fund also threatened to withhold aid if reforms, such as Shokin's removal, weren't made. In late January, Giuliani, Parnas, Fruman and others gathered in Giuliani’s New York office to interview Shokin over the phone. Shokin suggested Biden may have wanted him fired to protect Biden’s son, and he told the group that Yovanovitch was "close to Biden," according to notes of the conversation reviewed by ABC News."

One group of liars here in the United States desperately trying to get into cahoots with another in Ukraine.  LOL.

Not to be left out of the farce:

"Giuliani, Parnas and Fruman also spoke with Shokin’s successor, Yuriy Lutsenko, according to the documents reviewed by ABC News. He offered a similar assessment as Shokin, according to the documents. Yet two months later, Yovanovitch still remained as ambassador to Ukraine."

Could it be the Ambassador did absolutely nothing to deserve getting the boot?

"Then, in a March interview with a conservative columnist at The Hill newspaper, Lutsenko offered a new explosive allegation against Yovanovitch: In their first meeting, Lutsenko alleged, the ambassador gave him a "do-not-prosecute list" -- a list of Ukrainians that the Ukrainian government could not investigate."

... Can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit?  -- If that doesn't work, simply, lie like hell and hope for the best?

"Lutsenko also said he had opened an investigation into whether Ukrainian officials tried to help Hillary Clinton win the 2016 presidential election by leaking a series of financial documents linking Trump’s then-campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, to corrupt proceeds. Lutsenko has since retracted some of his previous statements, particularly his claims about Biden."

Why?  Could it be he's a goddamned liar caught red-handed in his lies?

"Nevertheless, despite questions about Lutsenko's credibility, Trump posted the reporting to his Twitter account within hours of it being published."

Expect anything more of a congenital liar?  Give me a break.  This shit reeks.

"Victoria Toensing, an outspoken Trump ally who has worked with Giuliani and Parnas, also posted the reporting to her Twitter page, writing, "The real collusion began in Ukraine. U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch."

Lying like hell to protect her fuhrer, the Trump nazi?

A ruse:

"Five days later, the conservative columnist who published Lutsenko’s claims sent an email to Parnas and Toensing, forwarding them a preview of his upcoming report that would allege further political bias at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine and offer new alleged details on the purported "do-not-prosecute list" that Lutsenko claimed Yovanovitch gave him. The next day, the website Medium published a story by an unknown author named "Tony Sealy," noting The Hill newspaper’s previous reporting and disclosing what it claimed was the purported "do-not-prosecute list."

Didn't fly:

"But, according to internal emails described to ABC News, officials inside the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine almost immediately recognized it as "a totally manufactured, fake list" and a "classic disinfo play," as one senior official wrote at the time. "One key sign of it being fake is that most of the names are misspelled in English -- we would never spell most that way," a top diplomat at the embassy, George Kent, wrote. And the embassy could find no evidence that "Tony Sealy" even existed."

How about that?  Couldn't be, could it?  Yet, Trump supporters believe it all.  LOL.

"This list appears to be an effort by Lutsenko to inoculate himself for why he did not pursue corrupt [former] associates and political allies," Kent said, adding that Lutsenko wanted "to claim that the U.S. told him not to." "Complete poppycock," Kent added. Nevertheless, two weeks later, Giuliani went on Fox News to claim Mueller’s "phony investigation" stemmed from Yovanovitch. Then, in early May, The New York Times published a story with the headline: "Biden Faces Conflict of Interest Questions That Are Being Promoted by Trump and Allies." Trump retweeted it. And six days later, the Trump administration announced that Yovanovitch was being recalled as U.S. ambassador."

Convenient, no?  All a ruse.  Not so cleverly designed to protect our fuhrer's achingly sorry gluteus maximi.

"In announcing the charges against Parnas and Fruman on Thursday, the head of the FBI’s field office in New York, Bill Sweeney, said, "The American people expect and deserve an election process that has not been corrupted by the influence of foreign interests."

No kidding.  Think it even possible in Trump's Fourth Reich?

NBC News reports:

"The unnamed Ukrainian official referenced in a federal indictment as directing a plot to oust the then-U.S. ambassador is Ukraine's former chief prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko, according to a U.S. official familiar with the events. According to the source, Lutsenko is the Ukrainian official who prosecutors say urged two associates of Rudy Giuliani to push for the removal of Marie Yovanovitch, the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine who was forced out in May."

-- A corrupt Ukrainian prosecutor doing all he could to remove a U.S. ambassador who stood tall against him and his corrupt cohorts.  Can't have that, can we?  Trump and his henchmen certainly couldn't.

"The associates, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, were arrested Wednesday night as they prepared to board a one-way flight out of the country at Dulles Airport near Washington, D.C."

At least some in the 'Justice' Department are doing their jobs, seriously upholding their sworn oaths of office.  Hat's off.

"They sought political influence not only to advance their own financial interests, but to advance the political interests of at least one foreign official — a Ukrainian government official who sought the dismissal of the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine," Geoffrey Berman, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, said at a Thursday news conference. The indictment says the efforts by Parnas and Fruman to remove then-Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, a respected diplomat with deep knowledge of Ukraine, were "conducted, at least in part, at the request of one or more Ukrainian government officials."

How about that?  Couldn't be, could it?  If indeed straight shooters and above board, why would the Trump nazi and his shyster involve themselves in this? Why?

"Federal prosecutors didn't detail in the indictment or at a press conference why the unnamed Ukrainian official or officials allegedly urged Parnas and Fruman to scheme to push out Yovanovitch. But two former U.S. officials said Lutsenko had sharp disagreements with Yovanovitch over his handling of corruption cases, and was also seeking to curry favor with the Trump administration."

Couldn't be egregious corruption, abuse of power by all principals involved both here in the U.S. and the Ukraine as well, could it?  Think the walls aren't closing in?

"Yovanovitch's ouster is now at the center of an impeachment inquiry by House Democrats, who accuse President Donald Trump of abusing his power by pressuring Ukraine to launch an investigation of Joe Biden, his political rival, and Biden's son."

If true, certainly, illegal.  The law is clear.  -- Imagine how good cops, good prosecutors must be reacting to this entire ongoing fiasco.  Sadly, tarnishes the good as well as the bad.  Forget?  Civilization can't survive without great cops and prosecutors.

To say nothing of straight shooting judges who seriously take their oaths of office.  Remain 'untouchable,' that is, honest.  Incapable of being bought and paid for.  When authorities in government can no longer be trusted to do the right thing, a democratic republic remains that in name only, not in reality.  Time to wake up.  Before too late.

"Yovanovitch told Congress on Friday that President Trump wanted her removed as ambassador because of "unfounded and false claims by people with clearly questionable motives."

Hat's off, Madam Ambassador.  You did the right thing.  Stood tall.  Stood for principle.  At great personal cost.  Couldn't be bought and paid for.

"During the July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that is now at the center of the House impeachment inquiry, Trump referred to Yovanovitch as "bad news."

Because he's a corrupt son of a bitch, who gutlessly reacted negatively to a U.S. Ambassador who stood tall.  Refused to play games.  Refused to be part of the corruption.  Cost her her ambassadorship.

"Lutsenko was the country's chief prosecutor under the previous Ukrainian government, serving from May 2016 to August 2019. When approached by Giuliani and his associates, Parnas and Fruman, Lutsenko was facing an uncertain political future. The Giuliani team saw U.S. Ambassador Yovanovitch as an obstacle to their objectives — digging up derogatory information on former vice president Biden and smoothing the way for a possible natural gas deal in Ukraine, former officials said."

Hard to believe the Rudy shyster was ever a U.S. Attorney.  His former colleagues aren't happy with this outrageous turn of events.  Hard to believe as well the former Mayor of New York City was ever a product of a Jesuit education.  Simply, doesn't square.

"[Lutsenko's] incentive to help was to take out the ambassador," said a former senior diplomat with experience in the region. "He was angry at criticism from the U.S. embassy over the slow pace of reform in the justice sector." "There was this personal payback dimension."

Reeks.

"In the indictment unsealed Thursday, federal prosecutors accused Parnas and Fruman of funneling foreign money to U.S. politicians in violation of federal campaign finance laws. The indictment said Parnas and Fruman enlisted the help of a congressman in their effort to force out Yovanovitch. Multiple senior U.S. law enforcement officials told NBC News that the "Congressman-1" referenced in the indictment is former Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas. The two men committed to raising $20,000 for the then-lawmaker, the indictment alleged. Sessions said Friday that he would return any campaign donations from Parnas and Fruman."

Big of him, isn't it?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The Ambassador stood tall.  NBC News reports:

"Marie Yovanovitch, the ousted U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, told House impeachment investigators Friday that President Donald Trump had personally pressured the State Department to remove her, even though a top department official assured her that she had "done nothing wrong." Yovanovitch said that after she was abruptly recalled from her post in the spring, Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan told her that the president had lost confidence in her, according to her prepared remarks."

For refusing to ignore the corruption.  Sad, isn't it?

"He added that there had been a concerted campaign against me, and that the department had been under pressure from the president to remove me since the summer of 2018," Yovanovitch said. "He also said that I had done nothing wrong and that this was not like other situations where he had recalled ambassadors for cause," she added. Yovanovitch, a career diplomat who said she was informed of her ouster in April, said in her statement that she was "incredulous that the U.S. government chose to remove an ambassador based, as best as I can tell, on unfounded and false claims by people with clearly questionable motives."

Reeks.

"She warned that allowing misinformation to subvert U.S. diplomats like herself would "harm" the U.S. "The harm will come when private interests circumvent professional diplomats for their own gain, not the public good," she said. "The harm will come when bad actors in countries beyond Ukraine see how easy it is to use fiction and innuendo to manipulate our system."

We've lost ourselves.

"Yovanovitch appeared for her expected closed-door deposition before the House Intelligence, Oversight and Foreign Affairs Committees as part of their investigations into Trump’s efforts to persuade Ukraine's new government to commit publicly to investigate corruption and the president's political opponents. It had been unclear right up until Yovanovitch arrived whether she would appear because she still works for the State Department. The White House had vowed that administration officials would not cooperate with the impeachment probe. Hours into her testimony, the chairmen of the three committees released a statement saying that the State Department, at the behest of the White House, had directed her not to appear for her voluntary interview."

The Committees stood tall:

"In response, the House Intelligence Committee issued a subpoena to compel her Thursday night. "This duly authorized subpoena is mandatory, and the illegitimate order from the Trump Administration not to cooperate has no force. As is required of her, the Ambassador is now complying with the subpoena and answering questions from both Democratic and Republican members and staff," Rep. Adam Schiff, the chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Rep. Elijah Cummings, the chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform and Rep. Eliot Engel, the chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, said."

No question.  Uncommon Valor on the part of both the Ambassador and the Committees to uphold the United States Constitution, rule of law.

"Any efforts by Trump Administration officials to prevent witness cooperation with the Committees will be deemed obstruction of a co-equal branch of government and an adverse inference may be drawn against the President on the underlying allegations of corruption and coverup," the chairs added."

Indeed.

"Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton, D.C.'s nonvoting House delegate and a member of the Oversight Committee, said Yovanovitch was "acting like a true ambassador." "She herself has been deeply involved and has been the object of false statements, and she's clearing that up," Holmes Norton said. Holmes Norton added that "both sides are finding her very credible," and Yovanovitch had not indicted[indicated?] that anyone attempted to prevent her from answering questions from lawmakers as expected Friday."

Consider the following:

"According to the intelligence community whistleblower complaint at the heart of Democrats' impeachment inquiry, Yovanovitch's tenure was cut short because she had run afoul of the then-prosecutor general in Ukraine, Yuri Lutsenko, and Giuliani. Lutsenko at one point alleged she had given him a "do not prosecute" list. The State Department has said the assertion was an outright fabrication and Lutsenko himself later walked back his comments."

Stood tall:

"Yovanovitch, according to her prepared remarks, addressed Lutsenko's since-recanted allegation, telling lawmakers that she wanted to "categorically state that I have never myself or through others, directly or indirectly, ever directed, suggested, or in any other way asked for any government or government official in Ukraine (or elsewhere) to refrain from investigating or prosecuting actual corruption."

Amazing how deeply rooted the corruption is within this fiasco.  Worse?  That a U.S. president and his henchmen would become so deeply involved.

"She added, "As Mr. Lutsenko, the former Ukrainian Prosecutor General has recently acknowledged, the notion that I created or disseminated a 'do not prosecute' list is completely false — a story that Mr. Lutsenko, himself, has since retracted." She also called the notion that she was "disloyal" to Trump "fictitious," and said she did not know Giuliani's motives for attacking her. "But individuals who have been named in the press as contacts of Mr. Giuliani may well have believed that their personal financial ambitions were stymied by our anti-corruption policy in Ukraine," she told House investigators, according to her statement."

Stood tall:

"Yovanovitch's former colleagues have described her as one of the State Department's most talented and conscientious diplomats, and that it would be totally out of character for her to engage in partisan politics. During her tenure, Yovanovitch was outspoken in her calls for Ukraine to tackle corruption, a stance in keeping with U.S. policy over successive administrations. After Yovanovitch gave a tough speech in March urging the government to sack a senior anti-corruption official, she came under fire from Lutsenko, conservative voices in the U.S. and the president's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr."

As corrupt and abusive as the old man?

The Washington Post reports:

"The former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine whose abrupt ouster in May has become a focus of House impeachment investigators said Friday that her departure came as a direct result of pressure President Trump placed on the State Department to remove her, according to her prepared remarks before Congress. The account by Marie Yovanovitch depicts a career Foreign Service officer caught in a storm of unsubstantiated allegations pushed by the president’s personal attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani and a cast of former Ukrainian officials who viewed her as a threat to their financial and political interests."

Blatant corruption.

"She told lawmakers that she was forced to leave Kiev on “the next plane” this spring and subsequently removed from her post, with the State Department’s No. 2 official telling her that, although she had done nothing wrong, the president had lost confidence in her and the agency had been under significant pressure to remove her since the summer of 2018."

Get this:

"In explaining her departure, she acknowledged months of criticisms from Giuliani, who had accused her of privately badmouthing the president and seeking to protect the interests of former vice president Joe Biden and his son who served on the board of Ukrainian energy company. Yovanovitch denied those allegations and said she was “incredulous” that her superiors decided to remove her based on “unfounded and false claims by people with clearly questionable motives.” She also took direct aim at Giuliani’s associates whom she said could have been financially threatened by her anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine."

The bastard continued to stonewall:

"Giuliani stood by his allegations in a phone call with The Washington Post, saying Ukrainians told him that Yovanovitch was “running around the streets saying not to listen to Trump.” He declined to say precisely who told him that."

Why not?  If true, disclose the identity of the source of your allegation.  ... Or, are you lying out your sorry ass, Counselor?

"According to House Democratic leaders, the State Department attempted to block Yovanovitch’s testimony Thursday night, directing her not to attend the voluntary interview, in keeping with a White House letter this week stating that the administration would not cooperate with the impeachment inquiry. The House Intelligence Committee responded with a subpoena Friday morning, panel leaders said, noting that “the illegitimate order from the Trump Administration not to cooperate has no force.”

Certainly, doesn't.  Remains no more than obstruction.

"The exchange — along with an announcement earlier Friday by the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, indicating he would appear for a deposition under subpoena next week — suggests that House Democrats may have to issue summonses to interview government officials, particularly if doing so could jeopardize witnesses’ employment. With a subpoena in hand, officials who are otherwise willing to testify can circumvent the White House’s stated prohibition on cooperation with the impeachment probe."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

As stated repeatedly in this publication, it is a mistake for the impeachment inquiry to be limited in scope.  Apparently, Democrats are beginning to rethink their approach. The Washington Post reports:

"Recent revelations about President Trump’s conduct are testing the limits of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s narrow impeachment strategy, leading some Democrats to wonder whether the probe should be expanded beyond the Ukraine scandal.

"But a spate of allegations about other possible abuses have led some Democrats to rethink the strategy. “We have a duty to investigate whether the misuse of government resources for personal and political ends goes beyond Ukraine,” Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn.), a member of the House Intelligence Committee, said in an interview Thursday. He later added: “We have an obligation to just see how deep this sewage flows.”

No question.  Best chance of waking up recalcitrant Republicans in the Senate is to lay out crime after crime, abuse after abuse in glaring detail.  When public pressure increases exponentially, think they won't feel the heat?

"In the past 24 hours alone, The Washington Post reported that Trump sought to enlist then-Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in the fall of 2017 to work with Rudolph W. Giuliani to help stop the prosecution of a Turkish Iranian gold trader represented by the former New York mayor and current Trump lawyer, according to people with knowledge of the request. The Financial Times reported that Michael Pillsbury, one of Trump’s China advisers, said he had received information on Hunter Biden during a visit to Beijing shortly after Trump called on China to investigate the former vice president’s son. Pillsbury later offered a conflicting account."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"At the White House on Thursday, Trump only reignited the China controversy he sparked last week when he publicly asked the Asian nation to investigate Biden. Asked whether he was joking about his request, the president didn’t answer directly — but his answer suggested that he did not make the comment in jest. “China has to do whatever they want. If they want to look into something, they can look into it. If they don’t ... they don’t have to,” Trump said, adding that it would be “great” either way."

Cagey, isn't he?

"In solely focusing on Ukraine, Democrats could miss the opportunity to build a stronger case against the president — one that has the potential to sway Senate Republicans who will decide whether to convict Trump if the House votes to impeach."

Precisely, what has been stated in this publication repeatedly.  :)

“We’re basically getting like three new impeachable offenses a day, so it suggests that we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg on what’s happening,” said Daniel Pfeiffer, a former Obama strategist who hosts “Pod Save America” and has been pushing Democrats to expand their probes."

Trump is certainly acting stupidly.  Providing endless fodder for the Democrats.

"While Trump has blocked numerous administration officials from testifying, Tillerson, who was ousted by Trump, has been willing to participate in previous Democratic inquiries, even secretly answering questions for the House Foreign Affairs Committee last spring. Should Democrats call him to testify, he could be a fruitful witness."

Think there won't be others?  Hard to believe there aren't a few of them with at least some semblance of honor left.

The following is encouraging:

"Rather, Democrats are doubling down on their Ukraine probe at lightening speed, scheduling additional closed-door depositions with Trump officials, including former National Security Council official Fiona Hill, and issuing new subpoenas to Trump associates for documents. On Thursday, they sent one compulsory measure to Energy Secretary Rick Perry, who Trump said encouraged him to speak with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky."

Say it ain't so, Rick, say it ain't so.  LOL.

"Recent reports, the Democrats investigators wrote, have “raised significant questions about your efforts to press Ukrainian officials to change the management structure at a Ukrainian state-owned energy company to benefit individuals involved with Rudy Giuliani’s push to get Ukrainian officials to interfere in our 2020 election.”

How about that?  Couldn't be, could it?  LOL.

"Democrats also subpoenaed two Giuliani associates, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, for documents pertaining to how they worked to connect Trump’s lawyer to Ukrainians claiming to have damaging information on the Bidens. Both men were arrested on campaign finance charges Wednesday night amid allegations that they schemed to funnel foreign money to U.S. politicians in a bid to affect U.S.-Ukraine relations."

Trouble in paradise?  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump expressed his displeasure Thursday with a Fox News poll that found a majority of registered voters believe he should be impeached — a record high in the survey."

Tough, isn't it?  What did he expect them to do?  Not report the truth?

"From the day I announced I was running for President, I have NEVER had a good @FoxNews Poll," Trump tweeted. "Whoever their Pollster is, they suck. But @FoxNews is also much different than it used to be in the good old days. With people like Andrew Napolitano, who wanted to be a Supreme Court Justice & I turned him down (he’s been terrible ever since), Shep Smith, @donnabrazile (who gave Crooked Hillary the debate questions & got fired from @CNN), & others, @FoxNews doesn’t deliver for US anymore. It is so different than it used to be." "Oh well, I’m President!" he added."

Jesus Christ.  LOL.  What the hell are you bitching about, Mr. 'President?'  Since the time you won the election, Fox News has forgotten it's supposed to be a news department, not an infomercial for you.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Think there's never a steep price paid for aggressive stupidity?  NPR reports:

"On Wednesday, Turkey launched airstrikes against allied Kurdish fighters in northern Syria just days after Trump said he would remove U.S. troops from the immediate area. Trump justified the decision by arguing it was time to end U.S. involvement in "endless wars." "The worst mistake that the United States has ever made in my opinion was going into the Middle East," Trump said."

Certainly, indeed, a colossal mistake.  Not the way to get out, however.  By betraying a long-term ally who fought and died beside U.S. forces.

"Loyal allies such as Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., blasted Trump's decision and said it "will be the biggest mistake of his presidency" if not reversed. At least one Republican went a step further with his criticism of Trump. Illinois Rep. John Shimkus, who is retiring from Congress, called the president's decision to leave Syrian Kurds to fend for themselves "terrible and despicable." "In fact, I called my chief of staff in D.C. I said pull my name off the 'I support Donald Trump list.' I mean, we have just stabbed our allies in the back," he told local radio station KMOX."

He's right.  The Kurds have died in massive numbers fighting heroically alongside our troops.

"Trump's decision has also been criticized by many evangelical pastors, who are often among his strongest allies. Trump's differences with the GOP over foreign policy are not necessarily new, although this chasm comes at a time when he's seeking support from the public and congressional Republicans as the House impeachment inquiry gains steam."

Tough, isn't it?  Doesn't your heart bleed?  Trump has only himself to blame:

"That is now being exaggerated at the worst possible moment for him," said Alex Conant, former communications director for Sen. Marco Rubio's 2016 presidential campaign. "He's now facing two battles: one with House Democrats on the impeachment issue and the other with Senate Republicans on the Syria issue. Both are full-time jobs. And neither leaves him much room to maneuver."

Clearly, out to lunch.

"Former Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., who chose not to seek reelection last year, said the Senate is unlikely to entirely turn on Trump but added that the divisions reflect the lack of respect between the two ends of Pennsylvania Avenue. "There's a lot of fear of the president and his control of the base. But there's not a lot of love lost," said Flake, who has been one of the few outspoken critics of Trump in the Republican Party. "This will be another reminder as to why it wouldn't be too bad if the president were to not be president."

Clearly, a growing number of Republicans are beginning to see the forest for the trees.

The following is highly indicative of the increasing stress experienced by members of the GOP as the Trump nazi continues to deteriorate:

"During a stop in his district on Wednesday, Idaho Sen. Jim Risch tried to avoid Trump's increasing controversies while participating in a forum organized by the National Women's Business Council. Risch, who is chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, abruptly ended an interview with Boise State Public Radio when asked about Syria and Ukraine. "I'm not going there. If you want to have an interview with me about the business center, please do so," Risch said, before walking away. "Don't do that again."

Jesus Christ.  Wake up, Senator.  These are vital ongoing matters the public is truly concerned about.  Certainly, deserve an answer to questions raised by reporters.  Delusionally believe, just like the Trump nazi, you're not beholden to the citizenry?

"Trump's decision on Syria should not be a complete shock. He called for a complete withdrawal from Syria in December before reversing himself amid a similar backlash from Congress and military leaders. Republicans are very aware of his campaign promise to withdraw troops from the Middle East. Nonetheless, he faced a barrage of criticism from once loyal defenders, including Graham and Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, who called the withdrawal "a catastrophic mistake."

It is precisely that. Who will trust us?

"On Thursday, Cheney and most of the House GOP leadership introduced a bill that would impose sanctions on Turkey for launching the offensive."

Be interesting to see if this bill goes anywhere.  Will it secure enough votes to override a Trump veto?

"Republican strategist Ryan Williams warned that the divisions are not something Trump should take lightly. Some of his biggest supporters see the impeachment inquiry as a threat to his presidency."

Certainly, is.  Increasingly so every day that passes, -- as more and more is disclosed.

"There should be a completely unified party trying to push back against the Democrats' attacks and the onslaught from the House," said Williams, who served as spokesman for now-Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, when he ran for president in 2012. "And this is a major distraction. They have to now focus on defending the president at the same time criticizing him on a rash foreign policy decision that was made really at just the drop of a hat."

Where are your principles, Mr. Williams?  Where are the principles of the Republican Party?  Why have both parties placed partisan interests ahead of principle?  The corruption and abuse are out of hand.  Present a dire, exigent threat to a democratic republic that remains so in name only.  No longer in reality.

The Washington Post reports:

"The abrupt withdrawal of U.S. troops from Syria has unleashed dramatic developments, with Syrian government forces retaking territory long held by U.S. allies and Turkish-led forces expanding their offensive. Here’s what we know so far. Syrian government troops have moved back into towns in northeastern Syria for the first time in years after U.S.-allied Kurdish fighters, in a stunning reversal, reached a deal with the government. Turkish-backed rebels have announced the start of a military operation to retake the northern city of Manbij, which has long been a flash point. Hundreds of Islamic State family members have escaped a detention camp in Ain Issa, which has been the administrative capital of the Kurdish-led government in northeastern Syria."

All due to Trump's gutlessness, aggressive stupidity, and unfitness for office.

"As the campaign escalated, aid agencies pulled out of the area, and President Trump ordered the final withdrawal of all U.S. troops in the coming weeks. On Monday, Trump suggested, without evidence, that Kurdish forces may have purposely released some Islamic State prisoners amid the fighting to prevent U.S. troops from withdrawing from the region. “Kurds may be releasing some to get us involved,” Trump said Monday on Twitter. “Do people really think we should go to war with NATO Member Turkey?”

Trump's head remains figuratively, securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Turkey is not, and has not been for quite some time a loyal NATO member.  Trump thinks myopically in the short-term, the here and now.  Not long-term.  Certainly, not strategically.  Lacks vision, a most dangerous 'quality' in an American president.

"On Sunday, hundreds of family members of Islamic State fighters escaped a detention camp in Ain Issa after Turkish shell fire hit the area. Security has generally deteriorated around a constellation of camps housing families who fled battles against the Islamic State — among them the relatives of militants. Some 950 foreign women and children were among potentially thousands of escapees from the Ain Issa camp."

The above?  All due to Trump's aggressive stupidity and direct betrayal of the Kurds, -- who fought and died fighting the Islamic State.  Who will trust us in the future?  Who?

"The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said late Sunday that it had “grave concerns” for the population of the camp, which hosts approximately 13,000 civilians. On the road to al-Hol, a sprawling camp holding 70,000 people disgorged from the Islamic State's final scrap of territory, SDF forces have also pulled back. “It’s quiet in the camp for now, but we’re all scared of the uncertainty,” said a medic, speaking on the condition of anonymity because she was not authorized to speak to the media."

Saddest of all?  Most heartrending?  Get this:

“We thought that America would protect us here. Why are they walking away?” The sudden return of Assad’s forces to areas of northeastern Syria promises to further roil security in that region, analysts said, and marks a stunning reversal for Syrian Kurdish authorities, whose fighters once controlled a wide swath of territory."

Trump is stupid.  Has no clue the damage he's done.  Not only to the region, but the prestige of our formerly great country.  To say nothing of the credibility of the United States government.

In an editorial, The Washington Post opines:

"UNTIL NOW, it was possible to hope that the damage caused by President Trump’s terrible incompetence, ignorance and impulsivity in foreign policy was largely theoretical, and possibly reparable. That is no longer true. The cost of his latest Syria blunder is unfolding before our eyes: Innocent lives lost. U.S. servicemen and women betrayed. Butchering dictators emboldened. Dangerous terrorists set free. A ghastly scene is playing out, and it almost surely will get worse.

"Mr. Trump — with no consideration, no warning, no consultation with allies, no regard for the other nations that have fought alongside the United States and risked their men and women in the fight — has turned tail. In the past two years, courageous U.S. troops cooperated with our Kurdish allies to defeat the deadly Islamic State caliphate. These allies lost more than 11,000 men and women killed; the United States, a dozen."

Re-read the last sentence above.  Wake up.

"It was a rare U.S. success in the Middle East. The president has thrown it all away. His surrender is so hasty that U.S. forces could not execute a long-standing plan to take dozens of high-profile Islamic State detainees with them; we can expect to hear from those terrorists before long, in the region, in Europe or in the United States. The Islamic State is likely to exert its malign force again. The allies who fought alongside of us are being slaughtered, and noncombatant women and children, too. Iran is strengthened, which threatens Israel. The murderous Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad is strengthened, too. Russia is taking charge. America’s adversaries could not have scripted a better outcome."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Aryan arrogance.  Think you've seen it all?  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump on Friday repeated his assertion of sweeping executive immunity — arguing in court that, because he is president, he cannot be investigated by any prosecutor, anywhere."

Jesus Christ.  This fascist piece of human excrement delusionally believes himself above the law.  In a democratic republic, no one is.  The U.S. President is not a king, not a queen, not a fascist or communist dictator.  Forget?  His supporters have clearly forgotten.

"Trump’s personal attorneys made the argument in a filing with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit in New York. They are seeking to overturn a lower court’s dismissal of a suit the president filed seeking to block Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. (D) from obtaining Trump’s tax returns."

The District Attorney is conducting a criminal investigation.  No one is above the law. No one.

“The President is immune from criminal process while in office, and a grand-jury subpoena (a coercive order backed by the State’s threat of contempt) is certainly a form of ‘criminal process,’” wrote Trump’s private legal team, led by William Consovoy."

This shyster's head is figuratively, securely lodged up his clueless ass.  Ought to be ashamed of himself.

"The subpoena in this case was not actually directed at Trump. Vance has subpoenaed the records from Trump’s longtime accounting firm, Mazars USA, as part of an investigation that appears targeted at possible falsification of business records related to a scheme to silence two women who alleged that they had affairs with Trump."

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, guess what?  It's a duck.  Parsing of language reeks, especially when used to obfuscate, escape culpability, evade justice.

"In his filing Friday, Trump returned to an argument that a lower-court judge had already rejected earlier this week. He argued that, as president, he is too important to be prosecuted while in office."

Hopelessly narcissistic, egregiously self-serving, a fascist piece of human excrement.  Unfit.  A disgrace to himself and the office he holds.

Gets worse:

"And if presidents are too important to be prosecuted, Trump said, then it follows that they must also be too important to be burdened with an investigation by prosecutors. “If the Court holds that the President is not immune from state criminal process, then Presidents must contend not just with [Vance] but with every state and local prosecutor across the country” seeking to investigate them, Trump’s attorneys wrote."

End result?  The bastard does as he pleases.  Matters not if that activity is criminal.  Matters not if his actions are traitorous.

"Only Congress can investigate the president through the impeachment process, Trump argued. He said the Constitution gives the federal government supremacy over the states and prohibits state-level investigations that would eat up the president’s time and sully his prestige."

Jesus Christ.  Clear definition of a tyrant.  Founders?  Spinning in their graves.  Wouldn't recognize the country they spawned.

“Investigating the President plainly violates the Supremacy Clause,” where the Constitution says that federal authority supersedes that of states, Trump’s attorneys argued. “That Clause mandates that States cannot ‘defeat the legitimate operations’ of the federal government.”

Outrageous bastardization of the Constitution to protect and coddle a tyrant lining their pockets.  Raw nazism.  In the mold of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.  Not to neglect to mention Chairman Mao, Lenin, Stalin, Fidel Castro, etc..  List can go on and on.  Forget?  A dictator is a dictator whether on the Extreme Right or Left.

"The Justice Department also filed a brief in support of the president, though it stopped short of endorsing Trump’s precedent-breaking assertion that he has absolute immunity from investigation."

Matters not.  These sons of bitches are traitors no matter their outrageously clever parsing of language or principle.  -- Traitors because they've betrayed their oaths of office to uphold the United States Constitution.

Especially galling?  Get this.  They're shamelessly protecting and coddling their fuhrer, the Trump nazi:

"Instead, the Justice Department conceded that there were some instances when a local prosecutor might legally seek a president’s documents — but this was not one of them."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.  These bastards are determinedly complicit:

“Presidential materials ‘should not be treated as just another source of Information,’” the Justice Department said, quoting a prior ruling to explain how presidential subpoenas might be permitted, but only in extraordinary circumstances. “A subpoena directed at a President’s records should be permitted only ‘as a last resort.’”

These bastards need to resign in disgrace.  Shysters.  Their actions are un-American.  Right wing nazi.  In the mold of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

"The department said Vance needed to show a “demonstrated, specific need” for the data in Trump’s tax returns, as well as to demonstrate that he had already tried to obtain the same facts through other means."

That's bullshit.  Forget?  A District Attorney is conducting a criminal investigation of the president.  The shyster bastards defending him are asserting Trump is above the law.  He's not.  No one is in a democratic republic.  No one.  These shyster bastards are defending a dictator in the Oval Office who has repeatedly, egregiously abrogated his oath of office to uphold the United States Constitution and rule of law.

“The court should be ordered to stay enforcement of the subpoena as to the President’s personal records unless and until — at a minimum — the District Attorney is able to make the required showing of particularized need,” the Justice Department wrote."

That's nonsense.  No one criminally investigated by a prosecutor enjoys that kind of treatment.  No one.  Certainly, not in a democratic republic.

"Trump’s arguments already have been rejected once in this case. Earlier this week, U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero dismissed Trump’s lawsuit, saying that Trump’s assertion of sweeping immunity was “repugnant” to constitutional values."

Without question.

“The Court cannot square a vision of presidential immunity that would place the President above the law with the text of the Constitution,” or any precedent, Marrero said."

No kidding.  Without question.

"A three-judge panel of the 2nd Circuit will hear the case on Oct. 23."

Be interesting to see whether or not these judges honor their oaths of office.  ... Or, protect and coddle the Trump nazi.

"Vance has until Tuesday to file his response to the arguments from Trump and the Justice Department. His office did not immediately respond to a request for comment Friday. In past filings, Vance’s office has rejected Trump’s claim of immunity from investigation, saying that “no such investigative immunity exists for the President or anyone else.”

He's right.

"This case is one of three instances in which Trump — facing investigations into his actions before he became president — has sued his investigators, seeking to block them from obtaining his financial documents."

The middle class and bottom of the food chain couldn't afford to do so.  If Trump is indeed ultimately successful doing this, yet another clear example of no equal justice.

"Earlier Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled against Trump in another of those cases, finding that the House Oversight Committee should be able to obtain his tax returns from Mazars USA."

Forget?  Congress is constitutionally mandated to provide oversight.

Blatant hypocrisy by the Trump nazi and his shysters:

"In that case, facing an inquiry from Congress rather than a prosecutor, Trump’s attorneys effectively reversed the argument they have made against Vance."

Convenient, isn't it?

Disingenuous, achingly phony parsing of language:

"By investigating him without a “legitimate legislative purpose,” Trump argued, Congress was giving up its proper role and usurping the job of prosecutors."

Jesus Christ.  Incredible bullshit.  LOL.

"The appeals court did not accept that argument."

Surprised?

“Contrary to the President’s arguments, the Committee possesses authority under both the House Rules and the Constitution to issue the subpoena, and Mazars must comply,” Judges David S. Tatel and Patricia A. Millett wrote for the court in that case. Despite Trump’s loss in that case, the House Oversight Committee is not likely to obtain his tax returns anytime soon: The subpoenas will remain on hold while Trump decides whether to appeal."

No justice.  Hopelessly convoluted system designed to protect, defend, and coddle the top of the food chain.  All others?  F--ked over.  As American as mom and apple pie.  Forget?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Nothing quite like scraping the bottom of the barrel.  Get this.  NPR reports:

"A disturbing video depicting President Trump shooting, stabbing and setting on fire critics and the media was played at a conference held by a pro-Trump group at his Miami resort."

How about that?  Couldn't be, could it?

"The video rampage was shown during a three-day conference held by American Priority at Trump's National Doral Miami, according to the organizers. In the parody video, Trump's head is superimposed on the body of a man opening fire inside the "Church of Fake News," according to The New York Times, which first reported the playing of the video. The churchgoers' faces have been edited to include several political critics including the late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz.; Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.; Rep. Maxine Walters, D-Calif.; and Hillary Clinton as well as logos of various news organizations, including CNN, The Washington Post, Politico and NPR."

Stunning, isn't it?  Believe the following?

"White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham said in a tweet Monday morning that the president had yet to see the video but that he condemns the contents based on reports. She said he would see it shortly. Trump has yet to respond directly."

What could he say?  LOL.

"According to the Times, the climactic ending of the bloody rampage involves the fake Trump driving a stake into the head of a person who has the CNN logo for a face. He then stands and smiles as he looks around."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.

"The clip appears to be edited from a church massacre scene in the 2014 movie Kingsman: The Secret Service, the Times reported. The White House Correspondents' Association called on Trump to denounce the video. And CNN said anything less than a strong denouncement would equate "to a tacit endorsement of violence and should not be tolerated by anyone." "The WHCA is horrified by a video reportedly shown over the weekend at a political conference organized by the President's supporters at the Trump National Doral in Miami."

Par for the course now, isn't it?  Forget?  Trump's Fourth Reich.

"All Americans should condemn this depiction of violence directed toward journalists and the President's political opponents," Jonathan Karl, president of the association, said in a statement. "We have previously told the President his rhetoric could incite violence. Now we call on him and everybody associated with this conference to denounce this video and affirm that violence has no place in our society."

That's right.  What webs we weave.

"Cindy McCain, John McCain's wife, tweeted her "outrage" and said the images violate "every norm our society expects from its leaders."

Your late husband had class, madam.  Remained principled.  Had honor.  Stood tall.  What happened to his fellow Republicans?  Where did both parties lose themselves?

The video is similar to one that went viral in 2017 that depicted Trump body slamming CNN's logo during a wrestling match. That year, Trump also shared, then deleted, a Twitter post of a cartoon of a train running over a person with a CNN logo covering the person's head. Trump has repeatedly attacked reporters at his campaign rallies and referred to members of the media as the "enemy of the people."

Forget?  Media is the watchdog of government.  Unbeholden to government and government's masters in the corporate management suite.  Remains protected by the First Amendment.  Does the best it can to expose the hopelessly corrupt and abusive bastards in government for whom and what they are, -- bought and paid for shills of the corporate management suite.

Founders?  Spinning in their graves.  Wouldn't recognize the democratic republic they spawned.  Trump and his henchmen present an exigent threat to life, liberty, privacy, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to freedom than bought and paid for dictatorial government.  Now, run and owned by the Trump nazi and his henchmen.

"This month, Trump amped up his rhetoric against the media as coverage of the House Democrats' impeachment inquiry intensified. While Trump has long called the media "fake news," he has recently resurrected the phrase "the corrupt media." An NPR analysis finds Trump's use of heated phrases including "lamestream media," "bullshit," "coup," "treason," "enemy of the people" and "corrupt media" jumped considerably beginning in March of this year. October is on pace to set a record."

Not surprising, is it?  The walls are closing in.  Increasingly obvious he's not fit for office.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

A disgraced national socialist talking head gets his.  Doesn't your heart break?  NBC News reports:

"Bill O'Reilly's attack against former Rep. Beto O'Rourke is backfiring."

Is it ever.  LOL.

"O’Reilly, the former Fox News host, tweeted on Tuesday night that O'Rourke was making up a story he told during the Democratic presidential debate about meeting a woman working four jobs and raising a child with disabilities.

"Beto says he met a woman working FOUR jobs. And raising a special needs child. I don’t believe him. Sorry.
    — Bill O'Reilly (@BillOReilly) October 16, 2019"

Once in awhile, a fascist blowhard does indeed get exposed for precisely whom and what he is:

"O’Rourke shot back, posting a picture on Twitter of himself with the woman and her daughter. His response went viral, receiving thousands of retweets and likes.

"This is her. Her name is Gina. Her daughter's name is Summer. The problem with our economy is she has to live in her car—while a disgraced TV host like you makes millions. https://t.co/J1Scsu3GJ5 pic.twitter.com/W1shXxVyeg
    — Beto O'Rourke (@BetoORourke) October 16, 2019

"Rob Flaherty, O’Rourke's digital director, also called out O'Reilly for falsely claiming the former Texas lawmaker was fabricating the story, writing on Twitter: "I was there. Her name was Gina. Her daughter is named Summer. Here's their picture."  "Asshole," Flaherty added."

Don't you love it?  What a piece of shit.  Couldn't happen to a 'nicer' guy.  LOL.

"O’Reilly, who let his followers know when he was pausing to take "Holly the Terror Dog for a walk," was eviscerated on Twitter. Many pounced on the opportunity to make fun of O'Reilly for his own employment status after he was forced to leave Fox News in 2017 amid a series of sexual assault allegations against him and reports of millions of dollars paid in settlements, including $32 million to a former network analyst.

"I’ll bet you $32 million he did....
    — Lenny Jacobson (@Lennyjacobson) October 16, 2019

"Not every woman has a huge sexual-harassment settlement in the bank.
    — Dave Hogg (@stareagle) October 16, 2019"

Here's the bottom line:

"O'Rourke shared the anecdote of meeting the woman and her daughter when he was asked a question about whether a wealth tax was the best way to address income inequality. "I think of a woman that I met in Las Vegas, Nevada. She's working four jobs, raising her child with disabilities, and any American with disabilities knows just how hard it is to make it and get by in this country already," O’Rourke said on the debate stage Tuesday night."

While Beto indeed leaves much to be desired as a presidential candidate, on this particular issue he's spot on.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

**************************************************************

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload. This hacking attack
apparently occurred the day after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because
I publicly accused them of criminal activity.  Your company needs to look
into this matter. Get these FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal
complaint will be filed with the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing
criminal activity by Wells Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue
interference with the webhosts.  Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or
pressured by Wells Fargo? Certainly, one of numerous questions to be
forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 240, 2-8-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility. Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
