Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system.  Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

5-25-18

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all?  If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Tim Chorney, Publisher
Liberty In Peril

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "Jesus Christ.  Abject, unadulterated, galling bullshit.  You covered up the bastard's identity.  Failed to fire him.

How can the law enforcement community be trusted?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than the criminal jackbooted bastards in law enforcement.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

These are extremely dangerous times for our formerly great country.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  -- As our legislators and other government officials figuratively 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, only one way for these atrocities to end.  Time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases. Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred fifty five weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do? Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  Again, no foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff? Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up.  Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Ahrens frequently drives all the way through Berardi's property.  Coup de grace?  When Berardi complained to Llano County Deputy Idle about the trespassing, the officer's response was insane.  Said the Sheriff told him to tell Berardi since Ahrens believes she owns his property she can't be charged with trespassing.  Perfect Catch-22, right, Sheriff?  You're not fit for office, Bill.  Bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets? "

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred fifty five weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred fifty five weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Think 'justice' isn't ass backwards, achingly convoluted?  The Washington Post reports:

"On the night when a gun was pulled, punches were thrown and car windows smashed, transforming Dallas into the latest flash point of criminal justice and race relations, everything began with a traffic dispute. L’Daijohnique Lee was going the wrong way down a one-way street in the Deep Ellum neighborhood on March 21. She was dropping off a friend, she said. Austin Shuffield, 30, was trying to leave a parking lot. He tried to take a picture of her license plate. Lee, 24, threatened to mace him if he didn’t back away, WFAA reported, citing a police affidavit. A bystander video captured what happened next. Shuffield, who is white, clutches a pistol at his side and steps toward Lee, who is black. She pulls out her phone to dial 911. Shuffield swats the phone to the ground, and Lee connects a punch. Then Shuffield winds up for at least five hard blows to Lee’s head, sending her reeling. Then he kicks her phone down the street. The video roared across social media and prompted calls for serious charges against Shuffield. But a felony charge landed first for Lee — the assault victim."

Surprised?  Why?  We live in a de facto fascist police-state.  Forget?

"Lee was charged Tuesday with felony criminal mischief after allegedly smashing the windows of Shuffield’s truck after the incident. That decision triggered more protests in Dallas, including one planned at city hall Wednesday, the Dallas Morning News reported, as the video and Lee’s story spread. On Wednesday, the Dallas County district attorney’s office said Lee’s warrant was recalled. “The case has been declined for prosecution,” said Kimberlee Leach, a spokeswoman for the office. It was not immediately clear why."

Imagine that.

"The initial felony charge for Lee raised questions about whether it was appropriate for an assault victim."

Matters not in a fascist police-state.  Forget?

“She’s obviously in distress. You can’t consider these things outside of context,” said her attorney S. Lee Merritt, who criticized authorities for filing a felony charge against Lee before they focused on Shuffield. Shuffield has been referred for a felony assault charge to the Dallas County district attorney’s office to consider for a grand jury, police said. He has not been formally charged with any felonies. “We understand that some people are upset,” Dallas Deputy Police Chief Thomas Castro said in a news conference Tuesday, when he announced the now-dropped charges. “It’s not the intention of the Dallas Police Department to pick one side or the other. We simply had information that was provided to us on a criminal offense.”

That right?  Think so?  LOL.

"Police first charged Shuffield with public intoxication, interfering with an emergency call and assault — all misdemeanors. But following a public outcry, an additional charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon was added on March 28. That is also a misdemeanor, Dallas police spokeswoman Sgt. Nicole Watson said. The recommendation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was made on the same day. An attorney for Shuffield, J.R. Cook, declined to comment. Shuffield told detectives days later he feared for his life after Lee allegedly threatened to have friends shoot him, WFAA reported."

Jesus Christ.  Give me a break.

"Lee also spoke about her fears from the encounter. “All I could do was try to protect myself. He literally sat there and beat me like a man,” Lee told WFAA soon after the incident. At the news conference Tuesday, Castro was asked by a reporter if it was typical for crime victims to later be charged for what came after the crime. He appeared to wince. “Each case is unique. Each case has its own set of circumstances,” he said."

You think?  LOL.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Amazing how police can kill with virtual impunity.  ABC News reports:

"A Florida sheriff's deputy won't face charges in the high-speed crash that killed a 15-year-old boy earlier this year, prosecutors said. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputy Philip Montesi was driving 21 mph over the speed limit in January when he slammed into young Josiah Pinner, killing him on the scene, but county's state attorney said "speed alone" isn't enough to justify criminal charges."

Jesus Christ.  Had it been an ordinary civilian, think he or she would have been so lucky?  Goddamned double standard.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"The Hillsborough County State's Attorney's Office announced the decision on Tuesday, ending a months-long review of the sheriff's office's previous findings."

A goddamned whitewash.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"My office’s determination that Deputy Montesi did not commit any crime in connection with this matter does not minimize the tragedy of Josiah Pinner’s death," Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren said in a statement. "Although the evidence establishes that Deputy Montesi was driving above the speed limit at the time of the accident, Florida law holds that speed alone is insufficient to establish vehicular homicide."

Jesus Christ.  Had it been a civilian, you shyster bastard, you would have found a way to criminally prosecute.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"  You bastards protect your own.  Can't be trusted.  Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court that would adjudicate only these cases.  Total independence.

"Montesi, 29, said he was speeding to catch up with other deputies when he swerved his vehicle on Jan. 11 to avoid hitting Josiah's friend, who was walking his bike across the road, but he ended up hitting Josiah, who was walking behind him."

Forget?  The son of a bitch was speeding.

"The office's decision concluded a months-long review that could have ended with Montesi facing charges of vehicular homicide or other charges for leaving the scene of a fatal accident."

Jesus Christ.  No justice.  A whitewash.  Anything to protect and coddle the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Warren said the officer drove through the Tampa intersection where the accident occurred, but he "promptly turned his car around" when he realized what happened."

Big of him.  Shouldn't have been speeding.  The son of a bitch is directly responsible for this death.  Yet, held to a different standard than the rest of the public.

"Hillsborough Sheriff Chad Chronister placed the officer on a five-day suspension, without pay, for Sheriff's Office Standard Operating Procedure for speeding even though he wasn't involved in an emergency operation."

Jesus Christ.  How can there be any faith or trust in law enforcement when this shit goes on and there is no criminal accountability?

"However, the boy's family said the penalty wasn't harsh enough and called for Montesi to be fired and charged."

Goddamned right.  Needs to be accorded very same treatment any civilian would have been accorded.  A double standard.

"That’s what makes me angry, he took my son and only got a five-day suspension," Jesse Pinner, Josiah's dad told ABC affiliate WFTS on Tuesday. "That just shows you how that badge protects them."

That's right.  Precisely, why an unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looms.  ... Hear the rumble?

"His grandmother, Tammy Pinner, echoed that sentiment. "They are defending one of their own," Tammy Pinner said. "We would be charged with speeding, careless driving, everything that he hasn’t been charged with we would be charged with."

That's right.  No question.  This prosecutor is protecting one of his own.  That's a problem.  A big problem.  No separation between prosecutors and the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"The sheriff's office did not respond to ABC News' request for comment, but it told local media outlets that it agreed with the decision not to file charges. “My heart pours out to this family, but if this was any other citizen that would’ve been in the deputy’s shoes that night, in that car, the findings would’ve been the same,” Chronister told WTVT on Wednesday. “There’s no criminal wrongdoing, so I understand they want the deputy in prison. That’s just not the case.”

... Hear the rumble?

Sue the living shit out of the deputy, department, and city.  Soak 'em for all you can get.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Racist officers remain ubiquitous in law enforcement.  ABC News reports:

"A black man in Colorado said he hasn't slept well since he was traumatized by a group of white police officers who held him at gunpoint and detained him while he was picking up trash in front of his home. Zayd Atkinson, 26, said it's been more than a month since a group of officers racially profiled him in a predominantly white neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado, but he's still fighting to overcome the "traumatic experience." "I thought that once the firearm was out that that meant that he was going to try to kill me," Atkinson told "Good Morning America" in an interview airing Friday. "It was a frightening experience. I didn't know what else to do besides, you know, to fight with my voice and to practice my rights, which were thoroughly being breached."

Ongoing issue in a de facto fascist police-state Adolf and Benito certainly would have been proud of.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Atkinson was holding a bucket and a metal trash picker in front of his residence on March 1, when a Boulder police officer confronted him and asked him if he was permitted to be there."

Jesus Christ.

"He said he gave the officer his ID and key card for the building, but the situation escalated as Atkinson refused to acquiesce when the officer ordered for him to sit down. The officer eventually pulled out his gun and called for backup. Several officers responded, including a supervisor, according to the police department."

Jackbooted nazi storm troopers.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"I had not done anything illegal therefore there was no reason for me to comply," Atkinson told "GMA." "I continued to go back to work and pick up trash and clean up my grounds." At one point, Atkinson said he turned his back and walked around to the back of the building as the officer followed him with a Taser in his hand, he said. "I believe that this man had approached me because I'm a black male in an all white town. … I thoroughly believe I was profiled," Atkinson said. "Not only that you know I'm a black man, I have dreads. At the time I had a beard and I was wearing raggedy clothes." Atkinson said he's had trouble sleeping since the incident. "I was suffering with a lot of anxiety, a lot of depression. I was having very strange dreams and couldn't really sleep," Atkinson said."

Sue the living shit out of the jackbooted motherf--kers.  Only thing the hopelessly ignorant bastards understand.

"The incident sparked outrage as video of the encounter made the rounds on social media. The Boulder Police Department said it placed the first officer on administrative leave while it investigated the incident."

How about the others?  Got a free ride?

"Officers ultimately determined that the man had a legal right to be on the property and returned the man’s school identification card," the department said in a statement last month. "Boulder police began looking into the incident on Friday and early this morning launched an official internal affairs investigation."

Fox guarding the chicken coop.  Time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

"Atkinson believes he was "penalized for practicing my rights," and his attorney, Siddhartha Rathod, said the officer's punishment doesn't reflect that."

Never does.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"The officer's on a paid vacation right now; he's on a taxpayer paid vacation and he's at home being paid now for pointing a gun at a black man," Rathod told "GMA." "He's at home being paid for racially profiling Zayd for illegally stopping him and for threatening his life."

Goddamned right.  Jackbooted savage in blue.  Human excrement unfit to wear the uniform.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"He called the incident a reflection of a larger racial problem within Boulder, which is about 81 percent white and less than 2 percent black, according to census data. "This is an all-white community that has historically treated minority communities differently. It has historically had problems with minority communities," Rathod said. "There is a problem with law enforcement's interaction with minority communities."

All over the country.  All races.

"Atkinson said he's trying to work through the painful incident and wants to meet with city officials to start a dialogue about their policies and officer training. "There are instances like this where people don't come out alive. I'm blessed that I got out alive and unharmed," he said. "It definitely brings fear to my heart knowing that some people don't survive. "But I'm not surprised that this happened to me and I won't be surprised if it happens again tomorrow, or the next day, until we do something about it," he added."

Sue.

... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution  catastrophically looming.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

More of the same.  Amazing how law enforcement seems incapable of smartening up.  NBC News reports:

"A police officer in Richmond, Virginia, who recently told black students outside of a city middle school, "Wait until your asses turn 18, then you're mine," must undergo remedial training, according to the interim police chief."

Why the hell wasn't this unfit jackbooted son of a bitch fired?

"The Richmond Police Department launched an internal investigation after a video clip of the incident was shared on Facebook. The video has been viewed more than 50,000 times."

Delusionally believe this doesn't reinforce the fact law enforcement is jackbooted nazi?

"Richmond Police interim chief William C. Smith, in a statement late last week, apologized to the citizens of Richmond, the students involved and their parents."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Fails to get at the root of the problem.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"His actions do not reflect the values, training, or policies of the department," he said."

They don't?  Then why the f--k didn't you fire the unfit jackbooted son of a bitch?  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

Not a question of training.  It's a matter of mentality, -- the police-mentality.  No amount of training will change this.  These pieces of human excrement need to be fired.  Then, banned from law enforcement.  Not allowed to become another community's problem.

"The department concluded both an internal investigation of the video and a disciplinary recommendation for the officer, which resulted in him being reassigned to another area of the city to ensure there is no appearance of bias or retaliation within the community, Smith said."

This son of a bitch will wind up becoming a problem no matter where he goes.  Needs to be permanently banned from law enforcement.  Not qualified.

"The department has not identified the officer but said he is white."

Jesus Christ.  Why are you protecting his identity?  The public has a right to this information so it can protect itself.

"In his 15-year tenure, the officer had received one complaint prior to the incident and has served in various areas of the city, Smith said, adding that he had expressed regret for his actions."

So what?  Didn't want to lose his job.  Wake up.

"He voluntarily requested to be given the opportunity to speak to and apologize to the parents," Smith said. "While these facts don’t minimize the incident, they do give you totality of the person."

The hell they do.  This piece of crap clearly desperately didn't want to lose his job.

"Keisha Curry, whose daughter Cameron Hillard recorded the video March 28 outside of Albert Hill Middle School, told NBC News on Sunday that Smith's response is concerning. "Not letting the public know who the officer is doesn't allow any other individuals the opportunity to speak out if they were mistreated by him before," she said. "Everyone knows we didn't want him fired based on this encounter, but how can this behavior be fully investigated by only doing an internal investigation, when the verbal threat was done in the community?" Curry said she would still like to meet with the officer."

Much too forgiving of this behavior.  By sitting on his identity, law enforcement ensures no one else can come forward.  Delusionally believe that wasn't the intention?  Lack of transparency is ubiquitous throughout all law enforcement.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Cameron, 13, said she was among a group of students walking to an after-school program when the officer drove up in a patrol car. Someone said "f--- the police," according to the eighth-grader, but it was not her or her friends. The officer then told the group to "man up" and said: "Wait until your asses turn 18, then you're mine," before driving off."

Protected speech.  Precisely, why the jackbooted bastard drove off.  Not a smart thing to do on the part of the kid, however, since we do live in a goddamned de facto fascist police-state where law enforcement grants itself carte blanche to do as it pleases.  In direct violation of the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney had said the behavior depicted in the video was unacceptable and expressed confidence that the department would investigate the incident and respond accordingly."

It didn't.  Quite the contrary.  Protected and coddled the jackbooted bastard.  Precisely, why there is never any real change.  Just as you pieces of human excrement want it?  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Smith said he expects the disciplinary action applied and training provided to the officer will serve as a clear message of what the expectations are for all members of the force."

Delusional.  Nowhere near that easy to change the 'police mentality.'  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"   -- And, that's provided there is any real desire to change the status quo on the part of authorities.

"The Richmond Police Department is a community policing organization founded on transparency, accountability, and integrity," Smith said. "I will tell you when we get things right, and I will, as today, tell you when we get things wrong."

Jesus Christ.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Legalized theft courtesy of the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  In follow up to an earlier edition of this publication, NPR reports:

"Tyson Timbs won his Supreme Court case in February, but he still doesn't have his Land Rover. "I want my truck back. I've always wanted it back," says Timbs, whose Land Rover was seized by police in Indiana. They took it after he was arrested for selling a small amount of heroin to undercover cops. He served a period of house arrest and probation for the drug crime — punishments he accepted. But Timbs never accepted that police were entitled to his $42,000 vehicle, which he'd bought with proceeds from an insurance settlement. "I thought it was kind of ridiculous that they could take my vehicle so easily," he says. And yet this kind of confiscation is common. Called "civil asset forfeiture," it was developed as a law enforcement tactic in the drug war of the 1980s. Authorities use the lower standard of proof of civil law to take property — usually cars or cash — based on the suspicion it's associated with crime. In Timbs' case, police suspected he'd used the Land Rover to transport heroin. Since the tactic was developed, billions of dollars in assets have been seized this way."

Legalized theft.  The jackbooted bastards do as they please.  Usually with impunity.  There have been cases reported in this publication and elsewhere where innocent civilians have been legally robbed by these criminal sons of bitches.  -- Civilians who have broken no laws.

"The technique attracts the ire of activists on the left and right, and occasionally it bursts into public view after especially egregious seizures."

When these jackbooted bastards steal, they need to be prosecuted.  They're not.  Line government coffers through theft.  Common thieves in uniform.

"One of the most visible opponents of civil asset forfeiture is a libertarian-leaning nonprofit called the Institute for Justice. It has argued for years that the billions of dollars in forfeited property amounts to a system of "Policing for Profit." They took on Timbs' case, arguing that the seizure of the truck constituted an "excessive fine," in violation of the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. If we look at these forfeitures that are occurring today, many of them seem grossly disproportionate to the crimes being charged."

Called lining the pockets of outrageously corrupt, abusive, criminal government.

"During arguments last October, the justices seemed to agree that something is out of whack with forfeitures. "If we look at these forfeitures that are occurring today," Justice Sonia Sotomayor said, "many of them seem grossly disproportionate to the crimes being charged." In February, the court ruled unanimously in Timbs' favor. But the victory was a narrow one. What constitutes an "excessive fine?" "It's a landmark ruling because it made clear that the states have to comply with the excessive fines clause" of the Bill of Rights, says Wesley Hottot, the Institute for Justice lawyer who argued the case. But what's still undetermined is what constitutes an "excessive fine." [T]here's no meat on the bones! And the meat will be when the Supreme Court defines what 'excessive' is. We're just not there yet."

That's all bullshit.  It's no fine.  It's nothing more than legalized theft.  Convoluted rhetoric does not change that fact.  In this case, it is theft of a personal vehicle that was not bought and paid for by the proceeds of crime.  No different than someone walking into a store and shoplifting.  Or, robbing a bank.  Theft is theft.  Just because these criminal pieces of shit wear a badge and uniform changes nothing.  They're thieves.

"When someone contests a civil asset forfeiture, it costs time and money, for the prosecution, but also for the property owner. Because it's a civil case, no one is entitled to free legal representation, so challenging a forfeiture can quickly cost more in lawyer fees than the property is worth. "

Precisely, why the law needs to change to facilitate prosecution of theft perpetrated by law enforcement.

"That financial barrier means people often abandon their property to the state, rather than challenge a forfeiture. And, says Seattle attorney Hottot, that slows down the process of letting the courts determine what the protection against "excessive fines" really means."

"Excessive fines" my ass. it's theft.  No more than convoluted bullshit that enables these jackbooted pieces of shit to steal.

"It's hard for the law to develop in a way that favors property owners when the amount in controversy is so much less than what it costs to litigate," Hottot says. "The more societally efficient remedy here is for lawmakers to fix this."

Jesus Christ.  No kidding.  Start calling a spade a spade instead of using achingly convoluted rhetoric to justify the unjustifiable.  Think the Founders aren't spinning in their graves?

"A few legislatures have acted. New Mexico eliminated civil asset forfeiture, requiring the state to get a criminal conviction before claiming property."

That's the least that should happen nationwide.

"In Minnesota, legislators of both parties are pushing for restrictions on what the state terms "administrative asset forfeiture," and they say their effort got "moral support" from the Supreme Court's unanimous Timbs ruling."

Again, needs to happen all across the country.

"Law enforcement groups are worried about the shifting political climate on this issue."

Tough shit.  The criminal bastards in uniform have more than abused this goddamned scourge of legalized theft.

"Our goal is to put a pause" on this legislation, says Dakota County Sheriff Tim Leslie. He says there's a mushrooming meth trade in his part of Minnesota, and he needs asset forfeiture to disrupt the crime networks by seizing property, even when the culprits can't be found for prosecution."

Jesus Christ.  This facilitates legalized theft.  Since you criminal bastards can't find the culprits, you'll just take whatever you can get?  This abuse is un-American.  It's a crime.  Jackbooted nazi.  In the best tradition of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

The following is incomprehensible and remains proof positive the jackbooted bastards in blue remain hopelessly deluded, achingly convoluted:

"Why are we moving toward less tools in the toolbox?" he asks. At the same time, he acknowledges the political pressure created by high-profile seizure cases such as Timbs."

Jesus Christ.  Wake up, Sheriff Leslie.  You're out to lunch.

"Those outrageous examples, we have to face those," he says. "But we just don't want the pendulum to swing too far. We want to still have some tools for the outrageous things that we see going on" in drug trafficking networks."

Give me a break.  Crock of shit.  The war on drugs is a massive failure.  Now, you bastards are stealing with impunity from innocent civilians caught up in your web.  Jesus Christ.  Nazi America.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In follow up to an earlier edition here and elsewhere, NBC News reports:

"The Kentucky doctor forcibly dragged off a United Airlines flight in an incident that went viral gave his first interview since the 2017 episode, detailing what he said is the lasting impact on his physical and mental health. Dr. David Dao spoke to ABC News and said after watching the video for the first time, “I just cried.” In the video, Dao declined to get off the overbooked United flight, and Chicago Department of Aviation officers dragged him off the plane. Passengers on the Chicago to Louisville, Kentucky, flight recorded a bloodied Dao being violently removed from his seat. Dao, who is Vietnamese-American, told ABC News that after he hit his head on the plane’s low ceiling, the rest of the encounter is blurry. "After that, to be honest, I don’t know what happened," he said. Next thing he knew, Dao said, he was in the hospital, with a significant concussion, missing teeth, and a broken nose. Dao told ABC News recovery was "horrible," saying he had to learn to walk again and was put on suicide watch. Before the incident, Dao said he had run upwards of 20 marathons. Now, he struggles to run just three miles, and has difficulties with balance and concentration. Despite the painful and traumatizing ordeal, Dao said he doesn’t regret refusing to leave the seat because it caused United to review its policy, something Dao said made the incident “positive.” “Everything happens with a reason,” he said."

Think so?  At what price?

"Dao settled with United Airlines in 2017 for an unknown amount. After the incident, United Airlines originally characterized Dao as "disruptive and belligerent." The airline then reversed course. "Flight 3411 was a defining moment for United Airlines and it is our responsibility to make sure we as a company and all of our 90,000 employees continue to learn from that experience," the airline said in a statement to NBC News Tuesday. "The changes we have implemented since that incident better serve our customers and further empower our employees," United continued."

What could Motel 6 possibly been thinking?  NPR reports:

"The hotel chain Motel 6 has agreed to pay $12 million to settle a lawsuit filed by the state of Washington after several locations gave information on thousands of guests to Immigration and Customs Enforcement without warrants."

No one criminally prosecuted at Motel 6 for doing so?  No one?

"Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson said Thursday that Motel 6 shared the information of about 80,000 guests in the state from 2015 to 2017. That led to targeted investigations of guests with Latino-sounding names, according to Ferguson. He said many guests faced questioning from ICE, detainment or deportation as a result of the disclosures. It's the second settlement over the company's practice in recent months. Motel 6 also has signed a legally binding commitment to no longer share guest information without a warrant at any of its locations nationwide, a practice the chain says it has already ended. "Motel 6's actions tore families apart and violated the privacy rights of tens of thousands of Washingtonians," Ferguson said in a statement. "Our resolution holds Motel 6 accountable for illegally handing over guests' private information without a warrant." The company told NPR in an emailed statement that, as part of the agreement, it would "continue to enforce its guest privacy policy, which prohibits the sharing of guest information except in cases where a judicially enforceable warrant or subpoena is present, or local law requires this information." "The company has also implemented a system of additional controls to ensure corporate oversight and compliance in cases where law enforcement requests are made."

For you Republican national socialists, fascists, bona fide nazis out there who falsely claim to be Christians, does the substance of the following quote sound Christian to you?  Are you indeed anything more than hypocritical fascist bastards?  Not that Democrats are any better.  All talk, no action.  Good at rhetoric, little more.  Get this:

"The statement from Ferguson about Thursday's settlement detailed several cases of guests whose names were provided to ICE, including one Seattle man who stayed at a Motel 6 near Sea-Tac for one night, wrapping Christmas presents for his children. "ICE agents approached him in the hotel's parking lot, detained him and deported him some days later," the statement reads. "The man was the sole provider for the household, and his wife is currently struggling to support their toddler and four other children."

Do you goddamned GOP fascists out there understand your taxes will wind up supporting this woman and her children?  Nothing quite like aggressive stupidity, is there?

"Motel 6 has agreed to also train its employees not to release guest information improperly and maintain a 24-hour hotline to help employees when they receive requests for information. The company will also be required to create a tool on its website for guests to report possible violations. The state says more than $10 million of the settlement fund will be paid out to affected guests — including those who did not have any contact with ICE after their information was disclosed. In November, Motel 6 settled a separate lawsuit filed in Arizona by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. That lawsuit identified eight Latino plaintiffs who were detained, including one who was deported."

Nazi America.

Think the following isn't appalling?  CBS News reports:

"An ethics committee has recommended a three-month, unpaid suspension for a New Jersey judge who told a woman she could "close your legs" to prevent a sexual assault. The committee released its recommendation to the state Supreme Court Wednesday in the case of Superior Court Judge John Russo, who sits on the bench in Ocean County in southern New Jersey. He has been on administrative leave since 2017. The woman appeared before Russo in 2016 seeking a restraining order against a man she said sexually assaulted her. According to a transcript of the exchange, when the woman described her encounter with the man, Russo asked her, "Do you know how to stop somebody from having intercourse with you?" When the woman answered affirmatively and said one method would be to run away, Russo continued, "Close your legs? Call the police? Did you do any of those things?"

This piece of shit is unfit to sit on the bench.  Achingly, clueless.  How the f--k can his 'judgment' be trusted?  How?  Why wasn't he given the boot?

"In court filings and at a hearing, Russo has disputed that he violated judicial rules, saying he was seeking more information and wasn't trying to humiliate the woman."

What a goddamned crock of shit.

"Russo's conduct "was not only discourteous and inappropriate, but also egregious given the potential for those questions to re-victimize the plaintiff," the panel wrote Wednesday."

You think?

"The panel also concluded Russo violated rules of conduct on other occasions, including when he ruled on an alimony case in which he acknowledged he knew both parties. In that case, according to the complaint, Russo reversed an order by another judge who had issued a bench warrant for the man unless he paid $10,000 in back alimony. Russo ultimately reduced that to $300."

Jesus Christ.  Think this son of a bitch doesn't have an issue with misogyny?

"In addition to the suspension, the panel recommended that Russo be required to attend training on "appropriate courtroom demeanor." Russo will have a chance to respond to the panel's recommendation in advance of a final hearing on the matter in July."

Tasers are killing.  Police are lying.  Surprised?  NPR reports:

"In 2014, Michael Brown, an 18-year old unarmed black man, was fatally shot by a white police officer in Ferguson, Mo. In the four months that followed, the stock price of the stun-gun maker Taser International, now known as Axon Enterprise, nearly doubled. The following year, the Department of Justice launched a pilot program awarding more than $23.2 million in grants to expand the use of body cameras worn by police officers across the country. Today, these types of technologies are often touted by law enforcement officials and policy makers as ways to improve policing and avoid tragic and controversial incidents. But as their use becomes more common, to what extent are they actually solving the problems they've set out to fix?"

Good question.

"That's the question investigative reporter Matt Stroud explores in his new book, The Thin Blue Lie: The Failure of High Tech Policing. In the book, Stroud argues that for decades, politicians and law enforcement have often opted for quick, easy solutions to correct for problematic policing practices, rather than adopt more systematic overhauls. As a result, issues like excessive force have never been solved, he says. "You have a system that is in place and you have officers who have often been on the job for 20 or 30 years, who were in leadership positions and they don't want to change," Stroud tells Michel Martin in an interview for NPR's All Things Considered. One approach examined closely by Stroud is law enforcement's use of stun guns, which have been a part of the conversation around police reform since the late 1960s."

Indeed, been a problem quite some time.

"It was kind of the first time that this kind of weapon was used as a solution — was presented as a non-lethal solution in the wake of an incident involving a police killing," Stroud says. Over the course of his research, Stroud says he found numerous examples of many stun gun related deaths. In 2018 alone, at least 49 people died after being shocked by police with stun guns, according to a Reuters analysis. "The data has shown that Tasers do not reduce the number of firearms that are used on the streets and they have been shown to be lethal. So in that way they have failed to do what they were pitched to do," Stroud says. A normal shock from a stun gun lasts five seconds. But as Stroud notes, "When police officers pull the trigger over and over and over again to make that Taser shock last five seconds, and 10 seconds, and 25 seconds, that's when they become really dangerous."

No question.  Yet, tactical procedures have not changed.  Consequently, people continue to needlessly die.  Murdered by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.

"Another technology examined by Stroud is the police body camera. It's an innovation with well-placed intentions, argues Stroud, but often he says, its potential goes unfulfilled. Even though body cameras have been shown in studies not to influence police officers' use of force, Stroud says that body cameras can help bring transparency to police interactions, especially in the aftermath of controversial officer-involved shootings. The problem, Stroud says, is that body-cam footage is not always made public. "Where problems emerge is when government officials and police officials push back against making that footage public," he says. When it is made public, he says it's often offered as exculpatory evidence. "It ends up becoming a promotional vehicle rather than something that is designed to force transparency and show the truth," says Stroud."

Precisely, why law enforcement cannot be trusted.  ... Sadly, one reason of many.

Quite obviously, the Trump nazi eats well.  Too well.  LOL.  Gross understatement.  LOL.  Yet he's more than willing to deny the underprivileged nutritious school lunches.  How about that?  NPR reports:

"A lawsuit filed by attorneys general from six states and the District of Columbia says the weakened federal nutrition standards for school meals are putting kids at greater risk of health problems linked to diet. A coalition of state attorneys general is suing the Trump administration for weakening the federal nutrition standards for school meals that are fed to about 30 million children across the country. "Over a million children in New York — especially those in low-income communities and communities of color — depend on the meals served daily by their schools to be healthy, nutritious, and prepare them for learning," New York Attorney General Letitia James said in a statement announcing the lawsuit. Joining James in the lawsuit are the attorneys general of California, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico and Vermont.

"But public health advocates have cried foul. "The 'flexibilities' the administration is offering [schools] are both unnecessary and undermining," Laura MacCleery, policy director at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, said. Her group has also filed a lawsuit in federal court in Maryland. The suit argues that the U.S. Department of Agriculture violated the National School Lunch Act. The group argues that the weakened standards put millions of children at greater risk of health problems associated with a diet that's high in sodium and low in whole grains. "When I think about what policies are available to move the needle on the health of kids, this is the big one," MacCleery says. "The Trump administration is blowing it." Letitia James echoes this: "The Trump Administration has undermined key health benefits for our children — standards for salt and whole grains in school meals — with deliberate disregard for science, expert opinion, and the law," she wrote in a statement announcing the lawsuit."

NPR reports:

"Lawmakers told Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson Wednesday that there's little chance Congress will accept the Trump administration's plan to make deep cuts in housing and development programs. The president's 2020 budget calls for eliminating the Community Development Block Grant program, the public housing capital fund and the HOME grant program for more affordable housing, for a one-year savings of more than $7 billion. But these programs are popular among lawmakers, especially local officials who say they desperately need money to help their low-income communities. House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey of New York noted that the administration's new housing budget echoed last year's proposal, which was rejected by Congress on a bipartisan basis. "This year, your proposal contains even deeper cuts and would greatly reduce public housing and end most community development block grants. It would lead to more people struggling to find affordable housing and more people falling into homelessness," she said."

Fascinating, isn't it, that this is indeed a bipartisan issue?

"The ranking Republican on the HUD appropriations subcommittee, Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart of Florida, warned Carson, "Just like last year, we're unlikely to agree on a lot of the things you've put forward." Maine Republican Susan Collins, who chairs the Senate panel that oversees HUD spending, told Carson later in the day that she was "deeply troubled" by many of the administration's proposals. "Low-income households face an affordable housing shortage across the country, and in many locations that shortage is reaching crisis levels," she said."

U.S. Attorney General Barr is certainly doing his fuhrer's bidding.  The Washington Post reports:

"Revelations that special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s still-confidential report may contain damaging information about President Trump ignited a fresh round of political fighting on Thursday, ushering in a new phase of the nearly two-year-old battle over the Russia probe. Members of Mueller’s team have told associates they are frustrated with the limited information that Attorney General William P. Barr has provided about their investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and whether Trump sought to obstruct justice, according to multiple people familiar with the matter."

Barr is doing precisely what he was hired to do.  -- Protect his fuhrer, the Trump nazi.

"While Barr concluded the special counsel’s evidence was not sufficient to prove that the president obstructed justice, some of Mueller’s investigators have said their findings on obstruction were alarming and significant, one person with knowledge of their thinking said."

Precisely, why the public is entitled to read the entire Mueller Report including support documentation.

"Some on the special counsel’s team were also frustrated that summaries they had prepared for different sections of the report — with the view that they could be made public fairly quickly — were not released by Barr, two people familiar with the matter said."

Comes as no surprise, does it?  Forget?  The nazi element is doing all it can to protect its fuhrer.

"The developments put additional pressure on Barr to publicly release Mueller’s 400-page report in its entirety and prompted objections from Trump and his allies that Democrats are attempting to politicize what the president believes has been a 22-month “witch hunt.”

The 'president' is demonstrably a congenital liar.  The public is entitled to this report.  The government works for the people, not the other way around.  Certainly, in a democratic republic.  Then again, we now live in a de facto fascist police-state.

"Barr has pledged as much transparency as the law and Justice Department policies allow, but House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) cited “troubling press reports” in a Thursday letter calling for Barr to “immediately release to the public any ‘summaries’ contained in the report that may have been prepared by the Special Counsel.” Nadler also asked Barr to turn over to the committee “all communications” between the Justice Department and Mueller’s office related to the report."

The very least these corrupt and abusive bastards should do.

"A Justice Department spokeswoman declined to comment on the Nadler letter."

What the f--k could they say?  They're stonewalling.

"Trump, meanwhile, took to social media to press his attacks on the Mueller report, part of a shift in tone from his earlier praise for portions of the probe’s findings that he viewed as favorable to him."

So what else is new?  Self-serving nazi.  Forget?

"The political debate over the minimal information released so far about Mueller’s lengthy report seems to have led to cracks in the special counsel’s disciplined and tight-lipped team. The displeasure among some who worked on the closely held inquiry has begun to surface in the days since Barr released a four-page letter to Congress on March 24 describing what he said were the principal conclusions of Mueller’s report."

Barr is, and has been, a Trump shill.  Democrats were well aware of this.  Failed to walk out the Senate in protest before the vote.  While Democrats are good at rhetoric, fail miserably when it comes to action.

"In his letter, Barr said the special counsel did not establish a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. And he said that Mueller did not reach a conclusion “one way or the other” as to whether Trump’s conduct in office constituted obstruction of justice. “It was much more acute than Barr suggested,” said one person, who, like others, spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the subject's sensitivity."

Precisely, the problem.  No guts.  This individual should have had the courage to stand up, identify himself or herself, then speak the truth.  Hell with the consequences.  The public is entitled to the truth.

"Trump immediately seized on Barr’s letter to declare on Twitter, “No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION.” Though Trump’s assertion was incorrect — Mueller pointedly did not reach any conclusion on obstruction, for example — he and his allies began wielding Barr’s summary as a political cudgel to dismiss not just Mueller’s work but any future investigations into the president’s conduct. However, the news that Mueller’s full report could contain unflattering revelations about the president and his behavior has created a potential political problem for the White House and Trump’s reelection campaign."

Tough shit.  The public is entitled to the truth.

"After initially calling for the full report to be released, Trump seemed to temper his enthusiasm this week, writing on Twitter that “there is no amount of testimony or document production that can satisfy Jerry Nadler or Shifty Adam Schiff” — a reference to Nadler and Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. Referring to the Democrats more generally, he also tweeted, “NOTHING WILL EVER SATISFY THEM!”

The Trump nazi is figuratively shitting in his pants.  Not only are congressional investigations proceeding, so are full investigations by state and federal prosecutors in New York.

"Against this backdrop, grumbles from Mueller’s team have broken into public view. Some members of his office were particularly disappointed that Barr did not release summary information the special counsel team had prepared, according to three people familiar with their reactions. “There was immediate displeasure from the team when they saw how the attorney general had characterized their work instead,” according to one U.S. official briefed on the matter. Two officials familiar with the matter added that the summaries the Mueller team had prepared were intended to be ready for public consumption in a timely manner, because the redactions could have been done fairly quickly. Justice Department officials disputed that characterization, saying the summaries contained sensitive information that will probably require redaction."

Protecting their fuhrer.

"While the White House has publicly given Barr wide leeway to handle the Mueller report as he sees fit, congressional Democrats have been increasingly critical of his role, questioning whether he is trying to protect the president through his public letters and statements while he continues to review and redact portions of the Mueller report."

Certainly, seems the case.

"House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Thursday revived her demand that Barr release Mueller’s report and tied it in spirit to a Democratic request to the Treasury Department for six years of Trump’s tax returns. “Show us the Mueller report. Show us the tax returns,” Pelosi said at a news conference, appearing to momentarily address the president. “We’re not walking away because you said ‘no’ the first time around.”

You're all talk, Madam Speaker.  No action.

"With each passing day the report remains secret, the pressure on Barr increases, driven in part by congressional demands for transparency and by anonymous officials’ characterizations of the attorney general’s work."

Certainly, a positive development.  ... If it goes anywhere.  -- And is not just empty rhetoric.

"During nearly two years of work, Mueller’s team — which included 19 lawyers and roughly 40 FBI agents, analysts and other professional staff — worked in near silence, speaking only rarely through public documents filed in court. The fact that some have been confiding in recent days to associates is a sign of the level of their distress. Some members of Mueller’s team appear caught off guard by how thoroughly the president has used Barr’s letter to claim total victory, as the limited information about their work has been weaponized in the country’s highly polarized political environment, according to people familiar with their responses."

What did they expect would happen?

NBC News reports:

"Some members of special counsel Robert Mueller's team have expressed frustration that Attorney General William Barr cleared President Donald Trump of obstruction of justice, and they believe the evidence that Trump sought to impede the investigation is stronger than Barr suggested in his March letter summarizing Mueller's findings, a U.S. official who has spoken with the members tells NBC News. Justice Department officials say Barr had no choice but to render a judgment, because the special counsel regulations say that he is ultimately in charge of the investigation. If Mueller believed Trump was guilty of obstruction, he could have said so, the officials argue — but he didn't do that in his report. Three government officials have told NBC News that a dispute within the special counsel's office on the facts and the law was one factor behind Mueller's decision not to make a call on the obstruction question. The lawyers and FBI agents on Mueller's team could not reach an agreement about whether Trump's conduct amounted to a corrupt — and therefore illegal — effort to impede the probe, the three officials said. As a result, Barr, after consulting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, stepped in to clear the president, saying the evidence did not amount to a prosecutable case of obstruction of justice. The feelings of some members of Mueller's team do not change the attorney general's legal conclusions — which cleared Trump on both obstruction and conspiracy with Russia. But the political impact could be huge, as Democrats seek more information on Mueller's findings."

The Washington Post reports:

"Members of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s team have told associates they are frustrated with the limited information Attorney General William P. Barr has provided about their nearly two-year investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and whether President Trump sought to obstruct justice, according to people familiar with the matter. The displeasure among some who worked on the closely held inquiry has quietly begun to surface in the days since Barr released a four-page letter to Congress on March 24 describing what he said were the principal conclusions of Mueller’s still-confidential, 400-page report. In his letter, Barr said that the special counsel did not establish a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. And he said that Mueller did not reach a conclusion “one way or the other” as to whether Trump’s conduct in office constituted obstruction of justice. Absent that, Barr told lawmakers that he concluded the evidence was not sufficient to prove that the president obstructed justice. But members of Mueller’s team have complained to close associates that the evidence they gathered on obstruction was alarming and significant. “It was much more acute than Barr suggested,” said one person, who, like others, spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the subject’s sensitivity. Some members of the office were particularly disappointed that Barr did not release summary information the special counsel team had prepared, according to two people familiar with their reactions. “There was immediate displeasure from the team when they saw how the attorney general had characterized their work instead,” according to one U.S. official briefed on the matter. Summaries were prepared for different sections of the report, with a view that they could be made public, the official said."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Why all the game playing?  Founders?  Likely spinning in their graves.  Wouldn't recognize the democratic republic they founded.

"The report was prepared “so that the front matter from each section could have been released immediately — or very quickly,” the official said. “It was done in a way that minimum redactions, if any, would have been necessary, and the work would have spoken for itself.” Mueller’s team assumed the information was going to be made available to the public, the official said, “and so they prepared their summaries to be shared in their own words — and not in the attorney general’s summary of their work, as turned out to be the case.” Another person familiar with the matter disputed that characterization, saying the summaries contained sensitive information that will likely require redaction."

Interesting, isn't it? What the hell ever happened to transparency?

"Barr said the special counsel’s report is divided into two parts. The first pertains to the Russian effort to influence the 2016 election and documents crimes committed by Russians in that regard. The second addresses a number of actions by the president as potentially raising concerns about obstruction of justice, Barr said. He said that the special counsel’s decision not to reach a legal conclusion on obstruction left it to him to determine whether Trump’s conduct as described constituted a crime. Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein “and I have concluded that the evidence developed ... is not sufficient to establish” that the president committed obstruction of justice, he wrote in his letter to Congress. Democrats have questioned Barr’s conclusion, noting that he wrote a 2018 memo that criticized Mueller’s obstruction inquiry and argued that the president cannot be accused of obstruction for exercising his broad constitutional powers."

Barr is bought and paid for.  Shill of the Trump nazi.

Finally, the Democrats are doing more than engaging in empty rhetoric.  NPR reports:

"Democrats have long called for President Trump to release his tax returns, and now a key congressman has put in a formal request with the IRS."

About time.  What took so long?

"Massachusetts Democrat Richard Neal, chairman of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, is requesting six years of Trump's personal tax returns and the returns for some of his businesses for the years 2013-2018. Neal argues that Congress, and his committee in particular, need to conduct oversight of the IRS, including its policy of auditing the tax returns of sitting presidents. "We have completed the necessary groundwork for a request of this magnitude and I am certain we are within our legitimate legislative, legal, and oversight rights," he said in a statement about the request. Neal said the action was about "policy, not politics."

Think so?  LOL.

"My actions reflect an abiding reverence for our democracy and our institutions, and are in no way based on emotion of the moment or partisanship," he said."

Think so?  LOL.  Despite the obvious bullshit, it is a legitimate function of Congress to provide oversight.  No matter the incumbent or party affiliation.

"In his letter to IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig, Neal asked for the information by April 10."

If not, then issue a subpoena.  Hold the bastard's feet proverbially to the fire.

The Washington Post reports:

"The White House could attempt to block the release of President Trump’s tax returns to Democrats, senior officials signaled on Thursday, an unprecedented step that might lead to a constitutional challenge and catapult the issue into federal court."

So be it.  Oversight is a legitimate function of Congress.

"In an indication of how the standoff might escalate, Trump himself suggested that the Justice Department could become involved — even though Democrats directed their request to the commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service. “They’ll speak to my lawyers and they’ll speak to the attorney general,” Trump said during an unrelated event in the Oval Office when asked about the Democrats’ request for six years of his personal and business tax returns. White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said Trump would not release his tax returns because they were under audit, a disputed claim that the White House has not allowed to be independently verified."

Surprised?  Why?  Forget?  Trump is a congenital liar.

“While his taxes continue to be under audit, he doesn’t anticipate that changing at any point anytime soon, and therefore doesn’t have any intention to release those returns,” Sanders said on Fox News."

Let's see what the courts say.

"House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard E. Neal (D-Mass.) on Wednesday formally requested that the Internal Revenue Service turn over six years of Trump’s personal and business tax returns, invoking a 1924 law that gives the IRS little wiggle room. “The six-year decision was reached because the IRS advises you should retain six years of your tax records,” Neal said Thursday. “And we thought if this were to end up in court we didn’t want an issue, for example if you were requesting eight years, where it would be thrown out based on a technicality.” Neal also disputed the claim that an audit would prevent Trump from releasing his returns. Independent experts have also said Trump could release his returns if he wanted to, even if he were being audited — something that all previous presidents dating back to Richard M. Nixon have done voluntarily."

Begs the question what does Trump have to hide?

“The professional staff and the attorneys say that you can still submit your tax forms even if you’re under audit,” Neal said. The 1924 law that gives Neal the authority to compel the records amended the Internal Revenue Code. It says the treasury secretary “shall furnish ... any return or return information specified” in a request from the head of the House or Senate tax-writing committees. The law does not appear to give the treasury secretary any legal mechanism to deny the request. Neal said in his letter to the IRS that his committee was considering legislative proposals about — and conducting oversight of — “the extent to which the IRS audits and enforces the Federal tax laws against a president.” A president’s individual tax returns are subject to mandatory IRS examination, but that is IRS practice, not federal law, according to Neal. He said access to the president’s tax records — along with records of IRS treatment of them — was necessary to determine the scope of any IRS examination of Trump’s returns."

Sad, isn't it, Trump apparently has something to hide?  Otherwise, he would have voluntarily released his taxes as his predecessors have dating back to Richard Nixon.

Think the following doesn't complicate matters?  Get this:

"Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, who served as Trump’s finance chairman during the 2016 campaign, has not commented publicly since Neal sent the request to the IRS on Wednesday. In the past, Mnuchin has said he would consult with his legal advisers and follow the law. The IRS also has not said anything about Neal’s request."

Hopefully, the law provides no wiggle room for the nazi in the Oval Office:

"The 1924 law does not appear to give the White House any input into whether the IRS furnishes an individual’s tax returns. In fact, the law was written in part to give Congress the ability to scrutinize the tax returns of executive branch officials to investigate conflicts of interest or other potential improprieties because of the Teapot Dome scandal in the early 1920s."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Gets better.  Get this:

"Trump and Sanders in recent days have asserted that because the tax returns are under audit, they will not be released. But Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen told a congressional committee earlier this year that Trump’s taxes were never under audit and that he simply didn’t want any scrutiny over his financial dealings. “What he didn’t want is to have an entire group of think tanks that are tax experts run through his tax return and start ripping it to pieces, and then he’ll end up in an audit, and he’ll ultimately have taxable consequences, penalties and so on,” Cohen said, adding, “I presume that he is not under audit.”

"Democrats believe that Trump’s tax returns could shed light on any number of issues, including whether the president improperly inflated his assets, had questionable dealings with foreign countries, or benefited personally from the 2017 tax law."

-- To say nothing of what state and federal prosecutors are investigating in New York.

CBS News reports:

"The attorney representing President Trump in the battle over his tax returns says the IRS shouldn't divulge anything to House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal until Justice Department lawyers issue a formal legal opinion on the constitutionality of the matter."

Think there won't be one hell of a court fight?  Forget?  Under the bought and paid for Barr nazi, the 'Justice' Department will likely march in goose step with the fuhrer.

"Neal, a Massachusetts Democrat, asked the IRS on Wednesday to give over six years' worth of Mr. Trump's tax returns to the committee. But in a letter to Treasury Department General Counsel Brent McIntosh on Friday, Trump attorney Will Consovoy said he doubted the constitutionality of Neal's request, and warned about the "dangerous precedent" it could set."

What's that?  ... The truth?

"But perhaps the most significant lines come in the final paragraph of the four-page letter, when Consovoy asked the IRS to let the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel get involved. "Finally, given the unprecedented nature of Chairman Neal's request, the IRS should refrain from divulging the requested information until it receives a formal legal opinion from the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel," Consovoy wrote in the letter, which was obtained by CBS News. Consovoy argues in his letter that Neal's request "flouts" the "fundamental constitutional constraints" protecting privacy and First Amendment rights. "While the committee has jurisdiction over taxes, it has no power to conduct its own examination of individual taxpayers," Consovoy wrote. "Even if Ways and Means had a legitimate committee purpose for requesting the president's tax return and return information, that purpose is not driving Chairman Neal's request. His request is a transparent effort by one political party to harass an official from the other party because they dislike his politics and speech," Consovoy added. Consovoy expressed further concerns about how granting such a request could pave the way for more such requests. "As Secretary Mnuchin recently told Congress, he is 'not aware that there has ever been a request for an elected official's tax returns.' For good reason. It would be a gross abuse of power for the majority party to use tax returns as a weapon to attack, harass, and intimidate their political opponents. Once this Pandora's box is opened, the ensuing tit-for-tat will do lasting damage to our nation."

This achingly clueless shyster bastard seems to have conveniently forgotten it is indeed the constitutional duty of Congress to provide oversight of the Executive Branch, -- including the president.

"Cosovoy is also representing Mr. Trump in a separate emoluments case involving allegations that Mr. Trump is personally and illegally profiting from foreign entities."

Certainly, lining his pockets.  No question.  Mar-a-Lago case in point.

The Washington Post reports:

"Treasury Department lawyers consulted with the White House general counsel’s office about the potential release of President Trump’s tax returns before House Democrats formally requested the records, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Tuesday. Mnuchin had not previously revealed that the White House was playing any official role in the Treasury Department’s decision on releasing Trump’s tax returns. Democrats are asking for six years of Trump’s returns, using a federal law that says the treasury secretary “shall follow” the request of House or Senate chairmen in releasing tax return information. The process is designed to be walled off from White House interference, in part because of corruption that took place during the Teapot Dome scandal in the 1920s. Mnuchin revealed the discussions during a congressional hearing. He said he had not personally spoken with anyone from the White House about the tax returns, but he said that members of his team had done so. “I believe that the communication between our legal department and the White House general counsel was informational,” Mnuchin told a House appropriations subcommittee. “We had obviously read in the press that we were expecting this. I personally wasn’t involved in those conversations.” Mnuchin added that he was never briefed on the content of the discussions."

Believe it?  Think he's telling the truth?

"Congress, in 1924, updated the tax code to give the chairmen of the House and Senate tax-writing committees the ability to obtain anyone’s tax returns even if the request was opposed by the White House. That’s because of the Teapot Dome scandal in the early 1920s. In the Warren Harding administration, Interior Secretary Albert Fall had improperly leased Navy petroleum reserves to private companies without allowing competitive bids. He would eventually go to jail for accepting bribes as part of the scheme, and lawmakers decided after the scandal that they needed access to more information about the economic interests of top White House officials."

Trump behaves like a petulant 2-year-old.  NPR reports:

"President Trump said Thursday that he was giving Mexico one year to stem the flow of migrants and drugs coming across the Southern border, or else the U.S. would impose auto tariffs or close the border. President Trump is backing down from his threat to shut down the U.S. Southern border as soon as this week. Trump had issued the warning in a bid to curtail surging border crossings by asylum seekers from Central America. Instead, Trump is now giving Mexico "a one-year warning" to address his concerns about its handling of immigrants traveling through the country on the way to the United States. He also demanded that Mexico tamp down on the flow of drugs."

Big of him, no?  LOL.  Closing the border or imposing tariffs would cripple the economy.  -- Certainly, had Republicans in a tizzy.  LOL.

The following is one big problem across all branches of government.  One reason why nothing ever truly changes.  ABC News reports:

"In a rare public appearance this week, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas quashed speculation that he could be contemplating retirement, while a Republican is in the White House. Thomas, instead, implied he intends to be on the high court bench until he dies."

Jesus Christ.  Serious problem across the entire political spectrum, -- Left, Right, Center.

"I'm not retiring," Thomas said in response to a hypothetical question raised during an event at Pepperdine University School of Law. The 70-year-old justice -- famously silent during public sessions of the court – has long been rumored to be considering an exit from the bench."

Why would anyone think that?  LOL.

"Let's fast forward to 20 years from now. Twenty years from now at your retirement party," said University President-elect James A. Gash. "I'm not -- What retirement?" Thomas interjected. "I'm not retiring." "20 years?" Gash asked, trying to continue. "No," said Thomas. "30 years?" Gash pressed further. "No," said Thomas. In 30 years, Thomas would be 100 years old. "Let's fast forward to the time when you will go home," Gash tried a third time. "Now, I won't have any say about that," Thomas replied."

LOL.  Don't you love it?  What a crock of shit.

"He is currently the third oldest justice on the Supreme Court. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 86; Justice Stephen Breyer is 80."

No question, a problem across the entire political spectrum.  :)

Trump loses yet another one in court.  NPR reports:

"The Trump administration's plans to add a hotly contested citizenship question to the 2020 census have suffered another major blow in the courts. The question asks, "Is this person a citizen of the United States?" A third federal judge has found the decision to include it on forms for the national headcount to be unlawful."

How about that?  Who'd 'a 'thunk' it, no?  LOL.  Forget?  Without question, Trump believes he's the law.

"In a 119-page opinion, U.S. District Judge George Hazel in Maryland concluded that the decision by Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who oversees the census, to add the question violated administrative law. Federal judges in New York and California came to the same conclusion. Similar to the earlier ruling in California, the judge also found including the question would be unconstitutional because, at a time of increased immigration enforcement and anti-immigrant rhetoric, it hinders the government's ability to count every person living in the U.S. once a decade as the Constitution requires. Hazel ruled that the plaintiffs did not provide enough evidence to prove two additional claims — that adding the question was intended to discriminate against Latinos, Asian-Americans and immigrants; and that it was part of a conspiracy within the Trump administration to violate the constitutional rights of noncitizens and people of color. This latest district court ruling in this almost yearlong legal battle is likely to be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. A Supreme Court hearing about whether including the question is constitutional and the New York ruling, which has already blocked the citizenship question, is scheduled to be held on April 23, and the justices are expected to rule by June on whether the 2020 census will ultimately include the question."

Trump loses yet again in court.  NPR reports:

"A federal judge in California blocked the Trump administration from requiring asylum-seekers to return to Mexico as they await court hearings in the U.S. But the judge delayed implementing his ruling to give the government time to appeal. U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg in San Francisco wrote in a 27-page ruling that current U.S. law does not authorize the Department of Homeland Security to enact the Migrant Protection Protocols, first announced in a December 2018 memo by outgoing Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen. Seeborg also wrote that the MPP lacked sufficient safeguards for ensuring that people who want to apply for asylum are not returned "to places where they face undue risk to their lives or freedom." The ruling came in response to a lawsuit brought by the American Civil Liberties Union and other advocacy groups on behalf of 11 asylum-seekers from Central America. It argued that requiring the migrants to wait in Mexico violated humanitarian protections offered under U.S. and international law. "The court strongly rejected the Trump administration's unprecedented and illegal policy of forcing asylum seekers to return to Mexico without hearing their claims," said deputy director of the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project, Judy Rabinovitz in a statement. "Try as it may, the Trump administration cannot simply ignore our laws in order to accomplish its goal of preventing people from seeking asylum in the United States." The ruling, even if its implementation is delayed, is a setback for the Trump administration which says its hardline immigration policies are an appropriate response to a crisis at the border. The administration had hoped that the asylum protocols, dubbed by some officials as Remain in Mexico, would discourage migrants from seeking refuge in the U.S."

House Republicans stand up for Second Amendment.  ABC News reports:

"When the House of Representatives voted this week to reauthorize a 25-year old bill that helps fund programs for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse known as the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), it turned into a debate over gun rights and the political influence of the National Rifle Association. One-hundred fifty-seven Republicans opposed the bill on Thursday, many objecting to a provision that restricts those convicted of domestic abuse, assault or stalking from buying or owning a firearm, saying it infringes on Second Amendment rights. Current law already prohibits spouses or former spouses convicted of abuse from purchasing a firearms, but a new amendment to the bill would close the so-called "boyfriend loophole," adding unmarried partners to the language."

Democrats have their heads securely in the sand on gun control.  Seem to have intentionally forgotten two salient facts of life in the United States.  First, law-abiding citizens willingly tolerate their Second Amendment rights being infringed.  Will certainly comply.  Second, the criminal element, conversely, continues to break the law since they have no respect for the rule of law, -- and guns are, and will continue to be, ubiquitous on the streets no matter the law.  No more complicated than that.

"The NRA mounted a campaign against the act, urging lawmakers to vote against it. "The gun control lobby and anti-gun politicians are intentionally politicizing the Violence Against Women Act as a smoke screen to push their gun control agenda," NRA spokesperson Jennifer Baker told the Associated Press. Baker insisted the group opposes domestic violence and all violent crime, and told the AP the group annually spends millions to teach Americans how to safely use firearms in self-defense."

The NRA is quite correct.  Democrats seem to have forgotten a well-armed citizenry is indeed the best ultimate defense against corrupt, abusive, murderous government.  Yet, some Democrats still don't get it no matter what:

“I am deeply disappointed that some Republican Members of this House are using the NRA as cover to vote against this reauthorization, which has been overwhelmingly in a bipartisan fashion reauthorized over and over again," said House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D.-Md. "These are commonsense protections that prevent domestic abusers from obtaining the guns that have sadly been used so frequently to harm or kill their partners.”

'Commonsense' to a clueless jackass.  Abusers will get their guns no matter the law.  Always have, always will.  Guns on the streets are a problem law enforcement cannot solve.

"Rep. Doug Collins, R- Ga., ranking member on the House Judiciary Committee, said he supports reauthorization of VAWA, but that Democrats "have sought at every turn to make this bill into a political weapon, rather than a critical resource for victims and tools to support law enforcement."

Great truth to that.  Hard to believe Republicans have finally gotten something right.  LOL.

"I cannot and will not support a bill that undermines and jeopardizes due process; that curtails prosecutorial discretion; that makes it more difficult for victims in rural areas to find housing; that could weaken programs for female victims; that could re-victimize abused women; and that undercuts Second Amendment rights," Collins said in a statement. Despite the NRA's efforts, the bill passed easily in the Democratic-held House."

Likely won't in the Senate.  Shouldn't.  Certainly, not as written.

Migrant desperation exacerbated.  Remains unabated.  NBC News reports:

"Maria Gloria, a migrant from Honduras, and her two young sons still bear the emotional scars of their forced separation under the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy last year, she said. They had come to the U.S. border in May and were seeking asylum after the family faced repeated death threats in their home country. Maria, 32, said her sons, 11-year-old Franklin and 8-year-old Byron, still wake up afraid in the middle of the night, especially her youngest. The little boy wakes up crying, sometimes saying things like “let me go” in his sleep, she said. When she asks Byron what his nightmares are about, he has said “I don’t want us to be separated again, we don’t want to be alone without you,” she told NBC News. The little boy has also said “he has dreamed many times” that those threatening their lives in Honduras “have killed me,” she said. Even after their reunion in July, Maria Gloria fell into a deep depression, barely slept and lost a significant amount of weight because of the separation, she said."

You Republican nazis, who falsely profess to be Christians, continue to cluelessly believe separation the Christian thing to do?

"A year after President Donald Trump’s policy of separating children from their parents at the border was announced, leading to an intense backlash across the political spectrum, the administration says it is struggling against a growing “humanitarian and security crisis” at the southern border."

-- A crisis the Trump nazi has no ability to effectively manage, -- and, worse, far worse, has stupidly, concertedly, determinedly managed to exacerbate.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The Trump nazi continues to ignore the law.  NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump has for months urged his administration to reinstate large-scale separation of migrant families crossing the border, according to three U.S. officials with knowledge of meetings at the White House. Trump's outgoing Homeland Security secretary, Kirstjen Nielsen, resisted — setting her at odds with the president."

Apparently, Nielsen, while publicly supporting her nazi fuhrer, privately was resisting the fascist son of a bitch.

"According to two of the sources, Nielsen told Trump that federal court orders prohibited the Department of Homeland Security from reinstating the policy, and that he would be reversing his own executive order from June that ended family separations. Three U.S. officials said that Kevin McAleenan, the head of Customs and Border Patrol who is expected to take over as acting DHS secretary, has not ruled out family separation as an option."

Court orders say otherwise.

"The policy McAleenan would consider, according to the officials, is known as “binary choice” and would give migrant parents the option between being separated from their children or bringing their children with them into long term detention. Trump has been pushing this policy since January, the sources said, when the numbers of undocumented immigrants crossing the border began to rise. A senior administration official said it seems Trump is convinced that family separation has been the most effective policy at deterring large numbers of asylum-seekers."

The court orders need to be enforced.

The Washington Post reports:

"The 30-minute sit-down in the White House residence at 5 p.m. on Sunday wasn’t like the end of an episode of “The Apprentice.” It wasn’t televised in prime time, for one, and he didn’t dramatically say “You’re fired” at the end. But it had the same effect. Just like the partial government shutdown he forced earlier this year in a futile effort to get money for a wall, Trump telegraphed to his base that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to secure the southern border and conveyed that he intends to make this issue a centerpiece of his reelection campaign."

What nazi fuhrer wouldn't?

“Two senior administration officials said that Nielsen had no intention of quitting when she went to the meeting Sunday with the president and that she was forced to step down,” Nick Miroff, Josh Dawsey, Seung Min Kim and Maria Sacchetti report. “Trump told aides last fall that he wanted to fire Nielsen … She appeared to regain her footing after U.S. Border Patrol agents used tear gas to repel a large crowd attempting to break through a border fence — the kind of ‘tough’ action Trump said he wanted … The president grew frustrated with Nielsen again early this year as the number of migrants rose and as she raised legal concerns about some of Trump’s more severe impulses, particularly when his demands clashed with U.S. immigration laws and federal court orders.” This is a central theme in all the news accounts of why Trump turned on her."

No one is above the law in the United States.  Not even our fascist fuhrer, the Trump nazi.

“The president called Ms. Nielsen at home early in the mornings to demand that she take action to stop migrants from entering the country, including doing things that were clearly illegal, such as blocking all migrants from seeking asylum,” the New York Times reports. “She repeatedly noted the limitations imposed on her department by federal laws, court settlements and international obligations. Those responses only infuriated Mr. Trump further.”

Surprised?  Why?

"It’s part of a pattern. Trump has repeatedly shown disdain for the rule of law. The president declared a national emergency on Feb. 15 so he could divert money from the military to build his wall, even though his own lawyers at the White House and Justice Department advised him against doing so. Trump alone cannot fix it, but he’s still learning the limits of the presidency and the added constraints that come with divided government."

The problem is he's not.  He's doing precisely as he pleases.  Exactly, why none of this is going to end well.

"The law needs to change to accomplish most of what Trump wants at the southern border, and this is very unlikely to happen now that Democrats control the House. The president ran promising that he alone can fix it, and he appears to still be learning that this is not how republican government works."

A dictator is incapable of understanding the limits of power.

"Nielsen “believed the situation was becoming untenable” because Trump was “becoming increasingly unhinged about the border crisis and making unreasonable and even impossible requests,” a senior administration official told CNN."

Certainly, appears to be the case.  Trump is achingly delusional.  Unfit for office.  Not that the next two in line are:  Pence, then Pelosi.

"The Wall Street Journal’s conservative editorial board describes her termination as “a ritual sacrifice”: “Ms. Nielsen wasn’t responsible for the surge of Central American migrants arriving at the border to claim political asylum, but Donald Trump and Democrats in Congress both needed a fall guy.”

"Trump prefers to surround himself with yes men. This is a major reason that the administration has experienced historically high turnover."

No question.  Certainly, appears to be the case.

“Nielsen's ouster fits with a pattern of Trump forcing out officials who have pushed back against his more radical instincts or been unable to carry them out, or who have earned his ire for being unwilling to match his defiance for governing practice and convention,” CNN’s Stephen Collinson notes. “They include former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, ex-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, former national security adviser H.R. McMaster and former chief of staff John Kelly.”

Think Trump's not a space cadet?  NPR reports:

"President Trump vowed in January to "detect and destroy any missile launched against the United States anywhere, anytime, anyplace." Doing so would likely mean basing defenses in space. Earlier this year, President Trump laid out an ambitious plan for U.S. missile defenses. "Our goal is simple," Trump said during a speech in January. "To ensure that we can detect and destroy any missile launched against the United States, anywhere, anytime, anyplace." To reach that goal, the administration's proposed new defense budget calls for hundreds of millions of dollars to study the use of lasers and particle beams in space. "It's new technology," the president said. Except it isn't."

That's right.  It's not.

"The defenses outlined by Trump look almost exactly like a decade-old program known as the Strategic Defense Initiative. That plan was laid out by President Ronald Reagan in a 1983 speech. Reagan's program, dubbed "Star Wars," imagined an impenetrable shield that would include orbiting lasers and particle beams to zap then-Soviet missiles before they could hit their targets."

Not doable decades ago despite tens of billions expended.  Not doable now.  Regardless, we have far greater problems that desperately need attention.

Democrats continue to flex some muscle.  CBS News reports:

"As President Trump has vowed that the Republican party will be the "party of health care,"  five Democratic committee chairmen are demanding that administration officials turn over documents and information related to the Justice Department's decision to stop defending the entirety of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in Court. In letters obtained by CBS News, Oversight Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-MD), Energy and Commerce Chairman Frank Pallone (D-NJ), Ways and Means Chairman Richard Neal (D-MA), Education and Labor Chairman Bobby Scott (D-VA) and Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY)  are asking for any documents related to the court filing. They have issued a deadline of April 22 for turning over the information."

Think Trump and his henchmen will comply?

"The lawmakers say that all agencies, including the White House, owe "Congress and the public an explanation as to why it refuses to enforce the law." The Democrats have also requested that certain individuals be made available for congressional questioning on the issue at hand. The push for documents comes after the Justice Department submitted its filing with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in New Orleans last month, which has an appeal pending challenging the law's constitutionality. A federal judge in Texas ruled back in December that Obamacare is unconstitutional because of the change in federal tax law passed by Republicans in Congress in 2017. "The Department of Justice has determined that the district court's judgment should be affirmed," the Justice Department wrote in a recent memo. The Democrats argue, however, that if the legal position prevails in court and the entire ACA is struck down, "there would be catastrophic implications" for millions of Americans and the U.S. health care system, with 21 million Americans at risk of losing their coverage."

Clearly, Republicans couldn't care less.  For well over two years they've failed to produce a plan of their own.  Imagine that.

Trump continues to wage war on the Department of Homeland 'Security.'  -- Clearly, not jackbooted nazi enough for our fuhrerThe Washington Post reports:

"President Trump continued to dismantle the leadership of the nation’s top domestic security agency Monday, as the White House announced the imminent removal of U.S. Secret Service Director Randolph D. “Tex” Alles, the latest in a series of head-spinning departures from the Department of Homeland Security. A day after Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was forced to step aside following a White House meeting with Trump, senior DHS officials remained in a fog about the fate of their agency’s leaders, expecting more firings as part of a widening purge. “They are decapitating the entire department,” said one DHS official, noting that the White House had given no cause for Alles’s removal. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was a loyal soldier for President Trump and often repeated his falsehoods, but it wasn’t enough to save her job. (JM Rieger/The Washington Post) The instability extends to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, whose director, William “Brock” Long, left DHS in February after supervising emergency and recovery efforts for several massive natural disasters. L. Francis Cissna, the director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and DHS General Counsel John Mitnick could be the next to go, DHS officials said Monday, speaking on the condition of anonymity to talk candidly of their frustrations with the White House."

A word to the wise.  Despite the fact it's legal and an issue of personal liberty, it's stupid for a woman to send a topless selfie.  Especially, if you're a professional.  Consequences could be dire.  Forget?  Self-righteous, achingly hypocritical, hopelessly phony 'Christians' have indeed commandeered government and many, many other institutions in our formerly great country.  They certainly have a problem with personal liberty.  To say nothing of having a double standard for men and women.  Incredibly sad, achingly short-sighted.  ABC News reports:

"The New York teacher who says she was fired after a topless selfie from 2016 circulated around the school where she taught can't believe she lost everything she "worked so hard for over a selfie," she told ABC News in her first sit-down interview since the incident. Lauren Miranda, 25, a former math teacher at Bellport Middle School on Long Island, said she took the "old" photo one morning when she was getting ready in her bedroom and sent it "to the person she was seeing at the time." She never expected it to go public, she said. "I think when anybody sends a picture they only expect it to be received by the person that they sent it to and nobody else," Miranda said."

That's stupid.  Cluelessly, so.

"The photo then resurfaced three years later, she said, adding that she found out from a colleague who texted her on Jan. 11, saying, "The kids...are saying they have a naked photo of you." The Monday after that, she was placed on home assignment without the opportunity to prepare her students for their quarterly exams. "I literally was told to stay home, to lay low, to not talk to anybody — anyone at the school obviously," she said. Miranda has no idea how the students got a hold of the photo, she said. "How it got out is still the million-dollar question," Miranda said."

Jesus Christ.  What did you expect?

"After an internal investigation, the school informed Miranda that they have "enough proof" to say that she "did nothing wrong or illegal," she said. It is legal in the state of New York to appear topless in public."

How about that?  Didn't matter, however:

"But on March 27, Miranda received a message from a union representative telling her that the school board had voted to terminate her, she said. She was in her fourth year working there. In a press conference on Tuesday, her attorney, John Ray, said the school district fired her because she could no longer act as a role model to her students."

Jesus Christ.  What goddamned hypocrisy.  -- For you allegedly Christian, achingly clueless fascists out there, why so ashamed of the human body?  What are you so afraid of?  Ever been to a clothing-optional beach?  Bodies come in all shapes and sizes.  What's the problem?  Insecurity?  Hypocrisy?  Both?  Forget?  You came into the world bare assed naked.  ... If the Head Honcho of your religion had a problem with nudity, think you would have been born that way?  Wake up.  Equally to the point, most mammals are covered with fur.  Ever wonder why we aren't?  You're insecure prudes.  Grow up.  Your ignorance?  Pitiful.  Pathetic.

"A representative for the school district told ABC News that it would not comment on the case because it is active litigation. Miranda said her termination sends the wrong messages to the very girls she teaches and that she is trying to be a role model for young women. "This happens all the time; girls have their photos AirDropped," she said. "In the high school, I can think of three separate instances in my four years alone that a girl has had her, you know, naked picture, whatever it might be, sent all amongst her peers." Miranda continued, "So we expect this girl to go back to school, to go about her life, to continue doing, you know, her routines and whatever."

Get this:

"ABC News could not request comment from the man who Miranda was seeing at the time since she did not provide his name. However, she says he also works at the school and that he was the only person to whom she sent the photo."

If he is indeed the source, a piece of shit.  If so, they fired the wrong person.

"Miranda is planning to sue the school district for $3 million for gender discrimination if it does not re-hire her. A review Miranda provided to ABC New York station WABC from last year states that she is a "highly effective teacher." "Ms. Miranda demonstrated in this lesson to be an outstanding Math instructor, knowledgeable of her content area, but most of all genuinely dedicated to the academic progress of her students," the review stated, according to WABC. Miranda would have been eligible for tenure in June, according to WABC."

The following is certainly true:

"Any time a man has ever exposed his chest, no one has ever commented or had any problem with it whatsoever," Ray said during Tuesday's news conference. "But, when a woman displays her chest, as happened here, she gets fired from her job."

What's so incredibly sad?  Get this:

"Miranda said she has "never wanted to be anything else" other than a teacher. "My favorite part of my job is the kids," she said. "They come in every day with something fresh to talk about, whether it be something that happened outside of school, or in a different class, or that they saw online."

Sue the bastards for all you can get.  What ever happened to liberty in this country?

The following is well beyond appalling.  It's horrendous.  NPR reports:

"According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, incidents of serious workplace violence are four times more common in health care than in private industry. Most assaults come from patients and patients' families. Across the U.S., many doctors, nurses and other health care workers have remained silent about what is being called an epidemic of violence against them. The violent outbursts come from patients and patients' families. And for years, it's been considered part of the job.

"Many health care workers say the physical and verbal abuse comes primarily from patients, some of whom are disoriented because of illness or from medication. Sometimes nurses and doctors are abused by family members who are on edge because their loved one is so ill. Cleveland Clinic also has introduced other safety measures — such as wireless panic buttons incorporated into ID badges and more safety cameras and plainclothes officers in ERs. But these incidents aren't limited to emergency rooms.

"Allysha Shin works as a registered nurse in neuroscience intensive care at the University of Southern California's Keck Hospital in Los Angeles. One of the most violent incidents she's experienced happened when she was caring for a patient who was bleeding inside her brain. The woman had already lashed out at other staff, so she'd been tied to the bed, Shin said. The woman broke free of the restraints and then kicked and punched Shin in the chest — before throwing a punch at her face. "There was this one point where she swung, and she had just glanced off the side of my chin. If I hadn't dodged that punch, she could have knocked me out," Shin says. "And she very well could have killed me." The encounter left Shin shaken and anxious when she returned to work days later. She still has flashbacks. She used to be afraid to speak about these types of attacks, she says, because of what she calls a culture of accepting violence in most hospitals. "It is expected that you are going to get beat up from time to time," Shin says."

Outrageous.  Unsustainable.

"According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, incidents of serious workplace violence are four times more common in health care than in private industry. And a poll conducted by the American College of Emergency Physicians in 2018 found nearly half of emergency physician respondents reported being physically assaulted. More than 60 percent of them said the assault occurred within the previous year. Groups representing doctors and nurses say while the voluntary safety improvements that some hospitals have enacted are a good first step, more needs to be done. There is still a code of silence in healthcare, says Michelle Mahon, a representative of the labor group National Nurses United."

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu barely won re-election this week.  Interestingly, may or may not face corruption charges, shortly.

WikiLeaks co-founder Julian Assange has been arrested in Britain.  Will likely face extradition to the United States.  Be interesting to see if he receives a fair trial in what has become a de facto fascist police-state.

More on both developments as it becomes available.

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 240, 2-8-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click herefor a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
