Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system.  Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

"Ice Bowl" hero quarterback Bart Starr dies.  Class act during his playing days right up to the end of life.  NPR reports:

"Legendary Green Bay Packers quarterback Bart Starr died Sunday in Birmingham, Ala. He was 85 years old. Starr, who played for the Packers from 1956 to 1971, was the first quarterback in history to win five NFL championships. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977. In a statement on the team website, Green Bay Packers historian Cliff Christl wrote that Starr was "maybe the most popular player in Packers history." Starr is known widely for one particular performance, in the NFL championship game many call the most storied-ever Packers victory. It was New Years' Eve, 1967, and the temperature was minus 15; thus, the game was called the "Ice Bowl." The Packers were playing the Dallas Cowboys. With 16 seconds left, the Packers were down by three, and the ball was at the 1-yard line."

Older readers will certainly remember this moment.  Certainly, a heartbreaking loss for the Cowboys.

"Starr, who had not run a quarterback sneak all season, suggested to Packers coach Vince Lombardi that it was time for one. So Starr ran across the end zone for a game-winning touchdown — and as Christl wrote, he will forever be remembered "for that frozen-in-time moment where he was lying face down under a pile of bodies in the south end zone of Lambeau Field, the hero of the Ice Bowl." "He always seemed to deliver in the clutch," Christl said."

Certainly, did.

"Starr was not instantly legendary; In fact, the Green Bay Press-Gazette wrote that he struggled during his first few years on the team. Former Packers assistant coach Bob Schnelker told the Press-Gazette that Starr "didn't start out like he was going to be the greatest player." "But toward the end, he was as good as there was," Schnelker said. "Look at all the championships."

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all? If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Tim Chorney, Publisher
Liberty In Peril

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted motherf--ker, the department, and the city.  Any officer involved in this kind of unnecessary violence needs to be criminally prosecuted.  Not protected and coddled.  Firing is egregiously insufficient.  How can the law enforcement community be trusted?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than the criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

These are extremely dangerous times for our formerly great country.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  -- As our legislators and other government officials figuratively 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, only one way for these atrocities to end.  Time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases. Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred sixty two weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do? Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  Again, no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff? Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up. Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Ahrens frequently drives all the way through Berardi's property.  Coup de grace?  When Berardi complained to Llano County Deputy Idle about the trespassing, the officer's response was insane.  Said the Sheriff told him to tell Berardi since Ahrens believes she owns his property she can't be charged with trespassing.  Perfect Catch-22, right, Sheriff?  You're not fit for office, Bill.  Bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?"

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred sixty two weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred sixty two weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget? Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Another racist jackbooted bastard in blue.  This one got fired.  Why wasn't he arrested?  NBC News reports:

"An Atlanta police officer has been fired for using unnecessary force after he punched, tackled and used a Taser on a woman — whom he believed had an outstanding warrant for a speeding ticket — in front of her 4-year-old daughter. Sgt. James Hines was fired on May 17 after the Atlanta Police Department investigated the May 1 arrest of Maggie Thomas, according to a statement from the department. "The Office of Professional Standards determined that the force used during the arrest was unnecessary and inconsistent with Atlanta Police Department training," the statement said. Video of the incident posted by Thomas' lawyer, Gerald A. Griggs, on Twitter shows Hines forcibly remove Thomas from her car and throw her to the ground. As Thomas screams, her daughter looks on, crying "Are you going to jail?"

Gutless, jackbooted piece of shit.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"The person filming the incident, who appears to be on the phone with authorities, says, "I’m recording this. He slammed her on the ground. He’s tased her like three times. This is crazy. … He slammed her on the car."

'Best' in law enforcement.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"According to an incident report by Hines, he "saw a black female sitting in a silver Infiniti" and "had gotten an earlier lookout on a silver Infiniti." When Hines approached Thomas in her car she "became agitated and asked why I was looking at her car and what was I doing back behind her apartments," Hines wrote. "She said something about there shouldn't be a white officer harassing her." Hines left Thomas but then "began to wonder why she became so agitated" so he looked up her records, he wrote. He saw she had a warrant for her arrest due to a speeding ticket, called for backup and went "back to the parking lot to make sure Ms. Thomas did not get away." When Hines approached Thomas again, she refused to hand over her license or get out of the car so he handcuffed one of her hands and she held her daughter with the other, he wrote. Thomas started honking her horn with her head, at which point people came out of the apartments, and one of them took the little girl from the car."

Gets worse:

"I then took Ms. Thomas to the ground and she still refused to give me her right hand. I took out my Taser and drive-stunned her to her back," Hines wrote. Hines handcuffed Thomas' other hand, at which point she bit him on his hand, the officer wrote. "I immediately punched her in the face and she fell to the ground," Hines wrote. Another officer put her in Hines' police car as Hines tried to verify the arrest warrant."

Think this piece of shit fit to be an officer?

"The warrant for her arrest was unable to be confirmed due to the computers being down for the City of Atlanta," Hines said. He arrested her anyway for disorderly conduct, but not before medics treated her for a swollen eye and determined there were no marks on Hines' hand "from being bitten," he wrote."

Think there'd be no marks if she had in fact bitten him?  Couldn't be this gutless piece of crap was lying, could it?  Contradicted himself writing: "he looked up her records, he wrote. He saw she had a warrant for her arrest due to a speeding ticket."  Then said: "The warrant for her arrest was unable to be confirmed due to the computers being down for the City of Atlanta."

She either had a warrant out against her or she didn't.  How could he have "looked up her records" if the computers were down?  Could this violent son of a bitch been lying?

"The Atlanta Police Department has recommended that the disorderly conduct charge against Hines be dropped."

Imagine that.

ABC News reports:

"A white Atlanta police sergeant was fired after a cellphone video surfaced showing him allegedly yanking a black woman from her car, slamming her to the ground, punching her in the face and deploying a stun gun on her during an arrest this month in front of her 4-year-old daughter. All charges against the woman, Maggie Thomas, were dropped after the video surfaced earlier this month. The woman and her attorney had both called for Sgt. James Hines to be fired. In a statement released to ABC News on Wednesday, Atlanta police officials said they were made aware of the incident on May 10, and launched an investigation that led to the sergeant's dismissal and a recommendation from police to prosecutors to drop the charges against the woman. A cell phone video taken May 1, 2019, shows an Atlanta Police officer allegedly pulling Maggie Thomas from her car, slamming her to the ground and using a stun gun on her. "Accordingly, the Chief of Police directed the Office of Professional Standards to immediately begin investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident," the police statement reads. "Following its investigation, the Office of Professional Standards determined that the force used during the arrest was unnecessary and inconsistent with Atlanta Police Department training. Subsequently, Sergeant Hines was dismissed from employment on May 17, 2019."

Why wasn't he arrested, jailed, and charged?  Why the double standard?

"Thomas said the episode unfolded on May 1 when Hines approached her car as she and her child sat inside and began questioning her. The incident, according to her attorney, quickly escalated into police brutality. Thomas' attorney, Gerald Griggs of Atlanta, told ABC News that Thomas was arrested on a traffic warrant that he said was issued in error and disorderly conduct. In an incident report released by police, Hines wrote: "I asked Ms. Thomas if the car was hers and she said it was. I then told her that the car had no insurance and to make sure that she did not drive it." Hines wrote that Thomas became "agitated" and told him, "There shouldn't be a white officer harassing her," and asked for the name of his supervisor. He claimed that he gave Thomas the name of his supervisor and left the scene. "As I got a block or so away I began to wonder why she became so agitated at my mere presence and ran her name," he wrote. Hines wrote that a warrant came back on Thomas for failing to appear in court for a speeding ticket. Hines, according to his report, went back to Thomas' car and demanded to see her driver's license and the incident quickly escalated. He wrote that Thomas refused to cooperate and that when he attempted to take her into custody, a struggled ensued. "I then took Ms. Thomas to the ground and she still refused to give me her right hand. I took out my Taser and drive-stunned her in the back," Hines wrote. "She then began to comply and I eventually was able to get both hands cuffed." He wrote that as he was walking Thomas to her car, she began struggling with him again and "bent over and bit my right hand." "I immediately punched her in the face and she fell to the ground," Hines wrote." When reached by ABC News, Hines said, "I don't have any comment."

Surprised?  What could he say?

"Griggs said Thomas never bit the officer's hands, and that the circumstances of the episode did not warrant such brutal force. "She wasn't driving. She hadn't been driving and he made contact with her twice," Griggs said of the officer. When the officer approached Thomas the second time and asked for her name, she told him, according to Griggs, "I just gave you my name when you ran everything the first time."

His statements about running her records are inconsistent and contradictory.

"She starts asking him what's the warrant for and then her baby, the 4-year-old, latches onto her and he Tasers her," Griggs said. In a cellphone video Griggs shared with ABC News, the officer is seen slamming Thomas to the ground, and punching her in the face before he deploys a stun gun on her and places her in handcuffs. Griggs said Thomas was punched in the left eye during the encounter. "She still has headaches. You can still see the bruising," Griggs said. "She's getting counseling for the traumatic effects of this incident and her daughter is getting counseling as well."

Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted motherf--ker, the department, and the city.

Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?

In follow up to the last edition, ABC News reports:

"A Houston-area police officer who fatally shot a woman with mental illness is back on the job but not the streets. Baytown police Officer Juan Delacruz returned to work Monday, according to a department spokesman. He'll be on administrative duty during the investigation into his shooting of 44-year-old Pamela Turner."

Why hasn't he been fired, arrested, jailed, charged with murder?  Why no equal justice?

"Delacruz's return to duty was announced Thursday as community leaders, elected officials and Turner's family gathered at a Houston church to memorialize her and call for justice. "I want Baytown, Texas, to know this is not something you're going to brush under the rug and send the policeman back to work," the Rev. Al Sharpton, a prominent civil rights activist, said during a eulogy. "If he's going back to work, we're going back to work too to get justice for Pamela Turner."

"A lawyer for the family said Wednesday that video of the incident and a private autopsy show Delacruz shot Turner in the stomach, chest and face while a "safe distance" away."

Murder.

Nazi America.  No justice.  CBS News reports:

"A Long Island judge on Wednesday overturned the conviction of a man who spent 33 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Keith Bush was 17 and at a house party when police arrested him in the killing of Sherese Watson, 14, who was found strangled and stabbed near the house. Though he ultimately signed a confession, prosecutors believe it was coerced. Over the years, Bush and his lawyers made several attempts to get him exonerated. Bush was released in 2007 but was placed on lifetime parole. CBS New York reported that Bush had to register as a high-risk sex offender, but never felt free. On Wednesday, he was cleared. "I cannot give you back that which was taken from you in the 1970s, but I can give you back your presumption of innocence," Suffolk County Court Judge Anthony Senft told Bush. The judge said Bush was denied a fair trial and that there has since been newly discovered evidence of another potential murder suspect."

Sue the living shit out of all the motherf--kers involved.  Every goddamned one of them.  ... Has to be a special place reserved in Hell.

"We believe Keith Bush did not commit this murder," Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini said. "We believe that John Jones is a more probable suspect." Bush, now 62, told CBS New York he lived a long time with hurt and pain and no one would hear him out. Finally, someone listened to him. Attorney Adele Bernhard, who runs New York Law School's Post-Conviction Innocence Clinic and represented Bush was thrilled with the outcome. "Justice is finally served for Keith after decades too long. Now let's look at all the other confessions these officers 'solved' by coercing a confession," Bernhard said in a statement. Officials said this is one of the longest running wrongful conviction cases in U.S. history."

This man deserves financial compensation at the very least.  Moreover, the law needs to be changed to allow criminal prosecution of all officers and/or former officers involved with no statute of limitations.

Murder.  CBS News reports:

"Advocates demanded $100 million in damages Thursday on behalf of the family of a 20-year-old Guatemalan woman who was shot and killed by a U.S. Border Patrol agent last year. The legal claim on behalf of Claudia Patricia Gómez González was filed one year after she died. It comes as the U.S. government grapples with surging numbers of Central Americans crossing its southern border and the deaths of six children in the last year after they were apprehended by border agents. The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas filed the claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act as a precursor to filing a lawsuit. Gómez González crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas along with several migrants who were confronted by a Border Patrol agent, who opened fire and killed her. The claim says Gómez González "posed no threat to anyone, as would have been obvious from the slightest glance." The claim says she was unarmed and not fleeing as others in the group of migrants were. It demands $50 million each for personal injury and what it says was Gómez González's wrongful death."

Another example of the police mentality: 'shoot first, ask questions later.'

"Her life was as valuable as anyone else's, and her family deserves justice for their loss," said Andre Segura, the group's legal director. "Our government has a responsibility to treat everyone lawfully, humanely, and with respect regardless of how they came into this country." U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Border Patrol's parent agency, declined to comment Thursday. CBP's initial statement on May 23, 2018, about Gómez González's death said that the agent used his gun after being attacked by "multiple subjects using blunt objects." The agency called Gómez González an assailant."

They're liars.

"The agency revised its statement a day later to say Gómez González was "one member of the group" that rushed the agent and ignored orders to get on the ground. The statement said the agent fired one round. The agent, who was not identified, was placed on administrative leave at the time. CBP declined on Wednesday to comment on the agent's status or the claim being filed. George Altgelt, a lawyer for the agent, did not return a phone message."

What could he say?  Not easy defending the indefensible.  Why hasn't the agent been identified?  Forget?  The public is entitled to know the identity of its jackbooted oppressors.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Gómez González was from San Juan Ostuncalco, outside the western highland city of Quetzaltenango. Family members have said she studied forensic accounting and sought admission to a state university but failed to pass three admission exams. Living in poverty and unable to find work, she left for the United States. More than 160,000 people from Guatemala were apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border between October and April. At Gómez González's wake, a woman said that many villagers had left for the United States seeking work. "We are poor, there are no jobs. That is why people leave," said the woman, Guadalupe Carreto."

Malfeasance.  Obstruction.  In follow up to a case repeatedly covered here and elsewhere,  NBC News reports:

"After a Minnesota police officer fatally shot an unarmed woman, a fellow officer instructed him to "keep your mouth shut." The exchange was caught on bodycam footage showing the chaotic aftermath of the July 15, 2017, shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, 40, who had called police to report a possible rape behind her home. Ex-Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor was found guilty in April of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in her death. Neither of the officers' body cameras were turned on when Noor shot Damond, but evidence released Thursday and obtained by NBC affiliate KARE showed the aftermath of the shooting. "What's happening, sir?" asked a teen who recorded as he rode by on his bike. "Just back up for us," Noor responded. "You can videotape, just back up." Other officers who responded to reports of shots fired were not told that a colleague had fired the shot, and initially believe they were searching for a shooter. "At first, I thought maybe he shot somebody," said responding Officer Robert Lewis when he arrived. "He did," another officer replied. Oh, he did?" Lewis said. "So he hit the person?" Lewis said. When he's informed the person was shot in the stomach, Lewis replied: "Shut up."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"When Officer Jesse Lopez encountered Noor at the scene, he was less confused. "You all right, kiddo?" Lopez asked. "Keep to yourself. Keep your mouth shut," he instructed Noor before telling him to turn off the camera in his car. Officers also turned their body cameras on and off while they were at the scene. Sgt. Shannon Barnette testified during trial that she meant to have her body camera on when she captured what prosecutors said was Noor demonstrating how he fired his gun. Officers didn't realize for hours that the person who originally called police was the person who was shot. Barnette even called Damond from the scene. "Say, I know you called in on the unknown trouble call, the woman screaming," Barnette said in a voicemail message. "And I have a question for you. It's pretty important. If you can call me back when you get this please."

Think these bastards don't cover for one another?

"The family of Damond, a dual citizen of the U.S. and Australia, reached a $20 million settlement with the city of Minneapolis after filing a $50 million federal lawsuit against Noor, Harrity, the city and police leaders. Noor is due to be sentenced on June 7. He faces up to 15 years in prison."

Nowhere near enough.  Had it been the other way around, think the charge and conviction wouldn't have been for capital murder?  Life in prison without parole, and/or execution in many states.

In follow up to a case covered extensively here in this publication and elsewhere, ABC News reports:

"In an extraordinary move that capped two weeks of growing outrage sparked by the court-sanctioned San Francisco police raid of a reporter’s home, the city's police chief, William Scott, on Friday night acknowledged for the first time that the raid may have violated California state law and called for an outside, independent investigation into his own department."

Imagine that.  Couldn't be, could it?  The Chief initially defended the indefensible.  That is, a concerted, determined, direct attack on the First Amendment Freedom of the Press.

“Over the last 48 hours, I conducted a top-to-bottom review of San Francisco Police Department’s criminal investigation into the unauthorized release of the Jeff Adachi police report,” Scott wrote in a statement released Friday evening. “At the request of San Francisco Mayor London Breed, we are seeking an independent, impartial investigation by a separate investigatory body.” "I am specifically concerned by a lack of due diligence by department investigators in seeking search warrants and appropriately addressing Mr. Carmody’s status as a member of the news media," Scott said in the statement. The police chief went even further in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle published hours later. Police “should have done a better job,” Scott told The Chronicle. “I’m sorry that this happened. I’m sorry to the people of San Francisco. I’m sorry to the mayor. We have to fix it. We know there were some concerns in that investigation and we know we have to fix it.” Scott's statement was followed by one from Breed, who said that Scott has "acknowledged the department's mistakes and apologized" for a controversial raid on the journalist's home and office, adding that it was "unacceptable and we have to do better."

The following is horrendous:

"On May 10, after freelance reporter Bryan Carmody had reportedly refused to reveal his source, police used sledgehammers to break down the door to Carmody’s home, and handcuffed him for hours while investigators scoured the premises looking for clues to the source who leaked him a police report. Hard drives, phones and other documents were seized and carted away. The SFPD did not raid the home or office of a San Francisco Chronicle reporter who independently obtained the Adachi report."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"California’s shield law protects journalists from being forced to reveal their sources or be compelled to turn over unpublished reporting -- including notes, recordings and pictures. The law explicitly bars police from obtaining a reporter’s sometimes highly-sensitive newsgathering through searches. Despite this, a judge signed off on the warrant prior to the raid, though it remains unclear if the judge was aware at the time that the target of the raid was a journalist."

The 'judge's' head was clearly, figuratively, securely lodged up his clueless ass.  Out to lunch.

"Carmody's attorney told ABC News in a statement that "we are pleased to see that Chief Scott apologized to Mayor Breed and to the people of San Francisco. "We think he owes an apology to Mr. Carmody also."

Need to sue the living shit out of all involved.  Hit 'em where it truly hurts, -- the pocketbook.  A huge settlement would certainly serve to discourage such appalling conduct in the future.

"We were also encouraged to see that Mayor Breed called for an independent, external investigation of the San Francisco Police Department’s conduct in this matter. There needs to be real reform in the Department to ensure that the SFPD respects the First Amendment and the independence of a free press.” Scott's statement was a dramatic shift from just three days ago, when he held a press conference and said his department was investigating the reporter for allegedly conspiring to steal the report. For two weeks after the raid, police official[s] dug in their heels, even as San Francisco’s mayor, district attorney and California Governor Gavin Newsom publicly criticized the move, and in a press conference on Tuesday Scott had said that “our actions reflect that we believe Mr. Carmody was a suspect in a criminal conspiracy to steal this confidential report.” He charged that Carmody “went past doing [his] job as a journalist,” without specifying how. Even then, though, Scott seemed to be starting to soften his stance on the raid, suggesting that the use of sledgehammers may not have been appropriate. “We know that looks bad,” Scott said. “I’m not here to try to defend” the raid."

Certainly, talking out both sides his ass.

"The leaked police report at the center of the raid concerned the death of a prominent San Francisco public defender and vocal critic of the city's police department, Jeff Adachi – which painted the longtime lawyer in a negative light. The report detailed how Adachi had been with a woman who wasn’t his wife in his final hours, before he was found unresponsive in an apartment littered with empty booze bottles. In April, one of the city’s 11 supervisors called a meeting to express her outrage over the leak of the report, according to the Washington Post. At the meeting, a deputy in the public defender’s office, Hadi Razzaq told the audience about a memo his office had compiled and forwarded to San Francisco police officials about a “stringer” – slang for a freelance reporter – who had been offering to sell Adachi’s death report to some news outlets for $2,500. Freelance reporters as part of their job obtain information of news value -- whether it be a police report, a picture or exclusive video -- and negotiate to sell it to local news outlets, which are often too short-staffed or insufficiently budgeted to do much investigative reporting of their own."

Clearly, what had to have driven this entire fiasco is the possibility one of their own in law enforcement had to have leaked the material, -- pissed off at the public defender for having repeatedly taken on the police.  As a public defender, what the f--k did they expect him to do?  Sit on his hands?

"Ben Berkowitz, Carmody's attorney in the criminal case, told The Chronicle he now wants the police to clear Carmody's name. “I’m calling on them to come out and clear Bryan’s name with a statement that he has engaged in no criminal activity whatsoever,” he said. “One of the things I’ve found so offensive about the San Francisco Police Department’s conduct is it picked on an independent journalist. They wouldn’t have dared break down The San Francisco Chronicle’s door.”

Certainly true.  Without doubt.  Precisely, why it's so exceptionally important the bastards be sued for all they're worth.  Every goddamned dime.  Send a message.

"Carmody declined through his attorney to comment on Scott’s statement. He has reportedly said he did not and does not pay for information or documents."

Goddamned right.  Had he, would have forfeited all credibility.

NPR reports:

"Scott told the San Francisco Chronicle that the searches of the home and office of freelance journalist Bryan Carmody were probably illegal, saying, "I'm sorry it happened." In a statement issued late Friday, Scott said he is asking outside agencies for an independent criminal investigation of his department to determine the source of a leak about the death of Adachi. The former public defender had been critical of the police. Scott said he is concerned about the lack of due diligence by his department investigators in obtaining search warrants and the possible violation of California's law that shields reporters from divulging their sources. Scott told the Chronicle that applications for warrants to search Carmody's home did not adequately identify him as a journalist. Scott also said the officers who executed the warrants violated department policy by not first consulting with the district attorney's office."

In follow up, NPR reports:

"The San Francisco Police Officers' Association is calling for the city's police chief, William Scott, to resign over the raid of a freelance journalist's home and office. In a statement released on Saturday, the police union wrote, "It is time for Chief Scott to go. There's no other way around it."

"The police union said Scott knew Carmody was a journalist, ordered the investigation, and deceived the author of the search warrant about Carmody's press status. In a statement, the union said, "Chief Scott not only followed every twist and turn of the investigation but he knew every element of the investigation, directed the investigation and has clearly either come down with the most debilitating case of amnesia or is flat out not telling the truth about his direct involvement and the horribly flawed direction he gave to find the leak of the police report." "A true leader accepts responsibility," the statement continued."

Think law enforcement isn't cluelessly, dangerously, egregiously out of control?  NBC News reports:

"A student who went to photograph a Black Lives Matter protest was warned that New York City police might use a sound cannon against demonstrators."

Against peaceful protest.

"My friend said, 'If you hear this, plug your ears and run,'" Anika Edrei recalled. So, when the NYPD fired a Long Range Acoustic Device, or a LRAD, at the demonstration in 2014 in Manhattan, that's exactly what Edrei, 24, did. Now New York officers’ use of the sound cannon at that protest is the subject of what may be the first lawsuit in the nation over police deployment of such devices, the plaintiffs’ lawyer, Gideon Oliver, says. After a couple of years of the case winding its way through the courts, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear the NYPD’s motion for dismissal, allowing the suit by Edrei and five other plaintiffs to proceed."

For damned good reason:

"After police used the device at the demonstration, which was over a grand jury’s decision not to indict NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo in the killing of Eric Garner, “I experienced a pretty strong migraine and dizziness almost immediately,” Edrei told NBC News in an interview. “I remember sitting down on the side of the street after I had gotten away and feeling very confused,” said Edrei, then a photojournalism student at the International Center of Photography in New York City. The migraine lasted about a week, but almost five years later, Edrei, now a student in Edinburgh, Scotland, still feels the LRAD’s effect. Having never had hearing issues before that day in 2014, the sound of sirens in the United Kingdom now causes Edrei immediate pain. Another plaintiff was told by his doctor that the pressure of the noise pushed a bone in his ear inward, damaging a nerve, according to court documents. Some also said they are now afraid to attend protests, which harmed their journalism careers."

What's so incredibly galling about this is the fact police deployed a weapons system against civilians that was designed to be used by the United States military:

"Created for the U.S. military after the terrorist attack on the USS Cole in 2000, LRADs were designed as acoustic weapons meant to repel anyone exposed to them. By emitting sound at an almost-intolerable amplitude, they force people in the device’s path to flee. Police departments started purchasing nonmilitary LRADs in the early 2000s, they say, as a way to control crowds and protests without having to use other more forceful means. But in the federal civil rights lawsuit, the plaintiffs claim officers’ use of the LRAD at the protest was excessive force, violating their constitutional rights. The suit against the NYPD and individual officers seeks damages and for the police to refrain from using LRADs on civilians until more studies, guidelines and trainings are in place."

Part of the 'shoot first, ask questions later' police mentality.  Not surprisingly, the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue refuse to take responsibility for the injuries caused:

"The officers have argued that because LRADs employ sound, they are not an “instrument of force.” The defendants have also claimed they should be afforded immunity because the officers were unaware the use of LRADs could violate protesters’ constitutional rights."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a f--king break.  Since when are civilians let off the hook in such fashion?  Why no equal justice?

"In a statement to NBC News, the NYPD said that at the 2014 protest, “two officers used an LRAD to direct unruly protesters at a volatile public demonstration.” The officers “acted appropriately,” the statement said, calling the LRAD “a safe and effective communication tool that provides an alternative to use of force or making additional arrests.”

Horse shit.  Since when is alleged 'unruly' an excuse for the jackbooted bastards to employ a military weapons system that inflicted physical damage on protesters?

"The lawsuit has no legal merit, the NYPD added. “Exposing police officers to civil liability for using tools that successfully substitute for the use of force is bad for both public safety and police community relations,” the statement said."

More disingenuous horse shit.  'Don't do as I do, do as I say.'  Did you jackbooted bastards get your cookies off inflicting damage on peaceful protesters?

"Adam Scott Wandt, an assistant professor of public policy at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, said the LRAD can be a weapon in addition to a communication tool. An LRAD, which looks like a large black speaker, can function as a public-address system, giving police a way to communicate with a large crowd, Wandt said. Activate what is called the "area-denial function" on the device and it becomes a “sonic weapon,” he said."

Most convenient for these jackbooted pieces of human excrement, isn't it?

"On the model purchased by the NYPD, the control panel warns in all capital letters, "Do not enter within 10 meters during continuous operation" when the LRAD is employing the area-denial function, court documents said. “Making someone feel pain and discomfort is a use of force,” Wandt said."

No kidding.  No question, it's how these pieces of shit get their cookies off, abusing power.

"LRAD Corp., which makes the device, did not respond to NBC News’ repeated requests for comment."

What the f--k could they possibly say?  Don't think they fear being sued?

“The officers that used this technology knew or should have known it would cause pain in the protesters that they are using it on,” Wandt said, “The government has very well documented ... that damage could occur with sounds over 100-120 decibels. This product clearly exceeds those limits.”

Since there is no chance these criminal jackbooted bastards will be criminally prosecuted, sue the living shit out of all involved.  Hit 'em hard where it hurts, -- the pocketbook.

"In the case of a violent protest, Wandt said he understands why police might want to use LRADs in place of potentially lethal force. But, he said, “When law enforcement adopts new technologies, they have a responsibility to understand how they work, especially before they use them on a civilian population that is nonviolent,” like at the protest Edrei attended in 2014. Edrei hopes the suit will lead to others being protected from the sonic device’s harmful effects and lead to policy change. “I’m concerned about how indiscriminate the LRAD is,” Edrei said. “Anyone who is in earshot of the machine is going to experience it, and that really scares me.”

... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on this, and many, many other issues.

Think the following progress?  Or, more of the same old, same old.  NPR reports:

"Civil rights advocates and law enforcement groups have reached an agreement in the California legislature on new rules for when police can use deadly force."

Think so?  Or, is it more of the same old goddamned wiggle room that allows these criminal jackbooted bastards to legally murder on the job?

"The issue has been a focus for many social justice advocates in California this spring after Sacramento's district attorney declined to prosecute the officers who fatally shot Stephon Clark, an unarmed black man whose death sparked headlines and demonstrations across the country."

Legalized murder.  No more, no less.

"Under the agreement made public Thursday, officers will be able to use lethal force only when it is "necessary" and if there are no other options."

Jesus Christ.  Think these gutless murderers still don't have carte blanche to do virtually as they please?

"That's widely viewed as higher than the existing legal standard: that the use of deadly force is legal if a "reasonable" officer would have acted similarly in that situation. But the bill language leaves out a specific definition of "necessary," which would leave interpretation up to the legal system to figure out case by case."

Precisely, why there'll be no real change.  They'll still murder on the job with virtual impunity.

"The measure is now expected to pass the assembly before next week."

Will likely make very, very little difference if enacted.  Forget?  The 'shoot first, ask questions later' police mentality remains deeply entrenched throughout our formerly great country.

"We can now move a policy forward that will save lives and change the culture of policing in California," Assemblywoman Shirley Weber, who introduced the bill, wrote in a statement."

You're delusional, Ms. Weber.  Live in a fantasy world.  Not how things work in a de facto fascist police-state since at least 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Law enforcement groups have dropped their opposition and are now neutral on the bill. "We appreciate your consideration of our concerns and thank you and your staff for working with CPCA on this critical issue," the California Police Chiefs Association wrote in a letter to Weber on Thursday."

Why wouldn't they be?  This bill leaves a gaping hole a mile wide vis a vis interpretation.

"The American Civil Liberties Union, a leading advocate that helped negotiate the bill, praised the agreement. "If this bill passes and is signed by the governor, California will have one of the most restrictive use-of-force laws in the nation — if not the most restrictive," said the ACLU's Lizzie Buchen."

Laughable.  Truly believe prosecutors will not continue to mindlessly protect and coddle the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue they work with on a daily basis?  Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, jail, charge, and prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be adjudicate only these cases.  Total independence.

"The proposed law also states that an officer's conduct leading up to the shooting will be considered — but so too will the suspect's behavior. And there's language in the bill that requires police to use other alternatives, such as de-escalation or "less lethal" options, before using deadly force. But these requirements are a statement of intent, not a specific checklist."

No more than symbolism over substance.  Toothless.

Report goes on and on.  This bill will fail to rein in the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Snowball's chance.

There are good cops.  Even in Chicago.  CBS News reports:

"As a Chicago police officer, Shannon Spalding worked undercover in some of the toughest parts of the city -- only to discover some of the most dangerous criminals were fellow police officers.  She risked her life to stop them.

"In 2006, a decade after Spalding was trained by Watts, she had a new assignment in the narcotics division. "I was the undercover.  I would go out, I would make the controlled narcotics purchases," Spalding explained. Her partner, Danny Echeverria, would swoop in and make arrests.   But during police interviews, something strange started happening. "People would say … 'I can't believe you're going to arrest me when one of your own is actually running the narcotics trade,'" said Spalding. Spalding learned Watts and his crew would plant drugs on residents of the Ida B. Wells projects and extort cash. "Even the good citizens that live there, that are law-abiding citizens, they're subjected to this," she said. "We heard … he would put anything from a couple bags to enough to put you away for 10, 15, 20 years."

"Spalding and her partner would eventually learn Watts' bad deeds had been going on for years. "If we don't report this criminal conduct we're absolutely no better than Watts or any of these other corrupt officers.  And if we do we may just be ending our careers and putting our self in real danger," said Spalding. "So, what did you and your partner decide to do?" asked Ferrer. "I convinced him that we needed to go to the FBI," Spalding replied. "My greatest fear was that because this was such a long-running … criminal enterprise … I felt that we would be set up for dead." Spalding and her partner would spend years undercover investigating Ronald Watts and his team. In February 2012, Sgt. Ronald Watts and one of his officers, Kallat Mohammed, were arrested after being caught robbing a drug courier of $5,200. That courier was Spalding's informant and was wearing an FBI wire. Both Watts and Mohammed were convicted. Watts was sentenced to 22 months and Mohammed received an 18-month sentence. Aided by that investigation, more than 60 people wrongfully arrested by Watts and his team have now been exonerated -- including Zarice Johnson."

Uncommon Valor.  Hat's off.  Best of the best.

The problem with the above convictions is the fact the sentences were way too light.  Especially, considering the number of people falsely arrested.  Both convicted officers should have spent the rest of their lives in prison with no possibility of parole.

The walls are closing in on Trump and his henchmen.  The Washington Post reports:

"Stephen Calk, a former economic adviser to President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, was indicted Thursday for allegedly approving $16 million in loans to former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort in exchange for his help seeking a top post in the administration."

How about that?  Couldn't be, could it?

"Calk, the founder of mortgage lender Federal Savings Bank of Chicago, illegally used the bank’s resources to curry favor with Manafort, ignoring internal standards and lying to regulators, according to the indictment unsealed in the Southern District of New York."

Consider the Aryan arrogance of this son of a bitch:

"Calk gave Manafort a list ranking the administrative jobs he wanted, starting with Treasury Secretary, the indictment alleges. The list also included 19 ambassadorships, including to the United Kingdom, according to the indictment. Calk ultimately was interviewed as a candidate for undersecretary of the Army but didn’t get the job, prosecutors said. “Stephen M. Calk abused the power entrusted to him as the top official of a federally insured bank by approving millions of dollars in high-risk loans in an effort to secure a personal benefit,” Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said in a statement."

Iranians change tactics. The Washington Post reports:

"Iran has made a dramatic shift in how it confronts the United States, abandoning a policy of restraint in recent weeks for a series of offensive actions aimed at pushing the White House to rethink its efforts at isolating Tehran, say diplomats and analysts. With the Trump administration tightening economic sanctions and intensifying military pressure, Iran is now seeking to highlight the costs it could also impose on the United States — for instance, by disrupting the world’s oil supply — without taking actions likely to trigger an all-out war. When four ships were damaged in the Persian Gulf last week, including two Saudi tankers and an Emirati one, U.S. and Arab officials said they suspected Iran had ordered the sabotage. A Lebanese newspaper supportive of Iran’s ally Hezbollah boasted that the attacks were a message from Tehran delivered via “UAE and Saudi mailboxes.” And after a Katyusha rocket landed within a mile of the vast U.S. Embassy complex in Baghdad on Sunday, suspicion immediately turned to Iranian-backed militias in Iraq. Senior Iraqi officials warned Iran against using their territory to target the United States and its interests. Iranian leaders condemned those incidents and denied responsibility. But diplomats and analysts say they bear Iran’s signature and are part of an emerging strategy in response to the crippling sanctions the Trump administration placed on Iran after unilaterally withdrawing from the landmark nuclear deal a year ago. Particularly galling for Iran was the U.S. decision this spring not to renew waivers for eight countries allowing them to import Iranian oil despite the sanctions. “It is absolutely not surprising if we see Iran start flexing its muscles in the region where it has a pretty strong hand and it has the potential to exact a cost on the U.S. and its allies in the region,” said Ali Vaez, an Iran expert with the International Crisis Group. Over the past year, the Iranian government had pursued a strategy of relative restraint in the hopes that the 2020 U.S. election would produce a less hostile American president, analysts say."

Screws continue to tighten.  NBC News reports:

"The New York state Assembly passed legislation Wednesday to give Congress access to President Donald Trump's state tax returns. Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to sign the bill, which passed the state Senate earlier this month. The legislation, which passed 84 to 53, would amend New York law to permit the commissioner of the state Department of Taxation and Finance to release the state tax returns of those in federal, state and local elected or higher-level public offices, along with entities those people control or have a large stake in, that are requested by the leaders of congressional tax-writing committees."

Walls continue to close in.  NBC News reports:

"A key congressional committee has already gained access to President Donald Trump’s dealings with two major financial institutions, two sources familiar with the House probe tell NBC News, as a court ruling Wednesday promised to open the door for even more records to be handed over. Wells Fargo and TD Bank are the two of nine institutions that have so far complied with subpoenas issued by the House Financial Services Committee demanding information about their dealings with the Trump Organization, according to the sources. The disclosures by these two banks haven’t been previously reported. Both TD Bank and Wells Fargo declined to comment for this story. Wells Fargo provided the committee with a few thousand documents and TD Bank handed the committee a handful of documents, according to a source who has seen them. The committee, led by Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., is especially interested in the president’s business relationship with Russia and other foreign entities. Appearing on MSNBC's "Hardball" Wednesday, Waters said "we don't have information to share with you at this time about what we've learned from the documents."

"The documents that have been provided so far are a fraction of those requested by Waters, whose committee has also sent subpoenas to Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase. The Royal Bank of Canada is in the process of complying with the subpoena, according to a source. The other banks have missed the subpoena deadline of May 6. The development comes as House Democrats are internally debating whether to move forward with launching an impeachment inquiry of the president or not. Deutsche Bank has been the Trump Organization’s biggest lender, financing more than $2 billion in loans to the president during his business career, and he still owes the bank at least $130 million, according to Trump’s latest financial disclosures. The subpoenas, details of which have not been released to the public, are predicated on the notion that Congress has access to the information under the Bank Secrecy Act, which allows Congress access to financial information to search for money laundering, according to a person who has seen them. “The potential use of the U.S. financial system for illicit purposes is a very serious concern,” Waters said in April when she issued the subpoenas. “The Financial Services Committee is exploring these matters, including as they may involve the President and his associates, as thoroughly as possible pursuant to its oversight authority, and will follow the facts wherever they may lead us.”

Think Trump's playing with a full deck?  ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump fired back at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday, escalating a feud that reignited on Wednesday when she said he was "engaged in a cover-up" and he blasted her in angry remarks in the White House Rose Garden. Trump, at a White House event, said, "She's a mess," called her "crazy" and said she's "lost it."

Aren't you talking about yourself, Mr. 'President?'

Gets worse.  More delusional:

"He went around the room asking Counselor Kellyanne Conway, press secretary Sarah Sanders and other top aides to testify about how calm he was in a White House meeting with Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer that he left abruptly after just three minutes.

"I watched Nancy and she was all crazy yesterday," President Trump says, asking Sarah Sanders what his tone was like during yesterday's meeting with Democrats.

More charges against Assange.  NBC News reports:

"The Department of Justice on Thursday indicted Wikileaks founder Julian Assange on 18 charges, including violations of the Espionage Act and a case that could pose challenges to First Amendment protections. Assange, who was charged last month with computer hacking, is accused of aiding former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning to gain a password that gave her access to secret government documents that WikiLeaks later published in 2010. Thursday's indictment alleges that Assange actively solicited classified information in 2009 and that he conspired with Manning to unlawfully access secret-level documents. The government claims that those documents' dissemination actively endangered national security, according to the Justice Department. If convicted on the new counts, Assange faces a maximum of 10 years in federal prison per count. "This is madness. It is the end of national security journalism and the first amendment," WikiLeaks tweeted shortly after the new charges were announced. Edward Snowden tweeted that the "Department of Justice just declared war" on journalism. "This is no longer about Julian Assange: This case will decide the future of media."

Indeed.  Nazi America.

"John Demers, the assistant attorney general for national security, said Thursday that the department was not attacking the role of journalists and that it "takes seriously the role of journalists in our democracy."

The indictment is proof positive the direct opposite is true.  Then again, in a de facto fascist police-state since at least 9/11 quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich, day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet.  All ass backwards from reality.

"The U.S. government has never successfully prosecuted anyone other than a government employee for disseminating unlawfully leaked classified information, according to University of Chicago Law Prof. Geoffrey Stone, even though the Espionage Act has long been on the books. The government rarely if ever brings those cases because journalists publish classified material regularly."

Nazi America.  Worst yet to come.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on an exponentially increasing number of issues.

NBC News reports:

"The indictment charging Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange with obtaining and publishing classified material represents a grave threat to all Americans' First Amendment rights, advocates across the political spectrum said Thursday. The superseding indictment adds 17 counts of violating the Espionage Act of 1917 to a single previous count of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion that was revealed last month. Specifically, it accuses Assange, 47, of having illegally induced Army Pfc. Chelsea Manning to send him classified documents, some of which he published without redacting the names of confidential sources who provided information to U.S. diplomats. Advocates and legal scholars said the indictment seeks to criminalize activity engaged in by journalists every day — publishing news of vital interest that they receive from someone who shouldn't have given it to them. "For the first time in the history of our country, the government has brought criminal charges against a publisher for the publication of truthful information," said Ben Wizner, director of the Speech, Privacy and Technology Project of the American Civil Liberties Union. "This is an extraordinary escalation of the Trump administration's attacks on journalism, and a direct assault on the First Amendment," Wizner said in a statement."

Raw national socialism, fascism, nazism courtesy of the tyrant in the White House, -- i.e. the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Direct violation of the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press.

"Jameel Jaffer, executive director of the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University in New York, said the new charges weren't unexpected, noting that the Espionage Act was cited in Assange's original hacking charge last month. But the added charges break frightening new ground, Jaffer said, because all previous cases under the Espionage Act targeted the government officials doing the leaking — not the publishers of their leaks. "This is really what free speech and free press advocates have been worrying about," Jaffer said in an interview on MSNBC's "All In With Chris Hayes." "It really does cross a new frontier," he said. "You had the Bush administration begin prosecuting leakers as spies, and then you had the Obama administration prosecute more Espionage Act cases than all previous administrations combined," he said. "But none of those prosecutions involved a publisher. Now we have a publisher." Regardless of whether Assange is ever tried, "the indictment itself is going to send a very chilling message," he said."

... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on this, and many, many other issues.

"In an analysis of the indictment on Thursday, the nonprofit Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press argued that "the parallels between what a member of the news media does on a daily basis ought to be obvious." "Reporters and sources regularly use encrypted communications applications to 'conspire' and to pass information back and forth (as well they should)," it said.

"The indictment of Julian Assange under the Espionage Act for publishing classified information is an attack on the First Amendment and a threat to all journalists everywhere who publish information that governments would like to keep secret." @Joelcpj https://t.co/3hr4vykUI4 pic.twitter.com/dhtpa9yUyZ
    — Committee to Protect Journalists (@pressfreedom) May 23, 2019"

Indeed, it is.  No question.  ... As our formerly great country perniciously transitions from a de facto fascist police-state since at least 9/11 to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"John Demers, the assistant attorney general for national security, told reporters on Thursday that the Justice Department "takes seriously the role of journalists in our democracy" but that department officials didn't consider Assange to be a journalist. "No responsible actor, journalist or otherwise, would purposefully publish the names of individuals he or she knew to be confidential human sources in a war zone, exposing them to the gravest of dangers," Demers said. But Bruce Brown, executive director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, said in a statement: "Any government use of the Espionage Act to criminalize the receipt and publication of classified information poses a dire threat to journalists seeking to publish such information in the public interest, irrespective of the Justice Department's assertion that Assange is not a journalist."

That's right.  Today, Assange.  Tomorrow, who's next?  This is raw nazism.  Nowhere in the Constitution, including the First Amendment, is the Department of 'Justice' granted authority to determine who is and who is not a journalist.  This is action taken by nazi government to not only silence dissent, but prevent public disclosure of government malfeasance.  Hitler and Mussolini would have been proud.

"Criticism of the indictment crossed political lines, as several prominent conservative and libertarian commentators sounded similar warnings."

This indictment is a threat to the entire public, and its right to know.

"Julian Sanchez, a senior fellow at the nonprofit Cato Institute, a libertarian advocacy group, said the debate about whether Assange was a journalist was both "tedious" and irrelevant. (The answer, he agreed on Twitter, was "no" — Assange isn't a journalist.) The whole point of the First Amendment, he said, "is, in significant part, to avoid making particularized governmental determinations about who is a 'real journalist.'" Meanwhile, Scott Horton, director of the nonprofit Libertarian Institute, bluntly called the indictment "garbage." "It begins by citing public requests by Wikileaks for classified documents from a number of governments," Horton wrote Thursday on the institute's blog, "as though this is different from what any investigative reporter might do."

That's right.  The public has a right to know what its government oppressors are doing.

"Similarly, Eli Lake, a neoconservative columnist for Bloomberg Opinion, said the indictment "represents a profound danger to any reporter who has published state secrets." While it can be debated whether Assange is a journalist and whether Wikileaks is a news organization, "this debate is irrelevant," Lake, who has long denounced the leaking of information from counterintelligence investigations, wrote Thursday. "Assange is under no obligation to keep the U.S. government's secrets," he wrote. "If Assange can be charged with receiving classified information, then what is to stop the government from bringing similar charges against the New York Times or Bloomberg News?"

Precisely, the problem.  Delusionally believe they and others won't be next?

"The new Assange charges are -- by far -- the Trump regime's most aggressive attack yet on the practice of journalism. If journalists of all stripes don't defend him, whatever they think of him personally, they are helping journalism's enemies. This is a defining moment.
    — Dan Gillmor (@dangillmor) May 23, 2019"

Indeed, it is.  The work of a treacherous, traitorous, treasonous dictator, -- a strong man and his henchmen.

"Advocates' criticism found support among current and former government officials, as well. David A. Kaye, the United Nations' special rapporteur on the protection of freedom of opinion and expression, said on Twitter that "regardless of what you think about Wikileaks or Julian Assange, an Espionage Act prosecution can only turn out badly for press freedom in this country." And Matthew Miller, a justice analyst for MSNBC, pointed out that the Justice Department declined to charge Assange for just that reason during the administration of former President Barack Obama, when he was its chief spokesman. "This is nonsense," Miller said on Twitter, arguing that there was a "pretty clear difference between charging government employees who have sworn to protect classified info and people outside government who publish it." "As I've been saying for several years, there are very good reasons we didn't charge this theory," he said. "And it's not like we had a record reporters loved on these issues."

Once again, the Trump nazi and his henchmen are determinedly sticking it to the LGBTQ community.  Surprised?  Why?  The Washington Post reports:

"The Department of Health and Human Services on Friday proposed a new rule that civil rights groups worry may be used to deny care to transgender patients."

The American Way, isn't it?

"HHS director of the Office for Civil Rights Roger Severino said the change will bring the regulations in line with what lawmakers originally intended, before the definition of gender was broadened under the Obama administration. “When Congress prohibited sex discrimination, it did so according to the plain meaning of the term, and we are making our regulations conform,” Severino said."

Convenient, isn't it?  Enables you to impose your achingly perverse religious views on all in direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

"The National Center for Transgender Equality vowed to fight the proposed regulation. “It’s about the right of every American to be treated with dignity when they walk into an emergency room, meet a new doctor, or find the right insurance plan. If permitted, this rule will promote ignorance and hate that no American should have to face while seeking care,” said Mara Keisling, NCTE executive director."

Precisely, why our fuhrer, the Trump nazi, and his henchmen are proposing it.

"Diana Flynn, the litigation director for Lambda Legal, a group supporting LGBTQ rights, said “HHS should be in the business of ensuring that people get the health care they need, not providing excuses for providers and insurers to turn people away.” The proposal is part of a broader effort by religious conservatives in the Trump administration to define gender restrictively. The result has been a weakening of protections for transgender people."

Precisely, the intention of the nazi element in the Republican Party.

"The Department of Housing and Urban Development on Wednesday proposed a new rule that would allow federally funded shelters to turn away transgender people for religious reasons or force them to use bathrooms and sleeping areas that do not conform to their gender identity. A March 12 memo from the Defense Department outlined a new policy that bans individuals with a gender dysphoria diagnosis who are taking hormones or who have transitioned to another gender to enlist. In addition, troops already in the military would have to serve according to their sex assigned at birth."

Blatant discrimination.   Who's next?

"Laura Durso, vice president of the LGBT Research and Communications Project at the Center for American Progress, called the new rule “dangerous” and said it would threaten people’s health and well-being, citing surveys and other data suggesting that some transgender patients are denied treatment on the basis of their gender identity. “Make no mistake about it: this policy would provide hospitals and insurers with a sweeping license to discriminate and then allow the federal government to turn a blind eye to that discrimination,” Durso said."

Certainly the intention of the nazi element in our formerly great country.  Here's how these fascist bastards 'justify' the unjustifiable:

"The Heritage Foundation’s Emilie Kao, director of the DeVos Center for Religion and Civil Society, however, said the rule change undoes federal “overreach.” Kao said that without the update physicians could be forced to provide sex reassignment procedures and abortions."

A license to practice medicine or other healthcare services is not a right, only a privilege.  No one is forced to do anything against their will.  If a given procedure is against your principles, do the right thing.  Walk away from the profession.  Do something else that more closely aligns with your religious and/or ideological views.

“No American should be forced to violate deeply held beliefs, especially in hotly debated issues in health care. All Americans should be able to choose health care and health insurance that best fits their needs and beliefs,” she said in a statement."

Her last two statements above are grossly incompatible with one another.  Can't  have it both ways.  The only way the public is well-served is if those practicing professionals that oppose such procedures simply do the right thing.  That is, leave the profession.  Make way for other professionals who will provide such desperately needed services.

Our increasingly desperate fuhrer, the Trump nazi, is granting the U.S. Attorney General carte blanche to conduct a witchhunt.  ABC News reports:

"President Donald Trump has given Attorney General William Barr sweeping powers over the intelligence community in his review of their role in how the probe began into Russian interference in the 2016 election and surveillance on the Trump campaign. In an extraordinary move, the president issued a memo Thursday night giving Barr broad authority to declassify information related to the investigation and directed the intelligence community to fully cooperate with Barr's review so that "all Americans learn the truth," according to a statement from White House press secretary Sarah Sanders."

Laughable.  Certainly, shows increasing desperation of Trump and his henchmen as the walls close in on the ongoing insanity and malfeasance.

"The Attorney General has also been delegated full and complete authority to declassify information pertaining to this investigation, in accordance with the long-established standards for handling classified information," according to the statement. "Today’s action will help ensure that all Americans learn the truth about the events that occurred, and the actions that were taken, during the last Presidential election and will restore confidence in our public institutions," she said."

The hell it will.  Quite the opposite, -- as Trump continues to deteriorate mentally, his behavior becoming increasingly bizarre.

"Barr has told Congress that there was "spying" on the Trump campaign, echoing repeated claims made by Trump as he fends off Democratic congressional investigations and calls for his impeachment. "The first step is find out exactly what happened. And we're trying to get our arms around that getting all the relevant information from the various agencies and starting to talk to some of the people that have information," Barr told Fox News' Bill Hemmer last week. "You know the thing that's interesting about this is that this was handled at a very senior level of these departments. It wasn't handled in the ordinary way that investigations or counterintelligence activities are conducted. It was sort of an ad hoc small group and most of these people are no longer with the FBI or the CIA or the other agencies involved," Barr said on Fox."

No credibility.  Refused to disclose any details during interrogation by Congress.  Talking out his ass to support his fuhrer, the Trump nazi.

"The Democratic chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Adam Schiff of California, quickly attacked the move as political. “While Trump stonewalls the public from learning the truth about his obstruction of justice, Trump and Barr conspire to weaponize law enforcement and classified information against their political enemies. The coverup has entered a new and dangerous phase. This is un-American,” Schiff said in a statement."

Right Wing Nazi.

"This is a grotesque abuse of the intelligence community. And what's really disturbing is on the very same day that the president says I can't work with Congress to get anything done for the American people because I can't do that and respond to investigations at the same time, he initiates yet another investigation," House Judiciary Committee member Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., said on MSNBC Thursday night. Giving Barr the power to declassify information is "really extraordinary," according to one former National Security Agency attorney. “The problem is two-fold: First, as attorney general, Barr… is not naturally situated to have the full scope to know the impact of a declassification decision. He’s not in the best position to assess the potential damage," April Falcon Doss, a former NSA attorney and former Democratic counsel for the Senate’s Russia probe told ABC News. "These sources and methods are fragile, perishable and the intelligence community agency who originated the information is best positioned to understand the impact of a particular declassification decision." “Second, the AG is a political appointee. He’s already come under a lot of fire for behaving in ways that many have viewed as partisan. So, any decision he makes regarding declassification not only could be influenced by partisan considerations, but is almost certain to be seen as partisan considerations,” she told ABC News."

Dog and pony show ring led by an out of control dictator who is becoming increasingly, demonstrably unhinged.  Irrational.

"The review does not have any criminal implications, and would not involve criminal investigative power, according to one former U.S. Attorney. "A criminal probe has as its target end criminal charges. A review, at least initially, does not anticipate criminal charges...," former U.S. Attorney Michael Stern told ABC News. Stern agreed that it was dangerous "ordering one law enforcement agency to investigate another."

Time for those agencies to rise up against this growing cancer, ongoing insanity and call it for precisely what it is.

Think Trump's not taking care of his business friends?  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump has personally and repeatedly urged the head of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to award a border wall contract to a North Dakota construction firm whose top executive is a GOP donor and frequent guest on Fox News, according to four administration officials."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Think it proper?

"In phone calls, White House meetings and conversations aboard Air Force One during the past several months, Trump has aggressively pushed Dickinson, N.D.-based Fisher Industries to Department of Homeland Security leaders and Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, the commanding general of the Army Corps, according to the administration officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive internal discussions. The push for a specific company has alarmed military commanders and DHS officials. Semonite was summoned to the White House again Thursday, after the president’s aides told Pentagon officials — including Gen. Mark Milley, the Army’s chief of staff — that the president wanted to discuss the border barrier. According to an administration official with knowledge of the Oval Office meeting, Trump immediately brought up Fisher, a company that sued the U.S. government last month after the Army Corps did not accept its bid to install barriers along the southern border, a contract potentially worth billions of dollars."

Blood money.  The Washington Post reports:

"Secretary of State Mike Pompeo notified lawmakers Friday that President Trump is invoking his emergency authority to sidestep Congress and complete 22 arms deals that would benefit Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries, despite lawmakers’ objections to the transactions. Both Republicans and Democrats urged the Trump administration this week not to take the rare step of exploiting a legal window to push through deals, worth about $8 billion, according to congressional aides, that lawmakers have blocked from being finalized. Pompeo’s notification letters effectively give the Trump administration a green light to conclude the sale and transfer of mortar bombs, missile, drones, repair and maintenance services to aid the Saudi air fleet, and a controversial sale of precision-guided munitions that lawmakers fear Saudi Arabia may use against civilians in Yemen’s civil war."

Big mistake.  Incredible evil.

"Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) — the ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, who had been blocking the precision-guided munitions sale — said in a statement Friday that Trump had “failed once again to prioritize our long term national security interests or stand up for human rights, and instead is granting favors to authoritarian countries like Saudi Arabia.” In a statement, Senate Foreign Relations Committee chairman Sen. James E. Risch (R-Idaho) said that he was “reviewing and analyzing the legal justification for this action and the associated implications.” Traditionally, the administration must notify Congress when it contemplates a new arms sale, giving lawmakers the opportunity to review deals and block those they find objectionable. In each of his letters notifying lawmakers of the decision, Pompeo stated that he had “determined that an emergency exists which requires the proposed sale in the national security interest of the United States and thus, waives the congressional review requirements,” adding that the government had “taken into account political, military, economic, human rights, and arms control considerations.”

Think so?  Delusionally believe the liar?  How much of this money will find its way into the pockets of Trump and his henchmen?

"Trump and Congress have long been at odds over his unapologetic embrace of Saudi leaders, despite U.S. intelligence showing that the crown prince was behind the October 2018 murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was also a contributing columnist for The Washington Post. Earlier this year, the House and Senate voted to end U.S. support for the Saudi-led military coalition operating in Yemen — a move that Trump vetoed, with the support of most of the GOP. But many key Republican lawmakers who balked at curtailing U.S. engagement through a war powers resolution have still advocated halting nondefensive weapons sales to Saudi Arabia and its coalition allies until the country does more to improve the humanitarian crisis in Yemen. “There is no new ‘emergency’ reason to sell bombs to the Saudis to drop in Yemen, and doing so only perpetuates the humanitarian crisis there,” said Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), one of Congress’s chief advocates for extraditing the United States from the Yemen conflict. “This sets an incredibly dangerous precedent that future presidents can use to sell weapons without a check from Congress ... If we don’t stand up to this abuse of authority, we will permanently box ourselves out of deciding who we should sell weapons to.”

Lawmakers remain gutless:

"But it is not clear how lawmakers will try to reassert control over the arms deals or challenge Trump’s authority to assume emergency authority over them. Lawmakers anticipated that the Trump administration might try to push arms deals benefiting Saudi Arabia through in light of increased tensions with Iran. Earlier this week, Pompeo, acting defense secretary Patrick Shanahan, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Joseph P. Dunford, briefed all House and Senate lawmakers on the intelligence behind the administration’s latest moves in the Persian Gulf, arguing they were necessary to respond to latest intelligence showing an increased threat. Republicans largely endorsed their actions as prudent, while Democrats accused the officials of spinning the evidence to justify a march toward war, expressing consternation that the administration would not consult Congress before taking military action. Yet the breadth of the Trump administration’s Friday decision, which benefits many more countries than just Iran’s regional rivals like Saudi Arabia and the UAE, will likely upset members of both parties, according to congressional aides. Democratic congressional aides pointed to one transaction in particular — a deal to support manufacturing and production of F-18 combat jets — as particularly disturbing, as Saudi Arabia does not use the F-18; it only helps make them for countries like Israel, India and South Korea."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Unbridled evil.

"Democrats are also questioning whether Trump invoked the proper emergency authority under the Arms Export Control Act — pointing out that deals with NATO countries and allies like Australia are treated as legally distinct from deals with nations like Saudi Arabia, saying the Pompeo’s letter conflate them. “The Administration failed to even identify which legal mechanism it thinks it is using, described years of malign Iranian behavior but failed to identify what actually constitutes an emergency today, and critically, failed to explain how these systems, many of which will take years to come online, would immediately benefit either the United States or our allies and thus merit such hasty action,” Menendez said, accusing Trump of “destroying” relations between Congress and the executive branch, and jeopardizing the interests of defense contractors."

Trump loses another one in court.  NPR reports:

"A federal judge in California has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from transferring funds from military accounts to begin building additional border fencing. U.S. District Judge Haywood Gilliam in Northern California granted a preliminary injunction blocking the administration from moving $1 billion in Defense Department funds intended for anti-drug activities. The judge did not rule on an additional $3.6 billion in funds from military construction projects that have yet to be identified by the Defense Department. "The position that when Congress declines the Executive's request to appropriate funds, the Executive nonetheless may simply find a way to spend those funds 'without Congress' does not square with fundamental separation of powers principles dating back to the earliest days of our Republic," Gilliam wrote. The ACLU sued to block the transfer on behalf of the Sierra Club and the Southern Border Communities Coalition. Gilliam has set the next conference in the case for June 5."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In an editorial, Jonathan Allen of NBC News opines:

"President Donald Trump found four former federal officials guilty of "treason" Thursday — and then commissioned his intelligence agencies to help the Department of Justice prove it."

Indeed.  LOL.  No question.  ... Nothing quite like telling it like it is, no?  LOL.  Unvarnished truth.  Refreshing, especially at a time truth has indeed become a moving target.

"At the same time, he is blocking Congress from executing its constitutional duty to execute oversight of his administration, not only with regard to his campaign's ties to Russia and the interference detailed in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation but also on a host of other fronts."

Indeed.  Also, quite true.  Yet, Democrats remain all talk, no action.  Sit on their hands.  Refuse to hold this fascist bastard and his henchmen legally accountable.  Diddling and dawdling.  To date, refuse to hold impeachment hearings.  Won't impose "Inherent Contempt" on all those determinedly stonewalling subpoenas.  That is, exercising power in existence a century that allows the House Sergeant-At-Arms to arrest and jail these pieces of human excrement who are enabling our fuhrer, the Trump nazi.

"He's wielding power in ways not seen in the United States in generations, if ever, and which many experts say do not resemble global norms for heads of state."

Trump is emulating Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.  No more than a national socialist, fascist, nazi dictator.  No longer a democratic republic.  In name only.  In reality, a de facto fascist police-state since at least 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"This is really a feature of petty dictators, where you see the power of investigation abilities being used as a political tool against enemies," Claire Finkelstein, the director of the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law at the University of Pennsylvania's law school, said in a telephone interview. "In this case I believe it is a deliberate attempt to confuse the public, to spin a certain narrative about our intelligence community, to throw pixie dust over the facts surrounding the 2016 election," she said. "And it’s remarkable in my mind that he’s been successful with these tactics" in terms of convincing a significant share of the American public that he is the victim of a "deep state" conspiracy."

We've lost ourselves.  Americans are gullible.  Believe a congenital liar who has demonstrably lied more than 10,000 times since taking office.  Day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet in a fascist police-state.  All ass backwards from reality.

"On Thursday, Trump gave the names of four people — James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Stzrok and Lisa Page — when he was asked about his past formulation that former federal officials who were involved in investigations dealing with his campaign and that of rival Hillary Clinton were guilty of treason, and reminded that the crime is punishable by death."

This man is insane.  Highly reminiscent of Adolf Hitler, circa 1933, when the Nazi Fuhrer became Chancellor of Germany.  Ever see the old newsreels?

"Later, the White House issued a statement noting that Trump had directed American intelligence agencies to cooperate with a federal investigation he has ordered into any crimes that might have been committed in relation to those probes and ensuing activity by former FBI and Justice officials. He has delegated the authority to declassify information obtained from the intelligence agencies to Attorney General William Barr, even though the White House is currently fighting a series of congressional subpoenas for information on the Mueller report and a variety of other topics."

Called hypocrisy.  Convenient double standard for a nazi fuhrer establishing himself as a dictator in our formerly great country.

"Under the Constitution, treason is defined as waging war against the United States or aiding and abetting an enemy of the nation, and the law has typically recognized "enemies" of the U.S. as countries with which the U.S. is engaged in open and active hostilities."

That's right.  A fascist dictator such as Trump has no respect for the founding document of the United States.  No understanding, zero comprehension of it.  No regard for the rule of law, only his own dictates.  If anyone is committing treason, it is Trump himself and his henchmen.  Wake up.

"He doesn't care about the law," said former federal prosecutor Mimi Rocah, who serves as a legal analyst for NBC News and MSNBC. "He is trying to use the justice system and our intelligence system — he's trying to manipulate them and he has been trying to do that for two years, and now he has Bill Barr helping him, and to me, that is just terrifying."

Treason.

"Individual prosecutors across the country have tremendous power and discretion in terms of who they investigate and seek charges against, she said, and there could be "a chilling effect" on them if they watch the president and the attorney general prosecute people who investigate Trump."

Certainly, true.  Compounds the already existent issue of prosecutors clearly in bed with law enforcement.  Determinedly, concertedly refuse to hold the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue legally accountable for their crimes.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"There's already evidence of Barr breaking with norms to aid the president, according to some legal scholars."

Barr is no more than a bought and paid for shill of his fuhrer, the Trump nazi.

"This is the first time in recent memory that a U.S. president has openly called for a criminal investigation into perceived enemies, and the investigation is being carried out," Brian Z. Tamanaha, a Washington University law professor and the author of the 2004 book "On the Rule of Law," said in an email. "This does not happen in countries that respect the rule of law. The concern is heightened in this instance because Attorney General Barr has thus far behaved as if his highest duty is to President Trump rather than to uphold the Constitution and laws."

That point has been repeatedly made in this publication and elsewhere.

"Tamanaha and others suggest Trump's actions don't appear to be rooted in an interest in upholding justice."

What national socialist, fascist, nazi dictator has any interest in upholding justice?

"Countries with the rule of law do not conduct criminal investigations for political reasons," he said. "In countries that lack the rule of law — like Russia — the ruling political officials instrumentally utilize the legal system to target opponents for criminal prosecution as a means of intimidation or punishment."

Precisely, what's increasingly happening right here in our formerly great country.

"House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., criticized Trump's move as a dangerous deployment of intelligence capabilities for the political benefit of the president — and phrased his response in lawyerly terms that amount to an allegation that Trump has satisfied Mueller's standard that Trump would have to have corrupt intent in order to be guilty of obstruction of justice. The president’s order conferring new authorities over classified information held by the Intelligence community is a corrupt escalation of the president’s intention, with the assistance of the attorney general, to weaponize and politicize the nation’s intelligence and law enforcement entities," Schiff said. “The potential selective release of material that implicates sources and methods will undermine the intelligence community’s efforts to gather intelligence, including on future attacks on our elections as well as other key intelligence targets, putting not only sources at risk, but the nation’s security along with them."

Not only obstruction.  Treason.

... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on this, and many, many other issues.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Hypocrisy remains alive and well in both major political parties.  -- Public not well-served by either.  The Washington Post reports:

"When President Barack Obama nominated Judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court in 2016, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) refused to consider him, blocking the nominee until after the year’s presidential election. He said then that “the American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice.” The tactic cost Garland his spot on the court."

What's good for the goose is not good for the gander:

"With his party now in the White House, McConnell said Tuesday he would try to push through any nomination that President Trump might make to the high court — even if it comes during an election year. Some saw that stance, which McConnell has signaled before, as hypocritical. McConnell responded to the hypothetical question at a Chamber of Commerce luncheon in Paducah, Ky. “Should a Supreme Court justice die next year, what will your position be on filling that spot?” an attendee asked, setting up a scenario that would mirror 2016, when Justice Antonin Scalia died suddenly in February. “Oh, we’d fill it,” McConnell said with a wry, tight-lipped smile."

Proof positive this Republican, Aryan arrogant national socialist, fascist, nazi isn't worth a f--k.  -- Not that Democrats are any better.  Forget?  All talk, no action.  No willingness to walk out the Senate to deny Republicans a quorum before passage of GOP nazi legislation designed to eviscerate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"At the event, which the local news channel WPSD recorded, McConnell said that confirming judges is the best way to have “a long-lasting positive impact on the country."

Forget?  To a Republican nazi day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet.  All ass backwards from reality.

Raw nazism:

"Everything else changes,” he said, before adding: “What can’t be undone is a lifetime appointment to a young man or woman who believes in the quaint notion that the job of the judge is to follow the law. That’s the most important thing we’ve done in the country, which cannot be undone.”

This insanely fascist Senator, and those who think like him are traitors.  Determinedly, concertedly, perniciously, repeatedly violate their oaths of office to uphold the United States Constitution.

"After his comments circulated Tuesday evening, Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) took to Twitter to slam McConnell.

"Seriously it’s no surprise.@SenateMajLdr McConnell lives for GOP judges because he knows the GOP agenda is so radical & unpopular they can only achieve it in courts.

"Anyone who believes he’d ever allow confirmation of a Dem President's nominee for SCOTUS is fooling themselves.
    — Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) May 29, 2019"

You're all talk, Chuck.  No action.  Empty rhetoric.  You and your fellow Democrats do nothing to effectively combat this growing cancer, raw nazism.

"Other critics said it was another example of backhanded partisan gamesmanship. “History will record McConnell as the true villain of some of the ugliest moments in this period of US history,” Susan Hennessey, the executive editor of the Lawfare blog, said in a tweet. Some also criticized the humor McConnell used to punctuate his response. “Senator McConnell’s statements further damage and undermine the Supreme Court at a time when its standing has been significantly diminished in the eyes of the public,” Kristen Clarke, the executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, said in a statement. “This is no laughing matter.”

Certainly is to the nazi element in our formerly great country.  -- To say nothing of Adolf and Benito 'high-fiving' on their fiery perches.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted, dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming on this, and many, many other issues.  Worst, yet to come.

Think the following not highly reminiscent of Adolf Hitler and his henchmen in 1933 shortly after the Nazi Fuhrer became Chancellor?  NBC News reports:

"At a chamber luncheon in Paducah, Kentucky, on Tuesday, McConnell was asked by a member of the audience, “Should a Supreme Court justice die next year, what will your position be on filling that spot?" “I would fill it,” he responded, smirking, which drew loud laughter."

A raucous boot clicking, goose stepping, treasonous, treacherous, traitorous Seig Heil!, Senator?  Mr. 'President?'  ... Hear the rumble?

... Hear the rumble?  CBS News reports:

"Missouri's last abortion clinic could be shut down this Friday, meaning it would become the first state to effectively end all legal abortion services since Roe vs. Wade was established back in 1973. Missouri's health department is refusing to renew its license, an effort that Planned Parenthood CEO Dr. Leana Wen called an attempt by the state to "weaponize" abortion clinic inspections with the aim of outlawing the practice."

Raw nazism.  In a de facto fascist police-state since at least 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  ... As our formerly great country moves closer and closer to an unwanted, dreaded second American revolution.

"This comes just days after Missouri's governor signed a bill into law banning abortion after eight weeks of pregnancy with no exceptions for rape or incest. The law, which would go into effect in August, makes performing an abortion a felony, punishable up up to 15 years in prison. Missouri is one of six states to pass similar laws this year although none have taken effect yet."

Republican national socialists, fascists, nazis delusionally believe they own your uterus, ladies.  Do they?

"This is a real public crisis that's happening right now," Dr. Leana Wen told "CBS This Morning." "Because we could face a situation where by the end of the week more than 1.1 million women in Missouri will not have abortion accessible in their own state."

Back to butchers, back alley abortions, coat hangers.  Nazi America.

"Planned Parenthood is suing to keep providing abortions at that clinic, with an emergency court hearing Wednesday. "We hope that the court will see exactly what's happening, which is that over the last 10 years the state of Missouri has imposed regulation upon regulation that has no basis in medicine," Wen said. "We've complied with all of them because we want to keep our health center open. These are things like making our hallways extra wide, forcing women to wait 72 hours – even having unnecessary, invasive pelvic exams."

Called legalized sexual assault.  All courtesy of Republican nazis desperate to force their perverse religious and ideological views on the rest of us.  Traitorous direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

"On May 20, the Missouri's health department notified Planned Parenthood of three issues that could impact its license renewal, according to documents reviewed by CBS News and provided by Planned Parenthood. On May 22, Planned Parenthood said it would address two of them: adjusting who at the clinic provided the state-mandated counseling and adding an additional pelvic exam for abortion patients.  Wen called some of the measures requested by the state "traumatizing for women," especially those who have suffered sexual abuse. She said that staff at the St. Louis clinic have "seen this coming for years." "Because they've been on the front lines of having all these requirements imposed upon them that they've had to meet. And now this is coming. This is a warning to everyone in the country that this is not a drill," she said."

Republicans are truly evil.  Democrats no better.  All talk, no action.  ... Hear the rumble?

"For Wen, the Missouri health center in question holds personal meaning. "I was a medical student at Washington University in St. Louis. I volunteered at that health center and I've seen for myself the women who already travel hundreds of miles to access essential health care and now to see that health care literally being taken away that will endanger women's lives, in particular women with low income, women who have to travel from rural areas. This is what's happening around the country. This is the real impact of these terrible laws that are being passed."

All courtesy of Republican nazis.  Democrats ineffective.  Not worth a shit.  As all civil and constitutional rights and liberties are eviscerated by the nazi element in our formerly great country.

"CBS News reached out to Gov. Parson and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, but they did not provide a comment."

What could these goddamned gutless cowards possibly say to 'defend' the indefensible, 'justify' the unjustifiable.  Raw nazism.

NBC News reports:

"Doctors in Missouri may only have a few more days to perform abortions, but they insist their care for patients who want to terminate a pregnancy won't end anytime soon. "Despite what happens on Friday, we will continue to help our patients access care when they need it,” Dr. Colleen McNicholas, an obstetrician and gynecologist at Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region, said on a call with reporters today. That includes helping women who are seeking to end a pregnancy find help in other states. “We will make sure Missourians who need abortion care will be able to get it, whether that be with us or with another provider,” McNicholas said. McNicholas said the center takes care of several thousand women seeking an abortion each year. She and clinic director Dr. David Eisenberg spoke with NBC News on Friday, the day Missouri’s governor signed into law a bill that would prohibit abortions after eight weeks gestation. “This is a government intrusion into the practice of medicine,” Eisenberg said."

No question.  All courtesy of Republican nazis who have no respect, no regard for the United States Constitution.  Do all they can to eviscerate all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

"The Planned Parenthood Federation of America said Missouri’s health department is threatening not to renew the St. Louis Planned Parenthood’s license to provide abortions. The clinic is the only one in the state that offers abortion services. If the license is not renewed by May 31, doctors at the Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region will no longer be able to perform abortions, though they will still provide other medical care. That would leave more than 1 million women of childbearing age without access to abortion in the state."

Courtesy of Republican nazis.  Democrats, no better.  Have certainly failed to effectively combat this fascist takeover of our formerly great country.

"Doctors who perform abortions in Missouri were already grappling with how to handle that state's newly signed law banning abortions after eight weeks gestation, except in cases in which they are "medically necessary." Doctors say that creates a huge problem, particularly in circumstances that require snap medical decisions. “How do I know what I think is a medical emergency will be viewed as such by the attorney general?” McNicholas asked. “What a terrible place we are putting physicians in, a totally untenable ethical position where they have to choose between providing the appropriate care for their patient, or potentially going to jail or losing their medical license,” she added. Some states’ new abortion bans have been referred to as “heartbeat” bills by politicians, and mean that abortions would be prohibited after a “fetal heartbeat” is detected. But doctors say what physicians are hearing at six to eight weeks gestation isn’t a true heartbeat; it’s just electrical activity. “At six weeks, we’re talking about essentially two tubes that are aligned by some cardiac cells that can do some vibration,” McNicholas said. She says equating that electrical activity with a fully functioning heart is simply medically inaccurate."

Doesn't matter to hopelessly ignorant Republican nazis.  All that matters to these goddamned fascists is evisceration of this most precious constitutional right.

"Jennifer Box says ending her pregnancy with a fetus with a rare and deadly chromosomal abnormality was the most compassionate choice for the baby, as well as her two older children. Babies with trisomy 18 often have heart defects, difficulty eating and breathing, and are susceptible to serious infections. “I made a decision in consultation with multiple doctors, genetic counselors and different hospitals. We made a medical choice as parents for our daughter,” Box said. She and her husband, Jake, found out the fetus was a girl, and named her Libby Rose. “It was heartbreaking, but I can’t imagine giving birth to a child only to know that she would suffer indefinitely until she would die,” Box said. “I believe my greatest act of love as her mother was to suffer myself instead.”

... Hear the rumble?

"Meanwhile, physicians at the St. Louis Planned Parenthood say they will continue to provide assistance to women. “When abortion is safe and accessible, it’s the safest medicine that’s provided,” Eisenberg said. “The fact is, it’s basic health care for women.”

Not to the Republican nazi element in our formerly great country.  Democrats, egregiously ineffective in combating this fascist takeover of our formerly great country.

CBS News reports:

"Missouri will not renew Planned Parenthood's license to perform abortions unless the clinic fully complies with the state's requests, said Governor Mike Parson during a press conference Wednesday. The clinic is the last one performing abortions in the state and its license is set to expire at the end of this week. The governor claimed, "Planned Parenthood has been actively and knowingly violating state law on numerous occasions." "Regardless of if you support abortion or not, Planned Parenthood should be able to meet the basic standards of health care under the law," Parson said. "They should not receive any exceptions because they are one clinic."

The Governor is a goddamned liar.  More on this as the story develops.

Mueller breaks silence.  NPR reports:

"Special counsel Robert Mueller formally shut down his Russia investigation on Wednesday in an unusual appearance in which he restated his findings and made clear that he never considered it an option to charge President Trump. "We are formally closing the special counsel's office," Mueller told reporters at the Justice Department on Wednesday morning. In his 10-minute statement, Mueller highlighted a few portions of the roughly 400-page report, including the section on whether President Trump obstructed justice. "If we had had confidence that the president did not commit a crime, we would have said so," he said. "We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime." Mueller emphasized that Justice Department regulations do not permit the indictment of a sitting president. Accordingly, Mueller said, he never considered it an option to bring an indictment no matter what he'd uncovered."

Clearly, Mueller's a 'straight arrow.'  Straight shooter.  Clearly, a 'Justice' Department man.  A 'by the book' man.  Nothing new learned during his exceptionally brief speech:

"He also noted the overarching findings on Russia's interference in 2016. The attack on the election was real, Mueller said — and it merited a serious investigation. "There were multiple systemic efforts to interfere in our election, and that allegation deserves the attention of every American," he said. Mueller's remarks provided a subtle riposte to Trump and other critics who have described the special counsel as leading a "witch hunt" based on a conspiracy to deny Trump the presidency in 2016.

"The special counsel also investigated whether the president obstructed justice over the course of the investigation. The report explicitly said it did not "exonerate" Trump on the question of obstruction. Trump responded shortly after Mueller finished, saying that his statement and report changes "nothing."

"Nothing changes from the Mueller Report. There was insufficient evidence and therefore, in our Country, a person is innocent. The case is closed! Thank you.
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) May 29, 2019"

You're delusional, Mr. 'President.'  The Mueller investigation was extremely limited in scope.  Not so state and federal criminal investigations in New York.  Conveniently, forget?  Mueller listed ten examples of possible obstruction Congress should investigate vis a vis impeachment.  Think Democrats won't force the issue in the House?

"Mueller declined to answer questions from reporters after his statement Wednesday. He also said he did "not believe it is appropriate" for him to testify before Congress, as House Democrats have asked. The special counsel has said what he has to say, Mueller said. "We chose those words carefully and the work speaks for itself," he said. "The report is my testimony. I would not provide information beyond that which is already public in any appearance before Congress."

Democrats need to force the issue.  Subpoena him.  Refuses to testify, fails to answer all questions, hold him in contempt.  Jail his ass.  "Inherent Contempt."

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 240, 2-8-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
