Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system.  Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

Uncommon Valor. The Washington Post reports:

"Army Sgt. Sand Aijo was in the gun turret of a Humvee in 2007 when he and his fellow soldiers rolled up on two suspicious men in Iraq’s “Triangle of Death.” They were in a place U.S. soldiers didn’t expect to find them, and so glassy-eyed and fidgety that Aijo charged his machine gun, he recalled. Staff Sgt. Travis Atkins, their gruff but revered squad leader, stepped out of the Humvee and walked toward the first stranger. Then an Army medic stepped out of the back seat, moving toward the second. As Aijo tried to keep track of both soldiers, Atkins unexpectedly began grappling with the first Iraqi just a few feet away. Atkins slammed the man to the ground and threw himself on top of him. “The thing that became confusing was that once they hit the ground, the way that Travis began positioning his body, it just seemed strange to me,” Aijo recalled. “That’s when the detonation happened.”

Uncommon Valor.

"On Wednesday, Atkins, of Bozeman, Mont., posthumously will become the fifth U.S. service member to receive the nation’s highest award for combat valor, the Medal of Honor, for actions during the eight-year Iraq War. A member of the 10th Mountain Division of Fort Drum, N.Y., he is credited with saving the lives of Aijo and two other soldiers by smothering a suicide vest laced with grenades, worn by the man he body-slammed. Atkins, 31, was nominated for the Medal of Honor by his battalion commander, now-retired Col. John Valledor. But the Army downgraded the award one level to a Distinguished Service Cross, presented to Atkins’s family in 2008. The awarding of the still-prestigious Service Cross was part of a broader trend that frustrated many rank-and-file service members. With so much combat in Iraq and Afghanistan, they wondered, why had so few Medals of Honor been awarded?"

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all?  If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Tim Chorney, Publisher
Liberty In Peril

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "The hell it is.  Unadulterated horse shit.  They're liars.  Protest MUST remain non-violent.  Otherwise, you grant these gutless pieces of human excrement carte blanche to murder on the job.  Don't give them the satisfaction.

These are extremely dangerous times for our formerly great country.  ... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.  -- As our legislators and other government officials figuratively 'fiddle while Rome burns.'

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, only one way for these atrocities to end.  Time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.

Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases. Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred fifty three weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do?  Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff? Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up.  Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?"

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred fifty three weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred fifty three weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

Think Democrat Amy Klobuchar fit to be president?  Think again.  The Washington Post reports:

"Christopher Burns, a 44-year-old black man, was unarmed and at home in Minneapolis with his fiancee and three young children when the police arrived in response to a domestic violence call. The officers put him in a chokehold, and he died on the scene, according to the medical examiner. The 2002 incident marked the third killing of a black person by the city’s police department that year, prompting local activists to stage rallies and demand that the two officers involved in Burns’s death face charges. The focus of the community’s anger was Amy Klobuchar, the up-and-coming attorney of Hennepin County, who had declined to prosecute police accused of using excessive force against black suspects."

That's a problem.  A big problem.  This former prosecutor falsely swore an oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Miserably, failed to do so.

“WE MUST NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!” one activist group wrote in a newsletter. “Many people are watching to see if she will really fight for justice in this case.” Klobuchar, then 42, declined to bring charges against the officers, and a grand jury she convened did not indict them."

Klobuchar protected and coddled the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Nearly two decades later, Klobuchar is a Democratic senator running for president, the culmination of a remarkably smooth rise built in part on the tough-on-crime image she cultivated during eight years as a prosecutor. But her record from that time is getting a closer look as she introduces herself beyond heavily white Minnesota, courting an increasingly diverse Democratic base that is closely attuned to racial disparities in the criminal justice system."

Klobuchar is certainly part of the problem.  Unfit for office.  Certainly, at a time our formerly great country is coming apart at the seams.

"As chief prosecutor for Minnesota’s most populous county from 1999 to 2007, Klobuchar declined to bring charges in more than two dozen cases where people were killed in encounters with police."

Clearly, protected and defended, coddled egregiously out of control murderous criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"At the same time, she aggressively prosecuted smaller offenses such as vandalism and routinely sought longer-than-recommended sentences, including for minors. Such prosecutions, done with the aim of curbing more serious crimes, have had mixed results and been criticized for their disproportionate effect on poor and minority communities."

Wake up.  Smell the coffee.  There are two systems of justice.  One for the top of the food chain.  Another for the bottom and middle class.  That's a problem.  A big problem.  How unwanted dreaded second American revolutions spawn.  ... As the revolution doomsday clock strikes ever closer to midnight.  ... Hear the rumble?

“We were already a community in distress when she became Hennepin County attorney,” said Nekima Levy Armstrong, a civil rights attorney and former president of the Minneapolis chapter of the NAACP. “Rather than taking steps to help mitigate some of those concerns and issues, during her tenure in office, her policies exacerbated the situation.”

Very same problem exists today all across our formerly great country.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Klobuchar’s positions were largely mainstream, coming after a historically violent period for Minnesota and the nation. But views have shifted sharply since then, particularly among liberal Democrats, as concerns mount over the impact of aggressive policing on communities of color."

The problem is far, far worse than that.  Our formerly great country is coming apart at the seams.  Status quo remains unsustainable.  Portent of far worse to come.  Time to wake up.  Before too late.

"Similar questions are emerging about some of Klobuchar’s rivals for the Democratic nomination, including Sen. Kamala D. Harris (Calif.), a former state attorney general and local prosecutor who has been forced to defend her record on the death penalty. Former vice president Joe Biden, who is expected to make an announcement about the race next month, led the effort to pass a 1994 crime law that has been blamed for contributing to the mass incarceration of minorities over two decades."

Anyone with a history of supporting, protecting, coddling, outrageously abusive, murderous, egregiously unconstitutional, criminal policing  is and remains unfit for office.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

This isn't rocket science.  It is and remains abject bullshit we've gutlessly tolerated for decades.

Yet, these unfit candidates for office continue to bamboozle, make excuses for their egregious failure to uphold the Constitution:

"In her first in-depth comments as a presidential candidate about this period of her career, Klobuchar said she reserved her most aggressive actions for repeat offenders. “When I first came into the office, the major thing I heard from the African American community, bar none, was that there were a bunch of their kids that were killed by gangsters,” she said in an interview with The Washington Post. “We simply went in and did our jobs. We prosecuted those cases and got results for our community.”

The hell you did, madam.  No equal justice.  No due process for those on the bottom of the food chain.  You failed to hold the criminal, murderous, jackbooted bastards in blue legally accountable for their crimes.  This makes you egregiously unfit for political office.

"Her campaign noted that the prison incarceration rate for African Americans in the county declined during her tenure, though experts said that did little to ameliorate a dramatic disparity between black and white prison rates."

It's called racism.  Remains alive and well to date in our formerly great country.

"Klobuchar said she supports recent decisions by several county attorneys in Minnesota not to use grand juries in police-involved killings, which she said will increase accountability for prosecutors."

Disingenuous bullshit.  At the very least, too little.  Much too late.  Where were you all those years?  You used those goddamned grand juries to impose your will.  That is, to protect and coddle the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Nazi justice.  That is, no justice.

"Asked if she has any regrets from her own tenure, she said she wished she had taken more “individual responsibility” in those cases."

Jesus Christ.  Pitiful.  Pathetic.  Untimely.  Egregiously, insufficient.

“I don’t have a perfect record. But I promise you, every single day in that job, I tried to put myself in other people’s shoes to try to do the right thing,” she said."

Simply untrue.  Unadulterated horse shit.  You legally f--ked the victims of criminal police officers.  ... Got to be a special place reserved in Hell.

"Klobuchar was elected prosecutor by promising “meaningful and, when appropriate, severe” consequences for people who break the law."

You certainly didn't apply that rationale to the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue who murdered on the job, Counselor.

"But critics say Klobuchar has never publicly reckoned with a period of her career that they recall with bitterness. “We even saw Hillary Clinton apologize for the use of the term ‘super-predators,’” said Armstrong, the former Minneapolis NAACP president. “We’ve not seen Amy Klobuchar take the same steps to apologize or reach out to our community to make amends.” Clinton expressed regret as a presidential candidate about her 1996 remark about the “kinds of kids that are called super-predators,” using a racially loaded term to describe young people who she suggested commit crime because they have “no conscience, no empathy.” In the interview with The Post, Klobuchar acknowledged that her rhetoric about not letting juvenile crime “go unpunished” might have been perceived as harsh by some African Americans but said her actions were directed by what county residents wanted. “I understand how those words mean something that is not good in the African American community. It makes it sound like you want to put their kids behind bars, and that is not what I did when I was county attorney,” she said."

Like the Trump nazi, you're a liar, Counselor.  Unfit for office.  Out to lunch.  Achingly, clueless.  You're part of the problem, not the solution.

"Klobuchar easily won reelection as county attorney on Nov. 5, 2002. Four days before, Burns was killed when two Minneapolis police officers responded to a call from his Chicago Avenue home. Accounts differ on what happened. In a lawsuit against the officers and the city of Minneapolis, which settled for $300,000 in 2007, Burns’s fiancee said that police handcuffed Burns before beating and strangling him with an aggressive neck hold that fractured the cartilage around his throat. Among the witnesses was his 4-year-old daughter, the lawsuit stated. Police said Burns struggled violently for several minutes and that they responded with a sanctioned form of neck hold. A lawyer for the officers later called the case a “bad combination of circumstances for the guy,” pointing to Burns’s history of high blood pressure and heart disease as possible factors in his death. The use of grand juries in police-involved killings, as in this case, was a common practice in Minnesota and around the country at the time. Still, Klobuchar’s decision not to bring charges or appoint a special prosecutor in the Burns case angered critics."

Why wouldn't Burns struggle violently against officers doing all they could to kill him?  Grand juries are used by prosecutors to rubber stamp the will of the prosecution.  That is, to protect and coddle criminal, murderous, abusive officers.  Continues to this very day.  Including here in Nazi Llano County.

"Michelle Gross, a local activist who launched Communities United Against Police Brutality in 2000, said incidents with police caused a total of 40 civilian deaths during Klobuchar’s tenure. The Post counted more than 25 such cases in a review of news coverage from the time; the majority of those killed were people of color or mentally ill. “She did not prosecute a single one of them,” Gross said. “Not one.”

Imagine that.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

In follow up to an earlier edition, NPR reports:

"The U.S. Supreme Court signaled strongly on Wednesday that it is likely to rule for a death row inmate in Mississippi who was prosecuted six times for the same crime by a prosecutor with a history of racial bias in jury selection. The arguments, more passionate and fact-filled than usual, also had a surprise ending when Justice Clarence Thomas posed a question — the first time in three years. Though his colleagues focused mainly on the prosecutor's exclusion of African-American jurors, Thomas asked whether the defense had struck any white jurors. Yes, three in the sixth trial, said defense lawyer Sheri Johnson. But when it came to black jurors, there were none left to strike. Curtis Flowers' murder case has gone to trial six times; his conviction was thrown out three times by the Mississippi Supreme Court for prosecutorial misconduct. The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in the case Wednesday.

"For decades, the Supreme Court has wrestled with the question of racial discrimination in jury selection, setting down its most rigorous rules in 1986. But policing the application of those rules in the lower courts has proved problematic. Wednesday's case involved the conduct of Doug Evans, a district attorney in Winona, Miss., and his pursuit of a conviction against Curtis Flowers, a black man who prior to this case had no criminal record. Months after a quadruple murder in Winona, Flowers was arraigned, tried, convicted and sentenced to death. He has been on death row for 22 years. During that time, the state Supreme Court three times threw out his murder conviction for prosecutorial misconduct. The misconduct was not some technicality. It ranged from misleading the jury about evidence that did not exist to striking prospective jurors based on race. In the fourth and fifth trials, Evans ran out of strikes; at least two black jurors were seated; and the juries deadlocked. But in the sixth trial, with one black juror, the jury convicted, and the Mississippi Supreme Court upheld the conviction, ruling that this time, there had not been any racial discrimination in jury selection. In arguments on Wednesday, most of the U.S. Supreme Court members did not seem inclined to uphold that conclusion."

Amazing, isn't it?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

In follow up to an earlier edition, CBS News reports:

"A witness in the shooting of an unarmed black teenager by a white police officer said Wednesday he saw the officer standing on the sidewalk, panicking, saying, "I don't know why I shot him. I don't know why I fired." The trial of former East Pittsburgh police officer Michael Rosfeld continued into a second day Wednesday in a Pittsburgh courtroom, with three witnesses were called during morning testimony. John Leach, a neighbor who lives a few houses away from the scene of the June shooting, said he was on the front porch when Rosfeld fired three bullets into 17-year-old Anton Rose II. Rosfeld had just pulled over an unlicensed taxicab suspected to have been used in a drive-by shooting minutes earlier. Rose had been riding in the front seat of the taxi when Zaijuan Hester, in the back seat, rolled down a window and shot at two men on the street. Hester, 18, of Swissvale, pleaded guilty Friday to aggravated assault and firearms violations for the earlier shooting, which wounded a man in the abdomen. Hester told a judge that he, not Rose, did the shooting."

Stunning, isn't it?

"Rosfeld, 30, faces a charge of criminal homicide for shooting Rose as the teen fled the traffic stop. Leach, the second witness to testify Wednesday, said he was standing on his front porch smoking when the shooting happened, reports CBS Pittsburgh. He said he saw Rosfeld fire three shots just as Rose turned and fled. Leach said he "couldn't believe his eyes." After the shooting, he was standing by Rose's body, watching Rosfeld on the sidewalk nearby saying repeatedly, "I don't know why I shot him. I don't know why I fired." There were audible gasps in the courtroom during the testimony, the station reports. Leach said later, he saw other officers consoling Rosfeld as he was crying, bent over and hyperventilating. Rosfeld, he said, looked as if he was about to pass out. Leach said he saw Rosfeld pointing a gun at Rose while at least one of Rose's hands was in the air. Then Rose turned and ran, he said. Patrick Shattuck said Wednesday he was in a senior center across the street for a council meeting. Five to seven minutes after the shooting, Shattuck said Rosfeld, with swollen, red eyes, entered the building and said, "Why did he do that? Why did he do that? Why did he take that out of his pocket?" East Pittsburgh Mayor Louis J. Payne, who was also there, said he, too, heard Rosfeld say, "Why did he do that?" but said he didn't hear the comment about the pocket."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Anything to escape responsibility for unjustifiably killing the kid.

CBS News reports:

"A Pennsylvania jury found a white former police officer not guilty of criminal homicide in the 2018 shooting death of an unarmed black teenager outside Pittsburgh. A jury in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, reached their verdict after deliberating for about three and a half hours Friday."

Proof positive, no justice in a fascist police-state.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"  'Shoot first, ask questions later,' guiding principle of law enforcement in Nazi America.  The dream?  Dead.

"The family of 17-year-old Antwon Rose issued a statement Friday saying they were "devastated" by the verdict."

No justice.  Clearly, no longer possible in a fascist police-state, right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Although the facts of the case seemed clear cut, namely that Antwon Rose was shot in the back as he ran from officer Rosfeld; the jury's verdict was heavily influenced by flaws in current Pennsylvania law that contradict protections afforded citizens by the U.S. Constitution," the statement said."

This is a problem all across our formerly great country.  The Nazi Right has clearly taken over.  The criminal jackbooted bastards in blue are nearly always protected and coddled by their government masters.  No foreign government, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.

"Hundreds of people protested in Pittsburgh Friday night after the verdict, CBS Pittsburgh reports."

All protest must remain non-violent.  Otherwise, you grant these pieces of human excrement carte blanche to murder on the job.  Don't give these gutless bastards the satisfaction.  Too many of them get their cookies off abusing authority.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"  The only way to effectively combat this shit is expose it to the light of day.  Make the gutless motherf--kers as uncomfortable as possible.  No better disinfectant than brilliant sunlight.  Watch the cockroaches scurry.

"In closing statements Friday, a prosecutor said former East Pittsburgh police officer Michael Rosfeld acted as "judge, jury and executioner" when he killed the teen on June 19, 2018. Assistant District Attorney Jonathan Fodi said that Rose didn't deserve to die."

That's right.  Yet, the jackbooted bastard was exonerated.  No justice.  Not in a de facto fascist police-state.  ...  Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Antwon Rose posed no risk to Michael Rosfeld. It doesn't look good because it isn't good," Fodi said, according to CBS Pittsburgh. "There was no need to use deadly force. This is not reasonable police work by an officer."

Doesn't matter.  Not in a goddamned fascist police-state.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Defense attorney Patrick Thomassey said in his closing argument that Rosfeld was justified in shooting the fleeing teenager because the officer believed he was in danger."

That's insanity.  The kid was unarmed, shot in the back,  RUNNING AWAY.  We've lost ourselves.  Anything goes, now.  In a goddamned fascist police-state.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

NPR reports:

"A jury in Pennsylvania has acquitted a white former police officer who fatally shot an unarmed black teenager in the back, setting off a series of angry protests. Michael Rosfeld was a rookie officer with the East Pittsburgh Police Department who had been sworn in just hours before shooting 17-year-old Antwon Rose II last June. Rosfeld was charged with murder. He testified that he pulled over an unlicensed taxi that had been involved in a drive-by shooting and that Rose and another occupant fled the vehicle. Rosfeld told the jury that he thought Rose or the other suspect had a gun. He shot the fleeing Rose in the back, arm and side of the face. Rosfeld testified that he had shot Rose to protect himself and the community."

This, after claiming at the time he didn't know why he opened fire.  Clearly, well-coached by shyster counsel to lie like hell on the stand to save his gutless ass.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

"Another occupant of the car, Zaijuan Hester, 18, pleaded guilty last week to gun charges, telling a judge that he, not Rose, did the drive-by shooting. As An-Li Herring of NPR member station WESA reported, Rose's death was captured on video and later posted on Facebook. "Rose's death sparked weeks of protests that shut down local roadways," said Herring. "Demonstrators felt that Rose's death fit a national pattern of police brutality against black residents."

As frequently reported in this publication, not just blacks are victims of these criminal, murderous, jackbooted bastards in blue.

"Rosfeld was acquitted by a jury of seven men and five women — a panel that included three black jurors — who viewed the video recording. They deliberated for less than four hours on the fourth day of the trial."

Proof positive all races have their heads securely lodged up their clueless asses when it comes to criminal law enforcement.  Nearly always, protect these pieces of human excrement no matter what they do.

"In his closing arguments, Assistant District Attorney Jonathan Fodi said that Rosfeld had acted as "judge, jury and executioner." "We don't shoot first and ask questions later," said Fodi."

Clearly, we do.  A fascist police-state.

"The jury's decision to acquit Rosfeld was unanimous."

No hope.  Dream?  Dead.

CBS News reports:

"I hope that man never sleeps at night," Michelle Kenney, Antwon Rose II's mother, said of Michael Rosfeld, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "I hope he gets as much sleep as I do, which is none."

"Kenney said she was upset but unsurprised, given other cases in which police officers have either avoided charges or won acquittals in similar shootings. "It isn't what I hoped for, but it's what I expected," she said, adding she feels her son ended up dead because he was black."

Readers are reminded this is a problem across the board.  Not just innocent unarmed blacks are murdered by law enforcement.

"The verdict leaves Rose's family to pursue the federal civil rights lawsuit they filed last August against Rosfeld and East Pittsburgh, a small municipality about 10 miles from downtown Pittsburgh."

Take the bastards for every goddamned penny you can get.

"After the verdict Friday, a small group of chanting protesters briefly blocking intersections and entering hotels. Pittsburgh police tweeted the "peaceful demonstration" had resulted in rolling, temporary road closures.  On Saturday, Pittsburgh was bracing for more protests. Police are working 12-hour shifts this weekend in an effort to put as many officers on the streets as possible – not only downtown but in various zones, CBS Pittsburgh reported. Their main goal is to keep the city safe."

The hell it is.

Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Never ends.  The following the 'best' law enforcement has to offer, Sheriff?  NBC News reports:

"A Houston police sergeant was charged with murder after his wife, a longtime elementary school librarian, was shot dead over the weekend, according to police. An arrest warrant on suspicion of murder was issued for Houston police Sgt. Hilario Hernandez, 56, after Belinda Hernandez, 52, was found shot to death in a Pearland, Texas, home Saturday. A family member had reported finding the body, according to the Pearland Police Department."

Nothing quite like 'good' policing, right, Sheriff?

"Hilario Hernandez was detained later Saturday in Kingsville, more than 250 miles south of where his wife was found dead, Pearland police spokesman Officer Jason Wells said."

What the hell was he doing there?

Heartrending tragedy for all those touched by her life and service to the community:

"Belinda Hernandez was a librarian at Shadycrest Elementary School in the Pearland Independent School District, according to police. "Mrs. Hernandez was a beloved, longtime employee who worked for Pearland ISD for 15 years," the district said in a statement, adding that counselors would be made available to students and staff "for as long as needed." Her faculty profile on the school website says her "wish for Shadycrest students is to find that 'just right' book and fall into the world of reading."

"Hilario Hernandez is being held at the Brazoria County Jail on $800,000 bail, according to jail records."

Why was bail an option?  Presents an ongoing threat to the community.  ... Right, Sheriff?

ABC News reports:

"A Houston Police officer has been charged with fatally shooting his wife, a longtime elementary school librarian, according to authorities. Belinda Hernandez, 53, was found dead in a home in Pearland, Texas, by family members on Saturday shortly before noon, Pearland Police Department Public Information Officer Jason Wells told ABC News. After police arrived, an arrest warrant was issued for her husband, Houston Police Sgt. Hilario Hernandez, 56, Wells said. He was later taken into custody about 350 miles southwest in Kingsville, Texas, by Kingsville Police officers and Texas Department of Safety troopers, Wells said. Hernandez was located around 3:15 p.m. at a Hampton Inn hotel just 100 miles north of the Mexico border, ABC Houston station KTRK reported. The couple lived at the Pearland home where Belinda Hernandez was found, ABC Corpus Christi affiliate KIII reported. Hilario Hernandez is currently being held at the Kleberg County jail on a first-degree murder charge, online jail records show. He is expected to be transported back to Brazoria County, Wells said.

"ABC News could not immediately reach a representative for the Houston Police Department for comment. The police department confirmed to KTRK that the sergeant was linked to the shooting."

No longer.

Another seemingly senseless killing by an apparently gutless jackbooted bastard in blue.  The DailyTrib reports:

"One man is dead after an officer-involved shooting early March 27 in Burnet. According to Burnet Police Chief Paul Nelson, officers responded to the 300 block of South McNeil Street at 1:40 a.m. regarding a call about loud music. When the officers arrived, they approached a red car at the scene, and the driver began backing up. Nelson said an officer was giving verbal commands to the driver to stop, but the vehicle came forward toward the officer. The vehicle ran over the officer’s left foot. Once struck, the officer shot his weapon, striking the driver of the vehicle, according to Nelson."

Couldn't have stepped out of the way?  Will you eventually release all video, Chief?

"A female passenger was in the vehicle and was not injured."

She could have been killed.  No consideration of that?

“At that time, once that was done, (the officer) called for EMS and started medical procedures on that suspect to help save his life,” Nelson said during a 7 a.m. media conference."

'Thoughtful' of him, no?

"Nelson said the department does not have the deceased person identified and will release his name once he is identified and next of kin is notified. Nelson said the officer has been with the department for three years but did not release his name."

Why not?  Why are you sitting on this information?  He's apparently alive and recovering nicely.  Why not release his name and that of all officers involved in the incident?

"The Texas Rangers will lead the investigation, Nelson said."

Delusionally believe they're unbiased?

"The officer was taken to Seton Highland Lakes in Burnet. Nelson said X-rays were taken and showed no broken bones, and the officer was released."

How about that?  Why not have the medical facility confirm the above statement, Chief?  That is, that the officer's foot was indeed run over?

More on all this as it becomes available.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following is a terrible injustice to the law enforcement community.  Appalling that someone would rip off loved ones of fallen officers.  CBS News reports:

"A volunteer treasurer for a charity benefiting the families of fallen New York City police officers was charged Thursday with stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the nonprofit organization to pay for personal expenses. Lorraine Shanley, 68, of Staten Island, is charged with bank fraud and identity theft, accused of pocketing more than $410,000 from Survivors of the Shield, CBS New York reported."

-- Got to be a special place reserved in Hell.  ... Or, is there more to the story?  Read on.  Quite convoluted.

"According to the criminal complaint, Shanley managed the charity's finances between 2010 and 2017. During that time period, the charity received approximately $1.9 million in donations, over 99 percent of which came from New York Police Department employees, officials said. "Lorraine Shanley allegedly capitalized on tragedy and monetized people's generosity," U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said in a statement. "As alleged, Shanley stole over 20 percent of the donations to a charity whose sole mission is to help the families of NYPD officers killed in the line of duty." Shanley allegedly stole the money to pay for dental expenses, landscaping services, parking and traffic tickets and even Barbara Streisand concert tickets. She is also accused of taking $63,000 to pay for her son's legal fees in a criminal case and nearly $29,000 to pay for her grandson's private school tuition."

Not only is this woman a criminal, she's stupid.  How could she ever expect to get away with it?  While the accused is entitled to the presumption of innocence until convicted, certainly, doesn't look good.  Consider the following:

"The fraud was finally uncovered by a new volunteer treasurer who reviewed the charity's tax returns and records as part of an effort to modernize the charity's operations, officials said. "We are deeply saddened that the person arrested betrayed the trust placed in them by this organization and so many others," a post on the Survivors of the Shield website and Facebook page reads. "Representatives of Survivors of the Shield contacted the U.S. Department of Justice after potential financial improprieties were uncovered. The Board has been working with the U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of New York," the post continued."

Sad, isn't it?

"A neighbor of Stanley told CBS New York that he didn't notice anything lavish about her lifestyle. "Nothing, not nice cars, nothing really. Nothing to see that she has $400,000 to just throw away. It looks like a normal family," Joe Palacino said. "Good people. She got caught in something that she probably realized she didn't mean to, you know, in the end."

Think so?  Or, could it have something to do with the following?  Not only sad, but inexplicable:

"Shanley is an NYPD widow. Her late husband died of a heart condition."

In light of the above, who better to know how important this charity truly is?

"She was released on $100,000 bond and is due back in federal court next month. If found guilty, Shanley would face a maximum of 32 years in prison."

Interesting to see how this case is adjudicated in light of the above.  No matter what, she needs to be held accountable.

The following is an egregious mistake.  New Zealand will live to regret it.  The Washington Post reports:

"It has not even been a week since a gunman spouting anti-immigrant hate stormed into two mosques here, killing 50 people and changing New Zealand forever. The funerals have only just started. Yet New Zealand has moved with astonishing speed to prevent this kind of mass shooting from ever happening again."

Think so?  Truly believe it?  Wake up.

"Six days after the shootings, politicians from across the spectrum and many lobby groups associated with gun use rallied around the government’s decision to ban semiautomatic weapons as well as the accessories that can convert lower-caliber guns into military-style assault weapons. People who own these weapons will be required to surrender them in a buyback program, and owners who fail to do so will face fines and prison time. “There is a general recognition that we don’t need these military-style weapons in New Zealand, so it’s very easy to win cross-party support for this,” said Mark Mitchell, who was defense minister in the previous, center-right government and who supports the ban initiated by the center-left-led Labour Party."

You may not 'need' them right now, but what about some time in the future?  Not a government in history that has not become tyrannical at some point.  What then?  -- When the citizenry is not as well armed as its oppressors?

"Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, who has earned plaudits across the country and the world for her compassionate and swift response to the shootings, announced Thursday that the government is banning “military-style semiautomatics” — defined as semiautomatic guns capable of being used with a detachable magazine that holds more than five cartridges. Parts and accessories that can be used to convert less-powerful guns into military-style weapons are also banned, along with all high-capacity magazines. The Australian man accused of carrying out last Friday’s attacks had five guns, two of which had been modified into assault rifles, essentially making them military-style weapons, police said."

The following is hopelessly delusional, achingly shortsighted:

“The time for the easy availability of these weapons must end, and today it will,” Ardern said at a news conference Thursday afternoon, using her power to create rules under existing legislation to put the ban into immediate effect. “In short, every semiautomatic weapon used in the terrorist attack on Friday will be banned in this country.” Ardern said the ban takes effect immediately to prevent the stockpiling of firearms while legislation to make it permanent is being drafted."

The law-abiding will consequently be effectively disarmed of weapons needed to defend themselves against out of control, abusive, murderous government.  The criminal element, nonetheless, will always find a way to access illegal weaponry.

"New Zealand is a farming nation where guns are often used for controlling pests, or recreationally for hunting and sport. There are as many as 1.5 million guns in the country — one for every three people. Ardern acknowledged that there are legitimate reasons for people in farming communities to have guns, so exceptions were made for .22-caliber rifles and for shotguns commonly used for duck and rabbit hunting. But these guns can have magazines that hold no more than 10 rounds. There will be narrow exemptions for professional pest control, and for the police and defense forces."

The latter is precisely the problem.  The citizenry will be defenseless when their government at some point in the future murderously abuses power.

"But Thursday’s decision amounts to a total ban on the kind of weapons that were used in Christchurch — and in mass-casualty shootings in the United States, such as in Parkland, Fla., Orlando and Las Vegas. Among gun-control advocates in the United States, there was immediate admiration that New Zealand was able to act so quickly and decisively, and frustration that American lawmakers have not been able to institute even the smallest of gun-control measures, even after 20 first-graders were killed in their Connecticut school in 2012."

There was, and is, good reason for this.  To prevent what happened in New Zealand after the massacre from happening right here in the United States.  That is, effective disarming of the American citizenry.  Thankfully, in the United States, the right to own firearms is guarantied by the Second Amendment.  In New Zealand, ownership of weaponry is considered a privilege, not a right.

“This is what real action to stop gun violence looks like,” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) tweeted after Ardern’s announcement."

This, among other reasons, is precisely why Sanders is unfit for office.

"There are some distinct differences about New Zealand’s system. For one, there is no equivalent of the Second Amendment here. In fact, anyone who wanted a gun for self-defense would be denied a gun license. People who want guns must go through a vetting process and obtain a license first. Even at shooting ranges, it is highly unusual to see a human figure as a target. Second, the scale of the attacks was like nothing New Zealand has ever seen before. The worst mass shooting before Friday occurred in Dunedin in 1990, when a gunman killed 13. And, crucially, New Zealand has a unicameral Parliament, where only a simple majority is required to pass legislation. “It’s easier to do here because we have a different type of democracy,” said Paul Buchanan, a former American intelligence analyst who has lived in New Zealand for the last 20 years. “There are so many veto points in the United States, and that’s part of the problem. It allows the lobbyists to come in at any one of the veto points,” he said."

That assessment is insanity.  You live in a country that is far more oppressive, controlling than here in the United States.  That, despite the fact we've been a de facto fascist police-state since 9/11, a democratic republic in name only.  Despite that most salient fact, disarming of the public would not be tolerated here.  Would spawn the unthinkable, unwanted.  A second American revolution already catastrophically looming for a variety of other reasons.

"Ardern announced an amnesty and buyback program to encourage owners of guns that are now banned to surrender their weapons. Current penalties for possessing guns illegally include fines of up to $2,700 or three years in jail, but Ardern said she planned to increase these as part of the process.

"From mid-April, only people who have a special “E” category of gun license — a group of only 7,500 people nationwide — will be allowed to own military-style weapons. Ardern told people not to bother trying to obtain an E license. “My advice to them is that they’re wasting their time,” she said.

"By moving so quickly, Ardern made it impossible for the group to put up much of a fight, said Buchanan. “Because the country is still in shock, the prime minister caught the gun lobby when they are on the back foot,” he said.

"The Police Association and other gun-control advocates have further steps in mind, including the establishment of a registration system for individual weapons, not just owners. Ardern has signaled that she plans to introduce that next."

Raw nazism New Zealanders will some day grow to profoundly regret.  Aggressive stupidity at its very worst.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

The following makes no sense.  Something's not quite right here.  Get this.  The Washington Post reports:

"The Cook County State’s Attorney’s office said Tuesday that all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett have been dropped. The “Empire” actor was indicted earlier this month for allegedly lying to Chicago police about a hate-crime attack. “After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollett’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago," a statement from the office of the Cook County State’s Attorney reads, "we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case.”

The forfeited bond is sizeable.  The following is incomprehensible in light of the above:

"In a statement, Smollett’s lawyer, Patricia Brown Holmes, said: “He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public causing an inappropriate rush to judgment." Smollett was first charged in February with disorderly conduct for filing a false police report. The actor, who is black and gay, told police in January that he had been attacked around 2 a.m. in the Streeterville neighborhood by two people who yelled racist and homophobic slurs, wrapped a rope around his neck and poured an unidentified chemical substance on him. The actor said at least one of his attackers had invoked President Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign slogan, yelling “This is MAGA country" during the attack. News of the dropped charges arrived after Smollett reportedly made an emergency appearance in Chicago court Tuesday morning."

Think this justice?  ... Or, someone with an enormous amount of cash who was able to buy his way out of a jam?  ... Or, is there some other explanation?

ABC News reports:

"In a stunning move, prosecutors in Chicago dropped all charges against "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett on Tuesday, a month after he was hit with felony counts stemming from what police said was a staged street attack on himself in an attempt to get a pay raise. Smollett appeared at an an emergency court hearing in Chicago Tuesday, where prosecutors told a judge they were dismissing the 16 charges of disorderly conduct and filing a false police report against the 36-year-old actor. While it was not immediately clear what prompted prosecutors to drop the charges against Smollett, a spokesperson for the Cook County State Attorney's Office noted that the actor will forfeit a $100,000 bond. The spokesperson, however, said that there was no plea deal, but rather an "agreement," and that no community service will be required of Smollett."

Jesus Christ.  What the hell is going on here?  Did this guy buy his way out of 16 felony counts?

“After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollet’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case.”

Think so?  ... Or, did a guy at the top of the food chain successfully buy his way out of a felony jam?

"Smollett's lawyers, Tina Glandian and Patricia Brown Holmes, released a statement confirming that all charges had been dropped. "Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of the filing of this tragic complaint against him," the defense attorneys said in a statement. "Jussie was attacked by two people he was unable to identify on January 29th. He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public causing an inappropriate rush to judgment."

That right?  If so, why not fight the charges instead of forfeiting the bond?

"The attorneys added, "Jussie and many others were hurt by these unfair and unwarranted actions. This entire situation is a reminder that there should never be an attempt to prove a case in the court of public opinion. That is wrong. It is a reminder that a victim, in this case Jussie, deserves dignity and respect. Dismissal of charges against the victim in this case was the only just result."

That right?  Then why, in effect pay thousands, to walk away?

CBS News reports:

"CBS News has learned that lawyers with the Chicago police department are trying to determine if they can legally release evidence in the investigation of Jussie Smollett despite a judge sealing the case. State prosecutors cleared the "Empire" actor of all 16 felony counts filed against him just over two weeks ago for allegedly lying to police about being the target of a hate crime attack. The charges were dropped after Smollett performed just two days of community service this past week, and because he agreed to forfeit his $10,000 bond even though the city spent more than $150,000 on his case. State prosecutor Joe Magats made the decision to drop the charges. He believes Smollett made up the allegations, but says the non-violent case qualifies for community service and a financial penalty, which he says is common. "So you believe he's guilty?" CBS News' Adriana Diaz asked Magats, who said, "Yes." "Our priority is violent crimes and the drivers of violence. Jussie Smollett is neither one of those," Magats said. Asked if community service and $10,000 is enough to wipe this clean, Magats said, "I feel that it is." Smollett has denied all of the allegations. Chicago's mayor and chief of police expressed outraged by the stunning reversal. Mayor Rahm Emanuel called it a "whitewash of justice" and Chicago's police union wants the Justice Department to investigate. "Mr. Smollett is still saying that he is innocent. Still running down the Chicago Police Department. How dare him," Emanuel said. "This sends an unambiguous message that there is no accountability and that is wrong."

Chicago police are not happy campers:

"Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said his department was blindsided by the decision. "It's Mr. Smollett who committed this hoax, period. If he wanted to clear his name, the way to do that was in a court of law so that everyone could see the evidence," Johnson said. Smollett's attorneys said his record was "wiped clean" of the 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct – each punishable by up to three years in prison. The actor remained unapologetic while maintaining his innocence. "I have been truthful and consistent on every single level since day one," Smollett said.

"Meanwhile the FBI is still investigating a threatening letter Smollett allegedly sent to himself in January, so his legal troubles are not over."

More on this as it becomes available.

The Trump nazi has again egregiously disgraced himself and our formerly great nation.  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump on Wednesday escalated his unrelenting attacks on the late senator from Arizona and former GOP presidential nominee John McCain, who even in death has remained one of Trump’s top targets for abuse as fellow Republicans have repeatedly begged him to stop. In a five-minute diatribe during an appearance at a General Dynamics tank factory in Lima, Ohio, Trump argued that McCain, a lifelong Pentagon booster and former prisoner of war in Vietnam, “didn’t get the job done” for veterans while also grousing that he did not receive proper gratitude for McCain’s funeral last September. “I gave him the kind of funeral he wanted, which as president I had to approve,” Trump said inaccurately, an apparent reference to allowing the use of military transport to carry McCain’s body to Washington. “I don’t care about this, I didn’t get a thank-you, that’s okay. We sent him on the way. But I wasn’t a fan of John McCain.” He added, “I have to be honest, I never liked him much. Hasn’t been for me. I’ve really, probably, never will.”

Think this man fit for office?

"The full-throated repudiation of a deceased and revered member of his party was remarkable even for a president constantly at war with his rivals, and it came amid an outpouring of statements in recent days praising McCain in the face of Trump’s attacks. “It’s deplorable what he said,” Sen. Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.), chairman of the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee, said in an interview with Atlanta-based Georgia Public Broadcasting earlier Wednesday, referring to previous Trump attacks on McCain. “It will be deplorable seven months from now, if he says it again, and I will continue to speak out. ... We should never reduce the service that people give to this country, including the offering of their own life.”

NPR reports:

"At a speech in Lima, Ohio, on Wednesday, President Trump went off script into a five minute, ad-libbed attack on the late Sen. John McCain, a celebrated Vietnam War veteran and a former prisoner of war. Lost amid the unusual verbal attack on a deceased war hero by a sitting president was an inaccurate claim about veterans' issues. President Trump slammed McCain for failing to pass a bill to expand VA services — a bill which in fact was originally sponsored by Sen. McCain."

The nazi in the Oval Office can't, won't be confused with the truth.

"It's not the first time the president has picked a fight with John McCain. It was the first major fight, though, since John McCain died of brain cancer seven months ago. Trump called the dead senator ungrateful and claimed, falsely, to have approved McCain's funeral at the National Cathedral. "I gave him the kind of funeral that he wanted — which, as President, I had to approve. I don't care about this. I didn't get 'thank you.' That's okay. We sent him on the way. But I wasn't a fan of John McCain," Trump said in Ohio."

Trump lied:

"It is actually Congress that approved most of the funeral arrangements, though the White House did allow government transport of McCain's body."

Trump can't, won't be confused by the truth.

"At the Ohio speech, Trump also criticized McCain's support for wars in the Middle East, and the Arizona senator's decisive vote in 2017 against repealing Obamacare. And he also repeated a false claim about McCain's role in failing to pass a bill that would have expanded VA services. "McCain didn't get the job done for our great vets and the VA, and they knew it," Trump said, "That's why, when I had my dispute with him, I had such incredible support from the vets and from the military. The vets were on my side because I got the job done. I got Choice and I got accountability. Accountability meaning, if somebody mistreats our vets — for 45 years they were trying."

Again, Trump was not truthful:

"The president did get strong support at the ballot box from the military community. And he did sign, last year, a major Veterans Affairs bill. But the law was not 45 years in the making, and is named the "John S. McCain III, Daniel K. Akaka, and Samuel R. Johnson VA Maintaining Internal Systems and Strengthening Integrated Outside Networks Act of 2018," in honor of McCain and two other veterans who served in Congress. This was an expansion of the original Veterans Choice law, to increase access to private care, which was co-sponsored by McCain five years ago, not 45 years ago.

"I fear that some [veterans] may be asking themselves, if John McCain's service has come into question, does that mean that the president doesn't appreciate their service and some of the sacrifices that they've made for this country?

Lindsay Rodman, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America"

CBS News reports:

"In an interview with Fox Business Network's Maria Bartiromo, Mr. Trump defended his ongoing tirades against the dead lawmaker, appearing to blame the media for bringing it up in the first place. "No, I don't talk about it. People ask me the question, I didn't bring this up. You just brought it up, you asked the question," Mr. Trump said when asked why he continued to attack McCain.  He added, "When they ask me the question, I answer the question. But you people bring it up, I don't bring it up. I'm not a fan. He was horrible what he did with repeal and replace. What he did to the Republican party and to the nation, and to sick people that could have had great health care was not good. So I'm not a fan of John McCain and that's fine." He later admonished Bartiromo for asking the question, suggesting that she wasn't "supposed to bring it up" in their wide-ranging discussion and referred to the issue as "fake news." Despite his public lashings against a notable political figure, Mr. Trump contends that he's "bringing the nation together." "I can tell you that a big portion of this nation is united like it's never been united before.  You look at our economy.  You look at jobs.  You look at African American -- the lowest in the history of our country, unemployment numbers, the best numbers they've ever had," said Mr. Trump. Much of the political world is in fact uniting together, with both Republicans and Democrats rejecting the president's attacks on  McCain. Several of the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates called out the president in the wake of his comments, including Iraq war veteran Pete Buttigieg, who said Mr. Trump was doing it "for attention."

Delusionally believe the Nazi Right isn't insane?  NPR reports:

"A Florida man accused of mailing pipe bombs to a number of prominent Democrats and Trump critics, as well as CNN, has pleaded guilty before a federal judge in New York. Cesar Altieri Sayoc, 57, was arrested in late October and was scheduled to go on trial in July on charges related to using weapons of mass destruction and transporting explosives. None of the devices exploded. He has been held without bail since his arrest. "I knew these actions were wrong. I'm extremely sorry," Sayoc said, as quoted by The Washington Post. He told U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff that he did not intend for the devices to explode but was aware of the risk that they might."

Believe it?

"Sayoc faces a possible life sentence in prison and is scheduled for sentencing on Sept. 12 on 65 criminal counts, according to a statement by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York. "For five days in October 2018, Cesar Sayoc rained terror across the country, sending high-ranking officials and former elected leaders explosive packages through the mail," U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said in the statement. "Thankfully no one was hurt by these dangerous devices, but his actions left an air of fear and divisiveness in their wake. Sayoc has taken responsibility for his crimes, and will soon be sentenced to significant time in prison."

Trump nazi backs Israeli aggressor.  NPR reports:

"The Trump administration has backed Israel's claim to sovereignty over the Golan Heights. The move comes weeks before Israeli general elections and reverses the position U.S. administrations have held for decades. President Trump made the announcement via tweet Thursday. "After 52 years it is time for the United States to fully recognize Israel's Sovereignty over the Golan Heights, which is of critical strategic and security importance to the State of Israel and Regional Stability!" the president wrote.

"After 52 years it is time for the United States to fully recognize Israel’s Sovereignty over the Golan Heights, which is of critical strategic and security importance to the State of Israel and Regional Stability!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 21, 2019"

Trump is insane.  Aggressively stupid.  Guaranties war and terror will continue unabated in the region.

"Israel captured the Golan Heights from Syria in a 1967 war and annexed the territory, a move not recognized by the U.S. or the international community. For years, the U.S. has tried to broker a regional agreement that would involve Israel exchanging captured territory for peace."

The United States has never been an honest broker of peace in the Middle East.  Readers are reminded the United States, the United Nations, and Europe in 1948 bequeathed Palestine to survivors of the Holocaust, -- without first consulting the Palestinians.  Leading to decades of war and terror in the region.

"Under the Trump administration, the U.S. has repeatedly endorsed controversial Israeli positions. In early March the U.S. closed its Jerusalem Consulate, which has been the lead diplomatic mission to the Palestinians, NPR's Daniel Estrin reported. It folded that job into the U.S. embassy to Israel. Last year the U.S. moved its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and backed Israel's assertion that the city is its capital. Palestinians claim part of the city as the capital of their future state. Previously, the U.S. held that the status of the city would be determined in peace talks. After the U.S. moved the embassy, Palestinian leaders cut contacts with the Trump administration."

Why wouldn't they?  Trump and his henchmen are clearly in the pocket of the Israeli aggressor.  Israeli Prime Minister 'Bebe' Netanyahu has certainly swept the Trump nazi off his feet.

"Washington has also shut off most funding to the Palestinians, leaving unfinished school and sewage projects in the West Bank."

All the above guarantee terror will continue unabated in the region.  Trump is not only insane, but stupid.

"Trump's Golan Heights announcement came as Secretary of State Mike Pompeo visited Jerusalem. Pompeo said the move was "truly historic."

How did you ever graduate West Point, Mr. Secretary?

"President Trump made a bold decision to recognize that, an important decision to the people of Israel," Pompeo said."

Further evidence of your aggressive stupidity, Mr. Pompeo.  This only guaranties continued war and terror in the region.  ... That, how you and your fuhrer get your cookies off, sir?

"Pompeo was hosted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who praised the decision to recognize the Golan as a "miracle" during the week Jewish people celebrate the holiday of Purim."

The Prime Minister continues to disgrace himself and his country.

"Netanyahu faces reelection in April, and he contends with corruption allegations and a rival who has tapped into the public's fatigue with a decade under the same leader."

The Prime Minister remains an impediment to peace in the region.

"U.S. policy as it relates to the Golan Heights has been probably been one of the most consistent and long-standing positions we've had on any Arab-Israeli issue," said Scott Lasensky, former advisor to the U.S. ambassador to Israel under the Obama administration.  Lasensky said Trump's move seemed to be "totally devoid of strategic imperative" and possibly aimed at helping Netanyahu win the vote. The Israeli leader visits Washington, D.C. next week."

Certainly, seems Trump and his henchmen are backing a country that has become the aggressor in the region.

"Palestinian peace negotiator Saeb Erekat panned the Golan announcement and said U.S. policy would bring "bloodshed in our region".

"Yesterday president Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s https://t.co/A8nWFdMkyz for regional stability he wants to make sure that the occupied Syrian Golan Heights be under Israel’s sovereignty. What shall tomorrow bring? Certain destabilization and bloodshed in our region.

— Dr. Saeb Erakat (@ErakatSaeb) March 21, 2019"

Sadly, so.  Shortsighted of the Trump nazi and his henchmen.  Aggressive stupidity at its very worst.

"U.S. secretaries of state have usually met Palestinian leaders while visiting the region, the Associated Press reports, but Pompeo had no visits with Palestinian dignitaries planned."

Incredibly shortsighted and stupid.

CBS News reports:

"Asked why he isn't attending the annual AIPAC conference this year, the president on the White House South Lawn responded by attacking Democrats. The president claimed Democrats have proven to be anti-Israel, going so far as to call them anti-Jewish, repeating similar comments he has made in recent days. Republicans and many Democrats have heavily criticized Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minnesota, for comments perceived as anti-Semitic. "The Democrats have very much proven to be anti-Israel there's no question about that, and it's a disgrace," Mr. Trump told reporters Friday. "I don't know what's happened to them but they are totally anti-Israel, Frankly I think they're anti-Jewish."

That's nuts.  You've lost your mind, Mr. 'President.'  You're anti-Palestinian despite the injustice perpetrated against them by the United States, the United Nations, and Europe in 1948.  No support of the Israeli aggressor perpetrated by you and your henchmen ameliorates your embrace of white supremacy, national socialism, fascism, nazism.  Wake up.  You've disgraced yourself and our formerly great country.

CBS News reports:

"Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Saturday that President Trump's move on the Golan Heights does not amount to a double standard. He made the remarks when asked about the U.S. stance on the Syrian territory that Israel officially seized in 1981 compared to U.S. policy on Russia regarding its annexation of Crimea. "You imposed sanctions on Russia for annexing Crimea," Hiba Nasr of Sky News said to Pompeo Saturday at the U.S. embassy in Beirut, Lebanon. "Now you are going to recognize the sovereign -- the Israeli sovereignty over these territories. Isn't this a double-standard policy?" "No, not at all," Pompeo said. "What the president did with the Golan Heights is recognize the reality on the ground and the security situation necessary for the protection of the Israeli state. It's that - it's that simple."

No it's not.  Only to a narrow-minded national socialist, fascist, nazi who remains achingly deluded, hopelessly simple-minded.  What this does is ensure there will be no peace, more war, endless terrorism in the region.  Aggressive stupidity at its very worst.  Proof positive the United States is not, has not been, an honest broker of peace in the Middle East.  Quite the opposite.  Remains in the pocket of the Israeli aggressor.

"He denied that Israel's annexation of the Golan Heights violated United Nations Security Council resolutions, saying "the decision the president made will increase the opportunity for there to be stability throughout the region."

Jesus Christ.  This fascist son of a bitch is hopelessly deluded.  Achingly, ill-informed.  Israel's enemies have already made it quite clear there will be more violence.

"Israel's annexation of the area is not recognized internationally. Several countries and the European Union have affirmed that they do not recognize Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights since Mr. Trump's announcement."

Certainly, have.

"The U.S. has strongly condemned Russia's 2014 annexation of Crimea in the Ukraine, and issued sanctions against Russia in response."

Nothing quite like hypocrisy, is there?

"Pompeo also said in his interview Saturday that Lebanese leadership supported the American position that Lebanon should not "succumb" to the influence of Iran and the terrorist group Hezbollah. Hezbollah, which is backed by Iran, has significant political influence in Lebanon. Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil denied that Hezbollah was a terrorist group on Friday, and said that it "enjoys a wide popular base," according to Al Jazeera. Nonetheless, Pompeo said in his interview with Sky News that it was "false" and "wrong" to say that Lebanese leadership disagreed with him about Hezbollah. "They understand -- President [Michel] Aoun, the foreign minister -- they both understand the need for Lebanese freedom, democracy, independence, sovereignty," Pompeo said."

Clearly, Pompeo remains as hopelessly delusional as his fuhrer, the Trump nazi.  Sad, isn't it?  Day is night, night is day, and shit smells perversely sweet in the world of the Republican nazi.

Netanyahu has his say.  NBC News reports:

"Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hit back Tuesday against comments from Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., suggesting that the reason Israel is solidly supported by the U.S. government is because of money. "From this Benjamin, it's not about the Benjamins!" Netanyahu told the AIPAC conference in Washington, speaking by satellite hookup from Israel. "The reason Americans love Israel," he added, "is not because they want our money, it's because they share our values. It's because America and Israel share a love of freedom and democracy."

No longer true, Mr. Prime Minister.  Not in your country.  Not in mine.  Think not?  Wake up.

The United States has been a de facto fascist police-state since 9/11.  -- Gutless imposition by both major political parties of the USA 'Patriot' Act, Homeland 'Security' Act, 'Real' ID Act, etc..  ... Fascism, nazism, national socialism defined as the pernicious blend of government, business, and religion. 'Justified' by perversion and bastardization of the latter.  Our fuhrer, the Trump nazi, prima facie evidence.

Equally to the point and ferociously, how is your country a democratic state when you continue to brutally subjugate the Palestinians after stealing their land in 1948 with the blessing of the United States, the United Nations, and Europe?  When Palestinians who happen to be citizens of Israel and live within the borders of your country are not treated the same as Jewish Israelis?  -- Land that was lost due to excesses of the Israelites generations ago.

"Netanyahu's remarks were in response to a February tweet by Omar, who is Muslim, that American support for Israel was "all about the Benjamins baby." Weeks later, she said pro-Israel activists pushed for "allegiance to a foreign country." Both comments triggered accusations from some lawmakers and prominent Jewish groups of anti-Semitism and playing on toxic anti-Jewish stereotypes."

Any excuse at all to excuse and justify subjugation of the Palestinians by the Israeli aggressor.

"In response, the House of Representatives approved a resolution condemning anti-Semitism and other forms of hatred though the measure did not single her out. Omar has apologized for suggesting that the United States' connection to Israel is driven by money from AIPAC. On Tuesday, however, she took a shot at Netanyahu, as well as President Donald Trump, telling NBC News that "the Prime Minister of Israel is the one that is aligning with right-wing leaders, somebody who is currently facing possible indictments for bribery and corruption, and he is meeting with a president that we know might be charged, or might face indictments for obstruction of justice."

She's right.  That might very well happen.  Criminal investigation of the Trump nazi is far from over.  Not clear, either, whether or not Netanyahu will be prosecuted.

"Netanyahu met with Trump at the White House on Monday. Moments after Netanyahu spokes at AIPAC — he had been scheduled to speak to the conference in person but returned to Israel early after rockets were launched from Gaza — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., also addressed Omar's comments, saying that "for many years, such slurs and tropes were limited to the fringes."

What's the matter, Mitch?  Can't handle the truth?  The injustice perpetrated by the Israeli aggressor?

"Sadly, they've recently received new prominence, having been repeated and retweeted by a sitting member of Congress," he said, not mentioning Omar by name. "My friends, your advocacy is not a conspiracy. Your passion is nothing to apologize for. It is the essence of our democracy."

That's nonsense, Mitch.  This is no longer a democratic republic.  In name only.  We've gone backwards last 65 years or so.  Culminating in imposition of what is in effect a fascist police-state after 9/11.  Both major political parties are gutlessly responsible for this ongoing fiasco.

"McConnell also attacked the several Democratic presidential candidates who skipped the conference after a prominent progressive group called on them to boycott the event."

Wake up, Mitch. It's the embrace of nazism, Senator.  Don't flatter yourself, you fascist son of a bitch.

"I'm troubled that many of the declared Democratic presidential candidates seem to be avoiding this very gathering," McConnell said. "Apparently, because political partisans who have leveled scurrilous charges against this organization have warned they will be keeping watch, and they will be taking names."

What are you so afraid of, Senator?  The truth?  You're out to lunch.  Hopelessly, clueless.  What national socialist isn't?

"Sens. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., Kamala Harris, D-Calif., and Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Rep. Beto O’Rourke, D-Texas, as well as others, did not attend the event. Meanwhile, speaker after speaker at the three-day AIPAC conference referred to Omar before an audience of 18,000 who packed the Washington Convention Center, watching the proceedings from a dozen giant screens flanking the sage."

Forget?  Politically correct thing to do.  ... While ignoring atrocities perpetrated by the Israeli aggressor on the Palestinians since 1948.  Then again, the nazi element can't, won't be confused by the truth.

"House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., addressing the group on Tuesday, however, touted the anti-hate resolution she recently shepherded through Congress in response to the Omar controversy and condemned the "myth of dual loyalty" and the BDS movement (boycott, divestment, sanctions) as "bigotry masquerading as policy." "I simply declare to be anti-Semitic is to be anti-American. It has no place in our country," Pelosi said to applause."

You're right, Madam Speaker.  Neither does national socialism, fascism, nazism embraced by the Republican Party.  Why aren't you courageously calling out the GOP for what it has gutlessly become?

"Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., the ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, for his part, pledged support for Israel and also condemned Omar’s comments — but pushed back aggressively at GOP attempts to drive a wedge between Jewish voters and the Democratic Party."

Clearly, has become the agenda of the Republican Party as it continues to ironically nazify at the very same time it embraces the Israeli aggressor.  Years ago, would have been thought impossible, unthinkable.  No longer.  Inconsistency?  Rule of the day.

"I can['t] stay silent when the entire Democratic Party is castigated as Jew-haters when what we really need is leadership in a movement that unites this nation and the world against the rise of anti-Semitism, hatred and white supremacy and across the globe," Menendez said to applause. "This isn't about playing politics with anti-Semitism."

How is that possible when our fuhrer in the Oval Office remains supportive of white supremacy, embraces the principles of national socialism, fascism?

“So, yes, when you imply that money is the only driving factor behind a strong U.S.-Israel relationship, you are fanning those flames,” Menendez continued, before taking a thinly veiled shot at Trump. "And just the same, when you accuse Jews of funding caravans of asylum-seekers at our southern border or fail to condemn the full variety of white supremacy at home and abroad, you are fanning those flames."

Indeed.  The hypocrisy, unsustainable.

Once again, the United States forces its perverse ideological and religious views on the world community.  Pompeo nazi leads the charge.  CBS News reports:

"Secretary of State of Mike Pompeo announced refinements to the administration's Mexico City policy, a ban on federal funding for organizations that provide abortion services, in order to "protect the least amongst us." While the State Department will continue to refuse to provide assistance to foreign non-governmental organizations (NGO's) that "perform or actively promote abortion as a method of family planning," Pompeo said Tuesday that the State Department is also making clear "we will refuse to provide assistance to foreign NGOs that give to other foreign groups in the global abortion industry." "American taxpayer dollars will not be used to underwrite abortions," Pompeo urged."

Direct violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  This government has no business promulgating religious views, perverse or otherwise.  On anyone.  Here or abroad.

"Under the Bush administration, this rule did not apply to funding for HIV/AIDS programs. Now it does, and the policy will now also apply to programs that provide tuberculosis, malaria and nutrition services. Asked if he this new policy risked cutting care for the nearly a million people who died from HIV/AIDS last year, Pompeo said the U.S. provides more funding for that than any country in the world and "one need not perform abortions in order to protect people from HIV."

Disingenuous bullshit, -- and the Secretary of State knows it.  People will die as a result.  ... How did you ever graduate West Point, Mikey?

"Pompeo added, "This administration has shown that we can continue to meet our global health goals while refusing to subsidize the killing of unborn babies."

Not your call, Mikey.  Neither is it the call of our national socialist, fascist, nazi government, -- which is certainly no longer a democratic republic.

"The State Department has also moved to defund an arm of the Organization of American States (OAS) that has allowed for abortion lobbying, both for and against. "The institutions of the OAS should be focused on the crisis in Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, not advancing the pro-abortion cause," Pompeo admonished."

How about focusing on the national socialist, fascist, nazi police-state we now live in since 9/11 in our formerly great country, Mikey?  You and your nazi fuhrer have egregiously abrogated your oaths of office to uphold the United States Constitution.

"Abortion rights groups have long opposed the policy, and presidents have rescinded and restored it, depending on their political leanings, since 1984. Then-President Bill Clinton revoked it in January 1993 upon taking office because "these excessively broad anti-abortion conditions are unwarranted," he wrote in his memorandum, adding that the policy had "undermined efforts to promote safe and efficacious family planning programs in foreign nations." Eight years later, George W. Bush reinstated it when he took office. Barack Obama later rescinded it once again in 2009, making the same argument as Clinton had. Pompeo said on Tuesday that Mr. Trump "boldly" expanded the policy "which now protects every human life impacted by the nearly $9 billion dollars of foreign aid we spend on global health programs each year, and in turn, protects more unborn babies than ever before." "This is decent, this is right and I'm proud to serve in an administration that protects the least amongst us," Pompeo added."

The hell it does, Mikey.  You and your fuhrer line your pockets off the bottom and middle class.  If you and the nazi in the Oval Office truly cared about the 'least among us,' you wouldn't be shamelessly ripping them off to line your bottomless pockets.  Didn't they teach you that in church, you achingly clueless, fascist piece of crap?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Nothing quite like religious bigotry.  The Washington Post reports:

"State Rep. Stephanie Borowicz was on the ninth “Jesus” of her opening prayer in the Pennsylvania statehouse when other lawmakers started to look uncomfortable. Speaker Mike Turzai, a fellow Republican, glanced up — but Borowicz carried on, delivering a 100-second ceremonial invocation that some of her colleagues decried as an offensive, divisive and Islamophobic display shortly before the legislature swore in its first Muslim woman. “God forgive us — Jesus — we’ve lost sight of you, we’ve forgotten you, God, in our country, and we’re asking you to forgive us,” Borowicz said, followed by a quote from the Bible’s second book of Chronicles that implores God’s followers to “turn from their wicked ways.” Then she praised President Trump for his unequivocal support of Israel."

Jesus Christ.  -- No pun intended.  Give me a break.  ... How insecure could this woman possibly be?

Gets worse:

“I claim all these things in the powerful, mighty name of Jesus, the one who, at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess, Jesus, that you are Lord, in Jesus’ name,” Borowicz said. By the time she said “Amen,” Borowicz had invoked Jesus 13 times, deploying the name between prayerful clauses as though it were a comma. She mentioned “Lord” and “God” another six times each and referenced “The Great I Am” and “the one who’s coming back again, the one who came, died and rose again on the third day.”

Just when one would think it couldn't get worse, it did:

"As the prayer reached a crescendo, at least one member shouted objections. Turzai, standing behind her, looked up again and nudged her elbow, prompting her to quickly conclude the address. Afterward, the protests only grew louder. “It blatantly represented the Islamophobia that exists among some leaders — leaders that are supposed to represent the people,” Rep. Movita Johnson-Harrell, the newly sworn-in Democrat who is Muslim, told the Pennsylvania Capital-Star on Monday. “I came to the Capitol to help build bipartisanship and collaborations regardless of race or religion to enhance the quality of life for everyone in the Commonwealth.”

'Don't do as I do, do as I say.'  Incredible hypocrisy.  NPR reports:

"Senior adviser to the President Jared Kushner used private email and a messaging app to conduct official business, the House oversight committee says. Kushner's lawyer has pushed back on some of the committee's assertions. Jared Kushner's attorney told the House Committee on Oversight and Reform that Kushner uses private messaging applications and personal email to communicate about official White House matters, the committee wrote in a letter to White House Counsel Pat Cipollone on Thursday. The oversight panel said that Kushner, the president's son-in-law and a senior White House adviser, had been using WhatsApp as part of his official duties — an apparent violation of a law governing White House records. The committee said that it learned about the use of private email and WhatsApp from a December 2018 conversation from Kushner's lawyer, Abbe Lowell, who also represents the president's daughter, Ivanka Trump. Meanwhile, the committee said that Trump had been receiving official emails on her personal account and has not been forwarding them to her official White House account as required by law. Her lawyer confirmed this as well, according to the committee. Lowell contended in a letter to Cummings Thursday afternoon that some of the information the committee states is incorrect, including that Lowell confirmed Kushner used a messaging app to communicate "with foreign 'leaders' or 'officials.' " He said he told the committee that Kushner follows White House protocols and referred questions to the White House counsel.

"Aside from the Kushners, the House committee said other officials such as the former deputy national security adviser K.T. McFarland and former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon used their personal email accounts to discuss the "transfer of sensitive U.S. nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia." The panel produced a report last month alleging that the Trump administration sought to rush the transfer of American nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia in potential violation of the law. The House oversight committee first launched its investigation into use of personal email "in violation of the Presidential Records Act and White House policy" back in 2017, Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., wrote in Thursday's letter. But Cummings said that the White House has failed to produce many documents that he and his panel have demanded."

Readers will recall the Trump nazi's campaign chant vis a vis Hillary Clinton and her use of a personal email server:  "Lock her up!"

Does policy even matter to candidates running for president?  Carefully consider the following.  NPR reports:

"In the crowded field of Democratic presidential candidates, Sen. Bernie Sanders might have the biggest army of supporters, Sen. Kamala Harris might come from a bigger state, and former Rep. Beto O'Rourke might have his skateboard, but Sen. Elizabeth Warren is the policy candidate. By the admittedly imperfect metrics of early fundraising and polling, it's not clear Warren's mastery of policy is an asset for Democratic voters. The Massachusetts senator says she's a committed capitalist, but that "markets without rules are theft."

No question, certainly true.  Quite apparent for quite some time in our formerly great country.

"She says Washington is in league with big business and the super-rich at the expense of working Americans. So, as president, Warren says she would launch an ambitious reform of American capitalism. "We need to make systemic change in this country," Warren declared in January at her first presidential rally in New Hampshire. She's backing up that call with a slew of detailed policy proposals, which she began rolling out well before she announced she was running for president. For example, in August she introduced an anti-corruption bill, which among other things, would impose lifetime lobbying bans on presidents, vice presidents, members of Congress, federal judges and cabinet secretaries. It would also require presidential candidates to make their tax returns public — something President Trump has never done."

One thing for sure, unlike Trump, to say nothing of her fellow Democratic contenders for president, Warren is a policy wonk.  Has offered specifics.  Not talked in generalities.  Not a socialist since she plans to reform capitalism not replace it.  Whether her proposals fly or not in the current political atmosphere is the unanswered question.  Highly unlikely.  Not with Republican national socialists, fascists, nazis presently owning the Senate and Oval Office.

"The problem is in the structure — it's how money influences this place, and how the wealthy and the well-connected get their way over and over, while everybody else gets left behind," she told WBUR last year. Beyond that, Warren has proposed policies to break up Facebook and other tech giants; to require that corporations include workers on their boards to make them more responsive to the common good and not just to shareholders. She has also called for universal pre-K and child care — a big, expensive program. But she says an annual wealth tax on fortunes greater than $50 million would easily pay for it. "And, still have $2 trillion left over," Warren explained recently on The New York Times podcast The Argument. "Think about what we could do on students loans, or the work we need to do on infrastructure."

Think so?  Believe it's viable?

"According to polls, voters overwhelmingly approve of Warren's policies, including a wealth tax and universal pre-K. But that doesn't seem to be translating into high voter interest in Warren's campaign."

Fascinating, isn't it?

"You hear from people that [Warren] sort of reminds them of Hillary [Clinton], which they mean in a purely stylistic sense," Michelle Goldberg, a liberal columnist for the Times, said on The Argument. "It leads me to wonder: What is the salience of policy in a Democratic primary — or in our politics at all?" In other words, when running for president, does policy even matter? That's a deep question that leads to an answer that pains Richard Reeves, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and someone who appreciates policy. "It's a painful truth to recognize that policy is less important than we like to think it is," Reeves said. "We are increasingly seeing that political brands matter more than policy platforms." Following the 2016 election, Reeves published an essay for Brookings, "The real loser of the 2016 campaign is policy," in which he argued that Trump "offered the most vivid example of the sundering of policy from politics." "What Donald Trump did during the campaign was to paint in a very broad brush," Reeves said. "Rather than having a debate about immigration policy in the round, [Trump asked], 'Are you for or against the wall? Are you for or against the Muslim ban?'" Reeves gives Warren credit for her deep work on policy. But he says there is a lot of evidence that voters often decide first who they like before they consider which policies they support. For Warren, that means a big challenge could come from someone like O'Rourke, the former Texas congressman, whose policy positions remain vague and unformed, but who is able to ride (literally) his brand."

Article goes on and on.  Something to think about.  One thing seems for sure, however, politics has devolved into 'symbolism over substance.'  Literally.  Both parties.

Mueller is finished.  NPR reports:

"Attorney General William Barr received a report on Friday by special counsel Robert Mueller about the findings from Mueller's investigation into the Russian attack on the 2016 presidential election. Barr notified congressional leaders in a letter that said he is "reviewing the report and anticipate that I may be in a position to advise you of the special counsel's principal conclusions as soon as this weekend." Mueller is not recommending any more indictments, a senior Justice Department official told reporters. The investigations by Congress and other federal and state authorities into other aspects of Trump's 2016 campaign and business will continue. So it isn't clear whether they may lead to criminal charges separate from the work by Mueller that has ended. As to Friday's report, Barr wrote to congressional leaders that he intends to consult with Mueller and with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein "to determine what other information from the report can be released to Congress and the public consistent with the law." A message from Mueller was delivered early in the afternoon to Rosenstein and given "within minutes" to Barr, a Justice Department spokeswoman said. Officials would not characterize the length of Mueller's report but would say it is "comprehensive."

NPR reports:

"Attorney General William Barr is being urged by both Democrats and Republicans to make special counsel Robert Mueller's final report public. After nearly two years of waiting, special counsel Robert Mueller's report into Russia's attack on the 2016 presidential election is finally done. And there's growing bipartisan pressure on Attorney General William Barr to make it public.  Barr, who received Mueller's findings on Friday evening, told congressional leaders in a letter that he was "reviewing the report and anticipate that I may be in a position to advise you of the Special Counsel's principal conclusions as soon as this weekend." But to Democrats, that step isn't enough. They have long been pushing Barr, who was confirmed to lead the Justice Department last month, to make Mueller's report public as a further glimpse into what the Trump 2016 campaign's Russian ties and contacts were. Last week in a sweeping bipartisan vote, the House of Representatives also said the report should be released; however, that vote is not legally binding. The Democratic chairmen of six major House committees issued a statement Friday demanding that Barr release the report to the public "without delay given the profound public interest in the full disclosure of information learned by the Special Counsel."

Should the bastard stonewall on behalf of his fuhrer, the Trump nazi, there are ways for the House to get around this.

"Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., the vice chairman of the Senate intelligence committee, said Congress should get full access to the report. He also wants all documents related to Mueller's investigation to be preserved and made available to the appropriate committees on Capitol Hill. Finally, Warner said, the public should also have some access to Mueller's final work product after nearly two years of investigating."

"Some access?"  Give me a break.  Congress works for us, not the other way around.  Wake up.

"Congress and the American people deserve to judge the facts for themselves," Warner said. "The special counsel's report must be provided to Congress immediately, and the attorney general should swiftly prepare a declassified version of the report for the public. Nothing short of that will suffice."

Wake up.

"Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., told NPR's All Things Considered that the full report, not simply Mueller's conclusions, should be made public."

Goddamned right.

"No one should be satisfied with what we see unless it is full disclosure of the facts and evidence, not just the conclusions but all of the findings that went into those conclusions," Blumenthal said. "No scrubbing for executive privilege, no involvement by the White House in censoring or reviewing and no claims of executive privilege."

That's right.  No question.  Nothing less will do.  You bastards don't work for yourselves.  You work for us.  'We, The People.'

"House intelligence committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., told All Things Considered that he "will subpoena people as necessary" based on information in the report. "We are determined that we protect the public and that we make this as transparent as possible."

Hopefully, you and your colleagues will do precisely that.  Otherwise, you can, and will, be replaced at the polls.

NPR reports:

"The investigations into President Trump, his campaign and his associates do not end with the release of the Mueller report. Robert Mueller may have completed his report, but other investigations into President Trump are expected to carry on for months. There are, broadly, two kinds: those being undertaken from within the executive branch and those being run by members of Congress — mostly Democrats in control of major committees in the House.

"The completion of Mueller's work doesn't mean the broader Russia imbroglio is over, however — and investigators are also looking into a number of other topics beyond Russian election interference. At least eight federal criminal cases are ongoing. In Congress, the Senate intelligence committee has yet to complete its 2016 election interference investigation and issue a report, and multiple committees in the House have launched wide-ranging inquiries on multiple topics beyond the Russian interference issue. The Justice Department is undertaking several cases related to Trump that are likely to continue: Prosecutors have charged GOP political consultant Roger Stone with obstruction, witness tampering and lying to Congress in connection with his work in 2016 on behalf of Trump's campaign. Stone has pleaded not guilty, and that case could go to trial later this year. The case against the Russian company Concord Management and Consulting, which has been linked to Russia's social media disinformation campaign, continues in Washington, D.C. Prosecutors are charging former business partners of Trump's ex-national security adviser Michael Flynn in a case in the Eastern District of Virginia.

"Another important outstanding case is that of Rick Gates, a business associate of onetime Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort. Gates also has been cooperating with investigators since pleading guilty last year to conspiracy and making false statements. Justice Department officials have said in court documents that he has given so much good information they want his sentence to be delayed so their work can continue. Prosecutors in Washington secured a guilty plea from a Russian woman, Maria Butina, who admitted to conspiring to serve as a Russian agent inside the U.S."

Report goes on and on.  Trump and his henchmen will likely be tap dancing quite some time.  ... Doing the 'old soft shoe.'

Think not?  The Washington Post reports:

"The conclusion of the investigation by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign hardly spells the end of President Trump’s legal woes. Nearly every organization Trump has run over the last decade remains under investigation by state or federal authorities, and he is mired in a variety of civil litigation, including a lawsuit filed in New York state by a former contestant on his reality television show that could force him to answer questions under oath later this year about his treatment of women."

Tough, isn't it?  Only himself to blame.

"Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen pleaded guilty in August to breaking campaign finance law by arranging pre-election payments to two women who said they had extramarital affairs with Trump. Cohen told a federal judge that his actions were intended to silence the women to help Trump win the election. Cohen said he had been directed by Trump, who was referred to in court documents drawn up by federal prosecutors in Manhattan as “individual one.”

"The status of the investigation is a bit murky.

"But Cohen told Congress recently that a number of other Trump Organization officials were aware of the hush-money arrangement, including longtime chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg. Weisselberg, who was granted immunity by federal prosecutors to provide information in the Cohen case, has not commented. Cohen, in his public testimony, also fueled additional speculation when he said he was aware of other potentially illegal behavior by Trump that he could not discuss because he believed it remained the subject of ongoing investigation by New York prosecutors."

That's not all:

"Summer Zervos, a former “Apprentice” contestant, was one of about a dozen women who accused Trump of sexual misconduct before the 2016 election. She filed suit against Trump in New York in 2017, arguing that Trump defamed her when he called his accusers “liars.” A New York appellate court earlier this month denied a request by Trump to dismiss the suit, allowing it to move forward. Trump’s lawyers had argued that presidents are immune from lawsuits filed in state court while they are in office, and their defeat in the Zervos case has broad implications for other lawsuits that might be filed against him. Trump’s lawyers have said they plan to appeal, but if the ruling stands, it means Trump would likely have to sit for a deposition in the matter in coming months. He would face questions about Zervos’s allegations — she has said that Trump groped her and kissed her without consent during a 2007 encounter in a Los Angeles hotel room that she had believed was supposed to be a business meeting. Her lawyers would probably seek to ask the president questions about his treatment of other women. Trump could face serious consequences if he were to lie in the deposition. The impeachment of President Bill Clinton began after he was accused of lying in a deposition in a civil sexual harassment suit filed by Paula Jones."

How can a congenital liar not lie like hell under oath?  LOL.

Of course, there is the emoluments issue:

"Trump is facing two federal lawsuits alleging that he has violated the Constitution because his private company continues to do business with foreign governments. Trump’s D.C. hotel, down the street from the White House, has already hosted parties put on by the Kuwaiti, Azerbaijani and Philippine embassies, and it rented more than 500 rooms to lobbyists for the Saudi government starting just after the 2016 election. Trump’s hotel in Chicago has also hosted a national day celebration by the Romanian consulate. The Trump Organization has said it made $191,000 in profit from foreign governments last year and donated that amount to the U.S. Treasury. But it has not specified who its foreign customers are and how much they paid in total. The Constitution prohibits presidents from taking “emoluments” from foreign states, or the government of individual U.S. states."

Then, there is the issue of the inauguration fiasco:

"Federal prosecutors in Manhattan sent a subpoena in February to the presidential inaugural committee, the entity that organized Trump’s $107 million festivities when he took office in January 2017. The request sought a broad range of records covering nearly every aspect of the committee’s activities, including documents related to its record-setting fundraising, vendor payments, perks for donors and other communications. It also requested all records related to one specific donor, a California-based venture capital firm run by a major Democratic donor who switched sides after Trump’s victory and gave $900,000 to the Trump inaugural. That man, Imaad Zuberi, has denied any wrongdoing. In addition, the committee has also received subpoenas from state attorneys general offices in New Jersey and D.C., which are each investigating whether the not-for-profit committee’s spending fulfilled its charitable aims."

Think the noose isn't figuratively tightening?  Then, there are the state investigations:

"Trump and his company are facing a battery of investigations from state authorities in New York, where the Trump Organization is headquartered. New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) is suing Trump in state court because of what the state called “persistently illegal conduct” at Trump’s 30-year-old charity, the Donald J. Trump Foundation. The suit says that Trump used the charity’s money to buy paintings of himself, to pay off legal settlements for his for-profit businesses, and to give his own presidential campaign a boost during the 2016 Republican primaries. “The evidence shows that the Foundation’s charitable assets were repeatedly used for the personal benefit of Mr. Trump,” the attorney general’s office wrote in a recent filing. Trump and his children Ivanka, Don Jr. and Eric have also been sued; they were all technically members of a charity “board” that hadn’t met since 1999, the attorney general’s office says. In that case, Trump has agreed to shutter the foundation, but the case is still pending. The attorney general is seeking millions in penalties and restitutions, and seeking to ban Trump from serving on the board of any New York charity for 10 years. In addition, Trump’s company appears to be the focus of two new state inquiries that followed the congressional testimony by Cohen. Cohen told a House committee in February that Trump had submitted inflated summaries of his assets to both insurers and would-be lenders, seeking to mislead them about the state of his net worth. After that, state authorities sent subpoenas to Deutsche Bank and another bank that loaned money to Trump, and to Aon, Trump’s longtime insurance broker. One person familiar with the subpoena to Aon said that Cohen’s account — and the “statements of financial condition” that he said Trump used to inflate his assets — were “a key component” of the state’s inquiry."

Never ends.  Then, there is the issue of undocumented immigrants:

"State investigators in both New York and New Jersey have spoken to an attorney for undocumented immigrants who worked for years at Trump’s golf clubs, according to the attorney. In January, the company fired at least 18 workers — many of them longtime employees — after an audit found that their immigration documents were fraudulent. Neither the New York nor the New Jersey attorney general has commented on these cases or confirm that they had opened a formal investigation."

Then, there is the issue of Roger Stone:

"Trump’s longtime friend and former political strategist Roger Stone is set to go to trial in November for allegedly lying to Congress about his efforts to find out what material WikiLeaks held before the 2016 election. The anti-secrecy site upended the campaign in by publishing emails from the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton campaign chairman, John Podesta, that prosecutors have said were stolen by Russian operatives. Stone was charged jointly by Mueller’s office and prosecutors in Washington. The special counsel has made no announcements about how his case will be handled now that his investigation has concluded, but the D.C. U.S. attorney’s office is expected to take the lead. Stone has pleaded not guilty and said he intends to fight the charges. The trial will showcase evidence of the Trump campaign’s eagerness to leverage WikiLeaks’ stolen documents for political benefit. Prosecutors have said that Stone communicated campaign officials including adviser Stephen K. Bannon, about WikiLeaks."

Clearly, Trump and his henchmen will have their hands full quite some time.

NPR reports:

"Special counsel Robert Mueller did not find evidence that President Trump's campaign conspired with Russia to influence the 2016 election, according to a summary of findings submitted to Congress by Attorney General William Barr.  "The Special Counsel's investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election," Barr wrote in a letter to leaders of the House and Senate judiciary committees on Sunday afternoon. That was despite "multiple offers from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign," he wrote. However, Mueller's investigation did not take a position on whether Trump obstructed justice by trying to frustrate the ongoing investigation. "[W]hile this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him," Barr quotes from Mueller's report."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Yet, the Trump nazi and his henchmen claim complete vindication.

"The attorney general wrote that he and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had concluded that the findings of the special counsel were "not sufficient to establish that the president committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."

That right?  Think so?  Others in the legal community claim otherwise.  ... Patience.  Will get to that shortly.

"The Justice Department leaders reached that conclusion, Barr wrote, without regard to the "constitutional considerations" that surround whether the department can seek an indictment of a sitting president."

Think anyone in a democratic republic is above the law?  Including a sitting president?

"Trump talked with reporters as he prepared to return from Florida to the White House, calling the investigation "an illegal take-down that failed." "It was just announced there was no collusion with Russia, the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. There was no obstruction, and it was a complete and total exoneration," Trump said before boarding Air Force One."

That's not what the Attorney General said in his letter summarizing the Mueller Report as reported several paragraphs above.

"It's a shame our country had to go through this, and to be honest, it's a shame your president had to go through this." Trump also said: "Hopefully someone's going to look at the other side," seeming to revive suggestions that he wanted an investigation into his 2016 Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton, which he has called for several times. At Trump's rallies, there are frequent chants of "Lock her up!" FBI Director James Comey announced in 2016 that Clinton would not be charged. Trump's outside attorneys, including Rudy Giuliani and Jay Sekulow, released a statement on Sunday hailing what they said was "a complete and total vindication of the president." Top Republicans also seized on the news, arguing that Trump has now been absolved."

Simply, not true as reported above vis a vis the Attorney General's letter.

The Washington Post reports:

"A big question hanging over William P. Barr’s nomination to be attorney general this year was whether, once he got the job, he would do President Trump’s bidding. Barr had made statements critical of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation, and he even wrote a long memo rejecting the need for the obstruction of justice portion of Mueller’s inquiry. Trump also repeatedly made clear his desire for a loyalist to oversee the investigation. On Sunday, Barr made a big decision in Trump’s favor. And he did so in a way legal experts say is very questionable. In his four-page letter describing the report’s major findings, Barr noted that Mueller didn’t conclude that Trump committed obstruction of justice but that Mueller also said, pointedly, that he wasn’t exonerating Trump either. Then Barr stepped forward to offer his own exoneration. “After reviewing the Special Counsel’s final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, including the Office of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions,” Barr wrote, “Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel’s investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.”

Certainly, did the bidding of his fuhrer, the Trump nazi.  Precisely, why the 'president' nominated him.

"He further explained. “In making this determination, we noted that the Special Counsel recognized that ‘the evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference,’ and that, while not determinative, the absence of such evidence bears upon the President’s intent with respect to obstruction.” There are a few reasons this conclusion is problematic. The first is Barr’s rationale. Legal experts say it’s odd that he emphasized the lack of an underlying, proven crime, given that’s not necessary for obstruction of justice. “I think this is the weakest part of Attorney General Barr’s conclusions,” said Jessica Levinson, a professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. “You do not need to prove an underlying crime to prove obstruction of justice. Martha Stewart is quite aware of this fact.” “For example,” added former federal prosecutor David Alan Sklansky, now of Stanford University, “if the President wrongfully tried to block the investigation into Russian interference in the election because he wanted to protect the Russians, or because he didn’t want people to know that a foreign government had tried to hack the election in his favor, that would constitute obstruction.” Gene Rossi, another former federal prosecutor, said the lack of an underlying crime does matter. “However, the existence of an underlying crime is not an essential element of the crime of obstruction. End of story,” he said. “To the extent the attorney general suggests such an element, he is dead wrong.” It’s important to note that Barr doesn’t quite say this means there can’t be obstruction of justice, but it is a point of emphasis."

Argument goes on and on, but here's the salient conclusion:

“You don’t need to be guilty of an underlying crime to obstruct an investigation — especially one that might, and in fact did, implicate a number of close associates and aides,” said Jens David Ohlin, a law professor at Cornell University. And the last point is that this is not a determination Barr necessarily needed to make. Justice Department guidelines say that a sitting president can’t be indicted, so as attorney general, Barr’s conclusions about Mueller’s report weren’t really needed. Congress is the ultimate arbiter here, through potential impeachment proceedings. The fact that Mueller opted not to make a specific recommendation on obstruction of justice may have convinced Barr to weigh in, but he could have just left it at Mueller opting not to accuse Trump of a crime. Instead, Barr made a determination based on reviewing Mueller’s report for less than 48 hours. In doing so, he invited Democrats to accuse him of going above and beyond for the man who appointed him — and who had, for months and months before then, very publicly resented the fact that his previous attorney general, Jeff Sessions, had recused himself from the investigation. Ultimately, Congress will make its own determinations, and Democrats have signaled that they are not going to let this lie. But Barr’s statement is an important one when it comes to whether Republicans would ever go along with impeaching or removing Trump — and whether voters might support Trump in 2020. This is what Barr’s critics feared when the Senate voted to confirm him two months ago. It’s why they urged him to recuse himself from the Russia investigation. And it’s going to be a significant point of contention in the hours and days ahead."

NBC News reports:

"Attorney General William Barr’s four-page summary of the “principal conclusions” of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’ still-secret report, released on Sunday, engages in sleight-of-hand when finding that President Donald Trump did not engage in criminal obstruction of justice. Mueller made no such conclusion. Rather, Trump’s hand-picked attorney general, William Barr, in consultation with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, decided that the evidence found by Mueller was insufficient to convict Trump beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal trial. Mueller apparently adhered to the principle of seeking “just the facts.” And facts matter: Neither Congress nor the public know the facts found by Mueller regarding obstruction of justice. A White House that famously promulgated a theory of “alternative facts” will find that the actual facts found by Mueller’s investigation matter. Mueller report's release to AG Barr is the end of the beginning for Trump, not the beginning of the end. Indeed, Barr’s letter acknowledges that Mueller “describe[d] the facts of his obstruction investigation without reaching any conclusion.” Thus, the validity of Barr’s conclusion that Trump should not be indicted for obstruction of justice can only be tested if the full Mueller report is made public. The House of Representatives could well reach a different conclusion based upon those facts in deciding whether Trump should be impeached for obstruction of justice."

One thing for sure, pressure will be enormous on the Attorney General to release the Mueller Report and supporting documents.  If he doesn't, there will be hearings in the House and subpoenas.  No question, Barr's letter summarizing the Report is far from the last word on this ongoing fiasco.  Not only will there be ongoing congressional hearings for quite some time, there are ongoing criminal investigations.  The following should send a chill up the spine of our nazi fuhrer:

NBC News reports:

"With a staff of about 220 assistant U.S. attorneys, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York is one of the largest in the country. But that prosecutorial firepower isn't the only reason why it has become among the most sought-after assignments for aspiring federal prosecutors. The office, which handles some of the highest-profile cases in the country, has developed such an independent streak that within the Justice Department, it's earned the nickname "the Sovereign District of New York." That's why any mention of a witness cooperating with the office — as ex-Trump attorney Michael Cohen said publicly in testimony on Capitol Hill last month — should inspire fear in potential subjects of that assistance, former federal prosecutors say."

Consider the following coming from a well-known Republican lawyer and politician:

"Cohen's cooperation "would send a chill up my spine" if he worked at the White House, former New Jersey Republican Gov. Chris Christie, who also was a federal prosecutor, told ABC News during the hearing, referring to the ex-Trump fixer's statement to lawmakers that he was helping prosecutors in their Trump-related investigations. What's more, prosecutors in Manhattan's Southern District aren't saddled with a limited mandate like special counsel Robert Mueller in his Russia probe; they can follow the trail wherever it leads."

Quite an advantage since the Trump nazi has conveniently afforded them so very many avenues to pursue.

"The office has "historically been very independent, with very little oversight by DOJ, especially in the financial crimes space," said Lynn Neils, a former assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District and in New Jersey. That's the sphere where the office "has made its name," she added. Many of its alumni have too. Two past Supreme Court justices, Felix Frankfurter and John Marshall Harlan, former FBI Director Louis Freeh and New York Gov. Thomas Dewey, the 1948 Republican presidential nominee, and past Secretaries of State Henry Stimson and Elihu Root all worked at SDNY earlier in their careers.

"The office's distinguished history gives it "a kind of street credit in the prosecution world that does give them some sense of independence from the Department of Justice," said Roland Riopelle, a former assistant U.S. attorney in the office. In addition to its prosecution of Cohen for a litany of crimes — including a pair of campaign-finance violations for hush payments he says he made to two women at Trump's direction shortly before the 2016 election to keep them from talking about alleged affairs with the then-presidential candidate that Trump has denied — the office is probing the Trump Organization and Trump's inaugural committee."

Trump is a New Yorker.  Knows quite well how this office operates.

"Mimi Rocah, a former assistant U.S. attorney in the office and a legal analyst for MSNBC and NBC News, said that compared to other U.S. attorney's offices, Manhattan's Southern District bristles at substantial involvement from the Justice Department. "Southern District has this deep bench of experience in so many areas, so we think 'we know how to do this better than anybody, so we don't need that type of oversight,'" she said, adding that the office will still follow standard Justice Department policies in any Trump investigations no matter its level of independence. That includes the Office of Legal Counsel memo stating that a sitting president cannot be indicted. "They are not going to just buck that on their own," Rocah said. "Will they push against it? Maybe. If the facts are warranted, and I don't know right now if they are, but you could imagine a world where they had facts that were."

Interesting times ahead for the Trump nazi, his henchmen, and the rest of the nation.  Stay tuned.

Clearly, the Democrats have no intention of letting this go.  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump, emboldened by the special counsel’s determination he was not part of a criminal conspiracy to sway the 2016 election, has an early target as he seeks recompense from his critics: Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.), who maintains he’s seen evidence Trump colluded with Russia. Over the past two years, Schiff, who now chairs the House Intelligence Committee, has emerged as a public foil to Trump and his supporters. He has delivered scathing takedowns of Trump for calling Robert S. Mueller III’s probe a “witch hunt,” and he offered similar criticism of Trump’s congressional allies now leading a charge to depose Schiff as chairman on the grounds that his bias against the president makes him unfit to lead. Yet even as House Democrats make a clear pivot away from the collusion question, they continue to rally around Schiff — who refuses to let the matter go until lawmakers can assess the investigative materials that informed Mueller’s findings. “Undoubtedly there is collusion,” Schiff said in an interview this week, after Attorney General William P. Barr submitted a four-page letter to Congress summarizing key aspects of Mueller’s report. “We will continue to investigate the counterintelligence issues. That is, is the president or people around him compromised in any way by a hostile foreign power? ... It doesn’t appear that was any part of Mueller’s report.” A Justice Department official said Tuesday it will take weeks to make the Mueller report public. House Democrats on Monday gave Barr an April 2 deadline to provide Congress with a copy."

"Though Barr’s summary has cast doubt on the premise of the Intelligence Committee’s Russia probe, at least among Republicans, Democrats maintain that Schiff is not wrong in saying there was evidence of collusion even if Mueller determined that the matter did not rise to a level that warranted prosecution. “It doesn’t mean there wasn’t an enormous amount of smoke there,” said Rep. Peter Welch (D-Vt.), a member of the Intelligence Committee. “This was a fine legal distinction Mr. Mueller had to make.” Still, Schiff has taken steps to put the panel’s investigation on hold, pending the release of Mueller’s findings. On Monday, he announced that the committee had indefinitely postponed a planned hearing with Felix Sater, a former business associate of the president’s who was involved with the pursuit to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. Schiff said the pause is temporary, adding that the intelligence panel might still uncover “deeply compromising” evidence in its counterintelligence investigation that falls outside the scope of Mueller’s criminal probe. He pledged that his panel, in partnership with the House Financial Services Committee, would continue to explore allegations of money laundering involving Trump’s properties and loans his business sought through Deutsche Bank."

NBC News reports:

"Robert Mueller's federal grand jury is continuing its work even though the special counsel has submitted his final report to Attorney General William Barr, a government prosecutor said Wednesday. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Goodhand made the admission during a court hearing in Washington about unsealing new details in a mysterious case involving an unidentified foreign company swept up in Mueller's probe. U.S. District Chief Judge Beryl Howell asked Goodhand if the grand jury had concluded their investigation, given the fact that Mueller has completed his inquiry. “No,” Goodhand said in response. “I can say it’s continuing robustly.”

The insanity never ends.  Get this.  The Washington Post reports:

"Selene Saavedra Roman was nervous about going to work. She’s been a “dreamer” since 2012, when the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program first started. Born in Peru, she has lived in the United States for 25 years, since she was 3. But her immigration status has been in the back of her mind. Which is why, when she got a job as a flight attendant, she decided to work for a regional company, Mesa Airlines, that wouldn’t ask her to travel around the world. And it’s why she told the company she was a DACA recipient and didn’t want to fly internationally."

For damned good reason.

"Yet, in February, Mesa scheduled her to fly to Mexico, Saavedra Roman’s attorney said. And when she told them her concerns, the company assured her that she wouldn’t have trouble reentering the United States."

Think so?

"But on Feb. 12, customs officials detained Saavedra Roman shortly after she landed in Houston on her return flight. She would remain in custody for another six weeks. She was released Friday evening, but advocates are pointing to her case as an example of how the Trump administration’s attempts to end DACA — and the tug-of-war with the courts that followed — have confused recipients, their families, government agencies and private employers, muddling an already complex web of immigration policies. "They’ve been lost in legal limbo, and it’s getting quite ridiculous,” Saavedra Roman’s attorney, Belinda Arroyo, said in an interview before her client was freed. “Her case is basically the poster child for what happens when you leave these people in legal limbo.”

Precisely, what the Trump nazi and his henchmen want and expect.  Otherwise, this shit wouldn't be going on.

"Arroyo acknowledged that Saavedra Roman made a mistake by leaving without seeking the government’s permission — permission that would’ve been denied, as Trump’s DACA order also ended the exemption that allowed recipients to leave and reenter the country. But, Arroyo said, Saavedra Roman didn’t know any of that: She relied on Mesa Airlines to determine whether she was able to leave and come back, and company officials made a mistake. They could have consulted an immigration lawyer or recommended that Saavedra Roman do so. In a statement, the airliner’s chairman, Jonathan Ornstein, apologized and said he was asking authorities to drop any charges that stemmed from Saavedra Roman’s detention. ”It is patently unfair for someone to be detained for six weeks over something that is nothing more than an administrative error and a misunderstanding,” Ornstein said."

Forget?  Fairness or lack thereof are of no consequence in a fascist police-state.

"Saavedra Roman is married to an American citizen, a man she met while they were both in college at Texas A&M. She graduated in 2014, and the couple has been working to get her permanent residency. After her arrest, officials tried to revoke her DACA status, Arroyo said. They considered her an “arriving alien,” which gave her fewer rights than if she had been apprehended before leaving the country. And, paradoxically, because she has DACA status, it prevented authorities from deporting her and was one of the reasons she was initially taken into custody, Arroyo said. A U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services spokesman, Steve Blando, said the agency doesn’t comment on specific cases but reiterated the Trump-era policy shift that prevents DACA recipients from getting permission to leave the country. In a statement, Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Tim Oberle acknowledged officers released Saavedra Roman on Friday, “pending adjudication of her immigration proceedings,” though it wasn’t immediately clear why she was released Friday and not six weeks ago. The agency says it makes its custody decisions on “a case-by-case basis.” David Watkins, Saavedra Roman’s husband, found out in a text message: “I’m being detained, please call the lawyer.” “I called, I texted, I screamed to the sky,” he said. “I dropped to my knees and screamed as loud as I could.”

Nazi America.  A goddamned fascist police-state.  Dream?  Dead.  Makes one 'proud' to be an American, doesn't it?  ... Right, Sheriff?  Madam County Attorney?  "Sonny Boy?"

CBS News reports:

"A "social media storm" sparked the release of DACA recipient Selene Saavedra Roman, the flight attendant whose detainment caused outrage on Friday after it was highlighted by popular travel website "The Points Guy," said Belinda Arroyo, the immigration attorney representing Roman. Up until Friday, Roman had been held in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody since February 13 after she flew to Mexico as a flight attendant for Phoenix, Arizona-based Mesa Airlines. Her story went viral Friday morning, even gaining the attention of former presidential candidate and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. An online petition demanding Roman's release amassed more than 17,000 signatures. By the afternoon, Roman called her husband to tell him she had been released, Arroyo told CBS News on Friday evening. "The social media around this was definitely what got her released," Arroyo said. "We had no luck before now, then the story hit." Arroyo noted that ICE had not confirmed to her that Roman had been released yet, and said the agency "hasn't been forthcoming" with details and information surrounding Roman's detainment."

Surprised?  That's how nazis in government operate in a fascist police-state.

"The next step for Roman will be an April 4 immigration court date where she'll face potential deportation charges, her attorney said."

Nazi America.

Amazing how the high and mighty fall.  The Washington Post reports:

"Michael Avenatti, the high-profile attorney and critic of President Trump, was arrested Monday and charged by federal prosecutors with trying to extort Nike by threatening to level damaging allegations against the athletic apparel company unless it paid him and his client millions. Simultaneously, federal prosecutors in Los Angeles filed separate charges accusing Avenatti of wire fraud and bank fraud, saying for allegedly taking a client’s settlement money and using it to pay expenses for Avenatti’s coffee business. Avenatti allegedly concealed from the client what he had done with the money. Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. attorney in Manhattan, said Avenatti dressed up his alleged extortionate demands as legal negotiations, but that doing so violated the law. “A suit and tie doesn’t mask the fact that, at its core, this was an old-fashioned shakedown,” said Berman. “When lawyers use their law licenses as weapons, as a guise to extort payments for themselves, they are no longer acting as attorneys, they are acting as criminals.” FBI officials said Avenatti was arrested in Manhattan on Monday as he arrived at an expected meeting with lawyers for Nike."

Amazing, isn't it?

"Authorities charge Avenatti threatened to hold a news conference on the eve of the NCAA college basketball tournament to reveal damaging allegations against Nike unless it paid his client $1.5 million and agreed to hire Avenatti and another lawyer for $15 million to $25 million to conduct an “internal investigation” into the purported allegations. Authorities did not disclose the identities of Avenatti’s client or the other lawyer cited in the charging documents. A representative for Nike did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment. The charging document said that Avenatti proposed another alternative to hiring him to conduct an investigation — “a total payment of $22.5 million from Nike to resolve any claims (the client) might have and additionally to buy Avenatti’s silence.”

CBS News reports:

"Attorney Michael Avenatti, who came to national prominence as the lawyer for adult film star Stormy Daniels, was arrested on federal charges in two separate cases in California and New York, federal prosecutors said Monday. The U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York charged Avenatti for allegedly trying to extort Nike for about $20 million. Prosecutors said he and another attorney threatened to release damaging information about the company if it did not meet his demands. The U.S. attorney in Los Angeles separately announced Avenatti faces bank and wire fraud charges for allegedly embezzling money from a client and defrauding a bank through fake tax returns.

"Avenatti allegedly threatened to hold a press conference detailing the allegations to coincide with the beginning of the NCAA basketball tournament and Nike's quarterly earnings call. The complaint says Avenatti offered to scrap the press conference if Nike paid his client $1.5 million and hired Avenatti to conduct an internal investigation of the company.  After the meeting later that afternoon, Nike's attorneys contacted the U.S. Attorney's Office to report the alleged extortion attempt. On March 20, the next day, two of the Nike attorneys held a phone call with Avenatti that was recorded by law enforcement. Avenatti allegedly reiterated his demands for payment for him and his client. "I'm not f---ing around with this, and I'm not continuing to play games," Avenatti was recorded as saying. "You guys know enough now to know you've got a serious problem. And it's worth more in exposure to me to just blow the lid on this thing. A few million dollars doesn't move the needle for me. I'm just being really frank with you." "I'll go and I'll go take $10 billion off your client's market cap. But I'm not f---ing around," he said."

Brazen, isn't it?

"On March 21 — the day of the Nike earnings call and the first day of the NCAA tournament — the group met again in New York, with the Nike attorneys recording the meeting. The Nike attorneys asked whether they could arrange to make a payment without an internal investigation. "If [Nike] wants to have one confidential settlement and we're done, they can buy that for $22.5 million and we're done," Avenatti is quoted as saying. "Full confidentiality, we ride off into the sunset." Avenatti set a deadline of Monday, March 25, to reach an agreement and arranged another meeting. Early Monday afternoon, Avenatti tweeted: "Tmrw at 11 am ET, we will be holding a press conference to disclose a major high school/college basketball scandal perpetrated by @Nike that we have uncovered." He was arrested when he showed up for the meeting in New York, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said at a press conference."

To think this guy had considered running for president.  -- 'Pot calling the kettle black.'

"Avenatti came to prominence for his representation of Daniels, the adult film star who alleged she had an affair with President Trump and was paid for her silence in the weeks before the 2016 election. On Monday, Daniels said she cut ties with Avenatti more than a month ago "after discovering that he had dealt with me extremely dishonestly."

Egregious infringement of abortion rights.  Raw nazism.  CBS News reports:

"Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant on Thursday signed one of the strictest abortion laws in the nation — a measure that bans most abortions once a fetal heartbeat can be detected, about six weeks into pregnancy. The New York-based Center for Reproductive Rights called the measure "cruel and clearly unconstitutional" and said it would sue Mississippi to try to block the law from taking effect on July 1. Bryant's action came despite a federal judge's decision last year striking down a less-restrictive law limiting abortions in the state. After a bill signing ceremony at the state Capitol, Bryant told reporters that he's not worried about lawsuits. "They don't have to sue us. It's up to them," Bryant said. "If they do not believe in the sanctity of life, these that are in organizations like Planned Parenthood, we will have to fight that fight. But it is worth it."

Governor, you have egregiously failed to uphold your oath of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  Particularly, the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

"Mississippi is one of the states across the country that has a so-called "trigger law" in place if Roe v. Wade is overturned. In 2007, the state enacted a law that would ban abortion if the Supreme Court hands down such a ruling except in the event that the mother's life is at risk and in cases of rape if criminal charges have been filed. A federal judge in 2018 struck down a Mississippi law that would ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, saying it is unconstitutional. "Lawmakers didn't get the message," Hillary Schneller, staff attorney for the Center for Reproductive Rights, said in a statement Thursday. "They are determined to rob Mississippians of the right to abortion, and they are doing it at the expense of women's health and taxpayer money. This ban — just like the 15-week ban the governor signed a year ago — is cruel and clearly unconstitutional."

Doesn't matter to a national socialist, fascist, clearly nazi Governor.

NPR reports:

"A law making it harder for women in North Carolina to get an abortion after 20 weeks is unconstitutional, a federal judge has declared. The law, which had been on the books since 1973, banned abortion after 20 weeks with only certain exceptions to protect the life of the mother. A 2015 amendment tightened those exceptions, criminalizing abortion unless the woman's life or a "major bodily function" were at immediate risk. Pro-abortion rights groups challenged the law, and on Monday U.S. District Judge William Osteen sided with them. The Supreme Court has rejected laws that tie abortion rights to a specific week in a woman's pregnancy, but this is the first time a judge has struck down the 1973 law. "The Supreme Court has clearly advised that a state legislature may never fix viability at a specific week but must instead leave this determination to doctors," Osteen wrote. The ruling simply reaffirms the current law banning abortion restrictions tied to certain weeks, ACLU attorney Andrew Beck, one of the lawyers challenging the dated law, told The Washington Post. But it also gives abortion rights groups hope that courts will restrain some of the Republican-led state laws that have imposed new restrictions on abortion in recent months and years. "Given that there is so much anticipation that the [Supreme Court] will undermine or overturn Roe v. Wade, it is reassuring to see the North Carolina 20-week abortion ban struck down," Elizabeth Nash, a state issues manager at the Guttmacher Institute, told The Post. The ruling will go into effect in 60 days, giving the state time to appeal or propose different legislation. A spokeswoman for the state attorney general's office said it was reviewing the decision."

No justice.  No protection of the most vulnerable.  NBC News reports:

"A former Roman Catholic priest who was defrocked and convicted of molesting two boys in New Jersey has found a new vocation in a new location — teaching children English at a private school in this resort town. The former priest, Hadmels DeFrias, 47, told the NBC News reporter who tracked him down that he is no longer a threat to minors and also claimed to be a bishop in the "progressive Celtic church." "I don't see the children with those eyes anymore," DeFrias said in an extensive interview outside the Colegio del Caribe school in Punta Cana, where he watched over dozens of young boys and girls while shielding himself from the sun with an umbrella. “For me they are children and they need to be treated like children because that is what they are,” he said. “I don’t feel the attraction. I am not telling you that maybe someday it won’t be there, because I can’t predict the future.”

Jesus Christ.  Unbelievable.

"As a priest, DeFrias, who is originally from the Dominican Republic, was assigned to the St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Elizabeth, New Jersey, when he was accused of fondling two brothers, both under 14, in 2001 and 2002 while the brothers were working in the church rectory, according to court records and published reports. Charged with criminal sexual contact, DeFrias pleaded guilty in August 2004 and was sentenced to three years of probation, court records show. As part of his sentencing agreement, he was barred indefinitely from any future contact with children under 18 in the state of New Jersey."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.

"After being contacted by NBC News, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey issued a statement disapproving of DeFrias' position working with children. “It is deeply concerning to hear that a defendant prosecuted, convicted and sentenced here for criminal sexual contact with children has resurfaced overseas, apparently with supervisory capacity over children,” the office said. “We would urge anyone in any jurisdiction to be vigilant and immediately report allegations of such conduct to local authorities.” NBC News has reached out to both the Dominican Republic educational officials and the school where DeFrias is employed to find out if they were aware of his criminal past. So far, neither has responded."

LGBTQ community catches a break.  NPR reports:

"Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, pictured earlier this month, has settled a lawsuit by same-sex couples who argued their rights were violated by faith-based adoption agencies that don't want to work with gays and lesbians. Faith-based adoption agencies in Michigan that benefit from taxpayer funding will no longer be allowed to legally turn away same-sex couples or LGBTQ individuals based on religious objection, under the terms of a settlement in a lawsuit alleging the practice constituted discrimination. Attorney General Dana Nessel reached the settlement with the ACLU on Friday, recognizing that a 2015 law that permitted state-contracted child welfare agencies to refuse to provide foster care or adoption services that conflicted with their religious beliefs violates federal anti-discrimination laws."

Not only that, it is clear violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.

"Discrimination in the provision of foster care case management and adoption services is illegal, no matter the rationale," Nessel said in a statement. "Limiting the opportunity for a child to be adopted or fostered by a loving home not only goes against the state's goal of finding a home for every child, it is a direct violation of the contract every child placing agency enters into with the state."

"The state of Michigan will require all state-contracted child welfare agencies to accept ALL qualified families. This is a win for children in foster care and for all families, including same-sex couples, who want to adopt.
https://t.co/p12VgF53qs pic.twitter.com/hkg54Sdx54

— ACLU of Michigan (@ACLUofMichigan) March 22, 2019"

What took so long?

"Under the agreement, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is obligated to abide by federally mandated nondiscriminatory provisions in its foster care and adoption agency contracts. It is also required to terminate contracts with agencies that fail to comply. The ACLU sued the state in 2017 on behalf of two lesbian couples who claimed they had been rejected as adoptive parents by St. Vincent Catholic Charities and Bethany Christian Services because they are gay. "This is a victory for our clients, other same-sex couples in Michigan, and most importantly, the children in Michigan's child welfare system, who will now have access to more loving and qualified families," the ACLU said in a statement following the announcement. The organization estimates there are 13,000 children in the state welfare system. Since 2015 Catholic Charities and Bethany Christian Services have been responsible for about 12 percent of the state's foster care adoptions, the Associated Press reported."

Amazing how the Nazi Right can bastardize the truth, to say nothing of reality:

"Lori Windham, senior counsel at Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which represented  St.Vincent Catholic Charities, said the settlement violates the state law protecting religious adoption agencies."

That law is unconstitutional.  Violates the First Amendment Establishment Clause.

"The Michigan Attorney General and the ACLU are trying to stop the state from working with faith-based adoption agencies," Windham said in a statement. "The result of that will be tragic. Thousands of children will be kept from finding the loving homes they deserve."

Your client is directly responsible for this by discriminating against the LGBTQ community.  In an effort to impose its perverse ideological and religious views on the LGBTQ community and others.

"This harms children and families waiting for forever homes and limits access for couples who chose to partner with those agencies," she added."

Again, it's your client that is directly responsible for this by insisting on imposing its perverse ideological and religious views on the LGBTQ community and others.

"The state law says "to the fullest extent permitted by state and federal law," an agency should not be required to work with prospective parents if it violates the agency's religious beliefs."

Again, that law is egregiously unconstitutional.  Violates the First Amendment Establishment Clause, church-state separation, that is, freedom from religion.  Ferociously pointedly, providing adoption services is not a right, it's a privilege.

"The Michigan Catholic Conference, an advocacy group representing the Catholic Church in Michigan, reacted to the settlement in a tweet, saying, "It is highly unlikely this is the last chapter of the story."

How is it Christian to discriminate against the LGBTQ community?  How?  Who the hell is the Catholic community to discriminate against anyone?

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Matt Turner, Matt Turner Video Services, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 240, 2-8-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
