While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception. On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system. Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe. She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop. She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office. Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it. Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

The Grand Rapids Police Department wrote in a Facebook post that Officer Lynema spotted a young boy, Thomas Daniel, running after a school bus he had just missed. Lynema then received permission from Thomas' mother to take him to school. Lynema found out it was Thomas' 9th birthday that day, and that he feared no one from his class would come to his party later that evening, as he was bullied in school. Lynema and Thomas’ siblings were the only ones who attended. Police said Officer Lynema took matters into his own hands the next day, surprising Thomas as he got off the school bus with a new party complete with a Krispy Kreme donut cake, gifts and a singing quartet. Thomas called it the “best birthday ever,” according to police. “No kid should get bullied, and no kid should worry if anyone will come to the party,” the Grand Rapids Police Department wrote on Facebook. “Next year Thomas Daniel, make sure you drop us that invite a little sooner. "A dog found swimming more than 135 miles from shore by workers on an oil rig crew in the Gulf of Thailand has been returned safely to land. A worker on the rig belonging to Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Vitisak Payalaw, said on his Facebook page that they saw the dog swimming toward the platform last Friday. He said they were lucky to spot it because if there had been waves it probably would not have been visible. Payalaw posted a video to his Facebook account, showing the rescued dog. "His eyes were so sad. He just kept looking up just like he wanted to say, 'Please help me,'" Payalaw told CNN. "At that moment, whoever saw this, they would just have to help."

The crew managed to lower a rope and secure it around the dog's neck and haul it up. Vitisak said they speculated the dog might have fallen off a fishing trawler, and dubbed it Boon Rod, or Survivor. Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression? Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property. Question to be asked. Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe? Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation. Apparently, there has been none. If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner? To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for. Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot. Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot. Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved. Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back? To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road? Why hasn't she been evicted by the County? Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens? Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery? Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue. For what? Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

Wake up, Sheriff. Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office? One hundred fifty six weeks, now. "Dnigma Howard, 16, had allegedly disobeyed a teacher who told her to put her phone away when she was kicked out of class in the early February incident. Her father, Laurentio Howard, has come to John Marshall Metropolitan High School to pick up his daughter when a confrontation between the teen and two school police officers deteriorated into a physical fight. In cellphone video shared days later, Howard can be seen at the bottom of a flight of stairs, kicking out at the officers -- one male and one female -- but it's unclear what led up to the incident."

"School surveillance video newly released by Chicago ABC station WLS on Thursday tells a different story than what police said at the time -- that the 16-year-old began fighting the officers. Instead, in the surveillance video, Dnigma Howard and an officer can be seen standing at the top of the stairs when the officer grabbed her and tackled her to the ground, then dragged her down the stairs by one leg."

"(WLS) A school resource officer at John Marshall Metropolitan High School in Chicago can be seen dragging a 16-year-old girl down a flight of stairs in a February incident. Two officers were reassigned after the confrontation. "In the video you can see they pull her by the leg down the stairs, the whole flight of stairs," Laurentio Howard, who was standing by as his daughter was punched and Tased, told WLS. "I thought maybe they were going to try to choke her out or she would lose consciousness or something like that," he added. "They had their foot on her chest. She has asthma, she's telling me she can't breathe." The initial cellphone video did not fully show the actions of the police officers at the bottom of the stairs as they moved out of view. In the new video, they can be seen pinning her to the ground, throwing several punches and eventually using a stun gun on her three times."

"Both officers were reassigned in the wake of the incident, Chicago police said in February. A police spokesman said the officer[s] have been assigned to "different duties with the district."

"The Civilian Office of Police Accountability "has not given us a recommendation to relieve them of police powers as of yet," the spokesman added. One of the officers is currently on medical leave, the spokesman added."

"CPD will remain guided by the facts of the investigation," the department said in a statement. "Due to the fact that this incident is currently under the jurisdiction of COPA for the purpose of an independent investigation, we cannot comment on the specifics of the incident or the investigation."

"A Pennsylvania police officer will not face charges for accidentally shooting a suspect in the stomach inside a police station last month, the district attorney announced Friday."

"Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub declined to press charges against a New Hope, Pennsylvania, police officer who apparently meant to pull out his Taser, but instead drew his gun and shot a suspect inside an interview room. The suspect, Brian Riling, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but survived."

"This was an honest mistake, with an unfortunate consequence," Weintraub told Philadelphia ABC station WPVI."

He steps on the baggie and then gets into a scuffle with two officers when they try to remove his foot from on top of the object. Riling is described as a "fit" 6-foot-4, 240-pound construction worker in the district attorney's release."

Two supposedly highly-trained jackbooted bastards in blue couldn't handle this guy without burnishing a weapon? Give me a break.

"One of the officers shouts "Taser!" and reaches to his right hip, but instead draws his service weapon and fires one shot into Riling's midsection. Riling collapses on the ground, holding his stomach, as the two officers immediately leave the cramped interrogation room. Riling initially isn't clear what happened, shouting at the officer, "Was that a gun? You shot me with a gun?"

They left the room? Did not immediately provide care? Give me a break. What the f--k is going on here?

"Weintraub wrote that the officer -- who is not being named as charges were not filed -- would have been justified in using his stun gun."

Afterward, when his support aide went to get the car, Ethan went back inside to try to see the movie a second time, but he didn't buy a new ticket. Three off-duty sheriff's deputies, who were working as security guards, confronted him. "He didn't cooperate, of course," Patti Saylor says. "He didn't want to leave. At that point, I believe, he wouldn't know what was going on."

That's right. With proper training and education, however, officers would have understood what they were dealing with. Would have known how to handle the situation.

"According to a civil lawsuit filed by Ethan's parents, the deputies "tried to drag him from the theater," and Ethan "ended up on the floor with at least one deputy on top of him." The deputies said Ethan was asked to leave before they took him by the arms. They denied any wrongdoing in the case, which reached a settlement last year."

You do what I tell you to do," says Seth Stoughton, a former police officer and now a University of South Carolina law professor who studies police regulation. "And if someone doesn't do what I tell them to do, it is indicative of a potential threat."

"Experts say people with intellectual disabilities may have trouble processing those orders. They may struggle to follow directions or manage emotions."

"It's not always noncompliance. It's not always resistance. Sometimes it's inability," Stoughton explains. "The officer very often will perceive that inability as a refusal."

That's also quite correct. Precisely, why officers need to be better educated. -- Have a college degree in criminal justice, an advanced degree in sociology, psychology, etc. Or vice versa. Need to be far better paid.

"Some police training addresses intellectual and developmental disabilities within what is known as crisis intervention training, which largely focuses on mental illness and substance abuse. At least 27 states and the District of Columbia require officers to be taught how to respond to someone with mental health or substance abuse issues, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Stoughton says the skills taught in those types of training — good communication skills, practicing patience, and earning a person's cooperation — may apply when responding to a person with an intellectual or developmental disability. But, he says, the signs of a mental health crisis don't always apply to someone with this type of disability. Without specific training on these disabilities, he says, an officer might not recognize that they should adjust their behavior."

"If we can provide a different perspective and give them different tools to use on the street, I just think that's great," says Percy Alston, the director of the college's Public Safety and Security Institute. Alston is responsible for training new and experienced police officers on how responding to people with these disabilities might be different than what officers are used to. He cites one very basic example: A lot of police officers don't like to be touched. "Once I put my uniform on, I'm like Superman; you can't touch my cape. But there are people with certain disabilities that do like to touch," Alston explains. "So them touching you is not going to be an assault." On a Friday morning at the police academy, Alston leads about a dozen officers through the first half of the class, and then the Loyola trainers role-play with some of the officers. In one scenario, trainer Elaina Camacho, who has autism, played a daughter who threatens her mom. Officer Joseph Powell, who works with the Prince George's County public schools, calmed Camacho down by doing something unusual: He asked to play her video game while they talked. Alston says that moment gets at the heart of what the class is all about. He knows that officers have to think fast and respond quickly, and they must protect their own safety. But when they encounter someone who has an intellectual or developmental disability, they may need to slow down and approach things in a different way."

... Not only with people who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, however, but with the general public at large. In other words, the nazi jackbooted 'police mentality' needs to go. It's counter productive. Endangers officers who already have enough to deal with.

"Patti Saylor believes that could have made the difference for Ethan. "So many police officers have asked me, what should they have done? And I said, 'Well, you've got to use your bag of tricks,' " she says. In Ethan's case, "if you really wanted him to leave, you may have said, 'let's go on out here and get a snack while we wait for your mother.' " "There's no magic pixie dust," she adds. "It is relationship."

Guillermina Rodriguez, a mother of four, was driving through midtown Manhattan on Thursday with her hungry three-week-old baby crying in the backseat. "There was an immense amount of traffic. It took me like 45 minutes to an hour to just get from 42nd to 30th Street," Rodriguez said. She found a space to pull over. "Even though I saw it was a commercial area I'm like, 'I'm not obstructing the traffic... Let me just stay there and I can breastfeed the baby there,'" the mother said. Rodriguez then climbed in the back seat, and a few minutes into nursing, an NYPD tow truck pulled up. "He's backing up to tow my truck, so as I am in this position breastfeeding now I jump over to the front seat to honk so he can see you know, like, 'Don't tow my truck, I'm in here.'" She said the ticket agent got out and walked over to her truck. "I'm actually breastfeeding on one side and pumping on the other so both my breasts are out, and I turn and I'm like, 'I'm breastfeeding the baby!'" Rodriguez said with a laugh. "And he kind of looks and he's like, 'Oh, OK,'… puts the ticket on the windshield and leaves."

"The mother was slapped with a $115 ticket for standing in a commercial zone. The NYPD told CBS New York the traffic agent wrote the ticket before he saw Rodriguez was breastfeeding, and since traffic agents don't have authority to void tickets, his hands were tied. "I think they should've been a little bit more sensitive," Rodriguez said. Rodriguez said ticket agents should consider nursing urgent enough to exempt a fine. "I feel like getting them a little bit more educated on that area would be a lot more helpful," she said. Rodriguez plans to dispute the ticket and said she hopes the judge is a parent."

Had it been someone passed out in the vehicle due to a medical emergency, would they have simply towed the vehicle? Issued a ticket? Why didn't this piece of shit walk up to the truck, investigate before writing the ticket?

The U.S. prison population is booming. Journalist and Yale Law lecturer Emily Bazelon attributes America's high incarceration rates to prosecutors more than judges. She says that in the 1980s, when crime was on the rise, legislators across the country passed laws with mandatory minimum sentences that have disproportionately affected black and brown communities. "That set up prosecutors to be able to determine the punishment by the charge they bring in," Bazelon says. "And so we're still living with that change — even though crime has really fallen since that time."

"The Washington County [Oregon] Sheriff's Office said in a statement Tuesday that a woman called to report a person was in her bathroom with the door locked and said she could "see shadows under the bathroom door." Seven minutes later, "multiple deputies" arrived at the home and requested K-9 backup, the statement said.

"Deputies ordered the person to come out of the locked bathroom but got no response. They needed to act. "With guns drawn, deputies open the door to encounter the suspect … an automated robot vacuum," the statement said. The statement added that the Roomba was performing a "very thorough vacuuming job." It's unclear if the Roomba has retained an attorney."

So he did, filling a bag with food for free and waving off the 911 call."

"Singh said there was no point in getting the young thief arrested. "He's a young kid. That will go on his record that he was a thief. He cannot do anything in his life. He will not get a good job. This will not solve his hunger problem," Singh said."

"Across the counter, Cedric Bishop was a witness. He thought what he saw was amazing, so he shared it on Facebook. "There was over 1,000 shares. Brought tears to my eyes honestly," Bishop said. For Singh, he had a simple reason for why he did what he did. "It's basically our Indian culture that if you give food to a hungry person, that's considered like God will bless you for that," he said."

"I don't know what this young man's motive was. I don't know what was in his heart," Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards said at a news conference Thursday morning. "But I can say it cannot be justified or rationalized. These were evil acts." Matthews was charged with state crimes on three counts of simple arson of a religious building, said Louisiana State Fire Marshal H. "Butch" Browning. Each charge has a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison. St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz told reporters that the suspect's father, Deputy Roy Matthews, "was shocked and hurt, as any father would be." The deputy knew nothing about his son's alleged activities, Guidroz said. "And when I had to call him in and we sat him down and told him what we wanted him here for, he broke down." But the elder Matthews did help authorities with his son's arrest late Wednesday, about 12 hours after investigators concluded Holden Matthews had been involved in the fires, the sheriff said."

The maximum penalty for each count is 15 years in prison. Matthews' social media shows he had an interest in black metal music and is the lead singer for a band called Vodka Vultures. Records show Matthews lives in Saint Landry Parish, where the churches burned just a few miles apart. Police have not yet revealed a motive. The churches were empty at the time of each fire and no one was hurt. Earlier this week, the NAACP said the church burnings were "domestic terrorism," targeting people because of their skin color and faith. Attacks on black churches have long been used as a way to intimidate the black community, most notably during the civil rights era. Though police in Saint Landry Parish have heightened security at nearby churches, parishioners have not stopped their Sunday worship and all the pastors say they will rebuild."

"A federal appeals court in California took action Friday [4-12-19] that would temporarily allow the Trump administration to return asylum seekers to Mexico. The decision is in response to the Trump administration's emergency motion filing from Thursday asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in San Francisco to stop a nationwide injunction that would bar the government from continuing its policy of forcing migrants to wait in Mexico as their asylum cases play out. The court asked that opposition to the emergency motion be filed by Tuesday, 9 a.m. local time. The government's motion said the injunction issued Monday by U.S. District Court Judge Richard Seeborg rested on "serious errors of law" and blocked an initiative "designed to address the dramatically escalating burdens of unauthorized migration." The administration had asked for an administrative stay that would take place immediately and remain in place while the court considers the issue of a longer stay while the appeals process plays out in a possibly months-long process. The American Civil Liberties Union had asked the court earlier Friday to deny the emergency request that would keep in place the administration's policy of returning asylum-seekers to Mexico while they wait for court dates. In response to the judge's decision Friday evening, Judy Rabinovitz, who argued the case for the ACLU, said, "this is just an interim step while the court considers the government's stay request." "We're very disappointed in the 9th Circuit's decision and we hope that the stay will be short-lived," Melissa Crow, senior supervising attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center, said Friday night. The group is part of the lawsuit seeking to stop the policy. "The plaintiffs and others like them are very vulnerable to harm in Mexico and should be able to pursue their asylum claims in the United States," she added."

"If you were an employee, and you saw your boss making $486 for every dollar you make, how would you feel about that situation?" Velazquez asked. "I would be hopeful there's opportunity to continue to advance within the firm," he said. "Unbelievable," Velazquez said. "And this is why people that live in a bubble or ivory towers cannot understand why there's so much anger out there."

"They are given a choice on opening the account on whether they want to have overdraft features or not."

"Several institutions were issued subpoenas but intelligence committee chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., specifically noted Deutsche Bank's "continued cooperation and compliance," calling theirs a "friendly subpoena." Democrats have been particularly interested in Deutsche Bank and their relationship with the Trump campaign for several years. Waters asked Republicans to open an investigation into Trump's financial ties and potential money laundering at Deutsche Bank back in 2017 but Republicans, who had a majority in the House at the time, refused. The subpoenas are part of a broader effort by Democrats to establish new information about Trump's financial dealings. A separate probe is underway in the House Ways and Means Committee where Democrats are demanding that the Treasury Department turn over 10 years of Trump's tax returns."

I get that.”

The fact is you don't, Mr. Pence. Remain achingly out to lunch, incomprehensibly disingenuous.

"Pence was asked in the CNBC interview about the landmark Supreme Court decision in 2015 that legalized gay marriage nationwide and whether he had “accepted it’s law.” The vice president replied that he “fully implemented that decision in the law” as governor, “but … I have my Christian values.” “My family and I have a view of marriage that's informed by our faith, and we stand by that," he said. "But that doesn't mean that we're critical of anyone else who has a different point of view. One of the great things about this country is our freedom of religion and the freedom of conscience, and we'll continue to cherish our values, cherish our views.”

Will Assange remain in prison as his case proceeds? Almost certainly. He will first be sentenced — probably six months to one year — for jumping bail.

"The issue of Assange’s extradition instantly exposed divisions within British politics, already riven by the country’s exit from the European Union, known as Brexit. Prime Minister Theresa May said his arrest showed that “no one is above the law,” while Jeremy Corbyn, leader of the opposition Labour Party, said the government should oppose Assange’s extradition. The left-wing leader said Assange was being targeted “for exposing evidence of atrocities in Iraq and Afghanistan.”

Assange’s previous battle against extradition to Sweden took 18 months."

Todner said she thinks Assange’s lawyers have a strong case to make that the request from U.S. prosecutors rests on “political offenses,” which are barred as grounds for surrendering an alleged criminal under many extradition treaties, including the one between Britain and the United States."

And Assange may be wondering why his service to President Trump didn’t protect him from this."

"Which gets to one reason there are plenty of liberals feeling satisfied at seeing Assange led off in handcuffs. While WikiLeaks’ modus operandi was highly controversial before 2016, it was at least operating according to a defensible set of principles, promoting the idea that people everywhere should know the things governments seek to conceal. But then in 2016, Assange and the group seem to have essentially decided that, for whatever reason (loathing of Hillary Clinton, probably), they would cooperate with the Russian government in a joint effort to help get Trump elected president of the United States. That effort was successful, and it was not exactly a victory for the cause of transparency and press freedom."

"Up until 2016, conservatives were generally more critical than liberals of WikiLeaks, given the conservatives’ greater suspicion of whistle-blowers and the idea of exposing government secrets. I’m sure many of them felt a twinge of ambivalence when the organization to which they had been so hostile joined the Trump cause and their candidate himself began praising them lavishly on the campaign trail. “I love WikiLeaks!” Trump proclaimed, and mentioned them 164 times in the final month of the campaign. But if what’s really at issue is WikiLeaks publishing classified information, we should be concerned about who the Trump administration will go after next."

"Ecuadorian authorities explained that they had evicted Assange because of his “repeated violations to international conventions and daily-life protocols,” a bloodless phrase which alludes to what sounds like pretty disgusting behavior by the Australian-born Wikileaks chief. Later, less diplomatically, the Ecuadorian president Lenin Moreno called Assange a “spoiled brat.” The Ecuadorian ambassador to the U.K. complained in 2014 that Assange’s habit of riding a skateboard indoors which “damaged floors, walls, and doors” and that he behaved aggressively towards the staff. Complaints about his hygiene compounded. More disturbingly, according to Ecuador's Interior Minister said after ending his asylum, he even smeared his own feces over the embassy walls."

“This sets a dangerous precedent for all journalist and media organizations in Europe and around the world,” Assange’s lawyer, Jennifer Robinson, said after his removal and arrest. “This precedent means that any journalist can be extradited for prosecution in the United States for having published truthful information about the United States.”

Indeed the problem, main issue with all this is precisely the above. The precedent set. A round-about way to skirt the First Amendment Freedom of the Press. Especially dangerous presently when we have an insane, goddamned, national socialist, fascist, nazi ensconced in the Oval Office. Founders? Spinning in their graves. Wouldn't recognize the country they created. Democratic republic in name only. In reality, a de facto fascist police-state since 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"Assange, however, is an unpleasant character, which makes it difficult for many to defend. His role in the 2016 election as an — unwitting or witting — partner of Russia in its attempts to manipulate the results was malignant. "But as unlikely and distasteful a figurehead for transparency, he nonetheless has become one. And simply because Assange is an unpleasant person — let’s not mince words — doesn’t mean that we should accept that the U.S. government is seeking to imprison a publisher on charges that he said something that might have encouraged someone to think about hacking, because they don’t like what he published. (American authorities are charging him with an offense centered around conspiracy to commit computer intrusion — i.e., hacking — rather than under the Espionage Act.)"

What's likely truly behind this indictment is not national security, but the fact Assange embarrassed the United States government. Our government has much to hide as demonstrated by the nature of what was disclosed. Precisely, why so much information is highly classified. To protect the assholes in government responsible for such ongoing malfeasance.

"What the Justice Department is alleging is that Assange broke the law by encouraging Manning to look for more material to send him, and saying that he could help her to crack a password. The problem is, if convicted on that charge, it could set a wide-ranging precedent for any journalist who deals with sources who bring leaked information — and that could have a chilling effect on American investigative reporting."

That's the most salient, serious, clearly most pernicious, long-term issue raised vis a vis this entire fiasco. Forget? A free press is one of the most important checks on abuse of power by out of control government.

"It is an awkward position to argue that someone should face trial in one place, but not another. And yet, justice would be served if Assange were to face his accusers in court in Sweden, where he was accused of several counts of sexual assault by two women. The investigation could technically be re-opened until 2020, though the initial investigatory term expired in 2015 and prosecutors said in 2017, short of Assange returning to Sweden, they saw no way to re-open the investigation at that time."

Sweden had already dropped the charges. Not yet clear if the above is indeed the reason why.

"Justice would not, however, be served by his facing trial in the U.S. on hacking charges founded on the premise that public service reporting adds up to a crime."

Nonetheless, likely why the Trump regime is indeed following through with the prosecution of Assange when the Obama regime had decided not to. Again, the mark of a fascist dictator who has no regard for the United States Constitution.

Barghouti was at Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel on Wednesday when airline staff informed him that he wouldn't be flying despite holding valid travel documents, according to the Arab American Institute, a Washington-based advocacy group that arranged the trip. He was told that U.S. immigration officials had ordered the U.S. consul in Tel Aviv to deny him permission to enter the United States. "Barghouti was not provided an explanation for his denial of entry beyond 'immigration matter,' " the Arab American Institute said in a statement. The group said Barghouti typically faces travel hurdles from Israel — not the United States. He has a master's degree from Columbia University and spent a decade in the U.S. in the 1980s. A State Department official told NPR, "Visa records are confidential under U.S. law; therefore, we cannot discuss the details of individual visa cases."

Convenient, isn't it? No transparency. Certainly, not in a de facto fascist police-state. ... Right, Mr. 'President?'

and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day

criminal activity. Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these

Welcome. Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers. Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible. -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle. No more bullsh-t. Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these

This site has finally been fully uploaded. All links appear to be
properly working. Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected. There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows. Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts. We'll see. With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated. Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well. Forget? The bank
is considered too big to fail. Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true. They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked. What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support. Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however. Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it. Certainly, have the
resources. Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved. Hard to believe they would be that stupid. The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys. The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues. Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard. Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail. Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion. That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago. This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below. ... Governor? Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere. Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX. A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright. She has, indeed, been promoted branch manager. Reverse Darwinism. Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.' The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request. During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire. Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint. All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.
