Brother dearest.  ... Been awhile, hasn't it, Bro?  A little antsy?  Wondering when the next shoe is about to fall, that is, when you'll be fully exposed for the thieving son of a bitch you truly are?  Patience.  All in good time, good buddy.  When I'm damned good and ready.  Timing just right.  After all, a son of a bitch who's stolen his father's estate needs to be fully exposed publicly for whom and what he is, don't you think?  Indeed, a public service for your neighbors, professional associates, family, and friends, etc..

Conveniently, forget?  Others need to protect themselves against a fraud who masquerades as both a teacher and a counselor, no?  -- How the hell did you ever pass an MMPI some forty years ago to get hired?  You're not stable.  Have not been.  ... Must have really been pissed off at the old man to rip off an estate, no?  How much did you steal while he was alive and supposedly under your care?

How much did you bribe law enforcement to ignore a complaint I filed with them years before the old man died?  How much did you bribe the prosecutor to ignore a complaint filed with her several years ago?  How much?  Use the old man's money to bribe the bitch?  Her cohorts?  Your law enforcement shysters?  While there may indeed be no justice from a corrupt system, fortunately, I do have a way to publicly expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.

... Unlike our grandmother who scrubbed floors on her hands and knees during the Depression for peanuts, only to have what little she had stolen by her son, our uncle, another goddamned thieving son of a bitch just like you.  Remember how, surprise, surprise, there was no life insurance when our grandfather died?  Despite the fact our grandmother gave her thieving bastard son premium money year after goddamned year?  Only, as the thieving son of a bitch he truly was, to have pocketed it.  Again, just like you.

Remember when he booted her out of the house she had bought him when he had had enough of her?  -- Despite the fact he had lied and promised she could stay the rest of her life?  She had to climb two flights of stairs on an ulcerated leg to get to a bathroom he had never built for her at ground level as falsely promised.   Nothing ever happened to the thieving son of a bitch as far as justice was concerned.  Worse, he was never exposed publicly for the thieving son of a bitch he truly was.

Will be different for you, Bro.  While you've bought off authorities, you will be publicly exposed.  In great detail.  In good time.  When I'm damned good and ready.  When exposure will do the maximum figurative damage to your goddamned sordid reputation.  -- Just the truth, brother dearest, however.  Just the truth.

Irony of ironies?  When the thieving son of a bitch died, and our mother was finally informed he had passed, she cried for her brother, -- the bastard thief who stole from her mother.  Sad, isn't it?  Too bad she's not still alive to see you publicly exposed for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you, yourself, truly are.  As was he.  Not in a court of law you've bought off, however.  Right here.

In good time.  Again, when I'm damned good and ready.  Employing the very same tactics used against Amanda Wright of Wells Fargo.  -- On steroids, however, since all dirty family laundry will be aired.  All of it.  No threat.  A promise.  Emails sent to your neighbors, friends, professional associates, businesses you deal with.  Although an enormous amount of work, all doable courtesy of the Internet.  Despite being some 1,800 miles away.  -- Small world, isn't it, Bro?  Enjoy the stolen loot, you son of a bitch.  Forget?  It's all you have.

Brother dearest.  Save all the check stubs from the old man's accounts?  Fraudulently sign any of them yourself?  Think this material couldn't be obtained from the banks either through discovery or a criminal investigation?  Still own the house on Condict Rd.?   Any other properties besides this one and the old man's you stole with the help of your shyster bastard? Be interesting to see how far your assets extend and where.  Think all that information isn't accessible?  That I won't determinedly obtain it?

That not only an extensive Internet search will be conducted that will likely take months to complete?  But an extensive background check as well?  Think the Catholic high school you attended shouldn't be informed of the thievery of one of its graduates?  Think the clerics there would be appalled at their failure to teach you right from wrong?  How about both universities?  Think neighbors in the old man's neighborhood won't be informed of your deception?  Think they don't have a right to know?

Ever follow the advice of Dr. Bert Wiser, psychological statistics professor at MSU?  That is, get treatment for your achingly debilitating instability?  Is that why you wound up looting the old man?  Or, is it simply a convenient excuse you'll use to defend the indefensible?  Think this will end any time soon?  That is, public exposure of you as a thieving son of a bitch?  We're just getting started, Bro.  Just getting started.

Don't like it?  Tough shit.  Sue me you thieving son of a bitch.  Would use discovery to learn and post on this website all there is to know about you, your activities, predilections, business 'deals,' as well as all your financial transactions, etc..  All of it.  Would certainly avoid the expense of an extensive background check on you, thieving brother dearest.

Even if you were successful in court, there is nothing for you to take, this remains, as well, a homesteading state where minimal assets are protected anyway.  This site is hosted in an overseas country that doesn't particularly like government intrusion, remains not prone to cooperate.  Besides, can always upload to another webhost in still yet another country.  The possibilities are endless, Bro.  Just takes willingness, effort, unshakable determination.

Even if I lost it all would be more than worth it to expose you for the goddamned thieving son of a bitch you truly are.  Even if you bribed a goddamned nazi 'judge' to remove posted material, would not cooperate and be more than willing to rot in jail.  Would certainly keep reposting it all no matter the cost and/or personal consequences every time it was taken down.  Forget, you thieving son of a bitch?  I never ever give up.

Since all I seek is your exposure for the thief you truly are, would all be worth it.  For the sake of principle.  All the work, financial cost, as well as the time I am about to dedicate to this effort, you deceptive, unstable, sick, thieving son of a bitch.  Unlike you, I live on principle and have absolutely nothing to lose.  You do.  Will certainly take great pleasure and satisfaction in doing all I can to publicly expose you for whom and what you are.

To say nothing of placing enormous pressure on prosecutors you and your equally corrupt shyster son of a bitch apparently bribed.  Don't like it?  Again, tough shit. Chew harder.  The public needs to know to protect itself.  From you and your shyster bastard.  People who live and travel in your circles as well.  Including his.  As a thief, you and he can't be trusted by anyone.  You'll determinedly f--k them.

More than willing to provide this truly public service.  People certainly need to know whom and what you are.  What you have sadly become.  You certainly weren't brought up to be a thieving son of a bitch.  What happened?  Where did you lose yourself, Bro?  -- Never mind.  ... Truly doesn't matter.  Only your exposure.

TC 4-22-16

Hey, Bro?  Remember me?  How soon they conveniently forget.  ... Half asleep? -- Out to lunch?  ... In your own perverse little world?  That of a criminal?  Wake up.  Conveniently, gutlessly forget?  Insanely believe you're someway, somehow off the hook?  Think again.  We're not done.  You remain a thief who will be exposed for whom and what your are.  What you certainly have become.  No question about that.  Patience, you thieving son of a bitch.  Exposure is coming.  Promise.

Think I don't have time?  Truly believe the ongoing Presidential fiasco ends no matter who wins?  The murderous decay in law enforcement gets resolved any time soon?  Criminal Wells Fargo employees from local Kingsland bank manager Amanda S. Wright right up to and including CEO John Stumpf get prosecuted in the near future despite egregious criminal activity?  Wouldn't hold my breath, would you?

Think I don't have time to handle all this and your public exposure for the estate-stealing criminal son of a bitch you've truly become?  How could you steal from the old bastard, you incredibly sad sack of shit?  Certainly weren't brought up to be a thief.  What happened to you?  Where'd you lose yourself?

No question, 2017 will be a most remarkable, defining year for you, Bro.  Public exposure for the thieving piece of shit you've sadly become.  It's on the way. Promise.  Hope you sue.  Nothing for you to take.  Tough, isn't it?  Certainly, makes me judgment proof.  Will certainly, as well, take advantage of discovery.  Publish every detail I can get my hands on.  No matter the consequences.  Only consideration?  Prime directive?  Your exposure for whom and what you are.

Readers?  This not-so-brotherly piece of shit stole from our father.  Manipulated the old man to line his pockets.  Just like our uncle on my mother's side of the family did to my grandmother.  Runs in the family.  Our family.   ... Right, Bro?  This game now gets played my way, -- not yours, you son of a bitch.  That is, no more U.S. Mail tag.

Anything sent by mail will be refused, returned unopened.  Want contact?  Email.  libertyinperil@riseup.net.  Quick.  Easy.  Better yet?  A digital record.  Permanent.  Easily accessible.  Easily uploaded to this site when and if it becomes necessary.  The shyster bastard you hired to steal the estate shouldn't expect escape, either, from public exposure as the thieving piece of shit he, like you, truly both are.  Unscrupulous thieves.

Sincerely hope that piece of crap sues as well.  Nothing to take.  Discovery again would be published no matter the personal cost.  Nothing quite like public exposure, is there?  Especially, when it is nothing but the truth and there is absolutely nothing to lose exposing two pieces of criminal shit for whom and what they are.  Two pieces of gutless human excrement who looted an old man.  ... Right, Bro?

There is no better disinfectant than sunlight, readers.  Glaring sunlight.  Dazzling brilliance.  Amazing how the roaches run for cover.  Equally pointedly, how vermin on two legs manage to so easily prey on the elderly courtesy of the out of control fascist police-state we now live in.  While there'll never be any justice vis a vis this theft, there will be exposure to the brilliant light of day for both criminal perpetrators.  Count on it, you not-so-brotherly criminal son of a bitch.

TC 10-7-16

Hey, Bro?  Hear of Old Sturbridge Village?  Haven't?  ... Not lying, are you, you thieving son of a bitch?  You and your long-term companion EC conspire, bequeath some of the old man's loot to this museum?  An achingly stingy gift of $250-$499, -- considering the size of the estate?  The CEO and Board have any idea you stole it?  Think they'd care?  -- Just getting started, dearest, dearest Bro.  ... Delusionally believe I haven't more than enough time, resources, determination to expose you for the thieving piece of crap you truly are?  ... Under $500 back in 2013?  Remarkably parsimonious with stolen money aren't you?   What does it feel like to have gutlessly ripped off an incompetent old man?  -- Dear old Dad.  Certainly, look forward to digging much deeper into how you and your shyster lawyer managed to bamboozle and loot the old bastard.  Back in the day, certainly wouldn't have fallen for your bullshit.  Would have kicked your worthless, thieving ass out the door.  Intend to expose it to the light of day.  Indeed, a public service. Seatbelts on, you thieving son of a bitch. Tally ho!

TC 3-24-17

... Brief aside, dear readers, for a most exceptional reason.  -- Although infrequent, pressing ongoing personal business must come first on rare occasion.  Hope you agree, moreover, find it entertaining, -- as this writer did crafting what follows.  Principle trumps all.  Remains prime mover, prime directive no matter what.

This pressing issue involves a family thief. A heartless predator preying on the elderly who must be held accountable, exposed to the light of day.  Especially, since authorities failed to do their job.  The following is part of that continuing effort to expose this piece of shit for whom and what he is:

Hey, Bro?  Guess what?  Me, again.  Most determined pain in the ass.  Miss me?  An inconvenient, nagging hemorrhoid that simply won't go away no matter what.  -- A pile with a smile that takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

... Delusionally think this most persistent nemesis of yours conveniently disappeared to parts unknown, vanished in thin air? To give a turd a break?  Wake up.  Not a chance, you thieving son of a bitch.  ... When you insanely believe this writer's gone and you're finally in the clear, guess what, here I am, right in your face.

Despite what's going on across our formerly great country, always have more than enough time for personal business.  That is, exposing you, Bro, to the glaring light of day.  A pathetically greedy predator.  Your target, who else, the elderly.  Most defenseless, vulnerable, an easy fleece.  -- Thought you'd steal from the surly old curmudgeon with impunity, no consequences?

Successfully escape accountability? Avoid detection, all responsibility?  Blatant theft of an old man's estate?  A little help from a bought and paid for hopelessly greedy unprincipled shyster?  Supposed cake walk due to 1800 miles separation?  No one to hold you accountable?  Your feet to the fire?  What could you possibly been thinking?

You've read this publication before.  Know precisely who and what I am, what I do.  Never give up.  Never say die.  Ignore all obstacles.  Know full well Liberty In Peril modus operandi remains as relentlessly ferocious, blindingly intense as ever.

No punches pulled.  No slack.  No personal consideration.  Certainly, not for a gutless son of a bitch, no more than a thieving predator.  Looted target, guess who, dear old dad.  Pitiful.  Delusionally believe you had the booty coming?  An entitlement?  For having had to put up with his shit all those years?  Wake up.

Hear of Historic Deerfield?  Of course, you have, you lying son of a bitch.  Forget?  You're one of their not-so-generous 'benefactors.'  ... With all the money stolen from our father's estate, only bequeath them a piss poor $40 bucks?

Unbelievable.  An achingly tight, cheap, thieving, worthless piece of duplicitous crap.  ... Write-off?  Negligible.  ... Feather in the cap? How?  Delusionally believe your treachery would never see the light of day? What planet do you live on?

Board of Trustees Chair Anne K. Groves know full well you looted the estate?  How about President Philip Zea?  Think both don't have a right to know?  How about Anne Lanning, Vice President For Museum Affairs?  To say nothing of Susan Martinelli, Vice President For Business Affairs?

These officials are entitled to know precisely whom they're doing business with.  A thief.  Gutless phony.  Blow-hard fraud.  Hoity-toity dandy.  Worse?  An unprincipled thief who stole from his father.  ... Glaring light of day sucks, doesn't it, Bro?  No escaping the unvarnished truth, this most bitter reality.  Not a chance.

Saddest of all?  Back in the day, Hell would have frozen over before anyone would have have been able to rip off the craggy old bastard.  Remember quite well how intent, determined he was not to be fleeced late in life by a sick son of a bitch like you.

A leech.  Ironic, isn't it?  Gutless rip off of an old man who couldn't adequately handle his affairs any longer.  How do you sleep nights?

Fraud runs in the family, clearly.  History repeating itself.  Right in the footsteps of our grandmother's son, who callously ripped off his mother decades ago.  Again, another achingly pathetic piece of human excrement.  Just like you.  Intend to lay it bare.  Methodically.  Painstakingly. In great detail.  Living, breathing color.

For all to see.  A public service.  Exposure of the criminal piece of human excrement you truly are.  For sustained public review.  A goddamned thief.  Pissed? Chagrined?  Nonplused?  Tough shit.  Sue.  Would certainly immediately post all discovery no matter the consequences.

All snail mail will be returned unopened.  No phone tag.  Got something to say? Email.  Say it right here.  On this website.  In public.  For the world to see.  Will be posted in its entirety.  No editing.  Unlike you, this writer doesn't lie, cheat, steal.  Honors his word.  Intend to expose you precisely for whom and what you are.

Duplicitous predator who preyed on his own father.  Blinding exposure to benefit the community.  Have nothing to lose providing this public service, but you do.  No better disinfectant than sunshine.

.. Think the old bastard not spinning in his grave?  -- Old lady not doing the same?  One thing for certain.  Neither brought you up to be a goddamned thief.  Yet, here we are.  ... Until next time, Tally Ho!

TC 7-14-17

While the business and church communities stood tall during the recent Kingsland flood catastrophe, there was one glaring exception.  On 10-17-18, the Antlers Coffee Shop closed due to storm-related failure of the Kingsland water system.  Patrons, however, are routinely allowed to get online outside even when the shop is closed.

A long-term coffee shop customer entered the hotel lobby to ask the desk clerk whether wifi was still up and running after the catastrophe.  She said it was and told the patron he could get online inside the closed shop.  She then asked him to have another regular customer who had just arrived outside to come in and get out of the cold as well.

Antlers co-proprietor Rick apparently quickly got wind of both customers, made quite a jackass of himself emulating the petulant narcissist currently occupying the Oval Office.  Aggressive stupidity at a time the Kingsland business community is indeed suffering, can least afford it.  Further proof positive of the old adage 'can fix ignorant, can't fix stupid.'

Why would, why should both customers put up with this?  Think this hasn't happened to others?

TC 10-19-18

February 1, 2019

As always, when a cop does something heroic and/or of exceptional benefit to the community, it leads.  Always.  CBS News reports:

"A veteran Houston police officer who was shot after rushing into a gunbattle at a drug house to help two of his wounded colleagues said he had to do it "because I knew my guys were down," the city's police chief said Tuesday. The officer, who has been on the police force for 32 years, was shot for the third time in his career Monday, Chief Art Acevedo said at a press conference. "'I had to get in there because I knew my guys were down,'" Acevedo said the officer, 54, wrote in a note. "That just speaks volumes as to this man and just his courage under fire."

Uncommon Valor.

"Four officers in total were shot Monday, and a fifth suffered a knee injury in the gunbattle, which stemmed from an attempt to serve a search warrant. Acevedo didn't identify the officers because they all work undercover in narcotics. Acevedo described the officer he lauded as a "big teddy bear" who was also shot in the line of duty in 1992 and 1997. "He's a big African-American strong ox, tough as nails, and the only thing bigger than his body, in terms of his stature, is his courage," the chief said. "I think God had to give him that big body to be able to contain his courage because the man's got some tremendous courage." Two suspects were killed in the gunbattle. Acevedo identified them as Rhogena Nicholas, 58, and Dennis Tuttle, 59."

Here's what happened:

"Dr. Michelle McNutt, chief of trauma surgery at Memorial Hermann hospital, said one of the officers was shot in the face and in stable condition but required more surgery. "He's in a fight," Acevedo said. "He's stable, but ... we just need the community's prayers for him and his family." Another officer was shot in the face and would likely be discharged from the hospital later Tuesday, McNutt said. That officer is a 50-year-old sergeant who has been on the police force for 25 years, Acevedo said. The fourth wounded officer, who was shot in the shoulder, is 33 years old and has been on the force for 10 years, Acevedo said. The officer was discharged on Monday, the chief said. The officer with the injured knee underwent orthopedic surgery and would likely be discharged later in the week, McNutt said. That officer is a 50-year-old sergeant who has been on the force for 27 years, Acevedo said."

Hopefully, all will recover.

Seatbelts on.  The following indeed exemplifies the very best the military has to offer.  CBS News reports:

"A military veteran on his way to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Wednesday saw someone having car trouble on the side of the road. Being the good Samaritan that he is, the veteran stopped to help — only to realize the man was his idol, Colin Powell. "I'm not really starstruck that much. It was just a situation like, here's somebody on the side of the road who needs help, why not get out?"  Anthony Maggert told CBS News. Since they were only about 5 miles away from Walter Reed, he knew the man likely didn't just look like Colin Powell — he was Colin Powell. "The closer I got to the vehicle, I saw the face and I said, 'That has to be Colin Powell,'" Maggert said. When Powell got out of the car, Maggert realized he was face-to-face with the renowned general. Maggert told CBS News he served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He says he read all of Powell's books and that the former general inspired him to enlist. "[He] 100 percent did – maybe 1,000 percent," Maggert said. Maggert, who contracted a flesh-eating bacteria and lost one of his legs in Afghanistan, said he and Powell "chatted it up like two Army buddies" while they changed the tire."

Quite a day for both men.

"Powell wrote about the encounter on Facebook. "Yesterday was a reassuring day for me," he wrote. "I was on my way to Walter Reed Military Hospital for an exam. As I drove along Interstate 495 my left front tire blew out." "I am a car guy and knew I could change it, but it was cold outside and the lug bolts were very tight. I jacked the car up and got several of the bolts removed when a car suddenly pulled up in front of me," the former secretary of state wrote. "As the man got out of his car I could see that he had an artificial leg." Powell said asked Maggert about his leg and they chatted briefly about their service before they both left for their separate appointments at Walter Reed. "I hadn't gotten his name or address but he did ask for a 'selfie'. And then he sent me the message below last night," Powell wrote, sharing the message Maggert sent:

"Gen. Powell, I hope I never forget today because I'll never forget reading your books. You were always an inspiration, a leader and statesman. After 33 years in the military you were the giant whose shoulders we stood upon to carry the torch to light the way and now it is tomorrow's generation that must do the same. Anthony Maggert," the vet wrote. Sharing the selfie they took, Powell wrote: "Thanks, Anthony. You touched my soul and reminded me about what this country is all about and why it is so great. Let's stop screaming at each other. Let's just take care of each other. You made my day."

... And that of Americans across the country, General.

"The photo of the good Samaritan and the four-star general gained widespread attention on social media. Maggert shared the selfie on Facebook too. Maggert says he would have pulled over to help even if it hadn't been Colin Powell by the side of the road. "I just wanted to make sure he was safe. I would've done it for anyone," Maggert told CBS News. He said Powell was a "gentleman" during the brief encounter. Maggert said reading about how Powell overcame hardships and then excelled was an inspiration for him. "When I was a kid, I thought, wow, it would be cool to be in the military ... but I never thought I would do 23 years in the military. I never thought I would re-deploy as an amputee," he said."

Truly stunning.  Dedication to country second to none.

The following is equally stunning.  Seatbelts on.  CBS News reports:

"As the body of Sgt. Wytasha Carter made its way through a rainy Birmingham, Alabama, Saturday, a sheriff's deputy named Tiffany Dial stood and saluted the casket. Carter was gunned down while on duty. "It was a tough day for everyone here in Birmingham and Alabama and Jefferson County. It was a tough day," Dial said. Dial said she was representing her shift, and was the only one available. "I was representing everybody," she said."

Indeed, she was.  Here's what's so incredibly stunning:

"In a city mourning the worst, came a reminder of our best. A man named Shawn Allen never said a word to Dial, while he stood holding an umbrella for her for 45 minutes. The moment was caught on camera.

"Shawn Allen holds an umbrella for deputy Tiffany Dial. WBMA
"I didn't want her to get wet while I stood there dry," he said.

"Allen is a deputy district attorney. Two days after spending nearly an hour next to each other, Allen and Dial finally met. Happy as he was to do the right thing, Allen doesn't want that to overshadow why they were there in the first place. "My intention was never to get attention. My intention was to pay my respects to Sgt. Carter and to help this deputy who paid her respects to Sgt. Carter," he said."

ABC News reports:

"Two strangers have been reunited after being photographed during a somber moment in Birmingham, as the community mourned the death of a veteran police officer.  On Saturday, Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputy Tiffany Dial was standing in the soaking rain in front of an officer's memorial as she saluted the procession for police Sgt. Wytasha Carter, a 44-year-old father and husband, who was gunned down in the line of duty on Jan. 13. The slain sergeant, with 16 years of law enforcement experience, had served in Birmingham for the last eight years, Birmingham's police chief said. As Dial saluted, a man walked up behind her with an umbrella and covered her as she stood for more than 30 minutes, according to ABC News affiliate WBMA-TV. An onlooker captured the moment on camera. The two never exchanged a word as they paid their respects and when Dial finally turned around, the man had walked away, the station reported. "I didn't know he was there. My peripheral vision was cut off with my hat. ... I was in my moment paying my respects to Sgt. Carter," Dial said Tuesday when the news station reached her."

Even more impressive since he expected nothing in return, not even recognition of who he was.

"It just restores your faith, a little bit," Dial said. "It meant a lot in ways that you can't even really put into words. It wasn't just about keeping the rain off of me for that little bit. It meant a lot more than that."

Indeed, it did.  Far more.

"On Wednesday, Dial and the mystery man met each other after the news station's viewers helped identify the citizen. Dial and the man -- who identified himself as Shawn Allen -- learned they had more in common than that moment: The two also worked in the same building. "The procession was, you know, one of the most powerful, kind of, emotional displays that I hope I never see again. ... I was just real impressed that you were out there," Allen told Dial. He said he didn't speak to the deputy as they stood there out of respect for her."

Not just for her, but the slain officer.

"I didn't think there was anything that I needed to say to her and I just wanted to try to keep her dry and warm for just a few minutes," Allen said to WBMA-TV. Dial said she learned a valuable lesson seeing that image of her and Allen. "People do care about us and it's very uplifting. It can be very easy to get jaded in this job so it's nice to see the good in people," Dial said."

... Hey, Sheriff?  Is it true Llano County Attorney Becky Lange has advised you to stay out of the "Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764" fiasco?  That right, Bill?  Isn't that obstruction of justice?  Also true your deputies have advised the Bolens to accept the status quo and not force the no-trespassing issue with Greene?  If so, isn't that also obstruction and official oppression?  When will you do your job, Bill?  As an elected official, you answer to the public, forget?  -- No honor?  ... No honor at all?  If the foregoing allegations are indeed true, didn't you swear an oath to uphold the law and Constitution?  Why aren't you doing so?  No guts?

Your deputy has been accused of abusing authority.  What action have you taken other than ignore the complaint?  Why aren't both Rodriguez and the County Attorney under criminal investigation?  The County Attorney appears to be obstructing justice, accepting the word of Greene in lieu of two surveyor companies who strongly assert otherwise.  Both the County Attorney and District Attorney have ignored complaints.  Par for the course in Llano County, isn't it?  Failed to do their jobs.  No surprise there, right, Bill?  Both receiving 'special consideration' up to and/or including a bribe from Greene?  Regardless, clearly, no justice in Nazi Llano County.  Bottom line?  Desperate need for an outside criminal investigation.  Conveniently, forget?  This County is ruled by men, certainly not rule of law and the United States Constitution.

Precisely, why there is desperate need for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, and prosecute criminal law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose only mandate would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Until that happens, the criminal bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole County will continue to do as they please.

Some salient quotes occurring later on in this edition vis a vis unfinished business County officials continue to ignore:

... "Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Time for a new federal agency whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate such cases.  Total independence.  Local  and state authorities are egregiously incapable of handling these cases.

Tend to protect their own.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Goes with the territory, doesn't it, Bill?  Precisely, why there is no faith or trust in your criminal jackbooted bastards.  Local authorities here in Nazi Llano County have their heads figuratively, securely lodged so far up their clueless ass their eyeballs are turning inside out.  Protect and coddle your clueless, out of control officers.  Imagine that.

Unadulterated, blatant ongoing horse shit.  ... Right, Bill?  F--k these jackbooted bastards.  Aren't worth a crap.  Continually abrogate their oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Includes not only deputies, but the brass as well.  No principles.  No honor.  Lying, conniving, abusive, murderous jackbooted thieving thugs.  The American Civil Liberties Union needs to step up and represent the victims of abusive law enforcement.

To say nothing of innocent civilians all across our formerly great country who are victimized by abusive police.  Need far better representation than a public defender.  Forget?  It's how the bastards in government line government coffers.  All too often, looting the innocent.  Those on the bottom of the food chain.  ... Right, Sheriff?

No justice.  The American Way.  Nazi America.  When is this shit finally going to end?  All of it.  Wake up, Sheriff.  Again, where is dashcam video of the killing of Jeffrey Gray Wise, 52, of Austin by DPS and the Llano County Sheriff's Office?  One hundred forty five weeks, now.  A goddamned disgrace.

Why are you still sitting on this information?  What are you hiding, Sheriff?  What is the identity of the officers who killed Wise?  Too gutless to release this information to the public that pays your salary and that of your goons?  Reportedly, there were three officers involved in the shooting.  Who the hell are they?

When will the goddamned 'law' 'enforcement' community finally stop making excuses for engaging in outrageous criminal activity including blatant murder, violent assault, sexual assault, theft, drug trafficking, etc.?  List can go on and on.  Protecting its own no matter what it does or doesn't do?  Convenient, isn't it, Sheriff?  No foreign power, no terrorist organization, not even the criminal element presents a greater threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties than all branches and levels of government, -- including law enforcement.

Corruption within law enforcement remains an existential threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  So what else is new?  ... Right, Bill?  Same old duplicitous, aggressively stupid shit occurs right here in Nazi Llano County.  ... Doesn't it, Sheriff?

Think it'll change any time soon?  Don't hold your breath, readers.  Not how things work in Nazi America, right, Sheriff?  Highly reminiscent of how your goons operate though, isn't it, Bill?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'  F--ked up is f--ked up no matter where, no matter how.  Problem throughout all law enforcement.

Including right here in Nazi Llano County, right, Sheriff?  Too many officers clearly have their heads securely lodged where the sun seldom shines.  Egregious insanity continues to be perpetrated by the criminal jackbooted bastards in blue.  Ongoing issue.  All over our formerly great country.

Not just in Dallas as in the Guyger case, but all over the nation.  No end to it.  Surprised? Why?  In today's increasingly national socialist climate anything goes, right, Bill?  Live in a de facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  Certainly, a problem here in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Sheriff?  Your goons, however, aren't held accountable when they egregiously f--k up.  Ever.

Precisely why you refuse to release information on your deputies to the long-suffering public?  That is, employment history, criminal background, results of drug testing, etc..  ... Got to protect your criminal jackbooted thugs preying on the citizenry with virtual impunity, right, sir?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to a Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.  Why are you protecting this clueless son of a bitch, Sheriff?

Why hasn't he been prosecuted for official oppression?  Where is financial compensation for the damage this jackbooted piece of human excrement is responsible for? Ferociously pointedly, why are the District Attorney and the County Attorney continuing to protect this jackbooted piece of shit?  He and others like him present an exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.

Equally to the point, why are your jackbooted pieces of human excrement refusing to enforce Berardi's property rights?  Your goons have failed to take action against Theresa Ahrens when she tore down a no trespassing sign and barrier on Berardi's property.  Have you, your goons, and/or Madam County Attorney been bribed by Johnny Greene?

Why is Theresa Ahrens allowed by your goons to dictate what vehicles can and cannot be parked on Berardi's property?  Ahrens claims she has proof the property belongs to her where the vehicle was parked.  Has failed to produce it.  Surveyors say otherwise.  Back up Berardi.  Yet, your jackbooted bastards refuse to enforce Berardi's property rights.  Why?  Somebody lining somebody's pockets, Sheriff?

Ms. Ahrens micro-mini portable 'house' is parked on an unused unmarked Llano County road.  Imagine that.  Madam County Attorney well-aware.  Has done nothing.  Shit squat.  Egregiously ignored her oath of office.  Someone bribing you, Becky?  Lining your pockets, Counselor?  Paying you not to sell the unused unmarked County road to Berardi?  Doesn't the County want and need the sale money, to say nothing of the resultant tax income?

No question, County and State agencies remain determinedly, concertedly, achingly incapable of criminal investigation of their own.  Precisely, why a new federal agency desperately needs to be created whose sole function would be to investigate, arrest, charge, prosecute corrupt, abusive, criminal officers, prosecutors, and judges in a special court whose sole function would be to adjudicate only such cases.  Total independence.  Certainly, go a long, long way to cleaning up this cess pool County.  Rein in the outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept, self-serving assholes who run and own this hell hole.

Sheriff, you falsely claim the Kingsland County Commissioner has the authority to resolve this ongoing property rights issue.  Clearly, doesn't.  You, Madam County Attorney, and "Sonny Boy" are certainly an egregious impediment, continue to determinedly stonewall.  Someone's pockets are being lined.  Again, where's financial compensation for the damage Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 is directly responsible for to the Pace Arrow?  Why hasn't he been prosecuted for this damage, to say nothing of infringement of Berardi's property rights?  -- Just getting started, Sheriff.  Far more to come.

-- You're not doing your jobs, Sheriff.  You've got a loose vicious dog problem in Kingsland, Bill.  When will you and the troops finally do something about this ongoing issue?  Certainly, a recurring problem on Skyline, particularly on occasion at the intersection of Odessa.  Pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are at risk.  Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?"

... Small sampling of what's to come in this edition.  Read on.

Counselor:

The enclosed emails were sent to the Llano County Attorney and Sheriff, respectively, vis a vis the above matter.  Remain unanswered.  The County Attorney appears to be protecting and defending the deputy at behest of Kingsland property owner Johnny Greene.  May have received some consideration from Greene up to and including a bribe.  Are the County Attorney, Greene, and the Deputy under criminal investigation?  If not, why not?

Re:  Berardi Property Rights Denial-Damage To Pace Arrow-Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764

Counselor:

As you're well aware, we have an outrageously corrupt, abusive, achingly inept Llano County Sheriff's Office here in Nazi Llano County.  Worse, you and your office aid and abet these SS jackbooted bastards in black.  The issue at the moment is the same it's been the last six months.

How is it two surveyor companies, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, even the goddamned Sheriff himself now states Kingsland resident James Berardi owns the lots in contention all these months?

Yet, you ludicrously assert that's not the County's legal position.  It's not?  Why not?  You claim you're not a real estate expert.  Rather than accept the advice of two surveyor companies, the Precinct 3 Commissioner, the Appraisal District, the Tax Office, and even the Sheriff himself, you've inexplicably chosen to follow the advice of property owner Johnny Greene, -- who conveniently happens to be reportedly in the oil industry.

Question to be asked.  Could you have received any 'consideration' in return, -- up to and including a bribe?  Only way to know for sure is for the District Attorney to conduct a criminal investigation.  Apparently, there has been none.  If not, why not?

Equally pointedly, why hasn't Llano County Deputy Leroy Rodriguez, Badge #764 been held criminally accountable for egregious abuse of power involving denial of property rights to this Kingsland property owner?  To say nothing of consequent resultant physical damage done to a motor home on that property.

Our achingly useless, worthless, gutless Sheriff has ignored an email vis a vis the damage this jackbooted thug is responsible for.  Interestingly, his fellow officers believe him to be an idiot.  Yet, the Sheriff continued to defend this piece of human excrement until he realized  this entire fiasco would not be swept under the carpet.

Rodriguez is indeed an idiot.  Would you believe this piece of crap ordered the motor home to be moved on to an unmarked unused Llano County road? That motor home has indeed been moved back to where it was parked before Rodriguez forced it to be moved.  Why hasn't the County paid for the cost of moving it back?  To say nothing of the damage.

Equally pointedly, why is it the County has allowed Theresa Ahrens to park and live in her tiny cottage on that very same road?  Why hasn't she been evicted by the County?  Why was she assessed taxes on an adjacent improvement she doesn't own?

Why is it, Counselor, Johnny Greene is paying for the attorney retained by Ms. Ahrens?  Is Greene attempting to make this all go away by bribery?  Greene has also informed Berardi he is going to sue.  For what?  Has Greene lost his mind?

What about Wells who installed a $4500 septic system on a lot turns out he does not own as a result of Greene, an outrageously inept County, to say nothing of the Llano County Attorney who remains equally determinedly clueless?

How about Bolen who hasn't a pot to piss in, but was nonetheless f--ked over by Greene to say nothing of an egregiously inept County, to say nothing of you and your goddamned equally incompetent office?

None of this is going away, Counselor, -- any time soon.  Will not be swept under the carpet as all the other crap going on in this hell hole County.  Not a chance.  Expect a full expose in this publication whether or not this outrageous fiasco finally gets resolved.  Including full public exposure of both the Sheriff and his jackbooted thug.

Who are they, Sheriff?  Their past history?  An ongoing investigation remains a lame bullshit excuse.  How can you and your goons be trusted when you refuse to disclose information?  One hundred forty five weeks.  Especially, your egregious failure to disclose the identity of the officers who pulled the trigger.  To cover your sorry ass, Sheriff?  Those of your thugs?  The people have a right to know what happened, how it went down.  You don't understand that, Sheriff?  Sadly, clearly, you answer to no one.  Including taxpayers.  Especially, taxpayers.

Until you and your goons come clean, doubt will remain this was indeed a good shoot.  The longer you drag your feet, the greater the doubt.  Think not?  Wake up.  Your credibility has tanked.  Isn't getting any better as this bullshit continues unabated.  One hundred forty five weeks.   Still no identification of the officers involved  ... Can't get your stories straight?  In line?  Discrepancy between LCSO and DPS? Wake up, Sheriff.  The public no longer buys the bullshit.  No longer trusts you.  On this and many, many other issues.  You have no credibility.  Absolutely, none.

Readers, this is but one of about four other highly questionable killings by law enforcement in Llano County in the last decade or so.  There was one within the City of Llano, another in a field near Fuzzy's Corner, Buchanan Dam, yet another in Point Tella, Buchanan Dam, still another in Tow.  If there are any others I may have neglected to mention, kindly email.

It's time the public be fully informed.  -- Know what we're dealing with here and how 'law' 'enforcement' operates in this hell hole County.  If these jackbooted bastards are not reined in, the life lost could be yours courtesy of a law enforcement system that is no longer accountable to anyone.  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

The Sheriff seems to have no clue the people who pay him and his goons are entitled to know whom is killing whom and why.  This shit always seems to be swept under the carpet.  Ignored.  The attitude of these jackbooted sons of bitches is trust us.  They can't be.  They've lied too many times.  Refuse to be accountable to anyone.  We live in a goddamned fascist police-state where law enforcement does as it pleases. Usually, with impunity.  That has to change.

The Texas Rangers have become rubber stamp to atrocities committed by law enforcement.  This also has to change.  No one is holding law enforcement accountable any longer.  No one.  No one in state or federal government. This is precisely why Ferguson triggered such an uproar.  There was no justice there.  None here.  None anywhere.  Officers are abusive, corrupt, inept.

Falsely ticket and arrest the innocent to line County coffers.  Court fees charged continue to be horrendous.  -- Aren't taxpayers already looted to pay these costs?  Aren't you boys not only double f--king those falsely accused, but taxpayers also hellaciously looted to pay the very same costs?   Yet, the criminal bastards in power in Llano continue to pile on the fees. This is nothing more than goddamned bullshit.  This money finds its way into the pockets of the corrupt, abusive bastards who falsely believe they run and own this hell hole.

Would you believe the last time the Sheriff's Office happened to be 'audited' during the Garrett regime, reportedly, auditors couldn't figure out what went where and why? Yet, surprise, surprise.  Nothing was done.  There has to be transparency.  There is none.  Why would these thieving bastards want any?  ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  How else could they so easily steal and loot with virtual impunity?  Worse, this reinforces jackbooted power in this goddamned, godforsaken hell hole County.

The public has a right to know the histories of the Sheriff's goons.  Clearly, the Sheriff doesn't think so.  That is, where they came from.  Why they left where they were.  What is happening here is the Sheriff is using 'personnel matters' as a convenient excuse to deny the public access to the history of outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept officers who are no more than criminals themselves.

He's protecting his outrageously corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards.  Worse, the standards imposed by sheriff's offices statewide with the exception of metropolitan counties are well below those of DPS and city police departments.  Why?  So the corruption, abuse, ineptness, and outright stealing can continue unabated?  This has to change.  ... Can't have that, can we?  Sheriff?  TL?

The public should understand Llano County authorities have it all sewn up.  Did you know the Texas Attorney General does not have the authority to investigate and prosecute County authorities on his own?  The District Attorney has to call for an investigation by the Texas Rangers.  Then, the State can prosecute if it so chooses.

Consequently?  Guess what?  Nothing will happen.  Nothing ever does.  The goddamned corruption continues unabated until you, the public, pressure authorities.  Precisely, why we all enjoy the 'best' government money can buy. Literally.  Without question, the corrupt, abusive, inept sons of bitches are all bought and paid for.  Firmly clamped to the taxpayer tit.  Dependent on money looted from innocent citizens caught in their web.  Phony fines and court costs cleverly designed to f--k the innocent and enrich the pieces of shit who falsely believe they run and own Llano County. Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

Interestingly, the former Sheriff and District Attorney were reportedly forced to retire after an outrageous scandal involving a drunk driving police officer from out of town.  Including special treatment of the drunken son of a bitch that no other citizen caught doing the same would have been afforded.  An honest, honorable Llano County Deputy suffered the consequences. Forget?  Great officers do not last in this hell hole County. ... Right, Sheriff?  TL?  "Sonny Boy?"  Madam County Attorney?

With all ongoing abuse in this goddamned County, one thing remains for damned sure.  We're just getting started, Sheriff.  You will continue to be exposed for whom and what you and your corrupt, abusive, inept jackbooted bastards have become, truly are, not what you phonies purport to be, that is, how you continue to f--k over a public you've falsely sworn to protect and defend.  -- Exposure, the only way short of an unwanted dreaded revolution to force desperately needed change in a goddamned fascist police-state. The Fourth Reich.

Have your jackbooted thugs been tested for steroids, Sheriff?  If you've nothing to hide, Bill, release the results of all drug testing.  'Personnel matters?'  Bullshit.  Looted taxpayers have the right to know.  They're footing the bill for all this goddamned corruption, abuse, ineptness. When will you and the boys end the shakedowns?  Looting of the innocent to line County coffers?  No honor at all?

Where are your swastika armbands, you fascist son of a bitch?  You and your thugs remain out of uniform.  Once again, Sheriff, and ad nauseum, did you and/or your goons pressure Schilling to exit the race?  Did you steal the election? If so, an aggressively stupid, achingly gutless public gets what it truly deserves.  One of the most corrupt, abusive, inept 'law' 'enforcement' agencies in our formerly great country.

Have any information, knowledge of, experience with a purportedly non-profit volunteer clean-up group called Looking Forward In Llano County affiliated with the Llano County Attorney's Office?  Email this publication at libertyinperil@protonmail.com to provide information and/or arrange a meeting to discuss this matter.  If requested, your identity will be protected.  The question is quite simple.  Is this group what it claims to be and on the level?

Highly reminiscent of our outrageously bought and paid for judiciary, Llano County prosecutors, Sheriff Bill Blackburn and his criminal SS jackbooted bastards in black who continue to egregiously disgrace themselves and the badge, do as they please regardless of the law and Constitution, carefully consider the following.  It's appalling.  Runs against the grain of everything our formerly great country once stood for.  No longer.

'Stupid is as stupid does.'  When will law enforcement smarten up?  ABC News reports:

"An off-duty police officer was accidentally shot and killed by another officer in St. Louis early Thursday morning, authorities said."

How does something like this happen?  Especially, in light of the following.  Makes no sense:

"The accidental shooting occurred around 1 a.m. local time after two off-duty officers stopped by one of their homes during their shift. A female off-duty officer came by the residence and was shot in the chest, St. Louis Police Chief John Hayden Jr. told reporters at a press conference. The two officers took her to the hospital where she died, Hayden said.  No further information was immediately released, including the names of the officers."

Why not?  Whose sorry ass are they desperately trying to protect?  ... Right, Sheriff?

"St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson called the shooting "terribly sad."

Worse?  Inexplicable.

"The Metropolitan Police Department, City of St. Louis (SLMPD) confirmed via Twitter early Thursday morning that one of its officers had died from a gunshot wound. "We are deeply saddened to announce that the officer transported to the hospital has succumbed to her injuries. We ask that you keep the officer's family and the entire SLMPD in your thoughts and prayers as we mourn the loss of our officer and friend," the department tweeted.

— St. Louis, MO Police (@SLMPD) January 24, 2019"

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Somebody's sorry ass is being protected.  The question is whose?

CBS News reports:

"A male St. Louis police officer was charged Friday with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a female officer during what was described as a deadly game with a revolver. Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner announced the charge against Nathaniel Hendren, 29, in the death of 24-year-old Katlyn Alix, as they allegedly played a game in which a revolver's cylinder was emptied, one bullet put back and the two colleagues taking turns pointing at each other and pulling the trigger. Alix was with two male officers at an apartment when she was killed just before 1 a.m. Thursday . A probable cause statement from police, provided by Gardner's office, offered a chilling account of the dangerous game that led to her death. The probable cause statement said Alix and Hendren were "playing with firearms" when Hendren produced a revolver."

How the f--k does this shit happen?  These are supposed to be well-vetted, well-trained, well-educated police officers.  Not goddamned idiots.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Gets worse.  Get this:

"The defendant emptied the cylinder of the revolver and then put one cartridge back into the cylinder," the statement said. He allegedly spun the cylinder, pointed the gun away and pulled the trigger. The gun did not fire. The statement said Alix took the gun, pointed it at Hendren and pulled the trigger. Again, it didn't fire. Hendren "took the gun back and pointed it at the victim (and) pulled the trigger causing the gun to discharge," the statement said. "The victim was struck in the chest."

Jesus Christ.

"CBS affiliate KMOV-TV reports that authorities say Hendren's partner told them he told both Alix and Hendren that they shouldn't play with guns, adding that he "didn't want to have any part of it." He was leaving the room when Hendren shot Alix. Authorities said he walked back into the room and saw she was shot in the chest."

He could and should have put an end to it before it got that far.  Had the power to do so.  Could have certainly called for assistance.  Done something, anything other than walk out the room.

"The male officers drove Alix to a hospital where she died. Hendren also is charged with armed criminal action."

As well he should have been.  From the account, was complicit.  Did nothing to stop it.

Worse?  Get this:

"The two men were on-duty at the time of the shooting. Police Chief John Hayden has declined to answer questions about why the officers had gathered at the apartment, which was home to one of the men."

Why not?  What are you hiding, Chief?  Why are you sitting on this information?  To protect the perpetrators?  Reputation of the department?

"St. Louis police said the charges were the result of a promise Hayden made to Alix's family to conduct a "thorough and competent investigation."

Sounds like bullshit.  All of it.  Nothing adds up.  Are you protecting your sorry ass, those of both perpetrators, the department, Chief?

"Alix, a military veteran who was married, was not working but met the men at the apartment."

What could she possibly been thinking?

"Police immediately launched an internal investigation and placed both officers on paid leave. Gardner also began her own investigation on Thursday and enlisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol to conduct it."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.

Too busy lining County coffers with bogus tickets?

NBC News reports:

"A warrant for involuntary manslaughter has been issued against a St. Louis police officer who fatally shot a fellow officer as the two were allegedly playing with a revolver loaded with one round, according to authorities. Warrants were issued for Officer Nathaniel Hendren, police and the prosecutor said in statements Friday. Officer Katlyn Alix, 24, was fatally shot sometime before 12:56 a.m. Thursday when she was off-duty at a home in Carondelet with Hendren and another officer, police have said. Hendren allegedly emptied the cylinder of the gun and then put one cartridge back into the cylinder, spun the cylinder and pointed the weapon away and pulled the trigger, and the revolver did not fire. Alix took the gun and pointed it at Hendren and pulled the trigger and it also did not fire, according to the probable cause statement. "The defendant took the gun back and pointed it at the victim pulled the trigger causing the gun to discharge," the probable cause statement reads. Alix was shot in the chest.

"The warrants for involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action were issued after police reported their initial findings to the Circuit Attorney’s Office, according to police. Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner said in a statement that “this is a devastating incident for Katlyn Alix’s husband, parents, family and for our entire community. Yesterday, we lost a shining star and a dedicated public servant.” "I have said this many times before; I will hold people accountable who violate Missouri law regardless of their profession, public status or station in life," Gardner said in the statement. "Today, as much as it saddens my staff and me to file these charges, Katlyn and her family deserve accountability and justice." Police said the warrants were issued "at-large." It was unclear if Hendren planned to surrender or if he has an attorney who could speak on his behalf. Messages to the police union and to the police department were not immediately returned Friday.

"Gardner said at a news conference that it remains an open investigation."

CBS News reports:

"A St. Louis police officer is in custody, three days after he was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of a female officer during what was described as a deadly game with a revolver. Nathaniel Hendren was charged Friday and booked Monday. Authorities did not disclose the reason for the delay."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Had it been anyone other than a fellow cop who killed the officer no matter the circumstances, his or her sorry ass would have been so quickly arrested, booked, and charged he or she would have suffered whiplash.  Clearly, no equal treatment, when an officer does the killing.  Double standard.

"A booking photo shows him with a black eye. Sources told CBS affiliate KMOV-TV that Hendren was hospitalized for busting his head through a police cruiser's back window."

Precisely, how did that happen?  How?  Wasn't restrained in the seat?  Or, did one of his fellow goons do a number on him?

"He is being held on $50,000 cash-only bond, an amount his lawyer is trying to get reduced, KMOV reported."

Jesus Christ.  Killed a cop.  Why is he being released on bond?  If released, why isn't bail in the millions as it would have been had it been a civilian killing a cop?  Or, bail denied.  Why the double standard?

"Katlyn Alix was with two male officers at an apartment early Thursday. Prosecutors say Hendren and Alix were taking turns pulling the trigger of a gun while pointing it at each other when it went off, killing Alix. She was 24. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help pay for Alix's funeral. A probable cause statement said Alix and Hendren were playing with guns when Hendren produced a revolver.

Truly stunning this kind of thing can happen in 2019 with law enforcement under such intense scrutiny. This officer died for nothingKilled by a fellow officer.

"Hendren's attorney, Talmage E. Newton IV, released the following statement: The death of Officer Kaitlyn Alix was a tragic accident that has unalterably impacted the lives of everyone involved. I urge the public, as well as members of the police department, to wait until the investigation is complete, and all of the facts have been presented, before coming to any conclusions about what they believe happened that unfortunate morning. My deepest sympathies and condolences are with Officer Alix's family."

In pointed response to the achingly moralistic, thinly disguised, yet clearly implied above gossip angle, who the hell cares why all three officers happened to be together at the same time and place as long as the intended activity was not illegal and/or against department regulations?  Bottom line here remains the same.

An officer needlessly lost her life.  -- That's the salient unresolved issue.   Counselor, are you denying reports from numerous sources a game of 'Russian Roulette' was in fact the cause of the officer's death?  Are these reports false?  ... Or are you bullshitting the public to secure more favorable treatment for your client?

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

More senseless aggressive stupidity.  NBC News reports:

"In her suit against New York City and three police officers, Linda Dominguez says she was hit with a "bogus" charge of knowingly misrepresenting her identity. New York City police officers charged a transgender woman with "false personation" and used pink handcuffs to mock her after they arrested her for walking through a park after hours, a lawsuit charges. Linda Dominguez says in her lawsuit filed Tuesday that she was hit with the "bogus" charge of false personation — or knowingly misrepresenting her identity —even though she explained that she was transgender and gave the officers both her current name and the traditionally masculine first name she used before she legally changed her name to Linda. The lawsuit says the 43-year-old Dominguez "had no intent to deceive the police or prevent them from learning her name or her identity" when she was arrested April 18. A police spokeswoman said the department could not comment on the specifics of the lawsuit. The department said in a statement that it "is committed to serving and meeting the needs of the LGBTQ community with sensitivity, equity and effectiveness."

The lawsuit implies otherwise.

"According to the lawsuit, which names New York City and three police officers as defendants, Dominguez was walking through a Bronx park to her apartment when officers stopped her for being in the park after it was closed. The lawsuit filed by attorneys from the American Civil Liberties Union and the New York Civil Liberties Union says that Dominguez speaks limited English and had difficulty understanding the officers, but that she first gave them her original name along with her birth date and address. The officers took her to the station house, where she explained to a Spanish-speaking officer that she was transgender and her legal name was now Linda, the lawsuit says. The lawsuit says the officers placed Dominguez in a cell, handcuffed to a bar or pipe using pink handcuffs, and left her in the handcuffs all night."

Jesus Christ.  Pathetic if true.  Says more about the gender insecurity of the officers involved than anything their target may or may not have done.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Especially, in light of the following:

"The officers referred to Dominguez by her masculine first name throughout her detention, laughed at her and referred to her as "he" and "him," the lawsuit says. Dominguez was arraigned the next day on charges of trespassing for being in the park after hours, as well as false impersonation. The charges were dismissed in August. Dominguez, a licensed cosmetologist and an activist for the rights of transgender immigrants, says that the arrest caused her "mental anguish, ongoing humiliation and embarrassment" and that she remains afraid of the police. The lawsuit charges that Dominguez's treatment violated the police department's patrol guide, which since 2012 has directed officers to refer to people by names and pronouns consistent with their gender identities. "This highlights the way the NYPD continues to criminalize transgender people just for existing," Bobby Hodgson, an NYCLU attorney representing Dominguez, said Wednesday. "It's one thing to change a rule on the books, but it's another thing to change the culture of an institution like the NYPD. Here they failed to do that."

The quickest way to end this bullshit is to fire jackass officers who do this.  Change statutes as necessary to prevent these jackasses from hiding behind statutes that protect them, -- allow them to do virtually as they please with impunity.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Yet, another black eye for the disingenuous, lying bastards in law enforcement.  The Washington Post reports:

"Facial-recognition software developed by Amazon and marketed to local and federal law enforcement as a powerful crime-fighting tool struggles to pass basic tests of accuracy, such as correctly identifying a person’s gender, new research released Thursday says."

Surprised?  Why?

"Researchers with M.I.T. Media Lab also said Amazon’s Rekognition system performed more accurately when assessing lighter-skinned faces, raising concerns about how biased results could tarnish the artificial-intelligence technology’s use by police and in public venues, including airports and schools."

Could certainly be used by law enforcement to impose its profound, deep-seated inherent racism.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Amazon’s system performed flawlessly in predicting the gender of lighter-skinned men, the researchers said, but misidentified the gender of darker-skinned women in roughly 30 percent of their tests. Rival facial-recognition systems from Microsoft and other companies performed better but were also error-prone, they said."

Frightening, isn't it?

"The problem, AI researchers and engineers say, is that the vast sets of images the systems have been trained on skew heavily toward white men. The research shows, however, that some systems have rapidly grown more accurate over the past year after greater scrutiny and corporate investment into improving the results."

Equally frightening, no?  Then again, precisely what law enforcement is desperately looking for. An edge.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"Amazon disputed the study’s findings, saying the research tested algorithms that work differently than the facial-recognition systems tested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and deployed by police departments in Florida and Washington state. [Amazon founder and chief executive Jeffrey P. Bezos owns The Washington Post.]"

Riveting, isn't it?

"Matt Wood, an Amazon Web Services executive who oversees AI and machine learning, said in a statement that the researchers based their study on “facial analysis” algorithms, which can detect and describe the attributes of a face in an image, such as whether the person is smiling or wearing glasses. “Facial recognition” algorithms, in contrast, are used to directly match images of different faces, and would be more commonly used in cases such as identifying a wanted fugitive or missing child. “It’s not possible to draw a conclusion on the accuracy of facial recognition for any use case — including law enforcement — based on results obtained using facial analysis,” Wood said. The results “do not represent how a customer would use the service today.” Wood also said that the test was done on outdated software and that recent internal attempts to replicate the tests showed more accurate results than the researchers’ findings. Amazon said in November that it had updated its facial-analysis and facial-recognition features to more accurately match faces and “obtain improved age, gender and emotion attributes.”

Think it's not excuse making?  Wake up.  Get this:

"But independent researchers said the findings raise important questions about the deployment of Amazon’s AI. “Asking a system to do gender classification is in many ways an easier task for machine learning than identification, where the possibilities are far more than binary and could number in the millions,” said Clare Garvie, a senior associate at Georgetown law school’s Center on Privacy and Technology who studies facial-recognition software. Amazon’s “defensiveness and their unwillingness to take a closer look at this potential issue in their product speaks volumes.” The study’s co-author Joy Buolamwini, who conducted similar research last year, told The Washington Post that the study’s methodology was ethically sound, widely replicated and has been cited by companies such as IBM and Microsoft as critical to helping improve the systems’ fairness and precision. She called Amazon’s defense “a deflection” and said facial analysis and gender classification are fundamental tools that could be used by the algorithms to help speed up a facial-recognition search. A report by Georgetown Law researchers in 2016 found that the facial images of half of all American adults, or more than 117 million people, were accessible in a law-enforcement facial-recognition database."

Frightening, isn't it? Nazi America.  De facto fascist police-state, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.  ... Right, Sheriff?

“Acknowledging a known industry issue and working towards solutions instead of deflection has given (Microsoft and IBM) a platform to position themselves as responsible developers of AI technology. However Amazon decides to respond, the research has been vetted many times over and already led to industry change,” she told The Post."

Believe it?

"The U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Institute of Standards and Technology, which evaluates facial-recognition systems on accuracy, said it has tested systems by 39 developers and has seen growing accuracy in recent years. But the tests are voluntary, and companies such as Amazon and Google have declined to participate. Buolamwini urged Amazon to submit its models for the public benchmark tests."

Fascinating, isn't it?  This shit should be against the law.  Why isn't it?  Direct threat to a democratic republic, life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"She also urged Amazon to alert clients of system biases and “immediately halt its use in high-stakes contexts like policing and government surveillance.”

You think?

"The promise of facial-recognition technology that could precisely identify people from afar has touched off a multimillion-dollar race among tech companies, which contend that the technology could speed up police investigations, improve public security and save lives. An FBI counterterrorism official, speaking in November at an Amazon Web Services conference, said the bureau had seen remarkable results when testing the software on data from the Las Vegas mass shooting in 2017."

Delusionally believe that will happen?  Is even possible?  The following is far more likely:

"But questions surrounding the systems’ accuracy — and concerns that the technology could be used to surveil people without their knowledge or consent, stifling public protests and chilling free speech — have led civil rights and privacy advocates to speak out against a technology they fear could yield potentially deadly results. A software flaw, for instance, could motivate police or security personnel to react violently toward a person incorrectly flagged as a wanted criminal. The technology has fueled a growing debate in Silicon Valley and Washington over how to regulate against possible dangers, with some lawmakers calling for a more robust national law governing use and privacy. Some Amazon employees and shareholders have urged the company not to sell facial-recognition software to police, and executives from other companies have urged the government to rein in the industry."

Sell this to the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement?  You're no more than a goddamned traitor.

"Satya Nadella, chief executive of Microsoft, which is developing facial-recognition software but has also called for stronger regulation, said last week that the facial-recognition business is “just terrible” and “absolutely a race to the bottom." "It's all in the name of competition. Whoever wins a deal can do anything. That's not going to end well for us as an industry or for us as a society,” Nadella said. “It is better to have some modicum of rules by which we all play so we protect what actually matters the most.” The technology’s deployment has quickly outpaced regulation, and facial-recognition systems can now be found in airports, concert halls and restaurants. Children, parents and visitors of schools and community centers across the United States are also being scanned by the unproven systems for potential security threats."

... Hear the rumble?

"Tests conducted by the American Civil Liberties Union last summer found that Rekognition had mismatched the photos of 28 members of Congress with the mug shots of people who had been arrested, with higher error rates for people of color. Amazon said those tests were incorrectly administered in a way that skewed the results. Facial-identification systems work by breaking down images into complex numerical codes known as hashes that can be compared rapidly across a vast database of other images. Similar AI technologies are used to suggest photo tags on Facebook, unlock the Apple iPhone or confirm a traveler’s identity at airports across the United States."

Frightening, isn't it?

"When facial-recognition or facial-analysis algorithms return results, they include ratings of their own confidence in their findings: A direct match may be 99 percent, while a fuzzier or more inconclusive match would be rated far less. Executives at Amazon and other companies have challenged similar research by arguing that forcing the algorithms to choose a specific male-or-female answer can provide misleading results, and runs counter to how police, engineers and other users are trained to use the technology in real life. A study last year by Buolamwini and co-author Timnit Gebru found similar gender-classification errors — and broad accuracy gaps between lighter and darker skin tones — in the systems developed by IBM, Microsoft and the Chinese tech company Face++.

“The potential for weaponization and abuse of facial-analysis technologies cannot be ignored,” Buolamwini and study co-author Deborah Raji wrote."

... Hear the rumble?  An unwanted dreaded second American revolution catastrophically looming.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

No longer.

Another egregious example of law enforcement malfeasance rubber stamped by prosecutors.  NPR reports:

"A state's attorney said Thursday that he will not not pursue criminal charges in the death of Anton Black, a 19-year-old Maryland man who died in September after a foot chase and struggle with police. The state's attorney also said he wouldn't ask a grand jury to investigate the case, despite the wishes of Black's family."

Nazi justice.  Kangaroo in nature.  What are you so afraid of, Counselor?  The truth?

"Police in Greensboro, near the Eastern Shore of Maryland, approached Black on Sept. 15 in response to reports of a kidnapping. Black had been seen with a 12-year-old child, who family later said was a friend of Black's. Video released Thursday by the Greensboro Police Department and obtained by The Baltimore Sun, shows that when Officer Thomas Webster IV asked Black to put his hands behind him, Black took off running. The video shows the chase, struggle, and ultimately futile attempt by officers and emergency medical workers to save Black's life. Black's family says that his life should not have been put in danger in the first place. On Thursday, the Baltimore Sun editorial board said Black never should have been arrested. "Mr. Black ran for reasons that only he would know," the editorial board said. "Maybe he was scared of what would happen to him in a justice system that has failed African-American men more times than we can count."

It is incredibly stupid to run from the jackbooted bastards in blue.  Most often, a fatal error in judgment.  Grants these pieces of shit carte blanche to murder on the job.  Don't give them the satisfaction.

"Further complicating the matter is that Webster, who tased Black and helped hold him down, has previously come under scrutiny for using excessive force."

Surprised?  Why?  Abusive officers are protected and coddled.  ... Right, Sheriff?  Par for the course in Nazi Llano County, isn't it, Bill?

"Webster was arrested in 2015 after a grand jury found it likely that he had committed a crime when, as an officer in Dover, Del., he kicked an unarmed man in the face. The victim was black. Court documents released in 2015 showed he had dozens of use-of-force reports in his personnel file. Webster was found not guilty of assault. Greensboro hired him last year to become the town's fourth police officer, over the protests of several Greensboro citizens who "worried about the message the town was sending to people, especially people of color," local media reported at the time."

Readers?  Wake up.  Ubiquitous problem all over our formerly great country.  ... Right, Sheriff?

Here comes the excuse making by our outrageously corrupt, abusive, hopelessly inept government:

"While Black's death is tragic, it wasn't criminal, said Caroline County State's Attorney Joe Riley. The state attorney's office "is not empowered to prosecute tragic acts," Riley said in a statement released Thursday. Riley cited the autopsy, which found Black suffered "sudden cardiac death" caused by a congenital heart defect. The medical examiner's report "does say that it is likely that the stress and the struggle with law enforcement in conjunction with his mental health status and his congenital heart defects contributed to his death." The report also makes it clear that Black was never choked, "physically struck" by the officers or "had force applied to his neck," Riley said. Webster was justified in arresting Black, Riley said. Webster stated that he had seen Black "dragging the younger male down the road," holding him in a "half nelson" and pinning him against the hood of a car. "On the body cam footage, the juvenile is clearly in distress and denies that Anton Black is his brother," Riley said in his press release."

This goddamned government clearly lied to cover its ass and that of the jackbooted bastard in blue responsible:

"The Black family released the State Medical Examiner's autopsy Thursday, which documented at least 43 blunt trauma wounds across his body. The toxicology screen did not find any controlled dangerous substances, the family said in its statement. The state medical examiner's office, which ruled the death an accident, "lets the police off way too easy," the Sun wrote in its editorial. "Even without the meticulous cataloging of the 43 cuts, bruises and abrasions on Black's body that his family's attorneys compiled from the autopsy, we can say that had police done their jobs responsibly, he would be alive."

Wouldn't want to confuse the nazi element in our formerly great country with the truth, would we?

"In its statement, the Black family said there was no good reason for officers to use the degree of force they did: "There was no reason to tase him. There was no reason for the officer to tackle him, restrain him and shackle him. There was no reason to inflict 43 blunt trauma wounds on Anton Black. There was no reason for Anton Black to die."

The jackbooted bastards got their cookies off killing this 19-year-old kid.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"At a community meeting earlier this month, former Washington, D.C., police officer Trevor Hewick, who was working as a private investigator for the family, said that after examining the video, he had concluded that Black was killed with a chokehold. "I can stand here and tell you I am very confident in what happened to Anton," said Hewick, according to Maryland Matters. "They killed him and it's murder."

How about that? This assessment coming from a former officer.

Account goes on and on.  Highly damning of law enforcement.  Yet, no indictment.  No justice.  Not in Nazi America.  De facto fascist police-state since 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

CBS News reports:

"Officials have released body camera video of a deadly encounter between police and a black teenager who died after struggling with officers in a town on Maryland's Eastern Shore, footage that fueled a civil rights group's call for an independent investigation. Greensboro Police Chief Mike Petyo released the footage after a county prosecutor announced Thursday that he isn't asking a grand jury to consider criminal charges in the September 2018 death of 19-year-old Anton Black. The video shows Black's mother screaming after police chased her son to the driveway of his family's home, where an officer smashed a car window to get to Black inside and then shocked him with a stun gun before the teen struggled with three officers and a civilian. The footage also captured how Black's mother and officers reacted when they realized he stopped responding."

No justice.  Protection of the jackbooted bastards in law enforcement:

"Caroline County State's Attorney Joseph Riley said in a statement that his office "is not empowered to prosecute tragic acts." An autopsy report, signed Wednesday by the state's chief medical examiner, says Black suffered "sudden cardiac death." It said a congenital heart condition, mental illness, and stress from the struggle likely contributed to his death. Lawyers for Black's family vowed Thursday to ask the U.S. Justice Department's civil rights division to investigate his death. The American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland joined their call for a federal investigation or an independent investigation by the governor-appointed Maryland State Prosecutor, whose office investigates misconduct in office by public officials or employees. The group said in a statement Friday that the "disturbing" video shows officers used excessive force on a man who shouldn't have been arrested. Family attorneys said in a statement Black committed no crime and there was no reason for Webster and the other officers from neighboring departments to chase him back to his home, no reason for Webster to break the car's window, and no reason to Tase the teen or restrain him. "There was no reason for Anton Black to die," the statement said."

The bastards clearly stonewalled:

"It says the family only Wednesday received the autopsy report, though it was completed a day after his death."

Why the delay?  What are you hiding?  Who are you protecting?

"The ACLU is outraged by the gross delay in the handling and release of information related to the autopsy and police body camera footage, which raises significant red flags that local law enforcement agencies have something to hide in Anton's death," the statement says. Riley told The Baltimore Sun that his office's investigation remains open. "If I am provided new information," he said, "that could potentially change my position." Family attorneys had urged Riley to convene a grand jury for the investigation. They claim police used excessive force on the teen and argue the autopsy report mischaracterizes his death as accidental. The attorneys said in a statement the autopsy notes 43 abrasions, contusions or hemorrhages they say Black suffered during the struggle with officers. "The autopsy raises serious questions about why such a high degree of force was used on an unarmed teenager on his own property who posed no threat to law enforcement or the public," Timothy Maloney, one of the family lawyers, wrote in an email Thursday."

Think there aren't serious ongoing problems within the prison system?  ABC News reports:

"A newly released video shows the brutality of an Ohio inmate's knife attack on four other prisoners who were handcuffed to a table and unable to defend themselves. The video obtained by The Associated Press reveals for the first time the extent of the victims' injuries and raises questions about how the bloody attack happened inside the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, one of Ohio's most secure prisons. Additional security concerns were raised months later when the same prisoner was allegedly involved in a knife attack that left a guard severely injured and hospitalized for months. Shamieke Pugh was one of the four inmates in the first attack on June 4, 2017. "He was trying to kill us, for sure," said Pugh, who is now out of prison and recovering from multiple stab wounds in his arm, chest and back. The four prisoners were playing cards during an out-of-cell recreation period. Pugh, 28, believes guards set up the attack, something the prison system, the guards' union and the prosecutor who brought charges against the attacker strongly deny."

How else could it have occurred?

Jackbooted bastards in blue sued.  ABC News reports:

"Family members of Stephon Clark, the unarmed black man fatally shot by police in Sacramento last March, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city and two police officers on Monday, citing racial profiling and excessive force."

About time.  What took so long?

"The suit, which names Terrence Mercadal, Jared Robinet and the city as defendants, is seeking at least $20 million in damages in connection to the 22-year-old's death."

Not good enough.  Nowhere near.  Only when communities face bankruptcy as a result of the actions of these criminal jackbooted bastards will this shit finally end.  ... Right, Sheriff?

"This family deserves answers and full transparency from the officers, the city and the Sacramento Police Department on the unjustified use of excessive and lethal force that killed Stephon Clark and robbed his children of a future with their father," Brian Panish, a lawyer representing Clark's children, said in a statement. "When the facts are fully disclosed," he added, "we are confident that a jury will deliver justice that reflects how grossly the police and city officials failed Stephon, his family and the people of Sacramento."

Readers will recall this case was covered repeatedly here and elsewhere:

"Clark was shot and killed by Sacramento police officers in his grandmother's backyard on March 18, 2018, after officers responded to a 911 call that described a man in a hoodie breaking car windows and hiding in a yard. When the officers encountered Clark, according to body-cam footage, they believed he was in possession of a "toolbar." One of the officers said Clark motioned toward them, and another officer was heard yelling, "Show me your hands ... gun, gun, gun." The two officers fired 20 shots, hitting Clark at least seven times. Investigators later determined Clark had been holding only a cellphone."

Murder.  Blatant.

"The Sacramento police executed Stephon Clark in his grandparents' backyard, mistaking his cell phone for a gun, assuming he was a criminal threat simply because he was a black man," Ben Crump, a lawyer for Clark’s family, said in a statement. "Stephon's life had value. In America, a life -- even a black life -- can't be arbitrarily extinguished without holding those responsible accountable."

Someone's got to figuratively bring these murderous bastards to their knees.

"In a statement released on Monday, the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office said it received a "voluminous investigative report" about the fatal shooting from the Sacramento Police Department on Oct. 25. It received "further substantial investigative reports" and related materials from the Attorney General's Department of Justice investigators on earlier this month, according to the statement. "Our timeline for completion of our review has thus been delayed as we process the supplemental materials," the statement said. "We will take whatever time is needed to ensure a fair, thorough, and accurate review of this matter."

Think so?  Possible in Nazi America?  No more than a goddamned de facto fascist police-state since 9/11, quickly transitioning to the Trump nazi's Fourth Reich.

"The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California on behalf of Clark's two sons, his parents and his grandparents. It is not clear if Mercadal and Robinet, the two officers named in the lawsuit, have retained attorneys."

Hopefully, these two murderous bastards will finally get their day in court.

Think Aryan arrogance is not an issue for the nazi element in the Republican Party?  That these bastards are not hopelessly, cluelessly out to lunch?  NPR reports:

"Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said he didn't understand why furloughed federal workers, or those working without pay, might struggle or need to visit food banks. Democrats called him out of touch."

Forget?  This piece of human excrement is a billionaire.  What could this jackass possibly know about going without at least anytime in the recent past?

Insult to injury?  Get this:

"Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross downplayed the hardships caused by a partial government shutdown on Thursday as some 800,000 federal workers prepared to miss a second consecutive payday. Ross told CNBC he is puzzled by reports of federal workers turning to food banks and other forms of relief, suggesting they should be able to obtain bridge loans to tide them over until the government reopens."

Jesus Christ.  This piece of human excrement does not live on the same planet as his underlings.

"True, the people might have to pay a little bit of interest," said Ross. "But the idea that it's 'paycheck or zero' is not a really valid idea."

Certainly, not if you're a billionaire.

"Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi denounced what she called a "let them eat cake" attitude from the commerce secretary, whose net worth has been estimated by Forbes magazine at nearly $700 million. "They just don't understand why people have to stand in food lines," Pelosi said. The speaker added that Democrats planned to share stories of struggling federal workers on Thursday afternoon."

Chuck Schumer was no less vociferous:

"Wilbur Ross is @realDonaldTrump’s Secretary of Commerce.

"Wilbur Ross is a billionaire.

"And this is billionaire Wilbur Ross saying he doesn’t understand why federal workers not getting paid during the #TrumpShutdown don’t just take out loans *to feed their families*.

"Unreal. pic.twitter.com/YHHZqKa8sx"

"— Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) January 24, 2019"

No less incredulous was Rep. Wexton:

"Rep. Jennifer Wexton, D-Va., whose district includes many unpaid federal workers, invited the commerce secretary to join her at a food bank this weekend. "I think it would be a valuable learning experience for you to see what our federal workforce, including your own employees at the Department of Commerce, are going through," Wexton wrote in a letter to Ross."

Wouldn't want to confuse an out of touch patrician with the truth, would we?

NBC News reports:

"Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross on Thursday afternoon defended his take on the financial challenges facing furloughed federal workers after saying earlier in the day that he did not "understand" why they might need help from homeless shelters and food banks. Ross said in a second interview that his intention had been to make sure government workers were aware that loans could be an option as the shutdown continues. "We're aware, painfully aware, that there are hardships inflicted on the individual workers,” Ross said on Bloomberg. “All I was trying to do was make sure that they are aware that there are possible other things that can help somewhat mitigate their problems."

Mighty 'considerate' of this jackass patrician bastard, isn't it?

"The remarks come hours after Ross was asked on CNBC about reports that some federal workers were relying on charity for essentials as the shutdown enters its second month. He responded by suggesting that furloughed employees should borrow money to make ends meet while the shutdown continues. “Banks and credit unions should be making credit available to them,” Ross said. “Now true, the people might have to pay a little bit of interest, but the idea that it's paycheck or zero is not a really valid idea.” On the CNBC interview, Ross also rejected the notion that the government shutdown — now entering day 34, the longest in U.S. history — was damaging the country’s reputation or economy in the long term. “I think that is a great deal of hyperbole,” Ross said. “We’ve had shutdowns, albeit for not such a long period as we've been thus far, but put in the perspective: You're talking about 800,000 workers. And while I feel sorry for the individuals that have hardship cases, 800,000 workers if they never got their pay — which is not the case, they will eventually get it — but if they never got it, you're talking about a third of a percent on our GDP.”

This piece of shit just doesn't get it.

"Although furloughed workers will eventually receive back pay when the government reopens, many contract workers will not be able to make up for missed work."

Wouldn't want to confuse an idiot with the truth, would we?

"Democrats were quick to slam Ross's comments as out of touch with the reality that many furloughed employees face. "I guess anybody at the top of the food chain is totally tone deaf," Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., told reporters at the Capitol. "I don’t know, is this the 'let them eat cake' attitude or 'call your father for money?'” Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., responded when asked about Ross's remark."

ABC News reports:

"The comments come one day after President Donald Trump's daughter-in-law and campaign adviser, Lara Trump, faced criticism for her own comments regarding government workers.  “This is so much bigger than any one person," Lara Trump said. "It is a little bit of pain, but it's going to be for the future of our country, and their children and their grandchildren and generations after them will thank them for their sacrifice right now.”

Unbridled Aryan arrogance.  Expected of the nazi element.

"The president himself was criticized early on in the shutdown when he was similarly pressed on whether he could sympathize with workers who have to go without pay as he continued to demand Congress fund his proposed wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. "I can relate," Trump said. "I'm sure the people that are on the receiving end will make adjustments. They always do. People understand what's going on. Many of those people that won't be receiving a paycheck, many of those people agree 100 percent with what I'm doing."

A nazi fuhrer hopelessly out to lunch, head figuratively, securely lodged up a bodily orifice seldom seeing the light of day.

Yet, his hypocrisy knows no bounds.  The Washington Post reports:

"They had spent years on the staff of Donald Trump’s golf club, winning employee-of-the-month awards and receiving glowing letters of recommendation. Some were trusted enough to hold the keys to Eric Trump’s weekend home. They were experienced enough to know that when Donald Trump ordered chicken wings they were to serve him two orders on one plate. But on Jan. 18, about a dozen employees at Trump National Golf Club in Westchester County, N.Y., were summoned, one by one, to talk with a human resources executive from Trump headquarters. During the meetings, they were fired because they are undocumented immigrants, according to interviews with the workers and their attorney. The fired workers are from Latin America. The sudden firings — which were previously unreported — follow last year’s revelations of undocumented labor at a Trump club in New Jersey, where employees were subsequently dismissed. The firings show Trump’s business was relying on undocumented workers even as the president demanded a border wall to keep out such immigrants."

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Pressure increases on Trump.  The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen indefinitely postponed his upcoming congressional testimony Wednesday, citing “ongoing threats against his family from President Trump” and his attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani. Threats from the duo reached Cohen and his family as recently as this weekend, according to a statement from Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis. On Wednesday afternoon, Trump responded to the announcement, denying the allegations. “He’s only been threatened by the truth,” the president said."

Think so?  ... Or, is the Trump nazi beginning to soil his pants?

Get this:

"A recent spate of Trump attacks arrived after BuzzFeed broke a story late on Jan. 17 alleging that special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s team had collected evidence that Trump directed Cohen to lie to Congress. Trump took to Twitter on Friday, suggesting that Cohen’s father-in-law should be investigated."

Desperation?

“Lying to reduce his jail time! Watch father-in-law!” he wrote, after reminding 57.7 million followers that Cohen “has already been convicted of perjury and fraud, and as recently as this week, the Wall Street Journal has suggested that he may have stolen tens of thousands of dollars." Over the weekend, he and Giuliani implied the same on national television — Trump to Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro and Guiliani on CNN. In an interview Thursday on “Good Morning America,” Davis responded to Guiliani’s commentary, urging his indictment. “Calling out a man’s father-in-law and wife in order to intimidate the witness is not fair game,” he said. “Mr. Giuliani has committed a crime or at least should be indicted for that crime on the face of what he said."

Here's what's possibly the bottom line to all this:

"Legal experts called the missives a newsworthy development that could amount to evidence of obstructing justice. Norman Eisen, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, said in December that the most striking thing was that there were two statements in proximity. “It comes very close to the statutory definition of witness tampering,” he said. “He may have crossed the legal line.”

Think so?  Certainly, appears to be the case.

Others apparently think so:

"Respected figures across party lines also responded to Trump’s tweets on the social media platform. Sen. Mark R. Warner (D-Va.) called it “serious” then, adding that “the President of the United States should not be using his platform to influence potential witnesses in a federal investigation involving his campaign.” Attorney George Conway, husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, then referenced the federal statute most likely to create legal liability for Trump: 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512, which outlines the crime of witness tampering. “Donald Trump is not acting like an innocent man, he is acting like he is afraid of the truth,” former acting solicitor general Neal Katyal said Wednesday. Tampering with a witness is an obstruction of justice. It’s a federal crime for an individual to intimidate, threaten or “corruptly persuade” another person with the goal of influencing or preventing his or her testimony."

House Oversight Committee seems sympathetic:

"Cohen was scheduled to testify publicly before the House Oversight Committee on Feb. 7, at the invitation of the committee’s chairman, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings (D-Md.). In a joint statement, Cummings and Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Mass.), chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, acknowledged Cohen’s “legitimate concerns,” adding that “efforts to intimidate witnesses, scare their family members, or prevent them from testifying before Congress are textbook mob tactics that we condemn in the strongest terms.” There is a certain amount of ambiguity in Trump’s statements, leaving wiggle room for his defenders to say he was not making threats but blowing off steam. As the chief executive, the president oversees criminal prosecution of federal cases. Unlike firing federal officials, directly encouraging a potential witness not to cooperate in an investigation involving his own conduct is significant. Cohen’s decision not to testify out of fear for his family could be yet another basis for the now-Democrat-controlled House to determine that Trump engaged in an abuse of power."

Think the nazi in the Oval Office isn't growing increasingly desperate?  Get this:

“Michael Cohen asks judge for no Prison Time.” You mean he can do all of the TERRIBLE, unrelated to Trump, things having to do with fraud, big loans, Taxis, etc., and not serve a long prison term? He makes up stories to get a GREAT & ALREADY reduced deal for himself, and get.....

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 3, 2018
....his wife and father-in-law (who has the money?) off Scott Free. He lied for this outcome and should, in my opinion, serve a full and complete sentence.

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 3, 2018"

Sound presidential to you?  ... Or, a scoundrel soiling his pants?

NPR reports:

"President Trump's former personal attorney Michael Cohen has postponed the public testimony he planned to give next month to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, citing "threats" from Trump. A lawyer for Cohen said on Wednesday that "ongoing threats" against Cohen's family from the president and his attorney, Rudy Giuliani, "as well as Mr. Cohen's cooperation with ongoing investigations," had prompted him to decide not to appear as planned. Trump told reporters at the White House that Cohen "has been threatened by the truth." The office of special counsel Robert Mueller, which is investigating Russian connections to the 2016 election, declined to comment."

The following is quite interesting:

"Two key House Democratic chairman said Wednesday that they sympathized with Cohen's concerns but that ultimately this was not up to him. "We understand that Mr. Cohen's wife and other family members fear for their safety after these attacks, and we have repeatedly offered our assistance to work with law enforcement to enhance security measures for Mr. Cohen and his family. Nevertheless, when our committees began discussions with Mr. Cohen's attorney, not appearing before Congress was never an option." Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland — chairman of the oversight committee — and Rep. Adam Schiff of California — chairman of the intelligence committee — also echoed earlier criticism of Trump for what they suggested was obstruction of justice and witness tampering. "As we stated previously with our colleague, Chairman Jerry Nadler of the Judiciary Committee, efforts to intimidate witnesses, scare their family members, or prevent them from testifying before Congress are textbook mob tactics that we condemn in the strongest terms," Cummings and Schiff said."

Get his ass as soon as possible in front of the committee.  The public is entitled to his testimony.

Cowardly fail to financially and/or materially support those fighting for all civil and constitutional rights and liberties at great personal cost and risk?  Get what you truly deserve.

Noose grows figuratively tighter.  The Washington Post reports:

"Roger J. Stone Jr., a longtime informal adviser to President Trump, was arrested Friday by the FBI in Florida on charges that he lied and tried to tamper with a witness to hide his efforts to learn about releases of Democrats’ hacked emails during the 2016 presidential campaign. Stone was charged with seven counts, including one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of false statements and one count of witness tampering. After the early morning arrest at his home, he appeared briefly in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., wearing a blue polo shirt, jeans, and steel shackles on his wrists and ankles. The judge ordered him released on a $250,000 bond."

Why was he released?  Considering the enormity of what he's accused of, think he's not a flight risk?

"Speaking before a raucous crowd outside the courthouse, Stone vowed to fight the case. “I will plead not guilty to these charges. I will defeat them in court,” he said. Some in the crowd jeered and chanted “lock him up.” Others shouted support for Stone. “There is no circumstance whatsoever under which I will bear false witness against the president nor will I make up lies to ease the pressure on myself. I look forward to being fully and completely vindicated,” Stone said. “I will not testify against the president because I would have to bear false witness.”

Think he's not a lying son of a bitch?

"With Stone’s indictment, special counsel Robert S. Mueller III has struck deep inside Trump’s inner circle, charging a long-standing friend of the president. The court filing charges Stone sought to gather information about hacked emails at the direction of an unidentified senior Trump campaign official, and then engaged in extensive efforts to keep secret the details of those efforts."

What criminal wouldn't, -- to cover his sorry ass?  To say nothing of his fuhrer.

Quickly drew the attention of the Trump nazi:

"Trump tweeted angrily after the arrest. “Greatest Witch Hunt in the History of our Country! NO COLLUSION! Border Coyotes, Drug Dealers and Human Traffickers are treated better.” The president also suggested someone may have tipped off CNN to record video of the early morning arrest, though there were growing signs Thursday at the grand jury in Washington that Stone could be charged soon."

Was certainly just a matter of time.

"The indictment centers on Stone’s efforts to find out when potentially damaging emails internal to Hillary Clinton’s campaign would be released by Julian Assange, the leader of the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks. U.S. officials say Russian intelligence agents hacked Democrats and their email accounts and then shared them with WikiLeaks, which publicized them during the final months of the 2016 election.

“After the July 22, 2016 release of stolen DNC emails ... a senior Trump campaign official was directed to contact Stone about any additional releases and what other damaging information Organization 1 had regarding the Clinton campaign. Stone thereafter told the Trump campaign about potential future releases of damaging material by Organization 1,” the indictment states. People familiar with the case said Organization 1 is WikiLeaks. The indictment does not identify the senior Trump campaign official, nor does it say who directed the senior campaign official to contact Stone. The indictment also does not accuse Stone of conspiring with Assange or Russian officials."

Get this:

"After the election, according to the indictment, Stone tried to cover up what he had done by lying about it to Congress and attempting to persuade another witness, identified only as “Person 2,” to refuse to talk to the House Intelligence Committee. People close to the case said Person 2 is New York comedian Randy Credico. As Credico prepared for possible testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, Stone repeatedly pressured him not to reveal anything that would suggest Stone had misled the committee in his earlier denials, according to the indictment. In December 2017, authorities charge, Stone used a reference to one of the Godfather movies to try to keep Credico quiet. “Stone told Person 2 that Person 2 should do a ‘Frank Pentangeli’ before [the committee] in order to avoid contradicting Stone’s testimony,” the indictment charges, adding: “Frank Pentangeli is a character in the film The Godfather: Part II, which both Stone and Person 2 had discussed, who testifies before a congressional committee and in that testimony claims not to know critical information that he does in fact know.”

Stone has been a Trump operative and crony quite some time:

"Stone, 66, who has been friends with Trump for three decades, served briefly as a formal adviser to his presidential campaign in 2015 and then remained in contact with Trump and top advisers through the election. The GOP operative has been a key focus of the special counsel for months as Mueller has investigated whether anyone in Trump’s orbit conspired with Russia to interfere in the 2016 presidential campaign."

Let the games begin.

CBS News reports:

"White House press secretary Sarah Sanders dismissed the idea that Stone's indictment is related to the White House. "This has nothing to do with the president and certainly nothing to do with the White House, this has something that has to do solely with that individual and not something that affects us here in this building," she said on CNN Friday."

Wishful thinking?  ... Or, raw delusion.

CBS News reports:

"The FBI raid on the home of Roger Stone in the early morning hours of Friday, during which the former Trump campaign adviser and longtime confidante was arrested on charges of making false statements to investigators, obstruction of justice and witness tampering, was "overkill," former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said. Speaking on "CBS This Morning" Monday, Christie, a former U.S attorney, faulted prosecutors for how FBI agents made the arrest, stating that Stone did not pose a flight risk. Christie said the only way he would have authorized such a raid was "if we knew that he had a gun. And if so, if someone has a gun and you're indicting them, you worry about them killing themselves or harming others. When I found out that Roger Stone did not have a gun, I think it was over the top for them to do that. "He's not a flight risk. How could Roger Stone get out of country?"

The same way anyone with enormous financial resources and high-level political contacts can.  Moreover, why shouldn't everyone be treated equally by law enforcement?  Bottom to top.  Top to bottom.  In fairness to law enforcement, there was absolutely no certainty Stone had no firearm, and if he had, no unwillingness to use it on officers.

NBC News reports:

"Roger Stone, a former adviser to President Donald Trump, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to obstruction, giving false statements and witness tampering charges he faces as part of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian election interference. Stone, 66, was arrested Friday morning after a grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia indicted him on one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of making false statements and one count of witness tampering. He was later released on a $250,000 signature bond."

Why?  Presents a flight risk.

"On Tuesday, Stone only addressed the court to say he understood the conditions of his release, which had not changed. He will still not be allowed to contact potential witnesses in the case, his passport remains seized and his travel is restricted to his home in Florida, the D.C., Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area and New York. After the hearing, he was required to report to the U.S. Marshal’s office to complete his booking. A status hearing is scheduled for Friday."

Imagine that.  How the mighty have fallen.

"In August of 2016, Stone was claiming both publicly and privately to have communicated with Organization 1, known to be Wikileaks, while the organization made a public statement denying direct talks, according to the indictment. During that summer, Stone, who left the Trump campaign in 2015 but "maintained regular contact with and publicly supported" the campaign through the 2016 election, spoke with senior Trump campaign officials about WikiLeaks and “information it might have had that would be damaging to the Clinton Campaign," the indictment said. After the presidential election, Congress and the FBI announced investigations into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election, including Stone’s claimed contact with WikiLeaks. The indictment alleges that Stone obstructed the investigations by making multiple false statements to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence about his interactions with WikiLeaks and attempted to persuade a witness to provide false testimony and withhold information."

Why wouldn't he run?  ... Or, is he expecting a pardon from his fuhrer, the Trump nazi?

The Washington Post reports:

"Appearing before U.S. Magistrate Deborah A. Robinson, Stone’s plea was entered by his lawyer, Robert C. Buschel. “A plea of not guilty is entered,” Robinson said in response. As Stone walked into the courthouse Tuesday morning, some onlookers chanted “lock him up!” while others screamed their support for him and the president. Afterward, some of those same people engaged in profanity-laced arguments about the case. After his indictment Friday, Stone embarked on a blitz of weekend media appearances to declare his innocence, criticize prosecutors and repeat his pledge that he would not testify against the president. At an initial court appearance Friday in Florida after his arrest at his Fort Lauderdale home, the 66-year-old Stone appeared in shackles but was released on $250,000 bond."

Fit for a king, no?  LOL.

"Stone’s court hearing Tuesday was far more understated than his initial appearance last week in Florida, when he held a news conference on the courthouse steps and raised his arms and made V-for-victory signs with his fingers, mimicking the famous image of his personal hero, former president Richard M. Nixon. Stone said only “I feel fine” as he left the courtroom Tuesday. He was ushered out of the courthouse amid a raucous throng of reporters, supporters and protesters, one of whom brought speakers blaring the song “Back in the U.S.S.R.”

LOL.

"Stone, a veteran GOP operative and friend of Trump for four decades, briefly advised the presidential campaign in 2015 and remained in contact with Trump and top advisers through the election. The indictment centers on Stone’s alleged efforts to learn when potentially damaging internal emails from Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign would be released by Julian Assange, WikiLeaks’s leader. U.S. authorities in July indicted a dozen Russian military intelligence officers on charges they hacked Democrats’ computers, stole their data and published those files to disrupt the 2016 election, using as one of their conduits WikiLeaks, the global anti-secrecy group, which publicized the emails during the campaign’s final months. In Stone’s indictment, prosecutors charged that after the initial July 22, 2016, release of stolen emails, “a senior Trump campaign official was directed to contact Stone about any additional releases and what other damaging information Organization 1 had regarding the Clinton campaign.” The indictment does not name the campaign official or who directed the alleged outreach to Stone. The indictment states that Stone later told the campaign about potential future releases by “Organization 1,” which people familiar with the case said is WikiLeaks."

The following speaks volumes of the Aryan arrogance of this Trump nazi operative:

"Stone has given numerous media interviews during the months that he has been under investigation, and he preempted prosecutors by publicly releasing many of the emails and texts he knew they were examining before they could be used in legal action. Since his arrest, Stone all but invited a federal judge to impose a gag order, saying on social media that a directive to mute him is “the fervent wish of the Deep State.” Stone got his start in politics working for Nixon’s 1972 reelection campaign and has a tattoo on his back of the disgraced ex-president. Since then, he has advised Republican and Libertarian candidates, including Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole and Gary Johnson."

Think Trump won't be quickly challenged in court?  NPR reports:

"The Trump administration on Friday is implementing its plan requiring asylum-seekers, mainly from Central America, to remain in Mexico while their legal proceedings are conducted in the U.S. court system. The policy will be rolled out at San Diego's San Ysidro border crossing, the nation's busiest, a senior official with U.S. Customs and Border Protection tells NPR. The plan, coming out of talks with Mexican officials, is to bus asylum-seekers back and forth from Tijuana, Mexico, to a courthouse in downtown San Diego. The administration plans to eventually implement the policy at other border crossings. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen first announced the plans for this "historic" policy, called the "Migration Protection Protocols," in a memo issued in late December. "Aliens trying to game the system to get into our country illegally will no longer be able to disappear into the United States, where many skip their court dates. Instead, they will wait for an immigration court decision while they are in Mexico. 'Catch and release' will be replaced with 'catch and return,'" said Nielsen."

The Secretary is certainly gutlessly goose stepping in unison with the Trump nazi.

"A senior official with Customs and Border Protection told NPR he expects the new policy will be met with a swift legal challenge."

Needs to be.  Raw nazism.  Our fuhrer in the Oval Office is clearly following in the footsteps of his national socialist mentors, Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini.

"Immigrant and asylum advocates were quick to denounce the policy change."

Rightfully, so.  Nazism must be challenged.

"Forcing families seeking asylum to remain in dangerous conditions in Mexico spits in the face of the values at the core of our country's identity," said Jess Morales Rocketto, chair of Families Belong Together, a coalition of 250 groups opposing the administration's immigration policies. "The reality of this plan is suffering. These children and families will be left unsafe, without food or shelter, in violation of their human rights."

Doesn't matter to our nazi fuhrer and his henchmen.  Why would it?  They're racist fascists.

Think the Trump nazi truly cares about national security?  Wake up.  NBC News reports:

"Kushner's application for a top-secret clearance was rejected by two career White House security specialists after an FBI background check raised concerns about potential foreign influence on him — but their supervisor overruled the recommendation and approved the clearance, two sources familiar with the matter told NBC News. The official, Carl Kline, is a former Pentagon employee who was installed as director of the personnel security office in the Executive Office of the President in May 2017. Kushner's was one of at least 30 cases in which Kline overruled career security experts and approved a top-secret clearance for incoming Trump officials despite unfavorable information, the two sources said. They said the number of rejections that were overruled was unprecedented — it had happened only once in the three years preceding Kline's arrival. The sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the information, said the Trump White House attracted many people with untraditional backgrounds who had complicated financial and personal histories, some of which raised red flags. Kushner's FBI background check identified questions about his family's business, his foreign contacts, his foreign travel and meetings he had during the campaign, the sources said, declining to be more specific.

"After Kline overruled the White House security specialists and recommended Kushner for a top-secret clearance, Kushner's file then went to the CIA for a ruling on SCI. After reviewing the file, CIA officers who make clearance decisions balked, two of the people familiar with the matter said. One called over to the White House security division, wondering how Kushner got even a top-secret clearance, the sources said. Top-secret information is defined as material that would cause "exceptionally grave damage" to national security if disclosed to adversaries. The sources say the CIA has not granted Kushner clearance to review SCI material. That would mean Kushner lacks access to key intelligence unless President Donald Trump decides to override the rules, which is the president's' prerogative. The Washington Post reported in July 2018 that Kushner was not given an "SCI" clearance. CIA spokesman Timothy Barrett said, "The CIA does not comment on individual security clearances." White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said the same: "We don't comment on security clearances." NBC News was unable to reach Kline for comment. Kushner's lawyer, Abbe Lowell, had no comment."

Fascinating, isn't it?  Report goes on and on.  Trump and his cronies seem to have repeatedly overruled those responsible for granting security clearances.  Readers are reminded Kushner is the fuhrer's son-in-law.

Trump caves.  Had no choice.  The Washington Post reports:

"His poll numbers were plummeting. His FBI director was decrying the dysfunction. The nation’s air travel was in chaos. Federal workers were lining up at food banks. Economic growth was at risk of flatlining, and even some Republican senators were in open revolt. So on Friday, the 35th day of a government shutdown that he said he was proud to instigate, President Trump finally folded. After vowing for weeks that he would keep the government closed unless he secured billions in funding for his promised border wall, Trump agreed to reopen it. He got $0 instead. Trump’s capitulation to Democrats marked a humiliating low point in a polarizing presidency and sparked an immediate backlash among some conservative allies, who cast him as a wimp. Elected as a self-proclaimed master dealmaker and business wizard who would bend Washington to his will and stand firm on his campaign promises — chief among them the wall — Trump risks being exposed as ineffective."

Doesn't your heart bleed?  Forget?  'Stupid is as stupid does.'

NBC News reports:

"President Donald Trump promised a wall. He got a procedural death trap."

Did he ever.

"More than that, he undermined the brand he's tried to build as an indefatigable fighter, a master strategist and the world's savviest deal-maker. On all those counts, he lost — and lost big — Friday. Usually, the loser in Washington gets some sort of policy fig leaf to cover up for the fact that they were defeated. Trump got nada."

Total loss.  Tough shit, isn't it?

"The deal he cut boils down to this: He gave up the $5.7 billion wall-money ransom he'd sought and the hostage he'd taken — his own government's operations — in exchange for Democrats agreeing to participate in a "conference committee," which is the legislative equivalent of a firing squad for his wall."

LOL.

"He did gain one more thing he probably didn't want — a lesson in messing with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. She stared him down over the border wall, the five-week partial government shutdown and the question of who decides whether and when he can deliver a State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress."

Certainly did, -- not that Pelosi is worth a shit or doesn't have enormous problems of her own.

"Trump gamely tried to declare victory by portraying Democrats as willing to acknowledge that some sort of border barrier is "part of the solution" to stopping illegal immigration and the flow of contraband across the southern border. No one else is particularly confused about the fact that Trump swung for the fences and whiffed. "Trump is the Babe Ruth of our era: he doesn't practice and he takes big, bold swings," said Dan Eberhart, a Republican donor who supports the president. "Sometimes he hits dramatic home runs. Shutting down the government over the border wall is a game-ending strikeout for his team."

Coulter was determinedly vicious.  So what else is new, par for the course?  Get this:

"Ann Coulter, the conservative commentator who has grown increasingly disillusioned with Trump, was less forgiving in comparing Trump to the president who famously broke his "no new taxes" pledge. "Good news for George Herbert Walker Bush: As of today, he is no longer the biggest wimp ever to serve as President of the United States," she tweeted."

Ouch!  -- Not that the Democrats were to be outdone:

"And Rep. Dan Kildee, a Michigan Democrat, said Trump's remarks from the Rose Garden Friday were a first in his memory. "I've seen a lot of presidents take a victory lap before," he said. "But this is the first time I've seen a president go to the Rose Garden and take a defeat lap."

LOL.  Truer words never spoken.

Think the GOP nazi element does not remain cluelessly out to lunch?  The following is a quote from Sen. Ted "Screws Loose" Cruz' most recent Newsletter:

"On Monday, Americans paused to honor the life of Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. His legacy was forged in the most turbulent of times. In the face of racial inequality and injustice, Rev. King devoted his life to preaching a gospel of hope and love, freedom and equality for all mankind. As we honored the life of Rev. King, it is fitting that at our great state’s capitol, Texans from every background gathered together for the 2019 Texas School Choice Week rally. I was proud to participate and will continue fighting for school choice. I believe school choice is the civil rights issue of the 21st century and every single child in the state of Texas – regardless of ethnicity, zip code, or income - deserves access to an excellent education."

This nazi Republican's conflated link of Martin Luther King with school choice shows the true extent to which the national socialist, fascist element in our formerly great country is willing to go to distort reality and defend its perverse ideology and religious views.  Why should taxpayers be looted to pay for religious education that all too often teaches Right Wing fascism?

Clearly, our nazi Senator does not seem to understand the First Amendment not only guaranties freedom of religion, but freedom from it.  The Senator also does not seem to understand there is yet to be 'freedom and equality' for all in this country.  Far from it.  In fact, we've gone backwards under the Trump nazi and his racist henchmen.

Who are you 'gonna' believe?  LOL.  NBC News reports:

"U.S. intelligence agencies assess that Russia and China will seek to interfere in the 2020 presidential election, having learned lessons from Russia's operation in 2016, according to the annual public survey of national security threats issued Tuesday. "We assess that foreign actors will view the 2020 U.S. elections as an opportunity to advance their interests," Dan Coats, the director of national intelligence, told the Senate intelligence committee at the worldwide threats hearing. In another notable statement, Coats noted that U.S. intelligence agencies believe North Korea is unlikely to give up its nuclear weapons because "its leaders ultimately view nuclear weapons as critical to regime survival." That view stands in stark contrast to comments from President Donald Trump, who in June declared that North Korea was "no longer a nuclear threat," citing his talks with leader Kim Jong Un."

Couldn't be, could it?  LOL.  Trump wouldn't lie, would he?  LOL.

"Coats also rebutted Trump's statement that ISIS has been defeated. He said the group was "nearing" military defeat in Iraq, but has returned to its "guerrilla warfare roots," continues to plot attacks and "still commands thousands of fighters in Iraq and Syria."

Trump can't, won't be confused with the truth.  Lives in his own reality.

The Washington Post reports:

"President Trump lashed out at U.S. intelligence officials Wednesday, calling them “extremely passive and naive” about the “dangers of Iran” and pushing back on their assessments of the Islamic State and North Korea during a congressional hearing.

"The Intelligence people seem to be extremely passive and naive when it comes to the dangers of Iran. They are wrong! When I became President Iran was making trouble all over the Middle East, and beyond. Since ending the terrible Iran Nuclear Deal, they are MUCH different, but....

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 30, 2019
....a source of potential danger and conflict. They are testing Rockets (last week) and more, and are coming very close to the edge. There economy is now crashing, which is the only thing holding them back. Be careful of Iran. Perhaps Intelligence should go back to school!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 30, 2019

When I became President, ISIS was out of control in Syria & running rampant. Since then tremendous progress made, especially over last 5 weeks. Caliphate will soon be destroyed, unthinkable two years ago. Negotiating are proceeding well in Afghanistan after 18 years of fighting..

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 30, 2019
....Fighting continues but the people of Afghanistan want peace in this never ending war. We will soon see if talks will be successful? North Korea relationship is best it has ever been with U.S. No testing, getting remains, hostages returned. Decent chance of Denuclearization...

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 30, 2019
...Time will tell what will happen with North Korea, but at the end of the previous administration, relationship was horrendous and very bad things were about to happen. Now a whole different story. I look forward to seeing Kim Jong Un shortly. Progress being made-big difference!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 30, 2019"

Fascinating, isn't it?  Trump knows better than the intelligence community.  LOL.   -- Thinks he does.  LOL.

"Trump drew rebukes for his tweets from Democrats, including Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. “It is a credit to our intelligence agencies that they continue to provide rigorous and realistic analyses of the threats we face,” Schiff said in a statement. “It’s deeply dangerous that the White House isn’t listening.” Sen. Mark R. Warner (D-Va.), the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, also weighed in. “The President has a dangerous habit of undermining the intelligence community to fit his alternate reality,” Warner said in a tweet. “People risk their lives for the intelligence he just tosses aside on Twitter.”

Forget?  Trump's an idiot.

More of the same.  At least, one judge stood tall.  ABC News reports:

"A controversial law in Iowa that sought to ban women from getting abortions after a fetal heartbeat was detected has been ruled unconstitutional by a state judge. The so-called "heartbeat bill" never went into effect in Iowa because it faced legal challenges ever since Gov. Kim Reynolds signed it into law in May 2018. Opponents noted that a fetal heartbeat can sometimes be detected as early as six weeks into a pregnancy, at which point some women may not know that they are pregnant, and it shortens the window by which a woman could have a legal abortion in the state. The latest decision, issued on Jan. 22 in the Polk County District Court, deemed it unconstitutional in the face of the state's laws. The decision concluded that the parameters set in the law are "violative of both the due process and equal protection provisions of the Iowa Constitution as not being narrowly tailored to serve the compelling state interest of promoting potential life."

Who the hell are these goddamned hypocritical religious nazis to force their outrageously perverse ideological and religious views on the rest of us by statute?

Religious Right receiving some opposition from fellow Christians.  NPR reports:

"Dozens of clergy members, immigration activists and others participate in a protest against the imprisonment and potential deportation of an immigration activist. Religious liberals are becoming increasingly outspoken in their opposition to many Trump administration policies. Religious conservatives have rarely faced much competition in the political realm from faith-based groups on the left. The provocations of President Trump may finally be changing that. Nearly 40 years after some prominent evangelical Christians organized a Moral Majority movement to promote a conservative political agenda, a comparable effort by liberal religious leaders is coalescing in support of immigrant rights, universal health care, LGBTQ rights and racial justice. "We believe that faith has a critical role to play in shaping public policies and influencing decision-makers," says the Rev. Jennifer Butler, an ordained Presbyterian minister and founder of the group Faith in Public Life. "Our moral values speak to the kinds of just laws that we ought to have." Her group, part of what could be considered a religious left, says it has mobilized nearly 50,000 local clergy and faith leaders, with on-the-ground operations in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Ohio. Butler founded the organization in 2005 with a precedent in mind: It was religious leaders who drove the abolitionist movement in the 19th century and the civil rights movement in the 20th century. "I think religion helps people understand who they should be," Butler says."

About time the Nazi Right got some resistance from the Center and Left.  What took so long?

Think the Nazi Right presents no exigent threat to life, liberty, all civil and constitutional rights and liberties?  NPR reports:

"Two Illinois men have pleaded guilty to charges brought by the U.S. Justice Department in the August 2017 bombing of a mosque in Minnesota. Two men have pleaded guilty in federal court to bombing a Minnesota mosque and attempting to bomb a women's health clinic in Illinois. Prosecutors say the men and another man accused in the case were part of an Illinois militia group that called itself "White Rabbits." The U.S. Justice Department last year charged Michael McWhorter, Joe Morris and a third man, Michael Hari, with using an explosive device to damage the Dar Al-Farooq Islamic Center in Bloomington, Minn., in 2017. McWhorter and Morris pleaded guilty to five federal charges on Thursday, including the attacks on the mosque and the Illinois clinic. They had originally entered a not guilty plea. Hari, portrayed by both prosecution and defense lawyers as group's ringleader, is being held in federal custody in Illinois. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, the Star Tribune of Minneapolis reports."

No question, an ongoing cancer in our formerly great country.  Benito and Adolf would have been proud.  Must be 'high-fiving' on their fiery perches.

"Jaylani Hussein, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Minnesota, told reporters after the hearing that the attack was not an isolated incident."

Surprised?

"The Muslim community "has come under serious attack by white nationalists, white supremacist groups and militia groups across this country," Hussein said. He added: "We're not going anywhere. We are more resilient than ever." McWhorter and Morris admitted to traveling hundreds of miles from Illinois to Minnesota, leaving their cellphones at home and avoiding toll roads, to carry out the attack on the mosque. They smashed the mosque's window and threw a pipe bomb into the imam's office before the morning prayers. No one was injured in the attack. According to an affidavit filed last year, McWhorter told federal agents the men "did not intend to kill anyone but wanted to 'scare them out of the country' (referring to Muslims) because they push their beliefs on everyone else."

Say what?

"Hussein encouraged law enforcement and the current administration to recognize the "growing threat" of violence against Muslims. He also called for a life sentence for the men, who face at least 35 years in prison when they are sentenced."

Think racism is not alive and well.  NPR reports:

"Michael Ertel, Florida's secretary of state, resigned Thursday after photos emerged of him in blackface in 2005."

Hard to believe someone would be so stupid, isn't it?

"The photos show Ertel at a Halloween party when he was the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections – his lips are painted red and his face is painted black. His resignation came after a Florida newspaper, the Tallahassee Democrat, was given the photographs and showed them to the office of Gov. Ron DeSantis, which said it had not previously seen them. "I am submitting my resignation as Florida Secretary of State effective immediately," Ertel wrote in an email to the governor that was provided to NPR. The governor's office confirmed that his resignation had been accepted. The Democrat reports that, in the photos, Ertel's shirt – which was apparently stuffed to imitate breasts – also read "Katrina Victim," a reference to people who suffered through the hurricane that devastated the Gulf Coast earlier that year."

Jesus Christ.  What a goddamned cruel son of a bitch.

"Ertel, who confirmed to the paper that he was the man in the photos, said he wouldn't comment on the record about the circumstances surrounding them: "There's nothing I can say."

Yes, there is:  'I'm sorry.  Forgive me of my stupidity.  Don't know what I could possibly have been thinking,' -- would certainly be a good start.

At least, New York is finally getting something right.  LOL.  NBC News reports:

"Islan Nettles never met James Dixon before the night he murdered her. It was a warm August evening in 2013 — she and some friends were walking in Harlem when Dixon approached and started flirting with Nettles. They continued to chat until one of Dixon’s buddies told him Nettles was transgender. That revelation, he later testified, sent Dixon into “a blind fury.” He threw Nettles to the ground and brutally beat her. She was rushed to Harlem Hospital with a fractured eye, nose, jaw and skull. By the time she arrived, Nettles, 21, was brain dead. Soon after, she was taken off life support."

Murder.

"At trial Dixon didn’t deny he murdered her, but insisted he was provoked: “I just don't wanna be fooled,” he said in a taped confession. “My pride is at stake.” An indictment didn’t come for more than a year. After initially pleading not guilty to first- and second-degree manslaughter and first-degree assault, Dixon eventually accepted a deal and was convicted of first-degree manslaughter. He could have faced a 25-year prison sentence. Instead, he was given just 12."

Nazi justice.  Achingly, kangaroo.

"It's not enough. It's a slap in the face," Islan Nettles' mother, Delores Nettles, told DNA Info at the time. "He can go home after those 12 years and see his family… He'll still be a young man in his 30s when he gets out. Islan is gone forever." The case, and others like it, has prompted New York lawmakers to push for legislation banning the so-called gay and trans panic defenses. Using the strategy, a defense attorney will suggest her client wasn’t to blame for his actions — the victim is the real culprit, because of her actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity. While the gay or trans panic isn’t really used on its own, it’s been employed in about half of all U.S. states as part of claims of self-defense, of insanity or that the defendant was “reasonably” provoked to violence — and it’s resulted in lesser charges and sentences for perpetrators of violent hate crimes. “The reality is LGBT people are in the fabric of our society, but we’re at risk of being demonized,” New York Assemblyman Daniel O’Donnell, who authored the bill in the Assembly, told NBC News."

Allowing such defense is unconscionable.  Encourages more such murders.

“Transgender and gender-nonconforming people already face astronomical rates of violence, [but] they are doubly victimized by courts that allow these unconscionable excuses for assault,” Andy Marra of the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund explained. “It is time to ban these defenses in New York once and for all.” There are also efforts to get the panic defense prohibited in federal court: Sen. Edward Markey, D-Mass., sponsored the Gay and Trans Panic Defense Prohibition Act of 2018, claiming these strategies, “seek to partially or completely excuse crimes such as murder and assault.” “Murdering or assaulting anyone because of their sexual orientation or gender identity is not a defense — it is a hate crime,” said Rep. Joe Kennedy, D-Mass., a co-sponsor of the bill. “Legal loopholes written into our laws that seek to justify violent attacks against our gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender neighbors should never have existed in the first place.”

Ferociously pointedly, if truly comfortable in your sexuality, why would you care what someone else's happens to be?

The following email has been sent nearly daily to a woman at 2freehosting.com who was responsible for caving into Wells Fargo.  This email is re-edited occasionally as circumstances change.  Should you bank with Wells Fargo you may wish to ask them why they engage in deceptive trade practices and if in fact they indeed bribed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott while he was Texas Attorney General to ignore a complaint filed against them:

Fran,

All three Liberty In Peril FTP servers are down and apparently have been
hacked.  The three websites, however, remain up and running at time of
writing.  That is, libertyinperil.twomini.com, libertyinperil.wink.ws, and
libertyinperil.t15.org are accessible and running.  Only FTP access has
been effected making it impossible to upload.

The Filezilla messaging on twomini is:

Status:        Connecting to 31.170.167.137:21...
Status:      Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection
refused by server".
Error:       Could not connect to server

The exact same messaging, other than IP addresses, is the same on the wink
and t15 FTP servers. This hacking attack apparently occurred the day
after Wells Fargo closed two accounts because I publicly accused them of
criminal activity.  Your company needs to look into this matter. Get these
FTP servers up and running again.  A criminal complaint will be filed with
the U.S. Attorney regarding all the ongoing criminal activity by Wells
Fargo, now extended to hacking and undue interference with the webhosts.
Has 2freehosting been bribed and/or pressured by Wells Fargo?  Certainly,
one of numerous questions to be forwarded to criminal prosecutors.

Welcome.   Liberty In Peril has been relaunched at a new URL:
libertyinperil.com. This is a new commercial site hosted in an overseas
country, which unlike our own, does value free speech, Net security,
privacy, equally importantly, despises hackers.  Banks too big to fail
should not have the ability to shut down ftp servers on four Liberty In
Peril websites, making upload impossible.  -- Simply, because they don't
want the truth of their criminal activity reported to the public.

Should this site not be kept up, running, and fully operational, the
libertyinperil.com domain will be quickly moved to a different host
despite cost and hassle.  No more bullsh-t.  Criminal complaints will be
prepared and filed against Amanda Wright, Lynn Massey, and the equally
criminal bastards in the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for
egregious deceptive trade practices.

Email notification of local businesses of these practices, has and will,
continue unabated until Wells Fargo accepts responsibility, ceases these
practices, and finally makes it right.  During the last several weeks
after the ftp servers were hacked, a blizzard of these emails was sent to
local businesses to keep intense pressure on the criminal bastards at
Wells Fargo.  Copies of these emails were sent to bank officials.  They
have been posted in this publication. ... We're already up to Salvo 74, --
and counting.

In addition, all new Newsletter Editions will feature an
available abbreviated version, smart phone friendly, that can be accessed
by clicking on the icon. Will supplement the regular format of this
publication.  This is being done because so many of you access this
publication with smart phones and other devices with small screens.

This site has finally been fully uploaded.  All links appear to be
properly working.  Typos in the rush to get material up have also been
corrected.  There will be a few additional changes to be made as time
allows.  Including, again, a smart phone-friendly abbreviated version of
each future Newsletter Edition starting with v434 that will be available
in addition to the regular edition.

Hopefully, now, I can finally get back to the business of this
publication, that is exposure of corrupt, abusive, inept, clueless
government lackeys beholden to their corporate masters, rather than
dealing with recalcitrant webhosts.  We'll see.  With the
libertyinperil.com domain, however, any necessary changes in webhosts will
be easy to make since all links won't have to be changed or deactivated.

The pressure on Wells Fargo will continue unabated.  Should they further
interfere with operation of this publication, it will simply provide
additional fodder for criminal complaints to be filed against them.

On 9-22-15, Kingsland Wells Fargo Store Manager Amanda Wright forced
closure of two accounts because for nearly three years this writer has
publicly accused her, her predecessor Lynn Massey, and the Wells Fargo
corporate management suite of engaging in criminal deceptive trade
practices, as well as pressuring, unduly interfering and/or bribing
webhosts to take these websites down.

Apparently, they have successfully managed to unduly influence and/or
bribe the federal Consumer Financial 'Protection' Bureau and Texas
Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as well.  Forget?  The bank
is considered too big to fail.  Considers itself government.

For all practical purposes, that's perversely true.  They have money and
resources to buy not only their human chattel, but their bought and paid
for government lackeys. Be interesting to see whether or not the U.S.
Attorney is untouchable, or sadly, similarly capable of being bought.

Immediately after closure of these accounts, the three operational Liberty
In Peril FTP servers were hacked.  What that means is that while all three
sites remained operational and accessible to readers, new material could
not be uploaded. This continues to date.

Worse, 'free' accounts on all three 'free' webhosts conveniently no longer
provide technical control panel support.  Clearly, they don't want to know
there are problems. Have managed, however, to find other ways to contact
webhost management and have done precisely that.

Will take a criminal investigation to determine who hacked the sites,
however.  Most likely, Wells Fargo had a hand in it.  Certainly, have the
resources.  Highly, unlikely the Llano County Sheriff's Office was
involved.  Hard to believe they would be that stupid.  The Bank, however,
has nothing to lose. Owns its government lackeys.  The Sheriff and his
outrageously corrupt and abusive goons, however, can expect further
exposure in this publication. Should you have information regarding this
or any other issue, contact me.  I will protect your identity.

The effort to expose Wells Fargo egregious deceptive trade practices continues.  Several years ago to determinedly apply renewed pressure on our truly worthless, egregiously self-serving Texas Attorney General, now Governor, an excoriating email was sent to the bastard.  Copies of which were also passed on to both offending Wells Fargo officers. A copy was also sent to the Davis campaign and others at the time.

Voters did have a right to know as Attorney General, the GOP candidate for Governor apparently selectively investigated, or not, bona fide complaints filed by citizens against banks too big to fail.  Possibly, Wells Fargo could have lined his pockets in some fashion.  That has yet to be determined.

The bastard and his office, no matter what, failed to respond to the complaint originally snail mailed several years ago.  This material, figuratively targeting Wells Fargo and the governor 'wannabe' now Governor, had been posted and can be found by scrolling all the way down and clicking on the links well below.  ... Governor?  Wells Fargo bribe you to look the other way?

Will continue to do all I can to publicly expose this to all, both in this publication and elsewhere.  Have done precisely that with the following email sent to Cheryl Kafel, Adult Cancer Support Group, Baylor Scott & White, Marble Falls, TX.  A copy of it was also sent to Wells Fargo officer Amanda Wright.  She has, indeed, been promoted  branch manager. Reverse Darwinism.  Survival of the unfittest.

This young woman has indeed been rewarded by the Wells Fargo corporate management suite for engaging in criminal deceptive trade practices and her undying loyalty to her corporate masters. The process to update those already informed of this fiasco has finally been completed. This latest material can be found by clicking onWells Fargo Deceptive Trade Practices Salvo 239, 1-4-19.

The name of this publication was changed some fifteen years ago from The Llano Ledger to Liberty In Peril.  The reason?  Simple.  Cowardly failure of this community to stand up to tyranny that has only exponentially worsened the last decade and a half.  Clearly, demonstrated as well by the cowardly failure of businesses to financially support this publication.  Either through advertising or other financial support.  Too afraid doing so would enrage the bastards who run and own this hellhole County.

-- Despite the fact these businesses were, and are, being egregiously f--ked by these very same bastards. Tough, isn't it?  Impossible to entertain any sympathy for cowardice, however.  Especially in view of the fact this writer has placed himself in great jeopardy taking on these corrupt, abusive, inept criminal bastards.  Alone.

Exactly, why you see no investigative material highly critical of these sons of bitches in other local rags.  Sadly, cowardly, all advertising income immediately dries up.  Consequently, the bastards continue their criminal chicanery with impunity.  On a rampage.  Thus, you get what you truly deserve.  Always.  Precisely, why this earlier name change to Liberty In Peril remains appropriate.  -- Despite the fact this writer has not yet left the area.  Ten years after originally intending to do so.  Thirty years in this goddamned godforsaken hellhole.

This writer, then and now, remains primarily interested in state, federal, and international issues.  Another reason for this publication name change.  Despite the fact I stupidly cluelessly remain here, local issues must be addressed.  Can't be ignored.  That's where you come in dear readers.  Have the courage to inform this writer of local abuse, corruption, ineptness you are aware of, have personally experienced.

... Information these criminal bastards do all they can to conceal, cover up.  Otherwise, how can they effectively sustain the charade and intended result?  Loot confiscation through a boot heel on the throat of the citizenry.

The only way, short of an unwanted dreaded second American revolution, to force badly-needed change is to expose all this to the light of day.  These bastards are beginning to understand they have a problem.  No question, the growing rage of those they've abused, looted, egregiously f--ked.  It's time to stand up.  Expose this corruption to glaring sunlight.  Otherwise, as fools, cowards, you will remain under their thumb.  From the loftiest business owner to those on the bottom of the food chain.  Wake up.  Grow a pair.

Still don't think that likely to happen.  After all, you're bought and paid for.  Owned. Not only by your government masters, but their masters.  The corporate management suite.  Your employers.  Think not? Wake up.   You're human chattel.  Corporate-owned, bought and paid for.  Precisely, why you cowardly, compliantly, literally bare your asses for corporate inspection by the company doctor.  Willingly, compliantly, cowardly piss in a cup under employer supervision.  To sit in front of a keyboard or stock shelves all day.  You have no control of your lives.  You're owned.  Forget?  For a measly salary, no job security, reduced to no benefits.  At a time of record corporate profits and cash reserves.

Then, you gallingly complain about the oppression as you tolerate egregious theft of your labor. Not only by your corporate masters, but their bought and paid for government lackeys.  Too cowardly to stand up, allow disclosure of your identity when you rightfully complain to this publication of being mercilessly f--ked. Some of you falsely arrested, criminally assaulted, bogusly fined for 'offenses' you did not commit.  To line County coffers.  Keep the peasants in line and under control.  A fascist police-state. Nazi America.

Again, yet another reason why this publication is called Liberty In Peril.  Most galling? Nothing changes if you fail to step up and challenge corrupt, abusive, inept authority.  Too afraid, cowardly compliant to let the bastards know who you are.  Did it ever occur to the cowards out there if the identity of the accuser is kept under wraps the bastards will falsely claim it's all made up by this publication?  Thus, conveniently killing all credibility.  Wake up.

Cowardice is unbecoming, unworthy of our formerly great country.  Insult to injury?  There are the hopelessly deranged who believe the chicanery reported here to be manufactured anyway.  No matter the effort.  No matter the research.  No matter the proof.  Wake up.  This writer cannot do it alone.  Snowball's chance in hell.  Then again, cowardice, delusion is always amply, justly rewarded.  Always. You continue to 'enjoy' the very best government money can buy.  Literally.

JP2 Linda Ballard Recording

Click here for a most interesting conversation between JP2 Linda Ballard and LCRA Communications Supervisor Mitch Hibbs who at the time was investigating a complaint made by the Henderson family against the 'judge.'  The recording had been made by Hibbs and provided by Phyllis Henderson who had gotten it through an open records request.   During the course of the recording you will hear the 'judge' make a terroristic threat against the Henderson family which the investigator laughingly shrugged off as a joke.

Seems former LCRA Ranger Lance Bilski, stepson of Llano County Sheriff Bill Blackburn, had been harassing the Henderson family regarding their tire business, Henderson Tire.  Worse? There are unsubstantiated allegations, that although very much attached, Bilski may have indeed engaged in improprieties, that is, egregiously unprofessional conduct relevant to the Henderson complaint.  All this had been covered in Newsletter Text V346.

Publication of this material, however, should in no way be interpreted as endorsement of Ballard's opponent, Steve Lange, in the upcoming runoff.  It is not.  It is provided as a public service to expose the 'judge' for exactly whom and what she is.
